  SPEAKER_00: Namaste beautiful souls.
• 0:04
  SPEAKER_00: Wow.
• 0:05
SPEAKER_00: There are conversations and then there are portals that open, and I feel like goosebumps and tingles because I feel like being here with these two incredible beings, that we are going to be opening up a portal, that this is going to be an activation, because we've got Fairy who is intuitive and mystical and remembering and bringing the magic, and we got Flame who's the truth teller, the catalyst, the one who's igniting transformation.
• 0:36
SPEAKER_00: So I'm excited to be here.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: Welcome everyone and welcome Catherine and Casey.
• 0:42
  SPEAKER_02: Oh beautiful.
• 0:44
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you, Natalie.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_02: We are so honored to be here.
• 0:46
  SPEAKER_02: So excited.
• 0:48
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 0:49
SPEAKER_00: So recently I've been connecting with these advanced beings, like non-human intelligence, like extraterrestrials.
• 0:59
SPEAKER_00: That um it's very interesting.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: I think you'll enjoy this because they showed me, so they showed me that they're they're in the ocean, but they don't live in the ocean.
• 1:10
SPEAKER_00: So they're in a higher dimension, but they are in form, and they've they've not been channeling through me like I channel the angels or Arcturians.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_00: They actually are having a communication with me, and what's happening is I'm having huge mind expansion, like massive, and so my community are on this journey with me with this big mind expansion, and so I feel excited to ask you like a big question to start off with.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: Alright, so let's just see where this goes.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: What feels really big for you right now?
• 1:47
SPEAKER_00: Like what's recently just appeared into your awareness and it's expanding you and pulling you open in new ways.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: Um, it could actually be something that's just recently come in, or it might be that it just enters into the field right now.
• 2:06
SPEAKER_00: Do you want to go?
• 2:06
SPEAKER_00: Do you want to say you go first?
• 2:09
  SPEAKER_02: You go.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_02: Um so Natalie we've so Catherine and I, we have our own podcast called Fairy and Flame, and we get to interview lots of magical people.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_02: One of our dearest friends is a woman by the name of Angie Arkin.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_02: She has a uh a power to the peaceful group that is a um, it's like a subscription-based group of people, but we we're very close to Angie, and she gives us a lot of information, helps us kind of figure out some information that we get.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_02: But I think the most powerful thing right now that that Angie has kind of brought into this but our awareness um has been around this this shift, right, that we're all feeling.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_02: This new earth, whatever you want to call it, the ascension, the split, you know, there's there's so many different names for it.
• 2:55
SPEAKER_02: And for some reason, right now, that energy feels really hot.
• 3:02
SPEAKER_02: And um, you know, the one thing that we've had to remind ourselves is during this time where things are starting to feel really polarized, uh, really divided, is to come back to that neutrality.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_02: And while we can sit here and talk about all the things that are happening, because it's really fun to talk about non-human intelligence and disclosure and missing scientists and all those things.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_02: I think what the real purpose or reason is for that is for us to really find our connection to nature and our that can ground us back into um that out of that frenetic energy and into more of a calm energy and peace during this time.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_02: So I think that's kind of the biggest thing that I'm dealing with, and it's an everyday challenge because there's so much garbage coming at us from social media news.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_02: And even if you tune out of the social media news, you still have the friend that reminds you of the social media and the news.
• 4:01
SPEAKER_02: And so it's just that reminder to stay really grounded right now because big things are happening and it's super exciting.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_02: Uh, but for your neighbor, it could be super scary.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_02: So it's just keeping to your truth and staying connected to nature.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_02: That's the big thing that's happening for me right now.
• 4:18
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 4:19
  SPEAKER_01: And I would I I mean, I would totally agree.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_01: We've we've Casey and I personally have come on so far in the last year when we first decided to sort of like put this together, and the amount of people we we always sort of our intention always was the collective consciousness and bringing everybody together, and the amount of people that that has happened to that that we've brought in and we are now connected with, and we're connected with these unbelievable people that have so much knowledge and are expanding, I would say, me daily.
• 4:50
  SPEAKER_01: I mean, I've studied this stuff since I was 16.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_01: I've been obsessed with angels and fairies and you know, everything.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_01: And the one thing I said to Casey's when we started this, I'll talk about anything, but I definitely don't want to talk about aliens.
• 5:03
  SPEAKER_01: Well, that's all we've talked about.
• 5:05
  SPEAKER_01: That's all we've talked about.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_01: But you know, and that's and that's okay.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_01: I've gone from you know having no knowledge and being terrified to as always curious and in you know open.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_01: So that was that's a massive shift for me, I would say.
• 5:19
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's huge.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_00: I understand that because I I've also been through that where um yeah, people would speak about extraterrestrials and seeing UFOs and aliens, and and I felt like um there was a resistance in my energy field, and I felt like it was far out there, and and then and then as like the obturians came stronger and deeper into my energy field, and and I've always worked with the angels, so that's like it's very comfortable, and and then it's just different frequencies, and it's it's it's really it kind of feels like you you take the the mind, and the mind is so firm at like oh no, this is not what we believe in, and then it it starts to crack open and becomes elastic, and you can stretch it, and then anything's possible because this I find interesting.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_00: Like, why why would uh something, one thing be absolutely right, and other things then be absolutely wrong in a mind-made um dream?
• 6:26
SPEAKER_00: You know, this this place that we find ourselves in, it's a it's consciousness, dreaming itself as as as all beings.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we talk about that source is um source is just having an experience through all of us to see all the different layers of what that is, right?
• 6:54
SPEAKER_02: The the the difference for for Kat and I think is that um we felt like there was a place for there wasn't a place for people to go that so Kat and I both have children.
• 7:05
SPEAKER_02: We are shuffling schedules and sports practices and acting classes and activities and all these things.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_02: So we're still very much planted into what a lot of people have to do every day while we're also experiencing some things that we can't really wrap our heads around.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_02: We're trying, because you never have it figured out, right?
• 7:29
SPEAKER_02: So the purpose of us creating that pod was like, how can we bridge that?
• 7:33
SPEAKER_02: How can we how can we say, hey, mom, you know, I know you're you've got dinner to put together and and you're also maybe working and you also may have laundry to do and all these things, but there's also space for this.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_02: And actually, you probably need this more than ever.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_02: So that's where we feel like feel like our pod fits in.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_02: We talk a lot about um plant medicine on the pod, we talk about fairies, we talk about um non-near-death experiences, we've talked about all kinds of teas herbs, we've talked, we've talked to pastors, we've talked to kings, yeah, kings, we've you know, we've talked to all kinds of people.
• 8:10
SPEAKER_02: The the one thing I feel like that everyone's kind of coming into this to this one space is just like, can we just get back to peace?
• 8:18
SPEAKER_02: There's just this peace that everyone wants in a very loud world right now.
• 8:24
  SPEAKER_00: And I love that.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: And you you'd mentioned about nature, how you just come back to nature and then you find that peace.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_00: Do you have like a certain practice that you do, or or is it just like going out and and standing on the grass barefoot, or what how how is the connection with nature bringing you and bringing peace?
• 8:46
SPEAKER_01: Well, I mean, for me, I've always done a lot of meditation and been outside and grounded and you know, always have my feet in the grass, you know, but I've really even more leaned into that even more, and in as much as you know, if I've got a real problem or something I really need to resolve, that I will go outside, I will take my shoes and socks off, and I will literally go and sit under a tree.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I just did it today.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_01: I was like, oh, this is really stressful.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_01: What am I gonna do?
• 9:11
SPEAKER_01: Because, and I find once you get into that spiral sort of mode and you you're you're getting you know, worry or anxiety, you just go outside and sit.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_01: And I will breathe and I will meditate and I will listen to frequency.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_01: Frequency, I've always been obsessed with frequency and the healing ability of frequency and the way that you can change things with frequency.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_01: I've used it a lot in healing myself.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_01: Um, and so that's something that I do.
• 9:35
SPEAKER_01: Journaling's big for me as well.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_01: I'm really fine if you just get those emotions out, even if I never read it for me.
• 9:41
  SPEAKER_01: That's a really good thing.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_01: But mostly, and you know, it sounds almost boring, and and a lot of the people that we talk to, and we know that that's a great question.
• 9:48
  SPEAKER_01: It's a question that we've asked a lot of people.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_01: We get this it, it's that's that's coming across more and more and more.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_01: We're getting the same answer to that question, and it's something that you know, I've I really feel that I've time jumped situations really difficult, unbelievable.
• 10:04
SPEAKER_01: And and I'm like, I have no, I don't know how I'm gonna get out of this.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_01: Okay, well, it's not for me to know, but let's take a step forward, a barefoot step forward into the grass, and then from there I've managed to make massive shifts and change my energy, and I feel like with that practice, I really, really am becoming a bit of a master at getting really stressful situations and taking a deep breath and going, look, this is probably meant to happen.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_01: I don't know why we're here, I don't know what this is for, but this is all we can do is that one step in front in front of the other.
• 10:41
SPEAKER_01: So, yes, this is the long answer to your question.
• 10:44
SPEAKER_02: We just in a in an interview we just had yesterday, which we're talking about before this pod, we asked world-renowned psychic medium Sean Edward, who's how he keeps his alignment.
• 10:53
SPEAKER_02: Like, what do you do when you feel out alignment?
• 10:55
SPEAKER_02: You know what he said?
• 10:56
SPEAKER_02: I go outside and I ground in nature and I hug a tree and I set my butt in the grass.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_02: You're hearing this again again and again.
• 11:05
SPEAKER_02: And I feel kind of redundant as we talk about it on our pod all the time.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_02: You guys gotta go outside.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_02: My daughter yesterday, she had a really bummer thing happen.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_02: She's in middle school, which we all can relate to being in middle school.
• 11:16
SPEAKER_02: It's that age of hormones, and especially with girls, there's a lot of drama.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_02: And she came home and she was really, really upset.
• 11:23
SPEAKER_02: You know what I did?
• 11:23
SPEAKER_02: I laid a blanket down, I put her underneath a tree, I took her shoes and her socks off, and I set her feet in the ground and I said, You're gonna sit out here for a while.
• 11:30
SPEAKER_02: And she was she loved it.
• 11:32
SPEAKER_02: It it it immediately transmuted and alchemized that that drama for her.
• 11:37
  SPEAKER_02: It's it's so easy.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_02: People want complicated things, and it's so easy.
• 11:41
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because the mind, well, the thinking part of the mind, um, it it likes it, it thinks it's basically it's programmed to problem solve.
• 11:52
SPEAKER_00: So it wants to find something that if it's too easy, it's like, oh no, let me just complicate it a bit more.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_00: But the truth is that what we want to do is declutter.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: So I love what you said about journaling, because actually, and then not reading again, because you don't need to reread it.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: Well, all the clutter you're getting out, you don't need to reread.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: Um, but the the inspirations that come through um after you've released all that stuff, that that's great to reread.
• 12:26
SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, so journaling is like a decluttering of everything that's kind of feels like a gray fuzzy cloud around the head, and it moves out and through, and then and then you you bring it from where it's looping in the mental state into the physical reality and you get rid of it.
• 12:42
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, it's getting it rid of it out of your energy.
• 12:46
SPEAKER_01: And I've all I've journaled, I've got journals from when I was 11, which are hilarious, by the way.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, and I so I've always just and I'm chronically dyslexic, so I you can't even hardly read them because there's this the spelling is so horrendous.
• 12:58
SPEAKER_01: But it was just a way of me expressing, I think, even from that age.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, I love it.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's what it is.
• 13:05
SPEAKER_01: I think everyone should journal.
• 13:06
SPEAKER_01: I think it would make a big difference to a lot of people, even if you just burn it afterwards.
• 13:12
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: And um, and then once you get to the place once the mind is empty, something profound happens.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: Next minute you get these like creative outbursts and ideas, and um your angels and fairies and beings of light, higher consciousness comes through, your higher self starts communicating and and giving ideas of what's next.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: So it's really worthwhile to uh to keep going until you clear right out.
• 13:43
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 13:43
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's right.
• 13:46
  SPEAKER_00: And you mentioned frequencies.
• 13:50
SPEAKER_00: So my community really feel the frequency of this podcast awakening.
• 13:56
SPEAKER_00: They like even as I start talking about it, I'm starting to feel like tingles and goosebumps and energy buzzing.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_00: So can you chat more about frequencies and the different types of frequencies and how it makes you feel and how you work with frequencies?
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: Because sometimes we're getting like blasted with such powerful high frequencies, and it takes a moment for the physical body to actually process it and catch up with it, and even the mind, the mind goes like, whoa, this is wild.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, I'd love for you both to share about frequencies and um anything that flows through there's an open space.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_01: Well, I've I've been obsessed with frequencies.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_01: I mean, years and years and years ago, I started to read about how they changed the frequency in in the war in the 40s to because it evoked fear, they were able to change the way that we listen to things because it created a um you know discord in the body.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_01: So I was like fascinated about that, and then I just went on this massive deep dive about how you know obviously Einstein said the future of medicine is will be frequency, and so from that I was even more interested, and I went and did a healing course and I learned about that, and then I got into I don't know if you'd have um I have a Rife machine, which is um a healing frequency machine.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_02: Um tell them about your um surgery.
• 15:16
SPEAKER_01: Uh yeah, I recently, well, not recently, but a while ago, I had my breast implants out, and so that was something that was horrified, you know, it was it was a big operation, and I did a I did the healing myself.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_01: I never took um the tablets, it I just wanted to not, it wasn't something that felt aligned for me.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_01: I'm not a doctor, I wouldn't suggest that anybody else did this, you have to do your own thing.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_01: But for me, it was very much um I you know, I wanted to walk the walk of the things that I was beginning to understand, and I had no, I had zero information.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_01: Uh, I was able to get rid of the anesthetic out of my body with um, because I really suffer with anesthetic, my father's ginger, I think that's a that's a through lime if you if you have ginger hay, you have problems with anesthetic.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_01: So, you know, I really had to do that with the frequencies, and so I just sat with frequencies every single day.
• 16:04
SPEAKER_01: Um, and you can do it.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_01: I've done it with my um with spider bites.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_01: My when my little dog broke his legs, I asked the doc the vet to have a frequency running.
• 16:12
SPEAKER_01: I'd researched what was the best for dogs and for healing.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_01: Um, and I hit he had two broken legs, and I took him back the week later, and he was walking on his legs, so much so that the the vet went and said, Oh, oh, sorry, I think I've got the wrong notes.
• 16:27
SPEAKER_01: And he came, he was like, Is this bear?
• 16:28
SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Yeah, he goes, the dog that broke his legs, he's like meant to be off his legs for four weeks.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_01: I was like, just you use the frequency regime.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_01: So, you know, I'm a massive, massive believer in it.
• 16:40
SPEAKER_01: I've seen it work, um, I've worked with it myself a lot.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_01: I listen to frequency every night when I go to sleep.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_01: If I feel sad, I've choose the right, you know, listen to there's different free there's a frequency for literally everything, everything.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_01: And so, you know, that's why nature works because you're getting into the frequency out, you know.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_01: I personally like to get into the frequency of the fairies.
• 17:00
SPEAKER_01: That's what I feel like I'm reconnecting with them because I used to see fairies when I was little, um, as my grandmother did.
• 17:07
SPEAKER_01: And of course, my mum was worried about that, so it sort of like got turned off.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_01: But um, yeah, it's just getting that it's the it's frequency, I feel, is a healer for all things, and I've experienced that on lots of different levels.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_01: I've even done it where I've done healing, I'm gonna sound crazy now, but I've said it now.
• 17:26
SPEAKER_01: But where I had a fish that was dying, and I went outside and I just put my hands in the water, they had they hadn't got oxygen, and one was already dead, and the other one was dying, and so I just put my hands in the water, and I just was like I suppose channeling a frequency, the a healing frequency, and he swam to me and he stayed in there for about half an hour, and then he's still alive now.
• 17:50
SPEAKER_01: So it is what it is.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_02: So, yeah, big, big old frequency.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_02: And we've we've talked about machines that are small.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_02: You can get frequency machines that are 50 bucks off Amazon.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we love one called the Aura machine, it's real small.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_02: Or we've had a long chat, she's gonna be on the pod soon with a woman by the name of Gail Lynn who created the harmonic egg.
• 18:10
SPEAKER_02: Um, she's at a Boulder, Colorado, which is a giant frequency frequency machine shaped like an egg.
• 18:15
SPEAKER_02: So there's you know, they run the gamut wherever wherever you could afford.
• 18:20
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, even if you even the frequency, you know, I've had angel healing before, my friend, she's a brilliant angel healer, and she does the tuning forks every time, um, and she'll tune every single chakra.
• 18:31
SPEAKER_01: Um, so it's just it's yeah, it's singing bowls, I've got all of those, all of the above.
• 18:39
SPEAKER_00: And even like going onto Spotify and playing, you can just look up frequency and playing the different frequencies because at this moment, while we're recording, I'm teaching Reiki level two.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_00: And yeah, and I I attuned everyone today to Reiki level two, so they could, you know, it opens their channel to these higher frequencies.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_00: And I just got this message from the angels play the heart frequency love music, and I I played it, and a lot of the students were like, Wow, like that did something.
• 19:13
SPEAKER_00: So it's like our voice even has a frequency, the way in which the words come out, and we're powerful healers.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_00: If we if we focus, focus our hands towards whatever we're wanting to raise the frequency of and clear out, we send frequency waves through our mind, through our energy, towards whatever it is.
• 19:38
SPEAKER_00: Like, I truly am excited about this.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_00: That the more of us that are like tuning into this and realize how powerful we are and that we are frequency beings, um, we're like going from being a finite, very controlled human race to a very expansive, created, creative as far out as our mind can imagine, is as far out as we can bring the energies in and and raise the frequency.
• 20:03
SPEAKER_00: And I feel like you know, the hundredth monkey concept where um you know that these monkeys started to clean the um uh sweet potatoes, and then there were monkeys on another island far away that started to clean the sweet potatoes before they were eating it, and that's that's the effect I'm feeling that we're moving into because as more of us remember that we're conscious creative beings that work in frequency, light colour energy, then we expand our field, and all of us start tuning in to a higher frequency, and it then touches all of those that aren't quite ready for this frequency, but it gently touches them, and they they start to like drop some of the lower frequencies, and that's how the planet gets lighter and brighter.
• 20:51
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 20:52
  SPEAKER_01: No, it's it's amazing.
• 20:54
SPEAKER_01: There's even in England I saw um a doctor, and she she would um just listen to your voice, and she could tell you what was wrong with you from your voice, not just just by listening to the frequency of it.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_01: I mean, how can that so cool?
• 21:09
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, I think I think we're all gonna learn more and more about it.
• 21:13
SPEAKER_01: And if anyone wanted to start, I would just like you say, go and Shopify, um not Shopify, Spotify, and do 432 hertz.
• 21:20
SPEAKER_01: That's a really good one to start with.
• 21:22
SPEAKER_01: Listen to music because there's a lot of people that have put music out at 432.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_01: And what does that do?
• 21:28
SPEAKER_01: It's um it's sort of like balances, it's the frequency that we should be listening to things to, so it really resonates with you inside your body and your cells, so it's gonna make you feel good.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_01: It's a feel-good frequency, you know, it's not there's different ones for sleep or healing or love, like you say, the different chakras.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_01: But I would say if I was going to start with something, it at 432 is a really good bass level.
• 21:49
  SPEAKER_01: There's a lot of music at 432.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_01: I feel like it was the first one that people really started to get interested in and started to put music out to, so there's a lot more options available.
• 21:58
SPEAKER_01: Um, so yeah, it's A good kickoff frequency, a good yes, starting beginner frequency to start with.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_01: And then you can just start with it.
• 22:08
  SPEAKER_01: There's so many.
• 22:09
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, there's like the golden ratio frequency.
• 22:11
SPEAKER_01: I'm so far down it now, I just I just love it.
• 22:13
SPEAKER_01: But it's never, you know, we're in the we're just it's just a school for us, you know.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_01: This pod for us is just like we're constantly learning, I'm constantly being taught things every single day.
• 22:23
SPEAKER_01: So, you know, what what do I know?
• 22:24
SPEAKER_01: It's uh but I always think it's good to give a little crumb so people can go on their own little investigation.
• 22:30
  SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so I I've been wondering like so you call your podcast is called Fairy and Flame, and like how did this birth can you share with us each of your your essences?
• 22:45
  SPEAKER_01: You go first.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_02: Um yeah, I this so um so my background, pre-pod uh was mainly in marketing, branding.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_02: Um, I sat at like I'd had really fast-paced jobs, and uh I would grew up very spiritually.
• 23:04
SPEAKER_02: My grandmother was a pastor, and we lived next door to her church.
• 23:08
SPEAKER_02: She healed at the altar and she spoke in tongues, and she was a female leader of a church, which already was kind of strange back then.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_02: But um, I had a plant medicine journey.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_02: We talk about this on the pod quite a bit.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_02: I'm I'm I plant medicine is something that speaks to me, and I've used uh so I started working with some plant medicines and and doing some guided journeys.
• 23:33
SPEAKER_02: And as a result of that, Kat and I reconnected.
• 23:36
SPEAKER_02: Kat and I lived the same little town together we have for almost eight years, and I knew Catherine because of her fairies.
• 23:44
SPEAKER_02: She had a she has a whole world of fairies that she's created, her original fairies and books.
• 23:50
SPEAKER_02: And so after my plant medicine journey, I I got some pretty big downloads from the universe, and it was it was awesome.
• 23:58
SPEAKER_02: So I shared those with Kat.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_02: And then as she was leaving the night that I shared them with her, she turned around and looked at me and she said, Do you want to do a pod together?
• 24:07
  SPEAKER_02: And I said, Yes.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_01: And that's how it started.
• 24:09
SPEAKER_01: I had I'd had zero, I'd thought about that for a whole three seconds before I asked her.
• 24:15
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
• 24:16
SPEAKER_01: It was so yeah, so that's sort of basically how it happened because you know, I I'm obsessed with all this stuff always is for as long as I can remember being into my mum was into like Dolores Cannon and um Betty Shine and you know, all of those from years back.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_01: I had all these old books that my mum and me and my mum would go to spiritual churches, and she loves everything to do with it, so it became you know a joint theme throughout our whole family.
• 24:39
  SPEAKER_01: I must have a million crystals.
• 24:40
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I probably have got one million crystals, um, and then fairies, you know, I used to see, so it all came together.
• 24:47
SPEAKER_01: But um, I I could I detected from Casey that she was really good.
• 24:52
SPEAKER_01: Uh well, it's funny because we just did our gene keys recently.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_01: I don't know if you know about gene keys, but um, and one of Casey's gene keys is the fact that she can get magic and turn it into form, and that's what I need.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_01: I need somebody to curtail, like get all of this crazy and then put it put it on a put it on something, like package it properly.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_01: Um, and that's what Casey does really, she's brilliant at stuff like that.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_01: So um, and we I don't know, I've I've worked in lots of TV things and worked with partners and done all sorts of things.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_01: I've worked in a million TV studios with lots of teamwork, but I've never worked as well with anybody as I have with Casey because it's like we're we're just sisters, really.
• 25:29
SPEAKER_01: And we both genuinely we've we've walked the fire.
• 25:33
SPEAKER_01: I've literally had every bit of ego beaten out of me because my dream was always to be like a famous TV host, and that just is so far from who I am now.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_01: Um, and I don't think Casey probably ever had that ego.
• 25:48
  SPEAKER_01: So just be real.
• 25:50
SPEAKER_01: So and so here we've met on this, you know, we've been on this journey, and here we've met, and now we've created something that's just I love, I couldn't think of anything else I'd rather do with anybody else because it just works so well.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_02: You know, we have a we have a strong, you know, what you might think if you live in the south in the United States that this is it's Christianity is is very prevalent here.
• 26:13
SPEAKER_02: There's no doubt about that.
• 26:15
SPEAKER_02: Um, and I go to church too, but there's also a group of us here that are uh there's a lot of females here that are working in this space.
• 26:24
SPEAKER_02: So we have friends who read Akashic Records, we have we have the actual tea huntress that lives here.
• 26:30
SPEAKER_02: She's anything you would ever want to know about tea.
• 26:32
SPEAKER_02: We have our friend Angie that channels 14 beings from the 34th dimension.
• 26:37
SPEAKER_02: We have our friend Jennifer who's facilitates uh plant medicines, and she's a whiz at the microdosing prescriptions, and we just have so many different kinds of people here that I feel like have been working very siloed, but because of this collective consciousness, everyone's starting to come out, and we've just been able to create just such a great pod, when I say pod, community pod here, that feels so good.
• 27:03
SPEAKER_02: There's just everyone's kind of on the same wavelength.
• 27:07
SPEAKER_02: We're all in the same alignment.
• 27:08
SPEAKER_02: And I think this industry, and not that I know a lot about it, Kat can speak more to this.
• 27:12
SPEAKER_02: Kat actually hosted on the um, she was a host on the psychic channel in the UK for a while.
• 27:18
SPEAKER_02: So she has some really fantastic stories.
• 27:22
SPEAKER_02: But the thing that feels different right now to me is everyone feels very grounded.
• 27:26
  SPEAKER_02: That's what is changing.
• 27:28
SPEAKER_02: There, I think that there could easily be a lot of ego in this because I think for a lot a long time people, their abilities were something that maybe felt like no one else had, and they were just a little bit different.
• 27:40
SPEAKER_02: But now everyone awakening to their own abilities, it's a party.
• 27:46
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we're all special, we're all equal.
• 27:49
SPEAKER_00: There's no hierarchy, there's no better, there's just consciousness experiencing itself in trillions and billions of different ways, and it's fun, it's fun to play.
• 28:00
SPEAKER_01: It's fun, no one gets left out in this party.
• 28:02
  SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
• 28:03
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we're just all holding hands and going on this road together, and we all everybody brings something different, and you're constantly, we're all just like I learned, you know, I learned from Casey, and then Casey learns from me, and we just, you know, sometimes I sit in a room with these really, I would never call myself like an intellectual, but we sit in obviously, but we sit in these, but I sit in these rooms with these people sometimes, and they're so what I would consider, you know, like book smart, and we we wouldn't have been friends at school, sort of thing.
• 28:29
SPEAKER_01: They're just so clever, and they're interested in what I have to say, and I have to have a little moment where I'm like they're dawning to me, like they're asking me a question.
• 28:38
  SPEAKER_01: They're in they're interested in what I'm saying.
• 28:40
SPEAKER_01: This is this is because you know, the eight-year-old in me that you know can spell and do something, you know, it's just it's amazing, and it's I don't know, it's it's it's such a gift.
• 28:49
SPEAKER_01: We're so lucky, so yeah, that's how we got together.
• 28:52
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 28:53
SPEAKER_02: The fairy, because Kat has this wonderful book.
• 28:56
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, my mind full of happiness.
• 28:59
SPEAKER_02: Do you want to tell them a little bit about the fairies?
• 29:01
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I have a whole I've got nearly 80 fairies now, and basically it's fairies, it's basically the children's version of fairy and flame.
• 29:08
SPEAKER_01: So it teaches children everything to do with spirituality.
• 29:10
SPEAKER_01: So it's speaking of journaling, yeah.
• 29:13
  SPEAKER_00: Love it.
• 29:14
SPEAKER_01: It's an introduction to you know, crystals and essential oils, meditation, chanting.
• 29:19
SPEAKER_01: Angels, angels, yoga, healthy eating, astrology, uh, energy, flower of life, flower of life.
• 29:26
SPEAKER_01: Um, and there's all these, and then there's yeah, there's every iteration of you know, you know, how to cleanse a crystal and how to charge it.
• 29:34
SPEAKER_01: And there's, I mean, and then it goes on.
• 29:36
SPEAKER_01: You've got the astrology fairies, and the I've I'm I'm bringing out at Christmas an angel deck um of so angels for children, and then um I'm working with the tea huntress to create some um fairy cards teaching children about herbs.
• 29:50
SPEAKER_01: So it's really just all of this information put in a way for children to understand it so that when life happens, which it inevitably will, we everyone has to have grief, everyone has to have heartbreak, everyone, you know, we're all in this school of learning.
• 30:04
SPEAKER_01: So rather than get broken and then try and go and get fixed with tools and having to learn, it's giving children these tools now so that when the break happens, they know they're not gonna go and you know, when they're an adult, drink and do this and do all the other things that are options.
• 30:18
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they're gonna go and be like, you know what?
• 30:20
  SPEAKER_01: What I'll go meditate.
• 30:22
SPEAKER_01: I know to go and sit under a tree.
• 30:24
SPEAKER_01: I know that now going having a martini is gonna be bad for me.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_01: I know that I feel all these feelings, I need to journal it out.
• 30:32
SPEAKER_01: And it really born from I had a terrible tragedy in my family, and I knew day one what to do.
• 30:38
SPEAKER_01: I knew I had some tools of things that I could draw on.
• 30:42
SPEAKER_01: And looked at all the kids in my life, all my nieces and my nephews, and I was like, what do these kids do?
• 30:46
SPEAKER_01: How how you know, because when you're in that trauma, you don't want to be given a book about do you want to try meditation?
• 30:52
  SPEAKER_01: Because you're in those you're you're in pain.
• 30:54
SPEAKER_01: When you can't learn when you're in the when you're in the eye of that storm.
• 30:58
SPEAKER_01: But if you already have that modality, then you've already got those tools where you can go and do it.
• 31:03
SPEAKER_01: I knew day one, the day one that tragedy happened, I didn't drink anything.
• 31:07
SPEAKER_01: I was really mindful about what what I was writing, the things that I was saying, I went and got some crystals to help me.
• 31:12
SPEAKER_01: Because when something happens, you want something, you want a thing, you need a tangible thing.
• 31:17
SPEAKER_01: Um, and that's what that's why I wrote it.
• 31:19
SPEAKER_01: Um, and I'm hopefully developing well, I am developing it into a kid's movie, an animated movie.
• 31:25
  SPEAKER_01: So brilliant.
• 31:26
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so I'm really excited about it because I you know, you can't get kids off TV or media, it's not gonna happen now.
• 31:33
SPEAKER_01: So why not fill them with information that's really gonna help?
• 31:36
SPEAKER_01: And that's where my heart is it is in with all of it.
• 31:40
SPEAKER_01: That's where it sort of came from.
• 31:41
SPEAKER_02: And Catherine had some great contributors to her this book.
• 31:44
SPEAKER_02: For example, the healthy eating chapter, um, Roddy Shetty, who's Jay Shetty's wife.
• 31:50
SPEAKER_02: She, this is her little her little character here, and so this was her contribution to this page.
• 31:57
SPEAKER_02: John's in there at the back.
• 31:59
SPEAKER_02: Dawn Edward is talking about the psych psychic mediumship energy and yeah, everything.
• 32:04
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then you had Reagan Hillier talking about vision boards here, so it's a really cool book.
• 32:11
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's awesome.
• 32:13
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it was lovely, and they all contributed.
• 32:15
SPEAKER_01: I didn't pay any of them, but they just loved the project.
• 32:19
SPEAKER_01: They were just like, you know, we want to be on board of it, which was really nice because that was so validating for me.
• 32:23
SPEAKER_01: And I had some big names, and then I had some people of people that I just really, really respect within the spiritual world, like a lady that I do soul healing with my friend Donna Maxine White every single month, who's been, I mean, really trying it again, helped me shift to where I'm supposed to shift.
• 32:39
SPEAKER_01: And you know, when you work with these people, they're so when you work, when you really meet your people, you know, they're such wonderful gifts, and you know, like she'll always say, Oh, well, we were in the same soul family, Catherine.
• 32:49
SPEAKER_01: And you know, I pay, I obviously I'm paying her, but then every now and then she'll be like, Oh, I'm not gonna pay you for you know, you can't pay me for that one because I've been told not to charge you, you know.
• 32:57
SPEAKER_01: It's just like I'm like, all right, or or I'll or I'll say, Well, just pay it forward.
• 33:01
SPEAKER_01: She'll be like, All right, you know, it's just like this big no one really because it doesn't matter, money's energy, energy's money, you know.
• 33:07
SPEAKER_01: It's just not to say that there's anything wrong with having money and taking it.
• 33:10
SPEAKER_01: Of course, you all need to earn a living, but it's just about once you get in that different place, it's like we're all just doing this together.
• 33:17
SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, so that's that's why I wrote it really.
• 33:20
SPEAKER_01: But I love I love there's nothing more than I love than drawing fairies and giving up.
• 33:25
SPEAKER_02: And she has 80 fairy characters, Catherine's also 98% fairy, which is true, can be a little can be a little challenging for my horse guide sometimes.
• 33:33
SPEAKER_02: I have a my spirit guide is fairy, yeah.
• 33:36
SPEAKER_02: And I have a horse, so they they're they're different, a little bit different.
• 33:40
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like so so okay, 80 fairies.
• 33:43
SPEAKER_00: So you've seen fairies since you were little.
• 33:46
  SPEAKER_00: How do they look?
• 33:47
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, just well, when I used to see uh my memory of it, because I was really little, I was about five or six.
• 33:52
SPEAKER_01: But here's I just had this revelation, is that the right word?
• 33:56
SPEAKER_01: Recently, because I always used to do it with this little girl.
• 33:58
SPEAKER_01: Like we'd always go to the end of my road, and then we would go.
• 34:01
SPEAKER_01: There was this lady, we used to call her the wicked witch because she was really scary.
• 34:04
SPEAKER_01: She was always telling me off because I would take cherries off her tree.
• 34:07
SPEAKER_01: So she was a bit scary, and she'd come out and she could come out with her slipper anyway.
• 34:12
SPEAKER_01: So, but it was it became a bit of a you know, oh, it was a bit exciting.
• 34:15
SPEAKER_01: So I would go down to the cherry tree and this with this little girl, and she was, but as I remember her now, I think it was actually a a fairy.
• 34:23
SPEAKER_01: And I only had this when I was had a reading about a year ago.
• 34:26
  SPEAKER_01: I spoke to Angela.
• 34:27
SPEAKER_01: She always wore the same thing, she always wore the same thing.
• 34:29
SPEAKER_01: She had little blonde, really, really small, like I don't want to say a pixie cut, but it was a pixie cut, little brown hat on, a little brown, like little waistcoat.
• 34:37
SPEAKER_01: I can see her now, and it would make clothes for the fairies, and we would leave them out, and we would leave like honey, and we would leave like spark, you know, buttons and sparkly things.
• 34:45
SPEAKER_01: And then it wouldn't be like a fairy would come out of the tree and land on my hand as as such, but it would be you'd see them in the trees and you'd see like little wings or little lights, or you'd hear bells.
• 34:56
SPEAKER_01: About three years ago, I heard a fairy go, Hello.
• 34:59
  SPEAKER_01: So I wasn't about that.
• 35:01
  SPEAKER_01: I didn't even think I'm crazy.
• 35:02
SPEAKER_00: Um, but I was actually goosebumps, this is incredible.
• 35:06
SPEAKER_00: You are really bringing the fairy energy to us.
• 35:08
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think it's important because they are a race and we're forget we're forgetting them because you know it's been it's been you know, we're told that you oh you must be crazy if you do, or but you know, but all they are that they're out there with nature, and so we we really want to connect.
• 35:20
SPEAKER_01: So I'm really working on reconnecting with them and bringing them back to life and being respectful in a way that brings um you know knowledge about them so people can start working with them again.
• 35:31
SPEAKER_01: And you know, my grandmother, she used to see them.
• 35:33
SPEAKER_01: She said to my mum once, Oh, look at that fairy in the rose.
• 35:36
SPEAKER_01: And my mum was like, Okay.
• 35:38
SPEAKER_01: And then you know, they ended up giving my grandmother a lobotomy, if you can believe it.
• 35:42
SPEAKER_01: Because in those days, you they were, you know, they would shut that stuff down.
• 35:45
SPEAKER_01: They wouldn't, we you know, they don't want people talking about stuff like that, so um, yeah, I feel I have bells, I've just put all bells in my house, I've just got bells on every door, you don't know about that yet.
• 35:57
SPEAKER_01: So, because the bells are you know, bells are great because they're changing the energy and they're changing the frequency of the room.
• 36:02
SPEAKER_01: So every time you hear a bell, but for me, it's like um the little fairies are there, and then about three days ago, I put out little rain, tiny rain boots out in on my little balcony, and just saying they've disappeared.
• 36:14
SPEAKER_01: I'm just saying, yeah, so you can leave like little um things out with them, and then yesterday I was hanging out with my friend's daughter, and she's only four, and it was just I actually had a really good time because we made like a four, and then we were like, we had to go looking for fairies, and she just loved it, and she was just it was just it was just so nice, just a lovely way to connect with kids.
• 36:37
  SPEAKER_01: I think it's also reconnecting.
• 36:38
SPEAKER_01: You're you are a big kid at home.
• 36:39
SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, I'm literally 12 years old.
• 36:41
  SPEAKER_01: It really annoys me that I'm a grown-up.
• 36:45
SPEAKER_01: I have to say to my daughter sometimes, I'm like, You've got the keys to get in, and she's like, You're the mother.
• 36:49
  SPEAKER_01: I'm like, Yes, I know, I don't want to be.
• 36:52
SPEAKER_00: Oh, it's so fun and so light.
• 36:55
SPEAKER_00: I can feel tingles and goosebumps, and I can feel the frequency getting lighter.
• 37:00
SPEAKER_00: And you know, are the fairies are they like in their own world doing their own thing, or are they interested in what's happening with humanity and the collective consciousness?
• 37:11
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I I really think fairies come in and out.
• 37:14
SPEAKER_01: I think they're sort of like between the worlds, so I think that's why we can't always see them, but in the same way as Bigfoot is, you know, that's I I believe that they're there sometimes and they can disappear other times, which is why there's always this curiosity about them.
• 37:28
SPEAKER_01: Um, but I think the energy, the energy of fairies really is here to help nature.
• 37:32
SPEAKER_01: Like we need, you know, in as much as we absolutely do need trees to survive because we need the oxygen, and they're here doing all of that work and creating all of that beautiful calm, not calmness, but um all of the beautiful energy outside, which is what they're wanting to reconnect back to it back into us.
• 37:49
SPEAKER_01: So I think they do want to connect with us.
• 37:51
SPEAKER_01: You know, you always have things go in, you know, unicorns were really big for a little bit for a little while.
• 37:56
SPEAKER_01: They're mermaids, everybody wanted mermaids, but now fairies are coming back, and of course, they're so instead in you know, in England, you had the fairies in Ireland, and then they moved down to Cornwall, and then they moved all their way up, and then you've got and all different variations, you know, the fairies, the pixies, the gnomes, uh, the little people, the sprites.
• 38:14
SPEAKER_01: There's so many different variations of them, and I think they've all got different jobs.
• 38:19
SPEAKER_01: But I think we've stopped being still and we've stopped going outside and listening, and you know, again, you people have attached fear to it.
• 38:27
SPEAKER_01: Oh, if you say you believe in fairies, you must be the crazy fairy lady over there, you know, and so people have you know, that people don't want to be associated with that, which is why it's really, really good when you get to the point that you just don't care what people think, as long as you're kind, not in as much as you want you don't care, like you don't care and you mean, but in as much as when you stop worrying about what people's opinions about you, that who cares?
• 38:52
SPEAKER_02: It's just owning your truth, it's just owning, yeah, exactly.
• 38:54
SPEAKER_02: I also think because kids are on their phones a lot that we have this we have this distance between children and nature now.
• 39:02
SPEAKER_02: Nature's scary, oh you might get ticks.
• 39:04
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, what if there's a snake?
• 39:05
SPEAKER_02: Oh, what if I step on a rock, or what if I hurt like I feel a lot of that our kids grew up in nature, so it's a little bit different out here, but um, I think the fairies kind of draw the kids back into nature.
• 39:17
SPEAKER_00: Yes, they're they're here to bring us back to nature and what you also said earlier to that peace and that joy, that playfulness.
• 39:27
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, life should be fun.
• 39:28
SPEAKER_01: We should be laughing, we should be.
• 39:30
SPEAKER_01: We're here to yes, we're here to learn lessons, but we're here to really enjoy life.
• 39:35
SPEAKER_01: Like it's gonna go, it's gonna go by so fast.
• 39:38
SPEAKER_01: And before I looked after my my um friend's daughter, I was like, Oh, I'm so stressed and busy, I could burst into tears.
• 39:46
SPEAKER_01: And I thought I could, you know, I really don't need to go and hang out with a a child for a few hours.
• 39:51
SPEAKER_01: And then I thought, you know what?
• 39:53
SPEAKER_01: Stop, change your attitude about it, go in there and really enjoy it.
• 39:57
SPEAKER_01: And actually, it's gonna be a gift for you, and so I did.
• 40:00
SPEAKER_01: I changed my whole mindset about it, and I went out, and I was so it was so lovely.
• 40:05
SPEAKER_01: And at the end of the at the end of the because I kept saying, Thank you for inviting me to play with you.
• 40:09
SPEAKER_01: Can I come over again?
• 40:10
SPEAKER_01: She was like, You can come over again.
• 40:12
SPEAKER_01: And we we me made crystal, I'd I've taken over a crystal making kit, and then we she looked through, and it was good because I had her edit all my fairies for my angel cards, and so she told me what she did, put her to work a little bit.
• 40:23
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then at the end of it, she was just sort of like with her mum and everything, and I was talking to her mum, and she just came up and she sort of pulled on me.
• 40:30
SPEAKER_01: And I and she she I was not I'm not gonna cry because not gonna cry.
• 40:33
SPEAKER_01: I picked her up and she gave me like a cuddle for about five minutes while I was talking to her.
• 40:38
SPEAKER_01: And her mum was getting emotional.
• 40:40
  SPEAKER_01: I was getting emotional.
• 40:40
SPEAKER_01: I was just she was just holding me and cuddling me, and I said, Oh, I love you, and she's like, I love you, and it was just really like that.
• 40:48
SPEAKER_01: Was the best you've not seen.
• 40:49
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, why why why wouldn't I have wanted to stop doing boring stuff and go and hang out with a four-year-old?
• 40:56
  SPEAKER_01: I I wouldn't mind doing it again.
• 40:58
  SPEAKER_01: I loved it.
• 40:59
SPEAKER_01: We just had the best time, so and that's what it's all you know.
• 41:02
SPEAKER_01: We did wishes with dandelions outside, and I just think it was yeah, I think if you're gonna be with kids, go and be with kids.
• 41:10
SPEAKER_01: I put my phone down and I thought we're gonna have the best few, and it was only like two hours, two and a half hours, and even a long period of time.
• 41:16
SPEAKER_01: I thought I've got I can give somebody two and a half hours of undivided attention, and maybe we made a memory, you know, maybe we created something on spot.
• 41:25
SPEAKER_01: Mate, she's always gonna remember making wishes with dandelions, she didn't know about that, you know.
• 41:29
SPEAKER_01: So you just never know where it goes.
• 41:31
SPEAKER_01: So, and I do try and do that with my daughter, try and be really have she's 12.
• 41:35
SPEAKER_01: She thinks I'm very embarrassing, she doesn't want to hang out with me.
• 41:39
SPEAKER_01: But if if I you ever now and then I'll get her in a moment and we'll go and make fairy houses, and she will love it.
• 41:45
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, oh, they're so beautiful.
• 41:48
SPEAKER_00: I my niece, she lives next door, she's turning three, and she she just lives in a beautiful world, and she's like, you know, you just kind of follow her and see see what she wants to do and what she wants to show me and talk about.
• 42:05
SPEAKER_00: And she's so sensitive and kind, she's definitely got the healer spirit.
• 42:10
SPEAKER_00: Um, because when I got my fingers trapped in the door, there's like a purple blue bruise mark.
• 42:18
SPEAKER_00: And every time she'd see me, that would be one of the first things she'd say, Natty's fingers stuck in the door, and like tell the story again, Natty crying, and just really sweet because um yeah, she she she wants to bring healing.
• 42:33
SPEAKER_00: Like I feel like children, and I connected with her her soul before she was born.
• 42:38
SPEAKER_00: So we I already knew what color her soul was and um like what she's coming to uh to do and and some of her qualities and characteristics, and and so now it's such a joy to be in the physical reality with her after having connected in the spirit realm.
• 42:54
SPEAKER_00: And I was also there at her her birth, because I don't have children myself.
• 42:59
SPEAKER_00: My husband and I have chosen not to have children in this lifetime, and um because for me I feel like um my my passion of my fire, and we're gonna get to flame in just a moment because I really want to dive into that too.
• 43:14
SPEAKER_00: But my my fire, my passion is is to reach as many people as I can to remind them that suffering is something that can actually cause us to wake up and then we can grow from it, learn from it, and actually dissolve it.
• 43:30
SPEAKER_00: I believe that um we can uh shift to a reality where yeah, we still have the duality, but um we we accept the frequencies of up and down, and the more we accept it, the less we create um attachments and blockages which create so much disharmony, and so yeah, my passion is like uh yeah, just spread the light and let everyone know that they're loved and And so yeah, so no children this lifetime, but I absolutely love the energy of children being around them and learning with them and um and I love that you've brought in your book energy into the space.
• 44:12
SPEAKER_00: And have you actually sent me the link for your book?
• 44:14
SPEAKER_00: Because I wanna I definitely want to include that because I know my community will be interested in that.
• 44:18
SPEAKER_02: So I yeah, yeah, I can see that and you can purchase it.
• 44:22
SPEAKER_02: We'll send you the link for Fairy Club.
• 44:24
SPEAKER_02: Um, but her book is available at fairyinflame.com.
• 44:26
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, fairyinflame.com, go there.
• 44:28
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, brilliant.
• 44:29
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, that's easy.
• 44:30
SPEAKER_00: Then everyone knows how to connect because I I know they're gonna want to.
• 44:34
SPEAKER_00: So flame, fire, horse, energy, and we are in the fire horse year.
• 44:40
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, how how is this magical world?
• 44:45
SPEAKER_00: And also like you, you it's you're enchanting and you bring magic into third dimension.
• 44:51
SPEAKER_00: I want to go into all these spaces with you.
• 44:53
  SPEAKER_00: Share with us.
• 44:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, Kat and I are similar, but also very different.
• 44:58
SPEAKER_02: Um, we we're we're both Sagittarius, right?
• 45:01
SPEAKER_02: Big philosophical brains, trying to wrap our head around all the bigness of the world.
• 45:07
SPEAKER_02: And then we've got the little fairies that are part of that story, right?
• 45:11
SPEAKER_02: So um really what's kind of my passion has developed over the last few years has been in the plant medicine space.
• 45:16
SPEAKER_02: And I don't know if you guys, if you talk to your, if you have had plant medicine people on, but plants have been something that I've I've just been aligned with um my whole life, really.
• 45:26
SPEAKER_02: Like I grew up in the nature, I grew up in nature.
• 45:28
SPEAKER_02: I lived out on 20 acres and my dad lived on 40 acres, and we just we had we had lots of land to explore.
• 45:35
SPEAKER_02: So that was my playground.
• 45:36
SPEAKER_02: I didn't have a lot of stuff as much as I was out in the dirt and the forest and all of that.
• 45:42
SPEAKER_02: I think as a result of that, because as you know, when you're you have very fiery energy, there's always this wanting to just go and create more.
• 45:50
SPEAKER_02: When you can create and generate things, you kind of get addicted to it.
• 45:55
SPEAKER_02: So I could I have workaholic tendencies.
• 45:58
SPEAKER_02: And so getting up and just wanting to do, do, do, um, it wears you out.
• 46:03
SPEAKER_02: And so I've really leaned into, I think, these um, these healing journeys through plant medicine to work through a lot of stuff.
• 46:12
SPEAKER_02: So really profound things as far as trauma.
• 46:15
SPEAKER_02: I believe plants can heal just about anything.
• 46:18
SPEAKER_02: Plants have all also helped me open up my abilities to be able to communicate with my guides, um, to be able to communicate with some things that I don't know exactly what they are, but just to have that communication.
• 46:32
SPEAKER_02: It's also the fear that I think I had attached to maybe the some of the control issues has diminished.
• 46:39
SPEAKER_02: And so I believe in order for us to expand, we have to heal.
• 46:44
SPEAKER_02: Um, we also have to have a container to put all of that in.
• 46:48
SPEAKER_02: And so the focus for me, and I think for our listeners, is to help people through their healing journeys, whatever that looks like.
• 46:55
SPEAKER_02: It doesn't have to be through plant medicine, it could be through tea, it could be through herbs, it could be through healthy eating, changing your diet, you know, things like that.
• 47:03
SPEAKER_02: So that's kind of where my passion lies.
• 47:06
SPEAKER_02: And and I think that the fairy brings the fun.
• 47:09
SPEAKER_02: So we have this very I'm the chaos.
• 47:13
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'll have that in the head.
• 47:15
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 47:16
SPEAKER_02: We have this balancing act that that we do.
• 47:19
SPEAKER_02: And it's I think it's been the really good for the pod because I can kind of take things very seriously, and then Kat will crack a joke and you know, deflate my my seriousness.
• 47:31
SPEAKER_02: So but we we wouldn't have a pod if it wasn't for Cat's sake, let's be honest.
• 47:36
SPEAKER_01: She does all the grown-up things.
• 47:38
SPEAKER_02: You know how it is.
• 47:39
SPEAKER_02: You just it's just when you can create, whether it's creating a food or friendships or community.
• 47:45
  SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's it's it's a fun magic trick to have.
• 47:49
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, Casey's really good though.
• 47:51
SPEAKER_01: She's very consistent, she's very she puts things in form, she does what she says she's gonna do always, and a bit more.
• 47:59
SPEAKER_01: More, she always does more than she says she's gonna do.
• 48:02
  SPEAKER_01: It's imp it's impressive.
• 48:04
SPEAKER_01: And um, yeah, I mean, I stand by that.
• 48:06
  SPEAKER_01: We wouldn't have a quadrant, Casey.
• 48:07
SPEAKER_01: I'd have a couple of episodes, but we all but we all have that ability.
• 48:13
SPEAKER_02: What's what's happened, I think, for people when they get in this paralysis of creativity right now is that they've they're watching what other people are doing.
• 48:22
SPEAKER_02: They're like, they're seeing, oh, let's scroll and see what that person's saying.
• 48:26
SPEAKER_02: Oh, well, maybe I should do that instead.
• 48:28
SPEAKER_02: Instead of just getting very quiet, clearing out your own container, making space, and letting it come in, not going out and finding it, letting it, we just talked about this, letting it find you.
• 48:41
SPEAKER_02: So it's the little bit of a reverse of what somebody who thinks creation happens happens.
• 48:46
SPEAKER_02: But for me, when I did that, it just I was be able, I was able to create before, but now it's like so, yeah.
• 48:54
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's less like um a need that you have to to like fill a void.
• 49:01
SPEAKER_00: You're actually comfortable to be in the emptiness and the spaciousness and the quiet.
• 49:05
SPEAKER_00: And so because you're comfortable to be in it, a natural arising of that which already exists in the field comes in and through.
• 49:14
SPEAKER_00: Like um, we go through these yin cycles, these feminine cycles where we're more still, where we're receiving, receptive, like observing, integrating, and then and then once we've been in that and and allowed ourselves to rest in it, what naturally comes is a yang cycle, the masculine energy of the creativity, it arises from the yin.
• 49:36
SPEAKER_00: So I love that, and I feel like um, yeah, there's a lot of information out there, there's a lot of people doing different things, but it's it's each each one of us has a coding of light, a passion, a desire in the heart of like, oh, what do I want to do next?
• 49:53
SPEAKER_00: And that is the soul, desire, like desire that comes from the heart, not desire that comes from like, oh, I have to do that to earn money, or like from fear, it's different.
• 50:04
SPEAKER_00: Desire comes from the heart, it's inspired, it's excited, and that that's that's your soul bringing the creativity through.
• 50:12
SPEAKER_00: And like, um, yeah, I feel like everyone can give themselves the space to to tap into the heart and to ask themselves, oh, what did I love when I was younger, when I was a child, and and and oh, okay, I'm gonna give myself space in this life to do more of that because this is my life.
• 50:31
  SPEAKER_00: Like, wow.
• 50:33
SPEAKER_02: Well, and I think too, it's like um in this space, it can feel a little unapproachable sometimes.
• 50:40
SPEAKER_02: So if you're new to this, you maybe feel like you can't catch up, right?
• 50:45
  SPEAKER_02: Um, also, I think sometimes there's a stigma.
• 50:48
SPEAKER_02: So I feel like the goal of this pod is to destigmatize a lot of the conversations around spirituality and make it approachable for somebody who's just because what we've seen is that our acceleration of of what's happened in the last year could probably make up for what we haven't done in the last 40 plus years, right?
• 51:11
SPEAKER_02: It's so you never know when it's gonna hit you.
• 51:13
SPEAKER_02: I mean, you could be a child, you could be a young adult, you could be on your deathbed, but whenever it's there, I don't want people to feel like it's too late.
• 51:22
SPEAKER_02: Or I don't want people to feel like just because they don't, maybe their friends don't look a certain way, or maybe because they do certain things that this isn't for them, right?
• 51:31
SPEAKER_02: So that's really my goal with the with our what we're doing.
• 51:34
SPEAKER_02: Destigmatize, make it approachable, be intentional.
• 51:38
SPEAKER_02: Our discernment, we talk a lot about that.
• 51:40
SPEAKER_02: We want to, we really filter out.
• 51:42
  SPEAKER_02: We're, we're, I feel really proud.
• 51:44
SPEAKER_02: We've only, there's only been a couple of things we've questioned ourselves on, but we've learned from that.
• 51:48
SPEAKER_02: But we're really being discerning about the information that we share.
• 51:52
SPEAKER_02: What's happening in our world right now is we're seeing a collapse of this kind of top-down approach to communication.
• 51:58
SPEAKER_02: I got my degree in journalism in college.
• 52:00
SPEAKER_02: I got my master's in strategic communications.
• 52:03
SPEAKER_02: I had to take an ethics class, I had to take a law class, I had to understand the weight of my word.
• 52:09
SPEAKER_02: Well, there's no barrier of entry anymore into this space.
• 52:12
SPEAKER_02: So there's a lot of noise, right?
• 52:14
  SPEAKER_02: There's a lot of clutter.
• 52:15
SPEAKER_02: And so I feel like this, there's the grassroots, what you're doing, what we're doing, kind of coming from a place that feels different, right?
• 52:23
SPEAKER_02: It's coming up from the ground, a very grounded place versus coming from above, which can be maybe a little more noisy, or maybe there's some things that are around money or you know, media conglomerates, whatever it is.
• 52:35
SPEAKER_02: This is a really unique time for us.
• 52:37
SPEAKER_02: And so even if it's just our small group of people, if we can make that light shine with our little group, then that little group next to them shines, and their little group next to them shines, and it just becomes, you know, like little like little lightning bugs all around.
• 52:51
SPEAKER_02: So if that happens, I'll be a happy person.
• 52:56
SPEAKER_00: And it is happening, so you can be a happy person.
• 52:59
  SPEAKER_00: It's and it's gonna happen.
• 53:01
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna yes, it's definitely gonna get bigger.
• 53:03
  SPEAKER_02: It's gonna get bigger, you're right.
• 53:04
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
• 53:05
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 53:07
SPEAKER_00: And so, what magic tricks and tools are you each currently like personally using and or maybe sharing with others?
• 53:19
SPEAKER_00: Um, you you'd mentioned to me about the ascension candle and a timeline jump mist.
• 53:25
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 53:26
SPEAKER_01: Well, this is this is something that we've developed.
• 53:29
SPEAKER_01: This is um a timeline jump because this is something we started to, this is a new thing that I was learning about how you jump timelines.
• 53:36
SPEAKER_01: And that's you know, when I was talking to you about going and sitting under the tree, that was something that I consciously did.
• 53:41
SPEAKER_01: I was like, right, I actually want to jump this timeline.
• 53:44
SPEAKER_01: This timeline is not working for me at all.
• 53:47
SPEAKER_01: So that's something that I and so I went outside and I thought, because at first I went out, I was sort of like, right, I rang, I rang my friend Molly and I was like, right, I need to do this.
• 53:55
SPEAKER_01: And so who do I need to go and see?
• 53:56
SPEAKER_01: And I think she said, Catherine, you've got all the skill, you've got all the knowledge yourself of to what to do.
• 54:01
SPEAKER_01: So then I saw I made this conscious decision, go outside, go and do this, go, let's go and do it, let's start jumping this timeline, speaking it into existence.
• 54:10
SPEAKER_01: So, and I did that and I did it well, and I loved it, and it was great.
• 54:13
SPEAKER_01: And then we started to think, well, why don't we?
• 54:15
SPEAKER_01: We wanted to create some sort of mist anyway, but then why don't we create something, give people a tool that'll actually allow them to make that conscious shift to where they want to be, which is what the timeline jump spray is all about.
• 54:29
SPEAKER_01: So we're not saying if you don't use this, you're not ever gonna be able to time jump.
• 54:33
SPEAKER_01: That's not what we're saying, but what we're saying is this has been um created in a way with specific um aromas that will spark joy, so like orange that will spark joy, things certain things that will create that shift.
• 54:45
SPEAKER_01: So it'll create a moment for you to be able to make say, I am now going to jump timelines, and that's what this does.
• 54:53
SPEAKER_01: This is we're now jumping the timeline.
• 54:56
SPEAKER_02: So it's it's no different than it's no different than if you were to take a bath or do yoga or meditate or journal.
• 55:03
SPEAKER_02: All these different modalities can help you jump out of whatever lower frequency or lower vibe you're in.
• 55:08
SPEAKER_02: We're changing the radio station, right?
• 55:09
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but if you don't have time to go jump in the bath, this is like a little bath in a bottle.
• 55:14
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we were very intentional with the the different essential oils that we put in it.
• 55:20
  SPEAKER_02: So it's um made right here, it's non-toxic.
• 55:23
SPEAKER_02: Uh, we use alkaline water, we have lemon, um, mandarin, orange, grapefruits, bergamot, I'm sorry, jasmine, polo santo, and each of those have different proprieties to them.
• 55:35
SPEAKER_02: So, like the lemon is gonna clear the channel, the mandarin is gonna bring joy.
• 55:39
SPEAKER_02: Um, we say the polo santo seals the shift.
• 55:42
SPEAKER_01: And so it's an intentional blend.
• 55:45
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's it's it's making that it's changing your own frequency, it's it's consciously changing your own frequency because we have the ability to do that.
• 55:52
SPEAKER_01: If you want to sit, you know, again, we're gonna keep quoting drunk because it was so brilliant yesterday.
• 55:56
SPEAKER_01: But he was sort of saying, you know, sometimes you get into a situation in life and it's what are you gonna do?
• 56:00
SPEAKER_01: You're gonna be victim or are you gonna be an adventurer?
• 56:02
  SPEAKER_01: Pick pick a lane.
• 56:03
SPEAKER_01: And I think with a timeline jump spray, it's the same sort of thing.
• 56:06
  SPEAKER_01: Pick a lane.
• 56:06
  SPEAKER_01: Like you're in this.
• 56:07
SPEAKER_01: I've had recently some really challenging situations, and sometimes it's hard.
• 56:12
SPEAKER_01: I'm in a different country, I haven't got my family, I haven't got my network of friends I've had since I, you know, those real solid people around.
• 56:18
SPEAKER_01: And I've felt sometimes that I've just got to do this.
• 56:21
SPEAKER_01: So, how am I going to do it?
• 56:22
SPEAKER_01: So I'm I don't ever want to choose victim, I don't ever want to be sad sack, I don't ever want people to feel sorry for me or not feel that I can't achieve what I need to achieve.
• 56:31
SPEAKER_01: And so for me, the time jump spray is me going, me going, I'm right, I'm jumping in to where I'm gonna choose adventure and I'm gonna choose this.
• 56:39
SPEAKER_01: This is my deck of cards.
• 56:41
SPEAKER_01: How am I gonna play the game?
• 56:42
SPEAKER_01: And that's what it does for me.
• 56:43
SPEAKER_01: Um, and I did this thing with my daughter, I took her into a car wash, and while we're in the car wash, I sprayed so it's like you know, it's so noisy, and it's like I actually love it.
• 56:52
SPEAKER_01: I love going to go on.
• 56:54
SPEAKER_01: So they do it, all this noise is going on, and it's it's all happening in the lights and the soap, and and then I just filled the whole car with the time jump spray, and I was like, This is our DeLorean now.
• 57:04
SPEAKER_01: This is this is my time jump in spray this machine machine.
• 57:09
SPEAKER_01: And as every time we go, I'm like, I'm like, right, where are we going?
• 57:12
SPEAKER_01: Where do we want to go?
• 57:13
SPEAKER_00: And that's yeah, this is exciting.
• 57:16
SPEAKER_00: The angels are saying to me, we are going to timeline jump all of us together now.
• 57:23
SPEAKER_00: So, okay, they're saying that if everyone can close your eyes and bring all awareness into your heart right now.
• 57:34
SPEAKER_00: Because deep inside your heart, you already know which timeline you're ready to magnetize in, and which one you're leaving behind.
• 57:47
SPEAKER_00: And now we are going to timeline jump each of us into our own individual, unique expression and experience, and as a collective and so Kat, if you would like to spray for us and people um that are listening or watching you, be aware of what you're smelling, everyone.
• 58:14
SPEAKER_00: Beautiful community, pay attention to what you smell, to what you feel, and what you sense right now.
• 58:22
  SPEAKER_00: It's happening.
• 58:24
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, ma'am.
• 58:25
  SPEAKER_02: I love that.
• 58:26
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, thank you, Angel.
• 58:28
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you, angels.
• 58:29
  SPEAKER_01: We love that.
• 58:30
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that was beautiful.
• 58:33
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I feel so much energy in the heart.
• 58:36
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, me.
• 58:38
SPEAKER_01: I've had a little shiver when you were doing that.
• 58:40
  SPEAKER_00: Wonderful.
• 58:42
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I just love talking with you both.
• 58:45
SPEAKER_00: I feel like I feel like we've known each other in other lifetimes.
• 58:49
  SPEAKER_01: We probably do.
• 58:51
SPEAKER_02: We're we're pretty easy to hang out with, I would say.
• 58:54
  SPEAKER_01: Great.
• 58:55
SPEAKER_02: I want to be friends with me.
• 59:00
SPEAKER_01: This is the fairy, the fairy energy.
• 59:02
  SPEAKER_01: I'm Leo.
• 59:03
  SPEAKER_01: What can I say?
• 59:04
SPEAKER_01: We all we are good friends though.
• 59:06
SPEAKER_01: I I would say that I'm a really good friend, and you are too.
• 59:09
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 59:09
  SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
• 59:13
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for bringing the friend energy in here into this space.
• 59:18
SPEAKER_00: Because everyone's gonna feel it.
• 59:21
  SPEAKER_02: It's really important.
• 59:22
SPEAKER_02: Friendships are um it's something that I've prioritized since my kids are getting a little older.
• 59:28
SPEAKER_02: I've had time to prioritize it, and it's it's important.
• 59:31
  SPEAKER_01: It is important, yeah.
• 59:32
SPEAKER_01: Definitely gotta have good friends around you because we haven't always got, you know, even if you've got family, it's it's your friends, you know, you have to have your family.
• 59:41
SPEAKER_01: But your friends, you go out and you can create the people have people in your life that uh shine a light on you and hold you up and make you feel good.
• 59:49
SPEAKER_01: You know, I think if you're older, you you weed out the people that don't make you feel like that, and you just end up with this beautiful.
• 59:56
SPEAKER_01: I would say now you and I both have this beautiful group of friends, you know, and you've got friends that I don't that I'm not, you know, it doesn't have you don't have to be friends with everybody's friends, but when you create your own little bubble, make sure they're really good people and they may and you know if if it doesn't feel good, it's not good.
• 1:00:12
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, don't push it, don't stay there.
• 1:00:15
SPEAKER_00: You're allowed to say, you know, this doesn't feel good for me.
• 1:00:23
  SPEAKER_01: It's it's important.
• 1:00:24
SPEAKER_01: Casey has dragged me through all sorts of situations for no, and I can't even believe that she has because she's been such a good friend in such an unbelievable way.
• 1:00:35
SPEAKER_01: Like, probably, I mean, really unbelievable.
• 1:00:38
SPEAKER_01: I would there's not I I can't think of the words to explain how great.
• 1:00:41
SPEAKER_01: We'll do a part on that one day, you know.
• 1:00:44
SPEAKER_01: Going off on a tangent.
• 1:00:47
SPEAKER_00: And you know what's been coming up for me recently is that so I was at I was in America recently at the New Living Expo, and I was speaking and channeling there, and I got to meet a lot of the other spiritual teachers, some of who have been um speaking for many, many years and being a guide and a support.
• 1:01:07
SPEAKER_00: And I just I enjoyed the physical, like seeing them in person, I enjoyed the community, and now coming back here into Nicaragua, I'm I'm back here and I'm staying connected.
• 1:01:19
SPEAKER_00: And I I feel right now that all of us beings of light, um, ones who are just awakening, ones who are um like leading and guiding, ones who are healing, ones who are like just being a sponge and enjoying, like all of us in different levels and stages that are in our perfect divine um stages of experience, we're we're coming together as friends.
• 1:01:47
SPEAKER_00: And yeah, because we've got rid of all that hierarchy nonsense that we had.
• 1:01:50
SPEAKER_00: Like even the angels, they're like, you have put us in hierarchy and pedestals, and thank goodness you guys are stopping doing that.
• 1:01:58
  SPEAKER_00: It's just we're all equal.
• 1:02:00
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, huh?
• 1:02:02
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, I love that.
• 1:02:03
  SPEAKER_02: That is good.
• 1:02:04
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, we're one of the things I feel like that's happening too is we're we're getting exposed to more of these energies, right?
• 1:02:10
SPEAKER_02: So more of these beings and more things, and for as much as Kat talks about fairies, I talk about Bigfoot.
• 1:02:18
SPEAKER_02: We actually had a friend recently who had a conversation with Bigfoot, which was fascinating, right?
• 1:02:22
SPEAKER_02: So it's just there's all now there's all kinds of things coming in, the world's getting interesting.
• 1:02:26
SPEAKER_02: It's kind of playing out like a a fairy tale in a in a way.
• 1:02:30
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I just read that actually, that fairy tale we're gonna be showing that fairy tales are real.
• 1:02:33
  SPEAKER_01: Oh today.
• 1:02:35
  SPEAKER_01: So it's true, yeah.
• 1:02:37
SPEAKER_00: The feeling I get is that it was always meant to be that we'd find the fairy tale.
• 1:02:43
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love that.
• 1:02:45
SPEAKER_00: Oh, well, thank you so much for this time together.
• 1:02:50
SPEAKER_02: It was our first part as guests, so it was awesome.
• 1:02:52
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much.
• 1:02:54
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, oh, I've loved it, and I'm excited to be a guest on your pod and see where we flow then.
• 1:03:00
  SPEAKER_01: And yeah, I know I'm done.
• 1:03:02
SPEAKER_01: It was very hard to not ask questions.
• 1:03:05
SPEAKER_00: I've got lots already, so it'll be brilliant.
• 1:03:08
  SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be fun.
• 1:03:09
SPEAKER_00: Well, my community will come over and watch.
• 1:03:12
SPEAKER_00: And for everyone here who's listening and watching, this portal is available to you always.
• 1:03:18
SPEAKER_00: You can keep coming back to it and keep timeline jumping with the spray, and there's pockets of magic here always for you.
• 1:03:25
SPEAKER_00: And also, we'd love to hear from you.
• 1:03:27
SPEAKER_00: And I always love to hear what what did you what what part like really buzzed and tickled, and and uh what's what are you taking from this?
• 1:03:37
SPEAKER_00: Like, what are you integrating into your life?
• 1:03:39
SPEAKER_00: Like, even just typing it into the chat now means that you're bringing it from ethereal into physical, and it's now a part of your life.
• 1:03:47
SPEAKER_00: So let us know what you're integrating deeply.
• 1:03:51
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for being here.
• 1:03:52
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
• 1:03:53
  SPEAKER_00: This is so wonderful.
• 1:03:55
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
• 1:03:56
  SPEAKER_00: Love, love, love.
