- 1:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's not just Vice President JD Vance confirming a national media that he knows she committed immigration fraud.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_01]: Now it's a foreign nation getting involved, they just send a message to the Department of Justice that sending chills down Ilhan Omar's spine.

- 2:52[SPEAKER_00]: How do you go after how do you investigate or how do you actually do the thing how do you build the case?
- 2:56[SPEAKER_00]: necessary to get some, some, some justice for the American people.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_00]: There's a related issue, Benny, which is, she has been at the center of a lot of the worst fraudsters in the Somali community.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_00]: So, do I know that Iliano Mar was aware that the quality leering center was defrauding the American people?
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not certain of it.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_00]: but we at least need to investigate it because if people can commit wrongdoing without even the fear that they're gonna be found out, that's a fundamental problem.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm worried about the immigration fraud.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_00]: I'm also worried about what did Elyon Omar know about what was happening in the Somalia community and why was nobody looking into it until frankly Donald Trump gave it wrong.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_01]: Now, most Americans know the basic outline of the marriage fraud allegation, right?
- 3:41[SPEAKER_01]: These allegations that Omar married her brother to commit immigration fraud originated from a post on the Somali American internet forum back in 2016.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_01]: Omar married Ahmed L. Me back in 2009.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_01]: He's a British citizen who attended North Dakota State University, studied fine arts there.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_01]: Very little was actually publicly known about him, but they ended up divorcing.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_01]: And when she had a child with her new husband, there were apparently
- 4:21[SPEAKER_01]: implying that he was Omar's brother, right, her child's uncle.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_01]: And it was a weird marriage.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_01]: If you don't know, she was married before that to a guy named Ahmed Hirsi, they separated, they supposedly divorced, and then she married this guy, L. Me, who again, worked
- 4:43[SPEAKER_01]: were told the whole Somali community knew was her brother, and then oddly they divorced after very short marriage, and after he migrates to the states, and then she gets together again with her original husband, it's really odd stuff, well the Daily Mail recently reported that a Somali community insider, Abdi Hakim Azman,
- 5:05[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, he went on the record saying Omar herself told friends that the man who became her second husband, this Ahmed Elme, was actually her brother.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_01]: According to Osman, this Somali leader, Omar said she had to do what she had to do in order to get papers so he could stay in the United States and go to school.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_01]: Osman describes Elni showing up in Minneapolis from London being introduced by Omar as her brother and then suddenly, quietly, became illegally registered husband.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_01]: So these are the allegations that she's never adequately cleared up.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_01]: Well, now,
- 5:43[SPEAKER_01]: The latest bombshell is actually coming from the Republic of Somaliland.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_01]: I kid you not the official government account just dropped what they are saying are actual receipts they're claiming.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_01]: that Omar's real name was always Elme, right?
- 6:02[SPEAKER_01]: The same last name as the guy she married.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_01]: And the reason the family's called Omar is because Ilhan's father, a former Somali military colonel named Nussaied Elme, changed the family name to conceal their true identity when they immigrated to the United States.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_01]: And that's because according again to the Somali land officials between 1981 and 91, the Somali military executed what's known as the EZAC genocide, which was a brutal systematic campaign targeting the EZAC people who are now the people of the Republic of Somali land.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_01]: over 200,000 civilians were killed, whose utterly horrific cities were bombed from the air, villages were burned, water sources were mined, it was described really as one of the worst atrocities in the African continent in the 20th century, and Ilhan Omar's father, Colonel Narcide Ami, served as a senior officer in the very Somali military that carried this genocide out.

- 7:17[SPEAKER_01]: And so when that regime fell in 1991, what did the family do?
- 7:23[SPEAKER_01]: They fled, but they didn't flee because they were oppressed.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_01]: They fled, precisely because they were the oppressorists.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_01]: You can't make this stuff up.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_01]: And they weren't about to stick around and face the consequences.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_01]: So they changed their name, right?
- 7:39[SPEAKER_01]: They split the family between the United States
- 7:44[SPEAKER_01]: They told American immigration officials that they were just innocent refugees and they walked right in.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_01]: Apparently the Obama DOJ, this is according to Somali land officials, they had access to this evidence all along and they refused to investigate that is until now.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_01]: We are indeed witnessing a historic turning point, as President Trump leads a righteous crusade to finally liberate the world from the terrorist state of Iran.

- 11:20[SPEAKER_01]: Da ha ha, daughter of the kernel.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_01]: They've always known who she is.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_01]: Now, here's where I want to slow down for a second here and be real with you because obviously, you know, I know many of you are thinking, Dr. Steve, we've heard this before every few months, someone says, oh, Mar's finally done, but nothing happens.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_01]: I get it.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_01]: No question, I really do.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm not here to promise you a specific outcome in this.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_01]: What I am here to tell you is that something is fundamentally different this time.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_01]: because three things have happened simultaneously that have never happened before and they're all converging together in a way that I assure you I assure you is absolutely panicking Ilhan Omar.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_01]: Number one, the sitting vice president of the United States just came out on record by name saying that she quote definitely not likely not probably she definitely committed immigration fraud.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_01]: And he confirmed that the administration is actively working on legal remedies and ramifications.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_01]: That's not a random congressman saying it.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_01]: That's the number two man in the country.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_01]: So that's number one.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_01]: Number two, a foreign government has officially stepped into all of this.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_01]: They've officially stepped forward as a willing partner for extradition.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_01]: The Republic of Somaliland is a pro-American partially recognized state in the Horn of Africa.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_01]: They have historical grievances against Omar's family, that are personal.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_01]: And they want justice too, and they're willing to help the DOJ get it.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_01]: And then number three, and this is the big one.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_01]: If you don't know, the Trump administration just successfully denaturized U.S. citizens just this month.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_01]: So a court recently ruled that a naturalized American has indeed had his citizenship revoked because he concealed crimes before naturalization.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_01]: The DOJ just announced this days ago.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_01]: So when Omar's office tells her she's protected because she's a citizen and a sitting congressman, yeah, sorry, that ship sailed, that ship's gone.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_01]: Because here's what federal law actually says, naturalization can be revoked if it was obtained through willful misrepresentation of concealment of a material fact.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_01]: The standard of proof is high to be fair.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_01]: It requires a formal DOJ civil case and a federal judge's ruling.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_01]: But as we just saw, it is absolutely possible.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_01]: The Trump DOJ made denatralization one of its top enforcement priorities of 2025.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_01]: And the USCIS, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services field offices, have been
- 14:22[SPEAKER_01]: You heard that right, hundreds per month.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_01]: And the key here is that Omar allegedly committed immigration fraud, not once, but twice.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_01]: So first, when her family deliberately changed their name and lied about their identity to enter the United States as refugees, and then secondly, when she allegedly married her brother in the UK in 2009 to help him gain residency in this country.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_01]: Both of those acts, if proven, are textbook grounds for denatualization.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_01]: So ladies and gentlemen, after years of waiting, it looks like somebody finally might be held accountable, not just for her antics at the border, but most especially at least for me for her appalling, unashamed, brazen attacks on our nation.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_01]: The walls are closing in, from Washington, from Washington and from Hargissa.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_01]: We should say, the capital of Somali land, as I just learned.
