- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: I have a question for you.
- 0:01[SPEAKER_00]: Do you believe you're really good at what it is you do?
- 0:04[SPEAKER_00]: You probably see people online making tons of money with their expertise, and I want to help you make your first $10,000 a month online with what it is you already know.
- 0:15[SPEAKER_00]: So in this conversation, I'm going to be breaking down my online operation blueprint.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't matter if you're a service
- 0:29[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to be breaking down a three-step framework on how you can implement this in your life and in your business.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to the department.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_00]: I'm Omaha Takori and I am joined with art.mp4.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_00]: And I also got Brandon Flakes.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_00]: What's up?
- 0:43[SPEAKER_00]: Apparently,
- 0:45[SPEAKER_00]: Y'all are loving the three boys in a hat, which now it's two boys in a hat.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: But the three guys in glasses, and we're just going to keep it running happy new year.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_00]: And I hope that everything you set out to do in the next year you go above and beyond.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_00]: And I believe this podcast is really going to change the game for you.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_00]: I've had at this point thousands of people ask me how they can make money online with their expertise
- 1:14[SPEAKER_00]: And I've boiled it down to three moves and we're going to just unpack this and I've done this in my life and I've helped now dozens and dozens and dozens of people make so much money online.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_00]: And so should I give it to them all up front for the type A's and then break it down or should I break it down?
- 1:33[SPEAKER_01]: because we didn't do that last time, yeah, just give it up front.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so we'll break it down.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_00]: If you're taking notes number one, you need to unlock infinite content number two.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_00]: You need to usher people into intimate conversion events and then number three, you need to uncover your irresistible core offer.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_00]: I believe this $10,000 a month.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_00]: can all happen with one core offer.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_00]: It's literally how I made my first million online is content, conversion, core offer.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_00]: So, there you go, type A's, which by the way, you're bigger than whatever type you categorize yourself.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_00]: Jesus can change you from the inside out.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_00]: All right, here we go.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_00]: So number one, you need to unlock infinite content.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_00]: you have to be able to show up and give and provide so much value around the thing you claim to be good at with no end, like
- 2:40[SPEAKER_00]: If I told you, if I told you, if I told you, if I told you to make 10 videos that are 20 minutes long on your expertise, and you feel like you would run out of things to say, chances are as you're not an expert.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_00]: Shoot.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: She's.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: Now, long form is just one way.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a fan of long form, but also can, like,
- 3:08[SPEAKER_00]: This is why the obsessed win, this is why you are always going to lose to the person who is not just passionate about the stuff they love learning about but that they're actually obsessed with the problems and they're obsessed with solutions.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_00]: So, in 2026, this might be your one thing you need to do in business, is to unlock the ability to create infinite content.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I'm going to, I'm going to share where your content should really primarily come from.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_00]: But before I get into that, I'm just going to hand you my content to cash calendar just on a platter since it's the beginning of the year.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_00]: So this is how I actually create infinite amount of content in my business, all by making one long form video a week.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_00]: So my content to cash calendar is one long form video, a week on YouTube, it could be a podcast, it could be a vlog, it could be a livestream, it could be a talking head video.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_00]: It's just giving yourself the ability to show up, fully you, very minimally, to know edit, whatsoever, and then, which means you need to prepare, but from that place, you can then create short form content, which would be your Instagram, TikToks, LinkedIn, and all that stuff.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_00]: you're then gonna use that content to now write emails.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_00]: So now you have YouTube taken care of, short form taken care of, and then it's feeding your email lists or your email newsletters.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_00]: That is the content to cash calendar.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_00]: If you do that for an entire year, your bank account will look different.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_02]: Period.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_02]: What does that look like as far as,
- 5:02[SPEAKER_02]: I guess just posting everything, not everything in anything in your bubble, but like you're saying post the imperfections, the perfections, like how do you show up with the infinite amount of content?
- 5:14[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I feel like people overlook how easy it is to get content in their space, I guess you could say.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I think what happens is people feel like it needs to look a certain way or be delivered in a certain way, which I'm learning that, you know, that concept I teach of like, you are content, be the content, like, in essence, when something comes to mind and you need to speak on it and you're convicted about it or you're inspired that the way
- 5:50[SPEAKER_00]: Matters less than ever before I don't know if that's answering your question.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_02]: No it is because sometimes I'll see myself like if you clip up this podcast I'll accept something but then like when we're having a conversation in the car We were just having a conversation in the car and I still accepted it so it doesn't matter Yeah, whether it's like 4k or off a iPhone on your walk or something like that
- 6:12[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, department fan, question for you.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_00]: Based on you listening to this podcast, you probably are either looking to grow your personal brand this year, build your audience online and just stop chasing business and start to have business chasing you.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_00]: If that's you, I wanna invite you to the content to cash challenge.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_00]: This is a five day coaching experience, a live coaching experience with myself that's done all on Zoom and you get access to a private community and it really is unlike any other experience that I offer.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_00]: By the end of the challenge, you'll have unreal clarity on what you're supposed to do online and you'll have the insight on how you can make an extra six or even seven figures.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, I said seven figures in your business this year.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_00]: And if any of those things sound great to you, I want you to join the next content to cast challenge.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_00]: Scan the QR code if you're watching on a television or click the link in the description.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_00]: Once you go through it, go ahead and upgrade to VIP because you'll get an extra hour of bonus VIP Q&A with me every single day of the challenge.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: to see you there.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_00]: Let's get back into the combo.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, because I mean, that's why I believe content value is more important than production value.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_00]: Now I know this looks insanely crispy and drip crispy, but it is simple.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_00]: Like the R setup is very simple, which by the way I broke it up.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_00]: If you want our gear, you can just check out the link in the description and I'll just give it to you a list of everything we use.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_00]: but this is why I've been wanting more in all honesty like the smartphone content and with like in the last two months it's been absolutely bonkers but but
- 7:46[SPEAKER_00]: That is still like another brain, though.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: I realize I always want to make sure I'm teaching principles because what happens is is if you actually commit to making long-form videos and you prepare and you deliver them and then you upload them and then you share them.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_00]: you actually get more revelation and sharing things, so then you can actually share more concise thoughts.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: Even if you don't clip it up, it's your ability to re-share something that maybe even struck a nerve with their long form.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe there's like a lot of comments around this portion.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's how I've become better at communicating in any context is really a podcast because I'm thinking about how someone's receiving this and then I'm getting feedback of what people learn and then I'm making videos on what I get feedback on and so like it's all that's why I like it's like an infinite content flywheel where if you're putting out stuff
- 8:45[SPEAKER_00]: based on the conversations you're having and the people you're helping, it starts to just like, it's crazy.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_00]: And then you start, that's when you're really, the way you really unlock infinite content is by paying attention when you're having conversations.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_03]: So good.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_00]: And so I have conversations in the car when we're going to the coffee shop.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_00]: I have conversations when I'm doing a coach call.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_00]: I have conversations when we're having podcasts.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_00]: I have conversations when we're in the lobby, and we're talking to Dylan and Neil, and we're just like, but because I learn to listen, I allow those things to influence the content I'm creating.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_00]: So this video, or this podcast, came from a place of people being like, bro, what is no 1, 2, 3?
- 9:34[SPEAKER_00]: So you made it.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I made a 1, 2, 3.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_00]: And then I make it sound good and make it look good, but this is just me creating a framework which by the way, I told the insert and the circle of this this morning that like we all if you help somebody go from point A to point B in any capacity, you have a framework that you use.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: It's just internal.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: Start sharing it in 3s, 5, 7s, 11s, you know.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_00]: Um, so I'm like, you know, I shot a podcast with my sister who did was that he's been a hair stylist from a majority of her life and she's kind of, she just has hair once a week, um, because of her legacy clients and she likes being a mom, but she she can mentor.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_00]: other hair stylists, other hair stylists, other hair stylists, and she should, with how much she knows, and so we sat down, and this is what I would prescribe her.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_00]: I would prescribe her this.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_00]: The thing is, if you're not looking to help that person, then you're not obsessed about their thoughts and speaking their language.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: So then you'll remove yourself from the person you need to be relevant to.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_01]: Um, I mean, that's a good nugget for the infinite content idea, but I still think it's a jarring, like that's a jarring line for you to say unlock infinite content because sure people should pay attention to conversations are having because that's where content is at, but how does somebody know and realize, oh yeah, that conversation I have with that person is content,
- 11:16[SPEAKER_01]: I think what you naturally, or not naturally, but what you have now is an ear for it.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_01]: And as a result of that, you can package things well.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_01]: So how does somebody like start realizing that some conversations are content?
- 11:31[SPEAKER_00]: Well, the first step to mastery is awareness.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_00]: It's like if this podcast makes you aware of it, like now's your day, the regulations, you know.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_00]: But.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_00]: I would say, for the most part, have always been paying attention as long as I've been teaching online.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_00]: So when I started making content for Think Media, my content still came from Heather Torres, who was a homeschool mom, who wanted to make money on the side, to make videos on the side.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_00]: My content came from people who were a lot older than me that weren't technically savvy
- 12:13[SPEAKER_00]: so like it always kind of influenced.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_01]: What comes to mind is maybe people think that these conversations need to be business oriented or directly connected to what they do and it reminded me of a story of a kid that came up to you in Adbrocrombie and like said something.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_01]: and you turned that little interaction into an email, into content, and it really didn't have anything to do with what you directly do.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_00]: So, okay, this novice is going deep.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_00]: You're ready for it.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_00]: So, the world is governed by principles that God's put in place principles, doesn't no risk principles have no respect or of person doesn't matter if you believe in the principle.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_00]: or it doesn't matter if you know that it even exists.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't matter principles or principles.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_00]: And laws are laws.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: And when you define a word, just say it twice.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm just kidding.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_00]: Um, you can derive a principle out of anything.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_00]: Now, the question is where do you even get principles?
- 13:34[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I get, I get principles from the scriptures.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_00]: And so, if you can draw out the principle from a conversation,
- 13:48[SPEAKER_00]: There's only so many principles that govern humanity and the way the earth moves.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_00]: And so this example, if I'm not mistaken, was like, I who said he bought everything I mentioned in a YouTube video and still didn't create stuff.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_00]: Is that what you did?
- 14:03[SPEAKER_00]: I think so, if that was, yeah, I mean, and he was like, bro, and I was like a year and a half, I'm like a year and a half ago, the gear you bought is no longer dating or doesn't even work no more, like,
- 14:14[SPEAKER_00]: And if I'm not mistaken, the principle that I wanted to share was that you perfection, like striving for perfection will always lead to paralysis.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_00]: The number one question I usually get asked by people like you is Omar, how the heck does your videos look and sounds so dang crispy?
- 14:34[SPEAKER_00]: Well, the reality is it's the equipment I use and you'd be surprised how inexpensive it could actually be.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_00]: So I've compiled,
- 14:41[SPEAKER_00]: all my gear and I've updated the list and I want to give it to you.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're listening or watching this, just hit the description box below and I'll send you my gear guide for every budget.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_00]: Now let's get back into the conversation.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_00]: Like actually when you when you jump the gun too much where where is this maybe in scripture?
- 14:59[SPEAKER_00]: It's you know, I would say it probably falls under the
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: When you read, I think it's in Proverbs, it says, man makes his plans, but God directs his steps.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_00]: And when you think about how man makes our, like, we just want all the information we need to get started to get started.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_00]: One in all reality, just if you, if you just do what God's called you to do,
- 15:30[SPEAKER_00]: then you can get the information.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_00]: So now we're going into it later.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_00]: Now we're going into, don't just be hereers of the word, be doers of the word, so that you don't deceive yourself.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_00]: People deceive themselves when they just, when they do what they, when they just, when they do what they think is right, as opposed to what God says to do, right?
- 15:55[SPEAKER_00]: So now we're going into like, what voice are you listening to?
- 15:59[SPEAKER_00]: You know, so I mean, so I maybe I lost people on that portion of the podcast and I genuinely don't care.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_00]: I will say this is the role of a thought leader and if you don't want to be a thought leader, then you can always say well, what about this?
- 16:15[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that's the point.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_00]: The reason why somebody's going to pay you is because when people talk to you, your responses sound like you've been preparing your whole life.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_00]: which most people who've been doing what they've been doing for a very long time, you have been preparing your whole life.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_00]: It's just...
- 16:36[SPEAKER_00]: we have to say it in a way that people will connect with it.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_00]: So when I wrote down, there's like a sub framework within this framework that I'm teaching.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_00]: So it's unlocking infinite content and this means saying what people want to hear.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_00]: Saying what people want to hear.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_00]: What people want from our content is to save time.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_00]: and what people want from our content is to feel the permission to do something.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_00]: When I think about this guy that came up on my feet on Christmas, the tired dad, I started going through his content.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_00]: He has a million followers.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_00]: I think he grew by hundreds of thousands of followers this last week.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_00]: that the way he's able to connect with my fatherhoodness is insane, and he doesn't have to open up his mouth.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_00]: It's just, he's unlocked infinite amounts of content because it's so much more than the surface level thing of being a dad is like, he has a, they have a post-human as wife.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_00]: They're like pouring a big jug of coffee.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's kind of like the visual hook.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_00]: And then it's like, we'll be together soon one day.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_00]: And he's just pouring coffee with his wife and it's just like they're kind of like morbid or stoic.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_00]: And then it cuts to clips with their kids until now we're gonna, we're raising incredible humans.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_00]: And it's like dude, he just tap, I got goosebumps right now.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_00]: I was talking about it because it's like me and Amanda do feel like we're kind of hitting pause on so many things in many ways for the sake of Russell and Ruby and like raising, I'm like, they, in a piece of content.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so you said he has unlocked infinite, like an infinite amount of content for him.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, and that looks a certain way for him.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yes So which that's why I mean when I say the content the cash calendar.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_00]: That's my content to cash.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yes
- 18:40[SPEAKER_00]: Did you could build a 10K among the business off of Instagram, right?
- 18:44[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you could, I mean, you're not, because you're not building it off of the platform, you're just, you're just making sure that you're giving a space in place for for people to vet you and say that like their ability to communicate on this topic is actually pretty brilliant.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_02]: And he's communicating to you as a father.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_02]: But with, like, I, you showed me.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_02]: So it's like, no words, and he's hitting a pain point that you only, like, fathers could truly understand, I guess you could say.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but I think the underlying thing you're saying is yeah, no, that like you said there was yeah, I mean, it looks a certain way for him.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_01]: And for everybody, it's going to look different.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I say unlock your infinite content for everyone.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_00]: I remember Erica Goldberg, Goldberg, Erica Goldberg.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_00]: She's like a, she was a lawyer turned like CPA, you know, like helping people like save money on their like flight, you know,
- 19:39[SPEAKER_00]: Did you know, like her content was green screen, role play, like she would play the person, and then she would play herself.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_00]: Well, or she'll play like a consumer and be like, well, Erica says, if you cancel a flight, you actually owe me double the flight and credit, and you, like, and but she's, she's, man, she's reached a ton of people that way.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_00]: So, my biggest thing, I guess, because we're probably saying the same thing is that you have to find your way of your ability to be able to communicate in a way where there is no run-out, but you can't do that unless you're using your mind and your spirit.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_01]: And would you say it's more like a feel thing?
- 20:22[SPEAKER_01]: Like when you find it, you will kind of know, like,
- 20:25[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, wait.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_01]: I have something here that it's not costing me to it's not costing me anything.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_01]: They'll like do this 100.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_00]: They'll do it.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_01]: Because like what would you say is your your infinite content?
- 20:36[SPEAKER_01]: Like what is that for you?
- 20:37[SPEAKER_01]: Is this it?
- 20:39[SPEAKER_01]: So so you would consider the podcast that's like your way of the podcast.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_00]: I actually think I've tapped into and now I don't want to hear it.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_00]: I'm almost a now.
- 20:53[SPEAKER_00]: I'm careful
- 20:54[SPEAKER_00]: I think I'm a master contiguerator.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_01]: I would agree.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_00]: The second I have an idea, I think about the hook and I think about the way I'm going to get him there.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_00]: We shot a non-edited studio tour at the beginning of the studio.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_00]: I said, comment the word gear and we'll send you the list.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_00]: I already got the business play in the middle of the just hit record of the camera.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_01]: Because what my mind was doing is
- 21:18[SPEAKER_01]: Like, there's stories on Instagram, there's reels and maybe there's YouTube videos.
- 21:23[SPEAKER_01]: So, like, even for stories for people, it's a great place to practice.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_00]: Because when I share thoughts on stories, I still start with something strong.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_00]: I start with a question.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_01]: Shilling Johnson came to mind.
- 21:34[SPEAKER_01]: Like, every time I click on her stories, there's like 40 taps of stories.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_01]: And that just feels like her place to just kind of do whatever she wants.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and that's everyone's place to do it because it's stories die in 24 hours.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_00]: Dude, I was golfing with an old pastor friend, and he's been trying to get into coaching, and I know him as being really good at stocks.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_00]: And maybe you don't put his name, believe this, believe his name, or just mute it.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_00]: He's like, no, I'm more.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_00]: Because I was like, dude, your offer should help people with stocks.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_00]: He's like, dude, I think I made 700k this year in socks.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_00]: There.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_00]: I said, why are you teaching people how to do this stuff?
- 22:21[SPEAKER_00]: It's almost because it seems too easy.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_00]: Seems too easy for him to talk about the thing that comes second nature.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_01]: I'll wait a second to that.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_01]: So there's content formats that could be your way of having infinite content, but it's also topical.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_01]: So that's what I mean.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_01]: OK, I got it.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_01]: So that, so that do with the dad thing,
- 22:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, he found a little infinite content within the genre of fatherhood, got it.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_00]: So like, and when I say, the reason why I say unlock it, because it's in here.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and you kind of have to find it, and you find it, and you find it through conversations.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but to add to that, it's like what's simple to that person with stocks is not simple to me.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_02]: So he has to find the framework in order to make that infinite content for himself.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_01]: So there's something that everybody has that they can just...
- 23:16[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_01]: Yap about.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_01]: That they don't consider that they should probably be making content on.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_01]: 100%?
- 23:24[SPEAKER_01]: What would you say if that thing doesn't make money though?
- 23:27[SPEAKER_00]: Well, the goal, and I've said this before about it, I don't post consistently to directly make money.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_00]: I post consistently so that you see my face, and you hear my voice, and you see my name.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_01]: Like, we'll make money or be known for what if someone's like, I, I shouldn't be known for that thing.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_00]: then don't do it.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I'm talking to people who want to be known for the thing.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_00]: Got it.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_00]: So my thing with, you know, that pastor friend of mine is he was telling me how he's like, no, I took 10k for each of my kids, put it in the stock, gifted it to them, it turned into 50k.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_00]: And I said, hey guys, this is my gift to you, do whatever you want.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_00]: I would just encourage you to not do anything with it because this will be worth millions.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, so you made your kids millionaires with a $10,000 investment.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_00]: You made your kids millionaires with one move.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like giving him hooks.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_00]: He doesn't even catch him.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I would buy that because that's like.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_00]: No, I literally told him I was like, you just tell me when your offer is ready.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_00]: And I will buy it.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_00]: But the thing is is, what's the point?
- 24:36[SPEAKER_00]: I'm some people won't build the online business.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_00]: or make content around the thing because they feel like it's too easy.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_00]: But that's the actual reason why you should.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why it's infinite.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why it's infinite.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_00]: And it's easy for you.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_00]: And the people with the run-out, you're usually trying some, you're trying to talk on something that is like outside of your season.
- 24:59[SPEAKER_00]: Like just be somebody you're not.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_00]: But like,
- 25:04[SPEAKER_00]: That's the beautiful thing about content.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_00]: Is it just reveals?
- 25:09[SPEAKER_00]: That's why the goal is to just get stuff out and then you realize, I don't know if I like talking about that stuff.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_00]: Oh yeah, because you should be talking about this.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_00]: Like, when I think about my sister, you know, maybe she doesn't want to talk about,
- 25:25[SPEAKER_00]: like the business aspect to that stuff.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm like, even if you sat in a podcast and somebody pulled it all out of you, you wouldn't even have to try or prepare.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_00]: So why not build it?
- 25:35[SPEAKER_00]: Why not build the thing you don't have to prepare for because you've already prepared.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_01]: Dang, what a little cocktail you are then.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_01]: cocktail because you know cocktails like I'm like I'm sure if you like you love and obsess about like gear camera's content and like yeah it's infinite for you and it's made you the most money ever.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_01]: What an interesting thing.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_00]: And people think I'm gifted but I just I started making videos in high school.
- 26:04[SPEAKER_00]: Because that's where it started.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_00]: You know um
- 26:09[SPEAKER_00]: Still under the concept or the part of unlocking infinite content is organic and paid ads.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_00]: Organic ads is if you are going to be showing up consistently, you need to be including in your content, whatever it is you want people to do.
- 26:24[SPEAKER_00]: like a lead magnet sponsoring your episode.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_00]: I told you about the gear.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_00]: You guys can go get the gear for all our stuff that we use in the description.
- 26:31[SPEAKER_00]: And then we then have your email and then we're going to send you value in your email inbox.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_00]: And then when you want something more, you can take the next step or infinite.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_00]: Here's what's cool about infinite content too.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_00]: Is running paid ads.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I'm talking about making a $10,000 month.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_00]: If I essentially could guarantee that you'd make a $10,000, you'd make $10,000 with that one, okay?
- 27:01[SPEAKER_03]: 100% yeah.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so that's why you should probably get into paid ads.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_00]: Because the reality is it will accelerate the data you need to learn so that you can 10x that $1,000 investment.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_00]: You put $1,000 in ads, and then you make $10,000 in sales.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_00]: That's real, that's paid ads.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_00]: And then
- 27:23[SPEAKER_00]: When I think about infinite content, it's why I think everyone should be able to come up with a lead magnet as soon as you think about it.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you have an idea to give away something, like make it really quick, make the list in Google Docs, make the list in Google Sheets.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't need to be fancy, it doesn't need to be any book.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_00]: But you can't make it in Canva, use AI, but lead magnets essentially something that is highly valuable that you can exchange for people's information.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_00]: We're building a business here.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_00]: This is the online business operation blueprint.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so we want emails.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_00]: We want emails.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_00]: We want emails.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_00]: Number two, from your content, you're going to usher them into intimate conversion events.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_00]: The cool thing about content is even though it is intimate in nature, as far as long form goes, there's nothing like seeing a creator or someone online help you without asking anything from you, other than your attention, and then being able to maybe hop on a Zoom call.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_00]: and then maybe being able to take a workshop or do a mini course.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_00]: And so when I say usher people into intimate conversion events, I'm just going to list them out and we can kind of break them down if you want.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_00]: Number one is a master class or a signature presentation.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_00]: which we have so much podcasts at this point around these ideas.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_00]: I believe if you are an online business, you should have a signature presentation.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_00]: I believe if you're a thought leader, if you're an expert in your industry and you don't have a signature presentation, I would argue that you're not an industry leader.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes I just come off and it's like, dang, no, who got in here?
- 29:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's just, you either care about the stuff where you don't.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_00]: So we have masterclass or signature presentation that we're talking conversion events.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_00]: We're somebody goes from being an audience member or prospect into a client or a customer.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_00]: You can also do an assessment, which is,
- 29:40[SPEAKER_00]: a quiz to let people know where they're at in the journey based on how you help them.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_00]: You can lead people into a discovery call.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody asked a question, what should I do on my discovery calls this morning?
- 29:53[SPEAKER_00]: And I said, let people share how bad it's been, how bad they want it, what would happen if they get it?
- 30:01[SPEAKER_00]: They should talk 70% of the time and you should just be helping them paint the picture that if we're supposed to work together,
- 30:11[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and then we also have tiny challenges, which I love.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_00]: A tiny challenge is a series of calls throughout a few days, three or five, and you just are unpacking one problem for three days, or you're helping somebody go from point A to point B in three days or five days, and then you sell them something at the end.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_00]: Those are intimate conversion events.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_00]: I literally mean that, like they actually maybe have a level of access.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_02]: That's good.
- 30:48[SPEAKER_02]: like the live pod or to anything you do here.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, it sounds.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_00]: And so you know, I said, there was a subframe work within this framework where I said, you want to say what people want to hear with the content.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_00]: In this case, you want to sell people in a way they thank you for it.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_00]: This is how you do it.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_00]: Like people thank you for selling them something when you do the heavy lifting before they get sold.
- 31:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is what I mean, when you create a presentation that shifts the beliefs in a person's mind about the thing they want, the action they've been trying to take, the thing they've been trying to build.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_00]: And you did that because you crafted a presentation that would do that in their mind.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_00]: I'd number one, I think that's real influence.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_00]: I think real influence is shaping the way somebody thinks about the thing after they meet you.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_00]: So at some point, you watch this podcast, listen to this podcast, and you're like, man, this seems like impossible.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_00]: And like, you just got an unlock.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_00]: Because you listen to this podcast.
- 32:00[SPEAKER_00]: Like, that is influence.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_00]: I already, I mean, I did some of the heavy lifting before we even started talking.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_00]: When I think about the signature presentation, somebody asked today, what do I do to make a bulletproof signature presentation?
- 32:19[SPEAKER_00]: I said, kill the top three or five limiting beliefs around the thing.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_00]: So when I think about, give me something, give me a, uh,
- 32:32[SPEAKER_00]: Give me an industry or a sector.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_00]: We want to keep the dad thing going.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_01]: OK. Yeah.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_00]: OK.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_00]: So this guy, the tire, the tire, the tire, the tired dad.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_00]: The tired dad.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_00]: I tried to funnel hack, which, by the way, this is, I don't know how he's doing.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_00]: He might be doing this in his free time.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_00]: He might be doing this as a part-time.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_00]: But like, bro, could have a community of dads paying $27 a month, and maybe
- 33:01[SPEAKER_00]: 2,000 people in it.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_00]: But how do you get them there?
- 33:05[SPEAKER_00]: How much would that be?
- 33:06[SPEAKER_00]: 27 times 2,000?
- 33:08[SPEAKER_00]: Is that 47 grand a month?
- 33:11[SPEAKER_00]: 54?
- 33:12[SPEAKER_00]: 54.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_00]: Look at that.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_00]: That's half a million dollar business.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_00]: All right, here we go.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_00]: We're breaking out.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_00]: It's half a million dollar business.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_00]: So if he put it out there and he said, hey, I've been getting a ton of DMs or like the page blew up.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_00]: If you're a dad, I see you.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_00]: I actually want to help you in 2026.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm doing this class where I'm going to be sharing the five foundational elements to a prosperous dad or a prosperous parent or a whatever.
- 33:47[SPEAKER_00]: And in that, what are some things?
- 33:49[SPEAKER_00]: What are some limiting beliefs that we have as dads that he could frame?
- 33:55[SPEAKER_02]: I guess it's kind of hard because we're both not dads, but kind of like, okay, not just kidding, all right.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_01]: So, wait, hold on that.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like the audio, I don't know what it is, okay, that, that, that makes a question in me because you just mentioned that if he like, yeah, posted, hey, I'm going to be doing this class for so and so that would mean
- 34:21[SPEAKER_01]: that he would have a signature presentation, right, to present or a master class.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_01]: So, yeah, that would mean that he's an expert behind the scenes or like behind his content.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_01]: When all of his content is based off of relatability and not necessarily expertise, right?
- 34:40[SPEAKER_01]: Because you wouldn't say his reels are like he's giving game.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_01]: It's more just like you felt seen.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_00]: Which is an element to his brand.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_00]: But everyone, I think you're, I think you're trying to force something.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_00]: I'm only giving to people who want it, right?
- 34:57[SPEAKER_02]: Like, is this class that you said free or is it okay?
- 35:01[SPEAKER_00]: But I mean, if no one wants this game, they can leave.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you know, I mean, I think because what you're saying is like, I don't know if he's an expert because he's a dad.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm, okay, here he is, you know, he's an expert because he's a dad who made content on it and has a million followers and all my man friends follow him.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_00]: And yes, we follow him because we fall asleep.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_00]: That's like, I mean, I think about dad, dad gang.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_00]: The hat brand.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_00]: That's, that's all that brand is is like, but could they leverage their email list and throw a web class?
- 35:36[SPEAKER_00]: And will some people show up because they've built a presence online?
- 35:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_00]: More than I actually think more than him being seen he's built it.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_00]: That relatability is a form of trust.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_00]: Like.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_00]: But I know that you're saying broden and study psychology and maybe do years as a parent counselor or as a parent.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_00]: But the thing is, some people are pastors that listen to this and like pastors do a lot of things that don't make him experts, but because you literally saved marriages and you buried loved ones and you married young people and like dude.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_00]: you're an expert in a lot of things.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you know, so no, it's good.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_02]: Payn point over that though.
- 36:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I think about number one is that you need to have a good father to be a great father.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_00]: I think some of them say that you need to have had a good father to be a great father like that's that's a false belief or that's yeah, yeah, it's a false belief okay that like yeah the reason why I'm I'm the terrible father is my dad didn't exist Okay, like and then he can he can help through that
- 36:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 36:49[SPEAKER_00]: Another one is that you need, you need to make a lot of money.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_00]: I was going to say money.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like something about money that you either need to make the most.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_00]: That's true.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_00]: That might be an order for you to be a, like, the great, a great dad.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_00]: You need to be making the most in the household realities.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_00]: That doesn't necessarily have to be the case.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah sure.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_00]: That's like, that's what's funny about living beliefs is like, or not, that's kind of like the idea is like,
- 37:14[SPEAKER_00]: You got to make the most, or you don't.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_00]: You got to be an entrepreneur, or you can be a high kind of income earner, or you can have a side hustle, whatever.
- 37:23[SPEAKER_00]: So, there we go.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_00]: We got, we got father wounds, is a limiting belief, keeping you from being a father.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_00]: We have money, money, being a provider.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_00]: We have,
- 37:38[SPEAKER_00]: Like, maybe it has something to do with like the wife, like, let's think about like, single dad or we can think about a limiting belief to think that, you know, your wife doesn't get it or something.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_00]: You know, like something along those lines, where it's like, you feel isolated.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_00]: That could, that's not a limiting belief, but that is like an issue or a problem.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and it's you a problem.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_00]: And the reality is you're not isolated.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_00]: I actually created this community like I mean it's been over after that.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_00]: So notice where I'm trying to build right here.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_00]: So we got money, we got relationships, we have our past, we have, uh, who is there something with health?
- 38:20[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, yeah, it's potentially, uh, well, I'm trying to think, I mean, I mean, I'm trying to be introspective right now trying to think like health-wise.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_00]: No, oh, one is that like,
- 38:35[SPEAKER_00]: that there is a perfect dad.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_00]: Like, there is, because we have a concept that there's a perfect idea of a dad, or the perfect dad.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_00]: Like, even thinking that there is one isn't limiting relief, because we look to athletes, and then we look to people who are at a higher place or they're more successful and we're like, they may must be, and the chances are I was like, no, that's why now we need to find these stories
- 39:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_00]: Brody it with bro wasn't providing.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_00]: Bro wasn't making money.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_00]: Bro was a single, uh, uh, like, no home.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_00]: No home.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_02]: No job.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_00]: And he watched that movie and they're like, dude, he was an incredible father.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_00]: There you go.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_00]: I just gave him a game.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just giving the game away right now.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's crazy.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, yeah, that's that's four.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_00]: I think the fifth one we can go But it also does have to be yeah, it could be three.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but but the fifth one could literally be that you know that you could that Fatherhood is is it's figured out alone
- 39:40[SPEAKER_00]: or like, or fatherhood is only figured out.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, no.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_00]: What if you can actually get wisdom before you find out?
- 39:51[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, there's two ways to learn something in life.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_00]: You can either learn by experience or you can learn by wisdom.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_00]: Rather, to learn by a wisdom than experience.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_00]: Frucks?
- 40:00[SPEAKER_00]: So like, we just mapped out his whole web class or his master class.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_00]: And then you can go, hey, that's why I put together this group.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_00]: And I based on his kind of content, it would be like a low ticket monthly recurring community.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_00]: And then he could build out tiers.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_00]: Bro, he's, that's, he's in no brand deals.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_01]: And it's crazy to think that that community becomes a self-sustaining engine, like it just becomes a community of dads all supporting each other.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_01]: Like he doesn't have to be anything.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_00]: No, facility.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_00]: We talked about like you can get paid to be a facilitator, right?
- 40:39[SPEAKER_00]: Which he's done to have he lifting a building the shared relatability and
- 40:47[SPEAKER_00]: And then this is where like the beauty of online business like broke it through a conference and now we're talking about a move
- 40:55[SPEAKER_01]: Right, and we're talking 20,000 dads that are in the arena.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's just crazy.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_01]: Take it now, yeah.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_01]: And then you bring a part of my business.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_02]: Or no, I wish we broke a part of my business.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I mean, that's why I'm a real quick.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_00]: I'm selfish when I'm on a podcast and somebody gives an example, I'm like, no, I'm the example.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_00]: You know, Russell Brunson's like, yeah, so let's say you're a mom who's trying to get into fitness, I'm like, no, let's see.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_00]: Let's say you're a guy who teaches content creation.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_01]: OK, real quick, just like quick.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_01]: What would Brandon's be?
- 41:25[SPEAKER_02]: I'm a small creator, run a streetwear brand.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_02]: People want to know my mind as far as creativity of like, rollouts for their brand, how can they make 10k off of their first year of whatever, like... Yeah, I mean, if you wanted to do it as in like, you're gonna help people launch their own clothing line.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, let's just say that.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_00]: Let's just say it's that.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, let's go.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_00]: Limiting beliefs and clothing line is that, what do you need a ton of money to get?
- 41:51[SPEAKER_02]: No, I started with like $200.
- 41:53[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so that you need a lot of money to get started.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_00]: No, number two is that the kind to find a manufacturer is a long process.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, that to set up your Shopify account takes no.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, they went and then we got like,
- 42:17[SPEAKER_00]: that you need crazy production equipment to.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_00]: show your website to showcase your content like to shit.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_00]: No, smart phone.
- 42:28[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, we have, we have like, how to market, how to produce, uh, how to, uh, network, um, and then we, as far as, as far as selling, though, like, you know, do you, I guess, what happens if no one buys?
- 42:46[SPEAKER_00]: Like, there's that a thought that crept in.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_02]: Because of the years of time it like of me just posting, I'd gain people's trust of like what I wear and I feel like it was me promoting other people's brands so why don't I just promote mine?
- 43:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_02]: It's the concept that how it came up.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_00]: So that means so then.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_00]: But so then that's so good because like people think that they have to only sell their own thing.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_00]: What's like no, do you guys have a wardrobe?
- 43:11[SPEAKER_00]: Start making content on your wardrobe.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_00]: Dang.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_00]: And then you start seating in your stuff.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_00]: And that's crazy.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_00]: So like, there's your web class.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_00]: And then it's like, hey, I put together a thing.
- 43:23[SPEAKER_02]: Would you do monthly recurring?
- 43:24[SPEAKER_02]: Would you do, yeah.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_02]: For X amount, I'll work with you for the next year.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_02]: Like, what would that say?
- 43:30[SPEAKER_00]: You're asking the wrong person, because I'm like, bro, if I'm gonna help you start your own clothing line, that's gonna probably get you to at least 100K in revenue.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to need 10 grand to get started.
- 43:44[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to work together for 10k.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_00]: And it's getting the right person.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll be the shortcut.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_00]: The reality is the offer is I'll give you my contact.
- 43:53[SPEAKER_00]: The offer is I'm going to give you my content ideas.
- 43:55[SPEAKER_00]: The offer is I'm going to show you my brandial catalog.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_01]: Well, essentially your offer is give me 10 and I'll give you 100.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_01]: That's your offer.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_00]: So 100, 100, 100, 10.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_00]: And then, but you probably go because you're thinking about
- 44:13[SPEAKER_00]: You know, that maybe don't have the 10?
- 44:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_00]: Well, the idea is like, most people won't have the 10.
- 44:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_00]: But then that's why if you get really good at sales, this is what I mean, what did I write down?
- 44:25[SPEAKER_00]: I wrote down, sell them in a way where they thank you for it.
- 44:28[SPEAKER_00]: Um, this is like being, you have to be able to show people that that is what's happening.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_00]: That is what's happening here, by the way, that you're investing in yourself 10 so that you can make 100.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_00]: That's good.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_00]: Now, if people feel like they're losing 10, that means you probably didn't do a good job at communicating.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_00]: the way that the way you were going to get them there.
- 44:58[SPEAKER_00]: Something Jesus was really good at, by the way.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_00]: He was like, you know, just walk with me, you know, talk with me and I'll show you, I'm going to show you the unforce rhythms of grace, you know, and it's good.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, I mean, if that's the first thing that comes to mind is like, well, what did you have, what have you ever buttoned, but have you ever purchased anything that you didn't have the money for?
- 45:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_00]: Well, so then why not?
- 45:24[SPEAKER_00]: Why not start your business?
- 45:26[SPEAKER_00]: Would you knowing everything you know now and all the crappy been through pay 10 grand for everything you've learned?
- 45:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
- 45:36[SPEAKER_02]: Because it saves me time and efforts and all the pain points that I've gone through in the last say year two.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_00]: So here's the link to get started, so that's why it's so important to sell from your own place.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_00]: Don't you?
- 45:51[SPEAKER_00]: And you can only sell from your own place.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_00]: If you even tried to sell from kind of like from their point of view, then you might succumb to their level.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_00]: And not to say that they're like low level.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_00]: But
- 46:05[SPEAKER_00]: investing in yourself that the reason why you didn't do that is because number one maybe no one came across here.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_02]: My mind wasn't unlocked.
- 46:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but there is that one guy that like the the black college, the black colleges or the historic.
- 46:20[SPEAKER_00]: I have heard it.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean he helps people with like Shopify stuff.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I don't know if he has an offer or like a, I don't know, I'm a master classic.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, but the other way is like, is just low ticket.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_00]: So that's like, what, that's like $47 a month, uh, then, um, but I'm talking about getting in your 10 came month.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_00]: And I feel like you can get one person pay 10k in 30 days with everything we're talking about in this podcast.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_00]: Like straight up, you know?
- 46:50[SPEAKER_00]: But I know you're building your actual thing.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't know, it's just like I was building my podcast.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_00]: And I said, hey, who wants to pay me to teach you the ropes as I learn this rope, so that's why I call the digital or the disciple dollars.
- 47:09[SPEAKER_00]: If you want to make money online, just have people join you and charge them for it.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_00]: And it's just like you'll learn as I learn.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_00]: I'll give a perspective that you wouldn't know otherwise.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_00]: I would actually argue the issue is people give perspectives that are so far removed from the problem when they first started it.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_00]: It's like I like to think that
- 47:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'm the best practitioner in the group that I'm the one who's actually doing the stuff that I'm telling people they could be doing.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 47:44[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why that's why the, because it's worth bringing up is the Empire ecosystem.
- 47:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_00]: The Empire ecosystem is,
- 47:56[SPEAKER_00]: creating a business that has three ways to come to it, and one way is through services like an agency or like a done for you thing, service base.
- 48:13[SPEAKER_00]: Other is education.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_00]: They come to you because of the content and they want, and they just, it's all virtual.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's not as hands on, and then the
- 48:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but like if you, Brandon Flakes, you're building out your supplies and products.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_00]: Now you have this education wing and then the agency stuff maybe at some point is when you help design for other people that's agency consulting services.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so many might want to pay you to actually come in and they pay you a chunk of money just to be like help us map out our next line.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_00]: And you might want to do it, you know, as a designer.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_00]: But that would be like the three in your world.
- 48:57[SPEAKER_00]: But this works for creatives, this works for real estate, it doesn't matter.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_00]: I was gonna, that's far though, thank you.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I think the reason why most people aren't the best at sales is because they just don't prioritize the buying experience.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_00]: The experience of buying.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_00]: When I say cell people in a way where they thank you for it, it's because you cared about the experience, the person was going through to get to the place of the transaction.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_01]: And which is interesting, because most sales content is always about from the sales perspective, like, how to sell better.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_01]: But it's like, how do you make, yeah, the buying experience way better?
- 49:38[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 49:38[SPEAKER_00]: When I think about the example of when you go into any regular story at a mall, the first question you get, because the people that work at malls, stores like Xara, or Frigan H&M, or something like that, they don't see themselves as salesmen or saleswoman.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_00]: And so they ask you, is there anything you're looking for that specific?
- 50:05[SPEAKER_00]: whoever walks into a store and has a specific thing they're looking for.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_00]: Like, what is the answer to that question, 99.99% of the time?
- 50:17[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_00]: No, I'm just browsing.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I'm here.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know if you need anything.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_00]: Do you know, I say that, you know, I say let me know if you need anything to the homies, or let me know if anything.
- 50:30[SPEAKER_00]: If the conversation's over Let me know if anything.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, what you guys doing.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_00]: All right, but let me know if anything.
- 50:38[SPEAKER_00]: No, nothing's happening.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know if you need anything Okay, well right now.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_00]: I don't yeah versus Hey, would you like a water?
- 50:51[SPEAKER_00]: Hey Hey, don't share it.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_00]: Where'd you get that from?
- 50:55[SPEAKER_00]: Do you where else do you shop?
- 51:00[SPEAKER_00]: Dude, it affects really cool, you're getting a person to give you answers, and it's just prioritizing the buying experience.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_00]: You know, another thing when it comes to sales is I define sales as a transference of enthusiasm.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_00]: If you are excited about the thing you're selling, there's a chance that you can persuade somebody to want to buy the thing.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_00]: We read Dinner last night, downtown Summerland, for Russell's birthday, and the girl, apparently she was new.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_00]: So she's like, yeah, all our specials are on that chalkboard.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's like a chalkboard in the sky as I'll written out.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_00]: New York, steak, rib eye, this, that, and I was just asking her, like,
- 51:51[SPEAKER_00]: how big, because me and Amanda like splitting food a lot, so we'll be like, you know, how big is the New York state?
- 51:56[SPEAKER_00]: She's like, actually, that's a good question.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_00]: Let me go find out.
- 51:58[SPEAKER_00]: She comes and finds out, she brings about, yeah, it's 10 ounces.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_00]: Cool.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_00]: How big is the rib eye?
- 52:05[SPEAKER_00]: She's like, actually a good question.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_00]: Let me come and get, and she comes back and she's like, okay, it's like a, it's a bone in rib eyes.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_00]: It's 18 ounces, okay.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_00]: Does it come with any sides?
- 52:15[SPEAKER_00]: Cause it just says the name.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_00]: Actually, that's a good question.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_00]: She's like, sorry, I'm so, I'm new.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, that's fine.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_00]: But the guy who's like helping or she just comes, he's like, because I'm thinking about New York Strip.
- 52:26[SPEAKER_00]: And then he's like, the bone in ribeye is like, it is unlike anything.
- 52:32[SPEAKER_00]: The way the falls off the bone, it's, you know, and then the sides is like mashed potatoes, and he's just, because she's new and she doesn't know what she's selling.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_00]: It's, there's a little bit of like a, I don't know what the order.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_00]: Like a disconnect there.
- 52:48[SPEAKER_00]: It disconnect there.
- 52:49[SPEAKER_00]: But all because the guy on certainty, and people feel that.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_00]: Do they, do they, and I mean, she's all, I literally had to hold, put my hand on my her shoulder and say, hey, you don't have to apologize anymore.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_00]: She was apologizing every time she came.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, it's okay, you're good.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_00]: But this dude, like his ability to communicate the ribeye,
- 53:12[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, babe, do we order anything else?
- 53:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like, bro spoke with conviction.
- 53:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they get the ribeye.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_00]: Um, and just, but what was the difference?
- 53:23[SPEAKER_00]: Same stuff.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_00]: It was the belief in what was being, yeah, I mean, it was the enthusiasm.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it was the enthusiasm.
- 53:29[SPEAKER_00]: So, if you're not excited about the thing you're selling, people won't be.
- 53:34[SPEAKER_00]: And, uh,
- 53:37[SPEAKER_00]: You got, you got to go from infinite content to intimate conversion events to number three on covering your irresistible core offer irresistible core offer.
- 53:47[SPEAKER_00]: I believe you could make your first $10,000 a month with one offer and I actually made majority of my money in business with one offer.
- 54:00[SPEAKER_00]: I wrote great offers are simply a better option than the no option.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_00]: Great offers, how do you know that your offer is irresistible that by not taking it is a worse idea than actually taking it?
- 54:19[SPEAKER_00]: So then when we think about you putting together something to help somebody launch their clothing brand.
- 54:26[SPEAKER_00]: the idea that they go through all this, they consume your content, then they get on this webclass with you, or this discovery call with you, and you present them this, and you show them what's possible, and you show them what it's going to look like, working together, does your offer in their minds, like a person's got to get to like, did it, life is worse if I don't take this offer?
- 54:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 54:53[SPEAKER_00]: That's what constitutes an irresistible offer.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_00]: Um, which is that's the beauty of selling that's the beauty of business is business inherently is not built on greed.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_00]: It's actually built on service and businesses are intended to get somebody somewhere faster smoother.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_00]: quicker or whatever, you know, or more with less mistakes and like less pain, less costly.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_00]: So it's actually usually, offers are usually and it should be the more cost-effective route than it is more costly.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_00]: But I think about CJ who started his clothing company.
- 55:36[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how he's found his people and stuff like that.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_00]: I know nowadays, it's more accessible than ever.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_00]: had he met somebody, I just, I mean, I just wonder if like, I don't know if it's going.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_00]: I'm so sorry.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_02]: That's funny.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_02]: You bring it up because I remember, I think I sent him like, my manufacturers, oh, there you go.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_02]: But it didn't get followed with the question of like, what do I do?
- 56:05[SPEAKER_02]: Like, how do I reach out to them or how do I like know what to send them?
- 56:09[SPEAKER_02]: If I want this product made, so I feel like if I,
- 56:12[SPEAKER_02]: say package that well I probably could have been like hey for 500 bucks I'll let you use all the information that I have one and then this is how I talk to them so everything is just because when you send something like a manufacturer they're just like okay what do I do now or like what do I say to them or like it's just a scary process I guess yes yeah and you're like I don't want to
- 56:35[SPEAKER_00]: wire the money like you know you don't know that stuff which is again that's what all this uncovering is like thing I sell confidence yeah because like the uncertainty of like a purchase order that's scary well yeah for sure there might be your last dollar yeah and you're putting everything on this um but it is our job to make our offer irresistible
- 57:06[SPEAKER_00]: to people when they hear it.
- 57:09[SPEAKER_00]: Now.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_00]: I don't tell people my offer on the podcast.
- 57:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_00]: I don't tell people my offer after the signature presentation.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_00]: Well, they offer after that is the challenge.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_00]: Like the offer from the podcast is to buy a $97 ticket to a five-day challenge, which is a live coaching experience that I do on Zoom.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_00]: It's a very intimate conversion event where you actually get a lot of unlocks.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_00]: That's what this podcast is sponsored by the way.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_00]: this thing sounds like gold, it sounds like gold.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_01]: But you're saying the process leading up to the offer is also what makes it irresistible.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, because I'm considering, because I prioritize the buying experience, right?
- 58:01[SPEAKER_00]: So that's all when people want to join my coaching from left field, right now, I'm not really entertaining it
- 58:08[SPEAKER_00]: I know what it's like, I know what it's like to send somebody to a sales person, they hear jargon to get the sale and then they come into the thing and then they're like,
- 58:22[SPEAKER_00]: They don't know the way, you know, they weren't educated in the buying experience.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_00]: They were sold into the buying experience.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_00]: And I think there's a difference.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_00]: You can educate somebody to a place of a transaction, or you can, you could literally like, with a sales rep or somebody can sell them into it, which,
- 58:40[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, if the sales guy is 100% commission, he's gonna do whatever it takes to get the sale.
- 58:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_00]: I don't do whatever it takes to get the sale.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_00]: I just give so much value for the small group of people that want to go deeper and work together for sure.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_00]: Then let's go.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_00]: And when somebody buys something from you, just make sure you show up and over deliver.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_00]: literally, show up and over deliver.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_00]: The framework within this framework.
- 59:12[SPEAKER_00]: So we have unlock infinite content, usher into intimate conversion events, uncover your irresistible core offer, the internal framework in here, which is how to keep your business alive forever.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's say what people want to hear, sell people in a way they thank you for it, and then show up and over deliver.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_00]: like what happens and what I've seen is that people don't do the last part and so what happens is they kill their business from the back door because they don't over-deliver and it gets to a point where people will sell for you.
- 59:53[SPEAKER_00]: It gets to a point where if you take care of people,
- 1:00:00[SPEAKER_00]: So, I've seen a lot of friends shut down their businesses because they're like, man, it's just not working anymore.
- 1:00:06[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, I'm not seeing testimonials.
- 1:00:10[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not seeing success stories.
- 1:00:12[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not seeing the thing.
- 1:00:14[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not seeing the thing you said you were selling to the people.
- 1:00:19[SPEAKER_00]: And that'll kill the business real quick.
- 1:00:23[SPEAKER_00]: Doesn't matter what kind of business you have.
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_00]: taking people's money and running away.
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_00]: We're in the business of giving people a space and opportunity to pay attention to the information that will help accelerate their life, whether it's their relationships, whether it's their money, or it's their health.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_00]: I really think it's like,
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_00]: Those are one of the three, if those things aren't happening, they're not getting the skills, if they're not getting the service, then my goodness.
- 1:01:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, your business, you'll have the 10k month, or the 30k month, and then you'll have a no-k month, and you'll wonder why.
- 1:01:10[SPEAKER_00]: I was just saying no-k. Yeah, that is the online business operation blueprint.
- 1:01:23[SPEAKER_00]: I want more coffee.
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_01]: guys have any thoughts closing thoughts no uh... what's that account calls fatherhood though the tired dad the tired i'm gonna but i'm gonna buy you a dad king hat what a crazy like name though like so smart like the tired dad it is it is smart because that's such a thing attached to like does is that they're tired
- 1:01:47[SPEAKER_00]: It's the identity, title things, the identity, and people, you know, he's had to explain.
- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_00]: What is content about?
- 1:01:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:01:56[SPEAKER_00]: And then I think he has a podcast.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_00]: Oh.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_00]: You can bring that back and on his expertise.
- 1:02:01[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:02:02[SPEAKER_00]: podcast.
- 1:02:02[SPEAKER_00]: Dang dude.
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_02]: I guess the biggest takeaway is just like don't overthink like what you're good at or like what's
- 1:02:09[SPEAKER_01]: So old to you and actually I don't think it's over like over the think but I think it's over look people over look What they yeah, what they have or what they're gonna.
- 1:02:18[SPEAKER_02]: Well, like yeah anything that goes comes to mind is like what we know isn't what everyone knows and that's what we're like Experts on I guess you could say right yeah
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because familiarity breeds contempt, even in our own life, we get familiar with the things that are common to us, and so we get comfortable with what's common, and therefore we think what we know is not special.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's almost like people who have obsessive personalities are set up for success because
- 1:02:49[SPEAKER_01]: you can make infinite content.
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_01]: Coffee, golf, fashion, what else?
- 1:02:55[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you can do that.
- 1:02:56[SPEAKER_02]: Dude, I didn't think of a content glitch on Iron Man training soon.
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my God.
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, no, I think about that a lot.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, what?
- 1:03:02[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I wish I had a golf channel.
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_00]: I wish you had a coffee shop.
- 1:03:06[SPEAKER_00]: I wish I had a place where I can like talk about watches.
- 1:03:10[SPEAKER_00]: I wish I could, yeah, I wish I had a coffee shop.
- 1:03:14[SPEAKER_00]: I wish I, I say all these stuff because I can have it all.
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was going to say like, you know what, I mean, I don't want to do a vlog channel if you wanted to with all that stuff.
- 1:03:22[SPEAKER_00]: I think so, uh, I think that'd be fun.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_00]: I just, is that the right, is it the right time?
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, I, I mean, it could be like a distraction more than what the idea is that it should, it should just come alongside.
- 1:03:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but it allows people to, like, look into more of what you're having.
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's why people are doing, people who are, like, have grown their main account, they've determined that number and then they've started the clips account or they've started the BTS or, like,
- 1:03:55[SPEAKER_00]: that that like inside the life or whatever I think you just aren't making content like Mr.
- 1:04:00[SPEAKER_00]: Beast and if you are still on the podcast DME put a comment and say the department fam I appreciate everyone who listens or watches until the end and so excited for next year it's about to be crazy
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, go back, watch the old stuff, consume the old stuff.
- 1:04:22[SPEAKER_00]: You're a different person from the last time you actually listened or watched it.
- 1:04:27[SPEAKER_00]: So, and how about you finally take the lead, do the content to cast challenge, and watch your life forever change.
- 1:04:36[SPEAKER_00]: Peace out.
- 1:04:37[SPEAKER_00]: We'll see ya in 2026.
- 1:04:38[SPEAKER_00]: Happy New Year.
