- 0:21her chicken coop along with all her chickens.
- 0:27Hey, everybody. Good morning from the chicken
- 0:30coop. It's a loud one today.
- 0:32I've got one of my little girls over here named Wanda who has
- 0:36like a whole story to tell us apparently.
- 0:38And she has just been going on and on the whole time I've been
- 0:41out here. So this morning we are talking
- 0:45about the fact that it is not your job to fix all the
- 0:48brokenness in the world. It is not your job to fix all
- 0:52the brokenness in the world, and it is not your job to let it get
- 0:55to you to the point where it starts to break you.
- 0:57Your job, which is so important, is to fixate on the good, to
- 1:01bring out more of it, to find the joy, get in alignment and
- 1:05have that grow. Doesn't mean you ignore the bad
- 1:07stuff, doesn't mean that you don't help participate in fixing
- 1:11things as far as you can. But you can't fixate on it.
- 1:15You can't allow it to eat you up because when you start to get
- 1:19overly fixated on things and you start to have them become all
- 1:23you see in the world, and you start to see the world through
- 1:27the dark lens of problems, your energy is actually adding to it
- 1:32because you're allowing it to grow.
- 1:34So one of the reasons that I am so adamant with myself about not
- 1:38tapping into that piece is because I know for a fact that
- 1:42if I do that I'm adding energy to it.
- 1:45I if I watch all the bad stories, I'm adding energy to
- 1:49it. If I sit there and I fixate on
- 1:52things that I can't necessarily solve but I feel so bad, it
- 1:57doesn't mean I don't have compassion or empathy.
- 2:00It just means that I have to do it from the right perspective.
- 2:03Like, you know what's 1 action I can take that will help?
- 2:08Is much more powerful than Oh my God, this is terrible.
- 2:13And I keep going to the terrible place.
- 2:15Now I can have a moment where I say, Oh my God, this is
- 2:18terrible, and then that moves me to action.
- 2:21But I have to go. How can I help and move into
- 2:23that and not fixate on always going back to the bad stuff?
- 2:29Because every day if I'm tapping into it, I'm not doing myself
- 2:33any favors. So let's just take the news for
- 2:35instance. If every day you are tapping
- 2:38into that mass mind news system that's out there and every day
- 2:42you're turning it on and you're tapping into it just to figure
- 2:45out what's going on in the world, and you're allowing that
- 2:48to show you evidence of all the stuff you don't like.
- 2:52You are tapping into something that is draining you.
- 2:55And not only is it draining you, where does it go?
- 2:58When it drains you, it goes back into that system.
- 3:00So you're feeding that reality. So it's incredibly important to
- 3:05shut that piece off, shut those powers off, and not allow
- 3:08yourself to go there. You know?
- 3:10Apparently she thinks so too, because that's the part that's
- 3:14dangerous. That's the part that gets you
- 3:16into a headspace, that's unhealthy.
- 3:18That's the part that puts you on a path that gets you depressed
- 3:22about the world, lets you see things from a negative
- 3:25standpoint. And again, negativity is not a
- 3:28bad thing, but it's not meant to be overused.
- 3:31Just like salt, you have to remember that negativity is here
- 3:36to give you clarity about the things.
- 3:38So contrast is how the universe shows us this.
- 3:41And in contrast, we have power. You know, you couldn't, you
- 3:44couldn't appreciate the light. Without the dark.
- 3:47You wouldn't even know the difference.
- 3:49So think of it that way and really start to understand that
- 3:53when you participate in it, you're adding to the problem.
- 3:57And again, I want to point out to everybody I know I've said
- 4:01this in previous podcast, but I think it's really important to
- 4:04remember that the problems in the world that people
- 4:08experience, they are here to help them as well.
- 4:12Those problems are supposed to help them cultivate what they
- 4:16need in their life. They are not supposed to just be
- 4:19fixed by everybody else. It's kind of like what we do to
- 4:21our children when we don't let them fix their own problems.
- 4:25We don't give them an opportunity to be thinkers.
- 4:27And we have an entire generation right now of people who have
- 4:31trouble thinking on their own companies that I coach and
- 4:36people I work with. We have this conversation
- 4:38constantly about how kids come in and they they wait to be told
- 4:44what to do. And that's the problem because
- 4:46they haven't been taught to think through the challenge,
- 4:50think through the problem, think through the essence of it.
- 4:52What they've been taught is tell me what to do and I'll do it.
- 4:56And that's not a creative world, that's not a creative mind.
- 4:59That's not coming from a place of creation and abundance.
- 5:02That's coming from a place of lack and focused on it.
- 5:06And you just tell me what to do and I'll just participate.
- 5:08But that's not what this is all about.
- 5:11Being here and being a part of this all is about learning and
- 5:14growing and having that participation in your own
- 5:16rescue. So it's incredibly important to
- 5:19allow the things that are out of alignment to take place and then
- 5:24you can choose to look at them to put you back into alignment
- 5:28and not rescue other people all the time either, because it's
- 5:31their job to focus on it too. And you can't just jump in and
- 5:34rescue everybody because then they don't get the lesson.
- 5:37So lots in this little podcast today, lots to think about and I
- 5:42hope it helps you and I hope you have a very blessed day and I
- 5:44will see you all tomorrow my friends.
- 5:46Bye.
