- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know all right, friends is
- 0:03Speaker 1: starting this Wednesday morning. I appreciate you being here as
- 0:05Speaker 1: always where Cas Sanchez has those.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Three things, people are pumped.
- 0:09Speaker 3: They got an exclusive clip from DreamWorks new film The
- 0:11Speaker 3: Wild Robot, and it currently has one hundred percent on
- 0:14Speaker 3: Rotten Tomatoes, even though it's only a minute long, so
- 0:17Speaker 3: it's not a really long clip for you to get
- 0:19Speaker 3: a full idea of what it's about. But the plot
- 0:21Speaker 3: follows the journey of a robot rosam Unit seventy one
- 0:25Speaker 3: to thirty.
- 0:25Speaker 2: Four raz for short, and he shipwrecked.
- 0:29Speaker 3: On an inhabited island and must learn to adapt, ends
- 0:32Speaker 3: up making a lot of friends while doing so with
- 0:36Speaker 3: the animals on the island, ends up being the parent
- 0:38Speaker 3: of an orphaned gosling.
- 0:40Speaker 2: It's a really sweet story.
- 0:42Speaker 3: Lupita Nyango is going to voice Roz Petro Pascal.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Isn't it.
- 0:46Speaker 3: Cathin O'Hara, Mark Hamill are all in this film. It
- 0:49Speaker 3: comes out September twenty seventh, and I think if just
- 0:51Speaker 3: a minute clip can get one hundred percent, you're onto
- 0:54Speaker 3: something good here. So that's exciting for everyone. The new
- 0:58Speaker 3: wave of college sports is here. Tennessee has decided they're
- 1:02Speaker 3: going to add ten percent fees on football game ticket
- 1:04Speaker 3: sex season to pay players. This is something that's slowly
- 1:08Speaker 3: kind of unfolded, I guess is the right word to use,
- 1:12Speaker 3: because for years they weren't allowed to pay players anything.
- 1:15Speaker 3: Players were not allowed to have endorsements or.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Anything like that.
- 1:18Speaker 3: Now, as you know, multiple players have endorsements and they're
- 1:21Speaker 3: actually making money for playing on these teams. So an
- 1:24Speaker 3: email that was sent to season ticket holders let people
- 1:27Speaker 3: know that there's going to be a ten percent talent
- 1:29Speaker 3: fee is what they're calling it, and it's going to
- 1:32Speaker 3: help fund the proposed revenue share for athletes to help
- 1:36Speaker 3: make sure that Tennessee attracts and keeps the best talent.
- 1:39Speaker 2: So this is exciting for them. I love this. I
- 1:41Speaker 2: think it totally makes sense when you think.
- 1:42Speaker 3: About the amount of money that these universities make off
- 1:45Speaker 3: of these gigs, they should get some part of it.
- 1:47Speaker 2: I mean, it just makes sense.
- 1:49Speaker 3: And the fact that they can get paid sponsorships and
- 1:51Speaker 3: endorsement deals now amazing. So we love seeing this new
- 1:54Speaker 3: wave of college sports. And new research says that the
- 1:57Speaker 3: perfect age to get married is twenty six, but the
- 2:01Speaker 3: median age for American women to get married is twenty
- 2:04Speaker 3: eight and for minutes thirty. This is all because of
- 2:07Speaker 3: a book called Algorithms to Live By the Computer Science
- 2:10Speaker 3: of Human Decisions was written by a journalist who said
- 2:13Speaker 3: that basically, people make the best decisions after screening thirty
- 2:17Speaker 3: seven percent of their options, which then we need to
- 2:20Speaker 3: do the math, ends up coming out a median age
- 2:23Speaker 3: of twenty six.
- 2:24Speaker 1: I don't think I was mature enough at twenty six.
- 2:28Speaker 3: I didn't even know that I was mature enough last
- 2:30Speaker 3: year when I got engaged. So there we go.
- 2:33Speaker 2: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 2:35Speaker 2: need to know.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Thank you, red Gate. If you're a spreena carverenter, it's taste.
- 2:38Speaker 1: We have more tso tickets for the first caller that
- 2:40Speaker 1: I'm coming up in about ten minutes. I one to
- 2:42Speaker 1: seventy five the River one oh seven five of the River, Ricky,
- 2:46Speaker 1: Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 2:47Speaker 3: Busy December eleventh. Well, if you call right now and
- 2:50Speaker 3: you're the first caller of the day, we can give
- 2:52Speaker 3: you some great plans. Trans Siberian Orchestra is going to
- 2:55Speaker 3: be here at Bridgetone Arena. We got tickets for you.
- 2:57Speaker 1: We do all week long for the first caller. It
- 2:59Speaker 1: sounds crazy, Hey, you're busy December eleventh because it's so
- 3:01Speaker 1: far away. But I do feel like my calendar fills
- 3:03Speaker 1: up that far away. Nowadays, it happens very quickly.
- 3:06Speaker 3: I'm also shocked there's no Christmas music playing right now.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Kevin, Oh, that was an oversight on my part. Sorry,
- 3:11Speaker 1: I promise when we talked to the first caller, you'll
- 3:13Speaker 1: hear so much Christmas music six one five, seven, three seven, nine,
- 3:17Speaker 1: one oh seven. Getting these tickets and some small talk
- 3:20Speaker 1: next on the River, one River, Ricky, Zach and menow
- 3:24Speaker 1: in the morning.
- 3:25Speaker 3: Good morning, Sondra and Clark. So welcome to one O
- 3:27Speaker 3: seven five the River. You're in the car. We could
- 3:30Speaker 3: tell because we could hear before that you were in
- 3:32Speaker 3: the car. Where are you going?
- 3:34Speaker 4: I'm going to work in Springfield, Okay, in Springett.
- 3:37Speaker 3: What do you do for work?
- 3:39Speaker 4: I am a programmer and ERP car DECT manager.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, I don't know what any of that means.
- 3:45Speaker 5: He's I'm really smart.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Programming. Is it like coding and stuff? Are you doing
- 3:51Speaker 1: a lot of compute?
- 3:51Speaker 3: Okay?
- 3:52Speaker 6: Man?
- 3:52Speaker 1: We I was talking to somebody the other day about
- 3:54Speaker 1: you know, you want your kids to not have too
- 3:56Speaker 1: much screen time, but at the same time, screen time
- 3:58Speaker 1: is so important because the world is screens. They need
- 4:01Speaker 1: to know all this stuff.
- 4:02Speaker 4: That is so true. But yeah, you know, lots of
- 4:05Speaker 4: people get jobs from playing games.
- 4:07Speaker 5: Now, you know, Sondra, if you were an animal, what
- 4:10Speaker 5: would you be?
- 4:11Speaker 2: What?
- 4:14Speaker 4: I don't know, Probably a dog, I guess.
- 4:19Speaker 1: I like this line of questioning, though, zech so is
- 4:22Speaker 1: a hot dog considered a sandwich in your opinion?
- 4:24Speaker 2: Happening?
- 4:26Speaker 3: It is not okay, Sondra, I have lost control of
- 4:30Speaker 3: everything going on.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Cereal soup in your opinion.
- 4:35Speaker 3: No, Sondra, I'm gonna save you because this is getting
- 4:38Speaker 3: more and more ridiculous every second. I am so sorry.
- 4:42Speaker 3: I know this is a weird moment for you, but
- 4:44Speaker 3: good news. You are the first caller of the day
- 4:47Speaker 3: on one of seventy five the River. You're gonna go
- 4:49Speaker 3: see Trans Siberian Orchestra at bridget An Arena on December eleventh.
- 4:52Speaker 4: Oh, thank you so much. My husband loves them.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Yeah, they're crazy. This other Christmas show a few years ago,
- 4:57Speaker 1: and it's a it's really something to behold.
- 5:00Speaker 3: What happened. I feel like these are getting so strange.
- 5:04Speaker 3: That's a weird way to start the morning. But we
- 5:07Speaker 3: hope you have the best day ever.
- 5:09Speaker 4: Thank you. I appreciate that you guys to hang.
- 5:11Speaker 1: On for a moment. Okay, tomorrow, I promise you I'm
- 5:14Speaker 1: going to be very normal. Zach, you joined me. Okay.
- 5:16Speaker 2: No, I don't trust either of you.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Also, even if you said you would, I don't think
- 5:20Speaker 3: that either of you can be normal for more than
- 5:21Speaker 3: two seconds.
- 5:22Speaker 5: I make no promises that I cannot keep.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Here we go tomorrow. Same time, we have more tickets
- 5:27Speaker 1: to see Trans Siberian Orchestra when they play Bridgestone in December.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Coming up next on one oh seven five the River
- 5:34Speaker 1: music from Sabrina Carpenter and Benson Boone.
- 5:36Speaker 6: Oh.
- 5:36Speaker 2: I liked it.
- 5:38Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River.
- 5:43Speaker 1: I gave my wife her fortieth birthday gift yesterday. Ricky
- 5:46Speaker 1: and Zach, you guys did not have much confidence in
- 5:48Speaker 1: this present.
- 5:48Speaker 3: No faith in this present. We just really didn't think
- 5:51Speaker 3: it was gonna go over well.
- 5:52Speaker 5: I was scared for her.
- 5:54Speaker 1: She was out of town on her actual birthday. She
- 5:56Speaker 1: came back yesterday and gave her the present. Let you
- 5:58Speaker 1: know what it was and how she felt about him
- 6:00Speaker 1: or Ricky and Zach.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Right, I can't wait to hear about this.
- 6:02Speaker 1: It's coming up next to the river one oh seven
- 6:05Speaker 1: five of the river Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 6:08Speaker 3: The moment of truth is going to happen right here,
- 6:10Speaker 3: right now on Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning
- 6:12Speaker 3: on one o seven five the River. Kevin's wife Ali
- 6:15Speaker 3: just turned forty and he kind of confided in us
- 6:19Speaker 3: and told us what he bought her for her birthday. Yeah,
- 6:23Speaker 3: and he was very excited. Both Zach and I were
- 6:26Speaker 3: not so excited about the gift.
- 6:28Speaker 1: No, we were asking on the air last week. I
- 6:30Speaker 1: asked her meaningful gift ideas and I shared with you
- 6:32Speaker 1: guys what I got her, and you just didn't think
- 6:34Speaker 1: it was great.
- 6:35Speaker 7: So I did not at all think it was a
- 6:37Speaker 7: good idea.
- 6:38Speaker 1: This is the main gift. There were other things as well,
- 6:40Speaker 1: but the main gift. I asked my brother who still
- 6:41Speaker 1: lives in Los Angeles, to go around and take photos,
- 6:44Speaker 1: like nice cool photos of all of the places that
- 6:46Speaker 1: Ali and I lived over the years when we lived there.
- 6:48Speaker 1: So it was our first apartment together, very meaningful, to
- 6:51Speaker 1: where we start our relationship, where we adopted our dog
- 6:54Speaker 1: side story. There were a couple grizzly crimes in that building,
- 6:57Speaker 1: so we had to abruptly move into a different one. Okay,
- 7:00Speaker 1: so photos of that apartment building as well, and then
- 7:03Speaker 1: really convincing us the first great idea, the first house
- 7:06Speaker 1: that we bought together, which is where our daughter was born.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Into that house, very meaningful, our first house, and then
- 7:11Speaker 1: our next house which is where our son was born,
- 7:13Speaker 1: very meaningful as well.
- 7:14Speaker 3: We were so a bunch of pictures of buildings.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Yes, and we've been talking for a long time about
- 7:18Speaker 1: doing like a photo collage on the wall. So I
- 7:20Speaker 1: got these really nice frames, had the pictures printed really big,
- 7:24Speaker 1: and they're black and white and it's it's meaningful. And
- 7:26Speaker 1: she cried when she opened the gifts. So she loved it.
- 7:28Speaker 1: She said it was the best thing I could have
- 7:29Speaker 1: possibly given her.
- 7:30Speaker 5: Photos of where you used to live, very.
- 7:33Speaker 3: Much of buildings, meaning, very nice frame.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Meaningful stuff. Where we started our relationship, where we got engaged,
- 7:41Speaker 1: where we had our daughter, where our son was. I
- 7:44Speaker 1: was gonna stay conceived, but you know, Kevin, just where
- 7:48Speaker 1: we started our family and she actually liked it?
- 7:51Speaker 5: Or was she like fate crying?
- 7:52Speaker 7: Because I feel like whenever somebody gives you a gift
- 7:54Speaker 7: that they're so proud of, you can't be rude and
- 7:56Speaker 7: be like, yo, this is dumb.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Allie would not hold back if she didn't like it.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I promise you she would be.
- 8:02Speaker 3: She've given bad gifts before that she hasn't.
- 8:04Speaker 1: Liked couple over the yeah, uh okay, just.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Making sure that there is a balance here of like
- 8:09Speaker 3: she didn't light.
- 8:10Speaker 1: And I know her and I know how sentimental she is,
- 8:13Speaker 1: and you know, I knew that it would be a
- 8:14Speaker 1: meaningful gift. And it's again it's something we Our house
- 8:17Speaker 1: is just lacking art and we've been talking about some
- 8:19Speaker 1: sort of photo collage. So I thought this would be
- 8:21Speaker 1: great and she loved it all right.
- 8:23Speaker 3: So Zach and I were wrong about it. We're looking
- 8:26Speaker 3: at each other.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Like, were we really wrong?
- 8:29Speaker 5: I'm right glad how she loved there.
- 8:31Speaker 1: How do you think it's that bad? Like it's it's
- 8:33Speaker 1: very meaningful.
- 8:34Speaker 7: I would be so annoyed if my boyfriend came home
- 8:36Speaker 7: and gave me a photo of the apartment that we
- 8:38Speaker 7: moved into together. Your first place together. I would be
- 8:41Speaker 7: so annoyed. Oh look at the building.
- 8:43Speaker 6: Cool.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Our opinions do not matter in this scenario. She really
- 8:47Speaker 3: happy and that's what matters. And she cried. That is
- 8:50Speaker 3: the goal. Every gift I give someone, I want them
- 8:52Speaker 3: to cry. So you you won the lottery.
- 8:54Speaker 1: There it was like a half cry.
- 8:56Speaker 2: To be fair, that's actually that exciting.
- 8:59Speaker 5: Congratuate relations, Kevin, you and husband of the year.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Hey there was another step too, but that was the
- 9:04Speaker 1: main gift, and I promise you she liked it, so
- 9:06Speaker 1: I win. Thanks Kens.
- 9:07Speaker 3: Three Things you need a seven oh five.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Good morning friends, Welcome to Wednesday. Ricky's got those three things.
- 9:13Speaker 3: Fisher Price has unveiled a Britney Spears Little People collection,
- 9:17Speaker 3: So this is the latest release of their Little People
- 9:19Speaker 3: collector series, so it isn't technically for kids, but more
- 9:23Speaker 3: for adults who love nostalgic moments. This set features four
- 9:26Speaker 3: different minifigures with iconic outfits, so you're gonna get the
- 9:29Speaker 3: schoolgirl outfit from Baby One More Time video, the red
- 9:32Speaker 3: jumpsuit from the Oops I Did It Again video, the
- 9:35Speaker 3: stewardest outfit from the Toxic video, and of course the
- 9:39Speaker 3: outfit that she wore to the two thousand and one
- 9:41Speaker 3: MTV VMAs while she performed Slave for You. The snake
- 9:45Speaker 3: is included, of course, in that fit. The set officially
- 9:48Speaker 3: goes on sale December eighth, but you can pre order
- 9:51Speaker 3: it now.
- 9:52Speaker 2: On Target dot Com.
- 9:53Speaker 3: I had no idea why they did things like this,
- 9:56Speaker 3: But this whole little people collector that Fisher Price does
- 10:00Speaker 3: pick so many different icons of people. There's an Elton
- 10:01Speaker 3: John one, there's a Harry Potter one.
- 10:03Speaker 2: I had no idea.
- 10:04Speaker 1: It looks so cute. Their version of like funko pop shows.
- 10:06Speaker 5: Yeah, and you just.
- 10:07Speaker 3: Collect them and have them in their cute little boxes
- 10:09Speaker 3: because the boxes are different too. Really adorable idea. Love
- 10:12Speaker 3: to see it. We have confirmed more artists who are
- 10:15Speaker 3: going to be playing at the Pinnacle Venue at Nashville Yards.
- 10:19Speaker 3: It's already been announced that they're going to open in
- 10:22Speaker 3: twenty twenty five. Megan Moroney has booked her show for April.
- 10:25Speaker 3: It's been booked for a while, but now they've also
- 10:27Speaker 3: added people like Turnpike Troubadours, So we're going to be
- 10:30Speaker 3: their March eighth.
- 10:31Speaker 2: T Pain is going to be their March thirteenth.
- 10:33Speaker 3: I need to go to that tea Pain show I
- 10:35Speaker 3: Need to Go, and Russell Dickerson is going to be
- 10:37Speaker 3: their March fourteenth. There are a few other artists who
- 10:39Speaker 3: have already booked shows, but it's really cool to see
- 10:41Speaker 3: them consistently building on the fact that they're opening so soon.
- 10:44Speaker 3: I mean it's September now, March is going to be
- 10:47Speaker 3: here before you know it. And Instagram is doing something
- 10:49Speaker 3: really great. They're introducing protections for their younger audience with
- 10:53Speaker 3: their new teen accounts. So these accounts are going to
- 10:56Speaker 3: come with features and protections for users that are aged
- 10:58Speaker 3: thirteen to seventeen. New teens who are joining the platform
- 11:01Speaker 3: are automatically going to get a teen account, and existing
- 11:04Speaker 3: teens are going to be moved to teen accounts within
- 11:07Speaker 3: the next sixty days. So with these features, there's going
- 11:10Speaker 3: to be parental controls so you feel more safe about
- 11:12Speaker 3: your kids being on the app.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Things like you can see who they're dming.
- 11:16Speaker 3: You're not going to see the content unless they allow you,
- 11:18Speaker 3: but you'll see who they're dming. And they're going to
- 11:21Speaker 3: have a feature that's going to log them out of
- 11:23Speaker 3: Instagram at a certain time so that they're not up
- 11:26Speaker 3: on Instagram all night.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Things that are necessary for these accounts. All good stuff.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Happy that Instagram is taking a hold on that.
- 11:33Speaker 3: Arick Sanchez and those are the three things you need
- 11:35Speaker 3: to know.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Thank you so much, Ricky posting Loan and Morgan wallin
- 11:38Speaker 1: right now after I had some help Zach's Facts. He's
- 11:41Speaker 1: standing by with another one. We're all going to get
- 11:43Speaker 1: smarter together next than one of seven five.
- 11:45Speaker 6: The River, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning
- 11:49Speaker 6: on one the River.
- 11:51Speaker 1: I hope you're ready. It's one oh seven five the River.
- 11:54Speaker 1: The moment we all wait for every single day at
- 11:56Speaker 1: Zach's Facts. Take it away, man.
- 11:58Speaker 7: So, if you're anything like Kevin and you struggle to
- 12:00Speaker 7: maintain your focus, the scientists at the British Psychological Society said,
- 12:07Speaker 7: grab a piece of gum. They found that gum increases concentration.
- 12:11Speaker 1: I do chew a lot of gum.
- 12:13Speaker 5: You do, so if you.
- 12:14Speaker 7: Like taking a test or anything today at school, grab
- 12:16Speaker 7: a piece of gum and I help you concentrate.
- 12:18Speaker 5: There's your fact of the day.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Paid attention to every word of that.
- 12:21Speaker 5: Then you have no gum.
- 12:22Speaker 3: I'm proud you look like you paid attention. I don't
- 12:24Speaker 3: know if you actually did.
- 12:26Speaker 1: I didn't at all.
- 12:28Speaker 6: Ricky is zach and manno in the morning.
- 12:33Speaker 3: What would be inside your realistic haunted house?
- 12:37Speaker 2: It's one of seven five of the river.
- 12:39Speaker 3: Obviously, go to a haunted house, you see clowns, you
- 12:41Speaker 3: see people that look like gruesome and realistically, what would
- 12:46Speaker 3: be inside of it? Mine would have crickets because I
- 12:50Speaker 3: don't like it.
- 12:51Speaker 5: I don't like things jump.
- 12:52Speaker 1: I didn't know that.
- 12:53Speaker 3: I don't light insects, but I don't like things that
- 12:54Speaker 3: jump because you don't know where they're going to jump.
- 12:56Speaker 2: If you're a jumping my face.
- 12:57Speaker 1: In my hair, I don't know, so I grasshoppers.
- 12:59Speaker 3: And because it's like that would be inside of this
- 13:02Speaker 3: and then it would play Christmas music on repeat, that
- 13:04Speaker 3: would be my haunted house.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Oh on, here we go. Yeah, see surrounded by crickets,
- 13:11Speaker 1: crickets and chrismas jumping in every direction.
- 13:13Speaker 2: You'd hear me scream so loud.
- 13:15Speaker 1: That's Ricky so house. What would be in yours? Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 13:19Speaker 1: one oh seven. It's a fun question. What really freaks
- 13:22Speaker 1: you out with fill a haunted house so that you
- 13:24Speaker 1: refuse to go in? What would it be? Let us
- 13:25Speaker 1: know it's the river.
- 13:27Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
- 13:32Speaker 1: He asked the question a second ago, what would be
- 13:34Speaker 1: in your realistic haunted house? What would you truly be
- 13:38Speaker 1: scared of?
- 13:39Speaker 2: She said, crickets or anything that jumps.
- 13:41Speaker 3: I don't like insects that jump, and it would just
- 13:44Speaker 3: play Christmas music on repeat the entire time I'm inside
- 13:47Speaker 3: of there. That would be my horror horror scenario, Carrie
- 13:52Speaker 3: in Manchester.
- 13:53Speaker 1: What would it be for you? What would be in
- 13:54Speaker 1: your realistic haunted house?
- 13:57Speaker 8: Uh, will probably be a clown So a.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Classic haunted house for you then is pretty scary?
- 14:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean well, I mean plus you got the
- 14:05Speaker 4: chainsaw people too.
- 14:06Speaker 1: So the chainsaw people. Yeah, So is it all clowns
- 14:09Speaker 1: or is it like the scary clowns with like blood
- 14:11Speaker 1: dripping from their teeth, like Penny Wise type stuff, or
- 14:13Speaker 1: like a birthday clown pennywa wash.
- 14:16Speaker 8: They have a place that here in Manchester, which you
- 14:19Speaker 8: know you put a little shadowed in the radio.
- 14:21Speaker 3: Stations want to.
- 14:22Speaker 1: It's called dot Honey Woods.
- 14:24Speaker 3: It's pretty legit.
- 14:25Speaker 8: I mean, it's it's family rand, but it's actually a
- 14:28Speaker 8: pretty good little honted.
- 14:29Speaker 3: Woods there and they have like the clowns and the
- 14:32Speaker 3: chainsaw people and all like the classic haunted house features.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, dots, haunted woods. I just looked it up.
- 14:40Speaker 1: It's unspooky hollow in Manchester, Tennessee.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Wow, very fitting.
- 14:44Speaker 1: That's really yeah. All right, well thank you for that plug.
- 14:48Speaker 1: And uh yes, stay away from clowns.
- 14:50Speaker 8: Alrighty h you got to every.
- 14:53Speaker 7: Day zach Quo would be for you. Birds didn't even
- 14:56Speaker 7: have to think about it. A bird they have swords
- 14:58Speaker 7: on their face. They can their beaks. Their beaks are
- 15:02Speaker 7: swords on their face. They can poke your eyes out,
- 15:04Speaker 7: and it's kind of like the same thing as a
- 15:06Speaker 7: jumpy thing for crickets with ricky Like. Birds are so
- 15:10Speaker 7: unpredictable that you don't know which way they're gonna fly.
- 15:12Speaker 7: They can make like really rash decisions, and I just
- 15:15Speaker 7: don't trust them, is it?
- 15:16Speaker 1: All birds are like crows?
- 15:18Speaker 2: Every single bird, all birds, every single side.
- 15:21Speaker 3: And there's a bird flying around, you will actually hear him.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Blood curdis terrifying you're near him. He hates birds.
- 15:29Speaker 1: We're about like a chicken.
- 15:30Speaker 5: Yeah, it's still terrifying. You don't know their next move.
- 15:33Speaker 1: All poultry.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Kevin, what would be in your realistic haunted house.
- 15:36Speaker 1: You know, I think it would probably look a lot
- 15:40Speaker 1: like my regular house. It would be like clutter and like, uh,
- 15:43Speaker 1: just kids stuff everywhere and the glitter on the ground. Vacuum
- 15:48Speaker 1: up the glitter and kids.
- 15:50Speaker 2: That's his worst nightmare.
- 15:52Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and man in the Morning.
- 15:57Speaker 3: You're ready because we're about to play Kevin Manno's Game
- 15:59Speaker 3: of the Day presented by Genesis Diamonds. You're gonna win
- 16:02Speaker 3: your way into our river on the rooftop VIP style.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Yes you are VIP. MGK is headlining next Tuesday night.
- 16:09Speaker 1: It's game time baby. All week long, we've been playing
- 16:11Speaker 1: a game called Initial Response because MGK, it's three letters,
- 16:15Speaker 1: you know, and these are VIP passes three more letters,
- 16:18Speaker 1: all initials. So that's a quiz about acronyms.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Yup, that's exact.
- 16:22Speaker 1: That's how we play uh six seven three seven nine seven. Again.
- 16:26Speaker 1: The show is next Tuesday and I completely free. Everybody
- 16:28Speaker 1: can come, but these VIP passes and for the winners.
- 16:31Speaker 6: Next Ricky is Zach and Manno in the Morning on.
- 16:37Speaker 3: I can always get so excited to play new games.
- 16:39Speaker 3: It really does just make me giggle. Yeah, This is
- 16:42Speaker 3: Initial Response. It's Kevin Bando's game of the Day on
- 16:44Speaker 3: one O seven five the River. We're playing for VIP
- 16:47Speaker 3: passes or a river on the rooftop.
- 16:49Speaker 2: It's happening next week.
- 16:50Speaker 1: I can't believe it.
- 16:51Speaker 3: It's wild, how fast the time flies. But next week
- 16:54Speaker 3: with MGK, let's see who's gonna play.
- 16:56Speaker 1: It's Alyssa in Mount Juliet. Good morning, Good morning. How
- 16:59Speaker 1: you feeling.
- 17:01Speaker 2: I'm I'm I'm excited, I'm nervous.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Are you a big MGK fan?
- 17:05Speaker 3: I am?
- 17:06Speaker 4: My husband laughs at me.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Why does your husband laugh at you?
- 17:09Speaker 4: And he's a hater.
- 17:10Speaker 7: He's a hater, Alissa.
- 17:12Speaker 2: We gotta do something about that.
- 17:13Speaker 3: We don't like hater.
- 17:15Speaker 1: If you win, bring your husband to the show and
- 17:17Speaker 1: he'll say, Babe, you were right. He's great.
- 17:19Speaker 3: Oh no, even so, that's what I'm talking about. Keep
- 17:25Speaker 3: the aiter at home.
- 17:26Speaker 1: It's a free show. Everybody can come next Tuesday night.
- 17:29Speaker 1: But these are VIP passes for MGK headlining River on
- 17:33Speaker 1: the rooftop next Tuesday. And you gotta you know what,
- 17:35Speaker 1: I'm gonna switch it up today a little bit. We're
- 17:37Speaker 1: playing this game it's called Initial Response, where it's a
- 17:39Speaker 1: quiz about like acronyms and stuff. This first one is
- 17:42Speaker 1: so hard that if you get it, we're gonna give
- 17:45Speaker 1: you the passes, not even a two out of three situation.
- 17:47Speaker 5: Okay, oh my god, Okay, no pressure.
- 17:50Speaker 1: If you don't get it, you still have more chance.
- 17:52Speaker 1: You know, we'll still give you two out of three.
- 17:53Speaker 1: But this one question, it's the moneyball. It's for all
- 17:56Speaker 1: of it. Here we go, Alyssa in Mount Juliet. What
- 17:59Speaker 1: does gooba stand for? That's an acronym.
- 18:02Speaker 3: That's an acronis.
- 18:10Speaker 1: I don't know. I didn't even know that scuba was
- 18:12Speaker 1: an acrony I learned this from an episode of Family
- 18:14Speaker 1: Ties and it has never left my brain. It stands
- 18:17Speaker 1: for self contained underwater breathing apparatus.
- 18:22Speaker 6: You know what.
- 18:23Speaker 4: My son and my mother just got certified in STUPA,
- 18:26Speaker 4: and I don't.
- 18:26Speaker 3: Even know if they know that.
- 18:29Speaker 1: That's all right? So that's uh oh for one here,
- 18:32Speaker 1: but you still have two chances. Okay. These next two
- 18:34Speaker 1: are a little bit easier. Okay, Alyssa, what does a
- 18:37Speaker 1: SAP stand for a SAP? What is that?
- 18:42Speaker 3: All right, Alyssa? Point on the board.
- 18:45Speaker 1: You get this, and we're gonna see it Tuesday night
- 18:46Speaker 1: in the VIP section. Okay, okay, you're on a website
- 18:50Speaker 1: and there's a little section titled f a Q. What
- 18:54Speaker 1: does that stand for?
- 18:56Speaker 6: Oh? I know that.
- 19:02Speaker 3: So proud of you, Alyssa.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Thank you, nice shot. We'll see you there Tuesday night.
- 19:05Speaker 1: You'll be up in that VIP section watching MGK. Okay,
- 19:08Speaker 1: all right, thank you, all right, We're gonna have more
- 19:11Speaker 1: tomorrow seven forty five. Oh, Jonathan has a chance for
- 19:14Speaker 1: you to win these VIP passes at five forty five
- 19:16Speaker 1: today as well.
- 19:17Speaker 3: Quickly, Also, your reminder, this is a free show. You
- 19:20Speaker 3: can come no matter who you are, all ages at
- 19:22Speaker 3: Skydeck on Broadway. It's next Tuesday. MGK, McKenna, Grace and
- 19:26Speaker 3: Abrianna you could be there and you can watch all
- 19:29Speaker 3: of it for free.
- 19:30Speaker 6: Three things you need to.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Know, all right, just say after eight o'clock on this
- 19:33Speaker 1: Wednesday morning, Rick, He's got those three things.
- 19:35Speaker 3: Some updates on the Sean Diddy Comb's case. Yesterday I
- 19:38Speaker 3: shared that he was arrested in Manhattan, but the charges
- 19:41Speaker 3: weren't clear yet on why. Obviously we know what he's
- 19:43Speaker 3: been in the news for now.
- 19:45Speaker 2: We know that he's been.
- 19:46Speaker 3: Indicted on charges of trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, racketeering, conspiracy,
- 19:53Speaker 3: and transportation to engage in.
- 19:55Speaker 2: Prostitution, a lot of charges there.
- 19:58Speaker 3: He has pleaded not guilty and a judge has refused
- 20:01Speaker 3: to grant him bail. He did propose a fifty million
- 20:04Speaker 3: dollar bond request. The judge is like, absolutely not, You're
- 20:07Speaker 3: not leaving. He plans to appeal this, and obviously he
- 20:11Speaker 3: is maintaining his innocence right now. But with all of
- 20:15Speaker 3: these charges, they clearly have him on a lot of
- 20:16Speaker 3: different things. There are so many details to this case
- 20:19Speaker 3: that I quite literally couldn't give you all of the
- 20:21Speaker 3: details right now. So I suggest if this is something
- 20:24Speaker 3: you want to know more about, that you google it yourself.
- 20:27Speaker 2: It is just very heavily detailed case.
- 20:30Speaker 1: All right.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Another week and another addition to Bna's direct flights.
- 20:35Speaker 2: I love hearing about this.
- 20:36Speaker 3: West Jet is adding a new NonStop service to Canada,
- 20:40Speaker 3: so travelers can now use WestJet Airlines to take a
- 20:42Speaker 3: direct flight from Nashville to Winnipeg. BNA said that WestJet
- 20:46Speaker 3: is now the only airline that offers direct connectivity between
- 20:49Speaker 3: the two cities, so this is a huge move for BNA.
- 20:51Speaker 3: Obviously we want more and more direct flights, especially to
- 20:54Speaker 3: places that we don't already have because our airport is
- 20:57Speaker 3: growing crazy rates.
- 21:00Speaker 2: This crazy rates, how Facet's growing.
- 21:01Speaker 3: So this is good stuff and Flavor Flame is jumping
- 21:04Speaker 3: for joy right now. Red Lobster is out of Chapter
- 21:07Speaker 3: eleven bankruptcy protection. Yes, they filed for bankruptcy about four
- 21:11Speaker 3: months ago after raking in seventy three million of losses
- 21:16Speaker 3: just in twenty twenty three, so they had even more
- 21:18Speaker 3: than that in total. And as of earlier this month,
- 21:21Speaker 3: the US bankruptcy judge approved the seafood chain's reorganization plan and.
- 21:26Speaker 2: They aren't going anywhere.
- 21:27Speaker 3: The CEO says that Red Lobster is now a stronger,
- 21:30Speaker 3: more resilient company as they start a new chapter in
- 21:33Speaker 3: their history. If you remember Flavor Flave, he went online
- 21:36Speaker 3: and he was like, we cannot let this happen. Red
- 21:39Speaker 3: Lobster must stay. He was such a big advocate for
- 21:42Speaker 3: the company that he ended up having his own menu.
- 21:44Speaker 3: It was a Flavor Flave menu at Red Lobster. It
- 21:47Speaker 3: was wild, a wild story, but it all worked out.
- 21:50Speaker 3: So congratulations to them. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are
- 21:52Speaker 3: the three things you need to know.
- 21:54Speaker 1: I think my favorite detail that story is that like
- 21:56Speaker 1: part of their financial troubles stem from them launching something
- 21:59Speaker 1: like all you can Eat Shrimp, So they just they
- 22:02Speaker 1: dramatically underestimated how much shrimp people could eat.
- 22:05Speaker 2: Solution. They found themselves in bakers bankrupt.
- 22:07Speaker 6: But here we are Ricky is Zach and Manno in
- 22:11Speaker 6: the morning.
- 22:12Speaker 8: On the river.
- 22:14Speaker 3: I want to know what your best home remedies are.
- 22:17Speaker 3: I get sick all the time. I am a terrible
- 22:20Speaker 3: immune system. Because I'm autoimmune. I need good home remedies.
- 22:24Speaker 1: There are so many weird ones out there, people that
- 22:25Speaker 1: passed down from generations and stuff. I did just see
- 22:28Speaker 1: the reason we're talking about this. I watched on your
- 22:29Speaker 1: Instagram stories the other night, your fiance A J. Spoon
- 22:33Speaker 1: feeding you like a mama bird your elderberry syrup, as
- 22:37Speaker 1: he does every single night.
- 22:38Speaker 4: I guess he.
- 22:38Speaker 2: Does it every night to make sure that I'm taking
- 22:40Speaker 2: my elderberry.
- 22:41Speaker 1: He doesn't trust you to take it yourself.
- 22:42Speaker 3: He doesn't trust you to take it myself because I
- 22:44Speaker 3: don't know if it actually works, but he's convinced that
- 22:47Speaker 3: it does. That's his home remedy is alderberry syrup.
- 22:50Speaker 1: I like that, it doesn't. It's like an insane as
- 22:51Speaker 1: island to look under your tongue to make sure you
- 22:53Speaker 1: swallowed your post.
- 22:54Speaker 3: You know, you're so right?
- 22:55Speaker 1: Six seven three seven nine one seven. Your home remedies,
- 22:59Speaker 1: whatever they might be, we want to hear about him.
- 23:01Speaker 6: Next down the river, Ricky is Zach and Manno in
- 23:04Speaker 6: the morning on the chapel ron.
- 23:07Speaker 1: It's one o seven to five the river. We're asking
- 23:10Speaker 1: about home remedies because Ricky's fiance spoon feeds her elderberry syrah, but.
- 23:15Speaker 3: Convinced that it works for your immune system. But I
- 23:17Speaker 3: just don't know if that's true.
- 23:19Speaker 1: You're not sick right now.
- 23:20Speaker 2: I'm not right now.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Brad in Franklin, good morning, buddy.
- 23:24Speaker 8: Morning guys.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Do you have any any like home remedies that maybe
- 23:27Speaker 1: your your parents passed down to you.
- 23:29Speaker 8: Yeah, And I don't know how where it started, but
- 23:32Speaker 8: we always put butter on burns, like if you burn
- 23:36Speaker 8: yourself while you're cooking or something. My mom used to
- 23:39Speaker 8: always be like, put butter on it.
- 23:40Speaker 3: To just grab a good old stick of butter and
- 23:43Speaker 3: rub it all on your skin.
- 23:44Speaker 8: Interesting, Yeah, you know, if it's there to get it
- 23:47Speaker 8: on it and it seemingly works, but it never works.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Butter's expensive these days, so be careful for trying to
- 23:53Speaker 1: get burned. Then I would think you'd have a separate
- 23:55Speaker 1: problem that you're covered in butter, and then you have
- 23:57Speaker 1: a big bite mark because you're can't resist taking to
- 24:00Speaker 1: bite out of buttery.
- 24:02Speaker 3: I don't know how we got to cannibalism, but here
- 24:04Speaker 3: we are.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Thank you so much for that.
- 24:08Speaker 1: We're gonna try it, Brad were next time we burn ourselves,
- 24:10Speaker 1: we're gonna try it.
- 24:11Speaker 8: It's tasty.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Oh God, see, thanks for calling buddy. Appreciate it all right, Zach.
- 24:17Speaker 3: You're always doing weird TikTok things and stuff that you
- 24:20Speaker 3: just find on the internet, and you're convinced that it's
- 24:22Speaker 3: gonna work.
- 24:23Speaker 2: Do you have any home remedies?
- 24:25Speaker 7: I am convinced that this works. Whenever you're like starting
- 24:28Speaker 7: to get sick or feel like you're about to get sick,
- 24:30Speaker 7: put onions in your socks when you go to sleep,
- 24:33Speaker 7: and so you put them on the bottom of your feet,
- 24:35Speaker 7: and it's supposed to like pull out any toxins and
- 24:37Speaker 7: help you not get sick or get over your sickness quicker.
- 24:40Speaker 1: He has mentioned this in here before, and I've done it.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Really does this.
- 24:43Speaker 7: Yeah, it works, and you're convinced that works without a
- 24:47Speaker 7: doubt every single time I've done it.
- 24:49Speaker 5: It works.
- 24:49Speaker 7: It also helps reduce foot odor, which I know sounds
- 24:52Speaker 7: weird because you're putting any onions on there, but like,
- 24:55Speaker 7: because it removes the toxins in the bacteria and then
- 24:57Speaker 7: you take a shower and your feet though, like.
- 24:58Speaker 1: Sure they smelling onions, but anymore.
- 25:01Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, Well, I have a list here of bad
- 25:06Speaker 3: home remedies and that one sounds like a bad one,
- 25:09Speaker 3: but whatever. But this one is one that I've heard
- 25:11Speaker 3: so many times. Toothpaste for your acne.
- 25:14Speaker 5: I have done that.
- 25:15Speaker 2: That's not a good home remedy.
- 25:16Speaker 3: That's not the way that you should be doing it,
- 25:18Speaker 3: to actually irritate your skin more than actually helping it.
- 25:22Speaker 3: Orange juice for colds, because everyone's like, oh, drink orange juice.
- 25:27Speaker 3: Not the greatest home remedy.
- 25:29Speaker 2: Mayonnai's for lice.
- 25:33Speaker 3: Lice is a part of life.
- 25:35Speaker 5: I'm sorry that just came out of me involuntarily.
- 25:37Speaker 3: It's a part of life. But they say that this
- 25:40Speaker 3: is not a way to do it.
- 25:41Speaker 7: I just don't feel like once you put mayo all
- 25:44Speaker 7: in your hair, it's gonna take like multiple showers to
- 25:46Speaker 7: get it all out of your scalp because it's like
- 25:48Speaker 7: so thick and greasy.
- 25:50Speaker 3: I also have really bad news for Brad who just
- 25:52Speaker 3: called us and told us butter for burns.
- 25:55Speaker 2: It's on the list, and.
- 25:56Speaker 3: It says butter for burns is actually really bad because
- 25:59Speaker 3: it'll seal in bacteria into the tissue.
- 26:03Speaker 1: Oh, he's gone. He's not on the line anymore. Else
- 26:05Speaker 1: I would have told.
- 26:05Speaker 3: Him, but bad.
- 26:08Speaker 2: Idea.
- 26:09Speaker 5: We've been lying to you your entire.
- 26:10Speaker 6: Life, Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 26:17Speaker 2: In cotton Town. Where'st cotton Town?
- 26:19Speaker 8: In between Gallup and it hits the Bill and Portland.
- 26:23Speaker 1: I just looked it up.
- 26:25Speaker 3: Okay, learn something new every day. Tell us your home
- 26:29Speaker 3: remedy that you swear by, throats.
- 26:32Speaker 8: That are not like full on stripped or anything of pickle.
- 26:36Speaker 3: Jes Oh my gosh, I love pickle juice.
- 26:39Speaker 1: You think it works?
- 26:40Speaker 8: Yes, it has deal weed already, so maybe that's why.
- 26:45Speaker 5: But so do you drink it or do you gargle it?
- 26:49Speaker 4: I drink it, it's not everybody does.
- 26:51Speaker 1: You can do both gargle then swallow.
- 26:53Speaker 5: I'm in.
- 26:53Speaker 7: I love pickle juice, so yes, I think I'm getting
- 26:55Speaker 7: a sore throat right now. I need to go buy
- 26:57Speaker 7: some pickles.
- 26:57Speaker 3: Guys. Fun fact, since you just said doll we can
- 27:00Speaker 3: help relieve sore throats and the digestive properties help improve
- 27:04Speaker 3: your digestion.
- 27:05Speaker 1: I didn't know that that's honestly a home remedy that
- 27:07Speaker 1: I will use.
- 27:08Speaker 3: Thank you so much, Barrett. We appreciate you calling in
- 27:10Speaker 3: and telling.
- 27:10Speaker 1: Us this, and it's a delicious remedy at that. Wow,
- 27:18Speaker 1: I hope you all really relished that joke.
- 27:20Speaker 6: Okay, Here on the River, Ricky and Zach and Manno
- 27:26Speaker 6: in the morning.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Before nine o'clock. Here on one O seven to five
- 27:31Speaker 1: the River, we play some audio from a video. One
- 27:34Speaker 1: of us finds video that we like. It's going viral
- 27:36Speaker 1: something online. We bring the audio to you and today
- 27:38Speaker 1: it's a Ricky special.
- 27:40Speaker 2: This one has gone very viral.
- 27:41Speaker 3: It has forty three million views on it, over eight
- 27:44Speaker 3: million likes. It's adorable, so it totally makes sense why
- 27:48Speaker 3: everyone's obsessed with it.
- 27:49Speaker 2: There's a song Boom Chicken Boom.
- 27:51Speaker 3: If you have kids, you might know it. It's from
- 27:53Speaker 3: I think it's like the learning center said Boom. Learning
- 27:57Speaker 3: Station is the name of the group that is this
- 28:00Speaker 3: song and this little kid, his rendition is perfect.
- 28:03Speaker 2: Here you go, come get.
- 28:04Speaker 9: Your blankya Boom boom chickaboo boom chicka boom boom.

- 28:25Speaker 9: Uh huh oh yeah one more time, No more time.
- 28:34Speaker 3: It's so cool.
- 28:35Speaker 7: He's like three years old in the kitchen and just
- 28:37Speaker 7: dancing to boom check a boom.
- 28:39Speaker 1: There is nothing better than that tiny little voice. I
- 28:42Speaker 1: love it so much. Thank you for that. We're gonna
- 28:45Speaker 1: post that up on our Instagram stories at one of
- 28:47Speaker 1: seven five The River on.
- 28:48Speaker 6: Instagram, Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning
- 28:52Speaker 3: On seven five The River
