- 0:06Speaker 1: Should you buy the conflict today, We'll break it down
- 0:08Speaker 1: for you to give you some insights to where maybe
- 0:10Speaker 1: the market is going with all of this happening globally.
- 0:12Speaker 1: My name is Paul Barre. Welcome back in a tech path.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Let's get started. I do want to thank our sponsor,
- 0:16Speaker 1: and that's Coinbase. This is where you guys can get
- 0:18Speaker 1: into crypto. With crypto so volatile, right now might be
- 0:21Speaker 1: a good time to take out your first potential purchase.
- 0:24Speaker 1: And when you look at the markets and we do
- 0:27Speaker 1: see volatility, those are usually the best times due to
- 0:30Speaker 1: dollar cost averaging. Check out coinbase. You guys can use
- 0:33Speaker 1: our link down below. It gets you up to two
- 0:34Speaker 1: hundred bucks just to get started making your first trade.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Try it out to see what you guys think. I
- 0:39Speaker 1: want to go to this first tweet, and this outlines
- 0:41Speaker 1: where the volatility is coming from. Obviously, the strike against
- 0:44Speaker 1: Iran and the nuclear sites and the potential of where
- 0:48Speaker 1: Iran could look at in terms of a response, and
- 0:51Speaker 1: that means on US military basis. This is where the
- 0:53Speaker 1: volatility is going to start getting a little bit dicey,
- 0:57Speaker 1: and I think this is what we're going to continue
- 0:59Speaker 1: to see for quite some time as we play this
- 1:01Speaker 1: out over the summer, and I think a couple of
- 1:03Speaker 1: points you've got to look at right now is how
- 1:06Speaker 1: does this affect other markets? And one of the things
- 1:09Speaker 1: that has been affected by this has been oil. White
- 1:12Speaker 1: House also is saying, hey, we still need to get
- 1:15Speaker 1: into a diplomatic solution with Iran, but also look at
- 1:20Speaker 1: the pricing, because what we're looking at right now in
- 1:23Speaker 1: the US five hundred the crude oil situation, natural gas
- 1:26Speaker 1: as the largest producer. We're also the largest producer of oil.
- 1:29Speaker 1: The question is is how much pressure does this put
- 1:32Speaker 1: on most of these assets on a global stage as
- 1:35Speaker 1: this thing starts to heat up.
- 1:36Speaker 2: I want to go to a.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Clip here because this is where it gets into some breakdown.
- 1:41Speaker 1: And this is CNBC on whether or not this escalation is.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Going to continue to breed uncertainty.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Take a look and people are arguing on both sides
- 1:51Speaker 3: with some amount of conviction but very little foundation. So
- 1:55Speaker 3: there is no clear view on what happens next. Second,
- 2:00Speaker 3: the market has been conditioned to fade jaeopolitical shocks. You
- 2:05Speaker 3: make money when you fade jaeopolitical shocks. Thirdly, the cost
- 2:10Speaker 3: of getting it wrong can be very high. And you
- 2:12Speaker 3: see this in the oil market. Gwent where it is
- 2:15Speaker 3: today is a very unstable price. Either it should be
- 2:19Speaker 3: fifteen dollars lower because we have a situation of excess
- 2:23Speaker 3: supply in the marketplace, or alternatively, you really believe that
- 2:28Speaker 3: we're going to get a major disruptions to supply out
- 2:30Speaker 3: of the Middle East, and should be fifteen dollars higher. And
- 2:33Speaker 3: when you have that amount of gapping risk on both sides,
- 2:38Speaker 3: it tends to paralyze you in terms of making any
- 2:41Speaker 3: major bet. So you put these three things together, I'm
- 2:43Speaker 3: not super surprised, all right.
- 2:45Speaker 1: So the point obviously Muhammad getting at is the vattelity
- 2:49Speaker 1: how you play this, because many people would look at
- 2:51Speaker 1: and say, well, if there isn't going to be a disruption,
- 2:53Speaker 1: major disruption, because if we do get a disruption from
- 2:57Speaker 1: the oil side of things, it will cause pain cross
- 3:00Speaker 1: a lot of the globe, and that of course would
- 3:03Speaker 1: have immediate impact on crypto in general. But if you
- 3:06Speaker 1: look at the bitcoin performance one month and one year
- 3:09Speaker 1: after these big war scares, this is all goes all
- 3:12Speaker 1: the way back to two thousand and you can kind
- 3:14Speaker 1: of see Russia current in there plus sixty two percent
- 3:17Speaker 1: in a year later, Israel Gaza plus one forty four
- 3:21Speaker 1: Now the current tensions between Iran and Israel plus forty
- 3:24Speaker 1: five even now COVID, if you go back and look
- 3:26Speaker 1: that plus six hundred and thirteen percent. Now, this is
- 3:31Speaker 1: what I think is constructing right now within the Middle East. Yes,
- 3:35Speaker 1: the US has made a strike against Iran, but I
- 3:38Speaker 1: think the point that we're going to see is this
- 3:40Speaker 1: right here, here's the response to what has happened over
- 3:44Speaker 1: the weekend. Iran now is attacking a US base in Katar,
- 3:47Speaker 1: in Iraq. And the point behind this is these are
- 3:49Speaker 1: pretty much empty bases, which is why I think you're
- 3:52Speaker 1: starting to see crypto perform right now. Even as we're
- 3:55Speaker 1: recording this, Bitcoin holding it around one oh three so
- 3:58Speaker 1: up considerably up from its ninety nine k ninety eight
- 4:01Speaker 1: k over the weekend when this thing was happening. So
- 4:04Speaker 1: let me know in the comments, are you guys playing
- 4:06Speaker 1: this on a little bit more aggressive scale? Are you
- 4:08Speaker 1: trying to sell this news? Are you looking at this
- 4:11Speaker 1: is going to play into a very volatile situation where
- 4:15Speaker 1: you can make some trades on this. I'm kind of
- 4:17Speaker 1: curious how you guys are playing another thing. If you
- 4:19Speaker 1: look at the S and P the nine to eleven attacks,
- 4:21Speaker 1: sharp decline. Obviously a year later recovery was positive. Initial drop,
- 4:26Speaker 1: then it was a rebound Iraq war this was two
- 4:28Speaker 1: thousand and three, modest drop, strong gains. Russia invades Crimea
- 4:32Speaker 1: that was the original that was twenty fourteen, mild volatility.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Then upward. Key is is that, yes.
- 4:38Speaker 1: There is an impact in the beginning and the restructure
- 4:41Speaker 1: of the globe kind of blending around some of these things.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Outside of something that would be super catastrophic, most of
- 4:49Speaker 1: these kind of situations breed market instability in the beginning,
- 4:54Speaker 1: and then of course we see a play differently going forward.
- 4:57Speaker 1: If you go back and just look at where the
- 5:00Speaker 1: S and P was during that period of time. This
- 5:02Speaker 1: was back in two thousand and three and up a
- 5:05Speaker 1: year later almost forty percent. So this is interesting when
- 5:09Speaker 1: you kind of compare our people selling into these conflicts
- 5:13Speaker 1: and creating opportunities for people just to buy the bitcoin
- 5:17Speaker 1: that you just let go at ninety nine K. That
- 5:20Speaker 1: is why you know, you get into diamond hands. And
- 5:23Speaker 1: that's what we're talking about here on the show. All right,
- 5:25Speaker 1: I want to go to a clip here This is
- 5:26Speaker 1: by pomp Pompeiano, and he's getting into this idea of
- 5:30Speaker 1: volatility because remember a lot of people will get in
- 5:32Speaker 1: and out of the market, especially when you look at
- 5:34Speaker 1: some of these all coins, but primarily Bitcoin ethereum, even
- 5:37Speaker 1: some stocks, and they explain the volatility might play into
- 5:41Speaker 1: maybe your strategy overall.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 5:43Speaker 4: I think that over the weekend we've now seen throughout
- 5:45Speaker 4: this year, multiple geopolitical events have transpired on Saturday or Sunday,
- 5:49Speaker 4: the traditional markets are closed. Bitcoin is twenty four to
- 5:52Speaker 4: seven global and liquid, and so people do sell what
- 5:55Speaker 4: they want to sell. The volatility of bitcoin is what
- 5:57Speaker 4: is attractive to a very large audience of those holders.
- 6:01Speaker 2: But also I.
- 6:02Speaker 4: Think that the large pools of capital now realize that
- 6:05Speaker 4: it is big enough for them to allocate to. And
- 6:07Speaker 4: that's where you're really seeing kind of this adoption, both
- 6:10Speaker 4: on Wall Street and at the nation state level, and
- 6:11Speaker 4: I think that's only going to continue.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Imagine if you were to have a standard order set
- 6:17Speaker 1: in there at any time it dips under one hundred k.
- 6:20Speaker 1: If you looked at just what's happening right now as
- 6:22Speaker 1: we record this, bitcoins up almost two percent to and
- 6:26Speaker 1: a half percent. That's the kind of volatility I think
- 6:29Speaker 1: we'll continue to see some of this, of course, will
- 6:32Speaker 1: weigh in on the strategy of the United States and
- 6:34Speaker 1: how we move forward.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Will the US officially declare war on Iran before July?
- 6:38Speaker 1: Most people are saying, no, it's not going to happen.
- 6:41Speaker 1: This is one of those plays that maybe goes back
- 6:43Speaker 1: to the whole persona of Trump and that is very
- 6:46Speaker 1: pro in the side of economic growth and trying to
- 6:50Speaker 1: build businesses. Maybe he's looking at a trade comparison here,
- 6:54Speaker 1: or possibly getting Iran out of a regime that could
- 6:57Speaker 1: get them back into the global trade eco system. There's
- 7:00Speaker 1: so many different strategies that could play into this. Another
- 7:03Speaker 1: US military action against Iran. By June thirty, this was
- 7:06Speaker 1: another poly market went up for a little bit and
- 7:09Speaker 1: then right back down to under fifty percent. So these
- 7:12Speaker 1: are the volatile moves that many people in most cases
- 7:17Speaker 1: get panicked. And I think that's the thing you guys
- 7:19Speaker 1: have to consider, is sure, there's always a way to
- 7:22Speaker 1: kind of you know, de risk a little bit, but
- 7:25Speaker 1: in most cases, if you're looking at long term, all
- 7:28Speaker 1: of these things most likely will start to adjust.
- 7:31Speaker 2: The only thing that would really play into this.
- 7:33Speaker 1: If we started to see something with Russia and China,
- 7:36Speaker 1: that's a different scope of things in general. So just
- 7:40Speaker 1: be aware this is kind of what's happening right now.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Goldman is using Polymarket for price analysis. So this is
- 7:47Speaker 1: interesting because it gets to the point that I'm getting at,
- 7:50Speaker 1: which is when you look at the crypto market as
- 7:52Speaker 1: it is right now and what's been happening, what you
- 7:56Speaker 1: can do is earn a lot of money just by
- 7:59Speaker 1: playing the volatility of these markets, not necessarily the angle
- 8:02Speaker 1: of what politics are doing, but the idea of where
- 8:05Speaker 1: these assets are going. The fact that we have Goldman
- 8:07Speaker 1: in there looking at oil prices coming in off of
- 8:11Speaker 1: polymarket is crazy. Another thing I want to hit on
- 8:14Speaker 1: right here. This is coming in from Kobees Healer. They
- 8:17Speaker 1: were talking about this issue around where the pressure is
- 8:20Speaker 1: going to come from. If we tell you, Iran's parliament
- 8:22Speaker 1: would vote to close the Hormuz area. This is basically
- 8:26Speaker 1: the area that allows most of the oil coming out
- 8:30Speaker 1: of Saudi and most of them at least that gets
- 8:33Speaker 1: it into the rest of the world, and this would
- 8:35Speaker 1: be a big issue. And I think one thing they
- 8:36Speaker 1: have to consider is that remember that Iran sells most
- 8:40Speaker 1: of their oil production to China, so they can't necessarily
- 8:43Speaker 1: see a stoppage of the Hermoz straight. When you look
- 8:46Speaker 1: at where this is going to go, I think this
- 8:48Speaker 1: is still just posturing overall. President Trump tells the US
- 8:52Speaker 1: Department of Energy, let's get out there and drill. Doesn't matter,
- 8:55Speaker 1: even though the US is still the number one oil
- 8:58Speaker 1: producer in the world.
- 8:59Speaker 2: Don't forget. Their plan has been to lower inflation through
- 9:02Speaker 2: lower oil prices.
- 9:03Speaker 1: This is the key, because Trump understands any pressure on
- 9:07Speaker 1: the Middle East oil it is going to affect the
- 9:10Speaker 1: United States to a certain extent. Now, it won't affect
- 9:13Speaker 1: it drastically. One thing that I think it would affect
- 9:16Speaker 1: the most is going to be China, who is buying
- 9:18Speaker 1: ninety one percent of Iran's oil exports right now. Remember
- 9:22Speaker 1: that Iran cannot sell their oil to anyone else, so
- 9:25Speaker 1: it's below market value. And if you look at this,
- 9:28Speaker 1: and it supplies to thirteen percent of China's crewed imports
- 9:32Speaker 1: as well, so this would be a bad thing for China.
- 9:34Speaker 1: I think China has already put out there that they
- 9:36Speaker 1: don't want this to happen with Hormuz, and I think
- 9:39Speaker 1: this again starts to stabilize the region in terms of
- 9:43Speaker 1: oil productions, because really, at the end of the day,
- 9:45Speaker 1: that's what.
- 9:45Speaker 2: This is all about.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Now, if this were to get into a scenario where
- 9:49Speaker 1: you get oil prices lowered because of what's happening here,
- 9:54Speaker 1: if we do see a Dayton occur, and you look
- 9:57Speaker 1: at just the stats of the largest producer out there,
- 10:00Speaker 1: look at who's the top of the list, you asked,
- 10:02Speaker 1: Then right behind them is the Saudi Arabians, and then
- 10:05Speaker 1: of course you get into Russia and Canada. Now, the
- 10:07Speaker 1: point being China coming in at number five. Point being
- 10:10Speaker 1: is that you continue to see a lot of pressure
- 10:13Speaker 1: out of Iran, which is I think number six right there.
- 10:17Speaker 1: As you can see on the global stage, this could
- 10:20Speaker 1: open them up to more marketing, the ability to sell
- 10:22Speaker 1: their oil in other places. If in fact, we get
- 10:25Speaker 1: to some sort of peace agreement with the Ranians, I
- 10:28Speaker 1: think that's the key that would really start to move
- 10:30Speaker 1: the market forward. Now I want to get into some
- 10:33Speaker 1: other things. Is this is where you're playing the market,
- 10:36Speaker 1: whether it's the S and P, the crypto markets, but
- 10:38Speaker 1: also some of the stocks and also some of the
- 10:41Speaker 1: tokens that are starting to play around this ecosystem from
- 10:44Speaker 1: a volatility standpoint, here's Tom Lee take a look.
- 10:47Speaker 5: You know, in some ways it's not a surprise because
- 10:49Speaker 5: as you know, like Art cash and had the adage
- 10:52Speaker 5: sell the build up by the invasion, and I think
- 10:55Speaker 5: today is an example of that that markets were kind
- 10:58Speaker 5: of already nervous and anxious, and we've already saw de
- 11:00Speaker 5: risking and the VIX was already elevated. So I think
- 11:04Speaker 5: in some ways this is probably pretty typical. In some ways,
- 11:07Speaker 5: it actually strengthens the case for stocks to do better
- 11:10Speaker 5: into urine because at the start of this year we
- 11:12Speaker 5: would have said US bombing a nuclear facility is a
- 11:16Speaker 5: black swan, Oil would be one twenty. Stock should be
- 11:20Speaker 5: down ten percent, And then we have the event and
- 11:23Speaker 5: oil is not really surging and stocks are up. So
- 11:28Speaker 5: I'd almost say that you've put another stress test into
- 11:30Speaker 5: the market. We've seen it pass it, and I think
- 11:32Speaker 5: it means stock should do pretty well to year.
- 11:34Speaker 4: You think horror moves remains a risk, I do, but.
- 11:38Speaker 5: If oil isn't surging, then I think it just means
- 11:40Speaker 5: that the risks of straight the straits being closed is lower. Yeah,
- 11:44Speaker 5: and as you know, core CPI doesn't include energy, and
- 11:48Speaker 5: as you know, when the ECB looks at cor inflation,
- 11:52Speaker 5: they exclude housing. Housing is not part of ECB's core CPI,
- 11:56Speaker 5: and they're cutting. If you calculated US CPI on the
- 11:59Speaker 5: same exact basis, it's lower than Europe. So I do
- 12:03Speaker 5: think there should be a dovishill towards a FED or
- 12:06Speaker 5: that's the upside opportunity into your end as well.
- 12:10Speaker 1: I'm in agreement, and the upside opportunity again, these black
- 12:14Speaker 1: Swan events are what I'm most concerned about right now
- 12:17Speaker 1: because they could still elevate, and this is outside of
- 12:20Speaker 1: the Iran skirmish that we're dealing with right now. But
- 12:23Speaker 1: how's it affecting stocks. Some of the stocks that have
- 12:25Speaker 1: been high flying all Wall Street over this last week
- 12:28Speaker 1: has been Circled, obviously a stable coin, and I think
- 12:32Speaker 1: we're now starting to play a lot into a lot
- 12:34Speaker 1: of treasuries around crypto. I'll get to that in a second,
- 12:37Speaker 1: but I want to play this clip on whether or
- 12:39Speaker 1: not Circle is overvalued to take a look.
- 12:41Speaker 5: I mean those are echoes at twenty twenty one, which
- 12:45Speaker 5: is some stocks get fantastically bizarre valuations, and I'm not
- 12:50Speaker 5: naming any it's a sign that the cohort that is
- 12:54Speaker 5: speculating are the ones that bought the dip in April.
- 12:57Speaker 5: As you know, it was retail, the robin in community
- 12:59Speaker 5: that was in April when institutions were selling and raising
- 13:02Speaker 5: cash and high net worth was raising cash. So it's
- 13:06Speaker 5: the same crew now that is buying you know, the
- 13:09Speaker 5: circles at one time's assets under management, which is tremendous.
- 13:13Speaker 5: But it's not speculation to me yet because I'd say
- 13:17Speaker 5: high net worth is not really that invested in. Institutions
- 13:19Speaker 5: are still pretty cautious, all.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Right, So what Tom's getting at there, Some people would
- 13:24Speaker 1: look at this from a volatility standpoint. You look at
- 13:27Speaker 1: Circle in general in term of its current market cap
- 13:30Speaker 1: to what it's currently valued at. That is the comparison
- 13:34Speaker 1: I think that mini traders are looking at. And one
- 13:36Speaker 1: thing to look at when you look at Circle is
- 13:39Speaker 1: compared to Visa. You know, go back twenty years when
- 13:42Speaker 1: Visa back in the early nineties went public and the
- 13:46Speaker 1: growth that we saw. This may be the beginning of
- 13:49Speaker 1: that very same opportunity. And remember these are a lot
- 13:51Speaker 1: of traditional investors that are going in on this.
- 13:54Speaker 2: This is the Circle chart right now.
- 13:55Speaker 1: I mean if you go back and purchase this even
- 13:57Speaker 1: at the what last week on the thirteen, you're talking
- 14:01Speaker 1: about almost a one hundred percent gain, well over one
- 14:05Speaker 1: hundred percent gain, trading at one o eight now at
- 14:07Speaker 1: two fifty six, spiking to as high as two ninety six.
- 14:13Speaker 1: So this is something that I think will continue to
- 14:16Speaker 1: see chip away at the Visa market cap and also
- 14:20Speaker 1: MasterCard in general. And I think this is an opportunity
- 14:23Speaker 1: going forward because this is investors that are saying, maybe
- 14:25Speaker 1: I should take some of the Visa money and start
- 14:27Speaker 1: to reposition that into the next wave of where this
- 14:30Speaker 1: technology is going. Cb CNBC also put out a clip
- 14:34Speaker 1: here that would talk about adjusting the rate policy, and
- 14:38Speaker 1: I think that's the only thing that is really missing
- 14:41Speaker 1: for us to see a major market blowoff.
- 14:44Speaker 2: Take a look, David, Thank you.
- 14:46Speaker 6: Fed Governor Michelle Bowman saying that if inflation remains contained,
- 14:49Speaker 6: she would support lowering rates in July, becoming the second
- 14:53Speaker 6: Fed official actually second Fed governor as well.
- 14:56Speaker 7: To say so it is notable that she is Republican
- 15:00Speaker 7: appointed by Republican president, another one who is looking through
- 15:05Speaker 7: the tariff price increases. While some of the Democrats on
- 15:08Speaker 7: the committee, Adrona Koogler, for instance, the governor who was
- 15:12Speaker 7: appointed by the Biden administration, are more worried about the
- 15:15Speaker 7: inflationary effect. It's sort of like what we see in
- 15:17Speaker 7: the University of Michigan sentiment.
- 15:19Speaker 6: I think it's a bit about taking a flyer on
- 15:23Speaker 6: Trump's policies and the extent to which FED officials are
- 15:26Speaker 6: willing to roll the dice and go with the data
- 15:30Speaker 6: that they saw in May and part of their forecast. Bowman,
- 15:33Speaker 6: I also should say, mentions deregulation as a possible source
- 15:38Speaker 6: of containing prices down the road and other policies that
- 15:41Speaker 6: are out there. So she's pretty positive on that. And
- 15:44Speaker 6: you know, Sarah, when he gets to the idea, well,
- 15:46Speaker 6: who does the president want in the driver's seat on
- 15:49Speaker 6: the FED? Someone who believes in their poseas And I
- 15:52Speaker 6: think that's where they may be cut maybe politics, but
- 15:55Speaker 6: it also may be a factor of being cut from
- 15:57Speaker 6: the same cloth.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. I think it is politics.
- 16:02Speaker 1: This is something you know Chimathia was kind of talking
- 16:05Speaker 1: about this on all end, is that there's a lot
- 16:07Speaker 1: of narratives that are already pointing in the direction. Even
- 16:10Speaker 1: Tom Lee just said in that earlier clip is that
- 16:13Speaker 1: the opportunity is here when you start to pull some
- 16:15Speaker 1: of these intangibles out of the CPI and you get
- 16:19Speaker 1: to a point where it's very similar and we're starting
- 16:22Speaker 1: to see a reduction in it. That kind of carries
- 16:24Speaker 1: this forward. So I'm going to agreement with them is
- 16:26Speaker 1: that July might be the month to be watching. So guys,
- 16:30Speaker 1: we're just around the corner from possibly a major raycut
- 16:32Speaker 1: if that occurs, whether it's just twenty five basis points
- 16:35Speaker 1: or fifty, And there's some people even calling for a
- 16:37Speaker 1: fifty because remember we had that surprise fifty last fall
- 16:41Speaker 1: that really kind of set this market in motion.
- 16:43Speaker 2: What would it do to the market.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Let me know what you guys think down in the
- 16:46Speaker 1: comments of how you think this would play out last
- 16:50Speaker 1: up here is how companies are looking at what they
- 16:54Speaker 1: call treasury season. This is Adam Back who's coming in
- 16:57Speaker 1: saying that treasury season is the new all cooin season.
- 17:00Speaker 1: You know where this basically points to is if you
- 17:02Speaker 1: look at the companies like Strategy, you look at Sharplink
- 17:05Speaker 1: Gaming and handful of others that are starting to move
- 17:08Speaker 1: and we're seeing many more companies now coming in and
- 17:11Speaker 1: putting assets under management into crypto and looking at holding
- 17:16Speaker 1: treasury in a variety of different crypto projects, and that
- 17:19Speaker 1: is something that is different and it is starting to
- 17:21Speaker 1: play into the stock market. So guys be on the lookout.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Here's one right here that's holding Salana. This is Upexy,
- 17:28Speaker 1: and they are holding. If you go back here and
- 17:30Speaker 1: look at this six month right here, Spike right there
- 17:33Speaker 1: on April seventeenth started to move into Salona holdings and boom,
- 17:36Speaker 1: there you go.
- 17:37Speaker 2: Stock continues hold.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Now it's somewhat sideways, but the point being is that
- 17:41Speaker 1: treasuries are now being deployed into crypto projects primarily whether
- 17:45Speaker 1: you look at eth some of the major top five
- 17:48Speaker 1: really could play into this. You could see XRP in
- 17:50Speaker 1: the hunt along with many others. I want to go
- 17:53Speaker 1: to the CEO of Upexy. He talks about this. Take
- 17:57Speaker 1: a look.
- 17:58Speaker 8: Bigcoin is a two trillion dollar asset. It is unlikely
- 18:01Speaker 8: to five x anytime soon. Versus Solana, which is literally
- 18:04Speaker 8: four percent the market cap of Bitcoin. It could five
- 18:07Speaker 8: x by year end. So you're seeing like Solana put
- 18:10Speaker 8: up the best metrics out of any chain, even at
- 18:14Speaker 8: a smaller market cap than some others.
- 18:16Speaker 3: So and what would happen in this situation, Well, like Solana,
- 18:20Speaker 3: the prices of Solana to drop ninety six percent again
- 18:22Speaker 3: like you did a few years ago, Like what happens
- 18:24Speaker 3: in that situation.
- 18:27Speaker 8: So it depends on the company.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, Well you know what happens in that situation.
- 18:34Speaker 2: It's called liquidation. Guys.
- 18:36Speaker 1: When you're putting that much out there and in some
- 18:39Speaker 1: cases taking loans against it, et cetera, or you're deploying
- 18:42Speaker 1: capital in the loans to buy it. Any of those
- 18:44Speaker 1: kind of situations where those assets are being held as
- 18:47Speaker 1: equity or any kind of loan value, than you are.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Going to see liquidations.
- 18:51Speaker 1: We're probably going to see some of that within even
- 18:53Speaker 1: the bitcoin community because that has been a big part
- 18:56Speaker 1: of where loans are going against some of these digital assets.
- 19:00Speaker 1: If you look at Solana in general, it has been
- 19:02Speaker 1: performing well. In fact, it continues to now perform all
- 19:05Speaker 1: L one and L two chains in the network for
- 19:08Speaker 1: thirteen straight weeks.
- 19:09Speaker 2: This is good for Solana.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Yes, do we see a three four five x off
- 19:13Speaker 1: of Solana by year end? I think that's a bit aggressive. Granted, Yes,
- 19:17Speaker 1: if we start to see a fed rate cut and
- 19:19Speaker 1: we see multiples. Yes, the market could get pretty crazy
- 19:23Speaker 1: pretty fast. Solana would be one of the top performers
- 19:26Speaker 1: and definitely would probably outperform Bitcoin in terms of overall.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Others they have to watch, of course, is Sharplink Gaming.
- 19:33Speaker 1: This is the one that's deployed most of their capital
- 19:35Speaker 1: into Ethereum. In fact, I think they're number two behind
- 19:38Speaker 1: the Ethereum Foundation holding eth And the good thing is
- 19:42Speaker 1: if you look at the shorts which have started to
- 19:45Speaker 1: see their ratio fall down to under forty points, this
- 19:48Speaker 1: could be big. Is this the bottom for sharp Link
- 19:51Speaker 1: Gaming in terms of the shorts putting pressure on it,
- 19:53Speaker 1: because that means we could see some upside to this.
- 19:56Speaker 1: That is a big opportunity to think for obviously, as
- 20:00Speaker 1: we see maybe again possible movement in the market because
- 20:04Speaker 1: of a federate cunt inbound. All right, with all this
- 20:06Speaker 1: going on, of course, you had pengu and there's their
- 20:10Speaker 1: team going live and trading now van Nex Digital Assets
- 20:13Speaker 1: team under the call signed DAP. So this is one
- 20:16Speaker 1: that continues to pour in. I think the opportunity of
- 20:19Speaker 1: where crypto is going to go, So be on the
- 20:22Speaker 1: lookout for some of these these.
- 20:23Speaker 2: Could get pretty crazy pretty quick.
- 20:25Speaker 1: And let's not forget there's a handful of other companies
- 20:28Speaker 1: that are getting very close to IPO season, and if
- 20:31Speaker 1: we do see them start to move in, many of
- 20:34Speaker 1: their treasuries are being held in digital assets. We could
- 20:37Speaker 1: see some interesting things, much like Circle hit the market
- 20:40Speaker 1: start to come in and play there. Here's Jim Kramer.
- 20:42Speaker 1: This is kind of a funny clip, but I wanted
- 20:44Speaker 1: to play it for you before I go into closing.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Take a look here.
- 20:47Speaker 4: As long as the rankings firings, Israel will fire back
- 20:51Speaker 4: and I could get a RAN to recognize that.
- 20:53Speaker 8: But at an ass backets Banak highlighting the Bannack Digital
- 20:59Speaker 8: Transformation ETF.
- 21:02Speaker 6: Jim as we've been sort.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Of chopping around these levels just south of six K
- 21:06Speaker 1: last couple of days. There's all right, So there's our
- 21:09Speaker 1: friend Matthew Siegel right there on the front. And this
- 21:12Speaker 1: was basically the ability for van K to get into
- 21:16Speaker 1: all the degenerate tokens out there, projects of all sorts
- 21:20Speaker 1: of I mean, we could see all sorts of things
- 21:22Speaker 1: in this digital asset fund, in this ETF. This could
- 21:26Speaker 1: far exceed maybe even what's happening within the etf so,
- 21:29Speaker 1: bitcoin and ethereum because of the opportunity that's exploding in
- 21:34Speaker 1: these alternative assets. So be on the lookout for this one, guys.
- 21:37Speaker 1: It may be one to watch, all right. So one
- 21:40Speaker 1: other thing that's happening this week, happening tomorrow actually is
- 21:43Speaker 1: the Fed's Monetary Policy Report meeting. This could open up
- 21:46Speaker 1: the window for chair Pal to maybe look at softening
- 21:50Speaker 1: up getting ready to go into July. And if we
- 21:52Speaker 1: get any indication that July might be the rate cut month,
- 21:56Speaker 1: that could be a boom for the market, So be
- 21:58Speaker 1: looking at that. Tomorrow we'll have some data for you guys.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Also this week happening, you've got the Bipartisan Legislative Framework,
- 22:05Speaker 1: So this is all happening around.
- 22:07Speaker 2: The Market Structure bill.
- 22:08Speaker 1: If we get the Market Structure meeting and some positive
- 22:11Speaker 1: news coming out of that, after we've already sent the
- 22:15Speaker 1: Genius Act, which is a stable coin bill, over to
- 22:18Speaker 1: the House for final approval, this could be a bonanza
- 22:21Speaker 1: week if in fact, we get all this Iran stuff
- 22:25Speaker 1: kind of resolve. So be on lookout, guys. This could
- 22:27Speaker 1: be a very volatile week. If you're not subscribed to Channel,
- 22:29Speaker 1: do that right now. We just surpassed one point five
- 22:33Speaker 1: million viewers and subscribers. Thank you so much for coming
