- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning the Root the Root, the Roots on fire. You're

- 0:16Speaker 1: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 1: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 1: This is Wayne Alan Root, raw and unfiltered with America's
- 0:27Speaker 1: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 1: the world, Las Vegas. What time is it? It's time
- 0:35Speaker 1: war War. Here's your host, one hundred percent raw Truth,
- 0:41Speaker 1: one hundred percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Hi, Welcome to the show. Way out, Root the Root,
- 1:03Speaker 2: The Root is on fire.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Just trying to get ready here sucking on my silver
- 1:09Speaker 3: lozengers to keep my voice alive after doing two hours
- 1:12Speaker 3: of radio and TV heading into this hour on Frank'speach.
- 1:17Speaker 3: My show is simulcast on both radio and TV. This
- 1:21Speaker 3: is my TV hour on Frank's Speech as well as
- 1:23Speaker 3: my radio hour on Talk Media Network. This just in
- 1:28Speaker 3: I mentioned this on my Real America's Voice TV show
- 1:31Speaker 3: that We'll that was recorded earlier today that will air
- 1:34Speaker 3: tonight at ten pm Eastern, seven pm Pacific. I have
- 1:38Speaker 3: said for a long long time now, a long long
- 1:42Speaker 3: time now, that if Trump wants to be the greatest,
- 1:44Speaker 3: considered the greatest president of all time, he has to
- 1:46Speaker 3: do something really unique, really wild, really stunning, something considered impossible.
- 1:53Speaker 2: So that's not building the wall.
- 1:55Speaker 3: That's not the biggest mass portation of deportation and history.
- 1:59Speaker 3: That's not getting rid of green energy. Those are all
- 2:01Speaker 3: great things that need to be done. But he needs
- 2:04Speaker 3: to end the IRS, abolish it. And he needs to
- 2:07Speaker 3: end income taxes.
- 2:09Speaker 2: And I've said that for a long time now. I
- 2:11Speaker 2: was going to write that.
- 2:12Speaker 3: I actually did write it, I think a year ago,
- 2:14Speaker 3: the Trump should end income taxes and end the IRS.
- 2:18Speaker 3: And I was going to write it again and remind
- 2:20Speaker 3: him that that would make him the greatest president of
- 2:22Speaker 3: all time.
- 2:22Speaker 2: And I probably will still write it.
- 2:24Speaker 3: But Trump, without that, without that prodding, announced today the
- 2:27Speaker 3: formation of the ERS, the External Revenue Service.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Instead of the Internal Revenue Service.
- 2:33Speaker 3: It's the External Revenue Service to collect tariffs and potentially
- 2:38Speaker 3: abolish income taxes collected by the IRS. I hope it's
- 2:42Speaker 3: not in addition to the income tax. I wanted to
- 2:45Speaker 3: be the replacement for the income tax. I think we
- 2:47Speaker 3: need a nationwide fair tax combined with tariffs and get
- 2:53Speaker 3: rid of all other forms of taxation.
- 2:55Speaker 2: People understand this.
- 2:56Speaker 3: When you have a nationwide fair tax, guess what you
- 2:58Speaker 3: get rid of Not only the personal ankub tax, but
- 3:02Speaker 3: all business taxes are gone. And by the way, all
- 3:05Speaker 3: business taxes are eventually paid by you, the consumer. So
- 3:08Speaker 3: if you get rid of business taxes, the prices of
- 3:11Speaker 3: every product go down. So you get rid of personally taxes,
- 3:15Speaker 3: business incomb taxes. You get rid of the Fike attax,
- 3:18Speaker 3: which to me is the worst tax of all, right,
- 3:21Speaker 3: because I mean you're paying what like as an independent
- 3:24Speaker 3: contractor like I am, as a business owner like I am,
- 3:27Speaker 3: you're paying not eight percent, but sixteen percent on everything
- 3:30Speaker 3: you make for the first like one hundred and seventy
- 3:33Speaker 3: thousand a year. It's a crazy tax, ridiculous. It's higher
- 3:37Speaker 3: than the income tax. If you have a lot of deductions,
- 3:40Speaker 3: the income tax is actually lower than your payroll tax.
- 3:43Speaker 3: You get rid of all payroll taxes, they're not there anymore.
- 3:46Speaker 3: You get rid of capital gain taxes, they're now zero.
- 3:49Speaker 3: You get rid of all business taxes, not just business
- 3:52Speaker 3: income tax, but every tax you can think of, like
- 3:55Speaker 3: payroll tax is gone. So you've wiped all the taxation
- 3:59Speaker 3: in America way for one flat fair tax plus tariffs
- 4:04Speaker 3: paid by other countries, and you could keep the fair
- 4:06Speaker 3: tax low because the tariffs will pay for a lot
- 4:10Speaker 3: of the bills, a lot of the freight in this country.
- 4:13Speaker 3: So Trump announces a great new name. I wish I
- 4:16Speaker 3: could say I came up with it. I've been so
- 4:18Speaker 3: creative and I've given Trump so many of his ideas,
- 4:21Speaker 3: and I take credit for.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Him, because hey, I deserve credit.
- 4:24Speaker 3: I was the guy who came up with some very
- 4:26Speaker 3: creative ideas, but I did not come up with this one.
- 4:29Speaker 3: I came up with the idea of getting rid of
- 4:30Speaker 3: InCom taxes, so I take credit for that, but I
- 4:32Speaker 3: didn't come up with the idea of the External Revenue
- 4:36Speaker 3: Service and the ERS to replace the IRS.
- 4:38Speaker 2: I love that. That is brilliant.
- 4:42Speaker 3: A big news story, I mean, a really big news
- 4:44Speaker 3: story is the O'Keefe media group releases evidence that Mark
- 4:50Speaker 3: Zuckerberg lied about the Biden administration pressuring him to censor
- 4:55Speaker 3: COVID nineteen information and gave hundreds of thousands of dollars
- 4:59Speaker 3: in free ads to pro vaccine groups. He said, the
- 5:04Speaker 3: government made me do it. The government put a gun
- 5:07Speaker 3: to my head, and they made me censor conservatives, and
- 5:10Speaker 3: they made me censor people who like Trump, and they
- 5:13Speaker 3: made me censor people who hate the COVID vaccine and
- 5:16Speaker 3: think it's deadly and it's killing people. And the government
- 5:19Speaker 3: made me do it, when in reality they now found
- 5:22Speaker 3: out he lied and on his own volition to kiss
- 5:26Speaker 3: ass like he's doing now with Trump, Zuckerberg's acting like
- 5:29Speaker 3: the biggest ass kisser that ever lived. I love Trump,
- 5:32Speaker 3: I always love Trump. I'm on Trump's team. He cost
- 5:35Speaker 3: the last election. He put four million dollars of his
- 5:38Speaker 3: own money in to steal and rig the last election.
- 5:42Speaker 3: He thinks you're gonna forgive him for that now that
- 5:44Speaker 3: he's pro Trump, he's not pro Trump, he's pro Mark Zuckerberg.
- 5:48Speaker 2: He's pro Mada, He's pro Facebook.
- 5:50Speaker 3: He thinks by kissing Trump's ass, he's gonna protect his
- 5:53Speaker 3: company and keep his own ass out of prison. But
- 5:58Speaker 3: now it turns out he claims that he put a
- 6:00Speaker 3: gun to his head and the government made him censor.
- 6:02Speaker 2: No, he chose to censor. So this guy's a bad dude.
- 6:07Speaker 2: James O'Keefe of the O'Keeffe Media Group has released new.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Evidence on Mark Zuckerberger's efforts to censor anti COVID vaccine
- 6:15Speaker 3: narratives and promote those that align with liberals and the
- 6:19Speaker 3: Democrat Party. This comes as Zuckerberg is on an apology tour,
- 6:24Speaker 3: shifting all blame to the Biden regime and claiming he
- 6:28Speaker 3: was innocent in the censorship scandal. I'm the first guy
- 6:31Speaker 3: who called this right, I said, I wrote a column
- 6:34Speaker 3: months ago, and I said, the guy Zuckerberg just confessed
- 6:38Speaker 3: to massive crimes. He committed crimes against the American people,
- 6:42Speaker 3: crimes that were Unamerican.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Zuckerberg should be prosecuted.
- 6:47Speaker 3: And go to prison for decades for what he did
- 6:50Speaker 3: to the American people. Of course, billionaires never go to
- 6:52Speaker 3: prison for decades. He'll hire the best lawyers and he'll
- 6:55Speaker 3: get out of it. But he's been kissing Trump's ass
- 6:58Speaker 3: and donating money to t and killing DEI programs and
- 7:02Speaker 3: killing censorship and Facebook to try and make it look
- 7:05Speaker 3: like he's a good guy who maybe made a mistake
- 7:08Speaker 3: or was forced to do what he did, and it
- 7:12Speaker 3: was government who put a gun to his head.
- 7:13Speaker 2: But it's not true.
- 7:15Speaker 3: Zuckerberg claimed on Joe Rogan that the Biden administration forced
- 7:19Speaker 3: Facebook to censor and eliminate content related to COVID nineteen.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Do you realize I haven't had one new person joined
- 7:25Speaker 3: me at Facebook. I have three national TV shows, in
- 7:27Speaker 3: a national radio show, and I don't have one human
- 7:30Speaker 3: being that's joined. I've never added one person in like
- 7:34Speaker 3: ten years at Facebook.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Does that not tell you about the censorship at Facebook?
- 7:39Speaker 3: Mark Zuckerberg, You're a piece of garbage. You're a lying.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Scumbag, is what you are. You have censored weight Root
- 7:46Speaker 2: until now this moment. You're censuring me, but you're claiming
- 7:51Speaker 2: you've turned a new leaf. You're a liar.
- 7:54Speaker 3: He announced recently the termination of the company's controversial third
- 7:57Speaker 3: party fact checking program. This was happening for years, including
- 8:04Speaker 3: in twenty eighteen, right in twenty eight I've been for
- 8:08Speaker 3: ten years.
- 8:08Speaker 2: No one's joined since I became a conservative.
- 8:11Speaker 3: I had forty thousand people on my fan page as
- 8:14Speaker 3: a sports handicapper, and I've never gotten one new sign up.
- 8:19Speaker 3: I'm still at forty tho ten years later, with a
- 8:22Speaker 3: political career.
- 8:24Speaker 2: It's unbelievable.
- 8:25Speaker 3: So now O'Keefe's expose on the Rockefeller Foundation's efforts to
- 8:29Speaker 3: fuel Biden's COVID narratives with Facebook's help appears to show
- 8:33Speaker 3: Facebook as a willing partner in pushing COVID narratives and
- 8:38Speaker 3: combating misinformation and disinformation. Facebook was losing money and giving
- 8:43Speaker 3: hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of dollars in free AD
- 8:46Speaker 3: credits to organizations that were pushing COVID propaganda, such as
- 8:51Speaker 3: the Rockefeller Center. On the conference call, Allek to O'Keefe,
- 8:55Speaker 3: Rockefeller Foundation director of Health Policy as stelle Willi admits,
- 8:58Speaker 3: we negotiated a one hundred thousand AD credits per pilot
- 9:02Speaker 3: city to use, and then we also got AD credits
- 9:05Speaker 3: for Governor Cuomo after he called otis asking it was
- 9:08Speaker 3: the weirdest thing.
- 9:11Speaker 2: John Spangler, former director.
- 9:13Speaker 3: Of Communications and Advocacy for Facebook, joke to Stell, you
- 9:17Speaker 3: should just like keep a running tab of the number
- 9:19Speaker 3: of free ads you've unlocked from partners this year. That'd
- 9:22Speaker 3: be a fun stat And o'keef media Group source says
- 9:26Speaker 3: Facebook gave them one hundred thousand AD credits per city,
- 9:30Speaker 3: but I think it's fair to say at least five
- 9:32Speaker 3: inndred thousand. It could have been seven or thousand, It
- 9:34Speaker 3: could have been more. And you've got anchor partners listed
- 9:37Speaker 3: there's seven in total. The Open Society Institute of Baltimore
- 9:41Speaker 3: that's George Soros, the Chicago Community Trust used in an action,
- 9:45Speaker 3: Bread of Life United, Way of Greater Newark, Roots Community
- 9:48Speaker 3: Health Center, no relation to Wayne Rood and Faith in Action.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Additionally, the employees.
- 9:55Speaker 3: Discuss their contacts directly at Facebook for public health in influencers.
- 10:01Speaker 3: This appears to apply the Facebook employed its own team
- 10:04Speaker 3: to combat so called misinformation outside of pressure from the
- 10:08Speaker 3: Biden administration. So it's just a joke. They've never given
- 10:13Speaker 3: me a free anything. I'm a Republican conservative, anti vaxxer.
- 10:17Speaker 3: I mean anti vaxer is a bad word because I
- 10:19Speaker 3: was anti the COVID vaccine.
- 10:21Speaker 2: But I'm an.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Anti taxer and anti vaxxer, and that makes me a
- 10:25Speaker 3: bad guy according to Facebook. And I've been censored, and
- 10:28Speaker 3: I've been shadow banned, and I've been banned by Facebook
- 10:32Speaker 3: and Twitter for years now. That's right, not only Zuckerberg
- 10:36Speaker 3: who claims now you knows sucking up to Trump and
- 10:38Speaker 3: kissing Trump's ass, but also Elon Musk who's sucking up
- 10:41Speaker 3: to Trump and kissing Trump's ass. Even Elon Musk to
- 10:45Speaker 3: this moment, it's censoring me on Twitter on X one
- 10:49Speaker 3: more thing before you go to break. Under Biden, the
- 10:52Speaker 3: producer price index rose at triple the rate under Trump.
- 10:59Speaker 3: So when you ask Democrats why did Kamala lose the election,
- 11:03Speaker 3: and they say, oh, it's racism. Republicans hate black women.
- 11:08Speaker 3: Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. What it is is
- 11:11Speaker 3: fact three times the inflation under Biden as under Trump.
- 11:15Speaker 3: And that's why the middle class said, enough of this garbage.
- 11:18Speaker 3: I can't take another four years. You're gone, simple inflation.

- 15:00Speaker 2: All right, Wayne, lare the roots on fire?
- 15:02Speaker 3: Welcome back to the show. Just to show you how
- 15:06Speaker 3: insane democrats are. Rasmusen did a pole and seventy seven
- 15:11Speaker 3: percent of Democrats blame climate change for the wildfires in
- 15:16Speaker 3: Los Angeles. And while it is a drought condition, I
- 15:20Speaker 3: understand that. I'm not claiming that it has no part
- 15:23Speaker 3: that there. You know, this wasn't because of drought. The
- 15:26Speaker 3: reality is there have been wildfires in Malibu and in
- 15:29Speaker 3: the Santa Monica Mountains and in the western west, you
- 15:32Speaker 3: know area of Los Angeles, meaning Malibu, a little more
- 15:37Speaker 3: west than that is West, and north of that is
- 15:40Speaker 3: Ventura and Oxnard, and then a little bit south of
- 15:43Speaker 3: that is Santa Monica, Brentwood Pack Palisades, and those areas
- 15:47Speaker 3: have faced fire threat from their hills for since the
- 15:53Speaker 3: beginning of time, Since the beginning of Los Angeles, fires
- 15:56Speaker 3: have ripped through Malibu and the areas around it.
- 16:00Speaker 2: This is nothing new. Everybody knew to expect it.
- 16:04Speaker 3: Everyone knows it happens, and they knew to expect this one,
- 16:07Speaker 3: this very one. I saw articles today uk'd the El
- 16:11Speaker 3: Email and the New York Post, so both of them
- 16:16Speaker 3: said that there are experts out there, whether experts who
- 16:20Speaker 3: said this was gonna be the big one, the worst
- 16:22Speaker 3: of all time, and a thousand or more houses would
- 16:24Speaker 3: be destroyed, And of course it's it's heading for fifteen
- 16:27Speaker 3: thousand houses destroyed and one hundred and fifty billion dollars
- 16:31Speaker 3: in damage. And she goes to Africa, Karen Bass. She
- 16:36Speaker 3: takes gets on a flight and flies thousands of miles
- 16:38Speaker 3: away to Africa, to Ghana, to the inauguration of the
- 16:45Speaker 3: Ghana president. You know, if you're in America, if you're
- 16:48Speaker 3: in America, you're an American, right. If you're in Britain,
- 16:50Speaker 3: you're a brit What are you If you're a gon I,
- 16:52Speaker 3: guess a Ghanan. If you're a Ghana citizen, are you
- 16:55Speaker 3: a Ghanan? Are you a Ghner?
- 16:57Speaker 2: I don't know. She went to the inauguration of the
- 17:01Speaker 2: Ghana president and you just can't believe these things.
- 17:05Speaker 3: And she left a deputy mayor in charge who's been
- 17:07Speaker 3: accused of making a bomb thread against city.
- 17:09Speaker 2: All.
- 17:11Speaker 3: Yeah, this all had to do with man made, not
- 17:14Speaker 3: just nature made. This was a natural disaster because there's
- 17:19Speaker 3: always been firestorms in the history of la always, But
- 17:23Speaker 3: the preparedness for this was zero.
- 17:26Speaker 2: They didn't prepare.
- 17:27Speaker 3: They didn't prepare because they didn't have enough firemen, they
- 17:29Speaker 3: didn't have enough trucks, they didn't have enough equipment, they
- 17:33Speaker 3: didn't have enough water. Liberals are so dumb, they don't
- 17:36Speaker 3: know you need water to put out a fire. I'm
- 17:38Speaker 3: gonna explain this to liberals very slowly. To breathe, you
- 17:42Speaker 3: need air. Air helps to put out a fire. You
- 17:46Speaker 3: need water to have sex, you need a penis.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Oh, I forgot.
- 17:51Speaker 3: They get around that too. You could be a lesbian
- 17:53Speaker 3: or a transgender. You don't need a penis. I forgot
- 17:55Speaker 3: about that. Generally, it used to be known to have sex,
- 17:58Speaker 3: one party had to have a peace.
- 18:01Speaker 2: I did not explain these things.
- 18:03Speaker 3: The birds and the bees and the bumblebees. The liberals,
- 18:06Speaker 3: they just don't understand these things. You need air to breathe,
- 18:08Speaker 3: you need water to put out fires. They're so dumb.
- 18:11Speaker 3: One hundred LA fire trucks wait for repair as deadly
- 18:15Speaker 3: blazes burn the city. The lesbian fire chief and again,
- 18:21Speaker 3: you know, I've been criticizing her because I think she's
- 18:23Speaker 3: another DEI obsessed loser and failure.
- 18:27Speaker 2: And I believe she knew.
- 18:28Speaker 3: And the woman who heads the DEI hire, who makes
- 18:31Speaker 3: center of fifty thousand a year, Yes, I said seven
- 18:34Speaker 3: R fifty thousand a year to run the water.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Department of LA. They all knew.
- 18:39Speaker 3: They all knew that the reservoir was empty in pac
- 18:42Speaker 3: Palisades before the fire. Here was fire season starts in
- 18:46Speaker 3: October right, fire seasons here and the reservoir is empty,
- 18:49Speaker 3: and you all know it, you don't care, doesn't mean
- 18:52Speaker 3: anything to you. But the lesbian fire chief was right
- 18:56Speaker 3: about one thing. She told Karen Bass. We need more
- 18:58Speaker 3: money to to redo the entire every fire engine. All
- 19:03Speaker 3: the cars and trucks and fire engines of the LAPD
- 19:06Speaker 3: are old. They're all thirty years old, and they all
- 19:09Speaker 3: need constant repairs. They're broken all the time. Because we
- 19:13Speaker 3: all know, same thing with a car. Any car that
- 19:15Speaker 3: gets old, it needs repairs all the time, breaks down
- 19:18Speaker 3: all the time. When you buy a brand new car,
- 19:20Speaker 3: there's not a single thing wrong, usually for.
- 19:22Speaker 2: Like three years, and then in the year four problems start.
- 19:25Speaker 3: So all the fire trucks were antiquated, and they needed
- 19:28Speaker 3: to have a program and a money, but the money
- 19:31Speaker 3: all went to the homeless and the illegal aliens. That's
- 19:34Speaker 3: why there was no money for preparedness, no money for equipment,
- 19:38Speaker 3: no money for more firemen, no money for anything. And
- 19:41Speaker 3: there was no water because you got to protect you know,
- 19:44Speaker 3: some species of fish.
- 19:46Speaker 2: You know, that's a total joke, all right.
- 19:51Speaker 3: Gavin Newsom was protecting fish that no one had seen
- 19:53Speaker 3: for a year. An entire species has disappeared. He still
- 19:57Speaker 3: won't release any water because it might hurt them. Advantage

- 23:50Speaker 3: John Eastman, distinguished attorney advised President Trump after the twenty
- 23:54Speaker 3: twenty election, subject of the film The Eastman Dilemma, Law
- 23:58Speaker 3: Fair or Justice.
- 24:00Speaker 2: It's a documentary. It's about the sad story.
- 24:03Speaker 3: Of the persecution, the weaponization of government and persecution of
- 24:07Speaker 3: Trump's not just Trump and trump friends, but Trump's lawyers
- 24:11Speaker 3: and I warned about this years ago. John Eastman, Welcome
- 24:14Speaker 3: to the Wayne al Rout Show.
- 24:15Speaker 2: How are you.
- 24:18Speaker 4: Well, Wayne, Thanks for having me on the program.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, it's funny because.
- 24:24Speaker 3: Years ago I met and I won't say his name,
- 24:26Speaker 3: but he's the biggest, most famous lawyer in Las Vegas,
- 24:29Speaker 3: and he's the celebrity lawyer in Vegas. Every time a
- 24:32Speaker 3: big time celebrity gets in trouble, they hire him. He's
- 24:35Speaker 3: known as a fantastic lawyer. And so we became a
- 24:37Speaker 3: little friendly. And I've got a cell phone number in
- 24:39Speaker 3: my cell and I texted him once in a while.
- 24:41Speaker 2: And I remember.
- 24:42Speaker 3: Texting him like six years ago during the trumpministration and saying,
- 24:46Speaker 3: you know, they're raiding the offices and the homes of
- 24:49Speaker 3: Trump's lawyer.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Michael Cohen. What's gonna come next?
- 24:53Speaker 3: You know, if they don't like you, government will come
- 24:55Speaker 3: after your lawyers. And he said, yes, it is a problem.
- 24:59Speaker 3: Even though he's a big liberal, he said, yes, it's
- 25:01Speaker 3: a problem.
- 25:02Speaker 2: I admit that.
- 25:03Speaker 3: And I'm just telling you I was warning back then
- 25:06Speaker 3: that you know, they never went after mafia lawyers. They
- 25:09Speaker 3: never went after drug kingpinn lawyers. Nobody says that lawyer represents,
- 25:15Speaker 3: you know, Pablo Escobar. We need to raid the house
- 25:18Speaker 3: of the lawyer and find out everything about him and
- 25:21Speaker 3: put him in jail. But they did that to guys
- 25:24Speaker 3: like you and It makes me sick to my stomach.
- 25:27Speaker 3: The weaponization of government and the persecution of lawyers that
- 25:31Speaker 3: they don't like and that aren't on their side of
- 25:33Speaker 3: government big government or you know Biden and the Commis
- 25:37Speaker 3: that run the Democrat Party. If you're on the other side,
- 25:41Speaker 3: they play hardball and they go after your lawyers.
- 25:43Speaker 5: Am I right, well, yeah, I'm indicted in Georgia, I'm
- 25:48Speaker 5: indicted in Arizona. I was an unindicted co conspirator in
- 25:51Speaker 5: the DC case.
- 25:53Speaker 4: I bet Jack Smith against Trump.
- 25:54Speaker 5: I went through in week long, longest and most expensive
- 25:57Speaker 5: bar disciplinary proceeding in California our history, because I dared
- 26:02Speaker 5: to challenge the twenty twenty election and point out the
- 26:06Speaker 5: illegalities and the conduct of that election. And even worse
- 26:09Speaker 5: from the left point of view, that I dared to
- 26:11Speaker 5: represent President Trump, because you know, he's persona on granda
- 26:15Speaker 5: in our elite circles.
- 26:17Speaker 4: And now how dare you?
- 26:19Speaker 5: I mean, remember, law firms across the country were fighting
- 26:22Speaker 5: over each other to try and get in line to
- 26:24Speaker 5: represent the terrorists in guantanam obey and giving themselves awards.
- 26:28Speaker 5: But by god, you not represent President Trump or we're
- 26:30Speaker 5: going to destroy you.
- 26:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, I'm assuming that you probably spent a
- 26:34Speaker 3: large portion of your life savings and legal fees to
- 26:38Speaker 3: hire lawyers to represent you, unless you represented yourself. I mean,
- 26:41Speaker 3: they can drain you of your entire life savings, no
- 26:44Speaker 3: matter how much money you've made in business or law
- 26:47Speaker 3: or medicine.
- 26:48Speaker 2: If the government decides to go.
- 26:50Speaker 3: After you, you could spend your life savings.
- 26:52Speaker 2: And legal fees.
- 26:55Speaker 5: Well yeah, and I end up paying on both sides
- 26:57Speaker 5: of it because my taxpayer, my tax payer or donations
- 27:01Speaker 5: to government are being used to launch these investigations against me,
- 27:06Speaker 5: and then I'm paying on my own side as well,
- 27:08Speaker 5: more than one point six million dollars thus far in
- 27:11Speaker 5: eighteen different actions that I've been having defend against. By
- 27:15Speaker 5: the way, if people want to help us in that fight,
- 27:17Speaker 5: they can go to give send goo dot com slash Eastman.
- 27:21Speaker 5: That's our legal defense fund site. I encourage people to
- 27:23Speaker 5: go there. They can also send prayers and read up
- 27:26Speaker 5: about what we're dealing with so that they're informed.
- 27:29Speaker 3: So the reason I had John today is not you
- 27:32Speaker 3: know about that topic only, It's to talk about the
- 27:35Speaker 3: confirmation process in the US Senate for Trump's cabinet and
- 27:39Speaker 3: in particular. Pete Heggsitt today as the Defense Secretary had
- 27:44Speaker 3: a really contentious confirmation hearing. What did you think of
- 27:49Speaker 3: today's hearing and give us some highlights, because to be honest,
- 27:52Speaker 3: I've been on the air or in the TV studio
- 27:54Speaker 3: the entire day, and I never saw the hearing.
- 27:57Speaker 2: I've only heard. It was very.
- 27:58Speaker 3: Contentious, and the Democrats were vicious as always and as usual,
- 28:03Speaker 3: tell us what you heard and saw.
- 28:07Speaker 5: Well, it was rather extraordinary the parts of it I saw,
- 28:11Speaker 5: you know, Elizabeth Warren asking him to, you know, pointing out,
- 28:15Speaker 5: so your view is that generals, when they leave the
- 28:17Speaker 5: military should be barred from working in the military defense
- 28:22Speaker 5: industry for ten years, but you won't commit to that
- 28:25Speaker 5: same thing yourself. And he said, well, Senator Warren, I'm
- 28:28Speaker 5: not a general, and the whole room burst into laughter.
- 28:32Speaker 5: And then Senator Tuberville, when he had his chance to
- 28:35Speaker 5: question first, called him general exits and he said, I'm sorry, mister,
- 28:40Speaker 5: and the room burst into laughter again. A very bizarre
- 28:43Speaker 5: exchange with the senator from Hawaii asking if he was
- 28:49Speaker 5: willing to impregnate fat, obese Hawaiian women. It was just
- 28:55Speaker 5: the most bizarre set of questions, and thankfully he said
- 29:01Speaker 5: out there and retained his composure in the face of
- 29:04Speaker 5: just utter nonsense.
- 29:07Speaker 3: I saw that there was an article as Senator Mark
- 29:09Speaker 3: Wayne Mullen, a Republican, called out the senators for cheating
- 29:13Speaker 3: on their wives and showing up to vote drunk while
- 29:16Speaker 3: attacking Pete Hexseth for affairs and alcohol abuse.
- 29:19Speaker 2: So I thought that was interesting.
- 29:22Speaker 3: That a senator admitted that senators show up drunk for
- 29:25Speaker 3: votes and that they all cheat on their wives. And
- 29:27Speaker 3: let's face, a lot of them cheat on their wives
- 29:29Speaker 3: in Washington, d C. So who are they to criticize
- 29:33Speaker 3: Pete Hexyth.
- 29:34Speaker 5: Right well, And in fact, these stories about Pete Heexss
- 29:39Speaker 5: are decades old. As I understand it, he as he
- 29:44Speaker 5: matured and married and has children, as completely leads a
- 29:50Speaker 5: different life.
- 29:50Speaker 2: Now.
- 29:51Speaker 5: This is not like the John Tower Confirmation hearing as
- 29:55Speaker 5: many decades ago now, where he remained suffering from those vices.
- 30:01Speaker 4: And you know, the hypocrisy of the senator.
- 30:04Speaker 5: I'm always reminded of Senator Ted Kennedy questioning Clarence Thomas
- 30:08Speaker 5: about his moral integrity. You know these guys is really
- 30:14Speaker 5: rather stunning. And I'm glad somebody called them.
- 30:15Speaker 4: Out on it.
- 30:17Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, they're all hypocrites, they really are.
- 30:19Speaker 3: And by the way, I always felt that about every
- 30:22Speaker 3: liberal friend I ever had when it came to money,
- 30:24Speaker 3: because I knew lots of rich Liberals and they all
- 30:27Speaker 3: hired the best lawyers and the best accountants and the
- 30:30Speaker 3: best lobbyists, and they never paid any taxes. But then
- 30:33Speaker 3: they vote Democrats to raise taxes on the rest of us.
- 30:36Speaker 3: So you know, they're kind of the same in everything,
- 30:38Speaker 3: whether it's talking about alcohol abuse, cheating on your wife,
- 30:41Speaker 3: or you know, cheating on your taxes, they're all the same.
- 30:44Speaker 3: They want you to pay taxes, but they don't want
- 30:46Speaker 3: to pay a dime.
- 30:48Speaker 2: What do you think is the.
- 30:49Speaker 5: Story was gath the Second Amendment rights but hiring private
- 30:53Speaker 5: security for themselves, you.
- 30:54Speaker 1: Know, right right?
- 30:56Speaker 2: Oh, and don't forget Horry Reid was my neighbor.
- 30:58Speaker 3: He lived a block from me at anthemun Club here
- 31:01Speaker 3: in Las Vegas, and Anthem is surrounded by giant walls
- 31:04Speaker 3: and guards with guns and a gate where you have
- 31:06Speaker 3: to show your ID to get in. Without government issued idea,
- 31:09Speaker 3: you can't even get into Anthem couch club. But that's
- 31:12Speaker 3: where Harry Reid chose to live walls and gates and
- 31:15Speaker 3: guards with guns and IDs. But he was against walls,
- 31:18Speaker 3: against gates, against guns, and against voter I d you know,
- 31:22Speaker 3: there's such hypocrites, John, It's incredible.
- 31:27Speaker 2: You know, Look, time runs pretty fast. We have a
- 31:29Speaker 2: couple of minutes left.
- 31:30Speaker 3: Let's ask about your film, The Eastman Dilemma. What is
- 31:33Speaker 3: it about and how could people see it?
- 31:37Speaker 4: Well?
- 31:38Speaker 5: So, first of all, I got to tell you that
- 31:39Speaker 5: we premiered at world premiere at mar Lago on January fourth,
- 31:44Speaker 5: and President Trump came and watched the film with us,
- 31:47Speaker 5: and he had with him Italian Prime Minister Gloria Maloney,
- 31:52Speaker 5: and it was and Senator Marco Rubio. It was really
- 31:54Speaker 5: amazing event, hundreds and hundreds of people. It's about the
- 32:00Speaker 5: evidence of illegality in the twenty twenty election, the constitutional
- 32:04Speaker 5: basis for the legal strategy I propose to trying to
- 32:06Speaker 5: get it addressed. And then the lawfair that I've suffered
- 32:10Speaker 5: and a lot of other people have suffered in the
- 32:11Speaker 5: four years since.
- 32:12Speaker 4: And it's that lawfair.
- 32:14Speaker 5: Piece that I think is the most important, because what
- 32:16Speaker 5: they're doing with this lawfair against me, against President Trump
- 32:20Speaker 5: and others is essentially trying to undermine the rule of law,
- 32:23Speaker 5: our adversarial system of justice, and trying to scare lawyers
- 32:27Speaker 5: from ever taking on causes or clients that the elite
- 32:31Speaker 5: establishment in this country has determined ought not to get support,
- 32:35Speaker 5: and that'll destroy our system of justice. The egregious abuses
- 32:39Speaker 5: of the criminal justice system and the politicization of the
- 32:42Speaker 5: FBI and the Department of Justice that we've been witnessing
- 32:46Speaker 5: is exposed in this film, and I hope every American
- 32:49Speaker 5: will look at it, get angry about what's going on,
- 32:52Speaker 5: and contact their elected representatives to do something about it.
- 32:55Speaker 5: So we put an end to it and it never
- 32:57Speaker 5: happens again. They can watch it live for a time being.
- 33:00Speaker 3: Before John, John, we run at a time How do
- 33:03Speaker 3: people find it? How do they find Eastman dilemma.

- 33:32Speaker 2: Allen root hereory.
- 33:34Speaker 3: Trump won and we know it, but I'm still feeling
- 33:37Speaker 3: something very bad and frightening in the pit of my stomach.
- 33:39Speaker 3: I don't believe for a second the radical leftists running
- 33:42Speaker 3: our government will accept Trump's victory or agree to leave peacefully.
- 33:45Speaker 3: They have weeks to cause trouble until inauguration Day. That's
- 33:48Speaker 3: why everyone needs to own an insurance policy. Gold Advantage

- 36:28Speaker 3: dot org forward slash war all Right. You know I'm
- 36:46Speaker 3: someone who criticizes the illegal aliens, and I blame them
- 36:48Speaker 3: for everything that's happening across the country and with the
- 36:51Speaker 3: fires in LA. It's all about the illegals. It's the
- 36:54Speaker 3: money we spend on illegals. If we didn't spend the
- 36:56Speaker 3: billions and billions and billions and add up to trillions
- 37:00Speaker 3: over time on illegals, because I know it's the Republican
- 37:03Speaker 3: House Committee came up with a number and they claimed
- 37:06Speaker 3: that we spend about four hundred and forty I believe
- 37:08Speaker 3: it was four hundred and forty billion a year on illegals.
- 37:11Speaker 3: That's just about five hundred billion, which is a half
- 37:14Speaker 3: trillion a year, which is a trillion every two years,
- 37:18Speaker 3: which would be five trillion every ten years.
- 37:20Speaker 2: And I always think these guys low ball the numbers.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Everything they've ever said.
- 37:24Speaker 3: Government said we would spend x amount of money on medicare,
- 37:27Speaker 3: turn has to be one hundred times higher. They're low
- 37:30Speaker 3: on everything. So really we probably spend a trillion dollars
- 37:33Speaker 3: a year on illegals, So ten trillion every ten years
- 37:37Speaker 3: on illegals. That's all the money we need for everything.
- 37:41Speaker 3: We could get rid of viacom taxes, we could stop
- 37:44Speaker 3: all fires, we could hire more firemen. We could give
- 37:48Speaker 3: more money, we could buy more equipment, we can hire
- 37:50Speaker 3: more policemen. We didn't crime. It's insanity what we're spending
- 37:55Speaker 3: on illegals. But my friend James Breslo came on this show,
- 38:00Speaker 3: my radio show, the First Hour, which is on radio only,
- 38:03Speaker 3: and then he came on my Real America's Voice Show,
- 38:05Speaker 3: which we recorded earlier today, which will be on at
- 38:08Speaker 3: ten o'clock tonight on America's Real America's Voice is the
- 38:12Speaker 3: Root reactions the show, but the network is a Real
- 38:15Speaker 3: America's Voice rav that's tonight at ten o'clock eastern, seven
- 38:19Speaker 3: pm Pacific, or just go to my website Root for
- 38:22Speaker 3: America dot com. But my show tonight, he was on
- 38:25Speaker 3: and he said the same thing on both shows. This
- 38:28Speaker 3: is about the homeless. He claims eighty percent of the
- 38:31Speaker 3: city Council's time and efforts are spent on homeless people,
- 38:35Speaker 3: and almost every fire is started by homeless people. I
- 38:38Speaker 3: would argue that it's therefore homeless and illegal aliens and
- 38:42Speaker 3: dei that has caused this entire disaster. Oh and environmental madness,
- 38:46Speaker 3: environmental radical wacko climate change nutjobs. Have those things together
- 38:53Speaker 3: have conspired to destroy Los Angeles and most of the country.
- 38:58Speaker 2: But here's his article.
- 38:59Speaker 3: I live Palisades, and I know who caused the fire,
- 39:02Speaker 3: and he says it's the homeless, because they start almost
- 39:05Speaker 3: every single fire.
- 39:08Speaker 2: But I believe it's much deeper than that, you know.
- 39:10Speaker 2: I love James Breslow. He's a good man.
- 39:12Speaker 3: He was at Disneyland with his kids today because they
- 39:14Speaker 3: don't know when they're ever getting back in their house.
- 39:16Speaker 3: Their house did not burn to the ground, but everything
- 39:18Speaker 3: around them burned to the ground. Their house is still standing,
- 39:21Speaker 3: but they have not been able to get there for
- 39:23Speaker 3: a week and it could be another week. And I
- 39:25Speaker 3: guess they're just staying with friends. My lawyer's house burned
- 39:28Speaker 3: to the ground. He's been my lawyer for thirty five years.
- 39:31Speaker 3: His house burned to the ground. He's staying with a friend,
- 39:33Speaker 3: actually a client in Los Angeles somewhere.
- 39:36Speaker 2: After staying a.
- 39:36Speaker 3: Few days with his son, he didn't want to be
- 39:38Speaker 3: a burden and he moved to the house of a client.
- 39:40Speaker 3: He's got nothing, he's got a suitcase. Here's a lawyer
- 39:43Speaker 3: who's I think he's like seventy nine eighty years old.
- 39:46Speaker 3: Now he's representing me for thirty five years. He's worked
- 39:50Speaker 3: his entire life, and all he's got left is a suitcase.
- 39:53Speaker 3: I mean, I don't know what to say, I really don't.
- 39:56Speaker 3: But the money that was spent on illegals and and
- 40:00Speaker 3: homeless and DEI and then who started the fire, I
- 40:03Speaker 3: think it's fifty to fifty. It's either homeless or an
- 40:05Speaker 3: illegal alien gang or illegals just jealous and angry. A
- 40:09Speaker 3: bunch of rich white people live in Malibu in back
- 40:11Speaker 3: Pallisades and Brentwood in Santa Monica, and they said let's.
- 40:14Speaker 2: Burn them out, or they said let's start a fire,
- 40:18Speaker 2: and when they all have to evacuate, we'll rob their houses.
- 40:21Speaker 3: So I think it's fifty to fifty homeless and illegal aliens.
- 40:25Speaker 3: It's not just homeless, But either way, it's ridiculous all
- 40:29Speaker 3: the money that spent. James Breslow said, we spent the
- 40:32Speaker 3: La City Council spent two billion on homeless.
- 40:35Speaker 2: I don't know if you meant last year, over the
- 40:36Speaker 2: last five years.
- 40:37Speaker 3: I don't know what period they spent two literally two
- 40:41Speaker 3: billion dollars on homeless people. But we should be spending
- 40:45Speaker 3: the money on the taxpayers. I pay the taxes, you
- 40:48Speaker 3: pay the taxes.
- 40:49Speaker 2: What do they do for us? Not thing. That's why
- 40:52Speaker 2: I left LA twenty three years ago. Why would I
- 40:54Speaker 2: live in a place.
- 40:55Speaker 3: Where they take ten percent or more of what I
- 40:57Speaker 3: make in state income tax alone and they do nothing
- 41:00Speaker 3: for me.
- 41:01Speaker 2: Here's an article that I come to at this moment,
- 41:03Speaker 2: talk about timing in life.
- 41:05Speaker 3: Dozens of suspected looters accused of preying on ritchzy neighborhoods
- 41:10Speaker 3: that evacuated ahead of the LA fires. And I saw
- 41:14Speaker 3: the pictures in the UK Daily Mail. I'm not gonna
- 41:16Speaker 3: say more. I don't want to get in trouble. There's
- 41:18Speaker 3: a picture of like fifteen looters. They've got their faces.
- 41:21Speaker 3: All fifteen have the same thing in common. I'm not
- 41:24Speaker 3: going to say another word. You can go look for yourself.
- 41:26Speaker 3: You know exactly what I mean. Biden's tone deaf response
- 41:29Speaker 3: to the disaster. The victims of the devastating fires get
- 41:33Speaker 3: insulting seven hundred and seventy dollars one time payment while
- 41:37Speaker 3: sending billions overseas.
- 41:38Speaker 2: There we go again.
- 41:40Speaker 3: Either you spent billions on illegals, or you spent billions
- 41:42Speaker 3: on homeless, or you.
- 41:44Speaker 2: Spend billions on Ukraine and oh by the way.
- 41:46Speaker 3: I'm Jewish, I don't want you spending billions on Israel. Well,
- 41:49Speaker 3: you give nothing back to the American people. I love Israel.
- 41:53Speaker 3: I want to help Israel. It's the one country I
- 41:55Speaker 3: want to help, and they deserve our help. But we're
- 41:58Speaker 3: giving them now at this point tens of billions of dollars.
- 42:03Speaker 3: And you want to give a fire victim and just
- 42:05Speaker 3: lost a three million dollar house seven hundred and seventy
- 42:08Speaker 3: dollars is a one time FEMA payment. Do you understand
- 42:11Speaker 3: that if they have a three million dollar house and
- 42:12Speaker 3: it burns to the ground, to rebuild it with the
- 42:15Speaker 3: new codes in LA and the Coastal Commission, that three
- 42:18Speaker 3: million dollar house is going to cost six million.
- 42:20Speaker 2: I'm probably low balling. It's probably eight million.
- 42:23Speaker 3: And they're not going to ever get fire shirts again
- 42:25Speaker 3: unless they spend two hundred and fifty thousand a year.
- 42:27Speaker 3: But you gave him seven hundred dollars, that's fair. You
- 42:30Speaker 3: give Ukraine two hundred billion, you give illegal aliens ten
- 42:33Speaker 3: thousand dollars, visa cards to enter the country, you give
- 42:36Speaker 3: the homeless billions, But you're gonna give seven hundred dollars
- 42:39Speaker 3: to a family that just lost a three million dollar
- 42:42Speaker 3: house that has nothing left.
- 42:45Speaker 2: What a crazy country we live in. It's backwards.
- 42:48Speaker 3: Energized healths to sponsor from the show as we say goodnight.
