- 0:00Dave Hamilton: Business Brain, episode 774 for Wednesday, July 29th, National Chicken Wing Day, 2026.
- 0:09Dave Hamilton: I know. I like wings.
- 0:12Shannon Jean: I love wings, man. Do we eat like 40 million chickens a day in the U.S.?
- 0:16Dave Hamilton: That checks out. That checks out. That's a lot. That's a lot,
- 0:18Dave Hamilton: right? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 0:19Shannon Jean: That's a lot.
- 0:20Dave Hamilton: It's interesting, though. Like marketing takes the thing that like might not
- 0:25Dave Hamilton: be the most obviously desirable part and makes it desirable.
- 0:31Dave Hamilton: Like we've made chicken wings desirable, you know? Huge.
- 0:34Dave Hamilton: I mean, look at Seabass. What the heck was that called before we called it Seabass
- 0:38Dave Hamilton: and started charging $35 a plate for it? Yes.
- 0:40Shannon Jean: Yeah. It's definitely nothing fancy.
- 0:42Dave Hamilton: It's nothing fancy. No. But, you know, you call it fancy.
- 0:45Shannon Jean: Well, you know, it's like a Cornish game hen is just a baby chicken.
- 0:50Shannon Jean: There is no such thing as a game hen in the Cornish countryside that sounds
- 0:55Shannon Jean: really British and royal and this kind of thing. It's a baby chicken.
- 0:59Shannon Jean: It's great, but, you know.
- 1:02Dave Hamilton: Yeah. But they are. It's marketing, right? Yep. Love it.
- 1:05Shannon Jean: I love it.
- 1:06Dave Hamilton: I love it, too. All right. What are we talking about today, Shannon?
- 1:09Dave Hamilton: I have a crazy business idea, but I'm going to wait to share it. I'm going to wait.
- 1:14Shannon Jean: I want to hear it. Yeah. I definitely want to hear it. But I want to talk about first about
- 1:19Shannon Jean: making your clients and customers heroes and taking that journey that they're
- 1:26Shannon Jean: on and bringing it into your marketing and really
- 1:33Shannon Jean: making them the heroes instead of you or your business.
- 1:37Shannon Jean: It's kind of flipping it a little bit and letting the spotlight shine on them.
- 1:43Shannon Jean: And I'll give you examples.
- 1:46Shannon Jean: In my business, which is reselling and my mastermind and stuff, I...
- 1:53Shannon Jean: When I first started and I talked a lot about, it was a lot me,
- 1:57Shannon Jean: me, me, this is what I did and attracted people, right? This is how you can do it.
- 2:01Shannon Jean: But over time, I get tired of it. I'm sure people get tired of it too. And so as I
- 2:07Dave Hamilton: Started- I'm not tired of it. I like hearing about your business. So there you go.
- 2:10Shannon Jean: Yeah, I like talking about too, of course. Thank you. But what I found was much
- 2:15Shannon Jean: more powerful was to shift the spotlight to the people that were starting out and finding success.
- 2:22Shannon Jean: and helping to blow them up, helping to lift up
- 2:30Shannon Jean: Their presence, lift up when, like for example, when my members start selling
- 2:39Shannon Jean: on a platform, I get everybody to go in and support them.
- 2:43Shannon Jean: And whether it's, hey, we're looking at your listings here and giving you feedback
- 2:46Shannon Jean: or we're watching your live selling show on TikTok and bidding on your stuff
- 2:51Shannon Jean: you're selling, or were I'm promoting something that you did on X.
- 2:56Shannon Jean: So I'd see lots of posts in the mastermind and I'll say, Hey,
- 2:59Shannon Jean: can I, can I post this publicly? Oh yeah, no problem.
- 3:02Shannon Jean: So I shared that kind of stuff with people and it's,
- 3:06Shannon Jean: It's worked out great. And I just, I was thinking about it. I just got back from Dallas.
- 3:10Shannon Jean: I was out at an event and lots of photos with folks and people helping me do stuff.
- 3:16Shannon Jean: And we had a big meetup and we did a live selling event inside of a customer
- 3:21Shannon Jean: return warehouse and surrounded by people that were succeeding.
- 3:27Shannon Jean: And I'm just like, man, these guys are just amazing.
- 3:29Shannon Jean: So I highlight their stories and talk about how they're changing their family
- 3:35Shannon Jean: and changing their lives and adding a revenue stream and all that kind of stuff.
- 3:39Shannon Jean: So what I was thinking about topics today, I said, you know,
- 3:43Shannon Jean: really, you know, making your clients or your customers the heroes,
- 3:47Shannon Jean: what are they doing with your products,
- 3:49Dave Hamilton: Right? Yep.
- 3:50Shannon Jean: How are they using your services to make their lives better?
- 3:53Shannon Jean: And you can't put too fine a point on it.
- 3:56Shannon Jean: Most of the time it's easy just to overshadow like, well, it doesn't matter.
- 3:59Shannon Jean: They're just using my whatever, X, Y, Z. No, no, no.
- 4:02Shannon Jean: You're making somebody- it's about them yeah and and let them tell it and let
- 4:07Shannon Jean: them tell you how it's made their life better or how it's
- 4:11Shannon Jean: so convenient or increased productivity or don't talk about features don't talk
- 4:16Shannon Jean: about your software and all those things talk about how shannon has used it
- 4:20Shannon Jean: to create a community to do xyz or whatever you know how dave has
- 4:24Shannon Jean: created amazing podcast because he got had these things you know We're on the
- 4:29Shannon Jean: StreamYard platform now.
- 4:30Dave Hamilton: That's right.
- 4:32Shannon Jean: Focus on how people have used StreamYard.
- 4:35Dave Hamilton: Our creators are able to do.
- 4:37Shannon Jean: Yeah, focus on your creators, your clients, your customers.
- 4:40Dave Hamilton: Whatever it is, yeah. Whatever they are. I would add another C to that list,
- 4:44Dave Hamilton: and that's your competition.
- 4:46Dave Hamilton: You can say nice things about your competition.
- 4:49Shannon Jean: Absolutely.
- 4:49Dave Hamilton: That's a good point. You don't want to do their marketing for them all the time,
- 4:53Dave Hamilton: right? That's their job.
- 4:56Dave Hamilton: It costs it. And I know people are going to disagree with this and I'd love it.
- 5:00Dave Hamilton: It costs nothing to say something nice about someone.
- 5:04Dave Hamilton: Right. And when you're when you're, you know, like you're I mean,
- 5:07Dave Hamilton: you're saying here, look at look at our customer that was able to do this thing.
- 5:10Dave Hamilton: Look at our competitor who, you know, I mean, and, you know,
- 5:14Dave Hamilton: competitor is such a it's the wrong word to think about it. It's like,
- 5:18Dave Hamilton: you know, there's there's plenty of business. You're your only competitor is yourself.
- 5:22Dave Hamilton: That's it. Right. Like you are the one like you said it last week.
- 5:26Dave Hamilton: when we were talking to Lisa, you are a monopoly of one. Right.
- 5:31Dave Hamilton: And every one of us does a different thing in our business. And if the only
- 5:35Dave Hamilton: thing that's separating you from your competition is price,
- 5:39Dave Hamilton: I would say you and your competition better get together and figure out how
- 5:45Dave Hamilton: to not compete that way because it's not helping either of you.
- 5:49Dave Hamilton: Right? Yeah, that's a good point. You could mind meld and make both of your
- 5:54Dave Hamilton: businesses better by not just being like, well, mine's cheaper than his.
- 5:58Dave Hamilton: Oh, well, that's not really the best marketing message, is it? But really...
- 6:02Dave Hamilton: Just lifting people up. A compliment costs nothing and buys you so much.
- 6:09Shannon Jean: And it makes you better. When you promote other people, even like you said,
- 6:17Shannon Jean: your competition, it allows you to step back and understand what is your differentiator, right?
- 6:25Shannon Jean: What is it about your product or service that truly helps people and makes it
- 6:29Shannon Jean: better? It makes you more productive and makes your life better.
- 6:32Shannon Jean: It makes you look better. It makes you sound better, whatever.
- 6:35Shannon Jean: And you need to think about those things because so you don't get stuck just
- 6:39Shannon Jean: competing on price because that's miserable. You will always lose.
- 6:41Shannon Jean: It's a race to race to the bottom for sure.
- 6:43Dave Hamilton: And speaking of misery, like if I'm looking at my competitor,
- 6:48Dave Hamilton: I can choose and I know I'm going to say something about them. Right.
- 6:52Dave Hamilton: And this is true for all of us. Right. We can we can choose something from the
- 6:56Dave Hamilton: positive bin and something from the negative bin.
- 7:00Dave Hamilton: So let's say...
- 7:03Dave Hamilton: That you're my competitor. And I say, well, oh, yeah, I know about Shannon's,
- 7:08Dave Hamilton: you know, podcast ad sales business.
- 7:11Dave Hamilton: You know, the shows that he attracts aren't that great. Like,
- 7:14Dave Hamilton: I could say that. And maybe that's objectively true. I mean,
- 7:17Dave Hamilton: obviously, you don't run one of these. I'm just, it's a for instance here.
- 7:20Dave Hamilton: But maybe that's objectively true.
- 7:22Dave Hamilton: Or I could say, oh, yeah, I know about Shannon's podcast business.
- 7:26Dave Hamilton: I think one of the best things they do, have you seen their website and the
- 7:30Dave Hamilton: way that they're able to lay things out? I'm not I'm not lying and saying you have great shows.
- 7:36Dave Hamilton: I am choosing the thing that you're good at and highlighting that.
- 7:41Dave Hamilton: Now, I mean, on the receiving end of this, you are someone who might work with
- 7:46Dave Hamilton: either or both of our businesses.
- 7:48Dave Hamilton: Which one of those makes you want to work with me more?
- 7:52Dave Hamilton: The one where I'm telling you something terrible about my competition or the
- 7:56Dave Hamilton: one where I'm saying, oh, yeah, no, they do a really good job of this and being
- 7:59Dave Hamilton: sincere about it. like picking the thing that I can speak positively about someone else's business.
- 8:06Dave Hamilton: Like not only does it make someone else want to buy from me,
- 8:10Dave Hamilton: but it, or at least increases their trust in me, but it also makes me feel better.
- 8:16Dave Hamilton: Like I don't need to go around. Yeah.
- 8:18Shannon Jean: No, you're right. There's no reason to do it. Yeah. And sometimes it's a benefit
- 8:22Shannon Jean: to refer someone to your competitor.
- 8:23Dave Hamilton: Sometimes it is. That's true.
- 8:25Shannon Jean: And so that's fine. And, you know, I think it's a scarcity mindset versus abundance type thing.
- 8:32Shannon Jean: I always think the pie is ever growing and there's plenty of room,
- 8:35Shannon Jean: but there are lots of competitors that think they really do need to bash you
- 8:40Shannon Jean: other side and that kind of thing. And I don't know, I just don't think you
- 8:43Shannon Jean: want to get involved in that stuff. Yeah.
- 8:47Shannon Jean: I would, you know, they talk a lot about the hero section of your website and that kind of stuff.
- 8:51Shannon Jean: And, you know, there's two ways to do it. You can highlight yourself,
- 8:55Shannon Jean: your company, your team, or you can highlight your clients, your customers.
- 8:59Shannon Jean: And I think, you know, you ought to try the latter.
- 9:03Dave Hamilton: I like that idea. Yeah, that's a great idea. All right.
- 9:07Dave Hamilton: I have a crazy business idea for us to chew on here. And it kind of goes along
- 9:11Dave Hamilton: these lines, although I'll probably wind up crossing them in the wrong way.
- 9:16Dave Hamilton: I'll definitely cross some line that I guarantee you before I cross that line
- 9:21Dave Hamilton: though I want to tell you about our sponsor for today.
- 9:24Dave Hamilton: As a builder you're used to duct taping every system yourself, right?
- 9:29Dave Hamilton: The shock with our sponsor Shopify how much is already done,
- 9:34Dave Hamilton: right? When I first used it, I was shocked, right? Set up, payments,
- 9:39Dave Hamilton: they're already day one.
- 9:41Dave Hamilton: That's the closest thing to a charmed life a founder gets, right?
- 9:44Dave Hamilton: Time back to actually build.
- 9:47Dave Hamilton: I run my own Shopify storefront for merch with another podcast and actually another business too.
- 9:53Dave Hamilton: Idea to first sale in under a day, right? It works.
- 9:58Dave Hamilton: The checkout also just works. More customers finish paying, returning buyers, one tap, done.
- 10:05Dave Hamilton: Cha-ching indeed, right?
- 10:08Dave Hamilton: Set yours up at shopify.com slash businessbrain.
- 10:13Dave Hamilton: Same platform behind Mattel and Gymshark running so smoothly,
- 10:17Dave Hamilton: my star started leaving me performance reviews and it was telling me I needed
- 10:23Dave Hamilton: to step it up because it was getting ahead of me, which I love.
- 10:26Dave Hamilton: With Shopify, nothing stands between your idea and a real business.
- 10:31Dave Hamilton: So go make it one start your free trial at shopify.com slash business brain,
- 10:38Dave Hamilton: that's shopify.com slash business brain go check it out i think you're going
- 10:43Dave Hamilton: to like it as much as i do and our thanks to shopify for sponsoring this episode.
- 10:48Dave Hamilton: All right. So Shannon, my idea here is that when you're starting a business,
- 10:54Dave Hamilton: actually not when you're starting a business, once you've got a business running, you need,
- 11:01Dave Hamilton: to take a step back and look at your business and figure out what your business
- 11:07Dave Hamilton: is. And so here's my crazy idea.
- 11:09Shannon Jean: Okay.
- 11:10Dave Hamilton: Tinder needs a review section or someone needs to start a Tinder competitor with a review section.
- 11:16Dave Hamilton: Now, Tinder sits in the category of dating apps, right?
- 11:21Dave Hamilton: Yes. Tinder is not a dating app, not in the traditional sense,
- 11:25Dave Hamilton: right? Tinder is an app for people to meet for short-term dates,
- 11:30Dave Hamilton: maybe one-offs, right? You know, that's what it's there for.
- 11:33Dave Hamilton: That's what people use it for. If you talk to anybody who uses Tinder,
- 11:36Dave Hamilton: that's what they use it for.
- 11:38Dave Hamilton: Tinder knows this. They definitely know that that's what this is used for.
- 11:44Dave Hamilton: but if that's what you're going for if that's and i i've never used tinder i've
- 11:49Dave Hamilton: been married for far longer than tinder exists but i'm well aware of what tinder does uh,
- 11:54Dave Hamilton: and and i think it's fine i have like there's no judgment it's no of course
- 11:58Dave Hamilton: not that's what you want to do that's great like fine swipe left man yeah that's it right and so like,
- 12:05Dave Hamilton: wouldn't it be great though if this is the app's primary purpose and let's be
- 12:10Dave Hamilton: very clear it is exactly the app's primary purpose wouldn't it be great if before you
- 12:16Dave Hamilton: when you're looking at someone's profile you say okay their picture they need
- 12:19Dave Hamilton: to tell you some things about themselves i'm looking for you know short-term
- 12:23Dave Hamilton: thing no commitment great okay checks all the boxes,
- 12:26Dave Hamilton: wouldn't it be great to hear from other people that have um,
- 12:29Dave Hamilton: been with this person to get a review.
- 12:33Dave Hamilton: I i really like i mean i don't want to go and rent It's an Airbnb without getting
- 12:38Dave Hamilton: a review. Yeah, it's true.
- 12:40Dave Hamilton: I mean, like, arguably, this might be more important to have reviews.
- 12:46Shannon Jean: Yeah. The question I have, I've, I've, I've
- 12:49Dave Hamilton: Lost questions and I did not prepare Shannon at all for this. Yeah.
- 12:54Shannon Jean: Yeah. Yeah. So what, why haven't they done it?
- 12:59Dave Hamilton: Is it, I mean, I think they started when, without this being the primary purpose,
- 13:05Dave Hamilton: it, it became their business.
- 13:07Dave Hamilton: I think, I don't, I think they were complicit in this and I don't say that,
- 13:12Dave Hamilton: it's like imply any, any nefarious purposes, but I think their customers were
- 13:16Dave Hamilton: equally complicit like it was like that the market decided this app is best
- 13:21Dave Hamilton: for finding short-term hookups like one night stands like that's it right so,
- 13:27Dave Hamilton: i like i think they know it but they didn't build reviews because who would
- 13:30Dave Hamilton: build reviews into a dating app that sounds ridiculous well.
- 13:35Shannon Jean: I don't think it's
- 13:35Dave Hamilton: Too crazy i know the question.
- 13:37Shannon Jean: The questions are um um um how how would you implement it if you could you build it alongside tinder
- 13:50Dave Hamilton: See i i think well no i i think tinder would either have it would be a first
- 13:55Dave Hamilton: party solution or it would be a competitive completely competitive app and i
- 13:59Dave Hamilton: think this is this is where opportunity knocks for someone it could be you or me right
- 14:04Dave Hamilton: but but certainly somebody out there could release,
- 14:08Dave Hamilton: a a tinder competitor that has reviews with reviews,
- 14:13Dave Hamilton: that's it and and you can decide how the reviews are going to work i i think,
- 14:19Dave Hamilton: and and i'm workshopping this here i had this idea yesterday right so but i
- 14:23Dave Hamilton: think what you would want is a star rating system i'm not sure that having you'd want the.
- 14:30Shannon Jean: Subjective part yeah
- 14:31Dave Hamilton: Correct i think you take that out i think you you just put the stars in and that's it.
- 14:37Shannon Jean: Yeah, and one of the things I would do is,
- 14:41Shannon Jean: You, so if, it depends on who, who implements or who reaches out first, right?
- 14:51Shannon Jean: Okay. I would imagine, now I don't know this, but I would imagine on those sites
- 14:56Shannon Jean: that women generally are more in control.
- 15:00Shannon Jean: They drive the bus because there's more dudes. I don't know.
- 15:03Dave Hamilton: I don't know. Yeah, I could, I could, I could find out. I could ask some people. Yeah, for sure.
- 15:09Shannon Jean: But I think that you would want to have some kind of system where,
- 15:16Shannon Jean: like I'll give you an example. On Airbnb, we can't review the guest until they review the property.
- 15:24Dave Hamilton: Can you review the guest if they don't review the property?
- 15:27Shannon Jean: Yeah, but it takes like, you have to wait like 10 days or 15,
- 15:31Shannon Jean: whatever, something kind of thing like that. For sure.
- 15:34Dave Hamilton: Even as the guest, I,
- 15:38Dave Hamilton: can do a review right away, but it won't get posted until either 15 days has
- 15:44Dave Hamilton: gone by or the host has also reviewed me.
- 15:48Dave Hamilton: So we don't get to see each other's reviews.
- 15:50Shannon Jean: Yeah, that's important.
- 15:52Dave Hamilton: I agree.
- 15:52Shannon Jean: Because otherwise you get retaliatory reviews, right?
- 15:55Dave Hamilton: Of course.
- 15:55Shannon Jean: That's why eBay did away with sellers being able to review buyers because it
- 16:02Shannon Jean: was full of retaliatory reviews,
- 16:06Dave Hamilton: Which is just crazy. No, Airbnb has done that part right, I think. Yeah, yeah.
- 16:10Shannon Jean: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I think that's it. Let me, I want to ask, I just want to ask ChatGPT.
- 16:16Shannon Jean: Oh, where's that? No, I got to go back.
- 16:19Dave Hamilton: Yeah, maybe this app exists, Shannon. I am not in this market,
- 16:23Dave Hamilton: so I'm probably the wrong person to, Or maybe exactly the right person.
- 16:27Shannon Jean: I don't know. Reviews of the people you're dating.
- 16:32Shannon Jean: Let's see what it says. Is there a dating app that includes reviews? Yeah.
- 16:39Shannon Jean: Now, there is a dating, like Bumble, right? Is it Bumble, I think?
- 16:42Shannon Jean: Okay. It's a dating app where the women.
- 16:45Dave Hamilton: Yes.
- 16:46Shannon Jean: They control.
- 16:48Dave Hamilton: They're even more in control.
- 16:49Shannon Jean: Yeah, yeah, yeah. There's one called Skip is the closest to a dating app with
- 16:55Shannon Jean: built-in reviews. After a date, users can leave anonymous ratings and feedback
- 17:00Shannon Jean: about positive or concerning behavior.
- 17:03Shannon Jean: That's called Skip.
- 17:06Shannon Jean: T, which I'd never heard of, lets women anonymously look up and discuss.
- 17:11Dave Hamilton: We're both going to start getting ads for dating apps. Yeah, definitely.
- 17:16Shannon Jean: But T lets women anonymously look up and discuss men they may be dating.
- 17:20Shannon Jean: It's more of a vetting review network than a matching app. That's interesting.
- 17:25Shannon Jean: Beware that T experienced a significant user data breach in 2025.
- 17:30Shannon Jean: So all those reviews of dudes get out there.
- 17:34Shannon Jean: Pear, which I've never heard of, requires both participants to submit post-date
- 17:39Shannon Jean: feedback and emphasizes accountability.
- 17:42Dave Hamilton: All right, so these things exist. They do.
- 17:44Shannon Jean: Oyster, I've never heard of it, says user ratings highlight people whom others
- 17:49Shannon Jean: enjoy dating. That's interesting.
- 17:51Dave Hamilton: Yeah, okay, so this exists.
- 17:53Shannon Jean: Yeah. And there is, like, Main Street apps don't publish reviews.
- 17:58Shannon Jean: Hinge, for example, collects post-date feedback, but they keep it private and they don't share it.
- 18:05Dave Hamilton: Okay. And I can see value in that too. Like it's all about knowing what your market is.
- 18:12Shannon Jean: If this guy, if this person is getting, you know, if this is like,
- 18:16Shannon Jean: hey, this dude is nuts or this chick is crazy, the app knows about it.
- 18:21Shannon Jean: So they can say, hey, let's lower them in the algorithm.
- 18:24Dave Hamilton: Right, right. Because they know a positive experience.
- 18:27Shannon Jean: Yeah, the chat GPT suggested a Yelp for people.
- 18:32Dave Hamilton: Yeah, that's what we need.
- 18:33Shannon Jean: That's kind of what you're, that's what you, oh my gosh.
- 18:36Dave Hamilton: Yelp for people.
- 18:36Shannon Jean: That would be insane.
- 18:38Dave Hamilton: There was a Black Mirror episode exactly about this, where people walking,
- 18:43Dave Hamilton: like, you know, it was like, because they were wearing, like,
- 18:45Dave Hamilton: it was the future, right?
- 18:46Shannon Jean: Yeah, augmented context or something.
- 18:48Dave Hamilton: And so everybody could see everybody else's rating while you were walking around.
- 18:53Shannon Jean: I stopped watching that show, Dave, because I can't. It's too close. It's too nuts.
- 18:58Shannon Jean: And the way I was like, I told my wife, I said, I don't want,
- 19:01Shannon Jean: if this is the future, I don't want it. I don't want to be.
- 19:05Dave Hamilton: It is a potential version of the future. It's not.
- 19:08Shannon Jean: We don't, we don't, we don't want that. No, but that's it. I don't think it's
- 19:11Shannon Jean: so crazy, but you know, clearly it exists.
- 19:14Dave Hamilton: Yeah, there it is. Yeah.
- 19:16Shannon Jean: That's cool.
- 19:16Dave Hamilton: It's interesting. I mentioned this. I, it just, it was one of those moments
- 19:20Dave Hamilton: of urinal inspiration yesterday.
- 19:22Dave Hamilton: and so it was i was there with my my my wife was there my two kids and my son-in-law
- 19:28Dave Hamilton: was there and so i walked out of the bathroom like you know what tinder needs,
- 19:32Dave Hamilton: and they looked at me they're like what went on in there yeah.
- 19:37Shannon Jean: That's pretty funny yeah so what's the
- 19:39Dave Hamilton: They didn't know about any of these so they did.
- 19:41Shannon Jean: Not yeah well we
- 19:42Dave Hamilton: Could so that's the thing yeah yeah yeah.
- 19:45Shannon Jean: That's interesting Well, what's the big takeaway today?
- 19:50Dave Hamilton: I think it's, I mean, certainly it's something about making your customers heroes.
- 19:58Dave Hamilton: Yeah. Yeah. And then there's the abundance versus scarcity mindset thing.
- 20:05Shannon Jean: Yeah, I think it's making the customers heroes, making them the focus of your marketing.
- 20:09Shannon Jean: And I think we can create a really great business blueprint on that concept.
- 20:12Shannon Jean: Yep. How do they get that?
- 20:16Dave Hamilton: Well, they go to businessbrain.show slash blueprint. But here's the thing, Shannon.
- 20:20Dave Hamilton: I want to make our customers, our listeners, a part of our marketing.
- 20:25Dave Hamilton: And the best way for you to become a part of that is to send us a comment,
- 20:31Dave Hamilton: a review, anything, to feedback at businessbrain.show.
