- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to the Rogue Recap. Hot takes, cold facts, and
- 0:05Speaker 1: zero respect for the official narrative. Sit back, roll your eyes,
- 0:10Speaker 1: and let's recap Rogue Style.
- 0:13Speaker 2: What is up, everybody, and welcome to the Rogue Recap.
- 0:16Speaker 2: I am Linda McLaughlin, your host, and it is Wednesday,
- 0:20Speaker 2: September 9th, and super stoked, as always, to be with you.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Gonna start off today with a little consumer advice. My
- 0:29Speaker 2: husband and I, the other day, we're having a conversation.
- 0:32Speaker 2: This is super creepy. So pay attention because this is
- 0:36Speaker 2: happening to all of us. And I want to say
- 0:39Speaker 2: for the record, like I'm fully aware that the phones
- 0:42Speaker 2: are listening and that there's, you know, ad targeted listening
- 0:45Speaker 2: and demographic targeted listening and yada, yada, yada. Okay, fine.
- 0:49Speaker 2: This is creepy, guys. We were sitting in our kitchen
- 0:53Speaker 2: a couple of weeks ago at the kitchen counter and
- 0:57Speaker 2: late at night, maybe like, you know, on a weekend,
- 0:59Speaker 2: like 10 or 11 o'clock at night, you know, 10
- 1:02Speaker 2: minutes where we were able to just chat for a second,
- 1:04Speaker 2: just about nothing.
- 1:06Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:07Speaker 2: And as my husband was talking, we were, the living
- 1:11Speaker 2: room is to the other side, but it's kind of
- 1:14Speaker 2: an open concept thing, right? So the TV's in there.
- 1:17Speaker 2: We had the news on, but it was on mute
- 1:19Speaker 2: and we were just chatting. And as my husband's talking
- 1:22Speaker 2: to me, I noticed that something is happening. On the television.
- 1:26Speaker 2: And it catches my eye out of the periphery and
- 1:28Speaker 2: I turn and I look and it is transcribing word
- 1:32Speaker 2: for word what my husband is saying on the screen.
- 1:36Speaker 2: We don't have the remote. We're not changing the channel.
- 1:39Speaker 2: We're nowhere near the remote or the TV. And it
- 1:43Speaker 2: is literally transcribing everything my husband is saying onto the screen.
- 1:49Speaker 2: And I smack him in the arm and I'm like, yo,
- 1:53Speaker 2: you got to look at this. Like I couldn't, it's
- 1:56Speaker 2: one of those moments where I couldn't believe it. I said,
- 1:58Speaker 2: you got to look at this. So he looks up,
- 2:01Speaker 2: he's like, what the hell? I was like, okay, that
- 2:04Speaker 2: is a bridge too far. So we, you know, we
- 2:06Speaker 2: look up online how to turn off in settings, the microphone,
- 2:12Speaker 2: but it's doing all of these weird things. It's not
- 2:14Speaker 2: really letting us turn it off. It's giving us weird
- 2:16Speaker 2: error messages and blah, blah, blah. So my husband literally
- 2:20Speaker 2: goes up behind the TV and removes the microphone. There
- 2:24Speaker 2: is an actual microphone in the back of your television,
- 2:29Speaker 2: especially if you have a smart television. It's recording everything, guys.
- 2:33Speaker 2: I couldn't believe, honestly, like it took the, yeah, I
- 2:37Speaker 2: know they're listening thing to, holy shit. They are listening
- 2:41Speaker 2: to it with extreme accuracy and it has nothing to
- 2:45Speaker 2: do with engaging anything. Okay, so fast forward to this week.
- 2:51Speaker 2: And I'm sitting here doing my usual research for the show.
- 2:55Speaker 2: And I see these two guys. It's called Brains Forge.
- 3:00Speaker 2: And these two dudes are testing all of these smart TVs.
- 3:06Speaker 2: So the post from these guys says, after 500 plus
- 3:10Speaker 2: hours and $ 70, 000 of testing, these two researchers have found
- 3:15Speaker 2: that LG smart TVs are secretly logging conversations and mapping homes.
- 3:21Speaker 2: There are already 216 million LG TVs in everybody's home.
- 3:27Speaker 2: So just imagine, right, the magnitude of information that they're getting.
- 3:32Speaker 2: And it's super creepy because they're not just getting like,
- 3:37Speaker 2: you know, stupid conversations about, you know, the kids need
- 3:41Speaker 2: new shoes or we have to get school books or
- 3:43Speaker 2: did you get bananas at the store? They're getting like
- 3:46Speaker 2: every conversation, no matter how personal and private. So it's
- 3:50Speaker 2: completely just one of those super freak out moments. So
- 3:54Speaker 2: these guys actually recorded themselves. I just want you to
- 3:57Speaker 2: hear it for a second. If you have a smart TV,
- 4:00Speaker 2: please go into your settings and disable anything that allows
- 4:03Speaker 2: them to listen because they're not discriminant in the way
- 4:06Speaker 2: that they're listening. They're listening whenever, however they choose because
- 4:10Speaker 2: they can. And they're recording it locally. Like they're not
- 4:14Speaker 2: just listening, taking a transcription and saying, Hey, Ty, they
- 4:18Speaker 2: use your detergent. They are keeping it, logging it, and
- 4:21Speaker 2: it's saved in these databases. Take a listen to BrainForge.
- 4:25Speaker 2: It's only like 30 seconds, but it's just wild.
- 4:27Speaker 4: This LG G5 TV has a microphone connected to it.
- 4:30Speaker 4: And right now it's listening to me and saving the information.
- 4:34Speaker 4: In fact, we can even unplug the network and it's
- 4:38Speaker 4: still listening to me. And what I'm saying is being stored.
- 4:43Speaker 4: by someone with remote access to the TV. And then
- 4:46Speaker 4: we were able to exfiltrate that recording via vulnerabilities after
- 4:49Speaker 4: the user reconnected the network. No network.
- 5:03Speaker 2: So those two guys just showed you, they unplug it,
- 5:06Speaker 2: they take the mic out, they completely take it off
- 5:09Speaker 2: the network, all the things, and it was still friggin' recording.
- 5:13Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 5:13Speaker 2: I was so freaked out. I mean, I think about
- 5:15Speaker 2: every day working in TV and radio and podcasting. I
- 5:19Speaker 2: am surrounded by electronics. I am surrounded by microphones. I
- 5:25Speaker 2: can only imagine what kind of information that they are
- 5:28Speaker 2: getting when they listen to me in my office. I'm
- 5:30Speaker 2: going to have to start saying some really weird shit
- 5:32Speaker 2: so I can throw them off. I don't know. But
- 5:34Speaker 2: if you've got a smart TV, you're living your life.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Just reach behind that TV and look it up on
- 5:41Speaker 2: ChatGPT or Grok or Google, whatever you got to do
- 5:45Speaker 2: and see where your microphone is in your television and
- 5:48Speaker 2: take it out. At least it makes it a little harder.
- 5:52Speaker 2: I don't know. But I tell you guys, it's super freaky. So, okay,
- 5:55Speaker 2: on to serious stuff. As I did my show yesterday,
- 5:59Speaker 2: I told you guys that I am one of those
- 6:01Speaker 2: people who thinks that scummy mom Donnie should stay far,
- 6:06Speaker 2: far away from our nine 11 memorial services on Friday.
- 6:10Speaker 2: And of course he's promising to go despite over a
- 6:14Speaker 2: hundred thousand signatures from New Yorkers asking him to respect
- 6:20Speaker 2: their wishes to not have him there. It's kind of
- 6:23Speaker 2: like asking somebody to not come to a wake or
- 6:25Speaker 2: a funeral and they still show up. Like there's a
- 6:27Speaker 2: special place in hell for people like that. But the
- 6:30Speaker 2: thing that we pointed out last night was when he
- 6:33Speaker 2: did this, uh, proclamation signing the other day, and he
- 6:37Speaker 2: had given that pen to his chief counsel on his
- 6:41Speaker 2: mayoral team. That guy's name is Ramzi Qasem, and he
- 6:45Speaker 2: is the chief counsel for Mamdani, but he was previously
- 6:49Speaker 2: in-house counsel for this imam who is a co-conspirator in
- 6:55Speaker 2: the 1993 World Trade Center attack. So he has a
- 7:00Speaker 2: legacy of defending people who have attacked the United States
- 7:05Speaker 2: and tried to hurt the United States in a variety
- 7:08Speaker 2: of ways. He's currently representing Mahmoud Khalil, who in fact
- 7:13Speaker 2: was also invited to the, to the, to Gracie mansion,
- 7:18Speaker 2: to the mayor's mansion. And so he was there, you know,
- 7:20Speaker 2: and you have to understand like Mahmoud is a Palestinian activist.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Like This is a guy who was part of the
- 7:28Speaker 2: encampments on Columbia University, protesting, making all this noise, and
- 7:33Speaker 2: he's not even supposed to be here. I mean, you know,
- 7:36Speaker 2: they put him down as an activist, but he's not
- 7:39Speaker 2: an activist. He's here illegally. Him and his wife are
- 7:43Speaker 2: two pieces of shit who speak out often against the
- 7:47Speaker 2: United States and saying that, you know, we are in
- 7:50Speaker 2: bed with Israel. We deserve every bit of pain that
- 7:53Speaker 2: comes to the American people and what a terrible country
- 7:56Speaker 2: it is. So now Ramzi Qasem defended not just the
- 8:01Speaker 2: 1993 World Trade Center co-conspirator and terrorist, who is currently
- 8:06Speaker 2: an imam, but also is now representing Mahmoud Khalil, who
- 8:10Speaker 2: is a Palestinian activist who speaks out against the United
- 8:13Speaker 2: States and Israel, who of course was educated at Columbia University,
- 8:18Speaker 2: where all good terrorists come from. So Ramzi Qasem was
- 8:22Speaker 2: heard making this praise of this imam from the 1993 attacks.
- 8:30Speaker 2: And it just is further evidence as to why the
- 8:34Speaker 2: families of 9-11 do not want him at their event
- 8:39Speaker 2: and their ceremony. I mean, there is no reason for
- 8:42Speaker 2: someone who hates America, who hates what we stand for,
- 8:46Speaker 2: and who supports someone like Qasem being in their, in
- 8:52Speaker 2: their administration at the World Trade Center Memorial. I mean,
- 8:57Speaker 2: literally one of his clients is a co-conspirator of the
- 9:03Speaker 2: World Trade Center bombing case. Not to mention the fact
- 9:07Speaker 2: that the clip I'm about to play you says, and
- 9:10Speaker 2: I quote, he's talking, the guy's name is Imam Sara Wahaj.
- 9:14Speaker 2: This is literally This guy, he's saying he's an example
- 9:19Speaker 2: for all of us.
- 9:20Speaker 6: What?
- 9:21Speaker 2: The guy who tried to bring a building down in
- 9:25Speaker 2: 93 and now is, you know, a part of these
- 9:29Speaker 2: mosques where they're still calling for death and destruction of
- 9:32Speaker 2: the infidel. This is the guy that works in the
- 9:34Speaker 2: mayor's camp and was handed the ceremonial pen that he
- 9:39Speaker 2: signed the 9-11 legislation with the other day. But of
- 9:43Speaker 2: course he has to pass it through Commissioner Tisch, right?
- 9:48Speaker 2: Just to put a little salt in the wound because
- 9:49Speaker 2: everybody knows that they don't get along. But such a
- 9:52Speaker 2: strange and obvious connection. They're not even trying to hide it.
- 9:57Speaker 2: I guess because they don't have to because we never
- 9:58Speaker 2: do anything. But this is Ramzi Qasem talking about this
- 10:03Speaker 2: imam who is a co-conspirator of the 1993 World Trade
- 10:07Speaker 2: Center bombing.
- 10:08Speaker 7: Alhamdulillah, there's no shortage of models for us in our
- 10:15Speaker 7: own communities. Imam Siraj, who earlier so ably coaxed you
- 10:19Speaker 7: out of your money, is another example for all of us.
- 10:24Speaker 7: And we had the privilege at Clear of representing him.
- 10:28Speaker 7: And so there's no shortage of models.
- 10:33Speaker 2: We had the privilege of representing him. The privilege? The
- 10:37Speaker 2: privilege of representing somebody who was trying to bring down
- 10:42Speaker 2: the World Trade Center in 1993? It's insane. And then
- 10:47Speaker 2: people ask the question, oh, it's Islamophobia. That's why they
- 10:51Speaker 2: don't want them there. Oh, they just don't like the mayor.
- 10:54Speaker 2: That's why they don't want them there. No, it's because
- 10:57Speaker 2: everything they stand for, openly stand for, talk about, support, defend, promote,
- 11:05Speaker 2: is in a complete antithesis to that which the families
- 11:09Speaker 2: of 9-11 victims feel and wish to have portrayed at
- 11:14Speaker 2: the 25th anniversary of the attack. I really, I hope
- 11:19Speaker 2: he doesn't show up. I really hope he doesn't show up.
- 11:22Speaker 2: I hope that there is some piece of him that says,
- 11:27Speaker 2: everyone here hates me. Out of sheer pride, I won't go.
- 11:31Speaker 2: But I think he likes it. I think he likes
- 11:32Speaker 2: to hurt people. I think he likes to put things
- 11:35Speaker 2: in people's face. I think he likes to hurt anyone
- 11:40Speaker 2: who doesn't think like him. I think he enjoys it.
- 11:43Speaker 2: If the way that his wife speaks is any indicator
- 11:46Speaker 2: of how he thinks and speaks, Then he'll be there
- 11:48Speaker 2: on Friday to cause pain because that's who he is.
- 11:52Speaker 2: I don't know. Eyes are open on that one, guys.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Definitely a very scary moment for all of us that
- 11:57Speaker 2: this person is literally in the mayor's administration and working
- 12:04Speaker 2: at Gracie Mansion. It's 25 years later in New York.
- 12:07Speaker 2: I got to tell you, I never thought I'd see it.
- 12:08Speaker 2: But let's move on to my other favorite person, Governor Shapiro.
- 12:13Speaker 2: So Governor Shapiro... is trying to do this law through
- 12:19Speaker 2: Pennsylvania's health department where if they rewrite the disease rules,
- 12:24Speaker 2: investigators can enter homes and schools without a warrant. They
- 12:29Speaker 2: can pull students from their classes. They can do private
- 12:33Speaker 2: interviews where they don't have to tell their parents and
- 12:37Speaker 2: they can impose any disease control measure that they choose.
- 12:41Speaker 2: This is a real thing. This guy is trying to
- 12:43Speaker 2: do this right now. literally trying to change Pennsylvania law
- 12:49Speaker 2: so that he can go in and he can come
- 12:52Speaker 2: into your home without a warrant and tell you, you
- 12:55Speaker 2: have to do this, or you have to do that
- 12:57Speaker 2: in the name of public safety. Now, remember in during
- 13:01Speaker 2: COVID Shapiro was one of the biggest lunatics. He was
- 13:05Speaker 2: shutting down everything. Everybody had to mask. Everybody had to
- 13:09Speaker 2: get the shot. Nobody could go to school, blah, blah, blah.
- 13:12Speaker 2: And if you didn't listen to him, and you went
- 13:14Speaker 2: about and you had free will and decided not to
- 13:17Speaker 2: take the death shot and not to put that crap
- 13:20Speaker 2: in your body and not put a mask over your face,
- 13:23Speaker 2: you were considered the enemy. And they made sure that
- 13:26Speaker 2: that was the truth. So another guy pointed out, his
- 13:30Speaker 2: name's Dan Barkowiak, in Corman versus the acting secretary of health,
- 13:34Speaker 2: the Pennsylvania Supreme Court unanimously struck down a statewide school
- 13:40Speaker 2: mask mandate as exceeding the department's legal authority. Finally, somebody
- 13:45Speaker 2: stood up to this douchebag. So now he's not going
- 13:49Speaker 2: after the legislature to try to take back this authority.
- 13:52Speaker 2: He's saying he wants within the gubernatorial office, that agency
- 13:57Speaker 2: to write itself into power and that the power would
- 14:01Speaker 2: then supersede anything else that the state tries to do.
- 14:05Speaker 2: It would lie completely with him and it would, it
- 14:09Speaker 2: would take away any free will first, you live how
- 14:14Speaker 2: you want, and would supersede your freedoms so that they
- 14:18Speaker 2: can come to your home and break in and say, no,
- 14:20Speaker 2: you need to do this or that. Now, the Washington
- 14:22Speaker 2: Times on September 7th put an article out. If you
- 14:26Speaker 2: haven't seen it, I suggest you read it. It's called
- 14:28Speaker 2: Pennsylvania's Shapiro Seeks COVID-19 Style Lockdown Powers. Notice he's not
- 14:35Speaker 2: asking for measures to be enforced. He is saying, I
- 14:38Speaker 2: want the control. So what they're talking about, and I'm
- 14:42Speaker 2: going to read a little bit of this, In 2021,
- 14:45Speaker 2: after a year of pandemic lockdowns, voters passed two amendments
- 14:49Speaker 2: that capped the governor's emergency declaration at 21 days. They
- 14:54Speaker 2: also gave the legislature the power to end or to
- 14:58Speaker 2: extend them without his signature. It was a rare resounding
- 15:02Speaker 2: statement that the good people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- 15:06Speaker 2: do not want a single office holder governing by decree. Okay,
- 15:10Speaker 2: back to the good for thee, not for me bullshit
- 15:13Speaker 2: that we talked about the other day, right? We don't
- 15:14Speaker 2: need Marie Antoinette. So now Shapiro wants to go around
- 15:18Speaker 2: the mandate. His administration has quietly advanced 500 pages of
- 15:25Speaker 2: changes to Pennsylvania's health code. And he's claiming expansive disease
- 15:30Speaker 2: control powers through executive regulation so that they can do
- 15:34Speaker 2: it without the legislature's approval. The new regulations replace the
- 15:38Speaker 2: words mother and woman with individual and birthing individual.
- 15:46Speaker 7: Okay.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Just think about that for a minute. This is what
- 15:48Speaker 2: Shapiro is concerned with. Okay. He's acting like this is
- 15:52Speaker 2: to help God forbid, if there was mass disease, you know,
- 15:55Speaker 2: spreading through Pennsylvania, which is obviously a crock of shit.
- 15:59Speaker 2: He already tried it once with measles. Notice we haven't
- 16:01Speaker 2: heard shit about that since he gave his fake press conference,
- 16:04Speaker 2: but the new regulations are replacing the words mother and
- 16:09Speaker 2: woman with with postpartum individual and birthing individual. This is
- 16:13Speaker 2: what this guy's worried about. We have to take away
- 16:16Speaker 2: the words mom and woman. Are there a bunch of
- 16:19Speaker 2: dudes out there giving birth that I don't know about?
- 16:21Speaker 2: Because let me tell you something. If you're passing a
- 16:23Speaker 2: baby through the top of your penis, I want to
- 16:25Speaker 2: know about it. I actually think that is breaking news
- 16:28Speaker 2: because I'll tell you what, I know a lot about
- 16:30Speaker 2: men and they're not going through that. Nope, not a thing.
- 16:34Speaker 2: So please enlighten me as to why it cannot be
- 16:38Speaker 2: mother and woman, unless you're trying to subject us all
- 16:41Speaker 2: to your trans LBGTQ, whatever the hell it is. Who
- 16:45Speaker 2: gives a shit crap? I mean, honestly. So now, if
- 16:50Speaker 2: this was allowed to happen, the Department of Health would
- 16:54Speaker 2: exact powers that literally the people of Pennsylvania voted to
- 16:59Speaker 2: strip the governor of just a couple of years ago.
- 17:03Speaker 2: It's always about him having more power. Shapiro is a very, very,
- 17:08Speaker 2: dangerous man who has a lot of money from a
- 17:12Speaker 2: lot of very bad people, okay? This is one of
- 17:16Speaker 2: those things where you have to really ask yourself, what
- 17:20Speaker 2: the hell is going on that this guy is trying
- 17:23Speaker 2: to pass 500 new legislative actions and nobody's paying attention?
- 17:29Speaker 2: You think the people of Pennsylvania know that this scumbag
- 17:31Speaker 2: right now is trying to do this and exact this
- 17:34Speaker 2: kind of intense power over the people of Pennsylvania? the
- 17:38Speaker 2: hell's going on? What happened to the idea of checks
- 17:41Speaker 2: and balances? What happened to the idea of you are
- 17:44Speaker 2: a governor, you have a government beneath you. You have
- 17:48Speaker 2: people that are of the house and the Senate of Pennsylvania.
- 17:51Speaker 2: We have legislature. We have measures in place to make
- 17:55Speaker 2: sure that no one person has too much power. Now
- 17:58Speaker 2: there may be people where we say, well, we need
- 17:59Speaker 2: his signature on it to make X, Y, Z happen,
- 18:02Speaker 2: but it's not like he's the only one we need.
- 18:05Speaker 2: And that's essentially where we find ourselves right now. The
- 18:08Speaker 2: idea that we live in a republic governed by our
- 18:12Speaker 2: founding fathers' documents, the Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence,
- 18:16Speaker 2: and the Constitution, which I think everybody could probably use
- 18:19Speaker 2: a little refresher on. I think there's some people that
- 18:22Speaker 2: could use a little update on that information. I think
- 18:25Speaker 2: that they should take a look at this article. Again,
- 18:28Speaker 2: in the Washington Times, written by Meg Martin. She's the
- 18:32Speaker 2: COO and General Counsel for the Commonwealth Foundation. It's a
- 18:36Speaker 2: free market think tank here in Pennsylvania. God bless her
- 18:38Speaker 2: for writing this article. Highly recommend that you listen to it.
- 18:42Speaker 2: In addition, I'd like you to listen to this quick cut,
- 18:45Speaker 2: which was a podcast interview on this very topic.
- 18:48Speaker 3: Maybe draw some similarities in comparing what happened during COVID
- 18:53Speaker 3: under Wolf and now this under Shapiro. It became apparent, Joe,
- 18:57Speaker 3: with about two, three months into it. that these were
- 19:02Speaker 3: bureaucrats in Harrisburg, activist bureaucrats and their staffers, literally making
- 19:07Speaker 3: things up as they were going along. And the draconian
- 19:10Speaker 3: nature of it, the government deciding who is essential, who
- 19:14Speaker 3: is not, who gets to go to work, who doesn't,
- 19:16Speaker 3: which business stays open, which doesn't. The right approach was,
- 19:20Speaker 3: you know, take whatever precautionary measures you need to take.
- 19:24Speaker 3: And our tagline was reopening saves lives because it was
- 19:27Speaker 3: clear that these lockdowns were destroying far more lives than
- 19:31Speaker 3: they were saving.
- 19:31Speaker 7: Could this be a COVID 2.0, unless it's checked?
- 19:35Speaker 3: If that came to fruition, there was a COVID or
- 19:38Speaker 3: similar incident, and the way it's written, it could be
- 19:41Speaker 3: a measles outbreak. And no one's trivializing that, but that's
- 19:47Speaker 3: certainly not the type of thing that would warrant... lockdowns.
- 19:51Speaker 3: But yet it could easily be parlayed into that because
- 19:53Speaker 3: it's at the discretion pretty much of the governor. And
- 19:56Speaker 3: they're basically a self-anointed king at that point because you
- 19:59Speaker 3: use the emergency powers to do largely whatever you want,
- 20:02Speaker 3: clearly including throwing the Constitution out the window to enter
- 20:06Speaker 3: people's homes. to dust off some Eastern Bloc techniques and
- 20:10Speaker 3: interview children and have them rat their parents out. I mean,
- 20:13Speaker 3: people should be up in arms over this, regardless of
- 20:16Speaker 3: your political persuasion, regardless of what you think about vaccines.
- 20:20Speaker 3: This is over the top.
- 20:23Speaker 2: I actually love what he just closed with. He said,
- 20:26Speaker 2: and that was posted by the Pennsylvania House GOP. I
- 20:30Speaker 2: love that he said, this is Eastern Bloc techniques. They're
- 20:34Speaker 2: going after your children. and they're telling your children that
- 20:38Speaker 2: they have to rat you out. They're asking your children
- 20:42Speaker 2: questions when they should be coming to you. They should
- 20:45Speaker 2: be asking you, but instead, they want to scare the
- 20:48Speaker 2: shit out of your kids and have your kids rat
- 20:52Speaker 2: you out, not even knowing it, right? Like my youngest
- 20:55Speaker 2: son is 11. If you ask him a question, he's
- 20:56Speaker 2: going to answer you honestly, because that's the beauty of children,
- 21:00Speaker 2: unless they're trying to lie about the fact that they
- 21:02Speaker 2: ate the last cookie or hit their brother or sister,
- 21:05Speaker 2: they're usually pretty honest. They're gonna be forthcoming and they're
- 21:07Speaker 2: just gonna say, oh yeah, mom did this, dad did this.
- 21:10Speaker 2: We went here, we went there, right? So this idea
- 21:13Speaker 2: that they can go after your kids, this idea that
- 21:16Speaker 2: they can enter your home, right? I mean, this idea
- 21:19Speaker 2: that you have a door with a lock on it
- 21:21Speaker 2: and they get to break it down. That's always my
- 21:24Speaker 2: biggest fear is that they're gonna come to your door,
- 21:26Speaker 2: break your door down and they have guns drawn And
- 21:29Speaker 2: your whole family is there and you're just like, why?
- 21:34Speaker 2: Why is this happening? And we saw a lot of
- 21:36Speaker 2: that during the elections, during COVID. We really saw the
- 21:41Speaker 2: strong arm of government. And that's what's very scary about
- 21:45Speaker 2: the left. Full disclosure, I'm an equal opportunity hater. I
- 21:48Speaker 2: believe in the us versus them. You guys know I
- 21:50Speaker 2: believe in the uniparty. I do not believe in Republicans
- 21:53Speaker 2: and Democrats. I do think that some people are crazier
- 21:56Speaker 2: than others. But I think we're really kind of dealing
- 21:58Speaker 2: with more liberals and conservatives and much less about the party, right?
- 22:02Speaker 2: Because the uniparty has no interest at all in taking
- 22:08Speaker 2: care of the American people. What they do have an
- 22:10Speaker 2: interest in is lobbying, special interest, playing the stock market
- 22:15Speaker 2: with insider information. We see it time and time again
- 22:19Speaker 2: at the very highest levels of government. There seems to
- 22:21Speaker 2: be no barriers and zero conscience when it comes to
- 22:25Speaker 2: people who end up in the DC swamp, which is
- 22:28Speaker 2: very sad, but this should be a non-partisan issue. Whether
- 22:34Speaker 2: you're a Democrat or a Republican, do you want some
- 22:37Speaker 2: bureaucrat coming to your door, guns drawn, shooting your dog,
- 22:42Speaker 2: putting your kids in handcuffs, putting you in handcuffs and
- 22:45Speaker 2: dragging you out of your house because of what they're
- 22:48Speaker 2: calling a health emergency? This goes directly back to the
- 22:53Speaker 2: emergency use authorization, which was what they used in order
- 22:57Speaker 2: to push through a vaccine that hadn't gone through all
- 23:00Speaker 2: of the testing that it's supposed to go through. And
- 23:02Speaker 2: don't get me wrong. I think the FDA is a
- 23:04Speaker 2: terrible organization, a government arm of complete, it's a sham.
- 23:10Speaker 2: It's who can pay to the highest bidder. But all
- 23:14Speaker 2: of that to say, during COVID, they had the power, 100%.
- 23:20Speaker 2: They were pushing shit through. They had everybody sign these
- 23:23Speaker 2: papers and these waivers that if you did have a
- 23:25Speaker 2: vaccine injury, you were on your own. And guess what?
- 23:28Speaker 2: People are on their own. In fact, today in Canada,
- 23:32Speaker 2: they are live streaming all of these people. They're doing
- 23:35Speaker 2: these massive class action suits against Pfizer and Moderna, AstraZeneca,
- 23:41Speaker 2: the parent company to Pfizer, et cetera. They are going
- 23:44Speaker 2: after them because of all of the vaccine injuries that
- 23:47Speaker 2: they've had. And it is like, by the tens of
- 23:51Speaker 2: thousands of people. At some point, I'm hoping that people
- 23:56Speaker 2: will wake up and say, shit, maybe I better take
- 23:59Speaker 2: like a spike protein protocol and clean my body because
- 24:03Speaker 2: the proteins that were put in my body by this
- 24:06Speaker 2: fake vaccine were actually injected into me so that I
- 24:10Speaker 2: would get turbo cancers and palsy and other unknown neurological
- 24:14Speaker 2: diseases that no one has a cure for because now
- 24:18Speaker 2: the medical industry has a reason to treat, and they
- 24:22Speaker 2: have a lifelong customer, right? Because medicine is no longer
- 24:26Speaker 2: about helping. I mean, I don't know about you guys,
- 24:28Speaker 2: but when I go into a doctor's office and they're nice,
- 24:32Speaker 2: I mean, I'm ready to give them an award. That
- 24:34Speaker 2: should be the status quo. That should be the benchmark.
- 24:38Speaker 2: But instead, it is the exception to the rule pretty
- 24:40Speaker 2: much always, right? I mean, they're so distracted. And I mean,
- 24:44Speaker 2: this is a whole other conversation in a different show.
- 24:47Speaker 2: But there's nothing more upsetting than when you walk up
- 24:49Speaker 2: to the counter to talk to somebody and you're trying
- 24:51Speaker 2: to get information and they're on their freaking phone. I'm like, oh, hi,
- 24:54Speaker 2: I'm just here about my well-being and my health. But yeah, sure.
- 24:57Speaker 2: Text your buddy. Do a Snapchat. Find out what's going
- 25:00Speaker 2: on on X or Facebook.
- 25:01Speaker 4: Sure.
- 25:02Speaker 7: Go ahead.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Take your time. It's no rush. That's like the current environment.
- 25:06Speaker 2: It's disgusting. So I'm all about getting Shapiro in check.
- 25:12Speaker 2: I'm going to do everything that I can to bring
- 25:14Speaker 2: awareness to this. I know Stacey Garrity is running for
- 25:17Speaker 2: governor against Shapiro. She clearly does not have even a
- 25:21Speaker 2: quarter of the money that he has, but she is
- 25:23Speaker 2: a far better selection and choice for the state than
- 25:27Speaker 2: this disgusting human. So let's pray that we can get
- 25:30Speaker 2: some attention on Shapiro and start to wake people up
- 25:33Speaker 2: so that we can actually, actually stop him right from
- 25:37Speaker 2: the Gestapo that he's trying to cause here.
- 25:40Speaker 7: Okay.
- 25:41Speaker 2: I want to play, I think, two or three more cuts.
- 25:44Speaker 2: I have to play you this juror. She started out
- 25:48Speaker 2: saying that she was a guilty verdict, but switched to
- 25:52Speaker 2: not guilty because of the pressure in the jury pool.
- 25:56Speaker 2: I have a lot to say here, but I'm going
- 25:58Speaker 2: to let you hear the audio first. That person, the
- 26:02Speaker 2: majority of the room was trying to kind of sway
- 26:04Speaker 2: that person from the very beginning. So where did you
- 26:07Speaker 2: come down from the very beginning? Like, what was your vote?
- 26:11Speaker 5: So originally I felt as though she was guilty and
- 26:16Speaker 5: she was criminally responsible.
- 26:20Speaker 2: And maybe I still believe that in a certain way.
- 26:26Speaker 2: So originally I felt that she was guilty and responsible
- 26:29Speaker 2: for it. And maybe I still feel that way, but
- 26:32Speaker 2: I voted not guilty because there was so much pressure.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Imagine being so weak as a human being. That you
- 26:40Speaker 2: are unable to save the memory of three children, five
- 26:45Speaker 2: and under, who were murdered at the hands of their psychotic,
- 26:49Speaker 2: satanic mother. Just hold on to that for a minute.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Three babies, the youngest one eight months old, murdered by
- 26:56Speaker 2: their own mom. And it was just too much pressure
- 26:59Speaker 2: for you. How weak and feckless are you? That's what's
- 27:04Speaker 2: so sad about today's society. People are so worried. about
- 27:08Speaker 2: what's going to happen. What are people going to say?
- 27:11Speaker 2: What's this one going to say? How's it going to
- 27:13Speaker 2: affect me? What's this one going to think? Who gives
- 27:16Speaker 2: a shit? Do the right thing. How hard is it
- 27:19Speaker 2: to do the right thing? Obviously very hard. This is
- 27:21Speaker 2: the consistent issue. Anyways, you guys know Lindsay Clancy is
- 27:26Speaker 2: a murderer. I hope she burns in hell. I hope
- 27:28Speaker 2: she goes there real soon. She's a really bad person.
- 27:31Speaker 2: I don't want somebody like that living in jail, getting
- 27:34Speaker 2: three meals a day, you know, living for the next
- 27:37Speaker 2: however many years on taxpayer's dime. I just want her
- 27:40Speaker 2: to literally will herself to death and just go to hell.
- 27:44Speaker 2: I don't see why on God's green earth, this person
- 27:48Speaker 2: deserves to live when her three beautiful children are dead
- 27:52Speaker 2: and dead in the most horrific, gruesome and painful way.
- 27:56Speaker 2: I just can't. All right. This is going to be
- 27:58Speaker 2: the last cut of the day. This is an old cut.
- 28:02Speaker 2: This is a 2018 cut. but it was making the
- 28:04Speaker 2: rounds over the last few days. And it's so insane. Okay.
- 28:09Speaker 2: It's really insane. So I thought maybe I'll play this.
- 28:12Speaker 2: So this week is the Republican national committee's midterm convention
- 28:16Speaker 2: in Dallas. Now, in my opinion, this is incredibly poor planning.
- 28:20Speaker 2: Tonight is the opening night of the NFL. And this
- 28:24Speaker 2: is the night that they're having president Trump speak at
- 28:26Speaker 2: the RNC. Like, I don't know who did the calendar,
- 28:30Speaker 2: probably not your strongest and best decision. I'll just leave
- 28:33Speaker 2: that there. But as much as stupid as some of
- 28:37Speaker 2: these things may be by the right, I want you
- 28:39Speaker 2: to take a listen to the Democrats of the Democrat
- 28:44Speaker 2: Socialist Party, okay? The DSA. Not the regular Democrats, who
- 28:50Speaker 2: are also nuts. These are the far left. They call
- 28:55Speaker 2: each other comrade and brother and I'm with you in
- 29:00Speaker 2: arms and all this other bullshit, right? And meanwhile... They
- 29:03Speaker 2: are snowflakes that melt under the hint of pressure. They
- 29:08Speaker 2: couldn't hack it for a minute, okay? And mind you,
- 29:13Speaker 2: this is also from 2018. So this is before people
- 29:16Speaker 2: were really paying attention. So you're kind of getting an
- 29:19Speaker 2: even better inside look at how nuts they are. Now
- 29:22Speaker 2: they're nuts, but sometimes they tame it down because they're like, oh,
- 29:24Speaker 2: everybody's watching, everybody's paying attention. But I'm telling you, this
- 29:29Speaker 2: is hysterical. It's each person in this cut, is trying
- 29:33Speaker 2: to outwoke one another in such a way that it's very,
- 29:39Speaker 2: very special. Take a seat so that we can count.
- 29:47Speaker 4: When there's so many people moving around, it's very difficult
- 29:50Speaker 4: to count.
- 29:51Speaker 5: Quick point of privilege. Guys, first of all, James Jackson, Sacramento, he, him.
- 29:57Speaker 5: I Just want to say, can we please keep the
- 30:00Speaker 5: chatter to a minimum? I'm one of the people who's very,
- 30:02Speaker 5: very prone to sensory overload. There's a lot of whispering
- 30:05Speaker 5: and chatter going on. It's making it very difficult for
- 30:07Speaker 5: me to focus. Please, can we just, I know we're
- 30:09Speaker 5: all fresh and ready to go, but can we please
- 30:11Speaker 5: just keep the chatter to a minimum? It's affecting my
- 30:13Speaker 5: ability to focus. Thank you.
- 30:15Speaker 7: Thank you, comrade.
- 30:15Speaker 2: Okay, is there a speaker against name, chapter, pronouns?
- 30:19Speaker 7: Point of personal privilege.
- 30:21Speaker 3: Yes.
- 30:22Speaker 6: Please do not use gendered language to address everyone.
- 30:29Speaker 2: OK.
- 30:30Speaker 6: We have a lot of disabled comrades and a lot
- 30:33Speaker 6: of those are invisible disability. First of all, in this room,
- 30:37Speaker 6: I see that no one's clapping for me. It could
- 30:39Speaker 6: be because I'm not engaging, but it also is because
- 30:42Speaker 6: everyone's doing this. And that's really important because those loud
- 30:45Speaker 6: bursts of noise, even though this is a noisy space,
- 30:48Speaker 6: when we can do something like reducing that, that's really important.
- 30:52Speaker 6: So please don't clap, shoot up these. And additionally with
- 30:55Speaker 6: the noise issue, like avoid hissing, avoid waving banners, right?
- 31:00Speaker 6: If you don't know what to do, show up these, right?
- 31:02Speaker 6: I'm sure there's lots of ways that we can communicate
- 31:04Speaker 6: to each other without needing to rely on something that's
- 31:06Speaker 6: going to hurt somebody else. We have quiet rooms that
- 31:10Speaker 6: are available. There's a range of options of these, right?
- 31:13Speaker 6: On 7, there's one that has video but no sound.
- 31:16Speaker 6: If you still want to be able to observe the convention,
- 31:18Speaker 6: but the sound is an issue. There's also in Piedmont 8,
- 31:21Speaker 6: a completely quiet room. One thing to note there, please
- 31:24Speaker 6: don't go into that space with anything that's like an
- 31:27Speaker 6: aggressive scent, for instance, right? Because that's going to be
- 31:30Speaker 6: difficult for people. Don't talk to cops. Don't talk to
- 31:34Speaker 6: MAGA assholes. We're almost there. But thank you.
- 31:40Speaker 5: Quick point of privilege once again. Quick point of privilege
- 31:43Speaker 5: once again. Hi, James Jackson, Sacramento DSA, he, him. I
- 31:47Speaker 5: have already asked people to be mindful of the chatter
- 31:50Speaker 5: of their comrades who are sensitive to sensory overload. And
- 31:53Speaker 5: that goes double for the heckling and the hissing. It
- 31:57Speaker 5: is also triggering to my anxiety. Like, be comradely isn't
- 32:02Speaker 5: just for, like, you know, let's keep things civil or whatever.
- 32:04Speaker 5: It's so that people aren't going to get triggered and
- 32:07Speaker 5: so that it doesn't affect their performance as a delegate, okay?
- 32:10Speaker 5: Resolutions and availability.
- 32:12Speaker 4: Very brief.
- 32:13Speaker 2: Very brief point of information.
- 32:15Speaker 5: If you are using a microphone, talk into it directly
- 32:17Speaker 5: like I am right now and do not wave your
- 32:20Speaker 5: face back and forth because people cannot hear you.
- 32:22Speaker 3: That is all.
- 32:23Speaker 7: Okay. Awesome.
- 32:24Speaker 4: Thank you for the pointers.
- 32:25Speaker 5: Yes.
- 32:28Speaker 2: So between the points of information, the points of anxiety,
- 32:33Speaker 2: the points of privilege, the points of he, her, I mean,
- 32:38Speaker 2: these are real people. These are real people. whose votes
- 32:42Speaker 2: are going to cancel out ours. How scary is this?
- 32:47Speaker 2: I mean, these people are so insane and they're like
- 32:51Speaker 2: point of privilege. You're talking is raising my anxiety and
- 32:56Speaker 2: you can go in a room and watch a video
- 32:59Speaker 2: and it has no sounds and mega assholes. I'm like, okay,
- 33:03Speaker 2: we're all so hurt and so anxious and so scared,
- 33:08Speaker 2: so worried, so teed up. so ready to go. At
- 33:12Speaker 2: the same time, we need a quiet space. We need
- 33:15Speaker 2: not to have sensory overload. We need to call everyone
- 33:18Speaker 2: else an asshole. We're kind and we're soft and we're gentle,
- 33:21Speaker 2: but we're weak and we're lonely. Oh my God. You can't,
- 33:26Speaker 2: you know, it's funny. I always say you can't make
- 33:28Speaker 2: it up, but you don't have to because these people
- 33:30Speaker 2: are real. This is who they are. When they tell
- 33:34Speaker 2: you who they are, believe them. Don't ask them for
- 33:38Speaker 2: any more information. They're giving it to you. They're fucking nuts.
- 33:43Speaker 4: Period.
- 33:43Speaker 2: End of sentence. Oh my gosh. Sorry for the F-bomb, guys,
- 33:47Speaker 2: but sometimes you just gotta, you know? Anyways, this is
- 33:51Speaker 2: the Rogue Recap. You are listening to Linda McLaughlin. We
- 33:55Speaker 2: are so happy to have you here. Please check us
- 33:57Speaker 2: out at theroguerrecap at lindamec and roguerecap.com. We will see
- 34:04Speaker 2: you guys back here tomorrow. I have no doubt everyone's
- 34:06Speaker 2: going to be out of their minds After watching the
- 34:09Speaker 2: RNC president's speech as well as the NFL's male cheerleaders,
- 34:14Speaker 2: two things to look forward to tonight. Have a great night.
- 34:17Speaker 2: We'll see you tomorrow.
