With 26 restaurants participating this year, Cara’s kitchen crew of 14 and front-of-house team of 12 — all local talent — are crafting bold, fusion-forward dishes rooted in Guyanese ingredients. Think stir-fried eddo mash, crab and callaloo soup, and even a deconstructed beef lasagna soup with garlic knots.
