God is sovereign and rules over all creation. The times and the seasons are under His control and He makes all things to work according to His purpose. Today's Daily Devotional makes it clear that because the times and the seasons are under God's control, He makes His good counsel and purpose to be established concerning His children and those who love Him and do His will.
