- 0:13Speaker 1: What's up everybody?
- 0:14Speaker 2: Hey?
- 0:16Speaker 3: Am I everybody? Or am I somebody?
- 0:20Speaker 1: Yes? You are all things to me. Thank you.
- 0:26Speaker 3: Well, it's been a while since I've seen you because
- 0:31Speaker 3: I had to miss our Sunday night special show and
- 0:34Speaker 3: I missed your face.
- 0:37Speaker 1: And I missed last Thursday for norovirus. I do not
- 0:43Speaker 1: suggest that for anybody. It is indeed the worst weight
- 0:46Speaker 1: loss plan ever, zero out of ten don't recommend.
- 0:51Speaker 3: But on a positive note, you didn't have it while
- 0:55Speaker 3: you were on the cruise in a little bitty bath
- 0:58Speaker 3: brect So.
- 1:00Speaker 1: I picked it up, probably at cheese during a nephew's
- 1:03Speaker 1: birthday party. And I don't want to know how. I
- 1:09Speaker 1: just know that I got it, and I'm glad I
- 1:11Speaker 1: was home and for forty eight hours my life was terrible.
- 1:17Speaker 1: But now I'm back and other than a small cold
- 1:20Speaker 1: that I have apologies in advance, I'm okay. By the way,
- 1:24Speaker 1: who are you? What now?
- 1:29Speaker 3: I said, who are you?
- 1:32Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know. It depends it's hour
- 1:34Speaker 1: to hour at this point. Although I did. I did
- 1:37Speaker 1: read some of the the very interesting, very interesting, some
- 1:43Speaker 1: of the interesting conclusions from the JFK documents that were released,
- 1:48Speaker 1: which is fascinating. Apparently the CIA investigated Fidel Castro for
- 1:53Speaker 1: quite some time, thinking he was linked to the assassination.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm not going to rabbit hole.
- 1:59Speaker 1: No, but hold on, wait a second. The CIA apparently
- 2:02Speaker 1: teamed up with like the mafia in order to assassinate Castro.
- 2:06Speaker 1: It's fascinating.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't have time for that, but I'm at
- 2:12Speaker 3: least gonna say who I am in case there are
- 2:15Speaker 3: people that are new here or just joining us for
- 2:17Speaker 3: the first time. I am Terry Truecos.
- 2:21Speaker 1: And I'm at and it's so good to see you.
- 2:23Speaker 1: We have so much going on tonight. We've got some updates. Definitely,
- 2:27Speaker 1: the Chase Lackey update is happening tonight. We are also
- 2:30Speaker 1: talking about a case that is infuriating, and that's of
- 2:34Speaker 1: Uloma Curry Walker, and you don't want to miss that
- 2:37Speaker 1: at all. Please, please, please please, if you can, like subscribe,
- 2:44Speaker 1: hit that notification. Bell. I know you've heard that everywhere else,
- 2:47Speaker 1: but whatever you need to do, please do that. It's
- 2:49Speaker 1: a cheap and by that I mean freeway to support us.
- 2:52Speaker 1: We've got a lot coming your way. TCWT wise, Terry,
- 2:56Speaker 1: do you want to talk about the live stuff and
- 2:59Speaker 1: things like that we do.
- 3:01Speaker 3: So we have a live show in Austin, Texas Stripping
- 3:05Speaker 3: Springs Still Austin to me on May third, from three
- 3:09Speaker 3: to five. You will have me and JT twogether in person,
- 3:14Speaker 3: and there's gonna be wine at a fabulous winery. So
- 3:17Speaker 3: it's gonna be fun. But we're covering the case of
- 3:21Speaker 3: the Austin yogurt shop murders and that's a big deal
- 3:24Speaker 3: in this area because it is unsolved. But we're gonna
- 3:29Speaker 3: get into the deep dive of it. But we're gonna
- 3:32Speaker 3: have a little bit of fun as well.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Oh absolutely, I mean I'm involved. There better be a
- 3:39Speaker 1: little bit of fun at least if and there's a
- 3:42Speaker 1: farm you are in different parts, right, If you're in
- 3:45Speaker 1: different parts of the US, and you have potential show locations,
- 3:50Speaker 1: whether it be winery, brewery, vineyard, distillery, let us know.
- 3:54Speaker 1: You can email producer Tara. She's Tara at tcwtmedia dot
- 3:59Speaker 1: com and she would be more than happy to field those.
- 4:02Speaker 1: And we're reaching out to all different types of types
- 4:05Speaker 1: of places in different locations.
- 4:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I will say be on the lookout this weekend
- 4:10Speaker 3: on my social media. The owners of the vineyard invited
- 4:15Speaker 3: me in Double h to come on Saturday to their
- 4:18Speaker 3: Spring Equinox so we could taste some of the wines.
- 4:21Speaker 3: Asked us to be their special guest, and I can
- 4:24Speaker 3: check out the venue of where we're going to have
- 4:29Speaker 3: our live show and I get to drink wine and
- 4:31Speaker 3: there's animals, so there will be lots of picture taking.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Awesome, fantastic and if you're new to us, we have
- 4:41Speaker 1: a cornucopia of entertainment and different types of things that
- 4:45Speaker 1: we offer here. We are doing a mini series on
- 4:48Speaker 1: a basically a new cult, let's be honest, a lot
- 4:51Speaker 1: of stuff that we talk about. It's like twenty fifteen earlier,
- 4:54Speaker 1: but this actually runs up to now and it was
- 4:59Speaker 1: it was discuss and uncovered in January of this year,
- 5:03Speaker 1: and that is the Zizzy and Cult Unveiled. We have
- 5:06Speaker 1: a playlist on YouTube. You can check it out. We
- 5:09Speaker 1: are we've done the first and second episodes. The episode
- 5:12Speaker 1: three will be on Sunday where we are going to
- 5:14Speaker 1: talk about the Rationalist rat Fleet. It is exactly what
- 5:17Speaker 1: you think it is and worse. So you can All
- 5:22Speaker 1: of our shows on this were at nine pm Eastern,
- 5:25Speaker 1: eight pm Central, and so you can always find us
- 5:28Speaker 1: on here at that time. So as long as you
- 5:30Speaker 1: know the day, you're gonna know the time as well.
- 5:33Speaker 1: So come back on Sunday and we're gonna be talking
- 5:36Speaker 1: Zizzy and Cult. And this one's gonna be fun because
- 5:38Speaker 1: we are going to be going through the Cult leaders
- 5:40Speaker 1: Zizz's blog and boy, last week was hysterical. So if
- 5:46Speaker 1: you're into funny and crazy, we got you covered. So
- 5:51Speaker 1: and and now I think I think Terry might have
- 5:54Speaker 1: an update for everybody I do.
- 5:57Speaker 3: So we've been saying for a while that we were
- 6:00Speaker 3: going to do an update on Chase Lackey. Now, before
- 6:06Speaker 3: I get into it, I just want to say thank
- 6:09Speaker 3: you to everyone that is called in tips or that
- 6:12Speaker 3: is sending us dms screenshots of stuff and blowing up
- 6:17Speaker 3: our dms on Facebook, Instagram. I appreciate it, and we
- 6:23Speaker 3: are actively looking into the tips, even the ones that
- 6:27Speaker 3: sound so outlandish, we still investigate it because you just
- 6:32Speaker 3: never know what little piece of things you know will
- 6:36Speaker 3: lead us somewhere. Now, for those of you that haven't
- 6:42Speaker 3: heard of Chase Lackey or you don't know who Chase
- 6:45Speaker 3: Lackey is, I would highly recommend you go and listen
- 6:49Speaker 3: to the previous episodes on his disappearance. You can find
- 6:53Speaker 3: those under our playlist where it's his TCWT investigates, so
- 6:58Speaker 3: you can go and see them. Even had his parents
- 7:01Speaker 3: on interviewed them. There's a lot of great stuff there,
- 7:04Speaker 3: but just real quick. Chase went missing July fourth weekend
- 7:08Speaker 3: in twenty seventeen, him in his adorable little pooch champ.
- 7:15Speaker 3: But the tips that have been sent in recently are
- 7:20Speaker 3: similar to most of the previous tips. Now, I'm not
- 7:23Speaker 3: going to give you the specifics because we are still investigating,
- 7:28Speaker 3: but I want to share that again, we are being
- 7:32Speaker 3: told on a pretty consistent basis that Addison Gerera and
- 7:37Speaker 3: Matt Brewer are involved, okay, and we have different levels
- 7:44Speaker 3: of involvement that we've been told, So we are investigating
- 7:49Speaker 3: all of that now. It is not a surprise to
- 7:53Speaker 3: any of us working on the investigation that we continue
- 7:57Speaker 3: to get tips about them. And I want to say
- 8:01Speaker 3: we are not saying, and we have never said, that
- 8:04Speaker 3: Addison or Matt killed Chase. However, I am going to
- 8:10Speaker 3: say and go on the record saying they know what
- 8:13Speaker 3: happened to him. Okay, However they lie and say that
- 8:18Speaker 3: they are his friends, yet neither one of them have
- 8:23Speaker 3: really done anything to help find him. Okay. In the beginning,
- 8:29Speaker 3: Addison had said that he called some people he knew
- 8:32Speaker 3: in the drug business in Barrett Station, which is next
- 8:35Speaker 3: to Crosby, to see if they heard anything. Now, Addison
- 8:40Speaker 3: did give a name to the police that he called,
- 8:44Speaker 3: but he wasn't comfortable giving the phone number, and I
- 8:48Speaker 3: found who the person is because he lied to the
- 8:51Speaker 3: police about the person's name. He kind of did a
- 8:54Speaker 3: mixture of things. Also, Addison told the police that he
- 8:59Speaker 3: was not in the drug business and that he tried
- 9:02Speaker 3: to talk Chase out of it. Once again, we know
- 9:06Speaker 3: for a fact one percent that is a lie. It
- 9:10Speaker 3: isn't I mean, it is a bold face lie. Also,
- 9:15Speaker 3: Addison had tried to tell the police and say that
- 9:18Speaker 3: Chase was a meth head and was addicted. Another lie.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Chase played a round of softball on Friday evening before
- 9:27Speaker 3: he went missing. Let me tell you, Chase was fit active.
- 9:34Speaker 3: This was not somebody who's addicted to meth. Okay, so
- 9:37Speaker 3: that was another lie. Now I want everyone to just
- 9:44Speaker 3: stop and think for a minute about why someone who
- 9:49Speaker 3: is supposedly Chase's best friend would tell the police lies
- 9:54Speaker 3: just days after he was reported missing. I want you
- 9:58Speaker 3: to think about that, because I have to tell you
- 10:01Speaker 3: my best friend goes missing. I am going to tell
- 10:06Speaker 3: them whatever I have to. I don't care if it
- 10:08Speaker 3: gets me in trouble, I don't care what. I am
- 10:12Speaker 3: going to give them the facts, in the truth about
- 10:15Speaker 3: everything so that they can find her. And also, when
- 10:20Speaker 3: you think about it, neither of those friends, Addison or
- 10:23Speaker 3: Matt have ever hung up any missing person flyers. They
- 10:27Speaker 3: refuse to talk to me, even off the record. I mean, guys,
- 10:32Speaker 3: if you've not heard of red flag alert, that is
- 10:35Speaker 3: a red flag alert. And I am going to tell
- 10:38Speaker 3: you that is not a friend. Okay. Now let's talk
- 10:44Speaker 3: about the other friend, Matt Brewer. Now, Matt had told
- 10:48Speaker 3: the police just days after Chase went missing that he
- 10:51Speaker 3: did not know Chase was in the drug business. He
- 10:54Speaker 3: also told the police that Addison told him that there
- 10:58Speaker 3: was meth found in Chase's apart. Guys, we know for
- 11:02Speaker 3: a fact that Matt knew Chase was in the drug business.
- 11:07Speaker 3: Matt had even gone to California with Chase to the
- 11:11Speaker 3: potfar Okay. Matt also told the police that he was
- 11:15Speaker 3: sure that Addison was not in the drug business. Another lie.
- 11:20Speaker 3: There was no meth in Chase's apartment. Matt did know, Okay,
- 11:24Speaker 3: and Guys, I could go on and on about all
- 11:27Speaker 3: the lies, but in a nutshell, Addison and Matt have
- 11:31Speaker 3: done nothing but lie to the police to Chase his
- 11:34Speaker 3: family and do others. Okay. Now I have been told
- 11:39Speaker 3: that Addison has said that he just wishes this would
- 11:42Speaker 3: just go away. And I want to say to Addison directly,
- 11:46Speaker 3: because I want to probably bet my bottom dollar he
- 11:51Speaker 3: is in this chat watching or he is in this
- 11:53Speaker 3: live stream watching, and I want to say to you, Addison,
- 11:57Speaker 3: We're not going to go away until Chase is base
- 12:00Speaker 3: family gets the answers they want and deserve. And Addison,
- 12:04Speaker 3: if you loved Chase like you have said you did,
- 12:08Speaker 3: call me, send me a DM. Let's work together to
- 12:12Speaker 3: find Chase. Okay, because you knew Chase very well, you
- 12:17Speaker 3: knew the drug business he was in. Okay, we could
- 12:20Speaker 3: work together to find him in considering. Pretty sure you
- 12:26Speaker 3: know it wouldn't take us long. Okay. Now I want
- 12:30Speaker 3: you to think about this. Addison. You are a dad, Okay,
- 12:35Speaker 3: what would you do if a friend of your son's
- 12:38Speaker 3: could help you find your son when they went missing
- 12:41Speaker 3: that they refused. What would you do? I can tell
- 12:47Speaker 3: you I would burn the town down. Okay, So think
- 12:51Speaker 3: about that and Matt, same thing goes for you. You have
- 12:54Speaker 3: several kids, and I've been told that you would hunt
- 12:57Speaker 3: down anyone that would hurt one of your kids. Yes,
- 13:01Speaker 3: I've been talking to somebody who's close to you, and
- 13:04Speaker 3: they told me it was okay to say that. So
- 13:07Speaker 3: I ask, why are you not helping us hunt down
- 13:10Speaker 3: who hurt Chase? Okay, we will do the heavy lifting.
- 13:14Speaker 3: You and Addison just need to talk to us and
- 13:17Speaker 3: share what you know. And if you're worried about getting
- 13:21Speaker 3: hurt by somebody, if you help us find Chase and
- 13:27Speaker 3: find what happened to him, I will say that I
- 13:30Speaker 3: will do whatever I can to make sure your family
- 13:34Speaker 3: stays safe because I do not want your family or
- 13:38Speaker 3: your children to be hurt. But I do want you
- 13:41Speaker 3: to man up and tell us where the hell Chase is. Okay. Now,
- 13:47Speaker 3: there is a guy who has been posting on social
- 13:49Speaker 3: media about Addison and saying that Addison knows where Chase's
- 13:53Speaker 3: body is, and I appreciate him being bold and not
- 13:58Speaker 3: being afraid to say what he is thinking. Okay. That
- 14:02Speaker 3: is gutsy okay. And as I mentioned, we have received
- 14:07Speaker 3: a couple of other tips that we are currently investigating
- 14:11Speaker 3: those tips. But guys, here's the thing. The more people
- 14:15Speaker 3: are talking about Chase, the more people who are talking
- 14:17Speaker 3: about Addison, the more people who are talking about Matt,
- 14:21Speaker 3: the more tips that keep coming in. So we need
- 14:25Speaker 3: to keep the conversation going, and we need to continue
- 14:29Speaker 3: putting pressure on these so called friends and guys. If
- 14:33Speaker 3: I ever have to eat crow, because on that point
- 14:36Speaker 3: zero zero zero one percent chance they don't know something,
- 14:41Speaker 3: I will be happy to eat crow. I would even
- 14:44Speaker 3: eat cow tongue again. Okay, but we need to keep
- 14:48Speaker 3: this conversation going. It will be eight years this July,
- 14:53Speaker 3: and that is eight years too long. And for those
- 14:57Speaker 3: of you that live in Crosby, Huffman, Barrett, north Shore,
- 15:02Speaker 3: that area, many of you grew up in that area
- 15:06Speaker 3: and you've grown up and you've started families in careers.
- 15:09Speaker 3: That is something Chase never got the opportunity to do.
- 15:14Speaker 3: Many of you could be in a place to do
- 15:19Speaker 3: the right thing. You're hearing the rumors on the street.
- 15:22Speaker 3: If I'm getting calls from friends that I went to
- 15:25Speaker 3: school with, years ago that I haven't spoken to telling
- 15:29Speaker 3: me they're hearing stuff on the streets. You can't tell
- 15:32Speaker 3: me you're not hearing it, So you being silent protects
- 15:40Speaker 3: the bad people. Okay, call us tell us the rumor.
- 15:44Speaker 3: I don't care. If it's a rumor, we will track
- 15:46Speaker 3: it down. Okay. So I am asking you everybody, if
- 15:51Speaker 3: you hear something, don't say, oh, I know so and
- 15:54Speaker 3: so knows they'll probably call or send a message. Don't
- 15:59Speaker 3: you reach out to Okay, you can call our tip line,
- 16:02Speaker 3: and if you want your number to be hidden, you
- 16:05Speaker 3: just dial Star sixty seven five one two five two
- 16:10Speaker 3: two eight seven two four. Okay, you can leave a voicemail. Okay.
- 16:16Speaker 3: You can also send us a DM I have somebody
- 16:19Speaker 3: who's set up a fake Gmail account and send a
- 16:23Speaker 3: tip in. And how do I know it was fake
- 16:24Speaker 3: because when I hit reply to say thank you, the
- 16:27Speaker 3: address no longer was good. If that's what you need
- 16:30Speaker 3: to do, please, I want everybody to be safe. But also, guys,
- 16:35Speaker 3: if you have any information about Addison Gerrera or Matt Brewer,
- 16:39Speaker 3: we also want to be told. Okay, we've been given
- 16:45Speaker 3: tips that Addison is still in the drug business. If
- 16:49Speaker 3: you've watched our investigations, you will know. I went to
- 16:53Speaker 3: his court date last year where he basically took a
- 16:58Speaker 3: plead deal because he was in the drug business and
- 17:01Speaker 3: he got caught with a lot of drugs and a
- 17:04Speaker 3: lot of money. Okay, So if he is still in
- 17:07Speaker 3: the drug business, Addison, if you're watching, you might want
- 17:10Speaker 3: to consider getting out, okay, because if people are calling
- 17:14Speaker 3: me to tell me that you're still in it, they
- 17:17Speaker 3: could pick up the phone and call your probation officer. Okay,
- 17:21Speaker 3: So why don't you do the right thing and make
- 17:24Speaker 3: me your friend instead of your enemy, Because you help
- 17:28Speaker 3: me find Chase so that I can call Debbie and
- 17:32Speaker 3: Craig and tell them exactly what happened to Chase. Your
- 17:37Speaker 3: soul will be able to rest better and you have
- 17:40Speaker 3: a better chance of going to heaven because not telling
- 17:44Speaker 3: you're going to go to hell and you're going to
- 17:45Speaker 3: burn there. So once again, if you I'm sorry, guys,
- 17:50Speaker 3: I am so passionate about this. I have spent so
- 17:53Speaker 3: much time in the last couple of years looking into this,
- 17:58Speaker 3: and the fact that we're being told these two know
- 18:02Speaker 3: and they're not coming forward is absolutely not acceptable. Not acceptable.
- 18:08Speaker 3: Call us anonymously and tell us. Okay, so if you
- 18:12Speaker 3: know anything, please call our tip line five one two
- 18:16Speaker 3: five two two eight seven two four, or you can
- 18:20Speaker 3: DM me on any social media platform. You can find
- 18:24Speaker 3: me at TIY true Crime, or you can message our
- 18:27Speaker 3: True Crime and Wine Time, or you can even send
- 18:30Speaker 3: me an email at Terry at tcwtmedia dot com. But guys,
- 18:35Speaker 3: let's not hit July and have to have a vigil
- 18:39Speaker 3: for eight years. Okay, Let's find Chase before then. Sorry, guys,
- 18:47Speaker 3: I just the fact that we are getting a different
- 18:50Speaker 3: people messages from different people that they know and want
- 18:55Speaker 3: to still say they're his friends just makes me sick.
- 19:01Speaker 1: It's it's broken. I just want to say real quick
- 19:03Speaker 1: before we move to our case tonight. I would never
- 19:07Speaker 1: want to have Terry is an enemy. Not ever. She
- 19:14Speaker 1: does not let up at all. There is no jay
- 19:17Speaker 1: in the leash. She keeps it tight. She's on it.
- 19:21Speaker 1: And if what you don't think she's on she's on
- 19:23Speaker 1: that too. If you can't think of it, she's still
- 19:26Speaker 1: on that one too. So yeah, all right, so let's
- 19:31Speaker 1: go ahead a little bit. Yeah, let's go ahead and
- 19:36Speaker 1: talk just a little bit about the wines that we chose.
- 19:39Speaker 3: Can I stop you real quick? Somebody put a comment
- 19:42Speaker 3: in that says, let the police handle it, Beth. I'm
- 19:49Speaker 3: sorry to say, I don't know if you live in
- 19:52Speaker 3: Harris County. I don't know you. Harris County is not
- 19:55Speaker 3: interested in returning phone calls, even when I've tried to
- 19:59Speaker 3: tell people to call them. I even called in a
- 20:02Speaker 3: tip to them, and it's been over a year and
- 20:05Speaker 3: they haven't called me back. I have emailed the officer
- 20:09Speaker 3: taking care of the case, not getting anything back. So
- 20:13Speaker 3: we will find Chase on our own, and what law
- 20:20Speaker 3: enforcement does after that. I personally, that's not my fight.
- 20:26Speaker 3: My fight is to find Chase and what happened to him,
- 20:30Speaker 3: and if we can bring Chase home so his family
- 20:34Speaker 3: can bury him and have the closure that they need.
- 20:38Speaker 3: So I am sorry to say, Harris County has too
- 20:42Speaker 3: many other cases going on. There is too much crime
- 20:46Speaker 3: in Harris County for them to stop and be able
- 20:50Speaker 3: to look into this. So we have people who We've
- 20:55Speaker 3: got the dogs who will come out there. We've got
- 20:59Speaker 3: the cadat for dogs, We've got the search teams. Okay,
- 21:05Speaker 3: we've got it all.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Okay, and let me I mean, I'm gonna respond one
- 21:10Speaker 1: one time to one thing, and then we're gonna we're
- 21:13Speaker 1: gonna push push on into the into the case. Yeah,
- 21:17Speaker 1: they do. They've everything's been shared. You have no idea
- 21:20Speaker 1: the size and number of binders Terry has that have
- 21:22Speaker 1: been shared and turned over to people. So people are
- 21:26Speaker 1: aware we are not keeping things to ourselves. It's not
- 21:29Speaker 1: what we do. We're we're in the habit of communicating
- 21:32Speaker 1: with authorities rather than we know that it's it's it
- 21:35Speaker 1: doesn't go the other way. But we let them know
- 21:38Speaker 1: stuff that we know, and we don't need to be quiet.
- 21:42Speaker 1: If you see something, say something. That's the point. And
- 21:45Speaker 1: we need to hold these folks accountable to their job.
- 21:48Speaker 3: Now, I do want to say, well, say about that
- 21:52Speaker 3: people who are calling in and that I have interviewed
- 21:55Speaker 3: and I've talked to. Their names are nowhere on the documents.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Everybody has a pseudo name that is to protect them
- 22:04Speaker 3: because when there's drugs involved, people can get hurt. I
- 22:07Speaker 3: do not want to be responsible for somebody getting hurt,
- 22:10Speaker 3: and I don't want to get hurt either or my family.
- 22:13Speaker 3: But just so you know, they can subpoena me and
- 22:17Speaker 3: try to get me to tell them who told me stuff.
- 22:20Speaker 3: I have the right to not tell them because we
- 22:23Speaker 3: are considered the press. So don't think you can't call
- 22:29Speaker 3: and that I won't keep it because I had somebody.
- 22:31Speaker 3: The investigator asked me a question. She's like, do you
- 22:34Speaker 3: remember this? I was like yeah. She goes, what was
- 22:37Speaker 3: their name? I was like, I don't know. I can
- 22:40Speaker 3: tell you their pseudonym. I literally got rid of their
- 22:43Speaker 3: real names so that way they can come take all
- 22:45Speaker 3: of these binders if they want. They're only going to
- 22:48Speaker 3: get what's publicly shared. So let's move on, because this
- 22:53Speaker 3: case is just as bad is what's being done. You
- 22:59Speaker 3: know what's been done to chase in the family.
- 23:03Speaker 1: Yes, tell me what you're drinking, please, because I feel
- 23:06Speaker 1: like we all need one. We do.
- 23:08Speaker 3: So I chose my wine because I like to think
- 23:11Speaker 3: it matches me. Guys, I am drinking angels and cowboys rose,
- 23:18Speaker 3: So why do you ask? Because I like to think
- 23:21Speaker 3: of an angel most of the time, and it's pink
- 23:24Speaker 3: colored wine, and I kind of think cowboys are hot.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Well, so well, you know what they say, save a
- 23:32Speaker 1: cowboy ride a NERD's that's.
- 23:35Speaker 3: The free No, that's it, that's not the phrase. No no,
- 23:39Speaker 3: but I will tell you this is wine is blushing
- 23:42Speaker 3: in a veil of day dream pink, and it's a
- 23:45Speaker 3: Sonoma County rose and it blooms with its nose of
- 23:49Speaker 3: strawberry and rain or cherry fruit, which I have no
- 23:52Speaker 3: idea what that is, light and refreshing on the palate
- 23:55Speaker 3: with subtly perfumed red currant and raspberry, a splash of
- 24:01Speaker 3: citrus and summerstone fruit. And guys, I am loving it.
- 24:06Speaker 3: I think it's going to become a new a new favorite.
- 24:13Speaker 1: It sounds yummy, It sounds like a drink right up
- 24:16Speaker 1: Terry's alley. I chose my drink and memory of William Walker.
- 24:22Speaker 1: He is the victim tonight, but we're remembering him tonight.
- 24:27Speaker 1: He was a fireman. So what better choice than to
- 24:30Speaker 1: pick a extremely dark red. In this case, it's Apothec Inferno.
- 24:36Speaker 1: It's a a robust red that has it's basically been
- 24:40Speaker 1: aged in toasted whiskey barrels, and it is fantastic. It
- 24:45Speaker 1: is full. I had like a white wine two weeks
- 24:48Speaker 1: ago and it was it was very very, very very light,
- 24:51Speaker 1: and this feels almost like a meal. And I like
- 24:54Speaker 1: my beer like that. And therefore oh oh, oh, Josh,
- 24:58Speaker 1: Josh and Andrew. Yes, yes, I do indeed probably go
- 25:02Speaker 1: through at least a bottle during a show. But to
- 25:06Speaker 1: be fair, it's like an hour and a half.
- 25:08Speaker 3: So I no, but it's good. I've had that wine
- 25:11Speaker 3: and it's good and it is heavy. It is one
- 25:14Speaker 3: of those.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Bolder I found it at Walmart. You could find it
- 25:18Speaker 1: at Kroger or any other probably supermarket. So all right, so.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Well, once again, tell me.
- 25:27Speaker 1: About your initial interest in this case.
- 25:29Speaker 3: Okay, my initial interest was you mentioned it. I didn't
- 25:34Speaker 3: know anything about this case, and I have to tell you.
- 25:38Speaker 3: Within two minutes of reading the first article about it,
- 25:42Speaker 3: I was like, oh, Uloma Curry Walker.
- 25:47Speaker 1: Is.
- 25:48Speaker 3: I don't like her. She is the epitome of audacity
- 25:52Speaker 3: and greed wrapped into a bad decision. She just is
- 25:58Speaker 3: and I can't stand her, because, let's real, We're gonna
- 26:01Speaker 3: find out she hired her daughter's boyfriend and his friends
- 26:06Speaker 3: to kill your husband for insurance money. And that is
- 26:11Speaker 3: not only evil, but it's also stupid. I mean, it's
- 26:14Speaker 3: so stupid that it's offensive. Guys. She didn't even bother
- 26:19Speaker 3: checking whether the life insurance policy had her listed as
- 26:24Speaker 3: the beneficiary. Before she got involved and orchestrated this hot mess.
- 26:31Speaker 3: So I'm gonna tell y'all when it all unravels faster
- 26:35Speaker 3: than a cheap wig and a hurricane. She had the
- 26:38Speaker 3: nerve to act surprised, Yes, and I'm glad that she
- 26:45Speaker 3: was stupid because she got caught.
- 26:49Speaker 1: The cheap wig line really kind of offended me.
- 26:55Speaker 3: Hey, I was thinking of my pink wig fair.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Oh, Rachel, we are talking about Uloma Curry Walker. More
- 27:06Speaker 1: details to come in like thirty seconds after I finished
- 27:10Speaker 1: talking about this. So I know that I announced this
- 27:13Speaker 1: that before we were doing one case an episode, we
- 27:16Speaker 1: were doing two. We each had one, and that was
- 27:18Speaker 1: one of the ones that I picked, and it just
- 27:21Speaker 1: kind of this is the one we picked for this,
- 27:23Speaker 1: and I stumbled across this the same way most of
- 27:26Speaker 1: us find ourselves entangled in true crime rabbit holes. I
- 27:30Speaker 1: was pretending to do something productive, so in my search
- 27:34Speaker 1: for a case, I ran across this woman who, rather
- 27:38Speaker 1: than endure the mild inconvenience of an amicable divorce, orchestrated
- 27:42Speaker 1: this murder for higher plot so convoluted it made Rube
- 27:46Speaker 1: Goldberg machines look like IKEA instructions. The sheer audacity of
- 27:53Speaker 1: what she thought she could get away with is just mesmerizing.
- 27:58Speaker 1: And what really pulled me in was the incompetence, the
- 28:01Speaker 1: absurdity of this plan. The tragedy was horrible. It never
- 28:06Speaker 1: ever should have happened. And this wasn't a crime of passion.
- 28:09Speaker 1: It was a crime of extreme laziness. It was a
- 28:12Speaker 1: desperate attempt at a shortcut gone spectacularly wrong, and that
- 28:18Speaker 1: I think is what really drew me to it, the
- 28:20Speaker 1: way it showcased human nature at its most absurd. And
- 28:24Speaker 1: with that, we're going to get into the plot. You
- 28:27Speaker 1: won't believe Uloma Curry Walker. Now, I'm gonna warn you now,
- 28:32Speaker 1: Kuloma Curry Walker.
- 28:34Speaker 3: Hmm. Sorry, I'm gonna warn everybody now. I'm really hot
- 28:39Speaker 3: under the collar about this woman. Okay, I'm gonna try
- 28:43Speaker 3: really hard to keep my commentary to myself, but this
- 28:48Speaker 3: woman broke so many of my personal integrity lines. I
- 28:54Speaker 3: want to go to the prison. Yeah, just so I
- 28:56Speaker 3: can slap her across the face.
- 29:03Speaker 1: No bulletproof glass will protect is safe from Terry's fist. Yeah.
- 29:10Speaker 1: And if you are new here, just just know that
- 29:14Speaker 1: you know you've heard some jokes already. We make fun
- 29:16Speaker 1: of the criminal and their idiocy. We do not make
- 29:20Speaker 1: fun of the victims of the victims friends or family.
- 29:22Speaker 1: We don't. That's our rule. As you can tell, we're
- 29:24Speaker 1: very victim focused here, very victim centric. However, we do
- 29:28Speaker 1: make fun of it the criminals because freakin they deserve it.
- 29:33Speaker 1: So let's talk about Eloma first, because there's very little
- 29:37Speaker 1: that's been that I was able to find in her.
- 29:38Speaker 1: She was born around nineteen seventy one and she was
- 29:41Speaker 1: a resident of Cleveland, Ohio. Yuloma had been divorced and
- 29:45Speaker 1: had two children, including her daughter named Jackie or Jacqueline,
- 29:49Speaker 1: who is gonna come into play in this story. I
- 29:53Speaker 1: think if she didn't, well, I wouldn't be mentioning her name.
- 29:56Speaker 1: We would have just kept her anonymous. But here we are.
- 30:00Speaker 1: We're gonna move straight on to William Walker. William Walker
- 30:03Speaker 1: was born August Tewod nineteen sixty eight to Evelyn Walker
- 30:07Speaker 1: and brother to Lwayne and Latasha Walker. He was the
- 30:11Speaker 1: father and stepfather of Melody Walker, Christopher Walker, Jessica, Cedric Hall,
- 30:16Speaker 1: Maclan Curry, and Jacqueline Hines. He was the grandfather of
- 30:20Speaker 1: Maclin Curry, who I do believe was a junior. What
- 30:24Speaker 1: a handsome fella too, right, Like, when I think firefighter,
- 30:28Speaker 1: that's the kind of person I think of. Like, there's
- 30:31Speaker 1: no doubt in my mind that he is one, right.
- 30:35Speaker 3: I mean, hey, I mean he just looks like one
- 30:40Speaker 3: of those guys that you want to be friends with.
- 30:44Speaker 1: Oh yeah, And that's that's kind of the general opinion
- 30:47Speaker 1: across the board, no matter who they talked to, and
- 30:50Speaker 1: everybody that I saw was like he was a good guy.
- 30:54Speaker 1: In addition to his family, he was also the forty
- 30:56Speaker 1: seventh past Master of Ecclesiastes Lodge on hundred twenty three
- 31:00Speaker 1: and accepted Masons, which was part of the Prince Hall Freemasonry.
- 31:04Speaker 1: That's a very long title to just say he was
- 31:07Speaker 1: in the Masons and he was a past master. He
- 31:11Speaker 1: was a fifteen year veteran of the Cleveland Fire Department.
- 31:14Speaker 1: My grandfather was a veteran. I can't remember twenty five years,
- 31:19Speaker 1: thirty years, so I had a tie to this case
- 31:22Speaker 1: through that. Nothing like being an Irish fireman in Niles, Ohio.
- 31:27Speaker 1: His colleagues remember him as a committed professional who took
- 31:31Speaker 1: immense pride in his work and service to the community
- 31:34Speaker 1: and He was also known for his caring nature, often
- 31:36Speaker 1: bringing humor and camaraderie to his team, And on top
- 31:40Speaker 1: of that, he was a respected member of that community
- 31:44Speaker 1: that he was in. I mentioned this already, but there
- 31:47Speaker 1: were so many positive things to say about him. And
- 31:51Speaker 1: sometimes I'll make a joke, like just one time, I
- 31:53Speaker 1: want somebody to be like, it was a terrible person.
- 31:55Speaker 1: This was not a terrible person. Like can you imagine
- 31:57Speaker 1: somebody asking like who was this person? Did you know them?
- 32:00Speaker 1: And they're a victim and somebody was like, yeah, he
- 32:02Speaker 1: was bad. I can't imagine that happening. But like, this
- 32:05Speaker 1: guy was genuinely a good guy.
- 32:07Speaker 3: I mean, he sounds like a really, really good man.
- 32:11Speaker 3: And unfortunately we're gonna learn that Yuloma did not deserve him.
- 32:15Speaker 3: She did not deserve this man. So I am gonna
- 32:22Speaker 3: tell us about their relationship and how they met. Okay,
- 32:26Speaker 3: they met in two thousand and five. Guys, they kind
- 32:29Speaker 3: of ran in the same social circles and they were
- 32:33Speaker 3: both looking for a second chance in love and they
- 32:37Speaker 3: had a lot in common. And if we think about it,
- 32:40Speaker 3: that's you have that first initial attraction. You look at somebody,
- 32:44Speaker 3: you see them, they're attractive to you, and then you
- 32:47Speaker 3: find out you have all these things in common. It
- 32:49Speaker 3: kind of builds from there. They love to go salsa dancing,
- 32:53Speaker 3: and I have to tell you, I love that because
- 32:57Speaker 3: salsa dancing is so much fun. But they had a
- 33:01Speaker 3: very loving, committed relationship for eight years, but they had
- 33:06Speaker 3: no plans to get married. Okay, that was until Yoloma
- 33:13Speaker 3: told Will that she had stage four breast cancer and
- 33:16Speaker 3: that her insurance would not pay for everything. So Will,
- 33:21Speaker 3: being the guy, he's a firefighter, he loves to save people,
- 33:27Speaker 3: he wanted to save her. So the couple decided to
- 33:31Speaker 3: get married, and they eloped to the courthouse. And yeah,
- 33:37Speaker 3: the first few months.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Sorry Joshua mention that you have to have a ton
- 33:40Speaker 1: of compassion to be a firefighter, go out of your
- 33:42Speaker 1: way to help people on the daily. Absolutely, and certainly
- 33:47Speaker 1: are not in it for the pay.
- 33:48Speaker 3: That's no, you're not. And you're not in it because
- 33:52Speaker 3: you want to be on a calendar. There's my fireman
- 33:55Speaker 3: Joe of the day.
- 33:56Speaker 1: Well, you're on it because Terry wants you to be
- 33:58Speaker 1: on a Calendar's reality.
- 34:01Speaker 3: That's right. But the first few months as newlyweds went well,
- 34:07Speaker 3: Will was ready to start their married life together, and
- 34:10Speaker 3: the couple purchased another home out in the country to
- 34:15Speaker 3: get out of the neighborhood that they lived in because it,
- 34:18Speaker 3: you know, wasn't great and they were looking forward to retiring. Unfortunately,
- 34:24Speaker 3: little did Will know his new bride was in severe
- 34:29Speaker 3: financial debt and that they could not afford this new
- 34:33Speaker 3: home that they had just purchased. And we will learn
- 34:39Speaker 3: that is not the only secret, am Lie, that this
- 34:43Speaker 3: Bach was keeping. And yes, I just called her a Bach.
- 34:49Speaker 1: This bunny boiler.
- 34:51Speaker 3: She's beyond bunny. I mean, she's beyond by boiler and
- 34:57Speaker 3: that shit crazy. She's I don't you know. I never
- 35:01Speaker 3: thought I would have to come up with a word
- 35:03Speaker 3: that went beyond bundy boiler. But she's it.
- 35:08Speaker 1: She is bunny boiled over she is. So things are
- 35:14Speaker 1: gonna escalate quickly here. But on November three, twenty thirteen,
- 35:18Speaker 1: Ryan Doherty shot and killed William Walker in Walker's driveway.
- 35:23Speaker 1: Doherty was recruited by Christopher Hein and paid by Chad
- 35:27Speaker 1: Paget to kill Walker. Hein and Paget were cousins. Paget
- 35:33Speaker 1: was in a relationship with Uloma Walker, Curry's daughter, and
- 35:37Speaker 1: that was Walker's stepdaughter, so Doherty, Paget, Heine, and the
- 35:42Speaker 1: daughter all pleaded guilty to crimes and connections to his death.
- 35:46Speaker 1: Hein and Paget enlisted Heine's cousin Derek Yanetta, to drive
- 35:50Speaker 1: Doherty in Paget from the West Side where they lived,
- 35:54Speaker 1: to the east Side where Walker lived. Yanetta at the
- 35:58Speaker 1: time didn't know what the real purpose of the trip was.
- 36:01Speaker 1: All he knew was that they needed to go see
- 36:03Speaker 1: a guy about a horse. I don't think that's what
- 36:06Speaker 1: they said, but that's usually the excuse you ever. You
- 36:09Speaker 1: ever have somebody like have to herd out and they're like,
- 36:11Speaker 1: I gotta go see a guy about a horse. But
- 36:13Speaker 1: they don't actually have a reason. But I get I
- 36:17Speaker 1: get it, So that's not really true. He believed that
- 36:23Speaker 1: they were going to go buy some pot. Okay, So
- 36:26Speaker 1: Paget asked Yanetta to park on Lambson Road. Now Lampson
- 36:31Speaker 1: Road can be seen on this next slide here it's
- 36:36Speaker 1: the side. But so they parked there. Around eight thirty PM.
- 36:42Speaker 1: Doherty got out, went to Walker's backyard and he hid
- 36:45Speaker 1: behind a garbage can, just like any courageous human being would,
- 36:49Speaker 1: Although at this point he's taking money to kill somebody,
- 36:52Speaker 1: so not so courageous. As Walker was returning home, Doherty
- 36:56Speaker 1: shot him multiple times and then ran away and Pageant
- 37:00Speaker 1: returned to Yanetta's car. Now Yanetta, who thought they were
- 37:03Speaker 1: just buying pot. This this this got extreme pretty freaking fast,
- 37:08Speaker 1: and once he learned that they shot Walker, he ordered
- 37:10Speaker 1: them out of his car. He said, you know that
- 37:13Speaker 1: meme or the gift of the guy going out, get out,
- 37:17Speaker 1: that is exactly what That's how I see Yanetta doing this,
- 37:20Speaker 1: He said, get out of the car. Doerty and Paget
- 37:23Speaker 1: took the rapid train home. I just.
- 37:29Speaker 3: It's okay, Yeah, I'm just gonna tell you. I pictured
- 37:33Speaker 3: them scurring like roaches when the lamps turn on because
- 37:38Speaker 3: they're on lamps on road Lampson Road. Okay, I know
- 37:44Speaker 3: I'm not funny, but I try every now and the
- 37:47Speaker 3: I mean I literally because you on the light.
- 37:52Speaker 1: I tried to not find myself in locations that include roaches,
- 37:58Speaker 1: so I don't have a point of reference.
- 38:01Speaker 3: It's common Texas tree roaches are roaches in Texas fly,
- 38:06Speaker 3: so they will fly and hit you in the south
- 38:08Speaker 3: and land on. Oh yes, and they are big tree broach.
- 38:14Speaker 3: I don't was it what we were gonna talk about.
- 38:16Speaker 3: We have Texast tree roaches when you came in May,
- 38:20Speaker 3: we will try to find you some.
- 38:23Speaker 1: I've changed my mind. Kara's gonna do this one on
- 38:27Speaker 1: her own. I am not going to be there. Uh
- 38:31Speaker 1: there is you know what it's it's already taken everything
- 38:35Speaker 1: in me to.
- 38:37Speaker 3: Do anywhere in your contract contract you have to go.
- 38:40Speaker 2: Is gonna go down?
- 38:42Speaker 1: Do it a roach? You gotta know, you know, like
- 38:45Speaker 1: and and if if, if there are so many roaches
- 38:47Speaker 1: there is that where Keith Richards is based because that
- 38:50Speaker 1: man always had a roach no matter where he was. Literally,
- 38:55Speaker 1: one of my most favorite Robin Williams jokes is at
- 38:58Speaker 1: the end of the during the Apocalypse, that will just
- 39:00Speaker 1: speak Keith Richards in a roach and he's gonna look
- 39:01Speaker 1: down and go I'll smoke your uncle once. That's my
- 39:04Speaker 1: favorite Ron Williams joke. Anyways, moving on, we're gonna flip
- 39:11Speaker 1: on back. So Uloma was inside the home at the
- 39:16Speaker 1: time and she heard Walker screaming. She came outside and
- 39:21Speaker 1: she found him lying in the driveway with multiple gunshot wounds,
- 39:25Speaker 1: and she called nine one one one and requested help
- 39:30Speaker 1: and we're gonna listen to that now.
- 39:43Speaker 2: Who got shot? Who? William Walkers? He's the fire higher.
- 40:08Speaker 1: There's a few things here that you'll notice, and these
- 40:12Speaker 1: were also brought up in the trial as well, and
- 40:15Speaker 1: that is her repeated use of please. And you know,
- 40:19Speaker 1: I believe that this is the majority of the clip,
- 40:22Speaker 1: but there is some more I think elsewhere. It's hard
- 40:25Speaker 1: to find the entirety of that clip. But she also
- 40:28Speaker 1: said I love you repeatedly. I mentioned this only because
- 40:31Speaker 1: again it was mentioned in the trial as being two
- 40:32Speaker 1: red flags and deceptive indicators as well, which you know,
- 40:37Speaker 1: upon first first thinking about that, I was like, now
- 40:41Speaker 1: I got to watch what I'm saying when I'm on
- 40:42Speaker 1: the phone with police. Oh my god. And if you've
- 40:44Speaker 1: seen the staircase, you know you do, but yeah, yeah, yeah, sorry,
- 40:50Speaker 1: did you have.
- 40:51Speaker 3: This woman did not love him? And the fact that
- 40:54Speaker 3: she kept saying it, So there is where I like
- 40:56Speaker 3: heard a little bit of it, and you can hear
- 40:58Speaker 3: why she's on the phone. She's like, you know, no,
- 41:01Speaker 3: she didn't. And all I could think is I hope
- 41:06Speaker 3: to god he had already lost consciousness and he couldn't
- 41:09Speaker 3: hear her.
- 41:12Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, she she got real calm, real fast to
- 41:18Speaker 1: say his name and who he is. And there may
- 41:22Speaker 1: have been some some editing done there from where we
- 41:26Speaker 1: pulled this source, what source we pulled it from, But
- 41:29Speaker 1: still to go from. I mean, he's there in front
- 41:32Speaker 1: of you, and you've gone from hysterical, beyond understanding to
- 41:37Speaker 1: William Walker, he's a firefighter, Like.
- 41:39Speaker 3: Oh, just wait, you're gonna find out what she does.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Yeah, So paramedics came quickly to Walker's house. He was
- 41:48Speaker 1: initially unresponsive. His condition worsened on the ride to the hospital.
- 41:52Speaker 1: He arrived, he was taken to the trauma bay. It
- 41:54Speaker 1: seemed like he was stabilizing, and the staff placed him
- 41:58Speaker 1: on a stretcher and transported him from them urgency room
- 42:00Speaker 1: for surgery. After that started, his condition deteriorated quickly. He
- 42:06Speaker 1: was returned to the emergency room in an attempt to
- 42:08Speaker 1: stabilize his condition, and at eleven forty two pm on
- 42:12Speaker 1: November third, twenty thirteen, William Walker was pronounced dead.
- 42:19Speaker 3: Guys, I want you to stop and think, because you know,
- 42:22Speaker 3: those first responders knew him, and people knew him. And
- 42:27Speaker 3: I watched a show about this and they talked about
- 42:29Speaker 3: how many firefighters there were in the lobby. I'm sorry,
- 42:34Speaker 3: it just breaks my heart.
- 42:37Speaker 2: Now.
- 42:37Speaker 3: Like we said, their home was on lamps on so
- 42:42Speaker 3: Lamps and Road in Cleveland, Ohio, and it was a
- 42:45Speaker 3: two family or two story home with upstairs and downstairs. Now,
- 42:51Speaker 3: the first responders all knew who Walker was, and they
- 42:55Speaker 3: said they immediately felt that something wasn't right. I say
- 43:00Speaker 3: all the time on midday missing, trust your freaking gut.
- 43:03Speaker 3: We've got it for a reason. But one of these
- 43:06Speaker 3: reasons is because Will was covered in blood. Yet his wife,
- 43:11Speaker 3: who was acting all like she was upset, she was
- 43:14Speaker 3: as clean as a whistle. And guys, I'm sorry.
- 43:19Speaker 1: Point point point of note, there aren't that many syllables
- 43:25Speaker 1: and wife in Cleveland. Just throwing that out there, there
- 43:29Speaker 1: was wife.
- 43:32Speaker 3: Hey, I could say it how I want to, but
- 43:35Speaker 3: she was as clean as a whistle. Guy, I can
- 43:38Speaker 3: I mean what wife, especially a new wife, I mean
- 43:41Speaker 3: they had only been married for a couple of months,
- 43:45Speaker 3: wouldn't go to their husband and hold them in their
- 43:47Speaker 3: arms and try to stop the bleeding and blubber. Because,
- 43:51Speaker 3: let me tell you, if that happened to double h,
- 43:53Speaker 3: I would be covered in blood because I would be
- 43:55Speaker 3: holding him against me putting my hands on his chest.
- 43:59Speaker 1: I mean, I happened.
- 44:02Speaker 3: But the other reason it was suspicious, that's true. Another
- 44:07Speaker 3: reason it was suspicious this Beach is a nurse. Guys,
- 44:14Speaker 3: her training should have naturally kicked in because you trained
- 44:19Speaker 3: so much that this stuff happens, you just instantly jump
- 44:24Speaker 3: into that save mode. So they did say she was
- 44:29Speaker 3: very distraught and seemed upset, and she rode with Will
- 44:33Speaker 3: in the ambulance. They gave her the benefit of the
- 44:36Speaker 3: doubt and thought she was in shock. They're nicer than
- 44:40Speaker 3: me because I would have been like, you're a nurse
- 44:44Speaker 3: and you're clean as a whistle. You you're involved. That's
- 44:47Speaker 3: why I'm not in law enforcement. Now. At the scene,
- 44:51Speaker 3: officers found nine millimeter shellcasings. Okay, and the investigators immediately
- 44:57Speaker 3: start talking to the family and friends to learn about
- 45:00Speaker 3: Will and the family. That's a given right now. You
- 45:04Speaker 3: almost daughter lived with them, Okay and her boyfriend Chad
- 45:09Speaker 3: Paget would stay with them for weeks at a time. Now,
- 45:14Speaker 3: Paget and Jacqueline would stay downstairs. But guys, he also
- 45:19Speaker 3: sold marijuana during that time. But here's the part that
- 45:23Speaker 3: also just gets me. When he would stay at their
- 45:26Speaker 3: house for weeks on end. He never had any interaction
- 45:31Speaker 3: with Will. He never even said hello to him because
- 45:36Speaker 3: he knew that he wasn't accepting of his relationship with
- 45:39Speaker 3: his stepdaughter. But guys, that is another red flag to me,
- 45:44Speaker 3: because I wished Will would have told them, Hey, if
- 45:48Speaker 3: you don't respect me in my own home and say
- 45:50Speaker 3: hello to me, you can get the hell out. Just say, I'm.
- 46:01Speaker 1: Gonna call Paget patchee from here on out, because that's
- 46:05Speaker 1: what his beard reminded me.
- 46:07Speaker 3: Okay, I like that. Now, Walker was known to have
- 46:10Speaker 3: a strict parenting style, but you got to remember this
- 46:13Speaker 3: was his stepdaughter. Okay. Now, they investigated several potential leads,
- 46:19Speaker 3: one being a car dealer who Will had problems with
- 46:23Speaker 3: over a car purchase, so this dealership screwed him over,
- 46:27Speaker 3: but that turned out to be a dead end. The
- 46:30Speaker 3: next they looked into the neighborhood because it was a
- 46:33Speaker 3: very rough part of town and guys, shootings were not uncommon.
- 46:39Speaker 3: But when they started talking to people once again, we
- 46:43Speaker 3: learned how wonderful he was. And they said they did
- 46:46Speaker 3: not believe that Will was killed in the neighborhood by
- 46:49Speaker 3: neighbors because he was seen as one of the good guys,
- 46:53Speaker 3: and he often helped others out in the neighborhood, and
- 46:57Speaker 3: he was like he liked to resolve dispute with people,
- 47:01Speaker 3: and people looked up to him. So they said that
- 47:07Speaker 3: couldn't be it.
- 47:07Speaker 1: If I had a battle with somebody and he stepped in,
- 47:10Speaker 1: I'd be like, all right, all right, it's not that important.
- 47:12Speaker 1: I'm out.
- 47:13Speaker 3: Everybody like, peace out. But months went by, and then
- 47:17Speaker 3: the one year anniversary came and went, and it was
- 47:21Speaker 3: a plea to the public for more information. In December
- 47:25Speaker 3: of twenty fourteen, a reward was offered, and not long
- 47:31Speaker 3: after that a man went to the police and told
- 47:34Speaker 3: them that a guy named Patches, Patches that what we're
- 47:37Speaker 3: called Peggie Patchie, I don't know, approached one of his
- 47:42Speaker 3: friends and offered him money to kill Will Walker. See, guys,
- 47:47Speaker 3: it just takes that one person doing the right thing.
- 47:50Speaker 3: So detectives then spoke with that friend and he confirmed
- 47:54Speaker 3: the story about Paget offering him money to kill will
- 47:59Speaker 3: and that it was Pagie's girlfriend's mom who wanted the
- 48:04Speaker 3: killing done. And guys, as you can imagine, that got
- 48:12Speaker 3: the detectives excited and they started investigating Paggie, his girlfriend, Jacqueline,
- 48:19Speaker 3: and Uloma, her mom, Will's wife. Now, during the investigation,
- 48:26Speaker 3: it was learned that Walker had problems with Pagi, and guys,
- 48:31Speaker 3: is anyone surprised by that he doesn't say hello to
- 48:34Speaker 3: you in your own house? Anybody surprised that they had problems? Okay?
- 48:39Speaker 3: It was revealed that Pagie had sent threats Walker's way,
- 48:44Speaker 3: and well, Walker took those threats seriously. You know, he
- 48:49Speaker 3: didn't just blow it off because he knew something was
- 48:51Speaker 3: wrong with this guy. Now, police subpoena Chad's cell phone records,
- 48:57Speaker 3: and guys, I got to just say, just keep you stupid, okay,
- 49:03Speaker 3: because his cell phone told a story. And not only
- 49:09Speaker 3: did they have calls to look into, but they also
- 49:12Speaker 3: had a butt load of text messages, guys, I mean
- 49:17Speaker 3: a large, quadruple size butt load okay. And these text
- 49:24Speaker 3: messages confirmed that Pagi, Jacqueline, and Ryan Doherty were involved, okay.
- 49:32Speaker 3: And police were well aware of who Ryan was because
- 49:36Speaker 3: he was a known troublemaker in the area. They were like, yep,
- 49:40Speaker 3: we know this guy. Well, then police subpoena you lung
- 49:45Speaker 3: the cell phone records along with her financial records. And
- 49:50Speaker 3: this is where it starts getting interesting, guys, because police
- 49:53Speaker 3: questioned you Loma about her financial situation and she says,
- 49:58Speaker 3: I have no financial shoes. Everything is fine. Well, guess what, guys,
- 50:04Speaker 3: the police knew she was a big fat liar and
- 50:07Speaker 3: that she was in debt up to her big old
- 50:10Speaker 3: lion mouth. Okay, now buckle up, people, and I hope
- 50:16Speaker 3: I have enough wine in my glass, because let me
- 50:18Speaker 3: tell you what else this beach lied about. This beach
- 50:23Speaker 3: did not have breast cancer, okay. And for those of
- 50:27Speaker 3: you that are new here, this ship pisces me off, okay,
- 50:31Speaker 3: as a cancer sviber. I find it deplorable for people
- 50:35Speaker 3: to pull this shit because so many people want to
- 50:41Speaker 3: keep their cancer diagnosis to their self because they're worried
- 50:46Speaker 3: about people judging them, feeling pity for them. People are
- 50:50Speaker 3: scared to donate money to cancer survivors because of people
- 50:56Speaker 3: like this beach who faked it. Biach had nothing wrong
- 51:02Speaker 3: with her besides the fact she's a bunny boiler, batshit
- 51:08Speaker 3: crazy person.
- 51:10Speaker 1: Now, this will either go well or not well, and
- 51:12Speaker 1: I'm going to take a chance the only thing malignant
- 51:17Speaker 1: was her personality.
- 51:20Speaker 3: I can go with that I can go all right as.
- 51:23Speaker 1: Long as you. If I have terry approval, I feel invincible.
- 51:28Speaker 3: I mean I normally say I don't wish cancer on anyone.
- 51:31Speaker 3: I may have to rethink that statement.
- 51:35Speaker 1: Well, we can wish norovirus. I'm fine virus for sure.
- 51:40Speaker 1: That's gotta be fun in prison.
- 51:44Speaker 3: Oh I just oh, okay, yeah, okay, nora virus. So, guys,
- 51:52Speaker 3: as we hear and we see too often, investigators did
- 51:56Speaker 3: not have enough to hold her on just her financial
- 52:01Speaker 3: records for being a big old fat liar. They needed
- 52:04Speaker 3: time to finish going through everything because when I said
- 52:07Speaker 3: there was buttloads, there was buttloads. Excuse maaw So then
- 52:13Speaker 3: in August, please get a DNA sample from paget and
- 52:17Speaker 3: guess what, guys, ding ding ding ding. It is a
- 52:21Speaker 3: match to the bullet casings from the crime scene.
- 52:26Speaker 1: Yes, it's almost like you shouldn't touch bullets if you're
- 52:30Speaker 1: going to shoot them.
- 52:32Speaker 3: Okay, ibid. We had to stop our special about a
- 52:39Speaker 3: perfect crime because we were giving away too many tips
- 52:42Speaker 3: to help people get away. We need them to keep
- 52:44Speaker 3: being stupid so they can get caught.
- 52:47Speaker 1: So maybe his gloves matched his beard.
- 52:50Speaker 3: Maybe now the police were finally able to get through
- 52:56Speaker 3: the buttload of records and they were shocked. But let
- 53:00Speaker 3: me tell you, they did a happy dance. I just
- 53:04Speaker 3: hit my microphone. They did a happy dance because they
- 53:08Speaker 3: saw a text message that good old Pageant sent right
- 53:13Speaker 3: after Will was shot that says, we have a body.
- 53:20Speaker 1: Like I mean, that's that's so dark. It's so it
- 53:26Speaker 1: is dark. It's like we have a winner, we have
- 53:29Speaker 1: a you know what I mean, Like, you don't just
- 53:31Speaker 1: say that about huh.
- 53:36Speaker 3: But it also tells you that he didn't feel bad
- 53:41Speaker 3: about it. There was no oh shit, I shouldn't have
- 53:45Speaker 3: done that. Oh my god, I regret what I did.
- 53:47Speaker 3: There was none of that. For you to send a
- 53:49Speaker 3: message saying we have a body is yeah. Now he
- 53:56Speaker 3: was immediately arrested, and guys, just look at him. He'd
- 54:00Speaker 3: have decided to sing like a bird. He just let
- 54:04Speaker 3: it all come out. Okay, Now, mister Pageant laid out
- 54:10Speaker 3: the entire horrible plan in detail in his confession. Okay, now,
- 54:18Speaker 3: Yoloma lied again because she had told Pageant that her
- 54:22Speaker 3: husband Will abused her, which was a lie. And he
- 54:29Speaker 3: tells that he contacted his cousin, Christopher Hine and asked
- 54:34Speaker 3: him to kill Walker, and guys, stop and think about it.
- 54:37Speaker 3: What kind of phone call is that to call up
- 54:39Speaker 3: a cousin, Hey, dude, you free on Saturday? I need
- 54:43Speaker 3: you to kill somebody for me. Can you do that?
- 54:46Speaker 3: I mean, what kind of phone call is that? I
- 54:51Speaker 3: don't know. But Christopher had planned to kill Will in
- 54:56Speaker 3: October twenty thirteen, but he lost his nerve and he
- 54:59Speaker 3: couldn't do it. He had an ounce, you know, in
- 55:03Speaker 3: his body of not to do it.
- 55:07Speaker 1: Are you gonna say, Sarry, can I just take one moment,
- 55:09Speaker 1: one second and say, for those of you who are
- 55:11Speaker 1: asking about the the update to the Chase to Chase
- 55:14Speaker 1: Chase's case, we did do it in the beginning, but
- 55:17Speaker 1: if you stick around, we'll do we'll do an abbreviated
- 55:20Speaker 1: update at the end as well, so you can always
- 55:22Speaker 1: check it on the on the replay crew. But we'd
- 55:24Speaker 1: love you just to stick around and and Terry'll do
- 55:26Speaker 1: to kind of like a kind of an abbreviated version
- 55:29Speaker 1: of it at the end.
- 55:32Speaker 3: I mean, I'm hot about the Chase stuff, so I
- 55:35Speaker 3: can probably recite in my sleep so much stuff.
- 55:38Speaker 2: But now.
- 55:42Speaker 3: Pageant had called Doherty an offered to pay him to
- 55:46Speaker 3: kill Will. Okay, Doherty agreed to kill Will in exchange
- 55:51Speaker 3: for a payment. Now Pagie gave Doherty a gun that
- 55:56Speaker 3: he got through Hine, you know, through his cousin. Now
- 56:01Speaker 3: Pagi showed a check for one thousand dollars that he
- 56:05Speaker 3: claimed Uloma paid him. Okay, that was his payment. So
- 56:11Speaker 3: it was discovered that even though Chris Hines was scared
- 56:14Speaker 3: to do the shooting himself, he had no problem securing
- 56:18Speaker 3: the gun to be used. Okay, because guns kill people,
- 56:23Speaker 3: not yeah. Anyway, So the police were able to take
- 56:27Speaker 3: all of the cell phone records and build a timeline
- 56:31Speaker 3: and identify everyone involved in where each of them were
- 56:36Speaker 3: during the murder. Guys, cell phones tell when you're in
- 56:41Speaker 3: your bathroom, Okay, just just know. So they learned that
- 56:47Speaker 3: Yuloma waited until Pageant and Doherty were clear of the
- 56:52Speaker 3: crime scene before calling nine to one one. So, guys,
- 56:56Speaker 3: she let them scurry like cockroaches. Okay. But this was
- 57:01Speaker 3: a light bulb moment for the investigators because now it
- 57:05Speaker 3: all made sense to them why Yoloma had zero blood
- 57:10Speaker 3: on her at the crime scene. She was not in shot, guys.
- 57:14Speaker 3: She was the one who put the murder in motion,
- 57:18Speaker 3: and she did not try to save her husband, who
- 57:21Speaker 3: was her husband of four months. Four months, guys, all
- 57:27Speaker 3: because she wanted him dead so that she could get
- 57:30Speaker 3: her hands on his one hundred thousand dollars life insurance
- 57:33Speaker 3: policy that she wasn't even the beneficiary of. Not the
- 57:41Speaker 3: sharpest crayon in the box. So police arrested Ryan, Jacqueline,
- 57:48Speaker 3: and Uloma because they already had Pagi in. And guys,
- 57:53Speaker 3: guess what the bat Yaeloma did during her interrogation. Anybody
- 57:59Speaker 3: want to guess? A well, you know, so you can't guess,
- 58:07Speaker 3: so you're not about to guess. Let me tell you.
- 58:11Speaker 3: The bitch blamed it all on her seventeen year old daughter. Okay, guys,
- 58:16Speaker 3: I'm blamed it. I did. Sorry, I yeah. Because this
- 58:23Speaker 3: makes her even more of the horrible person. Not only
- 58:27Speaker 3: does she lie to get this man who loves her
- 58:33Speaker 3: to marry her, she plots to kill him, recruits and
- 58:38Speaker 3: lies to her daughter's boyfriend and says he's beating her
- 58:43Speaker 3: to do all of this, and then she turns around
- 58:46Speaker 3: and blames it on the child she gave birth to.
- 58:54Speaker 3: This woman does not have a bone of good person
- 59:00Speaker 3: and her body Okay, in my opinion, she is a
- 59:07Speaker 3: big old liar and she was charged with murder.
- 59:13Speaker 1: Mm hmm, yep. So so we're gonna we're gonna hop
- 59:17Speaker 1: right through to the trial. Uh. I think it's incredible
- 59:21Speaker 1: that this trial included all the defendants, but that's not
- 59:25Speaker 1: how the trial ended up. She definitely got her just
- 59:28Speaker 1: desserts in regards to the folks she thought she was
- 59:31Speaker 1: safe planning with hours after Jerry's selection was set to
- 59:35Speaker 1: begin in her trial, the final person in on this
- 59:38Speaker 1: plan agreed to testify against her. So each and every
- 59:41Speaker 1: person who was a co defendant made a deal, pleaded
- 59:45Speaker 1: guilty and testified against her. And Terry's gonna have a
- 59:48Speaker 1: few more details on that soon enough.
- 59:51Speaker 3: Oh yes, I did so.
- 59:54Speaker 1: Oh, I believe you. I believe you. The prosecutors no,
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: so no, there was no gas math. For those of
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: you who are new here, that would be the Jody
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: Aria's case. There was like a day of testimony where
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: they did like gas receipts. There was no gas math
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: other than her hot air. The prosecutors planned to prove
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: their story using data that they were able to download
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: from the cell phone towers. As Harry had mentioned, these
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: records showed those text messages sent Betweenyloma, her daughter hind
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: Paget Doherty in the days before the killing, and in
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: the minutes before the shots were fired and then after,
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: and they found Paget's DNA on the bullet casings. In addition,
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: the prosecution also was going to lean heavily on testimony
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: of Yuloma's daughter, Jacqueline. They also were going to rely
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: on the testimony of the others. As I had mentioned,
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: prosecutor assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Blaze Thomas. What a name
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: planned on analyzing Curry Walker's behavior in the minutes and months?
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: What a suit?
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: What I want?
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: Suit?
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: Hold on? I have to say this because it just
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: popped into my little small brain. How fitting is it
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: that a fireman who is murdered the prosecutor of his
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: case his name is Blaze, right right? I mean that
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: just hit my little bit of brain. It might be
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: the wine.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: Well, I mean, he's listen, he's like one go tee
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: away from John Thomas. But I'm sure he is a
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: lovely gentleman. I have no doubt. So Blaze Thomas planned
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: on analyzing Curry Walker's behavior in the minutes and months
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: after William Walker's death. As you can imagine, because William
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: was a firefighter, they came out and droves, as did
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: paramedics who arrived on the scene, so there were a
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: lot of people to see what she was doing. One
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: instance of this was that Uloma asked a friend to
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: keep the family's belongings. The friend then rented a storage
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: unit and paid about eight hundred dollars to store the
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: item and then never repaid her and moved right on
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: in North Carolina. Uh Then Ulan McCurry. Walker's defense attorney,
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: Robert Dixon, which is appropriate since she's a dick, said
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: in his opening statement that the defense's the defensive strategy
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: was going to be he looks, you know, I'm sure
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: he is a very lovely gentleman, but he looks like
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: somebody who would knock on my door and I wouldn't answer,
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: Like I just I don't trust him or his tie
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: or the size of the knot. But anyways, Robert said
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: that in his opening statement that the defensive strategy was
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: going to be to point out the extreme benefits that
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: the co defendants received in plea bargains in exchange for
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: their testimony. Against Curry Walker, which to me is the
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: defense's version of no or your mom's That to me
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: is like, if that's where you're going with, I'm sorry,
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: Like there's no chance. He did say they weren't going
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: to argue whether Doherty killed Walker and the role that
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: Curry Walker's co defendants had played in her husband's killing.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: So there they said, yep, for sure. Uh. And then
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: Dixon said that at the end of the trial he
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: believed the jurors would see that prosecutors failed to produce
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: evidence of her involvement. I don't know if he hadn't
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: seen the actual like evidence, did he not look at it?
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: Did he not do his job? The woman behind you, Loma,
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: looks a hell of a lot more worried than he does.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: It's all I'm saying. Maybe he should have talked to
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: her at least once.
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: I mean, I know, defense attorneys get paid to defend
- 1:03:39Speaker 3: their clients to you know, the best of their ability.
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: But I can't help but wonder if he like was
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: having a swallowback bile. Is he talked if he wasn't
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: going because you know, when he saw that stuff, he
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: was like, yeah, I don't know why I just said that.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: And I have, like I don't have a soft spot
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: for defense attorneys. I know they're in a hard place,
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: Like this is a difficult thing, and everybody's immediately going
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: to be against you, because people who don't understand trials
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: or don't understand the process or procedures, they just immediately
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: assume the defense thinks they're innocent or they're gonna yeah,
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: but that's not the case. Like I've had the chance
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: to interview Kirk Nurme, who was Jody Arius's defense attorney,
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: and he is a lovely gentleman, and that entire defense
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: was basically pushed and run by Jody, right, because you
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: have to defend them in the way that they want
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: to be. And she thought she was smarter than everybody.
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: But Kirk Kirk is a lovely gentleman and he is
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: very down to earth and he knows he knows what's up, right,
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: So so I digress. The trial lasted a grand total
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: of eight days. Jurors deliberated for less than two hours.
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: She was convicted on the Friday that would have been
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: the couple's four year anniversary, which is poetic justice. Also
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: the fact that she was in jail for like almost
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: four years before the trial is both worriesome in timeline wise,
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: but also like cool when the verdict was read and
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: during the this was the only time during the trial
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: that she cried. She didn't show emotion throughout any of
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: the testimony, through any of the I'm sure there were
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: crime scene photos. I'm sure they were autopsy photos. I
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: have no doubt nothing then. But when she was said,
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: when they said you're guilty, she cried because of course
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: she did. She was caught.
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: I mean, her daughter testified against her. If that doesn't
- 1:05:42Speaker 3: make you crap. But I don't know why I'm on
- 1:05:46Speaker 3: the other side of poetic justice than you, because it
- 1:05:49Speaker 3: kind of bothered me that they convicted her on what
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: would have been there for year anniversary. And I say
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: that because it didn't mean shit to her that anniversary.
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: She's a heartless person and she'll I cried because she
- 1:06:03Speaker 3: was caught, and I felt bad for his family because
- 1:06:10Speaker 3: normally an anniversary is something you celebrate. But that's just.
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: Because I'm a sopht No. Absolutely, and you're right, and
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: I'm always sure that his family, well, yeah, I know that.
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: Well that's why I said it. But I'm sure you
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: know his family wishes that that wasn't necessarily the case,
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: but also like it's mostly just like just like justice,
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: you know, like that's the whole thing that got her
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: thinking that she could do this, and it's just yeah,
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: so you Loama post guilty verdict was facing a maximum
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: life in prison, a maximum of life in prison without
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: the possibility of parole. Sentencing was carried out by common
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: Please Judge Sherry Midday. Although I don't think there was
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: anything common about this, but that's what they're called, that's
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: what they call her up there is the common please judge,
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: at least at that point. So tell us what happened.
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: So Chris Hines, Chad Padgett, and Ryan Dory struck a
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: deal and they all got eighty or those three got
- 1:07:24Speaker 3: eighteen to twenty eight years. Now, some people do not
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: agree with this next thing that I'm going to say,
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: so I'm going to just tell y'all to to hold on.
- 1:07:35Speaker 3: But Jacqueline, because she was only seventeen at the time,
- 1:07:39Speaker 3: she was treated as a juvenile and she was given
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: one month in juvie. So so yeah.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: I just I have a question here, and I feel
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: like I should know this, but I'm gonna ask anyways
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: for everybody's benefit. Jacqueline was basically like, did she take
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: an for everybody who might be asking? Was there an
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: active part taken by Jacqueline or did she just happen
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: to be the girlfriend of the dude that Yuloma reached
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: out to.
- 1:08:14Speaker 3: So Yuloma came up with the idea while she was
- 1:08:18Speaker 3: in the car with Jacqueline in pageant and said, Hey,
- 1:08:23Speaker 3: I think we should kill Will and get rid of ems.
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: So she was in on it.
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: So she was in on it. But she also Yoloma
- 1:08:34Speaker 3: had was not a great mom, and you know, Jacqueline
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: had been manipulated. I mean she was still a seventeen
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: year old child, and that's why they gave her a
- 1:08:43Speaker 3: month in juvie. So now Yoloma was sentenced to life
- 1:08:48Speaker 3: in prison without parole, and she did not get the
- 1:08:51Speaker 3: life insurance money because first of all, you can't get
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: the money if you're in prison, but also because she
- 1:08:57Speaker 3: wasn't even smart enough to make sure she was listen
- 1:09:01Speaker 3: is beneficiary and guys, shoot me if you want to
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: come at me. But I that makes me even more happy,
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: because do you know how pissed off she had to
- 1:09:11Speaker 3: have been when she found out she wasn't the beneficiary.
- 1:09:17Speaker 3: Just think about it, and I bet you nothing about it.
- 1:09:21Speaker 3: I bet she threw a two year old tantrum like
- 1:09:25Speaker 3: you've never seen.
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: And that's why her daughter testified against her because of
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: that reaction right there. Yep, oh man. Well, so you know,
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: in terms of some of the takeaways, or at least
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: some of the analysis, you know, I did a little
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: bit of research into the murder for hire Amatin Surrette
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: from twenty twenty four, so pretty pretty recent study. They
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: actually looked at three hundred and sixty five cases of
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: spousal murder for hire in the US from nineteen ninety
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: to twenty twenty three. Fifty percent of those cases involved
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: women hiring a hit man. Now, this is more than
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: a spontaneous crime of passion. This requires, as we know,
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: premeditation and careful orchestration. There are usually clear motivations and
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: a false sense of security. So a lot of these
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: folks that do this, including you, Loma, she's no exception
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: to this rule. They believe that by hiring someone else
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: to commit the crime, they distance themselves from being responsible
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: if somebody else does it, There's no way I can
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: be guilty. Because I'm not the one who pulled the trigger. No,
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: you're just the one who basically ensured that it happened.
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: The meat. And there's a lot of really dark stats
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: in that study, But the median price for a hit
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: was about fifty five hundred. Now, the prices did go
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: up about as high as two million, which if you
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: have two million to spend, just leave the spouse please,
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: you know so.
- 1:11:01Speaker 3: But I mean, I'm not an expert on any of that,
- 1:11:05Speaker 3: but I am going to just go out on a
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: Terry limb and say, if you're paying just the median
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: mirror price of five five hundred dollars for a hit,
- 1:11:15Speaker 3: you're gonna get caught. And there they have no motivation
- 1:11:20Speaker 3: to not strat you out.
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: It's it's a it's a whole here's your sign moment, right,
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: I mean it's a one hundred percent here's your sign
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: from Bill Angvall. Like, if you've been paid fifty five
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: hundred dollars to kill somebody, here's your sign. Yeah, So
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: this is no surprise to anybody. Probably if you spend
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: like two hours in True crime. And Terry's gonna talk
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: about this in a second, but the top reason for
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: spouse's hiring hitman was a life insurance payout, and that
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: was thirty seven point nine percent of those three hundred
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: and sixty five cases. And I'm not gonna do the math.
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: You go ahead and do it. That's a lot.
- 1:12:00Speaker 3: That is a lot. Now we're gonna find out. We
- 1:12:03Speaker 3: know she didn't get the life insurance money, but she
- 1:12:08Speaker 3: did get some stuff. So Will's fellow firefighters, they believed
- 1:12:12Speaker 3: you Loma was grieving, and remember they had just purchased
- 1:12:15Speaker 3: that new home. They helped her pack that house up,
- 1:12:20Speaker 3: the old house up, and helped her move to the
- 1:12:23Speaker 3: new house. All the firemen went over there and did
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: that for her. And guys, she did receive benefits from
- 1:12:32Speaker 3: the Firefighters Fund of about fifty thousand dollars, so.
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: She did get every license plate she makes.
- 1:12:44Speaker 3: Yeah, unfortunately, there's no way that they can get it back.
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: So let's go ahead and do this because I know
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: I'm audibling a little bit. Let's go ahead and close
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: out this case and then we'll do a quick recap
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: on chase this case because they know some folks did
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: stay around for that. And thank you so much for
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: doing that, by the way, we really appreciate it. So
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: in terms of, you know, closing out this case, we
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: spent the entire live stream untangling the absolute mess that
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: was Ulo McCurry Walker's murder for higher scheme. I mean,
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: when researching this, I found myself sitting in silence, staring
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: at the abyss of my living room at midnight, wondering
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: how someone could possibly get to the point where this
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: seemed like the best option. And it's one of those
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: cases where I'm glad that I can't see how that
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: could be. I'm very glad that I can't do that.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: Of course, it didn't end well. It ended exactly how
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: every terrible plan ends badly, and with a stack of
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: prison sentences. I mean, it's it is almost maddening how
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: predictable it was. And honestly, she probably thought she was
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: pretty damn smart, but she's She's a cautionary tale. The
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: tragedy is that we lost a goddamn hero. We lost
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: a hero, we lost a father, we lost a human
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: being who deserved way more time on this earth. And
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: it just, man, I got emotional. I didn't expect to
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: get emotional on that one. Sorry, it really really just
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: pisses me off, Yuloma. The bottom line is if you
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: were worse at if you were any worse at crime,
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: you'd be running for Congress. Now, giving you Looma the
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: title of criminal is too good for her. You Looma
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: isn't a criminal. She's a case study. That's all she
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: gets from me. That she is one of the worst
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: human beings, the most despicable, insane, ridiculous. I'm calling a
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: dumbass human beings that I've ever met in my life.
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: And it's not just because she thought she had something
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: and then she didn't have it and things like that.
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: It's not because of why she you know, how she
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: decided to do it, and who she hired, and how
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: it was very obvious to track. It is because she
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: gave up the best thing that could have ever happened
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: to him her, and that is William Walker. And that
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: was the most dumbest shit thing that she ever could
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: have done. He would have helped her with anything, including
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: her financial stuff, one hundred percent he would have. And
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: yet here we are.
- 1:15:24Speaker 3: So I mean, I like calling her a case study.
- 1:15:28Speaker 3: I do like that because I was gonna say she's
- 1:15:32Speaker 3: not just a murderer, because she's also a master manipulator
- 1:15:37Speaker 3: and a liar, because it takes a special kind of
- 1:15:41Speaker 3: evil to not only deceive someone into marriage, like by
- 1:15:46Speaker 3: saying you're pregnant or something, but to do it under
- 1:15:49Speaker 3: the false pretense that you have stage four breast cancer,
- 1:15:54Speaker 3: and then you turn around and orchestrate they're murder for
- 1:15:58Speaker 3: money because you're in debt, file bankruptcy for God's sake.
- 1:16:04Speaker 3: But what makes this case even more infuriating to me
- 1:16:10Speaker 3: is that she didn't even get her own hands dirty. Okay,
- 1:16:14Speaker 3: she prayed upon young, impressionable people, manipulated them, including her
- 1:16:21Speaker 3: own daughter, I mean, and convince them to carry out
- 1:16:25Speaker 3: her sick plan. Like we said earlier, this wasn't a
- 1:16:27Speaker 3: crime of passion or desperation. This was cold, calculated and
- 1:16:33Speaker 3: fueled by nothing but greed. Like you said, Will was
- 1:16:37Speaker 3: a great guy. He was a devoted husband and firefighter.
- 1:16:41Speaker 3: He would have helped her with the financial situation. He would,
- 1:16:46Speaker 3: I'm sure have said, Hey, I will take on some
- 1:16:48Speaker 3: extra jobs, I will pull some more shifts. We'll put
- 1:16:51Speaker 3: retirement off. Don't worry about it. We will find a way.
- 1:16:56Speaker 3: I mean, she could be living some of her best
- 1:17:01Speaker 3: life if she would have just been honest and done that.
- 1:17:05Speaker 3: I mean, and guys, sorry, she has a dumb ass
- 1:17:11Speaker 3: a life insurance policy she wasn't even the beneficiary of. Okay,
- 1:17:17Speaker 3: she had no remorse, no hesitation. She just wanted money.
- 1:17:23Speaker 3: And I tried to find what she did with the
- 1:17:26Speaker 3: fifty thousand dollars she did get to see if she
- 1:17:30Speaker 3: got herself out of debt at all. I mean, but
- 1:17:34Speaker 3: Justine caught up with her and she's going to spend
- 1:17:37Speaker 3: the rest of her life behind bars. And guys can
- 1:17:41Speaker 3: get mad at me, but I personally think she deserved
- 1:17:44Speaker 3: the death penalty. But you got to remember, I'm a
- 1:17:47Speaker 3: Texas girl, and I believe in the death penalty if
- 1:17:51Speaker 3: we can absolutely prove that the person did it. And
- 1:17:54Speaker 3: it's not a circumstantial case. Because she killed a hero,
- 1:18:01Speaker 3: a man who every day that he went to work,
- 1:18:04Speaker 3: put his life on the line to save to others,
- 1:18:07Speaker 3: she doesn't deserve to get to spend her time in jail.
- 1:18:10Speaker 3: But that's my two cents.
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: Agreed, And now I'm gonna ask you for your five cents.
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: But the cliff Notes version of it regarding Chase, oh.
- 1:18:21Speaker 3: Boy, just five cnutes soli version.
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: I don't know Cliff, but his.
- 1:18:27Speaker 3: Notes basically for people who stayed around. Basically, if you've
- 1:18:36Speaker 3: seen Facebook, if you live in the area, there's chatter
- 1:18:40Speaker 3: going on, and we're getting tips that Addison and Matt
- 1:18:44Speaker 3: are involved. And when I say they are involved mean
- 1:18:48Speaker 3: they know what happened to Chase. There has been a
- 1:18:53Speaker 3: guy posting on Facebook saying that Addison is responsible, and
- 1:19:00Speaker 3: there's a whole lot of stuff going on. I can't
- 1:19:02Speaker 3: get into specifics on the exact tips because we are
- 1:19:06Speaker 3: still investigating them, but the common thread is, even two
- 1:19:13Speaker 3: years into this investigation, it's still all leading to Matt
- 1:19:17Speaker 3: and Addison. And I won't get into my passionate plea
- 1:19:22Speaker 3: again because I'm going to try not to get emotional
- 1:19:25Speaker 3: because now I've had wine. Addison and Matt like to
- 1:19:30Speaker 3: say they're Chase's friend. Addison likes to say they were
- 1:19:33Speaker 3: best friends. Chase was in Addison's wedding, but they have
- 1:19:37Speaker 3: not done a damn thing to help us find Chase.
- 1:19:42Speaker 3: And the roomor on the street is is that they know.
- 1:19:45Speaker 3: You know, I'm not saying that either one of them
- 1:19:49Speaker 3: killed him, Okay, but they know, and the fact that
- 1:19:55Speaker 3: their parents themselves are not doing the right thing to
- 1:20:02Speaker 3: give his family the peace that they deserve is beyond
- 1:20:12Speaker 3: I don't know. I'm going to just say it puts
- 1:20:14Speaker 3: them up there with yeloma. In my book, it's as
- 1:20:17Speaker 3: bad as her faking her cancer, blaming her daughter. You know,
- 1:20:23Speaker 3: these two men grew up with Chase, said that they
- 1:20:27Speaker 3: were his friends. And where are they trying to help us?
- 1:20:32Speaker 3: If they truly know? They could call our tip line anonymously,
- 1:20:36Speaker 3: just like anybody else. My God, use a fake voice.
- 1:20:41Speaker 3: There are apps on your phone that will disguise your voice.
- 1:20:45Speaker 3: But I want you out to side and think about this.
- 1:20:48Speaker 3: If I go to bed several nights a month wondering
- 1:20:52Speaker 3: where Chase is, and I think about it and I
- 1:20:55Speaker 3: get emotional, can you imagine what his family members are doing.
- 1:21:00Speaker 3: It's every night. And the fact that these two people
- 1:21:07Speaker 3: haven't told I also believe other people in Crosby and
- 1:21:11Speaker 3: Barrett Station in Houston know it's a rumor mill town.
- 1:21:16Speaker 3: So even if you've heard a rumor, don't think that
- 1:21:19Speaker 3: somebody's gonna call us and tell us, call us and
- 1:21:22Speaker 3: tell us that rumor, because in every rumor there's just
- 1:21:27Speaker 3: a little bit of truth in it, and it could
- 1:21:30Speaker 3: be that one thing that we need. We have cadaver
- 1:21:35Speaker 3: dogs ready to go. We have search teams ready, we
- 1:21:39Speaker 3: have funds that we've set aside for this that call
- 1:21:45Speaker 3: us tell us where he is, let us go find
- 1:21:49Speaker 3: him and bring him home. Eight years this July. And
- 1:21:57Speaker 3: I honestly, when we started this, I jokingly made a
- 1:22:02Speaker 3: comment that I hope we find him within two years.
- 1:22:06Speaker 3: I would like to wrap this up before I turned
- 1:22:08Speaker 3: fifty five. And I'm going to be fifty five in July.
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: And minus thirty years, I'm.
- 1:22:19Speaker 3: Going to be five. I'm going to be fifty five
- 1:22:21Speaker 3: as a cancer survivor. I love it because the doctor
- 1:22:24Speaker 3: said I would never live past forty. So peace out, doctor,
- 1:22:28Speaker 3: you were wrong.
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: I would have never met you. I hate that doctor.
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: Excuse my friend.
- 1:22:33Speaker 3: I got lucky. I got lucky. But so it's important
- 1:22:38Speaker 3: to me because Jase's parents aren't getting any younger either,
- 1:22:43Speaker 3: and they deserve to go to bed and have the
- 1:22:49Speaker 3: peace that their son has been buried and they get
- 1:22:53Speaker 3: to say goodbye. Okay, Now with that, I am pretty
- 1:22:58Speaker 3: sure that some of the tips or that he's in water. Okay,
- 1:23:03Speaker 3: if he was put in water and went out to
- 1:23:05Speaker 3: the golf, we're smart enough to know we won't find him,
- 1:23:08Speaker 3: But kind of like Natalie Holloway's parents is who I
- 1:23:11Speaker 3: think of. At least they came forward and gave the
- 1:23:15Speaker 3: exact information about what happened to her. Okay, even if
- 1:23:20Speaker 3: they can't get him back, at least there is a
- 1:23:25Speaker 3: smidge of something in it for them to know what
- 1:23:28Speaker 3: happened to him. And guys and y'a are gonna laugh,
- 1:23:32Speaker 3: but also what happened to Champ, because not only did
- 1:23:36Speaker 3: these people kill a great young man who made some
- 1:23:39Speaker 3: bad decisions. I have never said Chase was an angel
- 1:23:43Speaker 3: like me or like I pretend to be. He made
- 1:23:46Speaker 3: some bad decisions. You know, he got involved with selling
- 1:23:50Speaker 3: drugs with his high school friend. The house killed an
- 1:23:54Speaker 3: innocent dog. Because you can't tell me they didn't kill Champ.
- 1:23:59Speaker 3: Champ was baby his son. I mean, that tells you
- 1:24:05Speaker 3: what kind of people they are. And if you know,
- 1:24:10Speaker 3: and if it's a rumor, you are doing nothing but
- 1:24:15Speaker 3: protecting the bad guys by not calling it in. Okay,
- 1:24:21Speaker 3: if you want to be a good person, you should
- 1:24:24Speaker 3: call because to have your soul saved, you need to
- 1:24:29Speaker 3: speak up and do the right thing. And I said
- 1:24:32Speaker 3: earlier call in a tip. You can do it. Anonymously.
- 1:24:36Speaker 3: You can send us DMS. If you talk to us,
- 1:24:39Speaker 3: we change your name and you are given if you're
- 1:24:42Speaker 3: a female, a Jane Doe and a number. I think
- 1:24:44Speaker 3: we're up to number twenty seven on Jane Doe's That
- 1:24:47Speaker 3: tells you we've talked to twenty six females. The males
- 1:24:51Speaker 3: it's much higher. I do that because I don't want
- 1:24:54Speaker 3: to remember which person told me what and if we
- 1:24:58Speaker 3: get subpoened. I want to protect people because if there's
- 1:25:04Speaker 3: drugs involved, I don't want people to get hurt. I
- 1:25:07Speaker 3: will also say I will go above and beyond to
- 1:25:11Speaker 3: help make sure you and your family are safe. Okay,
- 1:25:15Speaker 3: because everybody knows this is a big case in the area,
- 1:25:22Speaker 3: and the fact that multiple different people have told us
- 1:25:28Speaker 3: that Addison and Matt know, and if you saw one
- 1:25:33Speaker 3: of our earlier episodes on this, Matt even asked for
- 1:25:37Speaker 3: protection at one point, and then when they said, we
- 1:25:41Speaker 3: can't guarantee you anything until we know what you know,
- 1:25:43Speaker 3: he hasn't spoken to law enforcement. Again, you wouldn't ask
- 1:25:47Speaker 3: that question if you didn't know. And Matt Addison are
- 1:25:52Speaker 3: both parents. They both have kids. Think about if it
- 1:25:57Speaker 3: was your child. I don't want to think if Chase
- 1:26:00Speaker 3: as a friend, think about it with your child, because
- 1:26:02Speaker 3: karma is a bitch. Karma is a bitch. I would
- 1:26:06Speaker 3: not want karma to come for one of your kids.
- 1:26:09Speaker 3: So do the right thing so you can get some
- 1:26:12Speaker 3: good karma.
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: And I'm going to make one comment and that I'm
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: going to go into basically the side effects announcer version
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: of just some of our things that are coming up.
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: In other words, you know, you know you're gonna get
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: diarrhea from this this medicine. But I'm gonna tell you anyways, that.
- 1:26:30Speaker 3: Guy, well, before you do that, I do want to say,
- 1:26:34Speaker 3: as we continue investigating these tips, we will have another
- 1:26:38Speaker 3: update I can tell you with having the cadaver dogs,
- 1:26:43Speaker 3: we are set and ready to do searches. Somebody just
- 1:26:50Speaker 3: tell us where.
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: Yep? All right, So here you go. On Sunday, uh March,
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: we have Zizian's Episode three. You're gonna learn about more
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: about zizz the leader of the cult, as well as
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: the cult itself. And it is the rationalist rat bleats
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: you'll have. It's crazy, they're on a boat, they're in
- 1:27:14Speaker 1: the middle. It's wild. So you can check out the
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: playlist on this on Zizian's and kind of catch up,
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: and then we will be ready to go Sunday. On
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: next Thursday, we have season five episode sorry, episode eight
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: of season five of the show. It's called The Pastor
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: His Wife and a Deadly Secret? What really happened? The
- 1:27:35Speaker 1: truth behind Christy Evans crime. That is March twenty seventh. Again,
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: as I said in the beginning, every time, it's nine
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: pm Eastern, eight pm Central. And then if you have
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: any case suggestions, we love, we love to do things
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: that you all want to hear about. So maybe you
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: know a lot about the case, or you don't know
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: a lot about a case and you want to know
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: about it, please please please email producer Tara Tara at
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: TCWT media dot com and she would love to get
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: those and then field those and then we'll get them.
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: We'll get them into the script. You know, we're not
- 1:28:10Speaker 1: past kind of pushing things around. I'm not saying it'll
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: be the next week because we need time to figure
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: it out. Oh we will, absolutely well.
- 1:28:21Speaker 3: And the other thing we need to remember, I do
- 1:28:24Speaker 3: midday Missing every Monday and Wednesday. If yes, I am
- 1:28:29Speaker 3: extremely passionate about Chase's case because I'm personally invested, but
- 1:28:35Speaker 3: I highlight missing person cases on Midday Missing because it
- 1:28:41Speaker 3: breaks my heart how many families are out there dealing
- 1:28:45Speaker 3: with this.
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: Yeah. Absolutely, one hundred percent. And there is nobody more
- 1:28:51Speaker 1: genuine than both Terry and ap Amy who helps Terry
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: on that show. And so that is Mondays and Wednesdays.
- 1:29:00Speaker 1: I think it's it's noon Central one Eastern.
- 1:29:03Speaker 3: It's noon Texas time, it's noon.
- 1:29:07Speaker 1: Texas TAM and so definitely check that out. There's a
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: lot of great stuff. There are wonderful interviews with families.
- 1:29:14Speaker 1: They are hard to hear, but they're so important to
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: get out there. Finally, just a reminder, if you haven't yet,
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: like subscribe, hit that notification bell. It's huge. It really
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: helps us out. I know it makes no sense. We
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: don't get it either, those of us that create content
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: on YouTube, the algorithms right over the head. We just
- 1:29:35Speaker 1: know that it helps. So please, please please hit that.
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: That is a hugely helpful thing. We really appreciate the
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: fact that so many people have tuned into us tonight.
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you, thank you. I think something else
- 1:29:49Speaker 1: to say, And if.
- 1:29:50Speaker 3: You're listening to this on our podcast, because we do
- 1:29:53Speaker 3: release through crime and mind Time on the podcast apps.
- 1:29:57Speaker 3: Please go and rate us on what app if it's Apple, Spotify, Amazon,
- 1:30:02Speaker 3: whatever it is, ratest because apparently they do some kind
- 1:30:06Speaker 3: of algorithm magic as well, just like youtobe. But we
- 1:30:11Speaker 3: release Midday Missing and True Crime and Wine Time on
- 1:30:13Speaker 3: all of the podcast apps under True Crime and Wine Time.
- 1:30:18Speaker 1: Absolutely, and you can find us on all social media
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: True Crime and Wine Time or TCWT Media because this
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: is a production of TCWT Media. We really appreciate you
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: being there. And then really quickly, I will answer this
- 1:30:30Speaker 1: right now. Wine at noon one hundred percent wine all
- 1:30:36Speaker 1: the time.
- 1:30:37Speaker 3: No, I do not drink wine at noon, individual people,
- 1:30:43Speaker 3: I do not, because, believe it or not, guys, I
- 1:30:47Speaker 3: have a day job and I cannot do. But I
- 1:30:53Speaker 3: do drink sparkling water with the simple syrup rose syrup
- 1:30:58Speaker 3: in it, so I feel like I am drinking a
- 1:31:01Speaker 3: sparkling rose and getting hydrated. So I do drink fake wine.
- 1:31:07Speaker 3: Does that count?
- 1:31:08Speaker 1: In short? If you wonder who Terry and JT are
- 1:31:11Speaker 1: off camera, it's the same. There's no difference whatsoever. And
- 1:31:17Speaker 1: with that, I think we'll sign off. What do you think, Terry?
- 1:31:21Speaker 3: I think so. And if you want more of this,
- 1:31:23Speaker 3: craziness and that craziness. You should come to one of
- 1:31:26Speaker 3: our live shows. We've got a couple coming up this
- 1:31:30Speaker 3: year that we are working on, and I will tell
- 1:31:33Speaker 3: you we're ten times funnier in person, and we are
- 1:31:38Speaker 3: working on one in Crosby for this summer, so I
- 1:31:44Speaker 3: will be honest. I am hoping that we find Chased
- 1:31:47Speaker 3: by then and we don't have to do it, but
- 1:31:49Speaker 3: if not, we are you know, I will be in
- 1:31:52Speaker 3: Crosby doing that. Also, don't just follow the podcast or
- 1:31:57Speaker 3: the podcast through Crimeline time followed at and I too,
- 1:32:00Speaker 3: because let me tell you, individually, we are even just
- 1:32:05Speaker 3: as funny true crime. I mean, on Terry True Crime.
- 1:32:08Speaker 3: I even talked about my snake bite this weekend, and
- 1:32:12Speaker 3: I will find roaches that are flying.
- 1:32:16Speaker 1: Y'all don't see this, but I see producer Terror on
- 1:32:20Speaker 1: my other screen going okay, y'all.
- 1:32:25Speaker 3: Snakes and roaches. But I just want to say thank you.
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: What no, no, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead.
- 1:32:34Speaker 3: You can't You're like I can't. So I want to
- 1:32:36Speaker 3: thank everybody for joining us, and guys, I want you
- 1:32:40Speaker 3: to stay safe, stay aware. If you see something or
- 1:32:45Speaker 3: you know something, speak up, because keeping silent you are
- 1:32:52Speaker 3: protecting the bad guys. Okay, so and enjoy your wine time.
- 1:32:58Speaker 3: My glass is empty, but I didn't drink the whole
- 1:33:02Speaker 3: bottle and night.
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: I did. You can't see it. I did not. Thank
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: you everybody for tuning in. We really appreciate it. Come
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: back and see us on Sunday and then Thursday and
- 1:33:17Speaker 1: also Monday and Wednesday. It's it's a party.

- 1:33:25Speaker 1: That's right, we will be in costume on Sunday. Now, now,
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: now we're committed. Now, we're committed, Producer Tarrat, you're committed
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: to oh, because.
- 1:33:35Speaker 3: We're gonna have Pickle So for those of you that
- 1:33:38Speaker 3: don't know, we will have a special guest on Sunday

- 1:33:55Speaker 1: know she was gonna be our big selling point for Sunday,
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: did you. So I'm gonna close out right now before
- 1:33:59Speaker 1: we get in more track. Thank you so much everybody
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: for tuning in. Please please please take care of yourselves,
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: your friends, your family, and your community. And I genuinely
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: mean that we need good people right now. Do not
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: let anybody, anybody do all that sparkle and shine on,
- 1:34:17Speaker 1: Shine on, all you crazy diamonds. We will see you
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: on Sunday. Bye, everybody,
