- 0:39All right, welcome back for those are the new welcome and
- 0:43those have been listening. Thank you and that now start off
- 0:46with a prayer. Of course.
- 0:48So Lord, thank you for everything.
- 0:50Thank you for today. Thank you for just allowing us
- 0:53to be here. Protect us, God, guard our
- 0:58hearts and forgive us if we have sinned in any type of way, Lord,
- 1:05but always please, Father, guide us into the absolute truth.
- 1:10Amen, Amen. Amen.
- 1:14Amen. So yeah, I learned something
- 1:20really good today. Interesting, very interesting.
- 1:22Oh God, very good. You know, I think we've talked
- 1:27about this already plenty of times about about our
- 1:32predestination destiny, what's destined already in play.
- 1:35Yeah, I think we have spoken about it.
- 1:37Yeah, like. What do you What was the episode
- 1:39called? Do we call it destiny at hand?
- 1:44I don't remember. I don't remember destiny at
- 1:47hand. I'm just making.
- 1:48Maybe I'm I might be, I might just be making stuff up.
- 1:51I don't know but. What about it though?
- 1:57No, no, we've spoken about it like we, we've talked about
- 2:00being replaced, right? I know that we've talked about
- 2:02for sure like what is what God, what God says it's going to
- 2:07happen no matter what, never comes back empty.
- 2:11And either you are replaced or you're part of the journey.
- 2:17And you know, predestination is deep, but you're very simple,
- 2:22very simple. Like what God says is going to
- 2:26happen is going to happen. It's as simple as that, right?
- 2:29But I feel like, you know, the way, the way I guess God called
- 2:36me out. Like the question is like, if
- 2:39something does not go your way, let's just say like you thought
- 2:43it was going to go this way and then you realize that it's not
- 2:48going to go that way. Right.
- 2:52Then all of a sudden, are you going to like shift to a
- 2:55different motive or are you going to like continue like
- 3:01going at it? What I'm trying to say is
- 3:04basically like. No, there's no episode.
- 3:07I'm sorry, I was just. Searching, there's no episode.
- 3:09No, we're not going to wait. So what are you saying?
- 3:12You said we, we have spoken about.
- 3:14Yeah, we have I. Think we've mentioned it in the
- 3:15podcast? I don't think so.
- 3:20Maybe not, I don't know. Destiny.
- 3:21No, I mean, we've talked about being replaced.
- 3:24Yeah, you. You talked about that.
- 3:25That has to do a lot with that actually.
- 3:28But this is different though. OK, this is different.
- 3:30This is like, I'll give you like an example.
- 3:34Like when it comes to finding a wife or a husband, you know, a
- 3:38husband finding a, a man finding a wife or a woman finding a
- 3:41husband, you know, there, there are moments, you know, if you're
- 3:46destined to get married, you're going to get married either by
- 3:50the one that God has chosen for you or you're just going to
- 3:52choose one, right, right. Either way, destiny is just
- 3:56going to play out still. And I guess the question is,
- 4:07what if you're not meant to get married or something like that,
- 4:09Right? That's what.
- 4:12That sort of freaks everybody out.
- 4:14It does. You know, it does freak a lot of
- 4:15people out, you know? The way you said it, you're so
- 4:19scared. You know, 'cause you know,
- 4:23marriage is a beautiful thing. Everybody wants to get married.
- 4:27There's some people that say they don't want to get married,
- 4:28but I think it's a lie. But then there's some people
- 4:31that actually mean it. Like for example, Paul said, you
- 4:36know, I wish you guys were like me, single, he talks about.
- 4:40That in First Corinthians. Yeah, like, like, you know, but
- 4:42you know, we all have our own talents, you know, and maybe
- 4:47perhaps what I've seen, what I've read in Scripture, it seems
- 4:53like he had the opportunity to get married.
- 4:58I mean, for example, when he encountered that guy with the
- 5:02with the Y, with the with the daughters that were able to
- 5:05prophecy. Yes, the four, were they 4
- 5:09virgin daughters or three? I don't remember 44 virgin
- 5:12daughters 2. Daughters of Phillip.
- 5:13Yeah, yeah, You know what I mean?
- 5:15I, you know, Paul could have been like, all right, well,
- 5:17these woman right here, you know, that's right.
- 5:19He could have gotten married and I wouldn't have.
- 5:20Taken away you. Yeah, That wouldn't have taken
- 5:22away his salvation or anything. So but he decided to continue
- 5:27and just keep going and not get married.
- 5:31Yeah. And why do you think that is?
- 5:32Do you think his his. Do you think he was destined to
- 5:34be single or do you think marriage was still at hand for
- 5:40him? Paul, Peter, Peter.
- 5:44I think Peter did have a wife if I'm not mistaken.
- 5:48Oh, Peter, Peter. Did have a wife, but you know,
- 5:53they were so in deep, you know, Barnabas also had a wife.
- 6:00A lot of a lot of the disciples did have wife.
- 6:02Some didn't. Some of them that didn't, well,
- 6:04this 'cause that they dedicated, I mean, they went all out on,
- 6:08on, on, on the mission that was at hand at that moment.
- 6:16Paul was essentially from the type of Benjamin, if I'm not
- 6:20mistaken, and he was a Pharisee, you know, he studied, yeah, the
- 6:27Jewish law, Pseudonov Gamaliel, basically.
- 6:30There's like a little biography of him and, and, and, you know,
- 6:32he could, you know, he could've, he could get married.
- 6:35You know what I mean? He had that by design, right?
- 6:40Yeah. Because you're talking about
- 6:41predestiny and Destiny. Predestiny would then imply that
- 6:46there was something planned before Destiny took, before
- 6:52Destiny had hold of anything. So you're saying predestiny and
- 6:55destiny are two different things?
- 6:56Essentially, yeah, because predestiny is something that has
- 6:59already been predetermined before it had, before it even
- 7:04happened. Destiny is, it is meaning like
- 7:06remember what God revealed to that Destiny's a hand because it
- 7:09is. Yeah, right, dude.
- 7:13So predestination, Paul talks about it for we have been
- 7:16predestined before the foundation.
- 7:19So he used the word predestination because it was a
- 7:21thought before destiny took hold of, before it was in motion.
- 7:24Right, right. Right.
- 7:27So when it became in motion, certain things were fixed,
- 7:31right? Adam as a male, Eve as a female,
- 7:34something that's fixed in regards to their roles.
- 7:39You and I as a man, we know we're going to get married to a
- 7:42woman that's fixed, that's meant to be in regards to destiny.
- 7:49Like if I'm going to marry, it's going to be a woman, right?
- 7:51I'm going to be the other side, You know, it's going to be with
- 7:55a woman because I'm a man. You're a man that that's
- 7:59destined to be that way by design.
- 8:01But destiny also has it's amplitudes frequencies by that
- 8:07meaning like you can ascend up within destiny that's happening
- 8:15in real time, right to you and I what was determined before this.
- 8:21It doesn't pertain to us. We can only think of it.
- 8:24We can't do anything more with it, right.
- 8:26Yeah. So Paul, prior to Christ's
- 8:32intervention on his way to Damascus, he, he was just like
- 8:35any other Jewish guy, zealous for the Lord.
- 8:39You know, he had every right to get married one day, right?
- 8:45But it wasn't. It wasn't until God intervened.
- 8:48Yeah, right. Right.
- 8:49He still could have decided not to continue with that
- 8:52intervention. He could have just been like,
- 8:53all right, Lord, I know you are who you are and just stay that
- 8:56way. That's.
- 8:58It Yeah. But since his life was
- 9:03intervened in such a dramatic way, he he just changed entirely
- 9:11so much that we don't we still don't even know if he was
- 9:15married or not. So they speculate that if he was
- 9:17married, then he let it go to pursue the mission or if he
- 9:22wasn't married, he ignored it. He didn't want.
- 9:25It right? So therefore, as you can see,
- 9:28people say, well, like was he meant to be or not meant to be?
- 9:31He chose to serve God, the intervention.
- 9:34He's still after Christ intervening.
- 9:36He could have still chosen not to, but he he decided to follow
- 9:41it, right? Destiny was happening in real
- 9:46time. What I mean by that is like I
- 9:50have explained, it's, I'm trying my best way to describe it, but
- 9:54like there's something that's already fixed and there's
- 9:56nothing you can do about it. That's inevitable.
- 10:00It's happening whether you are OK with it or you're not OK with
- 10:03it, right? But there are certain things
- 10:05within destiny that have amplitude, meaning volume, low
- 10:10volume, high volume, right, if you will.
- 10:13And those moments like when Christ intervenes, it's that was
- 10:16a high amplitude within destiny. He went up, his mind
- 10:20transcended. If he will, repented, things
- 10:23changed. As a man that he was, he didn't
- 10:27take upon that design anymore. I don't care about marriage, you
- 10:31see. Yeah.
- 10:33He was more concerned with the business of God.
- 10:36Do you, you know what I'm saying?
- 10:37Yeah. But he also then speaks, you
- 10:42know, like in, you know, Chapter 7 of First Corinthians, he gives
- 10:45that advice, the first few, the first few verses to couples and
- 10:52unmarried men and widows, right. So back to the word you said
- 10:57predestination. And what about it?
- 11:03What about predestination? Like what do you mean like
- 11:07because? You brought it up.
- 11:09I know I was just bringing up what I what I learned.
- 11:10Oh, OK. What'd you learn about pre
- 11:12destination? Sorry, no.
- 11:13No, no, I mean I, I. Didn't mean to, no.
- 11:15No, no, I didn't. I didn't learn anything about
- 11:16pre. I mean, yeah, I just, I just
- 11:19realized right now, yeah, destiny and predestination are
- 11:21two different things. Yeah.
- 11:23But no, I just learned more about destiny, like how how deep
- 11:27it is. It's not.
- 11:29It's not just. It's not just one straight line,
- 11:31but it's more like. It is a straight well.
- 11:33How do I explain it like it's like like you you the way you
- 11:36said it is like a circle but it's going if.
- 11:39If we look at it from the front, from the front it looks like a
- 11:41circle. Yeah.
- 11:42But if we look at it from the side, you see a line and then
- 11:44waves. Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 11:47Right. Yeah.
- 11:48So there's different ways of seeing it.
- 11:49We are, we are three-dimensional beings looking at 2 dimensional
- 11:54things. God is probably beyond a 5th or
- 11:596th 7th dimensional being who sees destiny.
- 12:04You and I can't see it. Yeah, we.
- 12:06Live it exactly. But we can understand certain
- 12:09things, like, like what I just said.
- 12:11You and I are men. We're meant to marry a woman.
- 12:14That's fixed. Yeah.
- 12:15Because your desire is towards a woman that's fixed.
- 12:18That's why I had told you like a while ago, like those, you know,
- 12:26who like their same sex. I they're not born that way.
- 12:29No. No, I agree.
- 12:30But that's a, that's a, That's a different conversation.
- 12:32But so that, you know, those things are by design fixed
- 12:38destiny, right? Right.
- 12:40And those who, when Christ came to die for humanity and, and
- 12:46gave them the option, whoever believes in me shall have
- 12:48eternal life, and those who don't shall be condemned, right.
- 12:53Those who will be saved and condemned is fixed, right.
- 12:57Right. That's fixed, Yeah.
- 12:59That's yeah. But you choosing is what?
- 13:02That that's the amplitude I choose.
- 13:05You, yes. That's you.
- 13:06I don't want to say the word ascending.
- 13:10It's weird. I'm not saying like you're like
- 13:11some little God or anything like that.
- 13:12Right, Right. I'm saying like, like you are
- 13:16elevating within that destiny. I don't know what I'm saying.
- 13:20Yeah. Because of God, not because of
- 13:21you. It's because.
- 13:22Of God, no. Yeah, because the end result is
- 13:23either heaven or hell. Yeah, but yeah.
- 13:26You know you're choosing. Think of it that way, Yes.
- 13:28So, so to say, oh, you're meant to be single.
- 13:35You don't know that. Paul didn't know that.
- 13:39Paul didn't know he was meant to be single.
- 13:41Right. He could have easily chosen not
- 13:42to. Yeah.
- 13:44Right. But he was so concerned for the
- 13:48churches, for God's business, that he saw the idea that that
- 13:56pertains him as a man to be with.
- 13:58He saw it very like meaningless. Right, right.
- 14:00Yeah. Right, that's what he said.
- 14:02I, I prefer. You know what?
- 14:03Let me, let me, let me look for it.
- 14:08Which one? Which one?
- 14:10First Corinthians. OK, here it is, First
- 14:17Corinthians Chapter 7, just to get perspective of where he's
- 14:23coming from, right? Yeah.
- 14:24OK, Now concerning to the things in which I wrote to you, it is
- 14:28good for a man not to touch a woman.
- 14:31This is a question that they would write to him.
- 14:33Is it good for a man not to touch a woman but because of
- 14:37sexual morality? So the reason he's like but
- 14:39because of sexual morality, each man is to have his own wife
- 14:46because of sexual what is he referring to?
- 14:48Sexual immorality. Like the desire you have?
- 14:50The desire that leads to you having sexual relationships
- 14:53prior before marriage, right? Yeah.
- 14:55And stuff like that. You have a right to your own
- 14:58wife and each woman is to have his her own husband.
- 15:03The husband must fulfil his duty to his wife and likewise the
- 15:06wife also to the husband. The wife does not have authority
- 15:10over her own body, but the husband does.
- 15:13And likewise, the husband also does not have authority over his
- 15:17own body, but this wife does. So you see how they become one.
- 15:21Yeah. OK, stop.
- 15:26OK. And then he goes stop depriving
- 15:28one another. He's referring to sexual
- 15:30relationship, except by agreement for a time that so
- 15:35he's installing about like if, if there's going to be a time
- 15:37where you guys even look for God as a as a married couple,
- 15:40separate yourselves because lust, lust can fog.
- 15:45You might know. Yeah, right.
- 15:46So he says only for a time like that to devote yourselves to
- 15:49prayer and and and even only when you do that.
- 15:54But you guys have to also come into agreement to want to give
- 16:00each other that to each other back because you don't want to
- 16:03let the the you know, Satan tempt you because of your lack
- 16:08of self-control. Yeah, right.
- 16:09Right, so if he says self-control, I'm going to.
- 16:13I would be assuming that when he speaks self-control when he
- 16:15chooses this word. Here's possibly referring to the
- 16:20fruit of the Spirit. Yeah, self-control.
- 16:23Right. Yeah.
- 16:24So that means that we're constantly just developing that
- 16:27control depending on where you are, you like it or you don't
- 16:30like it. Right.
- 16:34But this say this, I say by way of concession, not of command.
- 16:40That's just an advice. This is not an ultimatum order.
- 16:45Yeah. I wish that all man were as
- 16:47myself meaning single. Yeah.
- 16:52And just attending to God. However, each this is where you
- 16:56were quoting everybody's talent. He has his own talent.
- 17:01I mean gift from God. So however, each has his own
- 17:05gift from God on this way and another in that.
- 17:10So in the gift of having the capacity of self-control, it
- 17:16comes in different ways, right? But I say to the unmarried men.
- 17:23So in Greek he's referring to unmarried men and to widows.
- 17:26Seems like that time young women lost husbands quick and they
- 17:32were available. That is good for them to remain
- 17:36as I mean like why don't you just decide to stay like me and
- 17:39you attend to God. But if they do have if they do
- 17:42not have self-control, let them marry for it is better to marry
- 17:47than to burn with passion. Now the next verse is he's he's
- 17:50giving advice to other type of couples.
- 17:53So that's where he's coming from.
- 17:56He gives that advice based on his experience, right?
- 17:58He says it based on concession, not command, right?
- 18:01He's just giving him advice and. Advice.
- 18:03Yeah. Right, so he decided.
- 18:07To just. To be that way.
- 18:08Yeah, exactly. But he also did.
- 18:10He also said that it's a gift. And many have this gift in
- 18:15different ways. Yeah.
- 18:16One in this way and then another in that way, whatever that may
- 18:19be. Yeah.
- 18:20So you and I, when we read this, can we say Paul was meant to be?
- 18:28No, he was meant to be a follower of Christ.
- 18:32Based on that, he then decided I want to just follow Christ.
- 18:36Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. So by destiny he was meant to
- 18:40follow God to. Follow God.
- 18:41He gave it his all and we have all his like almost 13 or 10 to
- 18:4513 epistles. So then I, you and I reading
- 18:48this, we can say he was meant to be a servant.
- 18:51A servant. Of God, yeah.
- 18:52Right by that what he was meant to be, he he decided to serve
- 18:58God right. Yeah, I mean, Christ
- 19:00encountering him and blinding him and all, you know, it's just
- 19:03that was bound to happen. Exactly so you could see destiny
- 19:07linear, right and you can see several like there's there's
- 19:14this destiny that's fixed it linearly and within that there's
- 19:19highs and lows amplitudes, right, right, right.
- 19:23And for those who who questioned God, well, like how do I know
- 19:27which one is the one for me? I know previously on Yearning
- 19:31aimlessly Part 1 and 2 we're talking about.
- 19:34You don't even know what you want, you know what I mean?
- 19:37No, it's true. Yeah.
- 19:39And then we speak about wretched with Christ.
- 19:42What does it mean constantly struggling that means you're not
- 19:49with Christ? Yeah, yeah, he's not.
- 19:51Fully your foundation, if Christ is your foundation in one hand,
- 19:54and in the other hand, you can do both because thanks to
- 19:57Christ, everything is through him.
- 19:58You're under him. Yeah, yeah.
- 20:00You should be able to at this point be able to know certain
- 20:06qualities that you want in a woman and vice versa a woman to
- 20:11a man. Yes, exactly.
- 20:16Like a God knows that you you will have attraction in all of
- 20:20this vice versa. But that won't be everything.
- 20:24You got to look for the qualities.
- 20:26Yes, right. Absolutely.
- 20:28He if you keep reading that chapter, he keeps, he keeps
- 20:30going on and he says, listen, if you attend, I wish you'd be in
- 20:37the business of God. I keep, I can't believe you keep
- 20:39reading. And because if not, well, you
- 20:43have to get married. And then the woman, now the
- 20:44woman has to worry for the husband.
- 20:46The husband has to worry for the wife.
- 20:48Yeah, it's a completely different type of burden, but
- 20:51it's not a bad burden. No, no, it's not.
- 20:53He's not talking about like saying or anything.
- 20:54It's a completely. Different burden now, yeah.
- 20:56To attend to her as much as her, she has to attend to you exactly
- 21:00as a man. Yep.
- 21:01Right. And so you have to decide what
- 21:03qualities you want to you want to pick, right.
- 21:06We talked about the yoke. Try to try.
- 21:11And by trying, I mean trusting God, push, you know, trust in
- 21:15him. If you like faith, ask for
- 21:17faith. Yeah.
- 21:18That that he leads you to the right one, to the one you're
- 21:20meant to be. You know, that amplitude,
- 21:22correct. That goes up within destiny.
- 21:24Yes. Because like I said, what's
- 21:26fixed is fixed. You're a man.
- 21:28You're meant to marry a woman. Yeah.
- 21:30Yeah, that's by logic. But who is the one you're meant
- 21:34to be? The one who you can enjoy by
- 21:39design. That's already fixed.
- 21:42Wouldn't it be nice that God chooses the one for you?
- 21:45Yeah, Yeah. You know what I mean?
- 21:46So that's that thing that's happening in real time within
- 21:50destiny. And so, yeah, that's where Paul
- 21:54is coming from. You and I can.
- 21:57We can say now, right? I can say like about my brother,
- 22:00you know, like, oh, you know, Wendy was meant to be because of
- 22:04certain things. You know, she's been there,
- 22:07she's supportive and all these things, right?
- 22:10But before, when they were dating?
- 22:11Can I really have said that? Right.
- 22:14Right, right. I could have, I could have maybe
- 22:16seen it. Oh, she might be right.
- 22:19Or if you're lucky and blessed, I would say blessed would be
- 22:23more appropriate. Word would be we're blessed to
- 22:27have a sister in Christ that you know, God uses her in
- 22:31extraordinary ways. And you know, we have some
- 22:35insight, maybe not all the time, like we would want to be
- 22:38awesome, but they happen spontaneously and and it's, it's
- 22:43great to know that we can be pointed into the correct
- 22:49direction, you know, and and and blessed because we're we are
- 22:56headed in the right direction or we might be heading in the wrong
- 22:58direction. We might be, you know what I
- 23:00mean? And so that kind of requires
- 23:02trust and and trusting in God and there is so much more to
- 23:10predestination. But we're but you, you said you
- 23:13finally understand what destiny means is that's what you refer.
- 23:16Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Because you started like
- 23:18predestination, Destiny is a hand.
- 23:22Yes, destiny is a hand at the end, you really don't know
- 23:28anything. But if you're going to go all
- 23:31out on God, just go all out on God.
- 23:33It doesn't even shouldn't even be worried about.
- 23:34The Destiny, yeah, you shouldn't like, you shouldn't be worried
- 23:36about Destiny. It's already happening.
- 23:39It's happening. There are things that are fixed,
- 23:41yes, and there are things that within what is fixed will be
- 23:45added on to, if you know what I mean.
- 23:47No, of course, of course so. If you're going to wait on her,
- 23:53you might as wait on her while you're going all out.
- 23:55All out on God, right? You shouldn't worry about like
- 23:58if you have this and that and that, God will take care of all
- 24:01that. I know that it is known.
- 24:03Obviously everybody talks about it, social media talks about it.
- 24:07How can you be a man and you're not even ready and you don't
- 24:09have all these things? That is true.
- 24:12There's the truth to it. You want to be like somewhat
- 24:15prepared. God knows that already, too.
- 24:18But if you are in a position where you have a good a decent
- 24:20job, save, stewardship your finances properly, Yeah.
- 24:25And when God tells you move, you move.
- 24:28Yes. He adventures with him.
- 24:30Yeah, with, with how Paul did. And we are in a world where
- 24:37opportunities are everywhere. In his time, you know, he had
- 24:41the skill of a tent maker. So wherever he went, he was able
- 24:44to make tents. Yeah.
- 24:46To feed himself and survive. Exactly.
- 24:49Be with whatever skill you have, wherever you go, you implement
- 24:52them, right. It's it can be nerve racking.
- 24:58So, I mean, I don't know. Do you have any of those?
- 24:59I feel like I'm the only one speaking.
- 25:00No, no, no, no, it's OK. I mean, to be honest, I brought
- 25:04this up and then you explained it really well.
- 25:06So I'm pretty much learning this in real time.
- 25:08But when I got out of all this is basically like, you shouldn't
- 25:11really be worried about your destiny or where destiny will
- 25:17lead you to. You should just be serving God
- 25:19and keep your eyes on God and being present and let's go all
- 25:23out on God. Yeah, because destiny is going
- 25:26to happen no matter where, no matter whether you like it or
- 25:28not. Yeah.
- 25:29Yeah, exactly. We don't have control over many
- 25:31things. Yes, we can sit here and think
- 25:33about what things are fixed and what things are not fixed.
- 25:37Yeah, but even then, like we have no control, right?
- 25:41Of a lot of things. Exactly.
- 25:47I explained them based on how I understand them.
- 25:49Yes, I may not be eloquent with my words or be philosophical
- 25:54about it, but that's how I understand it based on how God
- 25:59has revealed to me during times. Yeah, yeah, absolutely,
- 26:04absolutely. You know what I mean?
- 26:05Yeah. Now you know what I did learn
- 26:08something new, something that was in my heart.
- 26:11I had no idea it was in my heart.
- 26:13And you shouldn't let any, any, anything that you do not know
- 26:19affect you, because at the end they need to assume the destiny
- 26:23is is is foolish because you do not know anything.
- 26:27Yeah, it's, it's, it's we can't know everything.
- 26:29We can. It's just.
- 26:30A certain things we can't know it.
- 26:32Yeah, absolutely not. Yeah, we don't.
- 26:34We don't know. And if we know them, we're going
- 26:36to want them to happen. Too fast?
- 26:38Exactly. I know all that too well.
- 26:42But yeah, man, you just gotta look.
- 26:47You learned something. I learned something technically
- 26:50throughout the end of the towards the end of the week.
- 26:54You know, I was actually speaking about this with my
- 26:56friend Steve about being hospitable or hospitable like
- 27:02hospitality, because you know, for those who are The Who have
- 27:09been listening, we have a nonprofit, Breath of Life and we
- 27:13had these boxes we're going to send.
- 27:14It's just a little story here. So you understand.
- 27:18I'll link it. You you see what I mean.
- 27:21And while he was here, the guys were came.
- 27:24I'm like, oh, OK, yo, you know, I'm going to attend to them.
- 27:27And then I remember when we were working at your at your place,
- 27:31fixing the box, you did something that was very
- 27:33intriguing to me because I'm trying to learn this.
- 27:37You naturally were like how you doing water coffee man?
- 27:39And I asked her like, why did you think that?
- 27:42How did you did you think about it?
- 27:45Was it premeditated or or did you just think about it right
- 27:47then and there like was an incident like no, like I don't
- 27:51know. You were in my house and have
- 27:52resource and you right now I was telling Stevia that was
- 27:58interesting because like, I'm thinking like it's not like I'm,
- 28:01I don't think I'm not considerate.
- 28:02It just doesn't come to me naturally to want to be
- 28:04considerate. But if you ask me like I'll I'll
- 28:07do it. So when I went outside, you
- 28:10know, to attend the two guys at the agency that came to, to take
- 28:13the the boxes in my head, I was like, OK, let's let's try this.
- 28:19Do you guys some water? Do you guys want some water?
- 28:21Oh, yeah. Oh, that would be great.
- 28:23So I go and get water and then I see there's two mangoes.
- 28:27I'm just giving them two mangoes too.
- 28:28You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 28:31I grab the mangoes and I was like, use the mangoes and two
- 28:33waters. Now that felt great, right?
- 28:37Right. Because I meant it.
- 28:40And it felt like progress because it was small doses of
- 28:44it. Yeah.
- 28:45Yeah. No, I want everybody to think
- 28:47that I'm barbaric. I just.
- 28:48These things don't come natural to me.
- 28:51So the reason why I bring this up is because am I destined to
- 28:57be passive aggressive or harsh? No, I'm not.
- 29:06God makes those adjustments. Yeah, along the way.
- 29:08Absolutely it does. So one day when I do become that
- 29:11very gentle person gentleman, people will be like, oh, he's
- 29:15such a gentleman. Like, no, I will.
- 29:19They'll think that I was meant to be that.
- 29:20No, I've learned. Yeah.
- 29:23Yeah, I've learned that. Absolutely.
- 29:24So based on that, that's I don't have another way to describe it,
- 29:28but yeah, I've learned that too. So what I've truly learned now
- 29:30to get to the point is you know I was talking to see about this
- 29:35Like it seems like I am found with incomplete works.
- 29:41Yeah, yeah. And he was like, yeah, you're
- 29:45right. I was like, yeah, that's hard to
- 29:47hear, but it's true. Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
- 29:51Absolutely. You're put in the effort to
- 29:53continue denying yourself, yes. Right.
- 29:56Yes, yeah, yeah. And that's what it means to to
- 30:00wash your rope daily. Man, Yeah, absolutely.
- 30:03Yeah, right. So for all those listening,
- 30:06right, that'd be a dude or a chick, right?
- 30:13Be patient. Yeah, be very.
- 30:15Yeah, be. Patient.
- 30:16Yeah, be patient. Give your all with God too, and
- 30:22as you're waiting, because wherever you go, you can meet
- 30:26her there. It doesn't matter it he knows.
- 30:29If you want the one, then wait. Yes.
- 30:34But if you can wait, any girl that you find that's decent will
- 30:40be suffice. You're fulfilling what's already
- 30:43fixed anyways. Absolutely.
- 30:46You get it now. Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
- 30:48But if you want the one, then wait.
- 30:51Yes, continue hauling, continue. Well, this wraps it up for
- 30:57today. Is there anything else you want
- 31:01to say or or no? No, I just feel like I spoke
- 31:04this whole time. No, no, that's fine, bro.
- 31:07It's just, yeah, it's just, hey, but by the way, it's, it's not
- 31:11like obviously we're not talking about this because we seem to be
- 31:15like desperate. No.
- 31:16No, no, no, by by no means no. It's just perspective.
- 31:22Yeah, it's just stuff that God is teaching us.
- 31:24Yeah, little by little, to be honest, 'cause you know what God
- 31:27taught us, we didn't really think about it or ask.
- 31:30It just came naturally to us. And this these are tools that we
- 31:36will be using. Yeah, of course.
- 31:39Yeah. Yeah, that's what I say, you
- 31:40know? What do you mean?
- 31:41Like no, I'm just saying like these are just like wisdom stuff
- 31:44that you use for your life to continue the refining of your
- 31:49spiritual. Life, yeah, it's for the
- 31:51betterment, it's. For the betterment of your
- 31:52spiritual life. Yeah.
- 31:53So, yeah, no, that's pretty much it.
- 31:55We're not. Yeah, like you said, we're not
- 31:57desperate or anything. I just wanted to call it that
- 31:59because, yeah, I seem to be talking about women these these
- 32:02days. Yeah, I.
- 32:03Don't know why. Vice versa.
- 32:04I I promise you this is nothing planned that I, I don't know why
- 32:09and God is just teaching us more and more each time.
- 32:11I don't know why. Maybe sooner or later we'll get
- 32:13married. I don't know.
- 32:14You know, you shouldn't even matter.
- 32:16Like you shouldn't be thinking about that.
- 32:19I mean, obviously everybody wants their special one.
- 32:21Yeah, everybody. I mean, even in the world, you
- 32:25know, everywhere, everybody. Yeah.
- 32:27No one wants to be alone. They're petrified of that.
- 32:29Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, no, there's some awesome
- 32:34benefits of being alone and you have that.
- 32:38The annoying thing is just nature of the of the body that.
- 32:42But then again, that's what Paul was referring to, lack of
- 32:45self-control. Now, yeah, I don't recommend it.
- 32:47Like we've said before on Period's podcast, don't just go
- 32:53get married Willy nilly because you just can't like right, you
- 32:58know, like if you, if you are in Christ, I would assume you have
- 33:01developed some like fruit of the spirit of self-control.
- 33:05Absolutely right. Yeah, it's.
- 33:06Like, well, I can't do this anymore.
- 33:07I'm done. I can't.
- 33:09I can't anymore. Yeah.
- 33:10That's just a pathetic excuse. Yeah.
- 33:12I mean, yeah, when he says lack of self-control, he's not
- 33:15referring that you don't have self-control.
- 33:17So you're lacking. Yeah, you, you, you just typing
- 33:20that one. Yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely.
- 33:23You know right. And it's just Paul probably had
- 33:25a very well developed. I just firmly believe that in
- 33:29that verse, Chapter 7, verse 7 through 9, he says unmarried men
- 33:34and widows. I I firmly believe that he was
- 33:36referring to them both being a couple.
- 33:39Yeah. Because there was unmarried men
- 33:41and widows available. Yeah.
- 33:43To date. Yeah.
- 33:44And I firmly believe he was talking to couples.
- 33:48It wouldn't make sense if he's talking to a single person.
- 33:51In Spanish it says saulteros in the Reno Valera.
- 33:55But as we know a couple that are dating, essentially they're
- 34:00still saulteros. They're not married.
- 34:03Absolutely. Yeah, Yeah.
- 34:04By definition so. Exactly.
- 34:06Keep that in mind, guys. Destiny is at hand.
- 34:11Yeah, and we're going to close it off.
- 34:13Thank you, Father, for this opportunity was a rough start.
- 34:17Definitely was a rough start, I would say.
- 34:19But you're amazing and incredible and you have control
- 34:22of everything. We, we can't even fathom it.
- 34:26We can think about it. We can meditate upon these
- 34:28things and mysteries and but you show the way you reveal the way
- 34:36you intercede for us, Holy Spirit, you testify for us.
- 34:38You show us what's in our heart and when it is exposed, it is
- 34:43not for shame, but for growth, for the betterment and
- 34:47refinement of our spiritual life.
- 34:49We thank you, Father, that you will be done in heaven like I
- 34:52mean that you will be done here on earth like it is in heaven.
- 34:55And if we have commit anything sinned, well then you know,
- 35:01Father, you have forgive us because of your Son who died for
- 35:07our sins and we're no longer mastered by it.
- 35:10We are grateful for that, to be your servant, to be a slave of
- 35:16righteousness and always lead us to the absolute truth, which is
- 35:20you. Until the next time, guys,
- 35:25farewell.
