- 0:15Speaker 1: keeping love at a distance. Can a shattered heart be

- 0:21Speaker 1: you practical tools that can be used to heal the
- 0:23Speaker 1: past and help you to safely love again. And now,
- 0:27Speaker 1: today's Come Back to Love.
- 0:30Speaker 2: In a world that often feels disconnected, uncertain, and overwhelming,
- 0:34Speaker 2: there has never been a more important time to come
- 0:36Speaker 2: back to love. I'm Robin Vogel, your host, intimacy coach,
- 0:40Speaker 2: and author of Come Back to Love, A Path to Healing.
- 0:43Speaker 2: For over 20 years, I've been sitting with people in
- 0:45Speaker 2: their most tender, courageous moments, the heartbreaks, the longing, the
- 0:49Speaker 2: walls they built around their hearts, and the quiet hope
- 0:51Speaker 2: that real love is still possible. This show is a sanctuary,
- 0:55Speaker 2: a place to heal the past, Reconnect with yourself and
- 1:00Speaker 2: fall in love again with your life, with others, and
- 1:02Speaker 2: most importantly, with yourself. Welcome to Comeback Love, everybody. This
- 1:06Speaker 2: is KMET, your ABC News radio affiliate. We are on
- 1:10Speaker 2: air at 1490 AM and 98.1 FM at 1.30 PM
- 1:16Speaker 2: Pacific and 4.30 PM Eastern every Thursday. Welcome to the show. Today,
- 1:21Speaker 2: I have two dear friends with me, which is so exciting.
- 1:24Speaker 2: I think this is my first time anyway, having two
- 1:27Speaker 2: guests on this particular radio show. So welcome everybody to
- 1:31Speaker 2: Come Back to Love and welcome Barbara DeMasi, a dear
- 1:34Speaker 2: friend who offers wellness consultations while incorporating electrodermal screenings with
- 1:39Speaker 2: professional herbalism as her foundational work. During your consultation with Barbara,
- 1:45Speaker 2: you'll gain a wealth of knowledge about your health and wellness.
- 1:48Speaker 2: You will leave with an individualized plan based on your
- 1:51Speaker 2: specific needs. And I can totally attest to that. For
- 1:54Speaker 2: your individualized health plan, she may implement or give you
- 1:58Speaker 2: ideas to use related to herbs, supplements, homeopathy, flower essences,
- 2:03Speaker 2: essential oils, and I will say so much more. Also,
- 2:06Speaker 2: we have today dear friend Claudia Muriel. She is a
- 2:10Speaker 2: bioenergetic practitioner, educator, and creator of BioResonance Massage Therapy. Through
- 2:16Speaker 2: her practice, the light guide, she works at the intersection
- 2:19Speaker 2: of the physical body, nervous system, energy, and consciousness. Blending
- 2:24Speaker 2: frequency-based technologies with intuitive and body-based approaches. Okay, we have
- 2:30Speaker 2: to dissect all of that. Claudia is also the creator
- 2:34Speaker 2: of The Power of Pivoting, exploring how we move through change,
- 2:37Speaker 2: release old patterns, and create new experiences of possibility within
- 2:42Speaker 2: the body. I think we're going to talk about that
- 2:44Speaker 2: because I have been seeing and reading some incredible things
- 2:48Speaker 2: that you have done and are doing, Claudia. Yeah.
- 2:51Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 2:51Speaker 2: Pretty unbelievable. Yeah. So welcome you two. You're like the
- 2:55Speaker 2: Bobsy twins.
- 2:57Speaker 4: We are actually, if people could see us, we have
- 3:01Speaker 4: the same length brown hair.
- 3:03Speaker 5: Yes.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:04Speaker 2: You really look the same. And I know our listeners
- 3:07Speaker 2: are just listening and they can't perceive your dark brown
- 3:11Speaker 2: hair and the way that you guys look, but you
- 3:13Speaker 2: definitely look like Bobsy twins. And what I love about
- 3:16Speaker 2: both of you is, um, is that you both work
- 3:22Speaker 2: with the body to support coming back to love because
- 3:29Speaker 2: you work to support health, well-being, alignment with the self,
- 3:35Speaker 2: you know, sort of clearing the path for true alignment
- 3:40Speaker 2: in this lifetime and true health and wellbeing. And really
- 3:43Speaker 2: we can't do anything unless our health and wellbeing are
- 3:45Speaker 2: in good shape. You know, we just can't, we can't
- 3:47Speaker 2: run businesses. We can't really be in relationship, you know,
- 3:51Speaker 2: very well. And that includes of course, partners, lovers, friends, neighbors, family,
- 3:57Speaker 2: all of it. So your work is so important. Yeah.
- 4:01Speaker 2: I'd love to hear what each of you thinks about
- 4:04Speaker 2: that piece and how you perceive it.
- 4:10Speaker 4: Well, I guess I can give an example of when
- 4:15Speaker 4: I was like 47-ish years old, maybe 46, I was
- 4:20Speaker 4: nominated for an award for some makeup work I had
- 4:24Speaker 4: done because before I did health and wellness work, I
- 4:27Speaker 4: was a makeup artist in the film industry. And I
- 4:30Speaker 4: looked at the pictures of myself at that award ceremony
- 4:33Speaker 4: and I.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Was like, who have you become? It was, I didn't
- 4:39Speaker 3: recognize myself.
- 4:41Speaker 4: I was 30 pounds overweight. I was overtired from working
- 4:46Speaker 4: in the film industry. And I just, I was like,
- 4:48Speaker 4: something has got to change. And you talk about coming
- 4:51Speaker 4: back to love. So I felt, I started the process
- 4:56Speaker 4: of falling back in love with myself. And through that,
- 5:01Speaker 4: it has informed everything I do in my life.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Wow. Yes. Yeah.
- 5:07Speaker 5: Wow.
- 5:08Speaker 2: We're going to dig into that a little more because,
- 5:10Speaker 2: you know, it's the words are, you know, amazing to hear.
- 5:15Speaker 2: And it's always incredible to hear about life changes like that.
- 5:18Speaker 2: And then I know people are like, how did you
- 5:21Speaker 2: do that? How did you come to love yourself enough?
- 5:26Speaker 2: Which is the question I would ask that would enable
- 5:28Speaker 2: you to actually take the steps to make such significant
- 5:32Speaker 2: life changes. So we could pause on that question and
- 5:36Speaker 2: let you contemplate that. And we'll go to Barbara.
- 5:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 5:40Speaker 2: How about for you? Like, how does your work fit
- 5:42Speaker 2: in with the overall message of come back to love?
- 5:46Speaker 5: Do you think? I think because so with what I do,
- 5:51Speaker 5: I'm able to tap into the subconscious of someone and
- 5:55Speaker 5: by helping them navigate, they come to me usually for
- 6:00Speaker 5: wellness issues, right? They're having some physical issue. When you
- 6:03Speaker 5: dig underneath that, you find the emotional imbalances. And the
- 6:08Speaker 5: beauty of my work, I've been doing this for a
- 6:09Speaker 5: long time, is to actually watch someone evolve into loving themselves.
- 6:14Speaker 5: And that is always my goal because it's all of
- 6:19Speaker 5: the things and traumas that have happened to people that
- 6:22Speaker 5: really gets them disconnected from themselves, that whole trauma response thing.
- 6:26Speaker 5: So by untangling that and supporting them through the wellness journey,
- 6:32Speaker 5: and getting them back to connecting with themselves and really feeling,
- 6:37Speaker 5: you know, that connection and healing and loving ourselves.
- 6:43Speaker 3: It's really, it's the core of everything.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it really is.
- 6:48Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Thank you for saying that. That spurs on a bunch
- 6:51Speaker 2: of questions, but I want to go to the, the
- 6:53Speaker 2: one we just mentioned, cause it's, it really resonant for
- 6:56Speaker 2: all of us, I think. But Claudia, if you want
- 6:58Speaker 2: to respond first, like, How how did you get to
- 7:01Speaker 2: the space of really making life changes that I mean,
- 7:07Speaker 2: I know you're not 47 now, but I also know,
- 7:10Speaker 2: you know, you're not 77 now, but it has been
- 7:12Speaker 2: a handful of years.
- 7:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 7:13Speaker 2: You know, yeah. Yeah.
- 7:21Speaker 4: I think that a lot of people look at me
- 7:22Speaker 4: and think I was naturally like this, you know, like
- 7:26Speaker 4: I went from like a hundred, almost 200 pounds to like,
- 7:28Speaker 4: you know, whatever a hundred I am now and fit
- 7:32Speaker 4: and healthy and strong. And I think that, you know,
- 7:34Speaker 4: a lot of people think I was just born like
- 7:37Speaker 4: this and that I've always been like this. And it
- 7:41Speaker 4: really is about taking one step at a time. you know,
- 7:47Speaker 4: Barbara talked about watching people fall in love with themselves.
- 7:50Speaker 4: It doesn't happen in the first session. It begins in
- 7:54Speaker 4: the first session and you.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Build on that.
- 7:59Speaker 4: And so like I built on one thing and nutrition
- 8:02Speaker 4: became one thing, you know, and then I built the
- 8:05Speaker 4: gym on top of that. And then I built self
- 8:09Speaker 4: care on top of that. And so it's like one
- 8:12Speaker 4: step at.
- 8:13Speaker 3: A time, like one cause, one, at a time. Cause
- 8:16Speaker 3: if you try to take it on all at once,
- 8:18Speaker 3: it's like overwhelming. And my clients tell me that they're like, okay,
- 8:21Speaker 3: I can only do one thing at a time.
- 8:22Speaker 4: I'm like, all right, so we'll do this part and
- 8:24Speaker 4: then we'll add in this part and then we'll do
- 8:27Speaker 4: that part.
- 8:29Speaker 2: Yeah. And what about when, you know, the motivation declines
- 8:35Speaker 2: a bit? I mean, I think a lot of people
- 8:37Speaker 2: start in the beginning, they feel really motivated. Like even my,
- 8:41Speaker 2: you know, weekend retreat participants, for example, you know, or
- 8:45Speaker 2: somebody comes to something that's an evening or a weekend,
- 8:48Speaker 2: and they feel really inspired. And they're like, Oh, I'm
- 8:52Speaker 2: this is not just going to be a weekend. This
- 8:54Speaker 2: is like a life change, because I'm teaching tools that
- 8:58Speaker 2: enable them to work through really any emotion that comes up,
- 9:01Speaker 2: that's blocking them from being their true loving self. And,
- 9:08Speaker 2: you know, and then like motivation wanes, because it just
- 9:10Speaker 2: naturally does. And so, yeah, how did you How did
- 9:15Speaker 2: you deal with that? I'm assuming it did. Maybe you're
- 9:18Speaker 2: the one person.
- 9:21Speaker 3: It can wane.
- 9:24Speaker 4: I'm kind of an anomaly. For me, it's like the opposite.
- 9:28Speaker 4: I want more and I want to go bigger and
- 9:31Speaker 4: I want to go stronger. But for my clients, it
- 9:33Speaker 4: does wane. But one of our clients that has worked
- 9:36Speaker 4: together with Barbara and I, she also recalibrated her nutrition
- 9:41Speaker 4: and her care and her wellness. She dropped 40 pounds
- 9:43Speaker 4: and did a lot of health. It was like inflammation.
- 9:46Speaker 4: And it's not just weight. There's so much to it, right?
- 9:50Speaker 4: She did go away. She does go away on vacations.
- 9:53Speaker 4: She will have a wonderful time and eat the caramel
- 9:56Speaker 4: apple and send me pictures of it.
- 9:59Speaker 3: But I think it's stagnant.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Connected with us that keeps brings her you know like
- 10:03Speaker 4: she doesn't look at that as a bad thing anymore
- 10:06Speaker 4: she's like I can do this and I can go
- 10:09Speaker 4: back to my and then she'll send me a picture
- 10:10Speaker 4: of her dinner which is like piece of steak with
- 10:13Speaker 4: this beautiful salad right so I think it's having the
- 10:16Speaker 4: connection there was this great um uh game on tv
- 10:20Speaker 4: one time that they're like can you phone a friend
- 10:23Speaker 4: or get a clue or something owning a friend right
- 10:27Speaker 4: and we're I I am always very close to my
- 10:30Speaker 4: clients I'm like you can text me if you.
- 10:31Speaker 5: Need me you know and we did coach her out
- 10:35Speaker 5: of that guilt thing yeah like the good or bad Right.
- 10:40Speaker 5: So we have self-love. You can't look at the things like, oh, well,
- 10:44Speaker 5: I enjoyed this thing. Now I'm bad. And it's like
- 10:47Speaker 5: that's so harmful. We just have to we like to
- 10:51Speaker 5: coach people in the ebb and flow of life.
- 10:54Speaker 3: It's just OK. Go on vacation. Do your thing. Then
- 10:58Speaker 3: you come back and you reset.
- 11:00Speaker 5: And I feel like that keeps people more motivated because
- 11:03Speaker 5: it's kind of unsustainable to go from zero to 100,
- 11:06Speaker 5: you know.
- 11:07Speaker 2: Yeah, definitely. And I love what you said. And just
- 11:09Speaker 2: to add a piece to it, it's like, you know,
- 11:12Speaker 2: how do you love yourself on vacation? Sometimes you don't
- 11:16Speaker 2: exercise for the whole time, right? Sometimes you just want
- 11:20Speaker 2: to lounge by the pool or you want to have
- 11:23Speaker 2: whatever food's going to feel like just nourishing and yummy
- 11:26Speaker 2: and you know, let go of responsibility and obligation, even
- 11:30Speaker 2: be irresponsible, maybe like that could be a really loving
- 11:33Speaker 2: thing to do if you're somebody who is very, uh,
- 11:37Speaker 2: sort of by the book and more of perfectionist with yourself. So, yeah,
- 11:41Speaker 2: but I, but really what you're both saying in the
- 11:44Speaker 2: foundation is like the accountability that they have to themselves,
- 11:49Speaker 2: the two of you, when you work together and even
- 11:52Speaker 2: when you work individually or just are holding, um, I
- 11:56Speaker 2: think what I'm going to say is that you're holding
- 12:02Speaker 2: the client in their highest, assuming they're going to hold
- 12:05Speaker 2: themselves accountable by holding themselves and also by staying connected
- 12:09Speaker 2: with each of you. And like you said, Claudia, they
- 12:13Speaker 2: can text you and they can send photos. But we
- 12:17Speaker 2: also have to hold that our clients are being their
- 12:20Speaker 2: best selves, right? And then they feel it themselves. Oh, yeah,
- 12:24Speaker 2: I can hold myself accountable. You know, it's just like
- 12:28Speaker 2: an energy of positivity.
- 12:30Speaker 3: And I think that's it, right? Like we're not holding
- 12:33Speaker 3: them accountable. Like, oh my God, I can't believe you
- 12:35Speaker 3: had that.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Put it down. It's more like, oh my God.
- 12:37Speaker 3: That looks not like she sent me the picture of
- 12:39Speaker 3: this apple.
- 12:40Speaker 2: I was like, wow.
- 12:41Speaker 3: Like, honestly, I was like, that looks amazing. And then
- 12:44Speaker 3: she sent me the picture of the salad and it's taken.
- 12:46Speaker 3: I'm like, and that looks great too. You know, like
- 12:49Speaker 3: it's from a place of love. Come back to love.
- 12:52Speaker 3: Like I always welcome you back with love, right?
- 12:55Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Yeah. Always, always. Yeah, that's awesome. So let's tease out
- 13:02Speaker 2: a little bit more of what you're doing with your
- 13:05Speaker 2: clients because it's not mainstream. What any of us do
- 13:10Speaker 2: isn't mainstream. And there's often a question that I get,
- 13:14Speaker 2: which is like, what are you doing again? What is
- 13:17Speaker 2: it actually? And I think that would be really great
- 13:22Speaker 2: to hear. And especially because you were on the radio
- 13:25Speaker 2: and we've got listeners from all over the world. Thank you,
- 13:28Speaker 2: by the way, to our listeners on KMET right now.
- 13:32Speaker 2: It would be great to hear like what you do
- 13:37Speaker 2: with people that are at a distance, maybe if that's
- 13:40Speaker 2: a possibility for your work. And I know people will
- 13:43Speaker 2: travel to to see both of you. As they should,
- 13:48Speaker 2: I will say. As someone who's worked with both of you,
- 13:53Speaker 2: I just want to say that to my listeners. I
- 13:56Speaker 2: have worked with both of these amazing women and the
- 14:00Speaker 2: healing is just off the charts. And it's so different
- 14:03Speaker 2: than mainstream healing and just has such a greater possibility
- 14:09Speaker 2: to really get to the root of what's going on
- 14:11Speaker 2: and change the body and change the nervous system and
- 14:14Speaker 2: change the trajectory. And instead of like, here's a pill
- 14:18Speaker 2: and here's a syrup and here's an x-ray, it's like,
- 14:21Speaker 2: you know, let's actually change at the root. Yeah.
- 14:29Speaker 3: Which is, which is what I do is root causes.
- 14:32Speaker 5: So I'm able to tap the subconscious. Someone comes in
- 14:35Speaker 5: with an issue and then I just literally ask how
- 14:38Speaker 5: many causes there are. It tells me the causes and
- 14:41Speaker 5: then we work from there. And then my recommendations are
- 14:43Speaker 5: based on the causes of the issue. And I work
- 14:46Speaker 5: long distance by, um, people can send a saliva sample
- 14:50Speaker 5: and I can do the testing that way. So I
- 14:53Speaker 5: actually have clients from other parts of the world.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:58Speaker 5: So yeah.
- 14:59Speaker 2: You've been doing this work for how many years now?
- 15:01Speaker 2: A long time.
- 15:02Speaker 5: It's been about 20 years.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Oh my God. It's been a while. Yeah. I mean,
- 15:08Speaker 2: when I came in for the first time, I think
- 15:09Speaker 2: it was, you know, 23 years ago or something or.
- 15:13Speaker 5: Oh, wow.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Oh yeah.
- 15:15Speaker 5: Okay.
- 15:15Speaker 2: So it's been, yeah. It's been a while. I always
- 15:19Speaker 2: say when I tell people about Barbara DeMasi that you
- 15:23Speaker 2: are the only one I know that can get to
- 15:25Speaker 2: the root causes of what's actually going on. So that's,
- 15:29Speaker 2: that's what I tell people and have been telling them
- 15:31Speaker 2: for almost 25 years. Thank you. Yeah. So I just
- 15:37Speaker 2: want to say to our listeners, cause I know there
- 15:39Speaker 2: are so many people out there that have headaches every
- 15:43Speaker 2: day or have mysterious things happening in their bodies. And
- 15:46Speaker 2: you know, I just don't feel well is something I
- 15:50Speaker 2: often hear. I'm not sleeping well. I feel pain.
- 15:53Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 15:53Speaker 2: I can't really describe it. And you go to the
- 15:55Speaker 2: doctor and they're like, oh, well, I don't know. You know,
- 15:59Speaker 2: you're just getting older or, you know, you know, if
- 16:02Speaker 2: you take aspirin every day, you know, you'll be okay.
- 16:06Speaker 2: Or if you just take this pill to calm this down,
- 16:09Speaker 2: you'll be fine. Take it every day for the rest
- 16:10Speaker 2: of your life and that kind of stuff. And sometimes
- 16:14Speaker 2: that's what we need. but not always, you know, and
- 16:18Speaker 2: I feel like there's a whole area that's really not
- 16:21Speaker 2: being explored, um, to figure out actually what's going on
- 16:25Speaker 2: with people. Yeah.
- 16:30Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 16:31Speaker 2: And how about you, Claudia? What your work is incredible
- 16:34Speaker 2: deep States. There's so much healing that happens in those
- 16:39Speaker 2: deep theta States.
- 16:41Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 16:42Speaker 4: And, um, I can offer a long distance session now too,
- 16:46Speaker 4: because I do have a very affordable device that people
- 16:50Speaker 4: can have at home that I can email protocols to.
- 16:54Speaker 4: You know, and I have also clients, you know, all
- 16:58Speaker 4: over the United States and the world, and they have
- 17:00Speaker 4: this small device that is a pulsed electromagnetic frequency, PEMF.
- 17:06Speaker 4: And I, it's a tiny little pillow. You just, I was,
- 17:10Speaker 4: I threw it on my back yesterday. Cause I came
- 17:13Speaker 4: home from labor day and my eye were itchy and
- 17:15Speaker 4: I was sneezing and I had this like general malaise
- 17:18Speaker 4: because I too indulged over the weekend and my body
- 17:21Speaker 4: just isn't used to sugar.
- 17:23Speaker 3: And I was like, itchy eyes and sneezing. And I
- 17:27Speaker 3: was like, this is not a cold.
- 17:29Speaker 4: So I threw the little PEMF device on for leaky gut.
- 17:35Speaker 4: And the next thing you know, itchy eyes are fading.
- 17:40Speaker 4: Eyes are clearing. I stopped sneezing and I woke up
- 17:42Speaker 4: today totally fine. You can hear I'm totally fine. So
- 17:46Speaker 4: anybody can purchase this PEMF device. You know, people will
- 17:50Speaker 4: message me. I have, you know, I have this going on.
- 17:52Speaker 4: I have that going on. I do, you know, a
- 17:55Speaker 4: little evaluation and then I message them onto their phone
- 17:59Speaker 4: a protocol. They can run through this little pillow device
- 18:03Speaker 4: that you can just tuck into your shirt, tuck into
- 18:06Speaker 4: your yoga pants and run the protocol and.
- 18:10Speaker 3: Start feeling better.
- 18:11Speaker 2: My goodness. Okay. I don't have that in my toolbox.
- 18:15Speaker 2: You don't have it in.
- 18:15Speaker 3: Your repertoire yet. I know it. We got to talk.
- 18:19Speaker 2: Yes, definitely. Like coming off, you know, to basically what,
- 18:24Speaker 2: I don't know, eight, nine, 10 days of teaching in
- 18:26Speaker 2: a row and just needing some just recovery.
- 18:30Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Just some, you know, energy support and clearing of energies,
- 18:36Speaker 2: that kind of thing. That's so helpful on the other
- 18:38Speaker 2: side of work. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
- 18:43Speaker 4: And you could run it and work it before you
- 18:45Speaker 4: go to the retreat during after so that you don't
- 18:48Speaker 4: come out of it like totally exhausted and strained.
- 18:51Speaker 2: And yeah. Yeah. Wonderful. Sign me up. Hey. Yeah, that's awesome.
- 19:00Speaker 2: So I guess when I read your bio, you know,
- 19:04Speaker 2: sometimes there's a lot of words and people don't fully
- 19:06Speaker 2: understand them.
- 19:06Speaker 3: So.
- 19:07Speaker 4: Agreed.
- 19:07Speaker 2: Yeah, so in terms of frequency work, do you just
- 19:10Speaker 2: wanna say more about like how that, how do people
- 19:14Speaker 2: know that they need that kind of support? And then, yeah,
- 19:20Speaker 2: let's start.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Yeah, absolutely.
- 19:22Speaker 4: So I feel like everything has a frequency to it.
- 19:26Speaker 3: And I feel like a lot of people think of
- 19:28Speaker 3: it as.
- 19:28Speaker 4: Nebulous, but if you just think of your nervous system,
- 19:32Speaker 4: it's sending a little electrical pulses from your hand that
- 19:35Speaker 4: touch the hot stove to your brain and it's saying, ouch, hot,
- 19:41Speaker 4: move your hand, right? So I do the same thing
- 19:45Speaker 4: with these devices. I send a message with a little
- 19:50Speaker 4: electrical pulse to let's say your liver that says repair
- 19:54Speaker 4: the liver or reduce its inflammation or stop the allergic response.
- 20:00Speaker 4: And the body understands that because it's the language of
- 20:04Speaker 4: our nervous system. So it's very actually scientific and it's
- 20:10Speaker 4: not super woo. I mean, it might be a little
- 20:14Speaker 4: bit in the sense that it's not common to say
- 20:16Speaker 4: frequency heals or helps. So that's how I work with frequency.
- 20:24Speaker 4: I use tiny little micro electrical pulses that send messages
- 20:29Speaker 4: to the different organs and systems and glands in your body.
- 20:34Speaker 3: To help her prepare.
- 20:34Speaker 4: And then with the help of Barbara, I can know
- 20:37Speaker 4: what the root cause is.
- 20:40Speaker 2: Awesome. See, you guys are a dynamic duo.
- 20:44Speaker 4: We're going to use that from now on.
- 20:50Speaker 2: Yes. I realize that some of our listeners who will
- 20:53Speaker 2: not have any reference point for Bobsy Twins.
- 20:57Speaker 4: Sorry.
- 20:57Speaker 2: It depends when you grew up, right? What was the
- 21:01Speaker 2: Bobsy Twins? I don't know. The seventies, the eighties.
- 21:03Speaker 3: I mean, seventies, eighties. Yeah.
- 21:08Speaker 2: So sorry for those of you listening that have no
- 21:10Speaker 2: idea what we're talking about.
- 21:11Speaker 4: You're probably going to Google it now though.
- 21:15Speaker 2: You can chat GPT these days.
- 21:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:21Speaker 2: That's awesome. Well, I wonder, um, If you have any
- 21:28Speaker 2: messages of just self-care and self-love that we could send
- 21:37Speaker 2: to our listeners today. And I'm going to invite our
- 21:40Speaker 2: listeners to have a deep breath wherever you are, whether
- 21:44Speaker 2: you're walking in the park or driving in your car,
- 21:48Speaker 2: because we are on the radio every Thursday at 1.30 p.m. Pacific,
- 21:51Speaker 2: which is 4.30 p.m.
- 21:52Speaker 5: Eastern.
- 21:54Speaker 2: And, you know, unlike podcasts out there, and yes, you
- 21:57Speaker 2: can listen to this after the show is live on
- 22:01Speaker 2: Spotify and any other podcast platform you use to listen
- 22:05Speaker 2: to your podcast, but also like we're on the radio.
- 22:08Speaker 2: It's so, I don't know, it's avant-garde now, isn't it?
- 22:13Speaker 2: To be like on the radio. So wherever anybody is,
- 22:17Speaker 2: wherever our listeners are, I just can invite you to
- 22:20Speaker 2: have a breath and pause for a moment and Maybe
- 22:23Speaker 2: put your hand on your heart and just drop into
- 22:26Speaker 2: your body for a moment and send yourself some love.
- 22:30Speaker 2: And while you're doing that, maybe if either one of
- 22:36Speaker 2: you has anything you want to send as a message,
- 22:40Speaker 2: we can close out the show today with some messages
- 22:43Speaker 2: of love. So just take a moment, no pressure, just
- 22:47Speaker 2: whatever kind of comes to your mind or to your heart.
- 22:53Speaker 4: I would just say, do the things that make you
- 22:56Speaker 4: feel good. You know, we have so many tools and
- 23:01Speaker 4: sometimes I forget to do the thing that makes me
- 23:03Speaker 4: feel good. Like just click on your red light and
- 23:06Speaker 4: lay under it, sit in front of it, drink the tea,
- 23:10Speaker 4: turn on the PEMF device, just do the.
- 23:13Speaker 3: Thing, just do it.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Yeah. Do the thing. You know what? As soon as
- 23:17Speaker 2: you said that, I was like, my red light is
- 23:19Speaker 2: in my closet. Like, why don't I pull it out
- 23:22Speaker 2: and just do the thing?
- 23:23Speaker 3: Do the thing.
- 23:24Speaker 2: I'm going to do that today. Thank you. And how
- 23:28Speaker 2: about for you, Barbara? Anything come to mind for you? Yeah,
- 23:31Speaker 2: I would.
- 23:32Speaker 5: Say for your listeners to remember that self-love is the
- 23:36Speaker 5: path to healing. So we chase the pill, we chase
- 23:40Speaker 5: the herb, we chase the diet, we chase the things.
- 23:44Speaker 5: And in reality, when we find the way to really
- 23:48Speaker 5: love ourselves and care for ourselves. And for some of
- 23:52Speaker 5: my clients who can't get there, I like to remind them, like,
- 23:57Speaker 5: if you look at yourself as if you were your
- 24:00Speaker 5: own child or your own sister or brother, and what
- 24:04Speaker 5: would you tell them? Would you be holding them as
- 24:07Speaker 5: accountable as you're holding yourself? And boy, for those who
- 24:12Speaker 5: have children, that hits hard.
- 24:14Speaker 2: Yes.
- 24:14Speaker 5: So moving forward, you need to think of yourself as
- 24:17Speaker 5: your own child.
- 24:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:18Speaker 5: So that is the path. That is the first step
- 24:21Speaker 5: to healing your physical.
- 24:24Speaker 3: Issues as well.
- 24:25Speaker 5: Interconnected.
- 24:27Speaker 2: 100%. 100%. We know the body and mind are connected.
- 24:31Speaker 2: And I love that. I love that question. I use
- 24:35Speaker 2: it myself when I'm working with my clients to like,
- 24:37Speaker 2: what would you tell, you know, your best friend or
- 24:41Speaker 2: your little three year old child when they were, you know,
- 24:45Speaker 2: crying or afraid or yeah. Yeah. Beautiful. Self-love.
- 24:50Speaker 3: Wow.
- 24:51Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 24:51Speaker 2: So thank you so much. It's fun to be in
- 24:54Speaker 2: a circle here with the two of you, the three
- 24:57Speaker 2: of us. Thank you for having us. Yeah.
- 24:59Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 24:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:01Speaker 2: I just, um, for those of you that are able
- 25:03Speaker 2: to access the show notes, you'll be able to find
- 25:06Speaker 2: the way to find Barbara and also Claudia and And
- 25:10Speaker 2: as you heard that both of them work online and
- 25:13Speaker 2: the healing work is so powerful and a massive, massive
- 25:17Speaker 2: piece of coming back to love with yourself, which let's
- 25:21Speaker 2: face it is life changing. When you love yourself, then
- 25:24Speaker 2: you make choices for yourself that are in alignment and loving.
- 25:29Speaker 2: And that is not, it sounds easy to say it,
- 25:32Speaker 2: but it can be not easy to choose every day.
- 25:35Speaker 2: So yeah, Just a reminder to all of us, I'm
