- 0:01Welcome to authentic living with Roxanne, a place where we have as conversations about
- 0:08things that really matter in our lives.
- 0:11And now here's your host, Roxanne Derhodge.
- 0:35Hello, everyone.
- 0:36It's Roxanne Derhodge again with Authentic Living with Roxanne.
- 0:39Thanks for tuning in again today.
- 0:42Today, I have a colleague that I recently met but I feel like I know quite well, we seem to
- 0:47have a real, synergistic kind of, meeting earlier at what was about a week ago, and so
- 0:56Betzka is has come to us with a space that I truly think you need to experience what I
- 1:02experience.
- 1:03So that's good.
- 1:03Thanks so much for coming on today.
- 1:07My pleasure.
- 1:08Thank you for having me.
- 1:10Oh, that's good.
- 1:11I'm gonna tell you a little bit about Betzka and, I'm probably not gonna do her bio, you
- 1:16know, the service that you can, when you are able to read it, but I'll tell you a little bit
- 1:20about her.
- 1:21So Betso Bettska K BER is the developer of science science of Mind Kinetics.
- 1:28It's a coaching system.
- 1:30And it was developed out against originated in 2019 1920 20.
- 1:35She was named the top 1 one of the top 100 global management consultants.
- 1:42She's a credited master coach, and with the IEP C and M and ACC and ICF.
- 1:50She has a lot done a lot of amazing things.
- 1:53She's written multiple books, and has been a Canadian bestseller to many books, including
- 1:58creating champions, flying by the seat of your pants.
- 2:01And other than that, on a personal end, which she you know, she enjoys an amazing life with
- 2:07her husband, John and daughter, Tanya.
- 2:10And she loves gardening.
- 2:12We were just talking about that before we start to chat.
- 2:14I could probably learn a thing too from you, Batska, there.
- 2:18She loves to hike and create healthy vegan food.
- 2:23Yum.
- 2:24And, she has one weakness.
- 2:28There must be one, and it's just the best thing possible, which is dark
- 2:31chocolate.
- 2:33Right on.
- 2:36So, Besca, you know, obviously, You have elated where you have landed for a reason.
- 2:43And I I I just kinda like you to kinda share that path and bring us up to speed where you
- 2:49created this amazing, coaching system that I'd love to hear a little bit more about.
- 2:55And I'm sure a lot of the people listening would all like to hear the same.
- 2:59Wonderful.
- 3:01Let me just say, I'd I'd like to tell my story because I I think people will really relate to
- 3:08the story.
- 3:10And, but before I do that, I just would like to share that Mind Kinetics is a system that finds
- 3:20the root cause of our cellular shutdown and then quickly opens the gate for cellular
- 3:26recovery.
- 3:28So, in essence, we have between 50, a100,000,000,000,000 cells in our body.
- 3:35Some cells look after our kidneys, liver, eyesight, hearing, etcetera.
- 3:40And the majority of them look after our thoughts.
- 3:42A lot of people don't know that.
- 3:45And so if we're having difficulty if we're a manager and we're having difficulty
- 3:50communicating with our staff or, you know, we're having husband and wife issues at home in
- 3:57terms of communication or whatever the case is, then that means that the receptor is sitting on
- 4:04the cells in charge of that issue have become constricted because of some emotional events
- 4:12from the past.
- 4:14Candice Perth, god bless her was a neuroscientist.
- 4:18She has passed but she was the first person to really bring the science into the the the
- 4:26foreground.
- 4:27And So we have developed over 80 methodologies here that allow us to take a client into the
- 4:38subconscious mind, for example, because that's where the action is.
- 4:41Right?
- 4:42The subconscious mind is where all of our negative habits, negative thoughts, patterns
- 4:49are storage as well as they're positive ones.
- 4:51Mhmm.
- 4:52So we wanna know what those positive ones are so that we can you know, amplify them, make
- 4:59them stronger, and we wanna know what those negative thoughts are.
- 5:03And Get rid of them.
- 5:05We want to flip the negative thoughts, our fears, our negative beliefs about self and
- 5:10others, flip them into a positive, and it's done at that subconscious level.
- 5:15And to show you the power of mind kinetics, within 5 seconds, seconds, not minutes.
- 5:23Seconds, we can take a client into their subconscious mind and find the root cause age
- 5:28of when that receptor shut down.
- 5:32We don't know of any other system in on the planet that can do that.
- 5:37Now let me tell you my story.
- 5:39Our daughter had just been born, and I became bankrupt emotionally, intellectually,
- 5:47spiritually, and physically.
- 5:49Thank god.
- 5:50We didn't go bankrupt the, financially because that would have been the last straw.
- 5:56And I searched and I searched for someone to help me.
- 6:00My went to see my medical doctor several times.
- 6:03What was happening was my brain became fuzzy, and I'm a corporate executive by training.
- 6:08Right?
- 6:09My brain became fuzzy, and I got a lot of pain in my lower back.
- 6:14And I thought, What is this?
- 6:16I'm a healthy person.
- 6:17Why is this happening to me?
- 6:20So I went to see my family doctor, and she did all the tests known to mankind, humankind at
- 6:27the time.
- 6:29And, she said, there's nothing wrong with you, Betsy.
- 6:32I said, what do you mean?
- 6:33There's nothing wrong with me.
- 6:36You know, my brain is fuzzy.
- 6:37I can't think properly.
- 6:39And my lower back, I could barely get out of a chair, Roxanne.
- 6:44The pain was so great.
- 6:46You know, I oh, I felt like ninety year old grandmother.
- 6:49You know?
- 6:50And, so I so I said, okay.
- 6:53If they're nothing wrong with me physically that what else do I do?
- 6:58I don't know.
- 6:58Yeah.
- 6:59And she said, well, I'll I'll give you some tranquilizer That's what they called
- 7:04antidepressants in those days.
- 7:06I said heavens.
- 7:08No.
- 7:08I'm not gonna take any of that stuff.
- 7:11My brain's already fried.
- 7:12You wanna fry it some more?
- 7:14You know?
- 7:15I'm helping you out in the right direction.
- 7:17No.
- 7:19And she recommended a therapist.
- 7:21She found a therapist who would help me, maybe with some of this stuff.
- 7:27She said it was not depression.
- 7:28She didn't think it was postpartum depression or anything.
- 7:32There was something else going on.
- 7:35So, the therapist didn't feel right to me.
- 7:37Just for whatever reason, you know, how you have an affinity with some people and other
- 7:42people, you don't.
- 7:43With this one, no.
- 7:44Didn't work.
- 7:45And, so I went out on my own to find solutions.
- 7:51And I had I engaged in Chiaxu massage, acupuncture, ayurvedic medicine, all kind,
- 8:01anything.
- 8:01In that realm, different types of massages.
- 8:06And I was very grateful to those modalities because they kept me at least afloat you know,
- 8:12not sinking further into whatever was going on.
- 8:16For 2 years, I did that.
- 8:18And then a friend of mine who was an artist Ken Jackson from London, Ontario.
- 8:24He called me up one day and he said, that's good.
- 8:27I have met a lady I did a workshop on the weekend, and I think you need to meet her.
- 8:32Her name was Jan Sweeney.
- 8:36And I said, okay.
- 8:37I trusted Ken.
- 8:38So I called Jan up and arranged to have a one on one session with her.
- 8:43And she called herself.
- 8:47Now that I look back, she was a coach, you know, like a mine kinetics coach.
- 8:51But she called herself a facilitator of stress elimination.
- 8:56A lot of title.
- 8:58Long title.
- 8:59Yes.
- 9:00Yes.
- 9:00Definitely.
- 9:01So I had the first session and noticed the difference.
- 9:04The second session.
- 9:06Wow.
- 9:07After the 3rd session, she ident helped me identify the biggest boulder sitting on my
- 9:13shoulder, creating all this pain for me.
- 9:16And stopping me from moving forward.
- 9:19And it had it was buried in the subconscious mind.
- 9:23So I tell you Roxanne, it was the doorway I was looking for.
- 9:29It was the window I was looking for to change my life.
- 9:35And, so I said to her, Dan, can you teach me how to do this stuff?
- 9:42Like, looks like anybody can do it.
- 9:45And she said, yep.
- 9:45I have a course starting in a month.
- 9:47Sign up.
- 9:49So I signed up, and she taught me and us, 2 or 3 simple, subconscious tools.
- 9:58I practice them on myself when our, Tanya, our daughter was in bed and John was a sleep as
- 10:05well.
- 10:05I would self coach for an hour a half to 2 hours every night until Jan told me to stop
- 10:12doing it.
- 10:12I was processing in the subconscious mind too much.
- 10:15So I cut it back to 5 days instead of 7 days.
- 10:19But the stuff that I found, Barry, you see, I was abused as a child.
- 10:24Right?
- 10:24I had, sexual abuse from a couple of men, including a village priest, believe it or not,
- 10:32I also, had emotional and spiritual abuse from from family members and from, corporate leaders
- 10:42who were men.
- 10:43And so all of that was raising its ugly head.
- 10:47I needed to deal with it.
- 10:49And if you're familiar with the work doctor Christian Northrop?
- 10:53Yes.
- 10:54Amazing woman, right, MD.
- 10:56She said in one of her first book, that if we don't get rid of a lot of these negative
- 11:06thoughts we have about ourselves and others, the any trauma that we that has happened to us
- 11:11in our lifetime.
- 11:12For women, our menopause is gonna be a living hell.
- 11:16Right?
- 11:17And then, of course, now I know it applies to men as well.
- 11:21Right?
- 11:22Andrew Pause, is that what it's called in men?
- 11:24Yeah.
- 11:25Oh, is that what it is?
- 11:26There you go.
- 11:26There's a term for it because they say that we they often thought that men weren't going
- 11:30through it, but in fact, there is a shift that maybe maybe it's not as pronounced as with
- 11:35women, but there is, in fact, a a stage of men go through the same kind of, shifts hormonally.
- 11:42So, a a n d r a, Andrea Pause?
- 11:46I'm not I'm not sure it's an o I'm not sure of the spelling, but yeah, but I'm sure if you put
- 11:51it in.
- 11:52I'll find it.
- 11:53Yeah.
- 11:53Find it.
- 11:54Yeah.
- 11:54Yeah.
- 11:55So That I worked on myself, and I found so many negative thoughts and beliefs and fears huge
- 12:05fear sitting in my subconscious mind that were affecting my physical body and affecting my
- 12:11brain.
- 12:12Right?
- 12:13And, so I kept working and working and working on myself.
- 12:17And the next part of the story is quite interesting.
- 12:20Because Jan was there for the 1st 2 or 3 years.
- 12:25She suggested I have another teacher, which I'll talk about in a moment as well.
- 12:30So I kept working and working on myself to, toss out these negative beliefs about myself
- 12:36and others just all the trauma that comes with life sometimes, you know, and it was working.
- 12:44It was so wonderful.
- 12:45The freedom to not have all this garbage sitting in my head, right, or in myself.
- 12:51And it myself.
- 12:53And so, eventually, Jan told me you are ready for a new teacher.
- 12:59Very smart when a teacher can tell you that you're ready for another teacher.
- 13:03That's when you know it's a true teacher because they They know what what they are meant
- 13:09to teach you.
- 13:09And then when they, they need to pass you off to where you need to be.
- 13:14That's right.
- 13:14Yeah.
- 13:15She was one of those Roxanne.
- 13:17She was I I wish she hadn't gone to heaven so early because so many times after that, I wish
- 13:24I I could have contacted her and said, hi or, you know, just have another session or
- 13:30something, right, because but, she knew that I needed to go with another teacher.
- 13:36And I said, okay.
- 13:38Well, who is this new teacher?
- 13:42Like, Who's this new person?
- 13:44And she very clearly told me who it was.
- 13:47It was Supreme master Ching Hai.
- 13:50And I said, what's a Qinghai?
- 13:52Right?
- 13:53Never never heard of that.
- 13:55And she said, it means oceans of love.
- 13:58Oh, Hey.
- 13:59That sounds good to me.
- 14:01And, where do I find this teacher?
- 14:05I thought we were living in Ottawa at the time in Stitzville, Ontario, see.
- 14:09And I thought I could just go knock on this woman's door and say hi.
- 14:13Right?
- 14:14She said, no.
- 14:14No.
- 14:15She's an international teacher, actually, spiritual Master, and, she has centers all
- 14:23around the world fully enlightened.
- 14:27And that's where you need to be.
- 14:29You need to learn her meditation.
- 14:32And so I trusted Jan, and It's a little cute story because she says you order the book
- 14:41first.
- 14:41She has many free books, and you order 1 this one little Key of immediate enlightenment.
- 14:46So I ordered the key of immediate enlightenment, and Jan warned me, she said,
- 14:52when you receive the book, if you open it, chances are you're gonna go vegetarian.
- 14:58I said, oh my god.
- 15:00I can't do that.
- 15:01My husband loves his t bone steak, right, a little bit of vegetable on the side is beef
- 15:06burgers, you know, no.
- 15:08I can't, you know, I can't do this to my husband, right, because I'm the the cookin, the
- 15:13family.
- 15:14So But I something inside me said, no.
- 15:17I need to engage with this teacher.
- 15:20So I ordered the book And when it came in the mail and it took forever to come.
- 15:26I think the master was already working on me on the inside.
- 15:30Right?
- 15:31And so I got the book and I knew I could see the address and I took it out of the envelope
- 15:38and I immediately put it on myself because Jan said if you open the book, chances are you're
- 15:44gonna go vegetarian?
- 15:46Well, Roxanne, 2 weeks later without even opening the book, I went vegetarian.
- 15:52That's the power of a living master.
- 15:54Right?
- 15:55So, my husband was in Portugal visiting his mom and he came home.
- 16:01And I said to him, honey, I'm I'm going vegetarian.
- 16:07And but I said I'll continue to cook chicken and fish for you.
- 16:11And we weren't eating red meat at the time, at that stage because natural path told me that I
- 16:17needed to stop eating red meat that it was not good for me.
- 16:20So I did.
- 16:22Anyway, John said, oh, no.
- 16:23We'll continue to eat whatever you whatever you wanna cook.
- 16:27So god bless you.
- 16:28What a man.
- 16:28Right?
- 16:29What incredible support making this very long story, hopefully shorter.
- 16:35I started meditation 30:30 minutes a day in 1997, February of 1997.
- 16:42And then in June, the same year, I got initiated into the quan yin method of
- 16:49meditation, which is 2 a half hours minimum a day.
- 16:53And it was a commitment, and it was very difficult to start with, but I've been doing it
- 16:57ever since.
- 16:59And here's the story.
- 17:01Here's the beautiful part of the story is the master says that when you get initiated and you
- 17:06put in that amount of meditation time, your gifts from god will come to you.
- 17:11And I had no idea what that gift was going to be, but all of a sudden, I started developing
- 17:18mine kinetics.
- 17:19And I had no idea that it was being we're gonna call it mine kinetics to the point where now we
- 17:24have 80 different methodologies is a coaching system that is so pure because it came from my
- 17:32meditation and very extremely powerful.
- 17:36It is not like your, you asked me, how is it different?
- 17:41Well, most coaching methods on the planet are working with the left hemisphere, the
- 17:49analytical part of us.
- 17:51You know?
- 17:51So you just go into your studying your time mastery or how good of a strategic planner are
- 17:58you or how good of a communicator you are and so on.
- 18:02Mind Kinetics takes you into you take a look at not only your intellectual roadblocks, and your
- 18:10physical roadblocks to achieving a goal or overcoming a challenge, you go into your
- 18:16emotional and spiritual roadblocks.
- 18:19In your experience, Roxanne, when you look at those 4 types of roadblocks, where are the
- 18:24biggest ones?
- 18:25Well, it's generally the ones that I say that are sneaky and they're all and emotional.
- 18:29Right?
- 18:29There are little buggers that sit below the the surface, and you think you're like, got it all
- 18:34figured out.
- 18:34And these are the ones that are trapping you and you're not aware that it's trapping you
- 18:39until you're ready on earth it.
- 18:41Yes.
- 18:42That's it.
- 18:43And because they are they are buried.
- 18:46And then, of course, we have many people who, they have buried all of their fears and beliefs
- 18:53and so on in the conscious mind.
- 18:54They don't even know they exist.
- 18:56Mhmm.
- 18:57And then in terms of emotions, they have difficulty even expressing emotion.
- 19:04And it's not just men.
- 19:06You know, we say that men have difficulty.
- 19:08Many left brain women have difficulty expressing emotions So when we coach, we have
- 19:13an we have a feelings chart, and it has 50, unconstructive feelings and 50 constructive or
- 19:22positive feelings so that the client gets a chance to look at both sides.
- 19:28And and they they suddenly have a vocabulary for Right?
- 19:32Mhmm.
- 19:33If they if they if feelings were ignored in the family when they were growing up or feelings
- 19:38are ignored in the workplace, then, it's very valuable for them to work with someone like you
- 19:44or me or any of our coaches to unleash that because, think we started the conversation
- 19:52before the recording went on that when you bury these emotions, they can cause disease like
- 20:00cancer, we know is an emotional disease.
- 20:04I say that they say that the primary, emotion associated with it is anger, And because the
- 20:11immune system flows throughout, you know, that if you look at a lot of people or people that
- 20:16cannot say no, right?
- 20:19The people that that's continually silence their voice because of whatever, like, you
- 20:24talked a little bit about trauma, but, of course, that's in working and having one of
- 20:29those specialties in my in my, clinical practice, that was oftentimes what happened
- 20:35because, of course, the child under five potentially, you know, is still developing and
- 20:41then learning that their voice is not valuable.
- 20:43And then they tuck that away somewhere and then they become, you know, adult versions of
- 20:49themselves carrying those, those hidden messages.
- 20:53Wow.
- 20:54Yes.
- 20:54Absolutely.
- 20:56And, you know, when I started applying for corporate contracts, not only for me, but for
- 21:02our own coaches.
- 21:06I was getting so many leaders signing up for Mind Kinetics.
- 21:12And so I I finally decided to ask him, well, why did you want to work with me instead of
- 21:18you've got a roster of 70 different coach is.
- 21:21Mhmm.
- 21:22You know, why did you wanna work with me?
- 21:25And they they said something very interesting.
- 21:28It shows you how leaders many leaders are so advanced in their thinking.
- 21:34Right?
- 21:34They're they're so smart.
- 21:35They're there for a reason.
- 21:37But the the response they gave me was Well, that's good.
- 21:41When I looked at all the other coaches, they they do boardroom coaching only.
- 21:47Or they just do logical left brain stuff.
- 21:51You're telling me.
- 21:52You're gonna take me into my subconscious mind to find what is buried there.
- 21:58What is my programming as a leader?
- 22:01Mhmm.
- 22:01My negative and my positive programming.
- 22:04And then you said you're gonna take me into my super conscious to find immediate solutions to
- 22:10my challenges.
- 22:11And they said it's a no brainer.
- 22:14Would I wanna do just logical left brain coaching when for the same dollar I can get all
- 22:21of this So I found I was so happy for them that they wanted.
- 22:28And again, it shows me the consciousness of many leaders today.
- 22:33They again, I I've coached, you know, leaders, a leader of our national political party.
- 22:40I have co royalty.
- 22:42I have coached assistant deputy ministers and deputy ministers in provincial governments and
- 22:47young children and families, you know, I I love the diversity of of of the work that we do.
- 22:54So happy that this law of attraction works because this one executive, who has been on
- 23:03antidepressants, actually, 3.
- 23:06No, 2, 2, antidepressants.
- 23:101 is Prozac and its strength.
- 23:12So you know how strong these things are.
- 23:15And, she from the stress in her job or whatever it was, stress in her personal life ended up
- 23:24addicted to, and the addiction to the pharmaceuticals is one thing, but she was
- 23:29addicted to gambling, addicted to alcohol and, sexual abuse.
- 23:36Okay.
- 23:36Kind of interesting.
- 23:37You know, and these are this is what's hidden in the corporate world.
- 23:43Right?
- 23:44And she had tried for 30 years 30 years.
- 23:49She had tried therapy and was getting worse.
- 23:53And she had tried all kinds of modalities, and it was being worse.
- 23:58They kept increasing the strength of her antidepressants.
- 24:01That's all they would do.
- 24:03So wonderful working with this woman.
- 24:08Once she connected to the emotions that were buried, once she connected to the negative
- 24:14beliefs she has about herself and about others.
- 24:20She was able to drop her gambling addiction and was able to connect with her spirit.
- 24:29With the love.
- 24:30When we talk about spirituality in the workplace, you know, people think, oh, it's
- 24:34it's about, you know, some religious order or something.
- 24:37No.
- 24:38It's I mean, if you wanna talk religion, we're here.
- 24:40Many times, my leader clients teach me about, Hinduism Christianity and Janism and, you know,
- 24:48whatever.
- 24:49Right?
- 24:49I learned from them.
- 24:50They they they are the experts in their own religion.
- 24:54But spirituality to me means really loving self and really loving others.
- 25:00And so that's what happened to this woman, and and it changed her life.
- 25:06And another corporate leader, was getting very frustrated with the men in her organization who
- 25:12were incredibly abusive, emotionally and intellectually.
- 25:19And physically from the perspective of, she was very worthy.
- 25:25This woman was incredibly brilliant, and that's probably why they kept refusing to promote her.
- 25:31Because she was a threat to them.
- 25:33Right?
- 25:34Have you seen that in your practice?
- 25:35Oh, absolutely.
- 25:36Absolutely.
- 25:37Because you see, you know, and potentially, you know, in, unfortunately, in some corporate,
- 25:43environments, females believe that they have to display a certain quality to, to go ahead.
- 25:50And I know when I was an executive at those boardrooms, that was the element.
- 25:54And I think sometimes when you talk about some of the clearing and that permission that women
- 25:58have now been given to be more collaborative versus kind of, autocratic, there's that
- 26:05opening to just be more of yourself in the the strength that you have.
- 26:09But sometimes, yeah, you women get into that scenarios and they get perceived a certain way,
- 26:15and then they can't shift.
- 26:19That's right.
- 26:20Yeah.
- 26:20For some reason, I I I could just see how potentially, let's think about it.
- 26:24It was one, with trauma.
- 26:26Let's to bring that up.
- 26:27And I think most of us have been through things in our life to have lived means you've been
- 26:30through pain.
- 26:32And if if we're seeing that a lot of, you know, potentially leaders, Some of them, maybe they
- 26:37get the term assistance and they get through what they need to.
- 26:40If there's 1 in 6, say, boys that have been through some of type of trauma and 1 of the 3
- 26:44girls in in Yeah.
- 26:46Yeah.
- 26:47A lot of people that
- 26:48are walking around potentially high functioning individuals that are still, holding on to their
- 26:54traumas.
- 26:55And they put them into boardrooms and then how does that play through?
- 26:58Right?
- 27:00Thank you.
- 27:01And, you know, it's my experience that No.
- 27:04I I talked about my trauma, sexual abuse, etcetera, and and and not being promoted and
- 27:09and and so on.
- 27:10But trauma can be small traumas, you know, like in in elementary school, there was this, young
- 27:18man who was a little slow intellectually.
- 27:22He got the biggest kick out of sneaking behind me blowing up a paper bag and and smashing it
- 27:28behind my head.
- 27:29Right?
- 27:29And if I was concentrating on something, I'm not expecting this paper bag being being blown
- 27:35up.
- 27:36And, I remember doing a lot of clearing on myself on that because I'm thinking, why would
- 27:42this person do this to me?
- 27:44You know?
- 27:46Like, what's he what what's the jolly he's getting out of that?
- 27:50And and it could also be trauma, you know, with women not being listened to.
- 27:54The workplace.
- 27:56Right?
- 27:57Women are brilliant.
- 27:58In fact, we know that women have a 1 or 2% higher noble quality, which means the ability
- 28:05to listen, the darcher, and so on.
- 28:07And if we had time, I I'd tell you a story there too.
- 28:10So there are many, many reasons, maybe the father and mother like, my father refused to
- 28:18let me complete university because he said, Ukrainian girls just get married and have kids.
- 28:25Right?
- 28:25So
- 28:26In that time, that was the norm.
- 28:28Yeah.
- 28:29That was the norm.
- 28:30Yeah.
- 28:31So I think I what I what I, you know, oftentimes you'll hear a lot of people talking
- 28:35about executive coaching and they talk about, you know, state presence, stale, I remember the
- 28:40first executive coach I got probably in my twenties, and I were, you know, because I I
- 28:47knew I wanted to to shift off and do certain things.
- 28:51And, you know, at times, you know, I'm, you know, twenty five year old young female trying
- 28:55to do certain things, and I would you know, get emotional.
- 28:58And I would, I remember distinctly him saying, stay present.
- 29:01This is about the goals.
- 29:02This is about where you're gonna go next.
- 29:03These are about the steps.
- 29:04And I remember feeling that thinking, well, if I've got these things coming up for me, it may
- 29:10not be that it was anything big, but I needed to be able to share that.
- 29:14And now that I you're talking about what you you're talking about and what I've done as a
- 29:17psychotherapist, to facilitate a space to have people ready sit and and really kind of
- 29:25understand if there's a same pattern over and over again that there's some precipitating
- 29:32factor that's keeping them tethered to that.
- 29:35Mhmm.
- 29:35Right?
- 29:36But often as an executive coaching, we think, oh, no.
- 29:39No.
- 29:39Let's not touch that.
- 29:42You know, because that's, like, that's therapy.
- 29:44But, really, we bring our beliefs and our assumptions with us And there's must be a way
- 29:50to, to lift it so it doesn't become, you know, kinda, you know, Like, voodoo.
- 29:57It doesn't have to be voodoo.
- 29:58Yeah.
- 29:59That's right.
- 29:59Mhmm.
- 30:01Yeah.
- 30:02And and and so these 80 methodologies, 80 plus methodologies, have each one has a different
- 30:11frequency, a different vibration, and therefore, a different rule.
- 30:17So some of your viewers might want to go to triplew.brainwalk.com.
- 30:23It's free of charge.
- 30:25And they can go into their own subconscious mind and address a fear or whatever's coming up
- 30:30for them and kick it right, and come up with a solution from their super conscious in less
- 30:34than 15 minutes.
- 30:35That's really cool.
- 30:36Right?
- 30:36So we offer some of those free things to the world, free methodologies.
- 30:42And then we have methodologies on one's called relationship with self And that, you know,
- 30:47that, what you just said reminded me that relation when we really need to have strong
- 30:54relationships with ourself.
- 30:56We need to love ourselves.
- 30:57We need to accept ourselves We need to respect ourselves.
- 31:02We need to have integrity with ourselves.
- 31:05You know?
- 31:07Here at CLI, we've got, We work with values cards.
- 31:11Some people call them virtues, and we use these to go into the subconscious mind to find out
- 31:17Well, what that what is that negative belief that's lurking there?
- 31:21What is that negative characteristic that I dislike about myself on the subconscious level?
- 31:26Of course, we do a lot of it on the conscious level because, you know, people are smart.
- 31:31They know exactly what characteristic they don't like about themselves.
- 31:34But when they go into the subconscious, they go, oh my god.
- 31:37It goes so much deeper.
- 31:39Yeah?
- 31:40So we have tools for relationship itself to to turn their negative characteristics into
- 31:46positive ones for them.
- 31:49We have we we help them find positive characteristics and traits that they can
- 31:55amplify, make even stronger.
- 31:57And that's what we really need right now with COVID.
- 31:59We need people to really get rid of their fears because the the when I meditate, I feel those
- 32:05fears all around the planet.
- 32:08And then also, you know, the positive ones, we have to really address the positive, attributes
- 32:17of humans because we're someone I when we were watching the Oscars last night, this woman who
- 32:25got an award, she said, we are no longer humans.
- 32:29I was shocked by her statement.
- 32:31And I talked to myself, you know, she's probably right in many ways, right, because
- 32:38we've lost that, loving compassionate piece of us.
- 32:45We we see it.
- 32:46I mean, look at what's what's happening with India.
- 32:49We've got 3 countries who are sending stuff, sending oxygen and, and support and everything
- 32:55over to India right now.
- 32:57And and that's awesome, but we got into this mess for a reason because of our negative
- 33:04beliefs about self and others.
- 33:07Right?
- 33:08So So we have relationship with self.
- 33:11We have relationship with others, which is a separate tool, and that methodology helps us to
- 33:17this is really good for corporate because when you dislike someone, wow, the wall is right
- 33:24there.
- 33:24Right?
- 33:24It's preventing you from from you even working with this person and could be an employee.
- 33:30It could be your boss.
- 33:31It could be a colleague, whatever.
- 33:33So this is a brilliant methodology that helps us, identify the negative traits about someone
- 33:40and we find the mirror you ever worked with a mirror law Roxanne?
- 33:45Well, I mean, you mean, the the actual technique where you where you're looking to
- 33:50mirror or
- 33:52No.
- 33:52What where the the law universal law of the mirror that what you see in others is a
- 33:57reflection of what you see in yourself.
- 33:58Yes.
- 33:59Well, I mean, I'm I probably have a different technical term for it, but we do.
- 34:04Like, I mean, obviously, if there's projection, onto something.
- 34:07Let's say I don't like the fact that I'm, impatient.
- 34:11And, you know, I've made 2 betska, which, you know, and I and I I perceived some calls you of
- 34:16you as being pushing pushing me along, I'm gonna project that onto you and react to you
- 34:22because it's something I don't like in myself.
- 34:24Exactly.
- 34:26Yeah.
- 34:27So, we work with those types of characteristics so that the person you can see that the person
- 34:33who's pushing their buttons is actually a gift to them.
- 34:37It's nature's way god's way of saying Okay.
- 34:40You can't see that characteristic in yourself.
- 34:43So, I'm gonna through the law of attraction, I'm gonna bring someone your life to show you
- 34:48what's in you that you could benefit from changing.
- 34:51Right?
- 34:52And then the same with the positives and so on.
- 34:54So relationship with others shifts people in the in corporate and in families because we've
- 35:00got husbands and wives rubbing against each other and They hate each other, you know, their
- 35:04marriage is failing, whatever, then we get them to see how valuable their partner really is in
- 35:11showing them the mirror so that they could love themselves more.
- 35:15Mhmm.
- 35:17And then we have tools that, will, help identify that biggest boulder on your shoulder,
- 35:23we've got tools for helping people with their health.
- 35:26Like, I had one woman who had very bad colitis.
- 35:29She could barely go on an airplane because she'd have to go to the bathroom as soon as the
- 35:34buckle was on.
- 35:34Right?
- 35:35So, it took a few sessions and her colitis went into remission.
- 35:40And the the list goes on.
- 35:41We have tools for body, mind, and spirit.
- 35:46But it took me many years to develop these.
- 35:48It's a it's a heavy, not a heavy.
- 35:51It's heavy laden science because of the number of of methodologies, but our coaches love it
- 35:56because they can coach anyone anywhere on anything.
- 36:00Right.
- 36:01Right.
- 36:01So out there in the in in the the corporate world right now, what are the what do you think
- 36:08are the core fundamental things people are struggling with in the time that we're we're
- 36:13in.
- 36:16You know, the biggest one is being strategic thinkers when the world is in so much pain the
- 36:28the leaders are kind of following each other like sheep.
- 36:34Instead of, like, one of the the leaders who's doing really well, of course, is the prime
- 36:39minister of New Zealand.
- 36:40Mhmm.
- 36:41And the leader, leaders in Taiwan, and Vietnam, one of my clients from Vietnam, we were working
- 36:49the other day.
- 36:49And she said we don't have COVID here.
- 36:52You know?
- 36:53And so those leaders today need to sit back and, really look deeply at, their ability to
- 37:05think because they need to go if I was to be very honest with them, it's important that they
- 37:12go into their subconscious mind to find what is stopping them from what is stopping them, what
- 37:24are their beliefs as an individual, as a team, as a government, you know, because, you know,
- 37:31the conspiracy theories are just everywhere right now.
- 37:33Right?
- 37:34Of course.
- 37:34Yeah.
- 37:35I mean, it's it's massive and don't take the jab.
- 37:38Don't take the jab because you're gonna get sick or whatever.
- 37:41Right?
- 37:41Mhmm.
- 37:42So that is hugely missing the if I look at the geniuses, the genie eye of history, like
- 37:50Einstein, for example, Plato, Da Vinci, Socrates, so many of those people had the
- 37:57ability to become Pentolateral thinkers, people who could sit down and can think using solve a
- 38:06problem using their left brain, their right brain, conscious mind, subconscious, and
- 38:10superconscious.
- 38:11And that's what mind kinetics does.
- 38:13It helps you to look at a problem from all five, areas.
- 38:18And how much sense does that make to you Roxanne?
- 38:22No.
- 38:22It does because I think there is no template for what we're going through.
- 38:27So, really, all the applications of things that would, you know, would be able to slap on to a
- 38:33a past problem.
- 38:34This is essentially unique space and time that really we have to go to a different level to be
- 38:41able to access a part of us and allows us to see clearer
- 38:45Yeah.
- 38:45For things that maybe have never been developed,
- 38:48yeah,
- 38:48for this this ever evolving problem, to create solutions that it's up it's like the fractal
- 38:55theory, right?
- 38:56You gotta move you gotta follow it as as you go, but you have to clear it stay clear minded
- 39:00and
- 39:00not be weighed down by the, the, the propensity or the heaviness of fear as well.
- 39:09It's huge.
- 39:10Like, one of our coaches from, that attended our group coaching session every every month,
- 39:17our students student coaches from around the world gather, and we do some amazing work.
- 39:23And, this gentleman said, that he said COVID is a is a divine creation.
- 39:33It is a spiritual awakening.
- 39:37And it's good for leaders to look at the intellectual side, the physical side, you know,
- 39:43the vaccine side.
- 39:45Yes.
- 39:45But you know, there are some countries, for example, who refuse to have lockdowns.
- 39:55Do you know that there are some countries who, if you don't wear a mask, they throw you in
- 40:00jail.
- 40:01Happening now?
- 40:03Yes.
- 40:04Because it lockdowns are are dramatically affecting the emotional, spiritual being of
- 40:13people.
- 40:14It is just massive.
- 40:17So, I I really I agree with that gentleman that we need to look the whole picture and really
- 40:29think this thing through and I could sit here forever and talk about solutions because there
- 40:36there are some that are, to me, very obvious what they need to be.
- 40:41And I don't know if you wanna go there today or not, but
- 40:45Well, I think we probably could, but I know I'm I'm aware of our time as well.
- 40:51So for for you, like we've talked about so much and we've talked about breadth and depth, We've
- 40:57talked about the mind.
- 40:58We've talked about the unconscious.
- 40:59We've talked about leadership and the fact that whether it's a small t trauma to a big t
- 41:05trauma, which any any kind of cross section of both, we have to do things a bit differently in
- 41:11order to get to a space to create, I what I what we call in the psychology world's second
- 41:17order change, which is true change, which is not the symptomatic change, but the deeper
- 41:22level change.
- 41:23Right.
- 41:24So what if you are talking, either CEOs or leaders listening, or senior leadership's li
- 41:31teams listening, what kind, what could be, say, two tips that you would give them now to get on
- 41:38the way to what you're what you're suggesting would be helpful.
- 41:43Okay.
- 41:44So two things.
- 41:46We need to change the way we're doing things that second order change.
- 41:52I like how you phrased that.
- 41:53We need what we're doing right now is not working very well.
- 41:57So what do we need to do I'm coaching a CEO from India right now, and he's asked the same
- 42:04thing.
- 42:06Brilliant man.
- 42:07Oh my gosh.
- 42:08So what he wanted to do was he started a new job as a leader, representing a company from
- 42:16Europe, and it's the first for his country.
- 42:19And, it has the potential to explode, but he wants to do it the right way.
- 42:24And he wanted to know, and this is the advice.
- 42:27He wanted to know, Bettska, what negative beliefs and fears do I have in my subconscious
- 42:33mind that are stopping me from really making this business successful.
- 42:42Holy cow.
- 42:42When we started to look at his stuff, it it just flooded out stuff.
- 42:48Just flooded out.
- 42:49And he is so happy.
- 42:51You should see his ROI.
- 42:52We do a a ROI document at the end to see the before and after.
- 42:56Yeah.
- 42:56And he just he's flying.
- 42:58This guy is flying.
- 43:00So that's number 1.
- 43:01Leaders today if you're listening.
- 43:03I invite you to engage with a mind kinetics coach or, like me or many people on our on our
- 43:10team, so that they can quickly help you get identify your fears and your subconscious mind,
- 43:18identify your negative beliefs that you don't even know exist.
- 43:27Forward or for not helping the world to heal this thing.
- 43:30We're stuck.
- 43:31Right.
- 43:32And then the second piece of advice is self quote.
- 43:36If you don't have the money to hire a coach, then at least go through to triple w, the brain
- 43:42walk dot com and do that.
- 43:45And if you're if you still want to learn more, then you can write to me, and I'll I'll give
- 43:51you, a free spot in one of our coach training programs.
- 43:56It's just only about 26 hours.
- 43:59You know, we really want to help, this world.
- 44:02And so that is the gift we offer you today.
- 44:06That's good.
- 44:07Thanks so much for your time.
- 44:10So, you know, me bringing the the unique background that I do as a psychotherapist and
- 44:16and also as, a coach, I I often get into, you know, what what's beneath the surface and that
- 44:25you're not defined from what you come from.
- 44:27Yeah.
- 44:28But sometimes we need special guidance in order to figure those things out.
- 44:33And with leaders, they are high tactical functioners that are outcome driven, but
- 44:40oftentimes, that's not the place that's kicking them stuck.
- 44:43It's what's unknown.
- 44:45So my challenge to you is to, go out and think what is blocking me?
- 44:49And if it's not conscious and I'm struggling to get to the unconscious, what is it that I'm
- 44:54gonna do to to create that space?
- 44:57So again, that's good.
- 44:58Thanks so much for your time for everyone listening.
