- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: Are you an entrepreneur, CEO, or content creator having a hard time making more money online?
- 0:08[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to show you how it's easier than ever because most business owners are missing this one step.
- 0:15[SPEAKER_00]: And that step is included in between your content and your offer.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_00]: And we're going to be breaking that down.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to the department.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_00]: I'm on North Dakota and I got with me art.mp4.
- 0:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so right now we are actually this is a live delivery of a podcast and I'm gonna be very transparent with you We're both so nervous.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_01]: I can hear the shakingness in your voice.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_00]: No, you're gonna hear the shakingness in your voice
- 0:45[SPEAKER_00]: But if you're listening to the audio, then it's just ripped from the live stream, but most people make this big mistake online.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, pause.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_01]: Not to make you nervous, but we got 24 people on there, you know, comment in that below.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_00]: What's up, guys?
- 1:01[SPEAKER_00]: You're nervous.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_00]: Did you know you're just shaking your voice, dude?
- 1:04[SPEAKER_01]: I can hear it.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_01]: Jethon, we got paper flip.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: No, okay, sorry, all right.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, if you're watching, more people are going to watch on the re-hood.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_00]: But here's what's powerful.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_00]: Number one about delivering content live is you deliver it differently.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_00]: And so shout out to having a live audience, but at the same time, knowing that this won't be edited is a very powerful and also intimidating concept.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_00]: But the biggest mistake most business owners in CEOs make online is simply thinking that people are buying from social media.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_00]: Here's, this is, by the way, this is not for people who are running ads to a low ticket product.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_00]: This is for people who want to make a lot of money with very little sales.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_00]: Make a lot of money with very little sales.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_00]: If you're the type of person who feels like you need everyone to buy, you've already, your foundation, so business is already kind of jaded.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_00]: This is for people that are like, dude, if I can just get hit.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_00]: nine people at 10 grand if I can get nine people at five k if I can just get five people at five k like this is who it's for and this is not theory based this is truly something that was derived even from yesterday's coach call on my owner circle coach call one of the guys that came through our program is named Jamil Frasier
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: He broke down his business model and how he is now making almost $100,000 a month with this missing link.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_00]: So I just want you to know that if you think people are making a lot of money from or on off of social media, here's what I want you to start telling yourself.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_00]: People are making a lot of money from social media, not on social media.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_00]: And this is why the thumbnail you clicked on said, don't sell on social, because no one opens up their phone today or opened up their phone today looking to really give you money.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_00]: So you have to take that concept and apply what we're going to bring breaking down today.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm just going to give it to you straight up.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_00]: By the end of this conversation, your YouTube channel, your Instagram page, your TikTok, your LinkedIn will be monetized because you don't have to wait for somebody else like a Google AdSense or a brand to pay you.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_00]: No, you can actually just sponsor your own videos with this and then start more conversations.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: Should we just give it to them?
- 3:34[SPEAKER_01]: I think so.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_01]: I'm ready for it.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_00]: And then we're going to get an in tactics.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: But I want you to, I want to give you the big picture idea because most people don't realize they need to be really good at this.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: And the thing you need to start getting really good at as a business owner and entrepreneur or CEO is creating resources, creating resources.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_00]: I just told my friend Neil in the office
- 4:05[SPEAKER_00]: The top 3% of all business owners, they understand that they don't have to be
- 4:13[SPEAKER_00]: the resource, they just need to be the source of resource, the source of resource.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're a leader, the thorth of resource.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're a leader in your industry and you go for us, you're going to the conferences, you're going to the events, you buy coaching, you invest in yourself, you're consuming your reading books, you're listening to podcasts, you're watching videos like this.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_00]: What your job is to do is to then take what you've taken in and then give it away in your way.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: So when I say you don't have to be the source, I think sometimes many leaders in business, they feel like they need to come up with stuff and it's like, no, you just need to be the facilitator of coming up with something.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_00]: And when I say being the source of resource, what I'm really saying is you need to be able to make lead magnets on the fly, lead magnets.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_00]: Lead magnets are the first offer you give people online.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_00]: Now, maybe you're wondering to yourself, what is a lead magnet on glad you asked?
- 5:25[SPEAKER_00]: A lead magnet is a resource that can be sold for money but instead of charging for it, you give it away in exchange for information, in exchange for information.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_00]: One good principle that you can just apply is in creating resources
- 5:47[SPEAKER_00]: you want to almost feel afraid to give it away for free.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_01]: It's really good.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_00]: So we used to, by the way, you can go in the link in the description and grab our gear guide on how we're even producing this live podcast right now.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: And at one point, people paid me $30,000 a day to come in.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: get all the equipment, set it all up, give them SOPs and all these things, and now I just want to give it to you.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_00]: And you can just grab it.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_00]: But your lead magnets need to be so valuable that people would be willing to now give you their information in exchange for this lead magnet.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_00]: Now we're going to get into some tactics, but I really want
- 6:40[SPEAKER_00]: I really want to stress that this is a new skill and even in the state of where AI is right now, you can actually leverage AI to create lead magnets.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_01]: What's like a good indicator of.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_01]: your lead magnet is actually valuable.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_01]: Like, is it just like, oh, I just don't wanna give this away like that feeling or is there something else?
- 7:01[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's too fold.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_00]: I think it starts with you, but some people lack self-awareness.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_00]: So it should start with you feeling like, you have this thought in your mind is like, I can't believe I'm giving this away.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: And it might be because of how long it's taking you to create it, got it.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: It might be something you've maybe charged for in the past
- 7:24[SPEAKER_00]: There's another reason why somebody's actually buying it from you.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_00]: It's not necessarily the information because that's what, you know, lead magnets are really just giving a level of information.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_00]: That's strategically packaged in a way that is valuable.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_00]: So that's the one side.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_00]: It's the you right now.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_00]: The them side is they're actually responding.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_00]: So they're actually responding by.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: taking up the lead magnet, like, if you put something out there and you test it, which by the way, we, that's the whole goal here, to test things.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_00]: If you, if you create a lead magnet, and you put it out there and no one
- 8:03[SPEAKER_00]: responds to it, then it's probably not that valuable or how you're presenting it isn't that valuable or creating the value.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: So the reason why this is not theory is because Jim Mill was talking about how they'll run what we call a story sequence.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_00]: A story sequence on Instagram is where you like
- 8:26[SPEAKER_00]: where you first, and this is our definition of a story sequence, if you want to get somebody to respond to you on Instagram or short form platforms like Facebook and so, it starts with a problem aware post.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_00]: So like, are you putting out content and no one's watching and no one's responding?
- 8:47[SPEAKER_00]: And then it's like, here's the solution aware.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_00]: you can actually try live streaming because live stream is one of the easiest ways to break through the mold because AI can't live stream.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_00]: And then, solution nowhere, I just put together a bullet proof live stream checklist.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_00]: And if you'd like to grab it, DM me the word live.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_00]: And now the care for that checklist is increased right just because I framed it the right way.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why it's our job to to sell the lead magnets not sell our offers online and actually this comes from our three pillar business blueprint framework that we teach and it's unlocking infinite content that see.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_00]: ushering people into a intimate conversion event that's e and then uncovering your irresistible core offer that's o CEO.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_00]: But the way you get somebody from content to event is through a lead magnet.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: That Orion, preacher Omar over here.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: No rapper Omar.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I'm sorry.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: So let's go through some examples of what lead magnets aren't like just things that you here's the thing, you probably already have lead magnets sitting on your computer, whether that was an old course you put out or something like that.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_00]: But there are a few pillar lead magnets that will grow your email list and start conversations
- 10:21[SPEAKER_00]: In your DMs and I don't I mean, I'm Mr.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_00]: Simple.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_00]: I'm here to simplify everything down and then we'll get into the tactics And if you're watching on the live feel free to ask questions.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_00]: If you're watching on the replay Make sure to subscribe by the way if you're watching this and you're not subscribed hit that subscribe button This podcast is brought to you by the content to cast challenge, which is a five-day live coaching experience with myself

- 10:50[SPEAKER_00]: The next one is coming up soon.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_00]: If you missed it, hop on the wait list, so you don't miss the next one.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you, content to cast challenge.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: There you go.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_00]: Here we go.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_00]: We're talking about what are some great lead magnet ideas?
- 11:04[SPEAKER_00]: Why don't you start with one art?
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: I feel like you're pretty good at this too.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_01]: I think one is like, for us, it mainly is gear, but one that came into mind was, I posted a story of you on a Zoom call and you use your phone as a webcam and to do that, you have to have your phone where you'll be talking.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_01]: and that's like where the laptop webcam is inside the screen and you mounted your phone there with a little phone that has it, so like might also have it.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_00]: Sure, they have come on here, we don't have to like edit this dude, but yeah, keep talking.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, like it came to mind because people were responding to that story with dude, what is that?
- 11:49[SPEAKER_01]: Like where did you get that piece of gear?
- 11:51[SPEAKER_01]: Please, link, please send the link.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and that literally that would be a lead magnet like so good.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_01]: If you want to level up your coach calls, if you want to show up, uh, better quality or whatever, um, I will send you the link and all the other stuff.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_00]: I like, yeah, it's just a very simple way to, and I think something you're bringing up is just like, what you think this is why it needs to be both ended because I think this is that valuable.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_00]: right.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_00]: This is a mag safe.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't even at first, but like for sure, reacting to it just like you said, but then just so you guys see like what are in it, like I know this was not the point.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_00]: I literally asked some lead magnet ideas, but literally this thing I take on the road and then what it does is it it absolutely levels up my zoom calls because we're using the back camera that my phone, but
- 12:42[SPEAKER_00]: link in the description on off the end of that note what what arts bringing up is uh... giving away resources uh... but whether that's you know your favorite books whether that's uh... some gear that helps you physical life dude i i learned this from uh... one of my friends chelene johnson and she's so good at
- 13:00[SPEAKER_00]: at whatever is helping her in life, she shares, which is not only great for content ideas, but it's great for in lead magnet ideas.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_00]: So ask yourself the question, what is something I use every day that helps me be successful?
- 13:17[SPEAKER_00]: And then let that be the gateway into whatever that resource that you're, you know, putting together.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_01]: I have a question though, does she lean because I don't know, but does she like, one that comes to mind that she uses is the I drops, the ones that make your the white of your eye super white and she shared that like on her stories and stuff.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_01]: But for stuff like that, would she actually have an opt-in or would she just be like, DM me the word and then she just sends it?
- 13:42[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so I'll share her.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_00]: Because I know that maybe it's like I'd like to know her strategy.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, her strategy is to actually not and I think there's there's you got it Hold this with an open hand Her strategy is to just add value to people's life 90% of the year.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_00]: She's just like if it helps her She shares it.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_00]: She gives it away
- 14:06[SPEAKER_00]: Um, there are times where I think she'll consolidate some of those things and then create a lead magnet.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_00]: But for the most part, she'll create an automation on Instagram, say comment the word I drops, and then it'll just send the link.
- 14:23[SPEAKER_00]: And it might be her affiliate link where she's not, she's not necessarily getting information.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_00]: But what she's doing is the same thing that lead magnet should be doing and that is building trust.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_00]: If you can give something away to
- 14:40[SPEAKER_00]: help somebody else's life.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_00]: This is the first step to people knowing that you are who you say you are.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_00]: This is the first step to people knowing if you can really help them.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_00]: Frank Kern says prove to people you can help them by actually helping them.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_00]: Now it doesn't necessarily mean helping them in, it doesn't even have to be like I teach so much more than like how to make great videos.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_00]: but giving away a gear list is, it's along the lines there, you know, so with Chilean, she's leveraging the psychological effect that takes place in a person's mind before they go on a
- 15:19[SPEAKER_00]: client, you know, customer journey with them with her, is that she's just helping them first.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_01]: So would, why, did I take a question?
- 15:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but like, why would it you, why would everyone, well, I do that too, do that.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I literally do that too.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_00]: So we didn't make a resource list for this necessarily, right?
- 15:37[SPEAKER_00]: So I just literally grab the link and just started sending it to people.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_00]: I think the,
- 15:41[SPEAKER_00]: the principle here is that we're starting conversations.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so we're showing what we're doing, people are inquiring, and it's starting a conversations.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_00]: And the way you're going to make more money online this year is by increasing the volume and amount of conversations that are currently taking place.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_00]: And then once you increase the volume, you could start automating, and then once you start automating, you could start dialoguing through automating, but just more on the technical side of things.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_00]: But I think the first thing is just to know that there needs to be a middle step in between your content and your offer, or your content and your conversion event, and that is giving away something of value.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_00]: So you mentioned like just giving away resources.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_00]: It can be physical products, it could be a list of things.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_00]: It could be something that you've actually came up with.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_00]: Like if there's, you know, your 10 rules of money, or if there is like your 40, 40 plus diet plan, yeah, these are,
- 16:40[SPEAKER_00]: resources that could help somebody, and even here's a crazy thing, some people may not actually apply what it is you're giving them, but it's the idea that you've already put something together.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and it was essentially like, um, almost like a yes kind of, I mean, what you say?
- 16:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you're getting like a yes from a person.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, you, you wanted the, the gear list, right?
- 17:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, sweet, which by the way, say a,
- 17:06[SPEAKER_00]: sales is a series of yeses.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_00]: So the more you can architect yeses coming your way from people that are finding your stuff, the higher likelihood they are to say yes when you present them an offer.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_00]: Something I do want to share is there was a guy in the program who did fitness and I remember he came up to me with his iPad one of our workshops and this is such a good example.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_00]: He was like
- 17:31[SPEAKER_00]: Because I don't want you guys to feel like you need to go on Canva and you guys need to create some e-book, which by let me just give away the ideas.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_00]: You said like a checklist, a resource list, a sheet or something, you can give away an e-book, you can give away a discovery call, you can give away an application, you can give away an assessment, you can give away a mini course, you can give away a training.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_00]: A replay of a past training group, yeah.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_00]: You can give away your YouTube videos.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_00]: Because not everyone finds your YouTube videos organically through YouTube, right?
- 18:04[SPEAKER_00]: But maybe they find you on another platform.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_00]: You're like, hey, I actually put together a whole training on this.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_00]: If you'd like the training, DM me the word work and like, I'll send it over.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_00]: Like, right.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_00]: And I literally wrote down on my phone.
- 18:16[SPEAKER_00]: Dude, these lead magnets are Google Docs.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_00]: I have grown our email list over 20,000 emails with a Google Sheets.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_00]: You could give away a Google Slides presentation.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_00]: You can give away an unlisted or a public YouTube video.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_00]: But something we've been testing lately is shooting a breakdowns of things and giving that away, unedited breakdowns, like walking through a process or something that we go through.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_01]: I think the theme with all these is, I mean, it still breaks my mind, but how simple it really can be.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_01]: And it, like it doesn't have to be complicated.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_01]: Like when I saw somebody online giving away a checklist, and I click it, and it is a Google dog, and it's just,
- 19:06[SPEAKER_01]: a list of sentences, say, do this, do this, and that was it.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_01]: That was what I opted in for.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_01]: And I didn't feel like I got jipped or anything, but it's just crazy how simple it really can be.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_00]: No, yeah, and that's, I think this is, it's very telling, because this story I have of one of my clients coming up to me and being like, hey, Omar, I wanna show you this.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_00]: I wanna show you this like creation I've put together.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_00]: And like,
- 19:32[SPEAKER_00]: he opens it up and it's like this fitness guide that is so worthy.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_00]: It's just it has brand colors.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's got his logo.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, from what I remember, I saw like it looked like an article.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_01]: Like it was crazy paragraph.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like just a lot of information.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_00]: So like not only was it just like polished in in nature.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_00]: It was just very overwhelming.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_00]: And and I and I was like, how long did it take you to make this?
- 19:58[SPEAKER_00]: He was like dude like honestly like a full week like working on this for a full week and I showed up I was like I'm going to show you something another friend of mine I went on her account and I just I went to one of her videos where she has a comment the word and again we're going to get into the tactics of all this and how it can work for you I commented the word I opened up my DMs she said hey
- 20:24[SPEAKER_00]: would you like this resource?
- 20:26[SPEAKER_00]: And I said, yes, give me a good email.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll send it right over.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_00]: Give me a good email.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_00]: Send me the resource.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_00]: I open up the resource.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_00]: It's a Google Doc.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_00]: It's a Google Doc, a single page, a single page, a Google Doc.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_00]: Now, the problem with trying to polish a lead magnet is with AI, we just need to be good at creating them.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_00]: Like, lead magnet creation once you have a pulse of who you're creating it for, it needs to be quicker.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_00]: And so, this is just something I'm like realizing is like, then we need more lead magnets.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_00]: We're almost good.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_00]: We go almost unpack all the things we're posting and create lead magnets from the things we're posting.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_01]: And almost... We said that his was overwhelming.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_01]: I would ask you, is it possible for a lead magnet to be underwhelming?
- 21:19[SPEAKER_01]: Or no?
- 21:20[SPEAKER_00]: Well, the goal is that it's supposed to be the shortcut.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_00]: So,
- 21:29[SPEAKER_00]: I think the simple answer is yes, okay.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_00]: But you don't want it to just be like, what does it?
- 21:33[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'll give you a good idea of what I've made that made.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_00]: I think my email list grew.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_00]: This is back in the day.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_00]: I made a YouTube video, free video on church photography.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_00]: It's actually still live on this YouTube channel.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_00]: On my YouTube channel.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_00]: And in there, I give away a shot list.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_00]: And that shot list is a PDF of photo examples.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_00]: So it goes, candid photo of Greedor, candid photo of kids, smiling photo of pastor, in action photo of musician.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_00]: And it's just like, you can literally use this to inform your photos you're taking on this Sunday.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_00]: That's the way I thought about it.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_00]: Like, use this as a child.
- 22:21[SPEAKER_00]: That's like a reference.
- 22:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_00]: And then,
- 22:24[SPEAKER_00]: by the way.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_00]: And then this is where you make the money by the way.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_00]: So listen in.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_00]: You listen any?
- 22:31[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_00]: At the bottom of your lead manic or at the top of your lead magnet, you can link to the next step.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_00]: So at the bottom of that lead magnet, I said by the way, all these photos were edited with these presets.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_00]: And these presets was clickable.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_01]: Bro, you were about it early on.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_00]: I was about this life early on, bro.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_00]: I've been, I've been doing this.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_01]: Talk to you that, bro.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_01]: Who taught you that, bro?
- 22:58[SPEAKER_00]: But underwhelming, I, yeah, I think it could be underwhelming, but I think something that would be underwhelming would be is like if you really, if you really just...
- 23:08[SPEAKER_01]: Whip this together using it or you didn't give what you actually said you were going to give right I think there's that I mean somebody commented said You just don't want your lead man.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_00]: It's a big garbage and I think yeah, and here and here's the here's the thing both ends communicate to what person what it's going to be like working with you
- 23:25[SPEAKER_00]: So this is why I always show art text messages from a conversion conversation I'm having with an individual that maybe I'm thinking about working with as soon as they start sending me paragraphs.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_00]: I like opt out because here here's what you must understand as a business owner.
- 23:46[SPEAKER_00]: You need to realize that your goal is to make it seem like seem, because it could be difficult or maybe it's easy for you, but it could be a hard thing to do, but your goal is to make it seem like it's easy to you.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_00]: And so if you give a resource away in your business and it is not helpful, what do you think people are going to think about that it might be hard to work with you or you might be a lot to work with overwhelming to work with.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_00]: But if you give something away to someone and they're actually able to maybe use it to better their life in any way shape or form, finances, health, wealth, or relationships,
- 24:34[SPEAKER_00]: You know what that does?
- 24:35[SPEAKER_00]: Like that is a level of trust that no piece of content could actually do.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_00]: And that, and that, this is why I call influence.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_00]: Like influence is changing the thoughts or behavior somebody has about a thing after they meet you.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_00]: And so I remember getting a, we got like the Samsung frame TV in our house and we paid a handyman guy, like a guy who hangs TV for anything.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_00]: Bro hangs TV's for a living and I'm at the house while he's installing it with a set of hands like he has somebody helping them.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_00]: And the way he's drilling into my new homes wall that just got painted because he keeps messing up and then he proceeds to say, dude, these TVs, they just make it so hard to
- 25:31[SPEAKER_00]: I'm paying you the expert, the expert to do the thing and you want to make it seem like it's difficult, which does it make me feel like a buyer?
- 25:41[SPEAKER_00]: I have your question for you, do you think I probably hit that guy up to do anything else in my house?
- 25:47[SPEAKER_01]: Definitely not.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I wouldn't have.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_00]: This is, I mean, it's so much more than at face value, what, you know, serving people online is, because, as well, I love helping people who would self-identify as people who are really good at what it is they do.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you have to self-identify as that.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_00]: And then hopefully the market also would respond or agree to, but if you're new to the space, you could be good at what you do in your new and understand that.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_00]: But,
- 26:16[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, not to get too off track, but Danny said, I'm getting 5 million views a month and make nothing.
- 26:24[SPEAKER_01]: Dude, you're in the right place.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_00]: Dude, he said he's making 5 million views a month.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he's getting 5 million views a month and he makes nothing.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_00]: So here.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_00]: So here.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_00]: Let me encourage you first, Daniel, is that you don't have a content problem.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_00]: You have a conversion problem.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_00]: So what I want you to do is I want you to start thinking about
- 26:51[SPEAKER_00]: what would help the people that are watching your videos?
- 26:54[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I can't speak for everyone.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_00]: And most of the time the content we create, the podcast, the department podcast, is more business-minded from business-minded individuals who are looking to make money.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_00]: I just looked at our stats, the last 28 days on YouTube.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_00]: We got a little over 115,000 views.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_00]: But, you know, we've already made over $500,000 this year.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_00]: And when we're chill or golfing, we're eating steaks.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_00]: Art's gonna do his Iron Man in a couple days.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_00]: He's going to San Diego tomorrow.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_00]: Like, so content should be your leverage, not your demise.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_00]: So start thinking about a resource that you could start giving away.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_00]: And here's what you're doing by giving away a great, high-valuable lead magnet.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_00]: Did we ever finish this story with Guillermo?
- 27:44[SPEAKER_00]: I believe you did.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_00]: OK, cool.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_00]: Unless we did.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_00]: No, it was mine.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_00]: is because you need to start increasing the conversations you're having and you can't initiate conversations if you don't have people's emails.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_00]: So the reason what we're doing is we're exchanging these resources for emails and I know that we've been all kind of sidetracked because we're alive, but it's all good.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_00]: Another great lead magnet is a community.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_00]: So my brother just started a community for young preachers and it already has 250 members.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's free.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_00]: But Michael has now 250 people's emails.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_00]: They're contact away reaching out to them.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_00]: And they came in from the idea that is a proper idea.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_00]: They're correlating the better the increasing the skill of communication preaching connected to my brother as he's the facilitator of this community.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_00]: We just checked the community that we have.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_00]: The video department community has almost 5,000 people.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_00]: There's no price to it, but they're in there for the idea of showing up online as business owners.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_00]: So offering a community is a great lead magnet.
- 28:59[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't have volume in viewership, it might be tough to start a community because maybe, you know,
- 29:07[SPEAKER_00]: you'll barely get people to join, but this it sounds like this guy Daniel, bro, maybe you want to start a community, bro, around the thing.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_00]: If you're if you have an entertainment kind of content journey where you're you're creating content as a as a media company, then I would encourage you a community would be a great place because you can just carry on the conversation over there about whatever it is you do.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but to get back on track.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, where was I?
- 29:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, lead magnet ideas.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, just I just don't want you to think like the delivery system, the lead magnet comes in, it doesn't have to be super polished.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_00]: It just needs to be super helpful.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_00]: It's really good.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Forms, school.com.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_00]: YouTube.com.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_00]: Literally.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_00]: YouTube unlisted links.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_01]: Forms?
- 30:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you just mentioned forms.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, yeah.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_01]: That's like, if you want to send an application.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_00]: That's great.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_00]: And I think it's important before I get into like the tactics.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll give you guys like great recommendations on how to capture these leads.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_00]: And art will walk through many chat flow.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_00]: Which of you don't know what many chat is?
- 30:22[SPEAKER_00]: Great.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_00]: We'll talk about it.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_00]: But is just really the.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_00]: a skill that I've grown in over the last, maybe a little like three, three and a half years, and it's the skill of offer creation, and a lead magnet is still an offer.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_00]: And you know someone it's good at creating offers if even they can create very great lead magnets.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_00]: And here's one of the most important foundational skills when it comes to creating any kind of offer.
- 30:55[SPEAKER_00]: And that is understanding the perspective from the person giving the offer, and then the perception of the person receiving the option.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_00]: The option.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_00]: The offer.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_00]: The offer.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_01]: Cut that, cut that.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, we can't.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_00]: Too bad.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_00]: YouTube Studio later.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_00]: So when you create something, when you create an offer, there's your perspective of the offer, and then their perception of the offer.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_00]: I think you're missing that out.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_00]: That's, I mean, that's money, that's really good.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_00]: Now, to you, it's a Google Doc, right?
- 31:36[SPEAKER_00]: To you, it's just a cheat sheet or a checklist.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_00]: But to them,
- 31:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's buying back their time.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_00]: To them, it's adding value to their life.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_01]: It's the solution they've been dying for.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's the thing that's gonna help them get unstuck.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_00]: And I think just one of the biggest amateur hours of offer creation is feeling like
- 32:02[SPEAKER_00]: the perception of your offer and your creation of the offer need to be at the same level.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_00]: And what I mean by that is like you include more stuff in your offer because you think more is more valuable.
- 32:17[SPEAKER_00]: And this is like you are probably bad at crafting offers because you're really bad at buying offers.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_00]: Like when you're a good buyer of great offers, you will become a great creator of good offers.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_00]: And I think, how do you know you're a bad buyer of great offers is you let opportunity that you know you should take, pass up.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_00]: Legit, like you'll be presented in opportunity that aligns with your pain point.
- 32:47[SPEAKER_00]: That's gonna help you get to your promised land and yet you still
- 32:54[SPEAKER_00]: procrastinate or prolong it.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_00]: And you're like, nah, I'll do it next time.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_00]: Dude, bro, that's why you struggle with sales.
- 33:04[SPEAKER_00]: You struggle with sales because people have to struggle selling you something.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_00]: Jesus Louise, if you want to be a great seller, become first, become a better buyer.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_00]: great salesmen and women are great first buyers.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_00]: They buy first.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_00]: You invested in yourself before you started to ask people to invest in themselves.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_00]: You bought an offer before you started selling an offer you created.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_00]: You jumped into a community before you started to offer a community.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_00]: How do you think you're going to offer something that you haven't yourself been through?
- 33:43[SPEAKER_00]: There's a powerful quote I've learned from land and shot.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_00]: He's a pastor in a church called Mercy Culture in Dallas, Texas, and now they're blowing up all over the country.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_00]: But he says, you could never lead someone to a place you've never been.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_00]: Shoot.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_00]: And so, if you're trying to sell somebody something online or even just go into business and you're doing it all from intuition and ignorance, you're a phony.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_00]: You're a stinkin' phony and you're asking for people's money but when people ask you for yours,
- 34:23[SPEAKER_00]: I'll think about it.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_00]: I'll do it later.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_00]: I got to ask my wife.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_00]: Get out of here.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, don't get out of here.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_00]: Stay on them.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_00]: So easy.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_00]: So bad.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_00]: It's just really important because this is a sales conversation.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_00]: Most of the podcasts we have are sales conversations.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_00]: And I want you.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to make more money.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_00]: When you get great at selling, and as someone who's coming fresh from a place of, I used to always think this way.
- 34:53[SPEAKER_00]: I had a, what is called a broke mindset, I can just get the information for free.
- 34:59[SPEAKER_00]: I can just go figure it out myself.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_00]: I can just, like, find anyone successful or anyone doing something worth doing, meaningful work.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_00]: And you'll find they're not doing it alone and they didn't figure it out themselves.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_00]: Self-made millionaires or self-made billionaires is a false concept.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_00]: No one is self-made.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone is environment-made.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone is either ignorantly made or you started using money to accelerate who you are.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_00]: Paying, just paying for the thing that, okay, what was I going with that?
- 35:45[SPEAKER_00]: I was going with that because broke it full of state.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_00]: Because this, these lead magnets are supposed to do the next step for you.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_00]: And that is to initiate more conversations.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_00]: So when somebody grabs the gear guide from us, it's gonna say, hey, where are you in your business?
- 36:07[SPEAKER_00]: And they get the option.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_00]: They get the option.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_00]: Zero, just starting out, 50 to 150k or 150k plus.
- 36:19[SPEAKER_00]: And then they get to, and now we're just starting a conversation.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_00]: And here's the thing.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_00]: I always want to, I always shoot low with like expectations of like conversions.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_00]: But if we had 100 people,
- 36:38[SPEAKER_00]: Would there be a high likelihood that one person would buy our coaching program or something from us?
- 36:44[SPEAKER_00]: I would bet money on that.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_01]: They you bet money on that.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_01]: I would bet money on that.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_01]: And why would you bet money on that?
- 36:51[SPEAKER_01]: Because the lead magnet or something that they said yes to was so valuable that eventually they're going to buy something.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_00]: So, and here's the thing.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_00]: If they don't buy anything, what?
- 37:06[SPEAKER_00]: You need to know, if you're watching or listening to this, you need to know that creating good report in people is actually a form of conversion.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_00]: So like, when we do, which is another type of lead magnet is a master class.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_00]: We have the five costly mistakes of the five costly mistakes entrepreneurs make one building the personal brands of the video.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_00]: So it's a masterclass we do from time to time.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_00]: That has grown our email list.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_01]: legit.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_01]: I would want to say tens of thousands emails.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_00]: And it's gotten such it's become so predictable from a conversion standpoint.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_00]: But now we throw money at ads to get people on there.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_00]: And that's a whole strategy in of itself.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_00]: But that master class, when people don't take the offer at the end of that master class.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_00]: it's not it's not the end right it actually is the beginning yes because you said sales is a series of yeses and if we have two yeses then eventually we're gonna get another yeses yes and and I can go to bed at night knowing that somebody's gear started shifting with the thing that they wanted to do you know the thing that was already inside of them so yeah
- 38:26[SPEAKER_00]: You can run, like when you really have a good lead magnet, that's just crushing, you could run ads and just give the lead, like literally you're paying people to have a free thing that you're giving them, which is great.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_00]: But this is where you see the, I don't know if you remember like the book funnel, where it's like free play shipping.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_00]: People are running ads to a book that's very clear on the promise or who it's for and then saying you can get this book for free, just pay shipping and what's funny is like the shipping is really just a pay for you to get the book because the ad for you to get it was probably breaking even.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_00]: But people, great business owners are willing to break even to add value.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, or to get the first yes, or to get the first yes.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_00]: Great business owners are willing to break even or even lose, I would say, in order to add value, because over time, compounded value added to a marketplace will eventually end up
- 39:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so do you feel comfortable enough to kind of break down let's go real like you're going to break on the mini chat flow okay and then like and then how it works with like organic and like I mean use the millionaire does set up as an example.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, which is like an iPhone shot content.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_00]: I mean like literally from zero to let's just go zero like back All right We're about to step into a master class on many chat and Instagram reels and how to make money with many chat
- 40:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, so managed what yeah, I was going to say define many chat good job.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so many chat if you guys aren't aware it is a super user friendly software that has been around for maybe what like the last five years five years six years.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I think right before C 19.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_01]: But you pay for this software to have connected to your Instagram account directly.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_01]: So it kind of has access to your DMs, your backend, all your Instagram stuff.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_01]: But essentially what this is for is it's to automate what you would want to be doing to give people lead magnets.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_01]: So with, I mean,
- 40:46[SPEAKER_01]: Being the main example.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_01]: We give away a gear guide or gear list and a reel that we would post is Maybe Omar has desk and it's his million dollar desk setup.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_01]: It's his you know monitor his top romper has camera all that good stuff, right?
- 41:02[SPEAKER_01]: So we first post a real and make people aware of the thing that Omar uses to become a millionaire and we want to give it to you for you to have, right?
- 41:14[SPEAKER_01]: So we post that real.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_01]: That's the awareness and then we give him a CTA, a CTA is called to action and the call to action would be a comment the word gear or comment the word desk or comment the word set up, right?
- 41:32[SPEAKER_01]: in real time and we would then get a DM from Omar or the person saying, hey, you reached out for this setup, you reached out for this thing, this resource, do you want it?
- 41:44[SPEAKER_01]: I would then say yes in the DM and it would proceed to send me the, you know, resource.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_01]: Or if it's a different automation where it's like a contact capture, which is,
- 41:57[SPEAKER_01]: It asks for your email first and then your first name and then it will send you the resource That's essentially what many chat does.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_01]: It is very easy to use Many chat also has preset so I like literally just filmed it's a tutorial the other day, but if the homepage of many chat if you go on your desktop
- 42:20[SPEAKER_01]: They make it super easy for you.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_01]: There's like automate the comment to DM, automate this, automate this, and you just follow the steps, and it does it for you, and it's super easy.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_00]: I think people, because you don't know the thing right now, it may seem hard in your mind, but the reality is,
- 42:41[SPEAKER_00]: Facebook ads, many chat, any CRM or the place that you want to start building your email list and start automated sequences and stuff like, it all seems hard, but I'm telling you they wouldn't be successful if it was difficult.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_00]: And so they're always trying to simplify the process and make it accessible and at one point it was like reserved for like just entrepreneurs like no one was using many chat and you just saw people saying like DM me the word reply with the word yeah but here's what's beautiful about number one knowing the power of automations they say that automations are like the seventh wonder of the world
- 43:21[SPEAKER_00]: in business.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_00]: There's so many things you do that is repetitive.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_00]: We post every day on Instagram.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_00]: We post once we go on YouTube.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_00]: We post a podcast once a week on YouTube.
- 43:34[SPEAKER_00]: We do challenges every quarter.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_00]: Like there are things we do repetitively.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_00]: And so if there are things that we do repetitively and we've tested things,
- 43:45[SPEAKER_00]: we could start automating things and so it always comes from doing first you just want to do what you feel like you're supposed to do and then create automations from that thing and so I think it's so important to say that if you don't yeah don't have a place where you're building your email list right now
- 44:05[SPEAKER_00]: You're losing.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_00]: And I got when I first got started, I started with flowdesk.com.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_00]: FLODsk.com.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_00]: Flowdesk.com is how I got started giving away lead magnets, building my email list, emailing, newsletters.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's so user friendly.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_00]: You can put buy buttons in your emails.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_00]: You can create landing pages.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_00]: I did my first two six figure challenges.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_00]: through flowdesk, all organic, and I can't say enough good things about it.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_00]: The only thing I'm not a fan of about Flowdesk is You can't text from it.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it doesn't have an SMS platform.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it doesn't have SMS, which that's why now we're at go high level But that's when you're really ready to build Like really build your business online But like let's just say you take flowdesk you take many chat and you have them work together now
- 45:02[SPEAKER_00]: I want you to know, like, I've mentioned it, but it's so you can increase conversations, where are these conversations happening?
- 45:09[SPEAKER_00]: Well, these conversations are happening in the DMs.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_00]: These conversations are happening via email, and these conversations may be happening via Zoom.
- 45:21[SPEAKER_00]: Notice how these things other than DMs, but DMs are kind of like a text message kind of format, but these are kind of like off social.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_00]: Like, selling isn't happening like on the front face of social media and YouTube, it's happening behind the curtain.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_00]: And so I think there's maybe another part two or something we can tap into, but we could briefly talk about it right now, but it's...
- 45:48[SPEAKER_00]: Think about all this up.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_00]: If somebody taps into your world and gives you their email address, you should have seven to 12 emails ready to just send them every two days.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_00]: It could be every day, honestly.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_00]: And what you should include in these emails, I can't believe I'm giving this away.
- 46:07[SPEAKER_00]: What you should be including in these emails, after they've, you know, given you their email, is you should be sending them emails, telling stories around maybe your past clients or testimonials from your past clients.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_00]: So you should just say like the limiting
- 46:29[SPEAKER_00]: the thing that they thought that they couldn't do and the thing they ended up doing and like just break down that story in email form.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_00]: Don't put a bite button at the bottom of your emails or anything.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_00]: You're literally just gonna send seven to 10 emails talking about how you've helped clients win or what they can do right now and what this is gonna do is it's gonna get your name on their phone consistently.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_00]: This is,
- 46:53[SPEAKER_00]: Now we're going into like the like the game game Like what we already shared wasn't but once once they're starting to get you're like emails They're like oh dude this person's consistent guess what you said that thing up one and done
- 47:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 47:09[SPEAKER_00]: And this is what's called a email sequence, which every building, which should be automated, which every business should have an email sequence after you've captured an email for a lead magnet.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_01]: But like something so good that you talk about with that is more than what's in the emails, what the emails are about more than that it is about your name showing up and that's
- 47:37[SPEAKER_01]: kind of the main reason why you would want to even do that.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_01]: Um, because yeah, I mean, if you're top of mind for a problem that people have, they're going to want to use you.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, the story I tell is I joined a mastermind over in in September of last year.
- 47:55[SPEAKER_00]: I joined a mastermind.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_00]: It was $50,000 and it was with Russell Brunson and it was his inner circle.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_00]: And if you don't know who Russell Bronson is, if you don't know who Russell Bronson is, he's kind of like the guru when it comes to making money online.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_00]: Like he started the concept of funnels, not websites, because after we, it was about websites, there was this thing called funnels, and when you create a funnel, it's kind of like an in-person shopping experience, but it's online.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_00]: You're hit with like a hook, then you hit buy, and then you can add on to your thing, and then you end up spending more than you came in with, which is what happens to Amanda when she goes to Target.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_00]: So the same psychology, but I tell the story because Russell, I never opened up one of his emails.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_00]: Dude, I still don't open up one of his emails, but I saw his name so much and then I was seeing his content and then I was having my own personal dialogue internally about like, man, I'd look to like see what it's like because I know a lot of people who've been in his, you know, mastermind when it would be like if we if I joined his mastermind, I don't know, I'm sure it's whatever next day Russell, I'll send next day, Russell Brunson, next day would.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_00]: Russell, what does it look like to getting in your program and then boom 50,000 dollars?
- 49:17[SPEAKER_00]: And so yeah, I share that story because it was seeing his name consistently and you have no idea how powerful it is for people to just see your name, whether it's the name of your business or like the name your actual name, if you're building like your personal brand, if somebody opts into your stuff,
- 49:36[SPEAKER_00]: they need to hear from you and you can make the mistake of like setting this all up and then ghosting them and it could waste the opportunity and you could be no shade to Daniel, but you can be getting 5 million views in a month and making zero dollars.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_00]: But it's because there's no follow-up right this down.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_00]: The fortune is in the follow-up.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_00]: The fortune is in the follow up and if you want to make money, you're not going to make money by posting Mr.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_00]: Beast level videos.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to make money by being so good at following up and being on people screens and poking the bear and saying, you need anything.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_00]: And like you just never know.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but you can't even do that if you're not capturing anything.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_00]: You can't do that if you're not capturing anything.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_00]: You know, in a real like service-based context, we had me in a man to have a a young married small group that we had this spring.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_00]: And one of the guys that's in there, he just sails for tints.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_00]: And I just bro literally, he heard us mention
- 50:46[SPEAKER_00]: Amanda's saying it's getting warm in Vegas and like the kids are sweating their backs off.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_00]: Kids are sweating back there.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_00]: They're like, she's like, we need to tint our van.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_00]: And then he texts me the following day.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_00]: Hey Omar, I overheard Amanda mentioning that you guys were looking into tint.
- 51:05[SPEAKER_00]: Just seeing if...
- 51:06[SPEAKER_00]: That's something you want to look into because we can help you.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_00]: I said, spoken like a true salesman.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_00]: First, he was listening and then he followed up.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_00]: And we're going to drop off our van today.
- 51:17[SPEAKER_00]: And the job is going to be almost $1,000.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_00]: And it's $1,000 because he sold us on a really high premium tint.
- 51:26[SPEAKER_00]: That does ceramic or ceramic.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_00]: It just doesn't allow a heat to transfer as fast, which I'm like, you have of course for the kids.
- 51:32[SPEAKER_00]: Like anything for the kids.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_00]: but that's really good.
- 51:37[SPEAKER_01]: I mean he legitimately followed up.
- 51:40[SPEAKER_00]: He followed up.
- 51:41[SPEAKER_00]: We would be here.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_00]: This is why sales is so beautiful, bro.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_00]: We would not even be in a position to take care of our kids.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_00]: Had he not followed up.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_00]: Now, one could say that, bro, that's a little extreme.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_00]: but people who understand the power of sales will find the extreme example.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_01]: Someone say that's extreme, but I would say that was the actual reality.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_00]: I would say not tending our van would be neglect.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_01]: I would say I would have called child protective service.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_00]: No, legit.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_00]: But we want to increase conversations and when somebody gives their information,
- 52:23[SPEAKER_00]: It this is how you should feel when somebody gives you their email right little bird man hand rub The the old snap y'all gonna be But that's how people should feel when they opt in to get a resource is like, oh, I'm getting something You know, yeah, it's fact two 100% and so I want you in twenty twenty six to craft
- 52:43[SPEAKER_00]: and deliver more lead magnets, create resource, just be so good at creating resources because right, because where we are now, is where we're at a time where people are in-phot out.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_00]: Like no one's buying, it was so easy.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_00]: Like when I was with Think Media, they were making millions of dollars straight off the YouTube videos.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_00]: And now it's just important to just put something in between.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_00]: In many cases, YouTube long-form videos could serve as that, but you'd be surprised how people still need something off-platform to experience you so that they can get a sense of what it's like.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_00]: Because if you truly are a business owner, your business...
- 53:30[SPEAKER_00]: exists, like it's a thing, which means that there's a place for your business, there's a place for conversations to happen, whether it's Zoom or in the emails or through text or phone calls, and you showing up online is just you showing up online.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that actually reminds me, I had a question.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 53:48[SPEAKER_01]: Do you think,
- 53:50[SPEAKER_00]: Before you ask the question, hold it.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_00]: This podcast is sponsored by the content to cast challenge.
- 53:55[SPEAKER_00]: If you'd like five days of live coaching with myself on helping you build the personal brand of your dreams, a profitable one, then make sure you check the link in the description and buy your ticket to the next content to cast challenge back to the conversation.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_01]: So, my question was, with everybody building their personal brand online or wanting to, everyone wanting to be a content creator, everybody starting the thing, do you feel like there is a bit of noise when it comes to people giving away things like, you know, lead magnets.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_01]: Comment the word this and I'll send you this like there's so many out there.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_01]: You think there is a bit of like fatigue.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I think simple answer yes, but the difference is in if you have brand people are willing to take it.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_01]: So if you don't have brand, what would you consider a good way to stand out though with your lead magnet?
- 54:54[SPEAKER_00]: I would.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_00]: I would add more value with what you're giving away for free.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_00]: It has to hurt you more than it hurts me.
- 55:02[SPEAKER_00]: Got it, because I have brand.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_00]: So like literally, we could whip up something right now and give it away and we will get a handful of people.
- 55:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_00]: For someone else, this is why I think starting out you're in the discovery phase anyway.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_00]: So give away Zoom calls, give away free strategy sessions.
- 55:21[SPEAKER_01]: Got it.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_00]: Give away something that like,
- 55:24[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, but that's the cost you're willing to pay to get the data, right?
- 55:28[SPEAKER_00]: So that when it's your time, and whenever your time will be determined by God, I guess you could say that you can start leveraging those kinds of things where it's like just throwing them out there, you know?
- 55:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_01]: No, that's really good.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_00]: So I was very interested in it.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_00]: It has the cost you more because you're starting later.
- 55:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_00]: And it's kind of like with investing.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_00]: One was the best time to start investing.
- 55:52[SPEAKER_00]: 5, 10, 15, COVID, whatever, once the next best time, right now, right now.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_00]: So now's your time.
- 56:01[SPEAKER_00]: Click the link, join the content to cast challenge, grab the resources, shout out to everybody who was here on the live.

- 56:26[SPEAKER_00]: I had such a fun time and art can now go to San Diego in peace and focus on his Iron Man, but also what a leveraged format.
- 56:39[SPEAKER_00]: live streaming is one of the greatest ways to show up online shout out to y'all department fam we'll see you peace peace y'all
