- 2:19Bible Chapel.
- 2:20John Haller, a lot to talk about today, huh?
- 2:23I, you know, usually we say that every time we talk about today, we really mean that.
- 2:31So let's jump right in.
- 2:33Let's start with law fair, Trump, Hunter Biden, the courts have been compromised.
- 2:38Go ahead.
- 2:40You know, I'm really concerned with the way this is going.
- 2:42And in fact, we're seeing witnessing in our country a situation that's going on.
- 2:48I mean, look, we had the BLM protests a couple of years ago, nobody got arrested.
- 2:55They burned down federal buildings.
- 2:58We then were followed with arrests of Christians who were praying outside abortion clinics.
- 3:05A number of those have been convicted.
- 3:08I, including one, a lady who's in her, believe in her 80s, who's been, is being sentenced
- 3:13to years in prison, some as many as 10 or 11 years, huge fines.
- 3:18And I've seen the videos and they've been arrested by SWAT teams and raids, like their
- 3:24terrible Christians and terrible criminals.
- 3:26And now we have this whole situation going on with the protest against Israel, the anti-Horobly
- 3:34anti-Semitic protests, which we'll talk more about in a minute and nobody's being arrested.
- 3:39I mean, they had a video there.
- 3:42They had a display in Southern part of Manhattan, where they had the pictures of the people
- 3:48that were slaughtered or taken hostage at that music festival, the Nova Music Festival.
- 3:56And they're walking around with signs on the streets of New York saying, make October
- 4:027 happened again.
- 4:05They're, they're painting threats on synagogues all over the country.
- 4:10Some have been burned.
- 4:12This is happening in Europe as well and in the UK.
- 4:17And but there, nobody's getting arrested for the most part.
- 4:21It's in fear.
- 4:22And it's, and it's law fair.
- 4:25So let's look at the law fair that's going on.
- 4:27I mean, there's litigation going on about election issues already.
- 4:32I think there was a ruling in Michigan yesterday that sort of said, hey, Mr. Secretary
- 4:39of State, you're not complying with the law.
- 4:42But what they did was Trump was brought up on these for lack of a better term, Trumped
- 4:47up charges.
- 4:49And I know people, you know, I know some people who don't like the president.
- 4:53And so I'm not defending everything he's ever done in his life, what I'm concerned about.
- 4:57And I think I would be concerned about if this was happening in the opposite direction.
- 5:04And these, these charges, they were supposedly, they, they took case that things that have
- 5:09been barred by the statute of limitations, you have a certain period of time to bring
- 5:13a criminal case against someone from the time, time to crime happen.
- 5:18So these have been back in 2017, the supposed, hush money payments that he had made in
- 5:25the way they were recorded.
- 5:26And they trumped those up into a what federal election law of life cases violations.
- 5:32But they didn't instruct the jury on that.
- 5:35They didn't need the prosecution didn't even go first in closing argument.
- 5:39I've never, I've been a lawyer for 40 some years.
- 5:42I've never heard of this.
- 5:46It just doesn't happen.
- 5:47How, how is Trump supposed to respond to this?
- 5:50And so he is tried 34 felony counts.
- 5:54He's convicted, sent seeing a scheduled for July 11th.
- 6:01My current, my gut tells me they're going to give him jail time.
- 6:05Wow.
- 6:06Now, how does that work out in the middle of a campaign, he was already taken off the campaign
- 6:12trail for six or seven weeks during the trial, because the judge ordered that he had to
- 6:16be there every day.
- 6:18In the courtroom in New York City.
- 6:21He could get jail time.
- 6:23Hey, John, can I, can I ask you a question of what, what you said your gut tells you
- 6:27that you think this is the way it's going to go?
- 6:30What do you think the fair minded, meaning independent voters are the average American,
- 6:36not die hard, demonic Democrat or anything like that, and not the Marxists, just the ones
- 6:41that are looking at all this and going, this is wrong.
- 6:44It shouldn't happen regardless of what, you know, political party you're with.
- 6:49Do you think there are enough people that are going to say, is that going to impact their
- 6:52vote in November?
- 6:53What are your thoughts briefly on that?
- 6:54I, to be honest with you, I do not know.
- 6:58I would hope that people would look at this and see what happens.
- 7:01This is what they do in Venezuela.
- 7:03This is what they do in Colombia.
- 7:05This is not what we do in America.
- 7:08This has never happened in American history.
- 7:10It's never been charged for long tried.
- 7:14And so there are some cases before the Supreme Court, but let me just tell you, I'm not
- 7:19an optimist.
- 7:20Maybe it's because I was a trial lawyer and I had to deal with cases like this.
- 7:24So you're always telling your client what can go wrong, but I do not, he has to appeal
- 7:29to state court.
- 7:30Those are all the same kind of judges to put them on trial that don't like him.
- 7:35And David, I know people don't want to believe this.
- 7:40This will rule on personal interests and beliefs.
- 7:44I've seen it happen and I've under my client and I've said, listen, there's no way you're
- 7:49going to win with this judge.
- 7:51But we will win the case on appeal and in every case that actually helped true.
- 7:55Wow.
- 7:56But I don't think he's going to be successful on the initial appeal.
- 8:00Then once he exhausts all those state appeals, which could take a couple of years.
- 8:06So now, you know, so now we're into what 2026 and in the meantime, let's say he gets
- 8:13reelected or elected again, there are about 30 to 40 countries because he's convicted
- 8:21felon that he's not allowed to go into.
- 8:24So the sitting president of the United States will not be able to go and make trips to conduct
- 8:29foreign policy.
- 8:30And I believe that includes France and the UK.
- 8:34That's a very, very big deal.
- 8:37If he exhausts his state court appeals, he can file a federal appeal on federal constitutional
- 8:42issues.
- 8:43And I think he has very good due process claims.
- 8:47But we're in and then by the time that's decided, we're three years down the road.
- 8:52I would be surprised if it's less than three years.
- 8:55Hmm.
- 8:56Wow.
- 8:57This is unbelievable.
- 8:58A lot of people are really upset about this whole process.
- 9:02It's very difficult, David.
- 9:03I mean, this is, we use the term unprecedented a lot when we talk about the events of the
- 9:11day and Bible prophecy.
- 9:14And this is unprecedented.
- 9:15And so we're looking at maybe three years down the road, which if Trump is elected and
- 9:22you go out three years, you're over halfway into his term, which is his last term that
- 9:28he can serve as president.
- 9:31The other concern that they have to is, and I watch right wing media, and they're saying,
- 9:36we're going to do the same thing to the Democrats that are out of office as they've done.
- 9:45But you can't.
- 9:46You can't.
- 9:47You do not have the courts.
- 9:48You don't have the judges.
- 9:49Well, if Trump is elected, if Trump is elected, and then he will put the, he'll be in charge
- 9:56of the Justice Department and he can put it in.
- 9:59And I'm just saying is, and then we're in this really bad cycle.
- 10:03And I agree somewhat with, you know, commentators like, the guy from article three project, and
- 10:11he says, listen, you know, the only way we're going to stop this is to cause them the pain
- 10:16that they've caused us.
- 10:17And there's some, that's a legitimate thought at the same time this is going on.
- 10:23We have, you know, the president, uh, son, the first son of a sitting president ever
- 10:30be convicted of anything has now been convicted of a crime.
- 10:35And they say, well, he's not going to get, you know, you hear all of the MSNBC people
- 10:39saying, oh, he's not going to go to, he's not going to go to prison.
- 10:42That's not that big of a deal of a, of a problem.
- 10:45But that's not true.
- 10:46About 97% of the people who are convicted of that crime do jail time, do you prison time?
- 10:51Well, I am, yeah, I'm so skeptical, I, you know, these people are above the law.
- 11:00And if Hunter does a day of jail time, I'll be, I'll be really surprised.
- 11:03If it was Donald Trump, junior, yeah, they would carry that out and follow through.
- 11:07But I, I can't imagine that anyway, there's a really quick, John, and I'll let you
- 11:12continue.
- 11:13There's a great, when president Biden can bark, partner.
- 11:16Yeah.
- 11:17And there's a great Babylon B headline, you know, you love the B, right?
- 11:21It says, well, I call it above the law, but it says Biden says he is still proud of
- 11:25his son for getting away with everything else he did.
- 11:29And so I, you know, and that's good.
- 11:32The Babylon B I love him.
- 11:33But go ahead, continue.
- 11:34We've got just two minutes before we'll take a break.
- 11:37So this is, this is going to be a problem.
- 11:39But listen, until, and I know everybody gets upset with the Republicans, they're not doing
- 11:44anything.
- 11:45Why aren't they doing anything?
- 11:46Why aren't they prosecuting?
- 11:47They don't, they don't have the ability to prosecute anybody.
- 11:50They don't control the levers of power.
- 11:53So until they would get elected and have the people in the Senate and the House to support
- 12:00them, I'm just telling you, if you think the election or the selection as a people might
- 12:06want to call it, is going to solve anything.
- 12:08I think that's a bit naive in addition to that, David, we mentioned this while we were
- 12:13talking ahead of time.
- 12:15There are elections all over the world, India, Russia, the European Union, the UK and
- 12:23a few weeks.
- 12:26And there's going to be tremendous change because of that.
- 12:28So I think when the, when the year started, about 50% of the planet was going to elect
- 12:36national office people this year.
- 12:40And in India, they said he's going to win in a landslide, he barely held on.
- 12:45That's a pretty big country.
- 12:47I mean, I'm just telling you, there's so many things I can talk about on this, but it's
- 12:51certainly your where I think disruption is expected.
- 12:56Disruption is a good word and they're already doing that.
- 12:59You know, I think John, and we have to take a break in a minute.
- 13:02I think the left, the radicals, the Marxists and other ilk saw how much they were able
- 13:08to get away with in the summer of 2020 and the BLM Black Lives Matter Global Network
- 13:14and then the COVID policies and the government control and power grabs.
- 13:18They saw how much they were able to get away with.
- 13:20So disruption is a great word.
- 13:22Your final thoughts before we take a break?
- 13:24They're incredibly well funded.
- 13:27David, I have contended for some time that a lot of these multi-billion dollar settlements
- 13:31that were achieved back during the financial crisis following the 2008 collapse.
- 13:36That money was laundered into left-wing NGOs.
- 13:40And so there's billions of dollars that have been funded there.
- 13:45And by the way, one of the big funders, George Soros, a sort of stepping back his son,
- 13:50Alexander, who is 38, is taking over.
- 13:53And Alexander says, if you think my dad was political, you've seen nothing yet.
- 14:00Oh, and Alexander has a new girlfriend.
- 14:03Huma Abadi, the campaign manager for Hillary Clinton, who is still married
- 14:09to the disgrace congressman Anthony Wiener and whose parents published
- 14:14Muslim Brotherhood publications and for which she worked.
- 14:19Wow, nothing to see here move along.
- 14:21Yeah, John, if you wrote this up in a movie script, nobody would believe.
- 14:24Exactly. All right, we've got to take a brief pause.
- 14:27We'll be right back with John Haller on World View Matters.

- 15:37So believe us a good review and we really appreciate it does help.
- 15:39So John Haller, let's go over to Israel now.
- 15:42And a lot of things happened a couple of weeks ago.
- 15:45There was a dramatic and successful rescue of hostages.
- 15:48And a lot of what's happening up north and northern Israel.
- 15:52We don't hear a lot about over here.
- 15:54Go ahead.
- 15:56So Israel's doing pretty well in Gaza.
- 15:59It's taken much longer than they thought.
- 16:01But when that war started in Gaza back in October,
- 16:05when I actually was in November before they really started going in there,
- 16:10I had heard estimates from people and it's connected to the IDF
- 16:13and other intelligence and things tanks in Israel
- 16:16that Israel could expect 15 to 20,000 dead soldiers.
- 16:21They've had 300.
- 16:23That's miraculous.
- 16:25So it's miraculous and it shows how professional they are.
- 16:29Plus they keep revising the numbers downward.
- 16:33And I would not believe in anything that you hear coming out of Gaza or the UN.
- 16:41They, of course, in the hostage rescue rescue operation a week ago,
- 16:49they rescued four hostages.
- 16:51They were living with civilians,
- 16:53supposed, quote, civilians and scare quotes in Gaza.
- 16:58One is a physician.
- 17:00The other his son is an Al Jazeera journalist and also contributes to a publication called
- 17:06the Palestinian Chronicle, which is a Palestinian Arab propaganda rag.
- 17:15So the claim is that 300 civilians were killed and 700 injured in the operation.
- 17:24And I saw another bit of a long B.
- 17:28It had a chart, you know, like Hamas finds out what happens when you keep hostages
- 17:34in a civilian population.
- 17:36You know, it showed that the graph for the numbers killed and everything.
- 17:41But what are they supposed to do?
- 17:43And then you have the US government submitting literally the same day that they rescue
- 17:51the hostages. They submit a proposal requiring Israel to enter into a cease fire and surrender to
- 18:00Hamas. I think that, and I have done a recent interview with a secular guy.
- 18:10But his contention is that one of the most important issues in today's world is anti-Semitism.
- 18:18And that goes back a long way. It's tied into the eugenicist movement.
- 18:22It's tied into the Nazis and World War II. It's tied into the development of the Palestinian
- 18:27liberation organization and Fata, which they want to give everything over to, which was
- 18:33headed up and founded by a guy named Hodge, among El Husseini. He was a Palestinian.
- 18:41He had family in Egypt. There is some indication not locked down completely that his nephew,
- 18:50or a family member was a guy named Yasser Erfat, who headed up the PLO.
- 18:56And we talked about it. You know, it's interesting. 30 years ago, I was in DC for depositions.
- 19:01And it was September 13, 1993. The next day I went down and spent some time with a very liberal
- 19:08Democratic congressman friend from high school, a very, very bright guy. But, you know, we
- 19:13disagreed on quite a bit. And they just had the signing of the Oslo Accords. And now we see that
- 19:18they're pushing these Oslo Accord type thing. Just make peace. Just give them land.
- 19:24But the whole thing is designed, David, to get rid of the Jews in Israel and elsewhere.
- 19:31And the hatred that we've seen since October 7, you would think that it was Israel that did
- 19:37something on October 7, the way things are going. But instead it was Israel who's being attacked.
- 19:43It's shocking to me. It's almost hard to articulate what's happening. But they've taken over
- 19:53thing in Gaza. But what were 600 or 300 miles of tunnel tunnels in Gaza that they spent that
- 20:00they had to build out of concrete and reinforced steel. Now total probably 600 miles
- 20:07under this, the Gaza Strip, which is maybe 40 miles from north to south. They have these tunnels.
- 20:14They found 50 tunnels crossing the border into Egypt, where Bedouin Muslim Brotherhood
- 20:22attached tribes in the neck of are controlling these smuggling operation. And I hear that the
- 20:29president of Egypt's son is getting a big cut of that. Hamas itself has stolen aid that's been
- 20:37sent into Gaza. And they've made $500 million profit since the war started selling aid that they
- 20:46stole. And they don't care. And yesterday, now I can't remember where it was just recently,
- 20:52I don't know if it was yesterday, they released messages that came from
- 21:00Sinwar, the head of a Hamas. And he said, it helps us if we have more dead civilians.
- 21:08Wow. They don't care. It's a death call. It's a terrorist. Not see light death call.
- 21:15So we see what Gaza. So things have gone well. They've taken over the Philadelphia quarter,
- 21:20the southern border. They've just destroyed recently been destroying tunnels. But let's go
- 21:26up north. Up north, David, I wake up sun warnings and I have I have a red alert app,
- 21:33which gives you a warning when missiles or rockets are coming into Israel.
- 21:38I wake up some warnings. I have a hundred red alerts on my phone.
- 21:46Most of those now, because the rockets have been pretty much
- 21:50used up in Gaza, they had about 15,000 when all of this started.
- 21:56In the North, Hezbollah, and I've interviewed some people from all my research,
- 22:01I would recommend you follow the Israel hyphen, almaaalma.org.
- 22:06Thouted by Zareet Zahavi. And I've interviewed some of the people, researchers associated with them.
- 22:10They they cover the North. Here's the problem. Whatever
- 22:17is in the South in terms of tunnels is much much worse in the North. Now Hezbollah after the
- 22:242006 ending in 2006 of the Second Lebanon War, there was a UN resolution 1701
- 22:33that required Hezbollah, the Iranian-backed proxy that really effectively controls not only
- 22:40the Lebanese government, but the Lebanese military, which we give have given a billion dollars
- 22:47of war to. They they have built tunnels and and their goal is our philosophy is we will
- 22:58Israel will be destroyed and they may destroy us, but we're coming out of the tunnels to take over.
- 23:06They have more tunnels in southern Lebanon. It probably go all the way from the Israel border
- 23:12to Beirut. That's over 40 miles. And they're more extensive and they're drilled through bedrock.
- 23:20So they're much more difficult to detect and destroy. This must be incredibly costly and
- 23:26expensive to build these massive as the amount of tunnels, the length of the tunnels. So this is
- 23:33just amazing. They understand our our governments for giving them money all along. Yes.
- 23:38And Hezbollah has been building these tunnels for 40 years. And all of our administrations have
- 23:46been pushing the Iranian agenda. It's happened all the way through. And remember on the way out
- 23:55of the office, the Obama administration gave pallets of cash and about $150 billion to Iran.
- 24:08Sanctions have been taken off of Iran during the first couple of years of the Obaid
- 24:14administration. And those sanctions have resulted in multi billions, multi tens of billions of dollars
- 24:22being released to Iran. And then Israel, while we give Israel four billion a year, well,
- 24:29it's four billion that they're required to buy stuff from us and not build stuff on their own soil.
- 24:37And so that four billion, but it's Iran's getting much, much more.
- 24:43The whole thing is insane. There was a there was an agreement on the maritime gas fields off
- 24:48the coast that was negotiated by a guy named Hamas Hockstein of the US government. He's our
- 24:54energy czar. Israel was going to take that gas and build a pipeline to Europe. And by the way,
- 25:01when it was done, it would have replaced pretty much the gas that was not able to come from
- 25:06Russia because of the Ukraine war. And what's happened? Hockstein interfered with that,
- 25:14made Israel sign an agreement. This was in the year, it would have peed,
- 25:19enough tally been at the days to give a large portion of those gas fields to Lebanon.
- 25:25So Lebanon could try to prop up its field government. They don't effectively have a government
- 25:30in Lebanon anymore. The economy is in complete shambles. Hezbollah runs rampant. And Hezbollah
- 25:36is a cure for everybody else's fear is pork. Just like Hamas is a cure, if civilians die in Gaza
- 25:42because it helps them propaganda wise. So this is a big problem. By the way, Lebanon has gone out
