Big SILVER Breakout News! 🦍🦍 Don’t Miss This! — Gold Price Too · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:01
Silver and gold have entered phase two of global popularity,
• 0:06
and this is just the beginning. We're going to look at a lot of
• 0:09
reasons and examples why we can be optimistic as we head
• 0:14
together into 2026 when it comes to our favorite little tangible
• 0:19
things in the world. Silver and gold, big stories
• 0:22
coming out of mainstream media. We are in phase two of global
• 0:28
popularity, but there's a lot more to cover.
• 0:30
Things are happening so quickly right now in the precious metal
• 0:34
sector. It's hard for any of us to stay
• 0:37
on top of all of it, but we're going to cover most of it.
• 0:40
We're going to do it together, and there's some things that we
• 0:42
need to talk about. And a big warning, warning.
• 0:46
OK, I'm going to prep you for what might happen later today.
• 0:50
And of course, we're going to talk about the Asian AI guy and
• 0:53
what's going on there. But first we're going to talk
• 0:55
about you. Oh, before I forget, hey, thank
• 0:58
you for joining me down here in the basement.
• 1:01
Happy New Year on behalf of myself and my lovely assistant
• 1:06
or boss upstairs, Susie. It was a great 2025 and I think
• 1:11
we got a lot to look forward to in 2026.
• 1:14
And as an extra added bonus for you today for joining me down
• 1:18
here in the basement, I will. I don't make many predictions.
• 1:21
I report what other people say, but I'll tell you what I think
• 1:24
one year from now, January 1st, 2027, exactly where the silver
• 1:30
price will be and I will stick by it.
• 1:33
But thank you for joining us. Don't forget we're we're, we
• 1:36
decided to run the spec special again for 2026 because we like
• 1:41
you so much. It's free to subscribe to the
• 1:44
  channel. Please press the subscribe
• 1:46
  button. Do it right now.
• 1:47
Give it a thumbs up. It helps get the word out to
• 1:49
more and more people. I know I'm rambling too long,
• 1:52
but I really do appreciate you. OK, this is not possible.
• 1:57
This doesn't work without the support of the sponsors, but
• 2:00
most importantly, you. The sponsors aren't here unless
• 2:04
  you're here. You're important.
• 2:06
We appreciate you and thank you very much.
• 2:09
  Let's have a great 2026 together, man.
• 2:12
Let's just dig right in. We got more, we got more fun
• 2:15
stuff to cover. And for those of you who were
• 2:17
here yesterday, I apologize for no microphone for the first 3
• 2:22
minutes, but I'm pretty sure you can hear me today.
• 2:24
So today's the big day, guys. It's finally happening.
• 2:28
This is from CNBC. Have you heard of them?
• 2:32
Mainstream media. China to restrict silver
• 2:37
  exports. Oh, they're finally reporting
• 2:39
  it. Echoing this is did.
• 2:41
There's something very interesting about this because
• 2:44
it's echoing what they did with rare earths.
• 2:46
Remember they restricted that what about a year ago and the
• 2:50
price of rare earth metals kind of exploded.
• 2:53
Let's see in yellow. New hold on here, Make sure
• 2:59
we're working. New Chinese policies restricting
• 3:02
silver exports are set to kick in Thursday.
• 3:06
What is today today's today's Thursday.
• 3:08
Yes, as Beijing tightens its grip on the metal, that's
• 3:12
silver. state-run Securities Times on Tuesday cited an
• 3:17
unnamed industry insider who said the new export controls
• 3:21
place it on the same regulatory footing as rare earths.
• 3:27
That was from the Chinese media, the same footing as rare earths.
• 3:32
Go take a look at what happened to the price of rare earth
• 3:34
metals when China did that. We can only extrapolate what
• 3:38
might happen to silver as well. Silver prices have surged as
• 3:42
investors hedge just a weakening U.S. dollar.
• 3:46
And yeah, you know what they call that now?
• 3:48
You know what they're all calling it?
• 3:49
They're copying off us. We always said it was the the
• 3:53
basement trade, right? Silver's off the floor.
• 3:57
We used to talk about that all the time here in the basement.
• 4:00
The sentiment for silver and gold, we're basically on this
• 4:03
basement floor. Well, we are now in phase two,
• 4:07
right? And now they're all calling it
• 4:09
the basement trade. I mean, come on, we were we're
• 4:14
we're a little ahead of the curve.
• 4:15
For those of you who are new, Welcome to the basement.
• 4:18
We're always a little bit ahead of the curve even.
• 4:21
And I'm not going to go down this path.
• 4:23
But even five years from now when everybody's talking about
• 4:26
tokenization of gold and silver and how it created this
• 4:29
unbelievable demand, you heard it here first.
• 4:32
We heard it. We talked about it first.
• 4:34
All right, more. Oh, gosh, all right.
• 4:36
This is nuts. This is nuts.
• 4:39
What's going on? What ACEO of a silver mining
• 4:43
company said yesterday, and we now have this from two sources,
• 4:47
2 reliable sources, the first of with which is guess who, CNBC.
• 4:53
The fact that CNBC is talking about this and reporting this is
• 4:58
astounding, but what it means for silver in particular is
• 5:03
absolutely stunning. Guys, I don't know if you heard
• 5:06
this yet, but OK, let's go up to the top.
• 5:10
I want to give credit to who Wall Street gold put this out.
• 5:13
OK, China is now am I on the right screen?
• 5:17
I am. China is now going straight to
• 5:19
  minors. Straight to minors.
• 5:21
  China's going straight to minors.
• 5:23
I've said that four times and paying eight over spot for
• 5:27
silver India offering $10 plus. OK, this, what's incredible
• 5:33
about this is that it's it's coming from CNBC, as you can see
• 5:37
down there in the bottom, but let's read this.
• 5:39
And it's coming from the CEO. 2 Chinese companies contacted
• 5:44
Canada based Kuya Silver on Friday, offering to buy physical
• 5:49
silver at about $8 more than the market price at the time, Chief
• 5:54
Executive Officer David Stein confirmed to CNBC.
• 6:00
He said one company was a manufacturer, the other a large
• 6:04
  trading firm. Also.
• 6:06
OK, that's China. Remember 1.4 billion people,
• 6:09
they're restricting the export of silver.
• 6:12
They love silver and gold. It's been ingrained in their
• 6:14
culture for centuries. OK, that's China.
• 6:17
Now there's another country out there that happens to love
• 6:19
silver, it's called India. I know a lot of Indian people.
• 6:23
They, I mean, it is, they are all about silver and gold.
• 6:26
OK, now listen to this. An Indian buyer also approached
• 6:32
Kuya on Monday with an offer $10 above the market price, he
• 6:39
added. So do you want to hear it right
• 6:42
from his mouth? Because our friend and one of
• 6:44
the most respected long term names in the silver sector, Mr.
• 6:49
Chris Marcus from Arcadia Economics, actually had the CEO
• 6:54
on OK and let's listen to what he says.
• 6:57
Let me put this up on full screen.
• 6:58
There's Chris Marcus. I love the Hollywood sign behind
• 7:02
  him. Go Silver.
• 7:03
All right, let's listen to what Cooya Silver.
• 7:06
That's David Stein. You might be able to see it.
• 7:09
Hold on. Let's get the magic Markers out
• 7:11
  right. So.
• 7:13
Just going back to Friday. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa,
• 7:15
whoa, whoa. David, not your time to speak
• 7:18
  yet. Hold on here, guys.
• 7:20
The magic Markers aren't working anyway.
• 7:22
Right there it says Kuya Silver. David Stein.
• 7:24
Let's listen to the CEO. Kuya Silver.
• 7:27
So just going back to Friday, the other need a little bit of
• 7:31
silver quickly or they're really trying to make relationships
• 7:35
with with with companies that can be longer term players and
• 7:39
essentially get the get the metal directly and circumvent
• 7:42
the middle man. One of the one of the Chinese
• 7:45
companies was in fact a solar panel manufacturer that was that
• 7:48
we're talking to. And then yesterday we were
• 7:51
approached by an Indian firm this time.
• 7:53
Indian firm. Similar premium they were
• 7:57
offering in the low 80s for silver when silver was in the
• 8:00
low to mid 70s. So probably another 8 to $10
• 8:03
  premium there. So.
• 8:05
OK, guys. So there we have it straight
• 8:07
  from the CEO's mouth. OK?
• 8:11
What's happening here is, is the paper market, the COMEX in
• 8:16
particular, and the LBMA, because it's leveraged up to the
• 8:19
the hill, is being overtaken by physical demand.
• 8:23
It really is truly different this time, OK, The forces of
• 8:29
supply and demand, that's like the, that's like the laws of
• 8:33
gravity, right? It's a law of nature, God-given,
• 8:36
however you want to think about it, in the end, Mother Nature
• 8:39
always wins. Think about that, right?
• 8:42
I heard John Little from the The Silver Academy put a great piece
• 8:46
out the other day where he talked about he was a brick
• 8:49
salesman at one point of his life.
• 8:51
And there was this company that the contractors would say, well,
• 8:55
Acme Brick says they'll sell us bricks for $0.40 each.
• 8:59
And, and, and John would say, well, Acme Brick doesn't exist,
• 9:03
right? The cost is $0.60 if you
• 9:05
actually want the bricks. So I didn't do the best to get
• 9:09
giving that story, but that's what's happening right now for
• 9:12
us in the world of silver. And things look good for gold as
• 9:16
well. But let's talk about the Asian
• 9:18
AI guy because he's coming out with some crazy predictions
• 9:21
about what we could see later tonight.
• 9:23
And I'm going to give you a warning here later about what
• 9:26
could happen later tonight. But he's coming out with some
• 9:29
just unbelievable information. People are certainly speculating
• 9:33
on the legitimacy of this guy, but he is causing quite a, a, a
• 9:38
splash in the world of precious metals.
• 9:41
Hold on here, make sure we're not having tech issues.
• 9:44
OK, here we go. The mysterious Asian guy
• 9:48
channels are flooding the space with silver market Intel.
• 9:52
  Who's behind them? Unknown.
• 9:54
That's the big controversy. That's the big situation right
• 9:59
now that everybody's talking about, but their January 2nd
• 10:03
  opening predictions are everywhere.
• 10:05
He came out with some videos of talking about what we could see
• 10:10
if, if there's a gaslight attempt, OK, the banks will
• 10:13
smash the price down to 65 to 68.
• 10:16
That's later today. But what's getting a lot more
• 10:19
attention are are these gap up possibilities tonight?
• 10:24
Later on a conservative side, they're thinking that silver
• 10:27
could open at 78, close at 80, moderate opens at 80, closes at
• 10:33
  85. Aggressive.
• 10:35
OK, That the price of silver could open at $82 and close at
• 10:39
90s Extreme 10% chance. Paper market breaks.
• 10:44
Force majeure, meaning they have to give up, right?
• 10:47
They can't fulfill their contractual duties.
• 10:49
That's what force majeure means. Physical decouples completely.
• 10:53
My take, and this is from Mark, he's wildly entertaining and
• 10:57
  often touches on plausible truths.
• 10:59
I would agree with that. But who's right?
• 11:02
We'll know tonight OK are pretty his prediction the shorts will
• 11:06
launch one more desperate attack to escape before physical
• 11:10
markets take over for good. What do you think and there's
• 11:13
some very smart people that are predicting that we're going to
• 11:16
come back and watch this little one minute clip from the Asian
• 11:19
AI guy. But but guys we got to remember
• 11:22
right they are not going to give up without a fight.
• 11:25
So what the paper market with the COMEX the the big bullion
• 11:28
banks do later, it could get very, very interesting.
• 11:32
I'll give you a warning later in the video.
• 11:34
Let's go back to the Asian AI guy and hear what he has to say
• 11:39
because it is entertaining to say the least.
• 11:43
Here we go. This is the story of the first
• 11:50
default of 2026. I told you yesterday the 2 price
• 11:53
world was coming. I told you when China locked the
• 11:56
vault at midnight, the paper and physical markets would separate.
• 11:59
It took less than 24 hours. Look at what we are seeing in
• 12:02
the wholesale market right now. The spot price, the number on
• 12:05
your screen says 70 point $60.00.
• 12:09
That is yesterday's close. That is what CNBC will quote
• 12:12
when they reopen. That is the official price.
• 12:15
Actually, I think that in the private market.
• 12:16
Where real metal changes hands, premiums have exploded
• 12:19
overnight. My sources in the wholesale
• 12:21
network are reporting $12.00 over spot to secure physical
• 12:25
  bars. That's.
• 12:25
  What We Heard 12. Dollars.
• 12:26
That puts the real price at 82.60 dollars.
• 12:30
Let me say that again. The screen says $70.00.
• 12:33
The metal costs $82. The gap is $12.00 and growing.
• 12:37
Do you understand what just happened?
• 12:39
The paper market is frozen at a fake price.
• 12:42
The physical market is sprinting toward reality.
• 12:44
The connection between them has snapped.
• 12:46
The 44 company export ban from China did not just restrict
• 12:49
supply, it broke the pricing mechanism entirely.
• 12:53
It broke the pricing mechanism entirely.
• 12:57
I don't know guys. It's getting very interesting.
• 12:59
And like we said earlier, we are now officially in phase two of.
• 13:06
OK OK. All right, Thank you, Susie.
• 13:09
  That's upstairs. Susie.
• 13:10
She's back on with us. But we are in phase two.
• 13:13
We're gonna look next. Like what did the guy in my bat,
• 13:16
my walkie talkies beeping. The batteries are low.
• 13:20
We're gonna we're gonna listen to the guy from more mainstream
• 13:23
media, the Pawn Stars and then the most surprising to me
• 13:28
mainstream media source that is putting big attention on silver
• 13:32
and gold and a big bonus factor why that's so important.
• 13:35
Before we do that I do want to say thank you to 1st mining gold
• 13:39
for sponsoring Ron's basement. There are gold development stage
• 13:43
company 2 huge projects in Canada spring pulling Ontario du
• 13:47
parquet in Quebec millions of Oz of gold in the ground in Canada,
• 13:52
which is a real rarity. You can learn more about them at
• 13:56
first mininggold.com And while we're at it, wrong hand, there
• 13:59
we go. First mint right there, a silver
• 14:02
mint in Las Vegas, NV producing incredible world class silver
• 14:08
bullion products. This here is a 10 oz.
• 14:11
That's a folded American flag, Folds of Honor flag.
• 14:15
What a great company. They actually have three
• 14:17
products and their Folds of Honor offering.
• 14:21
But what's really cool about it is that when you buy something
• 14:24
from the Folds of Honor product category, at First Mint, it goes
• 14:29
to provide academic scholarships to children and spouses of
• 14:33
fallen and deceased members of the first responder and military
• 14:39
community. And they've raised like well
• 14:41
over $300,000. First Mint has four for that
• 14:46
foundation, the Folds of Honor Foundation.
• 14:48
It's a great company. Go check them out.
• 14:50
Let me show you their website, realquickfirstmint.com and free
• 14:55
shipping on here's Folds of Honor.
• 14:57
You can click there on their store, free shipping on orders
• 15:00
over $299. You can learn all about Folds of
• 15:04
Honor and about the three products they have here.
• 15:07
I'll show you real quickly. There we go.
• 15:09
There's the flag. I just showed you the 10 oz
• 15:11
Folds of Honor American Flag Bar.
• 15:13
They have a round and they also have a 10 oz bar and I am
• 15:19
showing the wrong screen. Thank you, Susie.
• 15:22
And and the batteries on the walkie-talkie are gone, dead now
• 15:25
we're on it. There's Folds of Honor.
• 15:27
Sorry guys. And here's the main website.
• 15:31
Free shipping on orders over $299.
• 15:34
They're owned by First Majestic Silver.
• 15:37
So when you buy silver from First Mint, it goes from the
• 15:41
mine in Mexico to the mint in Las Vegas, NV, straight to you.
• 15:45
No paper games, no LBMA, no COMEX.
• 15:48
It's the freshest silver around. First mint.com.
• 15:51
OK, let's go. OK, Why is it a big deal?
• 15:56
This, this next piece we're going to watch is a big deal on
• 15:59
2 levels. Number one, it's coming from
• 16:02
  mainstream media #2 it's coming from a guy who I didn't even
• 16:08
realize was a big silver buff. It's it's from the show Pawn
• 16:11
Stars, which a lot of you've probably watched.
• 16:14
But what's even more interesting is what he says about silver,
• 16:17
and it's coming from Fox Business.
• 16:19
Let's go out and take a look at this right now.
• 16:23
  There's Cuya Silver. There's that.
• 16:25
Here we go. I'm going to share the right
• 16:27
screen for you. Here we go, guys.
• 16:29
Peter Spina shared this. The silver story is making its
• 16:33
way into the US media after ignoring it all year.
• 16:37
Let's pull this up and let's listen here.
• 16:39
This is on FOX Business. This is great.
• 16:42
Silver, which had a fresh record today, is at more than 150% this
• 16:47
year. But this is all as investors are
• 16:49
choosing the precious metals over a dollar that's losing its
• 16:52
  luster. That's called the debasement
• 16:55
trade missus. This isn't just a Wall Street
• 16:58
story. When the price of metals move at
• 17:00
this rate, it impacts what people buy and sell.
• 17:03
There's no one better to break it down than a man who has seen
• 17:06
every boom, bust and bargain. So he's been around for a long
• 17:11
time and highly respected. Joining me now, the Fox Business
• 17:16
exclusive, the star of the hit show Pawn Stars and owner of the
• 17:20
Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, Rick Harrison.
• 17:24
So great to have you. What are you seeing when
• 17:27
consumers come in? What are they?
• 17:28
Wait, wait till you hear what he says about buyers versus
• 17:32
  sellers. This is very interesting.
• 17:34
Bringing and how does the price change how they feel and and?
• 17:39
What they're selling. So I, I have a lot of like
• 17:43
people that just had like 2050 ounces of silver, they're coming
• 17:46
in and selling it. The problem is.
• 17:48
OK. So people with 20 oz 50 ounces
• 17:51
are selling? I have demand at 10 times that
• 17:55
much investment. What did he he just said it.
• 17:57
And I promise I'll stop. I'll stop talking over this.
• 18:00
Demand is 10 times more. Well, just, you know, retail
• 18:05
investment silver I can't keep in stock and can't.
• 18:09
Keep in stock this. Time around, I do not think it's
• 18:11
a bubble though. The thing is, is there's been.
• 18:14
  It's not a bubble. Now I promise I won't talk.
• 18:17
Just there's just a structural deficit of silver.
• 18:20
There's, you know, there's so much industrial demand for it
• 18:23
now past five years in a row, there's been right around a 200
• 18:26
million a year oz deficit on what's actually mined and, you
• 18:30
know, and the scrap market. And I see no end to it because
• 18:35
this whole AI thing and the data centers, they're using more and
• 18:39
more silver. They're pressing out every.
• 18:42
They're trying to get every little thing to get a little bit
• 18:45
more speed, a little bit more memory and.
• 18:46
Wait till you see the next person.
• 18:48
We're going. To talk and nothing in the world
• 18:50
  conducts electricity better than silver.
• 18:53
They're actually making like all the computer cables in the those
• 18:56
data centers, they're switching them over to silver just to get
• 18:59
a little bit more speed, so. OK, we know all that, guys.
• 19:06
Are you feeling good about your decision to protect some of your
• 19:09
wealth with precious metals after watching that?
• 19:12
But wait, there's more. This next person who's talking
• 19:16
about silver, I will say, is mainstream media.
• 19:19
But there's an extra added bonus why this person to me is even
• 19:23
more important because we're talking about, right, global
• 19:26
recognition starting to occur when it comes to the precious
• 19:30
  metals. This is Graham Stephen.
• 19:33
You probably haven't heard of him if you're around my age.
• 19:36
A lot of people around RH haven't, but he's a super
• 19:40
popular YouTube financial creator who has over 5 million
• 19:47
  followers. OK?
• 19:49
And he put out a video about silver.
• 19:51
The reason why that's so important is because this is
• 19:55
reaching a much younger target audience, a lot of us.
• 20:00
I hope you're younger than me. I'm 55 years old.
• 20:02
A lot of us silver stagger we're we're in our 40s, fifties, 60s,
• 20:06
  seventies, 80s. OK.
• 20:08
But if the younger people really start to come in and the fact
• 20:12
that Graham Stefan, we're just going to watch a few minutes.
• 20:14
I'll introduce you to him. I followed him for years.
• 20:17
He's a very smart, but he's a young guy and he appeals to the
• 20:21
younger people. Even during the couple summers
• 20:25
ago, I was at the neighborhood pool.
• 20:26
I was talking to this neighbor of mine and his wife.
• 20:29
They're both pharmacists. They're very smart.
• 20:31
I know them, they're great people, but they're about 15
• 20:34
years younger than me, 20 years younger than me.
• 20:37
And I was talking about YouTube and gold and silver.
• 20:40
And he said, oh, I follow Graham Stephen and Graham Stephen.
• 20:43
So these are the type people that follow this guy.
• 20:46
Let's go check out what he's doing with silver right now.
• 20:51
So here's his channel. Hold on, let me pull it up.
• 20:55
Hopefully it's on your screen. There he is 5.1 million
• 21:00
subscribers. Look, my channel, I'm very happy
• 21:03
and grateful for you being here for all of you have who have
• 21:06
subscribed. If you've not subscribed, please
• 21:09
do so. We want to have you you back in
• 21:11
the basement. But I have 6768 thousand
• 21:14
  subscribers. He has 5.1 million.
• 21:18
And look, he's a youngster in this whole video is about
• 21:22
silver. China just broke the goal the
• 21:25
global economy. What the heck happened to
• 21:28
Silver? Let's pull this up on full
• 21:30
screen and I kind of fast. Hey guys, it's Graham here.
• 21:34
So it's official. Starting January 1st, China will
• 21:37
begin restricting its supply of silver to the global market.
• 21:40
And when they control roughly 60 to 70% of global supply, that
• 21:44
single decision is about to throw a major wrench throughout
• 21:48
our entire economy. After all, what most people
• 21:50
don't realize is that silver isn't just an investment, it's a
• 21:53
critical resource used throughout cars, batteries,
• 21:56
electronics, solar, and almost every item that we use on a
• 21:59
day-to-day basis. Not to mention, the world is
• 22:02
already consuming more silver than can be replaced.
• 22:05
So with China's decision just a few days away, that price
• 22:08
increase is expected to get a lot worse.
• 22:10
That's why we urgently need to talk about exactly what's
• 22:13
happening to Silver, why China's cracking down, How this.
• 22:16
Urgently need to talk about with his 5.1 million subscribers
• 22:23
what's happening with silver. Well, we love you Graham, and
• 22:27
we're glad you're educating your people guys.
• 22:29
But here's the reality for most of us and those of you who are
• 22:33
new welcome, right? There's still room on what I
• 22:36
like to refer to as the silver lifeboat.
• 22:39
Imagine we're on the Titanic together and we start to get a
• 22:42
notion that things aren't going very well.
• 22:44
We're like the first people that got on the 1st lifeboat.
• 22:47
We're getting lowered down right now.
• 22:49
You know, there aren't many lifeboats left.
• 22:52
And there's going to come a point when all those people,
• 22:54
those are the people that are, that are, that are, that are
• 22:57
watching CNN all day long and like everything's great.
• 23:01
I can still go to Applebee's and have dinner.
• 23:03
What do I have to worry about? We're already off the ship.
• 23:07
We're in the silver and gold lifeboat.
• 23:08
Graham is trying to get more people into silver and gold
• 23:11
lifeboat, but there's not that much room.
• 23:14
And that could create an overwhelming wave of demand for
• 23:20
the precious metals. It's going to be super, super
• 23:22
interesting now. Next, we're going to talk about
• 23:24
gold. But first, when we talk about
• 23:27
gold, we're going to talk about a stunning fact about silver
• 23:31
that again, you know, we love gold and we're going to talk
• 23:34
about gold and we want gold to go higher and higher and higher.
• 23:36
No doubt about it. Gold is the the grand pappy of
• 23:40
the precious metals world. But before we do that, quickly,
• 23:44
I want to recommend or maybe suggest or, or just tell you
• 23:48
that there's a charity that I've become very fond fond of called
• 23:52
Hope Walks. Let me show you their their
• 23:55
website super quickly. They are treating children
• 23:59
around the world who are born with clubfoot.
• 24:03
Go check them out. Read about how common clubfoot
• 24:06
is. It's common even in the United
• 24:08
States and Western countries, but we get treated for it.
• 24:11
But in a lot of these poor countries, they can't.
• 24:14
This this charity is helping facilitate the treatment for 10s
• 24:19
of thousands of children around the world who are born with
• 24:21
clubfoot every single year. This next fact we're going to
• 24:25
look at when it comes to silver and gold is absolutely stunning,
• 24:30
right? You maybe you know this already,
• 24:32
but actually seeing it and thinking about it.
• 24:34
Thank you for that super chat, Stephen, Stephen Jung.
• 24:38
I really appreciate that. But when you see this, it puts
• 24:43
things into a bit of a different perspective.
• 24:46
Here we go. This is from gold silver HQ.
• 24:50
Gold is am I sharing the screen? I think I am Gold is stored,
• 24:55
silver is consumed. Silver is actually scarcer than
• 25:00
most people think. And he retweeted this from
• 25:03
Michael Gayed CFA, which is what chartered financial analyst.
• 25:07
Here's the silver fact that changes everything.
• 25:12
There's more gold sitting idle than silver ready to trade.
• 25:17
I didn't realize this was the fact that right now above ground
• 25:21
in the world, there's apparently 205,000 metric tons, most of
• 25:27
gold mostly stored in vaults. There's only 55,000 metric tons
• 25:33
of of silver that's identifiable and accessible.
• 25:38
Think about that guys. And still we know, right, the
• 25:41
gold to silver, the gold to silver ratio, which measures the
• 25:45
number of Oz of silver that you need to buy one ounce of gold
• 25:49
has come down right about, I don't know, three or four months
• 25:52
ago, it was over 100 ounces of silver to get one ounce of gold.
• 25:57
Now it's down to around 6065, down a lot no matter what it is.
• 26:02
But but on the big picture, when it comes to available metal
• 26:06
above the ground, there's actually less silver.
• 26:10
And then when you consider and there's different numbers that
• 26:12
come out of this, but for each one ounce of gold that's mined
• 26:16
every year, there's somewhere between 7:00 and 10:00, only 7
• 26:21
and 10 ounces of silver that are mined.
• 26:24
And a lot of that now I think we can say most of it is being
• 26:28
consumed by industry. Do I need, do we need to go
• 26:32
through, do we need to review? What about those new solid-state
• 26:35
batteries coming from Samsung? We love Samsung, We love a new
• 26:41
battery for electric vehicles that weighs half as much,
• 26:44
charges in 10 minutes, right? And you can drive the electric
• 26:48
car twice as far. I don't think that's going to be
• 26:51
popular to you. And I'm reading about there's a
• 26:54
company in the United States that's going to go public,
• 26:56
  that's in the solid-state battery.
• 26:58
That's the wave of the future. What about solar panels?
• 27:01
What about what the guy from Pawn Stars was talking about
• 27:04
with the AI data centers? What about the fact that silver
• 27:08
is antimicrobial and used in all types of medical applications,
• 27:13
right? Used in water pure, I mean,
• 27:15
anyway, I digress. What about the fact, hold on a
• 27:18
second, did you know? Did you know that I think what,
• 27:23
since like 2016, the amount of silver being mined on an annual
• 27:29
basis has actually been going down?
• 27:34
I mean, is there a oh, now maybe?
• 27:38
Oh my gosh, did you just feel a light bulb go off in your head?
• 27:41
Maybe that's why China today implemented export controls.
• 27:48
Yeah, we can get all fancy. I can pull up all kinds of
• 27:50
charts. I can, you know, blah, blah,
• 27:51
blah. But, you know, I think it's
• 27:53
better sometimes that we just apply a little common sense to
• 27:56
what's going on. And when we do that, doesn't it
• 28:01
feel good that we're in silver, in gold as well?
• 28:05
Now, I promise you'll be talking about gold, UBS, not BS.
• 28:10
This is not BS. This is UBS me BSUBS.
• 28:16
That's like the biggest financial bank in Switzerland.
• 28:20
And you know, you remember, you're probably my age somewhere
• 28:24
on the like. We, we know from a young age,
• 28:27
remember secret Swiss bank accounts like the Swiss bankers,
• 28:31
they had the inside information. That's where wealthy people put
• 28:35
their money. We're in Swiss bank accounts,
• 28:38
right? And UBS has a real great history
• 28:41
  of making some accurate predictions.
• 28:44
Imagine that when it comes to the price of gold and silver,
• 28:48
and gold is the grand pappy of the precious metals.
• 28:52
We have much respect. We've been talking a lot.
• 28:54
Silver's been getting all the headlines, well, most of them
• 28:57
lately, but we still love our gold.
• 29:00
And let's briefly go out the Kitco and see what they're
• 29:03
telling us about what to expect up Discovery.
• 29:07
All right, Discovery metal. OK, here we go.
• 29:10
This is an article that was written by Ernest Hoffman.
• 29:13
He writes some great stuff. UBS sees $5000 gold by Q 320260,
• 29:19
  but there's a bonus. I'm, I'm sorry, I should have
• 29:22
  warned you. There's a bonus factor that's
• 29:24
not in this article that we're going to talk about that I think
• 29:27
could send the price of gold way higher.
• 29:30
OK, 5400 if political risk goes up in yellow. 2 short things to
• 29:35
read here. Gold prices will reach 5000 per
• 29:39
oz by September of 2026. That would be 9 months.
• 29:42
And any increase in political or economic turmoil surrounding the
• 29:46
US midterm elections could push the yellow metal to 5400 an
• 29:52
ounce, according to commodity strategist at UBS.
• 29:57
I like the way they call them. Strategist at UBS, not analyst.
• 30:01
OK? On November 27th of last year,
• 30:03
UBS said demand for gold will rise even further in the coming
• 30:08
months, driven by rate cuts, falling bond yields and fiscal
• 30:12
  challenges and US political turmoil.
• 30:15
OK. A lot of other information in
• 30:17
there that you already know. I already know.
• 30:19
But you know what a lot of people don't know?
• 30:23
There's a bonus factor that could send that gold price even
• 30:26
way higher. And by default, what do you
• 30:29
think that's going to do to the price of silver?
• 30:32
And I like to call it the Trump effect, not a political
• 30:37
statement. I'm not a political guy.
• 30:39
Ron's basement is apolitical, not political at all.
• 30:44
But if we take an objective look at the, at the, let's say, for
• 30:50
lack of a better word, sometimes unpredictability in the, in the
• 30:54
fact that Donald Trump, right, has done is willing to do some
• 30:58
bold things in some of the bold things that he's proposing out
• 31:04
loud. Like he'd like to see interest
• 31:06
rates at 1%. And like he like, would like to
• 31:09
have a lot more control over the Federal Reserve because don't
• 31:13
forget, Oh my gosh, I apologize. It's been like two months since
• 31:18
we said hello. I wonder if he's still in there.
• 31:20
Let's get him out and see if he's still there.
• 31:23
Here he is, huh? You know what this is?
• 31:26
This is the box that we are not allowed to open.
• 31:30
We've had it down here for three years.
• 31:32
Recession on one side, inflation on the other.
• 31:34
That would be stagflation. We aren't going to go down that
• 31:37
path today. But this guy, he's going bye,
• 31:40
bye, everybody say bye. I have to get a new picture to
• 31:43
put in there, right? He's going bye bye.
• 31:45
And even under him, what we saw was a gross devaluation of this,
• 31:52
right, because of this printing toilet paper money.
• 31:55
Unfortunately, we don't like it. We don't agree with it.
• 31:58
We're patriots, no doubt about it.
• 32:02
But the Trump effect with what they're talking about, what UBS
• 32:05
is talking about, they didn't talk about the Trump effect.
• 32:08
They will like June, July, right when, when chaos is ensuing and
• 32:14
gold is at $7400 an ounce, right, They're going to say, oh,
• 32:21
a strategist, not analyst, strategist at a strategist at
• 32:25
UBS. We forgot there's the Trump
• 32:28
effect. And look, not political, I'm
• 32:30
not, I don't like any of them that what they've done over the
• 32:33
last 50 years. But if you take an objective
• 32:35
look at Donald Trump's history, right, bankruptcies, he loves
• 32:39
  that. He loves easy money.
• 32:42
Guys, it's pretty clear the direction that we are heading
• 32:46
on. OK, now don't get mad at me.
• 32:47
I don't want anybody to throw eggs at me, OK?
• 32:50
But I will give you my prediction for where silver will
• 32:54
be one year from today. And it's an either or, but I'm
• 32:59
going to stick to either side of this.
• 33:01
OK, I'll give you the bad news first.
• 33:03
OK, either we're going to be at 55 ish dollar silver one year
• 33:09
from now. If, if the COMEX and the LBMA,
• 33:14
the big bullion banks, the Fed, all that are able to pull a few
• 33:18
more tricks out their sleeves in the next year, I think it's a
• 33:22
little more likely. So we're either going to be at
• 33:24
55 or we're going to be at like 135 one year from now.
• 33:29
  Yes, that's right, $135 per oz. And I think it's a little, it's
• 33:35
about 5050. And look, I study this stuff.
• 33:39
I've studied it for decades. I have a degree in accounting,
• 33:43
believe it or not, I work for a BIG4 firm.
• 33:46
I can read all the technical stuff.
• 33:48
I, I put it, try to put it all together and then follow my
• 33:52
instincts. And I'm not bragging, but my
• 33:54
instincts about 66% of the times are right.
• 33:58
And I see one of those, those two scenarios unfolding.
• 34:02
I'm going to give a slightly give a little bit of an edge to
• 34:06
the fact that we're going to have something in the round $135
• 34:10
per oz on January 1st, 2027. Be prepared.
• 34:14
Warning. I got to give you a warning all
• 34:17
right. But before I do that warning
• 34:19
about what could happen tonight, don't forget Dirty Man Safe.
• 34:22
See, I got it hanging right there.
• 34:25
And I don't know if you can read that, but it says Ron 10.
• 34:28
That's right. You can get a 10% discount at
• 34:31
Dirty Man Safe. There are these cool safes that
• 34:33
you bury in the ground. Let me pull.
• 34:35
Let me get it out real quickly. Comes with a sleeve, a cap, all
• 34:40
that great stuff. But this is the actual safe
• 34:42
dirty man. I put that on there myself.
• 34:45
  Ron 10. That's the discount.
• 34:47
These things are cool, OK? You open it up.
• 34:50
They're built like little tanks, is the only way I can describe
• 34:53
it. You put whatever you want inside
• 34:55
there. I got a plastic Unicorn in that
• 34:57
  one. You seal it up.
• 34:59
OK, You have a hole with the sleeve.
• 35:01
This goes down into the hole, All right?
• 35:04
It's got a handle on top that fits through the the cover that
• 35:07
goes over the sleeve. Do you bury it?
• 35:10
And that allows you look, here's the reality, OK, I know a lot of
• 35:14
people have safe, so I don't keep anything at our house.
• 35:18
But anyway, a lot of people have stuff at their house they want
• 35:20
to keep safe. They'll do it with a fireproof
• 35:23
safe. They'll do it with a safety
• 35:24
deposit box at the bank. This gives you another option
• 35:27
and you get to be like ARR pirate.
• 35:32
I haven't made the sheep noise yet today.
• 35:34
Anyway, you can, you can say it. You can store things in the
• 35:38
ground safely, just like the pirates did for hundreds and
• 35:41
hundreds of years. People are still running around
• 35:43
trying to find buried pirate treasure.
• 35:46
Dirty Man Safe gives you that option.
• 35:48
  Check them out at dirtymansafe.com.
• 35:49
  And don't forget there's a 10% discount code warning.
• 35:53
Be prepared for tonight. I don't care what the Asian AI
• 35:56
guy says, OK, but we could have a very, and there's a reason why
• 36:01
we could have a very interesting open in the markets later today
• 36:05
pay for silver and gold. And that is because there's so
• 36:10
much craziness like we've already talked about so much
• 36:13
imbalance going on out there. But on top of that, we're in
• 36:17
this thinly traded zone. A lot of people are off work
• 36:21
tomorrow in the past. I'm not, I'm not.
• 36:25
There's speculation, speculation that the silver and gold price
• 36:29
have been a little more manipulated during these periods
• 36:32
of time when there's less liquidity in the market.
• 36:36
That's the period we're still in right now.
• 36:39
I think long term we're good. You know what, I'm going to go
• 36:41
with 60% chance that we'll have $135 an ounce silver one year
• 36:46
from now, OK. But just be prepared and
• 36:49
remember, please, but please always be responsible.
• 36:53
I'm not a financial advisor, but whatever you do, always be
• 36:56
  responsible. Don't use leverage.
• 36:58
Don't borrow money to buy silver, gold, anything.
• 37:01
Like just my opinion. I guess that is advice, but I'll
• 37:04
give that to you and be careful with whatever you do and and no
• 37:07
matter what, try to take emotion out of your decisions.
• 37:13
Anyone who's ever become really wealthy and doing it through
• 37:17
investing always says that that same thing.
• 37:21
Take the emotion out of it. Oh, I need to say thank you for
• 37:24
a super chat I got. Oh, I got a couple.
• 37:26
Hold on, hold on. We're not done yet and I will
• 37:29
ring the golden gong. I don't know if my walkies
• 37:31
  weren't working. Okay, no teeth.
• 37:35
Thank you for the $5 super chat. And he says here, I'll put you
• 37:39
up on the screen. Thank you to Susie and Rod for
• 37:42
all your great info. It's great info, but what's even
• 37:45
funner about this is the community, right?
• 37:47
The fact that we with this technology can develop a really
• 37:51
cool community of people. Thank you, no teeth.
• 37:54
I love it. I love it and we got this one
• 37:57
from our friend Stefan Jung, 6582.
• 38:01
Great man. You guys are being nice today.
• 38:03
Greatly appreciate you and your info you share.
• 38:05
I usually watch your show from my basement.
• 38:09
All right, and on that note, I want to say hello to you guys.
• 38:13
There's so many people. Wow, 2000 people.
• 38:15
We have 2000 people right now in the basement.
• 38:18
That's important to remember because that shows that, that,
• 38:21
that the, that the gold and silver community is growing #1
• 38:26
Right. But #2 what we're going to prove
• 38:28
  next is that it's everywhere. That's a big, there's a reason
• 38:32
why do we need to talk about this?
• 38:33
That's a big competitive advantage that gold and silver
• 38:37
have. Not only have they been valuable
• 38:40
for like 4 or 5000 years, but they're also valuable
• 38:43
everywhere. If we take this, I got to show
• 38:46
you this, I do love it. I'm not trying to re plug First
• 38:49
Met, but that's the back of the Buffalo round from First Met.
• 38:53
Isn't that beautiful, right? I mean, it's just absolutely
• 38:57
beautiful. But it's what it is, is an ounce
• 38:59
of silver. You spin the globe.
• 39:02
I got a globe. My I'll spin it. close your eyes
• 39:05
and stick your finger on it. No matter where you land in the
• 39:08
world, this is valuable and it has been for like pretty much
• 39:12
all time. So in an effort to demonstrate
• 39:15
that and to build a little community here in the basement,
• 39:19
what I'd like you to request is leave a comment with where
• 39:22
you're joining us from. Hold on here and I'll do my best
• 39:25
to read them off. I won't be able to do them all.
• 39:27
Please don't take it personally because because we just have so
• 39:32
many people are Here we go. Hold on here live.
• 39:36
All right, Here we go. Shout out.
