- 0:21Speaker 1: Sisiny Tanya just sliding into her stool after little pot
- 0:25Speaker 1: how to go potty, little potty break there, good timing,
- 0:29Speaker 1: got the back row. Who's in the back room? I
- 0:30Speaker 1: got Ruby in the back room, Good morning Ruby? Hello?
- 0:33Speaker 1: Who else is in the back room? There?
- 0:35Speaker 3: Hi'm Madison.
- 0:36Speaker 1: In turn, Madison is in the back room and single
- 0:41Speaker 1: Mickayla is in the back room, and Jordan is not
- 0:44Speaker 1: because she's on nectar, so she's just out seeing guys.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Now, now why do you call her single?
- 0:50Speaker 1: Mikayla, Well, Mikayla, what what are you?
- 0:56Speaker 4: My friends actually when they listen, they're like, he always
- 0:58Speaker 4: calls you out for being say go, I'm like, yeah, no,
- 1:01Speaker 4: I know you guys.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Let me for the in for the intern medisine summer
- 1:05Speaker 1: intern Madison. We can't see everybody, so everyone needs to
- 1:09Speaker 1: understand when you're listening the role like you are optimistic,
- 1:14Speaker 1: cheerleading Tanya Siciny is cynical, honest, transparent. Ruby is out
- 1:22Speaker 1: in the community. Ruby uh doesn't really roll off the
- 1:26Speaker 1: tongue single Mikayla and I don't what what what's mine?
- 1:32Speaker 1: If you could give me, you know, a descriptive, what
- 1:36Speaker 1: would mine be? So we could paint the picture? You know,
- 1:39Speaker 1: it's all about painting the picture. Everybody's role. I'll give
- 1:42Speaker 1: you time on that. You can't have to answer fast, rambunctious, rambunctious.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Sometimes slightly rude, Ryan, What am I gonna say? Workaholics?
- 1:57Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:57Speaker 1: But why rude? I've never rude.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Calling me cynical, well, that you're paying labels on people,
- 2:05Speaker 3: well that's because well it might also say rambunctious. I
- 2:09Speaker 3: said that.
- 2:10Speaker 1: She just we could call you delay, Tanya. No, no,
- 2:17Speaker 1: I don't think rude. No, No one's considered me ever
- 2:19Speaker 1: to be rude, and I'm proud of that. But I
- 2:21Speaker 1: am direct sometimes radical. I'm not radical. I'm the most
- 2:27Speaker 1: vanilla ice cream there is. Do you know what you
- 2:34Speaker 1: got to get that? The goal is to have one
- 2:36Speaker 1: that makes sense.
- 2:37Speaker 3: That's why I'm just throwing them out there hoping one.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Sticks that doesn't stick. I'm right up the middle. No radical,
- 2:42Speaker 1: no extreme, right up the middle, Vanilla, right at the middle, Ryan,
- 2:46Speaker 1: right at the mill. Ryan. If I were a Baskin
- 2:49Speaker 1: Robbins ice cream flavor, I would be vanilla. You put
- 2:54Speaker 1: anything extreme with me, but I would just be the
- 2:56Speaker 1: consistent plane, vanilla, proud of it, very proud of it.
- 3:00Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 3:01Speaker 1: So all right, now we've got that settled. We got
- 3:04Speaker 1: some real World Cup action coming up here, semi finals, right,
- 3:08Speaker 1: oh yeah, noon today. So you got Falls and Ispanya.
- 3:14Speaker 1: That's today in Dallas. Are you rooting for either? No, Spain?
- 3:24Speaker 3: Yeah you guess, yeah, sure, Spain, Okay, and then you've
- 3:29Speaker 3: got Argentina in England and that's coming up game two.
- 3:32Speaker 1: I think you might be voting for voting you please
- 3:35Speaker 1: cast your votes now free on text message. Because Michael
- 3:40Speaker 1: is all about Team Argentina.
- 3:42Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, He's.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Way into it, right. Is he taking day off work?
- 3:45Speaker 1: Is he like dressing himself up?
- 3:46Speaker 3: I don't think I can say on the air if
- 3:48Speaker 3: he's going to be taking off.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Well, is he painting his body the Argentinian colors? Basically?
- 3:54Speaker 3: You know that he has so many Argentinian jerseys that
- 3:57Speaker 3: he is now taking them all out of his closet
- 3:59Speaker 3: andung them up all over our bedroom. I did not
- 4:02Speaker 3: know that the windows everywhere all over the bedroom, on
- 4:07Speaker 3: top of the mirror. I would freak out, I did.
- 4:11Speaker 1: I think it's great to get behind something. We need
- 4:14Speaker 1: something to Everybody needs someone to love and something to
- 4:17Speaker 1: root for, and you got it both of those things.
- 4:21Speaker 3: I jopped.
- 4:22Speaker 1: It's to read Rico one of two point seven Kiss
- 4:25Speaker 1: FM seacrest here. So what's the deal EJ. I gave
- 4:30Speaker 1: EJ one assignment. So she's been busy working going to
- 4:33Speaker 1: free gas stations or going to gas station for the
- 4:35Speaker 1: free gas. The guy's been working for like six weeks,
- 4:38Speaker 1: doing that a couple of times a week. So I thought, well, EJ,
- 4:42Speaker 1: I love I love that guy. Listened to EJ when
- 4:44Speaker 1: I'm up that late, so until ted KISSJEJ on the
- 4:48Speaker 1: radio and kiss, Yeah, that's J.
- 4:51Speaker 3: He was filling in for Jojo though. Yeah, so he
- 4:55Speaker 3: wasn't up late last night, so I don't really know what.
- 4:57Speaker 1: We don't know what he did after filling in for Jojo,
- 5:00Speaker 1: but we can't find him. His assignment was to be
- 5:03Speaker 1: in Boil Heights at a gas station. Who's trying to
- 5:06Speaker 1: reach him in the back room. He's got to be
- 5:09Speaker 1: in Boil Heights in like ten minutes to give away
- 5:11Speaker 1: free gas. Put him through, don't even prep him. I
- 5:14Speaker 1: went straight on the air. Okay, EJ. Good morning. How
- 5:19Speaker 1: are you, buddy?
- 5:21Speaker 7: I'm good?
- 5:22Speaker 1: How are you? I'm good. So I was just telling
- 5:28Speaker 1: all of our friends, you'll be in Boyle Heights to
- 5:30Speaker 1: give away free gas the plan.
- 5:32Speaker 8: Yes, that's right, that's right, except I set my alarm
- 5:36Speaker 8: clock for four o'clock in the afternoon.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Oh J, yeah, are you still laying in bed in
- 5:45Speaker 1: your apartment.
- 5:47Speaker 8: No, I'm running around the house like the Tasmanian devil,
- 5:50Speaker 8: trying to find my clothes so I can get.
- 5:53Speaker 6: Some Boil Heights.
- 5:54Speaker 1: EJ. People don't need you with clothes on. Just get there.
- 6:00Speaker 1: You have large kiss t shirts you can put on
- 6:02Speaker 1: over yourself that worked like a miniskirt. They go down
- 6:04Speaker 1: to your thigh. It's perfect. You should are absolutely right.
- 6:09Speaker 1: You should also know there is an entire kiss logoed
- 6:12Speaker 1: suv convoy in front of your apartment waiting to whisk
- 6:17Speaker 1: you away to Boil Heights. But didn't you just feel
- 6:20Speaker 1: in for Jojo? How'd you oversleep? You didn't stay up
- 6:22Speaker 1: that late anyway?
- 6:24Speaker 8: What's funny?
- 6:24Speaker 1: Is hell.
- 6:25Speaker 5: So I was I couldn't.
- 6:27Speaker 8: I tossed and turned all night. I ended up going
- 6:29Speaker 8: to bed and like one, I don't know why I
- 6:31Speaker 8: could not go to sleep, And then I was constantly
- 6:33Speaker 8: checking the alarm clock to make sure.
- 6:36Speaker 9: I'm like, oh my gosh, I gotta get up.
- 6:37Speaker 1: I gotta get up.
- 6:38Speaker 8: And then I look at the clock and see that
- 6:40Speaker 8: it's three ten, and I'm like, oh good, I got
- 6:42Speaker 8: like an hour and twenty minutes left to sleep. I
- 6:45Speaker 8: look at the clock and it's like five something in
- 6:48Speaker 8: the morning.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Yeah, we know, because we've been trying to find you. Yeah,
- 6:52Speaker 1: but one of the things that you'll learn as you
- 6:55Speaker 1: grow up is you especially if you have to get up.
- 6:58Speaker 1: He doesn't really have to get up in the morning.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Hours are pretty good, but if you do end up
- 7:02Speaker 1: in a shift or a show or somewhere you have
- 7:04Speaker 1: to get up. You actually have to double check a
- 7:07Speaker 1: MPM because I've done the same thing. And by the way,
- 7:11Speaker 1: usually when I doubt myself and go back to check
- 7:13Speaker 1: it's on PM, it's actually wrong. Yeah, so I saved myself.
- 7:19Speaker 1: I am not ruddling right now.
- 7:20Speaker 9: Mercury and retro Grae guys.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Yeah, well get your retro rear into the van so
- 7:26Speaker 1: you can get out to Boil Heights for the free gas.
- 7:28Speaker 3: All right, what are you doing chatting with us?
- 7:31Speaker 1: Hang up on me all right, keep us posted. Drive safely,
- 7:36Speaker 1: but we're looking for EJ to find some random gas
- 7:39Speaker 1: stations in boil Heights. Live this Tuesday morning to pump
- 7:42Speaker 1: up your tank. Talk to you a little bit. Ja
- 7:45Speaker 1: sounds good even when he wakes up. He sounds happy
- 7:49Speaker 1: and ready to go, you know, just bounces up like EJ.
- 7:52Speaker 1: But junior varsity mistake. You got a check especially when
- 7:55Speaker 1: you've got an appointment in the morning. I have done
- 7:57Speaker 1: it and it is a panic right, It's hard panic attack. Okay,
- 8:01Speaker 1: so EJ we'll get there and he gets there, but
- 8:03Speaker 1: I like it. Free gas, lots of free guys to
- 8:05Speaker 1: give away. Zara Larson's on a Kiss FM. Thanks for
- 8:08Speaker 1: being here. We have so much to cover this morning,
- 8:11Speaker 1: so try to hang with us as long as you can.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Got word. EJ is in a vehicle on his way
- 8:16Speaker 1: to Boil Heights to give away free gas, So we'll
- 8:19Speaker 1: check in with him in Boil Heights. If you're waking
- 8:22Speaker 1: up and going to a gas station after seven o'clock.
- 8:23Speaker 1: You might just see him now Olivia Dean, So I
- 8:28Speaker 1: think you says name have a story coming up about
- 8:30Speaker 1: Olivia Dean making news right right and the ticket sales.
- 8:34Speaker 1: She got very upset about the ticket sales being resold
- 8:37Speaker 1: at a higher price, making them not accessible to old fans.
- 8:40Speaker 3: Yeah, and she did something that most artists, I think
- 8:42Speaker 3: all artists should do.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Well, we'll talk about that, but she won a lot
- 8:46Speaker 1: of people over by doing this. Sure she's not only
- 8:50Speaker 1: like so good to listen to. She won people over.
- 8:53Speaker 1: That's coming up now. Ruby in the back room, who
- 8:56Speaker 1: also has a social life much more than we do
- 8:58Speaker 1: in the main room here. She had plans with her
- 9:02Speaker 1: lovely husband new husband, yes, dated, to go see Olivia Dean.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Now that's exciting. That's something you mark on the calendar,
- 9:10Speaker 1: you look forward to. You plan your whole sort of
- 9:13Speaker 1: week around it. Maybe you're outfit around it. What time
- 9:15Speaker 1: are we going to leave traffic because where's the show?
- 9:18Speaker 3: It's at Crypto.
- 9:19Speaker 1: There you go. You got to calculate a Crypto commute,
- 9:22Speaker 1: so you're really back plan and time. And I would
- 9:26Speaker 1: have started to plan, you know, like over the weekend.
- 9:28Speaker 1: All this details now David canceled on you on Olivia Dean.
- 9:32Speaker 4: Yeah, he told me last night. He's like, I'm sorry,
- 9:34Speaker 4: I can't make it anymore. So I have this Olivia
- 9:37Speaker 4: Dean dilemma. Now, well, what is your Olivia Dean dilemma?
- 9:41Speaker 4: How can we decipher a solution?
- 9:43Speaker 8: Oh?
- 9:44Speaker 4: I have two sisters, right, I'm always talking about them,
- 9:46Speaker 4: and they both want to go. So they're like, pick me,
- 9:49Speaker 4: and they're, you know, in the sister chat, like no, no, no,
- 9:52Speaker 4: take me. I'm the biggest Olivia Dean fan. No no, no,
- 9:55Speaker 4: I love her more.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Like, you can't pick one or the other.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Really like the best sister? Do you like them?
- 10:01Speaker 3: The one you like to hang out with and like,
- 10:02Speaker 3: you know, concert life with.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I have the best one, freak, This is honest.
- 10:11Speaker 4: Go ahead, I cannot pick one. I love them both
- 10:13Speaker 4: for different reasons. One my little sister, the other's the
- 10:16Speaker 4: older sister. So I love I have different relationships with
- 10:19Speaker 4: both of them. So I really can't pick.
- 10:21Speaker 1: You cannot, Okay, So if you can't pick, then you
- 10:23Speaker 1: put their names into a kiss FM ball cap. You
- 10:27Speaker 1: mix them around and a name I like it. Whoever's
- 10:30Speaker 1: name you pull out, that's who goes Okay, another idea.
- 10:35Speaker 3: I like this idea.
- 10:37Speaker 1: The other idea.
- 10:38Speaker 9: No.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Another idea is David, your husband canceled on you, so
- 10:43Speaker 1: take his best friend.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Oh my god, that's.
- 10:47Speaker 8: Weird.
- 10:48Speaker 1: He No, he canceled last minute, so your best buddy
- 10:50Speaker 1: gets to go with me to the concert.
- 10:52Speaker 3: I did not want to go to a concert with
- 10:54Speaker 3: Michael's best buddy.
- 10:55Speaker 1: I'm not asking you. This is not your delight. I'm sorry, Tanya,
- 10:59Speaker 1: the this is not you Ruby. Do you like his
- 11:02Speaker 1: best friend?
- 11:03Speaker 4: They're they're cool, but I would not go to an
- 11:05Speaker 4: Olivia Dean show with them.
- 11:07Speaker 3: I feel like it's not the vine.
- 11:09Speaker 1: I feel like if you invited his best friend, all
- 11:11Speaker 1: of a sudden, David might available.
- 11:13Speaker 3: I'll pick for you. I said you picked the little
- 11:14Speaker 3: sister because little sisters are more fun.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Draw name rocker paper scissors, Hash Brown? What is it
- 11:21Speaker 1: paper rock scissors on the Rock paper Scissors Show? I mean,
- 11:27Speaker 1: this is how many times do I play scissor rock paper?
- 11:30Speaker 1: I don't play it never. Yeah, so you could roast
- 11:34Speaker 1: Chambeau paper rock scissor it or draw out of a hat.
- 11:37Speaker 1: That's a fair solution. Okay, all right, well we could
- 11:41Speaker 1: or we could do it here on this show, and
- 11:42Speaker 1: then you can call her you did it.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Yeah, do the hat draw for me.
- 11:47Speaker 1: We'll do Mark in a break later. Put two names
- 11:49Speaker 1: into a hot We'll do it.
- 11:51Speaker 3: I can't wait.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Coming up next, the most judged names in America. Think
- 11:56Speaker 1: about this before you name your child. And I've got
- 11:59Speaker 1: a great quote of to day. This is kiss, one
- 12:02Speaker 1: of two seven Kiss. I was looking at these articles
- 12:05Speaker 1: that come into my feed, so check this out. The
- 12:09Speaker 1: names that you might not want to give your child
- 12:13Speaker 1: because they are the most judged names in America. Certain
- 12:17Speaker 1: names come with preconceived notions. Now I'm not saying that's right,
- 12:21Speaker 1: but this is what they reported. So if you don't
- 12:24Speaker 1: want people to judge your kid, then you might not
- 12:27Speaker 1: want to consider these names. The most judged names for
- 12:31Speaker 1: kids are Karen.
- 12:35Speaker 3: We know, Chad, Yeah, how do you know what Chad?
- 12:41Speaker 1: Want? With Chad? Tony?
- 12:42Speaker 3: You don't want to date a Chad?
- 12:44Speaker 1: What?
- 12:45Speaker 3: I don't know. It's just there's there's a bad connotation
- 12:47Speaker 3: to it.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Karen, Chad John John is one. John's my middle name.
- 12:54Speaker 1: That's they say it's very boring, and people judge it
- 12:57Speaker 1: to be boring in our creator.
- 12:59Speaker 3: I disagree. I could see that.
- 13:00Speaker 6: Well.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Okay, final name the most judged kids' names. Damien. What Damien?
- 13:11Speaker 1: I don't know. From the horror movie the Omen they say,
- 13:15Speaker 1: I'm sure it does.
- 13:17Speaker 3: It sounds like demon or something.
- 13:19Speaker 1: This I don't know, but they checked Karen, Chad, John, Damien,
- 13:23Speaker 1: and I like, if you're listening, Karen, thank you, Chad,
- 13:26Speaker 1: I appreciate you, John not boring, and Damien, I love
- 13:29Speaker 1: you brother.
- 13:29Speaker 3: Yeah, you know the new Karen is Jessica.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Okay, I don't play into that game, Jessica, something that's
- 13:39Speaker 1: so childish. Yeah, yeah, obviously you do. Yeah, Judger, Today's
- 13:46Speaker 1: quote I love a quote unquote can really set up
- 13:50Speaker 1: clarity in your life. You only need to make two
- 13:53Speaker 1: people happy your whole life. The eight year old version
- 13:57Speaker 1: of you they could not wait to grow up, and
- 14:00Speaker 1: eighty year old version of you looking back on what
- 14:03Speaker 1: you did make those two people happy eight and eighty.
- 14:07Speaker 1: So you accomplish the in betweens.
- 14:10Speaker 3: Wow, Chad, it.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Is dam there's your Czar Larson. Next track I'm gonna
- 14:19Speaker 1: play is gonna be some Olivia. Dean Ruby was just
- 14:21Speaker 1: telling me she had tickets to go to Oliviadan tonight
- 14:24Speaker 1: at crypto, but her husband had to cancel last minute,
- 14:28Speaker 1: and she doesn't know which sister to bring. I said,
- 14:31Speaker 1: well who do you like the most? And she wouldn't answer,
- 14:33Speaker 1: and I said, well bring David, your husband's best friend.
- 14:36Speaker 1: I bet then you'll have time to go with you.
- 14:38Speaker 3: Yike.
- 14:41Speaker 1: So it was not the it's just an idea. So
- 14:43Speaker 1: we're gonna draw put two names in a hat the
- 14:46Speaker 1: old fashioned way. We'll put Debbie and Heavy in the hat,
- 14:50Speaker 1: and that's who gets to go see Olividan tonight with Ruby.
- 14:53Speaker 1: But Olivia Dean is making some news now. She's obviously
- 14:56Speaker 1: a superstar. I mean I think Amy Winehouse vibes. I
- 15:00Speaker 1: think you may think of Adell vibes. But she she
- 15:04Speaker 1: did something that's hard to do, and that is say
- 15:07Speaker 1: not a word to your bosses, like put your foot
- 15:10Speaker 1: down to your bosses and say exactly no, I'm not
- 15:13Speaker 1: doing that, I'm not selling out like that. What'd she do?
- 15:16Speaker 3: Yeah, So, when her tickets for her tour, which just
- 15:18Speaker 3: kicked off over the weekend in San Francisco and obviously
- 15:21Speaker 3: she's here tonight and tomorrow started coming out, all these
- 15:25Speaker 3: tickets started getting flipped for crazy prices, Like we see
- 15:28Speaker 3: all the time happen for like so many shows, and
- 15:31Speaker 3: Olivia actually spoke out against it. She called the resale
- 15:35Speaker 3: market unfair and fans who had paid way over face
- 15:38Speaker 3: value ended up getting refunds after resale prices were capped.
- 15:43Speaker 3: That almost never, ever, ever happens. It's kind of refreshing
- 15:47Speaker 3: to see an artist which is really fighting for her
- 15:50Speaker 3: fans when she thinks that she needs to, and she
- 15:52Speaker 3: totally did, and I just like, I'm so excited for her.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Like just a year ago she was doing these really
- 15:59Speaker 3: small venues I saw at the will Turn and now
- 16:01Speaker 3: she's selling out arenas and it is such a cool
- 16:05Speaker 3: rise of success for an incredible artist.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Well, she's super talented. You know, she took a long
- 16:11Speaker 1: time to build up credibility first before we got to
- 16:14Speaker 1: see this quick rise to fame. So it wasn't overnight. Yeah,
- 16:17Speaker 1: but it is rare because you know, artists make their
- 16:20Speaker 1: money touring. That's how they make their money. They make
- 16:23Speaker 1: the money on tickets. Look at what Taylor's ticket sales did,
- 16:26Speaker 1: writing millions of dollars. Look what Harry's doing, Look at
- 16:29Speaker 1: BTS is going to do. That's how they tour because
- 16:32Speaker 1: they want to see the fans and connect with the fans.
- 16:34Speaker 1: But that's really how the economics work, that's how they
- 16:36Speaker 1: make their money. So for her as a new artist
- 16:39Speaker 1: to say, hey boss Ticketmaster, yeah, no, no, And I
- 16:45Speaker 1: think they adjusted it right.
- 16:47Speaker 3: They sure did. Yeah, all the fans got their refunds.
- 16:49Speaker 1: So if you were a fan, now you're really a
- 16:54Speaker 1: fan because she did it to make tickets accessible to
- 16:58Speaker 1: the actual fans.
- 17:00Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 17:00Speaker 3: I'm excited. I'm going to see her tonight. I can't wait.
- 17:02Speaker 3: Is one of those hottest tickets that everyone is talking about.
- 17:05Speaker 1: You go with Ruby?
- 17:06Speaker 3: I know, I got one ticket. I don't even get
- 17:09Speaker 3: to bring up with just one.
- 17:11Speaker 1: I'm going by myself. Go with Ruby and Sister together.
- 17:14Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, but you know, people are really upset at
- 17:17Speaker 3: other artists now for not doing this.
- 17:19Speaker 1: It's gonna be interesting to see how this evolves. Yeah,
- 17:23Speaker 1: because uh, I mean, like I said, the artists want
- 17:25Speaker 1: to make the money, but the fans have to pay
- 17:27Speaker 1: too much in many cases. All right, So we are
- 17:30Speaker 1: going to draw a name for Ruby to pick which sister.
- 17:34Speaker 1: In a little bit, once they wake up, EJ's on
- 17:37Speaker 1: his way to give away free gas. In just a
- 17:39Speaker 1: little bit. In boiler heights. Is he almost there? Mark said,
- 17:41Speaker 1: check real quick? How far out is he? EJ? I
- 17:44Speaker 1: know your wheels up? How far? How many minutes to
- 17:47Speaker 1: boil Heights for you?
- 17:49Speaker 8: So I am teen minutes away?
- 17:51Speaker 1: I'm actually way back about to pass the station. You're
- 17:54Speaker 1: fifteen out? All right? Well back with EJ. Who now
- 17:57Speaker 1: sounds calm overstupp to be there in fifteen minutes for
- 18:01Speaker 1: free gas and boil headspot one or two point seven?
- 18:04Speaker 1: Kiss Upan? All right? So let's get to this second date.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Up date. I mean, every time I go out with
- 18:10Speaker 1: somebody and we get to our third or fourth or
- 18:12Speaker 1: fifth date, we talk about how much we didn't want
- 18:15Speaker 1: to go meet each other on the first date. You know,
- 18:17Speaker 1: it's like we really just didn't. And number two is
- 18:21Speaker 1: still not comfortable. Once you get to four or five, six,
- 18:25Speaker 1: you kind of laugh at how formal you were during
- 18:28Speaker 1: one and two. But let me read this story. This
- 18:30Speaker 1: is from a dude named Sean in Chinatown. We are
- 18:32Speaker 1: going to try and help. He saw a girl at
- 18:35Speaker 1: is it a Pufficky? In La? What is it Pufficky?
- 18:38Speaker 1: A bar? Restaurant, lounge, cocktail bar? Great? And after about
- 18:43Speaker 1: an hour he worked up the nerve to talk to her,
- 18:45Speaker 1: so he was thinking about it. He gets the courage.
- 18:47Speaker 1: She and her friends were leaving, but she gave me
- 18:51Speaker 1: her number, he said, and we went out the next night.
- 18:55Speaker 1: He says. There's a great date. And now he has
- 18:57Speaker 1: not heard from her again. Is this just the culture
- 19:00Speaker 1: of rudeness? Did he do something wrong? What happened? Sean?
- 19:05Speaker 1: First of all, thanks for coming on, and I got
- 19:07Speaker 1: to tell you just to have the courage to go
- 19:09Speaker 1: out and ask somebody out. Congrats like that's a good
- 19:13Speaker 1: thing for feather in the cap. I love that you did,
- 19:17Speaker 1: and I love that you did a quick turnaround by saying, hey,
- 19:19Speaker 1: let's go out tomorrow night. You didn't kick the can.
- 19:22Speaker 1: That's I think that's a strong move. Let's go out
- 19:25Speaker 1: tomorrow night. You had a great date, in your opinion,
- 19:29Speaker 1: and you haven't heard from her. What do you think
- 19:32Speaker 1: is the reason?
- 19:34Speaker 10: Honestly, I don't know. Like we had we had a
- 19:37Speaker 10: great time.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Let me get to specifics here. At the end of
- 19:42Speaker 1: the date, at the end of the night. What happened,
- 19:45Speaker 1: where were you, how did it go? Did you drop her?
- 19:47Speaker 1: Did you take separate cars? What happened?
- 19:50Speaker 10: We were laughing and having a great time, right, and
- 19:55Speaker 10: stood by her car at the end of the date,
- 19:57Speaker 10: and you know, we've been a couple of different places,
- 20:00Speaker 10: so it's kind of tired. But we ended up like
- 20:02Speaker 10: making out for a while before we parted.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Waste standing outside the car making out, yeah.
- 20:08Speaker 10: Yeah, buying her car. Like I walked to her to
- 20:11Speaker 10: her car and just one thing led to another and
- 20:14Speaker 10: we started making out. I was like, well, this is
- 20:17Speaker 10: great and I couldn't wait to see her again. And
- 20:20Speaker 10: then but then she hasn't really responded to my text
- 20:22Speaker 10: after that, so I'm just kind of bonding.
- 20:24Speaker 1: What what what? What was your text? What have read
- 20:26Speaker 1: some of your texts to me?
- 20:28Speaker 10: To her, it was just like, hey, I had such
- 20:32Speaker 10: a wonderful time. Uh, it was the best night of
- 20:36Speaker 10: my life in a long time. I can't wait to
- 20:38Speaker 10: see you again. I tried again, I said what are
- 20:43Speaker 10: you doing next weekend? And then I don't want to
- 20:47Speaker 10: be too pushy with it, but like, after you know,
- 20:50Speaker 10: two or three texts, I'm just kind of kind of
- 20:52Speaker 10: waiting here.
- 20:53Speaker 1: So so is she didn't respond at all to any
- 20:55Speaker 1: of that after this great date and makeout session?
- 20:59Speaker 9: Is that right?
- 21:00Speaker 10: No? She liked the first one but like I know,
- 21:04Speaker 10: she works during the day, so I don't know if
- 21:05Speaker 10: she was just busy and it was responding really quick,
- 21:09Speaker 10: but then after that, yeah, it's been a couple of
- 21:11Speaker 10: days now.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Well, maybe you've been over zealous, Like maybe you were
- 21:14Speaker 1: just a little too excited and too available. Could be right,
- 21:20Speaker 1: Could be that she just doesn't want to seem so
- 21:23Speaker 1: over zealous and so into you at first, which is
- 21:26Speaker 1: a little hard to get right. I mean, it's a
- 21:29Speaker 1: little playing that and that can happen. But the other thing,
- 21:33Speaker 1: maybe she got to thinking about it and it's just
- 21:36Speaker 1: not the right timing for her to meet somebody and
- 21:39Speaker 1: had a good time but just not motivated to pursue
- 21:43Speaker 1: because of timing, or maybe the kiss was bad.
- 21:48Speaker 10: Well, I mean, I don't know. The kids lasted a
- 21:50Speaker 10: pretty long time.
- 21:52Speaker 1: It's not about my brother. It's not about the length
- 21:56Speaker 1: of the kiss. It's about the cadence of the kiss. Okay,
- 22:01Speaker 1: slow is the role. Slow is the role.
- 22:04Speaker 3: It's still rude for her to just ghost him.
- 22:06Speaker 1: I agree, and it could be it kind of it
- 22:09Speaker 1: kind of is just like just say I'm not into it. Okay,
- 22:13Speaker 1: hang on, Sean, we are gonna get her on the line.
- 22:17Speaker 1: I believe the back room has found her and she's
- 22:19Speaker 1: agreed to come on and talk to us. She does
- 22:20Speaker 1: not know you're on the phone. Hold on, we will
- 22:23Speaker 1: find out what is the reason. Sometimes people just get
- 22:28Speaker 1: distracted and they don't make it a priority to follow up.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Doesn't mean something bad went wrong, but we'll find out.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Coming Next to her name is Natalia next to Kiss
- 22:37Speaker 1: one of two point seven Kiss FM. Now let's get
- 22:41Speaker 1: into this. When you date someone and you had a
- 22:45Speaker 1: good time, but you don't really want to go out again,
- 22:48Speaker 1: do you tell them that, especially if they text you
- 22:51Speaker 1: to ask you out again, The courteest thing to do
- 22:55Speaker 1: would just be I'm too big, it's some sort of
- 22:57Speaker 1: blow off, I'm too busy, it's not good timing, I'm
- 23:01Speaker 1: traveling something. But to not respond it's rude, and we
- 23:05Speaker 1: don't need to be rude. We don't have to love
- 23:08Speaker 1: the guy, but a little courtesy. So, Sean, I've gotten
- 23:11Speaker 1: Italian on the phone. We know you went out, we
- 23:15Speaker 1: know you made out, and we know she's not getting
- 23:18Speaker 1: back to you. Let's find out why is it you
- 23:21Speaker 1: or her? Could be about her very quiet? Let me
- 23:25Speaker 1: find out from Natalia what the deal is Natalia. Good morning.
- 23:29Speaker 1: My name is Ryan Seacrest. I have Tanya Sisiny, a
- 23:33Speaker 1: whole team of people in a back room on the phones.
- 23:35Speaker 1: That's who called you. And we are on the air
- 23:38Speaker 1: to Kiss FM calling you about a guy named Sean
- 23:41Speaker 1: that you met went out with. How is Sean's date?
- 23:46Speaker 6: Oh?
- 23:46Speaker 7: So yeah, I ghosted him, didn't I?
- 23:50Speaker 1: You did ghost him? Yeah? I just learned that myself.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Why did you blow Sean off?
- 23:57Speaker 5: Why did I ghost him? Let me think, well, I
- 24:05Speaker 5: don't go skies a lot, but if I didn't see
- 24:09Speaker 5: any you know, anything going anywhere, I I will, but
- 24:15Speaker 5: I remember. Okay, So here's the deal with that guy.
- 24:22Speaker 5: I we met like on a Thursday night and he
- 24:26Speaker 5: was like really fun and cute. So we went out
- 24:31Speaker 5: Friday night and he was actually kind of boring, you know,
- 24:37Speaker 5: until he got until he got some drinks in him.
- 24:41Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 24:43Speaker 5: Yeah, so then he was a completely different person and
- 24:47Speaker 5: he was like funny, relaxed confidence.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Is I mean, she's like that until she has a
- 24:52Speaker 1: cocktail or two and then you can't stop laughing. Yeah,
- 24:55Speaker 1: so you did not like the guy not having cocktails,
- 24:59Speaker 1: and you didn't like the guy after cocktails, or you
- 25:02Speaker 1: did like the guy after cocktail.
- 25:05Speaker 5: So I mean he was like fun like, but like
- 25:11Speaker 5: he had a few.
- 25:13Speaker 3: And too many.
- 25:16Speaker 6: Yeah, so for me it's like you that's an egg.
- 25:23Speaker 5: But he was just actually really boring before the drinks and.
- 25:30Speaker 1: He'd be boring. Yeah.
- 25:32Speaker 5: So it's like if you're in a relationship with someone,
- 25:35Speaker 5: uh with and that's like their true personality and not
- 25:39Speaker 5: their party personality.
- 25:40Speaker 1: You know, I got it up until five pm. The
- 25:43Speaker 1: guy's going to be a bore. You can't have that
- 25:45Speaker 1: every day now, So I got it. I understand. Uh, Natalia.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Sean is on the phone right now and he was
- 25:54Speaker 1: curious as to why you blew him off? Sean, what
- 25:57Speaker 1: do you have to say to that? Response?
- 26:01Speaker 10: A Nasally versall, how's it going?
- 26:05Speaker 9: Well?
- 26:05Speaker 1: Well, here is he boring right now? Sean? You have
- 26:16Speaker 1: too many drinks? Is that what it was?
- 26:18Speaker 10: Well? Okay, so obviously I'm I'm way more fun when
- 26:21Speaker 10: I've had a few drinks. But I honestly, I was
- 26:24Speaker 10: just nervous, Like I spent an hour working up the
- 26:26Speaker 10: nerve to talk to you. And your hotness is intimidating.
- 26:31Speaker 5: Wow, I've never heard that one before.
- 26:36Speaker 1: That's kind of hot, though, I think that's a hot,
- 26:37Speaker 1: that's a hot complimentistic or not? It is like I
- 26:42Speaker 1: was a compliment smooth.
- 26:45Speaker 10: Yeah, like I think I think I was just overthinking
- 26:47Speaker 10: everything until I loosened up a bit, you know.
- 26:50Speaker 1: So let me just get to this, Natalia. I think
- 26:53Speaker 1: Sean he had to. He admitted he had to work
- 26:55Speaker 1: of the courage to ask you out, which I like that.
- 26:58Speaker 1: His compliment of your hotness is intimidating love it. I
- 27:03Speaker 1: think he probably was too nervous. Can if he didn't
- 27:08Speaker 1: have as many beverages? Would you like to try and
- 27:11Speaker 1: go out with him again to see if there's a
- 27:13Speaker 1: connection there and he's not so boring? One more try?
- 27:16Speaker 10: Or no?
- 27:18Speaker 5: I mean I've never had someone hire a service to
- 27:22Speaker 5: track me down before.
- 27:24Speaker 9: Oh.
- 27:24Speaker 1: No, I'm free, I'm free. This is pro bono work
- 27:27Speaker 1: for me. This is free is what we Yeah, free,
- 27:30Speaker 1: I could charge, but Noah, free public service.
- 27:33Speaker 5: But I mean, wow, I've never been pursued like this before.
- 27:37Speaker 1: So Sean, would you ask her out? Ask her out? Sean?
- 27:42Speaker 10: Yes, Natalia, please give me one more chance. I'll be fun,
- 27:45Speaker 10: I promise. Yeah, And definitely that was my drinks. I
- 27:51Speaker 10: don't need that now, I don't know.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Come on, he just said you a hotness is intimidating.
- 28:01Speaker 1: I would pay for somebody to tell me that intimidating.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Not from you. No, I'll tellya. We have things to
- 28:11Speaker 1: do here. Is it a yes or no?
- 28:14Speaker 5: Okay, Okay, it's fine. Just take me like axe rowing
- 28:17Speaker 5: or swan boats or maybe even some karaoke.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Okay, okay, skip the ax s thrawing. But yes, Sean,
- 28:22Speaker 1: creative ideas the answers. Yes, you get on the phone
- 28:25Speaker 1: with her. We got to go. Thank you very much
- 28:27Speaker 1: for your time to Talia. Good luck, Sean, Thank you
- 28:31Speaker 1: so much.
- 28:31Speaker 10: I appreciate you, guys.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Okay, appreciate you. I like Sean. I think he was nervous,
- 28:37Speaker 1: I really do. And he had a muster up the
- 28:39Speaker 1: courage to go ask her out. So good and he
- 28:41Speaker 1: knows now not to have too many. Yeah. Good on you, Sean,
- 28:45Speaker 1: and good on you Natalia. Good on us for being
- 28:49Speaker 1: the free service that does this exactly.
- 28:52Speaker 9: I know.
- 28:52Speaker 3: I was thinking, like there could people could make this
- 28:54Speaker 3: a business.
- 28:55Speaker 1: Okay, we just do for free.
- 28:57Speaker 3: Okay.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Is that.
- 29:01Speaker 2: On air with Ryan seacrest Anthers and Zara Larson there
- 29:07Speaker 2: one of two point seven It is Kiss FM.
- 29:09Speaker 1: Ryan Seacrest streaming on iHeartRadio, Kiss FM everywhere any device,
- 29:17Speaker 1: take us with you. My mom listens every day on
- 29:20Speaker 1: her walk in Atlanta. Georgia doesn't miss a thing. Every
- 29:23Speaker 1: time we say something about her and I think she's
- 29:24Speaker 1: not listening, she texts me and says, I heard that. Yeah,
- 29:28Speaker 1: Connie Seacrest getting her walk in daily, it's important. So
- 29:33Speaker 1: before I have call her one O two, get your
- 29:37Speaker 1: free gas, and before I go live to EJ and
- 29:39Speaker 1: Boyle Heights, Lisa's on the phone, Lisa in Northridge. Your
- 29:43Speaker 1: friend is upset because.
- 29:47Speaker 10: Because I'm pregnant.
- 29:49Speaker 1: Why is she upset because you are pregnant?
- 29:54Speaker 10: I know, So I.
- 29:55Speaker 6: Just found out through another friend, like that one of
- 29:57Speaker 6: my best friends is actually upset because I'm not going
- 30:00Speaker 6: to be able to drink at our bachelorette party.
- 30:02Speaker 3: Oh, she needs to get over it.
- 30:04Speaker 1: Well that seems childish.
- 30:06Speaker 6: Yeah, agreed, Like, apparently she's really annoyed. She's been saying
- 30:11Speaker 6: this because she said this whole bachelorette weekend was supposed
- 30:14Speaker 6: to be about everyone partying together and now, like me,
- 30:17Speaker 6: pregnant is going to change the vibe.
- 30:19Speaker 1: Hold on for a second, how close of a friend.
- 30:21Speaker 1: Are you to this person her best friend, best friend
- 30:24Speaker 1: and your best and your best friend isn't prioritizing her
- 30:28Speaker 1: excitement for your pregnancy versus your party. I have a problem.
- 30:33Speaker 3: I know me too. Maybe she'd rather not, Maybe she'd
- 30:36Speaker 3: rather she not going.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Even worse, excuse me, listen to what we're talking about.
- 30:43Speaker 1: She her best friend prioritizes her wanting to party with
- 30:48Speaker 1: Lisa versus her happiness to be pregnant. Yeah, that isn't
- 30:54Speaker 1: a really good friend.
- 30:56Speaker 6: It's very like shocking to me. And then like honestly,
- 30:59Speaker 6: like I understand like her bachelor it's important. But like
- 31:03Speaker 6: she once this weekend, she imagined, I'm still the same person.
- 31:06Speaker 6: I can dance like, I can hang out, I can
- 31:07Speaker 6: have fun like I don't be drinking. But why is
- 31:11Speaker 6: that an issue?
- 31:12Speaker 1: It's not. And you can say to her, my best friend,
- 31:16Speaker 1: I can come to your bachelorette party pregnant and I
- 31:20Speaker 1: can enjoy myself, or I cannot come to your bachelor
- 31:24Speaker 1: att party. What do you want? I don't like her
- 31:28Speaker 1: as a friend, by the way, Yeah, I mean this.
- 31:31Speaker 6: Is very I'm out of character, which is why.
- 31:34Speaker 1: I'm like, she's behind your back too, and like, what's
- 31:37Speaker 1: at the root of this does is she does she
- 31:39Speaker 1: want to be pregnant? Does she want kids or does
- 31:41Speaker 1: she have them?
- 31:43Speaker 6: She wants them, but she's like not married yet and
- 31:46Speaker 6: they're gonna wait till they're married. And you know.
- 31:51Speaker 1: That's not.
- 31:54Speaker 3: It's her bacht party. She's getting married.
- 31:56Speaker 1: Well, there you go, there's something more to it.
- 31:59Speaker 3: There is no bride that wants to be get pregnant
- 32:01Speaker 3: before her wedding.
- 32:02Speaker 1: Well you don't know that.
- 32:05Speaker 3: I don't think that's the case here.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Well, I'm just telling you she has a choice. You come, enjoy,
- 32:12Speaker 1: you don't drink, or you don't come. Where is the
- 32:14Speaker 1: bachelorette party? Who cares that matters? Asa? Not in Ibiza?
- 32:21Speaker 1: I mean, my gosh, who's Cultureisa for a bachelorette party
- 32:31Speaker 1: and not from north Ridge? Are we going to eat
- 32:34Speaker 1: beat for a bathorette party? All right? Look, because well Vegas.
- 32:39Speaker 3: Vegas is the Norther's version beta.
- 32:42Speaker 1: At least geography doesn't matter. You know the conversation. Good
- 32:46Speaker 1: luck call her today and keep us posted. Thank you
- 32:49Speaker 1: for calling.
- 32:51Speaker 6: Thank you, I appreciate your advice.
- 32:53Speaker 1: Very welcome, selfish friend. That's what that was. That's a
- 32:59Speaker 1: fun song one to two point seven Kiss FM. All right,
- 33:03Speaker 1: it's Tuesday morning. Thanks for being with us. We got
- 33:05Speaker 1: some real heat in southern California. Gonna be eighties, nineties,
- 33:09Speaker 1: one hundred Inland, even hotter tomorrow. I know EJ overslept
- 33:17Speaker 1: this morning, so he's an hour late to Boil Heights,
- 33:19Speaker 1: but he's there. He set his alarm to four pm,
- 33:23Speaker 1: not four am. Everybody's done it at some point, EJ.
- 33:27Speaker 1: You made it to Boil Heights. I love it. You
- 33:30Speaker 1: got there pretty quickly too, so Weill Heights still. We're
- 33:34Speaker 1: coming from the massive warehouse fire last month. I mean
- 33:37Speaker 1: millions of pounds of rotting food led to that rodent infestation,
- 33:42Speaker 1: the fly infestation, just a bad stench there. There was
- 33:48Speaker 1: also flooding over the weekend from a water main break.
- 33:51Speaker 1: So I think people in Boil Heights our need is
- 33:53Speaker 1: some good news, and that's why Ajay's there with free gas. EJ.
- 33:56Speaker 1: Who you got?
- 33:57Speaker 8: So we actually got Kevin who is Boil Heights and
- 34:01Speaker 8: we just hold come up with free gas.
- 34:02Speaker 7: Would you like to speak to Kevin?
- 34:03Speaker 1: I would love to speak to Kevin.
- 34:06Speaker 9: Good morning, hike, Kevin.
- 34:08Speaker 1: Ryan Seacrest, how are you? You're on the radio A
- 34:10Speaker 1: Kiss FM. How you doing, I'm doing very good.
- 34:14Speaker 7: I'm doing better now that I go free gas.
- 34:16Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt. EJ is gonna fill up your tank
- 34:19Speaker 1: with free gas. What do you drive?
- 34:23Speaker 7: I'm Johnding currently a ram round I'm chat.
- 34:27Speaker 1: I'm looking it up right now. We're in fifteen And
- 34:30Speaker 1: how long is your commute to work?

- 35:18Speaker 7: When I first saw it, I was wondering what it
- 35:21Speaker 7: was because it was. It looked crazy.

- 44:21Speaker 8: they don't have to.
