- 0:25Speaker 1: us text JJR whatever is on your mind to ninety
- 0:29Speaker 1: six eight nine three or calls at eight seven seven
- 0:31Speaker 1: ninety three seven one oh four seven. Peyton was telling
- 0:34Speaker 1: a story the other day and I said, Peyton, we
- 0:36Speaker 1: got to do that on the radio. I want to hear.
- 0:38Speaker 1: And I don't think any of us know the meat
- 0:41Speaker 1: of the story, but we will have somebody on the
- 0:44Speaker 1: phone to help explain it. So, Peyton, the story is what.
- 0:47Speaker 6: So I am back living in my grandma's house. And
- 0:50Speaker 6: the other day she was playing her really loud music.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Wait, we should bring her up. We got your grandma
- 0:55Speaker 1: on the phone. We got ma mae hey may.
- 0:57Speaker 7: May hi okay.
- 0:59Speaker 1: So so paint's about that tells the story. So she
- 1:01Speaker 1: was playing her loud music.
- 1:02Speaker 6: Yeah, I was saying, how you like to play your
- 1:04Speaker 6: music in the morning, and how the other day you
- 1:06Speaker 6: and I went hit for hit in the kitchen and
- 1:08Speaker 6: I was telling everyone, how I think Meme that you're
- 1:11Speaker 6: a little bit of like a Top forty hater. You
- 1:13Speaker 6: think that my generations of music is trash, and I
- 1:16Speaker 6: honestly kind of feel feel actually said very true, and
- 1:20Speaker 6: I honestly feel the same exact way about her generation's music.
- 1:24Speaker 6: I also think it's pretty trash. And so we decided
- 1:27Speaker 6: we were gonna go hit for hit.
- 1:30Speaker 1: So you're playing tracks.
- 1:32Speaker 6: She played a song this one, and then I played
- 1:34Speaker 6: a song.
- 1:35Speaker 8: It's the gold Ender. Them be like, okay, that is
- 1:37Speaker 8: a good one.
- 1:38Speaker 6: That was my goal, and I feel like the same
- 1:40Speaker 6: for her because it was like, I think you'll like
- 1:42Speaker 6: this one.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Okay, It's kind of maybe what music was Peyton playing
- 1:45Speaker 1: that you just don't like?
- 1:47Speaker 7: Well, she plays what you played. The Top forty were
- 1:51Speaker 7: all the girls singers, because it was specifically about the
- 1:55Speaker 7: female singers. They all sound the same. It's kind of like, lord,
- 2:00Speaker 7: uh did the original thing, and then everybody copies what
- 2:03Speaker 7: she did, only they changed it up a little bit.
- 2:06Speaker 7: The lyrics are stupid. They're a roughhet of women and
- 2:09Speaker 7: boring and it's got no death. And the girls might
- 2:13Speaker 7: have good voices, but they're like not. They don't reach
- 2:16Speaker 7: into your soul and and pull on your your heart.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Well, you know, I could definitely tell you and Peyton
- 2:24Speaker 3: are related by your hot takes.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Many what's a song that pulls at your heart strings?
- 2:29Speaker 1: That does that pulls at your soul?
- 2:32Speaker 7: Well, we agree on loving You by many repretend. So
- 2:36Speaker 7: we agreed on.
- 2:39Speaker 1: At this song.
- 2:40Speaker 6: I love this song.
- 2:46Speaker 7: You remember, and I know Rember came out.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Oh, I know the song. I'm not a fan at all.
- 2:52Speaker 6: You don't like many represents.
- 2:54Speaker 3: I don't like many repretais.
- 2:55Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 2:56Speaker 1: I don't remember when this song came out, but I
- 2:57Speaker 1: can tell you this. You know who her daughter is?
- 2:59Speaker 6: Yeah, it's my ruin. Let me tell you guys this,
- 3:02Speaker 6: this is that mini Ripperton. Loving You is actually a song.
- 3:04Speaker 6: I'm gonna walk down the aisle to.
- 3:07Speaker 3: The song.
- 3:08Speaker 6: When I listened to that song in the car by myself,
- 3:10Speaker 6: I cry.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Can you can I give you a suggestion instead? Could
- 3:14Speaker 1: you just do Kanye slow jams?
- 3:19Speaker 6: Yeah, so we agreed on We agreed on Minnie Ripperton,
- 3:23Speaker 6: and so I was like, actually, mem I think you
- 3:25Speaker 6: would really like this song that just came out. It's
- 3:27Speaker 6: this new upcoming artist. Her name's Olivia Dean and she
- 3:29Speaker 6: sings a song called man I Need Call Me?
- 3:46Speaker 1: Okay, what did made me say to that? Did you
- 3:49Speaker 1: like that song?
- 3:50Speaker 5: Are your.
- 3:52Speaker 1: What did you say?
- 3:53Speaker 7: I loved her. She had a character and got some
- 3:57Speaker 7: grit in her voice. You know, it's smooth, she's got
- 4:00Speaker 7: a nice step, she's got a good range, but she
- 4:03Speaker 7: sings like she's singing from her diaphragm and it's beautiful.
- 4:08Speaker 10: Yeah, liked her.
- 4:10Speaker 7: I only heard the one song, so I hope I'm
- 4:12Speaker 7: not going to be disappointed, but I am going to
- 4:14Speaker 7: actually listen to her and see what it is.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Yeah, and Memy knows her music.
- 4:18Speaker 6: She styled in Yeah, I mean, and I think that's
- 4:21Speaker 6: why me and my brother genuinely enjoy going to concerts
- 4:23Speaker 6: and shows so much. My grandma took me to go
- 4:25Speaker 6: see Metallica when I was seven. We were in the pit.
- 4:28Speaker 1: What's another song that you listen to that man may
- 4:30Speaker 1: presented to you?
- 4:31Speaker 6: So the other one is by Maria Muldar. Midnight at
- 4:34Speaker 6: the Oasis and you can be she and she played
- 4:47Speaker 6: this one for me because she knew I liked Miny
- 4:49Speaker 6: Ripperton and they kind of have the same inflection a
- 4:52Speaker 6: little bit on their voices. And I did enjoy this song.
- 4:54Speaker 6: Did I add it to my playlist?
- 4:56Speaker 1: Midnight?
- 4:58Speaker 6: That's the one?
- 4:59Speaker 3: Any song from that's creepy?
- 5:00Speaker 1: You never heard of it?
- 5:02Speaker 11: Yes?
- 5:03Speaker 7: Well, I'm sure Rich didn't like this one either.
- 5:06Speaker 3: No, I don't don't like that song.
- 5:07Speaker 6: He honestly, I'm talking about And I bet you.
- 5:10Speaker 7: Didn't like Brand New Key by Melanie.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Oh my god?
- 5:13Speaker 3: No, those are all three fingernails on a chalkcoord for me.
- 5:15Speaker 6: So then I played her raven Linnet love Me not.
- 5:32Speaker 1: A single, I don't mean you? And maybe did you
- 5:39Speaker 1: like that song?
- 5:40Speaker 7: It's stunk? So the last one, and I mean like
- 5:48Speaker 7: the last one got my body swam and this one
- 5:50Speaker 7: had me reaching for the volume to turn it lay
- 5:52Speaker 7: out horrible? Okay, like that one, I said, let me
- 5:57Speaker 7: hear a couple more.
- 5:58Speaker 11: So.
- 5:58Speaker 7: We went through several of her songs, probably five or
- 6:01Speaker 7: six yep, and I'm like, turn it off yep.
- 6:04Speaker 6: My brother Jalen and his boyfriend Alex had come over
- 6:06Speaker 6: and they had said that Dojah Cats in her sixties era,
- 6:09Speaker 6: and so I was like, okay, let me play you
- 6:11Speaker 6: the Doja cat Thy album and those are the ones
- 6:13Speaker 6: that she was like. But then I played, and then
- 6:17Speaker 6: I played Amen, am I am patient? Update? And I'm
- 6:20Speaker 6: gonna say.
- 6:22Speaker 12: I have too much.
- 6:25Speaker 6: In front?
- 6:27Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 6:28Speaker 1: Come since I didn't I even grab my bride and okay,
- 6:33Speaker 1: she like that.
- 6:34Speaker 6: Well, she presented Eva Cassidy songbird.
- 6:37Speaker 3: Okay, now you got me this song come on, brilliant.
- 6:45Speaker 1: No, So, Memmy's got some taste of like musical. She
- 6:56Speaker 1: like sing singing like and and words that means something.
- 7:00Speaker 7: Also, you like the sounds they love like I love
- 7:03Speaker 7: Anthrax and Metallica and and I like pretty much every
- 7:07Speaker 7: genre except rap and pop, which is all.
- 7:10Speaker 6: The stuff that I was like.
- 7:13Speaker 13: Yeah, Meme.
- 7:14Speaker 6: Though you did say though that you were down to
- 7:16Speaker 6: go to Drake with us, so like you would go
- 7:18Speaker 6: see Drake and he's a rapper.
- 7:20Speaker 7: Yeah, that's because I've heard a lot of good things
- 7:22Speaker 7: about him, though I haven't heard them with my own ears.
- 7:26Speaker 7: Very interested.
- 7:28Speaker 1: I know a song I think you played first? She
- 7:29Speaker 1: would love what Cobra Starship. Well, maybe thanks for jumping

- 11:02Speaker 1: what's your sign?
- 11:03Speaker 11: Good morning, my signing a libra just like Kyle.
- 11:06Speaker 6: Okay, my libras. You guys come in at number nine
- 11:09Speaker 6: on the list of being liars because you guys are
- 11:11Speaker 6: cute when you lie. You guys have the type to
- 11:13Speaker 6: like throw out a little wink, like, yeah, I definitely
- 11:15Speaker 6: cooked that organic dinner four times last week. Wink. That's
- 11:19Speaker 6: my libras.

- 11:48Speaker 6: actually tell the truth so hard that it actually hurts
- 11:50Speaker 6: people's feelings ninety nine percent of the time.

- 12:07Speaker 1: the Taurus.
- 12:09Speaker 10: Good morning, how are you all right?
- 12:12Speaker 6: So for my tours, you guys are number ten on
- 12:14Speaker 6: the list, pretty far down. But honestly, this one's a
- 12:16Speaker 6: little tricky for me because there are two types of Tauruses.
- 12:20Speaker 6: One is going to look you in the eye and
- 12:21Speaker 6: just dead lie to you or not even blink. Or
- 12:24Speaker 6: Taurus is gonna tell you a lie and then immediately
- 12:26Speaker 6: apologize because they feel really really.
- 12:27Speaker 5: Bad about it.
- 12:29Speaker 9: There's no.
- 12:31Speaker 10: There's no one between you.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Get one or the others exactly, alright.
- 12:36Speaker 17: Okay, so lie in the moon.
- 12:38Speaker 10: I got a joke for you, guys, kind of okay, Okay,
- 12:42Speaker 10: So if him and Caitlin have twin daughters, what do
- 12:45Speaker 10: you think grant one name him Anna? One and a two?
- 12:52Speaker 6: Okay, and one and the two and the three Anna.
- 12:58Speaker 6: That's totally because he's a drama. That's a good dad joke. Funny.
- 13:09Speaker 1: November November, what do you for Pisces?
- 13:14Speaker 6: Pisces coming in hot number two on the list. Pisces,
- 13:18Speaker 6: you guys are such notorious liars that you don't even
- 13:20Speaker 6: realize that you're lying half the time because you're literally
- 13:23Speaker 6: de Lulu. And then when you tell Pisces that they're
- 13:28Speaker 6: just full of it, they'll actually probably agree with you.
- 13:30Speaker 1: You're probably right, how about for you, Leo.
- 13:34Speaker 6: Leo's number four on the list. We're pretty high up
- 13:36Speaker 6: there too, Leo's we love the dramatics. We're the type
- 13:39Speaker 6: just to start a rumor to get that dramatic effect
- 13:41Speaker 6: or something.
- 13:41Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 13:42Speaker 6: It's honestly twisted and we should stop.
- 13:45Speaker 1: How about Virgo number three.
- 13:47Speaker 6: John Jay, you beat us Leo's. I know, I know
- 13:49Speaker 6: some people might find this as a shock, but honestly, Virgos,
- 13:52Speaker 6: they're gonna lie to you for your benefit. They're here
- 13:54Speaker 6: to help you, here to improve your life, so they
- 13:56Speaker 6: need to twist the truth a little bit to be successful.
- 13:58Speaker 6: They're going to do that.
- 14:00Speaker 1: That makes sense, that's ethical, all right. We don't know
- 14:03Speaker 1: what number one is. Should wait? Go to the website if.
- 14:06Speaker 6: Website because number one did not surprise me.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Really, ye, our website is John Jay Rich dot com
- 14:12Speaker 1: and you can find out who's the number one best liar.
- 14:14Speaker 6: It's John Jay and Rich in freezing old sir sasday
- 14:19Speaker 6: have a mediators guy, you say, way, boss.
- 14:24Speaker 18: I hear the same.
- 14:25Speaker 1: You know we can't figure them out either.

- 14:34Speaker 15: the weird stories that your bosses asked you to do things,
- 14:38Speaker 15: and I didn't know if it's jilli to share.
- 14:40Speaker 1: No, First of all, thank you for listening to podcast.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Second of all, tell us what'd your boss ask you
- 14:45Speaker 1: to do that was really weird.
- 14:46Speaker 11: I was a.
- 14:47Speaker 15: Breastfeeding mom and my boss asked me if I could
- 14:50Speaker 15: pump extra breast milk for him.
- 14:52Speaker 19: To drink me because he heard it was so good
- 14:54Speaker 19: for your.
- 14:56Speaker 1: Oh, all kinds of did you do it?
- 15:01Speaker 10: No?
- 15:02Speaker 5: I didn't do it.
- 15:03Speaker 15: Oh my god, what a weird looking for a new job.
- 15:07Speaker 6: For the riot price. Absolutely, you can have my breast milks.
- 15:11Speaker 3: I can't imagine now I would take that or how
- 15:14Speaker 3: I would answer that question other than like, you know,
- 15:17Speaker 3: you're a creep and then.
- 15:18Speaker 1: That that what do you do?
- 15:20Speaker 15: I don't know he was such a creep, And actually
- 15:22Speaker 15: I think I found out later he got fired from
- 15:25Speaker 15: the job, and I think I found out later that
- 15:26Speaker 15: he was like looking up naughty, naughty videos on his
- 15:30Speaker 15: work laptop in an office.
- 15:31Speaker 19: And now I totally imagine.
- 15:33Speaker 15: Like he was probably watching moms like pumping or something.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Oh yeah, so what is what is your name? Sarah,
- 15:42Speaker 1: I think that is so interesting. You know, we because
- 15:44Speaker 1: remember one time there was a lady got national press
- 15:46Speaker 1: because she was making ice cream out of her breast milk,
- 15:48Speaker 1: and we brought her in here and we tried it.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Do you remember that, Rich? Yes? Yeah, So it's so
- 15:52Speaker 1: it me ask you, is is breast milk healthy for you?
- 15:55Speaker 1: If you're not genetically connected to the person.
- 15:58Speaker 6: I think it is. It's My mom's a real estate
- 16:01Speaker 6: agent and she had a client that made her mac
- 16:04Speaker 6: and cheese with her breast milk, specifically because she said
- 16:07Speaker 6: it's like, really good for you. My mom tried it,
- 16:09Speaker 6: thought and she was like, it's kind of sweet. And
- 16:10Speaker 6: then they told her, yeah, but it was that's disgusting.
- 16:13Speaker 1: You don't not tell your mom. Wait, the woman made
- 16:16Speaker 1: it for your MoMA, didn't tell your mom.
- 16:17Speaker 6: Tell my mom that she used her breasts messed up.
- 16:22Speaker 3: And my mom was like, it's kind of sweet, and
- 16:26Speaker 3: do you know what that sweetness is?
- 16:29Speaker 8: The yikes are all around her bra.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Have you guys seen Margo's Got Money Troubles yet? I
- 16:36Speaker 1: started it? Okay, do you get the part? So Margo
- 16:38Speaker 1: has money problems? I guess was a very successful book
- 16:41Speaker 1: and then she gets pregnant and she becomes an OnlyFans model.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Have you got to the part where she becomes she's
- 16:46Speaker 1: she's preged, she had the baby, and breast milk squirts
- 16:49Speaker 1: all over the mirror and she's like hey, she goes,
- 16:53Speaker 1: oh god, a bit, just someone like that, and then
- 16:54Speaker 1: she's like hey, wait a second, and then she starts fans.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Sarah Boston is the number one plient. Oh man, what
- 17:04Speaker 1: a story, Sarah, what a story? Well, I think you
- 17:08Speaker 1: might win you.
- 17:11Speaker 10: I know, I knew.
- 17:13Speaker 15: I was a day when I was listening to the
- 17:15Speaker 15: podcast and I was like, what a weird thing to
- 17:17Speaker 15: I encountered. I was like, oh my god, I almost.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Forgot about that guy.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Wow.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Well, thank you for calling in and thanks for listening.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 17:25Speaker 15: Guys have a greed d So you can.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Get our podcast anywhere if you get it on that
- 17:28Speaker 1: heart app or Apple podcasts, whatever, you search John Jay
- 17:30Speaker 1: and Rich on demand and then you subscribe and that's
- 17:32Speaker 1: very cool. If she pos listened called in, you could
- 17:34Speaker 1: always call us any time too. Anytime. What's up, Dakota?
- 17:39Speaker 4: I have one to up that about something crazy like
- 17:43Speaker 4: that happening where people put something in their food and
- 17:47Speaker 4: fed it to their friends.
- 17:49Speaker 11: There is a girl I went to high school with.
- 17:51Speaker 4: She had a baby and she saved her placenta, and
- 17:57Speaker 4: we went over to her house to meet the bay
- 18:00Speaker 4: in her and like, you know, catch up. She literally
- 18:03Speaker 4: put her placenta like because she had like, uh, I
- 18:07Speaker 4: guess dried it. I don't really know what it's called.
- 18:11Speaker 4: And she put it in the spaghetti in like, uh,
- 18:17Speaker 4: I don't I don't really know, but we all ate
- 18:20Speaker 4: it without us even knowing.
- 18:24Speaker 3: I think that would be something you would share with
- 18:26Speaker 3: your your dinner crowd.
- 18:28Speaker 18: I do.
- 18:29Speaker 20: But then it's almost like she was trying to give
- 18:32Speaker 20: you super powers because you heard all of like the
- 18:34Speaker 20: health benefits of doing that.
- 18:35Speaker 3: I've heard a tradition of doing that. But you think
- 18:37Speaker 3: you would inform your guests that's what we're doing.
- 18:40Speaker 20: Yeah, you would think you would want to like get
- 18:43Speaker 20: some sort of consent for that, because it would be
- 18:46Speaker 20: like a ceremony of you all bonding together.
- 18:48Speaker 1: We're going to eat this placenta and we're gonna and
- 18:51Speaker 1: I remember a long time. The first time I heard
- 18:52Speaker 1: about it was supermodel Cindy Crawford, and I know she
- 18:55Speaker 1: turned it into little pills yeah, turned the pills with right.
- 18:58Speaker 8: I just remember Courtney Kardashian doing it.
- 19:00Speaker 6: Yeah, well I just looked it up. It said I
- 19:02Speaker 6: said plus sent to health benefits, and it says that
- 19:04Speaker 6: right now there's no proven health benefits and it actually
- 19:07Speaker 6: carries potential riff.
- 19:09Speaker 3: Yeah, but you you've heard of it as a tradition.
- 19:11Speaker 3: Is sort of like it might even be certain certain
- 19:14Speaker 3: cultures that do that.
- 19:15Speaker 6: Later on, I feel like, what is it that Jacob
- 19:17Speaker 6: did to Bella's baby when she when he had her
- 19:20Speaker 6: in Twilight? Like the imprint? I feel like you would
- 19:24Speaker 6: like be imprinted on that person's child for the rest
- 19:26Speaker 6: of their life.
- 19:28Speaker 1: So, Dakota, my wife's friend, her dad died, died in
- 19:31Speaker 1: a in a terrible hunting accident, and he died and
- 19:35Speaker 1: the evil step mom cremated him before they could see him.
- 19:38Speaker 1: And so the two sisters took the cremated remains and
- 19:43Speaker 1: took spoonfuls of him and ate him. Yeah, because they
- 19:46Speaker 1: felt they felt they felt so much at a loss.
- 19:50Speaker 1: There was so no closure for them. Thinking about that
- 19:52Speaker 1: for a second, your dad dies and then and then
- 19:54Speaker 1: stepmom cremates them. You don't get to see him. So
- 19:56Speaker 1: they start scooping up the ashes and eating them, and
- 19:59Speaker 1: I'll I was like, oh my god, yeah, but I
- 20:02Speaker 1: can't believe. It's such tough thing to understand. But at
- 20:05Speaker 1: the same time, I can understand where they, like a
- 20:07Speaker 1: year later, after they dealt with some grief, they probably
- 20:09Speaker 1: wouldn't have done it, but maybe a week after he
- 20:11Speaker 1: was dying, Yeah, they did it.
- 20:13Speaker 20: Yeah, And you know, those post pregnancy hormones are are
- 20:17Speaker 20: pretty wild, so you know, if she's sitting there reading articles.
- 20:21Speaker 4: But I was so young, so I've been listening to
- 20:24Speaker 4: you guys since i was in high school and I'm
- 20:26Speaker 4: like about to turn thirty four. And so she laughed though,
- 20:32Speaker 4: like after we all got done eating our food and
- 20:35Speaker 4: we were like, oh, this is so good, and she
- 20:37Speaker 4: was like, hah, you ate my listen, gotcha.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Diabolical.
- 20:47Speaker 11: I think it's weird.
- 20:48Speaker 3: Oh so could she be kidding or or no you
- 20:51Speaker 3: think you really?
- 20:52Speaker 4: No, she really did. Like we ended up getting proved
- 20:55Speaker 4: she did the capsules. That's kind of like around the
- 20:58Speaker 4: time when people started like doing the capsules. Uh, we
- 21:03Speaker 4: were only nineteen, oh my younger.
- 21:07Speaker 12: Yeah, so it's it's been a while.
- 21:09Speaker 4: It was a crazy experience.
- 21:12Speaker 6: And like.
- 21:15Speaker 19: Yeah, it was good.
- 21:16Speaker 12: Like I'm you know, I wouldn't even be opposed to
- 21:19Speaker 12: eating placenta, like I thought to my husband I researched
- 21:22Speaker 12: when I had our daughter. I was like, oh, should
- 21:24Speaker 12: we do capsules because I've heard it's like good, like
- 21:28Speaker 12: for your immune system and to help with postpartum. But
- 21:32Speaker 12: did like speed or like there was I think twenty
- 21:36Speaker 12: of us.
- 21:37Speaker 6: Oh my goodness, I would have cut her off. She
- 21:39Speaker 6: would have not been my friend. Anyfore, I feel no.
- 21:41Speaker 4: I literally I am so unhinged. I threw my plate
- 21:46Speaker 4: and I walked out because like that, I feel like
- 21:48Speaker 4: that's so disrespectful.
- 21:50Speaker 20: Yeah, it's it's pretty diabolical, especially afterwards to laughing about.
- 21:55Speaker 1: I would have.
- 21:57Speaker 3: Anything goes good with it.
- 21:58Speaker 1: I agree.
- 22:02Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 22:02Speaker 4: So anyways, that that was my story. I just thought
- 22:05Speaker 4: that was crazy. When I heard the breast molk, I
- 22:07Speaker 4: was like, oh wait, I'm glad.
- 22:09Speaker 1: I'm glad you called in.
- 22:11Speaker 12: Yoh, thank you guys.
- 22:13Speaker 11: I love listening.
- 22:13Speaker 4: Thank you every single morning to.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Work thanks to CODA, I have a great day. Thank
- 22:17Speaker 1: you so much for listening. Appreciate you.
- 22:19Speaker 12: Yeah you too, by Bie, Good morning, Dart, your day
- 22:24Speaker 12: with John, Jay and Rich.
- 22:25Speaker 1: I have stacks of information. Rich has life hacks. I
- 22:28Speaker 1: go over over the information and then Rach'll tell you
- 22:30Speaker 1: a way to make your life easier. It's coming up
- 22:31Speaker 1: just a little bit. Cors Light just released a cooozy
- 22:35Speaker 1: called the Taller Boy the Can. It can fit three
- 22:39Speaker 1: cores light cans inside thirty six sounds of beer. It's
- 22:41Speaker 1: a beer sleeve that's eighteen inches tall. Imagine walking around
- 22:44Speaker 1: that things somewhere at the festivals. Woman on TikTok when
- 22:49Speaker 1: viral for revealing she accidentally swallowed her AirPod.
- 22:52Speaker 6: Oh I saw this.
- 22:54Speaker 1: She kept posting updates on it as well until it passed.
- 22:58Speaker 1: She actually didn't find it, but she did get an
- 23:00Speaker 1: extray to prove that it was gone. What'd you see?
- 23:02Speaker 6: I saw her talk about how she it was like
- 23:05Speaker 6: day four of trying to see if her air pod
- 23:08Speaker 6: was going to pass, and she's saying how she had
- 23:10Speaker 6: gloves on deck because every time she went she was
- 23:13Speaker 6: like having to go through her poo. But what was
- 23:15Speaker 6: crazy is she had said that when she swallowed it
- 23:19Speaker 6: for like the first couple hours and she played music,
- 23:21Speaker 6: she could hear it.
- 23:22Speaker 3: That's cool, yeah, my stomach.
- 23:25Speaker 6: Yeah, she was like a completely submerged, I can no
- 23:28Speaker 6: longer hear me.
- 23:28Speaker 8: So I was like, I was like, how did she
- 23:31Speaker 8: not find it? If she was like going through it.
- 23:33Speaker 6: Only lasted a couple hours after she swallowed it that
- 23:35Speaker 6: she could hear the music.
- 23:36Speaker 8: But if she was going through like you said, she
- 23:38Speaker 8: was going through.
- 23:40Speaker 6: Maybe her stomach acid just like she's going through, she
- 23:43Speaker 6: was like, Oh, that's just a corn kernel, you know,
- 23:46Speaker 6: you know, don't you have to find my iPod?
- 23:49Speaker 3: Couldn't it feel like it's in your esophagus right now?
- 23:51Speaker 1: Would?
- 23:52Speaker 6: Who knows?
- 23:53Speaker 1: Police in Washington, especially for a man who allegedly set
- 23:55Speaker 1: fire to a rack of bras inside Walmart on Friday.
- 23:58Speaker 1: He's believed to be a teenager about seen eighteen years old,
- 24:00Speaker 1: and there's no word but what happened is when it
- 24:02Speaker 1: lit on fire.
- 24:03Speaker 5: You can't make this up.
- 24:05Speaker 13: Look at this, I mean, it's on fire.
- 24:11Speaker 21: What's going on?
- 24:13Speaker 1: So wild? More than one hundred thousand live cockroaches were
- 24:17Speaker 1: confiscated from a single breeder in Australia. Who's breeding cockroaches?
- 24:22Speaker 1: Why have you guys heard of dirty sodas?
- 24:25Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 24:26Speaker 1: What do you think of them? Okay?
- 24:28Speaker 22: Yeah?
- 24:29Speaker 20: But I saw something that some I can't remember who
- 24:32Speaker 20: just released a whole thing of dirty sodas.
- 24:34Speaker 8: And drinking it is like the equivalent of eating twenty
- 24:37Speaker 8: nine donuts.
- 24:37Speaker 1: Yes, oh, I saw that they could be full of sugar,
- 24:40Speaker 1: around over four hundred calories per single drink.
- 24:44Speaker 8: So we're gonna start off with Brian's dirty soda.
- 24:46Speaker 23: OK, so this is Doctor Pepper.
- 24:48Speaker 1: I'm gonna put a few squirts of coconut in here.
- 24:52Speaker 1: We'll do a little bit of cream and even a
- 24:54Speaker 1: little bit of candy. So this is a dirty soda.
- 24:56Speaker 8: And what makes it dirty is you're putting all this cream.
- 24:59Speaker 1: And everyone's looking for it. Could be up to seventy
- 25:03Speaker 1: grams of sugar. Do you know what made it popular?
- 25:05Speaker 3: Me?
- 25:06Speaker 1: You check this out. Elevated drink to happen.
- 25:09Speaker 8: You can share with both kids and adults, teens alike.
- 25:13Speaker 8: And you know, we also watched the Mormon Wise we saw.
- 25:16Speaker 4: What I was mad.
- 25:16Speaker 6: It was becoming yeah, swig so delicious. It was a
- 25:23Speaker 6: couple of years ago. I was in here and I
- 25:25Speaker 6: was drinking my soda was like a root beer, Doctor Pepper,
- 25:27Speaker 6: and I would put the little shots of coffee creamer
- 25:30Speaker 6: in here, and everyone looked at me like I remember
- 25:32Speaker 6: that crazy, and I said, no, it's delicious.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Okay, get this an eighty year old woman with late
- 25:42Speaker 1: stage Alzheimer's who couldn't speak, couldn't speak at all, just
- 25:46Speaker 1: had Alzheimer's. I know, Kyle, you have this. You talk
- 25:48Speaker 1: about Alzheimer's lot and the fear you have a.
- 25:50Speaker 8: Yeah, because it's so scary to just not be able
- 25:52Speaker 8: to remember anything.
- 25:53Speaker 1: Dude. She took mushrooms, five grams of mushrooms and started
- 25:57Speaker 1: talking again. Wow, she hadn't talked a long time.
- 26:01Speaker 20: I've actually, like I never know whether to believe the
- 26:03Speaker 20: stuff you see online or not, but I feel like
- 26:05Speaker 20: I've seen there they're coming up with cures for Alzheimer's
- 26:09Speaker 20: and dementia.
- 26:09Speaker 18: Wow.
- 26:10Speaker 6: I think like anything that could come from the earth,
- 26:13Speaker 6: as long as there's not all those chemicals and all
- 26:15Speaker 6: that bad stuff, and you know how to use it right, like,
- 26:17Speaker 6: it probably does have really great healing property.
- 26:20Speaker 1: There's a peptide that I started taking. I can't remember
- 26:21Speaker 1: which one it is, but it's supposed to help with that. Really,
- 26:24Speaker 1: I don't know what the redd is supposed to help
- 26:26Speaker 1: with that too, right, is it? Yeah? Is that the one?
- 26:28Speaker 1: There's I take three I take three, I think like
- 26:32Speaker 1: six peptides, and they're you you when you do the
- 26:36Speaker 1: thing that on the website, and they everybody's different. They
- 26:39Speaker 1: make stuff for you that fixes whatever it is that
- 26:42Speaker 1: you need.
- 26:42Speaker 8: How long do you go, like, are you once you
- 26:44Speaker 8: start taking peptides? Do you just take them the rest
- 26:46Speaker 8: of your life?
- 26:47Speaker 24: No?
- 26:47Speaker 1: I think you can cycle on or off them. I don't.
- 26:49Speaker 1: I'm just staying on them for the rest of my life.
- 26:51Speaker 8: Okay.
- 26:53Speaker 1: Viral Wellness, by the way, viral a wellness promo code
- 26:55Speaker 1: JJR game changer, rich weal we got for life acts?
- 26:58Speaker 1: All right?
- 26:58Speaker 3: So a couple of summer hecks because it's hot outside,
- 27:01Speaker 3: especially you know, in your car. And when I was
- 27:03Speaker 3: reading some tips, I realized, I actually use my sunshade wrong.
- 27:07Speaker 3: Maybe you're doing it too. Flip the silver side out.
- 27:10Speaker 3: Most people put it in backwards. The reflective side needs
- 27:14Speaker 3: to face the sun, not the dashboard. Sounds obvious. I
- 27:17Speaker 3: didn't know that most people are doing it wrong right now.
- 27:20Speaker 3: And here's another good one. When you park, turn your
- 27:22Speaker 3: steering wheel one hundred and eighty degrees so that the
- 27:24Speaker 3: part that you actually grip when you get into the
- 27:27Speaker 3: car is facing down. Away from the sun, you get
- 27:30Speaker 3: back in the car. No burned hands. It's actually hot
- 27:32Speaker 3: enough around here that that's a problem that life hack
- 27:35Speaker 3: them anymore. As a John Jay Ridge dot com, I mean,
- 27:44Speaker 3: if you get.
- 27:45Speaker 1: Free roses, it's a trap. The war of the roses
- 27:49Speaker 1: starts right now on John Jay and Ridge. This type
- 27:52Speaker 1: of war the roses. This is where you think somebody
- 27:55Speaker 1: is cheating on you, So you come to us, tell
- 27:57Speaker 1: us why. We find out for you by sending roses
- 28:01Speaker 1: to the person. Hopefully they think that the roses are
- 28:04Speaker 1: coming from you. If not, it gets very ugly. And today,
- 28:06Speaker 1: you guys, we have Marcus on the line. Good morning, Marcus, Hey,
- 28:10Speaker 1: good morning. How are you doing. Yeah, man, thanks for
- 28:12Speaker 1: jumping on the air with So what's your situation? Who's
- 28:14Speaker 1: cheating on you? Or who do you think is cheating
- 28:15Speaker 1: on you?
- 28:16Speaker 24: Man? You know, I don't even know how to really
- 28:19Speaker 24: explain this without sounding crazy, But my situation is a
- 28:23Speaker 24: it's a little bit different. See, I'm married, but we're
- 28:27Speaker 24: also in a relationship with another woman, and you know,
- 28:31Speaker 24: it's something that we mutually agreed on and honestly, I
- 28:34Speaker 24: think it's been really working for us.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Like we're all pretty close.
- 28:38Speaker 24: We spend time together and you know, it's not like
- 28:41Speaker 24: a secret or anything. But you know, lately, my wife
- 28:45Speaker 24: she's been acting really off, like distant, She's on the
- 28:50Speaker 24: phone all the time, She's kind of pulling away from
- 28:54Speaker 24: the both of us. And the weirdest part is like
- 28:57Speaker 24: our girlfriend even noticed it too. We both tried asking her, like,
- 29:02Speaker 24: what's going on, you know, and she just shuts it
- 29:04Speaker 24: down and she says she's stressed or you know, tired
- 29:07Speaker 24: from the day or whatever. But you know, inside, it
- 29:11Speaker 24: feels a lot deeper than that. And I mean, I
- 29:13Speaker 24: hate even thinking this, but I feel like I feel
- 29:16Speaker 24: like she might be stepping out on us, like seeing
- 29:19Speaker 24: someone outside.
- 29:20Speaker 11: Of what we agreed on.
- 29:22Speaker 3: If one of you wants to you said, you have
- 29:24Speaker 3: kind of like you can see another person, you have
- 29:26Speaker 3: to approve of the other person. You just can't go
- 29:28Speaker 3: out and hook up with anybody exactly. Okay, makes sense.
- 29:32Speaker 24: I'm sitting here and feeling stupid because like, how are
- 29:36Speaker 24: you gonna how are you gonna cheat when you're in
- 29:38Speaker 24: a throttle. So, yeah, I need your help to figure
- 29:42Speaker 24: out what's really going on.
- 29:44Speaker 8: I'm not really well versed in the thruttle world.
- 29:48Speaker 20: But sometimes do you think when you open up, I mean,
- 29:51Speaker 20: you've opened up your marriage to another person. Do you
- 29:55Speaker 20: think your wife is maybe getting curious about another You
- 29:57Speaker 20: said you had a girlfriend, Maybe she's getting curious about
- 29:59Speaker 20: how like another boyfriend in her life?
- 30:02Speaker 1: Interesting? I mean, so are we calling your wife to
- 30:08Speaker 1: see who she thinks is sending your flowers? Or are
- 30:10Speaker 1: we calling the girl in the thrupple to see who
- 30:14Speaker 1: she thinks is.
- 30:16Speaker 24: We We can't really get the girlfriend on because this
- 30:18Speaker 24: is a marriage situation, you know.
- 30:21Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, you guys, You guys just don't understand.
- 30:24Speaker 8: Wait, so if you're okay, this is confusing.
- 30:27Speaker 20: So if you're the girlfriend, if your girlfriend, if she
- 30:31Speaker 20: was out and about seeing other people, that's not issue.
- 30:33Speaker 8: It's but it's because your wife is.
- 30:35Speaker 20: Because you guys are married, and you've only agreed on
- 30:37Speaker 20: this one other person exactly.
- 30:40Speaker 1: Oh so if you're the girl the third party, you
- 30:42Speaker 1: can do whatever you want. Guess. So, wow, nice setup? Okay, Okay,
- 30:47Speaker 1: what's your wife's name? Sarah? Tara? Okay, so what we're
- 30:51Speaker 1: gonna do is call Tara? And how do we do it?
- 30:54Speaker 1: When it's a girl?
- 30:55Speaker 8: I usually say, oh, my gosh, it's like my first
- 30:57Speaker 8: day and there's like so many Tara cards.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Who who do you think is sending you flowers? Okay, okay,
- 31:05Speaker 1: got it? Okay, all right, good, all right. It's a
- 31:07Speaker 1: complicated this a thropple, War of the roses. In a thrupple,
- 31:11Speaker 1: some mu's cheating. We're gonna find out that is next
- 31:14Speaker 1: John Jane Rich. They say, the Holy you are in
- 31:23Speaker 1: the middle of War of the Roses. You've got this
- 31:25Speaker 1: married couple, Marcus and Tara. They are also in a thrupple.
- 31:29Speaker 1: By the way, do we need to know the girl's
- 31:31Speaker 1: name in the thrupple? Marcus? What's her name? Her NAMESA? Okay,
- 31:35Speaker 1: so you got Marcus, Tara and Isa. Marcus and Tara
- 31:38Speaker 1: are married, but Lisa's now they're they're a thrupple person, right,
- 31:41Speaker 1: however that works, and so your relationship with your wife.
- 31:44Speaker 1: You're allowed to be with Issa, but Lisa's not allowed
- 31:47Speaker 1: to be with anybody else, right, or she is allowed
- 31:49Speaker 1: to Easa could do whatever she wants, right, Okay, So
- 31:52Speaker 1: now we're gonna call up Tara the wife and see
- 31:56Speaker 1: who she thinks might send her flowers.
- 32:00Speaker 3: It's a lot of massive.
- 32:01Speaker 1: Yeah, I know there is, because Marcus thinks Tara's acting
- 32:04Speaker 1: Marcus and Eta think Tara is acting weird. So two
- 32:08Speaker 1: people in the throatle think the third person is acting weird.
- 32:10Speaker 1: There's something going on. I don't know.
- 32:12Speaker 6: If you're not the only person that's catching and clocking that,
- 32:14Speaker 6: then maybe there probably is something a little shady.
- 32:32Speaker 2: There.
- 32:32Speaker 11: College then forwarded to an automatic voice message to nine.
- 32:46Speaker 8: Hello, Hi, there is Tara available.
- 32:51Speaker 4: Tarah.
- 32:52Speaker 20: Yeah, that's what I said, Tara. Okay, great, that's perfect.
- 32:55Speaker 20: You're exactly who I'm looking for. So my name is Keana.
- 32:58Speaker 20: I'm with this company were called J and R.
- 32:59Speaker 4: Far.
- 33:00Speaker 8: I'm just hoping to bring you some joy today.
- 33:03Speaker 20: I'm a little actually kind of nervous making this call
- 33:05Speaker 20: because I just started here. I really need this job,
- 33:07Speaker 20: and I'm already kind of messing up. So I'm hoping
- 33:10Speaker 20: that I can make you smile when I tell you this,
- 33:13Speaker 20: and then hopefully maybe you can help me help you.
- 33:15Speaker 8: Is that sound good?
- 33:18Speaker 24: Sure?
- 33:18Speaker 11: I know it's get your name.
- 33:20Speaker 1: Okay.
- 33:21Speaker 8: So my name is Keana. I work for Jan R.
- 33:23Speaker 20: Flowers, and somebody's actually trying to send you our pure
- 33:26Speaker 20: Passion booquet, which is like such an amazing bouquet. It's
- 33:29Speaker 20: like a dozen red roses. It comes in this beautiful vase.
- 33:33Speaker 20: It's really really great. We've got two of these going
- 33:35Speaker 20: out today, and I have two cards addressed to A Tara,
- 33:40Speaker 20: and I've mixed them up and I just want to
- 33:41Speaker 20: make sure you get the right one. So is there
- 33:43Speaker 20: any chance you would know who may be sending you
- 33:45Speaker 20: this so I can make sure to send them off
- 33:48Speaker 20: the right way and that you get your correct card.
- 33:52Speaker 1: Wow?
- 33:53Speaker 8: I know, right, that's right way.
- 33:55Speaker 6: It's great news.
- 33:57Speaker 11: Yeah, someone's sending me flowers and it's like.
- 33:59Speaker 14: Bro, is it is that everything?
- 34:00Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 34:02Speaker 11: Okay, well huh, it's one of two people. I'm pretty sure,
- 34:08Speaker 11: but now I'm not quite sure it.
- 34:10Speaker 10: It's either going to be a Marcus.
- 34:14Speaker 11: But if you don't see Marcus, it could be it's
- 34:20Speaker 11: a but I feel like she wouldn't do that because
- 34:22Speaker 11: of my ill seem anyway, I don't think it would
- 34:25Speaker 11: be her, because it could be like risky even what's
- 34:28Speaker 11: happening right whatever, it's it's on me, but it's it's
- 34:32Speaker 11: either Marcus or in Isa. But I kind of hope
- 34:35Speaker 11: it's as So, but it's probably Marcus.
- 34:39Speaker 24: Flowers, Sarah, Marcus, is that you?
- 34:44Speaker 1: Hello?
- 34:46Speaker 11: Hello?
- 34:46Speaker 24: Stop playing games?
- 34:48Speaker 1: Sarah?
- 34:49Speaker 24: Why did you just say that it would be risky
- 34:52Speaker 24: if it's a sensi Flowers?
- 34:54Speaker 1: You know she is not allowed to do that.
- 34:56Speaker 11: There's a lady here a second ago?
- 34:57Speaker 14: What is going on right now?
- 34:59Speaker 1: Like?
- 34:59Speaker 11: Literally, what what the is spending right now?
- 35:02Speaker 13: Hello?
- 35:06Speaker 24: You just exposed something because it is not even supposed
- 35:10Speaker 24: to be giving you.
- 35:10Speaker 1: Gifts like that? You know that?
- 35:12Speaker 24: So why are you even acting like you two have
- 35:15Speaker 24: something going on behind my back?
- 35:16Speaker 1: Tara?
- 35:17Speaker 11: Oh my gosh, Like, what is even happening right now?
- 35:19Speaker 1: Well, let me explain that that you're on the radio.
- 35:21Speaker 11: Why is Marcus on the phone?
- 35:23Speaker 14: I am so okay, you can't.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Tell you right now. You're on the radio. You're on
- 35:26Speaker 1: J and R. Flower stands for a John Jay and
- 35:28Speaker 1: Rich radio show. Hither so you're on the radio. But
- 35:30Speaker 1: go ahead, you two, go ahead, we'll just listen.
- 35:33Speaker 11: Oh my god, Okay, okay, Marcus.
- 35:36Speaker 20: I was worried about whether or not you had somebody
- 35:38Speaker 20: else in your life because you felt you being distant.
- 35:41Speaker 11: You're not okay, you're not even a real flower lady.
- 35:43Speaker 8: No, sorry, what the fun?
- 35:45Speaker 11: Jesus Christ Okay, Marcus, this is not how I wanted
- 35:50Speaker 11: this to go down. Please believe me when I say
- 35:52Speaker 11: that this is not what I wanted to happen.
- 35:55Speaker 13: At all, because lately, honestly, you've been acting weird this
- 36:03Speaker 13: then you've been having your phone and now you're saying
- 36:06Speaker 13: stuff like like like I don't.
- 36:08Speaker 3: Want to.
- 36:11Speaker 11: Stop stop stop top, Like I didn't really want you
- 36:13Speaker 11: to find out this way.
- 36:14Speaker 1: I am so.
- 36:16Speaker 21: Sorry.
- 36:18Speaker 4: It's like tweaky, freaking weird like Twilight.
- 36:21Speaker 10: So sh what is even happening?
- 36:24Speaker 24: Okay, okay, what the don't want me to find out?
- 36:27Speaker 11: I say it?
- 36:27Speaker 21: I can't even say it.
- 36:28Speaker 14: I can't even say.
- 36:29Speaker 21: This is so weird.
- 36:30Speaker 11: Okay, we're like together now. I know it's weird.
- 36:34Speaker 21: I know it's weird.
- 36:35Speaker 11: I know, like what we were doing was like cool
- 36:37Speaker 11: and everything, but like we now like have feelings for
- 36:39Speaker 11: each other.
- 36:42Speaker 24: What do you mean you have feelings for each other?
- 36:43Speaker 24: You're already in a relationship with her and me, so why.
- 36:47Speaker 3: Are you jealous?
- 36:49Speaker 8: I know, but it's not.
- 36:51Speaker 11: It's just it's become different now, it's become different, and
- 36:55Speaker 11: I'm sorry, and I know this is weird, but like
- 36:57Speaker 11: I don't think we want you.
- 36:58Speaker 3: What do you mean you?
- 37:00Speaker 11: We don't want you in the mix anymore.
- 37:05Speaker 4: What Like I'm falling and.
- 37:07Speaker 11: Oh my god, I forgot there's even an audience here.
- 37:09Speaker 6: This is so weird.
- 37:11Speaker 11: Okay, oh my god, because this is gonna be on
- 37:13Speaker 11: the radio like when people are driving in their cars.
- 37:17Speaker 10: Oh my god, I'm gonna throw up.
- 37:21Speaker 11: Okay, listen, Okay, let me just I'm dancing around it
- 37:25Speaker 11: because I'm so nervous.
- 37:26Speaker 25: I'm falling in love with her.
- 37:28Speaker 11: I love her like I want to be with her,
- 37:30Speaker 11: and I appreciate you, and I know what we were
- 37:33Speaker 11: doing was cool with all of us, but now it's
- 37:36Speaker 11: not really like working. And I know we've been together recently,
- 37:39Speaker 11: but neither of us are even into it anymore. We
- 37:42Speaker 11: don't even really want to be with guys at all.
- 37:45Speaker 11: We just want to be with each other. Okay, I
- 37:49Speaker 11: said it.
- 37:50Speaker 24: So you go behind my back and you start your
- 37:52Speaker 24: own relationship.
- 37:53Speaker 11: Wait a minute, I didn't go behind your back. You
- 37:56Speaker 11: invited her in too, our relationship ship. So don't turn
- 38:01Speaker 11: this around and spin it on me like I am
- 38:04Speaker 11: doing something dishonest, because hello, have we not all been
- 38:08Speaker 11: together for quite a while now?
- 38:11Speaker 1: This is crazy?
- 38:13Speaker 24: He still literally told me that you were acting different.
- 38:16Speaker 11: No, she was right, yeah, because she didn't want to
- 38:21Speaker 11: like be the one to like, we didn't want you
- 38:24Speaker 11: to find out.
- 38:25Speaker 8: I don't know.
- 38:25Speaker 11: Maybe it was thought this would be like a shasee
- 38:27Speaker 11: or like we would just you know, maybe it was
- 38:30Speaker 11: just like an initial thing. Maybe it would wear off,
- 38:32Speaker 11: but it's not.
- 38:34Speaker 1: So so Issa kind of played Marcus a little bit too,
- 38:37Speaker 1: because she's like, I don't know why Terror's acting like.
- 38:40Speaker 2: So.
- 38:41Speaker 1: Yeah, so you guys got to sit down, the three
- 38:43Speaker 1: of you and probably let Marcus in on what his
- 38:46Speaker 1: futures like.
- 38:47Speaker 6: Right, he wasn't both his girls that's got hurt.
- 38:50Speaker 3: Oh yeah, that's true.
- 38:53Speaker 1: Nothing, it was exciting what lasted my friend. But anyway,
- 38:56Speaker 1: okay with fire, thanks for jumping on the air with us.
- 38:59Speaker 1: Wouldn't interesting life you guys have. But thank you both.
- 39:03Speaker 11: Oh my god, thank you for thanking me. Because I
- 39:05Speaker 11: didn't jump on y'all framed me and set me up.
- 39:08Speaker 10: I was not expecting.
- 39:09Speaker 1: Well, Marcus today, we're just a messager do such a thing. Yeah.
- 39:13Speaker 20: Well, I mean the good news is is like you
- 39:15Speaker 20: probably never knew how to talk to your husband about it,
- 39:17Speaker 20: and now it's like it's out there and you can
- 39:19Speaker 20: feel like a little weight off your shoulders.
- 39:21Speaker 1: Marcus, how are you are you? Are you in shock?
- 39:23Speaker 1: I believe Marcus, I believe you're in shock. I can't
- 39:27Speaker 1: believe that happening right now. I mean, dude, it's a threstle,
- 39:29Speaker 1: So you gotta believe you have to expect something like
- 39:32Speaker 1: that that happen. Yeah, yeah, I gotta believe that's very
- 39:35Speaker 1: common in the throuble situation. Happens a lot. I mean,
- 39:38Speaker 1: it didn't mind what I was.
- 39:40Speaker 13: Going to say.
- 39:41Speaker 11: I don't know if what's happening is common. It certainly
- 39:43Speaker 11: was kind of a shock to me.
- 39:45Speaker 14: But we are, we are in the valley.
- 39:47Speaker 11: There's been weird things knowing to happen.
- 39:49Speaker 1: You got it right, Well, thank you both to go
- 39:51Speaker 1: to there with us. Congratulations to your love Karen.
- 39:54Speaker 11: Yeah, Marcus, I guess let's just talk when.
- 39:56Speaker 14: I get home tonight.
- 39:57Speaker 1: Good idea, Okay, thank you, thank you guys. All right,
- 40:00Speaker 1: that's where the roses. John J.
- 40:01Speaker 5: Rich So, April, good morning, you're on the air.
- 40:13Speaker 1: How are you? Thanks for holding thank you.
- 40:16Speaker 13: I'm good. How are you?
- 40:18Speaker 14: Oh you know, I got a lot going on?
- 40:22Speaker 7: Yeah, like yeah, like.
- 40:29Speaker 1: Black what a black What? Oh?
- 40:35Speaker 18: So you know what?
- 40:41Speaker 1: Sorry, leave her alone. Go ahead, let's go a house.
- 40:46Speaker 1: What's going on, April Black? What?
- 40:50Speaker 21: Well?
- 40:51Speaker 14: You know I'm calling because my family has just been
- 40:55Speaker 14: on my back for quite a while.
- 40:59Speaker 3: Okay about.
- 41:02Speaker 14: Okay, I've been single for about a year and I
- 41:05Speaker 14: am really, really, really enjoying it. I feel like I'm
- 41:07Speaker 14: getting to know myself for the first time. But they
- 41:12Speaker 14: don't love it. My parents think that the longer I'm single,
- 41:19Speaker 14: the more likely it is that they will end up
- 41:23Speaker 14: with no grandkids. And that's just unfathomable to them.
- 41:26Speaker 11: And so.
- 41:28Speaker 14: I finally got tired of it. It was like a
- 41:30Speaker 14: call every day. So I created an AI bot and
- 41:36Speaker 14: I've been dating him.
- 41:38Speaker 20: And this AI bought somehow appeases your family because they
- 41:42Speaker 20: don't know it's an AI.
- 41:43Speaker 14: Bought or what exactly. I gave him everything, I gave
- 41:47Speaker 14: him a name. I have all these fun details about
- 41:50Speaker 14: him that you'd know if you were dating someone. And
- 41:53Speaker 14: I told him that he's a travel photographer, which explains
- 41:56Speaker 14: why he's never around, and they I are just eating
- 42:01Speaker 14: it up.
- 42:02Speaker 3: What happens when you when it's time for the holidays.
- 42:06Speaker 8: She's got a year for that they broke up when.
- 42:09Speaker 1: And by the way, I don't think she's alone. I
- 42:11Speaker 1: think a lot of people do this.
- 42:12Speaker 10: That's what I've been hearing a lot about exactly.
- 42:15Speaker 14: And I thought I had until the holidays just sort
- 42:18Speaker 14: of figure that out. You know, we had a bad breakup.
- 42:20Speaker 14: Except now my sister just told me that she booked
- 42:25Speaker 14: this really fancy restaurant for my birthday and she's insisting
- 42:29Speaker 14: that he come. So my deadline has moved up.
- 42:33Speaker 3: Oh break Can you find somebody on the dating site
- 42:38Speaker 3: that resembles your AI bought and then just have them
- 42:41Speaker 3: play the part and then you guys will actually fall
- 42:43Speaker 3: in love like every good rom com.
- 42:46Speaker 7: You know.
- 42:46Speaker 14: That was my first idea, and I think it's a
- 42:48Speaker 14: good plan, right. I was wondering if if it's better
- 42:51Speaker 14: to do that or but I'm scared that that they'll
- 42:55Speaker 14: find out that he'll slip up or something like that.
- 42:57Speaker 14: Would have to be a good actor. I could kill
- 43:01Speaker 14: him off.
- 43:02Speaker 1: Yeah, you break up the.
- 43:05Speaker 6: How do you kill him off?
- 43:06Speaker 5: To the funeral?
- 43:07Speaker 6: Today?
- 43:08Speaker 1: Joy so extreme?
- 43:13Speaker 3: You taking a selfie with a leopard, you as a
- 43:15Speaker 3: travel photographer and the leopard it happened.
- 43:17Speaker 6: That just happened to the girl in China the snow leopard.
- 43:20Speaker 6: Didn't you see that? Yes, yeah, there was a girl
- 43:22Speaker 6: in China. They were hiking. Isn't Appalachian Mountain somewhere over there?
- 43:25Speaker 6: I don't know. They were in the mountains where the
- 43:27Speaker 6: snow mountains.
- 43:28Speaker 1: It was a big story in Stacks and Hacks a
- 43:30Speaker 1: few weeks ago. Yeah, she took us ago, just attact.
- 43:35Speaker 14: That's so scary though, but it happened. I don't think
- 43:38Speaker 14: that makes sense.
- 43:40Speaker 8: Kill off the AI Chatbop boyfriend, you're going to be had.
- 43:46Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 43:46Speaker 1: I like your extreme love of what you saw. He
- 43:49Speaker 1: was mean to a dog, and so you ended it
- 43:51Speaker 1: and that was it, and then no one's gonna question. Okay.
- 43:53Speaker 14: I was just scared to hire somebody or find somebody
- 43:56Speaker 14: on a dating app, because then I showed them picture
- 44:00Speaker 14: that I generated.
- 44:02Speaker 3: You're not falling for this a I bought, are you?
- 44:04Speaker 3: Because that's another good realm. Come, she gave all our money?
- 44:10Speaker 14: Really bad idea on my part. I'm so far.
- 44:12Speaker 1: No, she created him and he scammed her out all
- 44:14Speaker 1: our money. Oh no, all right, well you're in the
- 44:19Speaker 1: tough vine too, man. Well thanks for calling in April.
- 44:23Speaker 3: Thank you for having me totally.
- 44:25Speaker 1: I mean it's I think what you're going through right
- 44:26Speaker 1: now is actually going to be more common than we think,
- 44:29Speaker 1: especially now when you can put your chap out, you
- 44:31Speaker 1: put the personality into a humanoid robot, and then you
- 44:34Speaker 1: have a person They're gonna be more and more so.
- 44:36Speaker 8: Yeah, once they start releasing those robots.
- 44:38Speaker 1: That's the future. All right, April, thanks for listening.
- 44:42Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 44:49Speaker 1: You want to know about bad experiences that you met
- 44:53Speaker 1: with celebrities. For example, you don't want to meet your
- 44:55Speaker 1: heroes because it's so way sad, and that's what happened
- 44:57Speaker 1: with all over the news, which Chappelle ron when she
- 45:02Speaker 1: met was eleven year old girl. I was such a nightmare.
- 45:06Speaker 1: So we want to know about the time you met
- 45:08Speaker 1: your hero, Melissa. What happened to you?
- 45:10Speaker 21: Hi?
- 45:11Speaker 10: So I met Vince Neil and I'd always been like
- 45:15Speaker 10: a huge fan of Motley Crew and stuff, so I
- 45:18Speaker 10: had the opportunity to tour around LA and the California
- 45:23Speaker 10: area with Vince Neil. It was his solo band. When
- 45:27Speaker 10: you know, Martley who had broken up, was around I
- 45:29Speaker 10: think two thousand and two, and I went and before
- 45:34Speaker 10: he showed up, I went in his dressing room. We
- 45:36Speaker 10: were all kind of, you know, mingling around there, and
- 45:40Speaker 10: I had to go to the bathroom really badly, and
- 45:42Speaker 10: I'm like, I can't go out there. There's no other place.
- 45:45Speaker 10: I'm going to go in here, and everyone said, no, no,
- 45:47Speaker 10: that's Vince Neil's bathroom.
- 45:49Speaker 13: You can't use that.
- 45:49Speaker 10: And I was like, oh, we've got two options, folks.
- 45:52Speaker 10: It's either going to use it or it's going to
- 45:54Speaker 10: be a problem. So I went in the bathroom and
- 45:57Speaker 10: right when I was finishing up, Vince comes in to
- 46:01Speaker 10: the main area and this looks at me and I'm like,
- 46:03Speaker 10: I'm so sorry using your restroom. He's like, oh, no,
- 46:07Speaker 10: that's okay. It's nice to meet too, And he was
- 46:09Speaker 10: really friendly at first. And I hung out with those guys,
- 46:14Speaker 10: think about a couple of weeks, went to different places
- 46:17Speaker 10: in LA and then I thought we were in like
- 46:21Speaker 10: we were old homies and like we were in pretty
- 46:24Speaker 10: tight and stuff, like everything was good, and I met
- 46:28Speaker 10: the I think it was James Hunting and Brent Woods
- 46:31Speaker 10: and stuff, and they were great guys, so I thought
- 46:33Speaker 10: I was in the mix with them. And then the
- 46:36Speaker 10: last day and I forgot what venue we were at
- 46:39Speaker 10: but he was like an hour and a half late.
- 46:43Speaker 10: Something happened on the road. He didn't show up forever
- 46:46Speaker 10: and everyone was waiting. Finally he walks in with some
- 46:50Speaker 10: porn star and sits down and we're all there and
- 46:53Speaker 10: he starts screaming and looks at me and says, I
- 46:58Speaker 10: don't know if you are yeah here, get out and leave.
- 47:01Speaker 10: And I thought he was going to start like throwing
- 47:05Speaker 10: this stuff and completely lost it and looked at me
- 47:09Speaker 10: and raged, and I was just like dumbfounded, like you've
- 47:13Speaker 10: got to be kidding me.
- 47:14Speaker 3: This is a nice guy that you know your bathroom.
- 47:19Speaker 10: I didn't even poop it was, but I was like,
- 47:25Speaker 10: I was so dumb founded. Everybody had told me, warned
- 47:27Speaker 10: me about him.
- 47:28Speaker 1: I was like, something, I mean, you were with it
- 47:30Speaker 1: for three weeks. He's probably like enough, I don't know
- 47:34Speaker 1: who you are. I mean, at some point you know,
- 47:37Speaker 1: like go.
- 47:38Speaker 10: Go right didn't, But in my mind we were like
- 47:41Speaker 10: old friends. And I had a whole image of my
- 47:44Speaker 10: mind and I thought, you're other three.
- 47:46Speaker 1: Weeks with you? Are you traveling with them? Are you
- 47:48Speaker 1: staying with them a hotel? Are you sleeping with them?
- 47:50Speaker 1: Are you getting intimate with them.
- 47:52Speaker 10: No I, which I do have a hilarious story, but
- 47:55Speaker 10: I but not on the air, but of that. But no,
- 47:57Speaker 10: I didn't hook up with anybody. I didn't sleep with anyone.
- 48:00Speaker 10: I sold her T shirts, even blotted his head after one.
- 48:04Speaker 1: Of the shows, and like, just so there's a famous saying,
- 48:09Speaker 1: my dad, you've seen this all the time. Fish in
- 48:11Speaker 1: guests both smell after three days, You're there three weeks
- 48:14Speaker 1: hanging out with them non stop. Twenty four seven, he
- 48:16Speaker 1: was like, enough with this woman. Enough. She's taking in
- 48:20Speaker 1: my bathroom, she's blotting my sweat away from me, she's
- 48:23Speaker 1: looking at my porn star. Dat all weird get out.
- 48:27Speaker 10: It may have been from one of the one of
- 48:30Speaker 10: the venues the you remember the Manchow Juggies, the Manchow.
- 48:35Speaker 1: I do remember the man I never saw, but I
- 48:36Speaker 1: know the Man Show, Jimmy Kimble show. Yeah, yeah, Oh,
- 48:38Speaker 1: one of the juggies and girls that jumps on jampoline
- 48:40Speaker 1: or something like that. Yeah.
- 48:42Speaker 10: They came back stage one time and they're like, we're
- 48:44Speaker 10: doing girls, girls, girls, you need to come out and
- 48:47Speaker 10: dance with us. I'm like cool. So I went out
- 48:51Speaker 10: there with them and totally got staged. Right and ran
- 48:54Speaker 10: off stage.
- 48:54Speaker 1: So yeah, so he's like, why do I want her around?
- 48:57Speaker 1: She doesn't jump off stage with us, she does she
- 48:59Speaker 1: uses my bathroom. Okay, it's a hold online, hold on
- 49:03Speaker 1: on line, Thank you, Marina. Tell us why don't you
- 49:06Speaker 1: want to meet your heroes?
- 49:08Speaker 11: Well, let me just tell you. I met miss Ellen
- 49:11Speaker 11: Degenerous at a meet and greet back in like twenty
- 49:15Speaker 11: ten before we even took the photo with the meet
- 49:18Speaker 11: and greet. Someone from her little aposse, you know, her
- 49:21Speaker 11: like team.
- 49:22Speaker 10: Comes up to me and literally.
- 49:24Speaker 11: Says, and I'll remember it clear as day. She goes,
- 49:27Speaker 11: don't talk, don't touch, just smile, and then she like
- 49:30Speaker 11: pushed me over to Ellen. Ellen stood there like a weirdo,
- 49:33Speaker 11: didn't say a word. They took the picture, and I
- 49:37Speaker 11: just was like walked away, thinking like, what the hell
- 49:41Speaker 11: is that?
- 49:42Speaker 1: What I mean those people? That's not her though? Right?
- 49:46Speaker 19: No, But I have a little side story.
- 49:48Speaker 1: Oh okay, here we go.
- 49:49Speaker 11: Right, So, back when I was living in Los Angeles,
- 49:53Speaker 11: my friend was a waitress at this little cafe where
- 49:56Speaker 11: Ellen frequented. Well, my friend never waited on her until
- 50:00Speaker 11: this one day, apparently because she had chipped nail polish,
- 50:06Speaker 11: not like wretched manicure, but just a few chips in
- 50:09Speaker 11: her nail polish. After my friend waited on Ellen, Ellen
- 50:13Speaker 11: complained to the manager about her manager being chipped and
- 50:18Speaker 11: immediately said, you need to fire her.
- 50:20Speaker 13: That's not okay.
- 50:22Speaker 11: And my friend lost her job because that one did that.
- 50:24Speaker 8: That's terrible.
- 50:27Speaker 1: Well, I gotta tell you, okay. On the flip side
- 50:29Speaker 1: of that, rich and I met Ellen and she was
- 50:31Speaker 1: very nice.
- 50:32Speaker 3: Yeah, she was very very nice. I thought she had
- 50:34Speaker 3: very nice eyes.
- 50:34Speaker 1: She was beautiful eyed.
- 50:35Speaker 8: Yeah, there have been a lot of reports.
- 50:39Speaker 1: But you have to share your experience, and she has
- 50:42Speaker 1: beautifulized because.
- 50:43Speaker 11: You guys are like in the industry, they don't have.
- 50:48Speaker 1: And that too, I guess, but I get the nails.
- 50:50Speaker 11: Maybe she's nice to people who can like do things
- 50:53Speaker 11: for her.
- 50:55Speaker 1: Don't bring me my food with chip nails. Well, thank
- 51:00Speaker 1: you Marina, thanks for sharing that story.
- 51:03Speaker 11: Thanks for taking my car.
- 51:05Speaker 3: I love you, guys, I love you too.
- 51:10Speaker 1: Yes, please do.
- 51:11Speaker 11: I will don't complain about my manicure if I ever
- 51:13Speaker 11: meet Let's just make.
- 51:15Speaker 1: Sure and I wear an open toe shoes like that.
- 51:16Speaker 1: Thank you. And Matt, what's your story?
- 51:20Speaker 24: Who'd you meet that was rude, dude. I met Kanye
- 51:23Speaker 24: West at a hotel in Miami. It's like two o'clock
- 51:27Speaker 24: in the morning. The lobby's empty, so it's just like
- 51:30Speaker 24: me and him, and I'm thinking, this is my moment.
- 51:33Speaker 24: So i go up to him and I'm like, hey man,
- 51:35Speaker 24: I'm a big fan. He just stares at me like
- 51:38Speaker 24: like I don't even exist. So I'm standing there. It's
- 51:42Speaker 24: awkward as hell, and I'm just waiting for anything. Then
- 51:45Speaker 24: he leans over to me and he says, don't talk
- 51:49Speaker 24: to me unless you're adding something to my energy.
- 51:52Speaker 11: And I'm like, like, bro, what if that even mean?
- 51:56Speaker 24: I just wanted a picture, not a vibe check.
- 51:59Speaker 6: Oh my gosh. But like, your energy is everything though,
- 52:02Speaker 6: So did you feel like super insecure after? Because I
- 52:05Speaker 6: would if Kanye told me my energy was out of whack,
- 52:07Speaker 6: I would be feeling something.
- 52:07Speaker 8: I would be like, you just ruined my energy.
- 52:10Speaker 2: I know.
- 52:10Speaker 6: I'm like, how energy is I always out of whack
- 52:12Speaker 6: and it's really bad most of the time.
- 52:14Speaker 1: That I would feel completely honored if Kanye said that's
- 52:17Speaker 1: the fact that he acknowledged you, he feel felt you.
- 52:21Speaker 1: I mean, he looked at you. I think that would
- 52:23Speaker 1: be so awesome. Totally, I totally.
- 52:27Speaker 3: You got to imagine that could go any way. He
- 52:29Speaker 3: could have been your best friend, you could have been,
- 52:31Speaker 3: you know, living with him, or he could have shut
- 52:33Speaker 3: you down like that. You don't know what Kanye gonna get,
- 52:35Speaker 3: but you got a moment. Embrace it.
- 52:43Speaker 1: All right, Matt, Now he's lost his energy. Thanks for
- 52:47Speaker 1: calling in, dude lost everybody, Wow, I'm on Kanye's side.
- 52:56Speaker 21: No.
- 52:56Speaker 1: Seven seven nine one four seven. We want to know
- 52:59Speaker 1: about you know, you met your celebrity hero and it
- 53:02Speaker 1: just was not what you expected.
- 53:03Speaker 4: To down Jane Ridge, that's your part of the show
- 53:05Speaker 4: this morning.
- 53:06Speaker 15: No worries.
- 53:07Speaker 6: It's all there on iHeartRadio.
- 53:09Speaker 1: I got a DM from Amy about it, and it
- 53:11Speaker 1: made me think about something we have to do on
- 53:14Speaker 1: the air. Amy's out the line, but first, here's what
- 53:16Speaker 1: we're going to get into. How'd you use a fork?
- 53:18Speaker 1: Because everybody's got a fork story. Everybody's going after Amy's DM.
- 53:22Speaker 1: I realized everyone's got a fork story. Yay, what's your
- 53:28Speaker 1: fork story? Amy? Good morning? Okay.
- 53:30Speaker 25: So randomly we had like a picture and I was
- 53:36Speaker 25: like fixing it. And when I fixed it, I noticed
- 53:38Speaker 25: that there was like these four prongs, like these little
- 53:41Speaker 25: dots that were in the wall. And my little brother
- 53:44Speaker 25: he was just mischievous and he had like an airsoft gun.
- 53:48Speaker 25: He like put a hole in my mom's bran new
- 53:49Speaker 25: fridge one time. So I thought this was like something
- 53:52Speaker 25: that my brother did, and he's trying to cover it up.
- 53:54Speaker 25: So I go to my mom because like I'm the oldest,
- 53:56Speaker 25: and I like to tall to tell because I'm petty
- 53:58Speaker 25: like that. And she's like, well, what actually happened was
- 54:03Speaker 25: your stepfather and I were having a conversation and he pissed.
- 54:07Speaker 7: Me off, and she threw a fork at him and.
- 54:09Speaker 25: He dodged it and it went probably about fifty feet
- 54:12Speaker 25: and landed straight into the wall.
- 54:16Speaker 1: In his forehead like a ninja. Yeah, it's that. And
- 54:20Speaker 1: after seeing that, I was like, after reading your text
- 54:22Speaker 1: or your DM, I was like, man, that's exactly a
- 54:25Speaker 1: Kyle story, except it hit before him.
- 54:27Speaker 8: I didn't did. I just actually just stabbed it.
- 54:29Speaker 24: Oh you.
- 54:33Speaker 1: It's more violent every time, but had more hostile back
- 54:36Speaker 1: then with your long arms you got, you couldn't stop it.
- 54:41Speaker 3: Could He could have been in the backyard and she
- 54:43Speaker 3: could have got.
- 54:43Speaker 1: Her arms side Well, thank you, Amy, everyone's got a
- 54:49Speaker 1: fork story.
- 54:49Speaker 3: But he's got a fork story.
- 54:50Speaker 25: Everyone has to have a fork story. I mean, it's
- 54:53Speaker 25: just it's a thing. It's easy to grab and stab.
- 54:57Speaker 6: Let's throw grab.
- 55:00Speaker 21: He's got a real rate.
- 55:02Speaker 1: Oh yeah, all right, Amy, I have a great day.
- 55:05Speaker 1: Thank you for listening. Eight nine four seven because Kyle story,
- 55:10Speaker 1: and then Peyton your story, because that's what happened, was
- 55:12Speaker 1: like your ear storre you threw it at your sister.
- 55:14Speaker 6: Yeah, no, me and my sister got into it and
- 55:16Speaker 6: she threw a fork at me and it hit my
- 55:17Speaker 6: forehead right in the middle.
- 55:19Speaker 3: Really yeah.
- 55:19Speaker 1: And then rich you said you have a foce.
- 55:21Speaker 13: I do.
- 55:21Speaker 3: And Stacy's my witness for this. I don't think that
- 55:24Speaker 3: I get really mad at a bunch of things. But
- 55:27Speaker 3: one thing that I find myself always being hostile at
- 55:30Speaker 3: is really bad phone customer service. And I had had
- 55:33Speaker 3: a credit card stolen and I'm going through all these
- 55:36Speaker 3: charges that aren't mine, and they're like, are you sure
- 55:38Speaker 3: you didn't buy a giant tool set in Sri Lanka?
- 55:41Speaker 3: And I'm like so frustrated because I can't get this.
- 55:43Speaker 3: And I take this fork because I'm eating, I chuck
- 55:46Speaker 3: it across the room with my left hand as hard
- 55:49Speaker 3: as I can. And the mystery is that we have
- 55:51Speaker 3: never found that fork. It has just gone somewhere. I've
- 55:54Speaker 3: looked under couches, I've looked in walls. I don't know
- 55:57Speaker 3: where the fork went, but lost mysh through a fork.
- 56:01Speaker 3: Still don't know where it is somewhere in the middle
- 56:03Speaker 3: of my kitchen and family room.
- 56:05Speaker 1: What's your fork story? Eight seven, seven, nine, three seven
- 56:08Speaker 1: one oh four seven. I've never told this. My FOURK
- 56:10Speaker 1: story is not exciting, but I do have a fork stort.
- 56:12Speaker 1: I mean, it's a four story. It's a four story.
- 56:14Speaker 1: So I went to when I was like, I just
- 56:17Speaker 1: got out of college and I got my first job.
- 56:19Speaker 1: Long story short. I was seeing a therapist right but
- 56:22Speaker 1: I called him a success coach. He was supposed to
- 56:24Speaker 1: make me successful. And I was sitting like on a
- 56:26Speaker 1: couch like you would with a shrink, and he wants
- 56:29Speaker 1: me to write down my earliest childhood memory. And I remember,
- 56:33Speaker 1: this is like my earliest childhood memory. I remember getting
- 56:35Speaker 1: out a blue tricycle and I lived in Tucson on
- 56:37Speaker 1: thirty yeth Street and twenty ninth Street was the really
- 56:40Speaker 1: busy street. I remember getting on my tricycle and I'm
- 56:43Speaker 1: riding my bike on my tricycle by myself, and I'm
- 56:45Speaker 1: going around the block and I'm going and I find
- 56:47Speaker 1: a fork and I pick it up like it's treasure.
- 56:50Speaker 1: I couldn't believe. I was like, I held it in
- 56:52Speaker 1: my hand, and I remember driving home, riding my tricycle
- 56:54Speaker 1: home with a fork, and I brought it home and
- 56:56Speaker 1: my mom was like, what do got a fork? And
- 57:00Speaker 1: it's like dirty, so away, and it was my treasure.
- 57:02Speaker 1: That's like my earliest memory. It's not an exciting story,
- 57:06Speaker 1: but I have a fork story, much like.
- 57:08Speaker 8: The Little Mermaid. Your forklus that happened a little more fork?
- 57:12Speaker 8: Who's a dingle hopper?
- 57:13Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 57:14Speaker 6: What? Yeah, I don't know, that's just her.
- 57:16Speaker 8: She thinks it's a brush, like I've.
- 57:17Speaker 3: Never seen little murmurid like many things, John Jay, You're
- 57:19Speaker 3: just like the Little Mermaid.
- 57:22Speaker 1: Eight seven seven, nine three seven, one oh four seven.
- 57:25Speaker 1: We want to hear your fork story. That is next
- 57:26Speaker 1: with John Jay and Rich everybody's got a fork story, Tom,
- 57:36Speaker 1: what's your fork story?
- 57:38Speaker 26: Hey, good morning? Uh yeah, so I've got one I'll
- 57:40Speaker 26: never forget for the rest of my days. I was
- 57:43Speaker 26: a freshman in high school working in a dietary department
- 57:47Speaker 26: at a retirement home. I was serving a gentleman retired veteran,
- 57:51Speaker 26: and we didn't have the right kind of insure for him.
- 57:55Speaker 26: I only had vanilla, but he wanted strawberry, and I
- 57:58Speaker 26: kept trying to in since we ate, we don't have
- 58:00Speaker 26: and you stabbed me with the fork.
- 58:02Speaker 24: Oh my god, in my.
- 58:08Speaker 26: Thought, Yeah, he stabbed me in my leg. It was
- 58:10Speaker 26: bleeding out a little bit. I went back. They cleaned
- 58:13Speaker 26: it up, and they're like, hey, get back to.
- 58:15Speaker 2: Work, so I'll forget, or I won't forget for the
- 58:21Speaker 2: rest of my life.
- 58:23Speaker 1: You got like four little marks on your leg or
- 58:25Speaker 1: five little marks.
- 58:26Speaker 26: No, I still got it. I got too left on there.
- 58:29Speaker 1: All right, Tom, Thanks brother Amanda. Everybody's got a fork story.
- 58:33Speaker 1: What's yours?
- 58:34Speaker 19: So we went to Westgate for a friend of ours
- 58:39Speaker 19: fortieth birthday a nail and an ex girlfriend of his
- 58:45Speaker 19: showed up and the new girlfriend did not take too
- 58:48Speaker 19: kindly to this. And the one that's like evening when
- 58:52Speaker 19: we were out there, we were at dinner and I
- 58:54Speaker 19: jokingly made a comment. I was like, oh, you could
- 58:57Speaker 19: always shank her in the bathroom with a fork. And
- 59:01Speaker 19: the next thing I know, they both kind of like
- 59:04Speaker 19: at separate times, went to the restroom and the ex
- 59:08Speaker 19: girlfriend came back holding a fork and she handed it
- 59:11Speaker 19: to our friend whose birthday it was, and he's like,
- 59:14Speaker 19: your girlfriend just handed this to me in the bathroom
- 59:16Speaker 19: and asked if I could bring it back to the table.
- 59:19Speaker 19: And I just thought it was so funny. And she
- 59:22Speaker 19: and I, like the new girlfriend and I became such
- 59:24Speaker 19: good friends. I actually have a pair of fork earrings
- 59:27Speaker 19: that I'm wearing today that reminds me of her always.
- 59:32Speaker 19: So when you guys said that, I was like, oh
- 59:34Speaker 19: my god, I'm wearing my furk earrings today.
- 59:37Speaker 1: That is perfect. That is a perfect story. Wow, she's
- 59:43Speaker 1: wearing her right.
- 59:45Speaker 2: I put them on this morning and I was like, no, way,
- 59:48Speaker 2: Like that's perfect.
- 59:49Speaker 1: But though she didn't go to the bathroom and stab
- 59:52Speaker 1: her right, she didn't hand you the fork backroom, you
- 59:54Speaker 1: know she blood?
- 59:55Speaker 19: He didn't she ran it?
- 59:56Speaker 22: Yeah, no, she ran into the bathroom.
- 59:58Speaker 19: She's like, oh, here, could you do picks us back
- 1:00:00Speaker 19: to the table for me, and the other girl had
- 1:00:02Speaker 19: no idea what she was.
- 1:00:04Speaker 5: It was just so funny.
- 1:00:05Speaker 19: When she came back, I was like, oh, my god.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: That's so clever.
- 1:00:09Speaker 5: Well, thanks for calling in.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: Everyone got a story night, Thanks Amanda, Melissa, what's your
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: fourth story?
- 1:00:15Speaker 17: So what my daughter she's sixteen now, but when she
- 1:00:18Speaker 17: was like nine, we were on vacation in California and
- 1:00:21Speaker 17: San Diego and she just she wanted to bring this
- 1:00:25Speaker 17: s fork with her on vacation and it just kept
- 1:00:28Speaker 17: popping up and she's.
- 1:00:29Speaker 16: Just like, I just feel like we need to bring
- 1:00:32Speaker 16: this fork with us, Like I have this core memory
- 1:00:34Speaker 16: of us walking back from the beach to where we parked,
- 1:00:37Speaker 16: and I found the fork in one of the pockets
- 1:00:40Speaker 16: of the stroller and she's like, I just I feel
- 1:00:43Speaker 16: like we.
- 1:00:43Speaker 5: Need to have it.
- 1:00:44Speaker 16: And I'm like, okay, what does she know? It is
- 1:00:46Speaker 16: this premonation, like are we gonna need to like protect
- 1:00:50Speaker 16: ourselves with this fort.
- 1:00:52Speaker 10: It was so random, and I.
- 1:00:54Speaker 16: Just texted her I wish she was in the car
- 1:00:56Speaker 16: and he dropped her off and I was wondering if
- 1:00:58Speaker 16: I was wondering if she remember remembered it and what
- 1:01:01Speaker 16: she recalled, like what was her top process was in anxiety?
- 1:01:08Speaker 10: Oh my god, it was.
- 1:01:10Speaker 16: It was so random, but we all supported her and
- 1:01:12Speaker 16: that We're like, okay, you can bring the fork.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: Well, see, everyone's got a fork story. That's a cute
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: fork story, not the violet guind we've been taking. We'll
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: have a great day. Thank you for listening, Melissa.
- 1:01:24Speaker 5: What's up?
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: Gerald?
- 1:01:25Speaker 24: Hey, what's up?
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: John J.
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: Rich?
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: What's your story?
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: When I was a kid.
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: So, when I was a kid, me and my neighbor
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: got into a flight in my backyard and there was
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: a barbecue you know, those those barbecue forks, the too prunk.
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: So I chucked it. I chucked it at him and
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: it hit and it and it literally hid his nose
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: and stuck, but he didn't stab his eyes. And you
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: know the sidi where your nose and your eyes are,
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: and it stood right there on his nose and everything.
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: And he was like what, I'm like, dude, did he
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: cut you? He goes, no, dude, it's just like it
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: caught my nose stop before it went into my eyes.
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: That's a perfect shot.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: Oh yeah, no, I'm very good with nice. Yeah, but
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: it freaked me out because I was trying to get
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: hit him in the face, you know, and it's just
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: like and he's just like, what I'm like, dude, He goes, no, dude,
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: Look it stopped and I and it literally caught the
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: bridge of his nose and just stopped right before his eyes, right,
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: you know, with the corner of your eyes are. And yeah,
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: I got I got yelled at.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: Sure, you know I don't do that.
- 1:02:34Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: My mom and dad and his parents like, no more
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: nice playing.
- 1:02:37Speaker 3: I'm like, okay, because because not everybody has a barbecue
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: tool story, we're gonna allow that as a fork story.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, thanks Gerald. Look there's a text there.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: When I was nineteen, I was at Savers getting decorate decorations, decorations,
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: but fascinations. You get decorations, the savors you get decorations
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: is a digger in getting us that savors getting a
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: decoration for her apartment. She was my cousin. I found
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: a giant wooden fork. It's probably four feet long. I
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: still have it today, and it's moved with me over
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: the last twenty one years. I'm still searching for a
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: giant spoon. Here's another text. When I was younger, my
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: best friend lived with me. My mom would make chicken
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: and rice. I always would give my best friend my chicken,
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: and I would always take her rice. One night, I
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: went to get the rice off her plate. She thought
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: I was taking her chicken, and she stabbed me with
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: a forg in my thigh. No, everyone's got a fork
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: star deal.
- 1:03:37Speaker 13: And Rich called the show at eight seven seven ninety seven.
- 1:03:41Speaker 14: Four to seven.
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: Hi Jenny, Hi, you sent us a text. I understand
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: I did. What was it about?
- 1:03:48Speaker 23: I wanted to get your guys's take on a situation
- 1:03:53Speaker 23: I found myself in this weekend. Settle an argument if
- 1:03:56Speaker 23: you will. Okay, So I was hanging out with my
- 1:04:00Speaker 23: husband this weekend and then he's like, I'm gonna go
- 1:04:03Speaker 23: play my video game for a little while, which I
- 1:04:07Speaker 23: already like, don't love. It's not my favorite thing about
- 1:04:11Speaker 23: him that he chooses to play a video game when
- 1:04:15Speaker 23: he could be hanging out with me. But then he
- 1:04:19Speaker 23: hits me with I have a pregnant wife on this
- 1:04:23Speaker 23: video game, so I need to go see how she's doing.
- 1:04:29Speaker 23: And I was like, what, wait a second, this must
- 1:04:33Speaker 23: be some form of infidelity here because I am also
- 1:04:39Speaker 23: his pregnant wife in real life, and.
- 1:04:45Speaker 12: I don't know.
- 1:04:45Speaker 23: I was like, what, Like, I gotta get somebody else's
- 1:04:50Speaker 23: opinion on.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: This, Like when you say his pregnant wife, is that
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: somebody who's playing with or is that the game? On
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: the game? There's a pregnant wife.
- 1:04:59Speaker 11: On game?
- 1:05:00Speaker 10: And that was his argument. He's like, it's not a
- 1:05:02Speaker 10: real person.
- 1:05:03Speaker 23: It's just like the computer.
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: It's like the character he's playing is what game is
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: he playing?
- 1:05:09Speaker 23: I don't know, it's some weird old timey game.
- 1:05:13Speaker 24: He said.
- 1:05:13Speaker 23: He's like building a settlement.
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: Oh, like a Dungeons and Dragons thing Fortnite maybe a.
- 1:05:20Speaker 10: Little bit like that. I don't know.
- 1:05:22Speaker 23: He was like building houses, and like what I was gonna.
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: Say, Sims, Sims, it does sound like if you have
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: a whole life where you've got a you know.
- 1:05:29Speaker 6: A.
- 1:05:31Speaker 20: So you think, but maybe is he if it is
- 1:05:33Speaker 20: a Sims, you're kind of simulating maybe his own life,
- 1:05:36Speaker 20: and so maybe he's building a house like your house,
- 1:05:38Speaker 20: and in the game he doesn't want to be without you,
- 1:05:42Speaker 20: So could this be a good thing?
- 1:05:43Speaker 8: He wants his pregnant wife with him in the game
- 1:05:44Speaker 8: when he's playing.
- 1:05:46Speaker 23: That could be that's a good that's a good, positive perspective.
- 1:05:50Speaker 23: But then I was like, you're gonna go hang out
- 1:05:52Speaker 23: with your pregnant wife, But like I'm here not doing anything.
- 1:05:58Speaker 6: Because that's what I'm like, I'm like if he's treating
- 1:06:00Speaker 6: you're his pregnant wife on the game better than he's
- 1:06:02Speaker 6: treating you, and then there's a big problem there.
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: I feel like he's playing Call of Duty like Call
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: of Duty, like he would have a pregnant wife as
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: he goes in Rob's banks and kills people and then
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: comes back. I feel like that would be a storyline
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: on Call of Duty. But I'm not sure. But but
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: so you're actually the game, you're texting us like kind
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: of to be funny, like I'm in this funny situation.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: What do you guys think? Right?
- 1:06:23Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:06:23Speaker 23: I told him, I'm like, because we were kind of disagreeing,
- 1:06:26Speaker 23: he was like, I'm not doing anything wrong, and I
- 1:06:28Speaker 23: was like, I don't know. This is like a little
- 1:06:30Speaker 23: I think you're in the wrong here, and I'm like,
- 1:06:32Speaker 23: I'm gonna call John.
- 1:06:33Speaker 10: Jambrich to get there.
- 1:06:35Speaker 24: Well, for one, for one thing, he liked it, I
- 1:06:38Speaker 24: think you'd rather him.
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: Have a pregnant wife on the video game than another
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: pregnant wife. So down the street, yes, right, absolutely.
- 1:06:45Speaker 11: Yes, that's true.
- 1:06:46Speaker 3: Yes, although I don't know why that's the option. But
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: what he should do is he should be taking you
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: out because you're a pregnant lady, and you're probably hungry
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: right now, so he should be taking you to eat somewhere.
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: Then go play your video game after mom's taken care
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: of me, So tell him to do that.
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: Where's your husband right now?
- 1:07:04Speaker 23: He's at work.
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: What's he doing for a living?
- 1:07:06Speaker 25: He's a police officer.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: Oh, so we can't call him. I'd love to call
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: him and just kind of find out what game he's playing.
- 1:07:12Speaker 23: I mean, we can try.
- 1:07:13Speaker 10: I don't know if he'll answer though.
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: What part of the town is he in?
- 1:07:17Speaker 15: I don't know.
- 1:07:17Speaker 10: He said he had to drive really far away today
- 1:07:20Speaker 10: for something.
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: If we call him and he's like.
- 1:07:23Speaker 9: In the middle of chasing a criminal's wife, just a
- 1:07:33Speaker 9: video game hapse, Oh, Jenny, Well, congratulations of being pregnant.
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: It must be a great guy.
- 1:07:41Speaker 11: He is.
- 1:07:42Speaker 23: He is, and it's kind of more so a silly,
- 1:07:45Speaker 23: silly argument, but I wanted to see what you guys
- 1:07:48Speaker 23: thought about it.
- 1:07:48Speaker 3: Yeah, he needs to take you out and then he
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: can go play.
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: I think he's cool, but it's call of duty. He's
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: just practicing the real, real life stuff. He's a cop
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: and he's probably chasing purpose and call of duty, and
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: he's got his pregnant wife.
- 1:07:59Speaker 27: He's got a acted at home, got dying to know
- 1:08:01Speaker 27: what gameing.
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: Yeah, when you find out, let us know and thank
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: you for calling in. But he's a good guys, just
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: a video game, just the hormones talking.
- 1:08:12Speaker 23: Yes, yes, I agree.
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: All right, I have a great day.
- 1:08:15Speaker 23: Okay, thanks you too.
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: Me MIxS the host this game, Katrina, Good morning, Good morning, Katrina.
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: You're playing for some Teddy Swims tickets.
- 1:08:36Speaker 18: You guys were playing Noise Machine today. I like the
- 1:08:39Speaker 18: theme my games. We've got Teddy Swims tickets. So the
- 1:08:43Speaker 18: theme is things that swim.
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: Love it, things that.
- 1:08:47Speaker 18: Swim, things and water. Okay, we're gonna start things off
- 1:08:50Speaker 18: with John Jay.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: I want to say, that sounds to me like Teddy Swims. No,
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: that must be a dolphin or a whale, or a
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: seal or a walrus. Walris, you're gonna go with walrus Walris.
- 1:09:11Speaker 18: I'm sorry, John Jay. That's incorrect and very close. It
- 1:09:14Speaker 18: is something that likes to swim. It's a sea turtle.
- 1:09:17Speaker 6: You know that's that's a very instinct noise you know it.
- 1:09:22Speaker 27: Now, Okay, moving on, Rich Barra, Well, I mean that
- 1:09:30Speaker 27: sounds like a dinosaur and you would put a dinosaur
- 1:09:34Speaker 27: on there.
- 1:09:34Speaker 3: Okay, but maybe that is a one of those pigmy hippos.
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: Cute little pigmy.
- 1:09:38Speaker 18: Hippo, pigmy hippo. Okay, that's also a good guess. It's
- 1:09:41Speaker 18: it's it's wrong, of course, guys. It's an alligator, don't.
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: I was so scared if I heard that noise.
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: Don't go around that lake.
- 1:09:53Speaker 18: The alligator at the Phoenix Zoo the first time I
- 1:09:55Speaker 18: took my daughter there and she was like two, and
- 1:09:57Speaker 18: it came out of the water, made that noise, and
- 1:10:00Speaker 18: she will not She's now.
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: You got to see that because my entire life going
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: to the zoo. The allegatus or was just chilling.
- 1:10:08Speaker 18: It is terrifying, like the deck chuck, Yeah, it was crazy. Anyway,
- 1:10:15Speaker 18: we'll move on now, nobody on the board just yet.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: Peyton, that is one hundred inn in hon Yes, oh
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: you should an idiot.
- 1:10:30Speaker 18: You should guess something odter than that. Go ahead, KATRINAE lion,
- 1:10:39Speaker 18: sea lion. That's another good guess. It is wrong as well. Uh,
- 1:10:43Speaker 18: it's a polar bear cub.
- 1:10:44Speaker 6: Polar bear cub and Meile, we just heard the sea
- 1:10:48Speaker 6: lion orchestra at the Wildlife World just so I knew
- 1:10:51Speaker 6: it wasn't a sea lion.
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: Yeah, they're loud.
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: Polar bears eat sea lions.
- 1:10:56Speaker 18: Anyway, moving on, dude, you got the best barrels ever.
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: Dude, just like you pull in and you just get
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: spit right out of him.
- 1:11:07Speaker 5: You just drop in and just smack, flip, drop down.
- 1:11:13Speaker 8: I don't know who that is, but people swim?
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: Yeah, people, person, You know what people do? Swim?
- 1:11:19Speaker 28: Looking for something a little more specific can steal, Katrina,
- 1:11:24Speaker 28: go surfer surfer is correct? All people are surfers, but
- 1:11:31Speaker 28: not all surfers are people.
- 1:11:33Speaker 8: The other way around.
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: All right, Katrina's your turn. I am the protector of
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: the team.
- 1:11:42Speaker 18: I am.
- 1:11:48Speaker 21: Is that awkward?
- 1:11:52Speaker 18: She's got two points heading out around one of commanding lead.
- 1:11:55Speaker 18: As we go into round two, John.
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: Jay, Well, as you've been playing clips of interesting animals,
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: I almost want to guess that it's the duck billed platypus.
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: I think I'm gonna go with penguin. Penguin.
- 1:12:15Speaker 18: You know what, that's a good guess this This animal
- 1:12:17Speaker 18: eats penguins. Uh, we're looking go ahead, Katrina, is it
- 1:12:23Speaker 18: it's not a seagull?
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: I'm sorry, we are looking for dolphin.
- 1:12:27Speaker 5: Dolphins, penguins.
- 1:12:29Speaker 6: Dolphins don't actually mean creatures savage.
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: I saw this video these people were watching the killer whales.
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: There's a whole bunch of killer whales and they were
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: on a boat and all these killer wares are simming.
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: It was beautiful, like ten of them was beautiful. And
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: then they pop up and they just rip apart a
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: dolphin in.
- 1:12:49Speaker 18: Red.
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: It's a delicacy in some countries. As we move on, Rich, yeah,
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: it's a cracking I think it's Waa from patom Menace,
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: something from Star Wars.
- 1:13:17Speaker 18: You're looking neither of those, you guys that we are
- 1:13:19Speaker 18: looking for a sea lion if you wanted to be
- 1:13:22Speaker 18: politically correct, it's a California. Don't be an idiot, all right, Sorry,
- 1:13:26Speaker 18: Onlytrina on the board thus far in this game, you guys,
- 1:13:29Speaker 18: we move on down to Peyton.
- 1:13:36Speaker 6: That's scary, as is a wals of that animal. I
- 1:13:42Speaker 6: have a really hard time saying it. I don't want
- 1:13:44Speaker 6: to a walrus.
- 1:13:51Speaker 18: I'm tempted to give it to you just so I
- 1:13:53Speaker 18: can hear Wallace again. Uh sorry, of course that was
- 1:13:57Speaker 18: the loch Ness monster. What okay, didn't and I'll take
- 1:14:02Speaker 18: the Elmer didn't get that one, Goosey for payint in
- 1:14:05Speaker 18: this game, Kyle.
- 1:14:08Speaker 22: Where they walked up, where they run they say wonder
- 1:14:16Speaker 22: and free where could be part of that?
- 1:14:23Speaker 8: That's Ariel?
- 1:14:24Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: And what is Ariel?
- 1:14:25Speaker 6: She's a Mermaid's right.
- 1:14:28Speaker 18: Good job, Kyle, Uh, Katrina, you you've already won the game.
- 1:14:33Speaker 18: But if you can get this one, you get bonus
- 1:14:34Speaker 18: points and you can ridicule everybody else in the studio.
- 1:14:38Speaker 21: All right, that would be Teddy Swims, Theodore Joseph Swim.
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: Congratulations. You gonna go see Teddy Swims November sixteenth.
- 1:14:56Speaker 15: Thank you, thank you, thank you.
