- 0:04Speaker 1: Hello and welcome to Outspoken.
- 0:06Speaker 2: It's your dose of the hottest influencer and pop culture
- 0:09Speaker 2: news twice a week. I'm Sophie Torber and coming up
- 0:12Speaker 2: on today's show, Sky Wheatley jets into Turkey for controversial procedure,
- 0:18Speaker 2: the breakup contract making headlines and are Molly May and Tommy.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Fury getting back together?
- 0:24Speaker 2: But first, a tiny doll is having a chokehold over
- 0:27Speaker 2: Gen Z-ers. It's called a Sunny Angel and they are
- 0:30Speaker 2: all over my TikTok feed. Yeah, they're bloody ugly. They
- 0:33Speaker 2: remind me a little bit of the Cabbage Patch doll craze,
- 0:36Speaker 2: except you don't actually know which doll you're going to
- 0:40Speaker 2: get until you open the packet. Yeah, it's called a
- 0:42Speaker 2: blind unboxing, Amy. And I think that is part of
- 0:45Speaker 2: the appeal because there are over 650 of these dolls
- 0:47Speaker 2: to collect. And I think what really started the craze
- 0:52Speaker 2: is Bella Hadid because she posted a video to her
- 0:55Speaker 2: Instagram and it showed that she had.
- 0:57Speaker 1: A whole wall of these collectible dolls.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Look, I don't want to be judgmental because I remember
- 1:03Speaker 2: about seven years ago when they had those Lego AFL
- 1:07Speaker 2: players and you didn't know which one you were going
- 1:09Speaker 2: to get. For some reason, I got hooked on these things.
- 1:12Speaker 2: So I can see why people are going so crazy
- 1:14Speaker 2: about them. I think it's definitely a younger audience who
- 1:17Speaker 2: are collecting these. I can't see anyone in their 30s
- 1:19Speaker 2: wanting to collect them. maybe for their kids, but they're,
- 1:22Speaker 2: they retail for 1895. So that's for a regular doll.
- 1:26Speaker 2: But if you're after a limited edition series, that's 2495.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Now they are kind of clever though, because they're releasing
- 1:33Speaker 2: all these different series of the dolls and within them,
- 1:37Speaker 2: There's two secret dolls in each batch, which are apparently
- 1:40Speaker 2: worth more money. They must be making an absolute fortune.
- 1:44Speaker 2: I even saw Victoria Beckham had one because they make
- 1:47Speaker 2: these special plastic ones that you put on your phone.
- 1:49Speaker 2: The funniest thing about these dolls is they're nude. So
- 1:52Speaker 2: the only thing that really differentiates them is that they'll
- 1:54Speaker 2: have a different hat on. It's almost like Gen Zers
- 1:56Speaker 2: are trying to cling on to their childhood by buying
- 1:59Speaker 2: into all of this stuff. I mean, think of the
- 2:01Speaker 2: jellycat craze as well.
- 2:02Speaker 1: There are so.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Many 25-year-old YouTubers who I follow online. And they will
- 2:07Speaker 2: have bookshelves which are decorated with these Sunny Angels and
- 2:10Speaker 2: then also their jellycats, which I personally couldn't think of
- 2:13Speaker 2: anything worse in my house. I'm actually all for it
- 2:16Speaker 2: because I'm a bit of a big kid at heart.
- 2:18Speaker 2: I collect penguins and I actually have a large penguin
- 2:21Speaker 2: in my office. So I am not judging. One thing
- 2:23Speaker 2: that is pretty cute about this is that there are
- 2:26Speaker 2: Sunny Angel Facebook groups. So there's one that has over
- 2:29Speaker 2: 6,000 followers and it's a bit of a buy and
- 2:31Speaker 2: swap marketplace, but also... People are finding friends on there.
- 2:36Speaker 2: They're sharing about creating different outfits for their sunny angels.
- 2:40Speaker 1: So it seems pretty positive.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Well, 20-something men, society lets them trade football cards and
- 2:45Speaker 2: fucking play video games. This is like the female version.
- 2:50Speaker 1: All righty.
- 2:51Speaker 2: So this is our first full day. So here's us
- 2:56Speaker 2: driving through Turkey today. Sky Wheatley has begun documenting her
- 3:00Speaker 2: trip to Turkey to undergo a controversial fox eye lift
- 3:04Speaker 2: and potentially liposuction. Now, back in July, we reported that
- 3:09Speaker 2: the recent I'm a Celeb winner joked that she was
- 3:12Speaker 2: surgery obsessed and knew she would be judged for her decision. Now,
- 3:15Speaker 2: this procedure is gaining a lot of traction on TikTok
- 3:19Speaker 2: with almond-shaped eyes and upturned eyes apparently being all the rage. Yeah,
- 3:23Speaker 2: I mean, again, we're mentioning Bella Hadid because she has
- 3:26Speaker 2: been appointed as the poster girl for this trend with
- 3:29Speaker 2: a lot of red carpet photos of her all over
- 3:32Speaker 2: cosmetic surgeons' websites. Now, over the weekend, Sky jetted into
- 3:36Speaker 2: Turkey for her procedure and she shared some photos from
- 3:40Speaker 2: the airport and a scenic shot of Turkey from outside
- 3:43Speaker 2: her aeroplane window. Now, she was picked up by a
- 3:46Speaker 2: very flash limousine, which had been organized by the clinic.
- 3:50Speaker 2: And she shared a photo of herself stretched.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Out on the back seat.
- 3:54Speaker 2: That's always a bit of a warning sign, isn't it?
- 3:56Speaker 2: When they send a really fancy car. Because you're thinking,
- 3:59Speaker 2: is that where all of my money's going? Yeah, it's
- 4:02Speaker 2: something kind of tacky about it. It's clear that this
- 4:04Speaker 2: is a strategy of the clinics to make their patients
- 4:07Speaker 2: feel really special, almost like they're a celebrity who's arrived
- 4:11Speaker 2: at the airport to be picked up and embark on
- 4:13Speaker 2: this very luxurious experience because when it's nothing but luxurious,
- 4:17Speaker 2: is it being operational? It all just seems to be
- 4:20Speaker 2: smoke and mirrors because the reason that people travel to
- 4:23Speaker 2: Turkey is because the price of cosmetic procedures are a
- 4:26Speaker 2: lot cheaper over there. But if it was me, I'd
- 4:28Speaker 2: be thinking, well, is this what all of my money
- 4:30Speaker 2: has gone into? Because Sky has also been put up
- 4:34Speaker 2: at a five-star hotel in the heart of the city there.
- 4:37Speaker 2: I want to point out that this isn't because she's
- 4:39Speaker 2: an influencer. This is what any patient gets. Now, her
- 4:43Speaker 2: room was filled with chandeliers. It looked very luxe. And
- 4:46Speaker 2: it's quite interesting because her baby daddy, Loki, and the
- 4:49Speaker 2: kids aren't joining Sky in Turkey, despite the fact that
- 4:52Speaker 2: this is often sold as a bit of a holiday.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Because even though people are undergoing... these intense procedures, they're
- 4:58Speaker 2: like on the websites at a lot of these clinics,
- 5:00Speaker 2: they say, oh, you can still check out the sites
- 5:02Speaker 2: and have a great time. Well, can you imagine being
- 5:05Speaker 2: all bandaged up and trying to wrangle two children around Turkey? Well,
- 5:09Speaker 2: apparently on the streets of Turkey, it is very normal
- 5:11Speaker 2: to see Westerners with bandages on. I recently saw a
- 5:14Speaker 2: TikTok of a woman boarding a plane in Turkey and
- 5:18Speaker 2: there were about 10 men in front of her who
- 5:20Speaker 2: were all bald, who had recently undergone a hair transplant
- 5:24Speaker 2: because I had little holes all in their head.
- 5:26Speaker 1: And she's like, is this normal? Like what is going on?
- 5:29Speaker 2: Well, Skye has been taking her followers along for the
- 5:31Speaker 2: journey and she showed herself arriving at the hospital for
- 5:34Speaker 2: her blood test and x-rays. And her driver also dropped
- 5:38Speaker 2: off her new friend who was also getting veneers. Then
- 5:41Speaker 2: she was off to meet Dr. Vasvi Salik for the
- 5:43Speaker 2: first time. And this is the doctor who will be
- 5:45Speaker 2: performing the Fox eye lift. His clinic was next level.
- 5:49Speaker 2: It had marble floors and it was decorated with gold statues.
- 5:53Speaker 2: There's a bit of a theme going on, isn't there,
- 5:55Speaker 2: with this elegance. Well, there was even a designated photo
- 5:58Speaker 2: shoot area. So it had professional light set up and
- 6:01Speaker 2: a black backdrop. And the doctor appeared to be taking
- 6:04Speaker 2: the photos. So these were before and after photos.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Well, it shows you.
- 6:07Speaker 2: How important social media is for this clinic. It's obviously
- 6:11Speaker 2: generating so many more leads for them. Yeah, it seems
- 6:14Speaker 2: like a very slick operation that they have running there. Now,
- 6:18Speaker 2: I had a look at Dr. Fazfi's website and It
- 6:21Speaker 2: had his bio up and this is where the red
- 6:24Speaker 2: flags started to fly because it was a very short bio.
- 6:28Speaker 2: So it said that he had been working as a
- 6:30Speaker 2: doctor in a range of state hospitals for three years
- 6:33Speaker 2: and eight months.
- 6:34Speaker 1: It was very specific. It said he spent one.
- 6:36Speaker 2: And a half years at one hospital, one and a
- 6:38Speaker 2: half at another, and then eight months at another hospital.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Did it mention his photography skills? Well, no, it didn't.
- 6:44Speaker 2: It said that he It said where he graduated, but
- 6:46Speaker 2: it didn't say the year. And it also didn't say
- 6:49Speaker 2: how long he's been running his own clinic for.
- 6:52Speaker 1: So it was all a bit odd. It lacked a
- 6:55Speaker 1: lot of detail.
- 6:56Speaker 2: But what he lacks in experience, he clearly makes up
- 6:59Speaker 2: for with his Instagram followers because he has 67.5 thousand followers.
- 7:05Speaker 2: And you can tell this most likely legitimizes him for.
- 7:08Speaker 1: A lot of people, which is kind of scary.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Yeah, he and his team are very savvy on social media.
- 7:14Speaker 2: They filmed a reel of Sky coming in for her
- 7:17Speaker 2: first consult. And in the caption, the doctor wrote, exciting
- 7:20Speaker 2: day at the clinic. Today, I had the pleasure of
- 7:23Speaker 2: meeting with the wonderful Sky Wheatley who traveled all the
- 7:26Speaker 2: way from Australia to visit us.
- 7:27Speaker 1: We had an.
- 7:28Speaker 2: Engaging consultation regarding her upcoming brow lift surgery. It was
- 7:32Speaker 2: great to explore her goals and answer all her questions.
- 7:35Speaker 2: to ensure she's confident and prepared for the journey ahead.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Here's to new beginnings and beautiful transformations. Now in the video,
- 7:44Speaker 2: Sky greeted Dr. Fazfi with a hug. They looked like
- 7:47Speaker 2: they'd known each other for years, but this is the
- 7:49Speaker 2: first time that they have met. And he gave her
- 7:52Speaker 2: a fluffy koala with an Aussie flag to make her
- 7:54Speaker 2: feel at home. And then it was time for Sky
- 7:57Speaker 2: to head in for her before and after photos. And
- 7:59Speaker 2: in the video, you can see the doctor examining a
- 8:02Speaker 2: close-up shot of Sky's nose, and she's asking for changes
- 8:06Speaker 2: to be made to her nose job. And that was
- 8:08Speaker 2: one she got.
- 8:08Speaker 1: A few years ago.
- 8:10Speaker 2: She did confirm in the comment section, though, that the
- 8:12Speaker 2: doctor had told her that her nose is fine and
- 8:15Speaker 2: she doesn't need more work on it. That there was
- 8:17Speaker 2: a bit of a green flag for him because he
- 8:19Speaker 2: could have said, actually, we'll do that as well. There
- 8:21Speaker 2: were a lot of people in the comment section who
- 8:23Speaker 2: seemed quite disturbed by Sky traveling to Turkey. One person wrote, Sky,
- 8:28Speaker 2: do not go ahead with this procedure. You are so
- 8:30Speaker 2: incredibly beautiful as you are. Please stop chasing perfection. You'll
- 8:34Speaker 2: never be happy. You are looking for yourself in all
- 8:36Speaker 2: the wrong places and sending the wrong message to other women.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Your heart is beautiful. Therefore, you are beautiful, sending you
- 8:43Speaker 2: love and strength.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I tend to agree with that comment.
- 8:46Speaker 2: I don't want to go too much into it because
- 8:47Speaker 2: I know that it is ultimately Sky's decision what she
- 8:50Speaker 2: does to her body, but I find it so disturbing
- 8:53Speaker 2: because she's only 30 and She looks so young. She's
- 8:56Speaker 2: a stunning woman. I recently saw this interview with Skye
- 8:59Speaker 2: on the red carpet at the Logies, and she was
- 9:01Speaker 2: talking about all the procedures she had done. And she
- 9:04Speaker 2: was saying that she likes to be really open and
- 9:07Speaker 2: honest with her audience about her cosmetic procedures. Well, she
- 9:10Speaker 2: likes to be transparent because she doesn't want young girls
- 9:12Speaker 2: to look at her and think, oh, she just naturally
- 9:14Speaker 2: looks like that. She hasn't had any work done to
- 9:17Speaker 2: get that. And why don't I look like that? It
- 9:19Speaker 2: really is a catch-22 because it is good that Skye's
- 9:22Speaker 2: being transparent and But some of their videos could also
- 9:25Speaker 2: be seen as if they're promoting the surgeries and encouraging
- 9:29Speaker 2: young girls to also seek out this type of surgery. Now,
- 9:32Speaker 2: this reel performed really well. It has had over 168,000 views.
- 9:38Speaker 2: And it led me to go and have a look
- 9:39Speaker 2: at the other types of content that Dr.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Fazfi was sharing.
- 9:43Speaker 2: And his Instagram is full of Westerners who come to
- 9:47Speaker 2: him for either breast augmentations, liposuction, nose jobs, body contouring,
- 9:52Speaker 2: or fox eye lifts. I had a look at the
- 9:55Speaker 2: website and the clinic goes into a lot of detail
- 9:58Speaker 2: about the FOX eye lift procedure. So it begins by
- 10:01Speaker 2: saying beauty is an important concept that people have considered
- 10:05Speaker 2: important from the earliest times to present days with eye
- 10:08Speaker 2: beauty being the most important. Deep. It continues saying, having
- 10:13Speaker 2: attractive eyes is an indispensable criterion of being a beautiful
- 10:17Speaker 2: woman or a handsome man. This description already makes me
- 10:22Speaker 2: feel uncomfortable because it is clear that they are playing
- 10:25Speaker 2: on vanity here. This would never be on an Australian
- 10:29Speaker 2: plastic surgeon's website because if I went to the website
- 10:33Speaker 2: and I wanted to find out about a fox eye lift,
- 10:35Speaker 2: I want to see medically what it's about. I want
- 10:38Speaker 2: it outlined in a professional manner, not telling me, oh,
- 10:41Speaker 2: you're going to be so much more beautiful if you
- 10:43Speaker 2: have this done to your eyes. Yeah. Well, they're obviously
- 10:45Speaker 2: going for a certain market. I mean, the website went
- 10:48Speaker 2: on to say that this is a minimally invasive surgery
- 10:51Speaker 2: and will result in the eyes looking bigger and more
- 10:54Speaker 2: slanted to make the face look younger. It also noted
- 10:57Speaker 2: that the rise in popularity of the surgery was due
- 11:00Speaker 2: to Bella Hadid, which is interesting in itself, even mentioning her. Yeah, well,
- 11:05Speaker 2: it almost is saying, hey, this is a bit of
- 11:07Speaker 2: a craze created by TikTok. It also outlined that there
- 11:11Speaker 2: are two methods, the surgical and non-surgical method. Now for reference,
- 11:16Speaker 2: Sky is going down the surgical route.
- 11:18Speaker 1: So for that.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Method, it is performed under a local anesthetic. So she
- 11:23Speaker 2: is going to have incisions made in her scalp and
- 11:26Speaker 2: then the ligaments at the outer edges of the eyes
- 11:29Speaker 2: will be pulled up through these incisions and fixed on
- 11:32Speaker 2: the bone and the incision sites. It sounds incredibly painful.
- 11:36Speaker 2: I just want to know, is it reversible? Well, it
- 11:39Speaker 2: was interesting because they had a Q & A as
- 11:41Speaker 2: well on this website. And firstly, they said that anyone
- 11:45Speaker 2: over the age of 18 can have this procedure done,
- 11:48Speaker 2: which I found quite alarming because this is supposed to
- 11:50Speaker 2: be a procedure that turns back the clock.
- 11:52Speaker 1: How fucking young do you want to look?
- 11:54Speaker 2: Secondly, they also answered a question about the potential damage
- 11:58Speaker 2: that this procedure can cause to eyes. So the clinic
- 12:01Speaker 2: answered this question by saying, if performed by an experienced physician,
- 12:05Speaker 2: successful and healthy results are achieved and it doesn't cause
- 12:09Speaker 2: permanent changes to the eye or any condition that may
- 12:12Speaker 2: lead to vision impairment.
- 12:14Speaker 1: So I then take from that.
- 12:16Speaker 2: So if this is performed by someone potentially with only
- 12:20Speaker 2: four years experience in a hospital, can you then get
- 12:23Speaker 2: visual impairments?
- 12:24Speaker 1: Is terrifying it finished.
- 12:26Speaker 2: Also by saying immediately after the operation there is a
- 12:29Speaker 2: lot of swelling redness and mild pain in the face
- 12:33Speaker 2: and that the recovery period spans from 10 to 15
- 12:36Speaker 2: days so it looks like sky may be spending quite
- 12:39Speaker 2: a long time in turkey before she flies back to
- 12:41Speaker 2: the gold coast also on price it mentioned that the
- 12:44Speaker 2: procedure varies based on the experience of the surgeon the
- 12:48Speaker 2: clinical environment and where the operation will be done. I mean,
- 12:51Speaker 2: I'd be wanting the most expensive one. Well, even though
- 12:55Speaker 2: it doesn't look like Dr. Fazfi has a lot of experience,
- 12:58Speaker 2: I'm guessing that because he is the face of the business,
- 13:01Speaker 2: his pricing will be the most expensive. God knows how
- 13:04Speaker 2: little experience the other doctors beneath him have. This is
- 13:07Speaker 2: so scary. Something that also stood out to me on
- 13:10Speaker 2: this website was his marketing of what he calls mummy
- 13:15Speaker 2: makeovers this is just getting worse and worse it makes
- 13:18Speaker 2: me feel sick so it says if you're in trouble
- 13:20Speaker 2: with excess weight that you gain during pregnancy and the
- 13:23Speaker 2: deformations that occurred in your body after giving birth listen
- 13:27Speaker 2: to experts who recommend mummy makeovers to restore the body
- 13:31Speaker 2: to its pre-pregnancy state in a miraculous way it continued
- 13:36Speaker 2: saying the procedures provide an important opportunity for the mother
- 13:39Speaker 2: to get her pre-pregnancy body back I wonder if this
- 13:43Speaker 2: is being marketed at women or the women's partners who
- 13:46Speaker 2: want them to have this miraculous bounce back. I mean,
- 13:49Speaker 2: as we talked about before, red flags, the mention of
- 13:52Speaker 2: how miraculous this makeover is. It just makes me so
- 13:56Speaker 2: mad because how dare a woman's body show the signs
- 13:59Speaker 2: that she has birthed a child. And the most disturbing
- 14:01Speaker 2: part of this package is is that they are recommending
- 14:04Speaker 2: that mothers come in six months after childbirth.
- 14:07Speaker 1: That is disgusting.
- 14:08Speaker 2: I mean, they are just preying on women who clearly
- 14:11Speaker 2: are feeling very insecure. Their bodies have changed. It's the
- 14:14Speaker 2: lowest of low. Well, it also says that the mother
- 14:17Speaker 2: can still get pregnant the year after the operation. What,
- 14:21Speaker 2: following like a full liposuction tummy tuck? What that says
- 14:24Speaker 2: to me is, yeah, fall pregnant again. because then we'll
- 14:27Speaker 2: have you back in for another breast lift, liposuction, all
- 14:31Speaker 2: of the works. They just want to fill their pockets
- 14:32Speaker 2: with money. Also, is the mom just meant to leave
- 14:35Speaker 2: after six months? Like where's the child when this is
- 14:38Speaker 2: all happening? I mean, obviously their father or someone else
- 14:42Speaker 2: can look after the baby, but it all just sounds
- 14:43Speaker 2: very odd.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Well, that's the thing.
- 14:45Speaker 2: What mother of six months really wants to fly to
- 14:47Speaker 2: the other side of the world without their newborn to
- 14:50Speaker 2: have surgery? A lot of women are still breastfeeding as well.
- 14:52Speaker 2: This is just This already says so much about how
- 14:56Speaker 2: this clinic is run. Well, I'm really intrigued to find
- 14:59Speaker 2: out if this is a contra agreement between the clinic
- 15:02Speaker 2: and Sky because the fact that she has shared this
- 15:05Speaker 2: reel says a lot. Yeah, well, before she left, she
- 15:08Speaker 2: also shared a selfie where she was pouting and wrote,
- 15:12Speaker 2: snatched soon, and then said, oh, my God, turkey tomorrow,
- 15:15Speaker 2: and tagged Dr.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Fazvi's account.
- 15:18Speaker 2: She also has continued to tag his account throughout the.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Her time in Turkey.
- 15:23Speaker 2: And she has been sharing a lot about how the
- 15:26Speaker 2: process works, which to me, it seems like there must
- 15:28Speaker 2: be some sort of deal in place. particularly because he
- 15:31Speaker 2: is so savvy on social media. He would know the
- 15:34Speaker 2: reach and influence that Sky has. Well, even if it's
- 15:38Speaker 2: not a contra agreement, it would be good for Sky's
- 15:40Speaker 2: engagement because we often talk about influencers who have babies,
- 15:44Speaker 2: they suddenly gain a lot of followers. This kind of
- 15:47Speaker 2: extreme surgery and the fact that she's traveling overseas will
- 15:50Speaker 2: interest a lot of people, whether people are interested in
- 15:52Speaker 2: the surgery themselves or they're just interested in the I
- 15:55Speaker 2: don't want to say, well, it's kind of like watching
- 15:57Speaker 2: a car crash because you just have a terrible feeling
- 15:59Speaker 2: in the pit of your stomach that it's not going
- 16:01Speaker 2: to turn out okay. Yeah.
- 16:03Speaker 3: I want to tell you guys about the products that
- 16:05Speaker 3: I've been using when my skin needs an instant re-plump.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Just weeks after her much-publicized breakup, Molly Mae Haig has
- 16:12Speaker 2: announced her biggest project to date. The UK influencer has
- 16:16Speaker 2: confirmed suspicions by dropping a clothing line called Maybe. Now, Amy,
- 16:21Speaker 2: one super sleuth cracked the code on the secret project
- 16:24Speaker 2: last week. Yeah, we spoke about this in last week's episode.
- 16:27Speaker 2: So a super sleuth called Luella came across a Pinterest
- 16:30Speaker 2: board she believed belonged to Molly May. Here's what she said.
- 16:34Speaker 3: It has clothing inspo. So, of course, I went over
- 16:39Speaker 3: to Instagram and there was a new account that is
- 16:42Speaker 3: called Maybe. It only had 17 followers and it was
- 16:45Speaker 3: only following one person. And, of course, the only person
- 16:48Speaker 3: it is following is Molly May. So I then went
- 16:52Speaker 3: on to.
- 16:56Speaker 2: This girl should consider a new career at the FBI
- 16:59Speaker 2: because she then uncovered a store called Maybe listed on
- 17:02Speaker 2: Trademark UK's website and linked it back to one of
- 17:06Speaker 2: Molly's newly listed companies.
- 17:08Speaker 1: A couple of days.
- 17:09Speaker 2: After Luella created her TikTok video, the Maybe Instagram account
- 17:13Speaker 2: climbed to over 57,000 followers. The clothing line seemed like
- 17:17Speaker 2: a very probable guess because Molly has proven that she
- 17:20Speaker 2: can sell clothes. She has had a longstanding partnership with
- 17:23Speaker 2: PLT and she sold a fuck ton of clothing. I
- 17:26Speaker 2: wonder if she was really pissed off when this TikTok
- 17:28Speaker 2: came out. She'll be like, how do these people find
- 17:31Speaker 2: out this information?
- 17:32Speaker 1: Well, especially only a week out.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Now on Sunday night, Molly broke the news of her
- 17:38Speaker 2: new clothing line by posting a promotional reel with the
- 17:41Speaker 2: caption 290924, which is the date that the clothing goes live.
- 17:47Speaker 2: She also tagged the Maybe Store Instagram handle, which was
- 17:50Speaker 2: the same account that the super sleuth uncovered. She might've
- 17:54Speaker 2: been happy in a way that it already had so
- 17:56Speaker 2: many Instagram followers. Yeah, it's actually worked in her favor
- 18:00Speaker 2: because she's been sharing a lot of calls to action
- 18:02Speaker 2: on the Maybe Instagram account. And it would really help
- 18:05Speaker 2: that it now has tens of thousands of followers at
- 18:08Speaker 2: the get-go. What did you think about this reel? Because
- 18:10Speaker 2: it was shot in black and white and it showed
- 18:12Speaker 2: a lot of clips of Molly working behind the scenes,
- 18:15Speaker 2: I hate to use this term, but she looked like
- 18:17Speaker 2: a real girl boss.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I hate that term too.
- 18:19Speaker 2: But yeah, she was at the brand's photo shoot and
- 18:22Speaker 2: she looked like she was in charge directing the shoot.
- 18:25Speaker 2: She was overseeing the shoot and approving a lot of
- 18:28Speaker 2: photos on a laptop. There's then a moment where she
- 18:31Speaker 2: sits down in a director's chair and says this. Have
- 18:35Speaker 2: you ever thought about launching a fashion brand?
- 18:39Speaker 3: Maybe.
- 18:40Speaker 2: Maybe. I couldn't help but notice that Molly looked a
- 18:43Speaker 2: bit awkward during the speaking part of this video, which
- 18:46Speaker 2: made it a bit more endearing. Do you know what?
- 18:48Speaker 2: It's really awkward when you have to say something in
- 18:51Speaker 2: a video, but it's very short.
- 18:53Speaker 1: Like, you know what you have to say?
- 18:54Speaker 2: Like, oh, my name is Amy. And it's really hard
- 18:57Speaker 2: to say it naturally.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Well, she's used to.
- 18:59Speaker 2: Speaking to a camera, but in this sense, she was
- 19:01Speaker 2: having to act as if she was being interviewed. So
- 19:04Speaker 2: I think that that's why it felt a little bit awkward.
- 19:06Speaker 2: I really love the way that they keep trying to
- 19:09Speaker 2: make it a play on words with maybe. Yeah.
- 19:12Speaker 1: I think it's really clever. A lot of.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Fans also noticed that Molly was wearing her very large
- 19:17Speaker 2: engagement ring in the video, but this is because it
- 19:19Speaker 2: was filmed pre-breakup. I wonder if they considered reshooting this
- 19:23Speaker 2: because her ring is very prominent in this reel. I mean,
- 19:26Speaker 2: I suppose it just creates more engagement and comments.
- 19:28Speaker 1: That's what I was going to say.
- 19:29Speaker 2: I think everyone is probably tagging their friends going, did
- 19:31Speaker 2: you see the engagement ring? Like, I'll be back together.
- 19:34Speaker 2: For them, it's only a positive. Yeah. Well, the Maybe
- 19:36Speaker 2: Instagram account at the time of recording has grown to
- 19:40Speaker 2: 455,000 followers. And with so many followers already, they are
- 19:45Speaker 2: using the site to promote calls to action, as I mentioned.
- 19:48Speaker 2: So they've shared an Instagram story with a graphic saying, maybe,
- 19:52Speaker 2: just maybe it's everything you've been waiting for. And they
- 19:55Speaker 2: then urged customers to sign up to a mailing list
- 19:58Speaker 2: to get news of the first drop. I have signed
- 20:01Speaker 2: up immediately. The link then also directs you to the
- 20:05Speaker 2: Maybe website where there were four black and white Polaroids
- 20:09Speaker 2: of Molly wearing a white top and baggy pinstripe jeans.
- 20:13Speaker 2: And it says the secret is out. So there are
- 20:15Speaker 2: a few little hints as to what you can expect
- 20:17Speaker 2: from this line. And Maybe is already dominating on TikTok.
- 20:21Speaker 1: It's at 131,000 followers.
- 20:24Speaker 2: And I love it because Molly took the opportunity to
- 20:26Speaker 2: make light of this super sleuth revealing her project a
- 20:30Speaker 2: week out. So she shared a snippet from the promo
- 20:32Speaker 2: video and it shows her cracking up laughing with the caption,
- 20:36Speaker 2: three years keeping baby a secret and you guys guessed
- 20:39Speaker 2: it with a week to go. And in the comment section,
- 20:42Speaker 2: the super sleuth Luella wrote, maybe I should be on
- 20:45Speaker 2: the team. And that got 8,000 likes. Well, since this launch,
- 20:48Speaker 2: more super sleuths have been digging into this brand.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Take a shot.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Every time we say super sleuth.
- 20:53Speaker 1: I just love how that word sounds.
- 20:55Speaker 2: Anyway, TikToker Flynn West, who has over 103,000 followers and
- 21:00Speaker 2: creates entertainment content, found leaked images of the collection. And
- 21:05Speaker 2: as expected, the collection is very Molly Mae. So there
- 21:08Speaker 2: are a lot of oversized blazers. There's lots of neutrals
- 21:12Speaker 2: and capsule pieces. It's sort of what you would expect.
- 21:15Speaker 2: And it's nice to see that the brand is stocking
- 21:17Speaker 2: a variety of sizes. It does seem to be on
- 21:20Speaker 2: the more expensive side. So Flynn revealed that a blazer
- 21:23Speaker 2: will set you back 150 pounds. So that's 300 Australian dollars.
- 21:27Speaker 2: We were debating that last week, whether we thought she
- 21:29Speaker 2: would go... high or low. And I'm actually glad that
- 21:33Speaker 2: she's got higher price points because I'm hoping that means
- 21:36Speaker 2: that these items are ethically sourced and maybe better quality
- 21:39Speaker 2: than some of the fast fashion stuff. Well, she kind
- 21:41Speaker 2: of had to come out with a more expensive line
- 21:43Speaker 2: because if it was too similar to PLT, I think
- 21:46Speaker 2: that would have caused a few issues.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:48Speaker 2: Well, Flynn also dug a bit deeper to uncover that
- 21:51Speaker 2: Alicia Diamond is Molly's director of buying. So Alicia is
- 21:55Speaker 2: the director and co-founder already of her own brand and
- 21:59Speaker 2: also a buyer at a brand called the Couture Club.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Now Flynn jumped on the Couture Club's website and discovered
- 22:05Speaker 2: that a number of Molly's leaked outfits, as well as
- 22:08Speaker 2: the outfits shown in the promo video, look very similar
- 22:12Speaker 2: to pieces from the Couture Club. So he thinks that
- 22:15Speaker 2: the clothes for Maybe are being supplied by the Couture Club. Again,
- 22:19Speaker 2: this is just speculation because In my opinion, a lot
- 22:22Speaker 2: of these capsule neutral items all look the same.
- 22:26Speaker 1: They're basics.
- 22:27Speaker 2: Of course, they're going to look quite similar. Now, the
- 22:29Speaker 2: Blue Tick Brigade, as always, was out in force to
- 22:32Speaker 2: congratulate Molly. Molly's sister Zoe wrote, goosebumps every time. Let's go.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Fellow Love Islander Maura Higgins wrote, yes, yes, yes. So
- 22:40Speaker 2: proud of you, my girl. Sofa Dofa also got into
- 22:43Speaker 2: the action writing, so ready. Notably, Tommy did not like
- 22:47Speaker 2: the post or comment.
- 22:49Speaker 1: He is still.
- 22:49Speaker 2: Following Molly, but I kind of can understand why he
- 22:52Speaker 2: didn't write anything.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:54Speaker 2: You wouldn't want to make it all about you because
- 22:56Speaker 2: there'd be so much speculation. Now, Pretty Little Thing was
- 22:59Speaker 2: also notably absent from the comment section and also like section,
- 23:04Speaker 2: which isn't really surprising as maybe is going to be
- 23:07Speaker 2: a huge competitive for them, even though they are going
- 23:11Speaker 2: down a different route of pricing. Well, have you seen
- 23:14Speaker 2: there's new rumors flying about Molly and Tommy are apparently
- 23:18Speaker 2: getting back together. Well, this has all happened on the
- 23:21Speaker 2: eve of her launching the fashion line. So the tabloids
- 23:23Speaker 2: in the UK started running with the story that Molly
- 23:27Speaker 2: and Tommy are rekindling their relationship. I saw the headline
- 23:31Speaker 2: and I was like, bullshit so the sun ran with
- 23:34Speaker 2: the headline back on molly and tommy fury are spending
- 23:37Speaker 2: romantic evenings together at four million mansion as they rekindle
- 23:41Speaker 2: romance after split so this publication claimed to have intel
- 23:46Speaker 2: from an insider who of course was not named and
- 23:49Speaker 2: they said that molly and tommy are finding their way
- 23:52Speaker 2: through their issues and that they are heading for a
- 23:55Speaker 2: full-on reconciliation Now, the unnamed source was quoted as saying,
- 24:00Speaker 2: it might come as a surprise to many, but despite
- 24:02Speaker 2: what may have gone on, they adore one another. They
- 24:05Speaker 2: as good as grew up together. They were barely 20
- 24:08Speaker 2: when they met and they have navigated the whole fame
- 24:10Speaker 2: thing together. That bond and those times can never be
- 24:13Speaker 2: taken from them. They have had to see one another
- 24:16Speaker 2: because of Bambi and that has been a good opportunity
- 24:19Speaker 2: for them to have begun the process of getting back together.
- 24:22Speaker 2: They're enjoying quiet time away from the limelight. Now that line,
- 24:27Speaker 2: is where you know that this is bullshit because neither
- 24:30Speaker 2: of them are enjoying quiet time away from the limelight.
- 24:33Speaker 1: They are being followed by paparazzi.
- 24:35Speaker 2: Their names are all over the press at the moment.
- 24:38Speaker 2: I think what's happened is Tommy has just been around
- 24:40Speaker 2: a lot to the house because he's been looking after
- 24:43Speaker 2: Bambi and the press are just reading so much into it.
- 24:47Speaker 2: I just think it's a really mean headline because there
- 24:49Speaker 2: are so many people who have been upset by this
- 24:52Speaker 2: breakup and it's giving us all hope that they might
- 24:55Speaker 2: get back together when It's evident they're not going to.
- 24:58Speaker 2: Molly's not going to come on her platform and make
- 25:00Speaker 2: this big deal about breaking up and then a week
- 25:02Speaker 2: later get back with Tommy. Tommy's also been releasing.
- 25:05Speaker 1: These bizarre YouTube videos.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Yeah, he did a five-minute video where he asked his
- 25:11Speaker 2: followers to come along as he did a 5K run
- 25:14Speaker 2: and then he was trying some spicy food challenge.
- 25:16Speaker 1: It's really weird how.
- 25:17Speaker 2: He's trying to launch his YouTube career off the back
- 25:20Speaker 2: of this. I also don't like that the media are
- 25:23Speaker 2: running with this headline on the eve of her project
- 25:27Speaker 2: launching because they know that this supposed backflip is going
- 25:31Speaker 2: to lead people to think that this breakup is just
- 25:34Speaker 2: a publicity stunt to promote her product maybe it's tommy's
- 25:37Speaker 2: pr team that are pushing this story because tommy has
- 25:39Speaker 2: been copying it in public this kind of positive pr
- 25:43Speaker 2: would be good for him the thing that shit though
- 25:45Speaker 2: is that it turns it on molly make as people
- 25:47Speaker 2: are saying oh you're toying with our emotions just so
- 25:50Speaker 2: that you can sell this product and The media really
- 25:53Speaker 2: are only putting headlines out about this because they know
- 25:56Speaker 2: that the Tommy and Molly story gets clicks. They know
- 25:58Speaker 2: that they need to change the narrative up. No one's
- 26:00Speaker 2: interested in any more of these fake cheating allegations. They
- 26:04Speaker 2: need to have a twist in the story and potentially
- 26:07Speaker 2: that's them getting back together. They also know that it's
- 26:11Speaker 2: going to lead to a lot of negative comments towards Molly,
- 26:14Speaker 2: which in turn leads to engagement and more people clicking
- 26:17Speaker 2: on the story and them getting more ads.
- 26:20Speaker 3: You want to keep things private, but at the same time,
- 26:22Speaker 3: like I'm not here to like hide anything. That's my girl.
- 26:26Speaker 2: The internet went into meltdown late last week after images
- 26:29Speaker 2: of an alleged breakup contract between Taylor Swift and Travis
- 26:33Speaker 2: Kelsey surfaced on Reddit. The document purporting to be from
- 26:37Speaker 2: Travis's PR team claimed the couple were set to split
- 26:40Speaker 2: on the 28th of September, 2024. Amy, can you tell
- 26:44Speaker 2: us more about this supposed breakup contract? Yeah, so the
- 26:47Speaker 2: document was entitled, Comprehensive media plan for Travis Kelsey's public
- 26:52Speaker 2: relations following breakup with Taylor Swift. Now emblazoned on the
- 26:56Speaker 2: front page was the logo of PR agency Fullscope, which
- 27:00Speaker 2: manages Travis. The document outlined a media strategy on how
- 27:05Speaker 2: to protect Travis's reputation following the supposed split and how
- 27:09Speaker 2: the firm would manage any negative press. So some of
- 27:13Speaker 2: the key messages included highlighting that the breakup was a
- 27:16Speaker 2: mutual decision and emphasizing Travis's career achievements and also stating
- 27:21Speaker 2: the breakup would provide Travis and Taylor with the opportunity
- 27:24Speaker 2: for personal growth.
- 27:26Speaker 1: Everyone loves a bit of personal growth.
- 27:27Speaker 2: It even went as far as including a statement for
- 27:31Speaker 2: the media, which read Travis and Taylor have decided to
- 27:33Speaker 2: part ways after careful consideration. They both value and respect
- 27:38Speaker 2: each other's personal lives and appreciate your respect for privacy
- 27:41Speaker 2: during this time. Now, this was first posted on Reddit
- 27:45Speaker 2: after someone came across it on Snapchat. On Snapchat? Yeah.
- 27:49Speaker 2: And then it was quickly picked up by the Daily
- 27:51Speaker 2: Mail and it is spread like wildfire. What did you
- 27:55Speaker 2: initially think when you saw the reports? Well, I think
- 27:58Speaker 2: there has always been a level of skepticism around this
- 28:01Speaker 2: relationship due to just how public it's been from day one.
- 28:04Speaker 2: But when I looked at this document, it doesn't look
- 28:07Speaker 2: like a real PR statement or strategy. It sounds like
- 28:11Speaker 2: it's been written by ChatGPD. Yeah, a lot of other
- 28:13Speaker 2: people were saying it almost looks like a high school assignment,
- 28:17Speaker 2: the way it's been written as well. It's also weird
- 28:19Speaker 2: because the media keep referring to it as a breakup contract.
- 28:23Speaker 2: But the whole document is actually a PR strategy on
- 28:26Speaker 2: how to deal with this breakup.
- 28:28Speaker 1: I mean, it's not as catchy though, is it?
- 28:30Speaker 2: No. And it didn't take long for Travis's PR team
- 28:33Speaker 2: to label the documents as fake. So Full Scope released
- 28:37Speaker 2: a statement saying, the document is entirely false and fabricated.
- 28:41Speaker 2: And they also said it was not created, issued or
- 28:44Speaker 2: authorized by their agency. They continued, we have engaged our
- 28:48Speaker 2: legal team to initiate proceedings against the individuals or entities
- 28:52Speaker 2: responsible for the unlawful and injurious forgery of documents. This
- 28:56Speaker 2: reminds me of a story we covered a few years
- 28:58Speaker 2: ago where Mia Plesik was accused of forging legal documents.
- 29:02Speaker 1: So she allegedly found.
- 29:04Speaker 2: A legal logo, which she slapped on there in the
- 29:07Speaker 2: header and footer. And it just didn't read like a
- 29:10Speaker 2: proper legal letter. I feel like with chat GPT, people
- 29:14Speaker 2: would be abusing it a bit, especially with legal type letters. Now,
- 29:18Speaker 2: despite all of the denials, many people are still questioning
- 29:21Speaker 2: the validity of the contract. And this is due to
- 29:24Speaker 2: media reports on Full Scope's founder, Jake Kedison. So Kedison
- 29:29Speaker 2: has previously admitted to setting up showmances in the past.
- 29:33Speaker 2: He even wrote a book about it. And in 2019,
- 29:35Speaker 2: he was interviewed on Mamma Mia's The Quickie, where he
- 29:40Speaker 2: explained how showmances work. So he told the podcast that
- 29:44Speaker 2: he'd been responsible for staging at least two relationships during
- 29:47Speaker 2: his career. He explained that in the past, a lot
- 29:51Speaker 2: of these fake relationships were used to cover up the
- 29:53Speaker 2: fact a popular actor might be gay, but now they're
- 29:56Speaker 2: used to distract from negative press or purely to generate buzz.
- 30:00Speaker 2: That is an interesting element because if you think about it,
- 30:03Speaker 2: Travis's career has really skyrocketed since he started dating Taylor
- 30:07Speaker 2: Swift because as we touched on last week, he's recently
- 30:10Speaker 2: signed a $ 100 million podcast deal He's also done some
- 30:14Speaker 2: huge partnerships with Pepsi and his star just seems to
- 30:17Speaker 2: be on the rise. I mean, I had no idea
- 30:19Speaker 2: who the guy was until I saw him on TikTok
- 30:22Speaker 2: talking about wanting to give Taylor Swift a friendship bracelet. Yeah.
- 30:25Speaker 2: I mean, for Taylor, it's not as if she needs
- 30:27Speaker 2: Travis for publicity, but she was coming out of this
- 30:30Speaker 2: really bad breakup with Matt Healy. So I think Taylor
- 30:34Speaker 2: was happy to be seen out and about with another guy.
- 30:36Speaker 2: And also, if you think of the type of coverage
- 30:40Speaker 2: Taylor and Travis were getting during the Superbowl, And how
- 30:43Speaker 2: that coincided with the Eras Tour, it was literally a
- 30:47Speaker 2: PR dream for both of them. Yeah, well, it was
- 30:49Speaker 2: the all-American dream. It was the pop star with the
- 30:51Speaker 2: popular footy player. Well, adding more fuel to the fire
- 30:55Speaker 2: are old reports which have resurfaced. So last year, a
- 30:59Speaker 2: well-known Twitch player by the name of Cutie Cinderella was
- 31:02Speaker 2: interviewed on a podcast and she dropped some very juicy
- 31:06Speaker 2: details about Travis and Taylor. So she told the podcast,
- 31:10Speaker 2: here's some crazy hot tea. My makeup artist was doing
- 31:13Speaker 2: my makeup yesterday and I'm a Swifty and I casually
- 31:16Speaker 2: bring her up in conversation. And she's like, yeah, that's
- 31:19Speaker 2: a PR relationship. It's so crazy. And I was like,
- 31:22Speaker 2: with Travis Kelsey? And she said, yeah. She said the
- 31:25Speaker 2: makeup artist was friends with Travis's publicist. So the Twitch
- 31:29Speaker 2: player said she questioned her further as to whether maybe
- 31:32Speaker 2: the relationship had started off as a PR relationship, but asked, well,
- 31:36Speaker 2: is it love now? And the makeup artist allegedly responded, No.
- 31:40Speaker 1: I don't want to believe this.
- 31:42Speaker 2: I know. Now, a lot of people are speculating that
- 31:44Speaker 2: the publicist is Pia Malahai, and she co-founded Fullscape in
- 31:50Speaker 2: 2022 alongside Kedison. Now, interestingly, Pia is rumored to be
- 31:54Speaker 2: dating Kansas City's chief player, Sky Moore, and she got
- 31:58Speaker 2: in hot water last year when she reshared a friend's
- 32:02Speaker 2: post on Instagram. So the photo in question was of
- 32:05Speaker 2: herself with Taylor Swift. But in the photo, Taylor's head
- 32:09Speaker 2: was covered by a clown emoji. And a lot of
- 32:12Speaker 2: Swifties took great offense to this. So Pia's friend was
- 32:15Speaker 2: forced to apologize. She explained it wasn't meant to be
- 32:18Speaker 2: an insult and that she put the emoji on the
- 32:20Speaker 2: photo because she wanted to ensure the attention was on
- 32:23Speaker 2: Pia for her birthday. The friend wrote, wrong choice of
- 32:26Speaker 2: birthday clown emoji, nothing but love for Taylor.
- 32:29Speaker 1: I don't buy that for a second.
- 32:31Speaker 2: If you didn't want to take attention away from Pia
- 32:33Speaker 2: on her birthday. then post an individual photo with PR,
- 32:37Speaker 2: not one with Taylor Swift in it. Well, knowing all
- 32:39Speaker 2: that we know about the people that run this PR business,
- 32:42Speaker 2: do we really think that the PR masterminds behind Taylor
- 32:45Speaker 2: Swift would strike up a deal with a PR firm
- 32:49Speaker 2: like Fullscope? No, I don't think Terri Payne would be
- 32:51Speaker 2: getting involved with them at all. And I think that
- 32:53Speaker 2: she would be telling Travis Kelsey to find new management. Yeah,
- 32:56Speaker 2: because their most famous client other than Travis is probably
- 33:01Speaker 2: Kristen Cavallari and also Nick Carter. Mm. And interestingly, many
- 33:05Speaker 2: people believe that Kristen could also be in a PR
- 33:07Speaker 2: relationship because she's dating that 24-year-old Montana boy, that TikToker.
- 33:12Speaker 2: Kristen recently had her boyfriend Mark on her podcast and
- 33:15Speaker 2: they did a say it or shot it game. And
- 33:17Speaker 2: it was quite awkward because one of the questions was,
- 33:20Speaker 2: did it put you off that Kristen was a lot
- 33:23Speaker 2: older than you and had kids? And he just sounded
- 33:25Speaker 2: like a typical young guy.
- 33:27Speaker 1: He's like, I didn't really think about it at all.
- 33:29Speaker 2: Yeah. And there was an awkward question about kids. So
- 33:32Speaker 2: he said that he does want kids, but they have
- 33:35Speaker 2: both said that they're not going to speak about what
- 33:37Speaker 2: the future holds for them because they've only been dating
- 33:39Speaker 2: for six months and they don't want to put pressure
- 33:41Speaker 2: on it. Well, it seems like this relationship to Kristen
- 33:43Speaker 2: is a bit of fun. She's coming out of a divorce.
- 33:45Speaker 2: So it's nice for her to have this hot guy
- 33:48Speaker 2: to be hanging out with. Now, just back to Travis
- 33:50Speaker 2: and Taylor. I think this whole document is fake because
- 33:55Speaker 2: even People Magazine have gone as far as to label
- 33:59Speaker 2: this as a scam. But I want to know your thoughts, Sophie,
- 34:03Speaker 2: on Full Scope launching legal action because it really has
- 34:06Speaker 2: drawn more attention to the story. And a lot of
- 34:09Speaker 2: people have said, oh, wouldn't ignoring it like Taylor's team
- 34:12Speaker 2: has done make it seem less legitimate.
- 34:14Speaker 1: I disagree.
- 34:15Speaker 2: I think that they had to come out and show
- 34:17Speaker 2: that they were serious about this because this is someone
- 34:19Speaker 2: who has stolen their logo. They've slapped it on a
- 34:23Speaker 2: fake document. It's also not a good look for the
- 34:26Speaker 2: company to appear as though they have confidential documents just
- 34:29Speaker 2: lying around the office to be photographed on Snapchat. I
- 34:33Speaker 2: also saw a distinct change in the reporting of the matter. So,
- 34:37Speaker 2: so many publications are now labelling the breakup contract as
- 34:40Speaker 2: a fake. And if Full Scope hadn't threatened legal action,
- 34:44Speaker 2: I think many publications would have continued to push the
- 34:46Speaker 2: narrative that this contract was legitimate. Well, they're probably also
- 34:49Speaker 2: scared seeing that Travis Kelsey has signed a $ 100 million deal.
- 34:54Speaker 2: I mean, he obviously has a lot of money. He
- 34:57Speaker 2: can sue whoever he wants to sue. His girlfriend also
- 35:00Speaker 2: is a billionaire. Well, Taylor seems to be really unfazed
- 35:03Speaker 2: by the whole thing. I mean, if you actually believe
- 35:06Speaker 2: the Daily Mail's sources. Apparently, one of them close to
- 35:10Speaker 2: Taylor said she was unbothered and quite amused by this.
- 35:13Speaker 2: She usually pays these things no mind at all, but
- 35:16Speaker 2: this was hilarious AI realness. It isn't even worth an
- 35:20Speaker 2: actual reaction from her or the team. The supposed source
- 35:23Speaker 2: then went on to say that Taylor and Travis had
- 35:25Speaker 2: a good laugh about it and planned to mark the
- 35:27Speaker 2: 28th of September doing something special and fun to commemorate.
- 35:32Speaker 2: I don't necessarily think that Taylor would have been cool
- 35:35Speaker 2: about this. There's already so much speculation around their relationship.
- 35:38Speaker 1: Yeah, but she's used to it.
- 35:39Speaker 2: Every week there's a new article about them and they
- 35:41Speaker 2: have really been showing this united front since the story broke.
- 35:46Speaker 2: But that to me shows that they're bothered because they're saying,
- 35:48Speaker 2: oh yeah, she doesn't mind. But literally they're making a
- 35:51Speaker 2: huge effort to be seen in public with one another. Well,
- 35:54Speaker 2: it wouldn't be ideal. Either way, like if it was true,
- 35:57Speaker 2: you'd be like, where the fuck are you stupid PR
- 35:59Speaker 2: team leaving our confidential documents around? And on the other hand,
- 36:02Speaker 2: she's probably like, why are people even questioning this? Why
- 36:05Speaker 2: would we have a fake relationship for so long? Well,
- 36:07Speaker 2: Taylor has made sure she's looking hot when she's seen
- 36:09Speaker 2: it in public with him. I loved her two-piece denim
- 36:13Speaker 2: outfit that she wore to one of the Chiefs games.
- 36:16Speaker 2: She was also spotted supporting US tennis player Taylor Fritz.
- 36:20Speaker 1: At the US Open.
- 36:22Speaker 2: With Travis Kelsey, it looked as if Gucci had vomited
- 36:25Speaker 2: over here. He had a Gucci bucket, had a Gucci top.
- 36:28Speaker 2: A lot of people were saying in the comments, just
- 36:29Speaker 2: because it's expensive, it doesn't mean it looks good. Yeah,
- 36:32Speaker 2: he looked like a bit of a fashion victim, didn't he?
- 36:35Speaker 2: But Taylor looked great. Well, they were also sitting in
- 36:37Speaker 2: the box with them at home. So apparently Taylor is
- 36:40Speaker 2: good friends with Patrick's wife, Brittany. And at one point,
- 36:43Speaker 2: Travis and Taylor were shown singing along to, I believe,
- 36:46Speaker 2: in a thing called Love. And they were literally screaming
- 36:49Speaker 2: it to each other. Yeah, but the best part about
- 36:51Speaker 2: that was you could see in the clip, Britney turned
- 36:53Speaker 2: to Patrick Mahomes and be like, what is this song?
- 36:56Speaker 2: Because it's an older song. They look so confused. I'd
- 37:00Speaker 2: love to know what everyone thinks in our Facebook community.
- 37:02Speaker 2: Do you think that this contract is fake? Well, that
- 37:06Speaker 2: is all we have time for today. Thank you so
- 37:08Speaker 2: much for listening to another episode. If you get a
