• 0:00
  [SPEAKER_01]: It's fuck ya Friday.
• 0:01
  [SPEAKER_01]: Fuck you!
• 0:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Get ready for some wins!
• 0:28
[SPEAKER_02]: and it's the antidote to fear.
• 0:31
[SPEAKER_02]: Each week my guess will bring bold, executable, intrinsic, and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and be it until you see it.
• 0:40
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's a practice, not a perfect, let's get started.
• 0:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome back to the B.A.T.A.C.
• 0:49
  [SPEAKER_01]: at Podcasts My Loves.
• 0:50
[SPEAKER_01]: It is our fuck-ya Friday episode, and this is our short and quick, you know, it's that coffee chat, without, though, you're not with me, but I hope we're feel like we're on a coffee chat.
• 0:59
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to share, like, I need a moment.
• 1:02
[SPEAKER_01]: So then I want to rant about, but then a win of mine, and then a win of yours.
• 1:05
  [SPEAKER_01]: And the thing is,
• 1:06
[SPEAKER_01]: In life, you're going to complain and life, there's going to be things you want to like vent about.
• 1:10
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not toxic positivity to also see a win, not a win in the issue.
• 1:13
[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's where the toxic positivity is.
• 1:16
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not saying you find a win in the problem that you're having.
• 1:19
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm saying you find a win that's happening in your life as well.
• 1:23
  [SPEAKER_01]: And that's healthy, right?
• 1:24
[SPEAKER_01]: That's really, really good stuff.
• 1:25
  [SPEAKER_01]: So.
• 1:26
[SPEAKER_01]: If you want to share your wins and send those in, you can send it to theapot.com, such questions.
• 1:30
[SPEAKER_01]: Also, this is where you can send your topics and that you want to make sure that we're either interviewing a guest on, or that you want me to do solo episodes on.
• 1:36
[SPEAKER_01]: I hope you are liking this solo episodes.
• 1:38
[SPEAKER_01]: I would love to hear more, sit, then some reviews.
• 1:40
[SPEAKER_01]: And if you love our podcast and you want to support it, one of the ways you can do that.
• 1:45
[SPEAKER_01]: is actually by being an OPC member.
• 1:47
[SPEAKER_01]: OnlinePriceCloser.com is where we have real applies for real bodies.
• 1:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Like we just want to do applies workouts that work for you.
• 1:53
[SPEAKER_01]: And we're really proud of the work that we do over there.
• 1:55
[SPEAKER_01]: And when you buy any of our flashcards, did you know that we take a percentage of what you purchased?
• 2:01
[SPEAKER_01]: And we give it to Nevada SPC8.
• 2:02
[SPEAKER_01]: And while I'm talking about that, I have a cute little foster down at my legs.
• 2:07
  [SPEAKER_01]: Our name is Darla.
• 2:08
[SPEAKER_01]: And she is just African.
• 2:10
  [SPEAKER_01]: She is so cute.
• 2:11
  [SPEAKER_01]: She's a little
• 2:12
[SPEAKER_01]: cow, and I'm a kind of obsessed with her already.
• 2:15
[SPEAKER_01]: So the ranch has nothing to do with Charlotte.
• 2:18
  [SPEAKER_01]: Here's my rant.
• 2:19
[SPEAKER_01]: One of my followers had sent, hey, did you know this person's using your images in a book?
• 2:23
[SPEAKER_01]: And so we go on Amazon, we do a take-down done.
• 2:26
  [SPEAKER_01]: I rant about it.
• 2:27
[SPEAKER_01]: People go, oh, did you know that this person's using a manual?
• 2:30
[SPEAKER_01]: Did you, oh, and then some else, oh, have you seen this book about you?
• 2:32
[SPEAKER_01]: Have you seen that you're in this book?
• 2:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I just found this book about you.
• 2:35
[SPEAKER_01]: AI books all right about me.
• 2:37
[SPEAKER_01]: I probably ran to about this before last month, so I'm going to tell you the most recent thing that happened
• 2:43
[SPEAKER_01]: You guys fuckin' Timo is selling my posters.
• 2:49
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm really pissed off about it because you can see my watermark on there.
• 2:54
[SPEAKER_01]: And also the review is about how shitty the quality of the pictures are.
• 2:58
  [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, because it's a dock off.
• 3:00
[SPEAKER_01]: And so now you're miss making me look bad.
• 3:02
[SPEAKER_01]: So those are not my posters.
• 3:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Those are my posters on Timo, but I'm not getting the money.
• 3:05
[SPEAKER_01]: So feel free to go over there and talk about how shitty it is to steal from people.
• 3:12
[SPEAKER_01]: And so then I told people like how go ahead and like leave a review and then guess what happened?
• 3:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Somebody left a shitty review on a fourth book that I didn't know about that is me.
• 3:21
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm just tired of people using my image and I'm going to rant about that once a month until we get these layers to do their work on it.
• 3:29
  [SPEAKER_01]: So that's going on.
• 3:31
  [SPEAKER_01]: That's that.
• 3:32
  [SPEAKER_02]: So my win.
• 3:34
[SPEAKER_01]: My win is we are six weeks into me teaching a beta version of my teacher training program that I have been working on for new Polaris instructors and Polaris instructors who want to bridge.
• 3:46
[SPEAKER_01]: So if you've been wanting to learn Pilates and you've been looking for programs and you're like, Red, my book or maybe we didn't, but you're like looking for something solid.
• 3:53
[SPEAKER_01]: This fall, I'll be onboarding the educators for it.
• 3:57
[SPEAKER_01]: And next year they'll be able to start
• 4:01
  [SPEAKER_01]: I'm not running them.
• 4:02
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm actually going to be guiding them on running them because I run elevate, which is my mentorship program for teachers.
• 4:07
  [SPEAKER_01]: And I can't be everywhere.
• 4:08
  [SPEAKER_01]: Can't be everywhere.
• 4:09
[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm really proud of the work that I've done.
• 4:11
[SPEAKER_02]: So the win is not that it's completed because it's mostly completed.
• 4:16
[SPEAKER_01]: The win is that I started the beta program for six weeks, then I'm fucking loving it.
• 4:19
[SPEAKER_01]: The group of people that are trusting me through this beta program.
• 4:22
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm so great, full for, ladies and gentlemen, you know who you are.
• 4:26
[SPEAKER_01]: It's really wonderful to get to teach them, but also really, really great to have them be part of how I curate this manual on this program.
• 4:36
[SPEAKER_01]: Because we're all different types of learners.
• 4:37
[SPEAKER_01]: They're all in different experience of life.
• 4:39
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm really, really proud of the work that they're doing.
• 4:41
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm proud of the work that I've done.
• 4:43
[SPEAKER_01]: And if you are like, oh my god, I'm Joanne Zane to do this program.
• 4:49
[SPEAKER_01]: We are creating a wait list for people that I can send off to the educators.
• 4:52
[SPEAKER_01]: And also announce when there are educators.
• 4:54
[SPEAKER_01]: So if you are wanting to know when uplift is available to explore an educator near you, I want you to go to xxll.co-u-u-u.
• 5:06
[SPEAKER_01]: that's going to take you to a wait list for people who want to learn and study the uplift program.
• 5:13
[SPEAKER_01]: And so that's that for the people who want to be educators, you have to be part of my elevate alumni group to be an educator.
• 5:19
[SPEAKER_01]: So more on that later, but I am just so freaking proud of the work that I've done and the team is done and that these people have done.
• 5:26
[SPEAKER_01]: So I know two weeks in a row, the wind seem really, really big.
• 5:29
[SPEAKER_01]: But a couple months ago, I told you that I'm working on this thing behind the scenes, and I'm almost done, this is the thing.
• 5:34
[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, I've had little winds on this along the way.
• 5:37
[SPEAKER_01]: This is a bigger wind of it, but there'll be more winds to come because until it's complete and going, there's more winds to have.
• 5:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, one of your winds, are you ready for it?
• 5:49
[SPEAKER_01]: This is homegrown Pilates, but I finally have the freedom and means to travel.
• 5:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, when I love that, you know what?
• 6:01
  [SPEAKER_01]: That's a huge one, geez.
• 6:03
[SPEAKER_01]: But also just that you're celebrating that you have it.
• 6:06
[SPEAKER_01]: So many people would wait till they do travel and that you're celebrating that you have just the ability to do it.
• 6:13
[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, that's what these winds are all about.
• 6:14
[SPEAKER_01]: That's what FIFs are all about.
• 6:15
[SPEAKER_01]: So thank you, homegrown plies for sharing that so you can inspire other people.
• 6:19
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, let me get to your mantra.
• 6:21
  [SPEAKER_01]: Every day I grow in self-acceptance.
• 6:24
  [SPEAKER_01]: Every day I grow in self-acceptance.
• 6:26
  [SPEAKER_02]: Every day I grow in self-acceptance.
• 6:28
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, you do.
• 6:29
  [SPEAKER_01]: You're doing it.
• 6:30
[SPEAKER_01]: You're doing it and you're being a tell you see it.
• 6:32
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm down next time, take care of yourself.
• 6:35
[SPEAKER_01]: Please, if you can't support OPC by being a member, which means you're supporting yourself, then definitely share this podcast episode or one of our interviews that you love with a friend who's here and if you don't have a friend, then you can leave a review.
