  case you need a refreshing what that stood for diversity,

  equality and inclusion, which at this point I'm glad it's DEADI

  mean, can we be real? You know, serious.

  If that was a complete waste of time, and whoever actually came

  up with that idea and initiative should be sent to a labor camp,

  Why would you create an initiative that essentially, if

  people didn't factor this in that century, tilted the

  balance, if you will, towards one group of people, yet not in

  a way gave others a chance as well.

  And by that, I mean, it gave Black people an edge over our

  groups. Do you know why that was really

  put in place? It was put in place because

  apparently somebody felt that it was time to make things equal

  and fair for black people after decades plus of unfairness and

  injustice. So that's probably why this was

  put in the beginning. Oh well.

  I had grown up to believe that you gotta work hard for what you

  want. That if you really think that

  you're just going to be given opportunities regardless of who

  you are, you're sad of a mistake.

  Because here's the reality. You don't want to ultimately

  feel as if you have to go to life and not get what you want.

  We all want the best things in life.

  I can't even see him and say that I you know one of my

  something better every Now you have to work hard for what you

  want. OK 'cause if not, you are

  essentially by putting stuff like this initiative and you're

  tilting the balance towards one group of people and not others.

  And I'll tell you what, I'm actually glad, you know,

  President Trump actually finally ended this nonsense, although

  some States and all universities are continuing this nonsense.

  Look, I don't care about the fact you can't ultimately just

  tilt the balance of really favoritism towards one side.

  Well, short changing of cause. See, then what ends up happening

  is that by doing that, you ultimately put yourself in the

  spot to where you are going to have, and rightfully so,

  outrage. All because you wanna

  essentially kiss up to the masses.

  Long and short of it. If you don't work hard, you

  don't get what you want. That's the bottom line.

  And like I said, some States and universities, they're still

  continuing this nonsense. And you know what, learn through

  it because as far as I'm concerned, it's only going to

  continue. Highlight that many of those

  that are pushing it or you're incompetent or probably were

  denied an opportunity they felt they deserved at one point never

  got it. And so now they're taking out

  that kind of rejection onto others.
