- 0:35SPEAKER_04: Well, hey, Steve and Jeff Show band.
- 0:37SPEAKER_04: Thanks for singing us in.
- 0:38SPEAKER_04: And ladies and gentlemen, as incredible as it may seem, Jeff is still post-surgery.
- 0:44SPEAKER_04: How's it going, Jeff?
- 0:45SPEAKER_03: Good, but I don't know if I'm actually post-surgery.
- 0:48SPEAKER_03: Doesn't it sort of depend on when this episode runs?
- 0:51SPEAKER_03: As to it's sort of like, you know, Fridays for Trump, right?
- 0:56SPEAKER_03: I mean, if if we were doing an episode on a Friday for Trump, it would be all the best of everything.
- 1:02SPEAKER_03: And then on Monday, you know, it's the end of the world and interest rates go up.
- 1:06SPEAKER_03: So I I don't know, but I do feel good.
- 1:09SPEAKER_03: I've got that bidet.
- 1:11SPEAKER_03: Once you go bidet, you never go back.
- 1:14SPEAKER_04: There are rhymes to that, but I won't go into it now.
- 1:16SPEAKER_03: There are rhymes to that.
- 1:17SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:18SPEAKER_03: But yeah, I literally sit in the bathroom just hoping I have to go to the bathroom so I can use it.
- 1:23SPEAKER_03: So you can't do that.
- 1:24SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 1:25SPEAKER_04: Well, you know, you could just go and like you don't really have to go, but hey, I just want to sit here, you know.
- 1:29SPEAKER_04: You could do that.
- 1:30SPEAKER_03: I kind of do that.
- 1:31SPEAKER_04: You know, I gotta say, uh as to whether you are post-surger or not, I'm not a semanticist, and I'm not anti-semanticist either.
- 1:40SPEAKER_04: But I I I I think whether you're post or not depends on when you had the surgery and when we're talking about.
- 1:52SPEAKER_04: I don't know, I don't know if that helps, but but I but anyway.
- 1:55SPEAKER_04: I I gotta tell you, you know, I I've had kind of an interesting week too.
- 1:58SPEAKER_04: Last weekend, I went to see, you know, Omaha is a much stronger comedy and drama and entertainment live theater venue than I think most people think.
- 2:11SPEAKER_04: I mean, most people don't know that.
- 2:13SPEAKER_04: Great comedy clubs here in town.
- 2:15SPEAKER_04: I went to see a comic.
- 2:16SPEAKER_04: I go to him fairly often.
- 2:18SPEAKER_04: I I went to see his comic last weekend.
- 2:20SPEAKER_04: I you know, though, he's a little different, they're a little disappointing.
- 2:26SPEAKER_04: They're fixated on how bad things are.
- 2:29SPEAKER_04: You know, it seems like you know, I see a lot of comics, and it seems like they're either focused on their own bodily functions or on how bad things are.
- 2:37SPEAKER_04: You know, so that's that's it.
- 2:39SPEAKER_04: That's stand-up, right?
- 2:40SPEAKER_04: I I just don't get it.
- 2:41SPEAKER_04: No.
- 2:42SPEAKER_04: Now, according to our king, you know, we've talked about this in previous shows.
- 2:47SPEAKER_04: Crime is at a 2,000-year low.
- 2:50SPEAKER_04: And it's not like we're having hurricanes or storms or high waves or sand washing up beaches or anything.
- 2:57SPEAKER_04: Yeah, the weather's great.
- 2:58SPEAKER_04: In fact, we were gonna go to Florida this winter, but we decided, why go?
- 3:03SPEAKER_04: It's gonna be 90 and Omaha in February.
- 3:05SPEAKER_04: We'll just stay here.
- 3:07SPEAKER_04: Well, what was really sad about this comic, though, is he got the most laughs when he talked about the economy.
- 3:13SPEAKER_04: And I, you know, I took a few notes.
- 3:14SPEAKER_04: I mean, he probably he probably thought I was working for like Milton Burrell or Robin Williams, but both of which would be impossible at this point, but he may have thought that anyway.
- 3:23SPEAKER_04: I don't know.
- 3:24SPEAKER_04: I'm not sure I get it.
- 3:25SPEAKER_03: Well, I don't get it either.
- 3:26SPEAKER_03: And I know I think it's cheap shotting, you know.
- 3:29SPEAKER_03: The economy, who really cares about the economy, you know?
- 3:32SPEAKER_04: Yeah, not like we live in it or anything.
- 3:34SPEAKER_04: I mean, come on, you know, yeah.
- 3:35SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and it's and like you said, it's the strongest it's ever been.
- 3:39SPEAKER_03: And so I I don't know what kind of jokes are we talking here?
- 3:42SPEAKER_03: Well, you know, are they really funny or or what?
- 3:45SPEAKER_04: Uh you know, funny.
- 3:46SPEAKER_04: I mean, he was he was one of these old-time comedians, you know, like a borscht belt kind of comedian.
- 3:51SPEAKER_04: I mean, come on, like beet soup is gonna be an effective belt.
- 3:54SPEAKER_04: I mean, please.
- 3:55SPEAKER_04: I mean, little uh at least at least it won't go off when you're going through TSA, but but I digress.
- 4:00SPEAKER_04: Kind of old school comic he used a lot of Johnny Carson type jokes.
- 4:04SPEAKER_04: You remember how Johnny Carson would be, he'd say, It's been really hot, you know.
- 4:08SPEAKER_04: How hot was it?
- 4:09SPEAKER_04: You know, Ed McMahon and the audience would say.
- 4:12SPEAKER_04: And they'd say something like, Oh, it was so hot that the fire hydrants are getting up and chasing the dogs.
- 4:17SPEAKER_04: Yeah, those types of jokes, you know.
- 4:18SPEAKER_04: I mean, for example, he said the economy was so bad that his neighbor got a pre-declined credit card in the mail.
- 4:26SPEAKER_04: Okay, and that's and he said the CEOs are now playing miniature golf.
- 4:31SPEAKER_04: He said that Exxon Mobil, ExxonMobil had to lay off 25 congressmen.
- 4:37SPEAKER_04: So, I mean, funny.
- 4:39SPEAKER_04: He didn't stop there though.
- 4:41SPEAKER_04: He said the economy's so bad that he saw a Mormon who just had one wife.
- 4:47SPEAKER_04: So that you know, McDonald's is now selling quarter ouncers.
- 4:52SPEAKER_03: I kind of like that.
- 4:53SPEAKER_04: Or should say quarter ouncers would be, yeah.
- 4:57SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 5:00SPEAKER_04: Well, oh, oh.
- 5:01SPEAKER_04: He said Angelina Jolie adopted a child from America.
- 5:05SPEAKER_04: He just kind of kept going on, just kept going on.
- 5:08SPEAKER_04: Said the things are so bad in this country that parents in Beverly Hills fired their nannies and learned their children's names.
- 5:16SPEAKER_04: I mean, that's unheralded.
- 5:19SPEAKER_04: A truckload of Americans was actually caught sneaking into Mexico.
- 5:23SPEAKER_04: Apparently, now too.
- 5:25SPEAKER_04: When Bill and Hillary travel together, they have to share a room.
- 5:29SPEAKER_04: Wow.
- 5:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and and for some reason, people were laughing, crying, uh, some at the same time, some were doing both at the same time.
- 5:38SPEAKER_04: I don't get it.
- 5:39SPEAKER_03: I gotta tell you, I did think those were kind of funny.
- 5:41SPEAKER_04: Yeah, well, I mean that wasn't terrible.
- 5:44SPEAKER_03: Okay, yeah, yeah.
- 5:45SPEAKER_04: It was like really good Bors belt with like with the sour cream, the really good stuff, you know.
- 5:50SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 5:51SPEAKER_03: But I understand why people would be laughing and crying, you know.
- 5:54SPEAKER_03: I mean, you know, especially if if you're not paying attention to what the king is saying, and you you just look at the economy for yourself, you know, it's never a good idea to do that because you don't you don't really understand what's going on when you see diesel gas at six and a half dollars a gallon.
- 6:12SPEAKER_03: You don't know what that really means, yeah.
- 6:14SPEAKER_03: So just trust the king to tell you what it means.
- 6:17SPEAKER_04: You know, Jeff, that's why we're here.
- 6:20SPEAKER_04: We're here to help the millions.
- 6:22SPEAKER_04: Let's face it, Jeff.
- 6:23SPEAKER_04: The millions that are listening to the show, we're here to help them understand that.
- 6:27SPEAKER_04: We can do that tonight, Jeff.
- 6:29SPEAKER_04: I think we're gonna help everyone feel better.
- 6:32SPEAKER_04: And we're just gonna take a deep dive into the economy.
- 6:35SPEAKER_04: I got a little spoiler alert.
- 6:38SPEAKER_04: We're in the golden shower.
- 6:40SPEAKER_04: Oh, wait, no, I mean I mean the golden we're in the golden age.
- 6:43SPEAKER_04: Golden age, that's it.
- 6:44SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 6:45SPEAKER_03: Uh-huh.
- 6:46SPEAKER_03: You're absolutely right.
- 6:47SPEAKER_03: I'm excited to go through this.
- 6:49SPEAKER_03: And and you're right, it'll help people understand the truth.
- 6:53SPEAKER_03: Not what they're seeing, not what they're reading, not what they're experiencing.
- 6:57SPEAKER_04: I don't believe you're lying eyes.
- 6:58SPEAKER_04: Come on.
- 6:59SPEAKER_03: Absolutely.
- 7:00SPEAKER_03: As we look at the economy, which you know, those are error quotes, because again, I'm not sure it really matters, but let's look at the economy and and maybe divide it up into four categories.
- 7:11SPEAKER_03: We can look at jobs, we can look at affordability, you know, that new uh liberal term that uh the king hates, you know, um billionaires, um, which is kind of old school because now they're trillionaires, but you know, we can look at billionaires and of course illegal immigrants.
- 7:31SPEAKER_04: Jobs and affordability make sense.
- 7:33SPEAKER_04: Those sound like economic issues, but why billionaires and illegal immigrants?
- 7:39SPEAKER_03: Well, as you know, our commitment to kick as many people out of the country as we can has basically been the foundation for all the prosperity that our the billionaires and trillionaires are experiencing right now.
- 7:53SPEAKER_03: You know, you get rid of those losers, it's like night and day.
- 7:57SPEAKER_03: In fact, since we're doing this yearly review next year, we won't even have a category for billionaires.
- 8:04SPEAKER_03: It'll all be trillionaires.
- 8:05SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 8:06SPEAKER_03: And you know, that's what make the makes the country great.
- 8:08SPEAKER_04: You know, that makes sense because if you uh have fewer people at the bottom of the economic scale, then that's all that much more money to flow up, to trickle up all the way up.
- 8:19SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 8:20SPEAKER_03: All the way up.
- 8:21SPEAKER_03: Doesn't it doesn't it's not an elevator that stops at any of the other floors?
- 8:25SPEAKER_04: No, it's an express to the rooftop restaurant.
- 8:27SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's like those how you know so some hotels have the like a restaurant elevator.
- 8:31SPEAKER_04: It's one of those.
- 8:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and you'll find that as we go through each of these categories and preparing for the midterms, illegal immigration or immigration or anybody who speaks a foreign language, you know, that's gonna be a reason for our country struggling in every single category that we go over.
- 8:52SPEAKER_04: So that explains why illegal immigrants.
- 8:55SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 8:56SPEAKER_04: So absolutely I I guess I guess that's the old we're a dystopian shithole, but we're also in the golden shower.
- 9:03SPEAKER_04: I mean, golden age.
- 9:04SPEAKER_04: I did it again.
- 9:05SPEAKER_04: Look at that.
- 9:06SPEAKER_04: I keep doing that.
- 9:06SPEAKER_04: So yeah, but we're but it's really dystopian, but we're doing great, but it's hell, hell on earth, but it's city on the hill.
- 9:13SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you know, yeah, one of those.
- 9:15SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 9:15SPEAKER_04: So maybe a way to look at this, uh, maybe we start with jobs.
- 9:19unknown: Sure.
- 9:20SPEAKER_04: That should be, I mean, how long can that take, right?
- 9:23SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and as as we all know, since our king became president, the unemployment rate has reached a new high.
- 9:29SPEAKER_03: I'm I'm I mean a new low.
- 9:31SPEAKER_03: You know, it's like a record.
- 9:34SPEAKER_03: It's actually grown 300% in a year and a half.
- 9:38SPEAKER_04: I think you have to be at a new high yourself, physically and mentally, to understand that logic.
- 9:46SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 9:47SPEAKER_04: That's very, very impressive.
- 9:49SPEAKER_04: And let me ask, are these jobs those good jobs that the MAGA mob says that the immigrants took?
- 9:55SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 9:55SPEAKER_03: They're good Amazon jobs.
- 9:57SPEAKER_03: Oh, you know, they're they're good shipping jobs, packaging, janitorial, truck driving, you know, uh all the way up.
- 10:06SPEAKER_03: If if it's Amazon, it's a good job.
- 10:09SPEAKER_03: And that's you know, pretty much the only people that are hiring right now.
- 10:12SPEAKER_04: Vertical and horizontal integration.
- 10:15SPEAKER_04: What that what fantastic low-paying jobs those people can now have.
- 10:20SPEAKER_03: And according to the official labor statistics, contracted through Amazon, Amazon came up.
- 10:25SPEAKER_04: Amazon does the numbers, right?
- 10:27SPEAKER_03: Of course, you know, wages are at a record high for Amazon employees.
- 10:32SPEAKER_03: And, you know, that I mean, they're at the top of the food chain anyway.
- 10:36SPEAKER_03: So, you know, the sky's the limit with them.
- 10:38SPEAKER_03: And I know people will say that Amazon may be you know employing a lot of people, but you know, what are the other companies hiring?
- 10:45SPEAKER_03: You know, uh well, there are nether companies, so there's really a lot of company.
- 10:49SPEAKER_04: Yeah, there are only like three other companies, so yeah.
- 10:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and in a world that's constantly changing, you know, it's good to know that if Amazon isn't hiring you or you flunk a drug test, then you can always go to Walmart or Sam's Club.
- 11:03SPEAKER_03: You know, there's variety there too.
- 11:05SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 11:05SPEAKER_04: You could probably parlay yourself in the working of both if you're really ambitious, you know.
- 11:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and I think you know, one reason people think unemployment is such a problem is that our king and Elon eliminated a lot of government jobs that were simply not needed anymore.
- 11:22SPEAKER_03: You know, we don't need people doing work for the IRS or the Food and Drug Administration or the Department of Vaccines, which doesn't exist and never should have existed.
- 11:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 11:34SPEAKER_03: So we got rid of all of that, which created a pool of money that the billionaires can use to make more money, which leads to more Amazon jobs and to fund ice.
- 11:48SPEAKER_03: So yeah, when you're talking about good jobs, you know, any white person can get these jobs, and you can make a ton of money as long as you know you hit the quotas.
- 12:00SPEAKER_04: Oh man, and those quotas are so so easy to hit, aren't they?
- 12:04SPEAKER_04: You you paint a really rosy picture here, so take that, you stand-up comedian.
- 12:10SPEAKER_04: It's not as bad as you think.
- 12:12SPEAKER_04: Let's not stop there.
- 12:13SPEAKER_04: Let's move to affordability.
- 12:15SPEAKER_04: Now, affordability really is a word in the English language that's existed for centuries, of course.
- 12:21SPEAKER_04: But our king and his clones keep saying it's woke and stolen from the Antifa playbook.
- 12:27SPEAKER_04: And I if anyone understands the war on woke, it is our king because he fights the war on woke and loses the war on woke every time he sits down.
- 12:43SPEAKER_03: Antifa.
- 12:44SPEAKER_04: Oh they're the ones.
- 12:46SPEAKER_03: They're hiring or well, they they are hiring because they got a lot of openings, they don't have anybody working for them right now.
- 12:53SPEAKER_04: So who's in HR there?
- 12:55SPEAKER_04: I mean that's one of the jobs they're hiring for the head of HR.
- 12:59SPEAKER_04: As soon as they get somebody, they'll be hiring.
- 13:01SPEAKER_04: Yeah, they'll be hiring.
- 13:02SPEAKER_03: That's another category.
- 13:04SPEAKER_03: Antifa is a category.
- 13:05SPEAKER_03: I I I personally don't want to work for Antifa, but you know, a lot of upward mobility.
- 13:11SPEAKER_03: You know, when you have a company that has no employees like Antifa does, there's there's a lot of chance for growth, and and uh, you know, you can make something of yourself before ice will capture you.
- 13:23SPEAKER_04: And there's a lot of room to move up because there's really there's literally nothing in your way of moving all the way up to running the whole thing, right?
- 13:33SPEAKER_04: No one will stop you.
- 13:34SPEAKER_04: That is beautiful.
- 13:36SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 13:36SPEAKER_03: So you want to take the next category?
- 13:39SPEAKER_04: We're talking about affordability.
- 13:41SPEAKER_04: According to the king, uh, he says completely made-up term.
- 13:45SPEAKER_04: I remember hearing this word many, many years ago.
- 13:48SPEAKER_04: It's not completely made up, all right.
- 13:49SPEAKER_04: You know, it's beans something.
- 13:51SPEAKER_04: But you think about it though, you can almost see, you know, if you really squint, you can almost see the logic because really every American can afford to buy anything they want, they just need to have the money.
- 14:06SPEAKER_04: It's that simple.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: That's right.
- 14:08SPEAKER_04: So now I know critics and other comedians may bring up that if you don't have money and you can't afford to buy much of anything.
- 14:14SPEAKER_04: There's a little surface facile not logic to that, but think about this though, not really true.
- 14:21SPEAKER_04: Money does play a role in buying stuff.
- 14:24SPEAKER_04: Yeah, okay.
- 14:25SPEAKER_04: But lots of stuff is free if you know where to look.
- 14:29SPEAKER_04: Now, our king has been getting free stuff his whole life from his father and from friends like Jeffrey Epstein.
- 14:37SPEAKER_04: And that's not a reference to sex.
- 14:39SPEAKER_04: All we have to do is ask our dad for 400 million or so.
- 14:45SPEAKER_04: Just look how much Baron has made from his father's position.
- 14:48SPEAKER_04: I mean, I just asked his dad, and sure, kid, go do crypto or whatever, you know.
- 14:53SPEAKER_04: In fact, the whole family has learned to get a lot of stuff absolutely free just by using his father's contacts and role as a leader.
- 15:02SPEAKER_04: It's really an underrated success story that uh, you know, took, I'm sure, minutes of logic, minutes of thinking to plan out.
- 15:11SPEAKER_04: It's like, oh, I'll ask dad.
- 15:13SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you know, the point is that anyone can ask their parents and friends for money.
- 15:17SPEAKER_04: It just you just have to have the nerve to ask.
- 15:21SPEAKER_03: Those are excellent points.
- 15:22SPEAKER_03: I mean, Barron, he didn't have any money two years ago, right?
- 15:26SPEAKER_03: When he got out of college, now he's worth what, 120 million?
- 15:29SPEAKER_03: Is that what I saw?
- 15:30SPEAKER_03: Maybe more than that, you know.
- 15:32SPEAKER_03: So that came from nowhere.
- 15:35SPEAKER_03: Well, it came from his dad and it came from us.
- 15:38SPEAKER_03: But I think those are excellent points.
- 15:40SPEAKER_03: And that brings us to again, I should cross this off and make it trillionaires, but we'll use billionaires as sort of a holding spot for now.
- 15:48SPEAKER_03: But yeah, but over the last 18 months, how many billionaires have been created in this country?
- 15:54SPEAKER_03: A country that is struggling in every single area for everybody else because they're not understanding how to make money.
- 16:02SPEAKER_03: But the billionaires do, and they've gotten richer and richer.
- 16:07SPEAKER_03: And here we we were crying and complaining that we were losing our Medicare and Social Security, you know, and that abortion is an issue.
- 16:15SPEAKER_03: And all you have to do is look at the billionaires to understand that everything in life can work out for you as long as you have a lot of money or you have somebody in the White House who will help you make a lot of money.
- 16:28SPEAKER_03: And that's what the billionaires have discovered.
- 16:30SPEAKER_03: So, you know, he's you know, and plus, once you get the money, you don't want it taken away.
- 16:36SPEAKER_03: So that's the one thing, yeah.
- 16:38SPEAKER_03: The king has done is you know, he's gotten pretty much defunded the IRS, which allows people to keep more of their money.
- 16:45SPEAKER_03: Well, allows those people to keep more of their money.
- 16:48SPEAKER_03: I think that's what we're talking about.
- 16:50SPEAKER_03: We're talking about you know, dripping down to everybody else.
- 16:54SPEAKER_03: It's the dripping down theory where you know, if they make enough money, there will be a leak in their wallets or in their bidets, and it will leak down to everybody else, and we will get drops of money.
- 17:09SPEAKER_04: Oh, all systems fail at some point.
- 17:11SPEAKER_04: You know, that reminds me of a saying, you know, this old economic saying, a rising tide lifts all boats.
- 17:17SPEAKER_04: Well, except for carnival cruises and Venezuelan fishing boats, and uh and this is where foreign affairs and our economy kind of come together.
- 17:27SPEAKER_04: There's a little Venn diagram overlap here.
- 17:29SPEAKER_04: You know, I I know people in Canada are offended that we are, and frankly, a lot of Americans are offended that we are considering taking over their country.
- 17:39SPEAKER_04: But but if they just sit tight, Elon Musk is preparing a very generous offer to buy Canada.
- 17:48SPEAKER_04: And you know, they they seem to be they're doing okay, they're making some money, they're a profitable country, but just wait till Elon dismantles their healthcare system and brokers deals with China, Russia, and the U.S.
- 18:01SPEAKER_04: under Trump to divide up their assets.
- 18:03SPEAKER_04: That would really make Canada great again.
- 18:09SPEAKER_03: And that brings us to the last category, the most important category, which is the illegal immigrants.
- 18:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 18:15SPEAKER_03: You know, it you're always safe to blame them for everything.
- 18:18SPEAKER_03: And I think we we don't blame them enough, if you ask me.
- 18:23SPEAKER_03: I think the last thing we need are for people from other places to come to our country, do jobs that we don't want, get paid less than everybody else, which lowers our prices, which keeps inflation down.
- 18:36SPEAKER_03: That's communism by definition.
- 18:39SPEAKER_04: In so many ways, they are Schrdinger's immigrant because they're at the same time, they're lazy, but then they're taking all these jobs, and they're sitting around collecting welfare, but then they're taking jobs.
- 18:51SPEAKER_04: And so it's uh you know, it it you wonder where they actually are.
- 18:57SPEAKER_04: Okay, but but but again, I digress.
- 18:59SPEAKER_04: You know, you mentioned inflation.
- 19:01SPEAKER_04: Does anybody remember when inflation was like 89% under Jimmy Carter?
- 19:07SPEAKER_04: I do.
- 19:08SPEAKER_04: Who complained then?
- 19:09SPEAKER_04: You know, from what I remember, Jimmy Carter was very, very popular.
- 19:13SPEAKER_04: Uh he's popular as the Pope back then.
- 19:15SPEAKER_04: In fact, Pope back then, he might have had an edge on the Pope back then.
- 19:19SPEAKER_04: But you know, now now we're at half that.
- 19:22SPEAKER_04: And does anyone think the king?
- 19:24SPEAKER_04: Not that comedian, not even the Pope.
- 19:27SPEAKER_03: You're right.
- 19:28SPEAKER_03: And and I remember when Carter got re-elected, but in a landslide, he picked up what every single state except for like Rhode Island or something.
- 19:37SPEAKER_03: And you know, people didn't care that the world was struggling and that our country was struggling, but now they care.
- 19:43SPEAKER_03: That is so unfair.
- 19:45SPEAKER_03: Plus, I don't think we have inflation.
- 19:47SPEAKER_03: You can't prove it by what the king says.
- 19:50SPEAKER_03: It sounds like inflation is just another word for being woke or antifa.
- 19:55SPEAKER_04: And if we do have inflation, you know, you think about this.
- 19:58SPEAKER_04: That way inflation, it just makes more money for everyone, except, of course, those that don't have money.
- 20:05SPEAKER_04: So imagine buying a loaf of bread for ten dollars and in a couple days it's worth twenty dollars.
- 20:11SPEAKER_04: What a marvelous investment.
- 20:12SPEAKER_04: Only in America can you do that.
- 20:14SPEAKER_04: Let me tell you.
- 20:15SPEAKER_04: Jeff, I think we really nailed it here.
- 20:17SPEAKER_04: This should really help our listeners decide whether to vote for MAGA or vote for someone else or vote not at all.
- 20:25SPEAKER_04: Hopefully, you won't vote not at all, but it really comes down to a simple choice.
- 20:30SPEAKER_04: Of course, now the voting by mail is going to be illegal, thanks to our king.
- 20:35SPEAKER_04: Just watch how many people be driving to the polling places to make their vote matter.
- 20:39SPEAKER_04: It just goes to show the gas prices aren't really that high because, hey, look how many people are driving.
- 20:45SPEAKER_03: Well done, Steve.
- 20:46SPEAKER_03: I think we've really made a difference here, and we still have a couple other categories to review before the election.
- 20:52SPEAKER_03: So we'll get to that as we get a little bit closer.
- 20:55SPEAKER_03: But it does make you understand why people are voting Republican.
- 21:00SPEAKER_03: You know, things just could not be any better than they are under the Republicans.
- 21:07SPEAKER_04: Wow.
- 21:10SPEAKER_04: Tell you what, we are going to get kicked out of eccentric Lady Land Studio here, but Steve and Jeff Show band, why don't you sing us out with something economic?
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: This has been a Minsky Moment Production in association with Menu Cost Media.
- 21:33SPEAKER_01: Read all about our hosts at Stevanjev.com.
- 21:38SPEAKER_01: And now something for our current economic situation.
