Karol Sikora, Former Chief of the Cancer Programme at the World Health Organisation and Dean of Medicine at the University of Buckingham discusses the viability of the new app. Julia is also joined by Nick Hillman, Director of Higher Education Policy Institute about how university students will still have to pay full tuition fees if classes are online.
