- 3:05Speaker 2: I am passionate about, know that May is also mental
- 3:11Speaker 2: Health Awareness month. So I always want to keep that
- 3:18Speaker 2: on the forefront because we always want to make sure
- 3:22Speaker 2: that we are staying on top of our mental, our spiritual,
- 3:27Speaker 2: and physical y'all. We have to stay on top of
- 3:30Speaker 2: and make sure that they are all in line. They're
- 3:34Speaker 2: all in line so that we can continue to shift
- 3:39Speaker 2: and do those things that we are called to do
- 3:42Speaker 2: that we are called to do. So good morning, good morning,
- 3:45Speaker 2: good morning, and welcome to Monday Our Power y'all. We've
- 3:49Speaker 2: been talking about shifting. We've been talking about shifting. We've
- 3:54Speaker 2: been talking about those five letters s H F T.
- 4:03Speaker 2: But before I jump in, y'all, we want to go
- 4:06Speaker 2: ahead and get the housekeeping. Get some housekeeping out the way,
- 4:09Speaker 2: Get some housekeeping out the way, Get some housekeeping out

- 4:16Speaker 2: to get some housekeeping out the way for the podcast.

- 4:31Speaker 2: next person may be in need of, never know what
- 4:34Speaker 2: the next person may be in need of. So definitely
- 4:39Speaker 2: this morning, I want you, guys to simply share this out,
- 4:45Speaker 2: Share this out, share this out, and know that this
- 4:51Speaker 2: is a safe place for you to comment, post your questions,
- 4:56Speaker 2: ask your questions, if you have any questions. I want
- 5:00Speaker 2: you to be able to feel safe. I want you
- 5:04Speaker 2: to be able to feel comfortable. For those that do
- 5:06Speaker 2: not know who I am, I'm affectionally known as a
- 5:10Speaker 2: Queen of Collaboration across these social media platforms. I am
- 5:15Speaker 2: Angela Thomas Smith. I am an author. I am a
- 5:18Speaker 2: life coach. I am a publishing coach. I have a
- 5:24Speaker 2: small boutique publishing company. I do a little dabbling in that.
- 5:32Speaker 2: I just am the change that I desire to see
- 5:35Speaker 2: in this world, and I want to share those things
- 5:41Speaker 2: with others. So I have platforms that allow me to
- 5:45Speaker 2: be able to be that vessel, to be the outlet,
- 5:47Speaker 2: to be able to provide opportunities for others to share.
- 5:51Speaker 2: So we have the magazine, we have the podcast network,
- 5:55Speaker 2: and then of course I am the host of two
- 6:00Speaker 2: podcasts on various networks. I am on the WBNN five
- 6:07Speaker 2: years over there every four weeks on Wednesday at nine
- 6:12Speaker 2: thirty pm Eastern Standard time. My last show was April thirtieth,
- 6:16Speaker 2: so four weeks from April to thirtieth, y'all, I will
- 6:18Speaker 2: be back on. So I'm always looking for guests, So
- 6:22Speaker 2: if you're out there, y'all and right now, I am
- 6:25Speaker 2: looking for individuals that would like to talk about what
- 6:29Speaker 2: is going on in America. I don't care who you
- 6:31Speaker 2: voted for, I don't care who you sleep with, I
- 6:34Speaker 2: don't care about none of that. I just care that
- 6:37Speaker 2: you care about what is happening in America and you
- 6:41Speaker 2: have a voice that you want to share and share
- 6:44Speaker 2: some things of what you are doing to help make
- 6:48Speaker 2: it better for the next generation. We may not see it.
- 6:51Speaker 2: In our generation. We may not see some changes. We
- 6:54Speaker 2: may not see all this stuff that we're working on,
- 6:57Speaker 2: But what are you doing for the next generation? Because
- 7:00Speaker 2: we have to be proactive. We have to be active
- 7:03Speaker 2: and working on things that can keep things from happening
- 7:08Speaker 2: and not waiting till things happen and then see what
- 7:11Speaker 2: we can do to fix it. So we're gonna be
- 7:14Speaker 2: proactive for the next generation because a lot of the
- 7:16Speaker 2: stuff that's happened now, we can't do nothing about it.
- 7:20Speaker 2: All we can do is let it ride out and
- 7:22Speaker 2: let it do what it does. And that's what we're
- 7:25Speaker 2: gonna have to do with a lot of things, and
- 7:27Speaker 2: see when we learn to shift, we're gonna go ahead
- 7:31Speaker 2: and get on into the lesson because when we learn
- 7:34Speaker 2: to shift, we learn about ourselves. That was one of
- 7:41Speaker 2: the things that we talked about in shifting. We learn
- 7:44Speaker 2: about self awareness. The ass is self awareness. What does
- 7:51Speaker 2: self awareness mean? Let you think about that. What does
- 7:57Speaker 2: self awareness mean to you? Because what it means to me,
- 8:00Speaker 2: it may not mean to you. Gonna share some things
- 8:03Speaker 2: with you and we'll see if these things, if these
- 8:10Speaker 2: things align with with you, and if not, we keep
- 8:16Speaker 2: it pushing and we pick up the neggats that do
- 8:20Speaker 2: reflect what what we're doing. So self awareness. We already
- 8:26Speaker 2: discussed that self awareness was simply a foundation of personal growth.
- 8:38Speaker 2: The ability to see yourself clearly, to recognize your behaviors,
- 8:44Speaker 2: to recognize your emotions, your strengths, even to recognize your weaknesses,
- 8:50Speaker 2: able to dream fulfill your dreams, able to acknowledge your convictions,
- 9:05Speaker 2: and then being able to pause and reflect and be
- 9:08Speaker 2: honest about all of these things that we know about
- 9:12Speaker 2: ourselves who we are, and we're able to unlock and
- 9:20Speaker 2: make powerful changes when we realize that we have weaknesses
- 9:25Speaker 2: and we have things that we need to adjust. So
- 9:28Speaker 2: just being aware and why do it matter? A lot
- 9:34Speaker 2: of people want to well ask that question, well, why
- 9:37Speaker 2: does why do I need to be so aware of myself?
- 9:41Speaker 2: Why do I need why do I need this? And
- 9:44Speaker 2: why does it matter so much? It helps you to
- 9:47Speaker 2: understand why you react the way you react. It empowers
- 9:52Speaker 2: you to recognize patterns to help to hinder your progress.
- 9:58Speaker 2: It allows you to set me goals aligned with your
- 10:02Speaker 2: true values, and it is the first step to breaking
- 10:10Speaker 2: old cycles and building healthy habits. How do you cultivate
- 10:20Speaker 2: self awareness. We talked about practicing regular reflection about a
- 10:27Speaker 2: journaline our thoughts, feeling, daily expressions, affirmations, asking for honest
- 10:36Speaker 2: feedbacks from trusted friends and mentors. Noticing triggers are strong emotions,
- 10:45Speaker 2: both positive and negative, so that we can learn to
- 10:49Speaker 2: adapt and adjest. Most importantly, every day, we should be
- 10:56Speaker 2: setting aside time to meditate, pray, or simply be still
- 11:01Speaker 2: with our own thoughts, spending time with self, and regularly
- 11:09Speaker 2: revisiting your goals and your passions so that you can
- 11:14Speaker 2: still see if you are serving you, always about you,
- 11:21Speaker 2: some of the things that we said that we could do,
- 11:26Speaker 2: And then I'm gonna move on to habits, because habits
- 11:28Speaker 2: is what we are working on this week. So ask
- 11:36Speaker 2: yourself these three questions, what am I feeling right now
- 11:40Speaker 2: and why? Next one, what do I want to change
- 11:50Speaker 2: or celebrate about myself? But the one how will I
- 12:08Speaker 2: honor my authentic self today? You notice that all three
- 12:14Speaker 2: of these questions were pacifically about yourself. Self awareness isn't
- 12:21Speaker 2: a destination, It is a daily choice. So start here
- 12:27Speaker 2: and watch how each part of life begin to shift
- 12:33Speaker 2: for the better. Now, Remember we're talking about shifting, and
- 12:37Speaker 2: we're talking about how to shift. Eventually, we're going to
- 12:41Speaker 2: get to that seven day challenge and we're going to
- 12:43Speaker 2: be doing this process. It is a seven day challenge,
- 12:47Speaker 2: even though it's five words, it's a seven day challenge,
- 12:50Speaker 2: and we're going to be actually doing that seven day
- 12:54Speaker 2: challenge here on the podcast. So now we're moving on
- 13:05Speaker 2: into habits. So we talked about that word shift, self awareness, habits, intention, focus,
- 13:17Speaker 2: and transformation. That's what God dropped in my spirit when
- 13:21Speaker 2: he gave me that word shift. So for habits the
- 13:26Speaker 2: second step in shift journey. The shift journey is all
- 13:32Speaker 2: about habits, those small, repeated behaviors that quietly shape the
- 13:39Speaker 2: trajectory of our lives, whether good or bad. Once we
- 13:48Speaker 2: become self aware, it is time to look closely at
- 13:53Speaker 2: the routines that defines your day. What are your habits again?
- 14:06Speaker 2: Habits are actions you perform regularly, often without thinking about them.
- 14:12Speaker 2: Some habits help you thrive morning routines, healthy meals, positive
- 14:19Speaker 2: self talks, and daily gratifications. Others slowly hold you back,
- 14:27Speaker 2: like procrastination, negative thinking, poor time management, and self doubt.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Some of us know we have these little things that
- 14:38Speaker 2: pop up sometimes. So how do we adjust to them.
- 14:42Speaker 2: How do we not allow them to hold us back?
- 14:48Speaker 2: Why do habits matter? Why do habits matter? Habits are
- 14:56Speaker 2: building blocks to your future. Every dream is built on
- 15:02Speaker 2: small actions at a time over a time. Good habits
- 15:09Speaker 2: create structure, discipline, and a sense of personal power. Breaking
- 15:15Speaker 2: bad habits can release emotional, mental, and even physical energy
- 15:22Speaker 2: for new growth. What you do daily you become. It's
- 15:30Speaker 2: not about you what you do once, but it's something.
- 15:36Speaker 2: It's what you do constantly. So have you ever heard
- 15:40Speaker 2: somebody say that you are what you eat?
- 15:45Speaker 1: You are?
- 15:46Speaker 2: Think about what you're constantly putting in your body. Your
- 15:51Speaker 2: body begin to adjust to that, your body begins to
- 15:54Speaker 2: come that. If you're always eating jump food, your body
- 15:59Speaker 2: is going to begin to react to that jump food.
- 16:03Speaker 2: It's not gonna stay healthy and fit and slim. If
- 16:06Speaker 2: you're constantly putting jump food in, You're gonna get slough to.
- 16:10Speaker 2: You're gonna get out of shape, and even with your
- 16:16Speaker 2: spiritual and even with your growth, if you're not putting
- 16:20Speaker 2: anything in. You go to school for twelve years and
- 16:24Speaker 2: you don't take in any of the things that you
- 16:29Speaker 2: learn throughout those twelve years, do you think when you
- 16:32Speaker 2: go off to college you're gonna be able to bring
- 16:34Speaker 2: up some of those things, and you're gonna be able
- 16:35Speaker 2: to recollect some of those things. You're gonna be able
- 16:37Speaker 2: to move forward. Some habits that we develop need to
- 16:46Speaker 2: be broken, need to be done away with. But those
- 16:50Speaker 2: good habits, those good habits are the habits that we
- 16:54Speaker 2: need to evaluate daily, that we need to make sure
- 17:00Speaker 2: that they are aligning with our values, that they are
- 17:03Speaker 2: aligning with the things that we want to do so
- 17:06Speaker 2: that we can keep growing. Because it's all about growth.
- 17:10Speaker 2: Every day you should see something that you're growing with.
- 17:15Speaker 2: You should not be in the same place you were
- 17:18Speaker 2: last week. So for those that follow the platform, and
- 17:22Speaker 2: it's here every Monday, every Monday, when you come on
- 17:26Speaker 2: this platform, there should be something different about you. You
- 17:31Speaker 2: should have progressed in some way from some nugget that
- 17:36Speaker 2: you've taken from somewhere throughout that week. And that should
- 17:42Speaker 2: be every day, in every hour, every minute progress Because remember, y'all,
- 17:48Speaker 2: we can't take that anything that we've done. So even
- 17:52Speaker 2: what we've done seventeen minutes ago when we first when
- 17:56Speaker 2: we started this show, we can't take that back. We
- 17:59Speaker 2: can't go and redo that time. We can't go back
- 18:02Speaker 2: and redo the start, because we're now in man at eighteen,
- 18:07Speaker 2: so we've kept progressing, we've kept moving. Now, eventually, once
- 18:11Speaker 2: this is over, people will be able to go back
- 18:13Speaker 2: and hear the replay and go back and see it,
- 18:16Speaker 2: but they won't be able to see it live. They'll
- 18:18Speaker 2: have to catch the replay.
- 18:21Speaker 1: See.
- 18:21Speaker 2: If you want to see it live and in person,
- 18:24Speaker 2: you have to be right here now in the moment.
- 18:28Speaker 2: See a lot of us we are not aligned with
- 18:32Speaker 2: the things that God is placing in our lives for
- 18:35Speaker 2: us to move forward and for us to be able
- 18:37Speaker 2: to shift, because we are allowing these bad habits, were
- 18:41Speaker 2: allowing these habits to keep us bound and to keep
- 18:45Speaker 2: us in a stagnant place, and keep us in a
- 18:47Speaker 2: place where we can't move, where we can't grow, where
- 18:49Speaker 2: we can't go to the next level, because why, we're
- 18:54Speaker 2: not even building nobody up. We're not encouraging nobody, we're
- 18:56Speaker 2: not trying to help nobody, we're not even doing it
- 18:59Speaker 2: for ourselves. So in order for us to elevate, y'all,
- 19:02Speaker 2: we always got to be helping somebody else. We always
- 19:05Speaker 2: got to be paying it for, We always got to
- 19:07Speaker 2: be bringing somebody else up because as you elevated, as
- 19:10Speaker 2: you move, someone else has to take your place because
- 19:12Speaker 2: it can't be vacant. No space can be vacant. It's
- 19:17Speaker 2: just like airtime on the air when you own air
- 19:21Speaker 2: on the radio and they say respect the mic, because
- 19:25Speaker 2: you do not want you do not want to disrespect
- 19:30Speaker 2: the mic. So you don't want any airtime. You don't
- 19:32Speaker 2: want any You don't want to be silent for longer
- 19:35Speaker 2: than three seconds when you're alive on the air. And
- 19:40Speaker 2: these are just some of the little rules and some
- 19:43Speaker 2: of the things that are in place so that you
- 19:49Speaker 2: can govern yourself when you aren't hair. So now we
- 19:52Speaker 2: want to talk about building better habits. So now that
- 19:59Speaker 2: we know that habits are forming, habits are those things
- 20:03Speaker 2: that can be intentionally or unintentionally. You can be developing
- 20:10Speaker 2: bad habits without even knowing and you can be developing
- 20:13Speaker 2: good habits without even knowing it. It's just developing these things.
- 20:19Speaker 2: So sometimes we develop these routines and sometimes we don't
- 20:21Speaker 2: even know that we are developing these things. But yet
- 20:25Speaker 2: we have these things in place, and sometimes we can
- 20:28Speaker 2: utilize them, and sometimes we have to evaluate them and
- 20:31Speaker 2: see if they really aligning with that that we need
- 20:34Speaker 2: to be doing. So every day, y'all, we need to
- 20:37Speaker 2: be self checking ourselves, checking in with ourselves, being aware
- 20:41Speaker 2: of those things. Start small, replace our overhaul everything with
- 20:51Speaker 2: our change one thing today. So every day you should
- 20:56Speaker 2: say I'm going to change one thing today, and then
- 20:59Speaker 2: you should work changing one thing today. Be intentional about
- 21:04Speaker 2: changing that one thing. Don't just say you're gonna do
- 21:06Speaker 2: it and don't do it. Align with new habits, your
- 21:10Speaker 2: values and goals. Once you have discovered yourself, because now
- 21:15Speaker 2: we've moved on from self awareness, we're in the habits phase.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Now you've reached the habit phase. What are your values
- 21:25Speaker 2: and what are your goals that you discovered, what can
- 21:29Speaker 2: you now apply to your life that will help you
- 21:33Speaker 2: elevate and help someone else to elevate. So now you
- 21:37Speaker 2: begin to track your progress. Yeah, you got to be intentional.
- 21:42Speaker 2: This is how you be intentional. You begin to track
- 21:45Speaker 2: your progress. How do you track your progress? There are
- 21:47Speaker 2: so many ways that you can track your progress.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Now.
- 21:51Speaker 2: You can do journals, you can do planners, you can
- 21:54Speaker 2: do apps, you can use your phone, you can just
- 21:57Speaker 2: simply do a checklist, or you can just have some
- 22:01Speaker 2: that will hold you accountable and we'll check in with you.
- 22:06Speaker 2: There's so many ways be creative, but stick to it
- 22:11Speaker 2: and make it something that you can stick to and
- 22:14Speaker 2: something that can be tracked, something that can be measured.
- 22:21Speaker 2: We also want to remember forgiveness and slip ups. Progress
- 22:31Speaker 2: is about consistency. It's not about perfections, but it's about
- 22:36Speaker 2: being consistence. It's about being progression and moving forward and
- 22:44Speaker 2: not being perfect. But celebrate the small wins. Each time
- 22:49Speaker 2: you do a new habit, you break a new habit,
- 22:52Speaker 2: you do something different, acknowledge that thing and recognize that thing.
- 23:07Speaker 2: So now that you have some tips, you have some things,
- 23:17Speaker 2: what can you do to create new habits? I'm gonna
- 23:25Speaker 2: let you think about it for a minute. Can you
- 23:32Speaker 2: identify one habit that lifts you higher and one habit
- 23:38Speaker 2: that holds you back? What's one positive habit you will
- 23:45Speaker 2: commit to nurturing. So for me, one of the positive
- 23:50Speaker 2: habits that I have, y'all write down is self care.
- 23:57Speaker 2: That is something that I have been intentional about in
- 24:02Speaker 2: twenty twenty five and every day I make sure that
- 24:06Speaker 2: I am incorporating that into me. A lot of people
- 24:11Speaker 2: see me doing a lot of stuff, so they don't
- 24:13Speaker 2: think that I am taking care of myself or I'm
- 24:16Speaker 2: doing the things that I need to do, because I'm
- 24:19Speaker 2: all over the place sometimes, but I am intentional. I
- 24:23Speaker 2: cannot come on these shows and talk about these things
- 24:27Speaker 2: and tell you to do these things if I'm not
- 24:30Speaker 2: doing these things myself. When I say that you have
- 24:34Speaker 2: to be intentional, you have to be intentional. And that's
- 24:38Speaker 2: about every aspect of your life, not just about a podcast,
- 24:42Speaker 2: not just about a magazine, not just about a brand,
- 24:46Speaker 2: but about your life, about your body, about your health,
- 24:49Speaker 2: about everything that concerns you. Just as the creator is
- 24:55Speaker 2: intentional about those things that it's concerning to us, we
- 24:58Speaker 2: have to be intentional, intentional about those things that concern
- 25:02Speaker 2: us too, starting with ourselves, physically, mentally, emotionally, sociably, all
- 25:08Speaker 2: those things that make us hold We have to be
- 25:12Speaker 2: intentional about those things so that we can be whole.
- 25:15Speaker 2: When we are whole, when we can operate as a
- 25:18Speaker 2: whole person, then that's when we can begin to help
- 25:22Speaker 2: others operate whole. That's when we can begin to share
- 25:26Speaker 2: these things. Because once you are whole, once you are complete,
- 25:30Speaker 2: And how do you get to that? How do you
- 25:32Speaker 2: get to that point? You have to be willing to shift.
- 25:36Speaker 2: How do you shift self awareness, good habits, breaking bad habits,
- 25:41Speaker 2: being intentional, being focused, and being willing to transform. That
- 25:48Speaker 2: is shift again, y'all. We're going to be doing a
- 25:51Speaker 2: seven day challenge. If you want to go ahead and
- 25:55Speaker 2: grab you a copy of the book. The book that's
- 25:57Speaker 2: on Amazon. You can get it in audio book, you
- 26:00Speaker 2: can get it in digital, or you can get the paperback. Y'all.
- 26:04Speaker 2: It is twenty six pages. It is a nineteen minute listen.
- 26:10Speaker 2: You can listen to it on audio book right now.
- 26:14Speaker 2: It's on audiobook for ninety nine cent. You can go
- 26:16Speaker 2: over to Amazon and get it on audiobook, or you
- 26:19Speaker 2: can get it on audible. It is ninety nine cent.
- 26:22Speaker 2: You can listen to it, let it read it to
- 26:25Speaker 2: you and allow yourself to transform. If you're gonna be
- 26:31Speaker 2: riding on you in your car, you can let it
- 26:34Speaker 2: play in your car on your way to work, y'all,
- 26:37Speaker 2: nineteen minutes, you'll be done before you even get there.
- 26:41Speaker 2: You probably could replay it. You probably could listen to
- 26:44Speaker 2: it twice on your way to work. But I guarantee
- 26:47Speaker 2: you it will help you, not break you, but help you.
- 26:52Speaker 2: It will help build you up, not tear you down,
- 26:55Speaker 2: and it will help you shift again. Identify one habit
- 27:01Speaker 2: that lifts you higher, in one habit that has held
- 27:04Speaker 2: you back, and then I want you to commit to
- 27:11Speaker 2: nurture in that good habit, that habit that can lift
- 27:15Speaker 2: you up. So I always try to nurture my self care,
- 27:22Speaker 2: try to do different things, and not only do I
- 27:25Speaker 2: implement it, Not only do I implement it in my daily,
- 27:28Speaker 2: I try to encourage other people to implement it in
- 27:31Speaker 2: their daily and allow it to be a part of
- 27:34Speaker 2: your day today, y'all. It does not take a lot.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Like you really don't have to make an appointment with yourself.
- 27:41Speaker 2: Like like you get up every morning, some of us
- 27:45Speaker 2: get up every morning. We have a cup of coffee,
- 27:47Speaker 2: We brush our teeth, we shower, whatever your daily routine
- 27:52Speaker 2: is that you have put in place. All you have
- 27:55Speaker 2: to do is add that self care in there, because
- 27:58Speaker 2: it should be a part of that daily routine. It
- 28:02Speaker 2: should be just as normal as that morning coffee, as
- 28:06Speaker 2: that brushing your teeth, brushing your hair. It should be
- 28:10Speaker 2: just that normal because that is your time. That is
- 28:14Speaker 2: your time with yourself. And you know, when you spend
- 28:17Speaker 2: time with yourself you're spending time with the creator, the
- 28:21Speaker 2: one that created you, and it's during those times that
- 28:26Speaker 2: he's able to truly show you who you are, the
- 28:29Speaker 2: things that you're supposed to be doing, how you can
- 28:32Speaker 2: align with those things, y'all. So I hope that you
- 28:36Speaker 2: are getting some of these nuggets on this morning. I
- 28:41Speaker 2: hope that you are taking in some of these things.
- 28:43Speaker 2: And if you have some questions, please post the questions.
- 28:48Speaker 2: Even if you post them later on, if you think
- 28:51Speaker 2: of them after the show, post them and we can
- 28:53Speaker 2: get them answered on next Monday. But y'all, I always
- 28:57Speaker 2: want you guys to be interactive and to truly grasp
- 29:04Speaker 2: this that I'm sharing. Know that he already dealt with
- 29:07Speaker 2: me before I even come on here to even share.
- 29:10Speaker 2: I've went through these stages. I've had to redo these stages.
- 29:15Speaker 2: And I say in the book, you know it's a
- 29:18Speaker 2: seven day challenge. We break down a seven day challenge,
- 29:22Speaker 2: but you can do it every seven days because every
- 29:26Speaker 2: time you do it, you should be going to the
- 29:29Speaker 2: next level. You should be elevating. Every time you should
- 29:32Speaker 2: be elevating, something should be changing. You should be seeing
- 29:35Speaker 2: something different, You should discover something different that you didn't
- 29:38Speaker 2: discover the last time. If you are truly doing it correctly,
- 29:43Speaker 2: and you are truly looking at yourself, and you're truly
- 29:46Speaker 2: being honest and authentic, y'all, these are building blocks, stepping
- 29:51Speaker 2: stones frame work to building a better youth, a better
- 29:57Speaker 2: version of you daily. Remember you, you can't do anything
- 30:03Speaker 2: about five years ago, five months ago, five weeks ago,
- 30:09Speaker 2: five days ago. We can't even do nothing about five
- 30:13Speaker 2: minutes ago. But know this that we can do something
- 30:19Speaker 2: about our now. We can do something about our future,
- 30:23Speaker 2: and that is to align with that that He's called
- 30:26Speaker 2: and purpose us to do. And how do we do that? Y'all?
- 30:30Speaker 2: We got to be willing to shift. So how many
- 30:33Speaker 2: out there today is willing to shift, willing to go
- 30:37Speaker 2: to that next level, willing to allow him to use you?
- 30:45Speaker 2: Who are you? What are your habits? What are your
- 30:50Speaker 2: intentional about? What are you focused on? And what are
- 30:54Speaker 2: you willing to transform from? Two? Because he wants you
- 30:59Speaker 2: to shift, y'all. I tell you, every month, Monday morning,
- 31:07Speaker 2: I get excited because I get to come on here
- 31:10Speaker 2: and I get to share those things that He's poured
- 31:13Speaker 2: in my life, those things that he shared throughout last week,
- 31:17Speaker 2: throughout some couple of weeks, because this was dropped in
- 31:20Speaker 2: my spirit about two three weeks ago, and I was
- 31:24Speaker 2: intentional about doing the things that he dropped in my
- 31:28Speaker 2: spirit to do. So when he dropped it in my spirit,
- 31:32Speaker 2: I immediately stopped what I was doing. I created a framework,
- 31:38Speaker 2: a blueprint, a map that you can use to walk
- 31:43Speaker 2: some things out, to change, to journal, to meditate on,
- 31:49Speaker 2: to incorporate. So the paperback book is eight dollars and
- 31:53Speaker 2: eighty eight cents. The audio book is a ninety nine cent.
- 32:00Speaker 2: Think that it's the special that they have right now.
- 32:03Speaker 2: It will retail for five fifty five oneths. That's special.
- 32:06Speaker 2: It's over the digital Kindle if you have Kindle. It
- 32:13Speaker 2: is of course free for you guys if you have Kindle.
- 32:16Speaker 2: But if you have a Kindle and you want to
- 32:19Speaker 2: download it and you don't have the unlimited Kindle, it
- 32:24Speaker 2: is one nine. So I want you guys to go
- 32:28Speaker 2: over support me, grab that copy and shift. It is
- 32:35Speaker 2: your season. Some of us have question when, how and why?
- 32:44Speaker 2: Well he heard you, He answered, now it's time for
- 32:48Speaker 2: you to move so that you can align with that
- 32:51Speaker 2: that he already had mapped out. Sometimes he's waiting on
- 32:57Speaker 2: you just waiting on you to move, and when you
- 33:02Speaker 2: don't know how to move, you know you have to
- 33:04Speaker 2: ask him. So, y'all, thank you for joining me on
- 33:10Speaker 2: this morning. I am truly honored. Like always, I appreciate
- 33:15Speaker 2: you guys for tuning in for Monday Morning Motivation. You're
- 33:20Speaker 2: our power here with the Queen screaming through the Crew podcast.
- 33:26Speaker 2: I thank you guys for all of your support. I
- 33:29Speaker 2: tell you, it is truly. It is truly an honor
- 33:33Speaker 2: and a privilege I don't count like lightly. I have
- 33:36Speaker 2: to thank all those that have cast votes for me,
- 33:39Speaker 2: those that have cast nominations, those that nominated me for
- 33:44Speaker 2: various things. I am up for a couple of nominations,
- 33:47Speaker 2: not just me myself, but the podcast network here, Kingdom
- 33:53Speaker 2: Business Award Media Outlet of the Year. None of it
- 33:58Speaker 2: will be possible without you, guys. I am going to
- 34:03Speaker 2: be live tonight on Let's Talk About It with co
- 34:09Speaker 2: hosts Cornell, Jackie Drummer. He's gonna be hosting the show.
- 34:14Speaker 2: Snett is not going to be on, but he's gonna
- 34:16Speaker 2: be hosting the show tonight, and they wanted to bring
- 34:20Speaker 2: me on. He said he had a surprise for me.
- 34:24Speaker 2: He wanted to share some things about what is going
- 34:27Speaker 2: on within t d c J. They have been very
- 34:34Speaker 2: grateful for the the the outcome, the input, the the
- 34:39Speaker 2: the action that has taken place from some of the
- 34:43Speaker 2: action that we have taken as advocates, as people that
- 34:47Speaker 2: just want to be a boss, that just want to
- 34:49Speaker 2: speak up and speak against social injustice, human injustice, anything
- 34:55Speaker 2: that violates human rights, we want to speak on it.
- 35:00Speaker 2: Whether you're incarcerated or not incarcerated, No one's rights should
- 35:06Speaker 2: be violated. Everyone still have rights, whether you're incarcerated or not,
- 35:11Speaker 2: you have a right and everyone should know those rights
- 35:15Speaker 2: and we should not continually allow people to violate them
- 35:21Speaker 2: and step on. We got to hold these people accountable.
- 35:25Speaker 2: Got to hold these people accountable. So y'all tonight I
- 35:29Speaker 2: will be on let's talk about it with Cornell and
- 35:35Speaker 2: we're gonna be talking about TDCJ and some of the
- 35:39Speaker 2: things that's been going on up in there and some
- 35:42Speaker 2: of the people that have come out to visit, and
- 35:45Speaker 2: hopefully we're gonna see some change. I say, I often say,
- 35:49Speaker 2: we may not see it in our in our time,
- 35:52Speaker 2: but it's gonna come. It's gonna come. It's gonna come.
- 35:56Speaker 2: Trust me, it's gonna come again, y'all. Thank you for
- 36:00Speaker 2: tuning in again. If there's anything that I've shared on today,
- 36:06Speaker 2: been a blessing to you guys. I definitely wanted to
- 36:09Speaker 2: share it out. I just dropped nuggets and just share

- 36:23Speaker 2: We are going to celebrate Rachel L. Gary out of Chicago.
- 36:28Speaker 2: She is a radio host, she's a author, she is

- 36:53Speaker 2: that Sunday from two to six. There's gonna be a

- 37:09Speaker 2: We're there to support. We're gonna be doing a pop

- 38:11Speaker 2: as she honored the legacy and the journey that she
- 38:16Speaker 2: experienced with her mom. I'm grateful because I had the
- 38:19Speaker 2: opportunity and the pleasure didn't get to meet her in person,
- 38:23Speaker 2: but had I felt like I did. I had the
- 38:26Speaker 2: opportunity and the pleasure to meet with her several times
- 38:30Speaker 2: via virtual She was even an honorary host over here
- 38:35Speaker 2: on the Crew podcast. She hosted one show over here
- 38:39Speaker 2: as an honorary host and just honored to call her
- 38:46Speaker 2: my purple lip friend. So I definitely will be in
- 38:48Speaker 2: the building, and I'm asking all those that are in Anderson, Spartanburg, Greenville, Columbia, Charsting,
- 38:57Speaker 2: all those that are willing to travel to that area
- 39:01Speaker 2: to help celebrate a great legacy and to celebrate the
- 39:06Speaker 2: book release of Chita's book. So please y'all come out support.
- 39:12Speaker 2: There are so many flyers floating around with all of

- 39:34Speaker 2: events are amazing events and that we are supporting and
- 39:37Speaker 2: as these individuals are traveling, that they're able to be blessing,
- 39:42Speaker 2: not just be coming out their pockets as they travel,
- 39:45Speaker 2: because they want to be a blessing and we want
- 39:48Speaker 2: them to continue to be able to be a blessing.
- 39:51Speaker 2: So y'all please support them. There's some flyers floating around.
- 39:55Speaker 2: They have some links, they have some scan codes. If
- 40:00Speaker 2: you cannot travel to the Chicago, Spartanburg, or New York area, y'all.

- 40:28Speaker 2: jumping on and supporting us on this morning here on
- 40:35Speaker 2: Monday Morning motivation. I truly thank you guys, because you
- 40:39Speaker 2: could be anywhere. You can be anywhere getting your dose
- 40:42Speaker 2: or motivation, but you chose to stop by here this Monday.
- 40:47Speaker 2: So thank you for stopping by this Monday. Thank you
- 40:50Speaker 2: for stopping by last Monday. And I hope to see
- 40:52Speaker 2: you next Monday, y'all, because next Monday, we're gonna be
- 40:56Speaker 2: moving on to intentionals. We're gonna be talking about intentional
- 41:00Speaker 2: and how to apply it as we continue to shift
- 41:04Speaker 2: on this journey we call life. Now, we only get
- 41:07Speaker 2: one chance at it, and you get to make the
- 41:10Speaker 2: best of it. It's yours to make the best of it.
- 41:13Speaker 2: But remember you have free will. You can choose which
- 41:17Speaker 2: way to go. So again, I thank you guys for
- 41:19Speaker 2: tuning in. I am the Queen of collaboration. If you
- 41:22Speaker 2: are an author and you are not attached to the
- 41:25Speaker 2: one hundred Author Movement, I want to encourage you guys
- 41:27Speaker 2: to get attached to the one Author movement because we
- 41:30Speaker 2: are definitely doing some things over there. We're definitely connecting individuals.
- 41:38Speaker 2: It's all about connecting, collaborating, and community building. Again, connecting, collaborating, creating,
- 41:49Speaker 2: and community building. So if that is you and you're
- 41:53Speaker 2: looking for a family, you're looking for like minded individuals
- 41:58Speaker 2: that will push you, that will encourage with you, that
- 42:01Speaker 2: wants to see you grow, not here to hinder you,
- 42:04Speaker 2: not here to compete with you, but we're here to connect, collaborate, create,
- 42:09Speaker 2: and community bill we want you to draw the one
- 42:13Speaker 2: hundred Author Movement, y'all. It is a fifty dollars one
- 42:17Speaker 2: time fee, once a year, one time fee. It is
- 42:20Speaker 2: a yearly fee. You pay one time a year fifty
- 42:23Speaker 2: dollars and it covers you the entire year. So December
- 42:28Speaker 2: the thirty first will end this season. We will do
- 42:32Speaker 2: it again next year. You want to be a part again.
- 42:36Speaker 2: Next year, you will pay the renewal fee. For those
- 42:39Speaker 2: new authors coming in, they will pay the one time fee.
- 42:44Speaker 2: And then if you come back the year after, you
- 42:47Speaker 2: will pay the renewal fee, and then the new authors
- 42:50Speaker 2: will pay the one time fee. Y'all, it does not stop.
- 42:53Speaker 2: We're on the mission. They had the one million Black men,
- 43:00Speaker 2: so we're gonna have the one million Black Brown author movement.
- 43:05Speaker 2: We're on. We're on a mission. We want to highlight,
- 43:10Speaker 2: we want to connect. We want to know that a
- 43:15Speaker 2: million black and brown authors have come through this platform
- 43:20Speaker 2: over the next five to ten years. We hope to
- 43:24Speaker 2: meet that goal. How do you help us meet that goal?
- 43:29Speaker 2: Sign up be a part of the one hundred Authors
- 43:33Speaker 2: to Watch movement. Every year, we're gonna focus on promoting
- 43:39Speaker 2: one hundred authors, one hundred brown authors that want to
- 43:43Speaker 2: be seen. Once you join, you're always a member. You
- 43:49Speaker 2: don't get kicked out. Even if you are an inactive member,
- 43:54Speaker 2: you're always a member. They may be limited actions for
- 44:00Speaker 2: those that are interactive. You may not have access to
- 44:03Speaker 2: our chats. If you're inactive, then you may not have
- 44:07Speaker 2: access to our check That mean you won't be able
- 44:09Speaker 2: to come inside our checks. But if you are active,
- 44:12Speaker 2: if you are active for that year, you will have
- 44:15Speaker 2: access to the chats. You have access to that direct
- 44:21Speaker 2: connection to me in all of the group leaders, because
- 44:25Speaker 2: we do have group leaders and you will have access
- 44:29Speaker 2: to them if you are inactive. That mean if you're
- 44:32Speaker 2: not participating in the challenges, you're not participating in the
- 44:35Speaker 2: things that we're doing, then you are considered inactive, and
- 44:40Speaker 2: that means that you don't have access to the chat room,
- 44:45Speaker 2: but you still have access to everything else. You don't
- 44:48Speaker 2: have access to the special, behind the scene things that
- 44:51Speaker 2: we're doing, so you may not have access to anything
- 44:54Speaker 2: but the public stuff, the stuff that we post inside
- 44:57Speaker 2: of the group, the stuff that we post on the
- 45:00Speaker 2: Facebook pages, the stuff that we post on YouTube, and
- 45:03Speaker 2: those things that are public. You only have access to
- 45:06Speaker 2: those things. So if you want the behind the scenes,
- 45:09Speaker 2: you want that close network, you want that stuff that
- 45:13Speaker 2: you know you have to be active to get, then
- 45:15Speaker 2: you have to join the group. You have to be
- 45:18Speaker 2: inside of the chat and you have to be active.
- 45:23Speaker 2: This is about connecting, It is about creating, It is
- 45:26Speaker 2: about collaborating, It is about community building. It is not
- 45:30Speaker 2: an I I, it's not a me, me me, but
- 45:32Speaker 2: it's about us and it's about them in a day,
- 45:37Speaker 2: but never I, because there's no I in team. So
- 45:43Speaker 2: but that being said, y'all, again, I thank you guys
- 45:46Speaker 2: for tuning in. Authors, get involved, creatives, get involved, because again,
- 45:52Speaker 2: there's gonna be some amazing things coming through these very
- 45:55Speaker 2: various platforms, because we have some amazing platforms that are
- 46:01Speaker 2: so you're gonna see some collaboration projects come forth. You're
- 46:04Speaker 2: gonna see some individuals really showing you the power of partnership,
- 46:09Speaker 2: the power of collaborating, the power of connection, the power
- 46:12Speaker 2: are truly coming together. So you're gonna be able to
- 46:15Speaker 2: experience that. Inside of the one hundred Arth the Movement, y'all,
- 46:20Speaker 2: we are going to be dropping the who's who of
- 46:25Speaker 2: black and brown creative and literary world. We're gonna be
- 46:31Speaker 2: dropping that special audition in July. Some of you guys
- 46:35Speaker 2: may find yourself inside of that special addition. Who knows
- 46:43Speaker 2: if you are interested in being a part of that
- 46:47Speaker 2: special audition, And y'all, that is going to be a
- 46:50Speaker 2: yearly addition. Again, wants you are a part of that.
- 46:56Speaker 2: That is something that you will always be a part
- 46:59Speaker 2: of because that is going to be something that we're
- 47:02Speaker 2: going to be utilizing to honor and showcase and support
- 47:08Speaker 2: those one hundred authors that show up and be a
- 47:11Speaker 2: part of the movement every year, but everybody that joins.
- 47:16Speaker 2: So if you are attached to the one hundred Author
- 47:18Speaker 2: movement for twenty twenty five, you are the inaugural group.
- 47:23Speaker 2: So you are going to be the very first who's
- 47:28Speaker 2: who of black and brown creative and literary addition of
- 47:36Speaker 2: Aspiring Authors magazine. We are in the backgrounds working on it.
- 47:41Speaker 2: So if you are already a part of the movement
- 47:46Speaker 2: and you have been active, you will definitely be getting
- 47:52Speaker 2: a reach out from me to see how you can
- 47:56Speaker 2: be a part. If you know that you have been
- 48:00Speaker 2: inactive but you would like to be a part of this,
- 48:04Speaker 2: you definitely can be a part, but you will not
- 48:07Speaker 2: be there. They're gonna be feeds that you're going to
- 48:10Speaker 2: have to pay because you don't get privileges when you
- 48:15Speaker 2: don't participate. You can't just say you're a part of
- 48:18Speaker 2: something and not be active, because it's not fair to
- 48:24Speaker 2: those that are being active and those that do participate
- 48:28Speaker 2: and those that are doing the things to try to
- 48:32Speaker 2: lift up the movement and lift up the environment and
- 48:37Speaker 2: lift up the energy within the groups. So those are
- 48:42Speaker 2: the people that, yeah, we want to recognize those and
- 48:45Speaker 2: those are the people that, yeah, we want to give them,
- 48:48Speaker 2: We want to give them breaks, we want to give
- 48:49Speaker 2: them because because yeah, they're going above and beyond, and
- 48:53Speaker 2: we have a few people that have done that and
- 48:58Speaker 2: are deserving of that. So know that if you are
- 49:02Speaker 2: interested in being in the Who's Who's of by Aspiring
- 49:09Speaker 2: Authors magazine, y'all, you're going you have opportunity to be
- 49:23Speaker 2: a part of that. There will be a fee, know
- 49:27Speaker 2: that that will be a fee, but you will have
- 49:29Speaker 2: an opportunity to allow your brand to speak. This is
- 49:33Speaker 2: going to be something that I am working to get
- 49:36Speaker 2: some extra things attached to it so that it can
- 49:39Speaker 2: truly be recognized and people can really see it. I'm
- 49:43Speaker 2: going to do it in a different format so that
- 49:45Speaker 2: I'll be able to put it out in different distribution platforms.
- 49:50Speaker 2: So I'm excited about it, y'all. I'm excited about it.
- 49:53Speaker 2: If you are not attached to the one hundred Author movement,
- 49:58Speaker 2: this is your opportunity to get attached so that you
- 50:02Speaker 2: too can be a part of the Who's Who in
- 50:04Speaker 2: Black and Brown creative in the literary world. By as
- 50:08Speaker 2: far as Office Magazine, that's gonna be a special edition
- 50:11Speaker 2: that's going to be dropping get attached. It is a
- 50:15Speaker 2: great opportunity for y'all that are still weary. The magazine
- 50:22Speaker 2: is now getting recognized internationally, y'all, because of the magazine
- 50:29Speaker 2: in the podcast I got, I'm receiving an international award
- 50:37Speaker 2: for Global Impact, and I am being recognized because of
- 50:44Speaker 2: the magazine and because of the podcast network. I tell
- 50:50Speaker 2: you the amazing write up that they did on the
- 50:55Speaker 2: podcast and the magazine, y'all. I'm grateful. I'm just grateful
- 51:01Speaker 2: to be the visionary and just grateful to be obedient.
- 51:05Speaker 2: It's all about being obedient, y'all. Sometimes we just got
- 51:08Speaker 2: to learn how to be obedient so that God can
- 51:12Speaker 2: truly use us, so that we can help the building
- 51:16Speaker 2: of the kingdom, because that's what it's all about at
- 51:19Speaker 2: the end of the day. That's what it's all about
- 51:21Speaker 2: at the end of the day. But I want to
- 51:23Speaker 2: encourage you guys. Y'all are probably gonna see me jump
- 51:26Speaker 2: back on later on because I have a couple of
- 51:29Speaker 2: things that I truly want to announce. I am going
- 51:33Speaker 2: to start back to interviewing. That is one of the
- 51:37Speaker 2: things that I have been truly passionate about. Everybody to
- 51:40Speaker 2: know that podcasting broadcasting journalism. That is the thing that
- 51:46Speaker 2: I am truly passionate about because I want people to
- 51:49Speaker 2: be able to get their voice out there. I want
- 51:51Speaker 2: people to know that they have a voice, and that
- 51:53Speaker 2: they don't have to sit down on that voice, that
- 51:55Speaker 2: they can get that voice out and there's outlets that
- 51:58Speaker 2: these voices can be giving out through. We currently have
- 52:04Speaker 2: some vacant spots over here on the Crew Podcast. I
- 52:07Speaker 2: am in the midst of filling one of those spots
- 52:10Speaker 2: with a new host, so y'all will be seeing a
- 52:12Speaker 2: new host joining us over the next thirty days. Y'all know,
- 52:16Speaker 2: we go through a thirty day training and getting used
- 52:20Speaker 2: to the podcast. So if you're out there, y'all, come
- 52:26Speaker 2: on join now so that you can go ahead and
- 52:28Speaker 2: get them thirty days out so that your podcast can
- 52:32Speaker 2: be jumping off no later than you know, mid June July.
- 52:38Speaker 2: You ready to kick off your show and you're ready
- 52:41Speaker 2: to have your podcast live, and then you got six
- 52:44Speaker 2: months to finish strong, y'all, because we want you to
- 52:48Speaker 2: be able to utilize these opportunities that you have. Again,
- 52:53Speaker 2: we have three slots over here on the Crew Podcast
- 52:56Speaker 2: if you're interested. One is going to be felled sometimes
- 53:00Speaker 2: week don't know how quick it's going to be feeled.
- 53:02Speaker 2: But I do have someone that is interesting and this
- 53:06Speaker 2: is how it works. So you don't have to worry
- 53:09Speaker 2: about doing anything. All you got to do is show up.
- 53:13Speaker 2: We're going to train you with the procedure how it flows.
- 53:18Speaker 2: What you need to do. All you got to do
- 53:21Speaker 2: is show up for yourself and show up for your guests,
- 53:24Speaker 2: show up for whoever your your audience is. Just show
- 53:27Speaker 2: up and respect the mic. How you respect the mic,
- 53:31Speaker 2: be prepared, have your your your your lighting on point,
- 53:36Speaker 2: have your audios on point, have your your technology together,
- 53:41Speaker 2: have your guess technology together, have your guests together. That
- 53:45Speaker 2: that's how you show up for the mic. That's how
- 53:49Speaker 2: you respect the mic. That's how you respect that space.
- 53:52Speaker 2: See when you come on and you don't know when
- 53:56Speaker 2: you're in Q, you don't know when you're supposed to
- 53:58Speaker 2: start your your not even in the queue right, that
- 54:03Speaker 2: is not respecting their mic. That's not knowing what you're doing.
- 54:07Speaker 2: That's not being you know, comfortable with what you're doing.
- 54:13Speaker 2: But I want you guys to come on in and
- 54:18Speaker 2: show up for you and show up for that person
- 54:21Speaker 2: that may be watching you. Because know that this journey
- 54:25Speaker 2: that you're on, you're not on it by yourself, and
- 54:28Speaker 2: that it's not for you, but it's for those that
- 54:32Speaker 2: are assigned to you, are attached to you. See, your
- 54:35Speaker 2: journey was attached to somebody else. Do do you know
- 54:39Speaker 2: who your journey was attached to? Huh? I know who
- 54:43Speaker 2: mine's was attached to. And I'm grateful for all those
- 54:48Speaker 2: that have poured into me and that pushed me to
- 54:51Speaker 2: where I am today, because if it was not for
- 54:55Speaker 2: you guys, I wouldn't be able to do the things
- 54:58Speaker 2: that I do. And I hope that that is the
- 55:01Speaker 2: sentiment that others would say about me, that I played
- 55:05Speaker 2: that part in their life, that I was able to
- 55:07Speaker 2: pour something into their lives that they were able to
- 55:10Speaker 2: carry on and pour into someone else's life. That that's
- 55:14Speaker 2: what it's about. That's what called leaving a legacy, leaving
- 55:16Speaker 2: a blueprint, leaving that nugget, leaving that something. Because a
- 55:21Speaker 2: lot of the stuff that we have, even these videos
- 55:23Speaker 2: one day and not gonna be around, these podcasts one
- 55:26Speaker 2: day and not gonna be around, so people are not
- 55:28Speaker 2: gonna get these things. But while we have them here,
- 55:31Speaker 2: we should be sharing them out so that they can
- 55:33Speaker 2: get these nuggads, so that people it can get down
- 55:36Speaker 2: in their spirit. See, it's those things that are down
- 55:38Speaker 2: in us, those habits, those things that we are intentional about,
- 55:42Speaker 2: those things that nobody can take away from us. It's
- 55:46Speaker 2: the things that the character, the things that make us
- 55:49Speaker 2: who we are, those things that when we have these
- 55:52Speaker 2: podcasts and we're on here sharing and we're doing these
- 55:56Speaker 2: interviews and these things that come out of us, it's
- 56:00Speaker 2: those things that nobody can take from you. So it's
- 56:04Speaker 2: those nuggets and those things that you keep putting out
- 56:06Speaker 2: in the atmosphere so that they can vibrate and get
- 56:09Speaker 2: into the people that they need to get into. So
- 56:13Speaker 2: to all those black and brown creatives and those that
- 56:17Speaker 2: are in the literary world, this is your opportunity. If
- 56:21Speaker 2: you did not get an opportunity to rep your states,
- 56:26Speaker 2: you do not get an opportunity to rep your state,
- 56:30Speaker 2: This is going to be an opportunity for you to
- 56:32Speaker 2: really rep your self, your brand, who you are, Who
- 56:41Speaker 2: are you? You get to tell the world who you
- 56:45Speaker 2: are and the who's who Black and Brown creative literary World.

- 57:01Speaker 2: be our second addition. So will you be a part
- 57:06Speaker 2: of this inaugural addition? Will you be a part of
- 57:11Speaker 2: this hard back addition of Yeah, it's gonna be hardback.

- 57:21Speaker 2: on your coffee table and be proud to sit on
- 57:24Speaker 2: your coffee table. So I want to encourage you black
- 57:30Speaker 2: and brown creative in the literary world, trail blazers that
- 57:35Speaker 2: are leaving an example and leaving a legacy. This is

- 58:01Speaker 2: five individuals over there, I encourage you first to get involved,

- 58:10Speaker 2: to be heard. This is an opportunity for all of us.
- 58:18Speaker 2: So y'all, thank you. I'm out of here. I know
- 58:23Speaker 2: I shared a lot. I've been all over the place,
- 58:25Speaker 2: like always, but this is what happened. When you just
- 58:29Speaker 2: want to be a blessing, you just want to, you know,
- 58:33Speaker 2: make sure that you know things are getting out and
- 58:36Speaker 2: people are getting what need to be got. So I
- 58:40Speaker 2: hope that individuals are able to share this out, you're
- 58:45Speaker 2: able to hear the replay if you missed it live,
