- 0:08Speaker 1: Scandal, Advice Shoots. It's not even nice, Prince La La La,
- 0:15Speaker 1: Welcome to the Not even Nice Sham. Your host Rob
- 0:18Speaker 1: Shooter And it's Tuesday, but Miss d is off today,
- 0:21Speaker 1: so don't worry, not ease. We've got enough gossip, enough
- 0:23Speaker 1: celebrity news, enough to tell you about to talk about
- 0:28Speaker 1: to keep going for the next twenty minutes. So you
- 0:30Speaker 1: are the co hosts today, Lucky, Lucky me. Let's jump
- 0:34Speaker 1: into the show. What time is it, my friends? It
- 0:37Speaker 1: is tea time? Did you sing a long? You sound marvelous?
- 0:42Speaker 1: Big story at the top of the show, Meghan markl
- 0:45Speaker 1: has been told that there is no future in working
- 0:48Speaker 1: with Prince Harry going forward. You heard that right, So essentially,
- 0:53Speaker 1: Meghan joining the family business when she married Harry was
- 0:58Speaker 1: something that everybody thought would be a strength for the monarchy,
- 1:03Speaker 1: and then January twenty twenty happened. Harry and Meghan stepped
- 1:08Speaker 1: back as working members of the royal family and instead
- 1:12Speaker 1: continued to do their work by establishing the Archie World
- 1:16Speaker 1: Foundation and inking deals with Netflix and Spotify together. So
- 1:21Speaker 1: basically they were going to work but in a different capacity,
- 1:25Speaker 1: well professionally, that has not really worked out. For them,
- 1:30Speaker 1: and now Meghan has signed with a powerhouse talent agency
- 1:35Speaker 1: William Morris and Harry did not. That's interesting. One of
- 1:40Speaker 1: them has got a very powerful new agent and the
- 1:43Speaker 1: other hasn't. Now there are reports that Meghan is poised
- 1:48Speaker 1: to become a quote one Woman's show in the near future.
- 1:52Speaker 1: For his part, Harry has his projects and she has hers.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Okay Magazine says that Meghan is being a biased that
- 2:01Speaker 1: there is no future professionally with Harry, and that, according
- 2:06Speaker 1: to an advisor, she needs to break away from the
- 2:10Speaker 1: Sussex brand. Sources say quote they feel as if Megan
- 2:16Speaker 1: does more on her own, she'll have more opportunities to
- 2:19Speaker 1: save her career by herself. And by saving her career,
- 2:24Speaker 1: they're talking about bouncing back after the collapse of the
- 2:28Speaker 1: twenty million dollar deal with Spotify that the two of
- 2:31Speaker 1: them signed in twenty twenty. Meghan is being advised to
- 2:37Speaker 1: relaunch herself by rebranding herself professionally as her own person,
- 2:43Speaker 1: not one half of the brand Sussex. Offers for Megan
- 2:48Speaker 1: without Harry have been pouring in and she's looking over them,
- 2:52Speaker 1: so this actually seems as if it is good advice
- 2:55Speaker 1: at least in the short term, because she's getting all
- 2:58Speaker 1: these offers to go back into acting, to do spokesperson stuff,
- 3:03Speaker 1: to sell products. I can see her with a fragrance collection,
- 3:07Speaker 1: a clothing line, a shoe collection. She could even sell towels.
- 3:11Speaker 1: I mean, Negan is certainly one of the most famous
- 3:15Speaker 1: people in the world, and she's getting a lot of offers,
- 3:19Speaker 1: but by herself, not with Harry. Now, don't feel too
- 3:22Speaker 1: bad for him just yet, because Harry does have his
- 3:25Speaker 1: own projects. He's got his deal with Netflix. He's doing
- 3:28Speaker 1: The Heart of the Invictor's Games that's coming out next month,
- 3:31Speaker 1: and he's also rumored to be working on a new
- 3:34Speaker 1: documentary with Netflix about Africa and Don't Forget Too. He
- 3:38Speaker 1: had that very successful memoir Spare, which was on the
- 3:43Speaker 1: best sellers list. He made millions from that. So what
- 3:46Speaker 1: do you think about this very interesting together they have
- 3:50Speaker 1: not been as successful as I think most people, including me,
- 3:54Speaker 1: thought they would be. Will they be more successful apart? Now?
- 3:59Speaker 1: Nobody is saying they're breaking up. Nobody's saying they are separating.
- 4:03Speaker 1: What we're saying is they're not gonna work together. And
- 4:06Speaker 1: that's the difference, isn't it. I don't like working with
- 4:09Speaker 1: my husband on projects. He has his work life. I
- 4:13Speaker 1: have mine now. Admittedly, occasionally, if I ask me a
- 4:17Speaker 1: little bit of gossip about the royals, he doesn't ask
- 4:19Speaker 1: about the Kardashians or the housewives. And I certainly love
- 4:23Speaker 1: his songs. My husband's a songwriter, a playwright, and so
- 4:27Speaker 1: I'm very, very interested in the work. It just isn't
- 4:30Speaker 1: my work. And I know my place and he knows
- 4:33Speaker 1: his place too, and we don't overlap, and I think
- 4:36Speaker 1: that's the strength of our relationship. We're not trying to
- 4:40Speaker 1: do everything together all the time. I think couples that
- 4:43Speaker 1: work together sometimes can get really mixed up in this
- 4:47Speaker 1: toxic combination of everything they do they do as a couple.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Maybe this will be more healthy, not just for their careers,
- 4:56Speaker 1: but for their relationship. Maybe they'll have a strong the
- 5:00Speaker 1: bond if they keep their professional lives to themselves and
- 5:05Speaker 1: their primate lives together. What do you think about this, noisees,
- 5:09Speaker 1: I really want you to think about working with your partner.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Look to your left, look to your right, and in air,
- 5:14Speaker 1: say hello, hello, Alo. What do you think about working together?
- 5:18Speaker 1: Would it be a good thing for your relationship? Would
- 5:20Speaker 1: it be a bad thing for your relationship. What happens
- 5:22Speaker 1: if one of you is more popular? We see this,
- 5:24Speaker 1: don't we all the time? In bands? Beyond is the
- 5:27Speaker 1: most popular person in Destiny's Child. Just think Timberlay was
- 5:30Speaker 1: the most popular person in en Sync. Imagine how that
- 5:34Speaker 1: would feel if the other person in the group was
- 5:38Speaker 1: your partner, was not just the member of the band,
- 5:41Speaker 1: but somebody that was your chosen person. It's very complicated,
- 5:46Speaker 1: which brings us to our pole question of the day.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Meghan has been told that there is no future in
- 5:53Speaker 1: working with Prince Harry going forward if they continue to
- 5:55Speaker 1: work together. Her big agents, William Morris, don't think it's
- 6:00Speaker 1: going to be that successful. They tried, it didn't work.
- 6:03Speaker 1: How many times do you keep trying before you change course?
- 6:08Speaker 1: What do you think is this good advice? It's very
- 6:14Speaker 1: very harsh advice, isn't it. It's certainly advice that neither
- 6:18Speaker 1: one of them wants to hear. But that does not
- 6:20Speaker 1: make it bad advice. Can you take advice that stinks?
- 6:25Speaker 1: Can you go vote on our Twitter page at Naughty
- 6:29Speaker 1: Nice Raba facebook page is not a yasib. I'm sure
- 6:33Speaker 1: to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Okay, moving along.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Matthew McConaughey son Levi, has posted some pictures on Instagram
- 6:43Speaker 1: after getting permission to join social media for his fifteenth birthday.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Happy Birthday, Levi, So, Matthew McConaughey, son Levi received a
- 6:54Speaker 1: unique birthday gift from his famous parents. It was social media.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I'm sure he got lovely gifts too. I'm sure he
- 7:01Speaker 1: got a cake, maybe some clothes, maybe a ticket to
- 7:05Speaker 1: see Daylor Swift. But he also got permission to join
- 7:09Speaker 1: social media. So in honor of his fifteenth birthday, Levi McConaughey,
- 7:15Speaker 1: who is the son of Matthew and his wife of
- 7:18Speaker 1: eleven years, Camilla Elves, took to the Internet to introduce
- 7:24Speaker 1: himself to the world. On Instagram, he wrote the following caption,
- 7:28Speaker 1: quote happy to be here. It's very sweet, isn't it.
- 7:32Speaker 1: It also to featured a series of photographs and videos
- 7:36Speaker 1: of the teen taking on activities ranging from surfing and
- 7:40Speaker 1: snowboarding and getting out and about. He even gets a haircut.
- 7:45Speaker 1: He said, quote, Hi, I'm Levi. He tells that directly
- 7:48Speaker 1: to the camera before we hear the voice of his father.
- 7:52Speaker 1: In one of his most iconic Roles in the nineteen
- 7:56Speaker 1: ninety three classic Dazed and Confused. He famously says, let
- 8:02Speaker 1: me tell you this, the older you do get, the
- 8:06Speaker 1: more rules they're going to try to get you to follow.
- 8:10Speaker 1: In the comment section, Matthew has chimed in saying Levi
- 8:15Speaker 1: is living. I love it. I love it, I love it.
- 8:18Speaker 1: In the video, the family also discuss their decision to
- 8:22Speaker 1: allow their eldest child to join social media. The couple
- 8:26Speaker 1: have two younger children, Livingstone who's ten, and Vida, who
- 8:30Speaker 1: is thirteen. Quote. Hey, buddy, your mom is a little
- 8:34Speaker 1: nervous today about one of the gifts we are giving you.
- 8:38Speaker 1: That's what Matthew shared, noting that they had been discussing
- 8:42Speaker 1: the possibility of Levi joining social media for at least
- 8:46Speaker 1: the last three years. He continued, Yes, we are allowing
- 8:50Speaker 1: you Levi today, on your fifteenth birthday, to join the
- 8:53Speaker 1: social media universe. He knows who he is, he knows
- 8:58Speaker 1: where he's going. I think he can handle it. I
- 9:00Speaker 1: think you're right, Matthew. Daddy continued, quote, he's got a
- 9:04Speaker 1: great story to tell and share. You'll get in a
- 9:07Speaker 1: very cool and respectful young man, and I hope you
- 9:10Speaker 1: can all do your best to treat him the same
- 9:14Speaker 1: way Mama and baba. Thank you. Oh it's adorable. Social
- 9:20Speaker 1: media can be rough. What do you think about that?
- 9:22Speaker 1: Fifteen years old? They've been talking about it for three years,
- 9:25Speaker 1: so when he was twelve this conversation began. Now, I
- 9:28Speaker 1: think fifteen that seems like a good age for me.
- 9:30Speaker 1: I'm not a parent, so I don't know how you
- 9:33Speaker 1: manage this. I don't know how you negotiate this, but
- 9:35Speaker 1: fifteen sounds like a good age. What's key to me
- 9:38Speaker 1: is this sentence. He knows who he is, he knows
- 9:40Speaker 1: where he's going, and I think he can handle it.
- 9:42Speaker 1: I think if you don't know who you are, and
- 9:44Speaker 1: a lot of people at fifteen they don't know, it's
- 9:47Speaker 1: really hard, isn't it. I can't imagine growing up with
- 9:50Speaker 1: social media. By the time i'd left a university, social
- 9:53Speaker 1: media didn't really exist. It hadn't been invented yet. But
- 9:57Speaker 1: I think at school I would have struggled had social
- 9:59Speaker 1: media existed. I think it would have been really difficult
- 10:02Speaker 1: for me. I would have been really self conscious if
- 10:04Speaker 1: somebody posted a picture of me I didn't like I'd
- 10:07Speaker 1: be heard. If somebody wrote something mean, i'd be heard.
- 10:09Speaker 1: I was really emotional back then, so I think this
- 10:12Speaker 1: would be very tricky for me. But it seems like
- 10:14Speaker 1: this young man knows exactly who he is, and I
- 10:17Speaker 1: do love mommy and dad, A mama and Papa, saying
- 10:21Speaker 1: that we're getting a cool and respectful young man, and
- 10:23Speaker 1: I hope you can do your best to treat him
- 10:26Speaker 1: the same way. Yes we will, Okay, moving along, Britney
- 10:30Speaker 1: spear saying is her bad reaction to the NBA player
- 10:36Speaker 1: security was a cry out, a cry for help. So
- 10:40Speaker 1: Britney has more to say about the incident in Las Vegas,
- 10:44Speaker 1: in which she alleges that she was hit in the
- 10:46Speaker 1: face by a member of a security team. In a
- 10:49Speaker 1: lengthy message, she has a lot to say about this.
- 10:52Speaker 1: The singer expressed her bad reaction to the incident and
- 10:57Speaker 1: why she felt so helpless. Ginning her caption by reflecting
- 11:02Speaker 1: on her decades of work in Hollywood, Britney wrote that
- 11:06Speaker 1: in part, she's been in the industry now for years
- 11:10Speaker 1: and it's been around some of the most famous people
- 11:13Speaker 1: in the world. That's true. She names the nineties boy
- 11:16Speaker 1: band and Sink as an example, adding that at one
- 11:19Speaker 1: point they were like the Beatles. I know that sounds crazy,
- 11:21Speaker 1: but it is true. I did one of their record
- 11:24Speaker 1: album launch ponties Is, and I gotta say it was pandemonium.
- 11:29Speaker 1: It was wild and so, she said, girls would throw
- 11:33Speaker 1: themselves at them everywhere we went. Not one time in
- 11:37Speaker 1: my life has a security guard ever hit another person,
- 11:41Speaker 1: She said, I'm not sharing this to be a victim,
- 11:44Speaker 1: and then the pop star recalled some of her own
- 11:47Speaker 1: past experiences in the business that have made her feel helpless.
- 11:51Speaker 1: She said, quote, I've had documentaries done about me and
- 11:54Speaker 1: none of which I approved. I have felt helpless in
- 11:58Speaker 1: most situations, and my experience in Vegas and my reaction
- 12:03Speaker 1: I was a cry out on many levels. I will
- 12:07Speaker 1: say it. Spears said that she has not always felt
- 12:11Speaker 1: as if she's been treated as an equal person in
- 12:15Speaker 1: this country, adding quote, of course, when I watched the
- 12:18Speaker 1: video myself, the people who actually swarmed around me when
- 12:22Speaker 1: they heard me get hit made me feel like I mattered.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I get swarmed by people all the time. She added.
- 12:31Speaker 1: In fact, that night I was swarmed by at least
- 12:34Speaker 1: twenty fans, and my security did not hit any of them.
- 12:39Speaker 1: The singer went on to conclude that she found the
- 12:41Speaker 1: situation to be embarrassing to share. However, she thinks it's
- 12:45Speaker 1: important to share this story and urge people in the
- 12:47Speaker 1: public eye to set an example and treat people with respect.
- 12:53Speaker 1: I totally am here for that, Britney spears. So you
- 12:56Speaker 1: have to remember that you're the boss celebrities. If you'll
- 12:59Speaker 1: listen and galolololo, you're the boss. You hired that security team.
- 13:04Speaker 1: They work for you, and before you even leave the
- 13:06Speaker 1: house to the apartment, the hotel, you remind them that
- 13:09Speaker 1: you're a good person, a decent person. Their job is
- 13:11Speaker 1: to protect you, but their job is not to slap people.
- 13:15Speaker 1: You can protect a celebrity and at the same time
- 13:19Speaker 1: keep your hands off people unless it's really really needed. UF. Okay,
- 13:25Speaker 1: before we go to break, let's talk about Madonna. So
- 13:28Speaker 1: she is grateful and speaking out for the very first
- 13:31Speaker 1: time after being hospitalized, announcing to fans that she's made
- 13:35Speaker 1: the difficult decision to delay her tour until October. In
- 13:39Speaker 1: a message that Madonna posted, she said, quote, my first
- 13:43Speaker 1: thought when I woke up in the hospital was my children.
- 13:46Speaker 1: My second thought was that I did not want to
- 13:49Speaker 1: disappoint anybody who had bought tickets for my tour. She
- 13:53Speaker 1: goes on to say, quote, I also didn't want to
- 13:56Speaker 1: let down the people who've worked tirelessly with me over
- 14:00Speaker 1: the last few months to create this show. I hate
- 14:03Speaker 1: to disappoint anybody. So first of all, she thought of
- 14:07Speaker 1: her children. Secondly she thought of her fans, and then
- 14:10Speaker 1: third she thought about all the dancers, all the musicians,
- 14:13Speaker 1: everybody in the crew on stage, off stage, in front
- 14:16Speaker 1: of house, backstage, everywhere. That came to mind too. The
- 14:20Speaker 1: singer says that she is focused now on her health
- 14:24Speaker 1: and feeling the love. She's delayed the start of the tour.
- 14:28Speaker 1: It was meant to start in North America. Now it's
- 14:30Speaker 1: going to start in Europe, and then it will come
- 14:33Speaker 1: to America. Madonna ended her statement with quote, I couldn't
- 14:37Speaker 1: be more grateful for your care and support. Love em
- 14:43Speaker 1: Oh Madonna, it's beautiful. Okay, We're going to take a
- 14:45Speaker 1: quick break and we will be right back. Welcome back
- 14:49Speaker 1: to you the Naudy b Naice. I'm your host, scrump
- 14:50Speaker 1: shoo to miss Das of today, let's get to the
- 14:53Speaker 1: polls do LA show. We talked about Jonah Hills, except
- 14:59Speaker 1: Sarah Bradley blasting him over alleged quote emotional abuse. Are
- 15:05Speaker 1: you surprised, Let's have a look. Eighty percent said no,
- 15:09Speaker 1: you are not surprised about this. Wow, don't forget to
- 15:13Speaker 1: vote on today's poll. Go to ourrid page at Naughty
- 15:16Speaker 1: nye rob or a Facebook page Audie Girzip and be
- 15:19Speaker 1: sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results. And
- 15:24Speaker 1: now it's time for our nicest of the day. Prince
- 15:30Speaker 1: Harry's US popularity has exploded, or at least climbed, So
- 15:34Speaker 1: Harry's getting a really nice boost thanks the new data
- 15:38Speaker 1: from the polling firm you gov, which suggests that Harry
- 15:41Speaker 1: is once again more popular than his brother William, at
- 15:44Speaker 1: least here in America. So Harry, who was once the
- 15:47Speaker 1: golden child in the usis his popularity It plummeted after
- 15:51Speaker 1: the release of his memoir. He was plus fifty two
- 15:56Speaker 1: and then he went to plus seven, so he never
- 15:58Speaker 1: got into the negative cat gory. But that's a massive
- 16:02Speaker 1: difference fifty two to seven. But now the tide has
- 16:07Speaker 1: turned and you gover saying that Harry's approval has bounced
- 16:11Speaker 1: back to plus twenty four, so it's not as high
- 16:14Speaker 1: as it was, which was plus fifty two. Now it's
- 16:17Speaker 1: at plus twenty four. But compared to William, it's good.
- 16:20Speaker 1: William is plus twenty two. Meghan still gets a plus seventeen,
- 16:25Speaker 1: so she's in the positive here based on forty percent
- 16:27Speaker 1: of people in the US liking her and twenty three
- 16:30Speaker 1: percent disliking her, So that's a plus seventeen. But Kate
- 16:34Speaker 1: is the one that always comes as smelling like a
- 16:37Speaker 1: rose with a net rating of plus thirty five. See,
- 16:42Speaker 1: you can like Kate and you can like Meghan, and
- 16:44Speaker 1: you can like Harry, and you can like William. That's
- 16:48Speaker 1: the takeaway and nicest of the day. And now my
- 16:50Speaker 1: naughty is the day Notty noughty. New revelation about Prince
- 16:54Speaker 1: William says that he could not eat before the Oprah
- 16:56Speaker 1: interviewed aired. Prince William was so sick with worry before
- 17:00Speaker 1: the big Oprah interview with Harry and Meghan, he lost
- 17:03Speaker 1: his appetite. Per the Daily Mirror, we're finding out that quote.
- 17:07Speaker 1: He was not eating. William was not eating, and he
- 17:11Speaker 1: became not reclusive, but he definitely was hiding away. He
- 17:14Speaker 1: went to a royal residence for a period to cut
- 17:17Speaker 1: himself off from the world. He was just in bits basically,
- 17:20Speaker 1: which is a British term bits means or falling apart
- 17:23Speaker 1: or broken. So he was just in bits basically. And
- 17:26Speaker 1: then Kate did what she could to stand by her man,
- 17:29Speaker 1: and they said that she's stuck up for him and
- 17:31Speaker 1: she wanted to protect him. And sometimes she has a
- 17:33Speaker 1: reputation of being a little bit shy, but when it
- 17:36Speaker 1: comes to protecting her husband, she was going to step
- 17:39Speaker 1: in and do it. Oh, it's end with a moment
- 17:42Speaker 1: of Rob. You're going to rub you a rub. You
- 17:44Speaker 1: got a roub. But relationships are the key to joy
- 17:46Speaker 1: and happiness. I'm not talking about being admired or being
- 17:50Speaker 1: famous here. No, I'm talking about people that you can
- 17:54Speaker 1: just be yourself with and that you can make mistakes
- 17:58Speaker 1: with and they forgive you. That's the key to this forgiveness.
- 18:04Speaker 1: If you can't forgive a friend, maybe that relationship was
- 18:07Speaker 1: never really a friendship. And if a friend can't forgive you,
- 18:11Speaker 1: maybe the same is true. Hey, that is it for today.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Thank you so much for listening to The Naught even
