• 8:25
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, you were in facebook tale.
• 8:27

• 8:49
Speaker 5: It's a 1939 four truck and she is yellow.
• 8:54
Speaker 4: She's beautiful, I'm like tweety, tweety, yellow, tweety bird Okay, and motor it's a 350 Chevy engine.
• 9:00
Speaker 1: You can't put a Chevy in a four.
• 9:02
Speaker 1: You know what was so weird?
• 9:03
  Speaker 1: Everybody does.
• 9:04
Speaker 5: I had a friend that she's got one.
• 9:06
Speaker 5: She wanted to be my friend on facebook and she's got one and she named it.
• 9:11
Speaker 5: Uh, orange crush same year, but orange All right.
• 9:14
Speaker 5: So she was my friend and then we were messaging back and forth and she said my husband wants to know what engine you have in it.
• 9:22
  Speaker 5: I said it's a 350 Chevy.
• 9:24
Speaker 5: She come back and said my husband said I can't be friends with you.
• 9:29
Speaker 5: I said bye, felicia.
• 9:33
Speaker 3: You know, but again she went to jail.
• 9:34
Speaker 2: That makes the durability of the vehicle for you Exactly you can travel around the country exactly and not have to trailer it.
• 9:41
Speaker 1: But why the hell?
• 9:42
  Speaker 1: Why?
• 9:42
Speaker 1: Why wouldn't you put up, you know, a 350 Ford in it?
• 9:46
Speaker 3: Right, she got to tweak it all the time.
• 9:48
Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean a ho 302 Would be great in it, 347 stroke with a t5 behind it.
• 9:56
Speaker 2: But the 350 Chevy, everything's available.
• 9:59
Speaker 3: Are you gonna any part store?
• 10:00
Speaker 3: By the way, I tear it up.
• 10:03
Speaker 1: You tear it up.
• 10:04
Speaker 3: Yeah, I'd be out there doing donuts.
• 10:06
Speaker 5: So I blocked her.
• 10:08
  Speaker 5: No more friend.
• 10:09
  Speaker 5: So.
• 10:11
Speaker 3: What's nice about the 350 now?
• 10:14
  Speaker 3: I wish it had a 700 r training.
• 10:17
Speaker 3: You can do that well, Money yeah we get about 12 miles per gallon on her.
• 10:26
Speaker 3: It's got a 10 or 12 gallon tank, the 350 turbo, 350 tranny, three speed, and so you don't have the overdrive.
• 10:38
Speaker 3: So we're out there doing 75, 80 miles an hour, about three grand.
• 10:42
Speaker 1: Well, you know, it's funny because this guy here is familiar with all of that.
• 10:45
Speaker 1: He knows all of that and there is an overdrive that you could put on the end of that transmitter here.
• 10:51
Speaker 3: Yeah, if you've got the room under there correct.
• 10:54
Speaker 3: Yeah, you got to like Lerlene, I won't do that.
• 10:57
Speaker 3: Put a 700 R in, but tunnel work the X frame.
• 11:04
Speaker 1: Yes for the perfect.
• 11:06
  Speaker 3: Yeah, I got.
• 11:06
Speaker 3: It Was ordered for that 350 turbo when they built her frame off and it's welded in and she's leather all the way through.
• 11:16
Speaker 2: Oh no, I have to tear it all down.
• 11:18
Speaker 2: I don't want to hear vendor on the tail shaft.
• 11:21
Speaker 3: There's no room to put it there with the X frame.
• 11:23
  Speaker 3: How do?
• 11:24
Speaker 1: you put it back there.
• 11:25
  Speaker 2: I don't know.
• 11:27
Speaker 3: So we're stuck at 10 miles.
• 11:29
Speaker 1: OK, well, how about?
• 11:30
  Speaker 1: How about?
• 11:31
Speaker 1: A 12 gallon tank no 10 on Lerlene.
• 11:33
Speaker 6: How about a lawyer every 90 miles.
• 11:36
  Speaker 5: Yeah.
• 11:37
Speaker 3: Yeah, but Lerlene's cool because when it's slam second gear the front wheels come off the ground about two or three inches.
• 11:44
  Speaker 1: Well, there's that.
• 11:45
Speaker 1: Yeah, so you know you can't have the whole world, the important things of life, I mean.
• 11:50
  Speaker 3: Tweety's pretty fast.
• 11:52
Speaker 1: I mean, people are just like big eyes, but you know, on the other hand two and I'm not dissing anything that you guys got the other hand two.
• 12:00
Speaker 1: Really, to me, it's more about the look Exactly how often are you going to pull the?
• 12:07
Speaker 1: Where are you going to pull the front wheels off the ground, except the drag strip, or you know some back road somewhere?
• 12:12
Speaker 3: Walk down there and just look at her.
• 12:14
Speaker 3: She's got the look.
• 12:16
Speaker 3: Well, no, I know that.
• 12:18
  Speaker 5: That's what I'm saying, that's for sure.
• 12:20
Speaker 2: So don't worry about pulling the front wheels off the ground, put up, put a higher rear end in there and it jumps out and says look at me, it's very, and the wide whites really set it off as well.
• 12:30
Speaker 5: Yeah, I was going to put on the side wheel.
• 12:32
Speaker 5: I was going to put like a cover on it of Tweety.
• 12:35
  Speaker 5: I said no.
• 12:36
Speaker 5: I don't want to take her.
• 12:37
Speaker 5: Look away from her, that's her.
• 12:40

• 12:47
Speaker 3: No, we only brought here.
• 12:48
Speaker 3: We were going to bring her, let me, let me ask you more, but she was leaking, we couldn't bring her.
• 12:54
Speaker 2: But Lerlene has one.
• 12:56
Speaker 2: There's nothing worse than a leaky Tweety tailpipe syntakos in the past.
• 12:59
Speaker 2: Right, I've been there.

• 14:53
Speaker 5: OK, I have my feet up.
• 14:55

Speaker 4: We're going to get an award.
• 15:23
Speaker 4: Well, there's no doubt.
• 15:24
Speaker 4: There's no doubt that this is going to happen.
• 15:25
Speaker 4: Woody's going to give us an award.
• 15:28
Speaker 5: But let me tell you about Tweety.
• 15:29
  Speaker 3: Please.
• 15:30
Speaker 3: My husband asked Y'all go to Facebook jail.
• 15:33
Speaker 5: I'm going to tell you how much I love my truck.
• 15:36
Speaker 5: My husband asked me, honey, what kind of vehicle you want, or Mercedes, bmw or Lexus?
• 15:43
Speaker 5: I said none of the above I will take either.
• 15:47
  Speaker 5: We were looking for either a 38 to a 41.
• 15:51
Speaker 5: He looked all over, Tried to find him, couldn't find anything.
• 15:56
Speaker 5: So Larry Townsend was at a car show.
• 15:58
  Speaker 3: In Brian.
• 15:59
  Speaker 5: In Brian.
• 16:00
Speaker 5: He saw a sign that she was for sale.
• 16:03
Speaker 5: The man's name, $30,000 or best offer phone number.
• 16:08
Speaker 5: And he was so good he even took pictures up underneath and everything.
• 16:12
Speaker 5: Send them to me, Send them to him.
• 16:16
Speaker 1: We love pictures from underneath.
• 16:17
Speaker 5: Right and I send them to my honey and I says he kept looking, Couldn't find anything.
• 16:23
Speaker 5: He couldn't find anything.
• 16:26
Speaker 5: So I said, well, what about the truck that I sent you, the 30, the yellow truck?
• 16:31
Speaker 5: And when he saw it he said, oh yeah, I forgot about that.
• 16:34
Speaker 5: So we called the man in Brian, Texas, and the only reason why he was selling Tweety is because he was elderly and he had back problems and he would have to lay down to get into her.
• 16:47
Speaker 5: And we're hell yes.
• 16:50
Speaker 4: Generally the way it's done.
• 16:52
Speaker 1: I'll raise my hand to that.
• 16:54
  Speaker 4: Yes.
• 16:54
Speaker 4: I am elderly and I'm way down to get it and that's generally the way it's done.
• 16:59
Speaker 5: We're going to keep the tradition, to make sure we lay in it, okay.
• 17:02
Speaker 1: Yes, absolutely Do you have a back seat or no?
• 17:06
  Speaker 5: No back seat.
• 17:06
Speaker 5: We don't need no damn back seat.
• 17:07
Speaker 5: No, you don't need no back seat.
• 17:08
Speaker 5: All you need is one seat.
• 17:10
Speaker 1: Actually you don't even need that, you just have to fender to kind of lean up against is all I need.
• 17:14
Speaker 3: You got to leave the doors open, that's okay, put a little turtle wax on it.
• 17:18
  Speaker 4: There you go.
• 17:19
  Speaker 5: That's it.
• 17:20
Speaker 5: So we went and looked at it and we fell in love and we and we drove it around.
• 17:26
Speaker 1: Listen, just hearing you describe all of this, I'm falling in love too.
• 17:30
Speaker 5: I love my truck.
• 17:32
  Speaker 4: I just got a report.
• 17:33
Speaker 4: We are now in 50 countries.
• 17:36
  Speaker 6: Yeah.
• 17:43
Speaker 5: Oh let's hear that I don't know if I can say yeah, you can Did you go naked in Montana.
• 17:48
Speaker 1: Just pull that microphone a little bit closer to your mouth there you are.
• 17:51
  Speaker 1: Right there.
• 17:52
Speaker 5: No, what I did?
• 17:53
Speaker 5: It was hot and we had the air conditioner, but when he was driving he likes the window down give him more elbow.
• 18:00
Speaker 5: So it was so hot, I just I pulled my shirt up and my bra.
• 18:05
Speaker 5: I didn't have a bra on because you know women when they wear bras it makes you hotter, so I didn't have a bra on, I just pulled it up.
• 18:13
Speaker 2: I didn't care who looked who saw, I said I am not sweating that.
• 18:17
Speaker 2: Make you hot, though, too.
• 18:19
Speaker 5: It might have made other people hot as they drove by, but I was.
• 18:23
Speaker 1: I was like oh yeah, that was thumbs up Taking videos.
• 18:29
  Speaker 5: I didn't care.
• 18:30
Speaker 2: I was like I'm not really.
• 18:30
Speaker 2: Jackie liked it because he had to start the story.
• 18:35
Speaker 5: You know she has vintage air, but you know it's not like a regular vehicle.
• 18:40
Speaker 5: Yeah, I understand, but I was not going to sweat, so I just I did it.
• 18:43
Speaker 5: Honey was looking at me.
• 18:44
Speaker 5: What are you doing?
• 18:46

• 18:49
Speaker 1: You know I'm going to girlfriend who's not with us today.
• 18:52
Speaker 1: She was here last year but she had other things to do today and I know that she's listening.
• 18:57
Speaker 1: I know that she's listening to this show and we've had conversations like that, she and I, and I'm thinking, hmm, we might need to go on the hot rod tour of Texas together.
• 19:09
Speaker 5: Yeah, we would have a blast.
• 19:11
  Speaker 5: Yep, yes.
• 19:13
  Speaker 1: Okay, I'm good.
• 19:15
Speaker 1: That would be awesome, I know You'd love her and she'd love you, and you all get along just great, you got it, we would have a blast.
• 19:22
Speaker 1: What name was I going to use today?
• 19:24
  Speaker 1: You?
• 19:25
Speaker 1: Know, not me, you know the girlfriend.
• 19:29

Speaker 5: She's cool If she would do that with me she puts up with him.
• 19:37
Speaker 2: She's in a New York minute, oh.
• 19:39
Speaker 5: I'd be, there with her.
• 19:41
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, She'd love you and you'd love her.

• 20:08
Speaker 1: So, thank you, thank you, thank you.
• 20:11
Speaker 3: You are so good, we appreciate it.

Speaker 1: Okay, when are you going?
• 20:23
Speaker 1: When is the next show?
• 20:24
Speaker 1: I'm trying to get that to happen.
• 20:25
  Speaker 1: We're hoping December.
• 20:27
Speaker 5: Because I love my little jalapeno pepper.
• 20:30
Speaker 5: Yeah, oh, yeah, so I don't mind them.
• 20:33
Speaker 1: So there's the card, Okay For you guys.
• 20:36
Speaker 1: Just stay in touch with us.
• 20:37
Speaker 2: All right, and the summer's just been too hot.
• 20:39
Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, oh yeah, it's brutal.
• 20:42
Speaker 2: Today is a beautiful day though.
• 20:43
Speaker 5: Well last weekend was our first car show since May.
• 20:48
Speaker 4: Well, there you go, there you go, and Tweety got a trophy Woohoo.
• 20:51
Speaker 1: Tweety may get a trophy here.
• 20:53
  Speaker 5: Rosenberg.
• 20:53
Speaker 5: Woohoo, when was that Rosenberg?
• 20:55
Speaker 5: Where was that honey?
• 20:57
  Speaker 3: Columbus, columbus.
• 20:59
Speaker 5: Yeah, it was a good show, it was hot though, and then a canopy fell on Lerlene.
• 21:04
Speaker 3: That was last weekend.
• 21:05
Speaker 3: I heard that that was awful.
• 21:06
Speaker 6: Debbie Andrew love you guys.
• 21:09
Speaker 5: Yes sir, thank you, love you too.
• 21:10
Speaker 5: Thank you so much.
• 21:10
Speaker 5: Thank you, thank you, we enjoyed it.
• 21:14
Speaker 1: The Inwheel Time Race Card is sponsored by Texas Nostalgia Modified Production and we're going to do it right now with Conrad's got all the info.
• 21:23
Speaker 2: Well, NASCAR is at Talladega this weekend.
• 21:26
  Speaker 1: Love Talladega Boy.
• 21:28
Speaker 1: It's hot there right now.
• 21:29
Speaker 2: Next weekend they're at Charlotte at the Roval.
• 21:32
Speaker 2: The weekend after that they're in Vegas on 10-15.
• 21:36
Speaker 2: Formula 1's at Circuit of the Americas on 10-22.
• 21:40
Speaker 2: They're in Mexico City on 10-29.
• 21:42
Speaker 2: Brazil on 11-5 and Vegas on 11-19.
• 21:47
Speaker 2: And then IMPSA is at the Petite Lamonts at Road Atlanta on 10-14.
• 21:54
Speaker 2: That's pretty much the bulk of it.
• 21:57
Speaker 2: There, you go, it's all right.
• 22:00
Speaker 1: Very good, all right Time.
• 22:01
Speaker 1: Now we're going to get to Jeff's feature on get this.
• 22:05
Speaker 1: And I have to tell you, jeff, this one drew my attention when you said to me you said Andretti, first of all Andretti, and then F1, but wait, cadillac, are you?
• 22:20
  Speaker 4: kidding.
• 22:20
Speaker 4: Well, you know, I wasn't a big F1 fan to begin with.
• 22:23
Speaker 4: I know I mean I like it because of certain things going on, but Andretti was handed a major boost in the battle to join the F1 grid.
• 22:30
Speaker 4: We're going to do this right now, and there it is.
• 22:33
Speaker 4: So Andretti Cadillac reportedly the final remaining contender to join the Formula 1 grid, while the governing body of the FIA finally threw throughout the other three applicants.
• 22:43
Speaker 4: While existing teams are far from comfortable with the idea of the new outfit entering the equation, is no surprise that the interest is a high.
• 22:51
Speaker 4: This is current, yeah, high perspective came from the.
• 22:54
  Speaker 1: Formula 1s.
• 22:54
Speaker 4: Oh my God, I had no clue, Because business is booming With the FIA having lost the expressions of interest.
• 23:00
Speaker 4: Now that's important to know, because for teams looking to join, there's only one team standing and that's Andretti Cadillac.
• 23:07
Speaker 4: Meanwhile, the Southeast Asian teams failed to do this.
• 23:11
Speaker 4: They failed to join the FIA and the FIA says you know what?
• 23:14
Speaker 4: You can resubmit some stuff, and FIA is Formula 1.
• 23:18
  Speaker 4: Right.
• 23:18
Speaker 6: And we're going to get to that at the very end of this Governing body.
• 23:20
Speaker 4: Yeah, Governing body, but they rejected them all.
• 23:22
Speaker 4: You can redo it.
• 23:23
Speaker 4: You can redo the applications.
• 23:24
Speaker 4: What we're not going to take is sorry, go away Bye-bye.
• 23:27
Speaker 4: For next year, the door Well, this is actually for 25.
• 23:30
Speaker 4: The door remains open for Andretti, the vocal of the prospective F1 teams, and received a major boost when they secured a partnership with General Motors brand Cadillac.
• 23:41
Speaker 4: So that was the clincher.
• 23:44
Speaker 4: I like it, I know you do the reception of the interest in the Formula 1 remains cold among certain teams.
• 23:53
Speaker 4: The FIA official stated that teams which can contribute to the growth of the series will be accepted, and Formula 1 having the final say on any new teams entering.
• 24:04
Speaker 4: In response to these Andretti, they're moving closer to receiving the green light and one of the supporters is McLaren.
• 24:11
Speaker 4: Mclaren said they're supporting the Cadillac and Andretti.
• 24:16
  Speaker 4: Why that's?
• 24:17
  Speaker 1: because that's a competitor.
• 24:18
  Speaker 4: There's a $200 million anti-dilution fee.
• 24:21
Speaker 4: That's what you have to pay to get noticed and other teams pay it, and when you pay the $200 million, that $200 million is divided up among the existing teams.
• 24:32
Speaker 4: The 10 existing teams, exactly so they all get money for new people coming in Mercedes a Toto Wolf.
• 24:39
Speaker 4: One of the major opponents Toto Toto Wolf is the management team for Mercedes.
• 24:48
Speaker 4: The 10 teams sticking together seem to survive the pandemic era and subsequently survive.
• 24:54
Speaker 4: So they're not really hip on Andretti joining.
• 24:59
Speaker 2: And some of that's caused by the revenue sharing of Formula 1 right now.
• 25:02
Speaker 4: And that's where the $200 million comes in.
• 25:04
Speaker 4: All the revenue is split between 10 teams.
• 25:06
Speaker 4: So if this happens and Andretti clears all the rest of the hurdles which it looks like they will do that then they'll be joining as soon as 2025.
• 25:14
Speaker 4: So who is the FIA?
• 25:16
Speaker 4: The FIA is the Federation Internationale de Automobile, that's how they pronounce it.
• 25:21
Speaker 4: It's the governing body of numerous racing competitions worldwide.
• 25:24
Speaker 4: The organization does not own F1, but they do organize racing events.
• 25:30
Speaker 4: In addition to arbitrating, they do competitive disputes, and the FIA also handles safety regulations.
• 25:37
Speaker 4: That is so cool, yeah.
• 25:39
  Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
• 25:39
Speaker 2: And that would make the second American team in Formula 1, because Jery Haas is the.
• 25:47
Speaker 2: They've been in F1 now for a number of years.
• 25:50
Speaker 4: I think they're more engines, but they're more engines.
• 25:54
Speaker 2: This is the whole package.
• 25:55
Speaker 2: So Cadillac's bringing an engine.
• 25:56
Speaker 2: I thought they were using a Toyota or a.
• 26:00
Speaker 4: Honda engine Film at 11, more to come.
• 26:03
Speaker 1: Let me just say this you know, and ready married a drag racer.
• 26:07
Speaker 1: Yep, he's in the drag racing Mm-hmm and and ready, I mean Mario, you know darn good well that he has got.
• 26:18
Speaker 1: He has got his figure in the pie on that F1.
• 26:21
Speaker 2: You know that, and Mario ran F1 for a number of years.
• 26:24
Speaker 4: Yeah, you got to son Marco.
• 26:25
Speaker 4: Marco is, you know, qualified driver.
• 26:29
Speaker 4: I mean, is he gonna be part of that?
• 26:31
  Speaker 4: I don't know.
• 26:31
Speaker 4: I'd like to see Marco join.
• 26:33
  Speaker 4: That.
• 26:33
Speaker 4: That would be very, very cool.
• 26:34
  Speaker 4: I don't know, ready family.
• 26:35
Speaker 4: I'll tell you what I'm excited.
