Kentucky State Police are urgently searching for 27-year-old Zachary A. Partin, accused of fatally shooting a 64-year-old man during a heated argument at his home in Whitley County. The victim, critically wounded in the abdomen, is hospitalized and remains in serious condition. Partin fled the scene around 3:35 PM near Harps Creek Road and has not been found since. Multiple agencies are assisting in the active investigation as authorities scramble to locate him before he disappears further into the woods.
