- 0:18Speaker 1: Dude, Pink Whitney.
- 0:20Speaker 3: That's what I thought. See you, fellas, I invented the

- 0:27Speaker 4: Hey, everybody, it's Vibs and this is my PSA to
- 0:29Speaker 4: remind you that golf season is officially here, whether you
- 0:33Speaker 4: end up in the fairway or in the woods. Fire
- 0:36Speaker 4: up your round this spring with the official shot of golf,
- 0:39Speaker 4: fireball cinnamon whiskey. Slip a couple minis in your bag
- 0:42Speaker 4: for you and the boys so that no matter how

- 0:46Speaker 4: on the course. Ignite the fairways with fireball cinnamon whiskey.
- 0:51Speaker 3: Keep that off the record, super fucked up.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Do not tell people.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Sure, I'm sure around eighty they started to get.
- 0:58Speaker 2: We got a loose it. We had to take a
- 1:01Speaker 2: nip every time we made the every time, we passed
- 1:04Speaker 2: through eighteens yeah, which.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Was twenty times.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Yeah, and then and then we hit every comfort station,
- 1:09Speaker 2: so we we probably I mean we were drinking like
- 1:12Speaker 2: let's call it, probably four drinks around times.
- 1:17Speaker 1: How were you able to play half rounds?
- 1:19Speaker 5: We were in a cart, but like was there on Tuesday?
- 1:23Speaker 2: There was one There were two groups that we went through,
- 1:25Speaker 2: but everybody at the club knew we were doing this,
- 1:27Speaker 2: so they were just like making way for us, and
- 1:29Speaker 2: like people were coming out watching, people were filming.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Oh that's funny, it was cool today.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Yeah, fun Did you go out intending to do that?
- 1:38Speaker 2: We're just yeah, yeah, yeah, we wanted to try to
- 1:40Speaker 2: get to hunt. We only we ended up only getting
- 1:41Speaker 2: to ninety. We played five four and then we ran
- 1:43Speaker 2: out of light because of the lightning delce. But we
- 1:45Speaker 2: would have been able to play like one hundred and
- 1:47Speaker 2: twenty if we really put our minds.
- 1:48Speaker 3: How long were the delays?
- 1:50Speaker 2: Each one was like at least an hour, and we
- 1:52Speaker 2: just sat inside and in one of our we well,
- 1:54Speaker 2: the lightning got so bad that we actually sat in
- 1:57Speaker 2: a cave in a grotto. At our friends. There's like
- 2:00Speaker 2: a gay couple that has massive house with a pool
- 2:03Speaker 2: and a grotto. Yeah, and we had to run into
- 2:06Speaker 2: their grotto and we made the cronies.
- 2:09Speaker 1: I don't think anyone's ever lived a better divorce life
- 2:11Speaker 1: than you.
- 2:12Speaker 2: It's been going good.
- 2:14Speaker 1: That sounds that's prime, like a great day single, just
- 2:18Speaker 1: living up activity.
- 2:20Speaker 2: Bro, it's good times. It's a good times.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Yeah, that's that seems like such a restive break. We're
- 2:25Speaker 1: not even like physical rest. But that probably was just fun.
- 2:28Speaker 2: It was it. It was the best. There's the amount
- 2:30Speaker 2: of fun has been at peak peak chart pea.
- 2:35Speaker 1: That makes me genuinely happy for you.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Look at all the new artwork and here just noticing
- 2:40Speaker 2: all these that one's cool. What is that going made it?
- 2:43Speaker 2: That's cool?
- 2:44Speaker 1: Owen kind of a boy dad? Wow?
- 2:47Speaker 2: Wow, beautiful like rustic meets modern.
- 2:52Speaker 3: All right, shall we don't keep that in too? I
- 2:54Speaker 3: don't care. It's funny. We could leave that in as well.
- 2:58Speaker 1: No slurs or anything. So pretty good to go.
- 3:01Speaker 3: All right, Well, welcome back to the Son of a
- 3:03Speaker 3: Wood podcast today. It is Monday, July seventh. We're here.
- 3:10Speaker 3: It's been a while, it's been a long time.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Yes, I'm happy to see you guys. It was weird
- 3:17Speaker 2: to be honest with you.
- 3:18Speaker 3: I know I could, to be honest, I could use
- 3:19Speaker 3: another day. I could have used one.
- 3:22Speaker 2: More, one more than anybody day.
- 3:25Speaker 3: Would have worked on because I just got back. I
- 3:27Speaker 3: had a long week and I got back yesterday.
- 3:29Speaker 1: What were you like standing up all night with twins
- 3:30Speaker 1: or something, or.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Standing up all night with twins now now stand up
- 3:34Speaker 3: with my with my freaking demons.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Twins, cards, cards.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Yeah, I didn't.
- 3:41Speaker 3: I don't even know if I told you guys what
- 3:43Speaker 3: I was. I didn't go to Wyoming.
- 3:44Speaker 1: I was you never told us?
- 3:46Speaker 3: Yeah, I was supposed to go to Wyoming, but we
- 3:48Speaker 3: couldn't go. Why not because bood work and you couldn't
- 3:51Speaker 3: get it off.
- 3:53Speaker 2: So I just canceled the whole trip.
- 3:54Speaker 3: We're gonna go later in the summer.
- 3:56Speaker 2: But but you couldn't have gone with you Peters and Nate, Well.
- 4:00Speaker 3: I mean that's what's kind of like that would be
- 4:03Speaker 3: like a devastating blow to bow. Oh really we're gonna
- 4:07Speaker 3: go without you, but he couldn't go.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Yeah, and you had a trip planned, well, we didn't
- 4:13Speaker 2: book flights yet.
- 4:15Speaker 3: So and also it's like the trip, it's like there's
- 4:18Speaker 3: no hotel reservations, right, it's just you just get there.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Oh you guys don't plan it.
- 4:22Speaker 3: No, No, it's it's all camping, right, So it's like
- 4:25Speaker 3: you just show up like we have all the ship.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Can I ask you questions?
- 4:28Speaker 3: All you really need is to flight?
- 4:29Speaker 2: Is BO spelled b E A U or b O both?
- 4:35Speaker 3: Really?
- 4:35Speaker 2: No, you don't want to tell me?
- 4:37Speaker 1: No, do not tell me. Do not docs bo. It'll
- 4:41Speaker 1: be so much easier to search. I mean, yeah, there's
- 4:45Speaker 1: a big difference though. There is one stately and the
- 4:47Speaker 1: other one's a trash ones.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Casual, one French, and ones like close to Bob.
- 4:53Speaker 1: We're like a dog.
- 4:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I want to, I want to. I was in
- 4:58Speaker 3: Maine all week?
- 4:59Speaker 2: What Yeah? What the heck on the port? Where were
- 5:02Speaker 2: you in Maine?
- 5:04Speaker 3: We were staying in We stayed in Wells Beautiful.
- 5:06Speaker 2: That was great. What were you doing with your family?
- 5:09Speaker 3: With my friends? You went with Nate and Peters and
- 5:12Speaker 3: he lives in Maine.
- 5:13Speaker 2: What the fuck?
- 5:15Speaker 3: I moved?
- 5:16Speaker 2: What are you talking about?
- 5:18Speaker 3: Probably like right after we recorded the last episode, he
- 5:20Speaker 3: moved to Maine.
- 5:21Speaker 2: What are you talking?
- 5:23Speaker 3: That was always planned? Like that was not because he
- 5:25Speaker 3: graduated college and he was he went back to his family.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Always, Nate's always lived there.
- 5:31Speaker 3: No, Nate's back in Massachusetts.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Nate used to live there though.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Yeah, dude, I need to know these things, man.
- 5:36Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, we were out there.
- 5:37Speaker 2: It was great.
- 5:38Speaker 1: We need to get a map with like pins for
- 5:40Speaker 1: where each of them live.
- 5:41Speaker 2: God damn it, dude, are you serious right now?
- 5:44Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 5:44Speaker 2: It was great. I go to Maine.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Well, you weren't there, and we were nowhere near where
- 5:49Speaker 3: you would have been.
- 5:50Speaker 2: I can drive to Wells. That's not that far. It's
- 5:53Speaker 2: an hour from my home.
- 5:55Speaker 3: Yeah, it was great, great time.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Dude. This kind of pisses me off.
- 5:59Speaker 3: You been to the main diner? No, worst fucking restaurant
- 6:03Speaker 3: I've ever been.
- 6:04Speaker 2: To that in Wells. Yeah. I don't spend a lot
- 6:06Speaker 2: of time in Wells. That is pretty far, weirdly, Yeah,
- 6:09Speaker 2: that's so. That's basically New Hampshire.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah it, dude's so easy to get to mm
- 6:14Speaker 3: hmm port flying into Portland.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Oh you flew to Portland and then drive No, it's not.
- 6:20Speaker 3: I mean it's like twenty thirty five probably from Portland's
- 6:22Speaker 3: exaggerating for medic effects.
- 6:25Speaker 2: I got it. I know Maine and you're trying to
- 6:27Speaker 2: pull wool over my eye and the people, the people
- 6:29Speaker 2: who don't know Mane well.
- 6:30Speaker 3: You know, maybe it would convince the people to get
- 6:32Speaker 3: out to Man They thought it was only a fifteen
- 6:33Speaker 3: minute drive.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Also, if you're telling me that bo is now living
- 6:37Speaker 2: in Maine, then he's definitely spelling it b Eau.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Well, no, his family lives in Maine. They moved there after.
- 6:43Speaker 2: What are you saying his.
- 6:46Speaker 3: Family moved to man after he graduated in Nate's family
- 6:48Speaker 3: left Man You never told me this, Yeah, well it's
- 6:51Speaker 3: because he doesn't go there.
- 6:52Speaker 2: Do you know how personal Maine is to me?
- 6:54Speaker 1: You should have told Francis this.
- 6:56Speaker 2: That'd be like me telling you that my best friends
- 6:58Speaker 2: just joined the ducks Bury golf team. It wouldn't be
- 7:02Speaker 2: like that at all.
- 7:03Speaker 3: Maybe the equivalent of you being like, yeah, I drove
- 7:05Speaker 3: through Massachusetts last week.
- 7:07Speaker 2: No, no, no, it's not it was close. And first
- 7:12Speaker 2: of all, I did tell you that I had driven
- 7:15Speaker 2: through Massachusetts and I thought I was close to your home.
- 7:17Speaker 2: That you said I wasn't close to your home. That
- 7:20Speaker 2: is the equivalent. No, it's not. Maine is a really
- 7:22Speaker 2: small state.
- 7:22Speaker 3: It's really so much bigger than it's literally three geographically.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Yes, but there are very few people there per cap there's.
- 7:31Speaker 3: There was a lot of people there this week.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Yeah, it's probably this is a big that was a
- 7:35Speaker 2: big week.
- 7:35Speaker 1: What kind of area was it same as like Montana?
- 7:37Speaker 1: Like outdoorsy or was it it.
- 7:40Speaker 3: Was mostly it was more of like a town type.
- 7:42Speaker 3: We were like on the beach.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Main's the type of state where if you if you
- 7:45Speaker 2: had told me you guys were going up there, I
- 7:47Speaker 2: would have connected you to my parents and they would
- 7:50Speaker 2: have had you over for dinner and it would have
- 7:52Speaker 2: been a lot drive, like two hours, no, no, an
- 7:55Speaker 2: hour Freeport.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Dude, if I'm buying it, what are you.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Talking about to do?
- 8:00Speaker 3: I don't know if I'm buying the whole hour straight
- 8:02Speaker 3: from you go directly from your house. You don't have
- 8:04Speaker 3: to say the location, but go from your address, Okay,
- 8:07Speaker 3: to want me to give you the address? Yeah, I
- 8:09Speaker 3: don't know what it is. I could find it though.
- 8:13Speaker 1: You were on the beach and in of town. I
- 8:15Speaker 1: feel like that's the opposite of what you wanted to do.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Not really my cup of tea, I know, really my.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Go to I feel like those are the two favorite
- 8:23Speaker 2: things for you from my house. Two wells is fifty
- 8:27Speaker 2: two minutes.
- 8:28Speaker 3: Okay, so you lied. You said it was an hour.
- 8:32Speaker 1: You're pulling the wool over people's eyes.
- 8:34Speaker 3: I mean, if I was you, I'd say that's forty five.
- 8:36Speaker 2: I thought I said it was like fifty five minutes.
- 8:38Speaker 1: You said fifty two.
- 8:39Speaker 2: That it's close.
- 8:40Speaker 3: You were close right there in the next episode.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Golly dude.
- 8:46Speaker 1: So you didn't like the No, I didn't like your vacation,
- 8:49Speaker 1: but it just wasn't your preferred topography.
- 8:53Speaker 3: No, I really like I fished the whole time, but
- 8:56Speaker 3: I didn't catch a single fish.
- 8:57Speaker 2: There's good fishing up there.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Apparently, the fishing right now, and then the stripers because
- 9:02Speaker 3: we were I.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Was just stripper seas.
- 9:04Speaker 3: Yeah, but apparently we call them strippers. Yeah, apparently the
- 9:09Speaker 3: right now they get like a new apparently strippers. The
- 9:12Speaker 3: way it goes, it all depends on how the spawn
- 9:14Speaker 3: was last year, and apparently the spawn in the last
- 9:17Speaker 3: couple of years hasn't been great. So it's only big fish, right,
- 9:20Speaker 3: and they're not they're not easy to find. They're very
- 9:22Speaker 3: like deep and far out and they're like they're like
- 9:25Speaker 3: fifty inches plus big ones. Yeah, and there's no there's
- 9:28Speaker 3: really not a lot of big Like, there's not a
- 9:29Speaker 3: lot of schoolies. So it's not the bite. The bite
- 9:32Speaker 3: is tough. Live bait, a lot of live bait.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Yeah, you got to live bait.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Have any live bait?
- 9:37Speaker 1: Nobody caught anything.
- 9:38Speaker 3: No, we did it. The last night we were at
- 9:40Speaker 3: a we went to like a bar and then we
- 9:43Speaker 3: went We had the fishing rods who were going to
- 9:44Speaker 3: walk over to this dock after kept the night bute,
- 9:47Speaker 3: and uh, there was a dude fishing there and he
- 9:49Speaker 3: showed us a fish under the dock. He was like,
- 9:52Speaker 3: they feed this bass and it ate. But we were
- 9:55Speaker 3: watching the biggest fish I've ever seen in my entire life. Yeah,
- 9:59Speaker 3: fucking insane.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Wow.
- 10:01Speaker 3: We it was pitch black. We just had flash lights
- 10:03Speaker 3: and it comes up and it's like, oh.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Isn't it illegal to fish with flashlights?
- 10:07Speaker 3: Well, we weren't fishing, we were just looking.
- 10:09Speaker 2: But isn't that illegal?
- 10:10Speaker 3: Though, definitely not.
- 10:11Speaker 2: You're not allowed to you're allowed to use lights to
- 10:13Speaker 2: lure fishing, because isn't it isn't that something that they
- 10:16Speaker 2: get attracted to. Why did I, once upon a time
- 10:19Speaker 2: believe that to use a giant flashlight to fish was illegal?
- 10:22Speaker 3: I don't know about a job. I was using my phone.
- 10:25Speaker 3: I can't imagine their their their.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Arrest for that. You text and you better be texting.
- 10:32Speaker 3: We turned that brightness down on your front screen because
- 10:35Speaker 3: that's getting a little suspicious.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Uh what would they have done if you had just
- 10:39Speaker 1: caught their fucking huge fish.
- 10:41Speaker 3: The dude was like, he was like try. He's like,
- 10:43Speaker 3: he's like, you probably won't because it's there. It knows
- 10:46Speaker 3: that people are going to try and catch it. But
- 10:47Speaker 3: he's like, but occasionally it will eat something. But there
- 10:50Speaker 3: was or you could have Yeah, you would have released it.
- 10:53Speaker 3: But there's so many bait fish. I mean, if you
- 10:55Speaker 3: killed that thing, it would be a scene.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Yeah, they would be like when.
- 10:59Speaker 3: They have the shark hanging from the fucking the crane.
- 11:03Speaker 1: But it's like their friendly neighborhood pets. Yeah, came with pitchforcet.
- 11:08Speaker 2: I knew this kid in high school.
- 11:12Speaker 1: So much better role. You know a boy in high school.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Well, I met this kid in high school who had
- 11:20Speaker 2: grown up in a different state, and I thought he
- 11:22Speaker 2: was a really nice guy. His name was Will and
- 11:24Speaker 2: then he was very kind of mild mannered and calm,
- 11:28Speaker 2: and then one day he revealed to me that he'd
- 11:30Speaker 2: gotten into some legal trouble. And it was that in
- 11:32Speaker 2: his town they had a collection of the world's rarest
- 11:37Speaker 2: tulips or something like that that were in this protected area,
- 11:42Speaker 2: and that one night he and a but he got
- 11:43Speaker 2: drunk and went through and stomped them all. Monster behavior,
- 11:50Speaker 2: and he got arrested for it.
- 11:52Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm sure.
- 11:53Speaker 2: And so it was that made me think of him.
- 11:55Speaker 2: I hated him after.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Yeah, that's insane.
- 11:58Speaker 2: I hated him.
- 11:59Speaker 1: That's I don't even like when people just pick tulips
- 12:02Speaker 1: that are in a regular garden. No, don't fucking touch tulips.
- 12:05Speaker 2: How old, probably seventeen eighteen. It's just vandal behavior, you
- 12:10Speaker 2: know what I mean. I don't like vandals. Like vandals that.
- 12:12Speaker 1: We'll take it out on a mailbox, not the fucking
- 12:15Speaker 1: rare tulips.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Rare tulips. Man, were they able to salvage No, fucking
- 12:21Speaker 2: it ruined the town's pride and joy.
- 12:23Speaker 3: Yeah, sure, that's probably gonna be there, some round up,
- 12:30Speaker 3: smoking a blowing it right in.
- 12:32Speaker 1: The tulips, as you should killing a round up.
- 12:34Speaker 3: Imagine what would you do if you walked out of
- 12:36Speaker 3: the woods and you just saw a dude at the flowers,
- 12:38Speaker 3: just gassing smoking a cigarette.
- 12:43Speaker 1: They put a Scam Newton jersey on Bear Bryant, So
- 12:45Speaker 1: I poison them trees? You ever, do you guys remember
- 12:48Speaker 1: that story about the they like poison the tree at
- 12:52Speaker 1: at uh Alabama or No Auburn, I don't think.
- 12:56Speaker 4: So.
- 12:56Speaker 1: There was like a famous college tree and it had
- 12:59Speaker 1: been there for like a hundred years, and somebody put
- 13:02Speaker 1: a Cam Newton jersey on the Bear Bryant statue. So
- 13:05Speaker 1: one of the crazed fans went and like found a
- 13:08Speaker 1: way to poison this tree. Just killed a tree out
- 13:12Speaker 1: of spite.
- 13:12Speaker 3: Where did Cam Newton go to college?
- 13:14Speaker 2: Clemson?
- 13:15Speaker 1: Clemson, No, Auburn, Auburn after Florida.
- 13:18Speaker 2: I get those two mixed up because the orange, the
- 13:21Speaker 2: orange amazing at Auburn. He was unbelievable at Auburn.
- 13:25Speaker 1: I'm sure he's a fucking stud.
- 13:27Speaker 3: People were trying to compare Jalen Hurts to him. They
- 13:31Speaker 3: were not I saw that on Twitter this weekend and
- 13:32Speaker 3: they were saying that Jalen Hurts is the eighth best
- 13:34Speaker 3: player on his team.
- 13:36Speaker 2: It might be true.
- 13:37Speaker 3: I don't know if that's true. I don't know if
- 13:39Speaker 3: I believe that.
- 13:39Speaker 1: You think he's better.
- 13:41Speaker 3: I think he's higher up. I think the only players
- 13:43Speaker 3: that are actually like as like like Saquan I guess
- 13:46Speaker 3: I would say is better AJ brownj But I mean
- 13:50Speaker 3: AJ Brown's only as good as Jalen Hurts is. I
- 13:52Speaker 3: feel like, you know, so he's got to He's got.
- 13:55Speaker 1: To get the ball to AJ Brown, Carter.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Saquon Barkley is on a team of his own, and
- 14:00Speaker 3: he gets the ball, It's.
- 14:01Speaker 1: It's the game over. Yeah, yeah, you wish that he
- 14:04Speaker 1: was on the Patriots.
- 14:05Speaker 3: Oh No, Drake May is definitely better than take one Barkley.
- 14:08Speaker 3: The thing that's great about Drake May is that he
- 14:11Speaker 3: is the best player on our team. That's how it
- 14:12Speaker 3: should be.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Thank you for indulging us for a quick ninety seconds.
- 14:16Speaker 2: I don't mind just a primer for the fall. I'll
- 14:19Speaker 2: be honest with you. I've just been looking at Harry's haircut.
- 14:22Speaker 1: I was looking at it too. It's so so nice.
- 14:25Speaker 2: It's so different for you. It is.

- 15:00Speaker 3: It looks so nice, fucking incredible.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Who what did you ask for?
- 15:05Speaker 3: One? Normal boys haircut? Normal straight boys.
- 15:09Speaker 1: You pointed at the picture on the wall. You know
- 15:12Speaker 1: how an old barber shops, so you should be like
- 15:14Speaker 1: a faded picture of like black guy hairstyles.
- 15:17Speaker 2: Yeah, or like justin Timberlake.

- 15:43Speaker 3: I got it, and I said, I do not think
- 15:44Speaker 3: I look like Tom Brady.
- 15:46Speaker 1: You're probably giving yourself a pep talk in the mirror.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Like new School knew me.
- 15:50Speaker 2: I looked a little bit.
- 15:51Speaker 3: I looked a lot more like Ellen than Tom Brady.

- 16:26Speaker 2: The fourth, it was just enraging that he would come
- 16:31Speaker 2: to my home state and not tell me he's coming

- 16:48Speaker 2: telling me you've got friends like open door, Nate's in,
- 16:52Speaker 2: Nate's out. Bo's now living there with his entire family.
- 16:55Speaker 3: I've been to Kenny Bunk.
- 16:56Speaker 2: Why am I not having dinner with Bow and his
- 16:59Speaker 2: family in Maine?
- 17:00Speaker 3: Because you live in New York City.
- 17:02Speaker 2: But I go to Maine. I was just there.
- 17:05Speaker 3: I was just there, not really really.
- 17:07Speaker 2: You didn't tell me about it. You said, be fucking Wyoming.
- 17:10Speaker 3: While we're going to Wyoming.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Still, he said, him and his friends did this contest
- 17:16Speaker 1: where they all like dove off of this one bridge
- 17:18Speaker 1: to go get away.
- 17:20Speaker 2: God damn it, dude, If you go to Maine without
- 17:23Speaker 2: tell then I'm going to Wyoming with you.
- 17:27Speaker 3: We stayed at your place.
- 17:29Speaker 2: I would have liked that.
- 17:32Speaker 1: You did see his parents, Yeah, there's.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Plenty of room.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Great to see him and just showed up, Sola.
- 17:37Speaker 2: My mom makes an amazing lobster.
- 17:39Speaker 3: Pasta lobster pasta lobster roll.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Yet where'd you have it from?
- 17:44Speaker 3: You wouldn't know it, Yes, you wouldn't know the spot
- 17:47Speaker 3: this is.
- 17:48Speaker 2: I've never been so mad.
- 17:49Speaker 3: It is new. They said it's only two weeks old.
- 17:52Speaker 2: Okay, well I don't know wells that well.
- 17:54Speaker 3: To be honest, it was amazing, It was so and
- 17:56Speaker 3: it was so not was We were on the lawn,
- 17:59Speaker 3: right on the water, we wouldn't have and they were
- 18:01Speaker 3: like in sports.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Even they were kind of too far away. It was
- 18:05Speaker 2: it was although we played.
- 18:06Speaker 3: York, the restaurant we went to the last night was
- 18:08Speaker 3: so sick and it was so cheap, and then we
- 18:11Speaker 3: found out it was because it was brand new and
- 18:12Speaker 3: they were trying to get people there, and it was
- 18:14Speaker 3: like we were like, this the last time we're ever
- 18:16Speaker 3: going to be here. It was so nice.
- 18:19Speaker 2: There's a restaurant five dollars, not that I drink beers,
- 18:23Speaker 2: but cheap. Yeah. Not another place. Yeah, Main Beer Company
- 18:28Speaker 2: shout out my favorite. There's a restaurant in Main called
- 18:31Speaker 2: The Lost Kitchen that was started by this woman named
- 18:34Speaker 2: Aaron French and at their only open I think one
- 18:38Speaker 2: night a week Saturdays through the summer.
- 18:40Speaker 3: It's a good business strategy.
- 18:41Speaker 2: She In order to get a reservation there at the
- 18:45Speaker 2: beginning of the year, you send in a postcard, a
- 18:47Speaker 2: handwritten postcard sort of pleading your case for why you
- 18:51Speaker 2: deserve one of the I don't know, forty reservations for
- 18:54Speaker 2: the entire summer, and they get thousands. Because it's a
- 18:58Speaker 2: very highly acclaimed restaurant.
- 18:59Speaker 3: They thought about maybe just opening up on like a
- 19:01Speaker 3: Saturday as well.
- 19:02Speaker 2: I think they are. I think that's the only night
- 19:04Speaker 2: they're open.
- 19:04Speaker 3: What about Friday night?
- 19:06Speaker 2: I don't think so.
- 19:07Speaker 1: She wants Fridays off.
- 19:09Speaker 2: And and my mom and my dad have been applying
- 19:13Speaker 2: for years and have never gotten in. And it's a
- 19:15Speaker 2: sadness to me. I can get you in now you can't.
- 19:18Speaker 3: I could bow could No, you might be able to.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Well, it's damning for your parents.
- 19:24Speaker 2: She's got a very good cookbook.
- 19:26Speaker 1: I bet your parents write such nice postcards.
- 19:29Speaker 2: She has wrote a bestseller. I've been doing some of
- 19:31Speaker 2: her recipes. I did her macerated Charallotte vinagrette recently. I
- 19:35Speaker 2: spoke about that in our chat PCC group. Yes, it
- 19:39Speaker 2: was unbelievable. You just sort of brush some of that
- 19:41Speaker 2: on some veggies, and man, it adds this lightness to them.
- 19:44Speaker 3: I got an air fryer.
- 19:45Speaker 2: Good. Happy to hear that.
- 19:47Speaker 3: I haven't used it yet. It's getting here today.
- 19:50Speaker 2: Excellent. Yeah, I'm pumped. Two tears or just the one,
- 19:53Speaker 2: just the one that's fine, one tier.
- 19:55Speaker 1: There's an online discourse right now about whether it's trashy
- 19:58Speaker 1: or not to keep your air higher on your counter?
- 20:02Speaker 2: Where else are you going to keep it. I'm not
- 20:04Speaker 2: you finish it, you plug it away, you stow it away.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that that's that's not what you do.
- 20:09Speaker 2: I do. I do do that.
- 20:11Speaker 3: I wish I could just get rid of it on
- 20:12Speaker 3: the stove, yeah, and like have my air. I guess
- 20:16Speaker 3: I could just put it on top of the stove
- 20:18Speaker 3: because it's like the stove. It's like, now that I
- 20:19Speaker 3: got this thing, I'm never going to touch that again,
- 20:23Speaker 3: the stove.
- 20:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 20:24Speaker 1: You could do anything in the hot fryer. Yeah, you
- 20:26Speaker 1: can make a five course meal in it.
- 20:28Speaker 3: And now what should I make tonight?
- 20:30Speaker 2: Songs?
- 20:30Speaker 3: I kind of want to make wings. Wings are a
- 20:32Speaker 3: fun idea, are easy to make. I've heard they're easy
- 20:35Speaker 3: with the fry.
- 20:35Speaker 2: Fry You're fine, flip them. You're gonna get tired of
- 20:39Speaker 2: washing that fryer, I can tell you that much.
- 20:41Speaker 3: You gotta wash them. I thought it was like no
- 20:43Speaker 3: clean they wash themselves, just like leave it on for
- 20:46Speaker 3: another thirty minutes.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Like a grill. Yeah, dude, I've been cleaning my grill
- 20:52Speaker 2: that way. Yeah. And I turn it all all the
- 20:55Speaker 2: burners on and close it and it gets up to
- 20:58Speaker 2: like twelve hundred degrees and I'm like, I think I
- 21:01Speaker 2: should go away for a little while. I mean, it
- 21:05Speaker 2: starts making sounds like it's.
- 21:08Speaker 3: Settling twelve hundred degrees.
- 21:11Speaker 2: It's scary.
- 21:12Speaker 3: Yeah, it's really scary to do that.
- 21:14Speaker 2: I'm sitting out there. I think I would just clean
- 21:16Speaker 2: it drinking elemonade. Well I try, I try to do that,
- 21:20Speaker 2: just yeah, but nothing gets it clean.
- 21:22Speaker 3: Just twelve hundred degrees like nuke? What is that? What
- 21:27Speaker 3: is I'm trying to think of what the equivalent to
- 21:29Speaker 3: twelve hundred degrees would be. But I don't think I've.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Ever like a mile from the sun.
- 21:32Speaker 2: That's when you start measuring it in Kelvin. Yeah, getting
- 21:37Speaker 2: into Kelvin territory there. I haven't heard Kelvin in a while. Dude.
- 21:45Speaker 2: I'll turn the burners off and then and like just
- 21:48Speaker 2: let it be, and an hour later it's still.
- 21:50Speaker 3: It's one time me and my dad went camping when
- 21:56Speaker 3: I was really young, like really we were like I
- 21:58Speaker 3: was like a child, and we went camping like two
- 22:01Speaker 3: towns over and we made a fire at night. And
- 22:03Speaker 3: my dad is not like a huge like outdoors guy.
- 22:05Speaker 3: He doesn't really know what he's doing. And we had
- 22:07Speaker 3: we made like a fire with like coals, and he
- 22:09Speaker 3: was like, we got to clean this up. And he
- 22:11Speaker 3: just took the coals and I was like holding a
- 22:13Speaker 3: plastic bag and he like dumped them in and they
- 22:15Speaker 3: just went straight. They just went like not even like
- 22:22Speaker 3: like I didn't even like, you know, there's no tension
- 22:24Speaker 3: but whatsoever. It just went directly through.
- 22:28Speaker 2: It melted.
- 22:30Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, that's pretty funny instantly.
- 22:33Speaker 2: That's great.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Can't clean that up now. Girls are kind of like
- 22:37Speaker 1: they are a little scary girls. They're not.
- 22:46Speaker 3: That's what you said, a massive change in talking.
- 22:51Speaker 1: It's just like you don't know what they're thinking, and
- 22:53Speaker 1: their hormones are just different.
- 22:55Speaker 3: Girls are scary, bro, they are.
- 22:58Speaker 1: You don't think so?
- 23:02Speaker 3: No, I would agree. I think more. I think more
- 23:05Speaker 3: scary than a grill is a fucking like another Yeah, ovens, ovens.
- 23:13Speaker 3: I'm just waiting for those.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Things to just pop, like the scene in fight clubs.
- 23:16Speaker 3: Yeah, just ready for those things to go at any time.
- 23:19Speaker 1: M Yeah that is.
- 23:22Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 23:23Speaker 1: But grills though, it's like so self contained. I had
- 23:26Speaker 1: a bad experience with a grill on it outside deck
- 23:29Speaker 1: that just like it was just firing. It was like
- 23:31Speaker 1: I'm gonna light this fucking building on fire.
- 23:33Speaker 2: Oh you had a grill fire. Grill fires are scary, scary,
- 23:36Speaker 2: easy to.
- 23:36Speaker 3: Put out though. Baking soda, oh dumb, baking soda on it?
- 23:40Speaker 1: Yeah, but you had immediately. I didn't have. I needed
- 23:43Speaker 1: a palette of baking soda.
- 23:44Speaker 3: You gotta have baking soda on. I we haed a
- 23:46Speaker 3: grill fire once and I just went and grabbed baking soda.
- 23:48Speaker 3: How many table heroes you just take the thing? Oh,
- 23:51Speaker 3: wrinkle it on. I've never used that much. I've only
- 23:54Speaker 3: ever used baking soda and tablespoons. Oh yeah, no, we
- 23:57Speaker 3: went with the straight.
- 23:59Speaker 2: It's an amazing that when you bake a pie, you
- 24:02Speaker 2: you have baking soda and it's like one teaspoon. Yeah,
- 24:05Speaker 2: like I'm not going to use this for fourteen years.
- 24:08Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah.
- 24:09Speaker 1: So what the fuck is baking soda? Because it also
- 24:12Speaker 1: cleans your refrigerator.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Cleans it open, cleans everything, right they do. People clean
- 24:16Speaker 3: the toilets with baking soda but.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Also eat it. Yeah, and pie, what the fuck is
- 24:22Speaker 1: it doing?
- 24:23Speaker 3: I used baking. I got baking soda a while ago
- 24:25Speaker 3: because I had I had a smell on my refrigerator
- 24:27Speaker 3: that I had to clean out you. I put a
- 24:29Speaker 3: plate of baking soda down. They say it absorbs the smell.
- 24:32Speaker 1: How does it do that? But it also makes crack
- 24:34Speaker 1: into cocaine? Yeah, like what is baking or cocaine into cracks?
- 24:39Speaker 2: Use applications for Yeah, it's a.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Genius whoever invented baking soda? But but it's also disgusting
- 24:46Speaker 1: to taste. You think if it did so many things
- 24:48Speaker 1: that you could just dip your pinky in.
- 24:49Speaker 3: It and be like, I think it's just like sand.
- 24:52Speaker 3: It's just like a texture based Yeah, it's just like.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Fucking Yeah, it's got it's got sweetless sugar properties.
- 25:00Speaker 1: I don't even have my phone. What the fuck is
- 25:02Speaker 1: baking soda? Alexa?
- 25:04Speaker 3: I have never used baking soda for its real purpose
- 25:08Speaker 3: ever in my entire lifetime.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Baking. Yeah, you never baked it.
- 25:13Speaker 3: But do you bake a lot? Do you make it?
- 25:15Speaker 2: I'll make a pie here and there, like a good
- 25:16Speaker 2: pie creams.
- 25:18Speaker 3: I mean maybe with my air fryer, I'll get I'll
- 25:19Speaker 3: get using it.
- 25:20Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't know if that's maybe.
- 25:22Speaker 1: You make a pie. Probably make a pie.
- 25:24Speaker 2: Oh you can bake. You can bake in your aar fry.
- 25:26Speaker 2: You have the baking.
- 25:27Speaker 1: It's literally an easy bake oven.
- 25:29Speaker 3: They're pretty cheap.
- 25:30Speaker 2: They're not bad. Sixty bus sixty seventy bucks, Yeah.
- 25:33Speaker 3: Okay, good. I thought I was going to say sixty
- 25:35Speaker 3: bucks and you're gonna be like, ah, you got like
- 25:37Speaker 3: a toy. Well, I think I got an easy bake oven.
- 25:40Speaker 2: I think mine was like eighty or something. I don't know,
- 25:43Speaker 2: not that mine mine myself, but they all seem pretty much.

- 27:05Speaker 2: Hill at Stone Barns.
- 27:07Speaker 1: Where's that upstate?
- 27:08Speaker 2: It's in Westchester. It's like one of the best restaurants
- 27:12Speaker 2: in the world.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Wait what are we talking? I mean it's crazy macerated shouts.
- 27:17Speaker 2: Oh yeah, big time.
- 27:19Speaker 1: All right, that sounds pretty fucking it was.
- 27:21Speaker 2: It was ranked one of the It's one of those
- 27:22Speaker 2: like HT Fine Dining, but they have their own farm
- 27:27Speaker 2: and all the food and stuff comes from the farm.
- 27:29Speaker 2: But it's also a sort of a lab where they
- 27:34Speaker 2: use science to create new versions of vegetables that are
- 27:38Speaker 2: more like cooking friendly and user friendly. And so they
- 27:41Speaker 2: will find a way to cross breed a squash with
- 27:45Speaker 2: a gord or something like that so that the water
- 27:48Speaker 2: uh it uses it has less water in it, which
- 27:52Speaker 2: means they can preserve it through the winter, because water
- 27:55Speaker 2: is what causes things to rop.
- 27:57Speaker 3: Sounds like gmo.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Yeah, well you got the Monsanto restaurant lined up, dude.
- 28:02Speaker 2: They had they brought Every time they bring you out
- 28:05Speaker 2: a new course, they tell you about it, they put
- 28:08Speaker 2: something down on the table, right, they come out and
- 28:09Speaker 2: they put this like.
- 28:11Speaker 3: This was a squash that was made in sure Nobyl exactly.
- 28:14Speaker 1: This is straight from the Wuhan lab its function.
- 28:18Speaker 2: And then they pick it up and then they leave,
- 28:20Speaker 2: and then they bring you back a plate with some
- 28:22Speaker 2: sort of presentation of that thing. But they had I
- 28:27Speaker 2: think it was uh maybe celery or butter squash blossoms. Right,
- 28:33Speaker 2: and they brought out a stalk that usually has little
- 28:37Speaker 2: thistles on it, little spikes, And the guy was saying
- 28:40Speaker 2: that usually a farmer when they're kind of harvesting that plant,
- 28:44Speaker 2: they have to wear big gloves all the way up
- 28:46Speaker 2: their arms so that they don't get cut. And they
- 28:49Speaker 2: found a way to create a version of that plant
- 28:51Speaker 2: that has no thistles.
- 28:53Speaker 3: That's insane. And I was like, well they created.
- 28:56Speaker 2: You're putting out you're gloves, You're putting the work the
- 29:00Speaker 2: workers who make those gloves out of Why is that
- 29:03Speaker 2: such a bad thing?
- 29:05Speaker 1: Anyway, this is very Jurassic part of them. They're playing
- 29:08Speaker 1: with us.
- 29:09Speaker 3: It sounds like they got micro chips in your stomach.
- 29:11Speaker 2: Now to that point, they they brought out the this
- 29:15Speaker 2: ricotta right that they had just pulled that day from
- 29:19Speaker 2: the I don't know, and they said that they had
- 29:21Speaker 2: they had bought all these dairy cows that had been
- 29:25Speaker 2: over milked for years, right, so for years. It's it's
- 29:28Speaker 2: this industrial process where they the cows get milked every
- 29:31Speaker 2: day with the machines and you know, their utters go
- 29:34Speaker 2: to shit.
- 29:34Speaker 1: He's looking like miss Peaches, absolutely really notoriously over milk.
- 29:41Speaker 3: Of course.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Notoriously. So you're a Peter Teel's restaurant.
- 29:50Speaker 2: So they they they she's telling us about these dairy
- 29:53Speaker 2: cows and I'm thinking, oh, she said that we get
- 29:56Speaker 2: them at when they're six years old. They're come to
- 29:58Speaker 2: the end of their career or whatever. And I'm thinking,
- 30:02Speaker 2: she's gonna tell us that from this point on, they
- 30:05Speaker 2: milk them at a rate that is more favorable to
- 30:08Speaker 2: the cows. And she's like, these are seasoned cows. You know,
- 30:12Speaker 2: they've been around the block. And I'm thinking, Okay, she's
- 30:14Speaker 2: about to tell us a really humane story. And she's like,
- 30:17Speaker 2: and because they're so old and they've been milked so much,
- 30:20Speaker 2: the meat actually tastes really good.
- 30:22Speaker 3: So we killed them.
- 30:24Speaker 2: And we fucking serve them a stake. And usually dairy cows,
- 30:29Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my god, that one a totally different
- 30:32Speaker 2: direction from from where I thought it was going. But yeah,
- 30:35Speaker 2: it was all right.
- 30:35Speaker 1: So they have the capability to make meat without killing animals,
- 30:39Speaker 1: probably if they're genetically engineering all this stuff. And they're like, no, no,
- 30:42Speaker 1: we killed the oldest and most vulneroles.
- 30:43Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly, we kill the ones that have already lived
- 30:47Speaker 2: the hardest lives possible.
- 30:49Speaker 1: We have the capacity to be humane, we choose not
- 30:52Speaker 1: to be.
- 30:52Speaker 2: I feel like, if you're a dairy cow or you're
- 30:56Speaker 2: a beef cow, you get put in one of two
- 30:58Speaker 2: camps or whatever. Maybe you're grown that way. I don't
- 31:01Speaker 2: fucking know. But uh, you get your cast, you get
- 31:04Speaker 2: your lot in life, right, And if you're a dairy cow,
- 31:07Speaker 2: you think, what a relief. I'm not gonna be killed
- 31:12Speaker 2: and eaten, but I will have to goll of being
- 31:15Speaker 2: milked constantly, right, just kidding. Whereas a beef cow gets
- 31:19Speaker 2: to just eat and fatten itself up, knowing that it
- 31:22Speaker 2: probably lives a pretty good life until one day it
- 31:25Speaker 2: is slaughtered and eaten. These care worst of both worlds.
- 31:29Speaker 1: Yeah, heavy cream on the top of our stock.
- 31:34Speaker 2: This riccatta was beyond belief. It was unlike anything I've
- 31:37Speaker 2: ever tasted in my life.
- 31:38Speaker 1: This was for lunch yesterday.
- 31:39Speaker 2: It's a twenty four course meal.
- 31:42Speaker 3: Jesus fucking Christ.
- 31:43Speaker 2: Twenty four courses?
- 31:46Speaker 1: What fuck your life, Maxim.
- 31:48Speaker 3: That just doesn't even seem enjoyable.
- 31:50Speaker 1: One hundred holes of.
- 31:52Speaker 3: Brain of every fucking course.
- 31:54Speaker 2: No, there was. It got it got a little heavy,
- 31:56Speaker 2: It got a little heavy handed, a little over overbearing.
- 31:59Speaker 2: I will say I didn't eat anything before. I didn't
- 32:03Speaker 2: need any breakfast. Lunch started at twelve, it finished at
- 32:08Speaker 2: four thirty.
- 32:09Speaker 1: Oh my god, lunch that's like but that's all I achieved.
- 32:14Speaker 2: Intermittent fasting as if I leave.
- 32:17Speaker 3: From twelve to four, I get back and I'm like.
- 32:19Speaker 2: I am dash long as gotta be careful. You can't
- 32:26Speaker 2: be having days like that. Well, I would get one
- 32:30Speaker 2: life to live here. Yeah, it was. It was quite
- 32:34Speaker 2: an experience. It's not one of those things you do
- 32:36Speaker 2: or want to do often, but as those really gastronomic
- 32:41Speaker 2: many course meals go those fine dining ones. I would
- 32:44Speaker 2: say that doing the lunch, this is my first time
- 32:46Speaker 2: ever doing it that way, was far preferable to doing
- 32:50Speaker 2: the dinner.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Yeah, because you could just be full for the rest
- 32:52Speaker 1: of the day. Instead, I'm like, all right, I'll go
- 32:53Speaker 1: to bed now, you've eaten your.
- 32:54Speaker 2: Last bite of food at four thirty. You don't go
- 32:57Speaker 2: to bed feeling sick.
- 32:58Speaker 3: Did you eat anything else the rest?
- 33:00Speaker 2: God know? Yeah? I was set.
- 33:02Speaker 1: What was the best bite? Man?
- 33:05Speaker 2: They had this? They had this mushroom thing.
- 33:08Speaker 3: Give us the twenty four rankings.
- 33:10Speaker 1: I mean, I don't even know what it was at
- 33:12Speaker 1: twenty four, what was the worst? It start at the bottom.
- 33:14Speaker 3: I will make it easy, go top twenty.
- 33:17Speaker 2: I couldn't walk you through the whole meal if I tried.
- 33:20Speaker 2: They had these. I was making jokes throughout the meal
- 33:24Speaker 2: they brought out. They brought out ramps that they had
- 33:27Speaker 2: cooked at one hundred and forty degrees NonStop for six weeks.
- 33:32Speaker 3: What is a ramp?
- 33:33Speaker 2: I said? I said, it's the most disability friendly food.
- 33:36Speaker 2: Everyone laughed. That was a good one. I got a
- 33:39Speaker 2: good laugh at that.
- 33:40Speaker 1: So you were there with a big party. Yeah, that
- 33:43Speaker 1: sounds I mean, at least you're there. I don't know
- 33:45Speaker 1: why I was picturing you like sitting at the.
- 33:47Speaker 3: Bar for twenty.
- 33:55Speaker 1: I thought you were just doing it on your own.
- 33:56Speaker 3: I don't know why. I wasn't really picturing you with
- 33:58Speaker 3: a big group either.
- 34:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I thought you just kind of did this to
- 34:02Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 34:03Speaker 2: No, I was with my girlfriend's family and it was
- 34:07Speaker 2: a really nice thing.
- 34:09Speaker 1: So did you plug in at the place or did
- 34:11Speaker 1: they plug in at the place? Like who found this place?
- 34:13Speaker 1: Whose idea was this?
- 34:14Speaker 2: They plugged in? I've been there once before for dinner,
- 34:17Speaker 2: years and years and years ago, and I remember it
- 34:20Speaker 2: was a Tuesday night in I think January, and it
- 34:24Speaker 2: was when I was working at the District Attorney's office,
- 34:27Speaker 2: so I had to be at work at nine am
- 34:28Speaker 2: the next day, or like you get basically fired by
- 34:31Speaker 2: the government and you have to hand scan. We had
- 34:35Speaker 2: a hand scam. Oh my god that you had to
- 34:37Speaker 2: hand scan it. And so dinner was at eight thirty.
- 34:41Speaker 2: That was our reservation. It's a four hour dinner. Yeah,
- 34:44Speaker 2: and it's up in Westchester. Yeah, so we finished at midnight.
- 34:48Speaker 2: I'm miserable. Yeah, I had to race home and then
- 34:52Speaker 2: go to bed and wake up the next day. I
- 34:54Speaker 2: was like, that wasn't worth it. It was not an
- 34:56Speaker 2: enjoyable experience. Not to mention in January. The farm isn't
- 35:00Speaker 2: able to produce the same type of produce that makes
- 35:03Speaker 2: it so enjoyable in the summer.
- 35:05Speaker 1: But that place could have probably made you a glove
- 35:07Speaker 1: of your hand.
- 35:07Speaker 2: Ud. They do, they do. They find a way to
- 35:11Speaker 2: uh to really genetically engineer or whatever engineer great produce
- 35:15Speaker 2: throughout the year, but the summer is really the time
- 35:17Speaker 2: to go.
- 35:17Speaker 1: Yeah sure, yeah, that sounds so nice. But you did
- 35:21Speaker 1: violate one of Glennie and theovone's main principles as you
- 35:25Speaker 1: had a lunch for dinner or you had a dinner
- 35:27Speaker 1: for lunch. Excuse me, and Glenny and theovone are very
- 35:30Speaker 1: anti that, are they. Oh yeah, you didn't listen to
- 35:33Speaker 1: Glennie on theovon.
- 35:35Speaker 2: No I didn't.
- 35:35Speaker 1: Jesus Christ, you're missing out.
- 35:37Speaker 3: You listen surely, of course multiple times.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Yeah, listen back, put on subtitles. It was a great
- 35:46Speaker 1: It was a great. Uh listen, but that sounds so fun.
- 35:49Speaker 1: You don't remember the best bite you had? Any meat?
- 35:52Speaker 1: Was there any type of Yeah?
- 35:53Speaker 4: That?
- 35:54Speaker 2: Honestly, the cow thing was pretty fucking good.
- 35:57Speaker 3: House has been weird having the spots on it, though.
- 36:00Speaker 3: The white and black.
- 36:04Speaker 2: Cow thing was really good. This mushroom thing was unbelievable.
- 36:06Speaker 2: They had a they had a trout. I'm sure that
- 36:09Speaker 2: a trout that was over diced cucumbers.
- 36:13Speaker 1: Wine did you have?
- 36:15Speaker 2: We had three bottles and drove home. The people who
- 36:19Speaker 2: weren't drinking drove.
- 36:20Speaker 3: I'm sure, and I'm sure they weren't drinking.
- 36:22Speaker 2: Know, they really weren't.
- 36:26Speaker 1: What kind of bottles are we telling?
- 36:27Speaker 2: Three bottle bottles of white and one bottle of red.
- 36:30Speaker 2: There were a lot of us there, though.
- 36:33Speaker 1: I didn't give us a little detail. What what a uh?
- 36:38Speaker 1: Even it doesn't have to be the maker, but just
- 36:40Speaker 1: what types of wine?
- 36:43Speaker 2: The first one was a white Burgundy. The second one
- 36:48Speaker 2: was a white from Northern Rhone, and then the third
- 36:51Speaker 2: was a red Burgundy.
- 36:56Speaker 1: Very nice. That sounds fantastic.
- 36:59Speaker 3: Red Burgundy.
- 37:05Speaker 9: Good more good evening, San Diego, goofy ass ass?
- 37:16Speaker 2: Do you think you here's a question. Do you ever
- 37:18Speaker 2: think you'll have a glass of wine?
- 37:20Speaker 1: God?
- 37:20Speaker 2: No, in your life? No, never, from this day forward,
- 37:24Speaker 2: you'll never have a glass.
- 37:25Speaker 3: Taste of wine. I don't I don't like wine, and
- 37:28Speaker 3: I don't think I ever will like wine. Red wine specifically. Oh,
- 37:32Speaker 3: I've had white wine and been like this is doable.
- 37:36Speaker 3: Red wine, It's like this is I feel like I'm
- 37:38Speaker 3: at church. It's amazing a milkshake.
- 37:41Speaker 2: It's amazing to me think that you're you're twenty four, right, Yeah,
- 37:45Speaker 2: You're never gonna have a glass of wine again. And
- 37:48Speaker 2: it's not necessarily because you plan to be sober for
- 37:50Speaker 2: the rest of your life.
- 37:51Speaker 3: Yeah, now it's I just don't like you think it's achy.
- 37:54Speaker 2: You think it's I You'll never have a glass of wine.
- 37:57Speaker 3: Nothing about wine looks like what like my I remember
- 37:59Speaker 3: my dad used drink one. Its teeth would be like black. Yeah,
- 38:04Speaker 3: that ship's nasty. I don't want I don't want to
- 38:06Speaker 3: I don't want like wine.
- 38:08Speaker 1: You might though you might come around on it. Your
- 38:10Speaker 1: taste bus change every seven years, really, I believe so
- 38:14Speaker 1: that could also be air fry. You probably get it.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Put it in ice, it's a little cold. I don't
- 38:25Speaker 1: have it at the country fair.
- 38:26Speaker 3: I uh been playing a lot of video games.
- 38:31Speaker 2: You've been playing Halo?
- 38:32Speaker 3: No, not really. I played Halo a little bit. Uh well,
- 38:35Speaker 3: I was playing Halo a lot. I was playing Halo
- 38:37Speaker 3: three a lot before.
- 38:38Speaker 1: You guys want to do that on Wednesday?
- 38:41Speaker 2: Yeah, but I don't.
- 38:41Speaker 3: I don't know how we're gonna do it. Why because
- 38:44Speaker 3: there's like a lot of things that we got to
- 38:46Speaker 3: figure out. We got to get uh, we have to
- 38:49Speaker 3: someone has to We have to figure out how to
- 38:50Speaker 3: get hal like we have to get Halo three, which
- 38:52Speaker 3: means someone has.
- 38:53Speaker 1: To get someone give us Halo three in New York City.
- 38:56Speaker 3: It doesn't exist, there's.

- 39:24Speaker 1: and watch and will chill.
- 39:25Speaker 3: It's going to be nine hundred times more expensive.
- 39:27Speaker 2: You don't think game stop has a pile of trash
- 39:30Speaker 2: out back.
- 39:30Speaker 3: Where you get at the point Xbox three dollar, Xbox
- 39:34Speaker 3: three sixty and Halo three at this point or at
- 39:36Speaker 3: the point where that's like a collector's.
- 39:38Speaker 2: It's like a I would assume then why isn't N
- 39:42Speaker 2: sixty four in that category? Why is it so easy
- 39:46Speaker 2: to get an N sixty four? And like Mario Kart,
- 39:48Speaker 2: I don't think it's easy. I think it is. You
- 39:50Speaker 2: see people have that all the time.

- 40:30Speaker 3: We don't The thing is that we don't need an
- 40:32Speaker 3: Xbox three sixty. Xbox three sixty is eighty four dollars.
- 40:35Speaker 2: We don't, but we don't need seven times the price.
- 40:38Speaker 1: But we don't.
- 40:39Speaker 3: You don't need an Xbox three sixty.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Okay, what do we need?
- 40:43Speaker 2: I want to play. I don't want to play on
- 40:44Speaker 2: your new digital fucking age. I want to play.
- 40:47Speaker 3: But if you play on, if we play on, if
- 40:49Speaker 3: you play on any Xbox or PC, it's the same game.
- 40:51Speaker 2: I don't want. I'm certainly not playing on a PC.
- 40:53Speaker 2: Are you out of your mind? I want my Xbox
- 40:56Speaker 2: three sixty controller.

- 41:09Speaker 3: what PC is. Just you're just you're no, it's not
- 41:13Speaker 3: like you're playing mouse and key.
- 41:15Speaker 2: Uh yeah you are. You're you're playing in an internet cafe.
- 41:18Speaker 3: No, you would be playing. You would be playing on
- 41:19Speaker 3: a controller, but we would need two controllers, which we
- 41:24Speaker 3: could get.
- 41:24Speaker 2: I have, no, I want to We need a game.
- 41:26Speaker 2: You need the red, yellow and white cables to plug
- 41:30Speaker 2: into an old TV.
- 41:31Speaker 3: We're not doing that.
- 41:32Speaker 2: Via you need to get an Xbox three sixty. We
- 41:34Speaker 2: need to right before the Rings of Death come. The
- 41:37Speaker 2: problem three Rings of Death that we really need.
- 41:39Speaker 3: Two consoles, two okay, and two monitors.
- 41:44Speaker 2: Why why why do we need that?
- 41:45Speaker 3: Because we're not playing split screen?
- 41:47Speaker 2: Yes we are, that's the way we are playing.
- 41:51Speaker 3: There's I'm not playing then, I'm just out. I'm out.
- 41:54Speaker 3: Split split screen is in. It's a it sucks to watch.
- 41:57Speaker 3: No one's gonna want to watch split screen. B it's
- 42:02Speaker 3: this is what you can just watching the other dude.
- 42:06Speaker 2: This is how we played.
- 42:07Speaker 3: You know exactly where he is at all times.
- 42:09Speaker 2: This is how we played the game.
- 42:11Speaker 3: Things have changed.
- 42:12Speaker 1: Both people can do it, though.
- 42:14Speaker 3: That's how you're playing because no one had two monitors.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Then you're retro fitting my game. This was my challenge
- 42:20Speaker 2: and my game. And you're like, we're going to add
- 42:22Speaker 2: some fucking this.
- 42:23Speaker 3: Why don't we just do it at my apartment.
- 42:25Speaker 2: I'm happy to do that, but you better have to.
- 42:28Speaker 3: Bring an Xbox. If you're going to be demanding gear,
- 42:31Speaker 3: bring your own gear. Because I'm demanding gear, but I'll
- 42:33Speaker 3: be willing to bring my own gear.
- 42:34Speaker 1: What would make your will make it a home game.
- 42:37Speaker 1: How would that help?
- 42:38Speaker 3: I just need a monitor and again in my own screen.
- 42:42Speaker 2: No, we're split screening.
- 42:43Speaker 3: We're not split screening.
- 42:44Speaker 2: Yes we are.
- 42:45Speaker 3: We can leave it up to the people. This comes
- 42:46Speaker 3: out tomorrow, everyone will say don't split screen.
- 42:48Speaker 2: They're gonna say that, But that's because actually I don't
- 42:51Speaker 2: know if they will, because this was me saying I
- 42:53Speaker 2: think Halo three, the way that I played it, I
- 42:56Speaker 2: was it's already over. I played like two games. I'm
- 43:00Speaker 2: unbelievable at it. Yeah, but you're going to be doing
- 43:02Speaker 2: it on your terms, which is your.
- 43:05Speaker 1: You could put me on a phone and I'll do
- 43:07Speaker 1: it still, So playing split screen.
- 43:09Speaker 2: No, you're the one making demands here.
- 43:11Speaker 3: I want it to be fun. I'm not. I'm not
- 43:13Speaker 3: trying to like it's I don't want it to be
- 43:14Speaker 3: just work torture. Yeah, I'll bring in my own I
- 43:17Speaker 3: can bring my portable monitoring. I have no problem doing that.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Mek, bring your portable monitoring playing it.
- 43:24Speaker 3: I mean because we want to run. We want to
- 43:25Speaker 3: be together, right, we want to we don't want to
- 43:27Speaker 3: do it.
- 43:27Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, we want to be together.
- 43:29Speaker 3: We want to run lamb.
- 43:31Speaker 1: Yeah, shout out to the Green Wave.
- 43:33Speaker 3: Away, green Wall, not the Green Wave.
- 43:37Speaker 1: I'm talking about something different.
- 43:38Speaker 3: You're not.
- 43:40Speaker 1: About the Crimson died.
- 43:42Speaker 3: Optic back to back champs first time.
- 43:45Speaker 2: Yeah, first was the first time, and people thought they couldn't.
- 43:48Speaker 3: But after the season they had this year, I knew
- 43:51Speaker 3: that if anyone was gonna do it, it would be opt No, No,
- 43:53Speaker 3: it was really they were they were they they they
- 43:56Speaker 3: they weren't even gonna make champs.
- 43:58Speaker 2: It was touch and go.
- 44:00Speaker 3: It's just, you know, it's tough seeing people come on
- 44:02Speaker 3: and celebrating and you know, being like, you know, we
- 44:04Speaker 3: were a lot of those guys weren't there for Major
- 44:08Speaker 3: two and.
- 44:08Speaker 2: Three and four.
- 44:09Speaker 1: They weren't shooting in the gym.
- 44:10Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly, what do you think about? And we didn't
- 44:12Speaker 2: make it day Saturday that they stacked the team that
- 44:15Speaker 2: they like recruited too much.
- 44:16Speaker 3: Super team, they weren't a super team.
- 44:18Speaker 1: That's metas trying to be right now with their AI
- 44:21Speaker 1: Zuckerberg is offering up to one hundred million dollars. Did
- 44:23Speaker 1: you see the same thing?
- 44:24Speaker 3: Twitter released like a new messaging beta and it's like
- 44:28Speaker 3: they're like you have you need like a passcode to
- 44:31Speaker 3: open it, and it's like encrypted from both both sides.
- 44:36Speaker 1: Sounds like they're trying to fucking sounds like they know
- 44:39Speaker 1: what they're Yeah, they're trying to push CP around the

- 45:28Speaker 3: encrypting all their shit. It's hilarious.
- 45:30Speaker 1: It's the same people that used to buy sleeves for
- 45:33Speaker 1: their wallets because they thought someone was going to come
- 45:35Speaker 1: up and like steal their information at by like tapping
- 45:39Speaker 1: their pocket.
- 45:40Speaker 3: They come up with this like little like like box
- 45:42Speaker 3: with like an antenna on it and they're just gonna
- 45:44Speaker 3: like scan it over your mass.
- 45:46Speaker 1: They really likes they sold that shit on like Fox
- 45:49Speaker 1: News commercials yea, and like your your parents and grandparents
- 45:53Speaker 1: are like obsessed thinking that that's gonna happen. Same people
- 45:56Speaker 1: who are like getting a VPN so they can like
- 45:59Speaker 1: look at their friends on Facebook. They can just look
- 46:02Speaker 1: at like their old like neighbors on Facebook and be like,
- 46:05Speaker 1: I don't like their political opinions.
- 46:07Speaker 3: I downloaded a VPN once and it was this year,
- 46:10Speaker 3: and it was in I was in Vancouver and Bill
- 46:13Speaker 3: Burr specially just came out and it wasn't available in

- 46:26Speaker 3: hour and ten.
- 46:27Speaker 2: Pretty good. Yeah, you could.
- 46:28Speaker 1: Probably you should tell Bill Burr that he's pirrating his stuff.

- 48:21Speaker 3: Game time? Isn't it crazy that you can? People don't
- 48:23Speaker 3: even realize that you can do that. Like there's like
- 48:25Speaker 3: if you if you use like Netflix in like another country,
- 48:28Speaker 3: they have different movies and shows, so like you can
- 48:31Speaker 3: change your location to like England.
- 48:33Speaker 1: You got a whole new slave, you see, like Indian prop.
- 48:36Speaker 2: Yeah, tell you what I've done though. That really makes
- 48:39Speaker 2: me mad. Now when I travel to Red States and
- 48:43Speaker 2: I have to create an account on porn Hub because they're.
- 48:47Speaker 3: Trying I've been doing that. I've just been using your name.
- 48:49Speaker 5: That's fine, well, elsports dot Com the fact, the fact
- 48:54Speaker 5: that to watch my poor I have to VPN myself
- 48:59Speaker 5: back to country.
- 49:02Speaker 2: Is so fucking bullshit. It's so backwards.
- 49:05Speaker 3: Does it work? Does that work?
- 49:07Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 49:07Speaker 2: You gotta. You gotta throw yourself back into the lawlessness
- 49:10Speaker 2: of Massachusetts just to watch you know, little stepfather stepdaughter.
- 49:15Speaker 1: Action, little stepfather stepson in Texas.
- 49:19Speaker 2: Dude, that is so anithetical to me. I really don't understand.
- 49:22Speaker 1: That Texas might be fake freedom. It is because you
- 49:25Speaker 1: can't like smoke weed, you can't watch.
- 49:28Speaker 3: Can't gamble, and you can't watch porn.
- 49:29Speaker 2: Get out of my life, government, What are we talking about?
- 49:33Speaker 3: All they have is guns. That's the only thing they have.
- 49:35Speaker 3: And that I geah, it's true, Like they like the
- 49:38Speaker 3: people in the South are like, well, it's freedom country now.
- 49:41Speaker 3: It's like why because you can have an audio like
- 49:42Speaker 3: you can have like a massive you can still get guns.
- 49:45Speaker 1: But then they're also like, we don't beat because we're
- 49:46Speaker 1: afraid someone's gonna shoot us. That doesn't sound that free.
- 49:49Speaker 3: Now.
- 49:49Speaker 1: I can't even express yourself.
- 49:51Speaker 3: North Korea.
- 49:52Speaker 2: North Korea.
- 49:53Speaker 1: So and Rogan's fucking Kim Jong? All right, I said.
- 49:58Speaker 2: It piss pissed. It does piss me off. But then
- 50:01Speaker 2: I just immediately go over to XVideos dot Com and
- 50:04Speaker 2: for some reason that's totally you don't have to become
- 50:07Speaker 2: a member of that.
- 50:07Speaker 3: That's not porn, that's entertainment.
- 50:10Speaker 1: Yeah, it's crazy when you look X when you look
- 50:14Speaker 1: on Twitter that like ninety percent of the accounts that
- 50:19Speaker 1: are popping right now are just guys out there and
- 50:21Speaker 1: guys in other countries. Yeah, it's like Malaysian men. Yeah,
- 50:24Speaker 1: and all Myrwegian.
- 50:25Speaker 3: I've been getting hammered with the is this normal in America?
- 50:30Speaker 3: You get those decent, it'll be like just like a
- 50:32Speaker 3: normal thing, and that people will be like, I'm sorry,
- 50:34Speaker 3: is that the shoes that people are wearing in America?
- 50:37Speaker 3: It's like you live in Europe. It's a shithole. Just kidding,
- 50:44Speaker 3: just getting to all of our European listeners.
- 50:46Speaker 1: It is funny.
- 50:47Speaker 3: We love Europe.
- 50:47Speaker 1: People are just making AI bots to like.
- 50:49Speaker 3: So it's just a rage. It's just rage AI. It's insane, dude,
- 50:54Speaker 3: I did it. I I tried to see. I asked rock.
- 50:57Speaker 3: I wrote, I wrote like make me like ten rage
- 50:59Speaker 3: bait t eat and they made all them racist as
- 51:02Speaker 3: fuck correct because I was like I wonder if it
- 51:05Speaker 3: will do, and it did, and then I was like,
- 51:06Speaker 3: that's what every that's what my whole time.
- 51:08Speaker 1: Yes, exactly, people are just making rage.
- 51:10Speaker 3: It's just they're asking because dude, have you noticed that
- 51:12Speaker 3: every tweet on everything on Twitter is just a question?
- 51:14Speaker 2: Now?
- 51:15Speaker 3: Yeah, it's not, it's not notice Yeah, what do you
- 51:17Speaker 3: notice here? Nothing, there's nothing to notice. It's just engagement
- 51:20Speaker 3: farming that and they're getting paid.
- 51:22Speaker 2: And then the other thing that pisses me off is
- 51:24Speaker 2: when people comment on Instagram and the top comment is like, wow,
- 51:29Speaker 2: if you want to see about this, click to keep reading. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 51:33Speaker 2: and you try to click it.
- 51:34Speaker 1: Maybe we're suckers for not just having like a side
- 51:36Speaker 1: account of like rage cash cow of rage.
- 51:40Speaker 3: But I don't even think those people are making a
- 51:41Speaker 3: lot of money anymore.
- 51:42Speaker 1: I think that I think that I saw that too,
- 51:44Speaker 1: that a lot of that dried up.
- 51:45Speaker 3: They're doing all that for like thirty bucks a month.
- 51:48Speaker 1: In Malaysia, they're like causing they're.
- 51:50Speaker 3: Like causing like real world problems for like an extra
- 51:53Speaker 3: forty five bucks.
- 51:54Speaker 1: But in some countries that in like Indonesia, like you're
- 51:57Speaker 1: you're coming up on thirty bucks a month, true.
- 52:00Speaker 3: That is true.
- 52:00Speaker 1: Yeah, that's probably all you need is then get thirty
- 52:03Speaker 1: from Musk. Thank you just caused a riot.
- 52:07Speaker 3: They're paying people so little at this point that like
- 52:09Speaker 3: Musk is probably it's probably just coming from his bank
- 52:11Speaker 3: account and notice whatever you need.
- 52:13Speaker 1: Yeah, huh, you haven't been on Twitter much.
- 52:19Speaker 2: No, I saw doors.
- 52:20Speaker 3: I saw a hilarious tweet the other day. It is
- 52:22Speaker 3: just so it's just all dumb. Like someone posted elon
- 52:25Speaker 3: Musk's net worth and they were like, this point eight
- 52:28Speaker 3: would change my life.
- 52:29Speaker 1: Yep.
- 52:29Speaker 3: It was like for that point eight would change millions
- 52:32Speaker 3: of people's lives.
- 52:34Speaker 1: Yeah, that's like universal basic income for a small town.
- 52:38Speaker 3: It was eight hundred million dollars was the point eight.
- 52:41Speaker 3: And they thought they would be like this point eight
- 52:43Speaker 3: could help me out a lot. It would help out
- 52:45Speaker 3: literally New York City as a whole.
- 52:49Speaker 1: Where you could build that supertrain system that everyone's talking about.
- 52:52Speaker 2: Dude, you know it's amazing that I was watching videos
- 52:55Speaker 2: of Taylor lwand gambling in Vegas. Yeah, and you know
- 53:00Speaker 2: he's betting twenty five thousand dollars hands at that point.
- 53:02Speaker 1: Just drink, dude, and just give them sobriety.
- 53:07Speaker 2: I'm like, does he not drink?
- 53:09Speaker 3: No? I think they both stopped drinking, didn't they? Yeah,
- 53:12Speaker 3: took a break at least.
- 53:13Speaker 2: Yeah. Well either way, I'm watching it and he's winning
- 53:16Speaker 2: twenty five thousand dollars hands twenty five thousand dollars hands,
- 53:19Speaker 2: And you can't help but have the feeling of like, dude,
- 53:23Speaker 2: I could I could really use five thousand dollars right now?
- 53:30Speaker 2: Like why if it's so meaningless to you, why don't
- 53:33Speaker 2: you just give me five? We're friendly, you know what
- 53:37Speaker 2: I mean? Like, why why can't you? I don't know why?
- 53:40Speaker 2: But you just have that thought.
- 53:42Speaker 3: But I think everyone has.
- 53:43Speaker 2: Everyone has that thought. Yeah, I guess it's all relative
- 53:47Speaker 2: where you're like, you see people to whom what what
- 53:51Speaker 2: money means nothing to them? What amount is so interchanged?
- 53:55Speaker 1: This is like the homeless economy infrastructure that you're explaining
- 53:58Speaker 1: right now. Yeah, and you're like to have a buck.
- 54:00Speaker 2: You feel entitled to it? Yeah, Like why it means
- 54:04Speaker 2: nothing to you? I watched you just spend it on nothing?
- 54:08Speaker 2: Why wouldn't you want? I watched you subscribe to a
- 54:12Speaker 2: VPN to watch bid to watch a porn instead of
- 54:17Speaker 2: signing up for a Pornhub account. Like the rest of us,
- 54:20Speaker 2: and uh, why wouldn't you just give it to me?
- 54:24Speaker 2: It's hard, And then you're like, oh, that's that's bullshit
- 54:29Speaker 2: thinking that's entitlement.
- 54:32Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a little bit of it's a little bit
- 54:36Speaker 3: of both.
- 54:37Speaker 1: Do you give money to homeless people when they are
- 54:39Speaker 1: when you pull up at a stop and stop light
- 54:42Speaker 1: and they're like standing on the street corner.
- 54:44Speaker 2: I would say that I'm more likely to give home
- 54:46Speaker 2: money to people then, because they're standing in the elements.
- 54:49Speaker 1: And they'll come and stare at you from like.
- 54:53Speaker 2: Yeah, six inch, I don't know. I I give money
- 54:57Speaker 2: to like mothers that their little kid with them sometimes,
- 55:02Speaker 2: or people that are exhibiting talent.
- 55:05Speaker 1: We other's with kids. That's a good one.
- 55:07Speaker 2: Even if you're juggling or playing a flute. I've seen that.
- 55:12Speaker 1: Do you need them to know how to play the saxophone?
- 55:15Speaker 1: Or if they're just mashing buttons, they're just spamming saxophone buttons,
- 55:19Speaker 1: will you give them cash?
- 55:21Speaker 2: Yeah? If they're not good at the instrument, more likely
- 55:24Speaker 2: to tell everyone else not to give that person.
- 55:28Speaker 3: I was in I was in Europe once and there
- 55:29Speaker 3: we were we were taking the train and there was
- 55:32Speaker 3: a lady at the bottom, like playing like the violin.
- 55:34Speaker 2: Why were you in Europe?
- 55:36Speaker 3: It was just like ten years ago.
- 55:37Speaker 2: Were you there for a musical?
- 55:38Speaker 3: Yeah, and we were. She was playing the violin or
- 55:41Speaker 3: some shit or some instrument. And then you saw in
- 55:44Speaker 3: her sleeve a phone with just blatantly just an OX
- 55:48Speaker 3: cord sticking out of it to a speaker, and it
- 55:50Speaker 3: was it was just her playing music out loud, pretending
- 55:53Speaker 3: to play.
- 55:54Speaker 2: See. I would give money to that person. That's a
- 55:57Speaker 2: solid con.
- 55:58Speaker 1: There's a lady in New York right now who lit
- 56:00Speaker 1: sinks viral. Have you seen the Asian lady? Yeah, she
- 56:03Speaker 1: just like pretends to sing hilarious.
- 56:05Speaker 2: Yeah, fine by me. It's a good Uh, it's anything
- 56:11Speaker 2: better than what I assume is a lie, which is yeah, dude,
- 56:15Speaker 2: there was a woman. And I know we talk about home.
- 56:17Speaker 3: Drums are a tough one to gauge because you're like,
- 56:18Speaker 3: I can't tell if that's good or if you're just bashing.
- 56:21Speaker 1: You're trying to carry that guy too. Three four not
- 56:23Speaker 1: quite my tempo.
- 56:25Speaker 2: West Fourth Street station on the left side, when you're
- 56:28Speaker 2: walking in that long tunnel and there's that guy with
- 56:31Speaker 2: the beard, he's there he's been playing with one drum
- 56:34Speaker 2: and it's the same, like the worst. There's no rhythm
- 56:38Speaker 2: and he's not there's no song. Yes, he's just hitting
- 56:41Speaker 2: it for hours. I'm like, who's given that guy money?
- 56:49Speaker 2: Who's stopping and being like, let's watch this for a second.
- 56:51Speaker 3: I guess it's not tourists, though, no tourists will. I
- 56:54Speaker 3: feel like tourists hate almost.
- 56:57Speaker 1: I know you think that when was the last time
- 57:00Speaker 1: you gave money to a homeless.
- 57:01Speaker 3: I give money to homeless people all the time.
- 57:03Speaker 1: Are you sure you don't think that they're ichy for
- 57:06Speaker 1: ichy homeless or wine wine?
- 57:08Speaker 2: Okay?
- 57:11Speaker 3: You almost people money constantly.
- 57:13Speaker 2: If you saw a homeless person drinking wine, would you
- 57:15Speaker 2: judge them for it?
- 57:16Speaker 3: I've gone. I went back to my apartment to get
- 57:18Speaker 3: a homeless guy money once, and you didn't. I swear
- 57:22Speaker 3: to god. I talked about it on that probably the act.
- 57:26Speaker 3: This was years ago. It was when I lived in
- 57:27Speaker 3: where I lived on Waverley and I went, I went out,
- 57:30Speaker 3: I went to the I was on the corner by
- 57:32Speaker 3: Temple and he said, you have any money? I said now,
- 57:34Speaker 3: And I said I'll be right back, and I went
- 57:35Speaker 3: I got money came back down with twenty. I think
- 57:38Speaker 3: I needed cash for something that day anyway, though I
- 57:41Speaker 3: forgot I needed cash.
- 57:42Speaker 1: Thanks for reminding me.
- 57:44Speaker 3: But I was like, stay here, I'll be back. And
- 57:46Speaker 3: I came back and he was there.
- 57:48Speaker 2: Hmm.
- 57:48Speaker 3: I gave him two grand, but you filmed it, so
- 57:53Speaker 3: I feel I was like, I'm gonna go get the
- 57:54Speaker 3: go pro ship.
- 57:59Speaker 1: Are you going to be here? I went to the
- 58:04Speaker 1: Coney Island zoo or aquarium. Excuse me, cours brought the kids.
- 58:11Speaker 1: How the kids it was good. I couldn't tell if
- 58:16Speaker 1: I was showing the sharks to my kids or showing
- 58:19Speaker 1: my kids to the sharks. I'm just like putting them
- 58:24Speaker 1: in front of the sharks, like they probably think that
- 58:27Speaker 1: that's food. They probably think that's bait. My kid can't
- 58:31Speaker 1: even focus his eyeballs. It's just a blue wall in front.
- 58:37Speaker 1: As soon as I got in, there's like a big
- 58:39Speaker 1: aquarium and I went to the end and I was
- 58:41Speaker 1: trying to show my kids and they looked like, there's
- 58:43Speaker 1: this big fish and it was looking me dead in
- 58:46Speaker 1: the eye, and it was like behind a piece of coral,
- 58:49Speaker 1: and it looked like it was just screaming it just
- 58:51Speaker 1: like locked eyes with me. I was like, stuck, what's
- 58:57Speaker 1: going on? And I felt this empathetic nection to this fish.
- 59:01Speaker 1: I thought, he's so fucking.
- 59:02Speaker 3: Bad because it's in a glass.
- 59:04Speaker 1: Boss. Yeah, it's literally as a slave.
- 59:07Speaker 3: Are you a big aquarium guy? The last time I
- 59:10Speaker 3: went to an aquarium was with you.
- 59:12Speaker 1: Yeah. I been to a decent amount. The Baltimore Aquarium
- 59:14Speaker 1: is fucking elite.
- 59:16Speaker 2: It's also like fifty dollars for entrance.
- 59:19Speaker 3: Oh yeah.
- 59:19Speaker 2: I went in there and got in line, got to
- 59:21Speaker 2: the front, saw the price and bailed.
- 59:23Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah they are. It's more expensive than a club.
- 59:26Speaker 3: Have you ever been to the Boston Aquarium?
- 59:27Speaker 2: No?
- 59:28Speaker 1: Is it nice?
- 59:28Speaker 2: That one's good. I've been there.
- 59:29Speaker 3: We had our prom junior year at the aquarium. Actually awesome,
- 59:33Speaker 3: all time, bad idea, awesome. Eating next to low Todd
- 59:39Speaker 3: it just like I see it reached. It was this
- 59:43Speaker 3: smelly and we're eating like lasagna. Yeah, just next to penguins. Yeah,
- 59:49Speaker 3: it's awful. People were furious. It was cool walking around,
- 59:52Speaker 3: but I've been there like thousands of times.
- 59:54Speaker 1: The Seals the smelliest animal watching tour in South Africa,
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: and they took us to an island that's only seals
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: and you could smell it from a mile away.
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: Yeah, no, wonder the sharks are always chasing them.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: Yeah, they fucking stink there so fucking easy to find.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: I went, I like carried out when I found this
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: this fish was stuck. Yeah, and I went to I
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: was I went to like, go find someone. I want
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: to go find like someone in charge. Dude, I think
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: a fish is stuck in there. And they were like,
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: that's an eel. It just stays there, like you. It
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: was fucking They probably thought you were real fool. They were.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: I was one of the top embarrassing moments of my
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: life being like, this fish is fucking the fish stuck.
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: It's not. It's not. You're an idiot.
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: We don't even have to look. We know it's not.
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: They're like, oh, winter green, No, he's fished. He's just hungry.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: Yet they're fish.
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: What would they get stuck on?
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: It made me feel so dumb. That's exactly the guy's energy.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: He was like, you want me to loved up? Like what,
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: it's a fish and.
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: Doesn't even have a skeleton.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: Really, within one second, I was like, that fish is stuff.
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: It was literally zero way of it.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: It's looking at me, it needs my help, and it
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: just didn't. That all was fucking humiliating.
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: Do eels have skeletons to have bones?
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: Probably, I'd assume they have some sort of spine.
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: They might not, though I I don't mind eating eel,
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: I've never had it, but they made it look spooky
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: and rush Hour yeah when he was like, you're eating el?
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: Yeah, they do have bones eels? Do they have a backbone?
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: What are they? Just the snake of the sea, That's
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: what I thought. But are there sea snakes as well?
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: There's I don't know. I know snakes go in fresh
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: water because I was fishing in Maryland and uh, there's
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: a snake to the right of me, and I freaked out.
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: It's just in the water. It was horrifying. It was small.
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: It was like a garden. I mean that area. I
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: don't know if Maryland, but I know like close to
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: their like Pennsylvania, they have timber rattlesnakes, Yeah, that's what
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: I doubt those go in the water.
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: Copperheads, Yeah, they have copperheads in Maryland.
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: Yeah. Do they could have been a copperhead.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: If red touches yellow, you're a dead fellow. Red touch
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: is black. You're okay, Jack, Remember that that could save
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: your lives.
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: What does that mean?
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: Snakes?
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: Those you know the red, yellow and black striped snakes.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: If they're reds touching yellow, that means they're venomous. If
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: the red touch in the black, that means you're cool.
- 1:02:29Speaker 3: What are those? What are the jellyfish that are super deadly?
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: Man of Wars war in the water the other day
- 1:02:37Speaker 3: you found out that it was not a Man of War.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: It's a badass name, but it was like.
- 1:02:41Speaker 3: One of those big round ship dangling down war have
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: like blades.
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: Have you ever seen videos of people getting stung by
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: man o Wars?
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: No?
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: But I didn't know that those are like, you gotta
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: go to the hospital.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: It's bad.
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, you can die from them.
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: Don't you get like heart attacks too?
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: Probably?
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: I used to come in from the beach and claim
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: that I'd been stung in order to get someone to PI.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: You're a fire island. Guys are lining up.
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: None of those kids took the bait, but.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: Another sting friends a song. I watched a documentary that
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: made that reminded me of both of you, guys, And
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: it was this woman who is trying to make the
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: world think that sharks are good.
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: Oh I heard about this.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: Do you know what I'm talking about?
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a grizzly man waiting to happen.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: That's a grizzly It's a pretty grizzly man. It's like
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: a hot beach babe who's like, actually, sharks are friendly.
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: Where is this It's on Netflix or something like that.
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: I'll definitely check that out, you have to.
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: And then they just interview a guy who got attacked
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: by a shark. She's like, yeah, it's really complicated situation.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: It's like, no, that's not complicated at all. The shark
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: the guy cut and dry.
- 1:03:59Speaker 3: The shark thought he was a cel and killed him
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: because he's dumb. Shark's an idiot.
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I don't know why they're they're trying to
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: I guess a lot of sharks get killed, and she's
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: trying to work for the preservation of sharks. But I
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: don't know why people are putting the cape on for sharks.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: It would kill us if they had the chance, if
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: sharks could be in our shoes. Podcasting m hm.
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: Also, why don't we fix something like cod? Yeah?
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: Why not? Cod?
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: Cod are more important I think than sharks. Yeah, we
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: don't really eat shark, do we. I watched a documentary
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: similar to that one about a woman who repairs hummingbirds.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: What the fuck?
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: And it was really tough to watch. It was really
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: because it was boring as fun boring. This woman she
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: has a hotline that you can call if you found
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: a hummingbird that is injured, and it's She lives in
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: l a And first of all, she lives in a
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: nice house. I don't know how. I don't know where
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: she made that bird money. Yeah, she just devotes her life.
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: To you know, there's billions.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: In rehabilitation of hummingbirds, and she seems like she's kind
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: of a pseudo scientist expert, meaning she will people will
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: bring their hummingbirds in and she's like, well, yeah, I
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: can see that it's suffered from a neck injury and
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: its wing is broken. And you're like, I don't I
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: don't think that was it.
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: But you'll like Jane good for humming bird.
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: She thinks she is, She certainly thinks she is. But
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: she's built this like outdoor kind of cage for the hummingbirds.
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: I'm picturing like the toy the guy that fixes the
- 1:05:39Speaker 3: toys and Toy Story.
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, Glass.
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: Get a little cast out for the hummingbird.
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: Yeah that was voiced by Newman. Really from that looks
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: like it does.
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: That's the funny part from Seinfeld. What was the guy
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: from what? From toy story?
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: The guy from toy story is like bald and big
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: and fat short.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: No, that's the guy who owns Al's Toy Barn. Yes,
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: the guy who fixes the toys is the old guy
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: who has like a long nose. He's like an old
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: skinny guy.
- 1:06:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: I thought the guy who from Al's Toy Barn, who
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: does he has?
- 1:06:17Speaker 3: That?
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: Is he right?
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: I think he's right.
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: Yeah, al'e toy Barn is.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: The fat guy.
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: It is an old dude that fixes the.
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: Toy But the fat guy who owns Alice Toy Barn
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: who lives across the street, he drives there. Yeah, because
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: he's so fat. That's hilarious, super fat phobic of toy story.
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: Oh, you're right. His name is Jerry Jersey.
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: Jerry g e r I Jerry like that like a
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: British woman.
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: M Jerry really infiltrated my uh my sports.
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: Jerry looks like he's based off.
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: Every time I watch it now, they're just talking about
- 1:06:53Speaker 3: Jerry the whole time. Who the commentators Why because he's
- 1:06:57Speaker 3: like a big fan and he comments.
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: No not they love him.
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: Why don't you start commentating?
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: I don't. I don't know.
- 1:07:03Speaker 3: I don't have the shit. I don't have the courage.
- 1:07:05Speaker 3: Like he's in there, and I don't want to come
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: in and be like, hey, guys, I'm also here also
- 1:07:10Speaker 3: watching along.
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: Need a little attention for me.
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: Maybe Mengela, Joseph Mengela, was who I was thinking of
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: who voiced what well. He was the Nazi German officer
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: and physician who did all the horrible experiences the Angel
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: of Death. Yes, it looks like that guy was kind
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: of based It looks like Jerry from Toy Story Too
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: is kind of based off of him. That's just my
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: connection though.
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: But I thought that he was like a positive he
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: like put Woody's armback on.
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: He did the toy fixer did.
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: But he doesn't know what's happening with the toys is
- 1:07:40Speaker 3: the problem. It's like Albert Einstein building and building, then
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: at and bomb. It's like you don't know what he
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: doesn't know what the formul is going.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: But I would I'm more sympathetic to Einstein than Mengala.
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: I'm not sympathetic to Mangola at all.
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: But if you're fixing the toy and then the fat
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: guy's coming by and just stealing.
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: It, Yeah, hey, Jerry, would you mind re selling the
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: pussy of my dog? All? Somehow it got torn to shreds.
- 1:08:03Speaker 3: It's a massive on.
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: Bo Peep's legs are split.
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: Yeah, they're stuck behind her head and I don't know
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: how to unstick them.
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: Both peoples fly as well. You never see her on
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: any of those lists that n is always on, or
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: The Little Mermaid's always on. People want to bang Disney characters.
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: No one shows love to bo Peep.
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: Well, bo Peep is just classy.
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: Does bo Peep spell it B E A U or
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: b O B O?
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: See? I always had an X and bow like he's
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: from New Orleans.
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: Bos Bo tigers.
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: Both tigers would be nice.
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: I gotta I gotta get out of here to be
- 1:08:54Speaker 3: What the time is I got ship going on? It's eleven?
- 1:08:58Speaker 3: Oh no, if we've been going for an hour.
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: We have been half probably only just I thought.
- 1:09:03Speaker 3: We were way longer than that.
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: Jesus Christ ass I gotta.
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: I gotta run though. That's fine.
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: I got fucking hey, it's good to be back with
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: you boys.
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: Good to be back boys.
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: We're back, miss you guys, like fucking brothers.
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: That that was blasting. We didn't even talk about our
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: ryder Cup situation, which we we haven't, I know, we
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: can't really talk about, but just some of the stuff
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: around that week was pretty fun.
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:09:27Speaker 3: I had a bunch of ship. I mean, we could
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: talk about it.
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: We had.
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: We had that, and we had I went to we
- 1:09:31Speaker 3: went to Lake Placid right from there.
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: Damn last cool.
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: Great time up in Placid.
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: Cool cool.
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: Maybe next we started playing counter Strike, a lot of
- 1:09:40Speaker 3: counter Strike. I uh yeah, I got back from Lake
- 1:09:45Speaker 3: Placid and I had like three days to kill until Maine.
- 1:09:48Speaker 3: All counter strike all day, every day.
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: That's great.
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: It was great all day, all night, all day, all night.
- 1:09:55Speaker 2: You probably knew those were two pretty outdoors, the sort
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: of locals exactly, so you might as may that may
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: you know, sore up your energy by staying inside. That's
- 1:10:02Speaker 2: what happy to hear it.
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: Hey hear more about that next episode, Son of a Boy.
- 1:10:10Speaker 2: Dad was.
- 1:10:30Speaker 11: Still still underground, so I looked out to you game around.
- 1:10:47Speaker 11: I was only fallen along way. I was only fallen,
- 1:11:01Speaker 11: were drifted for so so then you need so no,
