- 2:17Oh, I just cannot get enough of that song.
- 2:20Hello, welcome, welcome, welcome.
- 2:22It is August the 24th, 2026. My name is MJ.
- 2:25You are listening to military broadcast radio and I am a host,
- 2:32MJ right here on this beautiful station live streaming my show
- 2:36on Mondays at 9:00 AM is the world of conscious positive
- 2:41thinking. We call it 2 cap TWOCPT because
- 2:45who wants to? Write all that out, right?
- 2:47That's a lot of words. So we went off last week with
- 2:53our Part 1 series and our series is what is consciousness.
- 2:57People talk about it, but but you know what they do?
- 3:01You really know what it is. Who knows what it is?
- 3:04We we have all these words for it anyway.
- 3:07So we're doing a series of what is it?
- 3:10And today is Part 2. Man discovers the mind.
- 3:17I know we left off last week at a very in proposed question.
- 3:21I hope everybody had their thinking caps on everybody kind
- 3:24of thought, oh, what's that? What is that?
- 3:27And thought about that for a minute on that last opposing
- 3:30question. But like always, we cannot start
- 3:33until we understand what today actually means by the Angel
- 3:37numbers of our daily stuff. So let's get to that.
- 3:39So here we go. What does the number represent?
- 3:44082426 the totaling number that is a four.
- 3:49I love force folks. 444 when you see that number 4 the angels are
- 3:54confirming that they are near you and want you to know that
- 3:58they are ready to assist you to make your dreams come true.
- 4:02Know that the angels always hear your thoughts and your prayers.
- 4:06They are surrounding you with love everyday.
- 4:09Angel power word today is happiness.
- 4:13Ah happy right? We are so many good songs about
- 4:18happy happiness. So that is our word today.
- 4:22So every time you want to feel gloomy down something, say Nope,
- 4:25my word of the day because it brought to you by the Angel #4
- 4:28it's happiness. So part of that number is 82.
- 4:32The Abundance angels are here to bring you balance to your
- 4:35financial concerns. The solution of your financial
- 4:39situation is to choose happiness.
- 4:42It is like an accelerator to the abundance.
- 4:45The angels give you permission to choose happiness today.
- 4:47There is no need to wait. It's time to allow the money to
- 4:50flow. So be happy and abundance will
- 4:55come your way. Angel number contains the number
- 4:5724, which is the number of the day.
- 5:00Assistance from people in high places is coming your way.
- 5:05This could be your guardian angels or an earth Angel.
- 5:09This loving assistance will bring healing on some level and
- 5:12leave you feeling joyful and uplifted.
- 5:15Number also contains the number 26.
- 5:17It's our year that we're in the year 2026.
- 5:19So the 26 is always constant, which is the angels.
- 5:23Know that you feel empowered when you feel compassion for
- 5:25others, they now ask that you feel the same compassion for
- 5:29yourself. It is very important that you
- 5:31say no to request that make you feel uneasy.
- 5:36Trust these sensations in your body as these are your inner
- 5:40compass. The name the number today also
- 5:42contains the number 42. It's the romance angels.
- 5:46Now how you cannot be happy with romance.
- 5:49So the romance angels are all around you at the moment.
- 5:52They have heard your prayers associated with love.
- 5:54They are working behind the scenes to bring you the perfect
- 5:57love or to enhance the relationship that.
- 5:59You are currently in. Bop bop ping baby.
- 6:03That's right, get those angels working.
- 6:07I put my glasses back on. Now they don't have to read
- 6:09because age is beauty, OK? So yes, we are beautiful today.
- 6:18We are happy today. We are causing all kind of
- 6:21beautiful abundance today. And why not, right?
- 6:25Because man discovers the mind. And we are going to set this
- 6:30course. We're going to get off and
- 6:32running because we got a lot to talk about today.
- 6:35And last week we began with what sounded like once one simple
- 6:39question. Simple, what is consciousness?
- 6:42We talked about this. We talked about the awareness,
- 6:45right? We talked about perceptions.
- 6:47We talked about attention. We talked about thought.
- 6:51We talked about our dreams. We talked about altered states.
- 6:54We also talked about being just the observer.
- 6:59And after everything we explored last week, did we actually find
- 7:02consciousness? No, we didn't.
- 7:07We still don't know. So we got we got 6 parts of this
- 7:11series. So that means you got to keep
- 7:13coming back, right? So here we are welcome to Part 2
- 7:17of our series so we could discover what is consciousness.
- 7:20And today's series is man discovers the mind.
- 7:23Now remember when I say man, OK, and you always see me with my
- 7:27quotes man, I mean humanity, the human being that we all are man,
- 7:33we are man, right? I'm not speaking about male or
- 7:37masculine energy. I am not dividing, categorizing,
- 7:40subdividing, putting a label, slapping.
- 7:42No, I'm not doing it. It's man.
- 7:43It is all of us, man. So when I first start working
- 7:47with this episode, let me tell you.
- 7:50I thought we were going to. Explore how man discovered the
- 7:54mind. And then I got stuck.
- 7:57And. If anybody knows me, I can't
- 8:00move on. If I get stuck, I have to, I
- 8:02have to, I have to go down that rabbit hole.
- 8:05I have to figure it out. Why?
- 8:06I'm a why girl. The wire, right?
- 8:08I'm the wire, the seer. I, I, I have to go.
- 8:12And then I got stuck on one word and that word was discovered.
- 8:18Did man discover the mind, or did man become aware of
- 8:24something that creation was already doing?
- 8:29So what did man? What did man do?
- 8:32Man studied it, named it, labeled it, categorized it, and
- 8:37then divided it. I am man, and I'm slapping a
- 8:41label on the top of that and I'm calling it the mind.
- 8:45And I'm the other man and I'm going to slap a label and I'm
- 8:46going to call it the brain. OK, And now we call that a
- 8:52discovery. Did we discover it?
- 8:57This is Mary Jo in her mind. Because that's where we're
- 9:00going, folks today. I'm not here to RIP, tear or
- 9:04destroy any thought processes of Freud, young Spock,
- 9:08psychologist, science, medicine, religion, or human being who
- 9:12came before us, and I am not. They are the hugest foundation
- 9:16of which we have our philosophies and we have what we
- 9:20call our learned practices. They asked questions.
- 9:24They created all these maps, right?
- 9:27And everything is a map. And then another man questioned
- 9:33those man maps. And then the maps were changed
- 9:38and then knowledge just started just moving forward, right?
- 9:44Because probably there's somebody out there like me who
- 9:46just, you can't let something go and you got to go down that
- 9:48rabbit hole. And they had to know.
- 9:51And that's why man exists, right?
- 9:53Because we got to know. So that's exactly what we're
- 9:56doing. We're asking why, why, why, why,
- 10:00what, who, when, how, where, how, what?
- 10:03And that's MJ. And my favorite today is where
- 10:07did that come from? So that's going to be my theme
- 10:09of today. And where man did that come
- 10:13from? I'm not asking you to believe my
- 10:16philosophies. All I want to do is plant a seed
- 10:19within you. I want you to ponder.
- 10:20I I want somebody to every time I hear MJ, where do you come up
- 10:24with this shit? I'm like, exactly.
- 10:27I don't know. It pops up there in my brain or
- 10:30my mind, that man labeled. And it just, I just go.
- 10:35I don't know where it comes from.
- 10:37But it just does. It just pops in there and then I
- 10:40have to go down the rabbit hole and I have to keep the
- 10:42connections going until I reach a point where.
- 10:45It's no longer. There.
- 10:47So we ask, and we ask and we ask and we ask, and perhaps
- 10:51somewhere along that way, Father, Mother, God, Creator
- 10:53above us, we go. Can you just show me?
- 10:57Can you show me? So let's go.
- 11:00We're going to we're going to show me because that's what he's
- 11:02doing. And here we're going to start in
- 11:04our very new. In Part 2, Creation was already
- 11:08doing it. So let's begin way before
- 11:12psychology, before school, before all languages A.
- 11:17Beautiful baby was born. Oh, what book is that in?
- 11:24A beautiful baby is born, and one of the first things the baby
- 11:28needs is what Air. That baby takes a breath.
- 11:37Now wait a minute. Who taught the baby to breathe?
- 11:40Was there a seminar about it? How?
- 11:42How'd that happen? Like, how did that baby just
- 11:44come out and go and then start crying?
- 11:47Because it went from water and darkness to light and air, Huh.
- 11:55Nobody taught it to breathe. Now the baby needs nourishment.
- 11:59Now you start seeing the baby rooting like this root.
- 12:02Root, root. Then the baby starts suckling.
- 12:05Then it swallows. There is not a word, a teaching
- 12:09anything. And that child, that baby, that
- 12:12infant knew immediately how to breathe air, how to suckle, and
- 12:19how to swallow. Nobody gives the newborn
- 12:22instructions. Man eventually studies these
- 12:26things, and then man learns that well.
- 12:30Breathing is largely automatic. We learn about newborn reflexes
- 12:37such as. Rooting and suckling, they're
- 12:38automatic and they're reflexes. OK, excellent.
- 12:42Thank you, man. Science.
- 12:44Thank you. Now we understand more about how
- 12:47the physical vessel does it. Perfect.
- 12:51OK. And here comes MJ Gray.
- 12:55But where did the original pattern come from?
- 12:57That's what I'm asking because when I look at the mother now,
- 13:01all of a sudden, how did she know that she could feed the
- 13:05baby? How did she know that?
- 13:08OK, now her body starts beginning to prepare too.
- 13:11Pregnancy changes her hormones, the breast tissue, and after
- 13:14birth, hormonal signals help support the milk production and
- 13:19the baby suckling helps continue the process.
- 13:21The mother and child are interacting before the child
- 13:24even understands one word explaining what is happening.
- 13:30And if you go all the way back to the first mother, she has no
- 13:33idea. So who taught them?
- 13:36Who taught this? Then I started looking around
- 13:41because I was like that. If it's automatic in a reflex,
- 13:44how much in life, in creation is like that?
- 13:47And then if you look around my house right now, it is spider
- 13:52Nirvana. So I look and I'm like a spider
- 13:56builds now. Who taught the spider how to
- 13:58spin a web? Who did that?
- 14:01How did that happen? Did they take us a web spinning
- 14:05class? What happened there?
- 14:08And then the seed. And then I start looking at my
- 14:11plants that I planted. How does this, how does the
- 14:13roots know to go down and the other side to come up?
- 14:16Who taught the seed that? And I just keep looking.
- 14:20Then I keep watching. Then I watch the animals.
- 14:23Now I see hummingbirds. Well, we don't have hummingbirds
- 14:25year round. Why?
- 14:26Because they migrate. Well, now, who taught that?
- 14:30Who taught them how to migrate? And now let's go to our heart.
- 14:38Who taught our heart to beat? The heart just beats.
- 14:40It beats non-stop. Even when we're sleeping in
- 14:43unconscious mood, it still beats.
- 14:46Who did that? And our lungs continue to move
- 14:49there, in and out and while conscious attention is somewhere
- 14:54else. I'm speaking to you right now.
- 14:56And unless somebody says are you breathing?
- 14:58Yeah, I'm breathing. Are you breathing?
- 15:00But the awareness isn't there. Remember we talked about the
- 15:03clock in the glasses last week? Tick, tick, tick.
- 15:05Why is she wearing those glasses?
- 15:06How come nobody's teaching me how to breathe air?
- 15:09These are amazing, amazing things.
- 15:13Creation is filled with all types of patterns that recycle,
- 15:17that keep going round and round like a merry go round, and
- 15:22science can observe many of them, and they do.
- 15:27And so we understand how it's working.
- 15:30That is beautiful. That's not the question though,
- 15:33right? Because science can do so many
- 15:35things. They can measure, they can test,
- 15:38they can explain parts of how it all works, right?
- 15:41And then the spiritual question goes even further back.
- 15:46Why was there a pattern in the first place?
- 15:52Is that like us putting our timers on, right?
- 15:55Oh, I don't want to deal with this ever again.
- 15:57I'm just going to put a timer on.
- 15:58Oh, I don't want to think about this.
- 15:59I'm going to put it in my calendar for, you know, every
- 16:02year that it happens. Maybe God was like that.
- 16:05Oh, I'm just going to put a timer over there on that breath
- 16:07pattern. But I, who knows?
- 16:11I don't know. How do you know?
- 16:12I don't know. So I, I, I love this thing.
- 16:16And the further I start philosophizing and pondering and
- 16:19going deeper, it's really starting to think maybe instinct
- 16:24is. Part of creations pattern.
- 16:26Maybe reflex is another part as well, but not but Ed maybe
- 16:34evolution itself. It's just another pattern.
- 16:40I don't I don't need to force an answer.
- 16:41Neither do you. But these are ponderings.
- 16:44So get your get your thinking cap on, think about this.
- 16:46Have you ever thought about it? Or did you just take life as
- 16:51Because I am, so it has to be. OK.
- 16:54Well, if you're taking that philosophy, start thinking about
- 16:57things that are just natural, just automatic, just beautiful
- 17:02in our life that God created. So maybe man didn't really
- 17:07discover the pattern and maybe man just became aware of
- 17:12something already happening. Tick, tick, tick.
- 17:18It's already there. Remember.
- 17:20Remember the clock? And now we're right back to
- 17:22where we started. What is consciousness?
- 17:27OK, let's keep going. So before we do that, let's go.
- 17:30And we're gonna experience before language.
- 17:32What? Let's let's think about
- 17:33experiences before language. So here we go.
- 17:36We're gonna go back to the newborn.
- 17:38The baby can't speak and say I'm uncomfortable.
- 17:42So what does the baby do? It cries.
- 17:46It's an alert. The baby doesn't know a word
- 17:49attachment. Yet.
- 17:52It connection begins, the child doesn't even need a word
- 17:58frustration before expressing distress.
- 18:03The experience existed before the vocabulary.
- 18:08Eventually man created the words, right?
- 18:11Man gave it to fear, anger, sadness, Lovejoy, grief,
- 18:14resentment, jealousy. Here, let's keep labeling, let's
- 18:17keep stocking because man, we love you man and you just keep
- 18:22stocking things on top of one another to the point how many
- 18:27stocks are there? How many words you ever pick up
- 18:30a dictionary anymore? Well, now the computers are
- 18:33dictionary and thesauruses and everything else.
- 18:36It's ridiculous. Could you imagine what the
- 18:38dictionary would look like with all the urban slang?
- 18:40Now? It'd probably be like this big.
- 18:42And we used to have to take a dictionary to school.
- 18:43That was one of the things that we had to buy to take to school.
- 18:47Not no more. I understand that, but we did.
- 18:49Can you imagine lugging that thing now?
- 18:50Holy Jepsens, it'd be so big. Anyway, let's keep going.
- 18:54So words allow one human to communicate an inner experience
- 19:00to another. And then once we name something,
- 19:05now man begins defining it. Another point to ponder.
- 19:11When I'm telling you this, this is science and I'm going to come
- 19:13back with my pondering thing. So I'm going to ask my ponder
- 19:17points after I told you what happened here.
- 19:20Did man create the experience or create a name for something that
- 19:26was already happening and now something changes?
- 19:33Humans begin leaving evidence that they have noticed.
- 19:39What? Yeah, They just sit around
- 19:42leaving evidence. You know how that works, right?
- 19:44Well, I don't know what to do with this.
- 19:46And now you have people just thrown in the ground.
- 19:48You just have people you know. Oh, I'm going.
- 19:52To carve my initials into a tree, I'm going to write my name
- 19:55on the. Bridge on the Rocks.
- 19:57OK, so here we go. The first breadcrumb bread
- 20:10crumbs. We talked about bread crumbs.
- 20:13Ancient humans left bread crumbs.
- 20:15Carvings, images, symbols, cave art.
- 20:20Thousands of years later, guess what?
- 20:23Another man finds them and asks What do you think this means?
- 20:30Good old man and the other man. Might say, I don't know, maybe
- 20:34it's hunting, maybe it's rituals, maybe it's
- 20:36spirituality, maybe storytelling, maybe practical
- 20:39information, Maybe The Cave. Wall was an ancient.
- 20:43Pirate. Map.
- 20:45Where X marks the spot. Water here, food here, danger
- 20:51here, come back here. We weren't there.
- 20:56We can't study the evidence. Or we can.
- 21:00OK. Oh, can we, MJ?
- 21:04We can study the evidence. Science.
- 21:06Here we go. So what do we do?
- 21:08Science now predates it. How old is it?
- 21:12They can compare it. They can now look at the objects
- 21:17and the date and formulate what man labeled that error, that
- 21:24time and that man. But now guess what?
- 21:29Now they start to interpret it, and those are different.
- 21:34Things. Evidence is what we find.
- 21:40Interpretation is what we believe.
- 21:44It means an experience belonged to the human who lived it.
- 21:52That is huge and. I want to introduce a word that
- 21:57we're going to start caring through the rest of today's
- 22:01journey. And we used it already.
- 22:03It's called bread crumbs. Something along the path that
- 22:06makes us stop, notice and alert us and ask where does this lead?
- 22:16It also alerts us in my profession that a breadcrumb
- 22:21means. You're on the right path.
- 22:24So sometimes the bread crumbs simply creates the next
- 22:27question. And here's MJ pondering again.
- 22:31So what if those ancient marks weren't the beginning of
- 22:36consciousness? Only some of the earliest bread
- 22:40crumbs we can just still see. And that gives us our first
- 22:45major turn. Let's go right?
- 22:48This time, we're going to turn right.
- 22:50Let's turn right into this one, because now man begins
- 22:53interpreting man. Here we go.
- 22:56And eventually we stop looking only at the marks on the wall
- 23:00and start looking inside of ourselves and hold that thought.
- 23:06This man just tried to interpret another man thousands, millions
- 23:10of years later. You got to hold that thought,
- 23:13folks, because we got to take a break.
- 23:14So right now we're going to take a break.
- 23:17And when we come back, we're going to look more with those
- 23:22bread crumbs. So let's take a little breaky
- 23:25wake here and let's get see what Beaker has in store for us today
- 23:30and then we'll be right back. You're listening to military
- 23:33broadcast radio. I am MJ right here on the world
- 23:37of conscious positive thinking. We call it 2 cap.
- 23:40See you soon. You've got this.
- 23:42Even if today feels tough, your best chapter is just.
- 23:46Around the pond. Whenever things get rough or it
- 23:51feels like you're at the edge, remember this.
- 23:54Storms pass. Tough times don't last, but
- 23:59tough people do. Welcome to military broadcast
- 24:05radio. Every view, every listener, and
- 24:07every share helps our mission. Every donation helps keep
- 24:10military broadcast on the air. Every donation makes a
- 24:14difference. Thank you for your support.
- 24:16MV Radio dot US. OK, way to go, beakers.
- 24:24All right, so welcome back. Welcome back.
- 24:25So before the break we found our first bread crumbs.
- 24:28Ancient humans noticed something, they left something
- 24:31behind and later humans interpreted it and now the
- 24:35question changes. Instead of only asking what did
- 24:39ancient man leave behind, man begins asking what is happening
- 24:47inside us. For much of the history, those
- 24:53questions lived heavily within philosophy, medicine, and
- 24:58religion. Then psychology began developing
- 25:01its own scientific field in the late 1800s.
- 25:06And this is where I want you to watch patterns start to exist.
- 25:11One question creates the next question.
- 25:16So. Here, we're going to hit it off.
- 25:18We're going to go to Freud. Because Sigmund Freud became one
- 25:21of the most influential figures in psychoanalysis and the
- 25:26history of psychology. His theories emphasized
- 25:30unconscious processing, childhood experiences,
- 25:35repression, and internal conflicts.
- 25:38Now he later developed the model which is what we in my field
- 25:43always talk about. The ID, ego and super ego,
- 25:46right? Very simple if you don't know
- 25:48what they are. The ID represented basic drives
- 25:53and impulses. The ego attempts to deal with
- 25:56reality, and then the Super ego represented internal
- 26:01internalized rules, morals, and expectations.
- 26:05Many of Freud's specific ideas were then later challenged and
- 26:11changed, and Freud moved and helped move one enormous
- 26:17question into one conversation. What if everything influencing
- 26:22me isn't inside my conscious? Awareness.
- 26:28Wow, that's a big question from Freud, huh?
- 26:32An early experience might influence that present behavior.
- 26:37A human may not completely understand why the other human
- 26:42does what it does now. They're there.
- 26:46Right there is our next breadcrumb.
- 26:48Right, right. There it is.
- 26:49Because something outside our immediate awareness may
- 26:54influence us. OK, I got to stop there, because
- 26:57I have to. I started pondering on Freud.
- 27:01When a hidden pattern repeats long enough, can it eventually
- 27:06become something that I have to call?
- 27:10It's mine, it's me. That's just who I am.
- 27:14Wait, so then Freud opened that door, right?
- 27:18And then once the door opened, then another question appears,
- 27:22because if something exists beneath my conscious awareness,
- 27:32it then is all of it created only by my personal experience.
- 27:39OK, I got a thought. That's a thought.
- 27:40We got to ponder on that 'cause that's where Young then takes
- 27:45our timeline even further. So he's the next guy.
- 27:49So the next gentleman is Carl Jung.
- 27:53And I don't know if I failed to mention this or not, but
- 27:56remember, psychology wasn't even thought about until the late
- 28:011800s. And so now we have Freud who
- 28:05came in, and now we have Jung. Now Carl Jung worked closely
- 28:11with Sigmund Freud for a long time, then their ideas had to
- 28:15separate because young. He explored dreams, symbols,
- 28:20archetypes, the shadows and then becoming more aware of different
- 28:26parts of our self. One of his best known ideas was
- 28:31Anybody know Carl Jung? Collective unconsciousness.
- 28:37Yeah, that was that was young. Now, if you can understand
- 28:40mapping, right. So now Sigmund Freud makes this
- 28:43map about the brain and the mind.
- 28:45And then Carl Jung takes the map from Freud and he starts
- 28:49extending it right now he has these every, everything starts
- 28:53to extend. And now they're they're
- 28:54splitting up this the psychologies.
- 28:58OK, Now he goes into collective unconsciousness.
- 29:02In simple language, Young propose that beneath personal
- 29:08experience are deeper patterns shared across humanity.
- 29:13Wow, did he just say that? Ponder this as I go.
- 29:16Along that's collective humanity.
- 29:21OK, so not all of Young's ideas. Are treated as established
- 29:27scientific facts today and look where he took that breadcrumb.
- 29:33Freud looked beneath conscious awareness young widened the
- 29:38question beyond one person's personal story like he just it's
- 29:43just like this is one person and but we need to expand why?
- 29:47Because those ancient symbols, these repeated stories, dreams,
- 29:52death and rebirth, mother, father, shadow, hero,
- 29:56transformation. You see it.
- 29:58Patterns appear starting across human cultures.
- 30:03Somebody always has to have a mother.
- 30:04It's reoccurring. It's a reoccurring.
- 30:06It's a reoccurring. We call that ancestral line a
- 30:08father. The same thing, your father's
- 30:10pattern or somebody's always has to be a father.
- 30:12It's a recurring pattern. Shadows.
- 30:14You always have recurring shadows.
- 30:16Something unconscious. Think about it.
- 30:21These are my ponders. If the pattern is collective,
- 30:24what connects the collective another?
- 30:28Breadcrumb And now psychology runs into a problem.
- 30:34How do we scientifically study something that you cannot
- 30:40directly observe yourself? Some psychologists change the
- 30:46question. Instead of asking only what is
- 30:50happening deep inside the human, watch what the human does now.
- 30:57And that takes us to behaviorism.
- 31:01So behaviorism yields into child.
- 31:04So now behaviorists such as John B Watson, he's continuing the
- 31:11map now because now we went into behaviorism.
- 31:15So now Freud, young behaviorisms, and now
- 31:20behaviorisms now get subdivided into John B Watson and Skinner.
- 31:25So you see how far this map and sacking and labeling is already
- 31:28becoming and they focus strongly on observable behavior.
- 31:36Because it's behaviorisms. I get it now.
- 31:39Something happens, and the human.
- 31:42Response to it. The response produces a result
- 31:49and that affects what happens next.
- 31:54Now it gets repeated. Right, because the knowledge
- 31:58that we just did happens again. Something happens.
- 32:01Human response. The response produces a result
- 32:05and then what effects what happens next?
- 32:09It's a repetitive pattern there it is.
- 32:12The patterns can develop and so when we see that these.
- 32:17Two beautiful people went conditioning consistency.
- 32:23Or did they? They didn't think of that.
- 32:26Because why experience can shape behavior.
- 32:30And if today's behavior can be shaped by yesterday's
- 32:34experiences, well, then the next question becomes very obvious on
- 32:38our mapping, right? How early does that shaping
- 32:45begin within? The brain.
- 32:48And now we have to go back to our beautiful little baby who
- 32:52took its first breath of air. And we also are going to bring
- 32:56in the next. Beautiful gentleman.
- 32:59And that beautiful gentleman is Doctor Benjamin Spock.
- 33:04Now he enters our timeline. So Doctor Benjamin Spock now
- 33:10adds a map, but yet not just the map of man.
- 33:17No, no, no. This is Map Anna's book of baby
- 33:21and child care. This.
- 33:25It was first published in 1946. Anybody know what was going on
- 33:29in the early 40s before it was actually published?
- 33:33Well, if you said World War Two, you're right.
- 33:36You are absolutely right. The book was published in 1946.
- 33:40It became one of the most influential parenting books of
- 33:44the 20th century. How to change patterns and human
- 33:50collectivity. This this right?
- 33:54Here. Mr. Spock.
- 33:57Spock encouraged parents to trust themselves and know their
- 34:01children rather than depend entirely on rigid rules.
- 34:06Now remember during World War 2, most of our men in the United
- 34:11States and the Northern Hemisphere here.
- 34:14That's right, they were enlisted.
- 34:16Whoever just said that. That's right, they were enlisted
- 34:21and. So it was leaving the mothers
- 34:25with the children to do everything.
- 34:28There was such a disaster and stress with the mother not being
- 34:33able to be the disciplinarian, not to be able to be the
- 34:35authoritarian figure, not to be able to.
- 34:37Now remember these were all boxes that man made.
- 34:40And now we take the box away, and now we have a crumbling of
- 34:46our loved ones, right? Our mothers, our children.
- 34:50Because it wasn't balanced. So Spock tried to write this
- 34:55book. No, he didn't try.
- 34:56He did it, you know, And he encouraged the parents to trust
- 34:59themselves and know their children.
- 35:01So in some ways he literally helped open an existing box.
- 35:06And he and he unlabeled. It so then his own work became
- 35:12enormously influential. Millions of parents now
- 35:16collectively looked at another man for guidance about raising
- 35:22their little man, right. So here we go again.
- 35:28A man discovers something and another man unboxes it and
- 35:32relabels it or reformats it or evolves it into more
- 35:36information. And somebody out there is like,
- 35:39MJ, this is all man. Evolution of man is it?
- 35:45That's great. That's science.
- 35:47I'm not trying to figure out science.
- 35:49I'm trying to figure out consciousness and what it means
- 35:53and where it begins and how it was formed.
- 35:56So yes, I understand that every single time I ask a question,
- 35:59there's somebody out there saying creation.
- 36:02Just we don't look any further. Yeah, but I'm a wire, I'm a
- 36:08seer, I philosophy, I ponder, I go down those rabbit holes.
- 36:14I would be like one of these gentlemen.
- 36:17Seriously, I would be pushing the bar and pushing those limits
- 36:22every time because that's how my mind thinks.
- 36:25I can't just hear, oh, it's creation, we're done with it and
- 36:27then give up. I am not that person and I
- 36:30probably never will be. So Spock, millions of these
- 36:35parents looked at another human and started raising their humans
- 36:40as another man suggests. And yes, you see it.
- 36:50And this is, this is funny to me because a man writes a book
- 36:54telling parents to trust themselves.
- 36:56And then millions of parents read the same mam's book to
- 37:00learn that they could trust themselves.
- 37:05You have to see the humor in this.
- 37:07And I guess back in the 40s and the 50s, and then it really took
- 37:11off, really the 50s and the 60s and I, and I just, I just have
- 37:15to laugh. I'm not mocking Spock at all,
- 37:18but I'm noticing this, the pattern, the human pattern, the
- 37:22man pattern. And that tickles my, that just
- 37:25tickles my, my bones. Because the advice can come and
- 37:31become authoritative, developmental patterns can
- 37:34become expectations, and expectations then become
- 37:38judgments. Exactly.
- 37:41Do you see that pattern? So my point to ponder, when does
- 37:47a helpful map of childhood then become a box around the child?
- 37:54Wow, that's another deep 1. So I am, I'm not a, I'm going to
- 38:01tell my story. I am not a fan of putting
- 38:04children in boxes. I could not say a word, could I?
- 38:09Could I? Not?
- 38:10Whatever. However, I didn't speak until I
- 38:12was 3. I had older brothers and
- 38:15sisters. I had a whole family.
- 38:16I had a whole regimen of people, a whole tribe that the minute I
- 38:20went, uh, they stuck a bottle or a pacifier in my mouth.
- 38:25I didn't need anything. I would point and they would get
- 38:28it. Of course, my mother, who was a
- 38:33surgical nurse, she came in, she took me to the doctor and said
- 38:38she's not speaking, she's not talking.
- 38:40Doctor goes nothing wrong with her.
- 38:42Her vocal cords are fine. She had me checked.
- 38:46She goes, everyone's talking for her.
- 38:48Why should she talk? Well, look at me talk now,
- 38:50folks, see that I needed that delay in order for me to be the
- 38:55caddywhompest person I am today. I can't just keep speaking
- 39:02anyway, so and then. Another personal history before
- 39:08I go. On about boxing children.
- 39:11When did my parents discover that I couldn't read?
- 39:15That's what you send them to school for, right?
- 39:18Consistency and conditioning Learning.
- 39:22Yeah. By second grade, I excelled in
- 39:26everything but reading. Thank God my father was a
- 39:30teacher and not just a disciplinarian for bad grades.
- 39:34It was like, something's wrong here.
- 39:35She can excel in math. She can excel in all these and
- 39:38she can't read. So what is the difference?
- 39:41Well, math, it was just numbers, right?
- 39:45OK, so she understands numbers and she's.
- 39:48And so that's not an issue. Again, what's going on?
- 39:54Want to talk to the teachers? Want to talk to her?
- 39:56Then found out that the teacher wasn't teaching the children to
- 39:58read. It was only allowing for those
- 40:01children who could actually speak.
- 40:03Thank God she lost her job and no other child had to suffer not
- 40:10being able to read. So then I was tutored to read.
- 40:14And now the whole world's paying for that today, because between
- 40:18me not speaking and me not be able to read, guess what's
- 40:20happening Now I am just the opposite.
- 40:24So now you have that childhood experience.
- 40:26Now I want to go back to putting the child in a box.
- 40:30And once humans closely observe children, another breadcrumb
- 40:33starts to appear. Children don't simply arrive as
- 40:38miniature adults. They need more information.
- 40:43Their thinking develops and changes.
- 40:47Jean Perget helped map that. Now here comes the next one.
- 40:52Where's our map? Started with Freud Young.
- 40:54See how we're building and building and building and
- 40:57building. I don't know if my hands keep
- 40:58going out, but now we have Jean Perget who helped out that map,
- 41:04and we're going to keep moving because I promised you a
- 41:08conscious show, not a psychology degree.
- 41:10So we got to keep moving out of this for the psychology side.
- 41:14So now the maps keep moving. Jean Perjet, Perja.
- 41:20Perja, However you say that. I don't know how you say that.
- 41:23How do you say that? Somebody help me out.
- 41:25Good morning, Janet. Janet, I am making up for lost
- 41:29words. Yes, that's exactly my point.
- 41:34I am so now he explored children thinking develops how children's
- 41:42thinking started. Now this I love because the
- 41:46humanistic psychologist such as like Carl Rogers and Abraham
- 41:51Maslow. Now they moved their attention
- 41:54toward human experience, growth, and potential.
- 42:00Beautiful, right? You're thinking, well, that's
- 42:02nice. Now the question expands again.
- 42:06Are humans only products of drives, conditioning, and
- 42:13development, or can we consciously grow beyond them?
- 42:23Then cognitive psychology steps in.
- 42:27Where's our map? Keeps coming.
- 42:30Cognitive psychology brought attention towards thought,
- 42:34memory, language, perception, and decision making.
- 42:39Wow, these these are some labels.
- 42:41Label and label and labeling. Let's put a label on it.
- 42:44Let's name it. And then eventually technology
- 42:46gave man something. Freud, Young and Spock never had
- 42:51a way to look much more closely at the living physical brain.
- 42:58Go up. Wait a minute.
- 43:00Now here comes neuroscience. Here comes neuroscience.
- 43:04Let's let's open our map again. And now let's put neuroscience
- 43:08in our big map. I don't even have room.
- 43:10For the map anymore. But look, look at that trail.
- 43:16Look at it, Freud. Asked what might be hidden,
- 43:22Young asked whether some patterns were larger than one.
- 43:28Human behaviorism asked what could be observed, and Child
- 43:34development asked how patterns form as we grow.
- 43:40Humanistic psychology asked. What the human came becoming so
- 43:50wow humanistic psychology human can become.
- 43:54Well, that one. Triggers, right?
- 43:56That's a trigger. For me, that's a.
- 43:57Oh, that's a rabbit hole. And then we go into cognitive
- 44:00psychology, ask how we process the experience.
- 44:05Oh, that's another one. That's why I like that one.
- 44:08And then the neuroscience began showing us more of the physical
- 44:12process where it happens. OK, here's my point.
- 44:17What if man wasn't wrong? What if the map simply wasn't
- 44:23finished? And now our bread crumbs have
- 44:35led man. All the way inside the physical
- 44:40brain. Surely we're getting close to
- 44:43consciousness at this point, right?
- 44:47Maybe, but hold that right there cuz we got to figure it out and.
- 44:53We will right after this break. You're listening to MB Radio dot
- 44:57US. My name is MJ and folks, I'm
- 44:59going to play a song. This time we're not going to
- 45:01look at Beaker because I need a couple of minutes to set
- 45:04something up for stuff that's going to be happening real
- 45:06shortly. So let's go to what is this one?
- 45:14Let's have to play a song. Let's play a song.
- 45:16Any song. Any song, any song.
- 45:18Oh, I love this one. Let's just go with my fave.
- 45:21Go with Coffee. Anderson can't spell hero
- 45:24without her. That her human.
- 45:26You got it, Coffee. Let's go.
- 48:34The station where our veterans voices are heard.
- 48:38MBR talk. Hey, thanks for supporting our
- 48:41channel by watching and listening.
- 48:51Look at that. He's walking back into the
- 48:53light. Thank you.
- 48:54Thank you. Thank you.
- 48:54Coffee Anderson. Beautiful words.
- 48:57OK, welcome back. Our bread crumbs have taken us
- 49:01from cave walls, through psychology, through behavior,
- 49:06through childhood, and now into where that's right, our physical
- 49:13brain. So man, see how man, man can see
- 49:17more than Freud ever could because we weren't there yet.
- 49:23But Freud made the foundations and that original map, he just
- 49:29didn't finish because he didn't have the tools.
- 49:32So we build and we build and we build and we build.
- 49:35OK, so did we finally find consciousness?
- 49:41We have all these so we can study, we can study brain
- 49:47injury, right? And the brain injury, when we
- 49:49study it by science, we understand what part of the
- 49:52brain got injured, the memory, right?
- 49:56If it, if it's a memory issue or if it's electrical activity
- 50:00sparking the neurons or the attention in, in our attention
- 50:05field, where is it? Maybe it's the emotional side,
- 50:08maybe it's the perception, maybe it's this decision making.
- 50:11Every part of our man brain, right, has these different
- 50:16components and man can man studied that.
- 50:18That's that neuroscience, which is where everyone thought, wow,
- 50:21we'll finally have answers for consciousness.
- 50:25The brain imaging can show activity associated with
- 50:29different tasks. So our physical map is is
- 50:35remarkable. Right.
- 50:37And then something happens when something happens to me.
- 50:41Let's just say something happens to me and my brain processes
- 50:46that information. And now as it processes, now my
- 50:51body's going to respond. And now I feel something.
- 50:56The experience now becomes my memory.
- 51:00My experience becomes my memory. Why?
- 51:05Because something happened, my brain processed it, my body
- 51:10responded, and I actually have an emotion to feel it.
- 51:14So the experience becomes that memory.
- 51:18That memory may influence what happens during another similar
- 51:22event. Why?
- 51:24Because I opened up my own box, my category, and labeled it in
- 51:29my own brain. And my brain already divided it
- 51:32by category and labeled it and showed me.
- 51:35Huh. I didn't even do anything
- 51:37consciously. Where's that word consciously?
- 51:40What does that mean? That means something was done
- 51:45unconsciously. It was already done, and I
- 51:47didn't even. I wasn't even aware of it.
- 51:49OK, so that memory may influence what happens during my next
- 51:56similar event because I have a box now to fill it in.
- 52:01Remember last week when I wore my sunglasses, it was a perfect
- 52:09example of how our mind creates a box and when it can't create a
- 52:14box, you keep coming back to it. The brain keeps like, well,
- 52:19maybe this or maybe this. Maybe she has an eye infection.
- 52:22Maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe because you couldn't find a box
- 52:25that said MJ podcast show sunglasses, there was no box
- 52:31that you have experienced that. Does that make sense?
- 52:34OK, so now my choice creates another experience, another
- 52:40memory, another response. Repeat another memory, another
- 52:43experience, repeat another myth. You see where this is going,
- 52:47right? Stack upon stack.
- 52:50And now we're no longer talking about one brain.
- 52:54Event We're talking about a human pattern, experience,
- 53:02memory, emotion. Choice.
- 53:06Another experience, and eventually I may just begin
- 53:11building identity around those patterns.
- 53:15Afraid. Angry.
- 53:17Oh, love. Rejected protector caregiver
- 53:22successful failure. See what I'm doing?
- 53:27Man labels, so the other man uses it.
- 53:34Point to ponder right there. If we can explain processing,
- 53:40have we explained the whole human?
- 53:43The whole human. All of it When?
- 53:47Are we talking about the brain? Because man gave us incredible
- 53:52pieces. He gave us our brain and labeled
- 53:55it. Then he gave us all the
- 53:56behaviors and he labeled it. Then he gave us our memory and
- 54:00they put them in boxes and labeled those and and emotions.
- 54:03You see where this is going development put them in boxes,
- 54:06right? Categorize those, separate those
- 54:11conditioning, personality, judgement, and I'm standing over
- 54:17the table asking where is the whole human.
- 54:24Remember those boxes and stuff? Yeah.
- 54:32So these labels by man before I get to the whole human, remember
- 54:38I told you my story couldn't Now don't stop talking.
- 54:42Now we don't stop thinking right?
- 54:44Set me up. But what about the child?
- 54:49These these children and I I really want this out there
- 54:52because when I was doing the studies, there was these
- 54:56children and one of the children at two years old was drawing
- 55:02like Michelangelo. Who taught that, Huh.
- 55:09Then there's a child at five years old playing Mozart
- 55:12concertos on the piano. Who taught that?
- 55:16And then you have a three or four year old who's sitting
- 55:18there talking, knowing things beyond their years.
- 55:22That is impossible. They could have picked up her,
- 55:25talked. Or learned.
- 55:28Now I want you to ponder on that as we keep processing.
- 55:33So here we are. Now we're the whole human.
- 55:37And that's where my breadcrumb takes me.
- 55:39Somewhere the psychology timeline hasn't taken us yet.
- 55:45Here's the edges of the map. Now I condensed it because I
- 55:48don't have enough windspan and we condensed it.
- 55:52Not that it's finished, there's just not enough information to
- 55:57keep moving. And where does my time heart go?
- 56:01Right to my heart. You forgot about the heart,
- 56:05folks. Now people are going to say,
- 56:08well, what do you mean? What are you talking about?
- 56:11Why the heart? I don't turn toward the heart
- 56:15because I believe that the brain does nothing.
- 56:17Let me just say that clearly the brain does a great deal.
- 56:23Of work and man has literally dissected this thing and and
- 56:28continues to dissect it. However, when we put so much
- 56:37effort in one place, it becomes unbalanced, right?
- 56:43And my heart, I turn toward my heart.
- 56:47Why? Because when I turn to my heart,
- 56:54I now have these human experiences that involved more
- 57:01than explaining a physical process of the brain.
- 57:05I now have love. I now have connection, loss,
- 57:08grief, courage, fear, forgiveness, trust, rejection,
- 57:12belonging, and these experiences can become patterned.
- 57:21My heart now, as I'd see it, can become patterns.
- 57:30We can become very good at explaining ourselves without
- 57:34changing ourselves. And I can understand
- 57:38conditioning and continue repeating my conditions that
- 57:44I've been taught by man. And I can explain ego and still
- 57:49allow my ego to influence my choices.
- 57:53And I can know why I'm angry and yet I remain angry.
- 58:00Why? If man has labeled, filed,
- 58:05categorized, divided, all of this, knows how it works,
- 58:11understands how it works, then why is it that I can understand
- 58:16conditioning and continue repeating my conditioning even
- 58:19if it's the worst thing for me? I can explain my ego and still
- 58:23allow my ego to influence my choices because my ego always
- 58:27wants to protect me. I don't need my ego to protect
- 58:30me because in essence, what my ego does is it hurts me.
- 58:37Right. And I can know why I'm angry,
- 58:43but I can still remain angry. Now that one.
- 58:46If we know it, why aren't we learning to understand it?
- 58:49Is it back into ego judgement? Conditioned?
- 58:53Where is this pattern that's not allowing?
- 58:55Me to, once I'm aware of it, not be able to heal it.
- 59:01Because understanding that pattern isn't always the same
- 59:03thing as healing that pattern. You can understand it, but it's
- 59:08not healing it. And that brings me to the next
- 59:12point I want to make. If I understand the pattern and
- 59:18keep living in it. What haven't I reached yet?
- 59:23Wow. I know I'm angry, but I can't
- 59:27get out. What is it?
- 59:29Get over myself, Right? What?
- 59:30What are those terminologies? The phrases people use?
- 59:32Why don't you just get over it? Let it go.
- 59:36Yeah. Why isn't that easier said than
- 59:39done? And that's where suppression
- 59:41lies, right? Pack it away.
- 59:44Don't unfold it. Don't unravel it.
- 59:45Don't ripple the waters. Don't you know?
- 59:48Don't upset others. Just let it go.
- 59:51Push it underneath the carpet. Yeah, that's an old paradigm for
- 59:56me. No more.
- 59:59I took that label from man completely off my list if I'm
- 1:00:04angry. I'll figure out why I'm angry
- 1:00:07and what seed it is. If it is a deep seed, then I'm
- 1:00:11very sorry because. It's going to take a while.
- 1:00:15I'm a ponder and I'm a wire. I can't just let it go.
- 1:00:21So for me, that's where the heart enters my life.
- 1:00:27Look at it. Look at your own.
- 1:00:30Look at your physical heart. Where is it?
- 1:00:33Where is it? Where's your heart?
- 1:00:37It is so deep, buried inside protected layer after layer.
- 1:00:41Think of it, you have skin, you have fat cell, then you have
- 1:00:48muscle, ligament, meat, ribs. Wow, wait, what comes after
- 1:00:55ribs? Wow, lungs.
- 1:00:56Now what is lungs? Oh, air.
- 1:01:00And it's all. Wrapped around my heart.
- 1:01:02And where is it layered in darkness?
- 1:01:10It's all layered in darkness. And I.
- 1:01:13Believe everything happens in the darkness.
- 1:01:17My awareness. A seed can grow.
- 1:01:19A fetus can grow. My heart, Everything light is in
- 1:01:26the dark. A seed begins in the dark, a
- 1:01:29womb creates there. We sleep there, we dream there.
- 1:01:32Think about it. You close your eyes at night,
- 1:01:34you're in the dark. When you meditate, you close
- 1:01:37your eyes. Well, we even create darkness
- 1:01:40because we all have these eye bags or these eye, these sleep
- 1:01:45eye patches where you put them on an airplane so you can sleep
- 1:01:48in the airplane. You put them on at night.
- 1:01:50So if somebody's in your room needs a light but you're not
- 1:01:53bothered by it. And now I want you to look at
- 1:01:56one more thing, folks. I want you to check this out.
- 1:02:00See that that picture right there?
- 1:02:04It's been up on the screen. I didn't realize it, but that
- 1:02:07look at it, you see that. Does everybody recognize that?
- 1:02:15It's been up on the screen for a while.
- 1:02:17I'm sorry the dramatics wasn't there.
- 1:02:21Anyway, it's something. Sometimes our deepest truths are
- 1:02:25found there. And then I look at that Divine
- 1:02:28Mercy image. Look at that image.
- 1:02:32You don't see the rays of God light coming into the body.
- 1:02:36You see the rays of light coming from the heart.
- 1:02:42Look at it. That is the original oil
- 1:02:46painting folks, of the Divine Mercy.
- 1:02:49My mother is a Divine Mercy. She every day they have a Divine
- 1:02:53Mercy Rosary and she has a similar Divine Mercy.
- 1:02:57Picture in her house and every time I look at it I remember
- 1:03:03that light shines in the darkness.
- 1:03:08We just need to find it, we need to be aware of it and we need to
- 1:03:12honor it. Those rays of light coming from
- 1:03:15the heart, look at how beautiful that is.
- 1:03:19Look how beautiful. And I'm going to ask, what if
- 1:03:24creation protected a key inside that heart in my philosophy
- 1:03:29perhaps? Heart consciousness didn't
- 1:03:32disappear. Perhaps our awareness of it
- 1:03:35became layered. Layered.
- 1:03:39And labeled Stacked Boxed experiences.
- 1:03:44But. Let's label, let's label, let's
- 1:03:46label. OK, here we go.
- 1:03:47Fear. Fear of this, Fear of that.
- 1:03:50Fear of this. Fear.
- 1:03:52We could do with everything. Judgments Conditioning.
- 1:03:55Ego Super. Ego all belief patterns now
- 1:04:00that. We could do it with a lot of
- 1:04:04things. We we literally can do it.
- 1:04:09And what happens because we we go down, we're we're labeling,
- 1:04:12we're stacking, we're boxing. Look at all these beautiful
- 1:04:16gentlemen and maybe some ladies I hadn't even discovered yet,
- 1:04:19but look at them. Holy Gypsons label stack
- 1:04:25definitions products categorize, divide, ego, super ego, Obelis.
- 1:04:33Patterns not destroying the heart, covering our awareness of
- 1:04:41it and healing becomes when we start unboxing the human labels.
- 1:04:55Unbox them, keep unboxing them. It's imperative that we keep
- 1:05:03boxing and unboxing. Sounds like my move this huge
- 1:05:08awareness when I started to make a transition to move in 2023
- 1:05:15when I started boxing old things, relics, pictures.
- 1:05:20You wouldn't believe how much crap you can obtain in half a
- 1:05:26century. It just.
- 1:05:28Like it's a lot to box to have a memory.
- 1:05:33Everything I boxed had a memory and everything I unboxed.
- 1:05:39I asked, do I still want this memory or is am I OK with
- 1:05:43leaving this memory go Because if you know me, as everybody
- 1:05:48knows, I have a lot of memories. I have a lot.
- 1:05:53I've experienced a lot in my life.
- 1:05:55I've done a lot, a lot in my life.
- 1:05:57And I have everything in my house is a memory.
- 1:06:01I really didn't take pictures. I bought something paintings,
- 1:06:05carvings. Pictures, but not pictures I
- 1:06:09would take. So unboxing.
- 1:06:12And now comes the biggest one, because I'm going to unbox what
- 1:06:15I call the. IM I'm not throwing away man's
- 1:06:20maps. Because they were the foundation
- 1:06:22blocks of how things work. And that's imperative,
- 1:06:27especially if your vessel fails. So it has to happen.
- 1:06:33It had to be. We had to become aware and we
- 1:06:36had to allow that, right? So we're not going to throw them
- 1:06:40away. We're going to what?
- 1:06:41We're going to do though is. We're going to put them all on
- 1:06:43the table. All of them.
- 1:06:45Freud, Young Spock, Psychology, brain science, religion, family,
- 1:06:49beliefs, personal experiences. We're going to throw everything
- 1:06:53out there so that our map becomes this huge.
- 1:06:56Gigantic map of man and question what needs questioning?
- 1:07:04Opening up boxes to see if it's still a viable source.
- 1:07:09If not, unlabel it de box. It no longer serves a purpose,
- 1:07:14right? And beneath all those
- 1:07:18descriptions, asks who? Is the one becoming aware.
- 1:07:30And that brings us to I am, I'm the one.
- 1:07:35I am, right? Hold that thought because we
- 1:07:43need to keep moving along. And when we're going to move
- 1:07:46along here, we're going to look at what we put after those two
- 1:07:50words and what it may be doing and the way that we heal.
- 1:07:59I got to take a little quick break and then we're going to
- 1:08:01power it. So here we go.
- 1:08:03Let's go to little Beaker Beakers.
- 1:08:05Every set back is just a setup for a comeback.
- 1:08:08Keep cracking forward. 90% of what we worry about in future
- 1:08:11never happens. Whenever things get rough or it
- 1:08:15feels like you're at the edge, remember this.
- 1:08:19Storms pass. Tough times don't last, but
- 1:08:23tough people do. Whenever things get rough or it
- 1:08:38feels like you're at the edge, remember this.
- 1:08:41Storms pass. Tough times don't last, but
- 1:08:46tough people do. The station where our veterans
- 1:08:53voices are heard. MBR talk this on the web at NB
- 1:08:58radio dot US. All right, folks, welcome back
- 1:09:03listening to the world. Of conscious positive thinking
- 1:09:06right here on a beautiful station of military broadcast
- 1:09:08radio where veterans always get to have the voice I am MJ and we
- 1:09:12are talking. What is consciousness Part 2?
- 1:09:14Man discovers the the mind if you're just coming.
- 1:09:16In and we are here and now. I want to go backwards before we
- 1:09:23break that we followed our bread crumbs inward.
- 1:09:28We literally went into our heart from the brain.
- 1:09:31To. Pattern to the whole, human to
- 1:09:34the heart. And now, finally, I am.
- 1:09:40And now I want you to listen to your own language here.
- 1:09:43What do we put after I am? Think about what you say during
- 1:09:48the day and we really just stop at the I am, we always attach
- 1:09:53something. I am hungry.
- 1:09:56OK, so now you are permanently hungry because you are the.
- 1:10:00I am the I am hungry. Let's go do another one.
- 1:10:05I'm afraid. OK, so now you are installing
- 1:10:10that you are an afraid person. I am hurt.
- 1:10:17OK, so now you're going to walk around your whole life saying
- 1:10:20you're hurt? I am rejected.
- 1:10:23OK, so if you claim that I am rejected, then rejection happens
- 1:10:26to you. There's more.
- 1:10:29I am alone. I am a failure.
- 1:10:32I am broken hearted. I am.
- 1:10:35Sick. I am Lonely.
- 1:10:40How many more can I go through? Think about your own.
- 1:10:42I am. How many times have you said you
- 1:10:44are something? I'm in trouble.
- 1:10:52The feeling can be real, folks. It really can.
- 1:10:55And the event can be extremely real.
- 1:10:59And that pain is also extremely real.
- 1:11:05And now I want you to listen carefully.
- 1:11:08I am angry and emotion becomes attached to the identity.
- 1:11:13I am rejected. Something another man did
- 1:11:16becomes attached to your identity.
- 1:11:19I am broken. Something happened to you and
- 1:11:25now you've turned it into this is what I am.
- 1:11:29And how many people have heard that?
- 1:11:31That's just who she is. It's just who I am.
- 1:11:34It's just who they are. Don't mind them, it's just what
- 1:11:37they do. I can't take that as an answer.
- 1:11:43OK, this is MJ and my healing philosophy.
- 1:11:47Repeated words, I call them triggers, can reinforce
- 1:11:51patterns. The ego recognizes the identity.
- 1:11:55The ego does not work well with us.
- 1:12:00Because our ego has been trained and consistently trained by man
- 1:12:05labeling and so our ego is there to.
- 1:12:09Protect us? Well, that's what it's supposed
- 1:12:12to do, but it's actually making us suffer if you actually think
- 1:12:16about it, because your ego has in your judgement are very
- 1:12:22connected. So ego recognizes the identity
- 1:12:28and judgement then reinforces it and another experience may get
- 1:12:34interpret through it. This is how that works.
- 1:12:41And so then will you become an infinite patter in a circle?
- 1:12:45Because of man's labels and their consistent patterns of
- 1:12:49teaching now creates this huge amount of ego that recognizes
- 1:12:57the identity and it does. It becomes the pain body.
- 1:13:02I'm going to ponder, am I feeling the emotion or am I
- 1:13:06becoming the emotion due to man labels?
- 1:13:12That's interesting right? Going back to the baby, the baby
- 1:13:17had no labels. The baby knew not one word.
- 1:13:20The only thing the baby knew is air suckle.
- 1:13:25And swallow. That's it, the baby cried.
- 1:13:29And the mother was then putting the child in all kind of
- 1:13:34labeling experience in boxes, some good, some maybe not so
- 1:13:39good. And the child grows.
- 1:13:43Now we get influencers, right? The influencers just like social
- 1:13:48media, except this is happening in real time and in human life
- 1:13:53before social media to be an influencer.
- 1:13:56So now this beautiful little child before he's five years old
- 1:14:00has been influenced with whatever man behavioral pattern
- 1:14:05that existed in ancestral lines, that existed in your community,
- 1:14:09that existed in your daycare, people that exist within every
- 1:14:14aspect of human around that child.
- 1:14:19And then the proverbial, I don't know where you get that
- 1:14:21information. Really.
- 1:14:23Did you understand where you sent your child to school?
- 1:14:25Did you understand where you put your child in daycare?
- 1:14:27Did you understand who was watching your child when you
- 1:14:29wanted to go out and have a break?
- 1:14:32Did you understand your own philosophies, in your own
- 1:14:34conclusions, in your own brain, and what box you wanted to put
- 1:14:38them in? So before we start judging a
- 1:14:43child, we have to find the seed. In us as parents, right?
- 1:14:50So pondering point, instead of I am angry, perhaps we can say I'm
- 1:14:56feeling anger right now. That means at the moment I am
- 1:15:00angry. But you're not claiming in total
- 1:15:05that you are an angry person. Do you understand the
- 1:15:07difference? So instead of saying I am
- 1:15:10rejected, I. Experienced rejection in my
- 1:15:14lifetime. You see how I'm not claiming
- 1:15:17anything? That's what you need to start
- 1:15:20thinking your words and how you derive yourself.
- 1:15:24So instead of I am heartbroken, you can say my heart is carrying
- 1:15:29pain from this experience at this moment.
- 1:15:33We're not denying the pain body, we're not denying the event, and
- 1:15:38we're not denying anything that you are feeling.
- 1:15:42We're acknowledging the experience without making it our
- 1:15:45entire identity. Does that make sense?
- 1:15:50Sometimes people don't realize that in their claiming, they're
- 1:15:56actually claiming. Who they are?
- 1:16:01And it stays with them forever when they're claiming it.
- 1:16:04I am. I am so angry.
- 1:16:08I've done it. I've done this to myself.
- 1:16:12Think about that for yourself. Have you done that to yourself?
- 1:16:16Same way I did it to myself so I can feel something without
- 1:16:30becoming it. If my ego says this is.
- 1:16:36Who you are awareness can ask is it?
- 1:16:44MJ usually says don't be. Telling me who I am.
- 1:16:47If you know anything about me, you would know I'm going to say
- 1:16:51it again. And I know my mother is
- 1:16:53listening. My father, you're always
- 1:16:54listening as you have crossed. 26 years ago, I was not an easy
- 1:16:59child. Not speaking was their only
- 1:17:03grace. Not being able to read maybe was
- 1:17:07their only grace for a little bit of time.
- 1:17:09Because, man, once I hit fifth grade, this, this thing, this
- 1:17:13Boca here, shut your Boca. I couldn't.
- 1:17:19People couldn't tell me. I couldn't do something I you.
- 1:17:23Said I couldn't do it, man. That was that was the trigger
- 1:17:29inside of little MJ to say, oh the hell I ain't.
- 1:17:32And I'm going to prove to you I can do it.
- 1:17:34I had teachers, teachers who when I wanted to play basketball
- 1:17:39in. 4th grade. Never forget it.
- 1:17:45He Gatsby. Gatsby.
- 1:17:48Whatever his name was, I can see his face.
- 1:17:53He told me when I wanted to play basketball, there was no here we
- 1:17:56go women of basketball. There was no women or young lady
- 1:18:02basketball teams. Small town problems, I don't
- 1:18:05know. So I had to play with the boys
- 1:18:09if I wanted to play basketball. My father was a major sportsman.
- 1:18:13He was also coaching. He was also a sports
- 1:18:15broadcaster. He really didn't have a problem
- 1:18:17with me as a girl playing basketball because I enforced
- 1:18:20it. But man, that gym teacher did,
- 1:18:24he had a major issue with it. I remember.
- 1:18:26And I looked at him, I go, maybe I could be a point, maybe I
- 1:18:30could be a point guard and just do shots and shoot, you know, 3.
- 1:18:33Pointers. I remember saying this to him
- 1:18:35and he looked straight at me, laughed in my face and said keep
- 1:18:39dreaming. 4th grade. 4th Grade. Fred W Deal School, 4th grade.
- 1:18:54So if my ego says this is who you are.
- 1:19:00My awareness is going to say, is it if judgement says this event
- 1:19:04defines you, awareness can ask does it?
- 1:19:09And in my philosophy, this is where awareness.
- 1:19:14Can begin moving toward the love, mind, power center of the
- 1:19:18heart. The emotion and the identity are
- 1:19:25not always the same thing. So before I am angry, I'm
- 1:19:31rejected, I'm afraid, I am hurt, I am lost.
- 1:19:36There was already the I Am and my spiritual philosophy and
- 1:19:43practice I AM connects me directly to the Christ
- 1:19:49consciousness. Perhaps healing includes
- 1:19:54allowing the emotion to speak without giving that emotion
- 1:19:59ownership of the IM. Once you can start controlling
- 1:20:05your words that your thought processes in your brain
- 1:20:10automatically do to disconnect from the heart.
- 1:20:15Because man, man labeled it stuck in a box and that's where
- 1:20:20it goes. It gets stacked and stacked.
- 1:20:24And the more stacked is the more we come away from our Christ
- 1:20:29consciousness, the I Am. So perhaps healing includes
- 1:20:33allowing the emotion to speak without giving the emotion
- 1:20:37ownership of the I AM. Eagle loosens, judgement
- 1:20:40loosens, the patterns become visible, very visible, and love
- 1:20:46has room to enter back. And now we looked at the love
- 1:20:51center, but not this rabbit hole.
- 1:20:53We have to keep moving, but we would then open up our I am
- 1:20:58consciousness to our love mind power sort.
- 1:21:02And then we have our order and understanding mind power centers
- 1:21:05and. All of it works.
- 1:21:07Together, unifiably in tandem and creates a beautiful I am
- 1:21:12consciousness. So now I want to all of us go
- 1:21:20all the way back. To that newborn again.
- 1:21:23Go all the way back there before anyone gave that baby a name, it
- 1:21:31already existed. Now man decides when that baby
- 1:21:38actually existed when it took its first breath of air, then
- 1:21:42it's conditioned to be a human. Until it takes a breath of air,
- 1:21:47it is not human. Now I understand there are
- 1:21:51people out there right now who are fighting that comment.
- 1:21:56They're saying a fetus at conception when God creates it
- 1:22:00is a human. It has a heartbeat, has
- 1:22:04repulses. I'm not here to argue that at
- 1:22:09all. I understand there's a lot of
- 1:22:13things about human and man and woman rights to that child
- 1:22:20creation. If a child forms, it needs
- 1:22:24gestation to live. I cannot for the life of me sit
- 1:22:31here and tell you what is right and what is wrong with that
- 1:22:37philosophy or with the sciences about that.
- 1:22:42That is your own consciousness and that is on you.
- 1:22:45So, but we're going to go back to this.
- 1:22:47Baby because before anyone gave that baby a name, it existed
- 1:22:54before profession. I am Before its success was the
- 1:23:02IM. Before its failures, it was the
- 1:23:07IM, and before another human's judgement upon it, it was the
- 1:23:14IM. Then life adds its descriptions.
- 1:23:19Here we go, some beautiful, some painful, some chosen, some
- 1:23:22inherited, and some placed upon us without even our allowance.
- 1:23:30Can you imagine being a child having to wear the dunce hat?
- 1:23:36Could you imagine being that child?
- 1:23:39Thank gosh, that went away. Could you imagine being the
- 1:23:43child who was accelerated and then whisked into the gifted
- 1:23:47program? And I can understand the other
- 1:23:51side. Well, we had to because it was
- 1:23:54beyond. The child was beyond.
- 1:23:58So we put it where it needed to be.
- 1:24:00He segregated the child. It's a tough one.
- 1:24:07It's really tough out there to be parents and children and
- 1:24:10teachers. It it it really is because man's
- 1:24:15labels is going to create categories and division.
- 1:24:21The IM doesn't at all. So my point to ponder what
- 1:24:27remains when I begin questioning everything I placed after the
- 1:24:32IM. What did I do to myself?
- 1:24:38What challenges did I give to myself?
- 1:24:41What patterns and and ropes that I have to untangle and unwrap to
- 1:24:47get out of that labeling that I did to myself?
- 1:24:51And now the oldest breadcrumb reappears.
- 1:24:56You know the one. The one we had at the very
- 1:24:59beginning, before the label, before the psychology, before
- 1:25:02the ego, before the judgement. The baby did one thing.
- 1:25:07What did it do? It breathed air.
- 1:25:15Hold that thought again. That thought of that breath of
- 1:25:24air keeps coming up. How come?
- 1:25:29How come every time I go down to ponder, that breath of air keeps
- 1:25:33coming back? Why the lungs supporting my
- 1:25:36heart? Why does blood carry oxygen to
- 1:25:41the heart? Can you?
- 1:25:51Can you even start to ponder it? So we followed bread crumbs
- 1:26:04outward through man's discoveries, and inward through
- 1:26:09our own patterns created by us man.
- 1:26:15And now we've returned to the oldest.
- 1:26:18Breadcrumb in today's entire show.
- 1:26:20What is it? Air, Air.
- 1:26:22Air. Air.
- 1:26:23Air. Wow, air.
- 1:26:29We started with air. We simply didn't know yet what
- 1:26:35we'd need to come back, did we? Because why?
- 1:26:43We don't even think of air. We breathe.
- 1:26:45We don't even think about breathing.
- 1:26:47And then all of a sudden you're in breath clash.
- 1:26:49You're like, oh, let me train my breath to breathe.
- 1:26:51Let me train my lungs to breathe.
- 1:26:53Breath work. And now we have breath work.
- 1:26:59We did a show. Miss Kim and I did a show.
- 1:27:03It was a while ago she was in a hurricane actually.
- 1:27:06So it was actually a good thing because the hurricane in in
- 1:27:08South. Carolina at Myrtle Beach
- 1:27:11actually allowed her to practice.
- 1:27:12Breathing when you're stressed, when you're anxious, when you're
- 1:27:16in pain, when you have deep thoughts, you're right.
- 1:27:20When you're frustrated, we take that big deep breath in.
- 1:27:24But there's also pattern breathing that affects other
- 1:27:27things in our brain, and it affects other places in our
- 1:27:31body. Air, breath work.
- 1:27:34Oh my gosh, that connection. Do you see the rabbit hole we
- 1:27:36just went down? Folks?
- 1:27:38That is so amazing that we can connect that.
- 1:27:44So let's take air now because we're it's like now we're in
- 1:27:48that rabbit hole. So before Freud, before young,
- 1:27:51before Spock, before conditioning, before judgement,
- 1:27:55before ego, before identity, before that newborn breath,
- 1:27:59breathe that first breath of air.
- 1:28:01That air was already. There air, O2, oxygen and during
- 1:28:10my near death experience that I told you about last week, I
- 1:28:14became aware of air. Air was an important part of
- 1:28:23that memory. And in a way, I still struggle
- 1:28:28to describe it. It was air, but it was thin.
- 1:28:32It was light. It was bluish and blue.
- 1:28:35It was bluish and white. It was very favorable, very
- 1:28:38desirable, very peaceful air. Now if I was conscious and it
- 1:28:46was that thin, what would happen?
- 1:28:50The man inside of me, the man label would put it in a box and
- 1:28:53say panic, panic, panic, panic, panic.
- 1:28:55No air, no air, no air when you're in the.
- 1:29:00Hospital. Most people, when you get there
- 1:29:04and your blood pressure is high and they can see your heart rate
- 1:29:06is moving, they'll put an oxygen mask on you.
- 1:29:08Why? Because air will bring all that
- 1:29:11back down. When you our heart rate is that
- 1:29:15big and you start to panic, you need a higher concentrations of
- 1:29:18oxygen. You need to breathe in more.
- 1:29:20So pushing the flow of oxygen helps you people at night who
- 1:29:24have sleep apnea Air. You stop breathing, your body
- 1:29:28needs air because your brain can die without the air.
- 1:29:33So you have CPAP. Machines to push air you want to
- 1:29:40see the bottoms of the oceans what's happening air.
- 1:29:44When you want to fly into a plane they have to decompress
- 1:29:48the chambers for the air. Air.
- 1:29:53Look at it air. So in my near death, I perceived
- 1:29:58visions within the air, through it and around it, and eventually
- 1:30:02I began asking. Why air became so noticeable at
- 1:30:06that boundary? Mark at that.
- 1:30:08Thing right there why KUNDALINI is another one.
- 1:30:15To reach a Kundalini orgasmic experience, 1 needs to control
- 1:30:23its airflow. It's where the Shakti energy
- 1:30:27enters into and mixes with. The heart into the center hata,
- 1:30:34and it enters with the masculine of the Shiva who comes down to
- 1:30:37meet it and then. Carries it straight back up.
- 1:30:40It's air. It's in.
- 1:30:42Breath work that creates that. So I eventually began just
- 1:30:51asking why air became just so noticeable at that boundary
- 1:30:56mark. And the newborn enters the
- 1:30:58physical life through breath, through breathing.
- 1:31:01My near breath experience brought my awareness back to air
- 1:31:06beginning boundary air, another breadcrumb in this beautiful
- 1:31:13vessel of man. And from that experience came
- 1:31:17one of my most spiritual philosophies.
- 1:31:21I repeat a lot. Once man becomes aware of air,
- 1:31:28it's consciousness connects to creation.
- 1:31:33When you've reached air, when you've reached the epitome to
- 1:31:36see air, you've reached the doors of creation.
- 1:31:41Air surrounds us before we even notice it.
- 1:31:44Air plays a vital, important part of our body and we don't
- 1:31:47even honor it. We don't even realize that we
- 1:31:50are breathing. I'm sitting here, this whole
- 1:31:51thing gaping away and I haven't even monitored going MJ, take a
- 1:31:55breath. I don't, I don't have marks.
- 1:31:57Now singers, they'll mark take a breath of air because their tone
- 1:32:02relies on air, right? That's another rabbit hole.
- 1:32:06But being a vocal singer, you are.
- 1:32:09Very aware of air. Maybe even an actor on stage.
- 1:32:14I mean I only did thesbians in high school so.
- 1:32:17But even then, I learned how to use my air.
- 1:32:22In my lungs to actually project to the back of an auditorium so
- 1:32:26I didn't need a mic imagine that playing my clarinet air again
- 1:32:31my. Flute.
- 1:32:33Anything that I had to blow into, I had to control my air
- 1:32:36capacity, right? CPR.
- 1:32:42Air breathing air and compressing air.
- 1:32:50So air surrounds us before we even know it, it supports our
- 1:32:53physical life before we can even understand it, and it moves
- 1:32:56through US without waiting for us.
- 1:32:59To name it once again, here we go.
- 1:33:02Creations pattern existed before man.
- 1:33:08I explained it, discovered it labeled, stacked it in a box and
- 1:33:11did all the other man things. Creation already had it on
- 1:33:15autopilot. That's funny to say.
- 1:33:20Right, right. Because creation was the
- 1:33:23influencer. Air is the influencer.
- 1:33:25Let's go to social media influencers.
- 1:33:28So here's my mother ponder, what if?
- 1:33:31What if we've been living inside of creation while we're
- 1:33:37searching for creation? If it has all these patterns,
- 1:33:41they're made by creation. So if the patterns are there,
- 1:33:44then we might understand that we plausibly were searching for
- 1:33:47creation while we're living in the whole time of creation.
- 1:33:51So those of you outside who keep saying, well, we just stop.
- 1:33:54It's be creation. I can't stop that.
- 1:33:58Near death doesn't allow this brain to stop right there.
- 1:34:02It doesn't. As I told you, the air was
- 1:34:05different, but I was still alive.
- 1:34:08I felt it, I experienced it, and nobody can take that truth from
- 1:34:12me. You can ponder it, you can ask
- 1:34:16questions about it. I know what I experienced, Air.
- 1:34:24You've know if you've reached your Creator when you can see
- 1:34:26air. That's my philosophy and it
- 1:34:29always will be. Now our personal bread crumbs,
- 1:34:35that's another thing. Earlier I called humanities
- 1:34:39discoveries bread crumbs. Ancient marks were bread crumbs.
- 1:34:43Freud left one, young left them. Psychology left more.
- 1:34:48Science continues leaving crumbs.
- 1:34:51And I have a personal breadcrumb too.
- 1:34:53My personal breadcrumb is a Flora de Lee and a bear.
- 1:34:57They appear meaningful in my life.
- 1:35:00Why? Because when I started to pay
- 1:35:01attention, when I got the awareness.
- 1:35:04Of these beautiful bread crumbs. They are part of my spiritual
- 1:35:08mapping of my journey back to creation.
- 1:35:11Knowing my life path, knowing my soul path, knowing what I was
- 1:35:16here in place to do. Become aware, pay attention.
- 1:35:20It's there, they're there. Signs are all over the place.
- 1:35:24Yours don't need to be mine. Maybe yours is a song, an
- 1:35:27animal, a dream. A repeated phrase, a feeling, a
- 1:35:32knowing right when I'm on a subject and I need to be the
- 1:35:37odd. Man out and I'm and I am trying
- 1:35:41to explain something and my problem is is sometimes I don't
- 1:35:45have the words that I want to explain.
- 1:35:48And so people fill in my words or think they are no and they
- 1:35:52keep putting the words in there and it just keeps confusing me
- 1:35:55sometimes. And so then.
- 1:35:58They like they squeeze my heart because they're trying to say
- 1:36:01this is right. And I'm like, it's, it's not.
- 1:36:04And then they're at one point in my life, I remember just kind of
- 1:36:08like, I'm just going to give up. I, I, I don't, I can't explain
- 1:36:11it because I don't have the words, because I don't have a
- 1:36:13man experience label for the word.
- 1:36:16And I, and since I'm just now new experiencing it, I can't
- 1:36:20explain it. And then I have people trying to
- 1:36:24explain and it's completely not even close to what I'm saying.
- 1:36:29And my heart starts to squeeze. They squeeze it.
- 1:36:35I realized that pattern at first I thought, Oh my God, I'm going
- 1:36:38to give myself a heart attack because I'm getting myself
- 1:36:40worked up, right? Most people would think that.
- 1:36:44But it only happens when I need to step outside of the man box
- 1:36:48where everybody else is and they want me to stand there.
- 1:36:52And they want me to stand in my truth.
- 1:36:54And they will. Squeeze it no matter how much
- 1:36:57I'm going to be demonized. Procrastinate like.
- 1:37:01Just everybody throwing darts. Why are you always this way?
- 1:37:05Why are you that? Why I have had it in my life.
- 1:37:08We're always the person, the odd man out, right?
- 1:37:14Stand, stand, stand, Stand firm, stand tall, stand in your power,
- 1:37:21stand like a soldier, stand there.
- 1:37:26I stood there. Now I realize it was another way
- 1:37:31of Father, Mother, God, creation to give me the awareness.
- 1:37:36Stay put. So I'm not asking you to see my
- 1:37:41bread crumbs. What I'm asking is.
- 1:37:44Have you become aware of your own bread crumbs?
- 1:37:47Right. Maybe.
- 1:37:50If somebody loves the Virgin Mary every time you turn around,
- 1:37:55if you're questioning if you're in the right place, if you're
- 1:37:58questioning if this is the right choice, if you're questioning
- 1:38:01something, all of a sudden you see a picture of the Virgin
- 1:38:04Mary. You're like, Oh my gosh.
- 1:38:06Thank you and that's what it is. Gratitude with humility and
- 1:38:11grace. Thank you.
- 1:38:14Thank you Father Mother God creation for this breadcrumb.
- 1:38:17Right, because a breadcrumb doesn't have to give you the
- 1:38:20answer. Sometimes it just simply says
- 1:38:23pay attention and sometimes it just means keep going.
- 1:38:29Keep going. You're doing the right thing.
- 1:38:32You're at the right place. You're.
- 1:38:33You're where you're. Supposed to be.
- 1:38:35That's what I love about bread crumbs.
- 1:38:37Now that you need to start paying attention to you, you
- 1:38:41need to start paying attention to who you are.
- 1:38:44And what it is it that you are doing?
- 1:38:46Sole purpose? Life purpose?
- 1:38:49Where is it? What?
- 1:38:52Are you here to do so? I call it the circle.
- 1:38:58Now we look at the entire journey.
- 1:39:00Right? Here we go.
- 1:39:01It's a pattern. Get ready.
- 1:39:04Creation, birth, survival, the experience, then a memory, an
- 1:39:13emotion. And then you have a choice.
- 1:39:16And then you have a pattern and then you have a judgement and
- 1:39:19then you have identity and then you have boxes, then awareness
- 1:39:24questions those boxes. Healing begins opening up those
- 1:39:30boxes while opening takes us then.
- 1:39:35Inward, and then our inward brings us toward heart, and then
- 1:39:44our heart brings us into divine love, and love brings us right
- 1:39:50to the I AM. Christ conscious I Am takes us
- 1:39:57beneath the labels, and it takes us beneath the labels for
- 1:40:03breath, air, and creation. It's a circle.
- 1:40:10It's a big circle. I hope you can see that pattern.
- 1:40:15Maybe going home to creation isn't traveling somewhere
- 1:40:20creation isn't, and maybe home is becoming aware.
- 1:40:26That we've been inside creation the entire time.
- 1:40:31Maybe our pirate map finally makes sense, and maybe we've
- 1:40:35finally been following where? Our ex looking for that
- 1:40:40treasure. Studying everybody else's maps,
- 1:40:45labeling our owns by somebody else's following bread crumbs.
- 1:40:50And then perhaps, just perhaps, X was.
- 1:40:52Underneath our damn feet, where we began the whole time.
- 1:40:57And that X was creation. Right there it was.
- 1:41:06Think about it. What a pattern we have woven.
- 1:41:11In the tapestry of life and creation, creation, breath,
- 1:41:17survival, experience, emotion, choice, pattern, judgement,
- 1:41:21identity boxes, boxes to heal, opening them.
- 1:41:27Get rid of it. RIP the label off.
- 1:41:30I used to tell people, RIP it off like a Band-Aid.
- 1:41:33Just RIP it, right? I can't.
- 1:41:36It's too emotional. RIP that Band-Aid off.
- 1:41:38It's too RIP it off. Yeah, it's a circle.
- 1:41:46It is a big circle and X marks the spot.
- 1:41:51So when we have those, I have to always go back.
- 1:42:02I have AI have a, a, what do they call those?
- 1:42:04A auvism when we get into the motion and they don't want and
- 1:42:07they want to stop because by the time they hit the emotion
- 1:42:10sequence right there, they have a choice, right?
- 1:42:13The memory, the emotion to the choice.
- 1:42:16And that choice right there, that word choice, we have a
- 1:42:20choice to bury it, suppress it, and we have a choice to learn
- 1:42:27it, understand it, and balance it so we never have that box in
- 1:42:31front of us again. I choose that one.
- 1:42:35And when somebody tells me it, they can't, it's too emotional.
- 1:42:38I, I, I philosophy. Here's my philosophy.
- 1:42:42Did you already live it? And the answer is yes.
- 1:42:46Cool. So if you already lived it, did
- 1:42:52you die and. They'll look at me.
- 1:42:56They'll go no, but and I'm like, did you just say the I go MJ
- 1:43:00don't like big butts. You didn't.
- 1:43:03Die. You experienced an event, an
- 1:43:06event that man created a label that says that you're going to
- 1:43:09feel this way, act this way and you are going to become this way
- 1:43:14because man made those labels. Darn us, man, that we need to
- 1:43:18take those labels off because that emotion that you're
- 1:43:22experiencing that wants you to and your ego and your judgement.
- 1:43:25To just go down a Dang proverbial hamster wheel and
- 1:43:28constantly have that energy being pulled from your conscious
- 1:43:33love of IM. Why would we do that?
- 1:43:36I, I can't, I found it. I found my awareness.
- 1:43:41I don't want to do this anymore. That it I'll let you all play in
- 1:43:45your man field, but I don't want to play in that.
- 1:43:48And I can't imagine why you wouldn't if you've already lived
- 1:43:51through the experience. The experience was there before.
- 1:43:54You could put a label on it which is causing the
- 1:43:56dysfunction, or was the label already present which is causing
- 1:44:01the worst dysfunction That you just want to put it back in a
- 1:44:04box and put it on the shelf back in some brain of yours or
- 1:44:07suppress it so down deep that all these other labels and all
- 1:44:11these other boxes and categories will just divide it away.
- 1:44:14Man's really good at division, really good.
- 1:44:19And I feel, I feel that since I had become and evolved into the
- 1:44:27awareness, a lot of my man labels are removed.
- 1:44:32I don't really have hate. I have discernment about going
- 1:44:38or seeing certain people because I know they don't change.
- 1:44:43And if I'm the only one practicing and healing and
- 1:44:46making the change, why do I want to subjugate myself into that
- 1:44:50erratic? I'll emotional energy again.
- 1:44:55I don't. But then you got to think what
- 1:45:01happens to family? What happens to friends?
- 1:45:03What happens to your circle of trust when one of them is what
- 1:45:09you're talking about? I make the statement I no longer
- 1:45:15have FOMO, right? Fear of missing out.
- 1:45:18I, I don't have that. I don't think I've had that
- 1:45:21since I was in high school, the fear of missing out, but I don't
- 1:45:27have that. I don't know if that's a good
- 1:45:30thing or a bad thing, but I'm OK either way because I believe
- 1:45:36that caused me to have more issues than it was worth if I
- 1:45:42wasn't subjected to go. But my ego and my judgement,
- 1:45:45everybody else is doing it. Everybody else got to go.
- 1:45:47Everybody else, blah, blah blah, right?
- 1:45:51OK, I gotta go. Because I gotta be.
- 1:45:52I gotta be with the clique. I gotta be.
- 1:45:55In with them, my dad taught me a very valuable lesson.
- 1:45:59He says, how many friends do you have?
- 1:46:02I used to count them on my fingers and toes.
- 1:46:04You heard this in another story, and I said, yeah, he goes, no,
- 1:46:08you don't. He goes a, a friend is somebody
- 1:46:14who will always be there when you need it, always will be
- 1:46:19there. It's almost like a battle buddy,
- 1:46:20right? That's how I feel.
- 1:46:22That battle buddy. That battle buddy to lean on,
- 1:46:26That battle buddy to be your wall when you need it.
- 1:46:29That battle buddy to say, listen, you and I were the same.
- 1:46:33I'm going to walk beside you. Not in front, not behind, not
- 1:46:37above, not below. I'm going to walk beside you and
- 1:46:40we're going to walk together. My dad was right.
- 1:46:47He was right. When I look back at all of my
- 1:46:51friends and I look at all my acquaintances and all my
- 1:46:55relationships, when I desperately needed somebody the
- 1:47:02most, it wasn't my family. It was one particular person who
- 1:47:10no matter when, no matter when, and it wouldn't matter what was
- 1:47:17going on in her life. Talk about a human who is
- 1:47:22service to others. She.
- 1:47:25Amplified. That she amplified it.
- 1:47:31If she had to drive to comfort me, that's fine.
- 1:47:33She had to put money in my bank account, that's fine.
- 1:47:35She had to go to the hospital and that was fine.
- 1:47:40What a love. And I, I love to ponder on that
- 1:47:43relationship, to find out how far back that actually goes and
- 1:47:48look at the joy of those events and reincarnations.
- 1:47:52Some people don't understand it, some people don't believe in it.
- 1:47:55But man, when I sit and I see it and no matter if I was male or
- 1:48:00female or she was male and female, at the time, it didn't
- 1:48:03really matter. She was such a part of my soul.
- 1:48:05My father made me become aware of that at a very young age.
- 1:48:10Not that I don't have other acquaintances and friends, but
- 1:48:15when I used to come home that are not my friend no more, I
- 1:48:17used to get angry. He would say, well, OK, popcorn,
- 1:48:20how many friends do you got? It's a valuable experience and
- 1:48:25you should ponder it yourself. And I'll give that one to Tom
- 1:48:28Lynn because he's the one who made me become very aware of the
- 1:48:35attachment of people in my life. So.
- 1:48:41Where do we go? Did man really discover the
- 1:48:44mind? We began with a newborn
- 1:48:47breathing. We saw creations, patterns.
- 1:48:52We followed ancient bread crumbs.
- 1:48:55Roy took us beneath. Immediate awareness.
- 1:48:58Young widened the scope with patterns.
- 1:49:02Behaviorism showed how experience can shape our
- 1:49:07behavior, and then Spock and Child development moved us
- 1:49:12toward the beginning of those learned patterns.
- 1:49:18Psychology kept changing the map, and then neuroscience took
- 1:49:24us inside of our physical brain to allow us to know at what side
- 1:49:31of the brain and which location of the brain.
- 1:49:34Certain things happen, which is incredible.
- 1:49:39And then we discovered something underneath the processing, the
- 1:49:45dissecting. It didn't necessarily explain
- 1:49:49the whole human. So we followed the bread crumbs
- 1:49:52inward and we found within us we have patterns.
- 1:49:58We have a heart we love, we are the I am, we breathe air is
- 1:50:04massively important and all back to the Creator.
- 1:50:08And there's your pattern again. And our straight timeline now
- 1:50:16has become a circle. So the next time somebody says.
- 1:50:20Let's look at a timeline. Ask them a line or a circle.
- 1:50:24Do you want me to step on my time circle?
- 1:50:31Isn't it amazing? Our sun, We travel around the
- 1:50:37sun. Our moon travels around our
- 1:50:41Earth, circling, patterning, lining things up.
- 1:50:49Right when we circle and things start align, we become aware of
- 1:50:56things that are extremely obvious.
- 1:51:01Perhaps every generation isn't falling or failing, defying
- 1:51:06consciousness. Perhaps every answer reveals
- 1:51:09just another layer which leads us exactly where we promised
- 1:51:16you. Did we discover the mind or just
- 1:51:20another layer of consciousness? Well God damn, we still don't
- 1:51:25know what consciousness says, so I took you on a full whirlwind
- 1:51:31to let you know that man put a label on the mind.
- 1:51:36Called it his discovery. Eliminating creation all
- 1:51:42together now. Don't believe this because I'm
- 1:51:46I'm sitting here talking to you about it.
- 1:51:48You ask your own whys you go down those pondering questions,
- 1:51:51those philosophical questions. Question your maps, question the
- 1:51:55maps of others. Question why you are put in this
- 1:51:59box. Question instead of say it's how
- 1:52:01it is. Stop that.
- 1:52:05It's not how it is. That's how man wanted you to
- 1:52:07think it is. That doesn't mean that you can't
- 1:52:10ask questions or do your own. That was one of the biggest way,
- 1:52:15you know, people ask me in the fishing and hunting industry why
- 1:52:19I was so special, why, you know, people was like 01 of my friends
- 1:52:23said. You know, in Thai, we believe
- 1:52:27that there's a person who always brings abundance.
- 1:52:30And every time I would go into a restaurant, the restaurants
- 1:52:33would fill up. Every time I would go on a boat,
- 1:52:35the fishing lodges would fill up so that I became known as that
- 1:52:39person. Isn't that fun?
- 1:52:44Good. I can create abundance for
- 1:52:45everybody but myself. Why was that MJI needed to go
- 1:52:50down that line? Why was that?
- 1:52:54Was I not creating abundance? I.
- 1:52:56Was I was, I was creating abundance of experiences, I was
- 1:52:59creating abundance of knowledge, I was creating abundance of
- 1:53:02balance and and all these other things.
- 1:53:07Abundance doesn't need to be money or prosperity, right?
- 1:53:12So question the maps. Notice the patterns.
- 1:53:15Follow those bread crumbs. Really think about it.
- 1:53:18Think about who you have become and why you've become that.
- 1:53:25Are you the person you have become because of another man
- 1:53:29and their label? Do they put you in a box?
- 1:53:33Religion sticks you in a box. Your industry that you work
- 1:53:37sticks you in a box. Your clicks.
- 1:53:40Stick you in a box so when you reach the edge of everything of
- 1:53:47another man that has told you or asked you, do yourself a favor.
- 1:53:54Look. Straight up in the air, close
- 1:53:55your eyes, go Into Darkness. Father, Mother, God, Creator,
- 1:53:59show me, show me. Let me become aware, and
- 1:54:06together we become aware. Together we heal.
- 1:54:09Together we balance. And then together we move.
- 1:54:12Forward battle buddies, I'm always here for you.
- 1:54:17I'm walking right beside you. I'll be your wall.
- 1:54:20I'll be your ear. Whatever it is that you need.
- 1:54:25And remember, you've explained what it.
- 1:54:29Does I asked where does it come from?
- 1:54:34So thank you, Freud, Young, Maslow, Skinner, Spock.
- 1:54:42Creation. Thank you.
- 1:54:43Thank you for showing and pinpointing in the neurosciences
- 1:54:47and the behavior. Thank you for constantly
- 1:54:49evolving. I need to tell you this too,
- 1:54:52because psychology was only begun in late 1800s.
- 1:54:58Do you know that psychology evolves and changes every
- 1:55:00decade? There's a mind blow for you.
- 1:55:06So every decade has new theory. You always hear me say it.
- 1:55:10Put the baby on the back. Put the baby on his belly.
- 1:55:13Put the baby on the left. Put the baby in a sling.
- 1:55:15Blah blah blah blah blah, creation brings us back home
- 1:55:23when they want to. Just saying.
- 1:55:30So we've explained what it does and I'm asking where did it come
- 1:55:35from? Folks, it has been a joy going
- 1:55:40down this rabbit hole today. Consciousness is something that
- 1:55:45is deep within my I am, I am Christ conscious.
- 1:55:50I will always be because I found it.
- 1:55:53I pray that each and everyone of you find your consciousness.
- 1:56:01I am Reverend Mary Jo, known as MJ Gonzalez.
