The High Court has sided with the government, dismissing a lawsuit from the PNCR over their decades-long occupation of a Lethem building they claimed as their regional HQ. Despite their protestations of rights violations and property damage during a March 2023 eviction, the court ruled the property is state-owned and the PNCR had no legal claim — no lease or deed to back up their stay.
