- 7:43Speaker 2: the time, because well maybe it wasn't.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Yes, I'm sure in fact that we've we've talked to
- 7:49Speaker 1: you now like three different times for different things. We've
- 7:51Speaker 1: gotten four total words out of that entire thing. But
- 7:53Speaker 1: you did it either way. You were the winner here

- 8:08Speaker 2: What are the lyrics to the song for the McDonald's
- 8:10Speaker 2: Big Mac?
- 8:11Speaker 1: Oh, what the what.
- 8:13Speaker 2: Lyrics to the song for the McDonald's Big Mac. I
- 8:18Speaker 2: know the whole thing and these two are both of
- 8:19Speaker 2: the age where they would have witnessed these commercials. Yeah,
- 8:23Speaker 2: I talk fast to a kid who's fifteen to day,
- 8:25Speaker 2: they'd have no idea. I'm writing it down, but a
- 8:28Speaker 2: thirty plus year old.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Should be well, especially No for both Sammy and Menace.
- 8:34Speaker 1: No for triple no triple sweep it hardcore triple sweep it.
- 8:39Speaker 1: All right, we'll start with Menace is ready to go,
- 8:42Speaker 1: but Sammy still writing.
- 8:44Speaker 2: We didn't have Big Macs in my household. When I
- 8:46Speaker 2: don't eat that, my mother, what.
- 8:51Speaker 1: You guys are fat?
- 8:55Speaker 2: We would buy one Big Mac and me it was
- 8:58Speaker 2: a special occasion just because I'm fair ready, I guess alright?
- 9:03Speaker 7: Question number three, question start d U, I Q what
- 9:07Speaker 7: are the lyrics to the song for the McDonald's Big Mac.
- 9:10Speaker 2: All I know is something like lettuce, pickles, special sauce,
- 9:13Speaker 2: all in a sesame seed bunk.
- 9:15Speaker 8: That's very very it's very very close Menace, legal double patty,
- 9:21Speaker 8: sesame sesame street bun, A double patty and a sesame
- 9:26Speaker 8: street bun. I don't know it's stuffing in front of
- 9:29Speaker 8: I don't even know the lyrics to any songs?
- 9:31Speaker 1: Now? Is this the one they did where they put
- 9:33Speaker 1: the little records in the Sunday paper.
- 9:35Speaker 2: It's like, that's your thing, that's different. This is the
- 9:36Speaker 2: one that was on the commercial all the time. Yeah,
- 9:38Speaker 2: this is these.
- 9:38Speaker 1: What I'm thinking is like Big macmcdeal to Hamburger, Golden
- 9:44Speaker 1: Fries regular or larger size chicken, they had one called
- 9:47Speaker 1: the chicken Salad Oriental. You can't say that anymore little records.
- 9:52Speaker 2: If it's not about a person the hotel the Oriental
- 9:56Speaker 2: an oriental.
- 9:56Speaker 1: But they wouldn't have something on the menu called the
- 9:58Speaker 1: chicken salad oriental.
- 10:00Speaker 2: It should, they should, but they want oriental only means eastward.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I am not arguing that point. I am not the
- 10:07Speaker 1: political correct person to argue that. But you know that
- 10:09Speaker 1: a company like McDonald's ain't gonna have something on there
- 10:11Speaker 1: the oriental anything.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Do you guys know the Big mach I couldn't.
- 10:16Speaker 2: But if you got it started, can I start?
- 10:19Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 10:19Speaker 2: Two all beef patty special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions
- 10:22Speaker 2: on a sesame seed bunch special sauce, lettuce, cheese special sauce.
- 10:32Speaker 1: I've never.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 10:43Speaker 1: So the one I was talking about was like a
- 10:44Speaker 1: contest you'd win money, and it was a I mean,
- 10:48Speaker 1: it's like a super paper thin record that they put
- 10:51Speaker 1: into the Sunday paper and everybody went and got one
- 10:54Speaker 1: and they played it. And if the song played entirely
- 10:56Speaker 1: through without them screwing up the menu song, you won
- 11:00Speaker 1: a million dollars. Whatever it was paper what, Yeah, they
- 11:03Speaker 1: put it in the newspaper. It was like it was
- 11:05Speaker 1: like a really thin piece of vinyl. It was so thick,
- 11:07Speaker 1: a flimsy piece of violet.
- 11:08Speaker 3: Yeah, it would wait if the needle wouldn't even let
- 11:10Speaker 3: it play sometimes.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, and yeah the record.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Good morning plast.
- 11:16Speaker 4: Today we're going to learn the McDonald's menu songs and
- 11:19Speaker 4: give a listener out there a chairs to win.
- 11:20Speaker 1: A million dollars. So it was it was a million dollars.
- 11:23Speaker 1: And it goes into a big mexideal big mcdeald quarter
- 11:26Speaker 1: pounder with fish, ham.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Plega stasty golden pressers regular, a large.
- 11:31Speaker 4: Size of salad ship for garden or a chicken salad oriental,
- 11:33Speaker 4: big big breakfast taking pumping hot hot kas and sausage
- 11:35Speaker 4: to make a biscus baking leg and cheese sausage Dannish student,
- 11:38Speaker 4: four deserved hot apple pies and Sunday free varieties of
- 11:40Speaker 4: Sausa Confee conserstation chocolate chip cookies, and to drink the
- 11:43Speaker 4: Coca Cola diet Coca Orange, drink a s breaking coffee
- 11:45Speaker 4: be kept too well. Love that milk casting orange, you said,
- 11:47Speaker 4: love McDonald's good time batist and I get the solid one.
- 11:49Speaker 1: So the group had to get through the whole thing.
- 11:50Speaker 1: And if you did, you did, yeah, yeah, and if
- 11:55Speaker 1: you made it, if they made it through the whole thing,
- 11:56Speaker 1: that's how you won the million bucks Bars Bars spittings.
- 12:00Speaker 1: He's better than he's better than Kendrid, I mean, maybe
- 12:03Speaker 1: better than Drake anything. Well, thank you, Sea Bass.
- 12:10Speaker 3: So a pair of nuns in Brazil all didn't get along.
- 12:13Speaker 3: They were forced to work together. They ended up getting
- 12:16Speaker 3: pretty close. They both quit the convent, went lesbo for
- 12:21Speaker 3: each other and got there.
- 12:24Speaker 1: About clams back into the convent, fuzz bumping for jesus.
- 12:29Speaker 1: I got it all right, what is it? Bad habits?
- 12:36Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 12:42Speaker 1: Uh, Sea Bass has an update for us. You know
- 12:45Speaker 1: he was going to run for city council.
- 12:47Speaker 2: I was gonna clean the streets platform Yeah, but I was, Oh,
- 12:51Speaker 2: I like the I like the sport code because on
- 12:54Speaker 2: court today and being doesn't.
- 12:55Speaker 3: Come into any larger size. My god, that is massive.
- 13:00Speaker 3: Is that it's a box.
- 13:01Speaker 1: He wants to it like fat Sammy plump.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Well, so I was gonna run for city council and
- 13:07Speaker 2: to do that you need five hundred signatures. So I
- 13:09Speaker 2: employed a signature gathering company, a company that claimed and
- 13:13Speaker 2: apparently had a track record of being able to do this.
- 13:16Speaker 2: They email me back said eight no problem, will take
- 13:18Speaker 2: us a week, blah blah blah. You did pay us
- 13:20Speaker 2: and we'll do it. So I paid them and then
- 13:22Speaker 2: things kind of dragged along. It was a full eleven
- 13:24Speaker 2: days after I paid them before they even showed up
- 13:26Speaker 2: to collect the signature papers from me. But they still
- 13:29Speaker 2: had like eight ten days at that point, and I said, okay,
- 13:31Speaker 2: no problem. One thing led to another. It's the day
- 13:34Speaker 2: of the deadline and they say, oh, we don't have
- 13:37Speaker 2: your signatures, and they said you want to meet us
- 13:39Speaker 2: the city hall. I was like, nope, no reason, it's
- 13:42Speaker 2: because there's It's not like I can get four hundred
- 13:44Speaker 2: and eighty five signatures and pay a little No, it's
- 13:46Speaker 2: five hundred or nothing.
- 13:47Speaker 1: So I said, well that sucks.
- 13:49Speaker 2: I'm going to sue you because you didn't live up
- 13:52Speaker 2: to not only the contract, but your promises before the contract.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Not cheap. Not cheap.
- 13:58Speaker 2: It was over over I'll go ahea say right now.
- 14:00Speaker 2: It was almost sixteen thousand dollars. Yeah, so that's thirty
- 14:09Speaker 2: something dollars per signature. Like I said, you should have
- 14:10Speaker 2: just paid Morgan and I we would have done well
- 14:12Speaker 2: if some people just pay homeless people.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Yeah, much easier that expensive.
- 14:16Speaker 2: And that, by the way, that's that's that's not out
- 14:19Speaker 2: of the that's middle of the road.
- 14:21Speaker 1: You wanted to be on the city council. That what
- 14:23Speaker 1: does that job pay?
- 14:25Speaker 2: This one would have paid two eleven thousand dollars. Okay,
- 14:29Speaker 2: that's most benefits. Yeah, total the total compensations over like
- 14:33Speaker 2: two sixty's. It's yeah, this is the city council, which
- 14:37Speaker 2: would have been another one of my platforms had been elected.
- 14:40Speaker 2: We don't need to be paid this much. Oh yeah,
- 14:42Speaker 2: I'm sure they would have loved that. But that still
- 14:44Speaker 2: falls under small claims in the state in which the
- 14:48Speaker 2: claim was filed, right in which in which they the
- 14:50Speaker 2: business business operates. So I said, I'm gonna sue you. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 14:53Speaker 2: you screwed me. You didn't live up to the contract.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Uh and uh and I went, and that just happened
- 14:58Speaker 2: this week. I had our DA in Zoom court. Oh
- 15:02Speaker 2: it's so much more convenient, it is, And so it's
- 15:04Speaker 2: funny I go in there. They say, are you here
- 15:06Speaker 2: the guy did? The guy did show up boom. Well, yeah,
- 15:10Speaker 2: it could.
- 15:10Speaker 1: Have been easy to get it.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Well, actually, I'm kind of glad he did because otherwise
- 15:14Speaker 2: I'm just like, even if I had won, which will be.
- 15:16Speaker 3: The years long hunt for this right, who knows.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Because I found out in the research to file my
- 15:20Speaker 2: claim by my good friend, uh lawyer Grock, this company
- 15:24Speaker 2: in another state had been higher had been hired to
- 15:28Speaker 2: get the signatures. They gathered the correct number of signatures.
- 15:31Speaker 2: Less than two percent were valid. Oh, so that was
- 15:34Speaker 2: I was thinking, like, oh, this person's just gone, like
- 15:37Speaker 2: he set these things up and he's dead, you know.
- 15:39Speaker 2: But he showed up and they gave us something. They said, here,
- 15:41Speaker 2: we're gonna put you in a breakout room and you
- 15:43Speaker 2: can discuss a settlement. And he said, I'll give you
- 15:45Speaker 2: fifteen hundred. So you're doing your own mediation, right.
- 15:48Speaker 3: Okay, say both of you at the same time.
- 15:50Speaker 2: They try to see if you can do that and
- 15:52Speaker 2: not waste the judges time. Wait, so just to you
- 15:54Speaker 2: and just us, no no arbiter or nothing. He said, well,
- 15:57Speaker 2: I'm willing to offer you fifteen hundred.
- 15:59Speaker 1: I said a zero bit.
- 16:01Speaker 2: By the way, during the first day, after he screwed
- 16:04Speaker 2: me on not getting the signatures, he offered me three thousand.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Now, wait, so you're already out the sixteen right.
- 16:11Speaker 2: He had offered me preliminarily three thousand, and then he
- 16:14Speaker 2: was into that offer, and that's that's that I decided
- 16:15Speaker 2: tossue him.
- 16:16Speaker 1: That's good question. What what does the paperwork say? Because
- 16:19Speaker 1: they promise for this money, he serviced, they're gonna get
- 16:22Speaker 1: you X number of signatures. But when there's got to
- 16:25Speaker 1: be something there says if for whatever reason, we cannot.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Well refund you a pro rated amount. Essentially, is what
- 16:31Speaker 2: it said.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Uh huh what what would be the incentive for them
- 16:34Speaker 1: to getting a pro rated amount? So basically you can say, ah,
- 16:38Speaker 1: we fell short because it's just collect a certain amount
- 16:40Speaker 1: of money and give the rest for doing nothing.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Exactly to me, that's it's worthless because it's all or nothing.
- 16:45Speaker 2: So that's not what That's not what my lawsuit hinged on.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Because you raise a good point Woddy. My lawsuit hinged
- 16:51Speaker 2: on the verbiage in the contract that said we'll provide
- 16:53Speaker 2: you weekly updates and meetings. Those did not happen, so
- 16:56Speaker 2: that that's a breach of contract. Now, so I go
- 16:59Speaker 2: in there, I say no, thank you to the fifteen
- 17:01Speaker 2: hundred offer. But go back in front of the judge.
- 17:04Speaker 2: The judge says, to have did you submit all your
- 17:07Speaker 2: evidence to me?
- 17:08Speaker 1: See if asked?
- 17:08Speaker 2: The guy said yes, he said, you used to simil
- 17:10Speaker 2: your evidence to him. I said, well, I filed it
- 17:12Speaker 2: on the online filing thing for He said, no, you
- 17:15Speaker 2: have to email it to him. Oh come on, well,
- 17:17Speaker 2: he said, and because of that, you cannot reference any
- 17:20Speaker 2: of your evidence. What so I so I said to
- 17:23Speaker 2: the judge, Well, okay, judge, how am I supposed to reference?
- 17:27Speaker 2: So I can just reference our conversations. I can't because
- 17:29Speaker 2: he said, you can't. You can't point to the contract,
- 17:31Speaker 2: you can't point to your emails.
- 17:33Speaker 3: You can't point to because you hadn't emailed it to him.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Right, which I guess I missed that step somehow.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Is that the discovery phase or whatever? This is a
- 17:39Speaker 1: short coming of GROC because I'm sure like a like
- 17:44Speaker 1: a real lawyer would have said, hey, be sure that
- 17:47Speaker 1: you have this, this.
- 17:48Speaker 2: This, let go to close that system.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Correct.
- 17:51Speaker 2: I only use GROC to write the complaint. I didn't
- 17:53Speaker 2: use it for the follow up stuff, which I should have.
- 17:55Speaker 2: So the judge said, I said, well, so what can
- 17:57Speaker 2: I say? And he said. The judge said, well, I
- 17:59Speaker 2: can't offer you legal if I but I'll let you
- 18:00Speaker 2: know if you say something you shouldn't, which actually worked
- 18:03Speaker 2: out just fine. Yes, So I just told the story
- 18:05Speaker 2: as if I were telling it to you guys, without
- 18:07Speaker 2: pointing to any specific dates or times.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Uh.
- 18:10Speaker 2: And and the judge said okay. And then the guy
- 18:12Speaker 2: responded with, h okay, well this is what we did.
- 18:15Speaker 2: And I'll give the judge credit because he nailed this guy,
- 18:19Speaker 2: because the judge said, okay, because basically what what also
- 18:22Speaker 2: saved me is his his evidence was basically my evidence.
- 18:25Speaker 2: It was the contract, it was our emails. He basically
- 18:27Speaker 2: had the same set I did. But I didn't realize
- 18:29Speaker 2: that because at first like, oh crap, oh crap.
- 18:32Speaker 1: So he's uh.
- 18:33Speaker 2: And the judge said, okay, well did you fulfill the
- 18:36Speaker 2: terms of this contract? Show me the people you hired.
- 18:38Speaker 2: And he showed me that he had this evidence showing
- 18:40Speaker 2: like the number of hours people worked, and he's like, man,
- 18:44Speaker 2: you didn't you hired these people kind of late. And
- 18:46Speaker 2: the judge was kind of like like Judge, Judy, like
- 18:48Speaker 2: matter of fact, like, if you're gonna get these things
- 18:50Speaker 2: done for him and this this short you got less
- 18:51Speaker 2: than a month to do it, and you hired this
- 18:53Speaker 2: amount of people. And he's and then then you they
- 18:55Speaker 2: in certain and some of them dropped off, and he's like, so,
- 18:57Speaker 2: what how did you expect this to happen?
- 18:59Speaker 1: The guy was like uh.
- 19:01Speaker 2: And the guy looked like just some fat faced weed,
- 19:03Speaker 2: but he was in a suit and tie, you know.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Oh nice. He again he's preta walked.
- 19:06Speaker 2: He wants to be political operative and so and the
- 19:08Speaker 2: judge he's going through this, And the judge actually helped
- 19:11Speaker 2: me because he brought up the lead guy who I
- 19:12Speaker 2: met in person, very nice dude, fan of Cartonnark's. Unfortunately,
- 19:17Speaker 2: so the lead guy who was at his like local representative.
- 19:19Speaker 2: He was a nice guy. He claimed to have worked
- 19:22Speaker 2: one hundred and sixty hours, and then I and the
- 19:25Speaker 2: judge brought that up. He's like, this guy worked on
- 19:27Speaker 2: hundred and then I went back because the judge doesn't
- 19:28Speaker 2: know everything I know. And because he left the guy that,
- 19:30Speaker 2: he goes back to me. He's like, do you have
- 19:31Speaker 2: anything to end with? And I said, well, thank you,
- 19:34Speaker 2: judge for bring up one hundred sixty hour thing, because
- 19:37Speaker 2: again he didn't come to me until eight days before
- 19:40Speaker 2: the deadline, so he worked one hundred and sixty hours
- 19:43Speaker 2: in eight days. I don't know about that. That math
- 19:47Speaker 2: doesn't happen. Even even if you give him like maybe
- 19:49Speaker 2: he worked ten hours administratively beforehand to get things ready, whatever,
- 19:52Speaker 2: that still doesn't make sense.
- 19:54Speaker 3: It's on his plate twenty hours a day.
- 19:57Speaker 2: Right fully dedicated to you and so and one point
- 20:00Speaker 2: one last thing the judge. The judge at one point
- 20:02Speaker 2: he asked like, so, did you give mister Davis his uh,
- 20:05Speaker 2: his regular check ins? And I shook my head no
- 20:07Speaker 2: because I knew I was supposed to talk. And the
- 20:08Speaker 2: judge goes, mister Davis, I do not need any shaking
- 20:10Speaker 2: yes or no whatsoever. I was like, yes, sir, thank you.
- 20:14Speaker 2: So I got the in my hands. The decision, and
- 20:19Speaker 2: the first line of the decisions says the plaintiff has
- 20:22Speaker 2: not demonstrated an entitlement to relief and recovery and recover
- 20:25Speaker 2: zero what that box was not checked.
- 20:30Speaker 1: Because I'm in box.
- 20:31Speaker 2: The plaintiff is entitled to judgment and for a total of.
- 20:37Speaker 6: They could have said anything from zero to whatever.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Everybody, and they stayed in.
- 20:59Speaker 2: This decision, which I had lavage as I here, does
- 21:04Speaker 2: not take effect until the end of the month. Because
- 21:07Speaker 2: the defendant has the option to take this to district court.
- 21:12Speaker 2: He would have to hire a lawyer. Blah blah blah
- 21:13Speaker 2: blah blah.
- 21:13Speaker 1: So I don't know, we'll see. Well, that's the thing.
- 21:17Speaker 2: I gotta wait till the end of the month, right,
- 21:18Speaker 2: then I'll email the guy and then if I hear nothing,
- 21:21Speaker 2: then I gotta.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Go better have my money.
- 21:23Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, then I have to go through only
- 21:26Speaker 2: proper legal channels. Of course, Well that Greg, that would
- 21:30Speaker 2: be an illegal, unproper channel. I love that you won
- 21:34Speaker 2: everything without being able to show a piece of evidence.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:38Speaker 2: Well, the thing is in our buddle, because as he's saying, oh,
- 21:42Speaker 2: I got his evidence, I can refer to his evidence.
- 21:43Speaker 2: I said, well, actually, he the blah blah blah, and
- 21:46Speaker 2: this isn't his this isn't his disturbing I saw you.
- 21:48Speaker 2: So yeah, the judge helps almost I almost screwed myself.
- 21:52Speaker 2: But I think the judge was a smart enough man
- 21:54Speaker 2: to see through this man's incompetence and lies. So hopefully
- 21:58Speaker 2: I have sixteen thousand dollars coming to me.
- 21:59Speaker 1: At some point we'll seem as congratulations.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I can say, is suing works everybody? We should
- 22:05Speaker 2: everybody should be suing people should because it works.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Guys, every time, anytime you you were you you were
- 22:13Speaker 1: truly wronged. Right the guy, the guy he mishandled so
- 22:17Speaker 1: clearly a scam.
- 22:18Speaker 2: Well, I think he's I think he just doesn't know
- 22:20Speaker 2: what the hell he's doing. He couldn't fulfilled right and and.
- 22:23Speaker 1: He but if he was on the up and up,
- 22:25Speaker 1: he would have just returned the money. Well, you know what,
- 22:29Speaker 1: this thing was so sloppy and so messed up. This
- 22:31Speaker 1: is not how we operated here. Let me give you
- 22:33Speaker 1: the money back, and then that would have gone even
- 22:35Speaker 1: if you like, okay, I said three grand I'm saying
- 22:38Speaker 1: like you're bummed out you didn't get what you thought
- 22:39Speaker 1: you were going to get. But you could be like, yeah, listen, man,
- 22:41Speaker 1: it didn't work out with this guy, but he was cool.
- 22:43Speaker 1: I don't know. People have bad days he made it right, sure,
- 22:46Speaker 1: but now it's like, no, dude, you would never go
- 22:48Speaker 1: with this guy. Here's why. And then he will also
- 22:49Speaker 1: take it all the way to court to try to
- 22:51Speaker 1: fight giving back what he should have given you in
- 22:54Speaker 1: the first place.
- 22:54Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 22:55Speaker 2: Yeah, and now I'm not I'm still not going to
- 22:57Speaker 2: out him, not until I get my judgment and settlement.
- 22:58Speaker 2: I don't want to make my life oney harder. I've
- 23:00Speaker 2: got in the judgment until the judgment is final. At
- 23:02Speaker 2: the end of the ending, gotcha at that check?
- 23:04Speaker 1: Gotcha? Well, congratulations again.
- 23:06Speaker 2: Start sue with Stewing. It'd be nice to stay suing
- 23:08Speaker 2: everybody's sue.
- 23:09Speaker 1: It's funny, I say, counselman Sea Bass, but that would
- 23:13Speaker 1: pro se counsel pro se for another day. More what
- 23:16Speaker 1: he shows next? Thing up.
- 23:18Speaker 2: The Woody Show returns right after these messages.
- 23:21Speaker 1: I hadn't one energy more and I'll go zero.
- 23:24Speaker 2: The Foire
