- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:05The Wall Street Journal has released part two of their
- 0:08story that we had covered a couple of days ago,
- 0:11talking about Jeffrey Epstein's private calendar and some of the
- 0:16scoundrels that were hanging out with him after he had
- 0:19already been convicted. Well, all of these people, if you've
- 0:23been listening to the podcast anyway, are not new names
- 0:26to you. Every single one of these people has been
- 0:29discussed and talked about on this podcast throughout the years.
- 0:33So it's nice to see the legacy media catching up
- 0:36finally and airing out some of these people, because I
- 0:39gotta tell you, it's about time. How long are people
- 0:42like Larry Summers, guys like Woody Allen, and the rest
- 0:47of them going to get away with the fact that
- 0:49they were paling around with Jeffrey Epstein one percent without
- 0:53a doubt, and some of them, according to reports and accusations,
- 0:57we're doing a lot more than just piling around, which
- 1:00Jeffrey Epstein. So let's dive into this article from the
- 1:03Wall Street Journal and let's see what they have for us.
- 1:06In Part two headline Jeffrey Epstein Documents Part two dinners
- 1:11with Lauren Summers and movie screenings with Woody Allen. This
- 1:15article was authored by Kadija Safdar and David Benoit. Lauren
- 1:21Summers wanted one million dollars to fund an online poetry
- 1:25project his wife was developing. The former Treasury secretary and
- 1:30one time Harvard University president turned to Jeffrey Epstein. I'm
- 1:34sure he did. We all know that Bill Clinton and
- 1:36Jeffrey Epstein were pals, right, so why wouldn't Larry Summers,
- 1:40another pal of Bill Clinton's, be part of the mix?
- 1:43And That's why I find it laughable when people are
- 1:46out here going absolutely bananas about a guy like Alexander
- 1:50Acosta who was obviously a middleman, but yet at the
- 1:53same time they have nothing to say about the obvious
- 1:57connections with the Clintons and with Jeffrey Epstein, Glene Maxwell
- 2:02at Chelsea's wedding, Hillary Clinton getting Alexander de Rossi, who
- 2:07is Glenn Maxwell's nephew, a job at the State Department,
- 2:10all the money ponied up for the Clinton Global Initiative,
- 2:13all the trips to Zoro Ranch, the picture of Bill
- 2:16Clinton getting a massage in an airport from a trafficked victim.
- 2:20You would think that the legacy media would be all
- 2:23over this, but they're not. So ask yourselves, why aren't
- 2:26they more interested in what Bill Clinton was doing with
- 2:30Jeffrey Epstein. I need small scale philanthropy advice. My life
- 2:34will be better if I raise one million dollars for Lisa,
- 2:37mister Summers send in an email to Epstein in April
- 2:40of twenty fourteen, referring to his wife, Elisa new a
- 2:44Harvard professor. Mostly it will go to make a PBS
- 2:48series and for teacher training ideas. Of course, let's call
- 2:53the cash cow Jeffrey Epstein, Who's going to use these
- 2:56ill gotten gains to fund our projects? So basically, all
- 2:59of these projects that he was funding, all this money
- 3:02that he was turning over to these people, all came
- 3:05from ill gotten gains. Do you really think this guy
- 3:08was making his money legally? Come on, we all know
- 3:11better than that. Epstein replied that they can meet in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
- 3:16Mister Summers invited him to dinner, according to a trove
- 3:19of documents reviewed by The Wall Street Journal. Two days later,
- 3:24they made plans to meet at the Fireplace, a cozy
- 3:27restaurant in nearby Brookline, one of several meetings the two
- 3:30men scheduled that year. In twenty sixteen, a nonprofit link
- 3:35to Epstein donated one hundred and ten thousand dollars to Missnews, nonprofit,
- 3:39which develops video content about poetry. According to tax records,
- 3:44you couldn't find anybody else to donate to your wife's
- 3:47poetry project besides Jeffrey Epstein. And then now that it's
- 3:51aired out and the rest of the world knows what
- 3:53all of us do already, it'll be the same old,
- 3:56tired ass excuse. I had no idea what Jeffrey Epstein
- 3:59was or what he was doing. And I've had my
- 4:02fill of that shit. I'll tell you what, all of
- 4:04these knuckleheads that were benefiting from their relationship with this
- 4:07guy for all of these years now have some nerve
- 4:11to try and get up there and tell us they
- 4:13had no idea who he was. Oh, I didn't know
- 4:15he was arrested or that he was messing around with miners.
- 4:19How don't you know that you're the head of the CIA,
- 4:22it was your operation. Don't tell me you don't know
- 4:24who Epstein was, mister Burns. The documents reviewed by the journal,
- 4:29which include thousands of pages of emails and schedules from
- 4:33twenty thirteen to twenty seventeen provide new details about the
- 4:37nature and frequency of Epstein's contacts with an array of
- 4:41powerful people long after he was a registered sex offender.
- 4:45He had pleaded guilty in two thousand and eight to
- 4:47soliciting and procuring a miner for prostitution. Mister Summers deeply
- 4:52regrets being in contact with Epstein after his conviction, and
- 4:56Misnews nonprofit regrets accepting funding from Epstein. Set a spokeswoman
- 5:01for the couple. Missnews nonprofit later made a contribution exceeding
- 5:05the amount received to a group working against sex trafficking.
- 5:09The spokeswoman said, like, that makes it all better. Great,
- 5:13you donated money to a group that works against human trafficking.
- 5:17Does that make better the fact that your husband was
- 5:20paling around and enabling Jeffrey Epstein. No, it does not.
- 5:24So I don't even want to hear the nonsense about oh, well,
- 5:27we donated the money after we accepted it. Well, why
- 5:30do you accept it in the first place. Many of
- 5:33the people or institutions named in the documents were previously
- 5:37known to have associated with Epstein. Some of the documents
- 5:40show that their disclosures about contacts with Epstein were incomplete.
- 5:45Other documents provide new details about how often or where
- 5:49the people met with Epstein and the kinds of favors
- 5:52he did for them. The documents don't reveal purpose of
- 5:56most of the meetings. The Journal couldn't verify whether every
- 6:00scheduled meeting took place. Many of the people told the
- 6:02Journal they met with Epstein for reasons related to his
- 6:06wealth and connections. Like that excuses it, like Epstein was
- 6:09the only rich guy in New York. New York is
- 6:12littered with rich douchebags. So why are you going to
- 6:15Jeffrey Epstein for funding when you already have more money
- 6:18than you know what to do with? Does anyone really
- 6:21believe that Bill Gates was looking for donations from Jeffrey Epstein?
- 6:25I mean, come on. Among the new details, mister Hoffman
- 6:29said he met with Epstein to raise funds for MIT,
- 6:33and that he regrets interacting with Epstein After his conviction.
- 6:37Mister Allen, spokeswoman said the filmmaker went with his wife's
- 6:40to a group's social events at Epstein's townhouse. Mister Black
- 6:44declined to comment. He stepped down after an Apollo investigation
- 6:48found he paid Epstein for planning and taxis state advice.
- 6:53And as far as reed Hoffman goes, how much money
- 6:55did reed Hoffman donate to President Biden? Oh, yeah, that's right,
- 7:00a whole hell of a lot. Mister Barock said he
- 7:03often visited Epstein when he traveled to New York. He
- 7:06said he met interesting people at Epstein's townhouse where they
- 7:09would discuss politics and other topics. In retrospect, Epstein seems
- 7:14to be a terrible version of Doctor Jekyl and mister Hyde,
- 7:18but at the time seemed to be an intelligent person,
- 7:20socially well connected, and a wide area of interest from
- 7:25science to geopolitics. Mister Barock said he said that he
- 7:29never participated in any parties or activities with girls or women. Well,
- 7:35there sure were women at Epstein's townhouse while mister Barrock
- 7:38was there visiting. We have photo documented proof of that.
- 7:42And we also know that Epstein funded the company Carbing
- 7:45nine to one one that was founded or run or
- 7:48whatever by Ehud Barack. And there's no doubt about the
- 7:52friendship he had with Epstein. The documents show that the
- 7:56disgraced financier pedophile kept a busy schedule, filling his days
- 8:00with meetings with politicians, executives, and celebrities, including at his
- 8:05New York townhouse and his residence in the US Virgin Islands.
- 8:08Prosecutors alleged in twenty nineteen that Epstein had abused girls
- 8:13and had run a sex trafficking ring. He died that
- 8:16year in jail awaiting trial in what the New York
- 8:19City Medical Examiner said was the suicide. Allegedly, Barnaby Marsh,
- 8:25then an executive at the large charitable fund John Templeton Foundation,
- 8:29met with Epstein roughly two dozen times, often for breakfast
- 8:33at the townhouse. The documents show he was previously known
- 8:37to have met with Epstein, but not to that extent.
- 8:40Mister Marsh, who advised his wealthy people on philanthropy, said
- 8:44he went to Epstein's townhouse for gatherings because it was
- 8:47full of billionaires and academics who had many of the
- 8:51same interests in charitable giving. Mister Marsh said Epstein openly
- 8:55discussed his jail time, so openly discussing his jail time,
- 8:58and all of these billionaire millionaires and the rest of
- 9:01them were hanging out there lapping it up, loving it,
- 9:05and the only reason any of them regret even one
- 9:08minute of it is because they've been exposed for the
- 9:10scoundrels they are. So many of these billionaires knew them,
- 9:15mister Marsh said, nobody ever said watch out for him.
- 9:18He said Epstein convened people, including Microsoft co founder Bill Gates,
- 9:23to try to solve problems facing rich donors, such as
- 9:26how to make large gifts. Epstein told mister Marsh that
- 9:29Epstein was managing money for mister Gates. Mister Marsh said,
- 9:33what that means is tax evasion. How do I hide
- 9:36this money so I don't have to pay the same
- 9:38taxes that the rest of you do? Even though I
- 9:40have enough money that me and my family for a
- 9:43million generations won't be able to spend. I had high
- 9:48hopes that he would follow the pass of others who
- 9:50use their second chance to make a positive impact in
- 9:53the world. Mister Marsh said, in the end, he disappointed me.
- 9:57Breaking news, mister Marsh. Okay, people like Jeffrey Epstein don't
- 10:01get rehabilitated when you're abusing children, when you're raping women,
- 10:06that doesn't just go away. That's who you are. That's
- 10:09ingrained into you. You're wired wrong. You came off the
- 10:13line at the factory fucked up. That's what it means. Okay,
- 10:17so there's no rehabilitating somebody like Jeffrey Epstein. But all
- 10:21of these smartest people in the room, well, they'll tell
- 10:23you something different. Epstein misrepresented his relationship with mister Gates
- 10:28and didn't manage money for him, set a spokeswoman for
- 10:32mister Gates. Mister Gates has said they met for philanthropic reasons.
- 10:36Imagine being Bill Gates and grifting to a guy like Epstein,
- 10:40showing up cup in hand asking for a couple of bucks.
- 10:43I don't buy it. That's the only rich person you knew.
- 10:46How about some of these owners for some of these
- 10:48sports teams or something like that, You go to Jeffrey Epstein. Huh.
- 10:52I'm sure that was the only reason, only because you
- 10:54were looking for some charitable handouts. Bill Gates mister richest
- 10:59guy in the world, as Bill has said many times before,
- 11:02it was a mistake to have ever met him, and
- 11:05he deeply regrets it, the spokeswoman said. The documents reveal
- 11:09how Epstein's friends sustained a relationship after his conviction in
- 11:13ways that were mutually beneficial. Epstein received help to repair
- 11:17his reputation, and his friends well. They received favors. Doctor
- 11:22Eva Anderson Dubin, a longtime friend and the wife of
- 11:26hedge fund billionaire Glenn Dubin, invited Epstein to charity events
- 11:30to which he contributed. In the summer of twenty fifteen,
- 11:34Epstein sent doctor Anderson Dubin a funny story about checking
- 11:38into a California hotel with a young woman. I went
- 11:42to park the car and the bellman said, to Carneia,
- 11:45is that your father? Epstein, then sixty two, wrote in
- 11:48an email, referring to his female companion, then in her twenties.
- 11:53Doctor Anderson Dubin wrote back, Glenn laughed so hard. I
- 11:57wonder if he'd laugh as hard if he had to
- 11:59sit down for a deposition and tell the truth under oath.
- 12:02I highly doubt it would be a comical situation. Then,
- 12:06in twenty nineteen, when Epstein was charged with sex trafficking,
- 12:10the Dubins told the journal through a spokesman that they
- 12:13were horrified and that they had continued their friendship after
- 12:16his two thousand and eight guilty plea because they believed
- 12:19he had been rehabilitated himself. So that's the going excuse,
- 12:23right for all of these elites. Oh, he was rehabilitated.
- 12:26We believe in rehabilitation. Meanwhile, all of these Jerkov's own
- 12:30companies and people who have felonies, go and try and
- 12:33get a job at Glenn Dubin's hedge fund, Go and
- 12:36try and get a job from Larry Summers. Go and
- 12:39try and get a job from any of these people
- 12:41with a felony on your record. I mean, this ship
- 12:43might work on other people, but those of us who
- 12:46have been following along, we all know better. And the
- 12:49gas lighting, the misdirection and the rest of it is
- 12:52not going to work. Doctor Anderson Dubin, a physician and
- 12:56former Miss Sweden, has said she dated Epstein in the
- 12:59nineteen eighties. Epstein connected mister Duben to JP Morgan Chase,
- 13:03which bought control of the hedge fund Highbridge Capital Management
- 13:07in two thousand and four for more than one billion dollars.
- 13:11Epstein earned a fee for this transaction, The Journal has reported. Yeah,
- 13:15he got his middleman fee. That's what he did. He
- 13:18would get in there, become the middleman, set the transaction up,
- 13:21then take a few bucks off the top. The documents
- 13:25also reveal Epstein offering to help to one of the
- 13:28Dubin's daughters, as he did for the children of other contacts.
- 13:32In twenty twelve, Epstein emailed the Dubin's daughter that he
- 13:36would arrange modeling jobs for her with apparel brands. In
- 13:40twenty fourteen, he scheduled a meeting between her and a
- 13:43professor at Harvard, where she was a student. The document shows,
- 13:47must be nice to have Uncle Jeffy's show up for
- 13:50the save huh. A spokeswoman for the Dubens said Epstein
- 13:54didn't make any introductions for modeling jobs for their daughter.
- 13:58The spokeswoman reaffirmed the Dubin's twenty nineteen statement, which also
- 14:02said they had been aware of the vile and unspeakable
- 14:06conduct described in these new allegations. They would have cut
- 14:10off all ties long ago and certainly never allowed him
- 14:14to be in the presence of their children. I don't
- 14:16believe it for a second. Uncle Jeffy was invited over
- 14:20for Thanksgiving dinner right after he got out of jail.
- 14:23What are you talking about? Epstein donated millions of dollars
- 14:27to Harvard during mister Summers's tenure as the university's president
- 14:31from two thousand and one to two thousand and six.
- 14:34Harvard has said it decided to reject donations from Epstein
- 14:38after his two thousand and eight guilty plea in Florida.
- 14:41Mister Summers, who remains a Harvard professor, had more than
- 14:44a dozen meetings scheduled with Epstein from twenty thirteen through
- 14:49twenty sixteen, including several dinners. The document show mister Summers
- 14:54didn't solicit donations for Harvard for Epstein after his conviction
- 14:58and didn't personally receive mo money from him. His spokeswoman
- 15:01said there are interactions primarily focused on global economic issues.
- 15:06She said, so the renowned economist Larry Summers has to
- 15:11sit down with braindead Jeffrey Epstein and talk about political
- 15:15issues and economic issues that are globally based. Okay, sure,
- 15:19I guess I'm gonna go and talk to the plumber
- 15:21about radiology next. But he did solicit donations for missnew
- 15:27his wife. In twenty fourteen. Miss Knew, a professor of English,
- 15:31was hoping to expand the general public of her Harvard
- 15:34coursework about poetry. She established the nonprofit that received the
- 15:39Epstein donation and later created a public television series, the
- 15:43spokeswoman said. Mister Marsh said Epstein asked him multiple times
- 15:47if the Templeton Foundation could donate to Missnews Poetry Pot project.
- 15:52Templeton didn't donate to the project, he said. Harvard declined
- 15:56to comment beyond its twenty twenty report on its size
- 15:59with Epstein, which found he donated nine point one million
- 16:02dollars before two thousand and eight and had visited the
- 16:06campus dozens of times after his conviction. He also had
- 16:10an office there. Okay, let's be very clear. Jeffrey Epstein
- 16:13was the patron saint of Harvard. Epstein was known to
- 16:18have friendly relations with mister Allen. The documents revealed new
- 16:22details about some of their activities and how often they met.
- 16:26They were scheduled to get together nearly every month in
- 16:29twenty fourteen and twenty fifteen. In November twenty twelve, an
- 16:34assistant to mister Allen sent one of Epstein's assistants a
- 16:37note wood he was wondering if Jeffrey would be interested
- 16:40in watching his new film either today or tomorrow. Epstein
- 16:45said he was available. Epstein said mister Allen also planned
- 16:49visits to the studio of artist Jeff Coons in twenty
- 16:52thirteen and to the Southeast Auction House in twenty seventeen.
- 16:57The document show mister Kuhns didn't respond to request for
- 17:00comment and the art house. We know that they use
- 17:04high end art as a way to launder money. It's
- 17:07one of the most fool proof ways to hide your money.
- 17:10And the value doesn't depreciate in these pieces of art.
- 17:13You buy yourself a Picasso something like that, it's only
- 17:16going to go up. So they'll buy this art because
- 17:19the reporting practices are lax, to say the least, and
- 17:24then from there they'll use it as a way to
- 17:26launder their money, just like with high end real estate.
- 17:30Epstein arranged for mister Allen to join dozens of dinners
- 17:34at Epstein's townhouse. Mister Allen went with his wife, Miss Previn.
- 17:38Epstein's staff sometimes ordered mister Allen's flowerless chocolate cakes and
- 17:43bottles of Beck's beer. The document show Woody and Sun
- 17:47Yee lived in the same neighborhood as Epstein and were
- 17:50frequently invited to dinner parties at his townhouse. Set a
- 17:53spokeswoman for the couple. There were always other guests at
- 17:57those gatherings like that's some kind of comp evidence builder,
- 18:00like you all weren't there being degenerate. In October twenty fourteen,
- 18:06Epstein planned for mister Allen to give lessons on film
- 18:09editing at his townhouse to a group of guests watching
- 18:12Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho the Document Show. On the guest list
- 18:16in the twenty fourteen film session with mister Allen the
- 18:20Document Show where Terry rod Larsen, a Norwegian diplomat who
- 18:24helped negotiate the Oslo Accords in the nineteen nineties. I've
- 18:27talked about this before several times. The IPI Foundation, the
- 18:32International Peace Institute, the UN, and Larson here were all
- 18:37in bed with Jeffrey Epstein. Never mind the CFR. The
- 18:41documents reveal Epstein also made plans for rod Larsen to
- 18:45visit his private island in twenty twelve. The diplomat came
- 18:49so frequently to Epstein's townhouse dozens of times from twenty
- 18:53thirteen to twenty seventeen that the staff knew to have
- 18:57cucumbers on hand for his gin the Document Show. But
- 19:01I really don't know, Jeffrey Epstein. I've never ever been
- 19:03there for anything but business, and I have no idea
- 19:06what you're talking about. Meanwhile, a whole different story is
- 19:10being played out right in front of us, and I
- 19:13don't understand how people aren't paying attention to just how
- 19:16deep all of this goes. You take a look at
- 19:19the players on this stage, and it is a who's
- 19:23who of the elite of the power brokers around the world,
- 19:27not just in America but worldwide, and all of them
- 19:31were paling around with this scumbag even though they knew
- 19:34what he was. Mister Rod Larzen resigned in twenty twenty
- 19:38as president of the International Peace Institute after Norwegian newspaper
- 19:43DN reported he visited the townhouse frequently, had received one
- 19:47hundred and thirty thousand dollars personal loan from Epstein, and
- 19:51had accepted about six hundred and fifty thousand in donations
- 19:54from Epstein's foundations for the nonprofit. The IPI said in
- 19:59twenty twenty that it was unaware of the donations and
- 20:02the loan, and that mister Rod Larson had apologized for
- 20:05his fell judgment. Oh well, it's all forgiven then, right,
- 20:09he apologized. Let's just move on, folks, Let's not talk
- 20:12about mister Rod Larson, the UN or the IPI anymore.
- 20:17After Epstein was arrested in twenty nineteen, photos were published
- 20:21in newspapers showing mister Barrock, the Israeli politician, entering Epstein's
- 20:26townhouse in twenty sixteen. The documents provide new details about
- 20:31his scheduled meetings. They show that between twenty thirteen and
- 20:35twenty seventeen, Epstein planned at least three dozen meetings with
- 20:39mister Brock. They had appointments every month for eleven consecutive months,
- 20:44starting in December twenty fifteen. The document show, and remember
- 20:49it's his daughter, Edwod Brock's daughter, Daphne Barrock, who gets
- 20:52all of those interviews with Glenn Maxwell. Oh I wonder
- 20:55why that happens. Mister Brock told the journal he was
- 20:59introduced to Epste in two thousand and three by Shimon Perez,
- 21:02another former Prime Minister of Israel, at a social event
- 21:06with US dignitaries, and that he would regularly visit Epstein
- 21:10when he traveled to New York. Quite often. I came
- 21:12to the townhouse with my wife, mister Brock said. Mister
- 21:16Perez died in twenty sixteen. Oh I love these ones.
- 21:19Too right, Oh, I was there with my wife. I
- 21:21only went to Epstein's while I was with my wife. Okay, sure, buddy,
- 21:25we believe you. Mister Brock also took flights on Epstein's
- 21:29private jet, the document show. In January twenty fourteen, he
- 21:33met Epstein at his Palm Beach mansion, and then they
- 21:36flew together to Tampa, where Epstein dropped them off and
- 21:40continued on to New York. I flew only twice on
- 21:43his airplane, together with my wife and in Israeli security detail,
- 21:48mister Brock said. He said he remembers the trip in
- 21:52Florida was to visit a US military installation in Tampa.
- 21:56Why is Epstein getting access to military installations in town?
- 22:00Anybody ever want to ask that question. I never participated
- 22:05in any party or any other improper event around Epstein,
- 22:08and never met him with girls or miners or even
- 22:11adult women in improper context or behavior. Mister Brock said, Okay, sure,
- 22:17we believe you, even though we've seen the photos of
- 22:20you going into this house with a bunch of young girls.
- 22:24Mister Hoffman, the LinkedIn co founder, has apologized for his
- 22:28interactions with Epstein, including inviting him to a twenty fifteen
- 22:32to a dinner in Palo Alto with Silicon Valley leaders.
- 22:36After Epstein was arrested in twenty nineteen, mister Hoffman said
- 22:40he had met with him to hell Bray's funds for
- 22:42MIT at the request of then director of MIT's media lab,
- 22:47Joi Eto. The documents reveal that Epstein had plans for
- 22:51mister Hoffman and mister Eto to visit his private island
- 22:54in March twenty fourteen and November twenty fourteen. On the
- 22:59second day, Epstein planned to travel with both men from
- 23:02Palm Beach to the island for a weekend and then
- 23:05fly together to Boston. When the venture capitalist had a
- 23:08flight schedule to land late at night in New York
- 23:11on December fourth, twenty fourteen, Epstein arranged for mister Hoffman
- 23:16to stay overnight in his townhouse. The document show the
- 23:19following morning, mister Hoffman was scheduled to attend a breakfast
- 23:23party with Epstein, mister Gates and others, according to documents,
- 23:28and this is the man who bundled a bunch of
- 23:30dough for President Biden. And this is what I mean
- 23:32about the financial sector. These dudes are so corrupt they're
- 23:36so in bed with people like Epstein that it's not
- 23:39even funny. And then they go on to have a
- 23:42huge impact on our elections by being bag men for
- 23:46potential presidents. What you think Reid Hoffman doesn't have a
- 23:49seat at the table if he wants one, when Joe
- 23:52Biden's having a meeting with all the money that was
- 23:54donated by Reid Hoffman, If you think that he can't
- 23:57call the White House whenever he wants, That's what that
- 24:01money buys you access. And Jeffrey Epstein was a master
- 24:05at that. He knew that he can get into those
- 24:08halls of power. He knew that he could hang with
- 24:10the so called elite. He just had to offer them
- 24:13what they wanted. And what do the elite always want, folks?
- 24:16What do they never have enough of? That's right, money
- 24:19and power, and Epstein was offering both in spades. Mister
- 24:24Hoffman told the journal he only visited Epstein's island residence,
- 24:28Little Saint James for an MIT fundraising trip with mister Edo.
- 24:32He said he regrets ever meeting with Epstein, and his
- 24:35last interaction with him was in twenty fifteen. It gnaws
- 24:39at me that by lending my Association. I helped his
- 24:42reputation and thus delayed justice for his survivors, mister Hoffman
- 24:46said in an email. He said he met with Epstein
- 24:48to discuss science projects at universities, while I relied on
- 24:52MIT's endorsement. Ultimately I made the mistake, he said, and
- 24:56I'm sorry for my personal misjudgment. Well, at least this
- 24:59guy owning up to it a little bit, but still
- 25:02the fact remains, this dude was around Epstein's house all
- 25:06the time, and there's no way that you're going to
- 25:08convince me that you never saw anything improper. I'm sorry,
- 25:13mister Oto said in an email. Read attended a few
- 25:16fundraising events at my request, including one trip to Little
- 25:20Saint James, after I confirmed to Read that mister Epstein
- 25:23had been an approved donor target for MIT in accordance
- 25:28with university rules and regulations. After Epstein's arrest in twenty nineteen,
- 25:33mister Edo resigned from the MIT Media Lab and apologized
- 25:37for accepting funding from Epstein. MIT said at the time
- 25:42that it was a mistake to accept Epstein's gifts. The
- 25:45school later said it donated eight hundred and fifty thousand
- 25:48dollars to nonprofits supporting survivors of sexual abuse. Well, folks,
- 25:53as you can see from this article, all of these
- 25:56names that have been associated with Epstein that have been well,
- 26:00now that's all confirmed. For the regular folk out there
- 26:04that might have needed a little push in that direction,
- 26:07but for the rest of us who have known these
- 26:09names forever, who have known what they've been up to forever. Look,
- 26:13the dance goes on, folks. And while I'm not naive
- 26:15enough to think that we're ever gonna have real justice here,
- 26:19you better believe your boy and his beard are going
- 26:21to continue screaming into the wind from the mountaintops. All
