- 1:23Speaker 4: of concerts or you know whatever.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Ga when they get there early.
- 1:26Speaker 4: I didn't know those fans, super fans were diapers so
- 1:29Speaker 4: they can just pee.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Themselves, dude.
- 1:31Speaker 5: Coachella, I think like half the people up there are
- 1:33Speaker 5: wearing those because they get their last the crack of
- 1:37Speaker 5: dawn to get a spot for the headliner that doesn't
- 1:39Speaker 5: go on until like a ten pm exactly.
- 1:42Speaker 1: And that's exactly what I saw at Ella.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Yeah, oh really, Well, I don't.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Think people were wearing diapers, but I thought.
- 1:47Speaker 2: About it because it was Dicky's diapers.
- 1:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:50Speaker 1: I was looking in the pit.
- 1:52Speaker 4: I was looking in the pit and I was like, Oh,
- 1:53Speaker 4: there's people up front, but you know, if you move then.
- 1:56Speaker 1: You're gonna somebody's gonna slide in.
- 1:57Speaker 4: Yeah, And they were not moving. Whoh And I was like,
- 2:00Speaker 4: how are you there for hours without moving?
- 2:03Speaker 1: Yep. They're wearing diapers. They are for them, so, which
- 2:06Speaker 1: I have to tell you seven t.
- 2:09Speaker 2: I can't wait.
- 2:10Speaker 1: I met Ella.
- 2:11Speaker 4: Oh yeah, it was awesome, but I think I said
- 2:14Speaker 4: something stupid.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Oh and I.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Never liked that. But I don't know what happened.
- 2:18Speaker 5: I just yeah, you had a week to prepare for this,
- 2:22Speaker 5: he did. What if I can get it in the moment,
- 2:24Speaker 5: you're like, oh, yeah.
- 2:25Speaker 4: You think you know what you're gonna say, and then
- 2:27Speaker 4: you say something completely different. For sure, that's what happened.
- 2:30Speaker 4: We'll talk about that later either way. Kennice Lopez, what's
- 2:32Speaker 4: going on with you?
- 2:33Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a wonky Monday. I don't know.
- 2:34Speaker 5: My laptop's not working. I just had to restart it.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Yesterday.
- 2:38Speaker 5: We came home and so it was so excited to
- 2:39Speaker 5: have a popsicle because I told him, you know, you
- 2:41Speaker 5: got to clean up a Sunday's you know, when we
- 2:43Speaker 5: start the week tomorrow, you gotta get everything back in
- 2:45Speaker 5: order and you can have your popsicle when.
- 2:46Speaker 2: You're done with that.
- 2:47Speaker 5: Well, we get home from baseball practice, the house is clean.
- 2:51Speaker 5: He goes into the freezer to get.
- 2:52Speaker 2: His popsicle and it's just liquid. Oh and he was
- 2:55Speaker 2: so upset. I'm like, I don't know what's wonky about
- 2:57Speaker 2: our freezer.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Now.
- 3:00Speaker 5: Yeah, so he wanted to drink the popsicle, so I
- 3:03Speaker 5: gave him a straw and then he just felt so
- 3:05Speaker 5: used by that. He's like, that was the worst popsicle ever.
- 3:08Speaker 2: I'm like, no, I told you to put it back
- 3:10Speaker 2: in there and free freeze it.
- 3:11Speaker 1: You didn't take him out for ice cream?
- 3:13Speaker 2: Well, no, we just didn't have time. He had a popsicle.
- 3:15Speaker 1: He was looking forward to getting one popsicle.
- 3:18Speaker 2: Yeah, it was the last one.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it could have took him the sweet frogs.
- 3:22Speaker 5: Yeah, but we just didn't have time. On Sunday night,
- 3:24Speaker 5: I'm regrouping. We had baseball practice.
- 3:26Speaker 1: And this also goes to bed really early.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Well I tried.
- 3:31Speaker 5: I tried to go to bed at eight thirty, but
- 3:33Speaker 5: it just didn't work.
- 3:34Speaker 4: I can't go up. I can't go to bed when
- 3:36Speaker 4: the sun's still up. Yeah, it's just struggle with it.
- 3:38Speaker 4: What's wrong with your freezer?
- 3:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. I got to figure that out today.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Well, the filter restart your computer.
- 3:46Speaker 3: That's what I had to do. My freezer was tripping
- 3:48Speaker 3: and I had to change that. They put a new
- 3:50Speaker 3: filter in there, and oh there's a filter. I have
- 3:53Speaker 3: to do with the freezer not freezing.
- 3:55Speaker 1: I have no.
- 3:55Speaker 3: Idea, but the maintenance man changed out the filter and
- 3:58Speaker 3: now it's freezing.
- 3:59Speaker 4: Y'all got fancy for res or something. You've restarted your computer.
- 4:02Speaker 4: We've restarted food twice.
- 4:07Speaker 1: I can't pretty superved you.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Yesterday I did something so old school. I had to
- 4:12Speaker 3: watch my sister's friend's kids and they were like all
- 4:15Speaker 3: on their iPads or whatever, and I was like, I
- 4:18Speaker 3: was like, come on, get out the apartment, let's go.
- 4:20Speaker 3: So I took them to Lake Levon. There's a little pathsway.
- 4:23Speaker 3: He took them to the lake. Yeah, and we skipped
- 4:25Speaker 3: rocks and you would have thought I discovered how to
- 4:28Speaker 3: start a fire. They were like, we were just skipping
- 4:33Speaker 3: rocks at least for at least an.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Hour and a half. And they were like, wow, did
- 4:38Speaker 1: you used to do this when you were going on?
- 4:39Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, hell son, it's funny saying that.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Back in my day, we didn't have rocks. I'm so old.
- 4:48Speaker 1: We didn't have rocks. So he used turtles. Yeah, used
- 4:52Speaker 1: dinosaur bones.
- 4:55Speaker 4: We would just find some dinosaur teath and just skip
- 4:57Speaker 4: them down the creek.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Good, who's out here? And letting poo? Watch their kids.
- 5:02Speaker 1: All right, Yeah, they know me. Why, I mean, I
- 5:08Speaker 1: would hope so, but how does that come about it?
- 5:11Speaker 3: Because they had to go get some She's an educator
- 5:13Speaker 3: at herself, so they would and got some supplies and
- 5:16Speaker 3: stuff like that.
- 5:16Speaker 1: And I was like, I'll watch them, let me watch them.
- 5:18Speaker 1: I got it. But yeah, going on a field trip
- 5:20Speaker 1: with them. That's just right down the street. The lake
- 5:22Speaker 1: is probably not even two miles from me.
- 5:24Speaker 2: Good for you, because I figured you'd just let them
- 5:26Speaker 2: be on their screens.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Yeah, watch your iPad. And now I was like, let's go,
- 5:30Speaker 1: let's get out the house. It's one hundred and you
- 5:32Speaker 1: better watch that. You better watch your bluey is Texas
- 5:36Speaker 1: top story. So the tens whis Billy's a kid in
- 5:38Speaker 1: the morning only on the new Mixed one or two
- 5:41Speaker 1: point nine. A lot going on on a Monday morning,
- 5:43Speaker 1: candislow pants, what's up? Yeah?
- 5:45Speaker 5: Four alarm grass fire in the Redbird area of Dallas
- 5:48Speaker 5: is under investigation this morning. That fire started around four
- 5:51Speaker 5: forty five yesterday afternoon, then quickly spread to.
- 5:54Speaker 2: A nearby home.
- 5:56Speaker 5: I guess they had some land behind this house. There
- 5:58Speaker 5: were piles of tires and trailers that also caught fire,
- 6:02Speaker 5: but people said you could see this plume of smoke
- 6:05Speaker 5: all around the Metroplex.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah.
- 6:07Speaker 5: As far away as Plane O Addison at Carrollton. More
- 6:11Speaker 5: than one hundred firefighters responded, taking shifts to try to
- 6:14Speaker 5: put this fire out. Thankfully no injuries were reported. But
- 6:18Speaker 5: with the heat yesterday, it just made it even harder
- 6:20Speaker 5: for these crews to battle this thing.
- 6:22Speaker 4: You imagine shout out to our firefighters. Can you imagine
- 6:25Speaker 4: fighting a fire in this heat?
- 6:27Speaker 1: Right?
- 6:27Speaker 2: It was one hundred and four yesterday, right, Like.
- 6:29Speaker 1: It's never easy. Yeah.
- 6:30Speaker 4: Then you're in a suit and you're going out and
- 6:33Speaker 4: you're making all these runs, and then you're going into
- 6:35Speaker 4: a fire to put Yeah.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Good lord.
- 6:38Speaker 4: Yeah I could see it from you know, I was
- 6:40Speaker 4: going over the ramp at one twenty one and thirty five.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Yeah, we up be in Louisville and I could see it.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Yeah, I was in Grand Mary yesterday. I could see it.
- 6:46Speaker 2: I thought, what I mean it was? It was bold,
- 6:49Speaker 2: bold smoke.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Oh yeah.
- 6:50Speaker 4: I was like, and you always see smoke and you
- 6:52Speaker 4: wonder what happened. Then you start to google things and
- 6:54Speaker 4: I'm like, I'm never going to know.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, dude, now, thank you camids. Yeah, of course
- 6:58Speaker 2: we are going to.
- 6:59Speaker 5: Get up to one o four where again today it's
- 7:01Speaker 5: eighty two right now. And some sad news to report
- 7:04Speaker 5: this morning. Actress Hayden Panitier has died at the age
- 7:07Speaker 5: of thirty six.
- 7:08Speaker 2: She's best known for her.
- 7:10Speaker 5: Roles and heroes at Nashville and of course, her numerous films.
- 7:14Speaker 5: Police say she was found unresponsive at an apartment in Greenville,
- 7:17Speaker 5: South Carolina, yesterday afternoon. A spokesperson there says there were
- 7:22Speaker 5: no signs of foul play and a cause of death
- 7:24Speaker 5: has not been released. But just sad to see that
- 7:27Speaker 5: this morning. You know, I was such a fan of
- 7:29Speaker 5: her work.
- 7:30Speaker 4: I know, it broke my heart to see yesterday, and
- 7:32Speaker 4: I'm just thinking about her, her family because of course
- 7:35Speaker 4: she lost her brother.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Yeah, it was like three years ago.
- 7:38Speaker 4: Yeah, what a nightmare when you're her parents and you've
- 7:40Speaker 4: lost both your children. Yeah, I can't I can't even imagine.
- 7:45Speaker 4: I don't know what was going on with her, but
- 7:46Speaker 4: I know she had been through a lot.
- 7:48Speaker 5: She had and she released a memoir earlier this year.
- 7:51Speaker 5: You know, it covered her battles with addiction, postpartum depression,
- 7:54Speaker 5: and you know, her life as a child star. She
- 7:56Speaker 5: started working when she was, you know, eleven months old,
- 7:59Speaker 5: I would say, but yeah, she does have an eleven
- 8:02Speaker 5: year old daughter. I think she gave custody up of her.
- 8:05Speaker 2: About eight years ago. But you know, thoughts are with
- 8:08Speaker 2: Hayden and her family and fans this morning.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Guys.
- 8:11Speaker 2: I don't know if you heard about this.
- 8:13Speaker 5: A mom from Kentucky is going viral after she shared
- 8:16Speaker 5: some of what appears to be ai errors in her
- 8:19Speaker 5: daughter's middle school workbook.
- 8:21Speaker 2: So, I guess there's a US map.
- 8:23Speaker 5: In this workbook and most of the state's names are
- 8:26Speaker 5: basically gibberish.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Did you see this map?
- 8:29Speaker 5: So Kentucky, where this was happening at, was labeled Veneki.
- 8:34Speaker 1: I've been there.
- 8:35Speaker 2: South Carolina was named South Kwanto.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Oh. Yeah.
- 8:40Speaker 5: They actually renamed the planet mercury mark.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:47Speaker 2: So you know, parents are like, hey, what's going on
- 8:49Speaker 2: with this? You know, we had to pay ten dollars
- 8:51Speaker 2: for this workbook? What's wrong with this?
- 8:57Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 8:57Speaker 5: The school district, I guess, then told teachers and students
- 9:00Speaker 5: about a quote a lot of mistakes on pages nineteen
- 9:03Speaker 5: to thirty six and said, rip out those pages that
- 9:05Speaker 5: have mistakes and just give them to your teacher, rip.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Out those pages, right, I just paid for.
- 9:09Speaker 5: This book, right, pages nineteen through thirty six.
- 9:12Speaker 4: Did you see that BUCkies is under fire too for
- 9:15Speaker 4: using AI.
- 9:15Speaker 2: No?
- 9:16Speaker 1: Well yeah, BUCkies had.
- 9:18Speaker 4: Like a poster on their fuel pumps and says like
- 9:20Speaker 4: pay before you pump, okay, And next to Bucky where
- 9:24Speaker 4: it's supposed to say fill up here, it says like
- 9:27Speaker 4: meal up nea and everybody's like what And then the
- 9:31Speaker 4: hose is not even going to the gas pump and
- 9:35Speaker 4: people are just roasting BUCkies because they're like, here you are.
- 9:38Speaker 4: You'll sue everybody and anything, and you can't even pay
- 9:42Speaker 4: an actual creator, right, and a human to do.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Your AI falla AI.
- 9:47Speaker 1: I know it is a lot. Yeah, it is a lot.
- 9:50Speaker 5: Like I'm hearing people say, you know, try it out
- 9:52Speaker 5: in the workforce trying to get jobs and stuff, and
- 9:54Speaker 5: they're saying, look, I can't even get my resume through
- 9:56Speaker 5: AI to a human to actually look at it.
- 9:59Speaker 2: It's just like stop.
- 10:00Speaker 1: All you gotta do is ask AI where West Virginia is.
- 10:05Speaker 2: Virginia? Yeah, Vaneckiecki. Vanecki as right there in the middle
- 10:09Speaker 2: of the country.
- 10:09Speaker 4: Kind of.
- 10:10Speaker 5: I love Veneki, all right, I'm Canda, Slowpez. Those are
- 10:13Speaker 5: your Texas soft stories. I'll mixed one of two point nine.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Ki.
- 10:17Speaker 5: Right, let's go crazy.
- 10:20Speaker 1: The first caller of the day is coming up next
- 10:23Speaker 1: to you. Ready for that.
- 10:23Speaker 4: I got a four pack of tickets to Universals Kids Resort.
- 10:26Speaker 1: They said, by the end of the week in my
- 10:28Speaker 1: rain ish.
- 10:29Speaker 5: Yeah, there's a slight chance on Friday it's gonna rain ish.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh okay, I.
- 10:33Speaker 5: Just feel like we say that, but it's like one
- 10:34Speaker 5: little part of the Metroplex.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Well either way, I'm getting excited. Yeah, okay, because I'm
- 10:39Speaker 1: just over this heat. It's always this time of the year.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Matter of fact, I gotta find it.
- 10:42Speaker 4: But I recorded myself in the winter time right here
- 10:45Speaker 4: in the studio saying, don't forget, do not complain about
- 10:49Speaker 4: the heat in the summer, Billy, because it's so cold
- 10:51Speaker 4: right now exactly. I got to go back and listen to.
- 10:54Speaker 2: That because you're so ready for the heat.
- 10:56Speaker 4: I'm so ready for sweater weather so bad right now?
- 10:59Speaker 4: All right, let's do a first caller of the day.
- 11:01Speaker 4: We got to hook you up with these four pack
- 11:02Speaker 4: of tickets Universal Kids Resort.

- 11:16Speaker 1: You're calling it for one. Congratulations Sarah.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, Shall just made my day.
- 11:22Speaker 1: I'm like so emotional. Oh good Sara. Where are you from?
- 11:26Speaker 1: I'm from Levon? Cool? Oh who is just talking about this?
- 11:29Speaker 1: Right down the street from me? Yeah? You guys are neighbors.
- 11:32Speaker 1: I know, I know.
- 11:34Speaker 3: I always wonder if I'm going to run into him
- 11:36Speaker 3: at the hibachi place.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Oh my, hey, yeah, this is a shimmy.
- 11:41Speaker 4: Yeah, shimmy, that's his favorite thing to eat. Well, Sarah,
- 11:46Speaker 4: thank you so much for listening. You got a four
- 11:47Speaker 4: pack of tickets to Universal Kids Resort. Are you on

- 11:53Speaker 1: Medical City Plano.
- 11:54Speaker 3: I'm an icy pharmacist.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Oh no, way, that's an important job. Now do pharmacists
- 11:59Speaker 1: work scrub two or no?

- 12:12Speaker 4: All right, Now let's get you some realer fake news.
- 12:14Speaker 4: Are you ready, Cannis, Yeah, I got three headlines. I
- 12:16Speaker 4: gotta tell me which one is the fake story out
- 12:18Speaker 4: of the three. And it's tough because the news is
- 12:21Speaker 4: getting crazier by the second headline at number one, man attacks.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Neighbor with dog poop in his home. Man attacks neighbor
- 12:32Speaker 1: with dog poop in his home. Hell, we gonna start Monday,
- 12:37Speaker 1: right there?
- 12:38Speaker 4: Three headlines. There's your first, uh, well realer fake. I'll
- 12:41Speaker 4: let you pick all right. Second headline, a woman in
- 12:44Speaker 4: Colombia made enough money selling gossip to buy.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Two houses selling gossip.
- 12:51Speaker 4: Yep, a woman in Columbia made enough money selling gossip
- 12:55Speaker 4: to buy two houses. Headline over two, headline over three,
- 13:00Speaker 4: show finds man for lawn being the quote wrong shade
- 13:04Speaker 4: of green. Hoa finds a man for lawn being the
- 13:09Speaker 4: quote wrong shade of green.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Three headlines right there.
- 13:14Speaker 4: You gotta tell me which one do you think is
- 13:16Speaker 4: the fake story? Would you like to can just keep
- 13:19Speaker 4: it for yourself and guess first, or would.
- 13:21Speaker 1: You like to pass it to.
- 13:23Speaker 4: Mister Shassimi himself Kuju, mister Haibachi himself Clarence we call
- 13:30Speaker 4: him sometimes otherwise known as Pooh.
- 13:33Speaker 2: I think I'm gonna go first today. These stories are
- 13:34Speaker 2: really weird.
- 13:35Speaker 5: But lock me in for that last one rawn story?
- 13:38Speaker 1: Yeah, do you think that's too weird?
- 13:40Speaker 2: That's way too weird.
- 13:40Speaker 5: You can't tell people what shade of green your lawn
- 13:43Speaker 5: is supposed to be.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Do you have an hoa? Right? Yeah, well you know
- 13:47Speaker 1: how crazy they are.
- 13:48Speaker 2: No one cares about the shade of the lawn.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Then all right, well let's lock you in.
- 13:52Speaker 4: Okay, locked in, producer poo, which one do you think
- 13:56Speaker 4: is the fake story?
- 13:57Speaker 1: God? See, let's go with that first story. They back,
- 14:02Speaker 1: all right, let's lock that in.
- 14:04Speaker 4: Lock it in, and the winner today kicking off their
- 14:08Speaker 4: week with a win is.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Can canness? You got it? H A?
- 14:19Speaker 4: Well, that story has made it up, but it seems
- 14:21Speaker 4: like something they would do because they suck.
- 14:24Speaker 1: They do. It sucks so bad, like one little scratch
- 14:29Speaker 1: on my fence.
- 14:30Speaker 5: Yeah, that's too much, but we should keep our neighborhoods.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 14:34Speaker 2: We don't have to get that grazy. You're the president
- 14:36Speaker 2: of your h anything to do with Eric, No, Well.
- 14:40Speaker 4: Must be nice to have a perfect lawn in life.
- 14:43Speaker 4: He's proud of his lawn. Yeah, mine looks like, oh
- 14:49Speaker 4: my god, you should see.
- 14:50Speaker 1: My lawn right now. It looks. If Eric came over,
- 14:53Speaker 1: he would be disgusted. You would take a sample, would
- 14:56Speaker 1: be like hold on, he'd be like in a few hours.
- 14:58Speaker 1: We got to get this together. You know, did you
- 15:01Speaker 1: see that lady what she did the other day?
- 15:02Speaker 4: And I'm about to do the same thing because I
- 15:04Speaker 4: have like a I don't know, I have like a
- 15:06Speaker 4: three foot patch of dead grass right and the ha
- 15:09Speaker 4: finder because she had a bush that was dead and
- 15:11Speaker 4: she's spray.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Painted at green.
- 15:13Speaker 4: No, what do you think I'm doing today?
- 15:16Speaker 1: Yeah? Fixed? Yep, there you go, all set, I'm doing it.
- 15:24Speaker 1: You think I'm kidding?
- 15:24Speaker 4: Cannis see me at home depot a little bit later
- 15:28Speaker 4: on today getting that green nice?
- 15:31Speaker 1: What's fixed?
- 15:32Speaker 4: All right, let's get to the real stories. Man attacks
- 15:36Speaker 4: neighbor with dog poop in his home. A neighborly dispute
- 15:40Speaker 4: over dog poop in Florida ended up with felony charges.
- 15:43Speaker 4: Oh man, yep, so deputy to say, this guy Tray,
- 15:46Speaker 4: He's thirty five of Leesburg, had been in an ongoing
- 15:50Speaker 4: feud with a couple next door over dog poop that
- 15:53Speaker 4: was in their shared driveway. Somebody was just letting their
- 15:57Speaker 4: dog do whatever and not picking it up. The argument
- 15:59Speaker 4: boiled over and Trey was visibly irate. He allegedly walked
- 16:05Speaker 4: into the couple's home without permission, holding dog poop in
- 16:08Speaker 4: his hand, started yelling at the guy who was sitting
- 16:12Speaker 4: on his couch inside his own home, and he threw
- 16:15Speaker 4: the poop at the guy's face and hit him.
- 16:19Speaker 1: No, and he started yelling.
- 16:22Speaker 4: That's when basically the confrontation took place. They got into
- 16:25Speaker 4: a fight. And now this Tray guy, well you don't
- 16:29Speaker 4: want to know the crazy story too. Is not just
- 16:31Speaker 4: the dog poop that he threw at him. He also
- 16:34Speaker 4: quote hit him over the head with a metal child scooter,
- 16:38Speaker 4: which you know was a razor.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Oh wow, you know you take a razor to the
- 16:43Speaker 1: shin Oh yeah, imagine taking one to the head. It's
- 16:46Speaker 1: taking you out.
- 16:49Speaker 4: So now that guy Tray is in jail because he
- 16:51Speaker 4: couldn't hold it together and he went into somebody else's home.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Now I've heard of throwing it over the fence.
- 16:56Speaker 2: Yeah in the bag? Was it bare handed or was
- 16:59Speaker 2: it in a poop bag?
- 17:00Speaker 1: Doesn't say, Okay, it's Florida. I'm guessing bare handed. Yeah,
- 17:03Speaker 1: he went all that's.
- 17:06Speaker 4: When no one asked time to get a glove on.
- 17:09Speaker 4: You know what, do you think they are civilized? Okay,
- 17:12Speaker 4: next story a woman in Colombia. This is a wild
- 17:15Speaker 4: one too. A woman in Columbia made enough money selling
- 17:18Speaker 4: gossip to buy two houses. This woman is my hero.
- 17:22Speaker 4: Sixty seven year old Columbian woman named Miriam has turned
- 17:26Speaker 4: observing her neighborhood basically situations into money, into a full
- 17:33Speaker 4: blown business.
- 17:34Speaker 1: She sells gossip.
- 17:35Speaker 4: She wakes up early in the morning, She has a notepad.
- 17:38Speaker 4: She starts her day off by just writing everything that
- 17:40Speaker 4: she sees, recording the movements, any conversations she overhears, and
- 17:45Speaker 4: then she sells it to neighbors who want to know
- 17:47Speaker 4: what's going on.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Good for her neighborhood tabloid.
- 17:51Speaker 1: Yeah, she really is.
- 17:52Speaker 4: Yeah, And I think she even is building a website
- 17:55Speaker 4: to where you can pay subscription based log on to
- 17:58Speaker 4: see what's going on in your neighbor I think they
- 18:01Speaker 4: call that the next door app. But this is even
- 18:04Speaker 4: better because well, she's charging good too. I don't know
- 18:09Speaker 4: exactly what this comes out to, but she charges five
- 18:11Speaker 4: thousand to ten thousand Colombian pesos for basic neighborhood news
- 18:17Speaker 4: schedules and minor drama.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Tracked in her dedicated.
- 18:20Speaker 4: Notebook, and then she charges up to seven hundred thousand
- 18:24Speaker 4: Colombian pesos to prevent sensitive information like family affairs or infidelities.
- 18:31Speaker 1: From spreading to the rest of the neighborhood. Oh my goodness,
- 18:35Speaker 1: why not get your paper group?
- 18:37Speaker 2: People don't?
- 18:38Speaker 1: Don't? Yeah?
- 18:39Speaker 2: I agree, but what else?
- 18:43Speaker 1: Verify? Yeah?
- 18:45Speaker 2: I trust her info.
- 18:46Speaker 1: You got to see her, because if you saw her,
- 18:48Speaker 1: you totally trust her.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Okay.
- 18:50Speaker 1: It looks like she makes them like, oh, some good
- 18:52Speaker 1: food too. I can't tell them. She looks like, ooh
- 18:56Speaker 1: she could cook. Yeah, I don't know what.
- 18:57Speaker 4: You what do you call a gossip in Spanish?
- 19:00Speaker 3: Cheese man, cheese may yeah, oh yes, mosa, yes, yes, that's.
- 19:05Speaker 1: What I'm talking about. That's what I'm gonna start doing
- 19:08Speaker 1: around here.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Cheese man.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Yeah, That's what I'm doing around here though, starting.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Today, selling the hot gasis.
- 19:14Speaker 4: Selling gossip. You want to know some about Candi Slowpez,
- 19:18Speaker 4: I got you seven hundred thousand pay sos.
- 19:23Speaker 1: You want to eat pooh, you want to do something stupid?
- 19:25Speaker 1: You don't want it to get out there? Uh huh,
- 19:27Speaker 1: you better pay.
- 19:28Speaker 4: I'll get back to dirty Little Secret. It's coming up
- 19:31Speaker 4: at seven thirty. You ready for that? Plus I'll tell
- 19:33Speaker 4: you what's going down and what happened with me and
- 19:34Speaker 4: Ella at seven twenty because I'm just an idiot.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Little kids fired from a job the first day.
- 19:42Speaker 4: The first day, it's miex one o two point nine,
- 19:45Speaker 4: a bill at a kid Canda Slowpez producer pooh. I'm
- 19:48Speaker 4: not gonna say which one of my friends, but I'm
- 19:49Speaker 4: laughing so hard because over the weekend, you know, we're
- 19:52Speaker 4: starting to get older, so our kids are old enough
- 19:54Speaker 4: to where they're getting jobs, which is weird, right, And
- 19:57Speaker 4: my my friend's son got his first check job. He
- 20:01Speaker 4: calls me up over the weekend and if you've ever
- 20:03Speaker 4: gotten fired from a job on the first day, please
- 20:05Speaker 4: let me know eight three three seven eight seven one
- 20:08Speaker 4: h two nine either way.
- 20:09Speaker 1: He's like, yeah, my idiot kid got fired. And I
- 20:12Speaker 1: was like what.
- 20:12Speaker 4: I don't want to say where he worked, but it
- 20:16Speaker 4: was like a pretty basic entry job, and I'm like, why, Well,
- 20:20Speaker 4: I guess they were looking for him and they couldn't
- 20:23Speaker 4: find him.
- 20:24Speaker 1: And about a half hour.
- 20:27Speaker 4: He comes back and the boss is like, uh, where
- 20:29Speaker 4: are you being like, what is going on? It's you know,
- 20:32Speaker 4: you're supposed to start at like nine. It's now it's
- 20:37Speaker 4: ten thirty. You've been gone for we even found you
- 20:40Speaker 4: for thirty almost forty five minutes.
- 20:42Speaker 2: Yikes.
- 20:43Speaker 4: He's like, what do you mean. He's like, you told
- 20:45Speaker 4: me I get two fifteen minute breaks. So I took
- 20:48Speaker 4: him back to back just now.
- 20:56Speaker 1: I mean in fairness.
- 20:58Speaker 4: In fairness, if you're young and like sixteen seventeen and
- 21:02Speaker 4: somebody's like, yeah, you get two fifteen minute breaks for
- 21:06Speaker 4: the day, you know you can take them whenever you want.
- 21:09Speaker 1: He took them back to back that early in the morning.
- 21:12Speaker 5: Once you think I'll just wait, I'll work hard for
- 21:14Speaker 5: a while and then take a break.
- 21:15Speaker 2: This afternoon, he took him.
- 21:16Speaker 1: At ten am. Gee.
- 21:18Speaker 4: He came back at ten thirty like all right, let's
- 21:20Speaker 4: do this. And the boss is like, what, you can't
- 21:23Speaker 4: take him back to back?
- 21:25Speaker 1: Well, you didn't tell me.
- 21:26Speaker 2: That you've been working for an hour.
- 21:28Speaker 4: Yeah, He's like, you need a break on your first
- 21:31Speaker 4: day after an hour, you're worn out. He's like, well, no,
- 21:35Speaker 4: I'm okay, but I figured this would be a good
- 21:36Speaker 4: time to take him. I just wanted to take them. So,
- 21:40Speaker 4: needless to say, he was excused from his duties. Okay,
- 21:43Speaker 4: and I'm like, I know I can ask Cannis, but
- 21:45Speaker 4: I already know the answer. You've never been fired from
- 21:47Speaker 4: a job.
- 21:47Speaker 1: No, No, it doesn't. Looking to the other side of
- 21:51Speaker 1: the room.
- 21:52Speaker 2: How many jobs have you been shown?
- 21:53Speaker 1: How many jobs has producer Poo been fired from? At
- 21:57Speaker 1: least four?
- 21:58Speaker 2: Four jobs?
- 22:01Speaker 1: Yeah, four jobs you've been fired from.
- 22:04Speaker 3: But the one that stands out is when I got
- 22:05Speaker 3: fired from Kentucky Fried Chicken.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Now, how do you get fired from k as C?
- 22:10Speaker 1: Because I was working the drive through, you know, want
- 22:13Speaker 1: to put it on.
- 22:14Speaker 3: I was working the drive through me and this other
- 22:16Speaker 3: girl was working the drive through in Cedar Hill and
- 22:19Speaker 3: h the Kentucky Fried Chicken was owned by my dad's
- 22:22Speaker 3: good friend, Curtis curt So anyway, this guy came through
- 22:27Speaker 3: the drive through drunk and he was talking noise to
- 22:29Speaker 3: the girl.
- 22:30Speaker 1: So I got on the mic and I was like,
- 22:32Speaker 1: blah blah blah blah blah.
- 22:33Speaker 3: Well he proceeds to come in the Kentucky Fried Chicken
- 22:37Speaker 3: looking for you, and.
- 22:38Speaker 1: He's like, who is that sun of a gun talking
- 22:41Speaker 1: smack And I was like, it's me.
- 22:43Speaker 3: He's like, come on over here, So I go over
- 22:45Speaker 3: there where the fries are I grab a.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Little thing of hot grease, and I'm like threatening the
- 22:50Speaker 1: guy so far.
- 22:52Speaker 3: So the manager at the time, Mike, he comes in
- 22:55Speaker 3: from a smoke break and he's.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Like, dude, you can't you can't threaten you know, wait
- 23:00Speaker 1: a minute.
- 23:00Speaker 4: You you gott to fight with the guy that was
- 23:03Speaker 4: in the drive thrill. Yeah, and you decided to pick
- 23:05Speaker 4: up a hot grease.
- 23:06Speaker 3: Yeah, Because he came in he was a big old boy,
- 23:09Speaker 3: like I mean, I'm sixteen years old, dude like this.
- 23:11Speaker 2: You didn't want to just use his words?
- 23:13Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, yeah.
- 23:14Speaker 3: I was like, oh, I don't think I can take
- 23:16Speaker 3: this up a big oh, I just stay in the back.
- 23:18Speaker 2: No.
- 23:19Speaker 3: No, I was just like, uh uh, if he comes
- 23:21Speaker 3: across that counter, one of us is getting burnt.
- 23:25Speaker 2: I should have taken her fifteen mink.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Back to back. No. Yeah, but the manager gave me,
- 23:32Speaker 1: He's like, you can't be doing that. I was like,
- 23:34Speaker 1: look look at him. He was threatening me and whatever.
- 23:37Speaker 1: I thought it was settled.
- 23:38Speaker 3: And then next day, I know, Curtis was like, oh man,
- 23:41Speaker 3: I gotta let you go. Yeah, you think he goes.
- 23:44Speaker 3: It hurts me to do this because you're like, you're
- 23:46Speaker 3: like my son. I was like, you fired your son.
- 23:49Speaker 3: I was standing up.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Did you get didn't you get fired for McDonald's too? No? No,
- 23:53Speaker 1: oh McDonald's. Oh no, I was. I was up on
- 23:56Speaker 1: the employee.
- 23:57Speaker 2: No, he broke up with them.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it wasn't mutual. Yeah yeah, no, I love McDonald's.
- 24:03Speaker 1: I used to hit on girls in the job. I
- 24:05Speaker 1: was dripped through there too. How many yeah, drive through experts? Yeah,
- 24:10Speaker 1: pretty s Yeah.
- 24:11Speaker 3: I had a lot of jobs because I worked for
- 24:13Speaker 3: a temp service, because I figured I didn't want to
- 24:15Speaker 3: stay at a job long. So if you work for
- 24:17Speaker 3: a temp service, whenever you get tired, you'd be like,
- 24:19Speaker 3: I just want to switch.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Well, I don't think you have to worry about staying
- 24:21Speaker 1: in the job long enough. With your track record, I
- 24:25Speaker 1: don't think I've never been fired technically.
- 24:27Speaker 4: I almost got fired though, once because my first one
- 24:31Speaker 4: of my first jobs was the best job ever.
- 24:32Speaker 1: I worked at a tanning salon.
- 24:34Speaker 4: Oh yeah, no, I wish it was called Jr's Tanning.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it was Jr's Tanning. And I was like,
- 24:44Speaker 1: I was super young.
- 24:45Speaker 4: I had no business controlling people's fate in a tanning booth.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Oh yeah, And.
- 24:50Speaker 4: Every once in a while I would get distracted because
- 24:53Speaker 4: my add you know, obviously still an issue. And one
- 24:57Speaker 4: lady was going into a band we had like a
- 25:00Speaker 4: Superbad You had to go in for like five minutes,
- 25:02Speaker 4: like that was it.
- 25:02Speaker 2: That's all you can get.
- 25:03Speaker 4: It was super super fast bed. And two women came
- 25:07Speaker 4: in at the same time. And I was supposed to
- 25:08Speaker 4: put one in for fifteen minutes, okay, and one in
- 25:11Speaker 4: the super bed for five.
- 25:13Speaker 1: I put the one in the super bed for fifteen.
- 25:15Speaker 4: Oh billy, and one in the regular bed for five.
- 25:21Speaker 1: She came out of charcoal looking like that. I didn't
- 25:23Speaker 1: even know.
- 25:24Speaker 4: So when the girl from the Superbad it was in
- 25:26Speaker 4: for fifteen minutes, ten extra minutes longer.
- 25:28Speaker 1: She came out. She goes, WHOA, that felt extra hot today.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Oh and I saw her skin and I was.
- 25:34Speaker 4: Like, oh my god, that can't be good. No, and
- 25:42Speaker 4: I was like, oh yeah, you really look like you
- 25:45Speaker 4: got some color. And she's like, I know it felt.
- 25:48Speaker 4: How long was I in there? And I was like, oh,
- 25:50Speaker 4: I don't know. I'd have to look at the time.
- 25:52Speaker 1: She goes, I fell asleep, but it fell longer than
- 25:53Speaker 1: five minutes.
- 25:54Speaker 2: Oh no.
- 25:55Speaker 1: She came back the next day, had to talk to JR. Himself.
- 26:01Speaker 4: Yes, and she's like, I mean when I tell you
- 26:04Speaker 4: she was as red as a lobster.
- 26:07Speaker 1: Oh my, she had like blisters. Oh bliss. Oh had
- 26:12Speaker 1: to go to the hospital.
- 26:13Speaker 4: Oh yeah, you roasted roasted her.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Wow, Billy, but did you die? You know he didn't.
- 26:22Speaker 1: You're fine. Oh a text has come.
- 26:24Speaker 4: Oh wow, somebody just texted me and said, wow, that
- 26:26Speaker 4: is not the truth. Who did not get fired from
- 26:29Speaker 4: KFC for that? I worked there with him. This was
- 26:31Speaker 4: in the nineties.
- 26:33Speaker 1: No way, what, no way ask him why he really
- 26:36Speaker 1: got fired? What I got fired because of that? I
- 26:40Speaker 1: know he ate them out of chicken.
- 26:42Speaker 4: Oh my god, come on top story with Billy.
- 26:47Speaker 1: They get in the morning. H I got a sign
- 26:52Speaker 1: a victor. Victor got fired like in a week in
- 26:54Speaker 1: a job.
- 26:55Speaker 4: He just called and he said because he was too
- 26:56Speaker 4: nice in an email to people who weren't doing their jobs.
- 27:00Speaker 1: And it's boss is like, hey, you're you're a little
- 27:02Speaker 1: too harsh on them. They work, work, people are crazy.
- 27:08Speaker 1: All right. We got a lot going on this morning,
- 27:10Speaker 1: Candice Lopez, we'll talk.
- 27:11Speaker 5: Yeah, we are under a heat advisory today with more
- 27:14Speaker 5: triple digits. We're gonna get up close to one oh
- 27:16Speaker 5: five today, with the heat index more like one eighth
- 27:19Speaker 5: triple digits all week.
- 27:21Speaker 2: Really though, I will.
- 27:22Speaker 5: Say this though on the calendar though, we have reached
- 27:24Speaker 5: the point in the summer where average temperatures start to
- 27:26Speaker 5: go down.
- 27:28Speaker 2: We're not seeing that. But the good news is we
- 27:30Speaker 2: should start to trend that way soon.
- 27:32Speaker 1: This is Texas, and you know that means nothing.
- 27:34Speaker 2: Well, it's something to think about.
- 27:36Speaker 5: We've crossed the line, so soon temperature should be going down.
- 27:39Speaker 1: There are no rules going on.
- 27:41Speaker 4: Yeah, so I just even if it's just nineties, like
- 27:44Speaker 4: low nineties, I'll.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Be okay, yeah, exactly.
- 27:47Speaker 1: For one hundred it's just too much.
- 27:49Speaker 2: Yeah, it's too much, guys.
- 27:50Speaker 5: Uh. Hawaii and Journey Cant won a hurricane over the weekend.
- 27:54Speaker 5: More than two hundred thousand people or without power across
- 27:57Speaker 5: the islands yesterday, including nearly seventy percent of the Big Island.
- 28:02Speaker 5: They're saying they will really be able to evaluate the
- 28:04Speaker 5: damage this morning, but they're saying at least one hundred
- 28:07Speaker 5: homes have been damaged for sure. Also, the Humane Society
- 28:11Speaker 5: of North Texas hosted a two day adoption event over
- 28:14Speaker 5: the weekend and helped find homes for about a thousand
- 28:17Speaker 5: animals that they said they had over thirty shelters come
- 28:20Speaker 5: together in the AM and G.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Carter Exhibit Hall in four Orth.
- 28:24Speaker 5: So happy to see that they did beat last year's event,
- 28:27Speaker 5: which had over seven hundred and fifty animals adopted. So
- 28:30Speaker 5: they're saying it was a huge success. Yeah, so thank
- 28:33Speaker 5: you to everybody who came by to adopt these animals.
- 28:35Speaker 5: They had, you know, things like hamsters, small animals that
- 28:38Speaker 5: needed homes as well.
- 28:39Speaker 1: I used to love my hamster.
- 28:41Speaker 2: Oh what happened to your hamster?
- 28:43Speaker 1: My grandma killed it? Oh by accident? How did she
- 28:47Speaker 1: do that?
- 28:48Speaker 4: I was hiding my hamster because I wasn't supposed to
- 28:50Speaker 4: have it right, so I put in the closet.
- 28:52Speaker 1: But I had to go camping, so I went camping.
- 28:54Speaker 4: When I went camping, we came back and my grandma
- 28:56Speaker 4: was all and she lived with us since she was
- 28:58Speaker 4: all hype.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Yeah, like, I can't believe it.
- 29:01Speaker 4: I've all the years we've lived here, I never have
- 29:03Speaker 4: seen a mouse in the house. And I was like,
- 29:06Speaker 4: that is weird, Like, yeah, I saw and I took
- 29:09Speaker 4: the broom and I smacked it and I beat it.
- 29:13Speaker 1: And I was like, wow, Grandma's gangster.
- 29:16Speaker 4: And then I swept it out the back door and
- 29:17Speaker 4: the dog ate it, and I was like, oh my god,
- 29:20Speaker 4: and I go Pugsy.
- 29:24Speaker 1: And I ran to my closet and Pugsley was gone, oh.
- 29:28Speaker 2: No, no, you tell her to just let her keep
- 29:30Speaker 2: thinking she killed a mouse.
- 29:31Speaker 1: No. I didn't say anything because I was like, too late. Now.
- 29:35Speaker 1: He just stared at your closet.
- 29:36Speaker 4: And just stared at my closet, and Pugsy was gone,
- 29:38Speaker 4: top off off the cage, and he was gone, try
- 29:41Speaker 4: to make him a run for it, and just got
- 29:43Speaker 4: smashed by my Grandma.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Just uf seed him, just feed him and swept him
- 29:50Speaker 1: out to the back and the dog ate it. Yeah,
- 29:52Speaker 1: and then the dog ate him and she was proud
- 29:54Speaker 1: of it.
- 29:54Speaker 2: So she just let him get that thing.
- 29:57Speaker 1: Yeah, damn way, I didn't have to clean it up.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Exactly. Oh my gosh.
- 30:02Speaker 5: Guys, you want to end this one with a list

- 30:43Speaker 2: because it can be confusing whatever, right up. Number three
- 30:47Speaker 2: was squelch.

- 30:50Speaker 2: Who's ever said that word?
- 30:51Speaker 1: I think word is that. I don't know. I've never
- 30:53Speaker 1: heard anybody squelch.

- 30:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 31:00Speaker 2: No, I don't like to see the word. I don't hear.
- 31:03Speaker 2: I don't mind hearing it, but seeing it and it's
- 31:05Speaker 2: a P L E g M.
- 31:07Speaker 1: It's a ridiculous with a P right, it's just gross. Yeah.
- 31:10Speaker 2: Do you want to guess what was number one on
- 31:12Speaker 2: the list.
- 31:12Speaker 4: I'm gonna say moist.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Yes. I don't get the big deal about.
- 31:21Speaker 2: Moist though, Yeah I don't either.
- 31:23Speaker 1: It's fine. I mean, I'd rather hear moist than phlegm.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 31:27Speaker 5: Well others in the top ten were like Bay and panties,
- 31:30Speaker 5: So there you go.
- 31:31Speaker 1: Anties.
- 31:31Speaker 2: Yeah, people hate that word.
- 31:34Speaker 1: What about moist phlegm?

- 31:44Speaker 4: We have a dirty little secret, and I also have
- 31:46Speaker 4: to talk about just something stupid I said to Ellen Langley. Yeah,
- 31:50Speaker 4: I'm just so awkward sometimes. I think that's what it
- 31:53Speaker 4: came down to. I was all excited to meet her,
- 31:55Speaker 4: my son and I and I did, and then walking off,
- 31:58Speaker 4: I said something that I'll just all always be like tringe.
- 32:01Speaker 4: That's what I'm gonna be left with. That's what happened.
- 32:04Speaker 4: I'll talk about it coming up.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Man, And it's Billy kid Cannislanpez producer pooh. All right,
- 32:08Speaker 1: let's talk about me meeting Ella.
- 32:09Speaker 2: Yeah, how to go?
- 32:10Speaker 4: First of all, I was so excited because I love
- 32:13Speaker 4: Ella Langley.
- 32:14Speaker 1: I think she's so incredible. She's my little I say,
- 32:17Speaker 1: celeb crush.
- 32:18Speaker 4: Yeah right, But you know me, Cannison, Pooh knows me,
- 32:21Speaker 4: and you've known me for years.
- 32:22Speaker 1: I don't really get nervous around artists.
- 32:24Speaker 2: No, it's kind of normal at this job.
- 32:26Speaker 1: It's normal. I got so randomly nervous. Oh no, it's
- 32:30Speaker 1: so randomly. Yeah, I don't know why. I don't know.
- 32:33Speaker 1: And we have like a mutual friend.
- 32:35Speaker 4: Her drummer is a good friend of mine, Howie, and
- 32:38Speaker 4: he's awesome. He's my friend's son, and so we like,
- 32:41Speaker 4: there's no reason to be nervous. Yeah, and so everybody
- 32:46Speaker 4: was so nice, and she was so so sweet, so sweet.
- 32:51Speaker 4: The show was incredible, by the way, I love for Worth.
- 32:53Speaker 4: Just a reminder when you go out there, it's like
- 32:55Speaker 4: Dicky's is just an amazing venue. So we're back there
- 32:59Speaker 4: and yeah, this is the problem her music.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Elegate.
- 33:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I was kind of like shaky, and I went
- 33:06Speaker 4: with my son and he's like, Dad, why are you nervous?
- 33:08Speaker 1: And I'm like, I'm not nervous. It's just weird. I'm right.
- 33:11Speaker 2: We've been talking about it.
- 33:12Speaker 5: There's like some weird pressure for no reasons.
- 33:15Speaker 1: It's totally weird and random.
- 33:17Speaker 4: So anyway, she comes in and you know, there's other
- 33:19Speaker 4: people there, it's not like we're alone or whatever, and
- 33:23Speaker 4: these things you're kind of you feel rushed. You feel like,
- 33:26Speaker 4: you know, she's about to go on stage.
- 33:28Speaker 2: Yeah, and I just said.
- 33:29Speaker 4: Something that made me cringe that I feel like I'll
- 33:31Speaker 4: never forget after a good conversation, like quick conversation with her,
- 33:35Speaker 4: and she's so nice and over the top. I'm about
- 33:38Speaker 4: to take off, give her like a little hug, and
- 33:41Speaker 4: as I'm walking off, I just.
- 33:45Speaker 1: So dumb. I go enjoy the show.
- 33:54Speaker 2: Did you mean to have a good show?
- 33:55Speaker 1: Yes?
- 33:56Speaker 2: Okay.
- 33:58Speaker 1: She kind of stopped, and my son even looked at me.
- 34:02Speaker 1: I was like, enjoy the show, right, what do you
- 34:05Speaker 1: mean joy? She is the show?
- 34:07Speaker 2: Right, of course I'm gonna enjoy it.
- 34:08Speaker 4: And she goes, well, I'll try, and I'm like and
- 34:12Speaker 4: kind of laughed, you know, and I was like, I.
- 34:14Speaker 1: Mean, have a good one, have a good show. And
- 34:17Speaker 1: I'm just like, oh my god, you idiot.
- 34:20Speaker 4: I felt so stupid. Yeah, And it wasn't a big
- 34:24Speaker 4: deal because, you know, but enjoy enjoy the show.
- 34:27Speaker 3: All the things you had that moment, you had one
- 34:30Speaker 3: moment to seez enjoy the show.
- 34:32Speaker 5: You're also used to introing artists and introying big venues
- 34:35Speaker 5: and like performances, so you tell everyone enjoy the show.
- 34:38Speaker 5: Here comes Ella Langley.
- 34:40Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, Ella's coming to next enjoy the show. Can
- 34:43Speaker 1: I tell Ella who is the show? To enjoy the show?
- 34:46Speaker 1: Enjoy your show? Enjoy your show? And she goes up.
- 34:49Speaker 1: I'll try you idiot.
- 34:53Speaker 4: I got in front of my nephew, Jess even a
- 34:56Speaker 4: rider was like, my son is like, enjoy this show.
- 35:01Speaker 1: I'm like so much, so much from being cool. Yeah,
- 35:05Speaker 1: in front of Ella. Oh god, but it was such
- 35:08Speaker 1: a good time.
- 35:09Speaker 4: So I get to thank Zayan who you know, she
- 35:11Speaker 4: kind of made it happen because it was something that
- 35:13Speaker 4: she did. Yeah, I wanted to do and it was
- 35:16Speaker 4: it was. It was really a good time. We made
- 35:18Speaker 4: memories and some that I'll just won't forget, that's for sure.
- 35:23Speaker 2: Get it off your chust to promise you'll feel better.
- 35:26Speaker 1: Welcome to the dirty Little Secret and take it back
- 35:28Speaker 1: with that. All right, it's time to confess. Are you ready?
- 35:29Speaker 4: It's mixed one or two point nine A bail at
- 35:31Speaker 4: a kid. Candice slow Pez.
- 35:32Speaker 1: Is your producer. Poo is here.
- 35:34Speaker 4: If you have a secret, a confession, get it off
- 35:36Speaker 4: your chest at eight three three seven, eight seven one
- 35:39Speaker 4: o two nine or at Billy on the radio.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Go follow me on Instagram. Enjoy the show.
- 35:46Speaker 4: Can't believe I said that to Ellen. She's about to
- 35:48Speaker 4: go on stage and I tell Ella Langley to enjoy
- 35:50Speaker 4: the show.
- 35:50Speaker 1: She literally is the show. But the pig turned out good.
- 35:53Speaker 2: Yeah, it was a good big yeah.
- 35:54Speaker 1: That's my story at Billy on the radio.
- 35:56Speaker 4: If you have something to confess, a secret, let us know,
- 35:59Speaker 4: just confess you got one.
- 36:00Speaker 1: So what is going on? Hey?
- 36:02Speaker 6: So I hoctually been keeping a secret from my girlfriend actually,
- 36:07Speaker 6: and well, we've been together for like I would say,
- 36:10Speaker 6: a year and a half and everything's been really good.
- 36:14Speaker 6: You know, I love her, absolutely see a future with her.
- 36:16Speaker 1: But a couple of months ago she.
- 36:18Speaker 6: Actually basically sat me down and gave me this big
- 36:21Speaker 6: ultimatum about what. Well, she told me she's not moving
- 36:26Speaker 6: in with me unless we're married. Oh but then she
- 36:31Speaker 6: also said she thinks we should at least be engaged
- 36:34Speaker 6: by the end of this year, and if we're not,
- 36:37Speaker 6: she doesn't know where this relationship is going.
- 36:40Speaker 4: Oh oh okay, So she's basically saying, all right, that's
- 36:44Speaker 4: a lot of pressure and you've been in for a
- 36:46Speaker 4: year and a half. Is that a little man? That's
- 36:49Speaker 4: real quick aggressive? You know, I mean, I don't know.
- 36:52Speaker 4: Some people get married quick, some people don't. But she's
- 36:54Speaker 4: obviously saying, listen, you want to move in together or
- 36:57Speaker 4: if that's the next move, then I better have a ring.
- 36:59Speaker 1: On it, right, So what do you do now? Well, well, ever.
- 37:03Speaker 6: Since then, I've felt this insane press or. So she
- 37:05Speaker 6: keeps telling me we we can either be engaged or
- 37:09Speaker 6: she's not staying with me and we have to get
- 37:12Speaker 6: married tomorrow.
- 37:13Speaker 1: But me, like, getting and engaged.
- 37:15Speaker 6: Right now is like, I don't know, I don't I
- 37:17Speaker 6: don't really mess with you know, being engaged right now,
- 37:20Speaker 6: just because I feel like it's a lot of pressure.
- 37:22Speaker 6: Especially we haven't been together for two years yet, so
- 37:25Speaker 6: it's just I feel like it's big. So I actually
- 37:30Speaker 6: pot a fake wedding, like an engagement ring.
- 37:34Speaker 2: And fake one.
- 37:36Speaker 1: Yeah, for this is embarrassed. This is embarrassed.
- 37:42Speaker 6: I planned the ring in the house so she can
- 37:45Speaker 6: see it, like on purpose, so she at least, oh
- 37:53Speaker 6: my god, So.
- 37:54Speaker 5: She thinks you're gonna propose or your plan is to
- 37:57Speaker 5: propose because she's gonna come across it.
- 38:00Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly, exactly exactly, Bro, you playing with fire.
- 38:05Speaker 1: So it's it.
- 38:06Speaker 4: You bought a fake engagement ring and put it somewhere,
- 38:10Speaker 4: So you just put it someone the house that you
- 38:11Speaker 4: know pretty much she would find it.
- 38:13Speaker 1: Do you think she found it?
- 38:15Speaker 6: I think so because her mood has completely shamed and
- 38:18Speaker 6: has been talking to me nice, talking about our next vacation.
- 38:24Speaker 6: It's just like everything just disappeared overnight after after I'm
- 38:29Speaker 6: pretty sure she found it and she hasn't been talking
- 38:32Speaker 6: about it.
- 38:32Speaker 1: So, yeah, what do you Okay, here's here's a question.
- 38:38Speaker 1: What are you gonna do?
- 38:39Speaker 4: Let's say if you know, I mean, I know you're
- 38:42Speaker 4: you're trying to buy yourself some more time. I get that,
- 38:45Speaker 4: But what are you gonna do if you do want
- 38:47Speaker 4: to marry her and that ring? Are you do you
- 38:50Speaker 4: plan on giving her a fake engagement ring? Now?
- 38:53Speaker 6: So if it all goes down the way I wanted to,
- 38:57Speaker 6: I would just take the ring back and implant a
- 39:01Speaker 6: real diamond into it, like like take the fake diamond
- 39:04Speaker 6: out and put a real one in it.
- 39:05Speaker 1: But I just the.
- 39:07Speaker 6: Real main thing for me is just time. Like I
- 39:10Speaker 6: feel like the timing is not right yet, where we
- 39:13Speaker 6: are in life is just not right.
- 39:15Speaker 4: I just feel like, yeah, and that's understandable, it is,
- 39:18Speaker 4: but you got to tell her that. Yeah, but sometimes
- 39:21Speaker 4: that's not and I'm not saying what you're doing is right,
- 39:24Speaker 4: but telling someone that, yeah, I need some more time
- 39:27Speaker 4: can be viewed by the other person.
- 39:30Speaker 1: That's just like you don't want it, you don't want
- 39:31Speaker 1: this right. Oh yeah, he's not committed.
- 39:34Speaker 2: Yeah, this is an entire show.
- 39:36Speaker 5: You're putting on, a game you're playing now, it's like
- 39:39Speaker 5: deeper than just a fake ring and a drawer.
- 39:42Speaker 1: But if you're not ready, you're not ready.
- 39:43Speaker 4: I mean, listen, a year and a half, a year
- 39:46Speaker 4: and a half, sometimes you need some more time. Give
- 39:48Speaker 4: me some time, give me six years.
- 39:51Speaker 2: I mean, everybody has their own timeline. You can't rush it.
- 39:54Speaker 4: Yeah, if it takes ten years to figure it out, yeah,
- 39:57Speaker 4: you know, I don't think she's in it for that
- 39:59Speaker 4: long of a haul.
- 40:00Speaker 2: That's on her.
- 40:01Speaker 1: Yeah, I need twelve I need a good twelve years.
- 40:05Speaker 1: You know.
- 40:05Speaker 4: Let me let me think about this. How do you
- 40:07Speaker 4: know we're going to get along. How do you know
- 40:09Speaker 4: we're gonna you know, we need to handle every situation.
- 40:12Speaker 3: Yeah, the right way she's proposed before she even moves in.
- 40:16Speaker 5: I mean, all those traditional rules I think are our
- 40:19Speaker 5: old school, like those are out.
- 40:21Speaker 2: You need to know what it's like to live with
- 40:23Speaker 2: somebody to know if.
- 40:24Speaker 1: You could exactly. Some people don't believe that.
- 40:26Speaker 2: I know, but I disagree.
- 40:28Speaker 4: There's a lot of traditional people who say, we're not
- 40:30Speaker 4: going to move in together unless I got some kind
- 40:32Speaker 4: of commitment on this finger.
- 40:33Speaker 1: Yeah, I can't. I can't do that. Okay, well, good luck.
- 40:37Speaker 1: Please give us an update.
- 40:38Speaker 4: I'm going to put you in my prayers because I
- 40:40Speaker 4: feel like you need him, and because if her attitude
- 40:44Speaker 4: is completely different, she did find it. Yeah, And by
- 40:47Speaker 4: the way, any guy who usually hides a ring in
- 40:49Speaker 4: the house the women find. I know a guy, I
- 40:52Speaker 4: knew a guy who was engaged and he hit the
- 40:54Speaker 4: ring and he goes, oh, I go in the house.
- 40:56Speaker 4: I go, oh, guarantee she found it after they got engaged.
- 40:59Speaker 4: He's like, yeah, I sat there and looked at it
- 41:00Speaker 4: for three months. Oh, I knew where it was. I
- 41:03Speaker 4: knew he was gonna pop the question. I'm like, see,
- 41:05Speaker 4: so well, good luck. And I would advise you this,
- 41:09Speaker 4: take your time and be authentic and don't just get
- 41:12Speaker 4: married to get married because she's.
- 41:14Speaker 1: Putting on pressure. Do what you want to do and
- 41:17Speaker 1: what feels right. I agree. Okay, thank you so much.
- 41:20Speaker 1: You're welcome. There you go.
- 41:22Speaker 4: That's got to be one of the worst ideas, that
- 41:24Speaker 4: plan a ring, a fake ring?
- 41:26Speaker 1: Right?
- 41:26Speaker 5: Oh, all right, he's hearing.
- 41:29Speaker 1: For Kenna's court. He gets settled here with Billy the
- 41:33Speaker 1: kid in the morning. All right for the honorable and
- 41:36Speaker 1: grumpy Judge Candice.
- 41:37Speaker 2: Slow Pay didn't sleep good?
- 41:40Speaker 1: She didn't sleep good? Is she?
- 41:41Speaker 4: I would not want to face you in court today,
- 41:43Speaker 4: if like today was sentencing, I'd be very nervous about
- 41:47Speaker 4: what I'd get because you're just in one of those moods.
- 41:49Speaker 1: It's not a bad thing. It just happens everyone.
- 41:51Speaker 2: For sure.
- 41:52Speaker 4: You're awesome, though, I think you're great. Who always talks trash?
- 41:57Speaker 4: Beind the scenes? It makes one O two point nine?
- 42:01Speaker 1: Did you just call her heavenly like that?
- 42:04Speaker 2: Angelicick?
- 42:07Speaker 1: Oh newick? All right?
- 42:09Speaker 4: If you have an issue for Candas Court, bring it
- 42:11Speaker 4: out at Candas on air on Instagram.
- 42:14Speaker 1: Just tell us she will help you solve it. Uh.
- 42:16Speaker 4: Hey, guys, I have to tell you all about a
- 42:17Speaker 4: situation I was in with my sister in law over
- 42:19Speaker 4: the weekend that still has me annoyed. She asked me
- 42:23Speaker 4: to make the cake for my niece's birthday party because
- 42:26Speaker 4: she knows I loved bake and I'm good at it.
- 42:29Speaker 4: I was very happy to do it, and the cake
- 42:31Speaker 4: was perfect. The party was great until the end when
- 42:35Speaker 4: I went to box up the cake that was left
- 42:38Speaker 4: and take it with me. Hey what, I also grabbed
- 42:44Speaker 4: a bag of chips I brought that didn't get opened.
- 42:48Speaker 4: But that's beside the point. My sister in law stopped
- 42:52Speaker 4: me on the way out and asked what I was
- 42:54Speaker 4: doing with the cake and told me that that was
- 42:58Speaker 4: my niece's cake, not mine to take. Oh so is
- 43:02Speaker 4: the cake part of her birthday present?
- 43:04Speaker 1: Then?
- 43:05Speaker 4: I'm so confused. Who has the right to decide what
- 43:09Speaker 4: happens to leftovers?
- 43:12Speaker 2: Oh?
- 43:13Speaker 1: Oh, this is interesting inter it? Yeah, okay, So.
- 43:17Speaker 4: Basically what she does is she takes the cake, she
- 43:20Speaker 4: bakes it, she takes it to the party, her niece's
- 43:23Speaker 4: birthday party, not all of it gets eaten, and.
- 43:27Speaker 1: She decides to take the rest home because she banked it. Right.
- 43:31Speaker 1: That is wildly insane to me.
- 43:33Speaker 2: Yeah, you can't do that.
- 43:34Speaker 1: You cannot know.
- 43:35Speaker 2: I don't see a world where that happens.
- 43:37Speaker 1: Where in the world is that? Is that? Okay?
- 43:40Speaker 4: To take First of all, if I take something to
- 43:41Speaker 4: a party, yeah, I take it to the party and
- 43:44Speaker 4: leave it.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Okay, I'm just not taking it.
- 43:46Speaker 5: I've done both because no, but because I have been
- 43:49Speaker 5: that person. I think once in our potluck here, I
- 43:51Speaker 5: brought chips to and.
- 43:52Speaker 2: They're like, you know, the nice avocado oil.
- 43:54Speaker 5: Chips people are afraid of because they don't recognize the brand.
- 43:57Speaker 2: But they're super good.
- 43:58Speaker 1: Nobody ate them. Nobody ate them.
- 43:59Speaker 2: So I leave them. Yeah, I'm taking those home.
- 44:05Speaker 1: I know.
- 44:05Speaker 4: You gotta understand, though, when it's like us at work,
- 44:08Speaker 4: we're not gonna eat like the stuff you eat because.
- 44:11Speaker 2: It's I mean I will, yeah, you know, in general,
- 44:15Speaker 2: people would rather see a bag of tostitos.
- 44:18Speaker 1: Yes, which I get tostitos. We don't want the you know,
- 44:24Speaker 1: bean chips.
- 44:25Speaker 2: No, they weren't bean chips, pis No.
- 44:28Speaker 1: See.
- 44:28Speaker 3: I got an argument with my aunt over this because
- 44:31Speaker 3: when they had a little get together at our house,
- 44:34Speaker 3: you know, I was responsible for the drinks and stuff.
- 44:36Speaker 1: Cool, okay, I bought like seven seven cases of drinks.
- 44:40Speaker 3: Yeah, they only went through three, so I grabbed I
- 44:43Speaker 3: told my son load the rest of those back up
- 44:46Speaker 3: in my car.
- 44:47Speaker 1: Why that guy, what do you mean?
- 44:49Speaker 2: I mean I could see you splitting.
- 44:50Speaker 1: Them though, Why am I splitting?
- 44:52Speaker 4: Well?
- 44:52Speaker 2: I mean you take half of leftovers and then whoever's
- 44:55Speaker 2: house it is keeps half at least.
- 44:57Speaker 4: Yeah, I would just I guarantee you he didn't by
- 45:00Speaker 4: even on brand stuff.
- 45:02Speaker 1: Okay, yes, I did provide the big K. I knew it,
- 45:05Speaker 1: Doctor Thunder.
- 45:07Speaker 2: Take that back for sure.
- 45:11Speaker 3: You know I never was going to bring the Doctor
- 45:15Speaker 3: Thunder Doctor Thunder Goes Hard party.
- 45:18Speaker 5: I mean I drank them back in the day because
- 45:19Speaker 5: that's where my grandma bought it and that was the
- 45:22Speaker 5: only option. But I hated digging in the cooler and
- 45:24Speaker 5: that's all there is under the ice.
- 45:26Speaker 1: Oh you don't like big cake, Mountain Mountain missed. I
- 45:32Speaker 1: can't even drink, can't even get Mountain deep. Please bring it,
- 45:37Speaker 1: mister pib Yeah, you big k.
- 45:41Speaker 5: But sometimes if I bring something, when it's time to
- 45:43Speaker 5: wrap up, I'll be like, well, y'all eat this.
- 45:45Speaker 2: If so, I'll leave it. If not, you know, okay,
- 45:47Speaker 2: I'll take it home.
- 45:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 45:48Speaker 4: But that puts them in a weird situation too, Will
- 45:50Speaker 4: y'all eat this? That was just like, no, can't just
- 45:53Speaker 4: take your bean chips. Nobody wants your team watching.
- 45:56Speaker 1: What if they don't want to eat it? Though? Yeah,
- 45:59Speaker 1: it goes to So it was like, might as well
- 46:01Speaker 1: grab it? God, you guys are Yeah your parties.
- 46:04Speaker 2: Though, people are like, take what you brought. If you
- 46:06Speaker 2: brought it, take it with you.
- 46:07Speaker 1: Well, then that's cool.
- 46:08Speaker 4: Then you could take it, but otherwise I wouldn't. Just
- 46:11Speaker 4: it's a damn cake that you made for your niece.
- 46:14Speaker 1: Leave it there.
- 46:15Speaker 2: Yeah, cake is different for me. I mean, I mean,
- 46:18Speaker 2: CA's a star.
- 46:19Speaker 5: I don't care about your totedoes or your big k.
- 46:22Speaker 2: The cake is the star.
- 46:23Speaker 1: Yeah, nobody cares about your big k. But what if
- 46:25Speaker 1: she lets the cake go to waste?
- 46:27Speaker 4: I remember one time I was at a party or somebody.
- 46:29Speaker 4: I had a party in my house and somebody brought
- 46:31Speaker 4: me a gift and then in the bag of a
- 46:34Speaker 4: gift they actually had like something else. It was like
- 46:38Speaker 4: a dishmat in there right oh, And I was like,
- 46:40Speaker 4: that's kind of random, thy of me a dish mat,
- 46:42Speaker 4: but cool I needed it, so I started using I
- 46:44Speaker 4: was like, that's actually awesome.
- 46:45Speaker 1: Nice. So a person called me and said, hey, I
- 46:48Speaker 1: bought you a gift.
- 46:51Speaker 4: But then I accidentally think I left a dishmt in
- 46:54Speaker 4: there that I was taking home for myself. And I
- 46:58Speaker 4: was like, oh, well it was in my gift bag, right,
- 47:02Speaker 4: And they were like, is there any way I could
- 47:03Speaker 4: get that back? It's like a ten dollars thing. And
- 47:07Speaker 4: I go, oh, well, I used it because I thought
- 47:09Speaker 4: it was a part of my gift. That's okay, just
- 47:12Speaker 4: I'll come by and pick it up.
- 47:14Speaker 1: Oh. They really wanted to came by and got it.
- 47:18Speaker 2: Oh wow. I was like, how well, it was a mistake. Yeah,
- 47:22Speaker 2: but it was Come on, how did that end up
- 47:24Speaker 2: in your gift back?
- 47:25Speaker 1: That's my point. If it's in my gift back, I
- 47:26Speaker 1: think it's a gift, you take it. Take it back.
- 47:29Speaker 2: What else was in the gift? Was it other housewares
- 47:31Speaker 2: and stuff?
- 47:31Speaker 4: It was, yeah, another piece of houseware or something. Oh
- 47:34Speaker 4: it looked like it looked like a blonde So I
- 47:36Speaker 4: started using I was all exciting.
- 47:37Speaker 1: She took it back. Oh, no, kind of insane person
- 47:41Speaker 1: does that? Yeah, bos a dishmath. I know.
- 47:44Speaker 4: I wouldn't like I missed a payment on it, right, God, Okay,
- 47:48Speaker 4: we have a verdict, Candice.
- 47:50Speaker 1: I know what you're gonna say.
- 47:51Speaker 2: Well, look, I think you're guilty being in to go
- 47:53Speaker 2: box heady. Oh take the doctor, thunder. Do not take
- 47:58Speaker 2: the cake. If you want a piece to share, to have.
- 48:01Speaker 5: Later, or to share with somebody at your house who
- 48:02Speaker 5: couldn't make the party, that's one thing.
- 48:04Speaker 2: But don't want to box up the whole cake and
- 48:05Speaker 2: take it.
- 48:06Speaker 1: No, No, you can't take a piece home for someone
- 48:08Speaker 1: who missed the party.
- 48:09Speaker 2: You know you can't know I left for who?
- 48:13Speaker 1: What it might be for Anne or somebody who could
- 48:15Speaker 1: make it? Well? Sorry, aunt, what you should ask permission?
- 48:19Speaker 1: You got to be yes, yes, at least asked me
- 48:21Speaker 1: a can I take one home to?
- 48:23Speaker 4: Right? She's sick and she couldn't come. Maybe, but if
- 48:25Speaker 4: you just didn't come to my party, you're not getting
- 48:26Speaker 4: the cake.
- 48:27Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 48:27Speaker 2: No, I agree?
- 48:28Speaker 1: What's wrong with you? Okay? They are guilty of she's.
- 48:31Speaker 2: A to go box Betty tough stories on the tents
- 48:34Speaker 2: with Billy they kid in the morning only on the
- 48:37Speaker 2: new one two before you started.
- 48:39Speaker 4: I gotta say to Maria who said we were talking
- 48:42Speaker 4: about off brand SODA's and she said, Maria said, who
- 48:46Speaker 4: looks like the guy that would bring Shasta to the party?
- 48:52Speaker 1: Do you remember that?
- 48:53Speaker 4: Yes?
- 48:54Speaker 6: I do.
- 48:55Speaker 1: Shast Oh yeah, so many funny bran sodas.
- 49:00Speaker 4: Remember there was there was a Doctor Pepper knockoff back
- 49:03Speaker 4: in the day called Doctor Bob.
- 49:05Speaker 2: Doctor Bob.
- 49:06Speaker 1: It was Doctor Bob. Do not drink that doctor. Lightning
- 49:10Speaker 1: as a force of thunder, yes, as opposed the thunder.
- 49:13Speaker 1: Canna slowpez. What is going on?
- 49:15Speaker 5: Well, you may have seen this yesterday, depending on where
- 49:17Speaker 5: you were in the Metroplex, A four alarm a grass fire,
- 49:20Speaker 5: and the Redbird area of Dallas is now under investigation.
- 49:23Speaker 5: That fire started around four forty five yesterday afternoon, then.
- 49:26Speaker 2: Quickly spread to a nearby home.
- 49:29Speaker 5: Piles of tires, cars and trailers that I guess were
- 49:32Speaker 5: stored on the land behind that home. But people said
- 49:35Speaker 5: they could see this as far as Plano, Addison, Carrollton.
- 49:39Speaker 2: I was driving through Grand Prairie yesterday. I could see
- 49:41Speaker 2: it from there.
- 49:41Speaker 4: I was talking to somebody online, Michael on Instagram, and
- 49:44Speaker 4: he said he could see it at AH twenty and
- 49:46Speaker 4: thirty five in four work.
- 49:48Speaker 1: Oh wow, yeah, you could see it for miles. Yeah.
- 49:50Speaker 5: I guess more than one hundred firefighters responded. They were
- 49:53Speaker 5: taking shifts trying to put this fire out. Thankfully, no
- 49:56Speaker 5: injuries and were reported, but it was just so hot
- 49:59Speaker 5: yesterday it I felt for these people, you know, these
- 50:01Speaker 5: fire crews trying to battle this thing. We are going
- 50:05Speaker 5: to get back up to around one hundred and four
- 50:06Speaker 5: again today, already in.
- 50:08Speaker 2: The mid eighties this morning, and we have some sad
- 50:11Speaker 2: news to report.
- 50:12Speaker 5: Actress Hayden Panitier has died at the age of thirty six.
- 50:16Speaker 5: She is best known for her role in Heroes Nashville
- 50:18Speaker 5: and of course, in numerous films. The report say she
- 50:22Speaker 5: was found unresponsive at an apartment in Greenville, South Carolina,
- 50:25Speaker 5: yesterday afternoon.
- 50:27Speaker 2: A spokesperson for the police.
- 50:28Speaker 5: Department says there were no signs of foul play that
- 50:31Speaker 5: cause of death has not been released.
- 50:33Speaker 2: I'm just so sad to see this this morning. She's
- 50:36Speaker 2: had a tough go.
- 50:37Speaker 1: Yeah, it's very sad.
- 50:38Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't want to jump to conclusions, but I
- 50:40Speaker 4: know people in multiple people are just reporting now that
- 50:43Speaker 4: it could have been it looks like it was an overdose.
- 50:45Speaker 1: Oh no, they don't know what, but I know she
- 50:48Speaker 1: has battled with addiction before. So very sad.
- 50:51Speaker 5: Yeah, she talked about it recently in her memoir that
- 50:54Speaker 5: came out earlier this year.
- 50:55Speaker 2: So sending thoughts to her fans and family this morning.
- 51:00Speaker 2: And if you didn't hear this, a.
- 51:01Speaker 5: Mom from Kentucky is going viral after she shared some
- 51:05Speaker 5: of what appears to be ai errors and her daughter's
- 51:07Speaker 5: middle school workbook. So this thing is going around the internet.
- 51:11Speaker 5: This map looks it looks fake to begin with, but
- 51:15Speaker 5: the US map most states on it, the names just
- 51:18Speaker 5: look like gibberish.
- 51:19Speaker 2: So if you go to Kentucky, where this happened, the
- 51:22Speaker 2: state on this map labeled Veneki.
- 51:26Speaker 4: Yeah, I've been there before, have you? It's great, beautiful
- 51:29Speaker 4: in the winter. Oh is it Veneki? Where else where else?
- 51:32Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 51:32Speaker 5: If you go to South Carolina on this map, you'll
- 51:34Speaker 5: actually be going to South Kwanto.
- 51:36Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you don't want to live there, but it's
- 51:40Speaker 1: a great place to visit.
- 51:41Speaker 2: It's nice this time, right, I guess.
- 51:44Speaker 5: They were also renaming some of the planets in this workbook,
- 51:47Speaker 5: so instead of Mercury, it was Mark. No one caught
- 51:53Speaker 5: this before it went out to students.
- 51:55Speaker 1: This is a book, by the way, that most students
- 51:57Speaker 1: had to pay for, right.
- 51:58Speaker 2: They said, we paid ten dollar for this book of mistakes.
- 52:01Speaker 2: And they only found.
- 52:02Speaker 5: Out after the school district told teachers and students. You know,
- 52:05Speaker 5: there's a lot of mistakes on pages nineteen to thirty six,
- 52:08Speaker 5: So just rip those out and give them to your teacher.
- 52:11Speaker 1: Just rip them out, right. That's what I want to
- 52:13Speaker 1: hear after I spend money on a book.
- 52:14Speaker 4: How many gallons of water were wasted to print Veneki
- 52:18Speaker 4: South Quanto?
- 52:19Speaker 5: They said, like the periodic table, which I mean it's
- 52:23Speaker 5: hard to make sense of in the first place, but
- 52:25Speaker 5: it was just all over the place, just gibberish stuff
- 52:27Speaker 5: that didn't make sense.
- 52:28Speaker 1: Who's actually from South Kwondo? Yeah? Are you? Yeah?
- 52:31Speaker 4: Born?
- 52:32Speaker 1: Doesn't he look like Quandonian? Yes? Yes?
- 52:37Speaker 2: And reoquick guys.
- 52:38Speaker 5: Marvel unveiled the cast of its new X Men film
- 52:40Speaker 5: over the weekend. They were announced on stage at Disney's
- 52:43Speaker 5: D twenty three fan convention. So Adam Driver will play
- 52:46Speaker 5: Mister Sinister, Chris Abbott will be Charles Xavier, and then

- 52:54Speaker 5: star from the film Obsession, and also Superman and Lois
- 52:57Speaker 5: of course.
- 52:58Speaker 1: And your friend that you won't introduce us to.
- 53:00Speaker 2: I haven't seen her in a while.
- 53:01Speaker 1: Why don't you ever invite her out? So we can
- 53:03Speaker 1: hang out with her.
- 53:03Speaker 2: Yeah, well, yeah, she's a bit busy right now.
- 53:06Speaker 1: The Face of the.
- 53:06Speaker 2: Gaps, among other things.
- 53:08Speaker 1: Big deal. So what Face the Gap? Yeah?
- 53:11Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 53:11Speaker 5: That movie though expected to be in theaters May fifth,
- 53:14Speaker 5: twenty twenty eight. I'm Canda Slopez. Those are your Texas
- 53:17Speaker 5: top stories on Mixed one or two point nine.
- 53:19Speaker 1: It is Pooh.
- 53:20Speaker 4: I think Candace does hang out with these people. She
- 53:21Speaker 4: doesn't invite us that wish hangs out with her famous friends.
- 53:24Speaker 2: She's embarrassed.
- 53:25Speaker 1: Yeah, she's Oh my gosh, she doesn't want to take
- 53:27Speaker 1: us out in public. Yeahs. As we're saying this, I'm
- 53:30Speaker 1: looking over and Poo's got something on his face. Look
- 53:32Speaker 1: what is it? I don't know, like a piece of food.
- 53:37Speaker 1: Wonder you don't want to take us anywhere? Oh, that's
- 53:43Speaker 1: a hot tager. Let us know what you think.
- 53:45Speaker 2: Here's today's hot tape.
- 53:46Speaker 4: It's one or two point nine. Good morning, Billy to
- 53:49Speaker 4: kid Candaslopaz producer.
- 53:50Speaker 1: Pooh.
- 53:50Speaker 4: By the way, thank you for all the picks I
- 53:52Speaker 4: see coming in because we're doing pick my pickup line,

- 54:15Speaker 4: sure you tag us at makes one O two nine FM.
- 54:18Speaker 4: Hot take of the Day speaking to drop off and
- 54:21Speaker 4: pick up lines. McKinney High School of all schools making
- 54:25Speaker 4: national news for something that I didn't expect and Kanston
- 54:28Speaker 4: I saw the story and we were like, oh, okay,
- 54:31Speaker 4: there's something going on here. Never thought it was going
- 54:33Speaker 4: to blow up and make headlines all over the place.
- 54:37Speaker 4: And so I guess what happened was the band director
- 54:41Speaker 4: is catching some heat because he told the girls in
- 54:45Speaker 4: the marching band that they would have to do a
- 54:48Speaker 4: jump test quote jump test to see whether or not
- 54:52Speaker 4: they needed to wear and how tight their sports bra
- 54:56Speaker 4: should be. Right okay mo. So now he's had to
- 55:02Speaker 4: come out and apologize and say that it was a
- 55:05Speaker 4: big you know, misunderstanding, that it wasn't the way he
- 55:09Speaker 4: was you know, he wasn't actually going to have a test,
- 55:13Speaker 4: a jump test, right. He wasn't going to be because
- 55:16Speaker 4: I think what some of the students thought is, wow,
- 55:19Speaker 4: we are gonna have to show up to school line
- 55:22Speaker 4: up right.
- 55:24Speaker 1: That's not what he meant, are you sure?
- 55:27Speaker 2: Well according to this, yeah, that's not what he meant.
- 55:30Speaker 5: Like, I mean, we had this in drill team, you know,
- 55:33Speaker 5: in high school, where our director would say, yeah, you
- 55:36Speaker 5: need to make sure you get those things in check
- 55:37Speaker 5: some of y'all, and we knew, well, we knew who
- 55:41Speaker 5: the people were that we're gonna have to make sure
- 55:43Speaker 5: it was the proper layer.
- 55:46Speaker 4: Well yeah, but I'm not trying to be insensitive, but
- 55:49Speaker 4: the quote get those things.
- 55:50Speaker 5: In check, well you know what I mean, like, yeah,
- 55:52Speaker 5: you're gonna hurt you're back too, Okay.
- 55:56Speaker 2: It's true.
- 55:57Speaker 1: Okay, all right, well no I don't. I didn't know that.
- 56:00Speaker 2: Yeah, but that was like, you know, girl talk girl
- 56:04Speaker 2: to girl. This is a locker room like situation where
- 56:06Speaker 2: we just.
- 56:07Speaker 1: Have to say this.
- 56:08Speaker 4: You know, it's something you had to they talk to
- 56:10Speaker 4: you about too, like in front of everybody, they say,
- 56:13Speaker 4: oh really yeah.
- 56:14Speaker 2: It was sort of a just an overall announcement.
- 56:16Speaker 4: Doesn't that sound kind of weird now that you would
- 56:18Speaker 4: have to sit people down or talk to an entire
- 56:20Speaker 4: group of people and say, hey, at a public school
- 56:23Speaker 4: or any high school, this is how your sports bra
- 56:26Speaker 4: should fit.
- 56:27Speaker 5: Well, I mean we're doing a performance. Those things could
- 56:30Speaker 5: be distracting, you know what I mean?
- 56:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it's for your benefit, you know, well,
- 56:35Speaker 1: I guess I don't. I don't really know. Yeah, I
- 56:37Speaker 1: mean obviously I don't know. I mean should but.
- 56:39Speaker 2: They just don't want a wardrobe malfunction.
- 56:41Speaker 4: But in marching band there's guys, there's males and females, right, yes,
- 56:45Speaker 4: so I think that's why this guy is I don't know.
- 56:48Speaker 4: I think also too, Let's be real, if this was
- 56:50Speaker 4: a woman band director, I don't.
- 56:51Speaker 1: Think we'd be talking about it right now. Okay, nope,
- 56:55Speaker 1: do you think so?
- 56:56Speaker 2: Well, it's weird to come from a man to women
- 56:59Speaker 2: in the band, for sure, but like it would just
- 57:02Speaker 2: be normal to me.
- 57:02Speaker 5: I wouldn't even think twice about it if a female
- 57:04Speaker 5: said it.
- 57:05Speaker 4: So, because he basically had to come out and apologize yeah,
- 57:08Speaker 4: and say, hey, I'm sorry that I put it this way.
- 57:10Speaker 4: If somebody, you know, some students took offense to this,
- 57:13Speaker 4: there wasn't going to actually be a jump test. I
- 57:16Speaker 4: was saying, maybe you should do the jump test privately.
- 57:18Speaker 5: Exactly, but when you go on your uniform and your undergarments, like,
- 57:22Speaker 5: just make.
- 57:22Speaker 4: Sure even that even that some people were offended by Okay,
- 57:27Speaker 4: are we easily offended or is or is that maybe
- 57:31Speaker 4: something that we should watch what we say when we
- 57:33Speaker 4: tell people what to wear as far as how to
- 57:36Speaker 4: wear what to wear.
- 57:37Speaker 5: And you know how we definitely are more easily offended
- 57:40Speaker 5: than we used to be. But yeah, he said there
- 57:42Speaker 5: was no intention that students would do this to a
- 57:45Speaker 5: staff member or in public.
- 57:47Speaker 1: Okay, all right, well yeah, either way, he apologized.
- 57:50Speaker 4: He said that there there were important reasons for the
- 57:53Speaker 4: band's undergarment recommendations, okay, but he didn't note that some
- 57:57Speaker 4: of the language in the policy was potentially confusing.
- 58:01Speaker 1: So there you go.
- 58:02Speaker 4: But think about how many things back in high school
- 58:04Speaker 4: were there certain things back in high school or school
- 58:06Speaker 4: in general that in our day was totally okay, but
- 58:09Speaker 4: now it would never be okay?
- 58:12Speaker 5: Right, Well, our parents could just walk into our school,
- 58:15Speaker 5: yeah they could, you know, no questions.
- 58:19Speaker 1: Really. Yeah.
- 58:20Speaker 3: I remember a couple of times my mama came up
- 58:22Speaker 3: there hair and rollers just to check me, because yeah,
- 58:25Speaker 3: because I did something wrong.
- 58:27Speaker 1: Man, God, not the rollers, and people would be like,
- 58:30Speaker 1: who mama is that. I'm like, oh, I ran to
- 58:33Speaker 1: my locker trying to hide it, but I was like really, yeah,
- 58:37Speaker 1: hair and rollers and moon move.
- 58:41Speaker 4: Yeah, well, how to scar you back in the day
- 58:44Speaker 4: when I played football or baseball, even in school, you know,
- 58:46Speaker 4: they can't.
- 58:47Speaker 1: As they do the tap test.
- 58:49Speaker 2: Okay, what's that to see if.
- 58:51Speaker 4: You're wearing Oh god, I can't believe they used to
- 58:53Speaker 4: do this. And we were so stupid back in school.
- 58:56Speaker 4: They would do the tap test to see if we
- 58:58Speaker 4: were wearing a cup to protect our stuff. And the
- 59:01Speaker 4: coach would literally take a bat and be like, line up,
- 59:05Speaker 4: and he'd line up and he'd tap you. He'd tap
- 59:07Speaker 4: you in the privates, yeah, to see if you were
- 59:10Speaker 4: wearing a cup or not.
- 59:11Speaker 1: But we were so stupid.
- 59:12Speaker 4: Even if we forgot our cup sometimes we didn't want
- 59:15Speaker 4: to pretend that we you know, so we just trying
- 59:17Speaker 4: to take the pain right, And we'd be like, I
- 59:18Speaker 4: don't want to get in trouble for not wearing.
- 59:20Speaker 1: A cup, so I'm just going to take a bat
- 59:21Speaker 1: to the you know, what to the to the things?
- 59:24Speaker 2: Yeah, couldn't he tell no?
- 59:26Speaker 4: Sometimes you could hide it. There was a couple of
- 59:28Speaker 4: times I did the tap test and was like, oh, yeah,
- 59:33Speaker 4: but you just did it.
- 59:34Speaker 1: Now. Do you think they still do that now?
- 59:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I wouldn't think so.
- 59:37Speaker 4: But I mean we even had a think about this
- 59:40Speaker 4: back and we had a smoker's corner back in the day.
- 59:42Speaker 2: Okay, that's weird where all the kids in.
- 59:45Speaker 1: High school would smoke and like it was the teachers
- 59:47Speaker 1: knew about it and they didn't say anything.
- 59:49Speaker 4: Sometimes the teachers in my school would be out there
- 59:51Speaker 4: with them, no smoke it on a corner.
- 59:55Speaker 1: What is going on? Did your coaches have paddles with
- 59:58Speaker 1: holes in it? What?
- 59:59Speaker 3: Yeah, Coach Contor, Coach Rodgers and Coach Cotton, they had
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: paddles with holes in it, and like if you fail
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: to class, because they didn't really do the no past,
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: no play, but if the coach found out you failed,
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: you got you got squatted by him and his paddles stop.
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: Yes, they didn't do that in my school.
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: Yea.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Yeah. This was also way back in the day when
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: Poo's talking about different. Yeah, times are different. Old Little
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: House on the play back in the day Joe pick
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: your switch. The teacher would hit you. Oh yeah, yeah.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: Coach Cotin didn't play man. Can you even imagine? Let
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: me tell you what. Coach don't do that in schools anymore?
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: Do they Coach Conson? He used to say, I love
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: this dude. He was.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: He's about six seven, redneck. You know, obviously he's a
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: white man. But he he coached the track team and
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: he would always tell us, he goes anybody black, I
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: see last.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: You have to run extra shut up.
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: In school?
- 1:00:59Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: Because yeah, cause if you went to Duncanville High School,
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: he would drop you off on Daniel Dale and make
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: us all run back.
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: Even if you were a sprinter anything, you always had
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: to run at least four or five miles. So what
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: happened to you because you were last? Right? Oh no, No,
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: I was good. I was good. But he did catch me.
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: One time I was supposed to run back and I
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: went in to stop and going, oh my god, had
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: a big ran to eight hundred.
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: It was like two laps.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: I'm like, why don't I got to run across?
- 1:01:25Speaker 4: I get a run eight hundred and also eat eight
- 1:01:27Speaker 4: hundred calories while you're at.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: Year we go we're taking it back to when we
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: were in school. And I saw this on Reddit and
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: I was like, oh man, the memories.
- 1:01:40Speaker 4: I want you to aid yourself with your go to
- 1:01:44Speaker 4: after school snack back in the day. Yeah.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: I don't know what it is.
- 1:01:48Speaker 4: About, but I was just thinking about this. There was
- 1:01:50Speaker 4: something just so nostalgic to think about. How excited did
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: you used to get at least sided? Maybe I'm just fat,
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: No I did. I used to get so excited for
- 1:01:59Speaker 4: my after school snack.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: For sure, you know what I mean, Like, just you'd
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: run home, what was.
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: The first thing you would grab? Because wait to hear
- 1:02:07Speaker 4: some of these that are on the list on Reddit.
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: The people were talking about, Oh yeah, what about yours?
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: Can't hold on, let me try to guess you won't
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: guess it. I won't know.
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: No, no, ate yourself with your after school snack? What
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: did little Lopez and Mesquites race home to get?
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: What is it?
- 1:02:25Speaker 4: Fruit?
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: Roll ups?
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: Oh yeah, okay, I would have guessed that. Why wouldn't
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: you guess that?
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: I just feel like you wouldn't think that I ate
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: something like that back in the day.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: Oh no, back in the day.
- 1:02:34Speaker 4: I know the stuff you used to eat don't forget.
- 1:02:36Speaker 4: I've known you for over twenty years. Yeah that's true,
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: almost thirty years.
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: Yeah, so I remember I was.
- 1:02:43Speaker 4: I was friends with the candaslow Pez back in the
- 1:02:45Speaker 4: day getting the time machine for this. I was friends
- 1:02:48Speaker 4: with a candislow Pez who used to eat.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: Junk food. I still eat jun No, no, I really
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: do eat the healthy juntle. I remember when you would
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: eat like A and W Hamburgers with us.
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: Yes, I still eat that.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: Remember a can of slow Pez that would eat cheese.
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: Yeah, well that's true. I won't eat cheese anymore, I
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: remember because I don't like it.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: I remember that low Pez. She was awesome. Oh yeah,
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: she ate cheese on our pizza. I miss her.
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: Yeah, I miss her too.
- 1:03:20Speaker 4: Okay, now this is only a four hour show. Let's
- 1:03:23Speaker 4: take it back for you. So I was gonna say,
- 1:03:25Speaker 4: name your favorite go to after school snack, but you
- 1:03:27Speaker 4: might have a lot. Yeah, you're one go to after
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: school snack that you would just get so hype about.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: Cinnamon Graham crackers. Oh, I would run home and give
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: me a big tall glass of milk. Oh, dunk the
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: car or whatever. That is still honestly one of my
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: favorite snacks. Cinnamon. Gram Crackers don't sleep on is Graham
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: crackers and milk to this day.
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: Yes, I eat a whole package, me saying, oh, and
- 1:03:56Speaker 4: then you got to dip them in there?
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: Okay, I never did that, but sometimes I would put
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: peanut butter on them. It makes like little peanut butter sandwiches.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: That's so wholesome. Peanut butter. Here we go. No, what
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: do you mean peanut butter on gram crackers? You never
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: dipped them in milk? Yeah? Probably you've never dipped a
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: gram cracker in milk. You don't.
- 1:04:18Speaker 4: I just eat it, you break them off, No, you
- 1:04:22Speaker 4: don't just eat no candy, and then you drink the milk.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: You drink the milk, and it's got that cinnamon milk, yes,
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: like a ghetto or chatta.
- 1:04:34Speaker 4: Yeah, but then you do, like you know, sometimes you
- 1:04:37Speaker 4: can't let it get there's an art to how long
- 1:04:38Speaker 4: you can let it soak in there without it falling in. Yeah,
- 1:04:42Speaker 4: and then you got it get a spoon. But let's
- 1:04:44Speaker 4: be honest, none of us. Did we just dip our
