- 0:00Speaker 1: Prepare for launching three two one, and away we go.
- 0:05Speaker 2: See see.
- 0:11Speaker 3: See you see.
- 0:18Speaker 4: Say, ladies and gentlemen, It's the Ron Edwards American Experienced
- 0:31Speaker 4: talk show where our unalienable rights are celebrated. And now
- 0:36Speaker 4: your radio refreshment, Ron Edwards.
- 0:59Speaker 5: Well, hello, hello, and hello, I'm not Edwards, and welcome
- 1:02Speaker 5: to this edition of the Ron Edwards American Experience and
- 1:06Speaker 5: glad to have you. It's another great day in the neighborhood,
- 1:09Speaker 5: perfect weather and everything. Man, wonderful a day we're having weatherwise. Anyway,
- 1:17Speaker 5: just looking at new footage you're released showing a terrified
- 1:22Speaker 5: Ion Zaruska looking up in horror and suffering after being
- 1:27Speaker 5: stabbed by De Carlos Brown on that train in beautiful Charlotte,
- 1:32Speaker 5: North Carolina. Really terrible situation. But you know what else
- 1:37Speaker 5: is very very telling when looking at the footage and
- 1:41Speaker 5: you see the aftermath as he walks straight down the train.
- 1:46Speaker 5: No one, none of the other men on that train
- 1:50Speaker 5: attacked him. I mean, there were several other gentlemen, well
- 1:53Speaker 5: I can't use the word gentleman, but men on that train,
- 1:57Speaker 5: and none of them raised a hand to take that
- 2:00Speaker 5: that beast down. They should have They should have taken
- 2:05Speaker 5: them out right there. But such is the case with
- 2:10Speaker 5: America today. You know, it used to be in our
- 2:12Speaker 5: country that if you saw things happening like that, Americans
- 2:16Speaker 5: would always defend each other and stand up against evildoers.
- 2:21Speaker 5: And you didn't have to know them or not. It's
- 2:24Speaker 5: just what we did as a people. There was this
- 2:27Speaker 5: underlying unity as fellow Americans. It seems that because of
- 2:33Speaker 5: recent developments in our country, especially over the last four
- 2:37Speaker 5: years under Uncle Joe and other administrations, and then other
- 2:41Speaker 5: things that are going on in many cities across the country,
- 2:45Speaker 5: Americans are increasingly becoming disunified. And that natural instinct to
- 2:52Speaker 5: you know, stand up for one another a damsel in distress,
- 2:56Speaker 5: that that concept seems to be dying in our society.
- 2:59Speaker 5: But that also is a derivative of immorality. As I've
- 3:04Speaker 5: said many times on the broadcast. When you take or
- 3:08Speaker 5: strip morality and you kick God and his word and
- 3:12Speaker 5: our constitution and the articles, etc.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Etc.
- 3:16Speaker 5: Out of our society, what's left but base human nature.
- 3:23Speaker 5: And when you couple that within doctrination, generation after generation
- 3:27Speaker 5: after generation, Blacks are convinced their victims, females are convince
- 3:33Speaker 5: their queens then many men are just beatas wimpus AMERICANUS apologeticus,
- 3:41Speaker 5: and it's just, you know, you become a society of
- 3:44Speaker 5: wasted individuals, wasted lives. But prayerfully that is going to
- 3:49Speaker 5: be turned around in the not to distant future, because
- 3:51Speaker 5: there are signs of life in our republic, and maybe
- 3:56Speaker 5: we'll touch on some of that, but yeah, one sign
- 3:58Speaker 5: of life is a decision here in the state of
- 4:02Speaker 5: Michigan where Governor witchmer An appointed a judge. She appointed
- 4:07Speaker 5: a judge, but that judge did something right today she
- 4:10Speaker 5: dismissed the outrageous, horrible case against fifteen Michigan alternate twenty
- 4:15Speaker 5: twenty Trump electors. And we're going to be talking more
- 4:19Speaker 5: about that case after the break and with our guest today.
- 4:23Speaker 5: Her name is Janice Daniels, in my humble opinion, is
- 4:27Speaker 5: an expert on all things elections, and she's going to
- 4:31Speaker 5: be talking about that with us today. In the meantime,
- 4:35Speaker 5: man Alive House Appropriations Committee targets Fauci's taxpayer funded monkey Island.
- 4:42Speaker 5: You know that guy, I don't know what he has
- 4:45Speaker 5: against animals, looking at a little video of him, how
- 4:49Speaker 5: they just torture these animals and they're also going after
- 4:54Speaker 5: a gentleman who has been supplying little beagle puppies to
- 4:59Speaker 5: Fauccio over the year, and most of his so called
- 5:04Speaker 5: research with these animals has nothing to do with curing diseases.
- 5:10Speaker 6: Nothing.
- 5:10Speaker 5: If you look at some of the things that he
- 5:13Speaker 5: has done to especially dogs over the years, has nothing
- 5:17Speaker 5: to do with research and trying to find cures to
- 5:21Speaker 5: this disease or nothing. It's all about torture. Guys are sick.
- 5:26Speaker 5: He himself is a sick animal. But you know, Justice
- 5:36Speaker 5: Amy Cony Barrett weighing in on a chatter about Trump
- 5:40Speaker 5: running for the third term. You know, Trump just throws
- 5:44Speaker 5: that out there so idiots like her can chatter about it.
- 5:49Speaker 5: You know, Trump is an expert and knowing how to
- 5:53Speaker 5: pull people's chains and and that's a good way of
- 5:57Speaker 5: finding out who your enemies are too. So I was
- 6:03Speaker 5: glad to see Tom Homan busting out the beceets and
- 6:07Speaker 5: lighting up MSNBC's Micah Brazinski, And he really exploded on
- 6:13Speaker 5: her after she accused Ice agents of disappearing people. I mean,
- 6:19Speaker 5: what is it with these so called media individuals who
- 6:24Speaker 5: are literally on the side of illegal border crossers. The criminals,
- 6:28Speaker 5: the thugs, etc. And they're always going after people that
- 6:32Speaker 5: are actually doing a good job of cleaning up our streets,
- 6:36Speaker 5: restoring order, like they've done in the nation's capital, which
- 6:39Speaker 5: they're in the process of doing in Chicago Land. Hopefully
- 6:44Speaker 5: they'll get to Baltimore. Hopefully they'll get to and in Detroit.
- 6:49Speaker 5: This is kind of humorous, but it's a good thing.
- 6:52Speaker 5: Detroit says, you know what, we don't need the National
- 6:55Speaker 5: Guards to come here. We'll do it ourselves. My wife
- 7:00Speaker 5: pointed out to me yesterday evening about how the Detroit
- 7:04Speaker 5: police are showing up and telling people to disperse and
- 7:09Speaker 5: stop loitering about and go home, and YadA.
- 7:13Speaker 4: YadA, YadA.
- 7:14Speaker 5: And it's real simple for a city to clean up
- 7:16Speaker 5: the streets. It's really that simple. Because I'll never remember.
- 7:21Speaker 5: I'll never forget. Rather, how Mayor Giuliani quickly turned New
- 7:29Speaker 5: York City around, and he had what was dubbed as
- 7:34Speaker 5: the Broken Windows application, going after people that were jaywalking.
- 7:39Speaker 5: I mean, just the simplest things with vigor. And guess
- 7:45Speaker 5: what happened. Almost immediately, larger crimes stopped happening, and when
- 7:50Speaker 5: they did happen, they grabbed those people and they locked
- 7:53Speaker 5: them up. Then what did that happen? What happened behind that?
- 7:59Speaker 5: Almost immediately you started, you saw the redevelopment of a
- 8:03Speaker 5: Times Square and other parts of the city. And so
- 8:10Speaker 5: I witnessed that, and it's amazing how you have an
- 8:15Speaker 5: example there. And so many people are fighting against the
- 8:18Speaker 5: re resurgence of our American cities or the cleaning up
- 8:22Speaker 5: of our American cities because they want the illegals to
- 8:24Speaker 5: stay here. And if you go after illegals and other
- 8:29Speaker 5: people that are mentioning and talking about the what happened
- 8:32Speaker 5: in North Carolina, they're being called racist by idiots like
- 8:36Speaker 5: Van Jones on CNN. It's crazy. They're not upset over
- 8:40Speaker 5: what happened, but they're worried about Oh my god, people
- 8:44Speaker 5: are going to be racist. This is racist pointing out
- 8:48Speaker 5: the guy that did it. I mean, but this, like
- 8:52Speaker 5: I said, this is what happens when you kick morality
- 8:57Speaker 5: out of society, because then you low or the standards
- 9:00Speaker 5: of education. You're going to make all wrong decisions and
- 9:05Speaker 5: the quality of life decreases year after year after year
- 9:09Speaker 5: after year. And that's why people are going to Nutsville
- 9:14Speaker 5: because there's now a clean up effort in our republic.
- 9:19Speaker 5: So and I believe that cities like Chicago and Los
- 9:25Speaker 5: Angeles they're going to be turned around. I really believe
- 9:27Speaker 5: it's going to happen. Whether Mayor Baths of Los Angeles
- 9:35Speaker 5: Mayor Brandon Johnson wants it or not, it's going to happen.
- 9:38Speaker 5: And they might as well get used to it, because
- 9:42Speaker 5: the people of Chicago, especially, they're sick of it. I mean,
- 9:48Speaker 5: I'm proud of those people in Chicago. They're they're they're like,
- 9:52Speaker 5: we're done with this, and they have literally been begging
- 9:56Speaker 5: President Trump and Tom Holman to show up and clean house.
- 10:03Speaker 4: And so.
- 10:05Speaker 5: Excellent, excellent, excellent. Well, Michigan's lawless man oh Man, Jocelyn
- 10:12Speaker 5: Benson got pummeled at a public hearing on her made
- 10:16Speaker 5: up rules created to make cheating easier. I think we'll
- 10:20Speaker 5: touch on that with Janis Daniels as well. On this
- 10:23Speaker 5: the Round Edwards American Experience, and why don't you give
- 10:26Speaker 5: us a call to at two zero eight two one

- 12:32Speaker 6: new mainstream media.
- 12:34Speaker 9: Just the way.
- 12:39Speaker 5: It's just the way it is. This is a run
- 12:41Speaker 5: everage American experience. And thanks for tuning in from throughout
- 12:44Speaker 5: America and around the world. And a stunning decision. Governor
- 12:48Speaker 5: Witchmer appointed judge dismisses outragious cation against fifteen Michigan alternate
- 12:54Speaker 5: twenty twenty Trump electors here to talk to us about
- 12:57Speaker 5: that about that situation. Shouldn't use Janice Daniels and I
- 13:01Speaker 5: call her an election expert because she has for years
- 13:06Speaker 5: been digging into these situations and she's here to talk
- 13:08Speaker 5: with us. Welcome back, Janis well.
- 13:12Speaker 2: Thank you, Ron. And I don't know that I'm an expert.
- 13:14Speaker 2: I know that I have spent many, many, many days
- 13:17Speaker 2: and nights and hours and weeks and months and years
- 13:22Speaker 2: trying to follow what's going on with the elections, because
- 13:25Speaker 2: you know, the law has been so contorted that it's
- 13:30Speaker 2: almost impossible to understand what it is that these public
- 13:35Speaker 2: officials or public functionaries are doing at any particular time.
- 13:40Speaker 2: And in fact, in my humblest opinion, Dana Nessel should
- 13:44Speaker 2: be sued. She should be sued for knowingly creating a
- 13:49Speaker 2: false case against innocent people and usurping her authority to
- 13:56Speaker 2: act on behalf of the state when known or suspected
- 14:00Speaker 2: criminals have committed something that appears to be a crime.
- 14:05Speaker 2: This has precedence. In nineteen sixty in Hawaii, the state
- 14:09Speaker 2: of Hawaii, President Richard Nixon won the election, and then
- 14:16Speaker 2: they had a recount, and so Nixon had his electors Kennedy.
- 14:20Speaker 2: While the recount was taking place, Kennedy's people filed their
- 14:24Speaker 2: alternate electors, and then in fact, a third set of
- 14:27Speaker 2: electors were created after they confirmed that Kennedy had won,
- 14:31Speaker 2: and it was Nixon himself as the vice president that
- 14:34Speaker 2: had to certify open the ballots and certify that Kennedy
- 14:39Speaker 2: had won. So there was precedence and data. NSTO has
- 14:44Speaker 2: caused these sixteen people to spend two years of their lives,
- 14:50Speaker 2: their fortunes, and their sacred honor trying to defend themselves
- 14:54Speaker 2: against an absolutely frivolous lawsuit. I picked it apart. I
- 14:58Speaker 2: wrote a letter an article published at Michigan Conservative Union
- 15:04Speaker 2: dot org called Dana's weaponized democracy because that's what this is.
- 15:12Speaker 2: This is law fair at its purest. This is when
- 15:16Speaker 2: the state and the media come after people without any
- 15:22Speaker 2: real cause, but it's just because they don't like the
- 15:25Speaker 2: political actions that the people take, and this has got
- 15:28Speaker 2: to stop. In fact, I am hosting doctor John Eastman
- 15:34Speaker 2: to a tour of a tour of Michigan on September
- 15:38Speaker 2: twenty second through September twenty fifth. He'll be stopping at
- 15:42Speaker 2: Northern Oakland County for an event hosted by the District
- 15:47Speaker 2: nine Oakland County Republican Party. Then he's heading up to
- 15:52Speaker 2: Gladwin County, where the Claire and Gladwin County Republican Parties
- 15:55Speaker 2: are hosting an event on the twenty fourth. No, twenty
- 16:00Speaker 2: third excives me. The third day is going to be
- 16:02Speaker 2: in Lansing. We're going to hold a rally on the
- 16:05Speaker 2: Capitol steps. It'll be on the western steps because there's
- 16:08Speaker 2: another rally plan for the eastern steps. And then hopefully
- 16:12Speaker 2: we're planning on having an event at Hillsdale, but that
- 16:16Speaker 2: isn't set in stone yet, so I don't want to
- 16:19Speaker 2: say too much about that. And then we'll bring him
- 16:21Speaker 2: into Wayne County on the twenty fifth for a presentation
- 16:25Speaker 2: at the River Church on Middle Belt in Lavonnia. So
- 16:28Speaker 2: it's an exciting time, and in fact, the fact that
- 16:32Speaker 2: this case was thrown out or dismissed is perfectly in
- 16:38Speaker 2: time for our event, because doctor John Eastman has developed
- 16:44Speaker 2: a documentary called the Eastman Dilemma, Law, Fair or Justice.
- 16:48Speaker 2: I don't know if you know who doctor Eastman is,
- 16:51Speaker 2: but on January fourth, he advised Vice President Mike Pence
- 16:57Speaker 2: of his options that he could take. On January sixth,
- 17:02Speaker 2: when asked to opens and count electors that they were
- 17:07Speaker 2: not sure were properly seated, President Trump and Vice President
- 17:13Speaker 2: Pence had, in fact, the whole country had suspicion that
- 17:17Speaker 2: there was either manipulation or election irregularities or outright fraud.
- 17:23Speaker 2: The election was not decided fairly in many people's minds,
- 17:28Speaker 2: so it was absolutely appropriate for doctor John Eastman to
- 17:31Speaker 2: recommend that he sent the electors back to the states
- 17:35Speaker 2: that had problems with their elections and give them a
- 17:39Speaker 2: ten day opportunity to examine those elections and certify the
- 17:45Speaker 2: true winner. It could have been Biden if that's what
- 17:48Speaker 2: they came back was after attend day opportunity to examine
- 17:52Speaker 2: the results. It could have been Trump. But the state,
- 17:57Speaker 2: in the federal government and the media never allowed anyone
- 18:01Speaker 2: to speak about the facts that we believe the election
- 18:04Speaker 2: was stolen, and John Eastman suffered extreme persecution in the
- 18:10Speaker 2: terms of spending untold amounts of money to protect himself,
- 18:15Speaker 2: to have to defend himself. He was smeared in the
- 18:20Speaker 2: media accused of subverting the constitution. So it's a new day,
- 18:28Speaker 2: it appears, and God bless every single person who now
- 18:33Speaker 2: will boldly stand up and defend the truth.
- 18:36Speaker 5: Yeah, that's you know, Janie. Yeah, And by the way,
- 18:41Speaker 5: I hope we can get him on the show here,
- 18:43Speaker 5: mister Eastman. But I'm also looking at the eight felony
- 18:48Speaker 5: charges that were slammed against the fifteen electors, and this
- 18:52Speaker 5: is crazy, and they carry up to fourteen years felony
- 18:57Speaker 5: fourteen years forgery, forgery, conspiracy fourteen years, conspiracy to commit
- 19:05Speaker 5: uttering and publishing felony fourteen years, and or ten thousand
- 19:09Speaker 5: dollars fine count five uttering and publishing felony fourteen years.
- 19:14Speaker 5: I mean, these people were just piling it on and
- 19:18Speaker 5: just by the grace of God, this witchmer appointed judge
- 19:24Speaker 5: did the right thing. But Janis this could set the
- 19:28Speaker 5: precedent for other cases that are similar to this or
- 19:32Speaker 5: that are related to the election process in other states
- 19:35Speaker 5: like Arizona, New Mexico, and I think about two others.
- 19:39Speaker 2: What say you, well, I think that that's true. We
- 19:43Speaker 2: have to really push forward and actually try to indict
- 19:48Speaker 2: Dana Nessel because she has usurped her authority. She has
- 19:54Speaker 2: committed a heinous act of accusing innocent people. These sections
- 20:02Speaker 2: of the compiled law that she used to bring about
- 20:06Speaker 2: these charges were so convoluted. One section of the law
- 20:13Speaker 2: was relating to financial transaction documents.
- 20:18Speaker 10: It literally was.
- 20:19Speaker 2: But again, because the law is so convoluted, and then
- 20:22Speaker 2: they make amendments and then they add sections, it makes
- 20:26Speaker 2: it very difficult to follow. But I really did do
- 20:29Speaker 2: a real deep dive into this case. And again, my
- 20:34Speaker 2: if you, if anybody wants to read, probably long and
- 20:38Speaker 2: difficult to read. An article the Michigan sixteen under Dana's
- 20:43Speaker 2: Weaponized Democracy was posted on August thirteen, twenty twenty three,
- 20:48Speaker 2: on Michiganconservative Union dot org. So, now, these people have
- 20:53Speaker 2: spent two.
- 20:55Speaker 10: Years fretting and wondering if they were going to be
- 21:01Speaker 10: convicted of a felony that would put them in jail for.
- 21:06Speaker 2: Five years and cost them ten thousand dollars. We don't
- 21:10Speaker 2: know how much money they have had to spend on
- 21:12Speaker 2: their attorneys. And you know, I really am concerned about
- 21:19Speaker 2: an attorney that would take a case that is so
- 21:24Speaker 2: frivolous on its face and take a person's money for
- 21:29Speaker 2: two years bringing up defense. And I don't know, I
- 21:34Speaker 2: haven't followed what the attorneys did, because what they should
- 21:37Speaker 2: have done would simply say, this case is is frivolous
- 21:43Speaker 2: on the face of it, and we're going to We're
- 21:46Speaker 2: not going to enter into any long legal process where
- 21:50Speaker 2: it's going to cost these people thousands of dollars to
- 21:54Speaker 2: defend themselves. Somebody's got to change with our legal system
- 21:58Speaker 2: because the entire pro process that the judges, the attorney generals,
- 22:03Speaker 2: the prosecutors, the attorneys, they're all on the side of
- 22:07Speaker 2: the state. I don't know if you get that sense.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Even when you reach out to a public functionary, your
- 22:13Speaker 2: state legislator, and you ask him a question, a legitimate
- 22:17Speaker 2: question or concern that you might have about the election,
- 22:21Speaker 2: or about even reserving a room so that we can
- 22:25Speaker 2: air this documentary, they're always defending the state. Yeah, when
- 22:30Speaker 2: is our government going to understand that they were instituted
- 22:34Speaker 2: to secure the rights of the people, not to defend
- 22:37Speaker 2: the state.
- 22:39Speaker 5: Well, see, here's the thing, janis, we the people have
- 22:42Speaker 5: to do as you have done. We have to know.
- 22:47Speaker 5: I mean, if you don't know you're rights, you don't
- 22:48Speaker 5: have any. And that's the trouble. I just from me
- 22:52Speaker 5: looking at the situation and our nation as a whole.
- 22:56Speaker 5: A lot of the things that are that are happening
- 22:59Speaker 5: and the kinds of things that you're sharing with us
- 23:02Speaker 5: today are because most people don't know, and they don't
- 23:05Speaker 5: know that they don't know, and in some cases they
- 23:08Speaker 5: don't want to know, and so the government, the state
- 23:12Speaker 5: is taking advantage of that. And it's all planned together,
- 23:15Speaker 5: in my humble opinion, with the schools that are indoctrinating people,
- 23:19Speaker 5: miseducating them at best, and so they're set up from
- 23:24Speaker 5: childhood to be ignorant, to be what Aristotle call the
- 23:29Speaker 5: incurably ignorant masses. And when you're ignorant, God knows what
- 23:33Speaker 5: will happen to you? Well what can happen to you?
- 23:36Speaker 5: So we are in that situation. But one of will
- 23:39Speaker 5: continue this conversation with you after the break, Janis, if
- 23:42Speaker 5: you have time, and because one of the there's a
- 23:46Speaker 5: few more things I want to bring up that were
- 23:48Speaker 5: stated by certain individuals and by the judge, by the way,
- 23:53Speaker 5: in this case, as she referred to Mishaun Maddick and
- 23:57Speaker 5: a few others. And we're going to get to that
- 24:01Speaker 5: with our guest today, Joannis Daniels, who will be talking
- 24:03Speaker 5: to us more about the situation. But I'm very concerned
- 24:09Speaker 5: but also at the same time encouraged that because this
- 24:13Speaker 5: is going to be a national story and already is,
- 24:15Speaker 5: by the way, and I think that this will open

- 25:07Speaker 3: military strike in Doha, Qatar and in an effort to
- 25:10Speaker 3: kill top hamas leadership there. White House Press Secretary Caroline
- 25:14Speaker 3: Levitt confirmed the US had advanced knowledge of the impending attack.
- 25:18Speaker 12: Unilatterly bombing inside Katar, a sovereign nation and close ally
- 25:22Speaker 12: of the United States that is working very hard in
- 25:25Speaker 12: bravely taking risks with us to broker peace does not
- 25:29Speaker 12: advance Israel or America's goals. However, eliminating Hamas who have
- 25:34Speaker 12: profited off the misery of those living in Gaza is
- 25:37Speaker 12: a worthy goal.
- 25:38Speaker 3: On another topic, Levitt said Democrats are pushing a hoax
- 25:41Speaker 3: with the Jeffrey Epstein case. She said they're pretending to
- 25:45Speaker 3: care about victims of crime. Levitt also said the signature
- 25:49Speaker 3: on a birthday card allegedly from Donald Trump to Epstein
- 25:53Speaker 3: was fake. Officials in Charlotte, North Carolina, are facing sharp
- 25:57Speaker 3: criticism over the fatal stabbing of a twenty three year

- 26:06Speaker 3: including House Speaker Mike Johnson.
- 26:08Speaker 11: This young lady, Irenya, survived Ukraine. She fled amid the

- 26:24Speaker 11: by someone who should have never been allowed to walk freely.
- 26:27Speaker 3: Critics blame officials for failing to keep the accused murderer

- 29:40Speaker 14: We are being censored. America's news outlets no longer provide

- 30:14Speaker 5: And we're back. This is around overs American experience. Thanks
- 30:17Speaker 5: so much for tuning in from the lot of America and
- 30:18Speaker 5: around the world. Our guests today, Janice Daniels. And yes,
- 30:22Speaker 5: even though she said she's not, I consider her an
- 30:24Speaker 5: election expert. And I say that in the most complimentary
- 30:30Speaker 5: of fashion. So Janice, you know, I was looking at
- 30:35Speaker 5: some more some more of the details earlier today and
- 30:39Speaker 5: some of the back and forth it was going on
- 30:41Speaker 5: during the hearings, and it's a good thing that the
- 30:47Speaker 5: individual who was working on behalf of the governor was
- 30:52Speaker 5: totally incompetent, and in fact that Judge Simmons was seen
- 30:56Speaker 5: rolling her eyes at times at the judge, which what's
- 31:01Speaker 5: his an agent, Howard Shook or Shock rather Attorney General
- 31:06Speaker 5: Nessel's only investigator on the case, and she said that
- 31:13Speaker 5: he was bogus. It was a bogust against the electors.
- 31:17Speaker 5: And so you know, by the grace of God, these
- 31:20Speaker 5: people escaped by the skin of their teeth. Because she
- 31:23Speaker 5: did say that she could potentially charge Elector Mishon Maddock
- 31:29Speaker 5: for organizing the electors to sign the alternate slate of
- 31:33Speaker 5: electors with Trump lawyers. But you had already explained that,
- 31:39Speaker 5: you know, the president had already been set as we
- 31:42Speaker 5: all know, back in nineteen sixty. But it's by the
- 31:46Speaker 5: grace of God that these people this thing was turned around.
- 31:49Speaker 2: What say you, well, shame on that judge. By what
- 31:53Speaker 2: authority does she think she has the power to charge
- 31:58Speaker 2: Mihon Maddock with Oregon something that is legitimate. This is
- 32:04Speaker 2: the problem that we have. I mean, Dana nessil Is
- 32:07Speaker 2: reported in USA today is saying she's quote terrified for
- 32:11Speaker 2: the twenty twenty six elections because she fears quote President
- 32:15Speaker 2: Trump and his aiders and a Better's and followers have
- 32:19Speaker 2: already assured that no American election will ever be fair
- 32:23Speaker 2: or free. She should be held in contempt for that
- 32:27Speaker 2: comment alone, or at least brought up for censure, because
- 32:31Speaker 2: that is an absolute lie. We are concerned that if
- 32:35Speaker 2: we don't get a handle on the election irregularities, there
- 32:40Speaker 2: may never be a free or fair election. But it's
- 32:42Speaker 2: not that there won't ever be, and it's not that
- 32:46Speaker 2: our President Trump's aiders and a Betters, I mean, how
- 32:50Speaker 2: do you talk about a president like that, who if
- 32:53Speaker 2: she thinks she is and under what authority does she
- 32:56Speaker 2: make comments like this? I can't understand it.
- 32:59Speaker 5: Well, you know, well, most leftists have an exaggerated opinion
- 33:04Speaker 5: of themselves and they think that they're all that in
- 33:06Speaker 5: the bag of chips, and they think that they have
- 33:08Speaker 5: this imagined extra authority over us, and they think they
- 33:14Speaker 5: can always get away with whatever. And unfortunately, Janis, they
- 33:18Speaker 5: have been getting away with a lot of stuff that
- 33:21Speaker 5: is unconstitutional and in many cases illegal. I mean, let's
- 33:25Speaker 5: not forget what happened to us under the Corona China
- 33:29Speaker 5: virus situation. I saw a lot of unconstitutional things happening
- 33:32Speaker 5: in many states, including the one we both reside in.
- 33:36Speaker 5: But yet they got away with doing these things because
- 33:41Speaker 5: there's not enough opposition, in my opinion, and there's not
- 33:44Speaker 5: enough knowledge amongst the people to make a continued or
- 33:49Speaker 5: a stiff opposition to this onslaught of leftist a tyranny
- 33:53Speaker 5: in this country and in this state.
- 33:55Speaker 2: What say you, Well, you're absolutely correct, and it's unfortunate
- 33:58Speaker 2: that we the people have allowed this slow evolution of
- 34:02Speaker 2: this construction of a political machine that is so difficult
- 34:08Speaker 2: to go up against and to try to peel back
- 34:12Speaker 2: the layers of unconstitutionality. And if it is unconstitutional, it
- 34:17Speaker 2: is illegal. And when you, for example, across the border illegally,
- 34:22Speaker 2: you have committed an unconstitutional act, and the President has
- 34:27Speaker 2: every right to enforce the laws of the United States.
- 34:31Speaker 2: But we're talking about elections, and we're talking about the
- 34:33Speaker 2: fact that I'm bringing doctor John Eastman into Michigan for
- 34:37Speaker 2: a tour, and I want to assure you that I'm
- 34:39Speaker 2: going to work very diligently to secure an interview for
- 34:42Speaker 2: you with doctor John Eastman.
- 34:45Speaker 5: Yeah, I appreciate that because you know what he went through,
- 34:49Speaker 5: you know, and you know, I get the same attitude
- 34:53Speaker 5: when I see people or read about people going through
- 34:56Speaker 5: things that are unfair, especially when they're doing what is
- 35:00Speaker 5: right and trying to work on behalf of others just
- 35:03Speaker 5: to get the right thing done, and they go through
- 35:05Speaker 5: just unrelenting, wrongful not only accusations, but actions, the potential jail,
- 35:13Speaker 5: all kinds of things, and it just really gets under
- 35:16Speaker 5: my skin like few other things can. Want to maybe
- 35:22Speaker 5: turn in another direction a little bit. I want to
- 35:26Speaker 5: just get your perspective on what's happening in my favorite
- 35:30Speaker 5: city on the planet, and that is New York City.
- 35:34Speaker 5: I really, really, if you could love cities, that would
- 35:37Speaker 5: be one city that I would love for many positive reasons.
- 35:41Speaker 5: And it's heartbreaking to witness the incurably ignorant masses so far,
- 35:46Speaker 5: at least according to many polls, are favoring the most
- 35:51Speaker 5: wicked of all the candidates, and all three of the
- 35:54Speaker 5: four are wicked. But this guy, this Muslim communist, is
- 35:59Speaker 5: fail highly favored, especially by the female population of New York,
- 36:04Speaker 5: because he's good looking and you know, and they're willing
- 36:09Speaker 5: to throw the whole baby, you know, not only out
- 36:12Speaker 5: of the just destroy the city because the guy's good
- 36:16Speaker 5: looking and he can speak a little bit. And it's
- 36:20Speaker 5: really down to that level. I am not exaggerating at all.
- 36:24Speaker 5: And amongst the young, they favor socialism. So you have
- 36:29Speaker 5: favoring socialism and the female population, Oh, he looks good.
- 36:34Speaker 5: It's the same thing that we dealt with with Bill
- 36:37Speaker 5: Clinton to a degree. What say you on that?
- 36:41Speaker 2: Well, we are assuming that the fake news media is
- 36:45Speaker 2: giving us real news. We don't know for sure how
- 36:49Speaker 2: many New Yorkers really approve of this man, and young
- 36:54Speaker 2: people they if they interview young people that aren't even
- 36:58Speaker 2: going to vote, who cares. You know, it's at least
- 37:01Speaker 2: you know, it's just it's unbelievable. But the truth of
- 37:03Speaker 2: the matter is, if a person is elected or appointed
- 37:08Speaker 2: into any government position, they must take an oath to
- 37:14Speaker 2: protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
- 37:19Speaker 2: We need to determine his allegiance to this country and
- 37:24Speaker 2: the Constitution. Again, I have said it over and over
- 37:27Speaker 2: is written so that even the wrong people do the
- 37:30Speaker 2: right thing. The problem is we let these people like
- 37:34Speaker 2: il Han Omar, like Rashida Telib, like this Mandavi get
- 37:43Speaker 2: into office when they have no allegiance to the United
- 37:45Speaker 2: States of America, and that in itself is not the
- 37:53Speaker 2: way it should be. We really need to hold the
- 37:57Speaker 2: fact that you not only have to be a legal
- 38:00Speaker 2: of this, but you have to hold allegiance to the
- 38:03Speaker 2: United States of America and our constitution. If he gets
- 38:07Speaker 2: elected and he is appointed the governor, we need to
- 38:10Speaker 2: make absolute it is certain that everything he does comforts
- 38:15Speaker 2: with the US Constitution and the laws that are made
- 38:18Speaker 2: pursuant to the Constitution. So again, we the people need
- 38:23Speaker 2: to buck up and start demanding that our constitution be honored.
- 38:29Speaker 2: I agree with you. The media has distorted the minds
- 38:33Speaker 2: and hearts of people for so long now that it
- 38:36Speaker 2: is very difficult to find people who even want to
- 38:40Speaker 2: go down this road. But deekok Bonhaffer said it perfectly.
- 38:45Speaker 2: Silence in the face of evil is evil itself. God
- 38:49Speaker 2: will not hold us without judgment. Not to speak is
- 38:54Speaker 2: to speak, not to act is to act. We somehow,
- 38:59Speaker 2: and I think think it's through alternate media like your
- 39:02Speaker 2: program and others where we're going to get the ground
- 39:06Speaker 2: swell of support for people who have been blessed with
- 39:12Speaker 2: liberty from God, our Father. We have to protect it.
- 39:16Speaker 2: We have to defend our liberty.
- 39:19Speaker 5: Here's a way to protect it. We don't have much time.
- 39:22Speaker 5: I don't even know if you'll have time to answer
- 39:24Speaker 5: this question. But I have an idea. I've been sharing
- 39:28Speaker 5: this for years that when you're elected, okay, if you
- 39:32Speaker 5: do not govern according to the constitution literally, then you
- 39:37Speaker 5: are automatically kicked out. I think a law, yes.
- 39:43Speaker 2: That is already that's already a law that is a
- 39:47Speaker 2: part of our constitutional order, that is one of the
- 39:50Speaker 2: principles of the American Republic. If you do not follow
- 39:53Speaker 2: the constitution. If you violate your oath of office, you
- 39:57Speaker 2: are to be removed from office. Have to have a trial.
- 40:01Speaker 2: We don't have to have these years long of displays,
- 40:06Speaker 2: these dog and pony shows where we watch something go
- 40:10Speaker 2: so close and then all of a sudden nothing happens.
- 40:15Speaker 2: Why yeah, why is Hillary Clinton still walking free?
- 40:20Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 40:20Speaker 2: Answer me that question.
- 40:22Speaker 5: I don't have an answer, but well I do, but
- 40:25Speaker 5: I can't say it.

- 43:22Speaker 5: And we're back. Welcome back. I'm Ron Edwards. And boy,
- 43:25Speaker 5: we had a great conversation there with the Janis Daniels.
- 43:29Speaker 5: I apologize, you know, I didn't keep as tight on
- 43:33Speaker 5: the clock as I should have. But we do wish
- 43:37Speaker 5: her well and we will be welcoming her back. Yes, indeed, well,
- 43:43Speaker 5: my friends. Do adults have the right to assess photographic
- 43:47Speaker 5: content without proving their age? Does the State of Texas
- 43:51Speaker 5: have a compelling interest in keeping such content away from minors?
- 43:55Speaker 5: It's requiring age verification and impermissible burden or or only
- 44:00Speaker 5: an incidental one. As a society, we've decided that certain
- 44:05Speaker 5: things like alcohol, tobacco, and pornography are not safe for miners.
- 44:10Speaker 5: And let's say, if I decide to get a little
- 44:12Speaker 5: bottle of wine, you know I have to show my
- 44:16Speaker 5: identification to verify my age. If you go to my
- 44:19Speaker 5: website theroneverds dot com, you will see that I am
- 44:22Speaker 5: fully an adult and well over the age where I
- 44:26Speaker 5: can purchase alcohol, but I'm still asked to verify my age.
- 44:31Speaker 5: That's because my rights end when it infringes on the
- 44:35Speaker 5: rights of another. However, the Free Speech Coalition thinks an
- 44:39Speaker 5: adult's right to access pornography without age verification trumps the
- 44:44Speaker 5: safety of miners. That is the basis of the case
- 44:48Speaker 5: Free Speech Coalition Inc. Versus Paxton, Attorney General of Texas,
- 44:53Speaker 5: which is the Supreme Court decided this past term. Now,
- 45:00Speaker 5: pornography frequently generates a lot of emotions, so let's begin
- 45:04Speaker 5: with a little bit of background for this particular case. Texas,
- 45:08Speaker 5: like many states in the Union, prohibits distributing sexually explicit
- 45:13Speaker 5: content to children. Back in twenty twenty three, Texas enacted
- 45:17Speaker 5: h B one one eight one, requiring certain commercial websites
- 45:23Speaker 5: publishing sexually explicit content that is obscene to minors to
- 45:27Speaker 5: verify that visitors are eighteen years of age or older,
- 45:31Speaker 5: knowing violations subject covered in titles to injunctions and civil penalties. However,
- 45:40Speaker 5: there is an organization called the Free Speech Coalition. Yeah,
- 45:43Speaker 5: they went against Paxton, Attorney General of Texas, and many
- 45:47Speaker 5: states prohibit distributing sexually explicit materials to children. We know that,
- 45:53Speaker 5: But soon after Texas enacted the HB one one HB
- 45:57Speaker 5: one one eight one, a trade association for the pornography industry,
- 46:02Speaker 5: a group of companies that operate pornographic websites, and a
- 46:06Speaker 5: pornography performer sued Texas Attorney General. Now, these plaintiffs petitions
- 46:13Speaker 5: here sought to enjoin enforcement of the statute as facially
- 46:21Speaker 5: unconstitutional under free speech clause of the First Amendments. Now that,
- 46:26Speaker 5: in my opinion, is bull capitalist with a hit. They
- 46:29Speaker 5: allege that adults have a right to access the free
- 46:32Speaker 5: speech covered by HB one to one, and that the
- 46:36Speaker 5: statute and permissibly hinders them from doing so, which again
- 46:42Speaker 5: is bull capitalist with a hit, because what they want
- 46:46Speaker 5: to do is allow little children teenagers to consume pornographic
- 46:55Speaker 5: material And they say so because they are trying to
- 47:00Speaker 5: reinterpret the First Amendment, meaning that even children can consume
- 47:05Speaker 5: pornographic materials. Now, anyone with common sense and just a
- 47:11Speaker 5: modicum of morality understands and is in support of keeping
- 47:19Speaker 5: adult materials away from children. If you're a child, you
- 47:24Speaker 5: know you do things that children do. But then when
- 47:28Speaker 5: you become an adult, you partake with things that you
- 47:32Speaker 5: know adults do. Hopefully when you become an adult, you
- 47:37Speaker 5: don't think so little of yourself that you would still
- 47:39Speaker 5: you know that you would participate with pornography. But it
- 47:43Speaker 5: is for adults, not children. Why is it that you
- 47:48Speaker 5: don't give a strong alcohol to a baby, to a
- 47:51Speaker 5: six year old, to a ten year old. You just
- 47:55Speaker 5: don't do that if you are decent and a good parent.
- 48:00Speaker 5: Let me make that clear. So these people that went
- 48:04Speaker 5: to it to you know, went to the wall, you
- 48:07Speaker 5: know what, to the wall to try to make it
- 48:10Speaker 5: so that to go against Texas that was simply saying no,
- 48:14Speaker 5: you cannot sell this stuff to children. So I don't
- 48:18Speaker 5: think that either party disagrees that adults have the right
- 48:21Speaker 5: to access that garbage content. The question is are the
- 48:26Speaker 5: people accessing sites adults? And see the pornographic pushers don't
- 48:33Speaker 5: want us to care. You know, they're not satisfied with
- 48:38Speaker 5: making money with just adults. No, no, no, no no.
- 48:42Speaker 5: They want children to get turned onto this stuff so
- 48:45Speaker 5: that they're are automatically inculcated into this stuff when they
- 48:48Speaker 5: become adults. And see this goes into what I talk about.
- 48:54Speaker 5: This graduated immorality of our nation from one iteration to
- 49:00Speaker 5: the next. And that's why we need to start with
- 49:03Speaker 5: a cutoff. I mean just a cutoff. Right now, This
- 49:08Speaker 5: such and such no longer is allowed to be shown
- 49:11Speaker 5: to children, because what we need to do is build
- 49:15Speaker 5: back morality into our country. We have to build back
- 49:21Speaker 5: common sense into our country.
- 49:26Speaker 2: You know.
- 49:30Speaker 5: So if you want to save our country, you have
- 49:34Speaker 5: to first save the children. Because we are witnessing now
- 49:40Speaker 5: with the young adults, with the high school seniors and
- 49:45Speaker 5: college aids, young people. I mean, they favor in great
- 49:51Speaker 5: numbers socialism, even though in some circles there is an
- 49:58Speaker 5: increasing number of young people believing in God. And that
- 50:02Speaker 5: is a good thing. But what interpretation of God? You
- 50:08Speaker 5: know you have you know the slappy churches where yeah,
- 50:12Speaker 5: they believe in God and they mentioned God. You know,
- 50:16Speaker 5: you have the slappy Joel Olstein types. Yes, Jesus laps you.
- 50:20Speaker 5: But you can do whatever you want, You can come
- 50:22Speaker 5: any way you want. And yes, it doesn't matter if
- 50:25Speaker 5: you stay that way as long as you remember that
- 50:27Speaker 5: Jesus laps you. And yeah, you don't forget your tithes.
- 50:31Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I need another jet. Yeah you can You
- 50:36Speaker 5: can have slappy church, but are they turning? Are they
- 50:40Speaker 5: being introduced by the adults to a real relationship with God?
- 50:47Speaker 5: And that is it's just no, it's it's the same
- 50:49Speaker 5: thing is when it comes to our constitution. You hear
- 50:51Speaker 5: people running around talking about I have this constitutional right,
- 50:56Speaker 5: I have that constitutional right. But it's what they're interpretation
- 51:01Speaker 5: is based upon run full teaching, a goofy interpretation of
- 51:06Speaker 5: our constitution. And that is all by design. It's like
- 51:12Speaker 5: teaching bad driving so that everyone crashes all over the place.
- 51:18Speaker 5: You know, it doesn't matter what the activity is, what
- 51:20Speaker 5: the endeavor is. You must make sure that teaching is proper,
- 51:27Speaker 5: teaching is right, and in some situations tinschi is properly moral,
- 51:34Speaker 5: biblically based, constitutional based. Remember the old term they used
- 51:39Speaker 5: to say garbage in, garbage out? Well, how about good
- 51:42Speaker 5: and good out? And that being the good? That be
- 51:46Speaker 5: the goal that we set for our country, because, like
- 51:51Speaker 5: you said, if we don't save the children, we will
- 51:53Speaker 5: not save our republic. Our republic will be done, done,
- 51:59Speaker 5: done after Trump leaves office. You can bet your bottom
- 52:04Speaker 5: dollar on that. So we have our work cutout force.
- 52:07Speaker 5: And that's good because we have to just roll up
- 52:10Speaker 5: our sleeves and just push back against the darkness. As
- 52:12Speaker 5: I often say, you know, and it may be difficult,
- 52:17Speaker 5: but it will be much more difficult on our backsides
- 52:20Speaker 5: and will be judged more harshly in the long run
- 52:23Speaker 5: if we do not roll up our sleeves and push
- 52:25Speaker 5: back and say no, we're not going to take this anymore.
- 52:28Speaker 5: Our miners are not going to be destroyed mentally and
- 52:32Speaker 5: spiritually and intellectually. We are not going to allow ourselves
- 52:37Speaker 5: to be screwed over in the election process. I mean,
- 52:40Speaker 5: it goes on and on and on. We're not going
- 52:44Speaker 5: to allow Robert Kennedy Junior to be kicked out because
- 52:50Speaker 5: the leftist pharmaceutical friends in government want things to stay
- 52:55Speaker 5: the same at the expense of our health. I mean,
- 53:00Speaker 5: pick an issue, pick any issue you want to, and
- 53:04Speaker 5: it's the same principle when you get down to brass tacks,
- 53:09Speaker 5: right or wrong was Ronald Reagan would say, up or down?
- 53:15Speaker 5: It just comes down to what do you want in
- 53:18Speaker 5: reality and in truth, So America, we have to stop
- 53:27Speaker 5: growing at odds with ourselves and realize who and what
- 53:32Speaker 5: is bad for our republic and fight for what is
- 53:35Speaker 5: good for our Republic so that we can remain we
- 53:40Speaker 5: become great again and remain great again. That should be
- 53:46Speaker 5: our goal. Yep, that should be our goal. Well, now
- 53:53Speaker 5: that I see that my time is up, thank you
- 53:54Speaker 5: so much for your time. It's been a great time today.
- 53:57Speaker 5: Thank you Janie Daniels for stopping by. But I want
- 54:01Speaker 5: you to remember to pray for your nation, your friends,
- 54:03Speaker 5: your family, and even your enemies that they get it
- 54:05Speaker 5: right before it's too late. And always remember to treat
- 54:08Speaker 5: others the way you want to be treated. Until next time,
- 54:12Speaker 5: I'm Ron Edwards Excelsior.
- 54:31Speaker 10: M hm.
- 54:33Speaker 12: Hm hm.
- 54:42Speaker 2: You would you would be the US All Folk tags
- 54:46Speaker 4: At stage right.
