- 1:12Speaker 4: If you expect me to open the show talking about drones,
- 1:15Speaker 4: I will. I will, but it'll probably come in segment
- 1:20Speaker 4: number two because I have a lot to say about
- 1:22Speaker 4: the drones a matter of fact, on My America's Top
- 1:24Speaker 4: ten Countdown show on Real America's Voice TV on Friday
- 1:27Speaker 4: night and on Saturday, and then on Saturday night and
- 1:30Speaker 4: then on Sunday night, my.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Number one story of the week was the drones.
- 1:34Speaker 4: And I record that show on Friday mornings, so I
- 1:37Speaker 4: knew as of Friday already it was breaking out to
- 1:39Speaker 4: be exploding to be the biggest story in America. And
- 1:42Speaker 4: I made some guesses as to what all of this means.
- 1:44Speaker 4: And my guess is look to be right now, look
- 1:47Speaker 4: to be exactly right. So I'll tell you about all
- 1:49Speaker 4: of that in segment two. I want to start the
- 1:51Speaker 4: show with my commentary, which I wrote at five o'clock
- 1:55Speaker 4: this morning, and I think it's a very important commentary,
- 1:58Speaker 4: so let.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Me do it.
- 1:59Speaker 4: It is titled I've studied politics since nineteen sixty four.
- 2:04Speaker 4: Trump's victory is much more than a landslide. It was
- 2:06Speaker 4: a miracle from God. Delusional democrats in the mainstream media
- 2:11Speaker 4: claim Trump's victory wasn't a landslide. They've been gaslighting us
- 2:15Speaker 4: for years with ridiculous lies, fraud, and propaganda, and this
- 2:19Speaker 4: is just another big, fat lie.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Trust me on this one.
- 2:23Speaker 4: I've been studying politics since I was three years old
- 2:27Speaker 4: in nineteen sixty four, in my father's arms, handing out
- 2:30Speaker 4: campaign literature for Barry go Warner. Remember Alex Keaton, the
- 2:35Speaker 4: bow tie wearing Republican kid and the TV hit Family Ties.
- 2:39Speaker 2: That was me in real life.
- 2:41Speaker 4: In nineteen sixty eight, at age seven, I was lecturing
- 2:45Speaker 4: my liberal second grade teachers about Richard Nixon. I understand politics.
- 2:51Speaker 4: It's all I do. It's all I study, it's all
- 2:53Speaker 4: I analyze, it's all I talk about. Twenty four hours
- 2:56Speaker 4: a day, seven days a week, three hundred sixty five
- 2:59Speaker 4: days a year. Need more proof that I understand politics.
- 3:03Speaker 4: I wrote the book Trump Rules, about the rules of
- 3:07Speaker 4: success that made Donald J. Trump the goat the greatest
- 3:12Speaker 4: of all time in business, sales, branding, real estate, celebrity TV,
- 3:17Speaker 4: reality shows, and politics. My book came out after Trump
- 3:21Speaker 4: lost the twenty twenty election, and after his reputation was
- 3:25Speaker 4: badly damaged by January sixth, some would say destroyed.
- 3:29Speaker 2: By January sixth by the insurrection, they claim.
- 3:33Speaker 4: And so the media laughed of my bad timing, and
- 3:36Speaker 4: they thought I was crazy, ignorant, or just plain delusional
- 3:39Speaker 4: to write a book about how successful Donald Trump is
- 3:42Speaker 4: right after he lost everything his reputation is brand, the election,
- 3:46Speaker 4: and any future chance at politics. So on my book tour,
- 3:50Speaker 4: I told the media, and this is a quote, the
- 3:53Speaker 4: way I understand Trump and the way I understand his
- 3:56Speaker 4: rules of success, Trump will become the greatest comeback kid
- 4:00Speaker 4: in world history, win the presidency in twenty twenty four
- 4:04Speaker 4: and be more popular, more powerful, and wealthier than ever before.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Had that prediction workout.
- 4:11Speaker 4: I was right on every count, And then throughout the
- 4:14Speaker 4: late summer and fall of twenty twenty four, I was
- 4:18Speaker 4: the only TV radio host in America who boldly predicted
- 4:21Speaker 4: a massive Trump victory. My exact prediction was a Trump
- 4:25Speaker 4: electoral landslide, a seven swing state sweep in a two
- 4:30Speaker 4: point popular vote victory.
- 4:32Speaker 2: All three happened.
- 4:33Speaker 4: That's called a perfect bull's eye.
- 4:37Speaker 2: So hear me when I now say President Donald J.
- 4:41Speaker 4: Trump's victory a November fifth wasn't just a landslide.
- 4:46Speaker 2: It was a miracle from God.
- 4:49Speaker 4: This past summer, I got together with platinum selling Christian
- 4:53Speaker 4: singer songwriter Natasha Owens and we co wrote a song
- 4:58Speaker 4: about President Trump called The Chosen One. That song and
- 5:02Speaker 4: video have now surpassed one billion views on social media.
- 5:08Speaker 4: Why do I believe Trump's victory was not only a landslide,
- 5:12Speaker 4: but a miracle from God? Why do I believe Trump
- 5:16Speaker 4: is the Chosen One? First, let's look at the size
- 5:20Speaker 4: of Trump's landslide. Yes, size matters. Trump won the electoral
- 5:27Speaker 4: landslide with three hunt twelve electoral votes, and that's the
- 5:31Speaker 4: most for a Republican candidate in about forty years. Trump
- 5:37Speaker 4: not only won the popular vote, he won the most
- 5:40Speaker 4: votes of any Republican in history. Even more remarkably, Trump
- 5:45Speaker 4: increased his vote totals in all fifty states.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Trump is the.
- 5:51Speaker 4: Only president in the history of America who increased his
- 5:55Speaker 4: popular vote totals three times, from sixty three million and
- 5:59Speaker 4: twenty six sixteen to seventy four million in twenty twenty
- 6:03Speaker 4: to over seventy seven million in twenty twenty four. In
- 6:08Speaker 4: his three presidential runs, Trump amassed more popular votes and
- 6:13Speaker 4: electoral votes than anyone in history. No president has ever
- 6:17Speaker 4: received what Trump received. He received over two hundred and
- 6:21Speaker 4: fourteen million combined popular votes and eight hundred and forty
- 6:26Speaker 4: eight combined electoral votes. No one's ever done anything close
- 6:29Speaker 4: to that in history. That makes the most popular president
- 6:32Speaker 4: in the history of America.
- 6:34Speaker 2: By a mile.
- 6:35Speaker 4: Trump won eighty five point two percent of all the
- 6:39Speaker 4: counties in America.
- 6:42Speaker 2: It was a sea of red.
- 6:45Speaker 4: Trump flipped seventy eight counties across America that Biden won.
- 6:50Speaker 4: In twenty twenty, Kamala became the first candidate in history
- 6:54Speaker 4: to not flip a single county in America. Not one
- 6:58Speaker 4: Trump county from was flipped by Kamala Trump led the
- 7:03Speaker 4: goped of victory in both houses of Congress, a majority
- 7:07Speaker 4: of governorships, and a huge majority of state legislatures. And
- 7:11Speaker 4: here's a big one, because I'm big on math, and
- 7:13Speaker 4: I do a little math over the weekend. If you
- 7:16Speaker 4: subtract ultraliberal and ultra rigged California and New York, well,
- 7:23Speaker 4: then in the rest of America besides California New York,
- 7:27Speaker 4: Trump won the electoral vote by three hundred and twelve
- 7:31Speaker 4: to one forty four.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Can you imagine if we could just get rid of
- 7:36Speaker 2: New York and California.
- 7:37Speaker 4: Let's just get rid of them somehow, some way, let
- 7:40Speaker 4: them form their own country, call it East and West Coast.
- 7:44Speaker 4: What used to be America now communist America. California, New York,
- 7:48Speaker 4: Trump won the country three twelve to one forty four.
- 7:52Speaker 4: And that's with me being generous, because I could have
- 7:55Speaker 4: said take out California, Oregon, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts.
- 8:04Speaker 4: If you simply subtract those Northeast states and that western
- 8:08Speaker 4: coast of the United States, then Trump wins. I don't
- 8:11Speaker 4: have it in front of me. But I got to
- 8:12Speaker 4: assume it's like three twelve to like sixty seventy. America
- 8:18Speaker 4: is now Trump Country. Most impressive of all, Trump dramatically
- 8:22Speaker 4: increased his vote totals with groups that historically vote overwhelmingly Democrat, Blacks, Latinos,
- 8:30Speaker 4: union voters, young voters, Asian voters, Jewish voters. All of
- 8:37Speaker 4: that is remarkable. There is no more debate. Trump won
- 8:41Speaker 4: a landslide. But this is where the miracle comes in,
- 8:46Speaker 4: because that's not a miracle. Okay, Reagan won two landslides
- 8:49Speaker 4: and a miracle. No, think of what Trump had to
- 8:52Speaker 4: overcome to win this landslide.
- 8:56Speaker 2: That's the miracle. The entire mainstream media was against them.
- 9:00Speaker 4: All the media headlines were against them, overwhelmingly negative towards
- 9:03Speaker 4: Trump and positive towards Kamala. The entire social media was
- 9:08Speaker 4: against him. Google was against them. Google is, of course,
- 9:12Speaker 4: one of the biggest companies in the world and so
- 9:14Speaker 4: important on the Internet.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Google was against them. Hollywood was against them.
- 9:19Speaker 4: All the celebrities in Hollywood were against them, many of
- 9:21Speaker 4: them paid millions by Kamala for their endorsement. Ninety five
- 9:25Speaker 4: percent of public school teachers and college professors were against them,
- 9:29Speaker 4: and that's who brainwashes your kids all day long. The
- 9:32Speaker 4: entire federal government, almost all government employees were against him.
- 9:36Speaker 4: The DOJ, FBI, and CIA were weaponized against him. Almost
- 9:41Speaker 4: every union in America and their leadership were against him.
- 9:46Speaker 4: Twenty to thirty million illegal aliens were against him, knowing
- 9:49Speaker 4: if he won, they would be deported.
- 9:51Speaker 2: All the money was against him.
- 9:54Speaker 4: Kamala Harris raised one point three billion, almost four times
- 9:58Speaker 4: more than Trump, as Kamala had all the money at
- 10:01Speaker 4: her disposal. The overwhelming majority of TV, radio and online
- 10:05Speaker 4: advertisements were against Trump.
- 10:08Speaker 2: The world was a raid against him.
- 10:11Speaker 4: China, Iran, the Mexican drug cartels, the World Economic Forum
- 10:16Speaker 4: with Claud Schwab, the WHO, the World Health Organization, the UN,
- 10:22Speaker 4: the United Nations, they all hated Trump and hate Trump
- 10:26Speaker 4: and feared his victory.
- 10:29Speaker 2: And now the biggest one of all.
- 10:30Speaker 4: And in four criminal indictments to civil trials, a mugshot
- 10:34Speaker 4: scene around the world, two guilty verdicts, and two serious
- 10:39Speaker 4: assassination attempts twenty four hours a day, the media call
- 10:44Speaker 4: Trump a felon, a racist, and a rapist. And against
- 10:48Speaker 4: all of that, how could Trump possibly win a landslide
- 10:52Speaker 4: against all of that, How could he become the greatest
- 10:55Speaker 4: comeback kid in world history. Only God could have delivered
- 11:00Speaker 4: this resounding victory. This is the Red Sea parting kind
- 11:04Speaker 4: of miracle. This is God sending a plague to Egypt
- 11:07Speaker 4: kind of miracle. This is a David defeating Goliath kind
- 11:12Speaker 4: of miracle.
- 11:13Speaker 2: This was biblical. This was a gift direct from God.
- 11:18Speaker 4: And yes, Trump is the chosen one, chosen by God
- 11:22Speaker 4: to save the greatest nation in world history and make
- 11:26Speaker 4: America great again. Thank God for miracles, Thank God for miracles.
- 11:32Speaker 4: So that's my latest column. I've studied politics since nineteen
- 11:35Speaker 4: sixty four. Trump's victory was much more than a landslide.
- 11:39Speaker 4: It was a miracle from God, and I'm so proud
- 11:43Speaker 4: and honored that i was there in the middle of
- 11:45Speaker 4: all of it. I'm Wayne Alarut. This is Wayne Alanarut

- 12:05Speaker 4: something very bad and frightening in the pit of my stomach.
- 12:07Speaker 4: I don't believe for a second the radical leftist running
- 12:10Speaker 4: our government will accept Trump's victory or agree to leave peacefully.
- 12:13Speaker 4: They have weeks to cause trouble until Inauguration Day. That's

- 15:12Speaker 4: All right, Wayne Larude, hope you enjoyed my opening commentary
- 15:15Speaker 4: on this miracle from God, which was Trump's victory. I'm
- 15:18Speaker 4: telling you, it's just impossible. How could you win against
- 15:22Speaker 4: everything he was up against? And don't forget I even
- 15:24Speaker 4: mentioned this in the article. It's no, there was no
- 15:26Speaker 4: need to mention it. But most of the experts that
- 15:29Speaker 4: I know, conservative election experts, all said to me, oh,
- 15:35Speaker 4: poor Wayne, you're just gonna let all your listeners down
- 15:37Speaker 4: and all your viewers down when you keep saying Trump's
- 15:40Speaker 4: gonna win the landslide. These elections are completely rigged and fixed.
- 15:45Speaker 4: Trump isn't gonna win. You know he's not gonna win.
- 15:47Speaker 4: Stop saying he's gonna win the landslide. It's not possible.
- 15:51Speaker 4: Elections are rigged. And I kept saying, you don't get it.
- 15:54Speaker 4: I know they're rigged, but it's too big to rig.
- 15:56Speaker 4: They're not gonna be able to rig this one. And
- 15:58Speaker 4: they weren't, but they did. They were able to rig
- 16:01Speaker 4: Senate and House races by counting votes for weeks in California,
- 16:07Speaker 4: weeks beyond the election until they find enough fake votes
- 16:11Speaker 4: to win.
- 16:13Speaker 2: But they couldn't beat Trump.
- 16:14Speaker 4: And so many people thought the election was rigged and
- 16:17Speaker 4: there's no way Trump could win.
- 16:19Speaker 2: And I prove them wrong too.
- 16:21Speaker 4: All right, so much going on in the news, and
- 16:24Speaker 4: of course the number one story is the laser of
- 16:26Speaker 4: the lasers, I mean, the drones. There's a lot going on.
- 16:29Speaker 4: I can't even keep up with it all, but the
- 16:32Speaker 4: drones are the big one. And in my Real America's
- 16:36Speaker 4: Voice TV show, America's Top Ten Countdown excuse me, America's
- 16:40Speaker 4: Top Ten Countdown, that I film on Friday mornings. Then
- 16:44Speaker 4: it airs Friday night at ten o'clock Eastern, and it
- 16:47Speaker 4: airs Saturday morning at noon Eastern.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Then it add airs four.
- 16:49Speaker 4: O'clock excuse me, seven o'clock Eastern, four o'clock Pacific on
- 16:54Speaker 4: Saturday night, and then it airs at seven o'clock Eastern,
- 16:57Speaker 4: four o'clock Pacific.
- 16:58Speaker 2: On Sunday night.
- 17:00Speaker 4: So it airs all over the weekend, and it's such
- 17:02Speaker 4: a popular show on the weekends for Real America's Voice
- 17:05Speaker 4: America's Top ten Countown.
- 17:07Speaker 2: And I made it my.
- 17:09Speaker 4: Number one story, even though I was taped it on
- 17:11Speaker 4: Friday morning when it hadn't reached a crescendo yet. But
- 17:14Speaker 4: over the weekend it got bigger and bigger and bigger,
- 17:16Speaker 4: as like a snowball going down the hill. All anybody
- 17:18Speaker 4: talked about was drones. But on Friday I made it
- 17:21Speaker 4: the number one story out of my top ten.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Good choice.
- 17:25Speaker 4: And then I gave you reasons, you know that I thought,
- 17:30Speaker 4: maybe we're why we're seeing these drones. And of course
- 17:34Speaker 4: I said, it could be foreign governments. It could be Iran,
- 17:37Speaker 4: it could be Turkey, it could be China. It could
- 17:41Speaker 4: be their spy drones like the spy balloons. It could
- 17:43Speaker 4: be they're going to open up one day and machine
- 17:46Speaker 4: guns or some sort of automatic weapon or some sort
- 17:48Speaker 4: of bombs or missiles will come out and suddenly Americans
- 17:51Speaker 4: are going to die by the hundreds or by the thousands.
- 17:54Speaker 4: It could be them just twenty to us seeing how
- 17:56Speaker 4: we react in advance of World War three. And then
- 17:59Speaker 4: I said, the most obvious one is it's not feign.
- 18:02Speaker 4: It's American drones. This is our government. These are CIA drones,
- 18:06Speaker 4: and they are searching for radiation because a nuke is
- 18:11Speaker 4: in the United States. It's a dirty nuke bomb. And
- 18:13Speaker 4: actually I got the name wrong. I said a smart bomb.
- 18:15Speaker 4: I meant a dirty bomb. On the show, I said
- 18:18Speaker 4: a smart bomb. A nuclear smart bomb is loose in
- 18:20Speaker 4: the United States and they're.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Sniffing for radiation.
- 18:24Speaker 4: And that's what all these drones may be doing, which
- 18:26Speaker 4: makes the most sense, because how could they be foreign?
- 18:29Speaker 4: And the United States government doesn't do anything about it
- 18:31Speaker 4: doesn't care, it doesn't shoot them out of the sky.
- 18:33Speaker 4: Even for Biden that that makes no sense. And sure enough,
- 18:37Speaker 4: what comes out today US Nuclear Regulatory Commission releases report
- 18:43Speaker 4: confirming radioactive material lost in transit shipping container arrives damaged
- 18:49Speaker 4: and empty in New Jersey. And then the next headline,
- 18:52Speaker 4: New Jersey receives report of radioactive medical device lost in transit.
- 18:58Speaker 4: So there's they are very possibly Again still can't say
- 19:03Speaker 4: that's absolutely what's happening, but the odds are pretty good
- 19:06Speaker 4: that all of those drones belong to the United States
- 19:08Speaker 4: government and they are sniffing for nuclear In case there
- 19:12Speaker 4: is a sniffing for radiation, I just say that would
- 19:16Speaker 4: pinpoint where the nuclear materials have gone before someone shoots

- 24:10Speaker 4: He's our guest that he's an attorney, a political activist,
- 24:14Speaker 4: co founder of the Tea Party. Boy, I remember those days,
- 24:17Speaker 4: Wow Tea Party and founder of the Convention of States.
- 24:22Speaker 2: Mark Meckler, Welcome to Wayne alrut Show. How are you.
- 24:25Speaker 6: I'm good, great to do you with you, Wayne.
- 24:28Speaker 4: So, look, I will admit I know I always think
- 24:30Speaker 4: I know everything about politics.
- 24:32Speaker 2: I study it all day, twenty four hours a day,
- 24:33Speaker 2: seven days a week.
- 24:35Speaker 4: I have TV shows, I have radio shows, at podcasts,
- 24:37Speaker 4: I have newspaper columns, I have books out. The one
- 24:40Speaker 4: thing I know nothing about, and I've never known anything about,
- 24:44Speaker 4: is the Convention of States. No one has ever told
- 24:47Speaker 4: me about it. No one has ever explained it to me.
- 24:49Speaker 4: I've heard Mark Levin talk about it. I've seen it
- 24:52Speaker 4: mentioned in Mark Levin's books. I know zero about it,
- 24:55Speaker 4: and that's why I was excited to get you on
- 24:56Speaker 4: the show, because you're the guy who founded the Convention
- 24:59Speaker 4: of the States, and I want to know how it
- 25:01Speaker 4: can help us to save this country.
- 25:03Speaker 2: So, first of all, tell us about your background.
- 25:06Speaker 4: How did you wind up co founding the Tea Party.
- 25:09Speaker 6: Well, I'm completely accidental or I would say in hindsight
- 25:12Speaker 6: that this god had his hand on my shoulder and
- 25:14Speaker 6: pushed me into the right place. And you know, I
- 25:17Speaker 6: was around when Rick Santelli did his now infamous rants
- 25:20Speaker 6: talking about a mortgage jailout and how frustrated he was.
- 25:24Speaker 6: And I hosted a local tea party in Sacramento, California.
- 25:28Speaker 6: Then I connected with a bunch of people who started
- 25:29Speaker 6: to do it nationally. We organized the April fifteenth, twenty
- 25:33Speaker 6: ten tea Party, and that was the one that went national.
- 25:36Speaker 6: Eight hundred and fifty organizations or eight hundred and fifty
- 25:39Speaker 6: groups around the country participated in that, and that launched
- 25:43Speaker 6: me into a political career. Like you mentioned, I'm an
- 25:45Speaker 6: attorney by training. I was an internet privacy attorney. That
- 25:48Speaker 6: kind of destroyed my own privacy. I became a public figure,
- 25:51Speaker 6: and next thing I knew, I was engaged in politics.
- 25:54Speaker 2: It's funny back around that, you know.
- 25:56Speaker 4: I'm not sure it was that exactly you or not,
- 25:58Speaker 4: but somewhere around twenty ten, eleven, twenty twelve, I remember
- 26:01Speaker 4: I got invited to address the I think they called
- 26:05Speaker 4: it the World's Biggest tea party. It was in Dallas,
- 26:08Speaker 4: Texas and it was at like the JR Ranch, you know, JR.
- 26:12Speaker 2: Ewing where they filled.
- 26:13Speaker 4: Dallas and there were like eighty thousand people and I
- 26:16Speaker 4: addressed them and it was just I'd never seen a
- 26:19Speaker 4: crowd like that in my life. Was like being in
- 26:20Speaker 4: a football stadium in front of eighty thousand people. As
- 26:23Speaker 4: while those were the tea party days, I don't know
- 26:25Speaker 4: where that all went, but it kind of, I guess,
- 26:28Speaker 4: got eaten up by you know, Maga and Trump, and
- 26:31Speaker 4: then the tea Party went away, and now it's it's
- 26:33Speaker 4: it's Maga and it's trump Mania. But in any case,
- 26:36Speaker 4: it was fantastic.
- 26:38Speaker 2: It was a good time to be around.
- 26:39Speaker 4: We defeated Obama pretty badly into two different midterms and
- 26:43Speaker 4: won a lot of House seats and Senate seats.
- 26:45Speaker 2: You did a great job. Great job.
- 26:47Speaker 4: So now tell me about the Convention of States. What
- 26:51Speaker 4: is the purpose of it? How can we use it
- 26:53Speaker 4: to help take back our country?
- 26:56Speaker 6: Well, we're doing. I realize that of all of that
- 26:58Speaker 6: tea party stuff was in twenty ten, I did this
- 27:00Speaker 6: huge swing class Republicans took over Congress and nothing changed,
- 27:05Speaker 6: and I was really frustrated. I'd put a lot of
- 27:07Speaker 6: time and my own money into the movement, and so
- 27:10Speaker 6: I tried to study the problem figure out, well, if
- 27:12Speaker 6: it wasn't just electing great people, then what was it
- 27:14Speaker 6: going to take. And I was introduced to a guy
- 27:16Speaker 6: with the name of Mike Ferris. He's one of the
- 27:18Speaker 6: founders of the homeschool movement in America, and he explained
- 27:21Speaker 6: to me that I was approaching the problem incorrectly. I
- 27:23Speaker 6: thought that we had a personnel problem in DC. Certainly
- 27:27Speaker 6: there is some of that, but it turns out, according
- 27:29Speaker 6: to Mike and I agree with them, now that we
- 27:30Speaker 6: have a structure problem. We've broken the structure of our
- 27:34Speaker 6: system of governance. Mostly this has been done by the
- 27:36Speaker 6: federal courts in Congress working in congruence with each other.
- 27:40Speaker 6: And if we don't fix that structure, we're going to
- 27:42Speaker 6: continue to send good people to Washington, d C. And
- 27:44Speaker 6: get a bad result. So what the Convention of States does?
- 27:47Speaker 6: It uses Article five of the Constitution. The second clause
- 27:51Speaker 6: says that when two thirds of states want to call
- 27:53Speaker 6: a convention for the same purposes, they can gather, they
- 27:57Speaker 6: can propose amendments, and those amendments go to the states
- 28:00Speaker 6: for ratification. So what we're proposing it takes thirty four
- 28:04Speaker 6: states to call nineteen states have done this already. Is
- 28:07Speaker 6: to have a discussion about term limits not just on Congress,
- 28:10Speaker 6: but on staffers and bureaucrats judiciary as well. We're talking
- 28:14Speaker 6: about fiscal restraints on the federal government that would include
- 28:17Speaker 6: a balanced budget amendment, but also things like tax caps
- 28:20Speaker 6: and spending caps and imposing generally accepted accounting principles on
- 28:24Speaker 6: the federal government. And then, I think most importantly Wayne,
- 28:26Speaker 6: because we're talking about structural restrictions on the scope and
- 28:30Speaker 6: power of the federal government, returning the federal government to
- 28:33Speaker 6: something like the enumerated powers that they had on the
- 28:36Speaker 6: initiation of the Constitution. They only had seventeen enumerated powers.
- 28:40Speaker 6: So we could remove the power to be involved in education,
- 28:43Speaker 6: or energy or healthcare, all these things that the federal
- 28:46Speaker 6: government was never intended to be involved in its biggest
- 28:49Speaker 6: ambitious and we're going to get it done.
- 28:51Speaker 2: So how do you get it done?
- 28:53Speaker 4: You said you have nineteen states have already agreed. You
- 28:56Speaker 4: need thirty six or something thirty four thirty four. How
- 29:00Speaker 4: does a state agree? Tell me what that means exactly.
- 29:03Speaker 6: Yeah, So we work with grassroots all over the country,
- 29:05Speaker 6: over five million people almost six million people involved right now.
- 29:09Speaker 6: And you go into a state legislature, you find somebody
- 29:12Speaker 6: to sponsor. It's a resolution, not a piece of legislation,
- 29:15Speaker 6: and then both houses of that legislature have to pass
- 29:18Speaker 6: the resolution by simple majority. The resolution has to be
- 29:21Speaker 6: the same in every state so that they do what
- 29:23Speaker 6: it's called aggregating, because they have to agree to those things.
- 29:27Speaker 6: They're going to go into convention and talk about those
- 29:29Speaker 6: three things and nothing else. So what we do, we
- 29:32Speaker 6: are primarily a grassroots organization. That's what I know how
- 29:35Speaker 6: to do. Going too the state, we organize, recruit and
- 29:38Speaker 6: motivate the grassroots, teach them to lobby their state legislature,
- 29:42Speaker 6: and that's how we get these things passed so far
- 29:44Speaker 6: in nineteen states.
- 29:46Speaker 2: All right, I get it, I get it it.
- 29:48Speaker 4: It sounds interesting, But again it's hard to get all
- 29:50Speaker 4: these states because like as an example, let me give
- 29:52Speaker 4: an example, mark Nevada where I live. I live in
- 29:55Speaker 4: Las Vegas and we just did vote for Trump, thank god,
- 29:58Speaker 4: Trump one by about seventy votes in our state. But
- 30:01Speaker 4: in the meantime, we're stuck with a crappy all Democrat legislature.
- 30:06Speaker 4: The say assemblies all Democrat, the state senates all demacrit
- 30:09Speaker 4: You could never get any of this passed, and you
- 30:11Speaker 4: can never get a resolution passed by all these extreme
- 30:15Speaker 4: ultra liberal I call them communists, certainly socialist Marxists and
- 30:20Speaker 4: some communist members of the Democrat Party who run our
- 30:23Speaker 4: legislature totally dominate the legislature.
- 30:26Speaker 2: It's terrible.
- 30:27Speaker 4: So Nevada would never fall into your hands for a resolution.
- 30:30Speaker 4: So you got to go get a lot of other
- 30:32Speaker 4: states to vote for Trump, but not Nevada. And I'm
- 30:34Speaker 4: sure we're not the only state that's like this with
- 30:37Speaker 4: an all Democrat legislature.
- 30:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 30:39Speaker 6: Look, I think you know there are actually three and
- 30:42Speaker 6: a half states that we were going to have to
- 30:43Speaker 6: flip to get to the thirty four. I think Nevada
- 30:45Speaker 6: is flippable in the long term, and you're going to
- 30:48Speaker 6: have a unique situation there. It wasn't that long ago.
- 30:50Speaker 6: I remember I was there when Nevada was controlled by Republicans. Unfortunately,
- 30:54Speaker 6: the Republicans did a terrible job. They deserve to lose
- 30:57Speaker 6: the legislature of that right they did. But but you've
- 31:00Speaker 6: got an interesting thing developing there in Nevada, which I
- 31:03Speaker 6: really love, which is, as you know, the states decided
- 31:06Speaker 6: by unions usually and by the union leadership, and union
- 31:10Speaker 6: membership is now trending away from their leadership. So I
- 31:13Speaker 6: think there's an opportunity there, and you know, I'd love
- 31:15Speaker 6: to talk to you about it. We will be working
- 31:16Speaker 6: heavily in Nevada and helped flip that state. Another state
- 31:19Speaker 6: is Virginia. Virginia is on the margin in both houses.
- 31:22Speaker 6: I think that's going to be a red state in
- 31:24Speaker 6: twenty twenty five. That's in off year elections. That's another
- 31:27Speaker 6: state that we work in. A few other states like
- 31:29Speaker 6: that that are flippable. You've got Minnesota as a split legislature.
- 31:33Speaker 6: It's the only one in the country we hope to
- 31:35Speaker 6: flip to see in the midterms out one flip back
- 31:37Speaker 6: to Republican control. So there are three and a half
- 31:40Speaker 6: states we're going to flip to get to the thirty four.
- 31:42Speaker 2: In my opinion, got it, got it, got it.
- 31:44Speaker 4: The problem with the Batta let me let me tell
- 31:45Speaker 4: what the problem is here is that you know, once
- 31:47Speaker 4: the Democrats got in, and I think they they jerry
- 31:50Speaker 4: managered the districts that you know, no Republican can win
- 31:53Speaker 4: in certain districts. And once the Democrats got in, then
- 31:56Speaker 4: they started passing the mail in ballot law. Every person
- 32:01Speaker 4: in the state gets a mail in ballot, whether they
- 32:03Speaker 4: want whe or not. It gets delivered to their home.
- 32:05Speaker 4: And you've got all these apartment buildings where you walk
- 32:07Speaker 4: in the lobby and there's ten thousand ballots on the floor,
- 32:10Speaker 4: just lay in there. And we have ballid harvesting, we
- 32:13Speaker 4: have ballid drop boxes, and we have no voter id.
- 32:16Speaker 4: So anybody can lie and steal and cheat and rig.
- 32:20Speaker 4: And that's what happens in the state. And we were
- 32:22Speaker 4: too big to rig with Trump, but we lost everybody
- 32:25Speaker 4: under Trump, I mean everybody else lost.
- 32:27Speaker 6: So you know, it's not interesting. There's an interesting way
- 32:30Speaker 6: to fix that way that most people don't talk about,
- 32:32Speaker 6: most people aren't aware of. There is if you look
- 32:35Speaker 6: at the elections clause in the Constitution at the very end,
- 32:38Speaker 6: you know, it says that the states can conduct their
- 32:40Speaker 6: elections pretty much however they want. It says or except
- 32:44Speaker 6: as Congress decide, And so liberally, Congress could impose all
- 32:47Speaker 6: those restrictions you want right there, as bad as and
- 32:49Speaker 6: all across the country and I think we need to
- 32:51Speaker 6: get them to do that.
- 32:51Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what we need. I agree with you. I
- 32:53Speaker 2: agree quickly. You got about thirty seconds to sum up.
- 32:56Speaker 2: What can my fans do? How can they help make
- 32:58Speaker 2: a difference?

- 36:56Speaker 2: things are happening. I'm telling you I feel good about things.
- 36:59Speaker 4: Trudeau, justin Trudeau, the communist Canadian prime minister that's literally
- 37:05Speaker 4: destroyed Canada, I mean wrecked it. I mean you think
- 37:07Speaker 4: things were bad last four years in America, It's a
- 37:10Speaker 4: paradise here compared to Canada. Trudeau is considering quitting after
- 37:16Speaker 4: the Canadian I guess finance minister. I guess she's the
- 37:19Speaker 4: finance minister unexpectedly resigns and he's now considering resignation. The
- 37:28Speaker 4: sources say, you've spoken to his cabinet plans to address
- 37:31Speaker 4: the parliament later today. This comes after yeah, finance minister,
- 37:36Speaker 4: it said Finnman's I figured. Finance Minister Christia Freeland resigned
- 37:41Speaker 4: earlier on Monday, citing disagreements over how to deal with
- 37:44Speaker 4: terror threats from US President elect Donald Trump.
- 37:49Speaker 2: If confirmed, it would.
- 37:50Speaker 4: Mean government collapse in four of the staunchest most developed
- 37:55Speaker 4: Western democracies France, Germany, South Korea and now Canada. As
- 38:01Speaker 4: for Trudeau, his odds of being true done just spiked
- 38:05Speaker 4: to eighty eight percent on Polymarket. Odds that Trudeau is
- 38:10Speaker 4: out before April just hit eighty eight percent. In a
- 38:13Speaker 4: stunning move that shakes the government, Canadian finance minister Christia
- 38:18Speaker 4: it looks like her name is pronounced Christia Friedland has
- 38:21Speaker 4: resigned from Justice Judeau's cabinet after he tried to move
- 38:24Speaker 4: her to a different role.
- 38:26Speaker 2: She's been the most powerful person.
- 38:27Speaker 4: In Trudeau's cabinet for years was the point person is
- 38:30Speaker 4: strategizing how to counter US President elect Donald Trump's threat
- 38:34Speaker 4: to impose twenty five percent tariffs. So who knows why
- 38:40Speaker 4: they disagreed. Who knows what her contention was. I really
- 38:44Speaker 4: don't care right now. If she's in his cabinet, she's
- 38:47Speaker 4: probably a communist just like him, maybe more radical than
- 38:50Speaker 4: he is. And now the German government collapses, just one
- 38:54Speaker 4: week after the French government collapsed. And I don't know
- 38:57Speaker 4: how many of you are aware, but the South Korean
- 38:59Speaker 4: government is is gone.
- 39:01Speaker 2: It's gone.
- 39:02Speaker 4: I mean, it's just a disaster over there, and they've
- 39:05Speaker 4: kicked their guy out.
- 39:06Speaker 2: I mean, it's just the world is collapsing. And who's
- 39:10Speaker 2: collapsing establishment figures. This is all Trump.
- 39:16Speaker 4: He's the biggest disruptor in the history of the world.
- 39:20Speaker 4: He is the bull in a China shop. And you know,
- 39:24Speaker 4: as Trump is about to take office, the entire world
- 39:28Speaker 4: is melting down. He really Just one week after Marine
- 39:32Speaker 4: Le Penn precipitated the collapse of the French government, on Monday,
- 39:36Speaker 4: Chancellor Olaf Schultz lost a confidence vote in the German Parliament,
- 39:41Speaker 4: a defeat that ended the increasingly unpopular government he has
- 39:44Speaker 4: led since twenty twenty one and ushered in elections next year.
- 39:48Speaker 4: German lawmaker's voted to dissolve the existing government by vote
- 39:51Speaker 4: of three ninety four to two poh seven. So look,
- 39:57Speaker 4: these are all bad people that want open borders, and
- 40:00Speaker 4: we're getting rid of them. We're getting rid of them.
- 40:02Speaker 4: We're saying, Cyonari, you bums, a bunch of bums. Look,
- 40:08Speaker 4: the drone situation is always near and dear to you
- 40:11Speaker 4: know my heart. As far as what to talk about
- 40:14Speaker 4: on this show today, but everyone else has talked about
- 40:17Speaker 4: this drone issue to death right.
- 40:19Speaker 2: I'd rather talk about Mitt Romney.
- 40:22Speaker 4: You know who I used to really like and then
- 40:24Speaker 4: I hated his guts And he's the biggest rhino that
- 40:28Speaker 4: ever lived. He lives to hate Trump. All he's ever
- 40:30Speaker 4: done is hated on Trump. I don't know the people
- 40:34Speaker 4: of Utah elected this, this jerk. And now he's retiring
- 40:39Speaker 4: from the US Senate. He's going away. Mitt Romney step
- 40:44Speaker 4: stepping down, and all of a sudden, Mitt Romney softens
- 40:50Speaker 4: his stance on Trump and says that Donald Trump deserves
- 40:55Speaker 4: credit for turning the Republican Party into the party of
- 40:58Speaker 4: working class and middle class people. And he's right, He's
- 41:02Speaker 4: absolutely right. You know, it's funny because my dad the butcher.
- 41:06Speaker 4: You know, I'm an sob son of a butcher. My
- 41:08Speaker 4: dad the butcher, David Route, all those years ago, I
- 41:12Speaker 4: mean back in the nineteen late sixties and early seventies.
- 41:16Speaker 2: So how many years ago is that? God, let's just
- 41:18Speaker 2: take a middle number.
- 41:18Speaker 4: Let's say nineteen seventy two, eighty two, ninety two, two
- 41:21Speaker 4: two two, thy twelve, twenty twenty two, so fifty three
- 41:25Speaker 4: years ago. My father said, hey son, you know, to me,
- 41:28Speaker 4: hey son, Wayne, they should start saying the Republican Party
- 41:32Speaker 4: isn't the party of the rich.
- 41:35Speaker 2: It's the party of anyone who ever wants to be rich.
- 41:38Speaker 4: And my dad was right, and that would make it
- 41:41Speaker 4: the party of anyone who's aspirational.
- 41:43Speaker 2: Isn't that? Am I getting the right word there? Aspirational?
- 41:45Speaker 4: You know, if you're someone who has a lot of
- 41:47Speaker 4: ambition in life that makes you aspirational, you want to
- 41:50Speaker 4: be something.
- 41:51Speaker 2: That's the Republican Party. And it's happening.
- 41:55Speaker 4: We're now the party of the middle class in the
- 41:56Speaker 4: working class one hundred percent because the efforts of Donald Trump.
- 42:00Speaker 4: One hundred percent it's fantastic. And then as I start
- 42:03Speaker 4: the next hour, I will talk about the drones. I'll
- 42:05Speaker 4: get back to the drones because there's lots to talk about,
