Canada’s largest military base, CFB Edmonton, just got a major upgrade with 36 brand-new, net-zero ready homes — the first in a nationwide push to fix the military housing crisis. Already clearing 10% of the base’s waitlist, these smart, eco-friendly homes come with EV charging and are part of a $1.5 billion, post-WWII-scale housing initiative.
