Today we’re joined by Christine Kolenbrander. Christine has competed at the CrossFit Games twice on team CrossFit 417, and she helped the team to a fifth-place finish in 2018. This past season she took sixth place at the Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Challenge after snatching a 210# PR beating out the champ herself, Tia Toomey. Today we discuss her life as a new couple with her spouse, Jared, their van-life honeymoon, how painfully accurate the Enneagram is, and her experience at the Ranch with Dave Castro on the 2021 Demo Team.
