  Speaker 2: I had an incident to happen, y'all know, I just

  Speaker 2: you know I'm gonna be transparent with y'all. I had

  Speaker 2: an incident happened on Sunday where someone says something to

  Speaker 1: I thought, whoa that hurt?

  Speaker 1: I mean, how dare you? But I didn't say that.

  Speaker 2: I didn't mishandle them, But that didn't mean that it

  Speaker 2: didn't hurt me. Well, I was talking to my friend

  Speaker 2: Penny Ward, and she shared with me about something similar

  Speaker 2: healing from words that hurts. Hmm. Heavenly Father, in the

  Speaker 2: name of Jesus Christ, we come before you, being honest.

  Speaker 2: Before you God, people have said things to us and

  Speaker 2: spoken harshly to us, Lord, spoken things about us that

  Speaker 2: have absolutely hurt us.

  Speaker 1: To our core.

  Speaker 2: God, while we forgive that residual hurt from those words

  Speaker 2: still sting today, Lord, we're seeking your healing touch.

  Speaker 1: We acknowledge the hurt.

  Speaker 2: That has been caused by the negative words spoken to us.

  Speaker 1: God, we release all pain, all anger, all.

  Speaker 2: Bitterness that may have taken root in our hearts because

  Speaker 2: of the words that were said or even things posted

  Speaker 2: and we've read on social media. Lord, we trust in

  Speaker 2: your love and we ask you to heal us from

  Speaker 2: the damage of those words.

  Speaker 2: God. We choose to believe your truth over any false word,
