- 0:02SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Ascension Alchemy Podcast, where we align with our God presence and embody our God-given purpose.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: Hello everyone, my name is Michael Abramson.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: This is my solo podcast, and wanted to wholeheartedly wish you a happy holiday season.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: As many of us have just finished a powerful Thanksgiving weekend, and now we've entered this month of December, and it's been a whirlwind of activity.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: How are you guys doing?
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: And how are you feeling?
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: I feel there's been such this amazing shift of energy where we're releasing, letting go, and opening ourselves up to this greater version of ourselves, this God presence that I know is coming online as we shut away those old aspects.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: And I have a story for you today because this past week has been one of those situations where it's been the biggest eye-opener, or should I say, mastery, when it comes to dealing with pain and still bringing forth the pleasure and the joy of festive family activities.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Have ever of you, any of you, experienced where you know it's a holiday?
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: You know it's that time where everyone comes together, but you aren't just feeling up to toe or at your greatest level of health, wealth, whether physically, mentally, or emotionally.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: For I know these holidays are our greatest elements of triggers, or should I say, treasures that allow us to move through in what I say ease and grace, which may not always be the case, especially when we don't see people for a year, or we bring everyone together to see it how it all comes in unison.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: Well, for me, two days before the Thanksgiving holiday, I recognized a sharp pain in my back.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: And what was so interesting, it actually brought up a 10-year anniversary where I was traveling through Indonesia and I was in some massive educational programs, self-mastery that really brought forth some deep levels of education.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: And yet, at the same time, when I was there, I developed this cyst that kept growing and actually had to have it removed in an Indonesian hospital that left quite a traumatic experience, considering when you're in a third world country and the mechanisms they have to remove it.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: Now, 10 years later, can you imagine the day before Thanksgiving, this same pain came back?
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: And so I'd like to ask any of you, how do you go through life?
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: Or when something happens within you, and yet you still have to put on that beautiful smile, you still have to embrace a great family holiday or an event, yet still move through the discomfort of pain.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: It's like putting that smiley face on without opening your mouth, because you know, I recognize in these moments of when we come together, how we can just place our beautiful game face on.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: When I say game face, being authentic and true, but also not making it all about me and the pain that I'm going through.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: For it was such an amazing journey to recognize it, but not give power to it.
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: And I'd like to share with you what I really learned from it because it was so interesting that the more fear, stress, and worry I gave to this cyst, the greater the pain and the attention started to really infect my body.
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: When I really dropped in and said, Okay, God, I know you have my back, literally.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: And without stressing, without worrying, and diverted my attention to the joy of gratitude, the happiness of our families coming together, I noticed it started to shift.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah, what's real interesting, have you ever noticed when you're facing something, yet sometimes the universe or life likes to give you a full hand.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: When I say a full hand, it's not just pain, but maybe exhaustion.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: And on top of exhaustion, lack of sleep.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: It's almost like have you ever imagined when you've gone through a moment and a big situation's coming?
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: But you pull three cards, and these three cards are the greatest vulnerabilities that pop up to see how are you going to handle it this time?
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: Not just one, not just two, not just three.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: Well, the three cards I got to pull for this Thanksgiving holiday was pain in the back, complete exhaustion, and what I recognize, lack of sleep, because each night I had a difficulty trying to find the perfect position because every time I rolled to my left, that wonderful cyst that kept growing in my back brought me to the attention of excruciating pain.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: When I say excruciating, it was just that reminder that there was something that was growing.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: And as I've always remembered, there's no accidents in the universe.
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: And I've learned through the God-given presence when I just close my eyes and I just look deeper within, I know it's actually happening for me versus to me.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: Even though one may say it's an infection, it's a cyst, please get it removed, which I was doing everything possible in alternative medicine, holistic health, and by God's grace, my dear doctor assistant Honey Borden, which she created turmeric tease, turmeric paste, amethyst biomat, oxygen therapy inhalation, red light therapy, hydrogen molecular water.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: You named it, I was on it, which was actually decreasing the pain, let alone myself being my own doctor of placing needles.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: Yet was so interesting when the day Thanksgiving came, the pain actually erupted to its highest level.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: And I felt like when I played sports growing up, it's like, okay, here we are, bottom of the ninth, full count, bases loaded, two strikes.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: How am I going to swing?
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: Or should I say, how am I going to show up?
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: And that's where I'd like to really dive deeper in and ask you.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: When you know that you want to present yourself in your best situation, yet internally you're feeling a little imbalanced, you're feeling out of alignment.
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: What have you done in the past to allow yourself just to move the best you can?
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: Well, for me, what I did is I kept going back to God and saying, okay, God, I trust, I have faith, and I believe all this is happening for me and not against me.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: I trust that whatever is erupting out of my back is withdrawing all the infective thoughts, the old programs, the conditions, the areas that no longer serve me.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: So go ahead, seep them up into this wonderful cyst, wrap it up in a nice gift, and after the holidays, I will see a dermatologist and have it removed.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: And so I just positioned myself not to give energy to the fear, stress, and worry.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: And I'll have to say there were moments of weakness where I did tap into that.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: Moments of despair where I'd wake up at three in the morning and say, okay, am I waiting too long to see a dermatologist?
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: Even though the pain was shrinking, even though the redness in my back was getting smaller, my mind started to play that game.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: You guys ever recognize when you wake up at that magical moment of three in the morning and somehow you can't get back to bed because your mind's giving every thought possible to see what new script you're going to give it?
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: Well, for me, I really had to look at the pain in a new direction, seeing it as an opportunity to grow, evolve, and transmute it in a way where my mental and emotional body had to become calmer.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: It was almost like could I take the inflamed thoughts, the inflamed emotions, and start to discharge them so that my physical body wouldn't be overwhelmed by all the areas of exacerbation.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: And we know what that means.
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: Those thoughts that keep going over and over in your head.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: Or that one fear that's like, uh-oh, is this something bigger?
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: Because not only on my left side could I feel pain, but on my right side, meaning, is the bacteria infection growing?
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: Knowing me, the doctor of my own body, and what I've done for so long is analyze it and really come down to what is the best situation, I kept coming back down to God and closing my eyes, breathing in, and just checking in to feel my intuition of what the next step was.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: And I kept hearing, trust, have faith, it is healing.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: Have you ever asked yourself, even though you're going through pain, even though you're going through discomfort, could you actually be healing in that situation?
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: Because what would happen if that was actually the healing that is being placed forth in self-mastery?
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: Meaning, how am I going to react to the pain in showing through my conversation with my dear beloved, my family?
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: How am I going to choose to feel my emotions when I'm in a celebratory feeling that's like Thanksgiving, where I'm seeing family for the first time in many months?
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: And you know what was interesting?
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: When I shifted into joy, into happiness, into that playful nature, all of a sudden that pain started to shift as well.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: And it was phenomenal because during Thanksgiving, we were playing games, we were laughing, and at one point I totally forgot that there was a cyst growing in my back.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: So why do I share this?
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: I feel like there are moments in our life where we're met with resistance, pain, hurt, blockage, obstruction.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: And I feel there's a moment of choice that we have where we can go to that one side of the shoulder, where we know that voice that just wants to communicate in that pessimistic way, creating thoughts that we know don't feel well, or we could turn to that optimistic shoulder and we can say, okay, everything is going well.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: I'm going to keep moving through the day, knowing I'm going to constantly bring forth positive thoughts and emotions and do everything I can internally and externally to bring myself back into balance.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: And that's what I call embodying the experience of what I want to create.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: Because I really feel when we start to choose and what I learned, understand that I am the creator of my own reality.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: As this creation is growing, I can also within myself lean into God, lean into that trust, and keep telling myself, with God, everything and anything is possible to heal this.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: And with God, of course, it told me to go to the dermatologist that I went two days ago.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: Of course, it allowed me to follow the higher instinct that Western medicine is some of the best levels to accentuate Eastern medicine when we need any type of reactive medicine.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: Which thank Dr.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: Miller and her team that did a fabulous job, even though it was quite painful, it was removed.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: And it gave me the opportunity really to reflect how important it is to recognize when the body provides a message and that pain comes up.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: How do I want to choose to go through that situation?
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: I remember growing up, and when my father was in pain, it was like the house was in a horrific blow down the house because the big bad wolf was here and no one wanted to be around him.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: And I know in my family, when pain happens, sometimes anger and frustration, irritability starts.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: I'm sure we've all felt it.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: Pain doesn't feel well.
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: But I start to learn what would happen if I just said it's okay to feel not okay.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: And that to me is one of the greatest healing phrases that I apply to myself.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: So right now, imagine you tell yourself, imagine everyone listening that may be going through something that feels uncomfortable, which really is our greatest level of growth.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: Because when I see discomfort, we're on the edge of a breakthrough.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: And we just breathe in.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: It's okay to feel not okay.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: It gives this level of acceptance, it gives this level of like, okay, I'm moving through this.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: This too shall pass.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: And for me, that was the secret phrase I used.
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: Within the morning and the evening, and even at three in the morning, it's okay to feel not okay.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: And then I did something even more strange.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: Can you imagine this?
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: I start to thank the cyst for showing up and for allowing myself to breathe into the hurt and the pain that I could feel.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: Because what I learned was when any level of resistance, discomfort, or pain came in, I have a choice either to fight it or to flow with it.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: So what would happen in the next time if there is a painful moment or there's an obstruction or there's an area?
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: Instead of fighting the resistance, what happened if you could just relax into it and breathe into it?
- 15:28SPEAKER_00: And then reinforce the thoughts, the emotions, and the feelings that it's going to be okay.
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: Because now I know the subconscious mind doesn't know what's real or not.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: It just focuses on what you make as your truth.
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: And as we know, with God, everything is possible.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: And that is what I'm here to share today.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: This takeaway of knowing that whatever is happening in your life right now, whatever challenge, whatever situation that may arise, especially during these times of the holidays that bring up our greatest levels of triggers, or should I say, treasures, can you just come back to that moment that with God everything is possible and that you don't have to do this alone?
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: Because as I express that, I also lean into that and finish that sentence.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: With God, I am able, I am capable, I am fully present and can move through this because there is a greater mighty creation that is within me to go through anything and everything that I put my attention, my God-powered presence into it.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: And so this beautiful time of holidays, when pain comes up, when challenges come up, when difficulties come up, I ask you, maybe we can lean into that presence that knows, that infinite intelligence that sees greater than what this human eye or mind may see.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: To lean into that wonderful expression of life that is teaching us just how to be softer, lighter, and more loving to ourselves.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: The one thing I've learned from pain is it's an opportunity to slow down, to focus, and to bring greater self-care and self-love to ourselves.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: And that's what I feel one thing honey and I really focus on within ourselves, but also our association.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: That I wholeheartedly invite all of you because this new year, we're bringing forth some incredible opportunities to connect in a community that has amazing meditations that I'm now jumping deeper into myself with, honey, that connects you back to your mighty God, I am presence and a beautiful international community around the world from the comfort of your home, right here on your computer, as well as amazing prayer circles that He and I have spoken about of how important it is in this time where many of us may have felt isolated or disconnected, a community that embraces one another and places forth our prayers not only for ourselves, but dear family and loved ones.
- 18:36SPEAKER_00: And what I'm so excited for this new year is to bring forth an amazing monthly event to celebrate our wins.
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: Each and every moment that we get to celebrate our wins, we get to bring forth that momentum, that step of what I feel we don't do enough of is to congratulate and bring victorious beautiful energy to everyone along the way.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: And maybe just you've woken up today and had the most incredible idea, or you've shifted into a new relationship, or you created a new level of income or career.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: That celebration of win is another event that we're so excited and just really, really inspired to bring forth in our Ascension Alchemy community that you can easily access at AscensionAchemist.com.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: So for today, I thank you for joining and really remembering that when we go through pain, we have an option.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: Whether we want to move through it in our human lens or we want to move into our God-given ability, the choice becomes ours, it becomes yours, it becomes mine, and how we want to really see and move through it.
- 19:55SPEAKER_00: Because I feel one of the greatest lessons in life is how we can go through ease and grace in each moment.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: Whether it's painful or not painful, that choice is ours.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: And when we can lean into our God-given presence, the whole world changes within us and really allows us to do everything and anything that we put our heart, mind, and our God-given power to.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: So once again, thank you for joining me today, and I look forward to hearing from you next time.
