- 1:33Speaker 2: A lot out of its holiday.
- 1:36Speaker 4: No problems here, new year, new attitude, you know, yeah,
- 1:38Speaker 4: it could be Yeah, so agents of bashan trying to
- 1:40Speaker 4: get people do the right thing and return those carts
- 1:42Speaker 4: to the shopping cart corral.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Or to the front of the store.
- 1:45Speaker 4: And something tells me it's going to be more of
- 1:46Speaker 4: the same, you know, you never know, more people just
- 1:48Speaker 4: getting all defensive news headlines. We'll get into some of
- 1:51Speaker 4: that as well. Entertainment stuff. Birthday's porn of Birthday on
- 1:54Speaker 4: the way. Today for whatever reason, is Stick to your
- 1:57Speaker 4: New Year's Resolution Day, which I think is interesting because
- 1:59Speaker 4: it was a last week I think it was last
- 2:02Speaker 4: week was Quitter's Day. You hit the day where most
- 2:05Speaker 4: people give it up, so that would have been on
- 2:07Speaker 4: that day. It should have been Quitter's Day. And then
- 2:10Speaker 4: you know, right away start stick your stick to your
- 2:12Speaker 4: New York Resolution Day. But it's also work Harder Day today,
- 2:16Speaker 4: National hot tea Day, National kettlebell Day. Uh dude, we
- 2:22Speaker 4: were just talking about the Indian food, but National curried
- 2:25Speaker 4: chicken Day.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Yes, give it to me, love it.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Though, yeah I do. I can't stand Cory. I hate
- 2:32Speaker 2: Indian food. Is it just a mental thing from you
- 2:34Speaker 2: get a time?
- 2:35Speaker 4: Well, I mean that probably had something to do with it.
- 2:37Speaker 4: I don't like the smell of it. Number One and
- 2:39Speaker 4: then also you know, yeah, it's it's it is a
- 2:42Speaker 4: taste thing. But yeah, after getting sick, like I got
- 2:45Speaker 4: really sick of it, like it just turned it turned
- 2:47Speaker 4: my guts inside out. And so from that never again.
- 2:50Speaker 4: Uh is there is there a cuisine though, just in
- 2:52Speaker 4: general that you don't like, like, you know, like my dad,
- 2:56Speaker 4: my dad hates Chinese food, but it's because he hates rice.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Wow, there there you know what noodles? What's that noodles? Noodle?
- 3:06Speaker 4: Yeah, but that's not usually what I unless you go
- 3:09Speaker 4: to Panda you can get that the chow Maine huey.
- 3:13Speaker 6: I could take or leave typhood all right.
- 3:16Speaker 3: I like everything, honest to god, there's nothing I don't like.
- 3:20Speaker 2: There's not like there's not one cuisine in particular. Somebody says,
- 3:22Speaker 2: you mean you're not psyched about.
- 3:23Speaker 3: It, like overall, like like Mediterranean Like uh oh yeahs
- 3:27Speaker 3: and pretty good.
- 3:30Speaker 4: I like, I know Menicum out of meetings, but I.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Do hate like And Greg just brought it up recently
- 3:38Speaker 2: because I have Middle Eastern people in my family, so
- 3:41Speaker 2: I've been exposed to a lot of to bully and
- 3:44Speaker 2: I know you love that flafful driving. I was exposed
- 3:49Speaker 2: a lot of flaffel too. I'm just like, I can't
- 3:51Speaker 2: do it, man, No, all right, SeaBASS any particular cuisine
- 3:55Speaker 2: that yeah.
- 3:55Speaker 5: No, no, no, really, I'm with with Greg on this one.
- 3:58Speaker 5: I would agree that the like the hero or the
- 4:01Speaker 5: kebab is a little overrated.
- 4:02Speaker 2: The era, the euro you mean the Jarrow but yeah,
- 4:08Speaker 2: nothing that's like strictly off limits. Yeah, Sammy bacon. Is
- 4:15Speaker 2: there a cuisine though?
- 4:16Speaker 7: The cuisine overall the thing is is no, not that
- 4:19Speaker 7: I've tried. But often I'll look at something like it's
- 4:22Speaker 7: an Indonesia restaurant. It's you know, my friend was like, oh,
- 4:24Speaker 7: this Napalese restaurant, and I'm like no, and I just
- 4:27Speaker 7: don't try, and I'll look at it and just go like, no,
- 4:30Speaker 7: let's stick to maybe American Italian.
- 4:33Speaker 4: In a lot of ways, Oh yeah, she's way more
- 4:37Speaker 4: too much, Morgan.
- 4:39Speaker 8: The only thing for me I tried to eat the
- 4:40Speaker 8: Opium food and I wasn't a big fan because there's
- 4:42Speaker 8: no food that the commercials.
- 4:47Speaker 2: I love it. It's just piles of glop. We are
- 4:52Speaker 2: the world? Hello? Yeah?
- 4:55Speaker 4: Is a National fourth Grader's Day. I think I mentioned
- 4:57Speaker 4: that already. Greg National Farm is that your favorite. They're
- 5:01Speaker 4: a hero National Gluten Free Day and it's a kiss
- 5:04Speaker 4: a Ginger Day.
- 5:05Speaker 2: That's okay, that's not a race.
- 5:09Speaker 4: That's eight seven seven four wooding. Yeah, is there a
- 5:13Speaker 4: particular cuisine that you can do without? Like if you
- 5:17Speaker 4: can just ace one of them off the planet, it'd
- 5:20Speaker 4: be sad, though, Yeah, what.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Would it be?
- 5:22Speaker 4: Hit us up on the text over to two two
- 5:24Speaker 4: nine eight seven. Uh, we're gonna get into the entertainment stuff.

- 6:40Speaker 5: Paramount Plus at some point.
- 6:41Speaker 4: Okay, That's that's what I'm waiting for, the Paramount Plus
- 6:44Speaker 4: because the Comedy Central one has all the commercials and stuff.
- 6:47Speaker 5: Well, I don't even know if they're I don't even
- 6:49Speaker 5: know how the hell their app would work. That's what
- 6:50Speaker 5: I've seen them when I'm in a hotel watching Comedy Central,
- 6:53Speaker 5: the new one.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Okay, So as far as streaming, I'm probably gotta wait
- 6:56Speaker 4: till Paramount I'm guessing, right, dude, give your.
- 6:59Speaker 2: Mom Plus is everyone like kind of just wrote them off,
- 7:01Speaker 2: like why are they even starting out? You know when
- 7:06Speaker 2: they first launched, and people because they're like, well there's
- 7:09Speaker 2: already HBO, Max and Hulu and all this stuff.
- 7:13Speaker 4: I use it for Yellowstone, I use it for Tulsa
- 7:16Speaker 4: King Yeah yeah, and and.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Then what's this new UFC. Yeah, that's gonna be huge.
- 7:22Speaker 5: Plus they have all the old people shows from CBS,
- 7:26Speaker 5: Blue Bloods and all that crap.
- 7:27Speaker 2: The love that popping off.
- 7:29Speaker 4: Speaking of throwbacks, shout out to our friend uh writer.
- 7:33Speaker 4: Director actor Kevin Smith announced that there's gonna be another
- 7:38Speaker 4: j and Silent Bob movie. This one is called Jay
- 7:42Speaker 4: Inside of the Bob Store Wars and they're running a
- 7:46Speaker 4: dispensary in the movie and they have a battle with
- 7:49Speaker 4: another dispensary that opens up across the street and they're
- 7:52Speaker 4: like just trying to destroy each other.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Hell, yes, yeah, So I'm here for it. Yeah, and
- 7:57Speaker 2: that's it. You know, it's so funny.
- 7:58Speaker 4: He goes, I didn't think I'd be making another Jay
- 8:00Speaker 4: and Silent Bob movie this late into my career, but
- 8:02Speaker 4: I'm here for it and I can't wait to go back.
- 8:06Speaker 2: They're still putting everything together. They're currently in the casting stage.
- 8:10Speaker 2: No release dad yet. But those movies are always fun. Oh,
- 8:13Speaker 2: they're super fun. I went to the special screenings that
- 8:15Speaker 2: he did for the last one. Hopefully he does this
- 8:17Speaker 2: one where he was there, and you did you know
- 8:20Speaker 2: he went to multiple cities for it.
- 8:22Speaker 5: Well that's and that's the formula people talk. We just
- 8:24Speaker 5: talked the other day about how movie theaters are dying.
- 8:26Speaker 5: That's how you bring them back is live events. And
- 8:29Speaker 5: by the way, that's how Chevy Chase has been doing this.
- 8:32Speaker 5: The Back to the Future people have been doing this
- 8:34Speaker 5: right right, instead of doing comic cons all this stuff.
- 8:36Speaker 5: You go to you know, you have to do this
- 8:38Speaker 5: in La New York. You go to like these small
- 8:40Speaker 5: towns and show up. You could charge you can remember
- 8:42Speaker 5: one charge of butt load done money and yeah, it's
- 8:44Speaker 5: it's basically your own little mini con.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Totally also going on. I want to bring this up.
- 8:48Speaker 4: The Fortnite south Park Born and Chaos game count On
- 8:51Speaker 4: came out on Friday.
- 8:52Speaker 2: It's pretty funny.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Man players you can you know, Rock Cartman, Kyle Stan,
- 8:56Speaker 4: Kenny Butters, these you know, the mex suits, the the
- 9:00Speaker 4: Fortnite shop thing you do, and there are a whole
- 9:03Speaker 4: bunch of other South Park themed gameplay items in there.
- 9:06Speaker 4: You could explore a new point of interest in Cartman's
- 9:08Speaker 4: own personal theme park called cartman Land.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I watched the trailer and I was I was
- 9:13Speaker 2: somewhat interesting. Yeah, right exactly. I don't care about Fortnite.
- 9:16Speaker 4: My son plays Fortnite all the time, and there's all
- 9:18Speaker 4: kinds of clouds. Oh yeah, and not as much as
- 9:21Speaker 4: he did. Surely doesn't do the dances anymore.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Right, like a lot before the whole six seventh thing
- 9:26Speaker 2: happened years ago that at that moment was all these
- 9:29Speaker 2: kids doing those Fortnite dances. It didn't matter where we were.
- 9:32Speaker 2: He would he would, he would break out in uh
- 9:35Speaker 2: in Fortnite dance? Yeah, yeah, the yeah I got, I
- 9:38Speaker 2: got a little clip. I can play for it and
- 9:40Speaker 2: get a buggy dab I don't clim it.
- 9:43Speaker 6: Hey, Dallas Sally, I still didn't get anything. Oh go god,
- 9:47Speaker 6: that was so epic.
- 9:48Speaker 2: I can't believe how much we loo key told you
- 9:50Speaker 2: guys we're low key unbeataboo.
- 9:52Speaker 6: And then I was on Lokey totally taking cow down.
- 9:54Speaker 11: I think Kenny Lokey took that out and our chief
- 9:56Speaker 11: feet dance like low key fifty.
- 9:57Speaker 9: Times in a row.
- 10:00Speaker 12: To last pass.
- 10:02Speaker 2: You guys never let me play Fortnite with you, Well
- 10:05Speaker 2: that's just because you low key stuck at Fortnite butters yeah,
- 10:07Speaker 2: look like fifty ten low keid.
- 10:10Speaker 5: My question is, obviously little kids like Fortnite? Do they
- 10:13Speaker 5: care about South Park anymore?
- 10:16Speaker 6: Allowed to watch?
- 10:17Speaker 2: Maybe is for adults. What's the age is ages eight
- 10:21Speaker 2: through fourteen?
- 10:22Speaker 7: No, but this is for adults who have kids who
- 10:25Speaker 7: talk like that and act.
- 10:26Speaker 5: But didn't we I'm saying our adults store, But are
- 10:29Speaker 5: they looking for a new audience?
- 10:30Speaker 4: Didn't we also do like some kind of like Coldplay
- 10:33Speaker 4: show or something, yeah, within Fortnite or something like that.
- 10:36Speaker 4: Marshmallow and so in the game, cheesy poofs allow you
- 10:41Speaker 4: to restore health, heal, or damage enemies, while the one
- 10:47Speaker 4: time use Kenny Respawn token lets you reboot automatically after elimination.
- 10:52Speaker 2: That's pretty cool. You can kill Kenny as many times
- 10:54Speaker 2: as you want.
- 10:54Speaker 4: Greg, you're not gonna like this. Jennifer Lowris thinks that
- 10:57Speaker 4: every dog on earth should be dead.
- 11:00Speaker 3: No, she doesn't. She did not.
- 11:03Speaker 10: Know.
- 11:04Speaker 4: She only started to feel this way after she became
- 11:06Speaker 4: a mom because I guess a dog bit her son.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Well, yeah, so she had to re home her dog. Well,
- 11:12Speaker 2: do what you want to hear the quote? She didn't
- 11:15Speaker 2: say every dog wants should be dead, right.
- 11:16Speaker 4: Jennifer Laurence says, quote, It's almost like I don't recognize
- 11:20Speaker 4: dogs right now, Like I just see them as a threat.
- 11:23Speaker 4: One of them bit my son, and that just made
- 11:25Speaker 4: me want to obliterate every dog. I'm just like, I'm
- 11:30Speaker 4: gonna take you out and your entire effing family, you
- 11:33Speaker 4: and your friends. I'm gonna go to China and take
- 11:35Speaker 4: out all of your friends over there. Anyone who looks
- 11:38Speaker 4: like you is dead. So, yes, that's what she said.
- 11:42Speaker 2: No bear, guys, she's.
- 11:45Speaker 4: Got no problem with cats though. Quote they're so misunderstood.
- 11:49Speaker 4: They are a holes and people who don't like that
- 11:51Speaker 4: about cats aren't getting that.
- 11:53Speaker 2: It's why it's so funny.
- 11:54Speaker 5: Until they scratch your kid. Yeah right, let me help
- 11:58Speaker 5: you out here. You don't need to obliterate every dog.
- 12:00Speaker 5: We know which ones he knows which, there's.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Just one really dangerous all breeds, Yes, sweet, exactly. Well, Greg,
- 12:21Speaker 2: if you don't like that, what you got for us?
- 12:23Speaker 3: I like what Conan O'Brien said at a recent talk
- 12:27Speaker 3: that he did at Oxford. If this is the total,
- 12:30Speaker 3: that's what we've been saying. He said that comedians job,
- 12:33Speaker 3: it's their number one job to just always be funny.
- 12:36Speaker 3: Don't go out there and just say F Trump, F Trump,
- 12:39Speaker 3: F Trump, because politics, he says, has gotten angry and
- 12:43Speaker 3: it's not comical anymore. Comedians need to find a way
- 12:46Speaker 3: to just be funny again. Well, he thank you, Cony.
- 12:48Speaker 4: He also used a good example, and he's like, I
- 12:51Speaker 4: don't know if you guys have the National Inquiry here
- 12:53Speaker 4: or something like it, but you know, he goes that
- 12:56Speaker 4: that that publication will say Elvis Presley found inside a Starbucks,
- 13:02Speaker 4: you know, blah blah blah. It's something completely outrageous, right,
- 13:06Speaker 4: And he said when he used to work for the Lampoon,
- 13:08Speaker 4: like they would, you know, lampoon, They they would like,
- 13:11Speaker 4: you know, take on like People magazine or something and
- 13:14Speaker 4: do a parody of like a People magazine by having
- 13:18Speaker 4: somebody on the cover holding like a fish as opposed
- 13:20Speaker 4: to like some like glamorous shot or whatever. He said,
- 13:23Speaker 4: But you can't. You can't lampoon the Inquirer because it's
- 13:27Speaker 4: already so ridiculous. And he was using that example for
- 13:30Speaker 4: he's like, all right, guys, so we're gonna do this
- 13:32Speaker 4: crazy thing, and we're gonna say the for the joke
- 13:35Speaker 4: that Donald Trump decides to destroy a part of the
- 13:38Speaker 4: White House and build this big, crazy ballroom and he's
- 13:41Speaker 4: not gonna run it by anybody.
- 13:42Speaker 2: He's just gonna do it whatever. It's like well, yeah,
- 13:44Speaker 2: that just happened last week.
- 13:45Speaker 4: It's hard to lampoon, you know, so when it's already
- 13:48Speaker 4: like kind of like chaotic and crazy already, I thought
- 13:52Speaker 4: it was a really interesting point. But yes, you're right,
- 13:54Speaker 4: it's like what all but all the jokes are about
- 13:57Speaker 4: any of one thing.
- 13:59Speaker 6: That's why every one responds with is this an onion article?
- 14:02Speaker 2: But even like the you know that, it's like the
- 14:05Speaker 2: jokes about the Kardashians every time, like we get.
- 14:08Speaker 4: It, like how long do we make Bill Clinton Monica
- 14:12Speaker 4: Lewinsky jokes?
- 14:13Speaker 3: Right?
- 14:14Speaker 8: You know, comedy, I can't even say it's supposed to
- 14:18Speaker 8: be an escape from from reality. So if you're combining
- 14:21Speaker 8: the two, then where's the Yeah, So, I mean I
- 14:24Speaker 8: heard them.
- 14:24Speaker 3: I thought it was I thought it was good to
- 14:25Speaker 3: help other comics take note because there are the they're
- 14:28Speaker 3: just it's a one note boring like we get it,
- 14:31Speaker 3: you're angry, you get it right, So kudos to conah.
- 14:35Speaker 2: GINI grab what you got.
- 14:36Speaker 6: So where we talked about the whole jackass thing and
- 14:38Speaker 6: we're trying to figure out like is bam R Jared
- 14:40Speaker 6: going to be involved? Is he not involved? Well the
- 14:43Speaker 6: answer is yes sort of. So it looks like the
- 14:46Speaker 6: beef between Bam and the Jackass crew seems to be
- 14:49Speaker 6: letting up a little bit because he agreed to appear
- 14:52Speaker 6: in Jackass five, but it's only through archival footage. He
- 14:56Speaker 6: won't be filming any new stunts with them.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Yeah, this is the smartest thing could do. I'm sure
- 15:01Speaker 2: he does, because they said that in the previous movie
- 15:04Speaker 2: that they did shoot scenes with them, but they just
- 15:06Speaker 2: didn't release it. And it's great because if they released
- 15:10Speaker 2: a new movie, it's all gonna be about Bam. Is
- 15:12Speaker 2: Bam in it? Why isn't Bam in it? And then
- 15:15Speaker 2: he's going to cause a bunch of drama. This way
- 15:17Speaker 2: they can just get ahead of it and to saying,
- 15:19Speaker 2: yeah he's in the movie, everybody wins.
- 15:21Speaker 6: He's getting a slice. It's stuff you haven't seen before.
- 15:24Speaker 2: And they don't have to be around him, right exactly.
- 15:27Speaker 2: And we were talking about that.
- 15:27Speaker 4: I was mentioning about how like Johnny Knoxville that commercial
- 15:31Speaker 4: I saw off with the New Fear Factory, He's like,
- 15:32Speaker 4: so Gray, I'm.
- 15:33Speaker 2: Like, damn you guys.
- 15:34Speaker 4: So we mentioned that, and a couple of people in
- 15:37Speaker 4: the text had mentioned that. I guess even back in
- 15:39Speaker 4: the heyday of Jackass. He's one of those guys premature
- 15:42Speaker 4: who went all gray super early, so he was dying
- 15:45Speaker 4: his hair all the way like back then.
- 15:48Speaker 3: Wow.
- 15:48Speaker 5: Yeah, this was a topic of a conversation in the
- 15:50Speaker 5: last Jackass because his hair switched in the middle of
- 15:52Speaker 5: the movie. Oh, if you're called Menas, I think you
- 15:55Speaker 5: do remember that part saw that?
- 15:57Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, Well, anyone who likes the Zaddi is like
- 16:00Speaker 6: this gray hair. I like Morgan likes his.
- 16:02Speaker 5: Oh yeah, and I hope Zach asked the giant, huge
- 16:04Speaker 5: fat guys. I saw him, of all places, at a
- 16:07Speaker 5: Planet Fitness doing what he was standing outside.
- 16:11Speaker 2: But I have his number, you want to call me?
- 16:14Speaker 2: So I saw him.
- 16:14Speaker 5: Also, he was a lot of the two years ago
- 16:16Speaker 5: at the gathering of the Juggalos, and I went to
- 16:18Speaker 5: go see what he was up to, and he didn't
- 16:19Speaker 5: like fall on a porky cactus or a porcupine.
- 16:22Speaker 2: He was doing stand up.
- 16:23Speaker 4: Remind this has nothing to do with entertainment, But you're
- 16:26Speaker 4: saying Planet Fitness reminded me. Was Planet Fitness the place
- 16:31Speaker 4: that you had a beef with because like the whether
- 16:33Speaker 4: the treadmills didn't go fast enough or there was somebody
- 16:36Speaker 4: that didn't they didn't have the weights that you wanted
- 16:38Speaker 4: or something.
- 16:38Speaker 5: Yeah, Planet Fitness, I've I generally enjoy quite a quite
- 16:42Speaker 5: a lot.
- 16:42Speaker 2: I go there.
- 16:43Speaker 5: I got dozens of them. I did have a beef
- 16:45Speaker 5: recently where there was a guy and they have they
- 16:47Speaker 5: have signs everywhere that say no gym bags on the
- 16:49Speaker 5: floor because people camp out, especially these weightlifting bros. They
- 16:53Speaker 5: bring these giant bags and that they're not using any
- 16:54Speaker 5: of that crap in there, but they'll PLoP it in
- 16:56Speaker 5: front of something and they'll walk away and you can't reserve,
- 16:59Speaker 5: you know, to say it right or or just in
- 17:01Speaker 5: general and then forget about it.
- 17:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 17:03Speaker 5: Yeah, uh they have lockers, but the guy have one
- 17:06Speaker 5: left out. And then there happen to be a little
- 17:08Speaker 5: purple shirt dude walking on. I pointed it, said, oh, hey,
- 17:11Speaker 5: would you mind grabbing you know, just telling that guy
- 17:13Speaker 5: that you know his gym bags out, Like, well, we
- 17:15Speaker 5: don't have it's not a gym on the what I
- 17:20Speaker 5: point to the sign on the He's like.
- 17:22Speaker 2: There we go, Well that's not a gym. You do
- 17:25Speaker 2: you look? You seek out conflict, I seek out. I
- 17:29Speaker 2: seek out you get a better world, get a better world.
- 17:34Speaker 2: What I'm saying is that does that stuff kind of
- 17:35Speaker 2: feed you, like when you get to point to a
- 17:38Speaker 2: sign and go, well, you know like is that well
- 17:40Speaker 2: it makes it kind of like like we're you know.
- 17:45Speaker 5: What it does is I'm I'm greg you know this
- 17:49Speaker 5: with your weights and measures things. I'm tired of going
- 17:51Speaker 5: through the world. We know how to behave properly, and
- 17:54Speaker 5: we're just choosing not to right.
- 17:56Speaker 3: And when we can create a certain policy like no
- 17:59Speaker 3: bad on the which has a good purpose behind it,
- 18:01Speaker 3: then why did you start it if you're not going
- 18:03Speaker 3: to do it?
- 18:03Speaker 4: So yeah, anyway, so while it wasn't the one that
- 18:05Speaker 4: Sea Bass has be, I thought I had an answer
- 18:07Speaker 4: finally too, like you, because there was something he was
- 18:10Speaker 4: complaining about where the treadmills weren't fast enough.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Remember he was so fast from whatever the work gym
- 18:17Speaker 2: only goes to twelve.
- 18:20Speaker 4: Yeah, So anyway, I saw something remind me to bring
- 18:23Speaker 4: up Planet Fitness. But well you do that because we're
- 18:26Speaker 4: focusing here on the entertainment. But I do have something.
- 18:30Speaker 4: There was like a business story about Planet Fitness. Okay,
- 18:33Speaker 4: I thought it was interesting. You know, I have a
- 18:35Speaker 4: beef as well. You might be like, oh, I don't
- 18:36Speaker 4: have a beef. The planet fit is at odd. You know,
- 18:38Speaker 4: I have a slight.
- 18:39Speaker 6: Okay, twelve miles an hours too.
- 18:41Speaker 2: Slow, menace? Yes what you got? Well, the Beckham family
- 18:44Speaker 2: drama still continues. You know, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham.
- 18:48Speaker 2: They have two sons and they have been beefing. And
- 18:51Speaker 2: the beef has gone to a new level because Brooklyn
- 18:54Speaker 2: Beckham will no longer speak to his parents without talking
- 18:58Speaker 2: through a lawyer. So they want to talk to him,
- 19:02Speaker 2: they have to contact his lawyer and then he has
- 19:04Speaker 2: to respond through his lawyer. Change lots in the door.
- 19:08Speaker 3: So he was having a beef with the brother.
- 19:10Speaker 2: He was having to be for the brother, the parents,
- 19:12Speaker 2: the parents, because the parents were like trying to swash
- 19:14Speaker 2: the beef between the brothers as they yeah, and this
- 19:19Speaker 2: Brooklyn guy does not like that. And the whole beef
- 19:22Speaker 2: allegedly has started because his younger brother, Romeo, is dating
- 19:27Speaker 2: one of his ex girlfriends. Now, Brooklyn is already married,
- 19:31Speaker 2: and he's and he's married to some chick whose dad's
- 19:34Speaker 2: like some billionaire. So I guess that's why he's not
- 19:36Speaker 2: really worried about cutting off his super rich family because
- 19:40Speaker 2: he's like, oh, I'm married to some billionaire chick anyways,
- 19:43Speaker 2: but yeah, they can only speak through lawyers.
- 19:46Speaker 6: I would beg a kid like this to go no
- 19:48Speaker 6: contact with me, Like, good riddance. You see pain in
- 19:51Speaker 6: my ass.
- 19:53Speaker 7: That's so uncomfortable though, Like at family gatherings, him and.
- 19:56Speaker 2: His wife, no, they're not showing up. He's like not
- 19:59Speaker 2: even talking to That's why he's and apparently it's like
- 20:02Speaker 2: really causing a lot of apparently arama because Victoria. Victoria
- 20:10Speaker 2: has really really upset by it.
- 20:12Speaker 4: Change those locks, man, I'm telling ever since the Rob
- 20:15Speaker 4: Reiner thing, like I even had a moment where like
- 20:18Speaker 4: my son was mad about something. He was mad because
- 20:20Speaker 4: we made, you know, a decision about something.
- 20:22Speaker 2: We got some you know thing from the school saying
- 20:24Speaker 2: that he had an assignment that was late, and he
- 20:27Speaker 2: was like trying to justify. But they just have an up.
- 20:29Speaker 4: Dude yet, which every parent's heard because everything's to the
- 20:31Speaker 4: computer now, just have an UD yet.
- 20:33Speaker 2: I'm like, all right, well we'll find out.
- 20:35Speaker 4: Send us an send an email, copy the copy us
- 20:37Speaker 4: on the email to your teacher letting him know that
- 20:39Speaker 4: they haven't updated their system yet. So I'm like I'm
- 20:45Speaker 4: looking at him going, man, like, you don't really want
- 20:47Speaker 4: to piss him off that much because these kids do
- 20:49Speaker 4: kill their parents.
- 20:49Speaker 2: Yeah, after he goes to rehab fifteen times, Yeah, saying
- 20:54Speaker 2: that true.
- 20:55Speaker 4: What was the thing, Gina, there was something that you
- 20:57Speaker 4: would saw about, like speaking of Nick Reiner. Yeah, it's
- 21:00Speaker 4: a conspiracy.
- 21:01Speaker 6: Yeah, he's he's Yeah, he admits that he killed his parents,
- 21:06Speaker 6: so we got that. But apparently he doesn't fully understand
- 21:09Speaker 6: why he's purely he he doesn't understand why he's in
- 21:14Speaker 6: jail because you killed your parents. Yeah, but he thinks
- 21:16Speaker 6: there's a conspiracy against him.
- 21:18Speaker 2: But you said you killed your parents, right, But it's conspiracy.
- 21:20Speaker 2: That's why you go to jail, because when you kill somebody,
- 21:22Speaker 2: that's that's what happens, you go to jail.
- 21:24Speaker 6: His legal team, this is shocking, I know, but it's
- 21:26Speaker 6: moving forward with the insanity defense.
- 21:28Speaker 12: Well, he's schizophrenic for sure.
- 21:30Speaker 6: I believe he's crazy effective and they changed his meds
- 21:32Speaker 6: a few weeks before this.
- 21:33Speaker 4: I believe anybody who has the ability to go through
- 21:36Speaker 4: with killing somebody, killing a person is crazy.
- 21:39Speaker 2: They don't think the same way that you know, the
- 21:40Speaker 2: average that the rest of.
- 21:41Speaker 3: Us think ye.
- 21:43Speaker 2: Yeah, so anyway, he'll be fine. Time for your birthdays
- 21:48Speaker 2: and birthday show we don't.
- 21:57Speaker 3: And you know you don't.
- 21:59Speaker 4: He starting with the celebrities. Happy birthday to Jeff Bezos.
- 22:03Speaker 6: Yeah, what should we get him?
- 22:06Speaker 2: What can you get them?

- 23:20Speaker 2: Song, that's yeah less she's put it.
- 23:25Speaker 4: That is romy Rain, who's thirty eight years old today
- 23:28Speaker 4: and at your porno birthday, your celebrity birthday is and
- 23:30Speaker 4: that a little lookal what's happening around the world of entertainment.
- 23:33Speaker 2: You're on the Woody Show. All right, Welcome back everybody.
- 23:40Speaker 2: It is Monday. It is the Woody Show.
- 23:42Speaker 4: Yeah, So I wanted to mention this Planet Fitness came
- 23:45Speaker 4: up in that round of we're talking entertainment stuff. It
- 23:48Speaker 4: remind me of something I read and I conflate things
- 23:51Speaker 4: sometimes where it's like there's so much stuff. We talk about,
- 23:54Speaker 4: so many things, so many things. I don't remember who
- 23:55Speaker 4: said what and when Sea Bass did complain about the
- 24:00Speaker 4: treadmills not being fast enough at one point it's some gym.
- 24:04Speaker 4: For whatever reason, I thought that was Planet Fitness. But
- 24:06Speaker 4: maybe I'm getting confused because he goes to Planet Fitness,
- 24:08Speaker 4: I do, and he likes Planet Fitness.
- 24:11Speaker 2: They're my favorite because they're everywhere and they're always the same.
- 24:13Speaker 4: Which which based on what I read, what I wanted
- 24:15Speaker 4: to share with the other, which I thought was interesting. Uh,
- 24:18Speaker 4: doesn't make any sense because Seabst considers him himself a
- 24:21Speaker 4: serious workout guy. It needs heavy wet. He had what's
- 24:25Speaker 4: the what's that free weight that you had on your
- 24:27Speaker 4: desk for the longest time.
- 24:28Speaker 5: It's like one hundred pounds sixty.
- 24:32Speaker 2: He used it all the time. Yeah, he's got to
- 24:35Speaker 2: find it. So yeah, yeah, you's seeing sixty sixty. Yeah
- 24:38Speaker 2: all right, so you know he wants the faster treadmills.
- 24:42Speaker 2: So this whole thing about New Year and people signing
- 24:44Speaker 2: up for gym memberships, there's they get a ton of
- 24:47Speaker 2: business offics from people who come in, they sign up,
- 24:49Speaker 2: and then they never go or show up. That's the
- 24:51Speaker 2: best We talked about mailbox money. That's exactly what it
- 24:54Speaker 2: is like.
- 24:54Speaker 4: You're you're a business and so people are paying you,
- 24:57Speaker 4: but you don't actually have to provide anything for that, right.
- 25:01Speaker 4: So Planet Fitness used to be more geared toward people
- 25:04Speaker 4: who wanted the heavier free weights and these different things.
- 25:08Speaker 4: And they realized that man, these people around the New
- 25:13Speaker 4: Year they sign up or the casual they went for
- 25:15Speaker 4: more of the casual person. They'll make more money but
- 25:18Speaker 4: have fewer people in the actual gyms because the people
- 25:23Speaker 4: that they're targeting aren't the people who are going to
- 25:25Speaker 4: show up every day.
- 25:26Speaker 5: Yea.
- 25:27Speaker 4: And what they did to kind of thin the herd,
- 25:30Speaker 4: it was a long time ago. It was this whole
- 25:32Speaker 4: thing about their business model. So what they did is
- 25:34Speaker 4: they got rid of the heavier free weights at all
- 25:36Speaker 4: their locations, and they made some other rules that didn't
- 25:40Speaker 4: appeal to the people who are like the big like muscle.
- 25:43Speaker 2: They have the lunk.
- 25:44Speaker 5: Alarm for just that, yea, where they and I've never
- 25:47Speaker 5: seen it work properly, but they literally have an alarm
- 25:50Speaker 5: where it's called the lunk alarms. They don't want big
- 25:52Speaker 5: lunks dropping weights.
- 25:54Speaker 4: Okay, that was one of the things they mentioned the article.
- 25:57Speaker 4: So they did they implement certain and rules that were
- 26:01Speaker 4: huge turnoffs to like hardcore gymose are.
- 26:04Speaker 2: The golds gym type of guys?
- 26:06Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah.
- 26:07Speaker 4: And then and then they changed the whole thing about
- 26:10Speaker 4: like no judgments and it's a judgment free zone, right yeah.
- 26:14Speaker 4: And so what they did is they they had and
- 26:16Speaker 4: they lowered their price because like, what does it matter,
- 26:18Speaker 4: It's gonna be so they went for the quantity right
- 26:21Speaker 4: of just getting people to sign up with you know,
- 26:24Speaker 4: knowing that ninety plus percent of these people.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Will show some months, will show, yeah, will.
- 26:29Speaker 4: Show up maybe once or twice the entire year. So good,
- 26:32Speaker 4: and they're just like ringing that credit card everyone. Yeah,
- 26:34Speaker 4: a couple of things on that, which is beautiful, I mean,
- 26:36Speaker 4: very smart.
- 26:38Speaker 13: They're so popular.
- 26:39Speaker 5: The Babylon b had a headline this year Planet Fitness
- 26:42Speaker 5: offering convenient you two week membership for New Year's Oh no,
- 26:46Speaker 5: but to your point, yes, the like the heaviest freeways
- 26:48Speaker 5: to Planet Fitness are typically seventy five pounders. However, I
- 26:53Speaker 5: have noticed multiple locations are now ditching because a lot
- 26:57Speaker 5: of these like eighties style machines. Are they just unused
- 27:00Speaker 5: forever and they like this air climber No no, no, like
- 27:04Speaker 5: like the curl machine or they have think these these
- 27:08Speaker 5: are the ad ad doctor machine.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Like these tiny little things squeeze your thighs together.
- 27:12Speaker 5: Yeah, a little like those trice up extension machines that
- 27:14Speaker 5: aren't Cagle machine. They're ditching a lot of that, and
- 27:18Speaker 5: they're actually putting in at numerous locations Olympic weights with
- 27:22Speaker 5: platforms which are like, that's the big big kind of
- 27:25Speaker 5: bulbus sea rubbery weights that you are you can drop
- 27:28Speaker 5: if you want to. They don't like you doing that,
- 27:30Speaker 5: but they put those on a platform with a nice
- 27:32Speaker 5: hardwood surface, which you would want for squats and power
- 27:36Speaker 5: cleans and all that stuff.
- 27:37Speaker 4: But this is, uh, this whole article is talking about
- 27:40Speaker 4: businesses that create ways for people to either have a
- 27:43Speaker 4: membership like a like a like a thing like this
- 27:46Speaker 4: or other things about it, and then you never actually
- 27:49Speaker 4: have to, you know, give the customer anything that you
- 27:52Speaker 4: never have to have any real interaction other than you know,
- 27:56Speaker 4: taking the charge.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Everyone call chiropractors and now may share my beef.
- 28:00Speaker 6: Now.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Since nineteen ninety nine when Planet fin has started, two.
- 28:04Speaker 4: Years after they discontinued your favorite item from Taco Bell,
- 28:07Speaker 4: yeah started.
- 28:07Speaker 2: They added free pizza month once a month, and since
- 28:14Speaker 2: COVID they have not brought it back. Brought pizza back
- 28:17Speaker 2: since then.
- 28:17Speaker 5: I'm out, yeah, all right, I've actually never been in
- 28:19Speaker 5: one when that happened. All I see here I have.
- 28:21Speaker 2: That's how they got me to sign up a gym
- 28:24Speaker 2: with pizza.
- 28:25Speaker 13: It used to be like the first.
- 28:27Speaker 2: Yes, they still have twitsy rolls here and there. But yeah,
- 28:30Speaker 2: that's what pizza. Good question.
- 28:32Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 28:32Speaker 4: How about like we can have a gym where instead
- 28:34Speaker 4: of like water that comes out of the water fountains,
- 28:36Speaker 4: it's just like chocolate shake.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Yeah, keep them fat.
- 28:40Speaker 5: Yeah yeah right, yeah, exactly, I want my free pizza.

- 29:38Speaker 4: guys are talking about that Applebee's om cheeseburger thing.
- 29:43Speaker 2: They said they tried it.
- 29:45Speaker 4: Horrible, So it came a commercial came on TV yesterday
- 29:51Speaker 4: during football. I didn't even say anything. My wife saw
- 29:54Speaker 4: it on TV and just starts laughing hysterically. She goes,
- 29:57Speaker 4: oh my god.
- 30:01Speaker 3: She has.
- 30:01Speaker 2: We go to like, you know, I hop kind of
- 30:03Speaker 2: place and it's like, you know, stuffed cheesecake, French toasts,
- 30:08Speaker 2: like like over the top, yeah, over the top, something else,
- 30:13Speaker 2: super ridiculous, super dessert. Oh, she's disguised as pancakes for breakfast.
- 30:19Speaker 2: Laughing at it because she like, she's like a health
- 30:22Speaker 2: person and she's no, she's not a health person at all.
- 30:25Speaker 4: But she goes, man, how fat do you got to be?
- 30:29Speaker 4: You see those things sometimes, like the different things they
- 30:31Speaker 4: come up with, the I hops and stuff, and you go,
- 30:33Speaker 4: oh my god, dude, it's a it's a Sunday inside
- 30:37Speaker 4: of a cinnamon roll.
- 30:38Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 30:39Speaker 2: Remember that old SNL bit about Taco Town. Burt. We
- 30:44Speaker 2: wrapped it into whatever we you know, covered it and
- 30:47Speaker 2: deep fried put it in a tote bag in front
- 30:49Speaker 2: of chill. It's just about moderation.
- 30:52Speaker 6: She's a cheeseburger dipped in cheese.
- 30:55Speaker 7: Cheesecake factory has a hamburger with a fried mac and
- 30:58Speaker 7: cheeseball on it.
- 31:00Speaker 12: And like sometimes it's the novelty. When I saw that
- 31:02Speaker 12: on the menu, I was like, well, I have to
- 31:03Speaker 12: get it.
- 31:05Speaker 4: So she's like, why you can get to skill it?
- 31:08Speaker 4: Like you see the fetas on but it's got the
- 31:10Speaker 4: melted or the caeso you know, cheese sauce slash, you
- 31:15Speaker 4: know melted.
- 31:16Speaker 2: You know.
- 31:16Speaker 4: We talked to om cheeseburgers. It's the cheeseburger cut in
- 31:19Speaker 4: half and they just sit it in this puddle of cheese.
- 31:23Speaker 4: It looked good to me.
- 31:24Speaker 2: It does look good, and I can't trust anybody's food.
- 31:27Speaker 2: It sounds good. It was just funny because you know,
- 31:28Speaker 2: here we are going, oh yeah, talking about it.
- 31:31Speaker 3: What show?
- 31:33Speaker 4: Meanwhile, she sees the commercial starts laughing hysterically. But I guess,
- 31:36Speaker 4: I mean according to the texture here, it's it's not
- 31:39Speaker 4: good cheese.
- 31:41Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I mean the cheese could not be good
- 31:44Speaker 5: correct either way. Yeah, I'm down to try it.
- 31:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I'd be willing to try it. I'd be willing
- 31:49Speaker 2: to try it. I'll risk it weekend cheers and jeers.
- 31:53Speaker 2: I was I don't know why I was so into
- 31:55Speaker 2: keeping track of the picks between Gina and dumbass Tyler
- 32:00Speaker 2: for wild Card Weekend.
- 32:02Speaker 4: Yeah, as it stands right now, has a one game advantage.
- 32:06Speaker 4: It's amazing, a one game advantage over dumb ass.
- 32:09Speaker 2: Tyler, which is great because this goes with the narrative
- 32:12Speaker 2: that amongst defend group that Tyler has like the worst
- 32:16Speaker 2: picks ever. And then so when it comes to sports betting,
- 32:19Speaker 2: we always ask Tyler who's going to win, and then
- 32:21Speaker 2: we go.
- 32:22Speaker 3: With the other. Yeah.
- 32:23Speaker 6: And I was literally going off vibes and whose uniforms
- 32:26Speaker 6: prettier and who they reminded me of in other commercials.
- 32:30Speaker 2: If you want to win money, just ask Tyler who's
- 32:32Speaker 2: going to win and then do the opposite.
- 32:34Speaker 13: Is he on Suicide Watch right now?
- 32:35Speaker 2: I'm not happy.
- 32:36Speaker 3: We'll just leave it at that.
- 32:38Speaker 6: You're working too hard.
- 32:39Speaker 16: Yeah, So basically I need the Texans to win.
- 32:43Speaker 3: To tie end up being tied.
- 32:45Speaker 6: Yeah, I can't lose to tie.
- 32:47Speaker 16: Yeah, which I can live with that at this point.
- 32:50Speaker 16: Like the games I picked, they just flipped on the
- 32:53Speaker 16: other side, they were really close.
- 32:57Speaker 2: I'm just trying to justify because you went with the favorites.
- 33:01Speaker 4: Man, Like you watch too much of the sports talk stuff,
- 33:05Speaker 4: you get caught up in all the stuff.
- 33:06Speaker 2: And you started to believe. Yeah, man, yeah, you know what, Yeah,
- 33:09Speaker 2: you get gas lit. So yeah, man, you know what,
- 33:11Speaker 2: I think Jacksonville is going to win that game. Oh
- 33:14Speaker 2: my god, they are going to beat the Bills. So
- 33:16Speaker 2: I knew. I knew Philly was the favorite.
- 33:18Speaker 16: Was Jacksonville actually the favorite in that one?
- 33:19Speaker 2: But everybody was hyping Jacksonville all week long? Jacksonville. I
- 33:26Speaker 2: did see a post a said Chargers to the super
- 33:28Speaker 2: Bowl for a win. Yeah, well yeah there there not
- 33:32Speaker 2: bolt up. Yeah.
- 33:34Speaker 4: But anyway, so as of as of right now, you've
- 33:37Speaker 4: got a one game lead. I was four and one.
- 33:42Speaker 2: Wow.
- 33:42Speaker 4: Yeah, But I mean I wasn't paying a lot of attention.
- 33:45Speaker 4: I'm kind of halfway between, you know, where Tyler is
- 33:48Speaker 4: with you know, your consumption of sports talk and stuff,
- 33:52Speaker 4: and then Gina, who's absolutely not. I'm kind of in
- 33:53Speaker 4: the middle there, like, of course I'm paying attention, but
- 33:57Speaker 4: I'm not. I don't have a fantasy team. I'll be
- 33:59Speaker 4: like a prize picks kind of thing, you know, but
- 34:01Speaker 4: like not, you know.
- 34:04Speaker 6: Yeah, you're not. You don't eat, sleep and.
- 34:05Speaker 2: Breathe it for yeah, correct, but hey, way to go,
- 34:09Speaker 2: you know, I expect that you're gonna have, well, I
- 34:12Speaker 2: don't expect that you're gonna have I hope that you
- 34:13Speaker 2: were going to have a two game lead after Tonight's
- 34:16Speaker 2: get you do? Yeah, okay, something that doesn't happen.
- 34:19Speaker 4: So yeah, well we need we need some kind of
- 34:21Speaker 4: tiebreaker though, like maybe points? What yeah, just how many
- 34:25Speaker 4: total points for the game? Okay, yeah, four, that's put
- 34:32Speaker 4: some thought into it. Hey, well so we'll figure it out.
- 34:35Speaker 4: Not right now, you can. You can think about it,
- 34:36Speaker 4: mean total points, total points. If you add up how
- 34:39Speaker 4: many points the Steelers will score, will score and how
- 34:41Speaker 4: many points the Texans will score, then you add them together.
- 34:45Speaker 4: Like you ever hear about the over, I'm taking the over. Yes,
- 34:47Speaker 4: Like say they say the numbers said it like forty five.
- 34:50Speaker 4: They're saying there's gonna be total forty five points in
- 34:52Speaker 4: the game. If you bet the over, you're thinking there's
- 34:54Speaker 4: gonna be more than that. Okay, So that's that's where
- 34:56Speaker 4: that's that'll be the tie breaker.
- 34:58Speaker 6: I'll do that.
- 35:00Speaker 4: Whoever's closer, because you can't have a tie in the postseason,
- 35:03Speaker 4: No way, you can't do it.
- 35:05Speaker 2: That terrible unless we want to carry it through until
- 35:09Speaker 2: you know next week, you know, for the divisional round.
- 35:12Speaker 2: Let ride, baby, Yeah, that is true.
- 35:13Speaker 3: Just let it ride.
- 35:14Speaker 2: I need to know who to bet for, so Tyler
- 35:16Speaker 2: tell me, please, let's all make some money. Tyler, get
- 35:19Speaker 2: those picks in. Yeah, Gina weekend cheers and jeers.
- 35:22Speaker 6: Well, speaking of that, I'll start with my jeers. Just
- 35:25Speaker 6: the Chargers blowing my perfect winning streak against Tyler, which
- 35:29Speaker 6: I only knew about because like what you would tell me,
- 35:32Speaker 6: or like I was, my husband would tell me. I'd
- 35:35Speaker 6: be like, oh, good for me, and I kept patting
- 35:36Speaker 6: myself on the back.
- 35:37Speaker 4: And she and she would like text me about how
- 35:40Speaker 4: oh well, I'm like, the game has like ten minutes left,
- 35:43Speaker 4: but does that matter?
- 35:46Speaker 6: But it was consistent with what I thought would happen.
- 35:49Speaker 2: It absolutely does matter.
- 35:50Speaker 6: Well, that was super fun, but it was a jeers
- 35:52Speaker 6: because I really wanted to be perfect because how hilarious
- 35:55Speaker 6: would that be? But that was really my only jeers.
- 35:58Speaker 6: Cheers you a kid, our kid being gone the entire day,
- 36:03Speaker 6: like six hours. Check out this day that my husband
- 36:05Speaker 6: I had. We had our first salsa dance class lesson
- 36:09Speaker 6: which was hilarious strong It was, I mean, we were
- 36:13Speaker 6: laughing so hard. The whole time. But it was really fun.
- 36:16Speaker 2: I'm glad you're having Really you guys, you know this
- 36:19Speaker 2: is not under protest. You guys decided to do this together.
- 36:22Speaker 6: I had been asking for years.
- 36:23Speaker 4: I'm saying that when when you see when my wife
- 36:25Speaker 4: and I see people young like little tiny babies and
- 36:29Speaker 4: stuff or young kids, we go we get that full
- 36:32Speaker 4: body douche chill, because man, we remember those days. Like
- 36:37Speaker 4: I hear about salsa dance class and I immediately get
- 36:40Speaker 4: like a h oh, that sounds terrible.
- 36:42Speaker 6: It was so fun, we both I.
- 36:44Speaker 2: The only one not at all face.
- 36:48Speaker 3: I just think is so difficult.
- 36:52Speaker 6: Oh no, it was not fun like back and forth.
- 36:56Speaker 6: I mean it was so much. It was just the
- 36:58Speaker 6: two of us and the teacher who was super hot.
- 37:00Speaker 6: This check and that helps yet a class full of people. No, okay,
- 37:04Speaker 6: that's it was so much fun.
- 37:05Speaker 4: And then it just seems like something you do, like
- 37:07Speaker 4: if you're an Instagram influencer, why right, Like you don't
- 37:10Speaker 4: think that regular people would do that. You would think
- 37:13Speaker 4: it would just be something so you could post on
- 37:14Speaker 4: the gram like we're not.
- 37:15Speaker 6: Posting this gases.
- 37:19Speaker 2: Yeah, you heard the thing with salsa dance. People like
- 37:22Speaker 2: they get into it like that becomes their life. Well,
- 37:26Speaker 2: good for their identity. Yeah, so yeah, no, no, I'm
- 37:30Speaker 2: not just staying like I think you're not discussing it.
- 37:32Speaker 4: I think I think I speak for everybody. We're all
- 37:34Speaker 4: we're all happy that you're having a great time. Yeah,
- 37:37Speaker 4: we just don't we're not getting well.
- 37:39Speaker 6: It worked for my husband, you get to that point, Well,
- 37:41Speaker 6: it definitely worked for my husband because the kid was
- 37:43Speaker 6: gone all day. We went to this like half hour
- 37:45Speaker 6: class and then had sex twice and then took a.
- 37:49Speaker 2: Three hour nap twice.
- 37:52Speaker 12: It was a great day.
- 37:54Speaker 3: Life could be that way without the kid, all.
- 37:57Speaker 6: Without the salsa lessons, which it cannot, but it was
- 38:00Speaker 6: so much fun. And then you know it did the
- 38:02Speaker 6: class went home, got it on a bunch of times,
- 38:04Speaker 6: and took a nap, like a lengthy, luxurious nap with
- 38:08Speaker 6: no alarm set. It could be like that all the time.
- 38:13Speaker 2: Could Yeah, I'm sure that there's a market for healthy
- 38:16Speaker 2: white babies in.
- 38:17Speaker 6: The white fifth graders.
- 38:22Speaker 2: I told you.
- 38:22Speaker 4: I think the rule is if it fits at chips. Yeah,
- 38:25Speaker 4: if you can fit the kid into those boxes at
- 38:27Speaker 4: the firehouse. I don't think it matters how old they are.
- 38:30Speaker 6: I don't think he's had that growth sport yet.
- 38:32Speaker 3: Have the receipt You're fine?
- 38:35Speaker 7: So Gina, though, question, are you recommending everybody do salted
- 38:39Speaker 7: dancing for their.
- 38:39Speaker 12: Sex lives like it's directly related?
- 38:41Speaker 6: Well, it worked for me because we were like, we
- 38:44Speaker 6: were like having so much fun and I was laughing
- 38:47Speaker 6: the whole time, and it wasn't just like another day
- 38:49Speaker 6: where it's like, hey, what's up, what do you want
- 38:50Speaker 6: to do? I don't know, like we were doing something different.
- 38:53Speaker 4: I think it is that she was given this by
- 38:57Speaker 4: her husband as a gift, and so it was the
- 39:00Speaker 4: thoughtfulness of it. So I think that kind of played
- 39:02Speaker 4: it like he's doing this for me.
- 39:04Speaker 6: Yeah, and he had to show up and I have
- 39:06Speaker 6: like a happy face.
- 39:07Speaker 12: Okay. Not the physicalness of salsa dancing itself.
- 39:10Speaker 6: I don't know. I mean, we're not that swaying of
- 39:13Speaker 6: the hips. Oh yeah, definitely. No, I don't think we're
- 39:16Speaker 6: there yet, Sammy. I think I think it's more of
- 39:18Speaker 6: what he's.
- 39:19Speaker 3: Doing Morgan weekend cheers and jeers.
- 39:22Speaker 13: So my cheers is kind of like a jeers. But
- 39:24Speaker 13: I found a way to reframe.
- 39:25Speaker 8: It, right, because this is all about my New Year
- 39:27Speaker 8: new attitude, right, and I'm proud of myself. I had
- 39:31Speaker 8: a very long day yesterday. Let's just say I drove
- 39:34Speaker 8: an hour to go do something for the show. And
- 39:37Speaker 8: I got there and realized I don't have my wallet,
- 39:40Speaker 8: so I couldn't park or get a ticket.
- 39:42Speaker 13: So how to drive an hour back home?
- 39:44Speaker 11: What?
- 39:45Speaker 13: An hour back there?
- 39:47Speaker 2: That doesn't sound right? And I licensed the park?
- 39:52Speaker 13: No, I needed a card.
- 39:53Speaker 6: She had no park.
- 39:55Speaker 2: But he just parked super far away and then walked there.
- 39:58Speaker 8: Oh that doesn't work for where I went. I was
- 40:00Speaker 8: already far away, all right. But anyways, the old meat
- 40:03Speaker 8: would have been like killing myself right or someone else
- 40:07Speaker 8: on the road.
- 40:08Speaker 13: But I stayed strong. I did what I needed to do,
- 40:11Speaker 13: and I'm here.
- 40:16Speaker 3: That's what so many blood vessels.
- 40:18Speaker 13: Yeah, it's sad that that's the only cheers I can
- 40:21Speaker 13: think of.
- 40:22Speaker 6: It was like an extra at least three hours.
- 40:24Speaker 2: Do you use Apple Pay?
- 40:26Speaker 13: No?
- 40:27Speaker 2: And that could have saved it too.
- 40:28Speaker 13: It could have. My mom was telling me that.
- 40:30Speaker 8: But I don't feel weird about combining my phone and
- 40:33Speaker 8: my payment information.
- 40:34Speaker 2: Yeah, very anti, but I fully embraced it.
- 40:38Speaker 11: Now.
- 40:39Speaker 2: Fine, do you ever log onto your bank account through
- 40:42Speaker 2: your phone?
- 40:43Speaker 11: Yes?
- 40:45Speaker 3: What's the difference. It's not like they like, it's not
- 40:46Speaker 3: the money.
- 40:47Speaker 2: Like, if you want to use Apple Pay, you need
- 40:49Speaker 2: the pass code to activate the Apple Pay.
- 40:52Speaker 13: If I were to lose my phone, then someone has.
- 40:54Speaker 2: They would have on there no no pass code to
- 40:58Speaker 2: get in. Yeah you can't. Well do you know how
- 41:00Speaker 2: pay works?
- 41:01Speaker 13: No, I've never used it.
- 41:03Speaker 4: Okay, So let's say I'm okay, So I double clicked. Okay,
- 41:05Speaker 4: So there's my there's my visa card right, see says
- 41:08Speaker 4: hold near reader. It's because it already like I would
- 41:10Speaker 4: either have to punch the password in or it use
- 41:14Speaker 4: my face ID on this one. Now I can use it.
- 41:17Speaker 4: It's not just having the phone. It's just open right,
- 41:19Speaker 4: I get that open season to whatever's on here.
- 41:22Speaker 13: But I mean I'll do it now. That was a
- 41:24Speaker 13: lesson learned.
- 41:24Speaker 4: Yeah, there's American expresses that asking for a pass code.
- 41:27Speaker 4: There's no card number on there. It just it just
- 41:30Speaker 4: it just shows what the card.
- 41:31Speaker 13: Is and it knows when you're closed.
- 41:32Speaker 2: Yeah, you have to put it, he says, pay with
- 41:34Speaker 2: passcode or double click here that is the face ID.
- 41:37Speaker 13: Interesting.
- 41:37Speaker 2: Well, I think it'll save you.
- 41:39Speaker 4: It'll save you some hassle if you ever do leave
- 41:41Speaker 4: the house, maybe without your wall together or.
- 41:42Speaker 13: Right, yeah, maybe a lesson learned on that one.
- 41:45Speaker 8: My jeers menace. This actually goes to you. Oh what
- 41:48Speaker 8: I do thanks to you. Let me start by saying,
- 41:51Speaker 8: I love my neighbors. Right, We're all super closed they
- 41:54Speaker 8: we look out for each other, all that good stuff.
- 41:56Speaker 8: But sometimes when I'm walking my dog, I don't have
- 41:58Speaker 8: thirty minutes to just Yeah, but the ladies in the neighborhood, right,
- 42:01Speaker 8: so I will fake get on the phone and walk.
- 42:05Speaker 13: I do it a lot.
- 42:06Speaker 9: I do that.
- 42:07Speaker 8: They're going to hear this and I'm like, oh, hey, Susan,
- 42:10Speaker 8: you know, sorry, I gotta go with my mom.
- 42:12Speaker 2: Uh.
- 42:13Speaker 13: I did this over the weekend.
- 42:15Speaker 8: And while I'm faking the phone call, my phone starts ringing.
- 42:19Speaker 2: Yeah it was.
- 42:22Speaker 8: God, you know, and there's no way to get out
- 42:26Speaker 8: of it.
- 42:26Speaker 3: I do the fake.
- 42:28Speaker 2: I do the fake phone call thing. If I see
- 42:30Speaker 2: like solicitors outside of a store, always always the store, Yeah,
- 42:35Speaker 2: anyone you don't get if you're holding the clipboard or
- 42:39Speaker 2: you have like a little table set up and it's
- 42:41Speaker 2: clearly something that like can I talk to you about
- 42:43Speaker 2: whatever it is? No, hey mom, yes, no, and I
- 42:46Speaker 2: have a mom too busy, I say, Mom, I do
- 42:49Speaker 2: like the whole like no, no, no right now, and I'm
- 42:50Speaker 2: just holding them like no, no, smart, I just keep walking.
- 42:53Speaker 2: Get in the store, put the phone back in.
- 42:55Speaker 3: The pocket, put it on vibrate before you go for
- 42:57Speaker 3: the wall.
- 42:57Speaker 13: Exactly. Another lesson learned.
- 43:02Speaker 4: Susan hates you know sorry eight seven seven forty four. Woodie,
- 43:07Speaker 4: you can text us check in your weekend cheers and
- 43:11Speaker 4: jeers over to two two nine eight seven the Woody Ship.
- 43:17Speaker 4: See now we have somebody who's texting over to two
- 43:19Speaker 4: two nine eighty seven saying that says me and my wife.
- 43:22Speaker 4: We tried the om Chief burger at Applebe's yesterday and
- 43:24Speaker 4: it was delicious.
- 43:25Speaker 2: Oh see back on track to trust. Yeah, gotta try
- 43:29Speaker 2: it for yourself. Who just heard about it? Us talking
- 43:31Speaker 2: about it?
- 43:31Speaker 4: It's that burger looks so nasty, does not.
- 43:36Speaker 2: I think we're just gonna have to try it for ourselves.
- 43:37Speaker 6: Serious.
- 43:38Speaker 2: Yeah, it's great.
- 43:40Speaker 4: All right, It's a Monday, and time to check in
- 43:42Speaker 4: on the trending news headlines with Gina.
- 43:44Speaker 6: Grad The wild Card weekend is almost over. Things got
- 43:47Speaker 6: pretty crazy. The Rams barely got past the Panthers in
- 43:50Speaker 6: a three point game. The Bears pulled off a huge
- 43:52Speaker 6: comeback after being down eighteen to beat the Packers, and
- 43:55Speaker 6: the Bills squeezed out the Jaguars, also by three. The
- 43:58Speaker 6: forty nine Ers knocked out defending Super Bowl champs the Eagles,
- 44:01Speaker 6: and last night the Patriots ended the Charger season. Now
- 44:05Speaker 6: the divisional round is set. In the NFC, the forty
- 44:08Speaker 6: nine Ers head to Seattle and the Rams go to Chicago.
- 44:12Speaker 6: In the AFC, the Bills go to Denver and the
- 44:14Speaker 6: winner of tonight Steelers Texans game will face the Patriots.
- 44:18Speaker 4: Dude, that forty nine Seahawks game is going to be crazy.
- 44:22Speaker 4: I think the Seahawks won that one their favorite, right Yeah.
- 44:27Speaker 4: They talk about getting hot at the right time, like
- 44:29Speaker 4: that team could not be any hotter right now? Yeah, physically,
- 44:32Speaker 4: and then they're also playing very well. Yeah, but they're sexy,
- 44:35Speaker 4: they're so high looking at it.
- 44:38Speaker 2: Then, I tell you.
- 44:40Speaker 4: This Chicago Bears team, I still don't believe that they're
- 44:44Speaker 4: as good as their record says. I can't believe they
- 44:48Speaker 4: won so many games. And it doesn't matter if it's
- 44:51Speaker 4: three points, they're down by eighteen points or what they
- 44:53Speaker 4: come back and they win. It's gotta be because their
- 44:56Speaker 4: number one fan is pop Leo. Oh, it's got to
- 45:00Speaker 4: be a miracle. It's divine intervention. Yeah, there's no other.
- 45:05Speaker 6: Explanation they have got on their side.
- 45:08Speaker 4: I mean, just the way these things. It's one thing
- 45:09Speaker 4: you have a couple of games. Yeah, but that is
- 45:11Speaker 4: the ongoing. That's the theme of this whole entire you know,
- 45:15Speaker 4: run for the for the Bears.
- 45:17Speaker 2: It's crazy.
- 45:17Speaker 4: It's like, uh, the Steelers the game against the Ravens
- 45:23Speaker 4: field goal wide right, he missed it. And before the
- 45:27Speaker 4: game they were sprinkling you know, they had a staff
- 45:30Speaker 4: there sprinkling holy water and that that end zone.
- 45:33Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 45:33Speaker 4: So I mean, and if you have the Pope as
- 45:35Speaker 4: your number one fan, things will happen.
- 45:36Speaker 6: I think it all right, that does make sense.
- 45:39Speaker 2: Well.
- 45:39Speaker 6: Protests are still going on in Minnesota for the woman
- 45:41Speaker 6: who was shot and killed by an ICE agent last week.
- 45:44Speaker 6: The Trump administration still says the woman was trying to
- 45:47Speaker 6: run over the agent and have called what she did
- 45:49Speaker 6: an act of domestic terrorism. On the other side, local
- 45:52Speaker 6: officials are upset because the FBI has taken over the
- 45:54Speaker 6: investigation and cut the state out completely. They can't even
- 45:57Speaker 6: access evidence anymore. But despite all that, Minnesota leaders are
- 46:01Speaker 6: asking protesters to please keep things peaceful. And the eighty
- 46:05Speaker 6: third Annual Golden Globes went down last night. Hamnett took
- 46:09Speaker 6: home the award for Best Motion Picture Drama, while won
- 46:12Speaker 6: Battle after another one for Best Musical or Comedy, which,
- 46:15Speaker 6: if you saw it, it's just a strange category to
- 46:17Speaker 6: put it in. That movie had four wins last night.
- 46:21Speaker 6: Wagner Mora won Best Actor in the Drama for The
- 46:26Speaker 6: Secret Agent Gregory You ever heard of it?
- 46:29Speaker 3: I'm watching some of these Golden Globes and I've thought
- 46:32Speaker 3: who for what movie? For the Who?
- 46:35Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 46:35Speaker 6: And Timothy Shallomey he won Best Actor for Marty Supreme
- 46:39Speaker 6: for the Ladies, Jesse Buckley won Best Actress in a
- 46:42Speaker 6: Drama for Hamnet, and Rose Byrne won for If I
- 46:45Speaker 6: Had Legs, I Kick You, which I also don't know
- 46:47Speaker 6: anything about.
- 46:48Speaker 3: I don't, but I do love Roseberry.
- 46:49Speaker 6: I do do.
- 46:50Speaker 3: She was the voice of Jexy Hello.
- 46:54Speaker 2: Watching the show, I did, Yeah, Nicky Glazer again, she
- 46:58Speaker 2: crushed it?
- 46:59Speaker 3: Did she a good job?
- 47:00Speaker 4: I've just I've just heard clips and I don't know,
- 47:02Speaker 4: like maybe because all I hear Niki Lazer do at
- 47:05Speaker 4: this point are roasts.
- 47:06Speaker 6: Yeah, you know, I'm like, all right, wanting her to
- 47:08Speaker 6: go harder.
- 47:09Speaker 4: Well, I mean she I don't just like some of
- 47:12Speaker 4: the some of the content some yeah, some some of
- 47:15Speaker 4: this stuff.
- 47:15Speaker 2: You know, I don't know if it's part of the
- 47:17Speaker 2: model because I didn't watch it, don't know. I it
- 47:18Speaker 2: was part of the monologue, but you know, talking about
- 47:20Speaker 2: like Leonardo DiCaprio. Yeah, but I thought that was funny.
- 47:22Speaker 2: When she was so, she was like, you know, of
- 47:25Speaker 2: course makes a joke how he dates younger women. And
- 47:28Speaker 2: she apologized and said, look, this is all we know
- 47:31Speaker 2: about you. We don't know anything about you. The last
- 47:34Speaker 2: time you had a deep interview was like Team B
- 47:37Speaker 2: and you that you like pasta. So do you still like?
- 47:41Speaker 2: I guess, I guess.
- 47:42Speaker 4: I guess The point is it's like if it's it's
- 47:44Speaker 4: it's the same, Like the roasting is just one dimensional,
- 47:48Speaker 4: the same notes, right, And I like her a lot,
- 47:50Speaker 4: like I'm a Nicki Glazer fan and just the I'm
- 47:53Speaker 4: not an award show guy anyway or celebrity guy, but yeah,
- 47:58Speaker 4: just hearing some of the clips, I'm like, is this
- 48:00Speaker 4: and played out.
- 48:01Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, bull stale. I mean, like, what would the
- 48:03Speaker 2: other angle be.
- 48:05Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 48:06Speaker 4: Well, I mean Ricky Gervas really kind of started with
- 48:08Speaker 4: the whole roasting of the celebrities.
- 48:11Speaker 6: Semi drunk.
- 48:12Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 48:12Speaker 2: Yeah, and he was funny and that was funny.
- 48:16Speaker 6: But a lot of people.
- 48:17Speaker 2: Yeah, but Ricky Gervas is so much more than that. Yeah.
- 48:21Speaker 4: Whereas Nicky Glazer has now become the Queen of ros
- 48:23Speaker 4: and so she just I don't know, she's kind of just.
- 48:27Speaker 3: I jumped in mid broadcast hoping to see more Nicki Glazer.
- 48:30Speaker 3: I thought it was kind of entertaining but also weird
- 48:33Speaker 3: that they had two for lack of a better word,
- 48:35Speaker 3: play by play guys during the war ceremony. I thought
- 48:38Speaker 3: it was okay.
- 48:40Speaker 6: But it was just different, didn't add anything.
- 48:42Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:43Speaker 6: Well, on the TV side, very excited about this. Ria
- 48:45Speaker 6: see Horn took home Best Actress in a TV Drama
- 48:48Speaker 6: for Pluribus That's on Apple and It's amazing, And Gregg
- 48:52Speaker 6: Jean Smart Best Actress for Musical Comedy for Hacks yet
- 48:56Speaker 6: again and finally for Men. Both Noah Wiley and Seth
- 48:59Speaker 6: Rogan continued to dominate by taking home Best Actor awards
- 49:02Speaker 6: for the Pit and the Studio, and those shows took
- 49:04Speaker 6: home Awards for Best Drama and Comedy. Too Well. Home
- 49:08Speaker 6: Alone star Daniel Stern was busted over the weekend after
- 49:12Speaker 6: allegedly trying to pick up a prostitute during the holidays
- 49:15Speaker 6: in La Yeah.
- 49:17Speaker 2: You know who he is.
- 49:17Speaker 6: You know he played Mars, one of These Bandits and
- 49:20Speaker 6: Home Alone You and a million other things.
- 49:22Speaker 4: He was the voice of the adult Kevin Arnold for
- 49:24Speaker 4: the the narrator voice in.
- 49:28Speaker 6: So many things. And because soliciting a prostitute is only
- 49:31Speaker 6: a misdemeanor in California, he could end up with six
- 49:33Speaker 6: months in jail and just a thousand dollars fine.
- 49:36Speaker 3: Cares And if it's consenting adults, let him buy a
- 49:41Speaker 3: prostitute who cares well?
- 49:43Speaker 6: Speaking of possibly.
- 49:46Speaker 2: Either way, go to Salleson. I just saved a bunch
- 49:50Speaker 2: of people at text.
- 49:53Speaker 6: Yeah, And speaking of possibly creepy actors, Timothy Bussfield, you've
- 49:56Speaker 6: seen him. He's He played Danny on the West Wing
- 49:59Speaker 6: point back in the day in Revenge of the Nerds.
- 50:02Speaker 6: He was on thirty something, he was in the movie
- 50:03Speaker 6: Field of Dreams. Well, he's in big trouble. A judge
- 50:06Speaker 6: issued an arrest warrant against him over the weekend for
- 50:09Speaker 6: charges of criminal sexual contact of a minor and child abuse.
- 50:14Speaker 6: He's accused of inappropriately touching a kid actor on the
- 50:17Speaker 6: set of the TV series The Cleaning Lady, and the
- 50:20Speaker 6: document says, yeah, that the kid reported this back in
- 50:22Speaker 6: twenty twenty two. He's denied everything, and we don't know
- 50:25Speaker 6: if he's in custody or not. But his wife, actress
- 50:28Speaker 6: Melissa Gilbert, from a house in the prairie exactly. She
- 50:33Speaker 6: deleted all of her social media And this is also
- 50:35Speaker 6: kind of interesting. Just this past November, she went off
- 50:38Speaker 6: on social media after you know, Megan Kelly, very conservative
- 50:42Speaker 6: podcaster now suggested that being into fifteen year olds doesn't
- 50:45Speaker 6: make Jeffrey Epstein a pedophile. And now she's like back
- 50:49Speaker 6: in a way because her husband might be on the
- 50:51Speaker 6: hook for you know, talking to kids a little inappropriately
- 50:54Speaker 6: or touching.
- 50:55Speaker 4: Well, you can go back on social media find all
- 50:56Speaker 4: those arguments that go, well, how does this apply in
- 50:58Speaker 4: your own house?
- 50:59Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, exactly. Well, legendary rocker Bob where passed away
- 51:03Speaker 6: on Saturday was seventy eight.
- 51:04Speaker 3: I bumper you, Greg, I know how it ruined my
- 51:08Speaker 3: entire weekend, much.
- 51:09Speaker 4: Like Radiohead is MENACE's favorite music group of all time.
- 51:13Speaker 4: Greg loves him the Grateful Dead and all the people who.
- 51:17Speaker 3: Are into the Grateful Dead. There's nothing like a twenty
- 51:19Speaker 3: nine minute jam session, so good.
- 51:23Speaker 1: Well.
- 51:23Speaker 6: He was the co founder guitarist for The Grateful Dead
- 51:26Speaker 6: and had been dealing with cancer since July, but his
- 51:28Speaker 6: cause of death was an underlying lung issue, and the
- 51:31Speaker 6: announcement was on his Instagram page, and said his work
- 51:34Speaker 6: did more than fill rooms with music, it was a
- 51:36Speaker 6: warm sunlight that filled the soul. He was surrounded by
- 51:40Speaker 6: loved ones when he passed, and he leaves a wife
- 51:42Speaker 6: and two daughters.
- 51:43Speaker 4: The only song I've ever liked from Grateful Dead was
- 51:46Speaker 4: that song Touch of Gray.
- 51:47Speaker 3: I think that's the only song. Most people know about it.
- 51:50Speaker 6: Well, I like Box of Rain.
- 51:51Speaker 3: Don't know it?
- 51:51Speaker 6: Yes, you do? You know Casey Jones.
- 51:55Speaker 2: Here's Touch of Gray.
- 51:58Speaker 6: Keep like this right, I don't hate.
- 52:05Speaker 2: I think they're overrated, Okay, I know that this is
- 52:12Speaker 2: This was a huge even if you weren't into the Dead.
- 52:14Speaker 2: This is such a huge radio hit back in the.
- 52:17Speaker 3: It was probably the only hit.
- 52:19Speaker 4: Yeah, I didn't realize it was them because they had
- 52:21Speaker 4: they had some other songs that that you would recognize,
- 52:26Speaker 4: and they've been used in like a lot of commercials
- 52:28Speaker 4: and stuff.
- 52:28Speaker 2: Believe it, Yeah, believe it or not. You wouldn't think
- 52:30Speaker 2: that really be like a thing.
- 52:32Speaker 3: I thought Touch of Gray was the only one I
- 52:34Speaker 3: knew by them.
- 52:35Speaker 4: No, hold on, somebody put together, yeah, somebody put together
- 52:41Speaker 4: little montage. Let's see if you know, let's see if
- 52:43Speaker 4: you know these songs.
- 52:45Speaker 2: Hold On, here we go.
- 52:47Speaker 9: It started.
- 52:48Speaker 2: No, no, not that one. Hold on that's a clip bob.
- 52:51Speaker 3: Here we go, Here we go.
- 52:55Speaker 2: I don't know this. You've never heard that truck?
- 53:00Speaker 9: Okay that one.
- 53:01Speaker 2: I do know this one.
- 53:03Speaker 3: Okay, sure, no.
- 53:08Speaker 2: So I'm not a piece of hippie garbage.
- 53:12Speaker 3: This one, okay, grateful.
- 53:18Speaker 17: Show.
- 53:19Speaker 4: I've heard that song of course, Touch Up Gray. Yeah,
- 53:23Speaker 4: this came out in nineteen eighty seven.
- 53:25Speaker 3: By the whole song.
- 53:29Speaker 2: That had to be their their their biggest Yeah, I
- 53:32Speaker 2: mean as far as like yeah commercial. Yeah, but yeah,
- 53:35Speaker 2: let's just go suck on a giant balloon and.
- 53:38Speaker 3: Oyrco do live it. So instead of one, I know.
- 53:40Speaker 6: Three, Okay, good for you, it's you're a deadhead. Oh
- 53:44Speaker 6: for the fourth weekend in a row, Avatar, Fire and
- 53:46Speaker 6: Ash finish number one at the box office. The movie
- 53:49Speaker 6: is another one for James Cameron, a huge money maker
- 53:51Speaker 6: for Disney since it's made over a billion dollars so far.
- 53:55Speaker 6: In Paramount's horror film Primate Anyone debut in second, Sidney
- 53:59Speaker 6: Sweeney's The Housemaid finished third, Zutopia finished fourth, and finally
- 54:03Speaker 6: Greenland two Migration runs out the top five. It's very
- 54:07Speaker 6: possible that Avatar could finish number one for a fifth weekend,
- 54:11Speaker 6: since its only new competition is going to be twenty
- 54:13Speaker 6: eight years later The Bone Temple and.
- 54:16Speaker 9: The follow that.
- 54:17Speaker 2: If that doesn't sound like a portal, we welcome to
- 54:20Speaker 2: the Bone. The Bone.
- 54:29Speaker 6: And finally, more monkeys on the loose, this time in
- 54:32Speaker 6: Saint Louis run crazy. On Friday, everyone was on the
- 54:36Speaker 6: lookout for a group of vervet monkeys near O'Fallon Park
- 54:39Speaker 6: in North Saint Louis. No one knows where they came
- 54:41Speaker 6: from or how many there are, but they think there's
- 54:43Speaker 6: at least four.
- 54:44Speaker 2: Yeah, So that was Friday.
- 54:46Speaker 4: Yeah, the monkey news breaks right and then right after that,
- 54:50Speaker 4: on the heels of that, there was like a goat
- 54:52Speaker 4: on the.
- 54:53Speaker 2: Loose goat on the loose in Saint Louis. Yeah, it's
- 54:55Speaker 2: like black and white goat.
- 54:57Speaker 6: With a little collar.
- 54:58Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, Like what the hell is going on? Like
- 55:02Speaker 4: Noah's ark run a ground.
- 55:03Speaker 6: Exactly, somebody's birthday party got out of control, exactly. It's crazy.
- 55:09Speaker 3: Monkey is so damn cute.
- 55:10Speaker 6: No, they're so cute. They're still on the loose, right, Yeah,
- 55:13Speaker 6: you can get you one. Well, they actually say please
- 55:15Speaker 6: don't touch them. If you if you see.
- 55:17Speaker 3: I want it.
- 55:18Speaker 2: You can you see the way people react to wild animals. Yeah,
- 55:22Speaker 2: they think like it's a cartoon. You're going to become friends.
- 55:25Speaker 6: Yeah, exactly. They'll just pick up on my vibe and whant.
- 55:27Speaker 2: To come home with me.
- 55:28Speaker 3: Jump on your shoulders.
- 55:29Speaker 2: Right, I'm going to go to a hot shot so
- 55:31Speaker 2: you can get some French fries and give it to them.
- 55:32Speaker 3: There you go.
- 55:33Speaker 2: Eight seven seven forty four The Woody Show. I think
- 55:39Speaker 2: I keep seeing.
- 55:39Speaker 4: Something about I don't dude, Greg, I'm telling you I
- 55:42Speaker 4: have and I was talking to my wife about this
- 55:44Speaker 4: over the weekend. But I think I've made a conscious
- 55:48Speaker 4: decision in twenty twenty six to just back away.
- 55:53Speaker 2: From the news.
- 55:54Speaker 4: It's so liberating and I'm enjoying it. Yeah, like I
- 55:58Speaker 4: have a thirty thousand foot view.
- 56:00Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly, that's the term. I'm a very like general view.
- 56:06Speaker 4: It's not that I'm completely oblivious the things that are
- 56:08Speaker 4: going on, right, I just you know, when they you
- 56:11Speaker 4: see on a website and it has all these different
- 56:13Speaker 4: things and you see the first couple of sentences of
- 56:15Speaker 4: whatever the story is.
- 56:16Speaker 3: They kind of do bullet points.
- 56:18Speaker 2: That's for the article. Yeah, and this is kind of
- 56:20Speaker 2: like more. I don't click to read more. No, no, no, no,
- 56:24Speaker 2: And that's just I just keep scrolling.
- 56:25Speaker 4: And then I saw some funny video where you know,
- 56:28Speaker 4: horses were doing funny stuff, and that's it. So you
- 56:34Speaker 4: have a general awareness of what's going on, but like
- 56:36Speaker 4: just digging deep into it. So when people go and
- 56:38Speaker 4: people ask quite often just because of what we do, well,
- 56:42Speaker 4: I haven't heard you guys say anything about blah blah blah,
- 56:44Speaker 4: you know what, could then read the story and you won't.
- 56:46Speaker 4: So we want to know kind of what's going That's
- 56:48Speaker 4: why I'm relying on Gina just kind of you know,
- 56:51Speaker 4: just the top top, top, top line stuff.
- 56:54Speaker 6: We're to be experts.
- 56:55Speaker 3: Yeah, I went from one extreme to the other where
- 56:57Speaker 3: the news was on twenty four hours a day at
- 57:00Speaker 3: the house. Oh yeah, just if I was home, it
- 57:03Speaker 3: was the news.
- 57:03Speaker 2: Yeah, it was it.
- 57:04Speaker 4: Like, I'm just I'm just not paying attention certain things altogether,
- 57:08Speaker 4: just not paying attention. Yeah, I'm not even I'm not
- 57:10Speaker 4: even going to do the two sentence part of it.
- 57:12Speaker 4: I'm just gonna ignore. But one thing I did see
- 57:14Speaker 4: pop up, and I don't know the details of it,
- 57:16Speaker 4: and I actually am interested more and I think maybe
- 57:18Speaker 4: medics will know more about it. What was the Instagram
- 57:21Speaker 4: hacked thing? There was a story about So there was
- 57:24Speaker 4: like all these accounts that got hacked.
- 57:26Speaker 2: Yeah, so seventeen million accounts got hacked and all the
- 57:30Speaker 2: information up on the dark web, like else, you know,
- 57:33Speaker 2: phone numbers, you're maybe possibly your address? So what does
- 57:37Speaker 2: what does Instagram have of yours other than your user
- 57:39Speaker 2: name and your login? Have your address?
- 57:42Speaker 18: Ye?
- 57:42Speaker 7: Do?
- 57:43Speaker 17: Yeah?
- 57:43Speaker 2: Sometimes?
- 57:44Speaker 13: Yeah?
- 57:44Speaker 2: Well if you maybe you have ad revenue attached to
- 57:48Speaker 2: it or something like that.
- 57:50Speaker 13: Uh.
- 57:51Speaker 2: And it has affected two of my friends already this
- 57:53Speaker 2: past week. And what's crazy is and I say, I
- 57:56Speaker 2: don't know, maybe it's just a coincidence, but you might
- 57:58Speaker 2: have to look out if you have a kid because
- 58:01Speaker 2: both of the people that got affected have kids and
- 58:04Speaker 2: just randomly after this hack, their accounts got flagged for
- 58:10Speaker 2: child abuse and accounts gone. Oh yeah, so they have
- 58:15Speaker 2: to go through this whole process of like trying to
- 58:18Speaker 2: get their accounts back, and so they have to reach
- 58:20Speaker 2: out and they have to use their phone number to
- 58:23Speaker 2: reach out, and they found out that your iPhone automatically
- 58:27Speaker 2: blocks the phone number from meta to like try to
- 58:31Speaker 2: reactivate it on their like customer service. So they kept
- 58:34Speaker 2: on trying to send the code and they they got
- 58:37Speaker 2: blocked from that because you send the code too many times.
- 58:39Speaker 2: So it's a big nightmare.
- 58:41Speaker 12: So how did they find out that they were hacked
- 58:42Speaker 12: to begin with?
- 58:43Speaker 2: Like, they don't know, it's just a it's a coincident
- 58:46Speaker 2: of the time, a coincidence all just all of a
- 58:48Speaker 2: sudden that their account was deleted.
- 58:49Speaker 12: Yeah yeah, oh their account, Oh I see it. But
- 58:51Speaker 12: like any one of us could have been hacked dark
- 58:53Speaker 12: infos on the dark webard.
- 58:54Speaker 2: Yeah, it could be right now. Yeah, So they are
- 58:56Speaker 2: recommending that you do reset your password, but there is
- 59:00Speaker 2: involving this tack. There's emails going out asking you to
- 59:04Speaker 2: reset your password. Don't do that through the email. Just
- 59:07Speaker 2: do it through your physical phone.
- 59:09Speaker 4: Anytime there's like, oh, we have a question on your
- 59:12Speaker 4: credit card account, like, don't go through the email. Don't
- 59:17Speaker 4: like you go directly to the source that you deal with. Yeah,
- 59:21Speaker 4: so if it's a credit card thing, grab your card,
- 59:23Speaker 4: look at the phone number on the back of the card.
- 59:25Speaker 4: Call that number, like, don't click on I forgot my
- 59:29Speaker 4: My mom just clicked on something or my stepdad just
- 59:31Speaker 4: clicked on something, and what are you doing?
- 59:33Speaker 6: You know, it's funny that you mentioned this. I had
- 59:35Speaker 6: a weird thing that happened over the week or yeah,
- 59:38Speaker 6: a couple of days ago. I was trying to call
- 59:40Speaker 6: our insurance company and it was the legit number, but
- 59:43Speaker 6: everything sounded weird, and the guy kept putting me on hold,
- 59:46Speaker 6: and then he said he couldn't find any of my
- 59:47Speaker 6: information and could he have my social Security number? And
- 59:50Speaker 6: I hung up.
- 59:50Speaker 12: Oh yeah, that's our insurance company.
- 59:57Speaker 2: That sounds about right, but everything has gotten worse.
- 1:00:01Speaker 6: Okay, so that was unfortunately legit.
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: That's legit. Yeah, that's that's legito. So look out. Uh,
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: justword from your phone.
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, you know, got me hip to this thing
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: called delete me and I signed up for that, I said,
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: My wife and I both up for that, and that
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: thing's great. It really works hard. It's insane how much
- 1:00:23Speaker 4: of your information is out there? Yeah, and then when
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: you sign up, they do a very good job of
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: going to because it's data broken. So the dark web
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: stuff they can't really help with because that's already illegal.
- 1:00:34Speaker 4: But any of these legal sources that you know have
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: your information, it's crazy, Oh, related to You're related to
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: this person, This person is here, their phone numbers, here's
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: their addresses here. It's crazy how much is out there
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: just from your regular every day going about your business,
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: and and it.
- 1:00:51Speaker 19: Just yoinks you out of the equation. Was I trying
- 1:00:53Speaker 19: to buy to Oh? I watched those discount furniture plays, right,
- 1:00:58Speaker 19: and I bought this very small item is a wall
- 1:01:01Speaker 19: clock type of thing that I saw.
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, that's cool.
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: I bought.
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: I'm walking out the door. This thing is one hundred
- 1:01:06Speaker 4: and twenty bucks. And they want like, all right, so
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: you can get your name, how about an ADRESS'M like, no,
- 1:01:12Speaker 4: I'm just buying the clock.
- 1:01:14Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm it's on business.
- 1:01:16Speaker 4: He said, Well, I gotta I gotta put it in
- 1:01:17Speaker 4: so I can I can complete the check out of it.
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: Then I said, well then I'm not buying the clock.
- 1:01:21Speaker 4: Okay, So years ago I stopped anytime anytime they insist
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: on either you got to enter your phone number in there,
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: or you got to enter different things just for a
- 1:01:30Speaker 4: simple transaction at a store, right, not online, I mean
- 1:01:34Speaker 4: at a physical store. I'm not giving you an absolutely,
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: because all they're doing is then they're selling that information
- 1:01:40Speaker 4: to the places that I'm paying delete me to get
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: rid of.
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: Exactly, or you should just like call them on I
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: just to mess with them. This is what I do
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: because it happened at the Hallmark store. They're asking me
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: for all my information when I was buying a card,
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: thanks Grave, because you guilt me into buying these things.
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: And I go, do you trust the security of your
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: company holding my information?
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: And it's just like some young kid. Uh oh no,
- 1:02:03Speaker 5: I don't think so. Yeah, no, I'm uh you know.
- 1:02:06Speaker 4: Would be kind of funny is when they insist on
- 1:02:09Speaker 4: giving an address, just go, yeah, hold on one second,
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: I don't even remember what and you just bring up
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: the address of that store.
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: Just give him a store address. That's good. Eight what
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: do you shows? And jumping run into another new hour
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: Menaces verdictions for twenty twenty six this hour, Yeah, no
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: stra dumbass here for you. He will tell us his
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: thoughts on what we can expect in twenty twenty six
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: the future. Yep, so so that's coming up. I'm moddy.
- 1:02:40Speaker 4: That's great gory what we got Menace dumbasses here, there's
- 1:02:44Speaker 4: Gina grad, Sammy is.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: Here, Morgan is here. Good morning Sea mass about weekend
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: cheers and jeers, Well, cheers to Caleb Williams. He's got
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: a lot of haters out there. Of course, the Bears.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: William Bears won that game. Wood.
- 1:02:58Speaker 5: He still hates him for a couple of years ago,
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: crying on his mom's But he won the game, obviously
- 1:03:04Speaker 5: over Green Bay. And I would like to point out
- 1:03:06Speaker 5: not just would he, not just the other other people. Uh,
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: I didn't know Lil Wayne was a giant hater of
- 1:03:12Speaker 5: Caleb Williams.
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: Why does he hate Caleb Williams Because apparently Lil Wayne's
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: a Green Bay Packers fan despite famously be a being
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: from Louisiana. Oh no, he's yeah, And apparently this goes
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: back to his dad took him to I think like
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: the ninety seven Super Bowl where Green Bay beat whoever
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: the Patriots maybe I forget who one, but apparently again
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: in you know, in the Saint Stadium whatever it was
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: called back then and and ever since then, he said,
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: I'm not gonna be a Saint. Yeah, it was probably
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: SUPERWN at that point, right the local team.
- 1:03:43Speaker 5: And Lil Wayne tweeted the following after Caleb Williams, who
- 1:03:46Speaker 5: is my cheers one? He said, we just lost? We
- 1:03:49Speaker 5: just lost l s as a playoff game to an
- 1:03:51Speaker 5: n word with purple nails.
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: That he could say that he has got to pass. Uh,
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: which I get the guys who paint their nows.
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: I get it.
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: You're you're you're you're quirky and interesting. I'm sure you.
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: Why are you a Caleb Williams fan? Let me ask
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: you that? Because the Bears aren't your team.
- 1:04:07Speaker 5: Because some of the throw and he wasn't the best
- 1:04:09Speaker 5: quarterback over the weekend, but he was the most clutch quarterback.
- 1:04:12Speaker 9: I'm not.
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: I'm not a fan fan. I'm just giving him cheers
- 1:04:14Speaker 5: because I did. I thought the whole thing, Flowers. Yes,
- 1:04:17Speaker 5: I don't know not that, but like you, I thought
- 1:04:20Speaker 5: the whole crying on his mom's lapping. It was obnoxious
- 1:04:24Speaker 5: and it was embarrassing for him. But the fact that
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: he is coming back and leading a team improbably to
- 1:04:31Speaker 5: these victories.
- 1:04:32Speaker 4: Yeah, he's a Look. I think he's a good player.
- 1:04:34Speaker 4: I'm not arguing. It's like I hated Tom Brady, but
- 1:04:37Speaker 4: it wasn't because you know he sucked. No, it doesn't suck.
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: He's great, but you hate him because he's so good.
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: I don't hate Caleb Williams because he's so good. I
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: think he is a good player. He's got a he's
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: got a weird energy, your vibe. I think he has
- 1:04:50Speaker 4: all of Lebron's a whole energy, right, he has that
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: same kind of He gives that same kind of energy
- 1:04:57Speaker 4: and vibe to me. And I do not like the
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: laying in his mom's lap and crying thing. I think
- 1:05:02Speaker 4: that was such a weird thing.
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: This was a couple of years ago.
- 1:05:04Speaker 4: I know, I understand, but then also to be that
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: guy who was crying in his mom's lap with your
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: painted fingernails, and now you have this like crazy like
- 1:05:12Speaker 4: uh swag uh. You know Lebron James ahole energy.
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: I haven't caught that as much. I will be on
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: the look out for it.
- 1:05:20Speaker 5: Though, if he starts reading books like three pages in
- 1:05:23Speaker 5: and claiming he's some kind of like a genius, I'll
- 1:05:25Speaker 5: definitely be on your page. But at least for now
- 1:05:27Speaker 5: he's he's on a playoff game, which is more than
- 1:05:29Speaker 5: a certain people can say, say more than Justin Herbert
- 1:05:31Speaker 5: and unfortunately oh for three. But he is unt Raylan
- 1:05:34Speaker 5: Woody's girlfriend medicine beer, so he's got that going for him.
- 1:05:37Speaker 5: Justin Herboise jeers to my local McDonald's and oh, I
- 1:05:42Speaker 5: don't hate McDonalds. I'm not one of these like automatic.
- 1:05:43Speaker 5: I think that's cool to hate McDonald's people. In fact,
- 1:05:46Speaker 5: you'll remember I cheers them for the Monopoly game and
- 1:05:48Speaker 5: I thought that was very cool.
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: Well Greg won so much.
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: Now I got somebody so much free food. Well Greg,
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: what did that do?
- 1:05:54Speaker 5: What? Exactly what they wanted it to do, got me
- 1:05:56Speaker 5: sucked into their app open like, oh, twenty nine cent
- 1:06:00Speaker 5: diet coke. I loved diet coke and McDonald's at the
- 1:06:02Speaker 5: best might be my favorite food ever. So I'll go
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: there like in the morning it's opening close to me. Well,
- 1:06:08Speaker 5: I've gone so much now that the drive through guy
- 1:06:12Speaker 5: knows it's me. Oh names on the app, so now
- 1:06:17Speaker 5: I don't even have to check him with my online code.
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: And he's like, I don't know Estonian or Russian or something.
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: Is Craig right? Yeah? Weird?
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: I know it's aba. I shouldn't drive one through.
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: That's funny.
- 1:06:29Speaker 5: I feel like a loser for being a regular at
- 1:06:31Speaker 5: my local McDonald's.
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: That sounds like old timing.
- 1:06:35Speaker 9: Very nice.
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: I know I'm hating him. I'm hating this guy for
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: the wrong reason.
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: Or geers again, I'm greeting you.
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: I expect that at chick fils and save your life.
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: At some point.
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: There was just a story right before the holiday about
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: this like older guy who would go into this diner
- 1:06:47Speaker 4: every day and he'd get the gumbo or whatever it
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: was in this place, and he just shows up at
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: the same time every day. Did that for decades, right,
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: and then he just stopped showing up. They're like, oh,
- 1:06:58Speaker 4: where's so and so. The one guy who worked in
- 1:07:01Speaker 4: the kitchen who makes the gumbo and whatever, decides to
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: go that he lives I guess pretty close and went
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: and knocked the guy was like on the floor, old dude,
- 1:07:09Speaker 4: you know, on the floor and needed assistance. And so
- 1:07:11Speaker 4: now like, uh, you know they mean this place. God,
- 1:07:14Speaker 4: I forget the name, because they deserve some shine. They
- 1:07:17Speaker 4: obviously have been getting getting some of it because it
- 1:07:20Speaker 4: made the news. And but anyway, the people at the restaurant,
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: some of the customers, whatever, they got together. They got
- 1:07:25Speaker 4: him a house that's right across the street from them,
- 1:07:28Speaker 4: and so they can keep an eye on him. They
- 1:07:29Speaker 4: expect to, you know, bring him over every day. He's
- 1:07:32Speaker 4: just kind of a part of the family.
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: Could the floor you're talking about the shrimp basket? The
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: shrimp basket. I knew I had a fun name, Pensla. Yes,
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: I knew it had a fun name. Well, I don't
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: think this guy knows where I live. It doesn't know
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: that I drive a badass.
- 1:07:43Speaker 4: No, but you're on the app and then he maybe
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: he can a call in the corporate and go, hey,
- 1:07:46Speaker 4: there's a guy named Subastian comes torough every day and
- 1:07:48Speaker 4: trace your order history.
- 1:07:49Speaker 6: To know the haven't seen him in a while.
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: They can tri and let your position using your phone.
- 1:07:55Speaker 5: I do Again, I'm not being there for a critical
- 1:07:57Speaker 5: because I do think it's cool. And like if I
- 1:07:58Speaker 5: had like a local bar or local steakhouse and they
- 1:08:00Speaker 5: knew my name, No yah, the local McDonald's.
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: Did you blow through that gift card I got you
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: for the holiday? I was definitely fifty bucks. Oh damn,
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: I only okay, I'll pump it up. I didn't realize what.
- 1:08:12Speaker 4: That offend at one point. Man, that was only like
- 1:08:14Speaker 4: two big mac value meals. Yeah, quote quote value meals
- 1:08:18Speaker 4: greg gory weekend cheers and jeers cheers to what I'm
- 1:08:21Speaker 4: calling spontaneous beers. Out and about with Mario and walking by.
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: We were on foot. I didn't have to worry about driving.
- 1:08:28Speaker 4: So I saw in the distance menace a bewery, right.
- 1:08:34Speaker 3: I said, let's grab a beer.
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: What's it called menace? Where they brew beers a brewery? Said,
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: went in and had an avocado honey ale.
- 1:08:45Speaker 3: It was so damn good, so I had to have
- 1:08:47Speaker 3: another one, and then just what they had the games on.
- 1:08:50Speaker 3: It was just such a good hang and I thought,
- 1:08:52Speaker 3: you know what, I need to do this more often,
- 1:08:54Speaker 3: see a brewery and just pop on in and have
- 1:08:56Speaker 3: a few beers. It ruled my jeers. Is is that
- 1:09:01Speaker 3: everybody in this room and everybody listening now has homework.
- 1:09:04Speaker 3: He thought school was over, but I'm giving you homework.
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: You have to watch Marcello Hernandez. He's the flavor of
- 1:09:10Speaker 3: the month from SNL. He did the Sebastian Manuscalco imitation.
- 1:09:15Speaker 3: He has this Netflix comedy special called American Boy. Your
- 1:09:18Speaker 3: homework is to watch it and report back to me
- 1:09:21Speaker 3: if you laughed. One is horrifically bad. There are no punchlines.
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: It is so bad to say his style or a
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: main conceit.
- 1:09:31Speaker 3: He is Sebastian Maniscalco, only Latino.
- 1:09:34Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: He relies on doing really loud and screaming, and he
- 1:09:39Speaker 2: had zero It was you a fan going into it.
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: I think he was funny. I didn't know him from Adam.
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: He doesn't okay job on SNL. Yeah, on SNL he
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: might be the funniest person on earth. This was not
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: only the unfunniest comedy special I've ever seen, It was
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: the unfunniest thing I've ever seen. Watched the whole thing
- 1:09:59Speaker 2: because I was way waiting and waiting and waiting and
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: waiting and thinking for say one funny thing. It was
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: so boring, so stupid, no punch line.
- 1:10:08Speaker 5: Because I did watch it, and I have a different opinion.
- 1:10:11Speaker 5: F minus weird, okay, what's lower than F minay, hold on,
- 1:10:15Speaker 5: I'm now wing for.
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: Then I'll give it. I'll probably give it a seven
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: out of ten.
- 1:10:21Speaker 3: Oh my god, Yeah, did you like?
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: Yeah? I did, Like I don't want to give too
- 1:10:26Speaker 2: much away, but he went into the whole thing about
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: about Full House and stuff like that. That was pretty fun.
- 1:10:32Speaker 5: I'm interested.
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, but again, you know, there was no whole backstory.
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: Is he more just kind of like a like is
- 1:10:38Speaker 2: it more like a one man show like a storyteller?
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: Is he talked? He talked a lot about his life,
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: the entire his childhood. He did do a thing about
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: Full House that had no payoff. Is just describing a
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: scene in Full House and how like, wow, my life
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: wasn't like that. DJ got busted smoking and her you know,
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: Bob Saggett just gave her a hug and said, don't
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: do that again. Is it all no punch?
- 1:11:00Speaker 5: Talk about getting his ass like predict the immigrant parents
- 1:11:04Speaker 5: are harder than American parents, for sure?
- 1:11:07Speaker 2: Is that what it was?
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: Yeah? And he relied only on that. I watched it
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: with Mario and we were told that, oh, because Mario,
- 1:11:15Speaker 3: you're gonna love it. He's like Mario was It was
- 1:11:17Speaker 3: pin drop quiet not one laugh. It was the way
- 1:11:21Speaker 3: to spend the very limited time I had. That's your homework,
- 1:11:25Speaker 3: you gotta do it.
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm gonna skip a Landman, I'm gonna skip all
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: this other stuff I've been meaning to watch, and I'm
- 1:11:30Speaker 4: gonna watch this.
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: But I feel like when people say here, oh my god,
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: tastes grow.
- 1:11:36Speaker 3: But I feel like we owe Sebastian Maniscalco and apology
- 1:11:40Speaker 3: because we found somebody way way.
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: Worse who has the gall to make fun of Sebastian. Totally,
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: we got more what he shown.
- 1:11:48Speaker 4: Next, we're gonna get the Menace verdictions. Although how would
- 1:11:52Speaker 4: you say that word minutes the actual word prediction? Oh,
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: I mean close, close enough. It's better than how he
- 1:11:59Speaker 4: used to say bird brewery. Yeah, he could not say that.
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: That was what I'm having a trouble lately saying rivalry rivalry,
- 1:12:08Speaker 2: rivalry rivalry. Yeah, okay, an issue?
- 1:12:13Speaker 4: All right, Well, Menaces Birdictions for twenty twenty six. What
- 1:12:17Speaker 4: are we in store for here in this new year?
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: Menace will tell us next Hang on.
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: The Woody Show. Great the Woody Show.
- 1:12:31Speaker 4: And before we can look forward, let's do a quick
- 1:12:33Speaker 4: look back. Yes at the no stra dumbass aka Menace
- 1:12:38Speaker 4: as he would say, birdiction prediction yep, that he had
- 1:12:41Speaker 4: for twenty card fire. Now Greg, Greg has the records
- 1:12:45Speaker 4: over there right that we keep and uh where are
- 1:12:49Speaker 4: we at it?
- 1:12:50Speaker 3: Well there from last year that he made. Yeah, and
- 1:12:53Speaker 3: I would say out of those ten, two kind of
- 1:12:57Speaker 3: came correct, okay, you know right, and the two that
- 1:13:01Speaker 3: I think are the most accurate where this will be
- 1:13:04Speaker 3: the year of F one racing quote, it'll be super big.
- 1:13:06Speaker 3: I think I think that would agree.
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: Did that deal Disney announce their partnership, right, and then
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: they had the F one movie and Menace certainly embraced
- 1:13:17Speaker 2: it exactly, you know, exactly so that one.
- 1:13:19Speaker 4: I would he went harder for F one last year
- 1:13:22Speaker 4: than he I mean, this is a relatively new thing for.
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: Menace, like the F one years.
- 1:13:26Speaker 17: Yeah.
- 1:13:26Speaker 4: Yeah, but he went super hard and he bought Lego sets,
- 1:13:29Speaker 4: he went to races, I went to four.
- 1:13:31Speaker 3: And then fast food trend of the year protein, I think.
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: The team, yes, even Starbucks prote Starbucks.
- 1:13:38Speaker 4: I saw my son asked for Chipotle after his hockey
- 1:13:42Speaker 4: game and we stopped at Chipotle and they now offer
- 1:13:45Speaker 4: protein like extra protein bowls or what. Yeah, so basically
- 1:13:50Speaker 4: you get your your whatever and then on the side
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: and like the cup they would you play like a
- 1:13:54Speaker 4: guacamole or whatever.
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: They just filled it with more chicken or more dot whatever.
- 1:13:58Speaker 8: But in the commercials they say the X your pone
- 1:14:00Speaker 8: people is ninety grams of proteins.
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: Wow, that's a little unice sary, all right, So a
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: lot of.
- 1:14:05Speaker 3: Them, miss mark though, like government announcing the dollar is
- 1:14:08Speaker 3: going to be going all crypto.
- 1:14:11Speaker 2: Yeah, that was that was That was a long shot.
- 1:14:14Speaker 3: The Las Vegas is going to announce an NBA team,
- 1:14:16Speaker 3: Nashville will announce a baseball team. Elon Musk will announce
- 1:14:20Speaker 3: that we've gotten contact from Aliens.
- 1:14:23Speaker 4: So stuff like that. Yeah, not really hit. Well that
- 1:14:26Speaker 4: was last year. Yeah, let's now look forward, Yeah into
- 1:14:29Speaker 4: twenty twenty six. No stra, dumbass, what are your predictions
- 1:14:32Speaker 4: for twenty twenty six?
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: Well, I have ten predictions once again, and we'll start
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: with number one. Gas will have a national average of
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: two dollars or less, under two dollars even two dollars
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: or less.
- 1:14:46Speaker 4: I did average this morning that in the past week
- 1:14:50Speaker 4: on average, according to the Lumberg Survey, which I guess
- 1:14:53Speaker 4: is like this official that's the gas people a lumberg
- 1:14:57Speaker 4: if Nielsen are the ratings people, right, the gas.
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: Yeah, they're the gas people.
- 1:15:02Speaker 3: Parties.
- 1:15:03Speaker 4: It's down week over week forty five cents per game.
- 1:15:08Speaker 14: Girl.
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: Okay, it's a huge moves around.
- 1:15:11Speaker 5: To eighty right now? Is that be a giant drop?
- 1:15:14Speaker 5: Are you saying we're gonna just like basically make Venezuela
- 1:15:17Speaker 5: the fifty first state?
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: Pretty much.
- 1:15:19Speaker 4: Okay, so you think adder below or you know, to
- 1:15:23Speaker 4: two dollars, yes, okay, that's huge, all right, true.
- 1:15:26Speaker 2: Next you'll start hearing now it's kind of the you know,
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: the dollar becoming crypto. But I just didn't really know
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: about this, and this is what you're gonna start hearing
- 1:15:34Speaker 2: a lot about. It's called stable coin. So it's just
- 1:15:38Speaker 2: a dollar for dollar crypto currency basically. So it's not
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: like you buy crypto and the price goes up, it
- 1:15:45Speaker 2: goes down. It's just like the digital dollars. Yeah, it's
- 1:15:48Speaker 2: a digital dollar already have that cards? Well, what happens is,
- 1:15:54Speaker 2: well it has to do with credit cards. Stable coin
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: will pretty much you'll see like merchants online will say
- 1:16:01Speaker 2: that they will accept stable coin because they get less
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: fees from credit cards, but to process like payments and
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: stuff like that. I just saw something.
- 1:16:11Speaker 5: There's two big quote unquote brands or coins, tethers one
- 1:16:15Speaker 5: and US coin, which is a basically the US the
- 1:16:19Speaker 5: idea being theoretically that like, especially if you were in
- 1:16:23Speaker 5: an unstable region or you couldn't trust your local bank,
- 1:16:26Speaker 5: maybe you are in a hyper inflation area like of Venezuela,
- 1:16:28Speaker 5: you would use these because you can't trust your bank,
- 1:16:32Speaker 5: you can't trust your card, and you want to do
- 1:16:35Speaker 5: international things or sending people money.
- 1:16:36Speaker 2: Yea, so it's gonna help like merchants around the world.
- 1:16:39Speaker 5: And that being said, these could still be tied. You
- 1:16:42Speaker 5: might be using a big company like a coin base,
- 1:16:44Speaker 5: and they could still like if a government came to them,
- 1:16:46Speaker 5: they could still freeze your assets.
- 1:16:47Speaker 2: Like if anybody needs any more explanation, Greg and I
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: go to start hearing about a thing called stable coin.
- 1:16:55Speaker 3: So your prediction is it's just going to be more common. Yeah,
- 1:16:58Speaker 3: you're gonna it's just gonna start showing up something.
- 1:17:00Speaker 4: I already use these ye menaces predictions for twenty twenty six.
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: Number three, the US will become allies with Cuba, so
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: we won't do a hostile takeover, but we will become
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: allies with Cuba because well because their number one ally
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: was Venezuela. So you know, it's either Cuba, you know,
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: runs with Russia, which I don't think is gonna be
- 1:17:25Speaker 2: a great idea with them, or they're just like, you
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: know what, we'll be friends with the US. So that's
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: my prediction. Geopolitical stuff.
- 1:17:31Speaker 6: So then cruise ships and everyone will be able to
- 1:17:33Speaker 6: go visit again.
- 1:17:34Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, number four predictions. Now, prediction markets will become mainstream. Now.
- 1:17:42Speaker 2: I wanted to announce this last week because you already
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: saw it on the Golden Globes. They started mentioning polymarket
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: and things like this. The prediction markets are going to
- 1:17:53Speaker 2: become the new supports betting things. So it's like you
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: can bet markets. Yeah, so you can bet on pretty
- 1:18:00Speaker 2: much anything. Gonna win the Golden Globes, Yeah, win the Bachelor. Yeah,
- 1:18:04Speaker 2: you're just gonna see. People are gonna go nuts. It's
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: gonna become like their new social media, their new addiction.
- 1:18:09Speaker 2: I've started to be interested in stuffing like this. Yeah,
- 1:18:11Speaker 2: you can predict like who's gonna win your local election
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: and things like that. It's, uh, you can pretty much
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: bet on anything, and there's a couple of workers. Polly Market.
- 1:18:24Speaker 2: Calshi is another big one. People are gonna embrace them.
- 1:18:27Speaker 2: And then they just mentioned them like NonStop on the
- 1:18:30Speaker 2: Gold Globes last night and they're legal. Yes, so they're like,
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: well we looked at Polymarket and they feel blah blah blah.
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: So again it's just people getting together giving their opinion
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: on who's gonna win, and it's just like pretty.
- 1:18:44Speaker 6: Much anything life.
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: Yeah, pretty much. Yeah, So prediction markets huge going mainstream
- 1:18:49Speaker 2: this year. Prediction number five Now, the missing Malaysian Airlines
- 1:18:55Speaker 2: Flight three seventy will be found this year. That's a
- 1:18:59Speaker 2: big one.
- 1:18:59Speaker 6: Yeah, it's huge.
- 1:19:00Speaker 2: I think, I hope so they will find it this year.
- 1:19:03Speaker 2: I think that they pretty much already know where it is.
- 1:19:05Speaker 2: They're just gonna go get it. Number six Major brands
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: will release protein sodas. Now, there's already like some protein
- 1:19:15Speaker 2: sodas out there, but the big ones. Now, I know
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: they did release col Cola, did release one overseas in Japan.
- 1:19:21Speaker 2: But you're gonna see like all the major brands releasing
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: protein sodas and that's coming at you. Number seven, you're
- 1:19:29Speaker 2: gonna hear more and more about beta blockers, beta blockers.
- 1:19:34Speaker 2: A lot of people entertainment were shouting out beta blockers,
- 1:19:37Speaker 2: but now you're gonna find like everyday people shouting out
- 1:19:40Speaker 2: beta blockers. Now, beta blockers are pretty much just to
- 1:19:43Speaker 2: calm people down.
- 1:19:44Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:19:45Speaker 6: The only time I ever really heard people like go
- 1:19:47Speaker 6: hard for beta blockers is if they're trying to pass
- 1:19:49Speaker 6: a polygraph us.
- 1:19:50Speaker 4: Okay, so I've taken them for flights. Oh you at okay, Wow,
- 1:19:54Speaker 4: I'm number than I thought. Yeah, I've heard the term
- 1:19:56Speaker 4: beta blockers. Couldn't tell you what the hell they are?
- 1:19:59Speaker 6: Do you think they were like blue blockers?
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: I have no idea what.
- 1:20:03Speaker 4: So I've heard the term beta blockers, but for a
- 1:20:05Speaker 4: billion dollars, I couldn't have told you at all what
- 1:20:08Speaker 4: that would be.
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: So what it is? Just a chill pill beta? What's
- 1:20:12Speaker 2: a beta? Okay, I'll give you. I didn't know, but
- 1:20:15Speaker 2: I can look it up real fast.
- 1:20:16Speaker 5: So you have beta receptors in your heart and blood vessels,
- 1:20:19Speaker 5: and these things block things like adrenaline from doing from
- 1:20:24Speaker 5: from body to those receptors, therefore lowering your blood.
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: So what's what's an example of a beta blocker? Is
- 1:20:31Speaker 2: it all by prescription or there.
- 1:20:35Speaker 3: Yeah, you don't just walk into a gas station and
- 1:20:36Speaker 3: buy them. Your doctor would prescribe them to you.
- 1:20:38Speaker 2: But they are different from there.
- 1:20:41Speaker 4: Like a name brand that I would recognize is that, I.
- 1:20:45Speaker 6: Mean labor Tall all. Now, they're not normal.
- 1:20:49Speaker 2: It's the entertainment world, and like people, entertainment are the
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: ones that have been shy in them out for the
- 1:20:54Speaker 2: past couple of years.
- 1:20:55Speaker 5: And that I think there's a lot of these online
- 1:20:57Speaker 5: places where you don't have to go see doctor anymore.
- 1:20:59Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, well, I mean it's the same thing with
- 1:21:02Speaker 4: the g LP, same thing with the boner pills.
- 1:21:06Speaker 2: You don't have to go to a doctor, go online,
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: call the number off the black market, all right, number
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: says the woman who would buy this stuff behind a
- 1:21:14Speaker 2: dumpster was absolutely.
- 1:21:18Speaker 19: Before she's behind a dumpster, that just before she got
- 1:21:20Speaker 19: locked in with narrative.
- 1:21:22Speaker 6: I was a sign.
- 1:21:24Speaker 4: Then that became the legit one behind the dump No,
- 1:21:27Speaker 4: she would drive an hour and a half girl meet
- 1:21:32Speaker 4: to meet.
- 1:21:33Speaker 2: A dude or meet some dude.
- 1:21:34Speaker 6: Yeah, Alley, Yeah, and you handle the bag of syringes
- 1:21:38Speaker 6: in the brown paper bag and.
- 1:21:40Speaker 2: The compounded stuff being said, you can lower your heart
- 1:21:43Speaker 2: rate and your blood pressure too not too much to
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: the point you die. So number eight, where are you
- 1:21:47Speaker 2: going to the Oh? I got to take an hour
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: and a half drive each.
- 1:21:50Speaker 4: Way to go picture something that when people who do
- 1:21:53Speaker 4: legitimately can go right to their corner drug store and
- 1:21:55Speaker 4: get through.
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: Okay, exactly, you're right, not shading, No, you're right. Number eight.
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: The top hell trend will be sleep for twenty twenty six.
- 1:22:02Speaker 20: Ye.
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: Yeah, they're gonna hammer it down on you the most
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: this year about you need to get more than seven
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: hours of sleep. You'll you'll just see that. I'm sorry
- 1:22:12Speaker 2: to see it are a trend that more and more
- 1:22:15Speaker 2: are saying, like, you're just cutting years off your life
- 1:22:16Speaker 2: if you're getting less sleep than that inny twenty four
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: hour period. It's a very important footnote.
- 1:22:22Speaker 4: When you get Aura, you get any of the sleep
- 1:22:23Speaker 4: tracker apps or whatever, it's about the type of sleep,
- 1:22:27Speaker 4: the amount of that sleep. So rem sleep, light sleep,
- 1:22:30Speaker 4: deep sleep that you get in a twenty four hour
- 1:22:32Speaker 4: period doesn't have to be a seven and a half
- 1:22:35Speaker 4: eight hour stretch in one in one sleep, right If
- 1:22:40Speaker 4: you break that up into four hours here and then
- 1:22:42Speaker 4: another three hours over here, fine, you do it. Three Fine,
- 1:22:45Speaker 4: but as long as you're getting that amount of rem sleep,
- 1:22:49Speaker 4: light sleep, deep sleep. Aura is great and I've seen
- 1:22:52Speaker 4: them now at Costco. They really could I've had I
- 1:22:57Speaker 4: bought this Aura ring for that purpose. I really had
- 1:22:59Speaker 4: to get my sleep fun track. I've read a ton
- 1:23:01Speaker 4: about sleep just because of the schedule over the years,
- 1:23:03Speaker 4: and i really wanted to get a handle on it.
- 1:23:04Speaker 4: And I've got a handle on it now and I've
- 1:23:06Speaker 4: been a billion times better I've been wanting forever and
- 1:23:09Speaker 4: I've really.
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: Dialed it in. It's been thanks to this or.
- 1:23:11Speaker 4: You can really track I mean everything down to the
- 1:23:14Speaker 4: minute of these different levels of sleep that you're getting.
- 1:23:16Speaker 4: You can get the OR ring again it like Costco
- 1:23:18Speaker 4: and all these different places I've seen it, best Buy.
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: They even have like the sizers there so you can
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: see exactly what size you need.
- 1:23:23Speaker 4: They mix it even quicker to actually get it in
- 1:23:26Speaker 4: hand and have it and start using it. But and
- 1:23:28Speaker 4: you don't have to charge it every day like you
- 1:23:30Speaker 4: do an Apple Watch. It'll last for like three days
- 1:23:33Speaker 4: at a time.
- 1:23:33Speaker 6: But if you go a couple of days and it
- 1:23:34Speaker 6: says you have bad sleep, doesn't put you in a
- 1:23:36Speaker 6: bad mood.
- 1:23:37Speaker 3: Huh.
- 1:23:37Speaker 6: If it just keeps showing you you keep getting bad sleep.
- 1:23:40Speaker 6: Does it like mess with your hand?
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: Yeah, because it gets you thinking like, okay, well what's
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: been going on?
- 1:23:45Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:23:45Speaker 4: It gives you other things to think about, our tips
- 1:23:47Speaker 4: or things you can do to improve that. I found
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: it very helpful. Okay, all right, but Menasi's right. I've
- 1:23:51Speaker 4: seen more and more about that stuff. That's that's gonna
- 1:23:54Speaker 4: be the health trend of twenty twenty six. Number nine,
- 1:23:57Speaker 4: there will be a major mishap in space because everyone
- 1:24:02Speaker 4: wants to beat SpaceX. You know, it's gonna make Elon
- 1:24:05Speaker 4: the first trillionaire in the world, and so everybody's gonna
- 1:24:08Speaker 4: rush to like get up in space, and something bad
- 1:24:11Speaker 4: is going to happen in twenty twenty six and number ten,
- 1:24:15Speaker 4: Rachel Senate, Well your prediction, Senate. I looked up how
- 1:24:22Speaker 4: to say her name correctly, but Rachel Senate, she yeah,
- 1:24:27Speaker 4: she is from the I Love LA Show.
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: She will be the twenty twenty six movie and TV
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: IT girl for comedy in.
- 1:24:34Speaker 13: Twenty twenty Did you watch the I Love l A Show?
- 1:24:36Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 1:24:36Speaker 6: I watch Did you like?
- 1:24:38Speaker 8: Yeah, there's side if I liked it or not, But
- 1:24:40Speaker 8: I think watched it all.
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: I think she's gonna be the one that's gonna be
- 1:24:43Speaker 2: like making all the comedy movies and TV.
- 1:24:46Speaker 6: Yeah she acts, oh not what's her name, the a
- 1:24:51Speaker 6: Zion or whatever Panda.
- 1:24:52Speaker 2: She's gonna be like the cool, cool girl, but the
- 1:24:55Speaker 2: person like producing the new Tina fe the new like
- 1:24:59Speaker 2: you know, Seth making funny TV shows and stuff like that.
- 1:25:02Speaker 2: She will be the some Rachel Rachel senate not so not.
- 1:25:08Speaker 13: I believe it.
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:25:10Speaker 3: I E N N O T t oh.
- 1:25:12Speaker 2: So it's got to.
- 1:25:12Speaker 13: Be Rachel Odza, that girl with the cool hair.
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: Yeah, she's the pool girl.
- 1:25:19Speaker 4: All right, Well, there are your no stra dumbass birdictions
- 1:25:23Speaker 4: for twenty twenty six.
- 1:25:24Speaker 2: I just told you the future guys.
- 1:25:27Speaker 3: Greg made all the notes absolutely on menace. Yeah.
- 1:25:30Speaker 4: Well, if you got to right last year, what's your
- 1:25:32Speaker 4: what's your success rate on your predictions? I'm going to
- 1:25:35Speaker 4: say what percentage And I'm saying, like of last year,
- 1:25:37Speaker 4: what was your percentage last year?
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: Oh?
- 1:25:39Speaker 17: That was.
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: Nice? All right, doza line right, I'm going thirty for
- 1:25:45Speaker 2: this year. I'm gonna go seventy percent seventy twenty six predictions.
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: It's what's up with? What's going in SoC spores Jeff
- 1:25:59Speaker 2: g go see Hi, good morning, Jeff gen what up been?
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: Good morning?
- 1:26:03Speaker 14: When he showed let's go ahead and start. Of course,
- 1:26:05Speaker 14: with the NFL playoffs, Rams had to come all the
- 1:26:07Speaker 14: way back to beat the Panthers on Saturday.
- 1:26:10Speaker 2: Stafford going towards the end zone Parkinson, what up? Techs
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: touchdown for my money?
- 1:26:17Speaker 14: Matthew Stafford locked up that MVP on Saturday. I'll tell
- 1:26:20Speaker 14: you who the Rams are gonna be playing next in
- 1:26:21Speaker 14: just about a minute or so. Let's move on to
- 1:26:24Speaker 14: my sorry ass Chargers. They did what they always do,
- 1:26:27Speaker 14: losing the playoffs. They only scored three points in last
- 1:26:30Speaker 14: night's playoff loss. Listen, Chargers, you need to fire your
- 1:26:34Speaker 14: offensive coordinator and you better pray that your defensive coordinator
- 1:26:37Speaker 14: stays now. I would say I feel bad for Justin
- 1:26:39Speaker 14: Herbert for getting knocked down so many times last night,
- 1:26:42Speaker 14: but he gets to go home to Madison Beer, so
- 1:26:44Speaker 14: he's winning no matter what.
- 1:26:46Speaker 2: Other playoff winners.
- 1:26:47Speaker 14: The Bills beat Jacksonville forty nine percent, the Super Bowl
- 1:26:50Speaker 14: champion Eagles home, and the Bears beat the Packers. You
- 1:26:53Speaker 14: have the final game of the wildcard weekend tonight. The
- 1:26:56Speaker 14: Steelers hosting the Houston Texas. Listen rooting for the Steelers. Man,
- 1:27:01Speaker 14: I think there is a way that they can win.
- 1:27:03Speaker 14: It's gonna be tough, man, but hopefully Aaron Rodgers can
- 1:27:05Speaker 14: pull off one last miracle.
- 1:27:07Speaker 2: So here's what next weekend looks like.
- 1:27:09Speaker 14: On Saturday, you're gonna have Buffalo at Denver and the
- 1:27:12Speaker 14: Niners at Seattle, and then the Rams will be in Chicago,
- 1:27:16Speaker 14: and then tonight's winner will face the Patriots, and last
- 1:27:19Speaker 14: but not least.
- 1:27:20Speaker 2: This morning, what do you show?
- 1:27:21Speaker 14: Lakers are taking on the Kings tonight and hilarious story
- 1:27:24Speaker 14: broke over the weekend. Last time that the Kings and
- 1:27:26Speaker 14: Lakers played, Dennis Shooter and Luca got into it on
- 1:27:30Speaker 14: the court. Luca made a comment that Dennis didn't like.
- 1:27:33Speaker 14: So after the game, Dennis chased down Luca in the
- 1:27:37Speaker 14: hallways at Crypto dot Com arena and apparently when he
- 1:27:40Speaker 14: confronted Luca, Dennis Schroeders slapped him in the face.
- 1:27:43Speaker 2: By the way, what dude slaps another dude? Is this
- 1:27:46Speaker 2: housewife's of Beverly Hills.
- 1:27:47Speaker 14: Anyways, the fight got broken up. Now Dennis Shooter is
- 1:27:50Speaker 14: suspended for three games, so you won't see him.
- 1:27:53Speaker 2: Tonight, Luca. Keep talking at talk Man.
- 1:27:55Speaker 14: I'm Jeff g and that's your SoCal sports Jeff gut It.
- 1:28:04Speaker 2: Show.
- 1:28:05Speaker 4: So in MENACE's Predictions, he was talking about, uh, you know,
- 1:28:09Speaker 4: was it the it was the dollar for dollar? What's
- 1:28:13Speaker 4: that called stable coin? And I said, well, don't we
- 1:28:16Speaker 4: already have that? Credit cards?
- 1:28:18Speaker 2: Things? Credit cards versus cash. It reminded me I saw
- 1:28:22Speaker 2: a thing. What the comedian is? Do you pronounce his name?
- 1:28:26Speaker 2: Sam Morrill or morell m O R R I L L. Yeah.
- 1:28:30Speaker 6: It looks like it could go either way, but I've
- 1:28:31Speaker 6: heard it.
- 1:28:32Speaker 4: Anyway, This video popped up and I was watching it.
- 1:28:35Speaker 4: Was doing a podcast with a couple other comedians. They
- 1:28:37Speaker 4: were talking about hanging out with the late Mitch Hedberg
- 1:28:42Speaker 4: and how you know, he was a guy and he
- 1:28:45Speaker 4: was making a lot of money at this particular time,
- 1:28:48Speaker 4: and he had cash on him all the time, and
- 1:28:50Speaker 4: he just didn't do credit cards. He didn't have a
- 1:28:52Speaker 4: credit card. Mitch Hedburg did not have a credit card.
- 1:28:55Speaker 4: And they're telling the story about how they went to
- 1:28:56Speaker 4: check into this hotel and they go like, well, I'm
- 1:28:58Speaker 4: gonna need a credit card for whatever, and he goes oh, okay,
- 1:29:01Speaker 4: because well I don't have a credit card. But he
- 1:29:02Speaker 4: took out just a ton of cash, handed him like
- 1:29:05Speaker 4: ten times whatever the room was worth that night, and goes,
- 1:29:08Speaker 4: this should deposit. Yeah, this should more than cover. He goes, no, sorry,
- 1:29:11Speaker 4: so we still need a we still need a credit card.
- 1:29:14Speaker 4: He's no, I don't think you understand the purpose of
- 1:29:17Speaker 4: the credit card, Like this cash serves the purpose.
- 1:29:20Speaker 6: Same, yeah, of the credit more than you need.
- 1:29:22Speaker 4: Pretty pretty funny story and kind of reminded me of
- 1:29:25Speaker 4: how you know I'm going to, you know, buy this
- 1:29:27Speaker 4: one item at a store and they're insisting on getting
- 1:29:29Speaker 4: my phone number or my address.
- 1:29:31Speaker 5: Just to check out on a simple on a simple item. Oh,
- 1:29:34Speaker 5: I can't get in my new house now without a
- 1:29:37Speaker 5: cell phone.
- 1:29:38Speaker 2: Elevator elevator.
- 1:29:40Speaker 5: Well I have a pin code of my key, but
- 1:29:42Speaker 5: I can't get into the elevator to my floor without
- 1:29:44Speaker 5: a cell phone.
- 1:29:45Speaker 4: So it just reminded me that, and uh, Mitch Hedberg
- 1:29:47Speaker 4: was telling the guy at the desk, He's like, no, no, dude,
- 1:29:49Speaker 4: Like you would take a deposit on the credit card
- 1:29:52Speaker 4: of however, there'd be.
- 1:29:53Speaker 3: A hold of one hundred and fifty bucks.
- 1:29:54Speaker 2: Whatever it would be so just in case, so this cash,
- 1:29:58Speaker 2: which I'm getting too grand represents serves the purpose? No, sorry,
- 1:30:02Speaker 2: I need a credit cards? No, no, dude.
- 1:30:04Speaker 4: It'd be like if you hired a Frank Sinatra impersonator.
- 1:30:09Speaker 2: And then the real Frank Sinatra came in you said, no, no, no.
- 1:30:13Speaker 6: That's not what I order.
- 1:30:14Speaker 2: Yeah, but pretty fun.
- 1:30:16Speaker 4: It's like, many, why is everything going to be so difficult?
- 1:30:19Speaker 2: Like you want? If it's about a depositor, it's about like,
- 1:30:22Speaker 2: you know.
- 1:30:23Speaker 6: Right, just does it take to follow the flow chart?
- 1:30:26Speaker 3: Right?
- 1:30:26Speaker 2: And I know it's not up to the person the
- 1:30:28Speaker 2: front desk. They don't make the policy, they don't make
- 1:30:30Speaker 2: the rule. There's no need to put pen and paper
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: to this.
- 1:30:33Speaker 4: Yeah, but it was like I guess he Mitch Heedburg
- 1:30:36Speaker 4: just kind of stayed real calm and was just trying
- 1:30:37Speaker 4: to really explain how money works. Yeah, reason with the
- 1:30:40Speaker 4: guy about well, no, this is this is the what
- 1:30:43Speaker 4: this serves the purpose of it. This is what that
- 1:30:46Speaker 4: credit cards all about? Is the cash? See do they.
- 1:30:49Speaker 12: Notice even where to put that?
- 1:30:50Speaker 9: Though?
- 1:30:50Speaker 7: If I went to a hotel, where are they put
- 1:30:52Speaker 7: in cash and don't have like a cash at this time?
- 1:30:55Speaker 4: I mean, how long did Mitch Hedburg die, oh five, okay,
- 1:30:58Speaker 4: so at that point, yes, I mean you know.
- 1:31:00Speaker 2: Okay, cash was still everywhere. You can still go to
- 1:31:03Speaker 2: sporting events and use cash. Of course, morals pronounced morell
- 1:31:08Speaker 2: more ill, like so like you know Greg used to
- 1:31:11Speaker 2: look skinny, but now he's gotten even skinnier, and now
- 1:31:14Speaker 2: he looks even more ill. Yes, more ill that works
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: eight seven.
- 1:31:19Speaker 21: Four three to one, And I welcome back and into
- 1:31:31Speaker 21: another new hour insensitivity training for a politically correct world.
- 1:31:36Speaker 2: On whatdy that's great gory we got menace hie. Everybody
- 1:31:39Speaker 2: is here. There's a seat agent Sebastian. That's how you
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: should return to him.
- 1:31:45Speaker 3: Yes, this prop segment.
- 1:31:47Speaker 2: People say you're not an agent. Oh like so like
- 1:31:50Speaker 2: you're real estate agent. Isn't an agent?
- 1:31:52Speaker 6: You're an agent of change?
- 1:31:54Speaker 2: Its law enforcement. Yeah, never said Sammy's here.
- 1:31:57Speaker 4: We've got Morgan phones are open eight seven seven forty four.
- 1:31:59Speaker 4: He text us over to two two nine eighty seven
- 1:32:02Speaker 4: with whatever you got, But yes, it is time for
- 1:32:04Speaker 4: another round of wood.
- 1:32:05Speaker 18: You show car card narks what you're gonna do, What
- 1:32:08Speaker 18: you're gonna do when they knocked on you? Carnarks, cardnarks,
- 1:32:12Speaker 18: what you're gonna do what you're gonna do when.
- 1:32:15Speaker 2: They knock on you.
- 1:32:17Speaker 18: Narks is filmed alongside the men and women of Cardnarks.
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: Listener discretion is advised. So just trying to get people
- 1:32:23Speaker 2: to do the right thing, the moral thing, and return
- 1:32:25Speaker 2: those cards to the card corral or back to the
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: front of the store if you don't want to make
- 1:32:29Speaker 2: that whole right.
- 1:32:30Speaker 9: There the car.
- 1:32:30Speaker 2: They're all over the place.
- 1:32:31Speaker 4: Yeah, but people, man, they'd rather sit and argue for
- 1:32:34Speaker 4: fifteen minutes it's not reality, or chase Agent Subassion through
- 1:32:38Speaker 4: the parking lot crimes.
- 1:32:40Speaker 2: Yeah, they'd rather do that.
- 1:32:42Speaker 4: But Agent Submassion of the card Narks, what did you
- 1:32:44Speaker 4: run into this time around?
- 1:32:45Speaker 5: So this lady sheeted a classic move where the cart
- 1:32:48Speaker 5: returns a few spots down. But you know what's right
- 1:32:50Speaker 5: next to her, a little little wedge between her and
- 1:32:53Speaker 5: her next car, which, by the way, often means that
- 1:32:56Speaker 5: person can't open their passenger door or vice versa.
- 1:32:59Speaker 2: Y end up being part.
- 1:33:00Speaker 5: So I walk up and approach her and point this out, say, hey,
- 1:33:03Speaker 5: you know this is this is making it harder to
- 1:33:04Speaker 5: pull in, makes it her people open their doors. You
- 1:33:06Speaker 5: can go put it at the cart corral. They have
- 1:33:08Speaker 5: a designated area just for this sort of thing.
- 1:33:10Speaker 3: It's like four miles away.
- 1:33:11Speaker 2: Oh, Greg, it was actually just four spots.
- 1:33:13Speaker 6: Really.
- 1:33:13Speaker 5: Who Now we can go ahead and skip the beginning conversation.
- 1:33:16Speaker 5: We've all heard that a thousand times. This lady she
- 1:33:19Speaker 5: gets out of her car, opens her trunk, and begins
- 1:33:22Speaker 5: to tell me what she is going to do, not
- 1:33:25Speaker 5: only with her car, but with things that might be
- 1:33:27Speaker 5: in her car.
- 1:33:29Speaker 17: That's so I'm standing with the side, so you can't.
- 1:33:32Speaker 6: I'm gonna tell you.
- 1:33:32Speaker 17: What is it flowers for me to say, you're sorry
- 1:33:36Speaker 17: for being so rude to me.
- 1:33:38Speaker 9: I'm going to listen.
- 1:33:39Speaker 17: To your and accept your apology, young lady.
- 1:33:42Speaker 9: Not no way that your apology.
- 1:33:43Speaker 5: Actually, so she starts with, I'm gonna hit you with
- 1:33:45Speaker 5: my car, which, by the way, is aggravated assault. That's
- 1:33:49Speaker 5: the assault part of assault and battery, because she's aggravated
- 1:33:51Speaker 5: because she's threatening to do it with the deadly So
- 1:33:53Speaker 5: she's committed a low level felony if she hits you
- 1:33:56Speaker 5: with a car. No, that's oh, just to threat, and
- 1:34:00Speaker 5: she is aggravated, right, So she's already committed a felony.
- 1:34:04Speaker 5: Say she's gonna hit me with her car. She could
- 1:34:05Speaker 5: have left by the I never blocked a.
- 1:34:07Speaker 4: Car in I don't agree with Like that's dumb, like
- 1:34:10Speaker 4: just saying gonna I'm gonna yeah, I'm learn that I'm
- 1:34:14Speaker 4: gonna run your ass over.
- 1:34:17Speaker 2: To at least try it.
- 1:34:20Speaker 9: That then then you.
- 1:34:20Speaker 5: Could just walk up to people and say I'm gonna
- 1:34:22Speaker 5: shoot you, I'm gonna stab you.
- 1:34:23Speaker 4: That's that's those are literally fighting because we see that
- 1:34:26Speaker 4: all the time on the text.
- 1:34:27Speaker 17: Yeah.
- 1:34:27Speaker 2: Right, we all have social media. We've seen like I'm
- 1:34:33Speaker 2: gonna kill this guy.
- 1:34:35Speaker 5: Is it just an expression or well, it has to
- 1:34:37Speaker 5: do with intent and ability. So if I tell Greg
- 1:34:39Speaker 5: right now, had Greg, I'm gonna shoot you in the face,
- 1:34:41Speaker 5: obviously I'm not intending to shoot him in the face.
- 1:34:43Speaker 2: I mean, she sounds like a rag.
- 1:34:46Speaker 9: Car.
- 1:34:47Speaker 5: And you're telling me in that moment that you're about
- 1:34:49Speaker 5: to do this, that that is intended to put me
- 1:34:51Speaker 5: in fear of my life.
- 1:34:52Speaker 2: That is what she's trying to do. Okay, So she
- 1:34:54Speaker 2: said she's and she's in her trunk root and round
- 1:34:56Speaker 2: for something. She doesn't find anything.
- 1:34:57Speaker 3: Uh.
- 1:34:58Speaker 5: Then she claims in this next little bit here that
- 1:35:00Speaker 5: what I'm doing by asking her to put her card
- 1:35:02Speaker 5: back and applying a magnet to indicate to her that
- 1:35:05Speaker 5: she told do that is somehow unsafe.
- 1:35:09Speaker 9: Well, why would this be unsafe?
- 1:35:10Speaker 12: You keep touching up?
- 1:35:12Speaker 9: I wouldn't have to do that. If you take your
- 1:35:13Speaker 9: card back, I don't give up.
- 1:35:14Speaker 13: You don't want to hear you up?
- 1:35:16Speaker 9: What does that matter?
- 1:35:17Speaker 17: I'm gonna hite you with my car, you know that's
- 1:35:20Speaker 17: what First off?
- 1:35:21Speaker 9: That's the hicular good manslaughter. It's a great way to
- 1:35:24Speaker 9: go to jail. Do you want to do you don't
- 1:35:25Speaker 9: want to do? For what? That's not a jailable offense, ma'am.
- 1:35:30Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:35:31Speaker 6: They just start throwing stuff out, going back and forth.
- 1:35:34Speaker 5: Right, yeah, yeah, Well if you touch my car with
- 1:35:36Speaker 5: a magnet, I get to kill you.
- 1:35:37Speaker 2: Right, it seems fair.
- 1:35:38Speaker 3: If you did work there, it's a different story, right, right.
- 1:35:40Speaker 2: You need to work for here, you're allowed to.
- 1:35:42Speaker 5: So you heard there, she's little I don't get here,
- 1:35:44Speaker 5: I don't give an f and so on and so forth,
- 1:35:46Speaker 5: and uh, that's our next little clip here where I
- 1:35:48Speaker 5: kind of I kind of say, you know, well, you
- 1:35:50Speaker 5: seem actually to give quite a bit of care about this.
- 1:35:53Speaker 2: Give you away from my car, so you do care?
- 1:35:55Speaker 17: What I do because every time I come close to here,
- 1:35:57Speaker 17: you yell at me and say provanity for some reason.
- 1:36:00Speaker 9: Man, how cat you use polite language?
- 1:36:01Speaker 16: You?
- 1:36:05Speaker 2: For example, this is work.
- 1:36:07Speaker 5: That's what I got noticed is is that stupid people
- 1:36:11Speaker 5: really do cost more. That's that's just the fact of life.
- 1:36:13Speaker 5: Sorry if you if you don't like that. But uh so,
- 1:36:15Speaker 5: she kind of she's spent stuck on this this like
- 1:36:17Speaker 5: one or two little things. And I try to bring
- 1:36:19Speaker 5: that to her attention, maybe to kind of snap her
- 1:36:21Speaker 5: mind out of this, like repeated f you.
- 1:36:23Speaker 2: I don't give an f sort of thing.
- 1:36:25Speaker 9: Why don't you like putting your cards back? Man? You
- 1:36:28Speaker 9: only have like two or three things you say.
- 1:36:29Speaker 17: You're a a you like a seek and say or
- 1:36:31Speaker 17: a speaking pole or whatever that is speaking.
- 1:36:34Speaker 6: You're so close yes, speaking speaking speak spell?
- 1:36:40Speaker 2: I say, I say half a second.
- 1:36:41Speaker 6: I don't give that few Yeah.
- 1:36:45Speaker 5: She's we go back and forth like this for a
- 1:36:47Speaker 5: few minutes. Again, she's committing felonies. And how's some point
- 1:36:50Speaker 5: an employee is walking into this story. They're in their uniform,
- 1:36:53Speaker 5: they just look like arrived for work, and she goes
- 1:36:56Speaker 5: to grab this guy. And I try to explain to
- 1:36:59Speaker 5: this guy, what's going on and let's see his reaction. Yeah,
- 1:37:01Speaker 5: so she took her card and left it out work
- 1:37:03Speaker 5: and damage other people's car.
- 1:37:05Speaker 17: She's saying, very I know you are thanks for your help,
- 1:37:09Speaker 17: and I appreciate you.
- 1:37:12Speaker 4: Appreciate you. I know who you are, sir, Yeah, you
- 1:37:15Speaker 4: know you're all good. Like when Superman arrives, you know
- 1:37:18Speaker 4: who it is needs no good? Here are you seeing
- 1:37:22Speaker 4: our hot bar? Help yourself? Every time she talks, I
- 1:37:26Speaker 4: just hear the great gory.
- 1:37:27Speaker 5: I don't give an I'll give all right. So, now
- 1:37:32Speaker 5: at this point she's she's driving off and she's kind
- 1:37:34Speaker 5: of got out and where she's now starting to sort
- 1:37:35Speaker 5: of block traffic again. I've never stopped her from leaving,
- 1:37:37Speaker 5: and she could have done this literally at moments zero.
- 1:37:40Speaker 5: But as she's starting to drive off, so I'm like, okay,
- 1:37:42Speaker 5: I'll let her go. Well, she'd been on the phone
- 1:37:44Speaker 5: via her air pods this whole time, and I didn't
- 1:37:46Speaker 5: really quite know who she was talking to. She said
- 1:37:48Speaker 5: the cops, but apparently she was talking to her husband.
- 1:37:51Speaker 5: He comes blowing into this parking lot.
- 1:37:52Speaker 2: On the wrong side.
- 1:37:55Speaker 5: Boy, and I didn't realize this at the time, but
- 1:37:58Speaker 5: when I reviewed the footage. He ops out blocking the
- 1:38:01Speaker 5: wrong lane of traffic actually and on his legs an
- 1:38:05Speaker 5: ankle monitor.
- 1:38:08Speaker 2: So that's the guy you want to meet up. He's
- 1:38:12Speaker 2: some court of law that he's not trusted. He don't
- 1:38:15Speaker 2: give an. He don't given By the way, if.
- 1:38:17Speaker 5: You're the what what are you doing calling your man
- 1:38:20Speaker 5: who's clearly on probation.
- 1:38:22Speaker 2: Yeah, like that clearly not so he shows up.
- 1:38:29Speaker 5: Maybe you know, maybe I'm wrong, Maybe he's the level
- 1:38:31Speaker 5: head of one of this relations.
- 1:38:34Speaker 20: You know what.
- 1:38:34Speaker 2: Let's let's as evidence by the ankle monitor. Let's take
- 1:38:37Speaker 2: all the level headed let's take all this rhetoric down.
- 1:38:40Speaker 2: You don't need to be against committing felonies.
- 1:38:42Speaker 1: Uh.
- 1:38:42Speaker 2: Maybe maybe he's smart about this.
- 1:38:44Speaker 11: To get a bit because she let because she left
- 1:38:48Speaker 11: the noa sponsor, then he got doing. That's my job,
- 1:38:51Speaker 11: going from a culture, going from more, sir, I hear you.
- 1:38:56Speaker 9: You're talking about I didn't do anything wrong to her.
- 1:39:02Speaker 3: Oh I can hear you.
- 1:39:03Speaker 2: Also, he doesn't give an that no one gives an.
- 1:39:07Speaker 17: Yeh.
- 1:39:08Speaker 3: Their behavior they don't care.
- 1:39:10Speaker 2: Yeah, well, but they do care. That's the point is
- 1:39:12Speaker 2: the car narks are really in a pickle.
- 1:39:14Speaker 6: Now, well, agent Sebastia, were you scared at this point,
- 1:39:16Speaker 6: because he seems pretty unwilling.
- 1:39:18Speaker 2: He was built.
- 1:39:18Speaker 5: He was built like three sticks of beef jerky, So
- 1:39:20Speaker 5: not really now he was he was charging me down.
- 1:39:25Speaker 5: And again, as the cartnarks, we do not people, Oh
- 1:39:27Speaker 5: you puss, You should fight him, and I could have
- 1:39:29Speaker 5: and I would have won. But that is not the
- 1:39:31Speaker 5: point of the It's a middle aged dude. It was
- 1:39:34Speaker 5: one hundred thirty pounds with an ankle letter. I think
- 1:39:36Speaker 5: I'm okay, uh, But that the point is not to
- 1:39:38Speaker 5: bait people in the fights. The point is to get them,
- 1:39:40Speaker 5: bait them into doing the correct thing, and if they
- 1:39:42Speaker 5: want to fight, I'm gonna try to avoid that unless
- 1:39:44Speaker 5: unless I can't in this case, I could just by
- 1:39:46Speaker 5: backing up a little bit. So he then gets so
- 1:39:48Speaker 5: he runs off is because she's she's left at this point.
- 1:39:50Speaker 2: He's He gets back in his car.
- 1:39:52Speaker 5: But he drives by to tell me because he sees
- 1:39:54Speaker 5: me laughing at him, and I'm chuckling because he's he's ridiculous.
- 1:39:57Speaker 5: He's a ridiculous man, and he doesn't like that I'm
- 1:39:59Speaker 5: laughing at him.
- 1:40:02Speaker 17: It's not funny, sir. It's about responsibility you got, sir.
- 1:40:06Speaker 17: I was trying to have a polite conversation. I wasn't
- 1:40:08Speaker 17: angry at her. I wasn't violent toward her whatsoever. I
- 1:40:11Speaker 17: don't understand why.
- 1:40:12Speaker 2: You are, sir.
- 1:40:12Speaker 5: Yeah, your highness, thank you.
- 1:40:16Speaker 2: Use the phrase that calms every woman down. Calm down, Yeah, sir,
- 1:40:20Speaker 2: calm down. Stop caping for you.
- 1:40:24Speaker 4: What do you show cart Nark's agent Sebastia out there
- 1:40:26Speaker 4: in these streets now the message?
- 1:40:28Speaker 5: Okay, so those two didn't hear the message, unfortunately, but
- 1:40:31Speaker 5: the messages out there, and it involves some of our
- 1:40:33Speaker 5: close personal friends on kate t LA and Los Angeles where,
- 1:40:38Speaker 5: if you don't know, know the La area, and around
- 1:40:40Speaker 5: the winter time they get these very strong Santa Ana wins.
- 1:40:42Speaker 15: Oh.
- 1:40:43Speaker 5: Yeah, this was the cause of the big fire last
- 1:40:44Speaker 5: year because it's drowing all these embers all through the area. Well,
- 1:40:47Speaker 5: our good personal friend Mark Chrisky was reporting on these
- 1:40:51Speaker 5: winds and he had this.
- 1:40:52Speaker 2: To say, make sure you put your shopping cart in
- 1:40:54Speaker 2: the car corral because they just get blown around. They
- 1:40:57Speaker 2: got to bang into somebody's car. Yes, thank you.
- 1:41:01Speaker 5: Now, his field reporter is a guy named Carlos Herrera,
- 1:41:04Speaker 5: and he was out in a shopping center and it's very,
- 1:41:08Speaker 5: very windy. Carlos sees loose carts and he calls in
- 1:41:12Speaker 5: a professional and expert, the car collector guy, to an
- 1:41:16Speaker 5: impromptu interview about carts.
- 1:41:17Speaker 2: Shopping cart etiquette is a big thing, and I'd like
- 1:41:19Speaker 2: to emphasize it, especially when I come here, because people
- 1:41:21Speaker 2: just leave them anywhere. Yes, what's your message of you
- 1:41:23Speaker 2: viewers right now? Very important taking manage hut the carts
- 1:41:27Speaker 2: and the corrals. Yes, period, period Sir, you're a hero.
- 1:41:32Speaker 4: Thank you for ye you've heard it directly from the
- 1:41:36Speaker 4: official correspondence.
- 1:41:38Speaker 5: Because people and that's this is something I get online
- 1:41:39Speaker 5: a lot. People will say, number one, oh, you don't
- 1:41:41Speaker 5: have to put them back. The employees like running around
- 1:41:43Speaker 5: and get not when it's windy, not when it's hot,
- 1:41:45Speaker 5: when I wants cleaning a rating, they don't like that.
- 1:41:48Speaker 5: In fact, the guy the official word there's put him
- 1:41:49Speaker 5: back because it's unsafe. Yeah, and you heard the first
- 1:41:52Speaker 5: in the flor straight cart dented my car and.
- 1:41:55Speaker 6: Insurance doesn't care because they think you did it to
- 1:41:57Speaker 6: your own car.
- 1:41:58Speaker 5: And the deductible slash cost is right around the same,
- 1:42:01Speaker 5: so it's not worth it.
- 1:42:01Speaker 2: Even fire.
- 1:42:03Speaker 5: Now, So Carlos is out there, Mark Chrisky's out there
- 1:42:06Speaker 5: on this Katla talking and sense to people. Now they
- 1:42:09Speaker 5: throw it back to the studio after Carlos is talking
- 1:42:11Speaker 5: sense and the lady back at the anchor desk. I
- 1:42:15Speaker 5: don't even know her name, Jessica, I don't think.
- 1:42:17Speaker 14: I think.
- 1:42:18Speaker 5: I think it's a different blonde in this case, because
- 1:42:20Speaker 5: Jessica's cool. This other lady she has the classic hypothetical
- 1:42:25Speaker 5: of why you shouldn't be taking your hair.
- 1:42:27Speaker 2: I would like to next hour. I want to know
- 1:42:29Speaker 2: when you become a dad and you load the baby
- 1:42:31Speaker 2: up and you got to put the card away in
- 1:42:33Speaker 2: the corral, what are you choosing to do Carlos.
- 1:42:35Speaker 4: Oh, well, the same way that you car to that
- 1:42:39Speaker 4: baby all the way around the store in the cart,
- 1:42:41Speaker 4: you could take the baby with you, like take the
- 1:42:44Speaker 4: cart with the groceries and maybe to the car, unload
- 1:42:48Speaker 4: the car. Baby can still be sitting in the in
- 1:42:50Speaker 4: the little scene, then you and the baby now with
- 1:42:53Speaker 4: an empty cart, walk it over to the crowd. Show
- 1:42:55Speaker 4: this young child of yours that you're influencing to do
- 1:42:57Speaker 4: the right. And then when you get to the crow,
- 1:43:00Speaker 4: pick them up out of the cart, hold them while
- 1:43:01Speaker 4: you use your free hand now to push the cart
- 1:43:03Speaker 4: into the crowd and to your.
- 1:43:06Speaker 2: Car, like what they've been doing for one hundred years.
- 1:43:08Speaker 2: You figured that out in this dumb ass on the news.
- 1:43:10Speaker 2: Didn't figure that out. It took me the fatherhood to
- 1:43:13Speaker 2: finally figure out a way to make that happen.
- 1:43:15Speaker 5: If it sounded like she had an air tight shut
- 1:43:17Speaker 5: like right there that you figure out or or and
- 1:43:21Speaker 5: also he has apparent part near the cart croad that
- 1:43:23Speaker 5: makes it eat twice or three times as easy.
- 1:43:25Speaker 2: But so there's still morons out there, but that's why
- 1:43:27Speaker 2: we do this. They're still like her.
- 1:43:29Speaker 4: What do you show cart narks that put themselves in
- 1:43:36Speaker 4: arms way?
- 1:43:37Speaker 2: Literally the better?
- 1:43:39Speaker 17: And yeah, so she took her card and left it
- 1:43:43Speaker 17: out work and damage other people's cars.
- 1:43:46Speaker 9: I know you are, thanks for your help, sir. So
- 1:43:50Speaker 9: do you know.
- 1:43:55Speaker 2: The Woody Show? All right? So weekend cheers and jeers
- 1:44:01Speaker 2: and this is this is a tough one, I mean, sheers.
- 1:44:06Speaker 2: It was a very like unremarkable weekend.
- 1:44:08Speaker 6: Yeah really yeah, but isn't that good sometimes?
- 1:44:11Speaker 2: No, it's good when there's nothing going on, nothing to
- 1:44:14Speaker 2: do whatever. It just this was like there was stuff
- 1:44:17Speaker 2: to do. But it was just like eh, but I
- 1:44:21Speaker 2: would say it positive. Was you know, I had that
- 1:44:24Speaker 2: thing you've just been putting up, putting off, putting on.
- 1:44:26Speaker 4: Well, that was going through my closet and getting rid
- 1:44:30Speaker 4: of a bunch of old stuff.
- 1:44:32Speaker 17: Right.
- 1:44:33Speaker 4: This was really specifically jeans and sweatshirts. Oh I had
- 1:44:41Speaker 4: be because being fat and then skinnier and then fat again.
- 1:44:44Speaker 4: And what I had all these different like jeans and
- 1:44:49Speaker 4: if yeah, I had to pare them down and then
- 1:44:51Speaker 4: all these like sweatshirts that I somehow cute. There's a
- 1:44:54Speaker 4: lot of woody show ones.
- 1:44:54Speaker 2: So if you go by the donation bid closest to
- 1:44:58Speaker 2: the grocery store about my house, you could really load
- 1:45:00Speaker 2: up on some woody show gear.
- 1:45:02Speaker 6: It's kind of a humble brag because you got rid
- 1:45:04Speaker 6: of like what all your big stuff.
- 1:45:06Speaker 4: No, it wasn't just like the big stuff. It's just
- 1:45:08Speaker 4: stuff like all right, this stuff has been up here,
- 1:45:10Speaker 4: I haven't touched this.
- 1:45:10Speaker 2: Yeah that was good. Yeah, it was good.
- 1:45:14Speaker 4: Like that's always like a good purge of stuff and
- 1:45:16Speaker 4: clear that's that's always good. Uh So that that's the cheer,
- 1:45:20Speaker 4: the cheer, And I don't know if anybody else's is
- 1:45:23Speaker 4: experiencing this. I guess it's sort of commonist time of year.
- 1:45:28Speaker 4: I've also told you like the New Year is kind
- 1:45:30Speaker 4: of like New Year's Eve was always kind of like that.
- 1:45:32Speaker 3: There's like a sad vibe.
- 1:45:35Speaker 9: Uh.
- 1:45:35Speaker 4: And while I wouldn't call it like a depression or whatever,
- 1:45:39Speaker 4: like it's the New Year's blues, it's just kind of blah, Yeah,
- 1:45:46Speaker 4: New Years Year, New Year's blah.
- 1:45:50Speaker 6: Like you mean post holiday blah or no.
- 1:45:52Speaker 4: Ye, just like right now, it's like it's the idea
- 1:45:56Speaker 4: of getting up and going to work. It's the idea
- 1:45:58Speaker 4: of like just all these different you're like year just
- 1:46:04Speaker 4: like usually after a break, I mean, I'm ready to
- 1:46:09Speaker 4: go back and you know kind of.
- 1:46:11Speaker 2: Have you said a new vacation yet, something to look
- 1:46:13Speaker 2: forward to?
- 1:46:13Speaker 4: And yeah, there's always plenty of that kind of stuff
- 1:46:16Speaker 4: and things to look forward to. And it's it's not
- 1:46:17Speaker 4: I'm saying for whatever, and I don't. I can't, I
- 1:46:19Speaker 4: can't put my finger on it. But I would say
- 1:46:21Speaker 4: that's that's the jeers because I don't want to be
- 1:46:23Speaker 4: in this space, but I'm in this space where it's.
- 1:46:25Speaker 3: Just like a little bit of a funk.
- 1:46:26Speaker 2: Yeah, a little bit of a funk and just can't
- 1:46:28Speaker 2: And I don't know just the time of year or
- 1:46:30Speaker 2: what it what it would be, but if you try
- 1:46:31Speaker 2: some mood boosting exercise.
- 1:46:33Speaker 4: Yeah, actually, I mean I've been more just overall, like
- 1:46:37Speaker 4: physically active. I would say that I have in a
- 1:46:39Speaker 4: long time just because of you know, uh doing stuff. Yeah,
- 1:46:43Speaker 4: not working out per se.
- 1:46:44Speaker 3: But looking back and never really relate to people who
- 1:46:47Speaker 3: go on vacation and they get quote refreshed and energized.
- 1:46:50Speaker 3: I've never returned from vacation refreshed and energized, so usually
- 1:46:54Speaker 3: return which is.
- 1:46:54Speaker 4: Weird because your your vacation are pretty low key, like
- 1:46:58Speaker 4: you menace is like traveling and go. I don't know
- 1:47:02Speaker 4: how menace is not more exhausted after time off is
- 1:47:05Speaker 4: the best. But Greg, I mean yours is usually very
- 1:47:07Speaker 4: low key, so you should come back. I was, I
- 1:47:09Speaker 4: came back from the break very well rested.
- 1:47:10Speaker 6: You mean you just want more of it because your
- 1:47:14Speaker 6: over right.
- 1:47:15Speaker 2: It's not like oh yeah, let's do it. Yah out
- 1:47:18Speaker 2: of my system anyway, So h that would be the
- 1:47:22Speaker 2: jeer menace. What about you? Weekend cheers and jeers? Well
- 1:47:25Speaker 2: cheers is I went to I know you're going to
- 1:47:28Speaker 2: say Jeers. But I went to San Francisco and I
- 1:47:30Speaker 2: got to go visit all my old radio friends, and
- 1:47:34Speaker 2: I got to surprise them because I went to town
- 1:47:36Speaker 2: earlier than normal and so they were still at work,
- 1:47:40Speaker 2: and so I just showed up to the building and
- 1:47:42Speaker 2: got in without anybody knowing, and then I surprised them
- 1:47:45Speaker 2: in their studio and we got to hang for hours
- 1:47:47Speaker 2: and talk about old times. So that was super fun.
- 1:47:50Speaker 2: And then go around the city and hang out with
- 1:47:52Speaker 2: old friends and and do a bunch of stuff. So
- 1:47:56Speaker 2: I love that because when I go home, usually, you know,
- 1:47:59Speaker 2: all my time is taking up just hanging out with family.
- 1:48:01Speaker 2: So seeing all my friends across the city was great.
- 1:48:04Speaker 2: And then just my jeers is Man, what does the
- 1:48:08Speaker 2: heat turn back on?
- 1:48:09Speaker 9: In uh?
- 1:48:10Speaker 2: In America? Because in January this is special date where
- 1:48:17Speaker 2: we get heat again, because I wanted man.
- 1:48:21Speaker 5: March, Yeah, it is still snows in Massachusetts and like
- 1:48:23Speaker 5: May sometimes Yeah.
- 1:48:24Speaker 4: I wanna say marketing because even like when the baseball
- 1:48:28Speaker 4: regular season begins, Yeah, that first couple of weeks of
- 1:48:30Speaker 4: baseball season, I mean, people look.
- 1:48:32Speaker 3: Like they're at football games.
- 1:48:33Speaker 4: Sometimes you're watching like a Yankee game or something, or
- 1:48:35Speaker 4: like something that's happening in the Northeast. It's snowing as
- 1:48:38Speaker 4: they're playing baseball. So it's I would probably until what
- 1:48:43Speaker 4: what is easter?
- 1:48:44Speaker 2: This Year's when iss.
- 1:48:48Speaker 7: In April and waking up to a full snow that
- 1:48:52Speaker 7: happened in the.
- 1:48:52Speaker 6: Easter, Yeah, April fifth.
- 1:48:55Speaker 2: I mean I lucked out because San Francisco was very
- 1:48:58Speaker 2: sunny and clear, but the second, you know, the sun
- 1:49:02Speaker 2: started going down, It's just like, oh man, I just
- 1:49:05Speaker 2: can't feel my feet. I want to feel my feet again.
- 1:49:08Speaker 2: I'm just ice blocks.
- 1:49:10Speaker 3: I hate it.
- 1:49:12Speaker 2: Sammy weekend cheers and jeers.
- 1:49:14Speaker 7: So my cheers obviously goes to the Patriots winning and
- 1:49:17Speaker 7: Drake made it amazing, and it was.
- 1:49:19Speaker 12: I mean it was lackluster. I mean, Drake made did good.
- 1:49:23Speaker 7: It was a very lackluster crazy like, I mean, it
- 1:49:27Speaker 7: was very defensive game. There was one touchdown the whole game,
- 1:49:31Speaker 7: and it just wasn't very thrilling to watch. But I'm
- 1:49:34Speaker 7: still excited that they're going on. It was the playoffs
- 1:49:37Speaker 7: we won, yay, and so I mean that's my cheers,
- 1:49:40Speaker 7: and then my jeers was taking down my Christmas decorations
- 1:49:45Speaker 7: as well. Yeah, I just didn't really have time, I
- 1:49:47Speaker 7: would have done it sooner, but I didn't have time.
- 1:49:48Speaker 12: But it's always sad and it's a lot of work.
- 1:49:51Speaker 7: And at least when you're putting them up and it's
- 1:49:53Speaker 7: a lot of work, it's exciting. And then you get
- 1:49:55Speaker 7: to sit in it, you're like, my decorations are up,
- 1:49:57Speaker 7: and it's a lot of work to take.
- 1:49:58Speaker 12: Them down, and then you're just like, ugh, it's gone,
- 1:50:01Speaker 12: that's over, and it's depressing.
- 1:50:03Speaker 2: So how long have they banned up? Totals?
- 1:50:05Speaker 7: I probably put them up the first weekend in November,
- 1:50:10Speaker 7: right after Halloween.
- 1:50:12Speaker 2: I can guarantee, no matter how busy you are at
- 1:50:14Speaker 2: that time of the year, you find time. Yeah, for sure,
- 1:50:17Speaker 2: you won't find the time to take this stuff down.
- 1:50:20Speaker 2: So two and a half months nearly?
- 1:50:22Speaker 9: Wow?
- 1:50:23Speaker 2: Yeah, not enough?
- 1:50:26Speaker 12: I know, I love it.
- 1:50:27Speaker 6: How do you get that damn tree back in the box?
- 1:50:29Speaker 12: It's a pain. I mean, I just kind of shoven
- 1:50:31Speaker 12: in the box is breaking now.
- 1:50:32Speaker 7: This is I think the third year that I've had
- 1:50:34Speaker 7: this particular tree, and it doesn't fit in the box.
- 1:50:36Speaker 12: Anymore, and it's starting to break because I'm shoving it in.
- 1:50:39Speaker 4: I don't know how that well, if you have an
- 1:50:40Speaker 4: artificial tree. You know, the top part kind of comes
- 1:50:42Speaker 4: off and then you have that the fuller.
- 1:50:45Speaker 2: Base part unless your lights are attached, just kind of
- 1:50:48Speaker 2: the pain.
- 1:50:49Speaker 7: Well, no, mine all comes apart though, because you unplug.
- 1:50:51Speaker 7: It comes apart in threes and you unplug them all.
- 1:50:55Speaker 4: I found back when we had a different artificial tree,
- 1:50:58Speaker 4: I went and bought, like a moving place, one of
- 1:51:00Speaker 4: those wardrobe boxes.
- 1:51:03Speaker 2: So when the when the tree box broke.
- 1:51:05Speaker 4: Because you use one of those, you stash it in
- 1:51:08Speaker 4: the garage or wherever you store stuff. And yeah, that
- 1:51:11Speaker 4: works out great because it's just the right.
- 1:51:13Speaker 2: Size, okay, and you're not like fighting it like you know,
- 1:51:17Speaker 2: like you're trying to put a body in a suitcase.
- 1:51:20Speaker 2: All right, all right, you know that feeling right, I
- 1:51:24Speaker 2: will reveal something, Sammy, what my tree?
- 1:51:28Speaker 9: What man is?
- 1:51:30Speaker 2: Whoa Usually I'm usually day after Christmas? Tree down guy?
- 1:51:34Speaker 2: But my mom visited town during after New Year's and
- 1:51:39Speaker 2: she wanted me to add my tree up so she
- 1:51:41Speaker 2: could see it. And then I left town again.
- 1:51:43Speaker 12: Yes, you just didn't have time. But the lighting of
- 1:51:46Speaker 12: a Christmas tree, the ambiance is so nice. I wish
- 1:51:49Speaker 12: I could have that type of lighting all the time, all.
- 1:51:51Speaker 4: Right, It's like there's a lot of things that like this.
- 1:51:54Speaker 4: Like I enjoy when the house is decorated, I don't
- 1:51:57Speaker 4: enjoy any of the process of it, so I don't
- 1:51:59Speaker 4: do it. My wife loves all that stuff, and the
- 1:52:02Speaker 4: kids love being a part of me, so I let
- 1:52:04Speaker 4: them or have them do all of that, and I
- 1:52:07Speaker 4: do enjoy it. But I also do enjoy where you
- 1:52:10Speaker 4: kind of reclaimed your house after all, and everything is
- 1:52:13Speaker 4: put away and it's all of a sudden your house returns.
- 1:52:15Speaker 6: To its natural stake.
- 1:52:17Speaker 4: Yeah, Like I'm pulling up to the house. There's not
- 1:52:19Speaker 4: lights in the house or some inflatable thing in my
- 1:52:21Speaker 4: front yard for the first time in months, and I
- 1:52:23Speaker 4: walk inside there's not you know, christmast off all over
- 1:52:26Speaker 4: the place. Like it's like when you you might enjoy
- 1:52:29Speaker 4: being gone on a trip and you have a great time,
- 1:52:32Speaker 4: but then you come home to your house.
- 1:52:34Speaker 2: It's like coming home, well at.
- 1:52:36Speaker 6: Your house, wouldn't your yard be full of stuff for
- 1:52:39Speaker 6: like four straight months?
- 1:52:41Speaker 2: Yes, because October first is when my son does all
- 1:52:43Speaker 2: his Halloween stuff, right, That's what and then it transitions
- 1:52:46Speaker 2: pretty much right into the Christmas stuff.
- 1:52:48Speaker 6: So you haven't seen your lawns since last summer.
- 1:53:00Speaker 4: Man, people just don't know when the shut up, you
- 1:53:03Speaker 4: know what happens. He's forty four year old.
- 1:53:07Speaker 2: Guy in Michigan. He was in court facing some charges
- 1:53:10Speaker 2: firing a gun outside of a school after the school
- 1:53:14Speaker 2: refused to let him pick up his kid.
- 1:53:16Speaker 4: And he didn't shoot at the school, but it was
- 1:53:18Speaker 4: it was enough to send the entire school into an
- 1:53:20Speaker 4: active shooter lockdown.
- 1:53:22Speaker 6: Sure it was what he was doing.
- 1:53:24Speaker 4: So anyway, he had his arraignment on zoom and during
- 1:53:27Speaker 4: it he refused to give the judge his name, even
- 1:53:30Speaker 4: answer any of the questions, and at one point the
- 1:53:31Speaker 4: guy said that the court was wasting his time and
- 1:53:37Speaker 4: he even put his fingers into his.
- 1:53:39Speaker 2: Ears to the lock out what the judge was saying,
- 1:53:47Speaker 2: Oh my god, man, how old are we too?
- 1:53:51Speaker 21: Oh?
- 1:53:52Speaker 2: He was told he's facing charges of terrorism and a
- 1:53:54Speaker 2: bunch of firearms charges, but he wasn't hearing it. Instead,
- 1:53:56Speaker 2: he called the judge a racist and told her like
- 1:54:00Speaker 2: people tell the car narcs to get a real job.
- 1:54:04Speaker 2: You know, I mean this is pretty real. I mean
- 1:54:06Speaker 2: a judge is a real job. That's a pretty real job.
- 1:54:08Speaker 3: That's right.
- 1:54:09Speaker 2: It's up there here. I have I have a have
- 1:54:11Speaker 2: a little club.
- 1:54:11Speaker 13: You state your name for me?
- 1:54:12Speaker 2: Please by when you talk to you play with me? Goodbye?
- 1:54:17Speaker 2: I heard you.
- 1:54:18Speaker 20: Did you state your name for the record, sir.
- 1:54:20Speaker 2: Good bye?
- 1:54:21Speaker 9: I can talk to you.
- 1:54:22Speaker 1: Goodbye.
- 1:54:23Speaker 2: Don't play with me. I don't want to see no
- 1:54:25Speaker 2: judge Martin. Goodbye.
- 1:54:26Speaker 3: Instead, don't play with me.
- 1:54:28Speaker 2: Get over right now.
- 1:54:29Speaker 20: I'm done talking to It's a leg sir, that you
- 1:54:31Speaker 20: did threaten to come in an active terrorism and did
- 1:54:34Speaker 20: communicate that threat to another person. That's the felony you
- 1:54:36Speaker 20: punished ball back to twenty years in prison and or
- 1:54:39Speaker 20: a fine of twenty thousand dollars.
- 1:54:41Speaker 2: It's okay, sorry. Racist in my life, a bunch of
- 1:54:44Speaker 2: racist doing and stuff. Don't waste my time. Why don't
- 1:54:47Speaker 2: you get a real job or get a real job? Yea,
- 1:54:49Speaker 2: get a real job. Yeah, you know, like sentencing me
- 1:54:52Speaker 2: to prison.
- 1:54:53Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:54:53Speaker 6: I don't understand that you don't have a real job.
- 1:54:55Speaker 6: I don't understand the racist element of this. You shot
- 1:54:58Speaker 6: a gun outside of a school.
- 1:54:59Speaker 2: You're racist?
- 1:55:00Speaker 4: Well, this is the same people will pull that card
- 1:55:03Speaker 4: for anything, for anything, or they'll try to drag kids
- 1:55:07Speaker 4: into it somehow, like how this is affecting children? They
- 1:55:10Speaker 4: also start throwing around the why don't you get a
- 1:55:12Speaker 4: real job? They have nothing, Yeah, they have nothing real
- 1:55:16Speaker 4: to stand on.
- 1:55:18Speaker 2: To argue with.
- 1:55:19Speaker 6: I don't think it's going to go well for him because.
- 1:55:21Speaker 2: So many people are worried about being labeled a racist
- 1:55:24Speaker 2: or a misogynist or a whatever.
- 1:55:26Speaker 4: Math is racist. Remember math is racist. I adopted this
- 1:55:31Speaker 4: approach a number of years ago, where well you're a racist.
- 1:55:35Speaker 4: I go, all right, that's fine, you don't care. I
- 1:55:38Speaker 4: go no, because if you've decided I don't get it. Yeah,
- 1:55:42Speaker 4: like if whatever I said or did in your mind,
- 1:55:44Speaker 4: like how am I supposed to why even bother arguing?
- 1:55:47Speaker 6: Yeah, why would I defend myself to your brain?
- 1:55:49Speaker 4: So like, it doesn't mean that I am a race.
- 1:55:51Speaker 4: It just means in your eyes to you, I am.
- 1:55:54Speaker 4: And I don't really concern myself with you all that much.
- 1:55:58Speaker 3: If when you're in front of a judge you want
- 1:55:59Speaker 3: to swear a lot.
- 1:56:00Speaker 2: Too, right, yeah, because that's how I was told that.
- 1:56:03Speaker 2: Will they will just release you then, right, that's what
- 1:56:05Speaker 2: I heard. Yeah, they'll be like, oh, well that's that's fine,
- 1:56:08Speaker 2: we'll just call it even.
- 1:56:09Speaker 6: Yeah, you showed me.
- 1:56:10Speaker 3: You're very passionate ye.
- 1:56:11Speaker 4: Another thing when you take that approach, like I was
- 1:56:13Speaker 4: mentioning about, okay, well, however someone has decided you have
- 1:56:16Speaker 4: to number one, legitimately not concern yourself with it. You
- 1:56:20Speaker 4: have to have the ability to not careful. Very difficult
- 1:56:24Speaker 4: for a lot of people. Think about my wife or
- 1:56:27Speaker 4: my mom or I wish I was more like you
- 1:56:29Speaker 4: in that way. And I don't know, maybe just came
- 1:56:33Speaker 4: with you know, time, over years and years and years.
- 1:56:35Speaker 2: Of not caring. I don't I don't know what it is.
- 1:56:37Speaker 4: But the part that is difficult for me because I
- 1:56:41Speaker 4: say to people, as long as it's something that I've
- 1:56:43Speaker 4: actually said or I've actually done, then you are free
- 1:56:46Speaker 4: to whatever. Don't base it on what you interpreted or
- 1:56:50Speaker 4: what you know. It has to be something that I've
- 1:56:52Speaker 4: actually said or something I've actually done.
- 1:56:55Speaker 6: I think we can all assume no.
- 1:56:56Speaker 2: No, no, no, that that that's the part that will
- 1:56:58Speaker 2: drive me crazy exactly. And it's not that whatever you
- 1:57:01Speaker 2: have now labeled me as whatever is okay. It's the
- 1:57:06Speaker 2: fact that no, you have the facts wrong, that you're
- 1:57:08Speaker 2: judging or making that judgment.
- 1:57:11Speaker 3: Right, The facts necessarily care It's that you want to
- 1:57:14Speaker 3: know what they're basing it on.
- 1:57:15Speaker 4: Yeah, they'll say, oh, well you said x y Z. No, No,
- 1:57:17Speaker 4: I didn't say that. I said this you have done
- 1:57:21Speaker 4: for your interpretation of your Uh, what's the what's the
- 1:57:26Speaker 4: your When you have an agenda for your agenda, you're
- 1:57:30Speaker 4: a narrative. Your telling the story this way when in reality,
- 1:57:32Speaker 4: this is what I said. This just happened with somebody. Oh,
- 1:57:36Speaker 4: Howard Stern. Kim Kardashian had said that Howard Stern said
- 1:57:40Speaker 4: x y Z about her, and I was like, I
- 1:57:41Speaker 4: never said that, And they have tapes of everything, so
- 1:57:44Speaker 4: he played what he actually said. Yeah, and and and
- 1:57:48Speaker 4: so her whole argument, her whole position was blown up.
- 1:57:53Speaker 4: You can think whatever you want as long as it's
- 1:57:55Speaker 4: based on something that somebody actually did or actually said.
- 1:57:59Speaker 2: And that's that.
- 1:58:00Speaker 6: And then you know, relax.
- 1:58:02Speaker 4: People are asked, like, what's something you decided to stop
- 1:58:04Speaker 4: caring about in twenty twenty.
- 1:58:06Speaker 2: Six watching the news? Yeah, that's my number one thing.
- 1:58:09Speaker 3: I think. I think you're right so far.
- 1:58:10Speaker 2: It's it's it's I didn't set out on that.
- 1:58:13Speaker 3: Or watch it watching the news too much.
- 1:58:15Speaker 2: It just kind of organically happened, and it's working for you.
- 1:58:19Speaker 2: And I'm kind of digging it. Yeah, yeah, good.
- 1:58:21Speaker 9: Oh.
- 1:58:21Speaker 2: Can I say something real quick about the news that
- 1:58:23Speaker 2: I have to learn in twenty twenty six is I think,
- 1:58:26Speaker 2: probably like fifteen years ago, I've figured out a way
- 1:58:29Speaker 2: to be come not emotionally attached to news, So I
- 1:58:34Speaker 2: can watch news all day long and not have it
- 1:58:37Speaker 2: affect me emotionally in like a certain way. Right, So
- 1:58:41Speaker 2: like whatever said on any political but triggered triggered in anyone,
- 1:58:46Speaker 2: I can just look at it in a blank stare
- 1:58:49Speaker 2: and just like you know, retain the news. But I
- 1:58:52Speaker 2: got to understand that not everybody's the same when I
- 1:58:55Speaker 2: try to discuss the news with somebody, because they might
- 1:58:59Speaker 2: have an emotion.
- 1:59:01Speaker 4: Sure, So what's something you decided to stop caring about
- 1:59:04Speaker 4: in twenty twenty six? Again, for me, it's news. Some
- 1:59:07Speaker 4: of the other things that people replied with keeping up
- 1:59:11Speaker 4: with the people you grew up with or grew apart from.
- 1:59:14Speaker 3: Yeah, that's true.
- 1:59:16Speaker 4: Like if you're the one always making the effort on stuff,
- 1:59:19Speaker 4: maybe it's time to not do that.
- 1:59:21Speaker 2: Other people's opinions of you. That's a big one, Yeah,
- 1:59:25Speaker 2: because that's that's where people get in trouble. They get
- 1:59:27Speaker 2: so they get they get so annoyed by like what,
- 1:59:30Speaker 2: who cares? Who cares it?
- 1:59:32Speaker 3: That's what?
- 1:59:33Speaker 4: But that that's now why you're fighting. That's not why
- 1:59:35Speaker 4: you're arguing endlessly with somebody because they've labeled you whatever.
- 1:59:39Speaker 3: Who cares?
- 1:59:39Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a There's a great episode with Mel Robbins,
- 1:59:44Speaker 2: who's a huge podcaster, and she has an episode with Kreischer.
- 1:59:49Speaker 2: She went on his podcast and she said, let them, Yeah,
- 1:59:52Speaker 2: let them, let them, let them feel whatever, whatever upset
- 1:59:56Speaker 2: with you, Just let them.
- 1:59:57Speaker 4: I saw another really good thing. It said to some
- 2:00:00Speaker 4: people tell you I'm the nicest guy they've ever met.
- 2:00:04Speaker 4: Other people tell you I'm the biggest a hole they've
- 2:00:06Speaker 4: ever met. They earned the version they got.
- 2:00:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm like, wow, that's really good. True, that's true. Yeah,
- 2:00:12Speaker 2: I could be super nice or I could be a
- 2:00:14Speaker 2: big a hole. Yeah, I know that's true. But I
- 2:00:18Speaker 2: don't start by being an a hole. You've you've certainly earned,
- 2:00:22Speaker 2: you've earned. I have a very low tolerance for people,
- 2:00:24Speaker 2: you know, who are being what version you say, you're.
- 2:00:26Speaker 6: Difficult of a it's yours to keep or lose.
- 2:00:30Speaker 2: Yeah, other things? What something you decided to stop caring about?
- 2:00:32Speaker 2: In twenty twenty six, responding to text as soon as possible.
- 2:00:36Speaker 2: I just let it breathe.
- 2:00:37Speaker 3: I try to.
- 2:00:38Speaker 2: But if I don't, I know, getting peer pressured in
- 2:00:41Speaker 2: the going out, Oh totally, Like we're adults.
- 2:00:44Speaker 6: Why are you peer pressuring me?
- 2:00:45Speaker 2: This? This?
- 2:00:46Speaker 4: This is me probably five or six years ago. Things
- 2:00:49Speaker 4: you can't control, if you don't have direct control or
- 2:00:53Speaker 4: influence on it, then don't worry about it. I know
- 2:00:55Speaker 4: it's difficult, but you you just don't have any influencer control,
- 2:00:59Speaker 4: so you're just gonna drive you nuts. So if you can't,
- 2:01:02Speaker 4: you know, if you can't control it, don't sweat it
- 2:01:05Speaker 4: so hard. Yeah, sports in general, making good time when driving.
- 2:01:10Speaker 3: The sports thing is a constant struggle, though. I tell
- 2:01:14Speaker 3: myself that every season. Yeah, don't care so much. Don't
- 2:01:17Speaker 3: care so much. You're gonna get to have a stroke
- 2:01:20Speaker 3: and then I care.
- 2:01:21Speaker 4: Yeah, they're making good time while you're driving. Watch somebody
- 2:01:24Speaker 4: who's weaving in and out of traffic.
- 2:01:26Speaker 3: See that all the time.
- 2:01:27Speaker 2: They don't really end up all that far ahead of you,
- 2:01:30Speaker 2: and the grand scheme of things like they may be
- 2:01:33Speaker 2: I don't know, fifteen cars ahead of you now, yeah,
- 2:01:35Speaker 2: but fifteen cars like when it comes to getting in
- 2:01:38Speaker 2: arriving at your destination. How much time did they really
- 2:01:41Speaker 2: did they really gain?
- 2:01:42Speaker 12: Yeah, but sometimes it's just fun.
- 2:01:44Speaker 7: I used to be like that, and I love weaving
- 2:01:46Speaker 7: in and out of everybody. And I wouldn't get your
- 2:01:49Speaker 7: bad I wouldn't. I wouldn't get that much like further
- 2:01:54Speaker 7: ahead than anybody.
- 2:01:55Speaker 12: But they was like a thrill in it. For some reason.
- 2:01:57Speaker 12: I'm not like that anymore, though.
- 2:02:00Speaker 4: Stop caring about in twenty twenty six, trendy clothing. Yeah,
- 2:02:04Speaker 4: somebody's buying a house the holidays in general. Oh yeah, well,
- 2:02:10Speaker 4: I think because you realize how much work goes like
- 2:02:12Speaker 4: there's oh man, just the amount of time for figuring out, buying, acquiring, wrapping,
- 2:02:17Speaker 4: distributing gifts right there, and then you're talking about how
- 2:02:21Speaker 4: much time it takes just to decorat or take down. Yeah,
- 2:02:23Speaker 4: all the decorations like minimize. Is there is there a
- 2:02:26Speaker 4: happy medium somewhere?
- 2:02:28Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 2:02:28Speaker 2: Less is more, you know, like not going so crazy,
- 2:02:31Speaker 2: giving yourself a little bit of a break.
- 2:02:33Speaker 6: Yeah, let's tell your wife and Sammy there's a happy
- 2:02:35Speaker 6: medium on Christmas decoration.
- 2:02:37Speaker 2: Huh there is?
- 2:02:38Speaker 4: I mean she could decorate her house like Will Ferrell
- 2:02:41Speaker 4: did an elf in the toy department of the.
- 2:02:45Speaker 12: I could be way worse.
- 2:02:47Speaker 6: There is a happy medium, that's true.
- 2:02:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:02:50Speaker 4: So there's a question on the text, what's something that
- 2:02:52Speaker 4: you've decided to stop caring about in twenty twenty six?
- 2:02:56Speaker 2: And I would? I see? I interpret that it's like,
- 2:02:58Speaker 2: not that you don't care.
- 2:02:59Speaker 6: At all, everybody cares.
- 2:03:03Speaker 4: A little bit, but that you're you're not you're not
- 2:03:05Speaker 4: driving yourself nuts whatever.
- 2:03:06Speaker 6: You're not controlling you.
- 2:03:08Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, all right.
- 2:03:09Speaker 4: Eight seven, seven forty four, Woodie, what is it for you?
- 2:03:12Speaker 4: Hit us up on the text over to two to

- 2:04:15Speaker 2: on how juicy the oversharing.
- 2:04:17Speaker 6: You know, I do love a good overshare.
- 2:04:19Speaker 2: I forget what you call it. Was it the jellyfish? Oh?
- 2:04:23Speaker 6: The jellyfish?
- 2:04:24Speaker 2: Yeah, women, you know what that is. I learned about
- 2:04:26Speaker 2: that for the first time about a year ago from Gina. Yeah,
- 2:04:28Speaker 2: the jelly ladies.
- 2:04:29Speaker 11: You know.
- 2:04:29Speaker 2: Couldn't you get a jellyfish.
- 2:04:30Speaker 6: In your pants? Yeah, when you're on your period.
- 2:04:36Speaker 2: Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's that.
- 2:04:38Speaker 3: Okay, So this is the case where it's hotter to
- 2:04:41Speaker 3: be mysterious.
- 2:04:43Speaker 2: I think no. All right, Thank you very much, Greg
- 2:04:46Speaker 2: Gory Jowett.
