- 0:00Michele Blood:: I release suffering in the world to let
- 0:02people know they're not alone, and that everything is possible
- 0:06for them if they will just give themselves a yes to themselves
- 0:11to their own life. Yes, I can improve my life. No one needs to
- 0:15do it on their own.
- 0:20Jim Price:: Hello, I'm Dr. Jim Price, and welcome to The
- 0:23Purpose and Progress Podcast. This is the place where we
- 0:27explore how purpose can guide our actions, and how growth can
- 0:31become a part of our everyday lives. On the show, I talk with
- 0:35amazing guests, from educators and creators to everyday people
- 0:40with extraordinary stories about the challenges they face, the
- 0:44lessons they've learned, and how to keep moving forward. My goal
- 0:48is to share conversations that inspire you to live
- 0:50intentionally, embrace growth, and take meaningful steps to
- 0:54your own purpose. Let's get started.
- 1:02Hello everyone. Welcome to The Purpose and Progress Podcast
- 1:06show. I'm your host, Dr. Jim Price. Once again, we share
- 1:10inspiring stories and inspirational, motivational
- 1:13stories of people's journeys in different industries and stuff
- 1:16like that. And today, we're so blessed and honored to have such
- 1:19a great guest today. She's the creator of Magnet to Success,
- 1:23co-writer and creator of over 80 books, audio programs, TV shows,
- 1:28videos on positive thought, mind transformation, meditation, and
- 1:33more. And she also teaches others how to live mystical life
- 1:37and experience divine openness connected to happiness, success
- 1:41and purpose. We're blessed and honored to have Michelle Blood.
- 1:46How you doing today, Michelle?
- 1:47Michele Blood:: I'm wonderful, Dr. Jim.
- 1:52Jim Price:: It was such a blessing to have you on the
- 1:53show. We are talking a little bit before the show started
- 1:56about the differences in terms of school counselor. Here in
- 2:01America, we have a lot of services in place to try to deal
- 2:04with kids' mental health and stuff like that. And we'll talk
- 2:07about some of the backdrops with that. And of course, our paths
- 2:09are kind of similar in terms of how we connect with people,
- 2:12wanting to have them become the best versions of themselves,
- 2:15divine purpose and those kind of things. I'm so glad to have you
- 2:19on the show, Michelle. One of the questions that I wanted to
- 2:23start is, when do you feel that your journey kind of started?
- 2:28What influenced, maybe the point where you'd be like, okay, this
- 2:32is what I want to do? How you transitioned into that? Where
- 2:36you are in terms of success you have today?
- 2:38Michele Blood:: Well, I was a rock singer in Australia. I was
- 2:41on TV since the age of five, actually. I worked really hard,
- 2:47got the best band together. One stage, we toured seven years non
- 2:50stop. We had Time Warner record label, and everything was going
- 2:54great. We worked so hard because in Australia back then, you
- 2:57couldn't get a record contract unless you already had a huge
- 3:00audience.
- 3:01Jim Price:: Wow. Okay.
- 3:03Michele Blood:: Things are so different these days. You could
- 3:05just pop your song on Apple. I had a near fatal car accident or
- 3:13truck accident on our way home from a gig, 12 hour drive. I
- 3:18still make records, I still sing. That hasn't changed, it's
- 3:22just a different area. That's what happened. The truck
- 3:27accident, being in the hospital for months, and months, and
- 3:30months, and so many long, long operations. I just say, thank
- 3:34God for all the doctors that were amazing, and that's when I
- 3:38had a sort of a spiritual epiphany, and things changed.
- 3:42And here I am. And since then, I've traveled to over 26
- 3:45different countries, done events everywhere. Biggest audience,
- 3:4950,000 people. Just insane stuff. I worked with Bob
- 3:53Proctor, the late great Bob Proctor for 7 years straight as
- 3:55well, and we created tons of products, events and everything.
- 4:01I ran his business from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. It was just
- 4:07the things that have happened, and the things that can change
- 4:10once your consciousness changes. The mind becomes very clear, and
- 4:14whatever you think about is created. So that's why I say to
- 4:17people, you think you're not creating things through your
- 4:20thoughts. But through your negative thoughts, it's either
- 4:23creating something negative, or it's keeping you exactly where
- 4:26you are, which is no one wants to stay stagnant. You're either
- 4:29moving forward or back, and you want to keep moving up,
- 4:32actually.
- 4:35Jim Price:: And I think that's a lot of points that people do go
- 4:37through. Just a blessing that you made it through your
- 4:40traumatic ordeal with the accident, and where to overcome
- 4:43those obstacles to have you do the things that you do today.
- 4:46And success, and being respiring others. We always say sometimes
- 4:50to other people, you don't know who's hearing your story, and
- 4:53how your story will impact and influence others to want to make
- 4:56a change, and know that they can overcome obstacles and stuff
- 4:58like that in their lives. I'm one that's definitely true to
- 5:02that. When I think about my purpose and the way I try to
- 5:05inspire people, families, and children in my own way to give
- 5:09back, and try to open up those doors to a better understanding
- 5:12of self, and having self-awareness, and having those
- 5:15aspects of self-love and all the things, I think we definitely
- 5:20connected in that way, in that sense, and the way we do things,
- 5:24and stuff like that. Thanks for sharing that insightful message
- 5:27to open up the doors about your experience, and how you overcame
- 5:31those obstacles. I also coincides with what we were just
- 5:36talking about. You face these obstacles through your journey
- 5:39to get to where you are today. Can you talk about a little bit
- 5:42about some of those aspects of coming to terms with where you
- 5:46are in terms of where you came to divine purpose and things of
- 5:50that nature, and connecting that to your experiences in terms of
- 5:53divine purpose, motivation and meditation? And all those
- 5:57aspects are part of self-healing and self-growth, could you kind
- 6:01of touch on that a little bit?
- 6:03Michele Blood:: Yeah. But first of all, I've got to say that I
- 6:06can see people very, very well. Their soul type. And you are
- 6:11beautiful. What's coming from you, the energy, the frequency
- 6:17is incredible. I just have to say it, because it's not often I
- 6:22feel it to this extent. It's like, wow, okay, hit me with
- 6:25that gorgeous light. Why don't you, Jim?
- 6:28Jim Price:: Goodness of life. Hey, hey, I'm always good. It's
- 6:30always good to hear people say good thing. Because then, you're
- 6:34on your journey, and what you're trying to do is to inspire and
- 6:38be on a high, high frequency. High where you get your
- 6:42blessings when you're trying to help others and stuff. Like your
- 6:44journey right now. We both got still left our journey, but
- 6:50being able to, you know, use that as a platform to be able to
- 6:53inspire change in that way. But I thank you so much, Michele, I
- 6:57appreciate that coming from you. That definitely means so much to
- 7:01be good as a light. Thank you.
- 7:03Michele Blood:: No, I could just see you bringing the sunshine
- 7:06into any room you walk into. It's just obvious. It's
- 7:09beautiful.
- 7:10Jim Price:: As we go through our journey in life, we look to see
- 7:14how we fit into. My niche has always been the children's world
- 7:19where I'm inspiring youth and stuff. And your niche, it's the
- 7:23same too. It's about those aspects of connectedness,
- 7:27meditation, self growth and stuff. Even purpose and
- 7:31progress. It's about growth and taking action towards the
- 7:35progress so that you can continue to see that growth and
- 7:38development happen over time. In terms of your accomplishments
- 7:42and stuff that you've had, so so much wonderful blessings in your
- 7:45life to accomplish so many things, what would you feel has
- 7:48been probably a major most prized achievement for you
- 7:52personally? I know you've worked in a lot of different areas, but
- 7:56maybe pinpoint a few things that you felt like been kind of peak
- 8:00achievements that you really is special to you in your own way.
- 8:05Michele Blood:: Well, I feel that after traveling the world
- 8:07and doing all the successful things I did, my heart was so
- 8:10open. It was like I had heart glow. And Bob Proctor said to
- 8:14me, you've got to find an enlightened teacher. He said, I
- 8:18had one for you, 3 or 4 years, Leyland in Canada. And so then I
- 8:23went on a journey. I didn't know that I was actually looking for
- 8:27an enlightened teacher, but I knew I wanted to find what this
- 8:29heart glow was that I was feeling. I didn't realize it was
- 8:32because all the work that I'd been doing with my affirmation
- 8:35pop songs, and that becoming globally successful and all the
- 8:39stuff I did with Bob, we created so many products, and it was
- 8:42amazing. I loved working with him because I'm high in energy,
- 8:45he's high in energy. And when people say it's the weekend,
- 8:48we'd say, you don't do things on the weekends. Particularly for a
- 8:58rock singer because you're working every day. So weekends,
- 9:02I think it's like the aristocrats in England, someone
- 9:05would say to them, oh, it's the weekend. And they didn't know
- 9:08what a weekend was because they didn't ever work. But anyway,
- 9:14but what happened to me was, after 14 years of looking, I
- 9:19eventually was delighted to be able to meet in America an
- 9:24enlightened teacher. She's about 10 years younger than me. I went
- 9:27off the grid for 10 years, took all social media off everything,
- 9:31and studied with her all over the world meditation until my
- 9:36greatest achievement, which I don't think is my achievement,
- 9:38it's because of the light that she could transmit to me, and
- 9:41because of my dedication to wanting to find what the divine
- 9:43was, my purpose was, so I had an awakening. I had a full
- 9:48awakening after years of meditating deeply and deeply,
- 9:52and having all these spiritual experiences. So it's not what
- 9:56I've created in terms of products and everything else.
- 10:00But that was the greatest thing, because everyone is here. Their
- 10:04souls waiting in line to be able to get here to this particular
- 10:09planet. It's incredibly challenging, but it's incredibly
- 10:13beautiful. People don't understand what's also out
- 10:16there, but I know what's out there. I'm going to go esoteric
- 10:18on you, but this is one of the most beautiful world plan. Even
- 10:21though there's a lot of crap, that content, that's a very high
- 10:24mystical terminology, crap. Even though there's a lot of stuff
- 10:28that goes on in the world, I've worked in so many different
- 10:32cultures, and everyone to me, they want to be loved, they want
- 10:36to love in return, they want to look after their families, and
- 10:39be able to experience really beautiful things in life. And I
- 10:42want everybody to do that. The thing is, they can. But
- 10:46sometimes, they just don't know how because they're staying at
- 10:50the same vibration, and they don't know how to change that.
- 10:54So my whole purpose in life now is giving them every tool in the
- 11:00huge toolbox of the divine, because everyone's different.
- 11:04I've got apps, I've got the Miracle Frequency Podcast, I've
- 11:08got all of these products, I've got students that come to me to
- 11:11learn meditation. Everybody's different, and so you've got to
- 11:15give everybody something that they can uplift themselves,
- 11:19whether it's just the affirmation songs they listen
- 11:21to, which works so powerfully and so quickly. Because you
- 11:25can't get a jingle out of your head, which is where you want
- 11:27positive thoughts. So the big basket, I don't have a lot of
- 11:32baskets. I don't want to be a basket case. It's got to have, I
- 11:37think it's best to have one umbrella and just put a lot of
- 11:41eggs into that divine purpose to release suffering in the world,
- 11:48and to let people know they're not alone. And that everything
- 11:52is possible for them if they will just give themselves a yes
- 11:57to themselves, to their own life. Yes, I can improve my
- 12:00life. No one needs to do it on their own. And those of you who
- 12:04are watching this wonderful podcast with Jim, tell everybody
- 12:08about it. About Jim's episodes that he'll be doing, because
- 12:12this is something that, like, I talk about in my new book,
- 12:16Traveling at the Frequency of Fabulosity, and that's where Jim
- 12:20is traveling at.
- 12:26Jim Price:: We're all on our journey. As I said, life is
- 12:29always a never-ending cycle of growth. You could continue to
- 12:33learn. Some people might go to college later in life, and
- 12:39that's okay. Everything happens with this divine timing of when
- 12:43they're supposed to happen. I always talk about that. Because
- 12:46sometimes, they talk about the signs of synchronicity, and I'm
- 12:49one who always will see the two two twos and one one. Sometimes,
- 12:52try to look into what other things mean in terms of
- 12:55synchronicity signs. But a lot of that entails a part of that
- 12:58healing journey, and trying to process that. Some people, they
- 13:02totally get stagnated and are afraid of change, afraid of
- 13:07going outside of the box of themselves to kind of want to
- 13:10have better. And most people stay stagnant. You might
- 13:15complain about things are happening. But if you have
- 13:18breath within your body, you're always capable of making change.
- 13:22I think a lot of times, people get caught up with not wanting
- 13:26to take that leap of faith and move forward, and be like, okay,
- 13:30this is what I'm going to do, this is where I want to go. This
- 13:33is the direction I want to go to change my life for the better.
- 13:36Put yourself in a positive mindset in that way. All that
- 13:39stuff totally resonates, I'm sure, with our audience as well
- 13:42as we talk about those ideas of growth, development and pushing
- 13:46forward to progress. Everybody's journey is different. But the
- 13:51way you get to where you want to go is always going to be
- 13:54different for everyone. That definitely resonates with me in
- 13:57that way. I also wanted to get into maybe future projects
- 14:05moving toward. I know you have a lot that you could talk about
- 14:07those elements in terms of the things that you're doing now,
- 14:11and maybe things you'll be looking forward to the future.

- 14:53Michele Blood:: Well, I'm always creating something. What happens
- 14:56is just, it's nonstop. There's always something going on. We've
- 15:01got 5 beautiful apps, but we spent years putting that
- 15:04together. The True Prayer app that we've just released, and
- 15:07it's not religious, it's spiritual. So any person of any
- 15:14faith can really benefit from it, because it's me knowing the
- 15:17truth for them. I've always loved to pray ever since I was a
- 15:20little girl. I went to church every morning when I was a
- 15:21little girl.
- 15:22Jim Price:: Me too. I know, I was with my mom and my sister.
- 15:30Michele Blood:: I went every morning with the nuns. These
- 15:33Irish Catholic nuns in the countryside of Blue Mountains of
- 15:36Australia, I just loved them. I've always loved prayer. The
- 15:41prayers are under a lot of different categories that come
- 15:43with affirmations and also guided meditations, it's called
- 15:47True Prayer App. Just go to trueprayerapp.com, it's for all
- 15:51phones. Howley and Fowler who helped develop it. Johnny and
- 15:57Dara and Trevor Rogers, our team. Hundreds of prayers I did.
- 16:02I do new categories all the time. I've just done a new
- 16:04category for miracles, and a new category for people that are
- 16:08sensitive souls that find it hard to handle navigating the
- 16:12world. Because when people got negative energy, it hurts them.
- 16:15I've done prayers for them. Prayers if of the jealous,
- 16:18prayers to heal the people that are jealous of you, mourning a
- 16:22pet, mourning a person, every category you can imagine to. How
- 16:28to stop self-sabotage prayers to gain self-esteem, prayers with
- 16:32no ego involved just to allow your spirit to soar. So that was
- 16:38my favorite thing that we've done until recently when we
- 16:40started the Miracle Frequency Podcast with Michelle Blood.
- 16:45It's more like an app. Almost every week, I talk about a
- 16:49different topic just for a few minutes, and then a guided
- 16:52meditation, then a prayer, then affirmations, and then one of my
- 16:57affirmation songs at the end. So it's just 20 minutes of
- 16:59gorgeous, uplifting, beautiful stuff. Two things, the live
- 17:06events that I put on, I'm putting on a big one at the end
- 17:09of September where people can fly in from all over the world,
- 17:12and we're just going to deep meditation, and to really get
- 17:16people to recalibrate when it's in person. Because before the
- 17:21lockdown, I was doing them all over the world. Live events. I
- 17:25love having a whole group of people that just really have
- 17:29shown up because they want to change. Just the fact that they
- 17:31show up will shift you. Even if you've shown up for the podcast
- 17:37today, this is going to shift you in a positive way. I thank
- 17:42you for asking me, Jim. Thanks very much. What about you? Oh,
- 17:45my new podcast. I think it's called The Purpose and Progress.
- 17:51Jim Price:: You were mentioning that it's interesting that you
- 17:53mentioned the prayer aspect of everything that you're doing
- 17:55too, because I definitely believe in prayer. Any project
- 18:00that I put together, I'm always making sure I put a prayer
- 18:02before I do anything. I have understanding that because of
- 18:06those prayers, a lot of doors open up. All the stuff that's
- 18:09happened up to this point, it's just been through the power of
- 18:12prayer, and understanding that trying to incite the ideas of a
- 18:16positive mindset and inspire others to be positive too.
- 18:21You're gonna probably have people be more positive when you
- 18:26yourself are that beacon and try to shine yourself in your own
- 18:29way of being positive, showing people that there is a way to
- 18:34navigate a lot of terrains of trauma and unhealed trauma. All
- 18:38the things, my childhood traumas, all the different
- 18:41things that entail things that people hold on to. And
- 18:44sometimes, never really tackle, and try to actually go through,
- 18:47and heal on those actions of themselves so they could become
- 18:51more clear, have a clear consciousness and awareness of
- 18:54themselves too, as well. I definitely resonate with that. I
- 18:58always add prayer, and I definitely do that a lot.
- 19:03Michele Blood:: Jim, guess what, we're in synergy, red hot
- 19:08energy, positive energy, built into synergy.
- 19:14Jim Price:: That's what I'm talking about. Talk about
- 19:18affirmation, man. People sometimes don't really look at
- 19:21that as aspect for change, healing and stuff. They think
- 19:25about just a prayer. But there's a lot of different connotations
- 19:28that go with that in a whole. All the stuff you're doing is
- 19:35absolutely amazing, Michele. We still on our journey. Still
- 19:39pushing and trying to inspire change across the world. And
- 19:43with families, children, adults and everybody, I think that's so
- 19:48wonderful. All the things that you're doing in terms of
- 19:50everything. One of the things I would like to say, and I always
- 19:53make sure my guests have the opportunity to really hear, if
- 19:57you were to give your advice in terms of people who may feel
- 20:02like they're kind of stagnant and have been stuck, what advice
- 20:06would you give for those folks to maybe push through that wall
- 20:10and get through that obstacle of being in that stagnant energy?
- 20:15What advice would you give to those folks?
- 20:17Michele Blood:: Well, there's three things. I like the
- 20:19question. First of all, I'm going to give away my favorite
- 20:23album which they can listen to, that I did with Bob Proctor,
- 20:29Songs for Success. So you just listen to it over and over
- 20:32again, but got to do some something physical as well.
- 20:35You've got to declutter your home. Because if your
- 20:40consciousness is looking at clutter everywhere, or
- 20:43untidiness, or even cobwebs in your mind, you get cobwebs in
- 20:50your mind then. And so it's really important to make your
- 20:54place as zen as possible because that will help your
- 20:56consciousness so much. You will have huge change if you do that.
- 21:02And there are very inexpensive decluttering people that started
- 21:06their own little businesses during the lockdown that you can
- 21:09hire if you don't want to do it yourself. Oh, I don't know,
- 21:12maybe that dress will fit one day. Get rid of it. Get rid of
- 21:16it if you haven't worn it. And also to stop complaining. If you
- 21:21can stop complaining for 21 days and realize that when you
- 21:25complain, it's because you are afraid of losing something
- 21:29you've got. Or not getting something you want, and you mask
- 21:32it. You mask your fear by complaining about people,
- 21:36places, or things. I know that none of you are nasty people, so
- 21:40you probably don't feel good when you complain about people,
- 21:43places, or things because that's not your natural state. Beauty,
- 21:48love, compassion and finding other people interesting, not
- 21:52just worrying about if they find you interesting. If you can stop
- 21:56complaining for 21 days, and I'll tell you this much, if you
- 22:00find you're beginning, you're halfway through a complaint but
- 22:04you can stop yourself halfway through and shift your attention
- 22:09to something positive to say instead, and if you're at day 20
- 22:13and you complain, start at day one again. 21 days of stopping
- 22:17complaining will change your life. Your frequency will be so
- 22:22much faster. You'll be able to see the opportunities for your
- 22:25life that you never saw before that were always there. Divine
- 22:29angels. The divine always gives you everything that will bring
- 22:32you divine purpose, and help you get out of a rabbit hole no
- 22:36matter if it's a rabbit hole of money or whatever. But if you do
- 22:39these things, you will absolutely change your life
- 22:43within a month. It'll be unbelievable. You won't
- 22:45recognize who you were. It's not easy. People complain all the
- 22:49time, but don't stop.
- 22:58Jim Price:: That definitely is something that happens when I
- 23:01was mentioning stagnation and stuff. People complain, but then
- 23:04they don't take action to change the dynamics of the things that
- 23:07are happening in their life. But they'll continue to complain.
- 23:09It's almost like a hamster wheel where they're going through
- 23:12these things. Like I said, you got to be able to take action if
- 23:16you want true change in your life. And all those things are
- 23:19definitely important in that progress and purpose of being
- 23:22able to do those kind of things. How can our viewers connect with
- 23:26you in terms to all your books and programs? How can our
- 23:32audience connect with you? What's the best way for them to
- 23:34connect with you?

- 25:19Purpose and Progress Podcast Show with your host, Dr. Jim
- 25:22Price. And today, we had a guest, Michele Blood. And we had
- 25:26a great conversation here. Don't forget to subscribe to the
