An Iowan named Gary Leffler is heading to Washington, D.C. this Fourth of July with his proudly painted tractor — a rolling tribute to his family’s 14 military service members, including his son, an Army major. Having already paraded in Trump’s inauguration, Leffler is back for America’s 250th birthday, bringing his wife and grandchildren along — even with State Rep. Eddie Andrews joining the ride.
