- 0:10This is a president of action.
- 0:11Coast to coast and around the world from the America Out Loud Talk Radio Studios.
- 0:16If he says he's serious about something, he means it.
- 0:19It's time for The Truth Be Told with Booker Scott.
- 0:22Mr.
- 0:23Speaker, the President of the United States.
- 0:28Every year, the President of the United States of America gives the State of the Union address.
- 0:34He's done it for a very long time.
- 0:38And it's always a report card according to the way they see things going.
- 0:44If you happen to be on one side, the opposite side of the president, you don't think things are going so well.
- 0:50But if you're on his team, you think things are going great.
- 0:53President Donald Trump gave his State of the Union address Tuesday night, and it was very interesting.
- 0:59We're going to get into that here tonight.
- 1:00I'm Booker, and this is The Truth Be Told on America Out Loud Talk Radio.

- 1:24Hotel information at the Sheridan in Nashville.
- 1:27Again, that is July 2nd through 4th in Nashville for the 250th celebration of America and the 10-year celebration of America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 1:38Let's get into it.
- 1:39What did you think?
- 1:40What do you think about the State of the Union address?
- 1:42Going into it, as you heard me talk about it the other night.
- 1:45I I felt Donald Trump would talk about all the great things that he's done, and that's not abnormal.
- 1:50Every president does that.
- 1:52It is their opportunity to give the report card to the country about how they are doing, where they think we are going, what they have accomplished.
- 2:01And every president pretty much does the same way.
- 2:03And as we saw, we knew the Democrats weren't going to show up.
- 2:06A lot of them didn't.
- 2:07I think there were 50 empty seats in total.
- 2:10People like Adam Shift, Ruben Gallego, they didn't go.
- 2:13They had their own little thing across town there.
- 2:16And then we had the new governor of Virginia, Spanberger, who gave the response for the Democrats after it.
- 2:23And that's normal too.
- 2:24All of this is normal theater in Washington, D.C.
- 2:28There were some great moments, though, that President Trump had on Tuesday night, and I think the way that he weaved in some of these great American stories were fantastic.
- 2:37But you need to know that down the street, the Democrats were weaving in stories of their own.
- 2:42That's just politics in Washington, D.C.
- 2:45We look for solutions.
- 2:46And we don't see a whole lot of solutions coming out of Washington, D.C.
- 2:49I don't know, and I could be wrong, but I don't know that health care or health insurance was really a big theme of either one of the political sides of the aisles show that they had Tuesday night.
- 3:02You know, it was health care.
- 3:03It was health insurance.
- 3:05It was that that was a big part of the government shutdown that lasted 43 days just a few months ago, and it seems to be faded out of memory, and solutions aren't coming.
- 3:15Four point nine trillion dollars is the annual economy around health care in America.
- 3:22Collectively, we all pay that four point nine trillion dollars.
- 3:26Unfortunately, there are no solutions for making health care more affordable, health insurance better if we even need health insurance.
- 3:34I don't know what the answers are, but no one else is offering any either.
- 3:38Republicans or Democrats.
- 3:39No one seems to have an answer for that.
- 3:42But let's get back to what we're going to talk about here, which is the State of the Union address and President Donald Trump.
- 3:49One of the great moments of this was the USA hockey team.
- 3:52There was debate whether they were coming or not coming.
- 3:54I think most of them came.
- 3:56It looked to me like there were about fourteen or fifteen there from the USA hockey team that won the gold medal for the first time in 46 years.
- 4:03Here's President Donald Trump introducing them to Congress.
- 4:07But our country is winning again.
- 4:10In fact, we're winning so much that we really don't know what to do about it.
- 4:15People are asking me, please, please, please, Mr.
- 4:19President.
- 4:19We're winning too much.
- 4:20We can't take it anymore.
- 4:22We're not used to winning in our country until you came along with just always losing, but now we're winning too much.
- 4:29And I think he was off script a little bit there.
- 4:32And those are the type of comments that the Democrats and those on the left cringe about, and maybe some in the middle.
- 4:39The independents do as well.
- 4:41But here he is.
- 4:42He's continuing to introduce the USA hockey team who is there, and here they come.
- 4:47And I say, no, no, no.
- 4:49You're going to win again.
- 4:51You're going to win big.
- 4:52You're going to win bigger than ever.
- 4:54And to prove that point, to prove that point, here with us tonight is a group of winners who just made the entire nation proud.
- 5:03The men's gold medal Olympic hockey team.
- 5:08Come on in.
- 5:16And as they made their way in, even some of the Democrats stood up.
- 5:21You noticed that on Tuesday night, Democrats, they failed to stand up for some of the easiest things.
- 5:44Let's get to some more good things that happened on Tuesday night because I believe it's the good stories that makes us feel good.
- 5:51And whether it's a Democrat giving the State of the Union or a Republican, I like these stories, actually.
- 5:58Donald Trump went an hour and forty-five minutes.
- 6:01That was a little bit too long, I believe, but here is President Trump giving a Congressional Medal of Honor to Chief Petty Officer Eric Slover for his heroism in piloting the um Chinook helicopter back when they took over Maduro in uh back in January.
- 6:18Here is President Trump on this great honor here for this man.
- 6:21And by the way, he says he's gonna honor ten more that were with him that night for doing the similar type of thing.
- 6:28There were many heroes on that January raid to capture Maduro.
- 6:32Capture Maduro.
- 6:33Really great heroes.
- 6:35It was very dangerous.
- 6:37They knew we were coming.
- 6:38They were all set.
- 6:39But the deeds of one warrior that night will live forever in the eternal chronicles of military valor.
- 6:48Chief Warrant Officer 5, Eric Slover.
- 6:52Planned a mission and was the flight lead in the cockpit of the first helicopter.
- 7:00A big, beautiful, powerful helicopter.
- 7:04It's a massive Chinook carrying, as you can imagine, many, many American warfighters.
- 7:12Wearing the dog tags, his wife Amy had blessed with holy water before he left.
- 7:18She knew it was going to be a rough one.
- 7:20Eric stared the Chinook under the cover of night and descended swiftly upon Madura's heavily protected military fortress.
- 7:28This was a major military installation.
- 7:32Protected by thousands of soldiers and guarded by Russian and Chinese military technology.
- 7:39How did that work out, not too good?
- 7:43Well, preparing to land enemy machine guns fired from every angle.
- 7:48And Eric was hit very badly in the leg and hip, one bullet after another.
- 7:54He absorbed four agonizing shots, shredding his leg into numerous pieces.
- 8:00And yet, despite the fact that the use of his legs was vital to successful helicopter flight.
- 8:21Then even as he was gushing blood, which was flowing back down the aisle, helicopter lands at a steep angle.
- 8:30Right in front of him, two machine gunners who escaped the rest of the previous planes.
- 8:37Eric maneuvered his helicopter with all of those lives and souls to face the enemy and let his gunners eliminate the threat.
- 8:45Turn the helicopter around so the gunners could take care of business, saving the lives of his fellow warriors from what could have been a catastrophic crash.
- 8:55Deep in enemy territory.
- 8:58Only after safely landing the helicopter with all the warriors aboard in the exact right spot, which was vital to the mission.
- 9:07Probably would have had maybe cancel the mission if that didn't happen.
- 9:12Eric told his co-pilot, also wounded, but not as gravely to cake over.
- 9:20I'm about ready to pass out.
- 9:23The success of the entire mission and the lives of his fellow warriors hinge on Eric's ability to take searing pain.
- 9:32It was unbelievable what's happened to his legs of the bullets and keep on flying and landing and people knew it was happening.
- 9:43Everybody in the back of the helicopter knew because they saw the blood pouring down the aisle.
- 9:48Incredible story there of Petty of Chief Petty Officer Eric Slover, just one of many, many heroes that we have in our military that we should never forget.
- 9:57And Donald Trump did put them on to
- 10:00Play on Tuesday night.
- 10:01So good job by him on that.
- 10:04There was some activity before it even got started, and that was with Representative Hal Green, not the singer, but the one that gets thrown out of every State of the Union that Donald Trump gives.
- 10:14He's also the one that does impeachments on Donald Trump constantly.
- 10:18He held a sign up and then he said a few words and they escorted him out again this year.
- 10:23But he wasn't the only one that was triggered by Donald Trump.
- 10:27He also triggered Ilan Omar and the Somalians in Minnesota.
- 10:31Listen to this.
- 10:32The Somali pirates who ransacked Minnesota remind us that there are large parts of the world where bribery, corruption, and lawlessness are the norm, not the exception.
- 10:44Importing these cultures through unrestricted immigration and open borders brings those problems right here to the USA.
- 10:52And it is the American people who pay the price and higher medical bills, car insurance race.
- 10:58And as he was saying that, you could see Ilan Omar on the video or on television Tuesday night.
- 11:03She wasn't happy.
- 11:07She was sitting next to Jaypal, and uh it wasn't going to be long before they had to open their mouth, and they unraveled, and they had rage.
- 11:15And you can almost see it in Ilan Omar there when he was talking about Somalia.
- 11:30You can hear her yelling now.
- 11:44And he tells them you should be ashamed of yourselves.
- 11:48Vice President J.
- 11:49D.
- 11:50Vance and Speaker Mike Johnson stand behind him in applause.
- 12:06Why hasn't Ilan Omar been deported yet?
- 12:09Didn't she marry her brother?
- 12:10That's what they say.
- 12:11They say she married her brother.
- 12:12If she married her brother to get into the for him to get in the country, I believe that's illegal.
- 12:17Something else he talked about was the Save Act and making sure that we secure our elections.
- 12:22Here is Donald Trump.
- 12:31We have to stop it, John.
- 12:37And we'll see what happens with the Save Act.
- 12:39It doesn't look like it's going anywhere right now.
- 12:41And Donald Trump had something to say about transgendering our children as well.
- 12:46But surely we can all agree no state can be allowed to rip children from their parents' arms and transition them to a new gender against the parents.
- 12:55Well, who would believe that we've been talking about we must ban it?
- 13:00And we must ban it immediately.
- 13:05A lot of surgery centers in the country that have been providing that service are no longer doing it.
- 13:12So I happen to see a couple of stories that many, many of those hospitals are no longer doing that.
- 13:16So that's a good thing.
- 13:18Here was something interesting.
- 13:19He Donald Trump said, Stand if you agree that the first duty of American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens.
- 13:29Every Republican in that chamber, they stood, every Democrat remained seated.
- 13:35And what they did was just provide an incredible image for marketing for campaigns for the midterm coming up on this year.
- 13:44Here's Trump with that question, and we see the Democrats just remain seated.
- 13:50So tonight I'm inviting every legislature to join with my administration in reaffirming a fundamental principle.
- 13:58If you agree with this statement, then stand up and show your support.
- 14:15And every Democrat lawmaker in that chamber.
- 14:19Keep in mind there were 50 missing.
- 14:21They decided not to come.
- 14:23But those there, every one of them remained seated the entire time.
- 14:28As the Republicans stand and cheer, and those in the gallery cheer.
- 14:36Donald Trump looks at them.
- 14:37He throws his hands up.
- 14:38What's wrong with you?
- 14:39You can't even do this.
- 14:41They hate Donald Trump so much that it really doesn't matter what the American people want, whether it's health care or or the border, it doesn't matter what the American people want.
- 14:56And because of that, we're not getting any solutions.
- 15:02Let's listen to the governor of Virginia, Spanberger.
- 15:06Abigail Spamberger, she had the response to Donald Trump.
- 15:09His reckless trade policies have forced American families to pay more than $1,700 each in tariff costs.
- 15:18Small businesses have suffered.
- 15:20Farmers have suffered, some losing entire markets.
- 15:23And I would point out that Donald Trump's administration gave farmers twelve billion dollars last week.
- 15:29Tariffs have hurt the farmers.
- 15:31That is true.
- 15:32The $1,700 that is being thrown out by Democrats, and it's been going on since Saturday about the tariffs and that every American has paid 1,700 more.
- 15:41That is very debatable.
- 15:43I don't think the number is that high.
- 15:46Again, inflation has come down.
- 15:51Inflation did not go up because of tariffs.
- 15:54Did we pay more for some things?
- 15:56Absolutely.
- 15:56But uh seventeen hundred dollars, I don't know where they get the number from.
- 16:00Every day Americans are paying the price.
- 16:04And even though the Supreme Court struck these tariffs down four days ago, the damage to us, the American people has already been done.
- 16:13Meanwhile, the president is planning for new tariffs.
- 16:17Another massive tax hike on you and your family.
- 16:21The new tariffs will be approved by Congress because there are already laws to allow him to do that.
- 16:28And I would argue and debate the $1,700.
- 16:31But it really doesn't matter.
- 16:32You kind of hear the tone there from Spamberger, very dry, and there are no solutions either from the Democrats.
- 16:39They are terribly unpopular as a party, more unpopular than the Republicans, even.
- 16:51A lack of respect for the country, a lack of respect for the office of the commander in chief of president, and here is more of Abigail Spanberger.
- 17:05And sometimes he succeeds.
- 17:13The short list of the same thing could be said of Joe Biden just in 2024.
- 17:20Do you remember his State of the Union address back then?
- 17:23He was pretty uh he he was not a nice person.
- 17:27He was going after everyone.
- 17:28He was trying to show that he had the power and the energy to be the president for another four years because he was starting his campaign to be president again at that point because Kamala Harris hadn't come in.
- 17:40If you remember his 2024 State of the Union address, it was something else.
- 17:45You talk about dividing people.
- 17:48That's what Joe Biden did for four years.
- 17:50He really doesn't matter what side of the aisle you're on, whether you're on the left or the right.
- 17:55When your person is in there, you think they're great.
- 17:58When the other one is in there, you think they're bad.
- 18:01Meanwhile, we are all paying the price because solutions for things like health care and education, as our children uh they they're failing.
- 18:10Public education is failing.
- 18:12We have to be honest, we have to look at things, and we have to come up with solutions.
- 18:17You know, Donald Trump is on the right track here with a lot of things.
- 18:21Does he have the answer for everything?
- 18:23No, he doesn't.
- 18:25And we need to look to each other for solutions, I believe.
- 18:29But don't take a whole lot of uh stock in anything that happens in a State of the Union address.
- 18:34It is a chance for the president to talk about what he has done and what he is going to do.
- 18:41And that's all it is.
- 18:43It's going to be forgotten by the weekend.
- 18:45Something else is going to happen.
- 18:46And again, next year, we're going to have another one, and it's going to be the same way.
- 18:50So remember this one next year.
- 18:53They're all the same.
- 18:56Let's get real.

- 20:58I don't know if you saw this story, but a couple of weeks ago, Donald Trump sent three U.S.
- 21:03Navy ships down to the coast of Venezuela, and they are there to fight the cartels.
- 21:09The cartels are a big problem here in this country.
- 21:12We see the things that they have been doing.
- 21:13So Donald Trump sends the Navy ships down there.
- 21:16And on Tuesday afternoon, it was announced that the U.S.
- 21:20Navy fired on and destroyed a boat with 13 Venezuelans in it.
- 21:26So that's the first time that a U.S.
- 21:28Navy ship had fired on a boat there off the coast of Venezuela.
- 21:32I just wanted to bring that to you quickly.
- 21:34I want to do something a little bit different here in this segment because something bothered me Sunday night when I ran across it on Facebook.
- 21:42I'm originally from Nashville, Tennessee.
- 21:44I've mentioned that a couple of times.
- 21:46When I was a young child, I was in Nashville and in Brentwood, just south of Nashville.
- 21:51And my dad, for whatever reason, I still to this day don't know, probably will never find out.
- 21:56He's been dead for six years now.
- 21:58So I won't be able to ask him at this time anyway, maybe one day, maybe maybe one day.
- 22:11Had no experience on a farm, but that's what we did.
- 22:14We bought 11 acres, and it was in a bedroom community called Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
- 22:19It's about 25 miles southeast on the way to Chattanooga from Nashville, and that's where I finished growing up.
- 22:26Elementary school, middle school, high school, even went to college there.
- 22:30Back then it was a university town, Middle Tennessee State University is there.
- 22:34It was a sleepy little town, really.
- 22:36It was a small community.
- 22:37It was a great place to grow up.
- 22:39I loved it.
- 22:40And I still have a lot of friends there.
- 22:42I still follow them on Facebook.
- 22:44And I also follow the local radio station.
- 22:47And that's where I'm going to go with the segment because of the program that was on Sunday night that caught my attention.
- 22:54Have you heard about uh 287G?
- 22:57Do you know what that is?
- 22:58Section 287G of the U.S.
- 23:00Immigration and Nationality Act.
- 23:02Well, it authorizes the Department of Homeland Security selected state and local law enforcement officers to enforce federal immigration law.
- 23:14So in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, which is Rutherford County, which by the way, it has grown a lot since I grew up there.
- 23:22We moved there in 1976, I believe, and it like I said, it was a sleepy little town.
- 23:28A nice little country town is what it was.
- 23:31Now it's huge.
- 23:32It is exploded.
- 23:33Nashville has exploded, and so has Murfreesboro and Rutherford County.
- 23:38It is now the third largest county in the state of Tennessee.
- 23:41You have Memphis, Shelby County, Nashville, Davidson County, they're one and two, and then you have Rutherford County, Murfreesboro is number three, actually larger than Chattanooga and larger than Knoxville, a couple of other big cities there in the state of Tennessee.
- 23:56The Rutherford County Sheriff is Mike Fitchw, and he has said that he would never use his deputies to go after illegal immigrants.
- 24:04That's what he said.
- 24:05But then there was a little change in the last couple of weeks there in Rutherford County in Murfreesboro with this section 287G.
- 24:13Sheriff Fitchw has agreed to this 287 G, which would allow when they arrest an illegal immigrant and there is a detainer for them by ICE, that they will hold the illegal immigrant.
- 24:27To me, it's a no-brainer.
- 24:28It's makes perfect sense.
- 24:30Why would you not be for that?
- 24:32If this were a regular criminal, let's say that it was someone that had committed murder in Montana, would Sheriff Fitch you and his deputies not hold that person for extradition to Montana?
- 24:46Of course they would.
- 24:47So if you have an illegal immigrant that is a criminal, which at this point, that's really all Donald Trump and the DHS and ICE are rounding up.
- 24:56They're not rounding up children in schools.
- 24:59That's not what they're doing.
- 25:00They're not rounding up just illegal immigrants at this point.
- 25:05They're rounding up the criminals, the ones that have murdered, the ones that have raped.
- 25:10That's who they're trying to get off the street.
- 25:12For the life of me, I can't understand why anyone wouldn't want that.
- 25:16Just because they're illegal immigrants, for some reason they want to give these people a pass.
- 25:21That's what the left is saying.
- 25:22And when I went to Facebook and I came across this story, it was a live radio program in my former hometown of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
- 25:32And Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Rutherford County voted heavily for Donald Trump in the 2024 election.
- 25:39It was 6040, 60% Donald Trump, 40% for Kamala Harris.
- 25:44Close to it.
- 25:45It was a blowout.
- 25:46There's no doubt that Rutherford County, Tennessee is a red county.
- 25:51It is also Donald Trump County.
- 25:54It is a MAGA county.
- 25:55That's really what it is.
- 25:57So when I came across this story and this show, I was shocked at what I heard.
- 26:02I'm going to play some of this for you because I think it's important for us to understand the other perspective and what the other side is saying.
- 26:11Because what they are saying is nothing like I'm saying.
- 26:14I say this all the time about illegal immigrants.
- 26:17It's time for them to go.
- 26:18We need to get these criminals out of here.
- 26:21And it needs to be done now.
- 26:24So when people start talking the way these guys did, and what really what they're doing is calling Sheriff Fitchyou onto the carpet for making an agreement with the Homeland Security in this 287G.
- 26:37They don't want their deputies to hold criminal illegal aliens in their jail.
- 26:43But I was shocked at what I heard on this local small radio station in Murfreesboro, Tennessee from Ed Raymer, is the guy's name who does the show on Sunday night.
- 26:55Along with him was the Democrat National Committee Chairman for Rutherford County.
- 27:00His name is Matt Fee.
- 27:02And here he is talking about what happened two weeks ago when FitchU said, We're not going to do this.
- 27:09We're not going to have our deputies going after illegal immigrants.
- 27:13And then the activism that they created to get people to show up to a council meeting, county government meeting to try to make their voices heard so that the sheriff would not do this agreement.
- 27:27Here is the DNC chairman in the county of Rutherford County, Tennessee.
- 27:31His name is Matt Fee.
- 27:33I think I noticed a social media post from someone that said, hey, Rutherford County is now pending a 287 G agreement with ICE.
- 27:42Right.
- 27:43Um, so just so everybody knows a 287 G is basically like uh it it gives local police uh ability to do uh work for ice in, you know, either as themselves or in the jail or whatever.
- 28:01Um, you know, so having noticed that, you know, that was the first time it had come up.
- 28:08I don't know how long it had been pending, but basically you go to ICE's website and you can see all of the you know law enforcement agencies that are pending any kind of agreement with ice or all the ones that are actually active.
- 28:21And it was nose.
- 28:22Excuse me.
- 28:23You know, Rutherford County is now showing pending for a warrant service officer.
- 28:27Okay.
- 28:28Um so I mentioned, hey, you know, if you want to say something about it, there's a public safety meeting coming up on Monday.
- 28:35You know, let's go there and say you want to talk about the sheriff's report.
- 28:40Sure.
- 28:40And so that's how we got there.
- 28:43Um there was multiple groups involved, um, especially uh remix remix TN, they're like an immigrant um, you know, the advocacy.
- 28:54Um, and they did a lot of work with coordinating and getting people to sign up for public comment at that meeting.
- 29:00So they go to the public meeting and they make comments.
- 29:04Everybody that spoke was against this two eighty-seven G.
- 29:08If you go to ICE.gov slash identify and arrest.
- 29:14If you go to that website, you will see every state and county and city that is involved with ice and the two eighty-seven G agreement.
- 29:24I can tell you this.
- 29:25I'm looking at the map now.
- 29:27California, Oregon, Washington, and Illinois.
- 29:32Those are four states that have no agreement with ICE.
- 29:35That is not surprising.
- 29:37You also have a little bit of Delaware, a little bit of Vermont, the entire state of Connecticut, the entire state of New Jersey, all of those states have no agreement with ICE, which means these illegal immigrants that are committing crimes and have committed crimes where they came from, are running free in these states, and these states are doing nothing to help Donald Trump.
- 30:00And ICE get these people out of here.
- 30:02But I want to go back to the radio show on 1450 WGNS in Murfreesboro.
- 30:07Listen to the comments now from Ed Raymer as they continue the conversation.
- 30:13Here's here's the rub.
- 30:15At the public safety meeting, as we mentioned, everyone, though those that spoke all against this.
- 30:20Now what we're talking about with ICE, we're talking about the guys that are coming in with the mask.
- 30:25And they don't have to have they don't have to have a reason to my knowledge.
- 30:29They can come in and just pick you up and take you off and I guess do what they want.
- 30:34Okay, that's a lie.
- 30:35That's not true, and I don't even know why Ed Raymer on this radio show is saying that.
- 30:40He doesn't know what he's talking about, and he probably shouldn't be talking about it.
- 30:44Both of these guys are leftists, they're Democrats.
- 30:47Again, in a city and a county that was heavily favoring Donald Trump in the 2024 election.
- 30:55The things that he says are important to understand from the perspective of the left and what they are saying against Donald Trump and the things that his administration is doing.
- 31:06You hear him say that these ICE people are wearing the masks.
- 31:10You know, it's obvious that they watch MSNBC because that's the narrative that they are teaching people over there.
- 31:17Well, they're wearing masks.
- 31:18I've covered it on this show before, so that they are not killed.
- 31:22It's for their protection, is what it's for.
- 31:25Let's go back to Ed Raymer.
- 31:26He is the host of the show.
- 31:28Let's let him run his mouth a little bit more.
- 31:30Never Trump is giving them where to do it.
- 31:32Somebody they're gonna fool around, someone's gonna get hurt.
- 31:35Okay.
- 31:36Um basically we don't know who these people are.
- 31:41Right.
- 31:42We're to my knowledge, they're a bunch of thugs.
- 31:44He's talking about ice there.
- 31:46We don't know who these people are.
- 31:48Well, let me tell you who they are, Ed Raymer and WGNS.
- 31:53They are federal law enforcement officers.
- 31:56They have gone through training, they have gone through background checks, they are wearing masks so that other people don't try to hurt them because leftist liberal, stupid Democrats in some of these cities have tried to hurt them.
- 32:10They have doxxed them.
- 32:12Politicians have doxxed them.
- 32:14So why wouldn't they wear a mask?
- 32:16They are not thugs, they are federal law enforcement officials, and what you're talking about, Ed Raymer and WGNS is dangerous.
- 32:25You are dangerous, not Donald Trump and not Ice.
- 32:29So here so here's the thing, right?
- 32:31And we were talking about this a little bit earlier, um, before we came on the air.
- 32:36And listen how much Matt Fee uses the word right.
- 32:39I talked about it last week about a linguistic tie-down.
- 32:43When someone isn't confident in what they're saying, or they're trying to sell you something, they will use right in a rhetorical way.
- 32:50This guy has a real problem with it.
- 32:53He can't say two sentences without saying right, which is a tie-down to further the conversation on something that you don't know what you're really talking about, and you're just trying to sell something to someone.
- 33:04Here he goes.
- 33:05The agreement that was pending at the time was for a warrant service officer.
- 33:12To my knowledge, what that means is that if someone is brought into the Rutherford County jail and ICE has a civil warrant against that person, then Rutherford County Sheriff's deputies can serve that warrant on that person in the jail.
- 33:28Right.
- 33:28Whereas before, ICE would have to come and do that themselves.
- 33:32Okay.
- 33:32Okay.
- 33:33So even though it may be let's call it the least of the bad options in these two eighty seven G agreements with ICE.
- 33:42To me, the fact of the matter is that Rutherford County is entering into an agreement with ICE.
- 33:48I don't care what model it is.
- 33:51I don't care that you're, you know, whether it's the one that sends deputies out into the community to do, you know, task force work.
- 33:59Right.
- 33:59I don't want that one.
- 34:00I don't want them doing anything on ICE behalf.
- 34:03Why not?
- 34:04Why wouldn't you?
- 34:05Because these are criminals that Donald Trump and ICE are getting out of this country.
- 34:09They are bad people.
- 34:11These are people that murdered Lake and Riley, Nungaree.
- 34:14And I could go on list the names over and over.
- 34:18It happened for years.
- 34:19It's still happening every day.
- 34:20Why wouldn't you want these people out of your country?
- 34:23Do you want them to live next door to you?
- 34:25Matt Fee, Ed Raymer on WGNS radio.
- 34:29You want these people for your neighbors that committed rapes, they molested children, murderers.
- 34:36You don't know who they are.
- 34:38Joe Biden never knew who they were.
- 34:39None of these people were vetted.
- 34:41So now ICE is making agreement with uh a town like Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Rutherford County, Tennessee.
- 34:48And the sheriff there, Mike Fitchy.
- 34:51I actually went to high school and middle school with both of his daughters.
- 34:55They don't want to make an agreement there in Rutherford County that the jail will just hold these bad guys that ICE has a detainer on.
- 35:03They would rather have them released onto their streets.
- 35:06And these people think they make any sense.
- 35:09They think Donald Trump is the bad guy, that ICE is the bad guy.
- 35:13I want you to understand this perspective because this perspective is out there all over the country.
- 35:19If it's there in a place like Murfreesboro, Tennessee, it's everywhere.
- 35:24Let's go on with it.
- 35:25Because it's just like what you said.
- 35:27You know, we we see these videos and reports every single day right now, where ICE is just disappearing people off the street for almost no reason whatsoever, except for the fact that they have skin.
- 35:42Yeah, that their color of their skin.
- 35:44A couple of things here.
- 35:45I don't recall seeing videos of ice disappearing just anybody off the street.
- 35:51And it's not because of the color of their skin either.
- 35:54It's because the crimes that they have committed.
- 35:57They are criminals.
- 35:58I'll say it again, they are criminals.
- 36:00And these people, Ed Raymer and Matthee, they are lost.
- 36:05They have no idea what they're talking about.
- 36:08Doesn't look like they should be here.
- 36:09Right.
- 36:09Right?
- 36:10Or not that they shouldn't be here, but that you know, they're not.
- 36:13No, they don't think they should be.
- 36:14They just assume I'm called what they just assume that they're, you know, undocumented.
- 36:20And ladies and gentlemen, I want to say this.
- 36:22I I don't want to put any words in the chairman of the Democrat Party's mouth.
- 36:27I don't mean to do that, but I'm telling you, this bunch is dangerous.
- 36:31This bunch, he's talking about you.
- 36:33He's talking about Donald Trump, he's talking about ICE.
- 36:37He's talking about everybody that would have illegal immigrants taken out of this country.
- 36:44That's who they're talking about.
- 36:46In a small town, well, it's grown.
- 36:48It's bigger than it used to be, but it's still a good old boy network.
- 36:53In a small place like Murfreesboro, Tennessee, that voted for Donald Trump 60% compared to 40%.
- 37:00This is the narrative that is being fed to that community there on a local radio station.
- 37:07It's amazing to me.
- 37:08Someone is going to get hurt.
- 37:11Someone's going to get killed.
- 37:14Now, I know you say, oh, well, that's Murphur, Tennessee.
- 37:17That couldn't let me tell you something.
- 37:19They didn't think it would happen in Washington, D.C.
- 37:22either, but it's happening.
- 37:23Yeah.
- 37:23They didn't think it would happen in Washington, D.C., but it is happening.
- 37:27What is he talking about?
- 37:29Well, he's talking about the National Guard coming into Washington, D.C.
- 37:34You see, from the left and their perspective, this is tyranny.
- 37:38They believe that Donald Trump is a dictator.
- 37:43That's what they think about Orange Man.
- 37:45And you hear it here in these voices of Ed Raymer and Matt Fee on WGNS radio.
- 37:52That's what they believe.
- 37:54That is the narrative.
- 37:56That is the information that they are putting out.
- 37:58They are putting out propaganda.
- 38:00This is not truth.
- 38:02This is propaganda.
- 38:04And now there's talk of Chicago.
- 38:06Yeah.
- 38:06And now major cities, and I've been watching the news this weekend.
- 38:10And I know, I know, okay, the cable news things.
- 38:12I know they need something to keep them on the air.
- 38:14But many of the states are now they're looking at redistricting because of the very problems we're talking about right now.
- 38:21So he thinks that the leftist states like California are talking about redistricting, and there's nothing to redistrict in California and Illinois.
- 38:31They have gerrymandered those states so badly that conservatives have absolutely no voice in Congress when it comes to those states because they have already gerrymandered all they can.
- 38:43The left is talking about redistricting in those states as a response to what Texas is doing.
- 38:49It has nothing to do with what Ed Raymer thinks it has to do with.
- 38:53That's what's causing all this.
- 38:54I mean, they don't want to hear from the other side, right?
- 38:57Oh no.
- 39:01They know that people are upset with the way that things are going, right?
- 39:07The economy, right?
- 39:09Your prices are going up.
- 39:11Where are prices going up?
- 39:13Where are they going up?
- 39:15Gas prices are down.
- 39:16I saw that it's down to 275 now.
- 39:19Eggs, they're down to a dollar ninety-five a dozen.
- 39:23Where are the prices going up?
- 39:25They get on the radio and they lie.
- 39:27That's what they're doing.
- 39:28But I think it's interesting perspective anyway, and I wanted to bring that to you.
- 39:32I was really shocked when I heard it.
- 39:35It was just by a chance that I happened to be on Facebook going through quickly, as I do sometimes, and I came across that and I wondered what they were talking about.
- 39:44And I found out.
- 39:46And I wanted to bring that to you so that you would have an idea that even in small places, in places that heavily supported Donald Trump, this is what is being said by the left and the Democrats.
- 39:592020
- 40:0026 is coming up on us.
- 40:01It'll be here faster than you can imagine for that midterm.
- 40:06And I really do worry about those 25, 30 seats in the middle because of this type of narrative.
- 40:13There's a long way to go between now and then, and a lot can happen.
- 40:17Virus protection and immune boosting just got easier.

- 40:52Well, did you see Google quietly updated its AI principles removing its pledge not to use AI for weapons or surveillance?
- 41:01A promise they agreed to in 2018.
- 41:04Well, the American people have seen Google's track record.
- 41:07Prompt in the question is Google and untrustworthy player in the AI race.
- 41:17Now is our time, my fellow Americans.
- 41:20America outmaud news, liberty and justice for all.
- 41:43Thank you for joining us here on this Wednesday night.
- 41:46It's great to have you.
- 41:47Several months ago, I did a show and a program.
- 41:50It was called You're Not Man Enough to Be a Woman.
- 41:54And the author of that book, his name is William Allen.
- 41:57He was here.
- 41:57He spent a whole hour with us.
- 41:59And if you'd like to go back and listen to that story, it's really riveting.
- 42:03It's an incredible story of his life from being a four or five-year-old boy dressing up as a girl to actually having transition surgery where he became Maggie for 30 years, only to realize that scripturally and the way that his convictions were and had changed through the years that he needed to be a man again and actually went through the process to do that.
- 42:26It's really a great story.
- 42:28But toward the end of our conversation, I don't think he was quite done with some of the things he wanted to talk about with the trans movement here in America.
- 42:37And we talked about it coming back.
- 42:39And I I have William here with us now.
- 42:41William Allen is the author of the book, which you can find at America Outloud.news.
- 42:46Go in the shop there, and you will find that book there, and you can buy it.
- 42:50Please do.
- 42:50It's also available on Amazon and other places as well.
- 42:54Let's get this conversation going.
- 42:56Welcome back to the program.
- 42:56Glad to have you.
- 42:57Thanks, brother.
- 42:58What a glorious goal to be a male or a female.
- 43:01Well, you know, that's why I wanted to talk to you because as soon as Donald Trump and JD Vance get sworn in almost a couple hours after it, they sign an executive order saying that there are two genders.
- 43:14And America will only do that.
- 43:15And they're rolling back DEI and all these other things.
- 43:18What were your thoughts as a former trans person?
- 43:22What are you thinking there when they come in and say there are only two genders?
- 43:25Well, I mean, I knew that was gonna uh set off the fireworks and and uh it didn't disappoint.
- 43:32There's uh yeah, the left uh the transgender movement uh and allies are just just going nuts, and uh I frankly it's kind of it's kind of nice to watch, I guess.
- 43:43I uh you know, coming out of uh even the 30 years that I spent uh pretending to be a woman, I I was never part of that community, you know.
- 43:53And 10 years ago, I saw what was going on and and was totally against it all.
- 44:00That's you know, that's before I was saved and then saw saw the truth and and and took took steps to uh make the changes.
- 44:08But the thing that really got to me was their targeting of children.
- 44:12Yeah.
- 44:13And uh I think that's what you wanted to talk more about last time.
- 44:17And I have something here from J.K.
- 44:19Rowling, she is the author of uh Harry Potter, of course.
- 44:23And here's what she said quote a noisy part of the left still refuses to step outside their sex is a social construct bubble and acknowledge that their embrace of gender ID I of gender identity ideology has been a calamity.
- 44:42That's what she said.
- 44:43And she's saying that the left went too far.
- 44:47And I have gays and lesbian friends that had been on the program before in the past, and they've said the same thing.
- 44:53That was their fear that they were going to go too far.
- 44:56Has Donald Trump gone too far with this uh two genders?
- 45:00In my opinion, he hasn't, but what's your opinion?
- 45:02It's it's not far enough, and it's just a start.
- 45:05Yeah, um, as far as them going too far.
- 45:08I you know, I I hear still today uh people saying, Oh, we we just want to live in peace, we just want to live ourselves, be our true selves and you know, leave us alone.
- 45:20We don't want to cause any yeah, that's not true at all.
- 45:23You know, uh if they hadn't targeted the children and and and started administering puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, all very harmful and doing mutilating surgeries, and then infiltrated uh women's restrooms and locker rooms and sports and stealing their medals and trophies and accolades and endorsements and and beauty pageants, even if they hadn't infiltrated government and and started trying to enact legislation uh against pretty much everybody else um for their thoughts, even and uh they tried to change title nine.
- 46:05Um if they hadn't done all of that, uh probably no one would have even given them a second look.
- 46:12Right, because on themselves and going too far and they got to live themselves to blame.
- 46:17Yeah, because we really don't care, do we?
- 46:19I I don't personally care if you're a man and you want to dress like a woman, have at it.
- 46:24It doesn't bother me a bit, really.
- 46:26Yeah, but what does bother me is when you're thinking of uh well, what does bother me is getting to our children when you want to bring it to our children, and then you know, we saw what happened for three, four years ago with uh in school board meetings where parents were being drug out of there and being arrested uh because they didn't want their daughters to go to a restroom with a male, and we even saw what happened during that.
- 46:51In Virginia, there was a guy that was a young man that that raped a girl in the restroom in one school, he was moved to another, and uh no one said anything.
- 47:00They allowed him to do it again at another school, and that dad went bananas at a school board meeting, if you remember that.
- 47:06But I think that I think when they've gone too far, that's the problem.
- 47:11And uh J.K.
- 47:12Rowling, just to finish up what she said.
- 47:14Uh she said, quote, they were warned the right was capitalizing on their betrayal of women and girls, they didn't listen.
- 47:23And they didn't, they just didn't listen, did they?
- 47:26No.
- 47:27And good for good for J.K.
- 47:29Relling uh for speaking out.
- 47:31Um, you know, it's it's kind of weird in that uh now I'm not talking about transgenderism, but the transgender movement as we know it today really came out of feminism.
- 47:45They're the ones that birthed this movement.
- 47:48Um feminism, you know, which pretty much they they wanted to rid themselves of men and and take children out of the homes and have them raised by the government and trying to, and a lot of uh feminists were quoted as saying things like uh all women ought to be lesbians, and it was just crazy.
- 48:07And now the men are oppressing women by pretending to be women.
- 48:17Yeah.
- 48:18And and and stealing all their their wins and sports and various other, I mean, they're infiltrating everywhere in prisons, women's prisons, um, women's shelters, that they just want to get into everywhere.
- 48:30And it's sad the the weirdest part is that women, feminists, they still don't understand this, how this all came back on them.
- 48:39They they created this.
- 48:41You brought up Title IX a few minutes ago, and as I remember it, and I was fairly young then.
- 48:48I think you're a few years older than me.
- 48:50But it was the feminists that were on the front line of getting Title IX approved and passed back in 1979, which uh, you know, and now now the very movement that did that is destroying it by letting men play volleyball in college and they're spiking the ball and hitting girls in the face.
- 49:09Well, yeah, and when when Title IX started, it was a good thing, actually.
- 49:13It was only 37 words long.
- 49:16And it was a it was a it was well written, and it was a good thing.
- 49:19And then during this last administration, the left they they uh tried and were almost successful in in adding so much to Title IX.
- 49:30It it became it was four times longer than my book.
- 49:33Yeah.
- 49:34And it was just, you know, if you uh misgendered somebody accidentally, yeah, you'd wind up going to jail or something.
- 49:42It was just crazy.
- 49:44And Title Nine, uh you said it was a good thing, and it was a good thing.
- 49:48And I'm talking about it before on the show.
- 49:50It did great things for female athletes that didn't have scholarships, and it made scholarships in college equal uh to men, which opened up all kinds of
- 50:00Opportunities.
- 50:00And now those very opportunities are being taken by men that are coming in to take their scholarships and play their sports.
- 50:09And you know, I just I want to let you know.
- 50:12I hope we're we're past this.
- 50:14Do you do you feel like we are?
- 50:16I I kind of feel like November 5th was uh the beginning of the end for all of it.
- 50:22Now I know it can come back, but I think what happens in the next couple of years is going to be very important to whether we can really snuff this out or not.
- 50:32Right.
- 50:32Well, what the president did yesterday, it's a start.
- 50:35Um now it didn't really have anything to do specifically with with children, uh in the transing of kids.
- 50:42Uh that's going to take legislation.
- 50:44And it's coming.
- 50:45In fact, um, Florida, there's there's about 20 states that have already enacted laws banning uh trans in kids.
- 50:55I never thought I'd be using trans as a verb.
- 50:58Yeah.
- 50:58But um uh and and and Tennessee was was uh uh a a crucial state that did that last year.
- 51:05And uh you may be aware that um once they did that.
- 51:09Well, there was a lot of challenges, yeah.
- 51:11And it went to the Supreme Court, and just a few weeks ago, um, that was argued in front of the uh in front of the Supreme Court.
- 51:19And uh for the other side, uh an ACLU attorney, I think his name is uh her name was Chase Strangio.
- 51:28She's a trans man.
- 51:29She's passing her trying to pass herself off as a man.
- 51:32And I gotta tell you, I mean, looking at her, you'd you probably would be fooled.
- 51:38I mean, it she looks like a man, but as soon as she opens her mouth, I mean it's it's a it's definitely a woman's voice.
- 51:45It sounds like a girl's voice.
- 51:46Hey, you're you're pretty good on pronouns.
- 51:48I'm terrible at it.
- 51:49But you called her she, which I'm sure that's that's what she would want to be called.
- 51:55Uh but go ahead.
- 51:56I'm sorry, I interrupted you.
- 51:58But you know, he he argued in front of the Supreme Court, and he actually had to uh admit that um puberty blockers were harmful to kids.
- 52:12Because that that was one of the the points that the the left was making that puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, they're just pausing uh puberty.
- 52:21They're they're reversible, you know, then just they're no harm, which is a complete lie, complete lie.
- 52:26But he actually had to admit, based on the questions that the the justices were were asking him, he had to admit that yes, puberty blockers are harmful to kids.
- 52:35He had to concede on about three other points, too, that the the transgender movement has been pushing.
- 52:41And like I said, they're just complete lies.
- 52:43They got destroyed.
- 52:44So hopefully in the spring, we'll the Supreme Court will come back and rule appropriately.
- 52:50Yeah, maybe in June we'll get an answer on that.
- 52:52And between now and then, maybe we can get some legislation going on in the Republican House and the Senate, and then passed on to Donald Trump to sign into law.
- 53:01Another thing I want to talk to you about is the prayer service that took place on Tuesday at the National Cathedral.
- 53:08Uh Trump, Vance, and their families attended it.
- 53:11It's uh it's a tradition right after an inauguration.
- 53:16But in this, the bishop's sermon, Mary Ann Edgar Buddy, I guess is her name.
- 53:23It it made them very uncomfortable.
- 53:25And here's what she said.
- 53:26Quote, there are gay, lesbian, and transgender children in democratic, republican, and independent families.
- 53:35Some fear for their lives, she said.
- 53:38Is that would make me uncomfortable?
- 53:41It made them uncomfortable.
- 53:42Is there any truth whatsoever in that statement that that bishop made in this church service?
- 53:49Well, first of all, uh, there's no such thing as a female bishop.
- 53:55Um I'll just say it, yeah.
- 53:57I said it.
- 53:57You didn't you don't have to say it, put it on me.
- 53:59I said it.
- 54:00Um if I had been there, I just would have got up and walked out.
- 54:06She was just speaking uh total garbage, nothing what she said was biblical.
- 54:11Um and the whole if when she said that yes, there's some people that fear for their lives, they're just caught up in their own victimhood.
- 54:20Yeah.
- 54:21Yeah.
- 54:22No real basis for them to fear for their lives.
- 54:25It's all just made up.
- 54:27They just want to be victims, they just want to cause a scene.
- 54:29Has that ever happened?
- 54:31I mean, has a transgender person ever been just killed because they were transgender and no other reason.
- 54:38You know, a couple of years ago, um uh President Biden was going on about what was it, trans day of recognition.
- 54:46And the the human rights campaign, the HRC, they were claiming that 26 uh trans people were killed that year because just simply for being themselves, uh uh Biden said, just simply for being transgender.
- 55:00And if you go to their website, you can see all 26 listed, and um, but there's no substantial information on how they died.
- 55:09Yeah, it's just on oh, so-and-so was uh uh into music and she was an inspiration and what whatever.
- 55:15I actually did went back and did the work and looked them all up and found all the information.
- 55:20Not a single one of them was killed because they were trans.
- 55:23One was in a bar and a bar fight broke out, and this person I can't remember if it was male or female, got caught up in it.
- 55:30The the fight moved outside, and he or she got pushed into the road and was hit by a car.
- 55:37Um one was killed while committing a crime, uh trying to uh she he was trying to kill a security guard with a fire extinguisher, beating him over the head and he got shot.
- 55:47Um every single case was like that.
- 55:50There was not a single case where somebody was killed simply because they were transgender.
- 55:54So again, they're just lying.
- 55:56Yeah, the Reverend Bishop is lying.
- 55:59Here's another one for you.
- 56:00Let's talk about this for a second.
- 56:02Quote, and the people who pick our crops, clean our office buildings, labor in poultry farms, and meat packing plants who wash the dishes after we eat at restaurants and work the night shifts at hospitals, they may not be citizens or have the proper documentation, but the vast majority of immigrants are not criminals.
- 56:24And this is the person delivering the sermon for Donald Trump and J.D.
- 56:29Vance.
- 56:30The exact opposite of his campaign, what he ran on, and what the American people voted for.
- 56:36Even this bishop is tone deaf like the Democrats.
- 56:40Well, yeah, I mean, if if if somebody is here illegally, they are by definition criminals.
- 56:45Simple as that.
- 56:46So again, she's just lying.
- 56:49Well, William, I thank you for coming on the program again.
- 56:52I thank you for your book and the work that you're doing to shine a light on this from the perspective that really no one else can give, I don't believe, in this entire country.
- 57:02Someone that went from a boy to a woman who lived his life as a woman for 30 years only to transition back to a man, and now you have a different perspective on all of this.
- 57:15So thank you so much for coming on the program.
- 57:18Thanks, Booker, for having me.
- 57:19And uh the people can look me up on uh Twitter as well at William Allen uh W.
- 57:24M.
- 57:24Allen 2024.
- 57:26There is only one truth.
- 57:28You've been listening to The Truth Be Told with Booker Scott on America out loud.
