Orioles Trade Kremer for Reyes | Baltimore Orioles News
The Orioles just pulled off a surprising trade deadline move—sending pitcher Dean Kremer to the Twins for 18-year-old prospect Jhomnardo Reyes. Kremer, a solid arm since 2020 with a rough 2024 season, is being shipped out as Baltimore looks toward the future with Reyes, a Dominican phenom showing promise in the minors. The deal defies expectations for a team chasing a wild card spot, and now the Orioles must figure out who steps into Kremer’s rotation void. More moves could be coming before Monday’s deadline.
