• 0:13
Speaker 1: over fifteen hundred episodes in twelve years, with more TOICOM.
• 0:17
Speaker 1: Thanks to you out there listening. One Leg Up Alex
• 0:20
Speaker 1: in twenty twenty six.
• 0:23
Speaker 2: Well, twenty twenty six is starting out pretty damn cool. Obviously,
• 0:27
Speaker 2: we've had a few different interviews, but this past weekend
• 0:29
Speaker 2: at Bleaker Trading on ninety five Christopher Street, Keith McPherson,
• 0:35
Speaker 2: Wfan Zone, Bleacher, Creature Zone, Keith McPherson had a whole
• 0:38
Speaker 2: round table, and in the freezing cold and almost before
• 0:43
Speaker 2: the snowstorm, I ventured over to Bleeker Trading to get
• 0:46
Speaker 2: a word with Keith McPherson about what he was doing
• 0:48
Speaker 2: a Bleaker Trading and and how New York Sports looks
• 0:53
Speaker 2: in January twenty twenty six.
• 0:57
Speaker 3: Well, first of all, I'm so glad you're back on FAM.
• 0:59
Speaker 3: When you step the way for I'm like, oh no,
• 1:00
Speaker 3: it's coming back on, but you're back on, right.
• 1:02
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:03
Speaker 4: So when I originally put my video out, I try
• 1:05
Speaker 4: to tell everybody that like, I'm done as a full
• 1:08
Speaker 4: time nighttime host, but I'll be back to filling part time.
• 1:11
Speaker 4: I'm still under contract. I'm still part of the family.
• 1:13
Speaker 1: But for the betterment of my family.
• 1:17
Speaker 4: Daddy couldn't be out of the house every night till
• 1:19
Speaker 4: two thirty in the morning. Daddy couldn't be Monday through
• 1:22
Speaker 4: Friday working at night anymore.
• 1:24
Speaker 3: Well, Keith, I gotta ask this this week with the
• 1:27
Speaker 3: hiring of Harball, don't let me up hope in New
• 1:29
  Speaker 3: York again.
• 1:29
Speaker 1: You feel that same guy I.
• 1:30
Speaker 4: Hope for a lot. Yeah, I was on last night
• 1:32
Speaker 4: and I was talking about how the Giants just he
• 1:35
Speaker 4: fell into their laugh and they there couldn't have been
• 1:37
Speaker 4: a better situation. Like you wanted a CEO type of
• 1:40
Speaker 4: head coach, not a first time guy, not a coordinator.
• 1:43
Speaker 4: You needed a proven commodity, and you get a guy
• 1:46
Speaker 4: with eighteen years of experience with Super Bowl ring and
• 1:48
Speaker 4: he's already come in and started to make much heed
• 1:51
Speaker 4: of changes that the Giants.
• 1:52
Speaker 3: Wouldn't have made any other way. You know, as time
• 1:54
Speaker 3: I talked with you about you became a bleacher preacher
• 1:56
Speaker 3: and that went on radio, I feel like you've sent
• 1:57
Speaker 3: that message. You're at Bleaker today, Right, yeah, hell yeah.
• 2:00
Speaker 4: I just I try to share my story and hope
• 2:04
Speaker 4: that at any point of my story somebody relates and
• 2:06
Speaker 4: they connect. And you know, I've done a lot of things,
• 2:09
Speaker 4: and the most important thing to me is to inspire.
• 2:12
Speaker 4: I always say inspire or retired. The greatest human act
• 2:15
Speaker 4: is to inspire. And it's just my way of paying
• 2:17
Speaker 4: it forward and giving it back because I'm so blessed.
• 2:20
  Speaker 2: Hey, admit that.
• 2:20
Speaker 3: Well, one last thing. The Yankees and Mets similarly doing nothing.
• 2:23
Speaker 3: Are you worried about the season or why?
• 2:25
  Speaker 4: Well, I won't say they're doing nothing. I think the
• 2:26
Speaker 4: fans are making it seem like they're doing nothing. Like
• 2:29
Speaker 4: you know, the Mets have made a ton of moves.
• 2:30
Speaker 4: The Yankees have only made one big move with Cody Bellinger,
• 2:33
Speaker 4: but that's because they felt like they didn't need to
• 2:35
Speaker 4: do a lot of fix it and change it. If
• 2:37
Speaker 4: it ain't broke, don't fix it. The Yankees feel like
• 2:39
Speaker 4: they were a game away from being in the World
• 2:41
Speaker 4: Series where the Blue Jays were, So I think Cashman's
• 2:44
Speaker 4: got another trick off this sleeve. I don't think that
• 2:46
Speaker 4: they're done. The off season is not complete yet, so stay.
• 2:49
  Speaker 1: Tuned here.
• 2:51
  Speaker 2: And we will.
• 2:51
Speaker 1: Keith appreciate the time and awesome that you were out
• 2:54
Speaker 1: there with the fans this past weekend before the big
• 2:57
Speaker 1: snowstorm hit. We'll have more covered from or trading, and
• 3:00
Speaker 1: stay with us on the onelig up Network
