- 0:00Welcome to Performance Driven Living, the podcast where we question everything.
- 0:05We don't tip to around tough topics, we walk right into them, not to provoke, but to
- 0:11get closer to what's real.
- 0:13You might not agree with everything you hear, and that's okay.
- 0:17The show isn't about being right, it's about being real.
- 0:20These conversations are meant to stretch your thinking, challenge assumptions, and spark
- 0:25something deeper.
- 0:26The views shared are those of our guests and may not reflect those of the host or team.
- 0:32And while we dive deep into health, performance, and transformation, this is not medical advice.
- 0:38Talk to your doctor before making changes to your health or lifestyle.
- 0:42Take what lands, leave what doesn't, but whatever you do, don't stop questioning.
- 0:55We are here at the Performance Driven Living podcast, and I have the distinct privilege
- 0:59of being joined by my friend Jay Campbell, and Jay, I always say, I read the producer notes
- 1:05because I would never say the kind things about you that they put in here.
- 1:08Exactly.
- 1:09Oh my goodness.
- 1:10That's shit.
- 1:11Did you give me a bio?
- 1:12Did people just close their bio?
- 1:13There's a bio.
- 1:14So today's guest is Jay Campbell, this is what's all written down here, a five-time international
- 1:18best-selling author, men's physique champion, founder of the Jay Campbell podcast, and co-founder
- 1:24of Biolongewity Labs.
- 1:26Jay has built a powerhouse platform combining peak physical performance, hormonal health,
- 1:31and spiritual growth.
- 1:32He's not just teaching how to live longer, he's showing us how to live better.
- 1:36That's awesome, man.
- 1:37So they say.
- 1:38So they say.
- 1:39They put this stuff down here.
- 1:40I'm like, I want you to introduce me.
- 1:42Like, where's my intro?
- 1:43I need you.
- 1:44That was really good.
- 1:45I don't know.
- 1:46I think I can still put that on my LinkedIn profile, bro.
- 1:49For real.
- 1:50For real.
- 1:51I wish mine read is nice.
- 1:52But I'm like, I seriously, the problem is, is like, I get people like you and Benazotti
- 1:56and stuff like that, and Jay Jay's actually going to be on here.
- 1:58It's awesome.
- 1:59And I'm like, I feel like an absolute imposter having you guys there, bro.
- 2:06He's not an imposter.
- 2:07Well, no.
- 2:08Like, seriously, though, it's like, you guys are pillars in this community, and it means
- 2:13a lot to even have relationships with you guys.
- 2:15Also, just, well, I feel the same about you, man.
- 2:17And I know we've known each other for a long time, and we actually finally just met
- 2:20earlier this year, when we were heading to that one.
- 2:23So I was leaving that one.
- 2:25So now we finally hooked up.
- 2:26And now we've seen each other so many different places.
- 2:28Yeah.
- 2:29Well, the part that makes me laugh is that was one of those manifesting moments.
- 2:31And we were just talking about Trina Felber a minute ago.
- 2:33And yes, Trina was the one that called me a manifestor.
- 2:37And then it was so funny.
- 2:38Is that exact day I was just talking about you.
- 2:41Yeah, that's crazy with somebody else.
- 2:43And it was related to a company that we work with.
- 2:46You know, my full-time business.
- 2:47It was a run-of-marketing agency.
- 2:49And then, you know, I've got investments in the biohacks basically.
- 2:52Sure.
- 2:53But I was talking about a client of mine that uses you in an affiliate sense.
- 2:57And we were chatting about it.
- 2:58Like, well, I can reach out to Jay again.
- 3:00Like, that's fine, whatever.
- 3:02And I was just talking with my dad the day before, because my dad used to co-host the podcast
- 3:07with Jeff Gladden.
- 3:08Oh, that's awesome.
- 3:09Yeah, of course.
- 3:10The day was living beyond 120.
- 3:12Yeah, exactly.
- 3:13And I was talking with my dad, because my parents, actually, they just so litter are selling
- 3:18it.
- 3:19They had a house in Clearwater Beach.
- 3:20Oh, sure.
- 3:21When I was out there that weekend, I actually went and had dinner with them.
- 3:25Jeff came up in conversation.
- 3:27We walked into the podcast with Seerock, and I, like, it's Jay Campbell.
- 3:32Like, that's hilarious.
- 3:33I was just talking about you.
- 3:34And while you and I were talking, Jeff Gladden walked up.
- 3:37Jeff Gladden walked up.
- 3:38What the hell is happening right now?
- 3:39Like, I'm creating people.
- 3:41Totally awesome.
- 3:42And it's just funny to just randomly run into people that I was just talking about.
- 3:46And like, again, I mean, this weird quantum space right now, but it's like, I genuinely
- 3:51believe that energy attracts energy, and as I'm going through this stuff, it's just kind
- 3:56of funny.
- 3:57So, yeah, it was funny running into you.
- 3:58I mean, there was no coincidence the secretes of all of us in that same timeline running
- 4:02into each other.
- 4:03100%.
- 4:04And what's really funny is that y'all were there with Mike Seerock.
- 4:08I was actually there with Anthony and Teresa.
- 4:10Yes, exactly.
- 4:11So it was just kind of this funny.
- 4:12We all ended up in the same place at the same time, accident, kind of thing, which I just
- 4:16think is too much.
- 4:17Which, by the way, which is again, no coincidence, Teresa just emailed me 10 minutes ago about
- 4:22the shield.
- 4:23Now we're talking about her.
- 4:24About shield.
- 4:25Like, I'm talking to her or spoken to her of her.
- 4:28Are you in shield?
- 4:29A couple of months.
- 4:30Yeah, we're in shield.
- 4:31Oh, so weird.
- 4:32Yeah.
- 4:33So exactly.
- 4:34So she just literally said, like, deliverables and said, I was like, hey, clicking here,
- 4:35going to the Dropbox file, blah, blah, blah.
- 4:36Everything's ready to roll.
- 4:37I should probably check my email more.
- 4:38Probably.
- 4:39Yeah, honestly, obviously, like she popped up on Instagram because she sent me a message.
- 4:43And I have, you know, certain people marked as like a look and she says, hey, check your
- 4:47email.
- 4:48So like, as I saw that, I just flipped into my email.
- 4:50I was just standing in my booth right after our show.
- 4:53And it was like, baby, 45 minutes later.
- 4:55So it's hilarious that you just mentioned all those people.
- 4:56I know.
- 4:57We're the same thing.
- 4:58Jeff Gladden is going to walk in here in a minute.
- 5:00To try Salale, for those of you who don't know is actually the co-founder of Biohack
- 5:04yourself, which is a film that's available right now on Amazon Prime.
- 5:07Yes, sir.
- 5:08Very cool.
- 5:09And Jay and I both are actually in their sequel called Shield, which is literally she healed,
- 5:15which is a talking about women's health, specifically, car percent.
- 5:18I'm sure you're talking about peptides by regulators for women and how they help with
- 5:22like hormonal optimization as they get older.
- 5:24A lot of amazing stuff that we shot like a 45 minute segment.
- 5:27I don't know what it will, of course, either do you, we don't know where to make the film
- 5:31yet.
- 5:32But I know it was amazing.
- 5:33It was top notch.
- 5:34And obviously, Anthony and Teresa are amazing people.
- 5:36They have so much pressure on them and there's so many people in their face and wanting
- 5:41this and that.
- 5:42And they're always so super respectful, not only in their respectful, I don't know how
- 5:46they keep up with so many people, too, because they really do stay on time.
- 5:50And they're fashion.
- 5:51I mean, they're incredible, dude.
- 5:52I mean, they really are really, really good people.
- 5:55They are.
- 5:56I just hit dinner with them because they go to dinner all the time.
- 5:58I live downtown for Lauderdale.
- 6:00And they have dinner all the time at the Fogo de Chil right across the street from a house.
- 6:03That's hilarious.
- 6:04So, like, Teresa will text me.
- 6:05I'm not sure at Fogo.
- 6:06Where are you?
- 6:07But it's kind of funny, right?
- 6:08Well, Jay, like, I'm stoked to have you here because peptides is, as you said, 300 people
- 6:13couldn't even get into your talk today because there was such a demand for the knowledge
- 6:17of the mainstream countries.
- 6:19And bioregs, I'm going to tell you, I've got a refrigerator full of bioregs.
- 6:23And I haven't even started using them because I'm like, holy crap.
- 6:26Like, I've got, you know, a pitalon and you name it, I've got bottles of them all over
- 6:31the place.
- 6:32That's awesome.
- 6:33So, I'm a peptide guy.
- 6:34I have been for a long time.
- 6:36I probably have 12 times the knowledge of the average person and probably one fraction
- 6:40of what I actually should know.
- 6:41You said the word a pitalon correctly, so yes, you already know that.
- 6:44A pitalon.
- 6:45But that's a Natalie Needham, that's a good friend of mine, so it's a nathmite bioreg
- 6:51coach.
- 6:52But the funny thing is, is that we, in the peptide world, like, it's all over the place.
- 6:57You can't get away from it.
- 6:59And most people don't even understand what a peptide is.
- 7:02They're hearing this buzz word all over the place.
- 7:04And now we're seeing the cosmetics industry is starting to, you know, peptide infusion.
- 7:09I mean, down, down there is Anne one, you know, they've got their big pattern or whatever
- 7:12with the O-101 or O-S-O-1, they've got like the skin therapy form of that.
- 7:17They're down there.
- 7:18I just walk by there just to get here, you know, but yeah, I mean, peptides are all
- 7:21the rage.
- 7:22And honestly, as I spoke about this morning, and I'll just tell you right now, they've
- 7:25become mainstream consciousness for one specific reason.
- 7:28And a lot of people will talk about this because it's a taboo subject, but it's due to vaccine
- 7:32injury.
- 7:33So many people are injured.
- 7:34I would argue there's two other reasons.
- 7:36Well, go ahead.
- 7:37That's the biggest one.
- 7:38I agree.
- 7:39Obviously metabolic dysregulation and insulin resistance is a major thing.
- 7:42But that's, that's what really catapulted them into mainstream consciousness, and where people
- 7:46are looking for alternative forms of healing.
- 7:47I agree with that.
- 7:48And I agree that peptides became a big thing, post-vaccine.
- 7:51Yeah.
- 7:52Yeah, it's all from, it's, it's 2023 and on, and as you know, because we've talked about
- 7:58it, but like my book came out, and again, no coincidences, but it came out literally on
- 8:02February 1st, 2023.
- 8:03That's amazing.
- 8:04And it exploded on Amazon because, like, it was the first thing.
- 8:07Is everybody looking for it?
- 8:08Yeah, exactly.
- 8:09I mean, and now, subsequently, there's been some amazing books written and, you know, shout
- 8:11out to all the authors that have written other follow-up books and stuff like that.
- 8:15I have a book on GLP-1 peptides coming.
- 8:17It's almost done.
- 8:18It's probably the reason that peptides become a big deal.
- 8:20Yeah.
- 8:21And we'll talk about that.
- 8:22But like, unfortunately, as you know, most of the needy on GLPs is negative.
- 8:27Correct.
- 8:28And it should be the opposite.
- 8:29We talked about that this morning because, like, to, to, to stage in three stage, and
- 8:33not to just rabbit hole and not talk about other stuff, but these are life altering transformative
- 8:38drugs, if used in a clinically precise dose, and as you know, it has to be micro-nosed.
- 8:43And there's all sorts of things, you know, I even have the ten commandments of GLP-1s
- 8:46that we could talk about.
- 8:47But, I mean, the truth is, is that most people do them incorrectly, Mark, because the
- 8:52doctors that are prescribing them to them are looking to make a quick tower.
- 8:57And they start high, go higher, you know, saturate, obviously, the manufacturers, pockets,
- 9:02the provider has to get paid, and then, of course, the pharmacy rep that comes in and
- 9:05pushes them.
- 9:06And then, as you know, now, the big deal is, for two years, they couldn't make them fast
- 9:10enough, so they gave compounders the ability to do emergency use, and now they're pulling
- 9:14that out of the compounders.
- 9:16Which gets to the third reason why I think peptides have become such a big conversation,
- 9:19that is the FDA stepping in and actually starting to make a scuttle butt about it.
- 9:23Yeah, and literally, as of, in that same thing, in September of 2023, they said, at these
- 9:2727, you know, most use, most source, most known or well-known peptides are now in classification
- 9:32B, which means may cause harm or not shown to be clinically efficacious, which you know
- 9:37and I know is a total Y.
- 9:39I mean, absolute total Y.
- 9:41And again, why are they doing that?
- 9:43Because they cannot control from a patent standpoint the actual manufacturing and the money
- 9:46making, which, which GLPs they can.
- 9:49And peptides actually compete with pharma.
- 9:51A hundred percent, sorry, that's kind of what we're really talking about, of course.
- 9:54And they wouldn't compete with pharma, pharma could actually patent them and sell them, right?
- 9:58Which is the reason to regulate them, because then pharma will patent them.
- 10:01A hundred percent.
- 10:02Pharma will sell them in the profits from them.
- 10:03I don't know if they can, because I mean, they will list the GLPs and they will
- 10:07with the other ones.
- 10:08I mean, I think right now, and this is just my personal opinion, and I've been using
- 10:11for the record for the audience.
- 10:12I've been using peptides since literally 2004.
- 10:14So it's been my 21st year.
- 10:16I tell a lot of people that they're like, what?
- 10:18You know, I mean, it was like back then, it was just like when I was using therapeutic testosterone
- 10:22and you were alerting your way on how to use, you know, TRT, TOT, whatever you want to call it.
- 10:26Right.
- 10:27We were using, you know, everybody was crowdsourcing like these other things.
- 10:30And Iparo and came out in 2004 and were like, oh, this is something you use along with
- 10:34testosterone and you get better fat loss and better muscle building, right?
- 10:37And so obviously, things have, you know, transpired and we've moved now into where people
- 10:42are using GLPs for all the amazing reasons that we talk about.
- 10:45But the truth, the real truth is, is that most people do not use GLPs correctly.
- 10:51Big pharma wants people to continually use them incorrectly because then they continually
- 10:55make money, right?
- 10:56Because people are sick or fat or more inflamed, more depressed, all these other things.
- 11:01And they never end up finding out that you could use GLP for that exact opposite reasons
- 11:05and still get much better results.
- 11:06Well, in part of the issue, I mean, I think GLPs are a great way for a person to support
- 11:12behavioral changes.
- 11:13100%.
- 11:14The problem is, is we're not using GLPs as a way to support behavioral changes.
- 11:18We're using it as a cheat code.
- 11:20Exactly.
- 11:21Exactly.
- 11:22And I literally just watched a staff member of ours who's been on, oh, what was Torezepotide,
- 11:27I think that's what she's been on, which is a GLP one again in history.
- 11:30Yeah.
- 11:31And she's been on Torezepotide for nearly a year and I'm like, you can't even think
- 11:36straight.
- 11:37Like you're so undernourished, like you don't eat food, but you still drink alcohol.
- 11:42Yeah, I mean, exactly.
- 11:43You'll have a bite of lasagna at dinner and two drinks and it's like, and that's your
- 11:48definition of weight loss.
- 11:49I'm like, or it also means that you probably lost 40% of your muscle mass over the last
- 11:5312 months.
- 11:5450.
- 11:55There's four things that people have to do when you use a GLP one and these are non-negotiable
- 11:58and the smart doctors that understand this and thankfully there are some out there say
- 12:02that it's malpractice if you don't offer this to your patients.
- 12:05But number one is you absolutely have to eat enough protein.
- 12:09Okay.
- 12:10So you've got, and by enough protein, tell us.
- 12:13Yeah, I'll explain it exactly.
- 12:14I mean, the clinical statement would be enough to support your actual lean body mass,
- 12:19but most people don't know what that means because they can't compare your how many pounds
- 12:22of muscle they have in their body, especially if they're metabolically ranged.
- 12:25If we could approximate a gram of protein for each body, the answer is your goal body weight,
- 12:30one gram per pound for goal weight.
- 12:31So if you're 300 pounds and you're a woman and you should be 140 pounds, obviously your
- 12:35grams of protein is out of the 40.
- 12:37But as you said, most people are protein malnourished.
- 12:40The second thing is, and this is, I think, the biggest thing is if you started GLP one
- 12:44peptide because they're so profound in the ability to lose fat and, of course, lean tissue,
- 12:49if you're not hormonally optimized, you're on the wrong path.
- 12:51And so so many of these people see documents, exactly.
- 12:56So many of them do not see doctors that know how to hormonally optimize them.
- 13:00You know, Mark, most of them don't even know they're not hormonally optimized.
- 13:02They don't know they have hormone deficiency.
- 13:04So that's already now down the second path that you're doomed with those two things
- 13:08not met.
- 13:09Three and four is, number three is, are you weight training?
- 13:12Are you doing bone bearing resistance training?
- 13:15If you're not doing weight training, you're going to lose muscle again.
- 13:18Then the number four is, are you living insulin control?
- 13:20Because if you're not living insulin controlled, like you said, you're eating pizza, you're
- 13:23drinking alcohol, you're not changing your dietary strategy.
- 13:27And so all of those things lead up to hormonal loss, muscle loss, dysregulation, thyroid
- 13:35dysregulation, hair loss, I mean, did you hear all these stories?
- 13:37All these lawsuits, there's massive, you know, they're already in category class action
- 13:43lawsuits, where they're going after Lily, they're going after, not Monjaro, but what's
- 13:48the company, the company that makes those epic, whatever, I can't think of them right
- 13:52now.
- 13:53But both of those two are the biggest primary.
- 13:54And they're all going to get thrown out, because once they have actual medical license
- 13:59people as the, you know, in cross examination, they're going to be like, all of this stuff
- 14:03is written, you know, on the actual contraindications of like what you must do, but nobody follows
- 14:08it.
- 14:09Because like you said, we live in an easy button world now.
- 14:11Nobody wants to do the work.
- 14:12They want the cheat code.
- 14:13And well, two things.
- 14:15First thing is, is I'll laugh and say, I saw a meme the other day that made me crack
- 14:18up laughing, because it said, I don't need to lose weight, but I'm going to start taking
- 14:21those epic for a minute, just to get down the class action.
- 14:23I was like, shit, that's so sad, but so accurate.
- 14:26So true.
- 14:28The, the other one that I was going to say is that when we're thinking about GOPs and
- 14:33this whole behavioral change problem, and you talk about putting in the work, and, I
- 14:38mean, you're, you're a men's health coach and have been for a very long time.
- 14:41And I was reading an article the other day about, there will never be a satisfaction
- 14:45in a man until the man is working on self improvement.
- 14:47Yeah, exactly.
- 14:48Men by our very nature want to constantly be improving.
- 14:51If that's working out, if that's reading, if that is doing something to go, it's that
- 14:55warrior archetype that needs to be going out and doing something bigger than what we did
- 15:00yesterday.
- 15:01Yes.
- 15:02And I would argue and say that we've created a culture of people who believe that the,
- 15:06the lazy man's video game world has created a culture of beta males, that has been a
- 15:13whole another issue.
- 15:14And we'll get back to peptides here, but it's totally true.
- 15:18It is.
- 15:19It totally is.
- 15:20And, and I was actually talking, you're familiar, obviously, you were at the same benefit
- 15:22dinner.
- 15:23I was the other night.
- 15:24And talking about how do we, how do we move this health and longevity and wellness
- 15:29movement into college campuses?
- 15:32And one of the conversations I was having earlier in the week was about, I'm sure you've
- 15:37heard it, the, the idea that strong men create good times and good times create weak men.
- 15:42100%.
- 15:43Men create bad times and bad times create strong men.
- 15:47Yes.
- 15:48And I was saying, like, we watch this cycle repeat through history.
- 15:51And I believe we're in the weak men have created bad times, but bad times are now raising
- 15:55up strong men.
- 15:56There's actually, it's 100% all true.
- 15:58There's actually an author in Israel named Roy Barzalai.
- 16:01He's a really good friend of mine.
- 16:02And he's actually, he writes about this and he says it's all predictable through solar
- 16:06cycles.
- 16:07And so right now, yeah.
- 16:08So right now, like the solar cycle, the, the, the ebb and flow of the sun was very low
- 16:12from 2019 to 2024.
- 16:16And now we're reaching going back up again.
- 16:18And he says that he can, I mean, he's got it all mapped out in his book, but he goes
- 16:21back literally like 800 years and he shows, like when civilization is at a bot, rock bottom
- 16:26and then is, it goes back up to peak.
- 16:28And now we're in a process according to him where like strong men, stronger society,
- 16:34stronger civilizations are going to come back.
- 16:36And I, you could probably make an argument that's true.
- 16:39I mean, obviously, whatever Trump represents, you know, he represents a more of an alpha
- 16:42type.
- 16:43Yeah, definitely an alpha male.
- 16:44Yeah.
- 16:45So I mean, like if that's where we're going, I mean, you are seeing obviously a lot more
- 16:49independent alternative forms in political movements all across the world.
- 16:53All over the thing.
- 16:54I was going to say all over the world.
- 16:55Yeah.
- 16:56It's a global thing.
- 16:57It's a global thing.
- 16:58And so that's why, you know, his name is Dr. Roy Barzalai, but he's a friend of mine.
- 17:00So I just call him Roy, but he says it all peaks and flows or ebbs and flows and solar
- 17:05cycles.
- 17:06So what you're saying, I mean, look, dude, like all you have to do is go out to any major
- 17:10airport, convocation center, stadium, or whatever, look around the average man.
- 17:14I mean, the average man, if you look at them from behind, you can't tell the difference
- 17:17between a man and a woman.
- 17:18They have so much estrogenic body fat there.
- 17:20Like you said, they're emasculated, they're beta, they're cocked to all these words.
- 17:24But it's because, and this is a true story and I talk about this all the time on podcasts
- 17:29and stuff.
- 17:30I mean, I know we're talk peptides, but this is a, you know, aproposal statement.
- 17:34The differentiation between a man and a woman, X, Y, and XX is literally testosterone
- 17:42in utero.
- 17:43So we are now in a society where testosterone is so low, and this is all due to the chemicalization
- 17:49and toxin load from everything, right?
- 17:51Modernization, plastics, endocrine-structed capitals, you know, glyphosphate, atrazine.
- 17:57I mean, all of this toxic soup that we exist in, we just have natural babies, men and women
- 18:03born with lower levels of testosterone.
- 18:06And so when you have this low level of, again, called the sexual differentiating hormone,
- 18:10which is, again, testosterone, the master temperature, I mean, the master sexual differentiating
- 18:14gland, you have weaker societies.
- 18:17And so now we have much weaker people who come out of the womb, they have lower testosterone.
- 18:23I mean, bro, you can, you know, people joke about this, but you can look at, like, even
- 18:26professional athletes, like, look at the NBA.
- 18:28You have stick figure NBA basketball players now, right?
- 18:31Like, their bone mineral density is weaker, because, again, they did not have the testosterone
- 18:35that you and I had 20, 30, 40 years ago, it's a different society.
- 18:39And so when you factor that in societal wide right now, and this is mostly noticed and
- 18:44observable, obviously, in first world, you don't see this kind of degradation going on
- 18:48in, like, the wilds of, like, you know, upper, northeastern Europe or places where you just
- 18:52don't have all this contamination.
- 18:54So you have normal, normal people, more normal bone mineral density.
- 18:57But this is all what modernization, and I call it hyperchemicalization of the world
- 19:02has done.
- 19:03We've created weaker men, weaker women, and again, just this confusion, you know, if you
- 19:09want to go down the whole trans and the sexual misconfusion thing, it's all due to a lack
- 19:13of testosterone in utero, or a lack of enough testosterone in utero for people to actually
- 19:19understand who they are.
- 19:20Did you see that they actually recently did a study, and I'm not trying to make this
- 19:23political?
- 19:24Yeah, of course.
- 19:25Maybe who knows me knows where I fall, but, but the reality, they did a, they did a study
- 19:31which speaking of testosterone levels, and they actually randomly measured testosterone
- 19:35levels amongst liberal men versus conservative men, and it was just the testosterone levels
- 19:41in conservative men were just, like, it was an off the chart.
- 19:44The study actually went, I know I'm very familiar with, the study went actually deeper,
- 19:48and if you gave the man who was living in therapy testosterone, he actually became more
- 19:51conservative.
- 19:52Right.
- 19:53That's a fact.
- 19:54You and I know this, right?
- 19:55We're, we're long-term, you know, college guys, toxic masculinity, toxic masculinity.
- 20:00I used to, I actually was not allowed to go on podcasts from 2018 to 2021 because literally,
- 20:06you know, the companies that I paid to get me on podcasts said, oh no, you've been labeled
- 20:09by the mainstream as toxic, toxic masculinity.
- 20:11You talk about testosterone.
- 20:12I swear to God, that's actually true.
- 20:14I, when I talked to Mike at the beginning of last year, he's the first company that I
- 20:18actually went back with in three years to get me on podcasts, and I told him that that
- 20:22was an obstacle for me, and I just want you to know that if you attempt to get me on
- 20:25major mainstream podcasts, that's going to be the pushback because I used a couple of
- 20:29other major companies back then, and they all got the same thing, so he was like, are
- 20:32you serious, bro?
- 20:33You know, because Mike's the one of us, and he was like, I'll, I'll, I'll take that in
- 20:37mind, but he goes, I trust me, you're talking about peptides now, it's a different world,
- 20:40you know, I can get you, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, and so far he's been very successful.
- 20:43But I did deal with that stigma, but dude, the, the truth is, is that if you think about
- 20:49like our arc in life, like you go to high school, you graduate high school, if you went
- 20:54to college and didn't graduate or did graduate or whatever, you become very liberalized,
- 20:58you become very open-minded, but then as you get older and you become more successful
- 21:02in you, you get more material things and you have more life experience, you become
- 21:06more conservative.
- 21:07That's the arc of all people.
- 21:09But my dad used to always use the phrase that at 20 years old, if a man is not a liberal,
- 21:13he doesn't have a, he doesn't have a heart.
- 21:14Exactly.
- 21:15But I mean, it's, it's, it's really pretty much true based on the experiences of life.
- 21:24No, that's not to say that people are, you know, sheltered or living in echo chambers.
- 21:28And I think echo chambers has been a big thing in the last seven years due to COVID, you
- 21:33know, due to not people not interfacing.
- 21:35Yeah, people not interfacing.
- 21:37People don't go and meet people anymore, look at our younger kids, they can't communicate
- 21:41face to face.
- 21:42They're, it's all technology, it's all screen, it's five second attention span.
- 21:46So all of that has played a role, but I mean, the reality is that you just said it.
- 21:51I mean, as you get older, you become more conservative in your values because you have
- 21:54more common sense and more experiential learning, whereas in your early 20s, you're more open-minded
- 22:00and you want to make the world, you know, better place and you want to sing gumbaya.
- 22:04I mean, I think back to like Obama.
- 22:07When Obama came in, everybody was behind him, like there wasn't a single person, it wasn't
- 22:11behind him because everyone wanted to see a person of color become the president of the
- 22:14United States.
- 22:15And who couldn't champion that?
- 22:16But then like, you know, you see the policies, you see what happens after and you're realizing
- 22:20there's a lot of brainwash going on, there's a lot of cultural indoctrination going on.
- 22:24And then of course, now with technology, I mean, everything is a mess.
- 22:27I mean, bro, if we, if we start talking about AI, that's a whole nother podcast, like,
- 22:30yeah, I didn't go to the AI channel.
- 22:32So I want to steer us a little bit back to the peptides, you know, conversation because
- 22:37this is your area of specialty and you can go off on politics all day.
- 22:40And I love the conversation because I genuinely believe that the movement, again, we were at
- 22:45this benefit in our on Tuesday night for the Lifelong Wellbeing Foundation, which brought
- 22:50together some of the biggest names in the industry, right?
- 22:52Like, we're literally in a room with Dave Asperin, Jim Quick, and Callie Means, and Del
- 22:56Bigger, and Habani Hari, and Candace McDonald, and when you, me, just say, when Jay Campbell
- 23:05did.
- 23:06Exactly.
- 23:07Exactly.
- 23:08But, but we get these big names all together in a room and create a conversation about how
- 23:11do we impact beyond just selling things to people, and how do we really have an impact
- 23:15on that?
- 23:16But I see it as a very apolitical movement, and I see it as a, how do we get back to normal
- 23:21in a lot of ways?
- 23:22Yeah.
- 23:23But I was having this conversation with JP Sears, I sure, you know, JP.
- 23:26I love JP.
- 23:27I promote our products.
- 23:28Yeah.
- 23:29He's busy.
- 23:30Yeah.
- 23:31And chatting with JP and just talking about, you know, you had a child, how did that change
- 23:37your boldness?
- 23:38Exactly.
- 23:39And it was actually fun to hear his answer, because he's like, because I was like, you
- 23:41know, a lot of people, when they have a child, they kind of soften.
- 23:43Yeah.
- 23:44Like, there's this, you know, warrior archetype, as he was referring to it, that, you know,
- 23:48goes out, conquers the world, but now I'm a family guy, so I kind of get a little more
- 23:51domesticated.
- 23:52Right.
- 23:53And when I asked him just completely without, you know, any kind of context, I'm like,
- 23:57you had a kid.
- 23:58How did that change your boldness?
- 23:59He's like, it empowered me more than you can even imagine.
- 24:02Yeah.
- 24:03Actually, actually sound like his voice when you said that.
- 24:05Yeah.
- 24:06That's funny.
- 24:07I know.
- 24:08He was hanging out with our booth all day yesterday.
- 24:09So I got a chance for the first time in person to meet him.
- 24:10We had talked because he promotes our products.
- 24:11His recent skit on California, have you seen that?
- 24:14Polaris.
- 24:15That's literally one of the greatest things I've ever seen.
- 24:17I've sent that to more, I mean, because I'm an ex-Californian.
- 24:19So I've sent that to more than 100 people.
- 24:21And not a single person that I sent that to has not come back and said, this is dead
- 24:25on.
- 24:26Well, because in the coming, I mean, we had this whole conversation about
- 24:29his comedy, about how he's just calling out stupidity on any side.
- 24:33California, dude.
- 24:34California's the whole other story, bro.
- 24:37But the conversation with him was about this archetype, and he's just like, no, having
- 24:42a child made me bolder.
- 24:44Yeah, of course.
- 24:45And he's like, you know, he's like, that didn't domesticate me.
- 24:47It actually brought out this warrior in me that was like, no, I want to fight for my
- 24:52child.
- 24:53I want to fight for the world my child's going to grow up in now, because I want to speak
- 24:56out even more about nonsense.
- 24:57I'm like 100%.
- 24:58I love to see that.
- 24:59But that, again, this conversation about, I'm going to take us into, you know, of course,
- 25:04we talked masculinity, we talked to this, and I'd made the comment about, about a man
- 25:09is truly thriving when he's becoming better than he was yesterday.
- 25:12100%.
- 25:13And peptides are a hack for that.
- 25:14Yes.
- 25:15Particularly where, you know, you mentioned, Deepam Orland, but Tessa Morland, CJC, like
- 25:18all of these other types of peptides that when used correctly are increasing muscle.
- 25:24Muscle produces greater levels of testosterone, testosterone produces greater levels of achievement.
- 25:28Right.
- 25:29All of these things work together, and you're the peptide guy.
- 25:33Yep.
- 25:34So I'm a peptide guy.
- 25:35I'll say I'll probably be playing it compared to you, but I will say like this particular
- 25:40was finger.
- 25:41Like I literally cut the top of my finger off the day before Easter, Jesus.
- 25:44And it was in the ER and everything else because it wouldn't stop bleeding.
- 25:47Like you can't even tell which finger it is.
- 25:49It's awesome.
- 25:50It's incredible.
- 25:51It's a month.
- 25:52And it's funny because people don't think, like part of it is like, well, that's just,
- 25:55I mean, I'm the Wolverine, right?
- 25:56Right.
- 25:57It's so fast, but it also means that the minute I came back from the hospital, I also
- 26:00did a GHKCU, exactly mixed with a BPC 157, right, a little TB 500, like got it all injected
- 26:07and was like, okay, let's grow a finger back.
- 26:09And I did.
- 26:10Like in no time flat, it's just back, you can't even tell that anything was wrong with it.
- 26:14And it was like, I mean, I've got a hang nail here, but, but aside from that, it's like,
- 26:18you can't even tell anything.
- 26:19And peptides are a way that we can optimize.
- 26:23Yes.
- 26:24And for me, like I use peptides, not because it's, you know, some weird cheat code, not
- 26:28because I'm trying to replace an actual good behavior, but to enhance what I'm already
- 26:33doing.
- 26:34Just float on your agent process.
- 26:35I mean, absolutely.
- 26:36I mean, they're incredible, man.
- 26:37I mean, like, it's funny because you talk about that, like, and for me and you, it's
- 26:41nothing, right?
- 26:42But for, dude, 80% of the public, they have no idea that we live in a world where we heal
- 26:49six to 10 times faster than they do.
- 26:51Right.
- 26:52No idea that we live in a world where we literally can inject three times a week, G.O.P.
- 26:56three or red or true tide, if you have whatever you want to call it, and have be leaner, more
- 27:02metabolically active, have better energy, have less brain fog, have, you know, absolutely
- 27:06no food noise, completely control appetite, fast or 20, 24 hours, whatever we need to do.
- 27:10I mean, that's the world we're in now.
- 27:12I mean, the world has separated with like those who have the awareness or the knowledge,
- 27:16the noses and those that don't.
- 27:18And it's insane.
- 27:19I mean, again, I just spoke about this this morning.
- 27:22There was a room of people, it was probably a hundred seats and whatever was standing
- 27:26room only.
- 27:27And as I told you, literally, a couple hundred people were turned away without a doubt
- 27:30who had tickets.
- 27:31It was completely sold out.
- 27:33And just looking at their bright eyes and their questions at the end, because we sped
- 27:37through the presentation so we could do a Q&A section and stuff like that, there's
- 27:41nothing right now in the world that's moving the needle like peptides.
- 27:45People want to know how to use them, how to stack them, when they can come off them,
- 27:50you know, how do they cycle them?
- 27:52Why does some of them produce water retention and some don't?
- 27:55Why do some do this, some do that?
- 27:57You know, like it's just this giant mass consciousness movement.
- 28:00And dude, never was it more a prevalent that like after the show was over, after our presentation
- 28:06was over, these people was like a stampede, followed us up to our booth.
- 28:10I mean, it was, I mean, it was insane.
- 28:12Like literally, I felt like we needed to have security around us as we went up the escalators
- 28:16from the fourth floor to where our booth was on the fifth floor.
- 28:19But it was incredible.
- 28:20And so many of these people came back and did you could just see it.
- 28:23Like I said, they're so bright eyed, so wide eyed and bushy tailed, asking questions
- 28:27about peptides because they all truly do, especially at a Dave Asprey conference, want to slow
- 28:32the agent process, want to improve their biomarker function.
- 28:36I mean, literally it does potentially represent a fountain of youth effect if these things
- 28:41are done correctly.
- 28:42And that's the problem.
- 28:43As you know, is we have such a signal to noise ratio in the world right now due to social
- 28:48media.
- 28:49And as you know, bro, I mean, most of it is noise.
- 28:51Well, and it's so hard.
- 28:52And to end in there, one of the biggest reasons for people's curiosity around peptides is
- 28:55they don't come with an instruction.
- 28:56Yeah, they don't.
- 28:57No, and honestly, dude, it's funny.
- 28:59You say that I've been saying this since my first peptide course I put into the wild
- 29:02way before I actually had a peptide book out there was in 2021.
- 29:06I don't even remember the name of the course anymore because we don't sell it.
- 29:09If somebody finds the ClickFunnels page, it's still out there.
- 29:13But we told them, one of my ex-business partners, shot out to Nick Andrews, we told people
- 29:19that if you did not have 100 IQ, you should not use peptides because it literally does require
- 29:23fractionated math, you know, you have to, and by the way, this is way before the peptide
- 29:28calculators, which we've now created and we've done all these things and, you know, built
- 29:31cheat codes and stuff like that.
- 29:33But before then, you had to understand the difference between a microgram and milligram,
- 29:36you know, how to reconstitute bacterial stomach water into a peptide.
- 29:41You had to know whether the peptide was lyophilized or the peptide was just a pure raw form.
- 29:46I mean, there were all these things that people, again, five or six years ago and again going
- 29:50back to one, I was using them 20 years ago, had to understand before you could ever use
- 29:54them.
- 29:55But now we've made it to a point where it's like so simple.
- 29:56I mean, bro, we were literally talking at the end about peptide pens, right?
- 30:00Medical grade pens where you can put three or four peptides in one pen.
- 30:03Again, GHKCU, TB500, BPC, and even cartilocks all in the same pen and you have like the
- 30:09ultimate Wolverine healing, yeah, and you can inject it in your face.
- 30:12Women can use like a four mm micron needle, you know, so again, the technology is there.
- 30:19It's just how do you find who the people are to listen to?
- 30:24Who is it that you want to trust?
- 30:25Because, bro, I mean, I think you know this now too.
- 30:28And this is the shit that I'm dealing with is like a lot of people are claiming themselves
- 30:31to be peptide experts using peptides for three, four months.
- 30:34They have absolutely no idea what they're doing and a lot of these people are literally
- 30:38just watching people like me listening to podcasts, live streams, reading the books and
- 30:43just imitating and just regurgitating shit that they found out and then going out there
- 30:47and claiming to people that they're peptide coaches.
- 30:49I mean, it's a most insane thing, but it is a phenomenon.
- 30:52It's a wild west, like the peptide and it's this subcategory within the biohack phase.
- 30:58Biohack in itself is already a wild west and everybody claims that their one thing is
- 31:03going to cure everything, which is not the case.
- 31:05And then we get into peptides, which is like just, you know, one layer deeper in the rabbit
- 31:10hole.
- 31:11And there is.
- 31:12There's so much confusion around them and I'm not even close to the level you are in
- 31:16understanding this.
- 31:17But, you know, I get phone calls all the time.
- 31:20Of course.
- 31:21Of course.
- 31:22Because why?
- 31:23Well, because I know one thing more than they do, so I'm an expert.
- 31:25But it's funny because I watch how someone like you or me or my dad or someone who I
- 31:29know, and like I've got it several friends that are deep into peptides and it's like,
- 31:34but it almost becomes this little bro network where everybody shares what they're doing
- 31:37because they're like, well, what are you doing?
- 31:39Well, I've been doing this.
- 31:40I'll have to try that.
- 31:41Literally.
- 31:42Literally.
- 31:43It's this trial and error kind of thing and we're injecting, you know, whatever.
- 31:46But it's funny to me.
- 31:47Like I live in a high-rise building downtown and it's a buddy of mine that lives few floors
- 31:51up.
- 31:52Calls me one day.
- 31:53And it's pain in my elbow.
- 31:54Like, I just haven't this issue.
- 31:55What do I do?
- 31:56Bubble ball.
- 31:57Like it didn't even dawn on me.
- 31:58Like, is there a peptide that I can be doing?
- 31:59I'm like, well, I'm out of town right now, buddy.
- 32:01But do me a favor.
- 32:02I'll call the front desk.
- 32:03Have him send you up to my place.
- 32:04Go in the fridge.
- 32:05There's a little file.
- 32:06That's awesome.
- 32:07But then you're like, wait a minute.
- 32:08I don't know if he can actually do that.
- 32:10He can.
- 32:11Because he actually uses peptides.
- 32:12He just didn't have what I suggested.
- 32:14And he's like, all right.
- 32:15And he's like, are you sure about, dude, like, the next day he's, thank you so much.
- 32:20I'm like, and he's like, I'll pay you.
- 32:21I'm like, I don't care about his money.
- 32:22Like, that's not the case.
- 32:23I'm just glad you got it.
- 32:24And it's like, but it almost like we've got these little magic potions in the refrigerator
- 32:29and that the rest of the world doesn't understand.
- 32:31This is like Harry Pottercraft.
- 32:32It is, Harry Potter, dude.
- 32:33That we've got this stuff that we're like living these weird and mortal lives, literally
- 32:38because we just understand, you know, micro protein.
- 32:41Dude, when we brought out the peptide pen, you know, I had my insulin cooler because after
- 32:45we got done speaking, we're like, oh, you know, because people were asking us like,
- 32:47what do you guys see as the next best thing?
- 32:48You know, we're like, we talked about two things and you don't even know this yet.
- 32:51But like in two or three weeks, we're going to be releasing a buccal patch that is somewhere
- 32:58in the math.
- 32:59You know, we're doing stability testing, but it's somewhere between 12 and 15% less efficacious
- 33:04than any injectable.
- 33:05So we're this close now to having an oral delivery system.
- 33:08And as you know, Mark, 80% of the public, this is a fact I've known this for 20 plus years
- 33:12going back to my days and afraid to need it.
- 33:13The repeated testosterone will not inject.
- 33:16They will not inject no matter what.
- 33:18So if you can bring and break the ultimate barrier of entry of injection and bring something
- 33:23that's almost as efficacious as an injection, and again, it's not there yet, but it's close.
- 33:28And it's way better than any oral peptide.
- 33:31It's going to be transformative.
- 33:32And so we're bringing that in the marketplace, dude, in three months.
- 33:34I mean, last night, true story, I'll tell you this, you're the first person in the world
- 33:36that knows this.
- 33:37I used the CJC 1295 oral, again, buccal strip, I took two of them, 250 micrograms, which
- 33:44is, you know, it's a super low nose of it.
- 33:47Bra was knocked out.
- 33:48I slept in this horrible hotel with shitty water, again, shout out to the fair month.
- 33:54I slept for almost four hours without waking up, which was like a miracle.
- 33:59And I was like, I mean, I told the formulator, it's a woman, her name is Sarah Morgan.
- 34:02Amazing.
- 34:03She's going to be famous in the world right now because she broke this formulation.
- 34:05But I told her when I woke up this morning because she was at her booth, I said, dude,
- 34:09you did it.
- 34:10It works.
- 34:11It absolutely works.
- 34:12Last night, too, and she takes melatonin, so she wasn't the better sample because she
- 34:15uses it as melatonin, but she felt like she slept even better than when she does melatonin
- 34:19by itself.
- 34:20So we're really close.
- 34:21That's why I'm bringing this up on this podcast that, you know, delivery system technology
- 34:26is improving.
- 34:27So I guess within the next 16, 18, 24 months, we will probably have that so perfected that
- 34:34people won't need to inject anymore.
- 34:36That's how closely you are.
- 34:37Yeah.
- 34:38This is a terrible story, but I'm going to tell you anyways.
- 34:39So a cousin of mine was at my house, maybe a year or so ago, and he's recovered now,
- 34:46but a former heroin user and so on and so forth, right?
- 34:49So yeah, I did issues, but he's in my kitchen, and it's like, I'm just doing my morning routine,
- 34:55like my, you know, dosing out my 75 different supplements and everything, but go in the fridge,
- 35:00grab the needles, and it's like, and he's got like this thing of, you know, needles
- 35:03now.
- 35:04Of course, of course.
- 35:05Of course.
- 35:06I actually, I had a BPC injection, I took the BPC and I shot it into my, into my shoulder,
- 35:12and he's just like, oh my God, what are you doing?
- 35:14And I was like, what are you doing?
- 35:17What are you doing?
- 35:18And I'm like, and I literally was just injecting it right into my, into my neck really.
- 35:22And, and he's like, what are you doing?
- 35:24And I'm like, just had no idea.
- 35:26Pep tied and he's like, how can you stand injecting yourself there?
- 35:29They don't know.
- 35:30And I'm like, and I'm like, you used to inject between your toes.
- 35:34He's like, what are you talking about?
- 35:36But, but, but the reality is like, you're right.
- 35:39Like, there are people who were just knee lovers.
- 35:41There are people who are pillowvers.
- 35:43There are all of this kind of stuff.
- 35:45So Jay, like, you're in this peptide space now.
- 35:48You've made a pivot into peptides exclusively, because obviously you see that, that there
- 35:52is a future here.
- 35:53Massive, yeah.
- 35:54And not just a financial future, but ourselves, helping the world, literally impacting the
- 35:57world through, through being able to do this kind of stuff.
- 36:01Bio longevity labs, relatively new company, six months old company that is actually, you
- 36:07know, kind of stormed the industry and coming up with stuff that's not been there before
- 36:12in revolutionizing peptides.
- 36:13But more important, peptides already existed, educating people about peptides which is
- 36:19the most important thing.
- 36:20Yeah.
- 36:21And honestly, true story.
- 36:22And again, you and I have already talked about this.
- 36:24But I was one of the biggest affiliate sales people in the world for peptides for the
- 36:28last three years.
- 36:29Shout out to limitless.
- 36:30Limitless life in the tropics, great companies, still makes great peptides.
- 36:33But the owners got an argument.
- 36:36And so they wanted, each owner wanted to make me their other partners.
- 36:39So I was like, I got to move and, yeah, so my business partner, obviously, Hunter William
- 36:45shout out to Hunter.
- 36:46Him and I spoke today.
- 36:47Amazing guy.
- 36:48You know, we're like, let's build our own.
- 36:50We already had a CTO who was, by the way, the CTO of other peptide companies.
- 36:56So we knew we had the technology, technological infrastructure, build it.
- 36:59We just were basically attempting to get into the marketplace ourselves.
- 37:02And as you know, credit card processing is not easy with research peptides and bi-regulators
- 37:06and all this stuff.
- 37:07And again, it's a very nebulous world.
- 37:09But we also knew that RFK was coming in, right?
- 37:12This is literally after Trump had been elected.
- 37:14We knew that RFK was pro peptides, he was pro alternative therapies.
- 37:18So we just basically partnered with again, Trina Felber's husband, Josh Felber, who's a good
- 37:21friend, shout out to Josh, been a long time friend of mine and he had credit card processing
- 37:26and he had no how in the business and he wanted to get into the bi-regular space.
- 37:30So we just basically just combined forces and here we are six months later and you're
- 37:33right, dude, like everything has been in the right place at the right time.
- 37:36Again, no clenches is only synchronicities, but we are making transformative formulations.
- 37:41We are, we are building products.
- 37:44So I, just a sidetrack, or just a rabbit hole for a second here.
- 37:48Like I always had a goal in my life to build the Amazon for bi-aggers, right?
- 37:53So it's always been in the background of my mind, like how could I build a pro, excuse me,
- 37:57a company with products that could serve the globe and would always be at like literally
- 38:02the tip of the spear?
- 38:03And so that's what this company is now.
- 38:04So everything that we've manufactured from a standpoint of USA made peptides, we don't
- 38:10have rolls coming from China.
- 38:11Everything is literally now synthesized either in our labs in Philadelphia or Florida.
- 38:15There are some rolls that come out of China that, you know, you can't get around because
- 38:19they're where they're based at, but we're synthesizing the majority of our products in the
- 38:22United States.
- 38:23So in addition to that, we also have, obviously, as you know, cabins and bioregulators.
- 38:27And now we're getting into our own exclusive batch formulations, which again are all in
- 38:31the United States.
- 38:32And I'm telling you, Mark, I mean, again, you already know some of our formulations.
- 38:35We are coming out with stuff that will literally revolutionize the business from the, from
- 38:40Bucal peptide strips to a hair regrowth product that will no doubt about it, regrow hair on
- 38:46a boldhead.
- 38:47I mean, it's a very powerful peptide.
- 38:49How about laying hair with the kitchen sink?
- 38:50It will darken, darken hair, 100%.
- 38:52So it will.
- 38:53That's my issue.
- 38:54Yeah.
- 38:55So no.
- 38:56So I mean, this product, so we can't really mark it that it will darken, gray hair, but
- 38:59it's kind of a, not I wouldn't call it a side effect, but it's a bot, a positive, beneficial
- 39:04effect of regrowing hair.
- 39:05You actually get darkening of the roots.
- 39:06I just think so.
- 39:07So the roots.
- 39:08We'll get darker and thicker.
- 39:10So you, you know, if you're naturally dark black, you'll get darker black.
- 39:13If you're naturally brown, it'll probably be a thicker shade of brown.
- 39:16And that's normally what happens with like a kitchen sink peptide hair regrowth product.
- 39:20But this is the first one of its time and, or of its kind, excuse me.
- 39:24And I can definitely tell you this, we don't even know what the formulation is going to
- 39:27cost us from an actual manufacturing material cost.
- 39:29But I know that it'll be so expensive that probably a 45 to 90 day supply of this is
- 39:33going to be a thousand bucks.
- 39:34But as you know, that's nothing in comparison to hair transplant, right?
- 39:38Sure.
- 39:39So most men and women head to head with Turkey right now.
- 39:42Exactly.
- 39:43But most men and women will buy this product because even if you did have a hair transplant,
- 39:47it'll strengthen the follicles.
- 39:48It'll strengthen the roots of the actual follicles that have been grafted.
- 39:52And then another one just to mention, we have a rejuvenation product coming.
- 39:55And this rejuvenation product is going to be a game changer too.
- 39:58Everything that we put into our formulations is stuff that I've thought about for literally
- 40:01years of my life.
- 40:03That I always said in my mind, I wanted to create a company and I own the domain.
- 40:07It's called true health, even though that's just going to be like one of our parent
- 40:10companies is the true health parent.
- 40:12But I wanted to, like again, just think true health.
- 40:16I wanted to build the best for everyone because as you know, it's always been limited.
- 40:21Most people do, most people in Europe and Asia can't even get peptides now.
- 40:24They can't, Australia outlaws peptides, right?
- 40:27So I wanted to make something that would be manufactured in the United States and
- 40:32shipped globally without issue.
- 40:33And so that's what we're working on.
- 40:34And I can tell you this right now, we're going to be the first company to go into India
- 40:38with peptides.
- 40:39That's cool.
- 40:39Congratulations.
- 40:40Two billion.
- 40:41Two billion people there.
- 40:42Yeah, that's a great idea.
- 40:43And they're desperate and they have, you know, most men in India are skinny fat inflamed,
- 40:47metabolically deranged, low testosterone.
- 40:49So it's a perfect trial market to really optimize the health of people because again in India,
- 40:55they're still, they're a first world country, but they're basically a second world society.
- 41:00And so they're attempting to, you know, the way it works in India is if you bring something
- 41:05in India, it has to be manufactured in India, but it has to say manufacturer, I'm sorry,
- 41:08it has to say made in the USA by on the label, but it has to actually be made in India.
- 41:14That's how it works.
- 41:15Yeah, it's crazy.
- 41:15It has to be an American company, but it has to be actually made in India because you
- 41:19can't get anything through the Ministry of Health.
- 41:21Yeah, it has to be made on the ground.
- 41:23That makes sense.
- 41:24And what I love about what you're doing with your formula is that I encourage you to continue
- 41:27doing that just for the sake of consumers is, as we said, peptizes as wild, wild,
- 41:31wild, when you're talking about doing stacks and pens, where this kind of stuff exists,
- 41:36I think that's a missing component.
- 41:38I mean, you'll find like a CJC in an epimoral compound and that type of stuff, but it's still
- 41:44a lost art that people understand.
- 41:47And like I own a supplements company that we deliberately do vitamin stacks that affect
- 41:52specific systems of the body.
- 41:54Like if you're having digestive systems like this is, this is the one you've
- 41:57take and it covers all of the things for that.
- 42:00And this is a cardiovascular and this is the, because people want simplicity.
- 42:04People don't want to know that, okay, I need to go take one vitamin A and I need to go
- 42:07take two vitamin Cs and I'm going to have to take half a capsule of zinc and they just
- 42:11don't know what to buy.
- 42:12They don't know how to dose.
- 42:13And I don't blame them, right?
- 42:14Because we're most of the stuff I don't think I would be able to spout off exactly what
- 42:17they need.
- 42:19But the truth matter is, as I happen to know that we've got one of the best digestive
- 42:23support products I've ever used.
- 42:25And it's like, and literally like if my stomach is feeling weird or I'm feeling bloated
- 42:29or anything like, recommend a dose too, I take four, nothing, like literally goes away
- 42:35and I'm like, okay, that's fine.
- 42:36And it's all vitamin mineral based because there's nothing there.
- 42:39But the simplicity is I think what makes it magical because they don't have to go take
- 42:43six different things.
- 42:44I don't have to figure out one of these two of these three of those.
- 42:47And if you're doing that exact same type of thing with peptides where the stacks are
- 42:51existing.
- 42:53Here's the outcome.
- 42:53Go do this.
- 42:54Yep.
- 42:55That's exactly what we're doing.
- 42:56I mean, we have a product called BioGut Pro, which is without a doubt class leading microbiome
- 43:01dysbiosis issue peptides.
- 43:02It's got six peptides and then it has three absorption enhancers in the peptides.
- 43:07So, and again, I already talked about it, but I'll mention it like traditionally, most
- 43:11people realize it injectable is the highest impact delivery system versus oral.
- 43:15But oral delivery systems are clearly now improving technologically.
- 43:19And if you understand, like you said, how to blend them, how to synergistically mix
- 43:23them together, you can actually put stability agents and absorption agents in the blend that
- 43:28will actually enhance the efficacy of the product.
- 43:31So again, the good news from us, and again, like I've spent so much time thinking through
- 43:34this and we do have some form letters that are amazing too, shout out to Alex Kickle.
- 43:39We think a lot before we make stuff.
- 43:41We don't just like willy-nilly throw it all together because all these different products
- 43:45have efficacy or have a regurgent effect.
- 43:48We sit there and we think, okay, like, are there going to be cross-chain reactions?
- 43:51Are there going to be stability issues, what you mix, you know, this chemical with this
- 43:55molecule?
- 43:56And so, all of our products are really thought out and we don't release anything unless
- 43:59we know there's not going to be any long-term issues.
- 44:02Like, I'll just tell you this when nobody even knows this comment, but we have a product
- 44:05called Bioabsorb and it's going to be the first of its time.
- 44:08It's going to be metformin dihydroberberum, which is, you know, Berberin.
- 44:12That's the most advanced form of Berberin.
- 44:14And in acetal, along with the B spectrum, because, you know, in a lot of people that have
- 44:20the polymorphic gene expression, metformin can deplete fully into pleatinethyning.
- 44:29So like, this supplement exactly will tackle all the issues of blood glucose, insulin sensitivity
- 44:35and glucose disposal, but in a way that nobody who is sensitive to one of the agents in
- 44:40the drug, I mean, it's a blend.
- 44:42And it's technically a supplement, even though there are drugs in it, will be, you know,
- 44:47with the word I want to say, maligned because we addressed every single cofactor.
- 44:51Yeah, which is great.
- 44:52And again, I'll go back to, I'm always looking at what is the consumer's, yeah, of course.
- 44:56That's always my optics on everything.
- 44:58How does that market?
- 44:59And how do people actually sell that?
- 45:01And again, it's, make it easy.
- 45:03Yes.
- 45:04Exactly.
- 45:05Because consumers want it easy.
- 45:06And people are coming to your talk today because they want to understand, but people
- 45:09are thirsty for this knowledge.
- 45:11They don't understand what it is.
- 45:12And I'm going to say, peptides remind me of the way that CBD was treated many years ago,
- 45:16that you go to a conference and everybody in their damn brother has a CBD infused something
- 45:21and they're like, oh, but ours is different.
- 45:22And it has CBD.
- 45:23And I remember going to a conference one time, it was actually a Cosmoprof.
- 45:27And I was like, I know yours has CBD.
- 45:29So does everybody's done this entire role?
- 45:32They're really like, nautical grades.
- 45:33Yeah, exactly.
- 45:34Like, what are you doing at a different?
- 45:37And peptides to me is now it feels like the new buzz word.
- 45:40It is.
- 45:41It is, dude.
- 45:42I mean, we should say this.
- 45:43You're the first person I brought this up.
- 45:44I actually now actually get disgusted when I go on social media now and I see all these
- 45:49people talking about peptides who literally don't understand what peptides are.
- 45:52Right.
- 45:53I mean, if you asked 85% of people who claim to be peptide experts, what is a peptide?
- 45:58They wouldn't be able to tell you.
- 45:59Right.
- 46:00They don't know that it's basically a amino acid sequence, fractionated proteins, signaling
- 46:04molecules at the cellular level.
- 46:06And they all work based on the length of the chain, right?
- 46:08A bioregulator or an oral-based peptide is a shorter chain and injectable peptide has
- 46:13a longer chain.
- 46:14That's the simplicity of them.
- 46:15And again, they all mostly are organic.
- 46:17They're synthesized in a lab, right?
- 46:19I mean, most of them are synthesized.
- 46:21But because they're all organic signaling molecules, there's no side effects.
- 46:24Well, in fairness, most people don't understand protein function.
- 46:27No, they're so.
- 46:28So the reality is is, you know, protein and people start associating with it like chicken,
- 46:31you know, as opposed to people actually understanding the real folding and unfolding process of
- 46:35protein.
- 46:36That's true story, dude.
- 46:37That's funny.
- 46:38These brought this up.
- 46:39So my daughter is a junior in high school.
- 46:40She has a 1480 on her SAT, she's a brilliant, you know, 4.5 and all the advanced courses.
- 46:46I literally asked her the other day, how many grams of protein, I mean, how many energy
- 46:52macronutrients standpoint, how many calories in a protein, fat, and a carb?
- 46:56No idea.
- 46:57Absolutely no idea.
- 46:59Our society does not teach anyone about nutrition.
- 47:03But again, think about it.
- 47:04Exactly.
- 47:05That's what I was going.
- 47:06I mean, why would you want an educated society on nutrition, which as you know is the most
- 47:13powerful drug, screw peptides and bioregulators and testosterone, food is the most powerful
- 47:19drug.
- 47:20Why would we want them knowledgeable about that?
- 47:22If they were knowledgeable about that, they wouldn't make all the poor choices and the
- 47:25big pharma, big agro, you know, all that stuff would not exist, bro.
- 47:28Well, you wouldn't even exist.
- 47:29We're putting people on SSRI's while they're eating McDonald's, too.
- 47:33It's totally different thing, but anyway, we do have a society that's gone upside down
- 47:38and I love that there is a fraction of the population, and I think totally the percentage
- 47:47of people are actually using peptides is just the immediate use of less than five percent.
- 47:50Oh, yeah.
- 47:51I'd say small single digits, unless people are like having peptide injected retinol or
- 47:56something in their type.
- 47:57I think you're right.
- 47:58I have a lot of people that come to me and say, oh, it's not true, bro.
- 48:01Like 12% to 15% of society is in peptides.
- 48:04I would say one to three.
- 48:05It's definitely less than five percent.
- 48:06One to five.
- 48:07I agree with you.
- 48:08And then after the FDA made all their changes, I know people that just like knee jerked away.
- 48:11Yeah, exactly.
- 48:12I used to buy from peptide science, but and you notice like websites are all over and then
- 48:16they could only accept PayPal and all the other craziness.
- 48:19Now I just listen to Jay Campbell, and I buy his stuff, but it's true.
- 48:23But the reality is that I think that we have a society that is thirsty for this stuff.
- 48:27I think we are in a bit of a tailwind moment right now, where we're seeing a heightened sense
- 48:32of awareness that is not just Bobby Kennedy driven.
- 48:35Yeah, of course.
- 48:36There's a lot of things going on where maybe it's the sun alignment, you know, that sort
- 48:40of stuff like your friend.
- 48:41But the reality is there's a lot of things going on right now, and I think bad times are
- 48:45creating strong men.
- 48:47No doubt.
- 48:48And I can't wait to see what the next generation is able to pull off because I think this
- 48:52group of college kids that we have coming out right now are just going to be different
- 48:56than we have seen in a while because you're seeing values come back.
- 48:59You're seeing the highest concentration of church attendance, this 20 something year old
- 49:05men, like just weird, like they're just over the Biden administration and all the nonsense
- 49:11and the COVID, you know, all the shit that came with COVID and we can just wrap by saying
- 49:15this, dude, like, because I haven't brought this up yet.
- 49:17And I know you're going to say, yeah, peptides are the crypto of health care.
- 49:23This is the decentralization.
- 49:27People now have two paths, right?
- 49:28Like you can become, as I like to say, sovereign, powered and free, the proactive scientists
- 49:33of your own health and pay whatever costs out of your own pocket, or you can be, you
- 49:38know, the government subsidized sick care, illness medicine, supporter, you know, advocate
- 49:44or whatever and say, my co-payment is $40 and that's all I get paid for.
- 49:49I just used that phrase earlier today.
- 49:51And bro, that's where we are now.
- 49:53I mean, again, me and you are doing these crazy peptide injections and cocktails and blends
- 49:58and all this stuff and these other people literally have no idea.
- 50:02It go to their HMO or their PPO, they go to urgent care, they sit there when they have
- 50:08sniffles.
- 50:09I mean, you and I live in a different world, dude, we're in a quantum reality and the goal
- 50:15is to get them over and the goal is to not optimize just ourselves.
- 50:19So if it's three percent, dude, how much more can we get over?
- 50:22That's the real question.
- 50:23And it's a matter.
- 50:24And it's a matter.
- 50:25And education and simplification.
- 50:26Yeah.
- 50:27I mean, knowledge is power, but can we double it or is 10 percent real?
- 50:29I don't know.
- 50:30I actually tend to think that as form functions, they start to improve, like they're saying,
- 50:36like it's not all injections, right?
- 50:37Because peptides are weirdo still, of course.
- 50:39But I think as, you know, even oral peptides, people are taking the more 100 percent.
- 50:44Well, they don't like needles, they don't like pills either.
- 50:47Yeah.
- 50:48And as you're starting to see topicals and as you're starting to see these types of
- 50:51other things, like I think it's becoming more accessible to the average person, but supplementation
- 50:56itself is a struggle for most people.
- 50:59Compliance, patient compliance is the worst part of healthcare for conventional medicine
- 51:04as well as alternative medicine, like just getting people to comply 100 percent is the
- 51:10biggest issue.
- 51:11Dude, like I'm so glad that you came by today.
- 51:13Thank you.
- 51:14It was amazing.
- 51:15Biolongevity labs, I make a recommendation in the show notes.
- 51:19You'll actually see the links to biolongevity labs.
- 51:22Can't wait to see what you're coming out with next and all this cool stuff.
- 51:26Like I love the idea that you're simplifying peptides for people and actually coming up
- 51:29with stacks that are pre-made, if that makes sense, like you're pre-formulating, taking
- 51:33the guest work out of peptides, everything from bio-regs all the way to high performance
- 51:39type things.
- 51:40And I'm also excited to see, like as we're talking about, like whether that's microplastics
- 51:43or low testosterone through, all of the things that are actually causing oxidative stress
- 51:48on us and hurting our bodies in that way.
- 51:52I love to see that there are innovators out there that are actually finding solutions
- 51:56for these things and being available because I think we can get our health back on so
- 52:02many different levels.
- 52:03But I think we can absolutely get it back.
- 52:06And for the men who are listening who are looking for what is my optimization, how do I perform
- 52:12better?
- 52:13What is the performance driven living right now?
- 52:15How do I perform better?
- 52:16What is the 1% tomorrow that I wasn't able to do today?
- 52:201% better kind of thinking, peptides are that push, peptides are that one trump card that
- 52:25comes out and is able to take people to the next level.
- 52:27And I say that, you know, you've heard me talk about even the healing of my own finger
- 52:30level.
- 52:31Like that's crazy to me, but that Wolverine healing type tactic, that idea that you're
- 52:36able to build muscle faster.
- 52:38The idea that you're able to, you know, manipulate GLP agonists in your body to actually,
- 52:43you know, increase your ability to be able to even fast.
- 52:46Yes.
- 52:47Exactly.
- 52:48And fasting is just going to help you eliminate senescent cells, you know, all the things
- 52:52that go with it.
- 52:53Right?
- 52:54This is multi factors through a much larger story.
- 52:57But thank you for being here and thank you for giving that kind of stuff.
- 53:00Obviously, bio longevity labs will put in the show notes anywhere the people would want
- 53:05to follow you and your podcast.
- 53:06Yeah.
- 53:07No, 100%.
- 53:08So I have a URL or a vanity domain that I send people to whenever I get on podcast and
- 53:12again, there are a lot of you.
- 53:13Thank you so much for having me on here today.
- 53:14Sure.
- 53:15J Campbell dot com forward slash free books.
- 53:17And at that page, all of the books that I've written, which are eight, only five or international
- 53:22of us sellers, but I've written eight books.
- 53:24I give away.
- 53:25I was in the intro.
- 53:26No, it's a joke.
- 53:27I give away all my books.
- 53:28Of course, always it's downloadable free PDFs.
- 53:31There's also a bunch of other stuff that you can get there for free.
- 53:34As you know, bruh, I'm a service to others individual and it's all about impact.
- 53:38How many people can I serve?
- 53:39How many people can get this information?
- 53:41I'll leave you with this.
- 53:42We're also developing a for the first time ever.
- 53:45It's coming very soon.
- 53:46A blend of NAD plus MOTC and injectable five amino and dude, that is going to be a game
- 53:54changing peptide.
- 53:55Any body who is metabolic with dysregularity or insulin resistant or inflamed, you know,
- 54:00if you know, I like to, you like the term metabolic dumpster fire.
- 54:04If you inject that peptide into you, you will have the energy of a totally different person.
- 54:09And again, as you know, for those type of folks, it's about giving them the motivation
- 54:12and the physical energy to move and to exercise and to feel better.
- 54:17And so that's going to be a game changing peptide.
- 54:18We're really excited about that.
- 54:19And the truth is, only when we're able to reclaim that energy or we're able to actually
- 54:23live out our purpose.
- 54:24Exactly.
- 54:25Exactly.
- 54:26And what's the Bobby Kennedy phrase that a man with, you know, the man with no problems
- 54:30has 100 dreams and then with one problem has one.
- 54:32One.
- 54:33And I think that's the idea is like, how do we get people back to optimal because when
- 54:37people are back to optimal, they're dreaming again.
- 54:39And a society that dreams is a society that grows and I love that as well.
- 54:43Thank you so much for tuning into the performance driven living podcast with my guest, Jay Campbell.
- 54:48Appreciate you being here, buddy.
- 54:49Thank you, brother.
- 54:50That was awesome.
