- 0:00[SPEAKER_03]: Just because you go viral doesn't mean you make money and that is one of the shifts that they have to understand is how to turn eyes into money into your bank account.
- 0:09[SPEAKER_03]: I think people need to focus on being effective instead of focus on being famous.
- 0:13[SPEAKER_10]: There's a question now, if you continually go viral, these platforms do pay, yes?
- 0:19[SPEAKER_03]: Monetization from the actual platform is really the bottom of the floor.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_03]: New eyes on your social media doesn't mean new money in your bank account.
- 0:26[SPEAKER_03]: I need to go viral.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_03]: I need to go viral and not understanding the depth of what going viral means.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_03]: What do I do once the video is up?
- 0:34[SPEAKER_03]: What to do after the video is up?
- 0:36[SPEAKER_03]: Like, what am I leading people to?
- 0:38[SPEAKER_03]: What's happening next versus I just want to video with a whole bunch of views.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_03]: You guys don't have brand-ot-waters, coffee mugs, cut, I don't know, no, you literally have one of the biggest podcasts and you don't have a brand-ot-cup.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_10]: I don't use it cups or in the podcast.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_03]: It's for the person, for the person.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_03]: It's for my experience.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if I grab a mud there about uses, if I can.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_03]: No, it's not, it's like a bottle, the label on the water is just supposed to say social proof podcast.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_03]: And then when I come in, you pass me the social proof podcast water.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like taking videos of it.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_03]: And then so now, like you're leveraging my audience before the podcast even drops.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, how are you warming the audience up for your podcast guest?
- 1:35[SPEAKER_10]: We'll get a cup.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_10]: OK. We're going to get a cup.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_03]: You need a cup.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_10]: We do I need a cup.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_10]: Welcome to the Social Group podcast.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_10]: I am excited because I've just been getting game before we even started and I have a young lady and I've watched for a very, very long time.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_10]: My first introduction to you was we were at this studio and I think five was doing it at the event or something like that and you kept telling them what to do.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_10]: I was like, who is this person?
- 2:03[SPEAKER_10]: You're like, no, you said, it was something like we were talking and you was like, you don't sit like that.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_10]: And I'm like, what are you doing?
- 2:08[SPEAKER_10]: Who is this?
- 2:10[SPEAKER_10]: I waited until it was just me and five to ask like, you know, who is that?
- 2:13[SPEAKER_10]: It's telling you what to do.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_10]: And he said, you are a social media strategist.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_10]: And he said, all that stuff that you were saying matters.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_03]: You missed out.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_03]: You left out a part, though, that you asked.
- 2:23[SPEAKER_03]: What do I have to call you out on that in the beginning?
- 2:25[SPEAKER_10]: Talk to me.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_03]: You asked if I was for the streets.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I did.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you want to tell everybody what that means?
- 2:35[SPEAKER_03]: Why wouldn't I know?
- 2:36[SPEAKER_03]: Are you there?
- 2:37[SPEAKER_03]: No, because he had to tell me that I wasn't for the streets, and I'm like, what you mean, I know I'm not for the streets.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_03]: And he's like, that's what you guys mean when you're like, can I use your person?
- 2:45[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_10]: Yes, so yes, I was like, yeah, because I was like, Dad, he looks really, really good at what she does.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_10]: Like, it looks like she knows what she's talking about.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_10]: Because it would be stuff that I wouldn't think of.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_10]: Like, like, just, it was, it was real detail stuff.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_10]: And that's why I was called five like, yo, she's dope.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_10]: I said, is she for the streets?
- 3:04[SPEAKER_10]: And he said, absolutely not.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_03]: That was correct.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_03]: And he told me to make sure I knew that I wasn't for the streets.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_10]: But you are now for the streets.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_10]: You are indeed for the streets now.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_03]: I am it's very hard to get me as a get inside and be a private client of mine, so I'm still not for the streets, but But you're available.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, the thing's I give out all the value of stuff.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_03]: I'm way more available than I was last year.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_10]: Yes, and what changed.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_03]: Um, I changed, that's pretty kind of like cliche to say, but I definitely in the beginning, I, it was very important to me as building my career and the things that I wanted to do that my back in and my operations were set up.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_03]: So although I was in high demand, I didn't want to take a whole bunch of people in my systems weren't set up and so then you risked
- 3:50[SPEAKER_03]: having the opportunity of being in high demand and all these people having you and you're back in, not being set up.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_03]: And so now, although you have the people you're growing in the reputation and the business isn't as good versus just waiting and continue to be in a demand.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_03]: And if anybody gets started with somebody else, I'll always say, well, God has for me as for me.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_03]: And if they go anywhere else that they do and now, my back end, my operations are set up.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_03]: Everything that when a client comes in from the first touch point to the last, they feel completely taken care of versus then,
- 4:20[SPEAKER_03]: I was great at what I do, like I was talented, but at the end of the day, talent still has to be met with operations.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_10]: Seven buffens.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_10]: What do you know for?
- 4:30[SPEAKER_03]: I am known for creating content that converts in turning your phone into a 24-7 sales machine for business owners, entrepreneurs, coaches, and mentors.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_10]: All right, so I am an entrepreneur.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_10]: And I guess we all do our best to create content that's going to get people engaged.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_10]: What are people doing wrong?
- 4:50[SPEAKER_10]: men's for the most part in industry.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_03]: The number one thing people are doing wrong is.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_03]: It's kind of like a subject.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot of things.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_03]: It's a lot of wrongs.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_03]: No rights, not just playing.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_03]: The number one thing that people are doing wrong is confusing viral with money.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_03]: Just because you go viral doesn't mean you make money.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_03]: It's so many people that have millions of followers.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_03]: They go viral plenty of times.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_03]: And that is one of the shifts that they have to understand is how to turn eyes into money into your bank account.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_03]: New eyes on your social media doesn't mean new money in your bank account.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_03]: So we end up having this goal of,
- 5:29[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I can make you go viral.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_03]: I need to go viral.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_03]: I need to go viral and not understanding the depth of what going viral means.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_03]: What do I do once the video was up?
- 5:39[SPEAKER_03]: What to do after the video was up?
- 5:41[SPEAKER_03]: Like, what am I leading people to?
- 5:42[SPEAKER_03]: What's happening next versus?
- 5:44[SPEAKER_03]: I just want a video with a whole bunch of views.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_03]: And I think people need to focus on being effective instead of focus on being famous.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_10]: There's a question now.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_10]: If you continually go viral, these platforms do pay.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I mean, if you're really good at it, yeah, create this content, so that, I mean, that's making money in a sense.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_03]: Monetization from the actual platform is really the bottom of the floor.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_10]: Perfect.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_03]: It is truly the bottom of the four and less is YouTube, which most people aren't thinking about going viral on YouTube, right, which is one of the most slept on platforms, of course, long-form content, that is going to be one of the platforms and recently Snapchat that will actually pay you more.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_03]: for actually going viral.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_03]: Now, your other platforms, it'll bring more eyes on your page, but that is really like at the bottom of the monetization letter as far as wanting to just have like getting paid purviews.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, all right, so let's talk about this because I think your, um, I believe your sweet spot is launches of a thing, right?
- 6:53[SPEAKER_03]: My sweet spot is everything.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_10]: You know, a lot of sweet spots.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, if I'm going to launch something, okay, let's just, let's just do this real real time because you will be speaking at Pica Summit.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_10]: And you said, all right, the rollout is cool, but I need to engage the audience more.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_10]: So let's make this about how I, as an entrepreneur, has something, what should I be doing on social media now?
- 7:16[SPEAKER_03]: Understanding that events don't make you money, right, events are great leverage.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_03]: They're amazing social proof and they show that you are the same offline and online.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_03]: So you get the opportunity to build community and you get the opportunity to showcase everybody else is a very great in that time, like a very great lead magnet because you can have so much brand authority by showing like, look at how many people are doing this thing.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_03]: So what I would say is in the beginning what I feel like you're doing right right now is like the campaign is really good But you have to involve the people like it's like, okay, this is your rollout.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_03]: This is your campaign And then you got to think about it.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_03]: It sounds like you're event versus when you start including your community You're including your customers it turns into our event and if something is ours versus if it's just yours one I promote it more
- 8:08[SPEAKER_03]: And so now you have people doing marketing for you because you're including them in the process.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_03]: What happens is, as we drop an event, we drop a, we launch a brand and then it's like, me, me, me, me, founder, founder.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_03]: I did this for this event.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_03]: I did that versus if you include every single person inside of the process, they're going to feel like it's their event and they're going to promote it way more than you.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_03]: You're not going to, most of the time, as business owners, entrepreneurs,
- 8:34[SPEAKER_03]: In real time unless you have somebody there like social media, running your stories and everything, then at the event your social media is behind you're trying to play catch up your videographers don't have the content, but everybody else is doing the work for you because they feel like they're a part of what you're building and you're creating.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_10]: I feel like what so what does that look like or so last year I did something that I thought was really really cool and innovative I sent out a message.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_10]: I said, yeah, I'm about the probably spent a couple hundred thousand dollars on ads and when I run these ads people like I get recognized right
- 9:06[SPEAKER_10]: But I want you all to submit some ads and I'll run these ads.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_10]: I put this money behind your ad, but that's to be good with podcast.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_10]: Some it has to be a hook has to be some sort of value in the invitation.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_10]: People start sitting in all of these ads.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_10]: And by the time they got to podcast, some it, there were people like, oh, you're the person from that.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_10]: So it was like, kind of create this celebrity.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_03]: Did you have them just post them, though?
- 9:28[SPEAKER_10]: They did post it, but we ran them.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_10]: We put the money back.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_03]: No, even if you post it, right?
- 9:33[SPEAKER_03]: So if I posted it, and then I picked the ad from what's posted, then their organic traffic would do better and the ad would do better.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_10]: Explain that, what do you mean?
- 9:42[SPEAKER_03]: So like a lot of the times when we run an app, we think all the ads shouldn't be on my page also.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_03]: Like, but it's like if I put the ad on my page, and the ad does good on my page organically, I also know that it'll do good as an ad.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_03]: So then I do it both ways.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_03]: So it's like, okay, I'm gonna run it on my, I'm gonna have it on my page.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_03]: And then I'm also going to run it as an ad.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_03]: Most people feel them things specifically for just an ad.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm like, okay, well, if it's just an ad, why do you think somebody's gonna stop and look at it?
- 10:10[SPEAKER_10]: I'll do that to start posting all of those ads on my page.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_10]: Mm-hmm.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_03]: Well, when they're on there, so when you have them, so what you want to do is leverage their audience, like you always want to collaborate and content.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_03]: So that means that when they post, I'm going to just collaborate on the post, once that post starts picking up, I'm now...
- 10:29[SPEAKER_03]: say for instance, one post does amazing.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_03]: I'm now going to take that same post and I'm going to run it as an ad, but it's also going to be running on my page also so that I'm getting my organic traffic and I'm getting traffic from my ads at the exact same time versus just choosing, oh this is just an ad.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_03]: Like, no, the best way to test your ads is to put it on your page and see if it does well organically.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_03]: Like, do you pick up traffic?
- 10:54[SPEAKER_03]: Does it have a lot of save?
- 10:55[SPEAKER_03]: Does it have a lot of reposts?
- 10:57[SPEAKER_03]: Meaning if people are reposting it, they're going to be doing better as an ad.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_03]: Also, because they're finding some type of either education or entertainment from it.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_03]: So now when I run it as an ad, my calls per lead to everything else is lower because I know it works good organically too.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_10]: That's good.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_10]: For an event, how many ads you think should be run?
- 11:17[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you, you should run about a hundred accreatives or more, but I want you to stop thinking now, of course, you want to have money in your ads, man, this should be money there, but I want you to start leveraging all of the people that went, you're already sleep on the biggest part, you're even actually didn't start running from this year to last year.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_03]: The biggest problem that you probably had is that you waited until right before the event to start talking about this year's event.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_03]: No, this event should have been talked about last year.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_10]: Right after last year's event.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_03]: Correct.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_03]: Right after last year, and then guess what you do from this year to the next year, you continue small little community events and reminders.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_03]: You do little challenges like the ash challenge and everything else up until the time that you launch.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_03]: Then by the time you're launch, you're just not launching by yourself.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_03]: You're launching with your whole community.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_03]: everybody's talking about this on the exact same day at the exact same time because you kept the community warm from last year on socials.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_03]: And now I'm dropping, especially if you know if it's going to be a yearly event.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_03]: Now when I'm dropping it again this year, it's a reminder.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_03]: It's not me having a market all over again.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_10]: That's good.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_10]: My challenge would be though.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_10]: Um, after a podcast summit, I have like I've run, I've run multiple things, which I should shouldn't.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_10]: It's just I'll just be doing too much.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_10]: But in another part of the year, I've another initiative to like, we'll run up the money and all that kind of stuff because events don't really make money.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_10]: I have a longer play and it's started to make a little more money, but it's hard for me to promote the one thing throughout the year.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_10]: You know what I mean?
- 12:57[SPEAKER_10]: Because I saw many other initiatives.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_03]: But one doesn't take away from any other.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_10]: You create that brand.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_03]: What happens is, I learned this in network marketing.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_03]: You create a cult-like culture.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_03]: and people will be behind anything that you do.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_03]: Like it's behind the personal branding so that anything that I'm doing at the time, people will stand behind it because of the community that I personally create.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_03]: So even like for instance, me I have like six different speaking events in one week.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_03]: And I can promote all of them and it doesn't take away from one because what happens is people see it as you.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_03]: So for instance, podcast something is,
- 13:36[SPEAKER_03]: even if you have something in between the people from the podcast something that should be excited for this something in between as well even if it doesn't include them.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_10]: Yes, but so let's say you're doing a bunch of events, right?
- 13:46[SPEAKER_10]: It's all the same same offering essentially, though, right?
- 13:52[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, you're talking about the same thing.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_10]: But this is more content creation focused throughout the year.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_10]: I'm more entrepreneurial or like I'm doing speaking,
- 14:04[SPEAKER_10]: promoting this building, I'm getting another building, you know what I mean?
- 14:07[SPEAKER_10]: It's a little more challenging.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_10]: Again, I probably need to hire like a CEO of something to do something, but it's a really, it's, it's, it's just different because you don't want that brand confusion.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_10]: If you were in that word marketing and you're selling your products and building your team and you're also writing your book and going on tour, I think a lot of people will support it, but one of those are going to take a hit.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_10]: And your team might not focus on recruiting and things like that in
- 14:34[SPEAKER_10]: I need to write it but so, and your top producer is now an influencer.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_03]: No, I get where you're going, but I want you to see it in a different way.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_10]: Thanks for me.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_03]: Right?
- 14:46[SPEAKER_03]: So I want you to look at it as, if I'll be on say, not really.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_03]: Not really.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_03]: Really?
- 14:54[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_10]: I don't follow nobody.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_03]: God, it's, well, getting the world.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_03]: Um, so what I would say is that the part that you're missing in which I would think is that when I think of social proof podcast, I don't necessarily associate you with it first.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_03]: I think social proof podcast.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_03]: meaning that the part that we're lacking is is building a personal brand and building your personal brand you're able to associate with many more things and you're able to pivot more and you're able to promote multiple things that once without offer confusion because even if you're known for this one thing you also can be known for the other things that contribute to this one thing.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_03]: So if I build my personal brand then, my team knows that this is what we're actually doing for social-proof podcast.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_03]: This is what we're doing for the podcast summit.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_03]: But this is what I'm doing for David.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_03]: Like these are things that are connected and what happens is that people start seeing more sides of themselves and it actually helps your team perform better.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_03]: Like we don't have to be locked into one thing.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_03]: Not saying that you can't be
- 16:03[SPEAKER_03]: You know, you can be great in multiple areas and you're able to show in multiple areas, which will attract people to different parts of what you have because somebody might be like, oh, that's great that you're on your right in the book and they never would have thought to come to podcast on it.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_03]: And now that they're following that journey because we're in an age of interest media, not social media, meaning I'm following you for what I'm interested in.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_03]: like solely and that's all that you're gonna see on your timeline.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_03]: You don't see the first person at post anymore or remember an algorithm used to somebody's the post and like you see it it's soon because the time is not like that.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_03]: It's literally focused on what you're interested in.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_03]: So if I'm interested in you writing a book, I will now start following you for that part of your journey.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_03]: I may ignore your other content, but this content may be showing me proof until why I should look into you more and building that personal brand of it, meaning that me as the person can launch any business that I want.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_03]: then everything will end up doing great.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_10]: I haven't, I haven't seen it work out that way often.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_10]: So if we're using Beyonce or Rihanna for instance,
- 17:08[SPEAKER_10]: So, well, Rihanna, she is very targeted and focused on Fenty, right?
- 17:15[SPEAKER_10]: So much so, yeah, right.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_10]: But so much so, we haven't seen a lot of her music because she's building out this company.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_10]: And when she's like, really at the top of the game in music, she wasn't focused on doing the company.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_03]: I think you should look at it the other way.
- 17:30[UNKNOWN]: Okay.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_03]: She used her personal brand to build up a company and then start doing what she wanted to do for sure.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_03]: So it wasn't even like, I'm not focusing on this.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, no, now because I built my personal brand, I can pivot and do anything that I want to because I built up Rihanna, not just music.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_03]: That's why she was a lot in fashion.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_03]: She did other things and so now when I pivoted, if I'm building my personal brand, if I pivot into another lane, nobody's looking like, what are you doing?
- 17:58[SPEAKER_03]: Because I'm not standing behind it.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_03]: I was in network marketing.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_03]: I did herbal life for years, but I was never like go green herbal life.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_03]: I was talking about, I'm seven.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_03]: This is what I'm using.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_03]: This is how I'm building it.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_03]: This is where I'm going.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_03]: Join me if you want.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_03]: The reason being is because if I ever now move away from the company,
- 18:19[SPEAKER_03]: that's all people associated me with versus if I built my own personal brand.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_03]: I also did here at one point of time.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_03]: I was a hair stylist and outside that I still built instead of just being a hair stylist, I also made sure that I talked about myself.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_03]: I make sure I built my personal brand.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm not just going to get my hair done.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to get my hair done by seven.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_03]: So now I can pivot into any lane that I want to and I can also build up anything in a process and by the time I get to what I want, which was doing social media, I can focus on what I want because of what I build.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_10]: The reason you're here is because I decided to start a podcast.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_10]: So did I can have engaging conversations with people.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_10]: By the way, this video will be monetized.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_10]: I'll make money off of it.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_10]: You need to start a podcast too.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_10]: So you can have engaging conversations like this one.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_10]: Which means you need to be a podcast.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_10]: I'm at 2026 for the price of a cheap date with somebody that you don't even like like that.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_10]: You can learn how to start a podcast, grow your audience, build your business, or use a podcast to build your brand to build your business.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_10]: Check this out.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_02]: The podcast summit has been nothing short of a base.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_00]: And there's no better place to learn how to have a podcast than podcast summit.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_02]: It's more than just like a podcast conference.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_02]: It's a community of people who actually want to learn and get better at entrepreneurship.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_10]: You know I think that's what kills network marketing.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_10]: Not the network marketing is dead.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_10]: But it became more, I think people started to realize, you know, this company can take my check.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_10]: I could build up this whole team and they could get rid of me.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_10]: So now I need to build my own personal brand.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_10]: And I want people to follow me for the brand.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_10]: But then the company started saying, oh, you wrote a book, nah, you can't do that.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_10]: You gotta put that down, you can't do that.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_10]: because we're paying you $200,000 a month, $100,000 a month.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_10]: I'll take that check.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_10]: And most people are okay, cool, no problem.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_10]: But I think because people start to smart enough and say, you know what, I'm gonna do my own thing, I think that's what killed the industry.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_03]: Network marketing, I think the what killed it is that network marketing is a vehicle.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_03]: It's not the destination.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_10]: It used to be a good destination.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_03]: So it used to be a very great destination, but
- 20:30[SPEAKER_03]: I would definitely say that it instead is a vehicle.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_03]: I was one of those people that challenged the limits.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_03]: Like, nah, I'm about to do this.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_03]: I'm gonna do that.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_03]: And the reason being is because as you build up this warm market, I have so many places that we can go with this that I'm building on and I was a very great recruiter.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_03]: I was one of the number one recruiters in North America.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_03]: So people coming inside of my business, but I think the part that took a hidden network, marketing is the opposite of what you're saying.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_03]: You should teach people
- 20:57[SPEAKER_03]: to use the other things that they're great at and use network marketing as a vehicle because when your check takes a hit, when network marketing take a hit, the prices increase or whatever else, you need to be able to balance the ups and downs of building your business and network marketing in the only way that you can do that is by having other sources of income.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_03]: The people that's all the way at the top.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_03]: they have other sources of income, but of course you're not going to talk to that about your team, because you're going to want them to do other things, but if people would have done the opposite, which was, hey, have fun with this, do other things while you build up your team and build up your journey, and you know have other sources of income, because if they go out and do other things, that's other people for them to market too.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_03]: I can now help you build up versus now.
- 21:38[SPEAKER_03]: If it starts running out, all you've done is network marketing.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_03]: So you're going to think, this isn't working.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_03]: Let me go get a job.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, from that perspective.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_10]: I believe that's the right way to go about it.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_10]: But a company doesn't want you to do that because they understand.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_10]: The reason you're doing other things is because one day you're not going to be in this company anymore.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_10]: And that's why I can't have you teaching that perpetuating that through.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_10]: And I think just through social media.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_10]: that was the ideology.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_10]: And now it's like, bro, I want you to see for a little bit, but I'm all using a sense of vehicle.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_03]: I still make money from our lives.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't know.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I just got to check a week ago.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_03]: So it's kind of like the, that's why I said it can forever be a vehicle because it can work alongside.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_03]: And this was me.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't touched my account in a year.
- 22:23[SPEAKER_03]: And I still make money from like super passive income from it.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_03]: And that's just because at the end of the day, it is a vehicle to get you to the destination.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_03]: And just like any other car that you use, whether it's newer old, it can still get you to where you want to be.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_03]: Like it doesn't have to, the car is still working.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_03]: I can get into it if I need to take a ride, a ride around, I can park it back, I can put it up.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_03]: And it's just kind of like, that's what network marketing is to me.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_10]: How'd you get here?
- 22:51[SPEAKER_10]: Like who, because you were in, you've been on social media, you said 10 years plus yes plus you were in that we're marketing for five years yes that's where I met my wife That's where you mentioned wife in that we're working there okay and I actually actually met your wife years ago at the kiosk What's her name was
- 23:13[SPEAKER_10]: Miss something hardbody princess hardbody princess.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_10]: I'm still a name.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, yeah, hardbody princess.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_10]: That's all I want to know like you're journey where you from How you get to how you get to be like this?
- 23:28[SPEAKER_03]: I'm from here.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_10]: Atlanta.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, I'm from Atlanta You have a work of real job Yeah, I've worked real jobs that what like
- 23:39[SPEAKER_03]: I worked real jazz, but I definitely am supposed to be doing what I'm doing because I talked my way through them like I would clock in, but I wouldn't say I was working.
- 23:46[SPEAKER_03]: I would probably be like convincing everybody else to go do something else.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_03]: They're like talking to a manager about like, why shouldn't work?
- 23:54[SPEAKER_03]: And I should go do something else while still on the clock.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_10]: And you always want to be an entrepreneur or do your own thing?
- 24:00[SPEAKER_03]: I knew I needed to do my own thing because God always made me uncomfortable in situations that were normally comfortable for other people.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_03]: Explain that.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like in a, there is a way that I want to make sure, sorry, hopefully we can cut this out in my phone's on time.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know how to pause it, I don't know.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_03]: Sorry, my phone.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know, because I needed to be a noticeable thing for you.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, go ahead.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_03]: I I felt like in certain situations like I always knew I was going to be wanted to be great and that I could be great in that if God exposed me to something that I can have it like if I go and I see a car or if I see a house or if I see an example of somebody which is why I'm never jealous of anybody is that God has always shown me an example of his grace in the world and the things that I can have.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_03]: And so even as I was younger, I always felt like I was going to be great.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_03]: So in situations that could have been comfortable for me, like I worked at AT&T before, or just being comfortable like at a job, like I always felt like the guy made me super uncomfortable, like I got to move.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_03]: There's more.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_03]: There's way more to it.
- 25:04[SPEAKER_03]: Like the guy, Darius Daniel says it is the guy you get, is the guy you settle for.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_03]: And I knew like it's more out there.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_03]: Um, guys, like, not as more you got to try again.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_10]: Um, what was the turning point?
- 25:19[SPEAKER_10]: What was the run the one time that stands out to you?
- 25:22[SPEAKER_03]: The, it's two times that stands out to me that we're really huge is, um, I went to school in Gaga grade, just like your parents say.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_03]: And they was like, that's all you got to do.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_03]: It was go to school get good grades and out of all of my siblings and my cousins.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_03]: I was the first one to graduate high school and high school high school.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_10]: What's all the part of Atlanta?
- 25:41[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I want to say it's Atlanta because I don't want people to be like, that's not Atlanta, but we lived in Lake Cobb, Marrietta, you know, that side.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_03]: And so I was the first one of my family to graduate actual high school.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_03]: And I had gotten to 15 schools and Spellman was my top choice and I finally got the letter.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_03]: I had it.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_03]: I'm holding it all tight.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_03]: I opened it up and I got in.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_03]: And
- 26:04[SPEAKER_03]: I went to cheerlead trials.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_03]: They were hard, they're hard as hell in college.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_03]: Like high school, you can kind of get by.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_10]: You were cheerlead or high school.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_03]: In college, they're like, you suck.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_03]: get off the field.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_03]: So I got through trials and I'll never forget like we're in our last round.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_03]: You get to start like picking out your uniform stuff and I got to call in there like we need you to bring $9,000 to financial aid.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_03]: And I'll never forget I just start crying and I walked off the field because I know I didn't have $9,000.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_03]: My family, my mom and dad did the best.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_03]: They could what they had in their own circumstances.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_03]: They didn't have $9,000.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_03]: It was for one semester.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_03]: And that was a big turning point for me because I said I never
- 26:42[SPEAKER_03]: kids, dreams to be stripped away from them, awful but dollar amount.
- 26:47[SPEAKER_03]: So that was a very big point for me because my kids, my sons, I will have two sons park and pay in buffins.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_03]: They're very one of their very first brand deal.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_03]: It was $10,500.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_03]: They didn't even have to show their face.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_10]: Wow.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_10]: I want to give them to how you did that first off.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_10]: But when you said you're the first person in your family to graduate a high school, how is that possible?
- 27:08[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, you have brother and sisters?
- 27:11[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so I'm the first time to graduate on my mom's side, like a her whole side of the family.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_03]: I have brothers and sisters on my dad's side, but my mom has, I have two older sisters.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_03]: My older sister has Lupis.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_03]: So she actually came out of school.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_03]: She had Lupis since she was 13.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_03]: So she was in and out of the hospital a lot.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_03]: And she just, school wasn't really a thing for her.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_03]: Her skin was changing a lot.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_03]: She was super strong though.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_03]: But it wasn't really like something school wasn't really a thing at that point because she was in a hospital Morton she could open a book Yeah, were you too young to understand how this is affecting you?
- 27:50[SPEAKER_03]: At that point in time, I was because I used to think that my mom was showing favoritism.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like nobody cares about me.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_03]: Like, hey, I'm over here making straight days.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_03]: I got on a roll.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_03]: I'm in thin college courses.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_03]: And I used to think that nobody cared at the time.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_03]: But as I looked, as I'm older, I can see that my mom was making sure that my sister was okay, because her child who could never end up looking like hours.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_03]: Just from something that came out of nowhere and rocked our whole family.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_10]: Oh my gosh.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_10]: And your mom didn't graduate high school either?
- 28:21[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not mistake.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_03]: My mom might have, I don't know, actually.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_03]: I know that was the first graduate out of my siblings.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_03]: Like my sisters and my cousins.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_10]: Got it.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_10]: What is at the time?
- 28:31[SPEAKER_10]: Did you know what you wanted to be?
- 28:33[SPEAKER_03]: I actually asked my mom that, I'm going to ask her like, hey, well, I know my mom was a corporate trainer.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_03]: So she had something going on in their education.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_03]: My mom's smartest hell.
- 28:41[SPEAKER_03]: She ended up, she might probably take graduate.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_03]: She didn't end up going to college while I was in college as well.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_10]: Did you know who you wanted to be, nice school?
- 28:49[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I knew I wanted to be somebody.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_03]: I actually used to say I was going to be the Black Elwoods.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_10]: Was that?
- 28:55[SPEAKER_03]: Legally bond?
- 28:57[SPEAKER_03]: Do you get out much?
- 29:00[SPEAKER_05]: You know what that is?
- 29:01[SPEAKER_05]: You saw that, okay?
- 29:03[SPEAKER_05]: Elwoods?
- 29:05[SPEAKER_05]: That's interesting.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_05]: Do you get out?
- 29:09[SPEAKER_05]: I've heard of the movie, but who?
- 29:12[SPEAKER_10]: Who does that?
- 29:14[SPEAKER_10]: Reese with his, okay, I'm familiar with Reese with it, yeah.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_03]: Ben, is that?
- 29:21[SPEAKER_03]: No, Harvard, dog, pink.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, just describe who you wanted to be.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, she was just like a sober like girly girl.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_03]: She goes ends up going a Harvard.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_03]: Nobody thinks she's supposed to be there.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_03]: Type of thing over the top, like fascinist to type that kind of like nips it in a book for you.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, you graduate, high school.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_03]: 2,010.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_10]: Oh my gosh, okay, yeah.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_10]: What is that supposed to be?
- 29:49[SPEAKER_10]: Two different errors.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_03]: What year did you graduate?
- 29:51[SPEAKER_10]: About then two, eight years from you.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_03]: You almost got a decade on me.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_03]: I got it.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_10]: Did you watch family matters?
- 30:00[SPEAKER_10]: No.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_10]: See what I'm saying?
- 30:03[SPEAKER_10]: Like, boy beats world.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_10]: No, that's what I'm saying.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_10]: It's two different areas.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_03]: So, I mean, I feel like it's some people that graduated when you graduate that know what legally bonded.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_03]: Probably.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_10]: I've never really, if it wasn't a black buster, you know what I mean?
- 30:18[SPEAKER_10]: Like it wasn't.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_03]: Black Buster?
- 30:21[SPEAKER_10]: 100%.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_03]: What is that?
- 30:22[SPEAKER_10]: Black head movies.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_10]: Don't be a businessman, Society, Belly.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_10]: Boys and her.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_03]: So I think we should change the subject because I might lose my black card.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_03]: So let's just go ahead and let's go ahead and wrap that part of it.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_03]: And that's a wrap.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_03]: That's a wrap.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_10]: I want to ask this too.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_10]: When you had, because we were talking about it earlier, you had.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_10]: One relationship with a man, right, like, everyone.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_05]: How old were you at that time?
- 30:58[SPEAKER_05]: Is it was at high school?
- 31:01[SPEAKER_03]: No, you're talking about like your first one.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_10]: You the guy.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, yeah, my first one was my high school crush.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_03]: I'm high Wesley or still really cool.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_03]: Like yeah, our family knows each other, everything.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_03]: We know each other since it's sixth grade.
- 31:18[SPEAKER_10]: Did you know, did you know you liked women in high school?
- 31:25[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I know a middle school, actually.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_10]: Really?
- 31:29[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_03]: I came out to my parents in the ninth grade.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_03]: ninth grade.
- 31:32[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_10]: What was that like?
- 31:35[SPEAKER_03]: Um, it was pretty funny.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, true.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it was funny for me because I was actually getting this is insane.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_03]: I thought it turned off.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_03]: Here, DJ.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_03]: Sorry.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_03]: Yo, so I was um, it was in sixth grade.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_03]: I mean sixth grade in a ninth grade.
- 32:03[SPEAKER_03]: I had my mom had kind of like found out or whatever because my best friend at the time, she was a stud.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_03]: So it's kind of like, I'm just starting to hang it out with the, no, my, my best friend.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, she was like stud.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_03]: Like I got in my freshman year in high school.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_03]: So my dad, my mom ended up telling my dad and me and my dad are like best friends.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_03]: and so what did you say to your mom did you say she didn't ever bring it up to me right she didn't bring it up to me yet she my best friend was just over and she was like sleep with the door open and I'm like I'm not even talking to her I'm talking to her cousin right so because I wasn't talking to her I was literally talking to her cousin and so
- 32:42[SPEAKER_03]: My dad, she ended up telling my dad, and so I went with my god mom to get my hair done at this super Christian salon.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_03]: It was for homecoming.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_03]: And my dad called and I put him on speaker phone and my me and my dad are like best friends.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_03]: We can joke, we say anything.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, say hey, I heard your eating cookies now.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_03]: It's longer.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_03]: But it's this super Christian salon, so I'm like, can I go to the bathroom?
- 33:08[SPEAKER_03]: I'm so embarrassed and then me and my dad just laughed it out and he was just like, always love you the same, whatever you want to do, whatever makes you happy.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_03]: And he was just like, so don't let anybody tell you what you can and can't do.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_03]: And he was just like, whatever makes you happy, just do it.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_03]: And I came out to my parents in a ninth grade.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_03]: So they knew from then on and they fully supported my journey.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_03]: I'm very grateful that they didn't like send me off to like a gay camp or anything.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm gay camp.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_03]: They have those where they can't where they try and go like pray the gay away.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_10]: No way.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_03]: Really?
- 33:43[SPEAKER_03]: Yes way.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_03]: They still do that to this day where people will like find out their kids are gay or find out their kids are curious or wondering and then they'll send them off to like get it prayed away hopefully it just comes out as an adult.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_03]: Would you like me to pray away here today?
- 34:11[SPEAKER_10]: So the guy that you're first in high school did if did you do that because you genuinely liked him?
- 34:18[SPEAKER_10]: Or you felt like it was the right thing to do in high school?
- 34:22[SPEAKER_03]: Um, I liked him.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_03]: I loved Wesley.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_03]: Wesley, I love you.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_03]: But it... it...
- 34:30[SPEAKER_03]: It was just, I mean, my friends were losing the number of identities and everything else.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_03]: But I went and definitely say like, I felt like I was forced.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_03]: It definitely, I definitely felt like he was the person that if it was going to happen, that was who it was going to happen with for sure.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_03]: We had known each other since the sixth grade.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_03]: It was like my first boyfriend, my first kiss.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_03]: So I would definitely say that like, it wasn't like pressure.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_03]: It was just kind of like, let's try it.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_03]: Then we tried, it was like, let's not.
- 34:59[SPEAKER_03]: That's not trying this again.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_03]: We're both really suck at this probably.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_10]: So part, I like this guy.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_10]: The other part is experienced.
- 35:08[SPEAKER_10]: Let's see what this is talking about.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, the other part is just kids.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_03]: And I don't know, kids, these days is different.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, at that point, it was just like, delicious, you know, experiment with life.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I feel like that's tried out.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_03]: And yeah, it was what it was and what it wasn't.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_10]: So in the social media, or I'm getting around to like personal branding, because you're a lot of times, you know, kind of talk about your wife, reference to wife, and I think you've intentionally shown every single part of you.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_10]: And I feel like people will just know you because you are transparent, right?
- 35:45[SPEAKER_10]: But I also see some other people who they don't want to
- 35:50[SPEAKER_10]: It has a tape in terms of like referencing either it's their sexuality or true sexuality or their belief system, things that I natured me and Daniel were talking about this like how much of you do you share on social media and how do we approach it?
- 36:07[SPEAKER_03]: Public brand personal life.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_03]: So like everything that's in my personal life doesn't have to be public.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_03]: I can be a very public.
- 36:16[SPEAKER_03]: brain and have a private personal life.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_03]: Like as part of my personal life for people see what you allowed them to.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_03]: They get the perception that you give them as well, but I'm also very big on like I said, I came out and I've great.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_03]: I live in my truth.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_03]: There is nothing that you can tell me about myself that I don't already know or that I wouldn't talk about.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_03]: are that I would be ashamed of.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_03]: You only have one life to live and this is my journey.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_03]: So nobody can take away from the life that I want to live the experiences that I get to have and the way that I get to learn like nobody else gets to do that for me.
- 36:49[SPEAKER_03]: And I think a lot of people would live in their truth more if they didn't care so much about.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_03]: what people thought or what they said or what might possibly like, you know, hit the internet and it's just kind of like, I think in the day, that's your truth.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_03]: That's your life.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_03]: Everybody has a life to live.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_03]: And if people weren't so afraid to live in their own lives, they wouldn't talk about other people.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_03]: So I think the parts of you on social media.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_03]: that you share should be things that you wouldn't necessarily care for people to comment on or always say if you put it out there, nobody else can.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_03]: So, um, but I'd rather me tell my own truth than you tell it for me.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_10]: Think it's sometimes really difficult though to like living your truth, especially with all the things we see on social media.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_10]: I don't even know what my truth is anymore.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_10]: Do I feel this way because this is what I'm seeing?
- 37:45[SPEAKER_10]: Or do I feel this way because this is how I feel?
- 37:47[SPEAKER_10]: You know what I mean?
- 37:47[SPEAKER_03]: Are you on social media to create or consume?
- 37:51[SPEAKER_10]: Good question.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_03]: The people that are on there to create are most of the time the people that are living in their truth because they're not, they can't spend time consuming so much what other people are doing because I'm actually creating.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_03]: So when we start, it's a lot of think pieces that go out and everything else.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_03]: All these type of things that you can grasp on too, but who you are, once you put your phone down, and it's just you and yourself sitting in that room is truly who you are.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_03]: So like your opinions and your thoughts and things, and of course it's a lot of different.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_03]: We have access to so much these days that it can alter who you feel like you should be, but if you just show up and we know when we feel something on the inside of like, if we,
- 38:34[SPEAKER_03]: faking it like and you can only fake it for so long like so it's like while we even show up like that when you can just be who you are and like what you like and do what you want to do.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_10]: Have you ever felt the need to take a social media fast?
- 38:47[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, oh, no.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_03]: It's a lot.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, no.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_03]: I love it.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_03]: I love social media.
- 38:54[SPEAKER_03]: I love social media ish.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_03]: I love social media.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_10]: And I know that's your brand.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_10]: So you may be on a hand.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_03]: Well, let me tell you why I don't take a break.
- 39:01[SPEAKER_03]: And my perspective may be a little bit different than everybody else.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_03]: I was depressed in suicidal since I was 12 years old.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_09]: What?
- 39:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_03]: And I started cutting myself at 12.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_03]: And I was just battling like with my own things.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_03]: And I got on social media one day.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_03]: And it was actually because I was like just over it.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_03]: Like over it.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_03]: And I was going to post like a little purple heart so it's like suicidal awareness.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_03]: And I got on social media one of my friends Andrea.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_03]: She actually posted at my wife's house was my wife at the time and she was just so happy and like so excited and they was all like around this positive community.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_03]: This is actually what even made me start herbal life because I said if I can experience one percent of her happiness it will be better than a hundred percent of mine at the time.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_03]: So I was like I need to get around different people being different environments.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't take social media breaks in fast because I understand that I'm that one person that somebody needs to see.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_03]: So I show up consistently every single day because it's even
- 39:57[SPEAKER_03]: Take up down my views and my posts if they do bad, if it's one life that I'm on this earth to change and they have to get on social media and see me for that day and that's what I do like you know most of my substance positivity won't be any negativity on my page is because I want to show up as that person so I don't need a fast from when I'm doing what I feel like I'm called to do.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_10]: I like that.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_10]: And you show up really, really confident online and as your authentic self.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_10]: And my question is, what are you afraid of?
- 40:28[SPEAKER_10]: Like what are the things that you battle behind the scenes that you would in show up and put on social media?
- 40:34[SPEAKER_10]: If any.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_03]: One thing I'm recently afraid of, I want to say afraid of dealing with this grief.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_03]: My dad was my best friend.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_03]: He recently just passed.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_03]: And I had to start showing up on social media differently because I never knew or felt somebody close to me passed and I never knew what it would feel like to walk around with a piece of my heart missing forever.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_10]: This is your first time.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_10]: It's in close to you like this.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_03]: So I wouldn't say I was afraid.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_03]: I just knew that.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_03]: People have to be okay.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_03]: If my social media looks at today, it's just sad like in that is what it is because I was dealing it with in my own way, but it gave me a whole new community of people.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_03]: It's like we're greeners.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_03]: We're all grieving together.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_03]: So that was something that I would say.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_03]: is I was necessarily say, I wouldn't say a fear, but that is definitely something that I deal with.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_03]: That's not as confident.
- 41:26[SPEAKER_03]: And then the other thing is just, you know, people say they will die for their kids, but why not live for them?
- 41:32[SPEAKER_03]: And I want to make sure that I live for my kids 100% in that whatever.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_03]: ceiling that I have, which I make their floors the best and floor that they can have.
- 41:42[SPEAKER_03]: So my biggest priority is making sure that I do everything in my will power and not sleep on my potential or use my kids and as excuse and then they get older and they see things on TV and they're like, mommy, I want that versus mommy, I have that.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_10]: Hmm.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_10]: I liked that.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_10]: I know you said earlier that you had like a, your kid's got like a $10,000 brand deal.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_10]: How you do that?
- 42:09[SPEAKER_10]: Yes.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_03]: You want to know what's crazy?
- 42:11[SPEAKER_03]: It was from their nighttime routine.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_03]: And not even show them, we didn't show our kids face at first for their first like year.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_03]: And it was from their nighttime routine consistently posting their nighttime routine a brand reached out to me and offered me at first a $1,500 brand deal.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_03]: And for that same video because it did good, they offered me to make that same video again or to reuse it for $10,500.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_03]: So it's like you're thinking that nobody's watching it.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_03]: You're probably one post away from just a consistent You're a consistent one post away from the money that's already out there on the table.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_03]: Brands have money To give brands have money to give and they want to give them to people.
- 42:52[SPEAKER_03]: It's like I know for sure that
- 42:55[SPEAKER_03]: For instance, I wouldn't know about social prepock app if it wasn't for a marketing deal.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_03]: So because they exposed it to me, then that's like my pathway in.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_03]: Brands know that that as well.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_03]: It's some brands that somebody will refer you to and you never heard them before.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_03]: You go to their page.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_03]: They have millions of followers.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_03]: And you're like, dang, I never heard of them.
- 43:11[SPEAKER_03]: And that's because word of mouth is still the best marketing.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_03]: Social media is still a form of word of mouth.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to find an engaging way or a way to show you something that I'm using.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_03]: So that will give you better brand trust.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_03]: Look at this thing that you would have never thought twice about because I'm showing it to you.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_10]: Got.
- 43:29[SPEAKER_10]: So, you know, I've seen people with like significantly less followers.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_10]: I'm talking about like 10,000 followers, 12,000 followers, and they get in these brand deals.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_10]: And I get sponsors from my podcast and things that I need to probably be like, dang bro, how can I, how you do that?
- 43:45[SPEAKER_03]: It's amazing.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_03]: It's like 1,800 followers that had like seven brand deals already this year.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_10]: Did the brands reach out to them based on the content or are you as some sort of outreach strategy?
- 43:55[SPEAKER_03]: Both.
- 43:55[SPEAKER_03]: So I do feel like for one, your page has to be positioned for a brand deal.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_03]: Like you would have a great brand deal with Sony or the Mike statue use.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_03]: You would have a great brand deal with the lighting company.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_03]: Like I've gotten a brand deal with one of the lights.
- 44:11[SPEAKER_03]: I can't remember the name of the light, but one of the lights that you use, I have a brand deal with the company that just does lights.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_03]: And that comes from
- 44:18[SPEAKER_03]: positioning your page and showing what you use and actually starting to tag brands a lot of people don't position their page for brands.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_03]: I just recently got a brand deal for email marketing company just to show an email platform that's being used.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_03]: The up and is one post literally.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_10]: So we're asking you to create the creative around it that they can then use as ads.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, well, no, that's the separate price.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_03]: If you want to use it as ads, the price goes completely different length.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_03]: Like if you want to just use it as a posting, you're getting a warm market and you can post it on your page, that's one thing.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_03]: But if a brand wants to use you for campaign or for ad, you can charge a completely different price because now you're making money off of just my likeliness So then now I get to take the price up to a whole different bracket because I'm gonna be using this for ad So the one is the biggest mistake is
- 45:07[SPEAKER_03]: People don't position their page for brand brands need to, you need to tag the brands that you use.
- 45:12[SPEAKER_03]: Also one of the best ways to do that is to start affiliate marketing.
- 45:15[SPEAKER_03]: One of my favorite affiliate marketing companies is LTK, which is like to know, shot my is another one, meaning that everything.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_10]: I'm sorry real quick.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_10]: Let's do this LTK thing.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_03]: You've been saying you're gonna do that for a million years though.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_10]: Yes, because I started and I just didn't understand what was going on.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_10]: I didn't get it.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_10]: I was on there and I was like, what am I supposed to do?
- 45:36[SPEAKER_03]: But then you have access to a person that could have helped you when you didn't reach out.
- 45:40[SPEAKER_03]: So you didn't want it that bad.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_10]: Can you please not yell at me on my own podcast, okay?
- 45:46[SPEAKER_03]: This is our podcast.
- 45:48[SPEAKER_10]: It's our episode.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_03]: Our episode.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_10]: OK, so tell me about the LZK thing.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_10]: It's essentially I'm selling other people's products.
- 45:59[SPEAKER_03]: Like I feel it right and essentially you're giving people your own link to the stuff that you're going to refer them to anyway, what's the last thing somebody asked you where you got something they used to told them.
- 46:09[SPEAKER_10]: Um, a camera or lens.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_03]: So you really did a camera and I did a much that is it's a lot for sure and how much did you make.
- 46:20[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_10]: I did.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_10]: I get a little Amazon joint, but they don't really pay.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_03]: So it's like this.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_03]: It's like when you did that, you're like, here you go.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_03]: Sony keep keep that money.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_03]: You, you big brand.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_03]: You get that money back.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_03]: I don't need it.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_03]: It's like you're working every single day at a job.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_03]: And then when Friday comes, you say, I don't want my check.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_10]: What's the difference between LTK and like the Amazon affiliate thing?
- 46:40[SPEAKER_03]: For one LTK is a little bit easier because they have higher commissions than Amazon affiliates and then for most products and then also they are partnered with a lot of brands on their so it's easier to get brand deals directly inside of the app.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_03]: So like that $10,500 brand deal came directly inside of the app.
- 47:00[SPEAKER_10]: And the app is LTK.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_03]: Like to know, LTK creator is the app.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 47:06[SPEAKER_10]: I'm just a website.
- 47:06[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_03]: It is the app and a website.
- 47:08[SPEAKER_10]: So yeah, and Amazon is so dumb because for you to even get credit, it got to come from a specific source.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_10]: It's not like I can send you the link and you buy and they get paid.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_03]: Amazon, I don't think you're done.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_10]: He didn't.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_03]: He didn't.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_03]: But for LCK, you can send a specific.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_10]: Amazon actually really love y'all because I use y'all a lot.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_10]: I got some suggestions though.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_03]: LCK can send a specific link to the thing that you're wanting to send a link to.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, okay, let me know when you go into a store and it's QR codes on the labels you can scan the QR code, not even by the product and then sell people to go ahead and buy it and they buy it and you still get the affiliate from it.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_10]: I don't even have this on my phone anymore.
- 47:51[SPEAKER_10]: LTK creator.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 47:53[SPEAKER_10]: And I can just, is it like me just putting together my own little bucket and I could send you like if you like you know what camera gear you use I can copy and paste my link and send it to you by I make money yep.
- 48:07[SPEAKER_03]: Let me just get this link for so you have a whole event called podcast summit.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_03]: Every person there is going to leave excited and what is the first thing that they're probably going to go do gear by gear.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_03]: And you don't have a link that you put inside of the registration when they register.
- 48:31[SPEAKER_03]: So that they can actually be purchased in it before the event, so that when they get home, they can register in court.
- 48:44[SPEAKER_03]: I want to see the best thing you've got, I don't feel like you want it.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_03]: I want to see the best thing about I really don't feel like you want it because well that well you did say you like to be coach right spot on okay so let's talk about it.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_03]: Like let's let's take the gloves off.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_10]: Oh the gloves are coming off.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_03]: Let's come and go.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_03]: So.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_03]: And if anybody's wondering, I do have a blue belt on it also.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_03]: So if you're thinking now that my shoes don't look the best with this outfit still, LTE, my LTE case in my bio, hold off it.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_03]: So when I sign up for the podcast summit, right, there should be an email.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_03]: that sends me, first of all, hey, I'm, hey, we'll sub you guys this day but I wanna say that video.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you for joining podcast.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_03]: I'm the very first day not need you to do.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_03]: It's number one right here.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_03]: First day not you're gonna do is join this Facebook group.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_03]: I want you to drop a picture, tag me on Facebook and Instagram, use the sticker below so that everybody can know you're coming to podcast.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_03]: I'm in.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_03]: That's fire.
- 49:48[SPEAKER_03]: Why haven't you done that number one.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_10]: No, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait a second.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_10]: Wait a second.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, don't give me a second.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_10]: Hold on.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_10]: Hold on.
- 49:54[SPEAKER_10]: Hold on, hold on.
- 49:54[SPEAKER_10]: Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_10]: Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on,
- 50:08[SPEAKER_10]: Hey y'all real quick, this is what I need, okay.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_10]: I just came up with this great idea.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_10]: What I want to do is when someone buys a ticket, right?
- 50:19[SPEAKER_10]: We need a video of me and I'll shoot a video saying, hey, welcome to podcast summit.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_10]: We want to take them to like a Facebook group, right?
- 50:28[SPEAKER_10]: So they can start networking with each other.
- 50:30[SPEAKER_10]: And what else?
- 50:33[SPEAKER_10]: 10.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_03]: Tag.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_03]: You tell them what to do.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, we're going to tell them what to do.
- 50:38[SPEAKER_10]: So we're going to tag me in their picture.
- 50:41[SPEAKER_03]: So you also need a podcast summit sticker for people to use on their Instagram stories.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_10]: And we need a podcast summit sticker to some people can use it on their Instagram stories.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_10]: All right, so let's execute.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_10]: OK, continue.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, so that's number one.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_03]: And you guys, I'm going to give you this roll out and anybody can use it.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_03]: I use it on all of my personal launches and campaigns that I do as well, even if it's just a social media rollout.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_03]: So you always want to have some sort of personal branding so that people can start feeling like the event is theirs as well.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_03]: So it's like I'm attending podcast summit, podcast summit on the way, podcast summit, ATL take over these are different stickers that they can use, right?
- 51:19[SPEAKER_03]: So the second thing that you're going to do, the best way to get ready for the podcast summit is
- 51:25[SPEAKER_10]: What a move board a move board.
- 51:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like our people getting excited about what they're gonna wear what we're gonna do No, I don't what type of I'm telling them what to wear is there right theme Now excited where you get to go to theme events.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_10]: Yes, we're on person out on gloss on
- 51:50[SPEAKER_10]: Hold on, you're saying, you're telling them, like, what to wear?
- 51:53[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, I'll tell you guys what we did since.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, no, no, he doesn't want to give it to you guys.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_10]: So, I don't know, she talks to everybody like this.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_10]: All right, so tell me what to do.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I'll tell you something.
- 52:04[SPEAKER_10]: I'll listen to it.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_03]: So the next thing that I do is I set the theme for my events, even if it's something like all black, if it is the last time we had everybody wear gray, blue, and white, like a schoolgirl type of thing.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_03]: And the reason being for one is that the content looks better when there is a continuous theme throughout the event, right?
- 52:22[SPEAKER_03]: Think about when you look at recaps from events.
- 52:26[SPEAKER_03]: most of the time everybody got on everything and then it's somebody that's like dead sitting in front of the stage with red on and it's ruining the whole aesthetic of the video.
- 52:36[SPEAKER_03]: So I like to set like according to the room and this is what Marcus was like I was telling you what to tell him what to do.
- 52:42[SPEAKER_03]: We completely change the event from that for.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, everybody should wear all black.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_03]: Like, let's wear all black.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_03]: And the reason being is because you get everybody excited.
- 52:49[SPEAKER_03]: So maybe it's like a, oh, y'all on day one, the network and day we're all gonna wear podcast summits, huddies or whatever else or like you have some signature t-shirt.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_03]: That'll help you with merch sells.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_03]: Or you give them some type of theme, a mood board.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_03]: This is what you should look for.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_03]: It's a wearing, this is what you should do.
- 53:04[SPEAKER_03]: Because if not, you're gonna have somebody like me.
- 53:07[SPEAKER_03]: I am gonna come dress to the tints.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_03]: to podcast something and then somebody else might be like in a sweatsuit.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_03]: It doesn't make a difference where both we both can exist in the same room.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_03]: But what if they start feeling like, I wish you would have just told me what to wear?
- 53:20[SPEAKER_10]: Hmm.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_10]: Never thought about that.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so you create a little togetherness and then it brings a little bit more uniformity to your videos, your content, your testimonials.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_03]: So the second thing I would do is put out a mood board.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_03]: The third thing that I would do is I would say,
- 53:35[SPEAKER_03]: If you are an executor, you're going to be two people that leave this event.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_03]: One person is going to execute one person is going to procrastinate, both take the same amount of energy.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_03]: If you are going to execute after this event, there are certain things that you should have inside of your podcast studio.
- 53:50[SPEAKER_03]: I am going to put a link below so that when you get home, you can immediately start executing.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_03]: There is going to be another person that is the procrastinator.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_03]: You're going to click this link below.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_03]: You're going to look around your podcast studio and see that you don't have any of this equipment.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_03]: But you're still going to let the link link linger.
- 54:04[SPEAKER_03]: The executor is going to click the link, get the things that they need.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_03]: So directly after podcast summit, that same day, they can come home and execute and start being the next best testimonial for podcast summit.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_03]: I hope it's you.
- 54:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 54:17[SPEAKER_03]: And then you will put your link for everything that they should have in their podcast studio.
- 54:22[SPEAKER_03]: And so now, when you have your mockup podcast studio on stage,
- 54:27[SPEAKER_03]: The link is there available.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_03]: Instead of you now saying, y'all right this down.
- 54:31[SPEAKER_03]: Get this camera with this lens and that, that, that, that.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_03]: You say, hey, can everybody open up their emails real quick?
- 54:36[SPEAKER_03]: Go out of way down to the bottom, select that link.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_03]: We're about to go over every piece of equipment that you should have.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_03]: at your podcast studio.
- 54:44[SPEAKER_03]: This is what's going to make it the best.
- 54:46[SPEAKER_03]: Now, they're going to get this equipment with or without you, but since you've, what happens is when I go, I'm going to go on your podcast videos.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to look at what you have on stage.
- 54:55[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm going to be going trying to screenshot, take pictures and figure out what products you're using versus you just telling me.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_10]: I'm about to send you this, uh, this link, I need your apply for LTK creator.
- 55:11[SPEAKER_10]: I think
- 55:12[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_03]: But I might have to tell them to make me one off of you.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 55:17[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_10]: I'm texting you this.
- 55:19[SPEAKER_10]: Let's just set up on the count.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_10]: Underpice on some it.
- 55:25[SPEAKER_10]: Cause yes.
- 55:28[SPEAKER_03]: You'll probably get denied at first, but I'm going to tell you how to fix it.
- 55:31[SPEAKER_03]: Because you don't tag any company, so you don't have a tag-able page, meaning that you're not really giving out, you're giving out information, you're not giving out resources.
- 55:39[SPEAKER_03]: So most people get declined because their page, even if it has a whole bunch of followers, that they don't give out enough resources.
- 55:47[SPEAKER_03]: So what you want to do is before you apply, just make three post-on social media and tag a few of the brands that you're using.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_03]: So it can be your next post that went up last.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_03]: Or it can be your next post that goes up.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_03]: You just want to tag a few brands, like at Sony.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_03]: And then once you start tagging them, that's how they also will start wanting to give you money.
- 56:08[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_10]: So don't apply right now.
- 56:11[SPEAKER_10]: Well, are you going to post three times today?
- 56:13[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 56:17[SPEAKER_10]: I will tell you, I'm not lying.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_10]: She rubbing off on you, okay?
- 56:21[SPEAKER_10]: Actually, here's what I'm gonna do.
- 56:24[SPEAKER_10]: This one post I just posted about like this whole green screen workflow.
- 56:28[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I say that, and I was like, oh, sleep on the money.
- 56:31[SPEAKER_10]: Starting to enjoy, I will tag the companies and that, that everyone.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_10]: And then I'm gonna make something else and then tag someone else.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_03]: There you go.
- 56:43[SPEAKER_03]: Time's good.
- 56:45[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, or is it tagging or I just put it in a description camera by, so yeah, okay, all right, but when you tag the actual brands they see it
- 56:57[SPEAKER_10]: That's what I'm saying, tag or add.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_10]: Both.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_03]: If I tag a brand, think about it like this.
- 57:02[SPEAKER_03]: If I tag a brand, they have their tags onto where everybody can see it.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_03]: I now show up in their tagged pictures and videos.
- 57:09[SPEAKER_10]: Hmm.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_10]: I'm editing this.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_10]: I'm actually tagging Sony, okay?
- 57:15[SPEAKER_10]: It's tagged Sony.
- 57:16[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know what green screen it.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_10]: No, I never used Sony.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_10]: It was a black magic on that one.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_10]: Black magic and being in a conversation with being in a train now to a city might be a podcast something that's really cool.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_10]: All right.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_10]: Black magic.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_03]: Where's that?
- 57:33[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_10]: All right.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_10]: I think I'm ready.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_03]: I'm thinking you brought me on here for your own account.
- 57:38[SPEAKER_10]: I did.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, the math is math.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_10]: It's exactly what I do.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_03]: It was like, yeah, I got some personal questions.
- 57:45[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, about my own
- 57:48[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, there's this, I don't even, I don't want you to think of my hiding.
- 57:51[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, ah, you're gay, help me with my LTK.
- 57:54[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha,
- 58:03[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, okay, okay, okay cool.
- 58:06[SPEAKER_10]: Okay cool.
- 58:07[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, woo, yeah, we accept rainbows here somewhere.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, let's go.
- 58:12[SPEAKER_10]: All right, so, um, okay, so first we, we, we, um, we are, that's any of the video.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_03]: Bill community.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_10]: To bring people into the Facebook group.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_10]: We're also going to create a mood board, am I saying day one?
- 58:30[SPEAKER_10]: This is the theme or day two or just period these are.
- 58:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, they want day two because you have a weekend right?
- 58:36[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 58:37[SPEAKER_10]: So I need to figure out a way of like a reason why these are the colors.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like you want to look at, you can look at things as far as like maybe your personal brand colors, you can look at things as far as like maybe what'll look best on the venue, you want to look at things like for instance, if I am using this video to market, like if I know this video is going to be marketing next year's podcast, I'm at which it is, then I would think, okay, everybody needs to be cohesive so that when I post my
- 59:11[SPEAKER_05]: You don't think it creates a burden.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_05]: Get them in.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_05]: Like, yeah, I'm telling you what to wear.
- 59:21[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 59:21[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's a standard.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_05]: Our money.
- 59:27[SPEAKER_10]: If you're going to an event and they say, here's the apparel theme, you wouldn't care.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_10]: Or you'd be like, dang, I'm on where we're going to wear.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_10]: You wouldn't want to be out of here.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_03]: Let me ask you this.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_03]: Do you have to wear certain outfits and McDonald's?
- 59:42[SPEAKER_03]: to work there or eat to eat no do you have to wear have a dress cold from maybe if you go to like prime somewhat i make it where i had i don't think most day counts as you can't wear like flip-blops and war machines so do you want podcasts and to be McDonald's or do you want to be a
- 1:00:07[SPEAKER_10]: I see what you did there.
- 1:00:09[SPEAKER_10]: That was good.
- 1:00:09[SPEAKER_10]: That was good.
- 1:00:12[SPEAKER_10]: You're okay.
- 1:00:13[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I don't think you should think that having a standard for your event makes it look like you're being annoying.
- 1:00:18[SPEAKER_03]: It just means that it creates a standard overall.
- 1:00:21[SPEAKER_03]: So then people are actually going to look at your purse.
- 1:00:23[SPEAKER_03]: That starts to identify your personal brand.
- 1:00:25[SPEAKER_03]: When people come to my events, one of my guest speakers said, I dress based on what I felt like you would want me to wear.
- 1:00:32[SPEAKER_03]: And I smiled.
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_03]: Happily Because yes, even if you wear anything anything else.
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_10]: I'm glad that my personal brand says let's put this on Can you show me an event of a theme because so I can see it in my head One at your familiar with or even if you didn't invent you told people to dress a certain way Yes, what am I looking at I'm you can get me your phone Yeah, take me there.
- 1:00:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, your searches people searches tell a lot about them.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_10]: I don't be searching on crazy
- 1:01:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you're literally just searching AI.
- 1:01:07[SPEAKER_10]: I listen, I use social media is strictly as a tool.
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_10]: And I try to do too much scrolling and entertaining because I don't want to be stuck on something.
- 1:01:18[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, so this is my network in event where I had everybody wear all black.
- 1:01:21[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to take you to the next thing next though.
- 1:01:23[SPEAKER_03]: I got to see it up.
- 1:01:23[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, I don't do it on your phone, you should.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_03]: Cause Deetra has my phone.
- 1:01:28[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, okay, I got you.
- 1:01:29[SPEAKER_10]: I got another one here.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_10]: Let's do this.
- 1:01:32[SPEAKER_10]: I want to see for some reason.
- 1:01:34[SPEAKER_10]: Here you go.
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_10]: All right.
- 1:01:38[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, not as fire because everybody's in a little black.
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_10]: Hold on, do you say all black?
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_10]: This is hard.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_10]: It looks like a- Yo, I never even thought about anything like that.
- 1:01:50[SPEAKER_10]: This, yeah, this is collected.
- 1:01:52[SPEAKER_03]: So then this was the actual event.
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_10]: I take me to page.
- 1:01:56[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:01:56[SPEAKER_10]: Where am I going?
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_10]: Cause they're going to navigate to it, too.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_03]: So we're on my Instagram at seven this Dallas.
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_03]: And now I'm on, if you come out of that one, do you see where it says blue and social media is up there?
- 1:02:08[SPEAKER_03]: It's like a little drape.
- 1:02:09[SPEAKER_10]: I'm at the very top.
- 1:02:11[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:02:11[SPEAKER_03]: Scroll down.
- 1:02:12[SPEAKER_10]: Down.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_03]: So it's gonna be like this right here.
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_03]: It's like a little blue screen right here.
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_10]: Right here.
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_10]: All blue, let's see.
- 1:02:20[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, yes, social media and you're sitting down in white chairs on a stage.
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_03]: And if you start watching that video, everybody has on blue.
- 1:02:31[SPEAKER_10]: Everybody has on blue.
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_03]: So the video is all cohesive with the branding of the event, which was blue, um, white.
- 1:02:39[SPEAKER_03]: Everybody on the crowd has on blue suits, blue outfits, the draping is blue, the tables are blue.
- 1:02:46[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, baby Judy, you add a, you add a, you're at a uniform, okay, but she's a speaker and she's no, she wore heels.
- 1:02:54[SPEAKER_10]: She's lit.
- 1:02:55[SPEAKER_03]: And because I didn't give my speakers a dress code, but she wore heels in a dress.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_03]: And if you know Jess, she will normally wear like her sneakers and her boots and she was like, no, said, if I dress up, I know this is what you want me to wear.
- 1:03:05[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, okay, Coach, can I see you?
- 1:03:07[SPEAKER_10]: So, so you don't put that on the speakers, you just...
- 1:03:10[SPEAKER_03]: It depends on how much of the event you want to go into if it's in enough time and advance, like if it was any last minute, I won't put on any speaker, but the main goal is for the actual guest of the event to be cohesive, because that's what you're going to see the most in your recap video.
- 1:03:23[SPEAKER_10]: That's hard.
- 1:03:25[SPEAKER_10]: Is there a, I feel like maybe I should, is there a reason that you pick a specific color or it's just random?
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_03]: Well, what colors you're event?
- 1:03:33[SPEAKER_10]: Uh, we're like orangeish, blueish kind of, I like that a little bit, like orangeish, we do a lot of orange.
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_03]: Nice.
- 1:03:42[SPEAKER_03]: So maybe you can have people where you know, orange is a nice color, but like if you want to so maybe if like my accent colors in my event or like orange, maybe I have people are all black or you're doing yours in the summer.
- 1:03:55[SPEAKER_03]: So maybe you're mixer people where all white to your mixer, right?
- 1:03:58[SPEAKER_03]: Because that's a nice summer color.
- 1:03:59[SPEAKER_10]: Do like orange cream blue?
- 1:04:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 1:04:02[SPEAKER_10]: And then you can move word.
- 1:04:03[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 1:04:04[SPEAKER_03]: And that's why you do a move word so that they can know this is what it looks like with orange cream and blue.
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_10]: You are something special.
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_03]: and you can even put it in chat to be t. And you can go into the images.
- 1:04:14[SPEAKER_03]: And you put like an outfit that you had on put in chat to be t. Put your logo in there and say that you're going to have people wear orange, creamer, booking it, like come up with an outfit for you.
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_10]: Hold, please.
- 1:04:25[SPEAKER_10]: Hey, Karen, I just came up with another great idea.
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_10]: What we're going to do is we're going to create a mood board.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_10]: we're going to create a mood board and everyone at the event we're going to go with orange cream and blue.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_10]: Orange cream and blue will be the mood board for the apparel that everybody's going to wear like the theme.
- 1:04:46[SPEAKER_10]: Let's start getting it out.
- 1:04:51[SPEAKER_10]: My team's going to think I'm a genius.
- 1:04:54[SPEAKER_03]: They're actually going to see this.
- 1:04:55[SPEAKER_03]: I can't see it.
- 1:04:56[SPEAKER_03]: They're playing.
- 1:04:57[SPEAKER_03]: If you're watching this video, caring, I am seven.
- 1:05:03[SPEAKER_03]: But this is literally what my team comes in and does for events.
- 1:05:06[SPEAKER_03]: So that's like when we first met Mark is like, we completely, we completely changed his masterminds around, because I'm like, if we change around your mastermind, you can start making more money online.
- 1:05:15[SPEAKER_03]: And we completely changed around his mastermind to going to having different themes and like the things that people could see in Where the branding wasn't even when the speakers had water cups at the water cups at recession proof and not only were we able to get his following up to 600k and was about three and a half months.
- 1:05:34[SPEAKER_10]: We also increased his sales over 30% Yes, these little things that matter You are good
- 1:05:43[SPEAKER_03]: because if people are gonna look at your page every day, most of the time we have events, right?
- 1:05:47[SPEAKER_03]: And so then at the event, we drop this recap.
- 1:05:52[SPEAKER_03]: with the trending song on the back, no testimonial, and then you want people to come next year.
- 1:05:58[SPEAKER_03]: What happened at the event?
- 1:06:00[SPEAKER_03]: How did people feel?
- 1:06:01[SPEAKER_03]: What did they take away?
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_03]: What did they hear?
- 1:06:03[SPEAKER_03]: You need to actually hear the shift on social media to make people think I want to go there next year.
- 1:06:08[SPEAKER_03]: So the thing that happens is the number one problem that most business owners make is in their social media, they don't build community.
- 1:06:16[SPEAKER_03]: So you're launching things to a cold market still, even though they follow you like you're not warming them up.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_03]: So if I start to just kind of like give and I include give and include give and include give and include it will start making my audience feel more like a family.
- 1:06:31[SPEAKER_03]: And so now when I have these events, people are like, it's testimonials in between the event, people are matching they feel like family that makes it way easier for people to come together and take a group photo.
- 1:06:41[SPEAKER_03]: It makes it not so because imagine if you have on sweats, everybody else is dressed up.
- 1:06:45[SPEAKER_03]: You're I'm actually going to seclude yourself for the whole event.
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_03]: We all have on the same color same theme.
- 1:06:50[SPEAKER_03]: So even if you have something that's not what everybody else, what where you still feel comfortable, it feels like family.
- 1:06:55[SPEAKER_03]: And so now everybody's so excited that they're actually just like overly marketing for you and it's building up a community of if people give up on podcasts on it, they won't give up on each other.
- 1:07:07[SPEAKER_03]: So they'll still come back together next year.
- 1:07:09[SPEAKER_10]: That is really, really good.
- 1:07:10[SPEAKER_10]: On the mood board, do you stick to colors or you're given like jeans, blouse?
- 1:07:15[SPEAKER_03]: You're really going to take this and run with it, huh?
- 1:07:18[SPEAKER_10]: Of course, I wouldn't mind.
- 1:07:20[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, so on the mood board, I like to have like a color.
- 1:07:22[SPEAKER_03]: This is our general what we're wearing.
- 1:07:24[SPEAKER_03]: And then I give them like a few outfit ideas.
- 1:07:26[SPEAKER_03]: You can get them off of Pinterest.
- 1:07:28[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just a little outfits that you like to wear.
- 1:07:30[SPEAKER_03]: I mean that you can see on there.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_03]: You can make them in chat to be tea also.
- 1:07:34[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, you can actually just like take a picture of you.
- 1:07:36[SPEAKER_03]: You can get things that you might wear to the podcast summit, put those into chat CBT and they don't have it making into an image or you can do it on a can, but also like you put the articles up the outfit and you just have a body, your body from something and you can put that outfit on you.
- 1:07:50[SPEAKER_03]: That's also how you can make money through LTK, too.
- 1:07:53[SPEAKER_03]: Like you can post things that you don't, yeah, or like I do go and do try on halls and I don't even buy the clothes and that's still make money.
- 1:08:05[SPEAKER_10]: How did you do that?
- 1:08:06[SPEAKER_10]: I don't understand.
- 1:08:06[SPEAKER_03]: I just recorded a video with me on it.
- 1:08:09[SPEAKER_03]: I scanned the QR code of the tag, posted the link.
- 1:08:12[SPEAKER_03]: It was a eight second video.
- 1:08:14[SPEAKER_03]: So many brands posted now.
- 1:08:15[SPEAKER_03]: It has all, I think it has over a million views.
- 1:08:17[SPEAKER_09]: Wow.
- 1:08:18[SPEAKER_03]: It's just literally me because if you think about it, it's our posts and they be like, new globe.
- 1:08:23[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like how much doesn't know what the glove looks like right and so it looks different on you than on a model So clothes is like one of those things where like you can post it and go you can just go try it on and then post the link You make money.
- 1:08:35[SPEAKER_03]: So if you don't got no money right now, you could literally just go try on outfits in the mall That's so good.
- 1:08:40[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 1:08:40[SPEAKER_10]: What are you what are you teaching in podcast on that?
- 1:08:43[SPEAKER_10]: What do we decide?
- 1:08:44[SPEAKER_10]: Because you got so much sauce and I think I asked you to question earlier and you said exactly what you just proved is like, I've got a lot of sweet spots.
- 1:08:55[SPEAKER_03]: I have a lot of sweet spots.
- 1:08:56[SPEAKER_03]: I love it.
- 1:08:57[SPEAKER_03]: One more thing is is that at podcast summit, who's coming?
- 1:09:01[SPEAKER_03]: What kind of people are coming?
- 1:09:03[SPEAKER_10]: Um, creators, entrepreneurs, um, people that want to get their voice heard, but people don't want to start dominating in this space of long form content.
- 1:09:13[SPEAKER_03]: What are their pain points?
- 1:09:15[SPEAKER_10]: Uh, they have a business that's not growing.
- 1:09:16[SPEAKER_10]: They're not getting any reach and their brand can, their brand is so confusing because they don't know what direction they're going.
- 1:09:23[SPEAKER_03]: For long form content.
- 1:09:25[SPEAKER_10]: period.
- 1:09:27[SPEAKER_10]: My major strategy is teaching people how to build that audience so that you can launch a business.
- 1:09:33[SPEAKER_10]: And I have to start over every time you launch a new business with a new one.
- 1:09:36[SPEAKER_03]: Also, you are teaching people to build a personal brand.
- 1:09:38[SPEAKER_03]: You're just not saying it.
- 1:09:39[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, for sure.
- 1:09:40[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, we got a bunch of workshops.
- 1:09:44[SPEAKER_03]: What are the main points that you call out in your ads?
- 1:09:47[SPEAKER_10]: We should, we've run about 100 ads.
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_03]: Let me hear one.
- 1:09:50[SPEAKER_10]: One is you've been, you've been
- 1:09:56[SPEAKER_10]: You're seeing what's happening in the space and you're about to get left behind because you've been thinking about starting a YouTube or thinking about podcasts, but you think it's oversaturated when it's really getting started.
- 1:10:07[SPEAKER_10]: The other thing is I don't have consistent sales in my business, so I don't have an audience of people that rack with me when I launch something.
- 1:10:14[SPEAKER_10]: Or I get, you know, I got these 30 seconds, 60 second videos, and though I get a lot of likes, it doesn't convert into income.
- 1:10:21[SPEAKER_10]: because you don't have an audience of people that's going to listen to you for 30, 35, 30, 35 minutes every week.
- 1:10:26[SPEAKER_01]: Got it, got it, got it, got it, got it.
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I mean, we teach a lot.
- 1:10:31[SPEAKER_10]: We've known it for four years.
- 1:10:32[SPEAKER_03]: Say your first ad again?
- 1:10:35[SPEAKER_10]: Um, what's another one?
- 1:10:38[SPEAKER_10]: Um.
- 1:10:39[SPEAKER_03]: No, tell, say the very first one that you just said.
- 1:10:42[SPEAKER_10]: I don't remember exactly what I said.
- 1:10:44[SPEAKER_10]: We got a lot of them.
- 1:10:45[SPEAKER_10]: Like, one is, um,
- 1:10:49[SPEAKER_10]: For some reason, you're looking at, oh, okay, I do remember, you're a coach or a consultant and you're not getting consistent, you're not getting a good ROI on your ads because it's not a warm market and you're relying on Instagram posts from cold audiences to buy your stuff.
- 1:11:12[SPEAKER_03]: Got it, got it, that one was better.
- 1:11:15[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, get a lot.
- 1:11:16[SPEAKER_03]: I like it.
- 1:11:16[SPEAKER_03]: I was just wondering what your rents and repeats are, but it sounds like you don't have five solid ones yet.
- 1:11:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, well, that we want to build.
- 1:11:24[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I think about all the pain points that I know, because it's like a hundred pain points, right?
- 1:11:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:11:30[SPEAKER_10]: And I'm not only the pain points, but the type of person.
- 1:11:33[SPEAKER_10]: So one, I got to set for content creators that want to grow.
- 1:11:37[SPEAKER_10]: They're whole goal to be famous.
- 1:11:39[SPEAKER_10]: And though that's dumb, right?
- 1:11:41[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, not dumb, but though that doesn't make, it doesn't equate some money.
- 1:11:44[SPEAKER_03]: It creates a brand revenue.
- 1:11:46[SPEAKER_03]: Correct.
- 1:11:47[SPEAKER_10]: You want to be that.
- 1:11:48[SPEAKER_10]: We also have entrepreneurs who are trying to build out their business and they know that content is missing.
- 1:11:54[SPEAKER_10]: But in each block of person, there's different people in it.
- 1:11:58[SPEAKER_10]: So that's why we shoot so many ads.
- 1:11:59[SPEAKER_01]: Do you use Claude?
- 1:12:01[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 1:12:01[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I'm going to not use more chat.
- 1:12:03[SPEAKER_01]: Can I give you, you,
- 1:12:06[SPEAKER_10]: My chat you're glad.
- 1:12:08[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know.
- 1:12:08[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I have a lot.
- 1:12:09[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, you can have my phone you chat more than anything.
- 1:12:14[SPEAKER_10]: I just got clawed like last week and I was like, I'm so comfortable with chat.
- 1:12:19[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, no, you got to switch to claw that in some things.
- 1:12:23[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, let's let's do it.
- 1:12:24[SPEAKER_10]: I'm coachable.
- 1:12:25[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, I'm glad you're coachable.
- 1:12:27[SPEAKER_03]: So.
- 1:12:29[SPEAKER_03]: I want you to type, you have your cloud up.
- 1:12:31[SPEAKER_10]: Can cloud hold on me and let me get it.
- 1:12:32[SPEAKER_10]: Let me get it.
- 1:12:34[SPEAKER_10]: I didn't, oh, I'm gonna do it just a, okay.
- 1:12:38[SPEAKER_10]: I got it.
- 1:12:40[SPEAKER_10]: Well, it's loading.
- 1:12:41[SPEAKER_10]: All right, cool.
- 1:12:42[SPEAKER_03]: I can actually just text this to you instead, but I'll say it out loud.
- 1:12:48[SPEAKER_10]: This is a quote has memory.
- 1:12:50[SPEAKER_10]: Now a quote can make relevant connections.
- 1:12:53[SPEAKER_10]: I've used this sort of twice.
- 1:12:55[SPEAKER_10]: Should I use memory?
- 1:12:57[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 1:12:58[SPEAKER_10]: I would even ask me that.
- 1:12:59[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, so you are social media strategist who has built brands from zero to millions of followers review my business niche target audience competitors in growth goals.
- 1:13:10[SPEAKER_03]: Build a complete strategy covering brand positioning content direction audience targeting and how I plan to monetize.
- 1:13:16[SPEAKER_03]: My details are.
- 1:13:18[SPEAKER_03]: So in there, you're going to put your simple details, which my details are.
- 1:13:22[SPEAKER_03]: I am hosting a podcast.
- 1:13:25[SPEAKER_03]: I'm a newsletter.
- 1:13:25[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, well, no, I can just do it right now.
- 1:13:31[SPEAKER_03]: I wanted to make sure that the audience heard the prompt because they might be executors, so they could probably do it like that.
- 1:13:38[SPEAKER_10]: When she says that, she's not saying that as I'm not executor, right?
- 1:13:42[SPEAKER_10]: She's just saying that the audience.
- 1:13:44[SPEAKER_10]: I never know when she's done a shot, so where do you think she was going with that?
- 1:13:50[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, yeah, I thought it's exactly.
- 1:13:58[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, what are you talking about?
- 1:14:00[SPEAKER_03]: So, hosting a podcast summer for entrepreneurs that want to start long form content and be able to gain revenue from content.
- 1:14:05[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 1:14:06[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:14:07[SPEAKER_03]: So, in a long run, when you do this at home, you can actually take your ad creatives and you can put them inside of this prop and it'll be able to pull like the things that you say, the certain words that you say and it'll be able to start building it out.
- 1:14:19[SPEAKER_03]: So, who was the summit primarily for?
- 1:14:21[SPEAKER_03]: Beginners with no podcast yet?
- 1:14:22[SPEAKER_03]: I have a podcast with no revenue, establish podcasts, there's scaling revenue or a mix of all three.
- 1:14:28[SPEAKER_10]: I'll make some alterer.
- 1:14:29[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:14:30[SPEAKER_03]: What's your primary revenue model for the summit?
- 1:14:32[SPEAKER_03]: Free summit to a back end offer.
- 1:14:33[SPEAKER_03]: Of course, pay ticket plus a VIP upgrade, sponsor find it free summit or lead generation for 101 services.
- 1:14:40[SPEAKER_10]: Back end primarily this year we're building audience responses in the future.
- 1:14:47[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:14:49[SPEAKER_03]: So, what is this going to do is it's going to start pulling out like you're complete brand positioning and it's going to start giving you exactly what you need to say on social media.
- 1:14:57[SPEAKER_03]: Clot is way better for social media content writing than chat GBT.
- 1:15:02[SPEAKER_03]: Chat GBT even if you put it in genius mode like my girl at least he a little does.
- 1:15:06[SPEAKER_03]: It's still going to give you a little bit of generic.
- 1:15:08[SPEAKER_03]: Me personally, I have a chat bot, that's called social media.
- 1:15:12[SPEAKER_03]: So that's the only way that my students really use chat is because it's trained off my transcript.
- 1:15:17[SPEAKER_03]: So when they talk to it, it gives them back content ideas and things that I would say.
- 1:15:21[SPEAKER_03]: For everybody else, that's why it's like, give me seven viral hooks.
- 1:15:24[SPEAKER_03]: And so then it gives you like this very generic basic thing.
- 1:15:27[SPEAKER_03]: And it won't give you like the pain points of your audience.
- 1:15:30[SPEAKER_03]: It won't necessarily give you a content direction.
- 1:15:33[SPEAKER_03]: Um, so for instance, it tells you to run a six to eight week content spread across Instagram, and LinkedIn, before the summit even opens.
- 1:15:40[SPEAKER_03]: Here's your four pillars, authority and proof case studies of podcasts, there's making real money, your own results, speaker wins, myth bus thing.
- 1:15:48[SPEAKER_03]: You don't need a hundred K downloads to make six figures.
- 1:15:51[SPEAKER_03]: Um, behind the scene, summit build out, speaker reveals top topic T's is build an anticipation.
- 1:15:57[SPEAKER_03]: Tactical value, bite size monetization tips that signal the depth of the content summit.
- 1:16:03[SPEAKER_03]: Some offers that I can have in there.
- 1:16:05[SPEAKER_03]: I'll show you these one differently.
- 1:16:07[SPEAKER_03]: It also shows you some growth goals and KPIs that you should have.
- 1:16:11[SPEAKER_03]: And giving out like also doing affiliates for podcast summit, but what it does now, it actually has asked me to draft the registration page in a six week content calendar.
- 1:16:21[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to give you this next prompt to put in directly afterwards, which is why I said what are your praying points.
- 1:16:27[SPEAKER_03]: So you're going to say based on this, break down my target audience and detail, what are their biggest frustration, desires, fears, daily habits around content, turn that research into specific messaging angles and content topics that will stop their scroll and build more trust over time.
- 1:16:42[SPEAKER_03]: So you're going to be able to take this and don't worry, once I come off here, I'll show you how you can actually do all of this in cloud co-works so you can build out a whole social media team.
- 1:16:51[SPEAKER_03]: And from the things that you say, even if this is the stuff you teach in your community?
- 1:16:56[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, this is.
- 1:16:57[SPEAKER_03]: So they already have this stuff as soon as they get started so that they're not.
- 1:17:03[SPEAKER_03]: A.I.
- 1:17:03[SPEAKER_03]: doesn't take away from social media actually adds to your creativity, and it's the best way to make money, especially what content because I have people that can build out social media strategies.
- 1:17:14[SPEAKER_03]: I just got one of my students.
- 1:17:16[SPEAKER_03]: She's done doing social media management for somebody just building out their strategy for $1500 a month, and she's using these platforms.
- 1:17:23[SPEAKER_10]: Hmm.
- 1:17:23[SPEAKER_03]: Right.
- 1:17:24[SPEAKER_03]: So who are they?
- 1:17:25[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know how to strategy or making the content.
- 1:17:27[SPEAKER_03]: Just building out the strategy.
- 1:17:28[SPEAKER_03]: You can get paid more for strategy than actually making the content because people don't know what to say.
- 1:17:33[SPEAKER_03]: So the aspirin podcast there no show yet.
- 1:17:36[SPEAKER_03]: This is segment one of your audience.
- 1:17:38[SPEAKER_03]: Their frustration is watching competitors what podcasts get booked on stages, lamb, bigger clients, charge more.
- 1:17:43[SPEAKER_03]: Overwhelmed by gear, editing hosting platforms, paralysis disguised as research, tired of social media shorts, shelf life, one real dies in 48 hours.
- 1:17:54[SPEAKER_03]: Their desires, they authority, they want the person to be quoted, not the one being quoting.
- 1:17:59[SPEAKER_03]: A content asset that compounds instead of disappearing to be perceived as a thought leader, not a content creator.
- 1:18:05[SPEAKER_03]: Their fears, launching the cricket, sounding amateur, crange on audio, wasting months building something nobody listens to, their network will judge them.
- 1:18:13[SPEAKER_03]: Their daily content habits, they consume podcasts during commute workouts, safe Instagram care cells they never visit, follow 3-5 podcasts, launch accounts, but haven't bought anything lurking free-face book group.
- 1:18:25[SPEAKER_03]: You're messaging angles to stop the scroll.
- 1:18:28[SPEAKER_03]: Your podcast doesn't need 10K downloads to make $10,000 a month.
- 1:18:31[SPEAKER_03]: Here's the math.
- 1:18:32[SPEAKER_03]: Messaging angle number two.
- 1:18:34[SPEAKER_03]: I launched a podcast with 47 listeners in episode one.
- 1:18:37[SPEAKER_03]: It made $80,000 in year one.
- 1:18:39[SPEAKER_03]: The download count was the least important number.
- 1:18:42[SPEAKER_03]: at messaging aimable number three stop research and might start researching offers then you have segment two they have a podcast with no revenue this is going to be your second audience that you have who are they six months to three years in consistent ish decent production two hundred to two thousand downloads per episode quietly resentful their frustrations are pouring hours into episodes that don't translate to clients or sales
- 1:19:05[SPEAKER_03]: Sponsor outreach goes nowhere because download numbers are too small watch 12 monetization YouTube videos all to build an email list Right and then it gives out there for that.
- 1:19:16[SPEAKER_03]: I told you it gives out there desires a direct line from one episode Revenue without growing the 50k downloads to stop feeling like a hobby is with the microphone Here's some messaging angles for you.
- 1:19:25[SPEAKER_03]: Your podcast isn't broken your funnel is Here's another one if your podcast had a job description what would it say if you can't answer that in one sentence That's why I's not making money
- 1:19:34[SPEAKER_06]: Right.
- 1:19:36[SPEAKER_03]: And so this is just the beginning of it of your segment in audience.
- 1:19:40[SPEAKER_03]: Here's another one.
- 1:19:41[SPEAKER_03]: The day I stopped chasing more listeners and started monetizing the ones I had as the day my podcast became a business.
- 1:19:50[SPEAKER_03]: So these are just the beginning of your content topics.
- 1:19:52[SPEAKER_03]: It gives you a reframe and then it also gives you a sequence on how to launch to summit and it builds you a social media dashboard.
- 1:19:58[SPEAKER_10]: That's fire.
- 1:19:59[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, which you have you have a community Which community you have two communities yes, I do or one community just two levels, correct?
- 1:20:11[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, I do.
- 1:20:12[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, what's the difference?
- 1:20:13[SPEAKER_03]: So, in one of my communities, which is my intro, which is at $47 a month, I have one of people to be able to have access to start monetizing and making money through their content like today.
- 1:20:22[SPEAKER_03]: If they felt like it, business owners, entrepreneurs, mentors, coaches to be able to actually know what to say.
- 1:20:29[SPEAKER_03]: So there you have access to the information, right?
- 1:20:32[SPEAKER_03]: But then I also say that information is sometimes like having
- 1:20:37[SPEAKER_03]: information is like driving a driving around without the GPS on and you're trying to look at the paper and figure out where to go.
- 1:20:43[SPEAKER_03]: So you keep getting lost.
- 1:20:44[SPEAKER_03]: You keep turning around and you're wasting more time getting there, which in the second level is like getting in the car with the GPS on any time that you get start going the wrong way.
- 1:20:53[SPEAKER_03]: I'm able to reroute you.
- 1:20:54[SPEAKER_03]: and make sure that you get in the right direction to get to your destination in a short amount of time.
- 1:20:58[SPEAKER_03]: So the second tier is where I get to mentor you for 90 days.
- 1:21:03[SPEAKER_03]: We have two live calls a week because I'm a live trainer.
- 1:21:05[SPEAKER_03]: One is a question and answer.
- 1:21:07[SPEAKER_03]: So you see how you had so many questions about just your personal brand.
- 1:21:10[SPEAKER_03]: We get on a lot.
- 1:21:10[SPEAKER_03]: I'm able to answer them for you.
- 1:21:12[SPEAKER_03]: And then the other one is a training.
- 1:21:13[SPEAKER_03]: Like we just recently had a training on how you can make your YouTube covers through chatchvt.
- 1:21:19[SPEAKER_03]: And, um, literally in 10 seconds.
- 1:21:21[SPEAKER_03]: So I could take a picture of you as a hero image.
- 1:21:23[SPEAKER_03]: I can make your the YouTube cover from this podcast sitting right here.
- 1:21:27[SPEAKER_03]: So that was one of our trainings that we had on a Wednesday, because mentor means faster.
- 1:21:32[SPEAKER_03]: So the second level was just a higher level mentorship.
- 1:21:35[SPEAKER_10]: I love that.
- 1:21:35[SPEAKER_10]: I love that.
- 1:21:36[SPEAKER_10]: Let's, uh, let's definitely put a link.
- 1:21:38[SPEAKER_10]: I don't be a link in a description, uh, below.
- 1:21:40[SPEAKER_10]: I think this is just like super incredible.
- 1:21:43[SPEAKER_10]: You are a brilliant mind.
- 1:21:45[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you so much.
- 1:21:46[SPEAKER_10]: You know, I've been I've been trying to I've been battling with this last question because I was like I was like ask it.
- 1:21:53[SPEAKER_10]: Oh my okay, so it's my semi-a-video and There's like, uh, you know, they taught my seven and I'm like, I was like, what do you know, I would just say that because I and I don't know you to
- 1:22:10[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know how the came about with your child anyway, but yeah, it was a guy that was talking about I guess, y'all were together all together all three y'all in a entanglement.
- 1:22:27[SPEAKER_03]: It was never tangled baby.
- 1:22:30[SPEAKER_03]: It was a clear line of what it was.
- 1:22:31[SPEAKER_08]: So this baby was born with the couple that's together.
- 1:22:36[SPEAKER_08]: The two girls that's together.
- 1:22:38[SPEAKER_08]: How does that work?
- 1:22:38[SPEAKER_08]: Are you still with them?
- 1:22:40[SPEAKER_08]: No, we're in the other.
- 1:22:41[SPEAKER_08]: But we we good on the couple.
- 1:22:42[SPEAKER_04]: That's just a random situation to me because you met them out, right?
- 1:22:46[SPEAKER_04]: Is you just and then you're just clicked and then you said, okay?
- 1:22:50[SPEAKER_09]: I would click and click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click
- 1:23:17[SPEAKER_08]: No, I'll delete it happen.
- 1:23:19[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, this is about the gate.
- 1:23:20[SPEAKER_08]: This is one in done.
- 1:23:21[SPEAKER_08]: This is the first first night gangster.
- 1:23:25[SPEAKER_04]: How do you know when you found out?
- 1:23:26[SPEAKER_09]: I believe that
- 1:23:28[SPEAKER_09]: men have an input on pregnancy and having a baby, but in a day, it's the one that you should say.
- 1:23:34[SPEAKER_09]: It's the one that's choice.
- 1:23:35[SPEAKER_09]: So I'd be letting them have, I told them, like, I'm with whatever I would.
- 1:23:39[SPEAKER_03]: But you know, you can find out the podcast I'm at, I literally answer it from one stage.
- 1:23:43[SPEAKER_03]: No, I'm just kidding, I just want to see it face to face.
- 1:23:46[SPEAKER_03]: I said, but you know, the one thing about it is one thing that I love is that somebody told you,
- 1:23:53[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, that's seven.
- 1:23:54[SPEAKER_03]: And you see what that is?
- 1:23:55[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I call organic traffic.
- 1:23:57[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't just depend on paid ads to get my name out there.
- 1:24:01[SPEAKER_03]: So that one was free.
- 1:24:02[SPEAKER_03]: So whoever that was, tell them, thank you for the alley loop.
- 1:24:05[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, that was me.
- 1:24:06[SPEAKER_10]: I wonder how did they know?
- 1:24:08[SPEAKER_10]: How did they, did you talk about it before?
- 1:24:10[SPEAKER_03]: Or... My father's son is all over my page.
- 1:24:12[SPEAKER_03]: I post his music in my, um, my car sales and my reels all the time.
- 1:24:17[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, all right.
- 1:24:18[SPEAKER_10]: So the dynamic of the relationship is like,
- 1:24:23[SPEAKER_10]: It's like y'all all three together.
- 1:24:25[SPEAKER_10]: You, your wife, and him, is he y'all family, kind of?
- 1:24:30[SPEAKER_03]: We are definitely, we're always in forever a be a family.
- 1:24:33[SPEAKER_03]: Let me just clear the record.
- 1:24:35[SPEAKER_03]: I know it's a lot of people that I think are.
- 1:24:38[SPEAKER_03]: I can't wait to see what she's going to say.
- 1:24:39[SPEAKER_03]: I definitely, we always be a family.
- 1:24:42[SPEAKER_03]: That's my son's father, always have the heaviest and highest respect for him.
- 1:24:46[SPEAKER_03]: I will always talk to him from that level of what he is.
- 1:24:49[SPEAKER_03]: So we'll always be a family.
- 1:24:51[SPEAKER_03]: He's an amazing father.
- 1:24:52[SPEAKER_10]: If y'all all three are together in there, when y'all were together, when y'all were together, was that a monogamous trifecta, like, we have to understand it and we don't have to have to.
- 1:25:07[SPEAKER_10]: When we have to make sure that we don't have to, we don't have to, we don't have to.
- 1:25:09[SPEAKER_10]: The understanding that we don't step outside of this circle, or like, y'all could do whatever you want, just want me to go the way together.
- 1:25:16[SPEAKER_03]: I like how you put that together.
- 1:25:18[SPEAKER_03]: And my naga miss monogamous trifectus.
- 1:25:20[SPEAKER_10]: It's like we're loyal to this trifectus.
- 1:25:24[SPEAKER_03]: Circle time.
- 1:25:27[SPEAKER_03]: We're having circle time, it definitely was it, what did you call it, a monogamous tri-factor?
- 1:25:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it was a, it was a, we had a ball.
- 1:25:37[SPEAKER_03]: It was a, it was a, it was an understanding, is I don't know where everybody's like, it wish I could be on a fly on a wall.
- 1:25:44[SPEAKER_10]: We had a ball, yeah, the conversation was like, my gosh.
- 1:25:47[SPEAKER_10]: Oh my god, I didn't know that side was seven.
- 1:25:50[SPEAKER_03]: Um, no, but we definitely did have a very great understanding of what we were.
- 1:25:54[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like because a lot of people I would say is that they live their life based on what other people think is okay and then you walk around waiting for a permission from other people on how to live your life, what to do and you base your life off of their white picket fence.
- 1:26:09[SPEAKER_03]: right and so then I can live my life and I could be looking over at somebody else's fence and they're watering their their yard and everything and I'm just like oh I wish I had that black fence over there and then somebody else will wish they had a white fence and then you're living based off of what other people wish they thought they had and I say that because it was
- 1:26:28[SPEAKER_03]: inside, inside doesn't let outside predict what we have going on.
- 1:26:31[SPEAKER_03]: So it was an understanding that was between us because I feel like you should, in even inside of a marriage, it should be based off of your own terms, what is best for you and your partner because what is best for the world isn't going to be what's best for you and that's not what's going to make your marriage thrive.
- 1:26:48[SPEAKER_10]: But you are married to your wife.
- 1:26:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 1:26:52[SPEAKER_10]: and he came in later, right?
- 1:26:54[SPEAKER_10]: Is that it was like a mutual agreement between y'all to like, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, you like them, let's bring them in.
- 1:27:01[SPEAKER_03]: Let's bring them in.
- 1:27:02[SPEAKER_03]: The way that you say things.
- 1:27:03[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if I want it.
- 1:27:05[SPEAKER_03]: I got to put my gloves on.
- 1:27:07[SPEAKER_03]: I don't mean on it.
- 1:27:08[SPEAKER_03]: If I want to agree to like how you say it because it's kind of like I'm not going to try to bring it.
- 1:27:14[SPEAKER_03]: Bring it.
- 1:27:14[SPEAKER_03]: Bring it.
- 1:27:15[SPEAKER_03]: Bring it.
- 1:27:16[SPEAKER_03]: Bring it in the men.
- 1:27:17[SPEAKER_03]: No, it was like we're going to get us a man in here.
- 1:27:21[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 1:27:21[SPEAKER_03]: It wasn't like that.
- 1:27:22[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, no, no.
- 1:27:23[SPEAKER_03]: But it definitely wasn't like a, thank you so much.
- 1:27:28[SPEAKER_03]: It definitely was an agreement, like it wasn't just like, oh, this is my thing inside of the third, but so it wasn't agreement, but it wasn't like, let's go find a man, high, that's him.
- 1:27:38[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, what'd you do together?
- 1:27:41[SPEAKER_03]: find out at the podcast and not just kidding.
- 1:27:44[SPEAKER_03]: I'm totally, well, no, I would not.
- 1:27:47[SPEAKER_10]: Yes, so here's the dynamic.
- 1:27:48[SPEAKER_10]: This is the question.
- 1:27:49[SPEAKER_10]: I'd even be a mess and I don't understand who you are, right?
- 1:27:53[SPEAKER_10]: Because I remember you were saying, you have one, because this is your second male interest, correct?
- 1:28:00[SPEAKER_03]: Real boyfriend.
- 1:28:02[SPEAKER_03]: Like, okay, let me, I can't say that.
- 1:28:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
- 1:28:11[SPEAKER_03]: Gotcha, that one little quote won't get there, right?
- 1:28:16[SPEAKER_03]: So the dynamic of I dated women since I was in, like I started like a women in middle school, I dated women from high school moving forward.
- 1:28:26[SPEAKER_03]: I never had like a real relationship with a man.
- 1:28:30[SPEAKER_03]: Now I had tried.
- 1:28:32[SPEAKER_03]: to even like date, but I hadn't gotten like an actual like serious like relationship, like we're dating.
- 1:28:38[SPEAKER_03]: This is a serious thing.
- 1:28:40[SPEAKER_03]: Like I'm waking up at your house type of thing.
- 1:28:42[SPEAKER_03]: Like I don't much rather talk to women.
- 1:28:46[SPEAKER_03]: I love women, well, my woman now, but at the time it was like, yeah, I'm way more comfortable with the woman.
- 1:28:54[SPEAKER_03]: Now, as I got older, I would say I was just kind of like, okay, well, I mean, if it's the thing, I guess I never really took it serious before, so I wouldn't know if it was something that would work or not, because I genuinely didn't really have an interest in men.
- 1:29:09[SPEAKER_10]: Mmm.
- 1:29:09[SPEAKER_10]: This is so cool.
- 1:29:10[SPEAKER_03]: So, it's kind of, it's just, I am the most probably live out loud person that you ever know.
- 1:29:18[SPEAKER_03]: I want to, when I, when it's finally my time to go, I wanna feel like I lived out every part of my life that I could possibly even imagine.
- 1:29:27[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I don't want to be able to hold anything back based off of the fear of what people would think when they said that home scared to live they own life anyway.
- 1:29:36[SPEAKER_03]: I definitely, I had that happen.
- 1:29:39[SPEAKER_03]: It was like one boy friend.
- 1:29:40[SPEAKER_03]: It was like a kind of like super dated girls like Girls girls girls girls Um, and then I met I actually was like I'm gonna stop dating girls.
- 1:29:50[SPEAKER_03]: It was funny.
- 1:29:50[SPEAKER_03]: I put it on Instagram I was like I'm gonna stop dating girls.
- 1:29:53[SPEAKER_03]: I'm gonna try and get a guy data guy
- 1:29:58[SPEAKER_03]: And wow, I was like, yeah, we have, we have nothing.
- 1:30:02[SPEAKER_03]: Like, you know about the what you're doing me to death, you don't know how to talk like a girl.
- 1:30:05[SPEAKER_03]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
- 1:30:23[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think I definitely texted my wife today, which you don't see and she wants you to ask her she probably wants you to ask her something a little bit more in debt.
- 1:30:31[SPEAKER_03]: You're about to text her right now.
- 1:30:33[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I'll text her right now.
- 1:30:34[SPEAKER_03]: You're you are executor.
- 1:30:36[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I'll text her right now.
- 1:30:37[SPEAKER_10]: What are you going to say?
- 1:30:38[SPEAKER_10]: I'm going to say something like, um, okay, not what you're doing.
- 1:30:45[SPEAKER_03]: No way.
- 1:30:46[SPEAKER_03]: Why don't you text or I say, babe, let's play a game.
- 1:30:48[SPEAKER_10]: Hey, babe, I was just thinking about you.
- 1:30:51[SPEAKER_10]: No, that's a, say, hey, babe, that's a, that's a, that's a man, but no.
- 1:30:55[SPEAKER_03]: No, say, babe.
- 1:30:56[SPEAKER_10]: But I was just thinking about you.
- 1:30:57[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, okay, I'm listening.
- 1:30:58[SPEAKER_03]: Say, hey, babe, let's play a game.
- 1:31:00[SPEAKER_10]: Hey, let's play a game.
- 1:31:04[SPEAKER_03]: Then say, how do I code?
- 1:31:08[SPEAKER_05]: Hot or cold?
- 1:31:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and then let her answer.
- 1:31:11[SPEAKER_03]: She's like, what?
- 1:31:12[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to say, okay, vacation.
- 1:31:13[SPEAKER_03]: If you can go anywhere right now, where do you want to go?
- 1:31:15[SPEAKER_03]: How to code?
- 1:31:16[UNKNOWN]: That's fine.
- 1:31:17[SPEAKER_03]: And then as you go, you then you let her go next.
- 1:31:21[SPEAKER_03]: And she's going to say, what we're doing?
- 1:31:23[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to say we're playing this or that.
- 1:31:24[SPEAKER_03]: You go next.
- 1:31:25[SPEAKER_03]: And then she can say vacation or a friend trip.
- 1:31:28[SPEAKER_03]: Like it's so many other things that you can say other than what are you doing.
- 1:31:33[SPEAKER_10]: I would have never, ever, ever even thought to say that to my wife, other than that.
- 1:31:38[SPEAKER_03]: And neither have other means.
- 1:31:40[SPEAKER_10]: What you're doing out of here?
- 1:31:41[SPEAKER_03]: That actually put on my phone.
- 1:31:42[SPEAKER_03]: We're all that.
- 1:31:43[SPEAKER_03]: All right kids, what are you doing?
- 1:31:44[SPEAKER_03]: Where are you guys at?
- 1:31:45[SPEAKER_03]: You may have done it.
- 1:31:46[SPEAKER_10]: But I guess it.
- 1:31:48[SPEAKER_03]: Like, even me and my wife had a conversation in the car yesterday, and she was just like, oh, no, you got action.
- 1:31:55[SPEAKER_10]: See you.
- 1:31:57[SPEAKER_03]: Hot.
- 1:31:59[SPEAKER_03]: See?
- 1:31:59[SPEAKER_10]: If you go go anywhere.
- 1:32:02[SPEAKER_10]: in the world for vacation.
- 1:32:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, for vacation right now, would you want to go on a snow resort or would you want to go to a beach?
- 1:32:10[SPEAKER_10]: Well, she answered.
- 1:32:11[SPEAKER_03]: She answered hot.
- 1:32:13[SPEAKER_10]: Anywhere hot in the world.
- 1:32:15[SPEAKER_03]: Anywhere hot in the world.
- 1:32:16[SPEAKER_03]: So you got to say, now you got to say, okay, vacation or frintrip.
- 1:32:22[SPEAKER_03]: If she puts back frintrip, she's tired, yes.
- 1:32:26[SPEAKER_10]: She's 100% going to say vacation 100%.
- 1:32:29[SPEAKER_03]: Let's see.
- 1:32:31[SPEAKER_10]: vacation or friend trip yeah friend like group trip whatever whichever one you would say group trip the reason i know if you may answer it differently because even if i would love going to the movies and she's like i'd like you want to invite somebody to like no i'll get a chance to spend no time with you so entrepreneurship yeah but do you see how much fun but look at how many places you could take the
- 1:32:59[SPEAKER_10]: If you go anywhere hot in the world for vacation right now, vacation or group trip, all the other thing I asked the question wrong.
- 1:33:06[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you did.
- 1:33:07[SPEAKER_03]: If you can go anywhere in the world right now, would you want to go on a vacation or a group trip?
- 1:33:13[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, what you want to go on a vacation or a group trip and where?
- 1:33:21[SPEAKER_03]: No, you just say vacation or a group trip.
- 1:33:23[SPEAKER_03]: And then now you let her choose a dessert that.
- 1:33:30[SPEAKER_05]: it's fun.
- 1:33:33[SPEAKER_05]: I've never played these type of games with my life.
- 1:33:37[SPEAKER_10]: That's why you like women, huh?
- 1:33:41[SPEAKER_03]: the answer.
- 1:33:42[SPEAKER_10]: What do you know?
- 1:33:43[SPEAKER_10]: What the kids don't?
- 1:33:43[SPEAKER_10]: What's with that?
- 1:33:44[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, we don't.
- 1:33:45[SPEAKER_03]: There's the answer.
- 1:33:46[SPEAKER_10]: How's your mama doing?
- 1:33:49[SPEAKER_03]: Like, even my wife was driving in the car and she'll will go into different conversations and she was just like, she was just randomly like, you know, a difference between you and a lot of people.
- 1:33:57[SPEAKER_03]: She was just like, while your career scared.
- 1:33:59[SPEAKER_03]: So scale.
- 1:34:00[SPEAKER_03]: So fast.
- 1:34:00[SPEAKER_03]: She was like, last year, this time you were so hungry.
- 1:34:02[SPEAKER_03]: And she was like, you literally like didn't complain about anything.
- 1:34:06[SPEAKER_03]: You just worked, we did whatever you needed to do.
- 1:34:07[SPEAKER_03]: You reached out to whoever you need to reach out to.
- 1:34:09[SPEAKER_03]: So then we got in the conversation of just like, do people not get to where they want to just simply because they're not starving, like you're definitely like you're not starving.
- 1:34:19[SPEAKER_03]: Like, you know, you can have a snack and a snack will make you comfortable.
- 1:34:22[SPEAKER_03]: Like, that's what happens.
- 1:34:23[SPEAKER_03]: We get a little bit of success and it fills us up for a little while.
- 1:34:25[SPEAKER_03]: And we think that we've
- 1:34:26[SPEAKER_03]: gotten to where we need to be.
- 1:34:28[SPEAKER_03]: But if I starve myself if I'm hungry, I'll do anything to get food on my plate.
- 1:34:32[SPEAKER_03]: And that's what that conversation went into.
- 1:34:34[SPEAKER_03]: And then we went into like a whole thing of like our people like not get into where they want to because they don't have the ability or just because they're not starving.
- 1:34:42[SPEAKER_03]: They're comfortable.
- 1:34:43[SPEAKER_03]: And that's just like a regular conversation that we'll have throughout the day.
- 1:34:47[SPEAKER_10]: This is so good.
- 1:34:48[SPEAKER_10]: Seven, you're awesome.
- 1:34:50[SPEAKER_03]: You're awesome.
- 1:34:51[SPEAKER_10]: I knew you were awesome, but like I didn't know you were this awesome, but it was a pleasure sitting down with you and having this conversation in.
- 1:34:59[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I've never been on a podcast where I've talked about the father of my kids, social media, Claude, gay, high school diploma spellment, L Woods, and giving dating advice to you in your life.
- 1:35:12[SPEAKER_03]: All at one time.
- 1:35:12[SPEAKER_10]: You already know, I told you.
- 1:35:14[SPEAKER_03]: See there you go Turks and kko say okay now your turn.
- 1:35:18[SPEAKER_10]: We're playing this or that ask me a question your turn Ask me a me me a This or she noticed not coming for me, but she's gonna play.
- 1:35:33[SPEAKER_10]: What would you say?
- 1:35:34[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, she's that much
- 1:35:36[SPEAKER_03]: May it turn as to me, but now do you guys see all that much fun that can be in just like you learn so much about your partner And she's having a tough day.
- 1:35:43[SPEAKER_10]: She's like her And then you can just randomly start playing it like when you're having a weird day, you can be like, Babe, let's play this with that Yep, so you help my conference, you know, you I forgot about we have your conference You, you saw my community And you helped my marriage, so And now how are you gonna help me?

- 1:36:48[SPEAKER_03]: You don't have to do, you can't, we could maybe like start a podcast.
- 1:36:53[SPEAKER_03]: We can start a podcast.
- 1:36:54[SPEAKER_10]: We can start a podcast.
- 1:36:56[SPEAKER_03]: We can start a podcast.
- 1:36:58[SPEAKER_10]: I got idea.
- 1:37:00[SPEAKER_03]: I got an idea too.
- 1:37:01[SPEAKER_10]: OK, let's do it.
- 1:37:03[SPEAKER_10]: Let's do like an episode like why we're at PyCats Summit.
- 1:37:07[SPEAKER_10]: We'll set up like some sort of, I don't know how we're going to do it, but we're evaluating an outfit and I don't know how we're going to do it, but like you helped fix them.
- 1:37:19[SPEAKER_01]: OK.
- 1:37:20[SPEAKER_10]: somehow and it's I think it'd be super entertaining and like you know, I just decided to put that on today.
- 1:37:25[SPEAKER_10]: Not in disrespectful way, but explain your outfit like, you know, I think that would be cool.
- 1:37:29[SPEAKER_10]: And you telling people what they're brand currently, what they're wearing says about them.
- 1:37:35[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, that's that's nice.
- 1:37:36[SPEAKER_03]: That I like that.
- 1:37:37[SPEAKER_10]: That would be dope.
- 1:37:39[SPEAKER_03]: I don't see the longevity in it.
- 1:37:40[SPEAKER_03]: I think it could be a segment in our podcast.
- 1:37:43[SPEAKER_03]: But when I just said, I got a pot, we should start a podcast.
- 1:37:46[SPEAKER_03]: You were like, we should start a podcast.
- 1:37:48[SPEAKER_03]: You were supposed to turn around, look at the camera and we say, we're starting a podcast.
- 1:37:51[SPEAKER_10]: We're starting a podcast.
- 1:37:52[SPEAKER_03]: And then that'd be the launch of whatever the audience do.
- 1:37:54[SPEAKER_10]: For sure, we need to start a podcast.
- 1:37:57[SPEAKER_03]: For a show we're going to start.
- 1:37:57[SPEAKER_10]: I'm not even like being performative.
- 1:38:00[SPEAKER_10]: I have, I've really, I have some really good ideas to, especially just social media and what's going on in the world because there's so many things that are happening, like, for instance, you probably have some opinions on mag and clay and all this stuff that's going on or, you know what I mean?
- 1:38:16[SPEAKER_10]: Like, how your brand shows up in these multiple different ways.
- 1:38:21[SPEAKER_10]: I think it would be dope.
- 1:38:21[SPEAKER_03]: You happen to be on mag and clay?
- 1:38:23[SPEAKER_10]: Not really.
- 1:38:24[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:38:26[SPEAKER_10]: but I can form questions that you're a very great moderator.
- 1:38:33[SPEAKER_10]: You want to practice?
- 1:38:35[SPEAKER_03]: Sure.
- 1:38:35[SPEAKER_10]: Megan Clay, Clay and Megan were dating for a little while.
- 1:38:40[SPEAKER_10]: Didn't even seem that long, right?
- 1:38:43[SPEAKER_10]: And she's super public.
- 1:38:47[SPEAKER_03]: Have you ever heard of a U-Haul lesbian?
- 1:38:49[SPEAKER_10]: A what?
- 1:38:51[SPEAKER_03]: U-Haul lesbian?
- 1:38:52[SPEAKER_03]: What's that?
- 1:38:56[SPEAKER_03]: When you're dating a girl, it's like I love you at day three.
- 1:39:00[SPEAKER_03]: We're moving in on day nine.
- 1:39:03[SPEAKER_03]: My wife proposed in six months.
- 1:39:04[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't know what too fast can be.
- 1:39:06[SPEAKER_03]: But in like, let's be in world.
- 1:39:07[SPEAKER_03]: That's like normal timing for us.
- 1:39:09[SPEAKER_03]: But go ahead.
- 1:39:10[SPEAKER_10]: I actually provide my life as six months.
- 1:39:12[SPEAKER_10]: We met on 10th.
- 1:39:13[SPEAKER_03]: So you're a Luke, you all lesbian.
- 1:39:15[SPEAKER_10]: I'm not a husband yet at all.
- 1:39:16[SPEAKER_10]: First off, you all fired for show.
- 1:39:18[SPEAKER_10]: We were really, really quick.
- 1:39:19[SPEAKER_03]: You're moved quick.
- 1:39:20[SPEAKER_03]: Y'all met on Tinder?
- 1:39:21[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I met on Tinder.
- 1:39:22[SPEAKER_03]: They should give you a brand sponsorship.
- 1:39:23[SPEAKER_10]: They should.
- 1:39:24[SPEAKER_10]: I was thinking about making a link.
- 1:39:25[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, back to making a link.
- 1:39:27[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, my bad.
- 1:39:27[SPEAKER_03]: Here we go.
- 1:39:28[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 1:39:29[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, can you give me one?
- 1:39:31[SPEAKER_03]: From Tinder, we can apply.
- 1:39:33[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, let's do that.
- 1:39:34[SPEAKER_03]: We just need your marriage photos.
- 1:39:35[SPEAKER_03]: Good back story.
- 1:39:36[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, we'll be sure.
- 1:39:37[SPEAKER_10]: Write it through class.
- 1:39:38[SPEAKER_10]: One month went in and I didn't, you know, and it was like super casual, too.
- 1:39:43[SPEAKER_10]: You're gonna hate this, you're gonna judge me.
- 1:39:44[SPEAKER_10]: We left my friend's house from playing spades.
- 1:39:48[SPEAKER_10]: And it was like a night and I was raining and I was like, you know, you wanna get married?
- 1:39:54[SPEAKER_10]: And she was like, well, I said,
- 1:39:57[SPEAKER_10]: Let's get married.
- 1:39:58[SPEAKER_10]: I love you and I think you love me too.
- 1:40:01[SPEAKER_10]: Just get married.
- 1:40:02[SPEAKER_10]: She's like, I mean, you're serious.
- 1:40:05[SPEAKER_10]: I said, yeah, we can go to the courthouse tomorrow.
- 1:40:08[SPEAKER_10]: And tomorrow, we get, well, not tomorrow, whenever they open, but we can go get your ring.
- 1:40:12[SPEAKER_10]: And I was, I was thinking about rings, but I didn't know what ring to get.
- 1:40:15[SPEAKER_10]: So I was like, wouldn't it be dope if you could pick your own ring?
- 1:40:18[SPEAKER_10]: Because you're going to be the one wearing it.
- 1:40:20[SPEAKER_10]: And she's like, what?
- 1:40:22[SPEAKER_10]: Noah, I'm not exaggerating any part of the story.
- 1:40:26[SPEAKER_10]: And do you say yes the next day we want to K-Jewler to the wall?
- 1:40:30[SPEAKER_03]: That's actually kind of fire.
- 1:40:32[SPEAKER_10]: Well, the K-Jewler, so you picked it out, bring those like 25 on it.
- 1:40:36[SPEAKER_10]: Once they're core house couple days later.
- 1:40:38[SPEAKER_03]: I could give you my engagement story.
- 1:40:40[SPEAKER_03]: It's a little different my wife is the oldest of seven.
- 1:40:44[SPEAKER_03]: So she never really had like a really big party So I was surprising her for her birthday This is when we had very first started dating and I was like I'm gonna throw her a big party.
- 1:40:53[SPEAKER_03]: So I flew like all her cousins flew in all of our friends and family were there
- 1:40:58[SPEAKER_03]: My family were there like my best friends and stuff for there as well and I was surprising her right But she kept like I was walking her to the door and she kept like grabbing her jacket and because she thought we were going to a dinner Would just meet her so we walked in and everybody's like surprise and it looked on her face like was like she was surprised But it was still like awful little bit right and so I'm like what's wrong like all of your favorite people are here And she was actually taking as I was surprising her She was taking me to dinner to propose
- 1:41:27[SPEAKER_03]: Like for it.
- 1:41:28[SPEAKER_03]: So this big birthday surprise.
- 1:41:29[SPEAKER_03]: So she proposed every all of our friends and family was there.
- 1:41:33[SPEAKER_03]: And that's how she actually fully came out to her mom that she was 100% sure.
- 1:41:38[SPEAKER_03]: Well, let's be in so she proposed right then they're at her surprise party that I threw for her.
- 1:41:44[SPEAKER_10]: She proposed to you, your surprise party for her.
- 1:41:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, and then three months later, because I wanted her to feel the same feeling back of what that felt like to receive your ring and everything else.
- 1:42:00[SPEAKER_03]: And I do think that women should do this for men, but that's the whole another story not one, anybody think I'm looking for clickbait.
- 1:42:05[SPEAKER_03]: So I proposed back to her, so I set up the house and I had her like a surprise and a ring set up for her to be able to get her ring.
- 1:42:12[SPEAKER_10]: How do I before you was she dating, man?
- 1:42:16[SPEAKER_03]: You know the answer to that question.
- 1:42:17[SPEAKER_10]: No, I don't know the time period.
- 1:42:19[SPEAKER_10]: I know I met them together, but I didn't.
- 1:42:22[SPEAKER_03]: This is why I think we should have a podcast.
- 1:42:23[SPEAKER_03]: I can't wait to call him out and just sit there with the face like.
- 1:42:27[SPEAKER_10]: No, no, no, so I met her with someone else.
- 1:42:31[SPEAKER_03]: So she was dating, man, she was bisexual.
- 1:42:35[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, okay, got it.
- 1:42:37[SPEAKER_03]: I knew I wanted to marry a woman.
- 1:42:39[SPEAKER_03]: She never knew that she was going to marry a woman.
- 1:42:42[SPEAKER_10]: So you were right after it's last one, but I don't know if I want to say the name, I don't, you know what I mean?
- 1:42:49[SPEAKER_10]: But you were right after.
- 1:42:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, Drake, this is for you.
- 1:42:52[SPEAKER_03]: I think Annie from you, shots out the hard body drink.
- 1:42:54[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just kidding.
- 1:42:55[SPEAKER_03]: But yes, me and Drake are friends, guys.
- 1:42:58[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, Drake.
- 1:42:59[SPEAKER_03]: So yes, I was the person that she dated publicly after Drake.
- 1:43:03[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, see, I didn't know that.
- 1:43:04[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know if there was a, because those years ago when I met that.
- 1:43:06[SPEAKER_03]: It was definitely a time frame in between, but like that her next public relationship, yes.
- 1:43:14[SPEAKER_10]: And yeah, like I'm a little bit like not fully like in women more y'all
- 1:43:23[SPEAKER_03]: What is the y'all?
- 1:43:26[SPEAKER_03]: Who is the y'all?
- 1:43:27[SPEAKER_03]: Where do we go with the y'all?
- 1:43:29[SPEAKER_03]: Ain't that how y'all like them a little bit?
- 1:43:31[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, because I see the guys, they're like, that's what you say.
- 1:43:35[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I support the community.
- 1:43:36[SPEAKER_03]: You got to make sure it's like very clear.
- 1:43:38[SPEAKER_10]: All right, let's go to the community.
- 1:43:39[SPEAKER_10]: I probably, whatever your choice is, that's your choice.
- 1:43:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, sure.
- 1:43:43[SPEAKER_10]: But I know someone be like, y'all, I don't want to buy it.
- 1:43:45[SPEAKER_10]: It's already like that.
- 1:43:46[SPEAKER_10]: I want to say my, I can convert.
- 1:43:50[SPEAKER_03]: convert this is content content that converts I'm not a Kimberter I don't like being a Kimberter those are the crazy ones but you technically converted she converted her own so she proposed I showed up this way
- 1:44:11[SPEAKER_03]: I showed up this way, I was a good woman, so I'm having a good time.
- 1:44:15[SPEAKER_03]: But Megan and Clay.
- 1:44:16[SPEAKER_10]: Top five favorite conversations I've had all year.
- 1:44:19[SPEAKER_03]: The favorite, for sure.
- 1:44:21[SPEAKER_10]: It's a good time.
- 1:44:22[SPEAKER_03]: We're having a good, we gotta do this more often.
- 1:44:24[SPEAKER_10]: OK, let's, let's, let's, let's, let's do it, let's do it, let's do it, let's do it, let's do it.
- 1:44:28[SPEAKER_03]: Because we've never even got to the Megan and Clay conversation.
- 1:44:30[SPEAKER_03]: We've never got there.
- 1:44:31[SPEAKER_03]: I think that'll end up happening more and more, but I definitely had an amazing time.
- 1:44:35[SPEAKER_03]: I'm excited for a podcast summit.
- 1:44:38[SPEAKER_03]: We will be making sure that we dial in on all things social media.
- 1:44:41[SPEAKER_03]: And this is one of my favorite conversations.
- 1:44:43[SPEAKER_03]: I think a lot of time I talk social media.
- 1:44:45[SPEAKER_03]: I talk personal brand, but everybody probably like tiptoes on questions that they're afraid to ask me not knowing that I am just a little open book.
- 1:44:53[SPEAKER_03]: And whatever comes with the comments, I don't read them anyway.
- 1:44:55[SPEAKER_10]: I don't like that.
- 1:44:56[SPEAKER_10]: You don't read comments?
- 1:44:58[SPEAKER_10]: No why?
- 1:44:58[SPEAKER_10]: Things like your social media guru, so that would give you insight or intel on what people like it don't like.
- 1:45:06[SPEAKER_03]: about me.
- 1:45:08[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I mean, just period.
- 1:45:11[SPEAKER_10]: Do you not, okay, do you not listen to watch the comments when it has something negative?
- 1:45:14[SPEAKER_10]: Or you don't watch comments at all.
- 1:45:16[SPEAKER_03]: If it has something negative, I just got it.
- 1:45:18[SPEAKER_10]: But if you post something, you will take the comments to see with you.
- 1:45:21[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I talk back to my community.
- 1:45:22[SPEAKER_03]: I answer my own DMs and everything.
- 1:45:24[SPEAKER_03]: I am very big on.
- 1:45:26[SPEAKER_03]: I, I never want to be looked at as above the program, just because of an Instagram following.
- 1:45:31[SPEAKER_03]: I'm a human, your human.
- 1:45:32[SPEAKER_03]: Let's be human.
- 1:45:33[SPEAKER_10]: Let's go.
- 1:45:33[SPEAKER_10]: I love this.
- 1:45:34[SPEAKER_10]: Hey, y'all listen, there is a link below.
- 1:45:37[SPEAKER_10]: This is the game that you need to not get left behind.
- 1:45:40[SPEAKER_10]: Just posting stuff that you know isn't even working right now.

- 1:46:56[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 1:46:56[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 1:46:57[SPEAKER_05]: Never thought about that.
- 1:47:00[SPEAKER_03]: So to leave you guys with the word of wisdom, I'm going to do this for any business owner, entrepreneur, creator or coach.
- 1:47:09[SPEAKER_03]: I want you to know that every single piece of content has a job.
- 1:47:12[SPEAKER_03]: If you are posting random and it feels random, then it is random and it won't make you any money.
- 1:47:16[SPEAKER_03]: There are three types of content that you need to master.
- 1:47:19[SPEAKER_03]: Top of Funnel Content is going to get new eyes on your page, meaning this content talks to everybody.
- 1:47:24[SPEAKER_03]: It needs to be savable and it needs to be shareable, meaning that people are looking at this content.
- 1:47:28[SPEAKER_03]: They're laughing most of the time, it is entertainment.
- 1:47:31[SPEAKER_03]: The second part of your funnel is going to be your middle of Funnel Content.
- 1:47:34[SPEAKER_03]: You need to be able to call out your exact audience that you want to either educate, prove, or shift a belief that they have.
- 1:47:41[SPEAKER_03]: For instance, I said educators, entrepreneurs, mentors, business owners.
- 1:47:46[SPEAKER_03]: That's exactly who I want to do.
- 1:47:47[SPEAKER_03]: and the third part of your funnel which you don't want to miss out on this one is
- 1:47:52[SPEAKER_03]: content that is too sell this is going to be your conversion content.
- 1:47:55[SPEAKER_03]: It is not meant to be have likes or saves or views.
- 1:47:58[SPEAKER_03]: This is meant to tell people how to spend money with you because after you've given them the education, you got the new eyes on their page.
- 1:48:04[SPEAKER_03]: They need to know that they can spend the money with you.
- 1:48:07[SPEAKER_03]: And if you don't tell them that they can, they'll just go spend the money with somebody else.
- 1:48:10[SPEAKER_03]: So they should be spending it with you anyway.
- 1:48:12[SPEAKER_03]: So these are your three types of content that you need to master so that you can turn your content into a 24-7
- 1:48:22[SPEAKER_03]: Hmm, y'all, y'all haven't a blast with that conglow.
