Teen Driver Causes Fatal I-10 Chain Reaction | Tucson News
A deadly chain-reaction crash on I-10 near West Phoenix leaves one dead and another seriously injured after a 23-year-old woman, Andie Stehley, allegedly sped and swerved into a Toyota Highlander — sending it crashing into a pole. Stehley, now in custody, faces second-degree homicide and other charges. The third vehicle in the collision escaped unharmed, but the scene shut down traffic for hours as crews worked to extract the victim.
